- 2:05Speaker 1: Come on dig me now wanting on this. Steve Harvey
- 2:09Speaker 1: got a radio show. Uh huh, one more time, man,
- 2:12Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man. Ain't God been
- 2:16Speaker 1: good to me? Wow? But then again, ain't He been
- 2:22Speaker 1: good to you too? Though? I mean really, man, think
- 2:24Speaker 1: of all the blessings God has given you. Think of
- 2:27Speaker 1: all the things He's done for you, things that you
- 2:30Speaker 1: ask for, things that you didn't ask for, things that
- 2:33Speaker 1: you were expecting. Being all about all of the unexpected blessings. Man,
- 2:38Speaker 1: he just keeps coming with it. Don't it. You know what,
- 2:41Speaker 1: that's some good news today, though, y'all. You know, in
- 2:43Speaker 1: the in the in the face of all the world
- 2:46Speaker 1: being the way it is, the the evilness that's out there,
- 2:50Speaker 1: it just it just seems like that's all that's on
- 2:52Speaker 1: the news sometimes. You know, we got we got news
- 2:56Speaker 1: of parents not really standing up being parents. We got
- 2:58Speaker 1: news stories of chill to turn it on their parents.
- 3:01Speaker 1: You got, you got everything the economy. You've got places
- 3:05Speaker 1: you thought you should be beautiful places to go. Now
- 3:08Speaker 1: they've got travel allerged. It's it's just it's all it's
- 3:11Speaker 1: it's it's all over. But the good news is there's
- 3:17Speaker 1: something that you can have in this relationship with God
- 3:22Speaker 1: that gives you a way to deal with it all.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And I'm not saying that it will it will protect
- 3:28Speaker 1: you from every single thing out that is happening, because
- 3:31Speaker 1: some things are going to happen to you. You're going
- 3:34Speaker 1: to be in an accident from time to time. You're
- 3:37Speaker 1: going to make a mistake and fall down from time
- 3:40Speaker 1: to time. But man, wouldn't it be incredible to you
- 3:43Speaker 1: for for you if you understood that you had some
- 3:47Speaker 1: insurance in all of this that no matter what happened
- 3:51Speaker 1: to you, you know you will cover it. You know, look,
- 3:53Speaker 1: insurance companies as good as they are, you know, like
- 3:56Speaker 1: our friends that stay farm or any other insurance come
- 4:00Speaker 1: you know they do, they do some amazing things. Insurance
- 4:03Speaker 1: is a really really good thing to happen in the
- 4:05Speaker 1: event that something happens to you. You know, you may
- 4:08Speaker 1: not want to pay the premium, but guess what in
- 4:10Speaker 1: the event that something happens to you, that insurance is
- 4:14Speaker 1: absolutely critical. Well, but guess what they cover certain things.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You could get life insurance, you can get auto insurance,
- 4:22Speaker 1: you can get accident insurance, you can get health insurance.
- 4:28Speaker 1: There is nothing that you can buy to safeguard you
- 4:33Speaker 1: against life's decisions. You know, if you make a mistake,
- 4:39Speaker 1: if you cheat, if you lie, if you if you
- 4:44Speaker 1: fall down and you can't seem to get it together,
- 4:47Speaker 1: and you make a crazy decision about how you're gonna
- 4:50Speaker 1: go about securing an income, that there are there are
- 4:53Speaker 1: no policies you can buy for that. You can't buy
- 4:57Speaker 1: a policy. If you stop being the man you're supposed
- 5:01Speaker 1: to be, and and and and give up on your children.
- 5:04Speaker 1: You can't buy a policy. If something happens as a mother,
- 5:08Speaker 1: and all of a sudden you're not the mother you're
- 5:10Speaker 1: supposed to be. But there is some insurance coverage out
- 5:14Speaker 1: there for you. And that relationship that you form with God,
- 5:19Speaker 1: that friendship that you form with him, that that alliance
- 5:24Speaker 1: that you that that partnership, that that prayer that you
- 5:28Speaker 1: put in all the time, there is an insurance policy
- 5:33Speaker 1: that you have taken out when you form a relationship
- 5:36Speaker 1: with your heavenly Father, when you form a friendship, when
- 5:39Speaker 1: you form a bond that protects you, that protects you
- 5:45Speaker 1: when these things happen in the event that they happen.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Now here's a great thing about prayer. Prayer can head
- 5:52Speaker 1: off some stuff from happening. It really really can. Prayer
- 5:56Speaker 1: can prevent some things from happening. You know, I'll give
- 5:59Speaker 1: you an examt up in my life. Okay, here we go,
- 6:02Speaker 1: because see is the best way for me to do it,
- 6:04Speaker 1: because see, what I don't like to do is is
- 6:06Speaker 1: talk to people without letting them know, Hey, look I'm
- 6:09Speaker 1: in this hole with you. I feel where yet? Okay,
- 6:12Speaker 1: here we go. I was making some decisions a few
- 6:17Speaker 1: years ago because what I thought I was doing was
- 6:21Speaker 1: counterbalancing something that was happening in my life. You know,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I thought that since I wasn't happy or well, for
- 6:30Speaker 1: whatever the reason I thought I wasn't happy, if if I,
- 6:33Speaker 1: as wrong as I am, wanted to blame somebody else
- 6:36Speaker 1: from my unhappiness, that that's that's really if If if
- 6:40Speaker 1: I make a bad decision because I'm thinking I'm unhappy
- 6:43Speaker 1: with somebody, hold a part. Two wrongs don't make it right.
- 6:47Speaker 1: And I make a decision to do something wrong, and
- 6:49Speaker 1: now the consequences come when I do something wrong. See
- 6:55Speaker 1: then that I already know as an intelligent thinking man,
- 6:58Speaker 1: as most of you are, that when you do something wrong,
- 7:01Speaker 1: that you know there is a consequence for that. I
- 7:05Speaker 1: teach that to my son's when you do something wrong,
- 7:07Speaker 1: there as a consequence. So as an adult, I fully
- 7:10Speaker 1: understood the consequence. And so what I was doing was
- 7:13Speaker 1: I was making some decisions that was causing some consequences
- 7:18Speaker 1: in my life that was delaying my happiness, delaying my progress,
- 7:23Speaker 1: causing my business not to go the way it could go,
- 7:26Speaker 1: so forth and so on. Well, what I started doing
- 7:29Speaker 1: was I took out this insurance policy called prayer, and
- 7:33Speaker 1: I started putting it in my mix on a daily basis,
- 7:36Speaker 1: and then I started putting it in my mix you
- 7:38Speaker 1: know too, three times a day. And then I found
- 7:41Speaker 1: myself using it all the time. And then I really
- 7:44Speaker 1: started putting it in when when I didn't need any help,
- 7:47Speaker 1: when I wasn't in trouble, I started putting insurance and
- 7:50Speaker 1: I started making deposits into the bank. I started paying
- 7:54Speaker 1: my premiums down. And prayer is like a premium, you
- 7:57Speaker 1: just pay in to it. Then when situations started coming up,
- 8:02Speaker 1: now it's that prayer that I had put in that
- 8:05Speaker 1: in those premiums I had paid, it started preventing me
- 8:08Speaker 1: from making the decisions I was making in the past.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Thus I didn't have to the suffer the consequences. Thus
- 8:15Speaker 1: my businesses didn't have to be delayed in this progress
- 8:20Speaker 1: because I had put some payments on some premiums, I
- 8:23Speaker 1: had taken out an insurance policy with my life, my
- 8:27Speaker 1: real life. I'm talking about your life where you make
- 8:30Speaker 1: your day to day decisions in I'm not talking about
- 8:33Speaker 1: see life. Insurance is only good if you die. God
- 8:37Speaker 1: has a policy that's avasable, that's available for you. Why
- 8:40Speaker 1: are you living? See? In order foreign insurance policy to
- 8:45Speaker 1: pay something bad got to happen, and now that maybe
- 8:48Speaker 1: some others out there I don't know nothing about. But
- 8:51Speaker 1: all the ones I got my car insurance, they only
- 8:54Speaker 1: come into play if I have an accident. I have
- 8:58Speaker 1: an accident insurance policy. Where's it gonna happens to me?
- 9:01Speaker 1: I got accident, I got I got my voices covered
- 9:05Speaker 1: in case something happened to that. I got that, but
- 9:07Speaker 1: but I got to not be able to talk to
- 9:09Speaker 1: cash that one. You understand everything I got homeowners insurance.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Don't nothing show up on my homeowners insurance unless it's
- 9:19Speaker 1: a flood or fire or fil Something bad got to
- 9:23Speaker 1: happen for my insurance to even make sense. When you
- 9:27Speaker 1: take out the policy with your with your heavenly father,
- 9:31Speaker 1: when you pay the premiums of prayer, and that's all
- 9:34Speaker 1: it costs. Man, it ain't you. Ain't gotta have no
- 9:36Speaker 1: money for this policy. I put into the policy. It
- 9:41Speaker 1: pays me dividends and benefits for living. Ain't nothing got
- 9:48Speaker 1: to go wrong for me to cash in on this policy.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I use this policy for good things. I give you
- 9:57Speaker 1: an example. I use this policy to ask God to
- 10:00Speaker 1: watch over my family when I travel. I use this
- 10:04Speaker 1: policy to ask God to bless my sons on their
- 10:07Speaker 1: journey into manhood. He covers me. I asked God to
- 10:11Speaker 1: help make my dreams come true with this policy, He
- 10:15Speaker 1: covers me. I asked God for the desires of my heart.
- 10:19Speaker 1: He give them to me. I asked God to lead
- 10:22Speaker 1: and God and protect me and keep me from making
- 10:24Speaker 1: stupid decisions like I used to make. He's all right, partner,
- 10:29Speaker 1: stop doing this, stop doing that now. Guess what. I'm
- 10:33Speaker 1: not perfect, Steve Harvey long away from being perfect. I
- 10:36Speaker 1: never claimed perfection. Man, Listen to me, y'all, make the
- 10:40Speaker 1: decisions to pay your premiums in prayer, talk to your
- 10:44Speaker 1: heavenly father, get you some insurance in your life. And
- 10:47Speaker 1: when you have little things like that, keep on stepping man.
- 10:50Speaker 1: God loves you. Man, Man, I shall hope you talk
- 10:53Speaker 1: to God today because guess what he show would like
- 10:55Speaker 1: to hear from you. That's for shows. But ladies and gentlemen,
- 11:09Speaker 1: may I have your attention please? This is the Steve
- 11:18Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Fitting Welcome to the United States of America,
- 11:29Speaker 1: where our commander in chief refers to women out of
- 11:34Speaker 1: their name. Yeah, that's WoT. You know what. I've told
- 11:43Speaker 1: a lot of jokes in my life. That one has
- 11:46Speaker 1: never come up. What's not funny. I mean, I mean
- 11:51Speaker 1: just it's not even not even a subject matter. That's
- 11:55Speaker 1: not a premise. It's not what you do though, But
- 11:58Speaker 1: I mean, nobody, it's stupid. Man, Good morning, everybody. Let's
- 12:06Speaker 1: just do that morning Steve. Hello Steve. Yeah, but that's
- 12:11Speaker 1: not the first time he's done that, Steve. He's he
- 12:16Speaker 1: being the president. Yeah, he's made it almost his career,
- 12:19Speaker 1: of the last of his campaign and now the presidency.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Out of that, he's you know, says some horrible things
- 12:25Speaker 1: about women. Yeah, he has a history of it. Yeah,
- 12:29Speaker 1: derogatory things. I mean, it's disgusting. Here's the incredible thing
- 12:35Speaker 1: about it. He can do no wrong to his base
- 12:41Speaker 1: dog he said, he told us though he said, I
- 12:44Speaker 1: could shoot somebody in the middle of Fifth Avenue. He
- 12:49Speaker 1: knew it because he knows who they are. He knows
- 12:54Speaker 1: how they are. They are deep seated in power, control,
- 13:01Speaker 1: and money. And as long as he could represent those
- 13:04Speaker 1: three things, power, control, and money, they wit him. And
- 13:11Speaker 1: what's crazy. That includes the poorest of them, because they
- 13:18Speaker 1: love saying age one of us. But even though you
- 13:22Speaker 1: ain't one of them, But they don't realize that they
- 13:25Speaker 1: think they do benefit. Brother, you ain't only receiving in
- 13:29Speaker 1: a nothing he got talking to you know, we'll help
- 13:34Speaker 1: small businesses, small businesses, small business seven d fifty million dollars.
- 13:41Speaker 1: That's what a small I thought. Seriously, if you look up,
- 13:47Speaker 1: just go on the internet. Let's just do this. I'll
- 13:50Speaker 1: tell you what when we come back. I'm gonna tell
- 13:52Speaker 1: you what it is according to the Small Business Associate.
- 13:56Speaker 1: So what the hell are you? Ain't got nothing? Okay, Tommy,
- 14:01Speaker 1: I ain't got nothing. We just over here. That's a
- 14:06Speaker 1: small business. Wow, you stunned the room. You shut it
- 14:11Speaker 1: down with that. You have to have x amount employees
- 14:15Speaker 1: to be considered a small business and then as an
- 14:19Speaker 1: x amount for mid sized business and large companies. So
- 14:24Speaker 1: all these mom and pop businesses things like that. That's
- 14:28Speaker 1: not even on the radar. Huh. But we'll we'll talk
- 14:30Speaker 1: about that. Now you just got a stove, we'll talk
- 14:35Speaker 1: about that, and we'll talk about what President said about
- 14:37Speaker 1: Stormy Daniels right after this. I'm not going on today.
- 14:41Speaker 1: We'll be back at thirty two after you're listening to show.
- 14:46Speaker 1: All right, Steve, So before we left, you were telling
- 14:49Speaker 1: us what a small business. How much you had to
- 14:52Speaker 1: have to be considered in America a small business. I'm
- 14:56Speaker 1: pulling it up now, Okay, Well, in the meantime, I'll
- 14:59Speaker 1: tell you about President Trump again. He's um, uh, you know,
- 15:07Speaker 1: called a woman out of her name again. Uh. This
- 15:09Speaker 1: is according to ABC News. Trump lashed out at Stormy Daniels.
- 15:14Speaker 1: You know Stormy Daniels is the adult film star and
- 15:17Speaker 1: her attorney, Michael Avenati. Yesterday, the president tweeted, federal judge
- 15:22Speaker 1: throws out Stormy Daniel's lawsuit versus Trump. Trump is entitled
- 15:26Speaker 1: to full legal fees at Fox News. Great, Now it
- 15:30Speaker 1: can go after horse Face. Did you hear what I said?
- 15:33Speaker 1: Now I can go after horse Face and her third
- 15:36Speaker 1: rate lawyer in the great state of Texas. She will
- 15:39Speaker 1: confirm the letters she signed. She knows nothing about me.
- 15:43Speaker 1: A total con. She won horse Face when y'all was
- 15:45Speaker 1: in the room, though, And see that's not true. She
- 15:49Speaker 1: don't know nothing about your total car. You paid this
- 15:52Speaker 1: woman a hundred thirty dollars, don't that's real? What's his name? Cohen?
- 15:59Speaker 1: Michael Cohen? Him because he don't want to go to jail, right, Yeah,
- 16:03Speaker 1: he got recordings all uh huh he and that singing
- 16:07Speaker 1: like a human bird and important like octopus your hands,
- 16:13Speaker 1: and he wanted to pay the money to her. Yeah,
- 16:15Speaker 1: he got more than amos. He got real record, and
- 16:17Speaker 1: he got a lot of He got a lot of
- 16:19Speaker 1: intrigue and laughs like and let me tell you this
- 16:22Speaker 1: and another thing and yet some meth. Yeah, I ain't forgot.
- 16:29Speaker 1: According to The New York Times, President Trump, we all
- 16:31Speaker 1: know this, has a history of attacking women by mocking
- 16:34Speaker 1: their bodily functions, demeaning their looks. He has called women
- 16:37Speaker 1: fat and ugly. Do you remember when he posted a
- 16:40Speaker 1: picture of Ted Cruz's wife, uh, saying images are worth
- 16:44Speaker 1: a thousand words. And yeah, and and pretty recently, after
- 16:49Speaker 1: Amarossa left the White House, he called her that dog.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Yeah you know, I mean president other United States? Wow,
- 16:58Speaker 1: where's that? Get out and vote? Yeah? Did you find
- 17:04Speaker 1: it yet? Still? No, I ain't good at this. I'm
- 17:08Speaker 1: just gonna stop saying it. Yeah I was. I was.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I was taking it back when you said I'm pulling
- 17:12Speaker 1: it up now, pulling up so much stuff that ain't
- 17:17Speaker 1: it for talking about what you have to have? How much?
- 17:24Speaker 1: I didn't I didn't put it in here and phrasing.
- 17:26Speaker 1: And I didn't came over with here's what the owner
- 17:29Speaker 1: of a small business really earned, because I thought you
- 17:32Speaker 1: said seven million at first. But when you do when
- 17:38Speaker 1: you're talking about what they're talking about, here's here's what
- 17:42Speaker 1: you see. When they say small business, they're not referring
- 17:46Speaker 1: to those who own a company or store. You got
- 17:51Speaker 1: lawn more service. They're not talking about Donald when they
- 17:56Speaker 1: referred that they're here to help the small businessman out.
- 18:00Speaker 1: They're talking millions and millions of dollars for small cap businesses.
- 18:06Speaker 1: That's a lie that they tell. The Conservative Party cares
- 18:11Speaker 1: nothing about small businesses as you think they're talking to
- 18:14Speaker 1: you think they care about your T shirt shop? M
- 18:18Speaker 1: not at all. Huh No, they're in it for the
- 18:20Speaker 1: big run. This is the big boy stuff. But they
- 18:23Speaker 1: say small business over and over and over. We care
- 18:27Speaker 1: about the small business. You remember when um, I don't
- 18:30Speaker 1: forgot who that was that was running and they kept
- 18:33Speaker 1: pulling up this Joe the plumber guy. Oh yeah that
- 18:37Speaker 1: was wasn't that, uh Met Romney when he was running
- 18:42Speaker 1: Yeah yeah with against Obama the second term. Hey, they
- 18:47Speaker 1: didn't do nothing for this man. They didn't do nothing
- 18:50Speaker 1: they're not really talking about him. They say, small business,
- 18:53Speaker 1: we're gonna get you on your feet, but they're still
- 18:56Speaker 1: talking about that upper echelon that they don't care that
- 19:00Speaker 1: when they say small business, they talk about a small
- 19:04Speaker 1: market cap, businesses that make a lot of money with
- 19:07Speaker 1: seven hundred employees and stuff like that. And you've got
- 19:10Speaker 1: me a captain, you've got large captain. They're talking about that,
- 19:13Speaker 1: they're not talking about you. That same tax break that
- 19:17Speaker 1: the Republicans just passed, they gave the average person a
- 19:21Speaker 1: two thousand dollar tax credit over the year. That's over
- 19:24Speaker 1: the year. What they didn't show you was what they
- 19:28Speaker 1: gave the big boys. And that's what they were talking
- 19:30Speaker 1: about on CNN one night. Was work fair, not welfare,
- 19:35Speaker 1: work fair. How many concessions they make for big corporations,
- 19:39Speaker 1: which does allow them to keep more money, which does
- 19:43Speaker 1: allow them to become more profitable and possibly supposedly to
- 19:48Speaker 1: hire more people. They take care of the big boys. Man,
- 19:53Speaker 1: And you're talking about small businesses because we're talking about
- 19:56Speaker 1: Trump's base. The reason why you're bringing that up because
- 19:59Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what he says about women or anything.
- 20:02Speaker 1: They think it's okay and that that he's talking to them. Yeah,
- 20:07Speaker 1: Stormy Daniels gets her case tossed out and right, and
- 20:13Speaker 1: she has to pay his legal face the president's you know,
- 20:17Speaker 1: which is really crazy. Yeah, but that has nothing to
- 20:20Speaker 1: do with the other suit that they have coming up
- 20:23Speaker 1: about the hundred and thirty dollars. That has nothing to
- 20:26Speaker 1: do with that. And her attorney, Michael Abanati is considering
- 20:29Speaker 1: running for president. There's a lot going on. Uh huh, Yeah,
- 20:34Speaker 1: he's considering it. He's he's talked about it on CNN.
- 20:39Speaker 1: He's gonna beat Kanye. Kanye is not running. Yeah, yeah,
- 20:45Speaker 1: that's if he's doing well. He don't get his ass
- 20:52Speaker 1: back away from the edge of the cliff. We've got
- 20:55Speaker 1: to get on this medication African right now, Steve, I
- 20:59Speaker 1: don't see how Kanye is a good little dude. Man.
- 21:03Speaker 1: It's something going on and I don't know what it is,
- 21:06Speaker 1: but he got to get away from the edge of
- 21:08Speaker 1: this cliff. You can't stand when the yeah is the
- 21:13Speaker 1: next one and then the one after that. He don't
- 21:16Speaker 1: want to run against Trump because that's his boy, that's
- 21:19Speaker 1: his dad. Is dad? All right? Listen, all we can
- 21:27Speaker 1: say is vote on November six, and uh when we
- 21:30Speaker 1: come back. We're gonna run that prank back with the
- 21:32Speaker 1: Nephew right after this. You're listening to Steve Morning Show
- 21:37Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour and entertainment News.
- 21:40Speaker 1: The two thousand eighteen b ET Hip Hop Awards were
- 21:43Speaker 1: last night. We're gonna talk about the highlights and the winners.
- 21:47Speaker 1: But yeah, all right, right now, it's the Nephew. He's
- 21:51Speaker 1: on deck with run that prank back? What you got next?
- 21:54Speaker 1: TV Star slash, TV Star, Facebook bandit Facebook band run

- 34:32Speaker 1: miss a trip? Do you thank? Surely? Everybody out there?
- 34:35Speaker 1: This is the news, Okay. The search for evidence and
- 34:38Speaker 1: the disappearance of a Washington Post reporter, Jamalica Shogi and

- 34:48Speaker 1: these residents, rather the Saudi Council General, who mysteriously left

- 35:26Speaker 1: ended the eighteen fiscal year with seven hundred and seventy
- 35:30Speaker 1: nine billion dollars in the red. Predictably, the Republicans, like
- 35:33Speaker 1: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, blame me. The entitlement programs
- 35:37Speaker 1: like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. Has been a bipartisan
- 35:40Speaker 1: reluctance to tackle entitlement changes because of the popularity of
- 35:45Speaker 1: those programs. Hopefully, at some point here we'll get serious
- 35:50Speaker 1: about this. We haven't been yet. The government says that
- 35:53Speaker 1: the seventeen percent jump is mostly the result of the
- 35:55Speaker 1: Republican Tact cut and the Trump administration's increase in military spending.
- 35:59Speaker 1: The federal deficit expected to grow by more than a
- 36:02Speaker 1: trillion dollars that's trillion with a T during the current

- 36:26Speaker 1: or a FM. There are some sixty two confirmed cases,
- 36:29Speaker 1: but they're looking at about forty others, and symptoms include

- 36:36Speaker 1: for in the Florida Panhandle, parts of Georgia and Virginia
- 36:39Speaker 1: in the wake of Hurricane Michael. Officials now say the
- 36:41Speaker 1: storm killed at least sixteen people in Florida alone. Meanwhile,
- 36:45Speaker 1: heavy rains of falling across central Texas have caused a
- 36:49Speaker 1: river northwest of Austin Austin, Texas to overflow its banks,
- 36:53Speaker 1: and they're expected to keep flowing and flowing and flowing
- 36:55Speaker 1: because they're raining there off and on today By the way.
- 36:59Speaker 1: The internet domain aim of now Supreme Court Justice Brett
- 37:01Speaker 1: Kavanaugh is being used to help sexual assault victims. The

- 37:07Speaker 1: launched last week as a landing page for survivors of
- 37:10Speaker 1: sexual abuse who are seeking help. Finally, today is National
- 37:13Speaker 1: Face Your Fears Day. That's right, face him, don't run
- 37:16Speaker 1: away most of us do. I do. Use up Steve
- 37:20Speaker 1: Harvey mansion. Don't run away from us. Find out if
- 37:22Speaker 1: Uncle Steve is smarter than his nephew. We'll be back
- 37:24Speaker 1: in twenty minutes after the hour and a Steve Harvey
- 37:26Speaker 1: Morning Show. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 37:30Speaker 1: All right, So we're talking earlier about this TI video. Yeah,
- 37:35Speaker 1: it's trending everywhere. TI video. Um, well, it's got everyone's
- 37:39Speaker 1: attention and including the White House. Um he had. It's
- 37:44Speaker 1: a video with the Uh. It's filmed in a replica
- 37:47Speaker 1: of the Oval Office at the White House. Um. They
- 37:50Speaker 1: show President Trump leaving on Air Force one, and then
- 37:54Speaker 1: t I is in the Oval Office sitting in a
- 37:56Speaker 1: chair smoking a cigar, and a woman comes in who
- 37:59Speaker 1: looks like Lannia Trump and has that I don't care
- 38:03Speaker 1: jacket on and oh my goodness. Yeah, and you know,
- 38:08Speaker 1: t I is um, like I said, in the Oval office,
- 38:10Speaker 1: puffing a cigar and uh, Melania look like look alike
- 38:15Speaker 1: walks in. She's, you know, wearing that. I really don't care.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Jackets strips down, shows off her assets on top of
- 38:24Speaker 1: the President's desk. The impostors private parts are blurred out
- 38:28Speaker 1: in the clip, thank god, and the caption t I wrote,
- 38:32Speaker 1: dear showed off for what I s her private parts here? Yeah,
- 38:40Speaker 1: they're blurred out in the clip. Thank god for that.
- 38:43Speaker 1: But t I wrote in a caption dear forty five,
- 38:46Speaker 1: I ain't Kanye m but she looked just like them. Yeah,
- 38:52Speaker 1: yeah for me. You know, you can call it art
- 38:57Speaker 1: however you want to do it. Uh, it's it's it's
- 39:00Speaker 1: it's a troubling situation. And for two reasons. First of all,
- 39:04Speaker 1: I don't do people's wife because I'm not going to
- 39:08Speaker 1: allow you to do mine, So I don't do nobody's wife.
- 39:12Speaker 1: That's for starting. But secondly, the president has offered up
- 39:18Speaker 1: some pretty what flammatory remarks about women from even on
- 39:26Speaker 1: the campaign trail, from cruise his wife, how women look
- 39:32Speaker 1: to the doctor Ford who was in the trial. I mean,
- 39:40Speaker 1: he just has made some remarks about women overall. On
- 39:43Speaker 1: the bus with Billy bush Um, He's made some remarks.
- 39:49Speaker 1: So when it comes back your way, Uh, Now, everybody
- 39:54Speaker 1: in the White House is a paul when so many
- 39:58Speaker 1: of us are pauled by so many things, even as
- 40:02Speaker 1: recently as getting overturned Stormy Daniels defamation of character. I
- 40:09Speaker 1: believe the world was lawsuit. Yeah, and where he called
- 40:11Speaker 1: her horse face, you know, I mean, you know, it's
- 40:15Speaker 1: it's hard to do that to people and then expect
- 40:19Speaker 1: it never to be done for you. I'm a little
- 40:22Speaker 1: concerned about it. And I'll tell you why when we
- 40:24Speaker 1: come back, I'll tell you who I would not come back.
- 40:26Speaker 1: All right, coming up next, we'll talk more about this.
- 40:30Speaker 1: You're listening to alright, So, Steve, before we went to break,
- 40:35Speaker 1: we were talking about the video with t I and
- 40:37Speaker 1: this Melania look alike that he had in the Oval
- 40:40Speaker 1: Office replica in his video. There was a video coming
- 40:43Speaker 1: out and once again the two things is Donald Trump
- 40:47Speaker 1: has said some really really nasty things about women, disrespectful
- 40:52Speaker 1: about other people. And so when it comes back your way,
- 40:58Speaker 1: the uproard is coming from the White House. House is like, okay,
- 41:02Speaker 1: you got this right here. Okay, cool, So I got
- 41:04Speaker 1: that part. You put this stuff out, some of it
- 41:07Speaker 1: bound to come back to you. Here's the thing that
- 41:10Speaker 1: I'm concerned about. And I said this once before, and
- 41:14Speaker 1: I even spoke to Snoop about it, you know, when
- 41:16Speaker 1: he did the thing about going out on that. Brothers,
- 41:23Speaker 1: this ain't nothing to do with fear. This is just
- 41:26Speaker 1: using your brain. These people are connected in the government.
- 41:33Speaker 1: The I asked, man, don't you think they ain't got
- 41:36Speaker 1: friends over there? They start pushing buttons, man, they can
- 41:40Speaker 1: start digging up and making your life uncomfortable. That's the
- 41:44Speaker 1: only thing I would be concerned about here, you know.
- 41:48Speaker 1: And I mean you know, I guess you know. I
- 41:51Speaker 1: mean that's cool. People can do what they want to do,
- 41:53Speaker 1: you know. And hip hop is the truth tellers of
- 41:56Speaker 1: our generation. I got all of that, but man on,
- 42:00Speaker 1: man on, man, I just warn brothers, man, y'all gotta
- 42:04Speaker 1: be smart and careful because they're not playing about their power,
- 42:09Speaker 1: they position and their money. They're not playing about that,
- 42:13Speaker 1: and they're not gonna let nothing get in the way
- 42:15Speaker 1: of that. They didn't let these accusations of Kavanaugh get
- 42:18Speaker 1: in the way of it. They didn't let the fact
- 42:21Speaker 1: that he said you can grab a woman by the
- 42:22Speaker 1: pe get in the way of it. They ain't stopped it.
- 42:26Speaker 1: You can. You can bring a playboy buddy to your
- 42:29Speaker 1: house where your wife lives. And you can pay off
- 42:32Speaker 1: a poll and stark, you can do all of that,
- 42:35Speaker 1: and and and and as long as we get to
- 42:39Speaker 1: keep our power position and money, we're gonna let that ride.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Do not underestimate these people love of their power, position
- 42:49Speaker 1: and money. And you just gotta be smart, brothers. That's
- 42:53Speaker 1: all I'm saying to you. Man, you can you cannot
- 42:55Speaker 1: support him and dog him and talk about him. I'm
- 42:58Speaker 1: with it, but you gotta be careful how far you
- 43:01Speaker 1: go organized groups, right, bro, I haven't seen this. Listen. Listen,
- 43:11Speaker 1: they make calls to one another and they push buttons.
- 43:15Speaker 1: You know, ain't nobody fin to come to your house
- 43:17Speaker 1: and pull you out on the porch. Whoop you? That
- 43:20Speaker 1: ain't what's finning. Happens. You fin to get some letters
- 43:23Speaker 1: in the mail. All of a sudden you just get
- 43:26Speaker 1: an audit. Then all of a sudden, something go wrong
- 43:31Speaker 1: in the audit. Then you get another call, and then
- 43:35Speaker 1: you know, we find out that your probation had a
- 43:38Speaker 1: little of stipulation. Well you dog you dog on right there,
- 43:46Speaker 1: dirt pics period is dirty, bro, They dirty for real.
- 43:52Speaker 1: If you don't think they do this, fellas, listen to me.
- 43:57Speaker 1: You don't think the iyists can call you man? Are
- 44:00Speaker 1: you free? You know? And I'm I'm all right with Tia.
- 44:04Speaker 1: You know, we're friends or nothing, but I'm all right
- 44:07Speaker 1: with him. If I had the opportunity to say to him,
- 44:10Speaker 1: I would say, be careful, you can't take naked back.
- 44:15Speaker 1: This is out. He's a visionary and went there, you know,
- 44:19Speaker 1: lord him mercy ter cruise got past it. Donald Trump
- 44:26Speaker 1: is our prayers. I said, boy, when he said dirty
- 44:30Speaker 1: politics are, I said, that's about the biggest cowardout and
- 44:35Speaker 1: sing I'll tell you what I like about Donald right,
- 44:40Speaker 1: that's my dude. Man, You know, bro, I was sitting
- 44:45Speaker 1: there looking at that going and seriously, that was one
- 44:49Speaker 1: of the saddest moments for me as a man. So
- 44:53Speaker 1: the White House, Melania Trump spokesperson, they're calling for a
- 44:57Speaker 1: boycott of TIA's music. So, and that's stupid because when
- 45:02Speaker 1: they yeah, they ain't that grand hustle king on the South,
- 45:13Speaker 1: bring him out, bring him out, none of that. I
- 45:15Speaker 1: don't even know how I know him. Up next with
- 45:22Speaker 1: the prank phone call. You're listening to Steve Morning Show.

- 46:09Speaker 1: be taking you in, But I'm not gonna do that.
- 46:12Speaker 1: You let me if I'm able to come and pick
- 46:14Speaker 1: you up, I'll let her come get you. All right.

- 46:42Speaker 1: Here's your husband's actually being pulled over and he's been
- 46:45Speaker 1: uh actually he's in another officer's car. He's he's a
- 46:50Speaker 1: little bit inebriated here and we're trying to see about
- 46:52Speaker 1: getting them picked up. I'm trying my best not to
- 46:55Speaker 1: take him in today, so I'm trying to be a
- 46:57Speaker 1: good Samaritan. I'm trying to get someone to come and
- 46:59Speaker 1: pick him up. Hold on, hold on, hold on, back up,
- 47:02Speaker 1: back up. You got my husband? Uh what I got
- 47:06Speaker 1: here on the driver's licenses Kenny Kenny, and he's with
- 47:09Speaker 1: you now. He's actually an office to Brian's squad car
- 47:13Speaker 1: right now. So he was actually uh bobbing and weaving

- 54:40Speaker 1: and change my workout time. What do you mean I
- 54:44Speaker 1: can't work out seven o'clock in the morning in NBC?
- 54:47Speaker 1: Why not? Because Hell, I work out of my house.
- 54:53Speaker 1: Weight is weight. I can't lift all of it? Know that. Well,
- 54:58Speaker 1: you're coming down though, Steve, you are. I'm trying to
- 55:02Speaker 1: just being a vegan. I don't know how much longer
- 55:04Speaker 1: is is going Thanksgiving. Technically I'm down thirteen pounds. I
- 55:13Speaker 1: could be more than that. I haven't checked. But that's good.
- 55:17Speaker 1: That's me way moaning that though. Yeah, at this rate,
- 55:25Speaker 1: I ain't gonna see the six pack. If I see
- 55:28Speaker 1: my six pack, I think I'm gonna have to be sick.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Sick back about the only way I think I'm gonna
- 55:37Speaker 1: see you to be gravely bugle hold on type, we
- 55:42Speaker 1: got it for you. Here it is hold on can
- 55:43Speaker 1: say something, what we do that? And it would be
- 55:46Speaker 1: my look that if I do get sick, that my
- 55:50Speaker 1: stomach would be swollen, the rest of me will be skinny.
- 55:57Speaker 1: I'm trying to get that six pack in my second
- 56:12Speaker 1: I do not want that visual in my head. See
- 56:20Speaker 1: here it is bugle hold on tight. We gotta play
- 56:21Speaker 1: you Strawberry, all right, thank you, TV and radio star. Okay,
- 56:25Speaker 1: subject he talks a lot of trash in the bedroom.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Dear Steven Shirley, I need some serious advice, Steve. I've
- 56:32Speaker 1: read all of your books and I follow many of
- 56:34Speaker 1: your rules, especially the no sex before ninety days rule.
- 56:38Speaker 1: I am dating a compassionate and caring man, and he's
- 56:42Speaker 1: such a gentleman. He's affectionate but understood when I told
- 56:46Speaker 1: him we should wait to be intimate it was no problem.
- 56:49Speaker 1: So we had passed our ninety day trial period and
- 56:53Speaker 1: we've started having sex. I felt like the time was right,
- 56:57Speaker 1: and so did he. Well. The first three times we
- 56:59Speaker 1: had sex, it was great and he was just as
- 57:02Speaker 1: pleased as I was. But then things changed for the worst.
- 57:07Speaker 1: He started talking dirty to me and calling me filthy
- 57:10Speaker 1: names while we were being intimate. I was so turned off.
- 57:16Speaker 1: I was so terned. Now I'm no prude, but there
- 57:22Speaker 1: was nothing sexy about the words he used. No woman
- 57:26Speaker 1: in her right mind would tolerate that. When I told
- 57:29Speaker 1: him that I was not going to put up with it,
- 57:32Speaker 1: he admitted that he has an unhealthy peign obsession and
- 57:36Speaker 1: it affects his sex life. He says that he gets
- 57:39Speaker 1: the most pleasure when he imagines himself in a porn
- 57:43Speaker 1: film while he has sex. Uh. He said he would
- 57:46Speaker 1: try to do better, and for the most part, we
- 57:48Speaker 1: have good and bad intimate moment moment excuse me. I
- 57:52Speaker 1: have started putting my hands over his mouth to stop
- 57:54Speaker 1: him from talking to me crazy while we are having sex.
- 57:58Speaker 1: He is often ashamed afterwards and Stephen Shirley, have you
- 58:02Speaker 1: ever heard of such behavior? This is damaging our sex life.
- 58:06Speaker 1: Please give me advice on how to handle this. Well,
- 58:12Speaker 1: you know I have to tell you, Yeah, who hasn't
- 58:16Speaker 1: heard of talking dirty during sex? I mean, everyone's heard
- 58:20Speaker 1: of talking dirty during sex, but you sound like this
- 58:23Speaker 1: is beyond even that. Uh. And to answer your question, No,
- 58:28Speaker 1: I haven't quite heard of this kind of behavior. What
- 58:30Speaker 1: you're describing here, what you're attempting to describe. And the
- 58:34Speaker 1: fact that he admits that he has an unhealthy porn obsession.
- 58:38Speaker 1: That sounds like a red flag to me because any obsession,
- 58:42Speaker 1: um like that could get out of hand. Uh. You
- 58:45Speaker 1: know you've heard of porn addiction, right, Um, you know,
- 58:48Speaker 1: people get counseling and therapy and stuff for that sort
- 58:51Speaker 1: of thing. He sounds like he has way too many
- 58:55Speaker 1: freaky thoughts and words and and behavior for you. He's
- 58:58Speaker 1: just too freaky for you, sounds like, and you're not
- 59:01Speaker 1: with it, and that's why it's damaging your sex life,
- 59:04Speaker 1: because you guys have to be on you know, the
- 59:07Speaker 1: same page if you're going to have great sex. I mean,
- 59:10Speaker 1: you have to be somewhat compatible here, and it doesn't
- 59:13Speaker 1: sound like you are. He's a bit much for you
- 59:15Speaker 1: and you don't like it. You've talked to him about it,
- 59:18Speaker 1: He's told you his issues, and he's even ashamed afterwards.
- 59:23Speaker 1: So I don't know. I think you guys need to
- 59:25Speaker 1: do maybe um some sex therapy or something, because, um,
- 59:30Speaker 1: this is pretty serious for you anyway, he's ashamed. But
- 59:34Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know, I don't know. I'm trying.
- 59:37Speaker 1: I don't know about this. One is damaging your sex life,
- 59:40Speaker 1: that's what you don't like. So maybe you need to
- 59:42Speaker 1: talk to some professionals, Steve, That's all I got. Well
- 59:45Speaker 1: you want to talk to a professional? Here we go
- 59:49Speaker 1: rest yourself? What program? Yeah? Right? So you felt like
- 59:59Speaker 1: to term was right? So did he. First three times
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: we had sex, it was great. He was just as
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: pleased as our But then things changed for the words.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: He started talking daddy to me and calling me filthy
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: names while we were being intimate. I was so turned off.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Now this wouldn't let it turn wrong. I'm no proof
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: you got to be, because what is a proved person
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: who don't kiss whole hands? No that's not what is? Uhh,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: yeah that isn't. You can kiss and and still be approved.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: That's why I just wanted y'all to hear what I'd
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: be dealing with something wild wild. I'm no proof, but
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: that was nothing sexy about the words he used. No
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: woman in him right mind would tolerate that. And that's
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: where you're wrong, lady. I'm sorry asked where you're wrong.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: Let me just go and say this, Hill, I haven't
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: done just about damn near everything. Come on, I ain't
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: never sold drugs, ain't never been hid them. The only
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: two things other than that, I mean. Now, I don't
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: know what you think is too far, But he've got
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: to talk and dirty and called you filthy names. Now,
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: so I come up with a few that I thought
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: you might be a turn off to you during sex. No,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: all of these are for radio shore. Yeah, alright, look
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: hold onto those those radio names. Well that two of
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three after the hour's
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: subject of today's Strawberry Letter, he talks a lot of
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: trash in the bedroom. Right after this you're listening show,
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: He talks a lot of trash in the bedroom. She
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: waited ninety days. They thought the time was right. It's here.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: The first three times they had sex, it was amazing
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: for both of them. Everybody, please next time though, he
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: got to talk, and lord, he called me all kinds
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: of filthy. Name what he called I'm gonna tell you.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: While we was being intimate, I was so turned off.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Now I'm not a prude, but that was nothing sexy
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: about the words he used. No woman and a right now,
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: I would tolerate that. Now, let me just read arrested
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: it before I gets thought. He says that he gets
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: the most pleasure when he dripped himself in the porno
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: film while he had sex. You didn't have to put
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: your hands over his mouth because you got tired and
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: being somebody he didn't there. Now, Oh, I know what's happening,
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: But what happened one he didn't took it too far?
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: On Ah, you spooky looking, Hell spooky, that's a fish.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: He did took the sex in his out of Now
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: she's spooky looking. Come on with your role in Martin.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Looking at okay, these you're right, you could say these
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: are radio You're right. Let him fly. Come on, you
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: better come on, come on, only the yeah, fix it,
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: fix it for radio. Ah, you better give it to me,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: you ugly troll. Look at it. Come on, with your
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: look just like your mama. Huh, yeah, I can't if
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: you have to censor yourself. Those are pretty bad. That's
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: what it is. It turns her off? Does turn her off?
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: A pinky toe health? Yeah, come on, do me like
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: the mail man when he's bringing him checks at the
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: first out of the mind. Okay, I can't. I can't
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: clean the mom. So unless she was awesome, let's back
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: up a little bit. I think that what has happened
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: is that the name calling then got a bit much.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: I don't think that it's sexy. You know, you think
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: you used that word that's really offensive. Well, he used
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: to be worded, heard him, but he took He used
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: the rest of them too though. He got a combination. Yeah,
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: he come bolder. Okay. So the first three times was
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: just just to get you know, get it going, baby,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: good lord, look at hill, thank you. I can't believe
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: I find him. Look at here. Yeah. Then he got comfort. Yea,
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: he got called that ain't sexy? You be black? Oh?
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: So have you been calling some stuff? Tom? Yeah? I
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: stopped right away because it's not sexy to you. Come on,
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: come on your own, you gonna Yeah. I wish I
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: could say that. What do you mean you call me?
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: Who have I ain't stopping. I'm glad to be here.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: I'm in attendance. Come on, Marcus, I'll be here. Wait
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: a minute, Chris, I'll take it. I don't. I don't
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: think I'm gonna get here. I'm just happy to be here. Yeah,
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: to make sure I get back to you, and I
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: go down to d V chain my drivers, like if
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: I quit, because I can't. You can't stop, Steve, I
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: can't fix my jokes for this. Well, she just wants
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: to know how should she handle it? She well, she
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: put her hand over his mouth. She did that. Yeah,
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: because it's a turn off to her. I ain't feenna
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: be too many more stupid amounts, right, you don't want
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: to be turned off in the bedroom. Yeah, I mean
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: he ain't just you know, sexy, He ain't doing sexy. Yeah,
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: it's not working for her. This is not working for her.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: He's through out there for her. She's been ugly, spooky, spooky, spook,
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: shout hair, heavy man, multi bag. When double back, she said,
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: no woman in her right mind would tolerate this. M
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: So you know, I like to shut up, but Stevie
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: ashamed afterwards George Wallace looking, she says, it's not sexy.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: That doesn't sound sexy. Oh, none of this sounds sexy.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: There the biggie small stuff. Yeah, no woman in her
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: right mind would tolerate this. He talks crazy to her.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: That's what she said. There's nothing sexy about the words
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: he used. Yeah, surely hearphones play your favorite music. You
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: ain't out of here, and you getting and be in
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: your own concert. That would ask so then you're not
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: present for it physically you are. All right, Look, guys,
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: we gotta get out of here. Email us your Instagram
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: a's your thoughts on today's Strawberry Letter At Steve RVFM.
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: Coming up in ten minutes, we'll talk about two Chicago rappers,
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: Kanye West and Chance the Rapper. Right after this, you're
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, we're
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: gonna talk about two Chicago rappers. First, Chance the Rapper
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: says he's not running from mayor of Chicago. He told
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: reporters that the two thousand nineteen mayoral race will see
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: the largest eighteen to voter turnout in Chicago history, and
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: that's what we need. Uh. So Chance announced his endorsement
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: of Amara uh Inya and underdog for the two thousand
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: nineteen mayoral race. Take a listen. I'd like to say,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: very uh narcissistically if I back you, you have a chance, absolutely,
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: and I'm I want to work with somebody that's that's
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: about change, then somebody that's about our community, somebody that's
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: about equity, somebody that's about fairness. And the one person
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: and my research of this wide open race that use
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: alive with me, um would obviously be uh candidate Amara
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: Ya all right, I love that young y. Yeah, he
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: said a lot of words. I didn't understand something. He
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: can get the job. It's not running. My girlfriend texted
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: me and said, Chance the rapper is running from mayor
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: of Chicago. Well that's what he made people think. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: exactly because our Rami Manuel is stepping down right m
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: m yeah, Well, Um, that's good. Chance is for Chicago.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: He's young. He's going to get those young voters out there.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: That's what we need all over the country for the
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: mid terms as well, to get the young people's vote too.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: Why don't you do that? Don't do that? Well, can't
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: you do what them young voters? Kanye Kanye need a
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: break Man. Well, that's what I said. Just stay in
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Africa coming. He's doing his album now, Yeah, in Africa.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: Now chances endorsement may put him at odds with his father,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: Ken Bennett, who has a political background, and his supporting
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: um Cook County Board President Tony PreK Wrinkle in the race.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: When Chance was asked Tuesday why he didn't endorse prec Wrinkle,
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: he was careful not to trash his father's candidate. Uh,
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: he said, are you asking me why I didn't side
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: with my dad? Like I said first, Amara is the
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: most qualified candidate. At the end of the day, I'm
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: always going to love my dad. I'm gonna always rock
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: with my dad. But that has nothing to do with
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: what I see as the future of Chicago. Interesting. Yeah,
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: he's got his own mind. Yeah, alright, Um, well, another
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Chicago rapper is trending in the news. He has been
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: for quite some time. We're talking, of course, about Kanye West.
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: Kanye is in Africa right now. He's in Uganda, and
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: he posted on Twitter yesterday a video of himself handing
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: out pairs of Yeasy shoes to children in Uganda. The clip,
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: captioned we Got Love, features Kanye and his wife Kim,
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: arriving with their entourage to meet with a large group
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: of orphan school children who sing songs, who sang songs
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: upon their arrival. Kanye is currently in Uganda to work
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: on his new album. It's titled Yandi. So there you go.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: So he's doing good things over there. He gave shoes
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: to the Uganda president too, Yeah, signed him. He and
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: Kim signed them. Uh so hopefully. Yeah, this album will
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: be good. That's goods in Uganda. Absolutely, Yeah, it's good
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: at it's over there in the motherland and you know
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: all of that. Yeah, I'm glad that's going on with
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: this president in Uganda. Some other issues, social issues that
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: people are concerned that about. What go then meet with him,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: Saint Say, Saint Seems, Jim Brown making an album, Cavin
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: they're entourage. Pick Sean is over there. Uh, I know
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: he's good. He is. Yeah, anything you want to say
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: tell me, Hey, don't know. I don't want to say nothing. Yeah,
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: tu told twenty three Ready to love catch me. That's
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: all I'm saying. Remember when you used to say I
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: can say it. I'm not famous. You can't say that anymore.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Once the TV show starts, you know that, right, I
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: gotta learn all my little dudes and don't. Yeah, I
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: think before you speak. That's number that's the biggest. That's
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: number one. Yes, that's the one that's gonna hurt him.
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: We're trying to help you because they're gonna be like,
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: why is he Paul Steve, come on, help your nephew out. Well,
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: you know, it's a different thing because his brand has
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: expanded into the television world, which is controlled by sponsorship dollars.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: And that's what you can't do. You can't say anything
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: so controversial, so offensive that one sponsor pools they all
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: pull after that. So you're pretty much gonna have to
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: just shut up, shut But that's true, though, Steve, because
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: we have to do that to you all the time. Steve.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: It's exhaust Steve, Steve, it's exa for both of them. Yeah, yeah, man,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: what now why I can't say that? Because you can't. No,
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: you need to beat your kids. You can't say that.
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: That used to be normal. Exactly, that used to be normal.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: I think we all should have three that's Tommy allegedly.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: I know. I don't use my word. I need all
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: I need everybody's words. You need to whole different. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: just practice thinking before you speak, that's all. He didn't
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: done that. That's that's what comes out after he thought.
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: All right. Listen coming up at the top of the hour, guys.
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: Brothel owner and GOP Nevada legislature hopeful Dennis Hoff died

- 1:29:52Speaker 1: You know, it was waiting for this TI situation. Okay,
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: all right, we're gonna talk about it. T I the
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: video with the Milannia look alike, the First Lady look alike.
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: Uh yeah, Roy. A lot of controversy over, yeah, a
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: lot of controversy over this video. White House is little
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: up in arms, Milannia Trump little up in arms, her
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: people up in arms. We'll talk about it. Oh, it
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: was crazy. Uh. Spokesman for the First uh for the
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: First Ladies, her name is Stephanie Grisham. She tweeted, how
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: is this acceptable? Hashtag disgusting, hashtag boycott t I Yeah,
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: until you went too far? Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yes,
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: been doing huh hurt, don't all right, we'll be back
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: with the last break of the day and Steve's closing remarks.
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: We'll be back at forty nine after the hour right
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: after this you're listening to show. There are our last
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: break of the day, Steve's closing remarks. What you got
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: for Steve? All right? Uh listen? Uh you know what,
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: just want to remind people because it's it's a tough
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: thing to cut people out your life. It's a tough
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: decision for people to make because the average person, uh
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: you know, that's a positive nature. They like positive things
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: around them, positive energy, and it because it's difficult when you,
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: as a positive or decent or caring person, has to
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: be faced with the decision to cut somebody out your life.
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: And I've had to do it many times, and I'm
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: faced with the decision again even this stage of my life,
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: that are people who I really should not have around
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: me now. Because I have a sense of guilt, I
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: continue to keep them. You know, I come up with
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: excuses for them. You know what they're gonna do. You
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: know if they're not here, what would they do if
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: if if I remove them? What happens to them? Well,
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: I mean that's because you're caring person, But can I
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: tell you how much that ain't your business? H It's
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: really really not. It's not your business, nor should you
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: make it yours, because what will happen is if you
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: guilt yourself into holding on to this person, you will
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: continue to possess that nagging, gnawing feeling that you have
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: every time you around them because they actually bring no
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: real value to you. Oh they bring you a lot
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: of promises. Oh they bring you a lot of Oh man,
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: this is man, I got something big I'm working on.
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: Oh you hear that all the time? Or I shall
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: appreciate you. Lord, I don't know where I be without you.
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: You've been, You've been such a blessing to me. You
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: know you're gonna get it all kinds of ways, and
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: that makes you feel even worse about the inevitable decision
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: that you know you have to make. But let me
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: help y'all understand something right here. People can be manipulative.
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: People can be very very manipulative. And when a person
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: know they're getting over on you, they say the things
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: because they know you're a decent person, so they say
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: the things to you to keep in the forefront of
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: your mind and how decent you are. God, bless you.
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: You've been a blessing to me. Lord, I don't know
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: what I do without you. I thank God for people
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: like you. Well, when do I get to thank God
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: for you? When do you become such a blessing to me?
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: When at the point in this relationship where every relationship
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: should be give and take, when do I get to
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: take something out? Because right now all I'm doing is given.
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: I'm telling you, y'all, I know how you're feeling about
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: cutting these people out your life, but you have got
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: to because if there as a person in your life
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: that's just on the receiving end of your friendship and
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: give you nothing in return. They are on the receiving
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: end of your paycheck and give you nothing in the return.
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: They are receiving end of all your goodness and favors
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: and give you no goodness and favors. You no longer
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: have an obligation to that person. You really don't. And
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: I remind you of something that Bishop Jake said. Sometimes
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: you have to let people go so they can be
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: freed up to their own destiny. See, because they keep
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: tying their destiny to yours. But see, God didn't give
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: them your destiny. They got their own destiny. You know,
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: unless you're with your wife and your children, their destinies
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: ain't tied to yours. And once your children get a
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: certain age, your destiny don't belong to them no more.
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: They have to they, as Marjorie says, their wings work.
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: You gotta let them get out there and get the
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: flapping so they can fly. So as you make your
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: list of people who bring you nothing but bad news,
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: they have to go. When you make your list of
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: people who every time they call you they just won't something,
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: they have to go. They have to go because they're
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: slowing you down. They dead. Wait, they're sitting on the
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: wagon and they ain't pushing. They ain't getting out the
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: wig wagon to remove no rocks and to breathe out
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: the way. They ain't trying to fill a pothole for you.
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: They don't even repair wagon wheels. They just own your wagon,
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: sitting there, legs up and just chilling you out on
- 1:35:38Speaker 1: a rope, just pulling. You got to get rid of
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: them people. The other people you have to get rid
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: of is sometimey people, because you know what's so hard
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: about some timeing people, because you don't never know when
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: their time gonna be because they some timey. So sometime
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: they're cool and sometime they ain't. And on the days
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: when you need them be cool, that's what that's one
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: of them some days where they am. So now you
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: got on these sometimes people in your life and you've
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: been going, well, they cool over here, but they ain't
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: cool over there. If the people in your life ain't
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: cool everywhere you take them and every time you talk
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: to them, you got to get rid of them too.
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: I'm sorry, now that's gonna shorten your list, But what
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: good is the list if it ain't a good list.
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: Stop just trying to have a list. It's like people
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: in a bad relationship. So you're gonna stay in the
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: bad relationship just so you can say you're in a relationship.
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: Or will you free yourself so that you can be
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: freed up to your destiny to possibly be in a
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: good relationship. But you're never getting a good relationship if
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: you're gonna stay and sit in the bad relationship which
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: has proven year after year after year to be of
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: no substance and no just no goodness for you. It
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: just does nothing for you. But you're gonna stay in
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: it just so you can say you in a relationship.
- 1:36:55Speaker 1: That's crazy, man, that's crazy. So y'all think of about it.
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: Those people that you gotta cut loose, You got a
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: tough decision, but you have to do it. God to
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: bless you for it too. And guess what, you have
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: more more free time, you have more money and everything
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: when you let them go and you don't even have
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: to deal with the aggravation to them anymore. That's an
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: amazing thing. So it's my closing remarks. You just want
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: to remind you all that have great week. Be in
