Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Biden DOJ Executes Search Warrant to Compile an ENEMIES LIST of Everyone Who Has Ever LIKED a Trump Tweet, plus Fireworks on Senate Judiciary Committee
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you, and we've got quite a few issues to
- 0:07Speaker 1: talk about, including some fireworks that happen in the Judiciary
- 0:10Speaker 1: Committee over some nominees and some people that just flat
- 0:15Speaker 1: out aren't qualified. What are the Democrats doing. We're going
- 0:17Speaker 1: to take you behind the scenes to what happened there,
- 0:20Speaker 1: why this is so important for this country. Coming up
- 0:23Speaker 1: in just a moment. Also, the Center makes I think
- 0:27Speaker 1: what may be his debut in Hollywood in a new
- 0:30Speaker 1: movie that's at will tell you about that coming up
- 0:33Speaker 1: in just a moment. But before we get to that Center,
- 0:35Speaker 1: I want to get your reaction to some news that broke.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Special Counsel Jack Smith seems to be putting together together
- 0:43Speaker 1: an enemies list, and quite a few listeners of this
- 0:48Speaker 1: podcast may be on that list. He has demanded that
- 0:52Speaker 1: x formerly known as Twitter, is to give all information
- 0:56Speaker 1: on all Americans who interacted with Donald J. Trump on
- 1:02Speaker 1: Twitter between October of twenty twenty while he was the
- 1:06Speaker 1: President of the United States of America to January of
- 1:11Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. This would include people that did something
- 1:15Speaker 1: as simple as liking a tweet of the president of
- 1:19Speaker 1: the United States of America. Your reaction to this heavily
- 1:24Speaker 1: redacted search warrant requesting everyone's intel that interacted with Trump.
- 1:30Speaker 2: It's completely outrageous. The Biden Justice Department wants information about
- 1:34Speaker 2: you and you mentioned an enemy's list. That's exactly what
- 1:38Speaker 2: they're compiling. That they have literally served on Twitter a
- 1:43Speaker 2: search warrant that demands every single person who liked a
- 1:50Speaker 2: tweet from Trump or who retweeted a tweet from Trump
- 1:54Speaker 2: between October twenty twenty and January twenty twenty one. I
- 1:58Speaker 2: am quite certain I liked her, retweeted multiple tweets. I'm
- 2:01Speaker 2: quite certain you liked r retweeted multiple tweets. So you
- 2:04Speaker 2: and I are both on the enemy's list, and so
- 2:07Speaker 2: is anybody else that they're basically trying to compile a
- 2:11Speaker 2: list of the social media of every Trump voter, and
- 2:14Speaker 2: not even voter. It's just if you had something positive
- 2:17Speaker 2: to say about the president, the Biden DOJY wants to
- 2:21Speaker 2: know it. And they're also asking for quote all associated
- 2:26Speaker 2: logs and metadata, which could cover location data as well.
- 2:33Speaker 2: And so understand that they're asking for the physical location
- 2:39Speaker 2: of every person who said something positive about Donald Trump.
- 2:42Speaker 2: On Twitter between October of twenty twenty and January of
- 2:47Speaker 2: twenty twenty one. That is wildly overbroad. It is not
- 2:50Speaker 2: related to anything remotely within the scope of the indictment
- 2:57Speaker 2: and what they're trying to prosecute Trump for, and the
- 3:00Speaker 2: prosecution itself, as we've discussed at great length, is bogus.
- 3:03Speaker 2: But this is an example. Look, this is a political
- 3:07Speaker 2: fishing expedition. They want to know every American, every American citizen,
- 3:13Speaker 2: every American voter who dare say something positive about Trump,
- 3:17Speaker 2: the Biden DOJ wants to know your name.
- 3:20Speaker 1: This is something that you see in other countries like
- 3:24Speaker 1: China for example, and Russia for example, and other nations
- 3:28Speaker 1: where you have dictators and tyrants where they will one
- 3:31Speaker 1: hundred percent constantly be tracking, following and looking at every
- 3:37Speaker 1: word that the citizens are saying. And what we also
- 3:40Speaker 1: know is that Twitter initially delayed complying with this request
- 3:44Speaker 1: per the New York Posts, resulting in a three hundred
- 3:48Speaker 1: and fifty thousand dollars fine levied against the company. What's
- 3:52Speaker 1: also shocking about this warrant who comes in and I
- 3:55Speaker 1: do think we need to remind people of exactly how
- 3:59Speaker 1: radical and who this Special Counsel Jack Smith is because
- 4:03Speaker 1: the warrant Center also requests quote all IP addresses associated
- 4:09Speaker 1: with the president he was the president at the time
- 4:12Speaker 1: his account, as well as a list of all devices
- 4:16Speaker 1: used to log into it. This means that any staffer,
- 4:20Speaker 1: any aide who log into the account would have the
- 4:23Speaker 1: information divulge to the special prosecutor. And this isn't after
- 4:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump left office. This is spying on the president
- 4:32Speaker 1: and his staff. Wow, he was the president of the
- 4:35Speaker 1: United States of America.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Well, look, and this is very much consistent with the
- 4:41Speaker 2: abuse of power we've seen from the Biden DOJ and
- 4:43Speaker 2: from Democrats. The four indictments against Donald Trump are all
- 4:47Speaker 2: about weaponizing the Department of Justice, weaponizing local Democrat DA's
- 4:53Speaker 2: to go after an attack the leading candidate for president
- 4:57Speaker 2: on the Republican side right now. And and you know,
- 5:01Speaker 2: this is very much also in the spirit of the
- 5:04Speaker 2: abusive Fulty Fulton County indictment, where where the prosecutor there
- 5:11Speaker 2: alleges that they've indicted a number of people on rico
- 5:16Speaker 2: counts and the basis for that are one of the
- 5:19Speaker 2: significant bases they rely upon. It are individual tweets that
- 5:23Speaker 2: Trump sent and the theory is that the President of
- 5:27Speaker 2: the United States sending a tweet was somehow racketeering, that
- 5:32Speaker 2: it was violated the Rico laws. This is wacky stuff.
- 5:38Speaker 2: This is not Oh, that's a reasonable argument that I mean,
- 5:43Speaker 2: saying that the President of the United States, by sending
- 5:45Speaker 2: a tweet is committing a felony is utterly bizarre and
- 5:50Speaker 2: it demonstrates a contempt for free speech. Look, the President
- 5:54Speaker 2: of the United States has a free speech right to
- 5:56Speaker 2: send tweets. You may not like his tweets. You don't
- 5:58Speaker 2: have to read his tweets if you don't like him.
- 6:00Speaker 2: But Democrats have number one when it comes to Trump.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Just their brains are broken. They hate him so much
- 6:10Speaker 2: that they now believe, apparently that his sending a tweet
- 6:13Speaker 2: is a criminal act. And they also want to know
- 6:16Speaker 2: if you send a tweet. And by the way, on
- 6:18Speaker 2: the same theory, I don't know if maybe retweeting Trump
- 6:22Speaker 2: in their twisted world is a criminal act. What it
- 6:26Speaker 2: demonstrates is a political obsession, a willingness to abuse power,
- 6:33Speaker 2: a grotesque over breadth, and a complete contempt for free
- 6:39Speaker 2: speech in the First Amendment.
- 6:41Speaker 1: There's also another aspect of this, and that is look,
- 6:44Speaker 1: You've done this. I've done this. I've retweeted people that
- 6:48Speaker 1: I disagree with to bring light to something that they've
- 6:51Speaker 1: said that I think is egregious or just incompetent, or
- 6:55Speaker 1: maybe even just laughable. I shouldn't be dragged into a
- 7:01Speaker 1: special counsel's you know, obsession over that individual just because I,
- 7:07Speaker 1: on a public forum retweeted someone that I disagree with.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I've retweeted AOC and Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama and
- 7:15Speaker 1: Joe Biden countless times with things that they've said. And
- 7:18Speaker 1: now there's liberals in the media that I've retweeted before
- 7:22Speaker 1: that shouldn't give them the right to then come look
- 7:25Speaker 1: at what I've been doing because somehow it's connected to
- 7:28Speaker 1: that individual. Or am I wrong?
- 7:31Speaker 2: You're not wrong, but this is it's an enemy's list,
- 7:35Speaker 2: it is it is an abuse of power from d
- 7:39Speaker 2: OJ and Jack Smith is is he is captain a
- 7:42Speaker 2: have and he is going after his white whale, and
- 7:45Speaker 2: he is going to try to plunge a harpoon into
- 7:49Speaker 2: Donald Trump and he wants to kill him no matter what.
- 7:53Speaker 2: It is his obsession and by the way, that's why
- 7:56Speaker 2: Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith to that position because they
- 8:00Speaker 2: want they want to frustrate democracy. And this is where
- 8:07Speaker 2: you Bennett, it's actually amazing. The radical left has an
- 8:11Speaker 2: almost Freudian projection. Whatever they accuse you of doing is
- 8:17Speaker 2: in fact what they are doing, so that the standard
- 8:21Speaker 2: Democrat talking point nowadays is they're defending democracy. They're defenders
- 8:26Speaker 2: of democracy. That's what this election is about. Joe Biden
- 8:29Speaker 2: loves saying that the reason for these indictments are because
- 8:33Speaker 2: the Democrats are terrified of democracy. The reason for these
- 8:38Speaker 2: indictments is the Democrats are terrified that the voters come
- 8:42Speaker 2: November will go in and vote for Donald Trump. And
- 8:46Speaker 2: so they're trying to use the justice system to destroy
- 8:51Speaker 2: the leading Republican candidate. Why because they want to interfere
- 8:56Speaker 2: with the election. They want to stop democracy from ourad.
- 9:00Speaker 1: There's also an invasion of privacy aspect of this. So
- 9:03Speaker 1: I'm going to talk about something else that's in this
- 9:05Speaker 1: warrant in just a moment that deals with that. But
- 9:08Speaker 1: first let me tell you about our friends over at
- 9:09Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's
- 9:12Speaker 1: only Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I say only
- 9:16Speaker 1: trust me, they really are the only one. The team
- 9:19Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile put this coming together so that you
- 9:22Speaker 1: could stop giving your money to woke big mobile companies
- 9:26Speaker 1: to give massive donations to democrats and massive donations to
- 9:31Speaker 1: organizations like Planned Parenthood. Patriot Mobile also offers dependable nationwide coverage,
- 9:38Speaker 1: giving you the ability to access all three major networks.
- 9:41Speaker 1: What does that mean. It means you get the same
- 9:44Speaker 1: coverage that you're accustomed to without funding the left's agenda.
- 9:49Speaker 1: And when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a
- 9:52Speaker 1: clear message that you support free speech, religious freedom, the
- 9:56Speaker 1: sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as our military,
- 9:59Speaker 1: our veteran into our first responder heroes in this country.
- 10:02Speaker 1: They have one hundred percent US based customer service team
- 10:05Speaker 1: that also makes switching easy, and you get to keep
- 10:09Speaker 1: your same cell phone number if you want to. You
- 10:11Speaker 1: get to keep your same phone you have right now
- 10:13Speaker 1: or upgrade to a new one. And every month when
- 10:16Speaker 1: you pay your bill, a portion of your bill goes
- 10:18Speaker 1: back to support conservative causes and no extra cost to you.
- 10:23Speaker 1: So stop giving your mind awoke companies and switch to
- 10:27Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. Go to Patriotmobile dot com, slash verdict that's
- 10:32Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict, use a promo code
- 10:38Speaker 1: Verdict you'll get free activation as well, or you can
- 10:41Speaker 1: call them nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven
- 10:45Speaker 1: to two Patriot, Patriotmobile dot com, slash verdict centat. There
- 10:50Speaker 1: was also something else in this warren as we were
- 10:52Speaker 1: getting some of this information that was coming in that
- 10:55Speaker 1: was very alarming to me. And it's and it's a
- 10:57Speaker 1: it's a free speech, but also a invasion in a
- 11:00Speaker 1: privacy aspect, especially when you're talking about them wanting to
- 11:03Speaker 1: get this information on who was then sitting president of
- 11:06Speaker 1: the United States of America, and that was this quote
- 11:08Speaker 1: all information and this is what the warrant had in
- 11:11Speaker 1: it on Trump's quote. Connect and notification tabs within the
- 11:17Speaker 1: Twitter app was requested, as well as his entire search history,
- 11:23Speaker 1: all of the people that he blocked on Twitter, anyone
- 11:27Speaker 1: that he didn't block, but you can mute so you
- 11:29Speaker 1: don't see their tweets. And the most shocking part was
- 11:33Speaker 1: this even drafted tweets that he never sent out. How
- 11:39Speaker 1: can they justify that type of invasion of his privacy.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Well, they're engaged in a phishing expedition, I will say,
- 11:48Speaker 2: given that there is an active indictment against Trump, that
- 11:53Speaker 2: electronic information that they can probably get. And that's you know,
- 11:59Speaker 2: if if you've been indicted and have a criminal prosecution
- 12:02Speaker 2: against you, and and you have electronic records that are
- 12:07Speaker 2: arguably relevant to the case, that the prosecution can get
- 12:10Speaker 2: those And where the warrant goes wildly overboard. Is extending
- 12:18Speaker 2: not just a Trump who is now criminal defendant and
- 12:23Speaker 2: has to defend himself, but it's extending to eighty million Americans.
- 12:28Speaker 2: It's it's it's extending to every American who'd hit retweet
- 12:31Speaker 2: or or or like for a period of three months
- 12:35Speaker 2: on any Trump tweets. I mean, that's that's insanely overbroad.
- 12:39Speaker 2: I will note also that the warrant instructed Twitter not
- 12:44Speaker 2: to notify Trump of the search order. That that is normal.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Is that a normal way of a warrant reading or
- 12:52Speaker 1: is that also egregious? And then the way that they
- 12:55Speaker 1: describe it.
- 12:56Speaker 2: You know, it depends and what is so Twitter went
- 13:01Speaker 2: and argued and tried to fight this, and Jack Smith
- 13:06Speaker 2: in court argued, quote, there is reason to believe notification
- 13:09Speaker 2: to the former president, a sophisticated actor with an expansive platform,
- 13:14Speaker 2: would result in a statutorily cognizable harm. The non disclosure
- 13:18Speaker 2: order was granted based on facts showing that notifying the
- 13:22Speaker 2: former president would result in destruction of or tampering with evidence,
- 13:27Speaker 2: intimidation of potential witnesses, or other serious jeopardy to an
- 13:31Speaker 2: investigation or delaying of trial. Look, if you're seeking someone's
- 13:37Speaker 2: electronic records, that's not that unusual to say. Don't like
- 13:40Speaker 2: if they someone goes after your bank records, it's not
- 13:44Speaker 2: that unusual that they would not notify you of it.
- 13:47Speaker 2: What is unusual is going after every other person who
- 13:52Speaker 2: was not involved in the case in any way at all,
- 13:54Speaker 2: and getting the record of every time Ben Ferguson liked
- 13:58Speaker 2: Donald Trump. That is completely overbroad.
- 14:04Speaker 1: I have to say, I want to give some credit
- 14:06Speaker 1: here to x slash Twitter. Not only did they initially
- 14:11Speaker 1: delay complying with this request that resulted in a three
- 14:13Speaker 1: hundred free thousand dollars fine, but they also went to
- 14:16Speaker 1: court trying to stop this abuse of power. And I
- 14:20Speaker 1: think that's something that should not be overlooked in this story,
- 14:23Speaker 1: that they were trying to protect the users and they
- 14:27Speaker 1: realized I think how egregious this was, and they deserve
- 14:30Speaker 1: to I think give a lot of us, a lot
- 14:32Speaker 1: of us. You appreciate the fact that Elon Musk didn't
- 14:35Speaker 1: just say come on in, here's the books, grab whatever
- 14:37Speaker 1: you want and said no, no, no, we're gonna fight you.
- 14:41Speaker 1: This is not okay.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Yeah, fully agree, And I think Twitter or x they
- 14:47Speaker 2: handled it exactly right. But this Biden DOJ. This is
- 14:51Speaker 2: a political Department of Justice, and it's doing enormous and
- 14:55Speaker 2: ongoing damage to the integrity of DJ and and of
- 14:59Speaker 2: the of law. Politicized prosecutions and weaponizing criminal prosecutions that
- 15:06Speaker 2: does big, big damage.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I want to move on also to some other news,
- 15:10Speaker 1: and it is not really hit outside of what happened
- 15:14Speaker 1: within the Senate Judiciary Committee, and there was a lot
- 15:18Speaker 1: of fireworks that happened the Senate Judiciary Committee this morning.
- 15:21Speaker 1: We're taping this late obviously on Thursday evening, but explain
- 15:27Speaker 1: what was going on in the Senate Judiciary Committee and
- 15:31Speaker 1: what was happening there. As The Hills headline was Senate
- 15:34Speaker 1: gop stages hearing walk out to protest Supreme Court related subpoenas.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham slam Democrats, John Cornyn blasting Democrat Senator Dick Durbin.
- 15:45Speaker 1: You were blasting and defending your colleague Senater John Kennedy
- 15:50Speaker 1: and ripping apart the Senate Democrats for consistently serving a
- 15:55Speaker 1: rubber stamp, as you described it. So tell us how
- 15:58Speaker 1: this all happened and kind of out of nowhere.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Well, we began the day with a markup in the
- 16:03Speaker 2: Senate Judiciary Committee, and it began by the Senate Judiciary
- 16:08Speaker 2: Committee voting on two judges that actually Democrats had voted
- 16:12Speaker 2: out a committee before, but one of the Democrats was
- 16:15Speaker 2: not physically present in the room, and so that we
- 16:17Speaker 2: didn't have a quorum, and so they screwed it up
- 16:20Speaker 2: last time, they had to go back and do it again.
- 16:22Speaker 2: And then there were also other judges that were up
- 16:25Speaker 2: up for being voted on. And on top of that,
- 16:29Speaker 2: the Democrats were seeking to issue subpoenas to go after
- 16:34Speaker 2: Leonard Leo, who was a long time with a Federalist society,
- 16:38Speaker 2: very active in judicial matters and judicial selection, a very
- 16:42Speaker 2: long time friend of mine, and to go after Harlan Crowe,
- 16:46Speaker 2: a very successful Texas businessman who is very close friends
- 16:50Speaker 2: with Clarence Thomas. And so we had over two hours
- 16:55Speaker 2: of fireworks, I mean it. Judiciary is always vigorous. It's
- 17:02Speaker 2: a little bit like the Roman colisseum where you get,
- 17:06Speaker 2: you know, strong partisan warriors on both sides of the aisle.
- 17:10Speaker 2: They go at it a lot. That being said, what
- 17:13Speaker 2: happened today was really extraordinary. So we started off that
- 17:17Speaker 2: Dick Durbin, that the chairman of the committee wanted to
- 17:19Speaker 2: vote on the two nominees that he screwed up last
- 17:22Speaker 2: time and didn't have a quorum for. And a number
- 17:26Speaker 2: of Republican senators wanted to speak. John Cordon wanted to speak,
- 17:30Speaker 2: John Kennedy wanted to speak, Marsha Blackburn wanted to speak,
- 17:33Speaker 2: and Durbin just plowed right over them, just said, shut up, no,
- 17:35Speaker 2: you can't speak. You can't speak on these judges. We're
- 17:38Speaker 2: just voting. And it was It was a remarkable thing.
- 17:43Speaker 1: It's something that's not the normal course of business, that
- 17:46Speaker 1: doesn't happen correct on a normal normally. That's abnormal, right.
- 17:51Speaker 2: It is wildly abnormal. I've never seen it anymore. John Cornon,
- 17:56Speaker 2: who usually does not get all that excited or worked
- 17:59Speaker 2: up here, that's what he said to durban He said, quote,
- 18:02Speaker 2: you just destroyed one of the most important committees in
- 18:04Speaker 2: the United States Senate. Congratulations on destroying the United States
- 18:09Speaker 2: Senate Judiciary Committee to try to silence your opponents. Well,
- 18:15Speaker 2: it reflects the arbitrary abuse of power that characterizes the
- 18:22Speaker 2: Biden DOJ and characterizes the Senate Democrats. We also saw
- 18:29Speaker 2: Senate Democrats once again just just rubber stamp nominees. And
- 18:36Speaker 2: and you know, I was unloading in particular on a
- 18:40Speaker 2: nominee out of Connecticut who has a really radical record.
- 18:45Speaker 2: She signed a letter during COVID urging the governor of
- 18:50Speaker 2: Connecticut to release as many prisoners as possible from jail,
- 18:56Speaker 2: and by the way, with no distinction to whether they're violent.
- 18:59Speaker 2: And the letter, among other things, called on the governor
- 19:03Speaker 2: to release one hundred percent all of the prisoners in
- 19:08Speaker 2: pre trialed attention. So if you've been arrested, say for murder,
- 19:13Speaker 2: this nominee was saying, well, we should just let you
- 19:15Speaker 2: go if you arrested for rape or child molesting, all
- 19:18Speaker 2: of them. And and that's really a radical, radical position.
- 19:23Speaker 2: And so so I unloaded on the Democrats for being
- 19:26Speaker 2: so extreme, so out of step, and and and in
- 19:30Speaker 2: fact I suggested to them, I said, look, just because
- 19:34Speaker 2: you're Democrats, doesn't mean that you have to just roll
- 19:37Speaker 2: over and and and rubber stamp whatever it is the
- 19:41Speaker 2: Biden White House wants. And I point it out as Republicans,
- 19:45Speaker 2: we didn't do that to Donald Trump. And in particular,
- 19:48Speaker 2: you know, I invoked the well known bracelets that some
- 19:51Speaker 2: people wear w W JD what would Jesus do? And
- 19:55Speaker 2: I said, look in the Senate Judiciary Committee, let me
- 19:57Speaker 2: suggest a modification on that, which is, y'all ought to
- 20:00Speaker 2: wear a bracelet that says ww jk D, which is
- 20:04Speaker 2: what would John Kennedy do? And the reason I use
- 20:08Speaker 2: that analogy is that John Kennedy multiple times with Trump,
- 20:14Speaker 2: judges had withering cross examinations, and for judges who were
- 20:19Speaker 2: not qualified, those cross examinations resulted in those nominees being defeated.
- 20:27Speaker 2: And I was telling the Democrats, you know, you actually
- 20:30Speaker 2: can behave like a senator. You don't just have to
- 20:32Speaker 2: be puppets of the White House.
- 20:35Speaker 1: But yeah, not a one way. Well, let's play a
- 20:38Speaker 1: few of these clips because they're important, and I want
- 20:40Speaker 1: people to be able to hear what was happening, because
- 20:41Speaker 1: this is a room filled with a lot of tense moments.
- 20:45Speaker 1: And here's a few of those.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Constitution gives this body the power of advice and consent,
- 20:51Speaker 2: but it only works if people have the backbone to
- 20:53Speaker 2: use it. If you view your job as I'm a
- 20:57Speaker 2: rubber stamp for the Biden White House, whoever they send us. Look,
- 21:01Speaker 2: the Democrats on this committee have already signed off on
- 21:03Speaker 2: three nominees of the Department of Justice who want to
- 21:05Speaker 2: abolish the police. You've already signed off on a radical
- 21:10Speaker 2: judge who describes himself as his own words, as a
- 21:14Speaker 2: quote wild eyed liberal says he wakes up every morning
- 21:17Speaker 2: motivated by hatred for conservatives. He's a federal judge in
- 21:20Speaker 2: New York. God help you. If you're a conservative and
- 21:22Speaker 2: you're in his court, you go sit there, your honor,
- 21:26Speaker 2: he realized your honor. Woke up that morning motivated by
- 21:29Speaker 2: hatred of you. But every Democrat thought thought that was fine.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That looks a good judge to us.
- 21:34Speaker 1: That was one of your best moments. And then, as
- 21:37Speaker 1: you mentioned, you were talking about John Kennedy and reminding
- 21:40Speaker 1: that Republicans have held their own to a higher standard
- 21:43Speaker 1: as well.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Because John Kennedy actually respects what it means to be
- 21:48Speaker 2: a judge. He's spent too many times, too much time
- 21:50Speaker 2: in too many court rooms to know. If you have
- 21:52Speaker 2: a jackass who doesn't know what he's doing or an
- 21:56Speaker 2: ideologue on the bench, it's bad for the rule of law.
- 22:00Speaker 2: And you all remember John Kennedy torpedo Trump judge after
- 22:03Speaker 2: Trump dards. We had a lot of great judges, but
- 22:07Speaker 2: we had some that weren't great. And the ones that
- 22:09Speaker 2: weren't great, the Republicans on this committee said, no, go
- 22:12Speaker 2: back and do it again. Is there even a single
- 22:17Speaker 2: Democrat who could look at that bracelet? What would John
- 22:22Speaker 2: Kennedy do and say, you know what, a judge who
- 22:26Speaker 2: calls for releasing every violent criminal in the state of
- 22:29Speaker 2: Connecticut who's on pre trial containment, that shouldn't be a judge.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Did it change the demeanor of the room when you
- 22:42Speaker 1: were talking that bluntley and reminding them of the facts
- 22:44Speaker 1: that hey, we've gotten rid of some of our own
- 22:47Speaker 1: bad nominees or with it just nope, we're Democrats and
- 22:50Speaker 1: we're going to just keep doing exactly what we do,
- 22:52Speaker 1: and you guys need to shut up.
- 22:53Speaker 2: So the amazing thing is the Democrats don't engage at
- 22:57Speaker 2: all when I'm talking. They're all looking down, they're looking
- 23:00Speaker 2: at their feet, they're looking at their phones. They don't
- 23:02Speaker 2: look up, they don't engage. None of them respond on
- 23:05Speaker 2: the merits to anything you say. Uh. You know what,
- 23:08Speaker 2: I point out, this this radical uh judge's record, And
- 23:13Speaker 2: I pointed out I went down down the road. I said, listen,
- 23:17Speaker 2: I don't care how how blue your states are. You
- 23:20Speaker 2: know some of the Democrats there, they're from Illinois and
- 23:23Speaker 2: Rhode Island and and uh, Minnesota and New Jersey and
- 23:28Speaker 2: California and Delaware. I said, look, look, I don't care
- 23:32Speaker 2: how blue your state is. Go to Vermont. Peter Welch
- 23:36Speaker 2: is from Vermont. Bring you, bring your constituents together, ask
- 23:39Speaker 2: them if they think it's a good idea to release
- 23:42Speaker 2: every violent criminal that's being held on pre trial attention,
- 23:46Speaker 2: every murderer, every serial rapist, just let them go. Like
- 23:51Speaker 2: even in the blue estates they will say that's nutty.
- 23:55Speaker 2: And this goes back to a theme that we've talked
- 23:59Speaker 2: about a lot. That I talked about a lot in
- 24:02Speaker 2: my new book, Unwoke, which is because the media is
- 24:06Speaker 2: so corrupt, the Democrats know that no matter how egregious
- 24:11Speaker 2: the votes are they cast, the media won't report on it.
- 24:15Speaker 2: So they'll never get asked back home about the radicals
- 24:19Speaker 2: they're voting for because it'll never make the six o'clock news.
- 24:22Speaker 2: CNN won't cover it, The New York Times won't cover it.
- 24:25Speaker 2: It just it disappears. And so they don't have substantive
- 24:31Speaker 2: responses to these points. They just utterly ignore it. And
- 24:34Speaker 2: as I said today, I said, look the look they
- 24:37Speaker 2: vote like the Pullit Bureau in the old Soviet Union.
- 24:42Speaker 2: They just raise their hands and go dah. And in fact,
- 24:46Speaker 2: when it came to voting on this one radical judge,
- 24:48Speaker 2: when it came to me, I decided to vote. Normally
- 24:51Speaker 2: I would have voted no, but instead I voted yet,
- 24:55Speaker 2: which did at least get it. Get a couple of chuckles.
- 25:00Speaker 2: They're not a single Democrat. If they have any shame,
- 25:04Speaker 2: they don't demonstrate it.
- 25:07Speaker 1: I did love the way that Texas was really represented.
- 25:10Speaker 1: You mentioned John Cornyan earlier. He's a guy that doesn't
- 25:14Speaker 1: usually get that, you know, kind of animate or excited.
- 25:17Speaker 1: But I want to play this because it was a
- 25:19Speaker 1: great day for all Texans in the Senate, Chairman, you.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Has not been allowed to speak on that.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Now, mister Chairman, you just destroyed one of the most
- 25:29Speaker 3: important committees in the United States Senate, Sherwood, and you said,
- 25:35Speaker 3: a precedent the church will be repeated every time one
- 25:39Speaker 3: party or the other takes advantage and takes lowgro it
- 25:43Speaker 3: sets a presiden that will then be the norm. Congratulations
- 25:48Speaker 3: on destroying the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I mean, you've served with the centat corner for a
- 25:55Speaker 1: long time. That's his I'm pissed voice, and he was
- 25:58Speaker 1: not going to be interrupted as he was making point.
- 26:00Speaker 1: And it was a great moment at least for Texas,
- 26:03Speaker 1: especially for citizens here, because you guys were united saying,
- 26:06Speaker 1: and the way he described it, you guys are taking
- 26:08Speaker 1: the low road here, and this is going to come
- 26:10Speaker 1: back to bite you one day.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Well, look, that's exactly right. And then after the Democrats
- 26:16Speaker 2: rammed these nominees through, they then voted on the subpoenas,
- 26:19Speaker 2: and they had subpoenas, as I said, for two private citizens.
- 26:23Speaker 2: One of them is Leonard Leo. I've known Leonard for
- 26:24Speaker 2: thirty years. Leonard for years was with a Federalist Society.
- 26:28Speaker 2: I joined the Federalist Society in nineteen ninety two when
- 26:33Speaker 2: I was had just graduated from college and I was
- 26:35Speaker 2: a first year law student. I joined the Federalist Society
- 26:38Speaker 2: when I was a first year law student. I've known
- 26:40Speaker 2: Leonard since that time, since nineteen ninety two, so we've
- 26:44Speaker 2: been friends for thirty years. He is a principled conservative.
- 26:48Speaker 2: He has been a warrior fighting for constitutionalists on the bench,
- 26:55Speaker 2: and the Democrats hate him because they don't want constitutionalist
- 26:59Speaker 2: on the bench. And then they also were voting on
- 27:03Speaker 2: a subpoena for Harlan Crow, someone else I know very
- 27:06Speaker 2: very well and incredibly successful real estate developer and businessman
- 27:11Speaker 2: in Texas and Dallas. He and his wife are very
- 27:15Speaker 2: very close friends with Clarence Thomas and Justice Thomas's wife,
- 27:20Speaker 2: and all of us were horrified at their ongoing campaign,
- 27:26Speaker 2: the Democrats campaign to delegitimize the Supreme Court and in
- 27:32Speaker 2: particular to smear Clarence Thomas, and the attacks that they
- 27:35Speaker 2: directed Clarence Thomas, I think are suffused with racism. That
- 27:43Speaker 2: four left wing Democrats, they have a hatred for Clarence
- 27:47Speaker 2: Thomas that is qualitatively different from any other justice on
- 27:53Speaker 2: the Court, any other conservative you know. For years, Clarence
- 27:57Speaker 2: Thomas served alongside antonin Scalia. Both were equally conservative and
- 28:02Speaker 2: Yet the left didn't hate Scalia. They disagreed with him,
- 28:05Speaker 2: but they didn't hate him. For today's Democrats, they have
- 28:10Speaker 2: a contempt, a loathing for a black man who dares
- 28:16Speaker 2: to be a conservative that for today's leftist is triggering.
- 28:22Speaker 2: They believe an African American man does not have the
- 28:25Speaker 2: right to disagree with the left wing orthodoxy, that the
- 28:30Speaker 2: cultural Marxists are trying to force down your throat, and
- 28:32Speaker 2: so that they heap contempt. You know, I put up
- 28:36Speaker 2: in hearings before magazine covers where they've shown Clarence Thomas.
- 28:41Speaker 2: They've drawn him as a lawn jockey, They've drawn him
- 28:44Speaker 2: as an Uncle Tom licking the boots of justice Scalia,
- 28:49Speaker 2: I mean, just heavily racist cartoons from the left. And
- 28:55Speaker 2: so in response to these subpoenas, Senate Republicans did two things.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Number one, we did what's called we invoked the two
- 29:06Speaker 2: hour rule, which is a Senate rule that limits the
- 29:09Speaker 2: length of a hearing. Because we invoked that rule, it
- 29:13Speaker 2: meant that they had to conclude all of their business
- 29:16Speaker 2: by noon. Well, Durban screwed up again. He didn't finish
- 29:21Speaker 2: by noon, and he actually voted on the subpoenas at
- 29:24Speaker 2: twelve oh two, so he was two minutes late. Under
- 29:27Speaker 2: the Senate rules, those subpoenas are invalid because at noon,
- 29:33Speaker 2: the committee was no longer allowed to conduct any business
- 29:36Speaker 2: under the Senate rules. So the subpoenas were invalid. Number one,
- 29:41Speaker 2: because Durbin did it too late and did not comply
- 29:43Speaker 2: with the two hour rule. But number two, we did
- 29:47Speaker 2: something very unusual, which is every Republican got up and
- 29:50Speaker 2: left walked out of the hearing room when they began
- 29:53Speaker 2: to vote on the subpoenas. And the reason we did
- 29:56Speaker 2: that is we denied the committee a quorum. Under the rules,
- 30:00Speaker 2: have to be at least two members of the minority
- 30:02Speaker 2: party in the room for the committee to be able
- 30:04Speaker 2: to conduct business, and so we left and denied them
- 30:07Speaker 2: a quorum. Now, Durban, the Democrats don't care if they're
- 30:10Speaker 2: following the rules, so he just voted with only Democrats
- 30:14Speaker 2: and then he announced that the eleven Democrats had voted,
- 30:18Speaker 2: so the subpoenas would issue. But if and when anyone
- 30:23Speaker 2: tries to enforce those subpoenas, the lawyers for the targets
- 30:27Speaker 2: of the subpoenas, the lawyers for Leonard Leo and Harlan
- 30:30Speaker 2: Crowe will undoubtedly argue that the subpoenas are invalid number
- 30:34Speaker 2: one because they violated the two hour rule and number
- 30:38Speaker 2: two because they were issued without a quorum, and that
- 30:42Speaker 2: for all of the Republicans to walk out and deny
- 30:46Speaker 2: a quorum is something extremely rare and it is indicative
- 30:50Speaker 2: of just how how much the Democrats are abusing their
- 30:54Speaker 2: power right now.
- 30:55Speaker 1: And Cina, I also want to ask you just about
- 30:57Speaker 1: this double standard with them come after Kaerance Thomas, but
- 31:01Speaker 1: completely overlooking some of the major ethical problems that some
- 31:05Speaker 1: of the Democrats should have to answer for, especially on
- 31:09Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. Before I do that, though, I got
- 31:12Speaker 1: to tell you about our friends at Blackout Coffee. I

- 32:48Speaker 1: You know. One of the issues I think here is
- 32:50Speaker 1: also the fact that when it comes to ethics complaints, Democrats,
- 32:54Speaker 1: they came after Karence Thomason will never stop. But there's
- 32:58Speaker 1: even headlines don't have to look for them. One of
- 33:01Speaker 1: them is the Associated Press. Supreme Court Justice Sato Mayor's
- 33:04Speaker 1: staff prodded colleges and libraries to buy her books. That
- 33:11Speaker 1: would be a major violation of ethics.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Right. Well, we've seen from the Democrats a complete double
- 33:18Speaker 2: standard when it comes to the so called ethics standards.
- 33:22Speaker 2: So everything they're accusing Clarence Thomas of doing, of of
- 33:26Speaker 2: taking trips, of going going flying on private planes, of
- 33:31Speaker 2: traveling to give speeches or go to go to some
- 33:34Speaker 2: swanky resort. Everything that that that Clarence Thomas did. The
- 33:41Speaker 2: left wing justices did too. Stephen Bryer did so. Ruth
- 33:44Speaker 2: Bader Ginsburg did so. Sonya sawt to my or did so.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Stephen Bryer flew all over the world on planes of
- 33:52Speaker 2: left wing billionaires and the Democrats. And to be clear,
- 33:57Speaker 2: the Supreme Court's ethics rules allowed both of them to
- 34:01Speaker 2: do that. They were both complying with the ethics rules.
- 34:03Speaker 2: And so what the Democrats are doing here is they're
- 34:06Speaker 2: playing a game of gotcha, which is they are attacking
- 34:11Speaker 2: Clarence Thomas for doing the same thing all the other
- 34:13Speaker 2: justices are doing. And they're ignoring the fact that the
- 34:17Speaker 2: ethics rules that govern justices allow them to take those trips.
- 34:22Speaker 2: And it is their objective is it's not complicated. They
- 34:27Speaker 2: want to smear, they want to destroy Clarence Thomas, number one,
- 34:32Speaker 2: but number two, they want to delegitimize the Supreme Court
- 34:35Speaker 2: because the Supreme Court is the one major institution in
- 34:39Speaker 2: Washington that the left right now does not control. And
- 34:43Speaker 2: even worse, from their perspective, the Supreme Court is holding
- 34:47Speaker 2: the Biden administration to account and forcing them to comply
- 34:52Speaker 2: with the constitution and with the law. And the radical
- 34:56Speaker 2: left doesn't want to comply with the constitution and the law.
- 35:00Speaker 2: So this is a political effort designed to attack and
- 35:05Speaker 2: tear down the court.
- 35:06Speaker 1: And part of deal legitimizing the court. Final question on
- 35:08Speaker 1: this is if they can delegitimize it, then they can
- 35:11Speaker 1: pack the court and say that's how they're going to
- 35:13Speaker 1: fix this illegitimate court. How concerned are you that that
- 35:18Speaker 1: idea and dream could become a reality in the next
- 35:23Speaker 1: five ten years, because it seems that they're really focused
- 35:26Speaker 1: on this idea of all, right, well, if we don't
- 35:28Speaker 1: have the numbers, we'll just pack the damn Court and
- 35:30Speaker 1: then bam, we remake it. Now we're in charging to
- 35:33Speaker 1: do whatever the hell we want to do.
- 35:35Speaker 2: The Democrats are one vote away from having the votes
- 35:40Speaker 2: to pack the US Supreme Court, so the Democrats tried
- 35:44Speaker 2: to end the filibuster. The filibuster is the requirement that
- 35:47Speaker 2: it takes sixty votes to pass major legislation in the Senate.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Forty eight of the Democrats are willing to end the filibuster.
- 35:58Speaker 2: They are only two who refuse to do so, Joe
- 36:02Speaker 2: Manchin and Kirsten Cinnamon. By the way, Mansion's not coming back.
- 36:05Speaker 2: He's announced that he's not running for reelection, so one
- 36:08Speaker 2: of those two will be gone. And if the Democrats
- 36:12Speaker 2: go from forty eight to fifty and Kamala Harris is
- 36:18Speaker 2: still the vice president, they will have the votes to
- 36:21Speaker 2: end the filibuster. They would do so, and one of
- 36:25Speaker 2: the very first things they would do is pack the U.
- 36:27Speaker 2: S Supreme Court. They would grow the number of justices
- 36:31Speaker 2: from nine justices to thirteen, so they could immediately appoint
- 36:35Speaker 2: four radical left wing justices who would then overturn landmark
- 36:43Speaker 2: decisions protecting free speech, protecting religious liberty, protecting the Second Amendment.
- 36:49Speaker 2: If they are able to pack the Supreme Court, they
- 36:52Speaker 2: have the potential of doing permanent damage to the rule
- 36:56Speaker 2: of law and to urine my constitutional rights.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Yeah, and something we're gonna have to watch certainly in
- 37:00Speaker 1: this election. You this presidential election, you're coming up and
- 37:03Speaker 1: remind people these are those reasons why it's so important
- 37:06Speaker 1: to actually go out and vote when we see low
- 37:08Speaker 1: voter turnout in presidential areas. Always, I always say, go
- 37:12Speaker 1: back to the Supreme Court, and you look at what
- 37:14Speaker 1: we were able to accomplish with Donald Trump and Supreme
- 37:17Speaker 1: Court nominees. It was incredible and that as a legacy
- 37:21Speaker 1: that can be there for decades on. In finally, let's
- 37:26Speaker 1: talk about something that was really fun. I think, and
- 37:31Speaker 1: I googled this, but I got inconclusive data here, Senator.
- 37:35Speaker 1: I think that you had your silver screen debut with
- 37:40Speaker 1: a new movie that has come out, Lady Ballers. It
- 37:45Speaker 1: is a Daily Wire movie, Lady Ballers, and it's making
- 37:47Speaker 1: everybody freak out, which makes even more fun in the media.
- 37:50Speaker 1: And they're saying you're now starring in a transgender film,
- 37:55Speaker 1: which really made me laugh when I saw that headline.
- 37:57Speaker 1: So talk about this debut of yours. Congratulations movie star.
- 38:02Speaker 1: I guess we can put that on the resume, right,
- 38:05Speaker 1: This is pretty cool?
- 38:06Speaker 2: Well, it was very cool. So last night I went
- 38:09Speaker 2: to the world premiere of the movie and it was
- 38:11Speaker 2: in Nashville. The name of the movie is Lady Ballers
- 38:14Speaker 2: and it was put out by the Daily Wire, and
- 38:16Speaker 2: it's a comedy. It's a really funny comedy. It reads
- 38:21Speaker 2: it's an awful lot like Dodgeball. It's kind of the
- 38:24Speaker 2: same sort of slapstick. But the script is really well written.
- 38:29Speaker 2: It's got a terrific cast. And the premise is that
- 38:34Speaker 2: you have five guys who won the Tennessee State high
- 38:40Speaker 2: school basketball championship and twenty years later, they're all kind
- 38:44Speaker 2: of down on their luck and they decide they're going
- 38:47Speaker 2: to compete as women's basketball players and dominate women's basketball.
- 38:52Speaker 2: And because of today's woke ideology, if they say they're women,
- 38:58Speaker 2: they get praised as as beautiful and brave and and
- 39:03Speaker 2: it I gotta tell you the script is, it's just
- 39:07Speaker 2: really damn funny. So I went. It was in a
- 39:09Speaker 2: big theater in Nashville. The theater was packed. Everyone was
- 39:13Speaker 2: cracking up, laughing. Uh, there are a whole bunch of
- 39:15Speaker 2: cameos in the movie. Now I have a tiny cameo.
- 39:18Speaker 2: So so I'm in the movie. I have two lines.
- 39:22Speaker 2: But but it was fun. I flew to Nashville while
- 39:25Speaker 2: they were filming.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Hold on, hold on, how many takes it take you
- 39:27Speaker 1: to get it right? That's that's the real question, if
- 39:29Speaker 1: you've gone pro here in the movie world.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Well, uh, they probably had me do about twenty takes
- 39:36Speaker 2: of it. Now, I don't know that. I don't know
- 39:38Speaker 2: that I screwed it up nineteen times. But but they
- 39:40Speaker 2: kept telling me, Okay, do it again, do it again,
- 39:43Speaker 2: do it again. So I did, did, did, did a
- 39:46Speaker 2: whole bunch of takes of it. And it was a
- 39:47Speaker 2: ton of fun. I flew in for one afternoon and
- 39:49Speaker 2: shot the scene and left it. But it was a
- 39:52Speaker 2: blast and and and it was really cool. And I
- 39:55Speaker 2: will say the movie. Look, this is something we've talked about.
- 40:00Speaker 2: That is something I talk about at a lot of
- 40:02Speaker 2: length in my new book on Woke. The chapter on entertainment,
- 40:07Speaker 2: Entertainment is enormously consequential, and I talk about in the
- 40:11Speaker 2: book on Woke, how how the the radical left has
- 40:16Speaker 2: killed comedy. Late night TV shows are unwatchable and in fact,
- 40:21Speaker 2: ironically so Jimmy Kimmel, I blast in the book and
- 40:25Speaker 2: I talk about how, you know, instead of like actually
- 40:30Speaker 2: having real humor, we now just have angry leftists standing
- 40:35Speaker 2: there screaming, I hate Donald Trump, Donald Trumps the devil. Ironically,
- 40:40Speaker 2: Jimmy Kimmel took that excerpt from my book and he
- 40:42Speaker 2: read it his monologue, and it was it was actually
- 40:47Speaker 2: even funnier. Kimmel then following it up by having a
- 40:50Speaker 2: drag queen read excerpts of my book to little kids,
- 40:55Speaker 2: which was as much as I said, it was unfunny.
- 40:57Speaker 2: That was actually kind of funny that.
- 40:58Speaker 1: He did that.
- 40:59Speaker 2: I got to laugh at that. But look, entertainment is powerful,
- 41:06Speaker 2: culture is powerful, and comedy is powerful. And what I
- 41:10Speaker 2: was happy about this movie is is that it's it's
- 41:13Speaker 2: really funny. I mean, it's it is. I mean, as
- 41:17Speaker 2: you know, I'm a huge movie buff. I love movies,
- 41:19Speaker 2: I love comedies, I love I love you know, laughing
- 41:23Speaker 2: and cutting up and having fun. And this the movie.
- 41:27Speaker 2: I would recommend it to everyone. It's and I'm glad
- 41:32Speaker 2: to see. Look, the Daily Wire is investing a lot
- 41:36Speaker 2: of money and trying to compete against Hollywood producing good content,
- 41:41Speaker 2: and that's one of the critical tools we have to
- 41:44Speaker 2: do if we're going to take the institutions back.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Yeah, it's so important. And you look at just it's
- 41:49Speaker 1: not just that when these come out that we support them.
- 41:52Speaker 1: And I think that's the point you're making is Look,
- 41:55Speaker 1: go watch this movie and support it, because if we do,
- 41:59Speaker 1: then we get to make more of them and others
- 42:02Speaker 1: will be inspired when you see people that are trying
- 42:05Speaker 1: to fight back in spaces that are really hard, like Hollywood,
- 42:08Speaker 1: and they put something out that's on Netflix. That's something
- 42:11Speaker 1: that's that has made for our audience and conservatives, make
- 42:15Speaker 1: sure you support it because if you don't, the left
- 42:18Speaker 1: will continue to beat the living crap out of us
- 42:20Speaker 1: in the entertainment industry and they do change hearts and minds.
- 42:24Speaker 1: I mean there was a there. I mean when you
- 42:27Speaker 1: ran for president, I'm sure you saw the data likability
- 42:29Speaker 1: and if Hollywood's behind you, and if you have famous
- 42:32Speaker 1: stars behind you, I mean, the Democratic National Convention is
- 42:36Speaker 1: not about the politicians. It's about the movie stars and
- 42:38Speaker 1: the mood and the music groups that show up to
- 42:41Speaker 1: entertain the people watching on TV. And they beat us
- 42:45Speaker 1: at that game. And that's why it's so important to
- 42:47Speaker 1: get behind movies like this.
- 42:50Speaker 2: Look, I think that's exactly right. The movie also has
- 42:52Speaker 2: a bunch of different cameos in it. So Ben Shapiro
- 42:55Speaker 2: is in it, Jeremy Boring is is actually one of
- 42:59Speaker 2: the stars of it. At Walsh is in it, Clay
- 43:01Speaker 2: Travis is in it, Riley Gaines is in it, Jordan
- 43:06Speaker 2: Peterson is in it. So so there are lots of
- 43:08Speaker 2: of cameos that that are are are really fun and
- 43:13Speaker 2: and and well done and and like Matt Walsh plays
- 43:17Speaker 2: basically this like hippie dippy character, who's who's really funny
- 43:22Speaker 2: and and and Shapiro has just a quick little snippet
- 43:25Speaker 2: but it's hysterical what what Ben does in it, and
- 43:31Speaker 2: and that it was one of the fun things. And actually,
- 43:35Speaker 2: for for Verdict listeners, uh You're in my dear friend
- 43:38Speaker 2: Michael Knowles the the the uh my original co host
- 43:43Speaker 2: on Verdict, Michael actually has a pretty sizable role in
- 43:46Speaker 2: the in the uh in the movie, he plays a
- 43:49Speaker 2: he plays a TV actor, and and he's got you know,
- 43:53Speaker 2: in in in in the movie, he's got like a
- 43:55Speaker 2: little mustache that he wears. And and so I I
- 43:58Speaker 2: saw Michael, I saw everyone at the premiere last night,
- 44:01Speaker 2: and I was giving Michael enormous grief, saying, you know,
- 44:04Speaker 2: you really need to keep that stash, Michael. I mean,
- 44:06Speaker 2: it really does kind of. It has sort of a
- 44:10Speaker 2: B level porn star actor look like the you know,
- 44:14Speaker 2: I said, Michael, you're rocking the Ron Jeremy look. And
- 44:16Speaker 2: I think it really it's worth continuing. Thankfully he had
- 44:21Speaker 2: the good judgment not to follow my advice on that front.
- 44:24Speaker 1: I loved it. There was a picture he tweeted out
- 44:26Speaker 1: of when your date night gets hijacked to a third
- 44:29Speaker 1: wheel with you sitting next to him last night having
- 44:32Speaker 1: a little fun at the premiere. It was a lot
- 44:33Speaker 1: of fun. Make sure that you take a look at
- 44:35Speaker 1: this movie and support concernatives when they do this. It's
- 44:39Speaker 1: so vitally important. You're talking about, you know, standing up
- 44:42Speaker 1: for what you believe in. And if you're a guy
- 44:44Speaker 1: and you are sick and tired of feeling like you've
- 44:48Speaker 1: gotten a little bit older, maybe you feel like weakness
- 44:51Speaker 1: and complacency of set in. You're not alone. Testostrum levels
