STtalks #184 - Reaching Goals with Mercer Vu Farms
Rod Hissong of Mercer Vu Farms joins us to share the forward-thinking growth his farm has experienced. With this growth comes a lot of goal setting, employee training, beneficial partnerships and overall doing the small things right. Joining Rod is Josh Sanders and Duncan Bailey from STgenetics® to elaborate on the support and services STgenetics® provides, highlighting genetic progress and breeding strategies. Our discussion goes further into Mercer Vu's employee training, use of advanced technologies, and strategies for maintaining high fertility and genetic improvements.
