- 0:01Speaker 1: The FBI director, Christopher Ray was before Congress. It didn't
- 0:06Speaker 1: go very well. Now, if you want to know how
- 0:09Speaker 1: it went down, I'll just give you a perfect example
- 0:12Speaker 1: of the questions that he was asked and how bad
- 0:15Speaker 1: he looked before Congress represented Matt Gates, representing the first
- 0:19Speaker 1: District in Florida.
- 0:20Speaker 2: This was part of their interaction. I'm sitting here with
- 0:25Speaker 2: my father.
- 0:26Speaker 3: I will make certain that between the man sitting next
- 0:29Speaker 3: to me and every person he knows in my ability
- 0:31Speaker 3: to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not
- 0:35Speaker 3: following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the
- 0:38Speaker 3: call with my father. Sounds like a shakedown, doesn't a director.
- 0:44Speaker 4: I'm not going to get into commenting on that, will you?
- 0:47Speaker 3: You seem deeply uncurious about it, don't you? Almost suspiciously uncurious?
- 0:52Speaker 3: Are you protecting the bidens? Absolutely not the FBI. You
- 0:58Speaker 3: want to answer the question about whether that's a shakedown,
- 1:01Speaker 3: and everybody knows why you won't answer it because to
- 1:04Speaker 3: the millions of people who will see this, they know
- 1:07Speaker 3: it is. And your inability to acknowledge that is deeply
- 1:10Speaker 3: revealing about.
- 1:11Speaker 1: You, believe deeply revealing about you. Now that's not all
- 1:15Speaker 1: that happened.
- 1:16Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:16Speaker 1: There was also a back and forth with Congressman Chip Rory.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I know Chiprett well, I had dinner with him not
- 1:22Speaker 1: that long ago talking about this issue, and one of
- 1:26Speaker 1: the things that he said that he wanted to get
- 1:28Speaker 1: to the bottom of was who is lying here? He
- 1:31Speaker 1: was able to ask questions of the FBI Director Chris Ray,
- 1:35Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what he had to
- 1:37Speaker 1: say in a more extended conversation for appearing.
- 1:40Speaker 6: Brian Aughten was one of the FBI intelligence analysts who
- 1:43Speaker 6: interviewed Igor Denchenko, the principal source of the Steele dossier,
- 1:46Speaker 6: in January twenty seventeen.
- 1:47Speaker 7: Correct, I believe that's in the Durham report.
- 1:53Speaker 6: And dan Jenko explained that the dossier allegations were BS,
- 1:56Speaker 6: yet the FBI did not reveal that to the FISA
- 1:59Speaker 6: coord The FBI continued to use those allegations and two
- 2:02Speaker 6: more swornet fize applications about President Trump and putin correct, Well.
- 2:09Speaker 7: Again, I want to let mister Durham's report speak for itself.
- 2:12Speaker 6: Okay, but as director of the FBI's those are the
- 2:14Speaker 6: facts of the FBI under your watch.
- 2:16Speaker 7: The FBI can notice I'm sorry, it's important, not under
- 2:19Speaker 7: my watch.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Those are the facts I'm getting. I'm getting the part.
- 2:22Speaker 6: I'm getting to the part under your watch. The FBI
- 2:25Speaker 6: conducted an internal investigation of Auten and sought to suspend him,
- 2:28Speaker 6: but Auten appealed, correct, I.
- 2:31Speaker 7: Can't discuss the specific pending personnel matter.
- 2:35Speaker 6: Okay, Well, according to recent reports, those are the facts. Nevertheless,
- 2:39Speaker 6: than twenty twenty, after Senators Grassling Johnson highlighted evidence of
- 2:42Speaker 6: potential financial crimes and corruption against the Biden family, the
- 2:46Speaker 6: FBI assigned Auten to compile an assessment which was used
- 2:49Speaker 6: to characterize the Biden revelations as Russian disinformation. The evidence
- 2:53Speaker 6: grass Lane Johnson had collected were mostly financial records and
- 2:57Speaker 6: could easily have been corroborated as authentic. And by then
- 3:00Speaker 6: the FBI had the Hunter laptop in its possession for
- 3:05Speaker 6: over a year, so it knew the lucrative payments of
- 3:07Speaker 6: the Bidens from corrupt and anti American regimes were authentic.
- 3:10Speaker 6: How on earth did the FBI empower an agent under
- 3:14Speaker 6: investigation for potentially corrupt performance and abuse of FISA in
- 3:18Speaker 6: one politically fraud investigation, a Democrat operative driven case against
- 3:22Speaker 6: President Trump to play a key role and to undermine
- 3:26Speaker 6: a second politically fraud investigation, a case against the Bidens.
- 3:32Speaker 4: How's that possible?
- 3:33Speaker 6: How can you allow that to occur in the Federal
- 3:36Speaker 6: Bureau of Investigations, my college on other side of the aisle, say,
- 3:38Speaker 6: the elite law enforcement agency of the United States. How
- 3:40Speaker 6: does that occur?
- 3:42Speaker 7: I can't at the moment discuss a pending personnel matter.
- 3:47Speaker 7: I can tell you that every employee who in any
- 3:50Speaker 7: way touched the cross for our hurricane matter has been
- 3:55Speaker 7: referred to our Office of Professional Responsibility Art discip.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Are you concerned about this, this activity by the FBI
- 4:01Speaker 6: and what was communicated to the visa court?
- 4:03Speaker 4: Does that concern you? As the director of the FBI, I.
- 4:06Speaker 7: Consider the conduct that was described in the Durham report
- 4:10Speaker 7: as totally unacceptable and unrepresentative of what I see from
- 4:14Speaker 7: the FBI every day and must never be allowed to
- 4:17Speaker 7: happen again.
- 4:17Speaker 6: And have there been consequences as a result? Is mister
- 4:20Speaker 6: Auten had Has he had consequences?
- 4:23Speaker 8: Well?
- 4:23Speaker 7: Again, I can't speak to pending personnel matters, as you
- 4:26Speaker 7: would perhaps remember from your own time in law enforcement,
- 4:30Speaker 7: because we were working closely with mister Durham and I
- 4:33Speaker 7: assigned agents to help him at his requests. We slowed
- 4:36Speaker 7: down the administrative process to allow his investigation.
- 4:40Speaker 4: To complete itself.
- 4:41Speaker 7: Now that it is complete, our personnel processes are very
- 4:44Speaker 7: much ongoing.
- 4:44Speaker 6: Well. I think it is more than troubling that under
- 4:47Speaker 6: your watch we see that this continued to occur, and
- 4:50Speaker 6: you have Auten being continued to be empowered after there
- 4:53Speaker 6: was an investigation and after there was an effort by
- 4:55Speaker 6: the FBI to look into why he would go to
- 4:57Speaker 6: the FISA court and get wrong information. The issue here
- 5:01Speaker 6: has been wrapped up in a cloud of politics. But
- 5:03Speaker 6: the fact is the American people deserve to know how
- 5:05Speaker 6: the vice of Court is being abused and how it's
- 5:08Speaker 6: being abused against the former president and against them. In
- 5:11Speaker 6: light of the reports that we saw mister Johnson Louisiana
- 5:13Speaker 6: put forward, there wasn't a court filing and a court report.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Chip Roy is very brilliant to go back and remind
- 5:24Speaker 1: people and the FBI director just how rogue the FBI
- 5:29Speaker 1: has become, how far they were willing to go to
- 5:32Speaker 1: go after a former president, to frame that president, to
- 5:36Speaker 1: get rid of that president, to impeach that president. As
- 5:41Speaker 1: you heard the FBI director say, he's like, I'm very
- 5:43Speaker 1: upset with what happened right as he described it, very
- 5:47Speaker 1: upset with what happened with those that were involved in
- 5:50Speaker 1: the Durham Report. Well, have any of them been punished
- 5:52Speaker 1: for this? The answer was obviously no, they've not been
- 5:56Speaker 1: punished for this. Okay, so you haven't punished anyone for
- 6:00Speaker 1: for what they did. That is very troubling. And as
- 6:03Speaker 1: you heard Chris Ray there, well, and this is a
- 6:05Speaker 1: classic example of stonewalling, I can't talk about an active investigation.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I don't believe there is an investigation. I just believe
- 6:11Speaker 1: there's a straight up cover up. There is a difference.
- 6:16Speaker 1: There's also something else here. You may remember January the
- 6:19Speaker 1: sixth and Ray epps Uh. There was another congressman bringing
- 6:24Speaker 1: this up today, the FBI director about ray epps Uh
- 6:28Speaker 1: and and this undercover who is ray epps et cetera.
- 6:32Speaker 1: There were people that thought he was a FBI informant.
- 6:35Speaker 1: There's others say no, he's not, never has been. Listen
- 6:38Speaker 1: to this back and forth, you need to go into.
- 6:41Speaker 9: The capitol, the capitol point to the capitol where problems are.
- 6:48Speaker 9: It's that corrections the work all right, no day.
- 6:54Speaker 10: But one more thing, we go up there. When we
- 6:57Speaker 10: go in, we're gonna share. We don't need to get show.
- 7:24Speaker 11: There.
- 7:24Speaker 9: He is breaching the line going in at the first
- 7:26Speaker 9: breach into the Capitol, into the Capitol grounds in restricted area.
- 7:29Speaker 9: Mister Ray, you have arrested hundreds of people related to
- 7:32Speaker 9: January sixth, and there have been people arrested for breaching
- 7:35Speaker 9: capital grounds. Koeiy Griffin is an example, Rachel Genko is
- 7:39Speaker 9: an example. And then we go to mister Brandon Streca.
- 7:42Speaker 9: Brandon was arrested for disorderly and destructive conduct, which included yelling,
- 7:48Speaker 9: I quote, go go go as rioters tried to empty
- 7:52Speaker 9: the capitol. These three never went into the capitol. They
- 7:55Speaker 9: never assaulted anyone. So let's be honest with each other.
- 7:59Speaker 4: There is very.
- 8:00Speaker 9: Little difference between the actions of Ray Epps and Brandon.
- 8:03Speaker 4: Strica that day.
- 8:04Speaker 9: But yet Strica was arrested and Epps wasn't. Epps also
- 8:09Speaker 9: testified to the January sixth committee he was back at
- 8:12Speaker 9: his hotel when video evans showed.
- 8:14Speaker 4: That he wasn't.
- 8:15Speaker 9: He lied he was on the Capitol grounds just as
- 8:18Speaker 9: Brandon Streca was. Epps even texted his nephew at two
- 8:21Speaker 9: twelve pm and said, I quote, I was in the
- 8:24Speaker 9: front with a few others.
- 8:26Speaker 4: It was on the video. I also orchestrated it.
- 8:30Speaker 9: Now, look into the camera, sir when you answer my
- 8:32Speaker 9: next question, are you going to arrest mister Epps, Yes
- 8:36Speaker 9: or no.
- 8:38Speaker 7: I'm not going to engage here in a discussion about
- 8:40Speaker 7: individual people who.
- 8:41Speaker 4: Are or I get a commitment.
- 8:44Speaker 2: You just watched the video.
- 8:45Speaker 4: I'm an all log dog.
- 8:47Speaker 9: I understand a little bit about probable cause he did
- 8:50Speaker 9: very little. There was very little difference what he did
- 8:52Speaker 9: and mister Strecca, you can see him.
- 8:55Speaker 4: He's encouraging.
- 8:55Speaker 9: I almost think he's insighting riot. He's encouraging people the
- 8:58Speaker 9: night prior to go into the capitol, the day of
- 9:02Speaker 9: go into the capitol, and he was at the first
- 9:05Speaker 9: breach and he breached the restricted area. Everybody a lot
- 9:09Speaker 9: of people getting arrested for not going into the capitol,
- 9:11Speaker 9: but they're in the restricted area. But yeah, Ray Apps
- 9:14Speaker 9: who many people feel fed, fed fed, right, And.
- 9:18Speaker 4: There's a lot of cloud over this.
- 9:19Speaker 9: So my point is this, you arrested a lot of
- 9:22Speaker 9: folks so on laugh of activity. You just saw the video,
- 9:25Speaker 9: and I will try to him rate. If you don't
- 9:27Speaker 9: arrest mister, is there the reason behind it? I believe
- 9:30Speaker 9: you know what it is, and it appears to me
- 9:32Speaker 9: you are protecting this guy. I strongly recommend you get
- 9:35Speaker 9: your house back in order.
- 9:36Speaker 1: With that au bet this congressman again making another point,
- 9:40Speaker 1: we don't know who ray Epps is, right, We have
- 9:42Speaker 1: no idea. We don't know who ray Epps is. But
- 9:46Speaker 1: what we do know it was clear he was inciting
- 9:48Speaker 1: in violence. It was clear that he was inciting a riot.
- 9:51Speaker 1: It was clear that he was advocating and supporting people
- 9:54Speaker 1: going into the building, into the Capitol.
- 9:58Speaker 2: So why is is it that you didn't arrest him?
- 10:02Speaker 4: It is not consense. Go ahead.
- 10:05Speaker 7: It has never been appropriate for an FBI director in
- 10:09Speaker 7: congressional testimony to be weighing in on who is or
- 10:14Speaker 7: isn't going to be arrested and what who is or
- 10:17Speaker 7: isn't going to get charged with.
- 10:18Speaker 4: As a prosecutor's decision.
- 10:20Speaker 7: If you are suggesting that the violence that a capital
- 10:23Speaker 7: at the Capitol on January sixth was part of some
- 10:26Speaker 7: operation orchestrated by FBI sources or FBI agents, the answer
- 10:30Speaker 7: is no, it was not, And to suggest otherwise is
- 10:33Speaker 7: a disservice to our hardworking, dedicated law enforcement profession.
- 10:38Speaker 9: And I respond to that now that the point is,
- 10:41Speaker 9: he was number sixteen on your list.
- 10:43Speaker 4: He was sixteen on your list. You never arrested the gentleman.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Hundreds of Americans, Shame on you.
- 10:48Speaker 12: The chair recognizes the gentleman from Florida for your animist consent.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Mister, you can hear it there.
- 10:53Speaker 1: He wanted to get back in there, right, He wanted
- 10:56Speaker 1: to say, Wow, you don't know what you're talking about.
- 10:58Speaker 2: And he's like, look, there's a double standard.
- 11:00Speaker 1: There's a double stat just like this whistleblower, this FBI whistleblower,
- 11:04Speaker 1: and the irs whistleblowers who come forward. And there's a
- 11:07Speaker 1: whistleblower that used to work with the Bidens who's now
- 11:09Speaker 1: been indicted for fair violations. But guess who hasn't been
- 11:12Speaker 1: indicted the Bidens. There is a double standard there with that,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and everybody knows it. Chris Christy, by the way, going
- 11:22Speaker 1: on TV to defend the FBI director Ray while House
- 11:25Speaker 1: Republicans are grilling him on the hill. So if you
- 11:28Speaker 1: want to know how fast he's willing to go the
- 11:30Speaker 1: other way, listen to what he had to say again,
- 11:33Speaker 1: another sellout over there. Chris Christy wants you to vote
- 11:36Speaker 1: for him, but this is what he's saying defending the
- 11:38Speaker 1: FBI director.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Governor.
- 11:39Speaker 5: I'm sure you saw some of the Chris Ray hearing
- 11:41Speaker 5: across the street from me on Capitol Hill that's been
- 11:44Speaker 5: running on Fox all day. He was an attorney for
- 11:46Speaker 5: you in twenty thirteen during the Bridgegate scandal. I believe
- 11:51Speaker 5: you also recommended him to former President Trump to be
- 11:55Speaker 5: FBI director.
- 11:56Speaker 4: What do you think of.
- 11:57Speaker 5: His tenure there? Has the FBI lost ability? And do
- 12:01Speaker 5: you believe that the reforms that Ray insists that he
- 12:04Speaker 5: has implemented will fix the problems that the FBI has
- 12:07Speaker 5: had in the last few years.
- 12:09Speaker 8: I think they are starting to fix those problems, as
- 12:11Speaker 8: the director talked about today. Look, I've known Chris for
- 12:14Speaker 8: a long time. We worked together in the Bush Justice
- 12:16Speaker 8: Department in the post nine to eleven period, and he
- 12:19Speaker 8: did an extraordinary job. And yeah, proud that I did.
- 12:22Speaker 8: Those things that they were talking about today, and the
- 12:24Speaker 8: director made this point over and over again, are all
- 12:27Speaker 8: things from when Jim Comy, Eric Holder, and Loretta Lynch
- 12:30Speaker 8: were in charge of the Justice Department before he got
- 12:33Speaker 8: put in charge. He fired the entire Comy leadership team
- 12:37Speaker 8: out of the FBI. They're all gone, and he put
- 12:40Speaker 8: these reforms in place which are now showing extraordinary results.
- 12:44Speaker 8: Is it all fixed? Of course, it's not all fixed.
- 12:46Speaker 8: Jim Comy and Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch drastically harmed
- 12:51Speaker 8: the Department of Justice and the FBI, and Chris Ray
- 12:54Speaker 8: has now spent years fixing that. Now they're going to
- 12:57Speaker 8: be disagreements. Of course, They're always going to be disagreement
- 12:59Speaker 8: between Congress and the executive branch, and they would like
- 13:02Speaker 8: more information, and he's got obligations under grand jury rules
- 13:05Speaker 8: to not give everything they want to give. But I
- 13:07Speaker 8: will tell you something. What you saw today, I think
- 13:10Speaker 8: was an animated and combative FBI director who's defending the
- 13:14Speaker 8: men and women who work for him every day and
- 13:15Speaker 8: do a great job and protect us from domestic terrorism,
- 13:19Speaker 8: from international terrorism, and from these drug cartels and are
- 13:22Speaker 8: helping state local law enforcement every day with their things.
- 13:25Speaker 8: So yeah, I think Chris Ray has done a very
- 13:27Speaker 8: good job. And I think look a lot of stuff
- 13:29Speaker 8: you see today, John is theater than people trying to
- 13:31Speaker 8: raise money for campaigns. Doesn't mean there aren't problems that
- 13:34Speaker 8: the FBI. There are, but I believe Chris is a
- 13:36Speaker 8: guy who can get him fixed, and he's fixed a
- 13:38Speaker 8: lot of them already.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Hike.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Now, Christy there is trying to defend the indefensual. He's
- 13:44Speaker 1: going to things that have nothing to do with the bidens. Wow,
- 13:47Speaker 1: he's doing great on this and that and drug trafficking
- 13:50Speaker 1: and everything else.
- 13:50Speaker 2: No, he's not.
- 13:51Speaker 1: We have a wide open border and we have people
- 13:53Speaker 1: coming across that border and they're not charging them with
- 13:55Speaker 1: crimes the way that they're supposed to. So this is
- 13:59Speaker 1: another lie again, this is his buddy, right, And it
- 14:01Speaker 1: actually makes sense the fact that the President took this
- 14:06Speaker 1: FBI director ray because because of Chris Christy tells you
- 14:09Speaker 1: everything you need to know about how much of a
- 14:11Speaker 1: rhino Christy is and and his nominees are. Right, Like,
- 14:15Speaker 1: it's very clear. That's okay, now, it makes sense. Right now,
- 14:19Speaker 1: I actually understand it. I completely comprehend now and understand
- 14:24Speaker 1: how this happened and why this happened, Why we're in
- 14:29Speaker 1: the debacle we're now because we're not putting real statesmen
- 14:32Speaker 1: in these jobs. And if there's anything that the next president,
- 14:36Speaker 1: if they're Republicans, should do is make sure we don't
- 14:39Speaker 1: make mistakes like this ever again, where we have people
- 14:44Speaker 1: in the FBI and the DOJ that, in my opinion,
- 14:50Speaker 1: try to defend the indefensible what you cannot defend. You know,
- 14:54Speaker 1: Chris Rays defending the FBI when he should be overhauling
- 14:59Speaker 1: the FBI. He says, well, I see these men and
- 15:02Speaker 1: women doing great work every day. Well, we see the corruption, sir,
- 15:07Speaker 1: and you need to find the people that are corrupt,
- 15:09Speaker 1: and those the people you need to get rid of
- 15:12Speaker 1: so that the great people men and women are at
- 15:14Speaker 1: the FBI are not undermined like we are clearly seeing
- 15:18Speaker 1: right now, because we are seeing them be undermined. They
- 15:24Speaker 1: are being undermined, and if you watch this, it's very
- 15:30Speaker 1: clear just how much they are being undermined.
- 15:34Speaker 2: There are good people at the FBI.
- 15:36Speaker 1: But I go back to what Matt Gates said, Okay,
- 15:40Speaker 1: and what Matt Gates said in his conversation with Chris
- 15:43Speaker 1: Ray was just so telling because in the way that
- 15:47Speaker 1: he described it, he's like, why are you protecting the bidens?
- 15:51Speaker 1: Because what you're doing is protecting them by default, right,
- 15:54Speaker 1: Why are you not only why are you defending them?
- 15:57Speaker 1: Why are you defending the indefensible by people found you
- 16:00Speaker 1: at the FBI and the d OJ that clearly have
- 16:03Speaker 1: abused their power. Mister Ray, like you're the FBI director,
- 16:07Speaker 1: you should be enraged by this, not defending these actions.
- 16:11Speaker 3: I'm sitting here with my father. I will make certain
- 16:14Speaker 3: that between the man sitting next to me and every
- 16:16Speaker 3: person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge,
- 16:20Speaker 3: that you will regret not following my direction. I am
- 16:23Speaker 3: sitting here waiting for the call with my father. Sounds
- 16:28Speaker 3: like a shakedown, doesn't a director?
- 16:31Speaker 7: I'm not going to get into commenting on that, will you?
- 16:33Speaker 4: You seem deeply uncurious about it, don't you?
- 16:37Speaker 3: Almost suspiciously uncurious?
- 16:38Speaker 4: Are you protecting the bidens? Absolutely not the FBI.
- 16:44Speaker 3: You wan't answer the questions about whether or not that's
- 16:46Speaker 3: a shakedown, and everybody knows why you won't answer it
- 16:49Speaker 3: because to the millions of people who will see this,
- 16:52Speaker 3: they know it is. And your inability to acknowledge that
- 16:56Speaker 3: is deeply revealing about you.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Believe, I agree, it's deeply revealing about him. How is
- 17:02Speaker 1: he not enraged by the people around him that are
- 17:05Speaker 1: abusing the power this way unless he's one of those
- 17:08Speaker 1: that is helping sanction this abuse of power. And that's
- 17:11Speaker 1: part of the conversation here that they need to understand.
- 17:16Speaker 1: You've got so many people playing defense instead of just saying, hey,
- 17:20Speaker 1: I can't defend this right like that would be the
- 17:23Speaker 1: real honest assessment here, That would be saying truthfully here.
- 17:32Speaker 1: You know, Jim Jordan also lit up Chris Ray. And
- 17:36Speaker 1: it's not just the Bidens. And that's why I keep
- 17:38Speaker 1: playing different areas. It's January sixth, it's the Still dossier,
- 17:43Speaker 1: it's the Crossfire hurricane. Jim Jordan also lit up Chris
- 17:47Speaker 1: Ray over the FBI memo targeting Catholics. And again, I
- 17:51Speaker 1: think they're laying a case here, and it's an important
- 17:54Speaker 1: case that needs to be made that the FBI is
- 17:57Speaker 1: broken and rotten to its core now because you've allowed people.
- 18:02Speaker 2: It's not just the.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Cover up of of the FBI for what they've done
- 18:06Speaker 1: with the Bidens, it's all the other things, like targeting Catholics.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 18:11Speaker 1: You'll remember they targeted Catholics implying they were some sort
- 18:15Speaker 1: of domestic terrorists, white supremacist threat to our American society
- 18:20Speaker 1: and our national security.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Not that long ago, and what are the FBI do
- 18:24Speaker 2: about it? Apparently not a damn thing.
- 18:26Speaker 12: Listen, Director, what's the difference between a traditional Catholic and
- 18:29Speaker 12: a radical traditional Catholic.
- 18:32Speaker 7: I'm not an expert on the Catholic orders.
- 18:36Speaker 12: Well, your FBI wrote a memo talking about radical traditional Catholics.
- 18:39Speaker 4: I'm just wondering if you can define it for us.
- 18:41Speaker 7: Well, what I can tell you is you're referring to
- 18:43Speaker 7: the Richmond product, which was a single product by a
- 18:46Speaker 7: single field office, which as soon as I found out
- 18:48Speaker 7: about it, I was aghasted and ordered it withdrawn and
- 18:51Speaker 7: removed from FBI systems.
- 18:53Speaker 12: You were a gas And why won't you let us
- 18:54Speaker 12: talk to the people who put it together.
- 18:56Speaker 7: We are working on finishing an internal review into what happened.
- 19:00Speaker 12: You have to wait, We, the Congress, and the American
- 19:02Speaker 12: people have to wait until you do an internal review.
- 19:04Speaker 12: It's not a criminal investigation going on here, an internal
- 19:07Speaker 12: review before we can talk to the people who wrote this.
- 19:10Speaker 7: We when we finish our internal review, which will be
- 19:12Speaker 7: very soon, we will come come back to the candy
- 19:15Speaker 7: in America to provide a briefing on what we found.
- 19:17Speaker 12: Well briefing, we want to talk to the people who
- 19:19Speaker 12: wrote it. Any idea how many Catholics are in America? Director, No, sir,
- 19:24Speaker 12: there's a lot over sixty million. What percentage of those
- 19:27Speaker 12: are radical traditional Catholics? According to the Richmond Field offs
- 19:30Speaker 12: of the FBI.
- 19:31Speaker 7: Again, that product is not something that I will defend
- 19:34Speaker 7: or excuse. It's something that I thought was appallsy and
- 19:37Speaker 7: removed it.
- 19:38Speaker 12: Let's read from that product, page four of that product.
- 19:40Speaker 12: By the way, the copy you gave us. When can
- 19:42Speaker 12: we get a copy that didn't have all these redactions
- 19:44Speaker 12: on it so we can actually see what the American
- 19:47Speaker 12: taxpayers were paying for to see their rights, their First
- 19:50Speaker 12: Amendment religious liberty rights attacked.
- 19:52Speaker 4: Let me just read from page four.
- 19:54Speaker 12: Provide new opportunities to mitigate extremists threat through outreach to
- 19:59Speaker 12: traditional athlete perishes and the development of sources with the
- 20:03Speaker 12: placement and access to report on places of worship. That's
- 20:08Speaker 12: pretty fancy language for their trying to put informants in
- 20:11Speaker 12: the parish in the church. That's what this memorandum said,
- 20:15Speaker 12: Director from one of your field offices.
- 20:18Speaker 4: And you won't let us talk to the people who
- 20:20Speaker 4: did it. In response to that, I didn't know. I
- 20:22Speaker 4: was waiting for the question do you.
- 20:24Speaker 12: Think priest should be informants inside the church?
- 20:27Speaker 4: Director?
- 20:28Speaker 7: We do not recruit, open or operate confidential human sources
- 20:33Speaker 7: to infiltrate target report.
- 20:35Speaker 12: But that's all on religious For what this said, it
- 20:37Speaker 12: sounds like you were trying to do it in Richmond, Virginia. No, sir, no,
- 20:41Speaker 12: you weren't. That just didn't happen. You can assure us
- 20:43Speaker 12: that this didn't happen.
- 20:44Speaker 7: That product did not to, as best as we can tell,
- 20:47Speaker 7: result in any investigative action as a result of it.
- 20:51Speaker 4: None.
- 20:51Speaker 12: You know what the motivation for this was? Why would
- 20:54Speaker 12: they even think about doing this? You know what the
- 20:55Speaker 12: motivation was?
- 20:57Speaker 7: Well, again, I think that's what our internal review will find,
- 21:00Speaker 7: and I'd rather wait until I hear what the results
- 21:01Speaker 7: of that internal I.
- 21:02Speaker 12: Don't need an internal review. I can read the document.
- 21:05Speaker 12: I assume you can do the same, because it says
- 21:07Speaker 12: right there on the same page, Richmond assesses extremists interests
- 21:11Speaker 12: in radical traditional Catholics is like to likely to increase
- 21:14Speaker 12: over the next twelve to twenty four months in the
- 21:17Speaker 12: run up to the next general election. Same paragraph events
- 21:21Speaker 12: in which extremists and radical traditional Catholics might have common
- 21:24Speaker 12: cause include legislation judicial decisions in such areas as abortion rights, immigration,
- 21:30Speaker 12: affirmative action, and lgbtqu protections. It's politics, that's the motivation
- 21:37Speaker 12: in the run up to the next election, and they
- 21:39Speaker 12: talk about the border, affirmative action and abortion rights.
- 21:44Speaker 4: It's total politics.
- 21:45Speaker 12: I mean, I think it's interesting that affirmative we just
- 21:48Speaker 12: got a decision from a bunch of Catholics to sit
- 21:50Speaker 12: on the United States Supreme Court relative to affirmative action.
- 21:53Speaker 12: Politics was the total motivation here, and that's what's scary.
- 21:57Speaker 12: That's what's I think so frightening. And why we how
- 22:01Speaker 12: this happens, I don't know. And five people signed off
- 22:03Speaker 12: on it, five people including the Chief Division Council at
- 22:06Speaker 12: the Richmond Field Office. I'd like to talk to this
- 22:09Speaker 12: lawyer and a lot of people in this room went
- 22:12Speaker 12: to law school of course on the Constitution, talks.
- 22:14Speaker 4: About the First Amendment. I find that.
- 22:17Speaker 2: These are Catholics.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Millions and millions of Americans are Catholics, and the FBI
- 22:23Speaker 1: wanted to infiltrate Catholic churches so they could then spy
- 22:28Speaker 1: on Catholics.
- 22:30Speaker 2: That should be front page in his response.
- 22:33Speaker 1: So they're doing a reternal review sounds exactly like their
- 22:36Speaker 1: response to it. To quote investigating the Biden crime family,
- 22:40Speaker 1: I will work on it. Tell you what happened five
- 22:41Speaker 1: years from now. Oh wait, nevermind, statute of limitations kicked down.
- 22:45Speaker 1: There's nothing we can do about it.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Now.
- 22:46Speaker 1: Let me also tell you about our friends of Augusta
- 22:48Speaker 1: Precious Metals. Have you been saving a long time for retirement. Well,
- 22:52Speaker 1: if you have, you've probably been really stressed out over
- 22:54Speaker 1: the last year with interest rates have been skyrocketing, inflation issues,
- 22:57Speaker 1: bank failures, and people that have actually lost some.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Money in their retirement accounts.
- 23:03Speaker 1: If you aren't invested and diversified in gold, you should
- 23:08Speaker 1: check out August of Precious Medals August of Precious Metals.
- 23:11Speaker 2: They're just different.
- 23:12Speaker 1: They'll even tell you if a gold Ira isn't your answer,
- 23:16Speaker 1: they give you the facts about gold and precious medals.
- 23:20Speaker 1: It's all about protecting your IRA and protecting your four
- 23:23Speaker 1: oh one K in this crazy economy. And it's so
- 23:26Speaker 1: important if you're in retirement or close to retirement, because
- 23:29Speaker 1: there's no time to make up losses. Now, if you've
- 23:32Speaker 1: had those losses, you know what I'm talking about. So
- 23:35Speaker 1: if you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more. Take
- 23:38Speaker 1: a look at their free guy that they'll send you
- 23:40Speaker 1: and they'll do a one on one conference with you
- 23:43Speaker 1: to talk about your financial portfolio. Both are filled with
- 23:47Speaker 1: economic insights and their gold IRA info will give you
- 23:50Speaker 1: peace of mind of knowing that, hey, you can protect
- 23:53Speaker 1: your hard earned dollars eight seven to seven the number
- 23:56Speaker 1: four GOLDRA. That's eight seven to seven the number four GOLDRA.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Or visit Augusta Precious Medals dot com. That's Augusta Precious
- 24:09Speaker 1: Medals dot com R eight seven seven the number four GOLDR.
- 24:14Speaker 1: There was also another interaction that I want to play
- 24:17Speaker 1: for you, and it was one that was clearly accidental,
- 24:21Speaker 1: not purposeful. But the FBI Director Ray basically confirmed that
- 24:27Speaker 1: Joe Biden, the President of the United States of America,
- 24:31Speaker 1: is under criminal investigation for Ukrainian bribes by the US
- 24:36Speaker 1: Attorney in Delaware. Then, after he realizes he just basically
- 24:42Speaker 1: told that information, he tried to backpedal after realizing exactly
- 24:46Speaker 1: what he disclosed.
- 24:48Speaker 2: This should be front page news. This just happened.
- 24:52Speaker 1: How in the hell is this not breaking news on
- 24:54Speaker 1: all of our phones right now that the president of
- 24:56Speaker 1: the United States America is apparently under FBI investigation.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Right now, Listen, did Joe Biden take payments from Barisma
- 25:05Speaker 4: or any other foreign companies as vice president, president or
- 25:08Speaker 4: private citizen Biden.
- 25:10Speaker 7: As you may know, there is an ongoing investigation being
- 25:14Speaker 7: led by the US Attorney in Delaware, mister Weiss, appointed
- 25:19Speaker 7: by President Trump in the last administration, that our Baltimore
- 25:22Speaker 7: Field Office is working with, and I would refer.
- 25:25Speaker 4: You to him as to what, if anything can be sure.
- 25:27Speaker 4: So the president is under he is under investigation.
- 25:32Speaker 7: I'm not going to confirm or speak to who is
- 25:36Speaker 7: or isn't under investigation for what I'm simply going to
- 25:38Speaker 7: he's not under investigation.
- 25:39Speaker 4: I didn't say that either.
- 25:41Speaker 7: By longstanding Department policy and practice. I'm not going to
- 25:45Speaker 7: be confirming or denying is or isn't under investigator.
- 25:50Speaker 1: I don't even think that Congressman Tiffany actually thought he
- 25:55Speaker 1: was going to get this response. There's also something else
- 25:58Speaker 1: in there before we get to the fact that he's
- 25:59Speaker 1: been basically said by default that the president units it's
- 26:02Speaker 1: America is apparently under investigation Delaware by the US Attorney
- 26:06Speaker 1: and then has to backpedal it and in saying well.
- 26:08Speaker 2: I can't confirm or done.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I I can't tell if he is or isn't referring
- 26:11Speaker 1: to the actual sitting president United Sates America. But you
- 26:13Speaker 1: notice in there he also got in his political point,
- 26:16Speaker 1: which I also think tells you it's part of the narrative.
- 26:18Speaker 1: This is what the Democrats have been pushing. This what
- 26:20Speaker 1: the media has been pushing.
- 26:21Speaker 8: This what the.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Political talking heads on the left have been pushing. That
- 26:29Speaker 1: lice and he said it there Chris Array appointed by
- 26:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump. It's one of the most misleading political statements
- 26:35Speaker 1: that you can make.
- 26:37Speaker 2: We know that he was nominated by.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump, but it was not Donald Trump's pick or
- 26:42Speaker 1: a conservative pick. If the two senators from the state
- 26:46Speaker 1: for which you are giving a name for this position
- 26:50Speaker 1: do not sign off on that individual, they will not
- 26:54Speaker 1: get confirmed. So to be clear, the two senators who
- 26:59Speaker 1: are hard word core liberals in Delaware are the ones
- 27:05Speaker 1: that pick David Weiss, not Donald J. Trump, as the
- 27:09Speaker 1: president of the United States America. That's why it is
- 27:12Speaker 1: so misleading. Now this all comes as the House Overside
- 27:16Speaker 1: Committee has just announced that the irs whistleblower Gary Shapley
- 27:21Speaker 1: and whistleblower X will testify at their committee next week.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Three whistleblowers have.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Provided information about how the Justice Department refused to follow
- 27:36Speaker 1: evidence that implicated Joe Biden and tipped off Hunter Biden's attorneys,
- 27:44Speaker 1: allowing the clock to run out with respect to certain
- 27:48Speaker 1: charges and put Hunter Biden on the path to a
- 27:52Speaker 1: sweetheart plea deal. The House Overside Committee says this will
- 27:57Speaker 1: take place on Wednesday, July the nineteenth, at one pm
- 28:01Speaker 1: Eastern twelve Central in the Rayburn House Office building. They
- 28:07Speaker 1: just officially put that out saying it will take place,
- 28:11Speaker 1: It will happen. Now you look at how they set
- 28:15Speaker 1: up mister, you know, Christopher ray Today they were showing
- 28:18Speaker 1: just how corrupt the DOJ and the FBI have become
- 28:23Speaker 1: under his leadership. He keeps saying, over and over again, Well,
- 28:27Speaker 1: you don't understand, you don't understand. I'm proud of the
- 28:31Speaker 1: men and women at the FBI. They do great work
- 28:34Speaker 1: every day. You don't understand how hard they're working. You
- 28:37Speaker 1: don't understand what they're doing. You don't understand, right, Like
- 28:40Speaker 1: that said over and over and over again, but he
- 28:43Speaker 1: refuses to admit that they screwed up. How many times
- 28:47Speaker 1: did you hear him today when they was faced with
- 28:49Speaker 1: some of the corruption at the FBI and the DJs
- 28:51Speaker 1: as well.
- 28:52Speaker 2: That made me angry.
- 28:53Speaker 1: That frustrated me, right, it frustrated me when they were
- 28:55Speaker 1: trying to infiltrate Russian are trying to infiltrate Catholic churches
- 29:01Speaker 1: and trying to say that Catholics are radical Catholics, right,
- 29:06Speaker 1: that they're radical Catholics. It's insane, but they keep changing
- 29:12Speaker 1: the rules. If you're one of theirs, you can do
- 29:15Speaker 1: whatever you want to do, you can break any law
- 29:16Speaker 1: you want to break, you can do whatever you want
- 29:20Speaker 1: to do. And that's how they're doing it right now.
- 29:25Speaker 1: You look at the FBI director Ray he also said
- 29:29Speaker 1: saying stupid today, saying, oh, well, I put an anti
- 29:31Speaker 1: bias training, Well is that working?
- 29:33Speaker 2: Clearly not listen to.
- 29:35Speaker 4: This have happened.
- 29:36Speaker 11: So the confirmation bias, which was brought up time and
- 29:39Speaker 11: time again when Durham was here before the committee, you
- 29:44Speaker 11: feel those have been addressed. I think Jason Jones says,
- 29:48Speaker 11: you put together a letter and that includes a lot
- 29:50Speaker 11: of that information.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Do you feel it's adequate or well?
- 29:54Speaker 7: I'm ambitious by nature for us as an organization, so
- 29:57Speaker 7: we're constantly looking for more things we can do, but
- 29:59Speaker 7: I'll give you an example on this issue of bias,
- 30:01Speaker 7: because I think it's so important. One of the things
- 30:04Speaker 7: that I did as FBI Director, and I did this
- 30:06Speaker 7: a couple of years ago, was in order and as frankly,
- 30:11Speaker 7: it was in reaction many ways more to both the
- 30:15Speaker 7: Hillary Clinton investigation as well as the Cross for a
- 30:18Speaker 7: Hurricane investigation. Was that I put in place training for
- 30:23Speaker 7: the entire workforce that focused specifically not just on the
- 30:26Speaker 7: importance of avoiding bias, but the importance of avoiding even
- 30:29Speaker 7: the appearance of bias. And one of the things that
- 30:31Speaker 7: I did to make sure that I was sending that
- 30:33Speaker 7: message was that rather than like the Wight normally happens
- 30:37Speaker 7: in a bureaucracy where all the training gets saddled on
- 30:40Speaker 7: all the folks on the front lines right out of
- 30:42Speaker 7: the gates, I started with the top two hundred and
- 30:45Speaker 7: three hundred so people in the organization, brought them all
- 30:47Speaker 7: to Quantico for an entire day stand down. We heard
- 30:50Speaker 7: from the Federal Judiciary, the Inspector General, the Hatch, ACKed
- 30:54Speaker 7: Office of Special Counsel, and the whole point of it
- 30:57Speaker 7: was the importance of not just objectivity but making sure
- 31:02Speaker 7: that we are faithful to the appearance of objectivity as well.
- 31:06Speaker 4: And then we had a smaller version of that that
- 31:08Speaker 4: went out to the whole workforce. But the idea was to.
- 31:09Speaker 7: Send the message that everybody at the top has to
- 31:12Speaker 7: take the medicine first.
- 31:14Speaker 4: So there's two other things.
- 31:16Speaker 1: I mean, this is just total political bs right, I'm
- 31:20Speaker 1: ambitious by nature. I started with the top two hundred,
- 31:22Speaker 1: three hundred and so people in the organization, brought them
- 31:24Speaker 1: all in to Quantico for an entire dain of bias training,
- 31:28Speaker 1: because apparently you can break the law and you can
- 31:32Speaker 1: go after your political opponents, and then we'll do you
- 31:34Speaker 1: some bias training and that'll fix all of your problems.
- 31:38Speaker 2: Right.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Chip Roy also said to the FBI director, how can
- 31:43Speaker 1: you empower an agent under investigation for potentially corrupt performance
- 31:49Speaker 1: to play a key role in the case against the
- 31:52Speaker 1: Bidens When he was asked him another question about this,
- 31:56Speaker 1: and again Chris Ray's like, well, you know, I can't
- 31:59Speaker 1: talk about the ongoing investigations. You notice everything's about ongoing investigation.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Let's go back to January sixth, for example, Representive Biggs
- 32:09Speaker 1: ask a simple question of Director Ray of whether or not.
- 32:14Speaker 1: The FBI had confidential human sources right in the crowd
- 32:19Speaker 1: on January the sixth. Listen to him refuse to answer
- 32:23Speaker 1: the question. It's not a hard one. Did you have
- 32:25Speaker 1: informant in the crowd?
- 32:27Speaker 2: Yes? Or no?
- 32:28Speaker 13: Former Capitol Police Chief Stevenson reported reportedly as asserted that
- 32:34Speaker 13: the protest crowd was filled with federal agents.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Are you aware of his assertion?
- 32:41Speaker 7: I am not.
- 32:42Speaker 13: Would you agree with him that it was filled with
- 32:45Speaker 13: federal agents on January sixth?
- 32:48Speaker 7: I would really have to see more closely exactly what
- 32:51Speaker 7: he said and get the full context to be able
- 32:53Speaker 7: to evaluate.
- 32:54Speaker 13: How many agents were actually agents or human resources. We're
- 33:00Speaker 13: president the Capital Complex and vicinity on January sixth.
- 33:04Speaker 7: Well, again, it's going to get confusing because it depends
- 33:07Speaker 7: on when we deployed and responded to the breach that
- 33:11Speaker 7: occurred obviously under federal agents.
- 33:14Speaker 13: Sure, no, yeah, you're talking, and you and I both
- 33:17Speaker 13: know what. We're talking different things here, and please don't
- 33:21Speaker 13: distract here because we're focusing on those who were there
- 33:24Speaker 13: in an undercover capacity on January sixth.
- 33:26Speaker 4: How many were there?
- 33:28Speaker 7: Again, I'm not sure that I can give you that number.
- 33:30Speaker 4: As I said here, I'm.
- 33:31Speaker 7: Not sure there were undercover agents on scene.
- 33:36Speaker 1: I can't give you a number. I can't give you
- 33:40Speaker 1: a number. Did you hear that I don't know. I'm
- 33:44Speaker 1: not sure. I promise you the FBI director can answer
- 33:49Speaker 1: this damn question. If you didn't know before January six
- 33:52Speaker 1: as sure as hell would have known after January sixth.
- 33:55Speaker 1: And this is the reason why I have zero faith
- 33:58Speaker 1: and the DJ and the FBI now to be honest
- 34:01Speaker 1: about any of this. I'm going to have more on
- 34:04Speaker 1: this tomorrow. There's gonna be a lot more audio that
