- 0:01Speaker 1: I didn't realize that in America we had a royal family,
- 0:04Speaker 1: but apparently we do. And the Prince is named Hunter
- 0:08Speaker 1: Biden because the Prince apparently can do no wrong. He
- 0:12Speaker 1: lives by a different set of rules and guidelines than
- 0:16Speaker 1: you and I, especially if you are a minority, which
- 0:20Speaker 1: I will talk about coming up. As you know, Hunter
- 0:24Speaker 1: Biden has been found to have committed some crimes, but
- 0:29Speaker 1: don't worry. The Prince of the United States of America.
- 0:33Speaker 1: He's going to get a slap on the wrist and
- 0:35Speaker 1: a hug. In fact, we have the first audio now
- 0:38Speaker 1: from his father talking about this. And his father was
- 0:42Speaker 1: at a meeting on artificial intelligence. To the right. Gavin
- 0:45Speaker 1: Newsom was sitting next to him, and you can hear
- 0:48Speaker 1: a bunch of the media yelling at him questions after
- 0:50Speaker 1: he told the media to leave the room. What did
- 0:53Speaker 1: he say, I'm very proud of my son. Is a
- 1:00Speaker 1: proud father, the King right of America talking about his
- 1:04Speaker 1: prince son, who plays by a different set of rules.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I'm very proud of my son. It's the same man
- 1:12Speaker 1: who lied to you and said he'd never spoken to
- 1:15Speaker 1: his son about his business dealings.
- 1:17Speaker 2: We know that's a lie.
- 1:18Speaker 1: He said that his son had not committed any crimes.
- 1:21Speaker 1: He'd done nothing wrong. Right, smartest guy he knows. But hey,
- 1:25Speaker 1: it's relatable because everybody has kids that make mistakes. So
- 1:30Speaker 1: would you be mad at Joe Biden for saying he's
- 1:32Speaker 1: very proud of his son. No, because if you are
- 1:34Speaker 1: mad at him, you are a terrible person, probably worse
- 1:38Speaker 1: than Hunter Biden. So there it is. I'm very proud
- 1:41Speaker 1: of my son. Let's move on. After a five year
- 1:44Speaker 1: fake investigation with the only two crimes that confined to
- 1:48Speaker 1: charge him with, it didn't connect him to the corruption
- 1:51Speaker 1: of his father. He said that it's an event in California.
- 1:54Speaker 1: After Hunter Byden agreed to plead guilty to two federal
- 1:57Speaker 1: tax violations and one violation of a gun law, which
- 2:01Speaker 1: he will never go to prison for. It was the
- 2:05Speaker 1: present's very first remarks on camera addressing the charges, which
- 2:09Speaker 1: Republicans describe as part of a sweetheart deal to let
- 2:12Speaker 1: out Hunter Biden to avoid more serious charges and to
- 2:15Speaker 1: avoid jail time. It also did not open up the
- 2:19Speaker 1: White House to any issues. According to The Messenger, First
- 2:23Speaker 1: Lady Joe Biden ignored a shouted question about the plea
- 2:26Speaker 1: deal during an event the White House on abortion. White
- 2:30Speaker 1: House spokesman Ian Sam said in a statement, the President
- 2:33Speaker 1: the First Lady loved their son and support him as
- 2:35Speaker 1: he continues to quote rebuild his life. So let's just
- 2:39Speaker 1: make a lifetime movie about him, right, because this is
- 2:42Speaker 1: an amazing individual, isn't it? There And there are also
- 2:46Speaker 1: conflicting reports about whether the plea deal includes an end
- 2:49Speaker 1: to all federal investigations into hunter Biden, because the media
- 2:56Speaker 1: certainly reported it that way. The media said this, this
- 3:00Speaker 1: is it. NBC News said a global investigation lasting five
- 3:05Speaker 1: years has wrapped up. Hunter Biden's attorneys put out in
- 3:08Speaker 1: a statement that they said this puts an end to
- 3:11Speaker 1: the issues with Hunter Biden, meaning everything has all been
- 3:17Speaker 1: encapsulated and it's all done. When we're talking about everything,
- 3:21Speaker 1: we're talking about taking bribes from Barisma. We're talking about
- 3:23Speaker 1: getting people fired, prosecutors in that government holding a billion
- 3:28Speaker 1: dollar in American loans back so that they could fire
- 3:30Speaker 1: that individual that was looking at Barisma. We're talking about
- 3:34Speaker 1: taking money from the Russian oligarchs who's still not been
- 3:37Speaker 1: sanctioned by the United States of America. The former mayor
- 3:40Speaker 1: Moscow's wife giving millions of dollars to the Biden crime family.
- 3:44Speaker 1: We're talking about millions and millions of dollars coming in
- 3:47Speaker 1: from the Chinese Communist Party, from energy deals in China.
- 3:51Speaker 1: We're talking about billions of dollars in loans. We're talking
- 3:54Speaker 1: about not registering as a foreign agent. We're talking about
- 3:58Speaker 1: sex trafficking, human trafficking, drugs, massive amounts of drugs, all
- 4:03Speaker 1: caught on tape, which would certainly be more than the
- 4:07Speaker 1: minimums the drugs that we saw in those videos, which
- 4:10Speaker 1: would include him being charged in theory right with dealing
- 4:14Speaker 1: all that they're saying gone. The US Attorney for Delaware,
- 4:18Speaker 1: David Weiss, said in a statement the investigation quote is ongoing, Yes, ongoing,
- 4:25Speaker 1: meaning it is not wrapped up.
- 4:27Speaker 2: The media not telling you that.
- 4:29Speaker 1: However, there's also a Politico report citing a person familiar
- 4:35Speaker 1: with the plea deal that it is that said it
- 4:38Speaker 1: intends to be a comprehensive resolution of hunter Biden's potential
- 4:43Speaker 1: legal liability in all matters investigated by federal authorities.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Quote.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Those matters include allegations that have been leveled against him
- 4:52Speaker 1: in recent years at his business dealings with his well
- 4:56Speaker 1: compensated post on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Barisma,
- 5:00Speaker 1: amounted to corruption and violate the Foreign Agent's Registration Act.
- 5:05Speaker 1: The report said, this is the end of it. The
- 5:08Speaker 1: person said to Politica that contradicting the US Attorney for Delaware,
- 5:12Speaker 1: David Weis, who said in the statement the investigation quote
- 5:15Speaker 1: is ongoing.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's plea deal with the United States Attorney David
- 5:19Speaker 1: Weiss appears to exclude the ten billion excuse me, ten
- 5:24Speaker 1: million dollar bribery scheme with Barisma. That does not count
- 5:28Speaker 1: anything going on in China. Meanwhile, Hunter Biden's attorney, Christopher Clark,
- 5:34Speaker 1: signaled the plea deal meant that his client could quote
- 5:38Speaker 1: move on. It is my understanding that the five year
- 5:42Speaker 1: investigation to Hunter is resolved. Clark said, I know Hunter
- 5:46Speaker 1: believes it is important to take responsibility for these mistakes.
- 5:51Speaker 1: It's the same attorney that said he'd never committed any
- 5:53Speaker 1: crimes and never done anything wrong. Now the same attorney's
- 5:56Speaker 1: telling you it's important to Hunter to take responseility for
- 6:00Speaker 1: these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil an
- 6:04Speaker 1: addiction in his life. That's exactly how I told you
- 6:06Speaker 1: they were going to play this out right, He is
- 6:08Speaker 1: a poor soul.
- 6:09Speaker 2: He was an act. We're proud of him.
- 6:12Speaker 1: He came out of this and the family abused his addiction.
- 6:15Speaker 1: I also want you to understand about the soullessness of
- 6:18Speaker 1: Joe Biden and Joe Biden, right, doctor Joe Biden, they
- 6:23Speaker 1: knew and James Biden, the brother. They all knew the
- 6:27Speaker 1: entire time that they were abusing a drug addict. They
- 6:32Speaker 1: knew that they had an alibi for the drug addict
- 6:35Speaker 1: if he was caught, which he was, and the and
- 6:39Speaker 1: the alibi was he's an addict, So feel sorry for him.
- 6:42Speaker 1: There's many people that deal with addiction issues, but most people,
- 6:45Speaker 1: by the way they're dealing with addiction issues, they're not
- 6:47Speaker 1: doing deals with the Russians, with the Romanians and with
- 6:51Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party to make millions and millions of dollars.
- 6:55Speaker 1: What the Bidens understood is that they could get him
- 6:59Speaker 1: to do the deals and then he wouldn't be held
- 7:02Speaker 1: accountable because they had an alibi, and it worked out flawlessly.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Quote.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's my understanding that the five year investigation a Hunter
- 7:11Speaker 1: Biden has resolved. His attorney said he wants to take
- 7:14Speaker 1: responsibility for these mistakes he made during a turmoil, during
- 7:18Speaker 1: a period of turmoil addiction, he looks forward to continuing
- 7:21Speaker 1: his recovery and moving forward.
- 7:22Speaker 2: So there it is.
- 7:23Speaker 1: You can't you can't you know you rail on the
- 7:26Speaker 1: Prince here right? Why would you rail on the Prince?
- 7:29Speaker 1: The Prince is not allowed to be talked about in
- 7:31Speaker 1: a negative way. He is looking forward to continuing his recovery.
- 7:35Speaker 1: And I love my son. How can you criticize a
- 7:38Speaker 1: dad who says after Father's Day he loves his son.
- 7:42Speaker 1: If the President of United States of America truly loved
- 7:44Speaker 1: his son, he wouldn't have abused him the way he did,
- 7:47Speaker 1: taking advantage of an addict to get him to do
- 7:50Speaker 1: the dirty deeds the family need him to do to
- 7:52Speaker 1: make millions and millions of dollars in income. As James
- 7:56Speaker 1: Comber put it, thirty million plus is what he believes
- 7:59Speaker 1: are going to find and transactions going to the Biden
- 8:01Speaker 1: crime family. Now, Hunter Biden plea deal again. It excludes
- 8:06Speaker 1: the ten million dollar bribery scheme altogether from Ukraine. Did
- 8:11Speaker 1: they bring in a bunch of people to interview them
- 8:13Speaker 1: on this issue? From what we understand, no, they look
- 8:16Speaker 1: the other way. Hunter Biden's deal with the United States
- 8:20Speaker 1: Attorney David Weiss appears to exclude the alleged ten million
- 8:23Speaker 1: bribery scheme and FBI informant documented and what Weiss reportedly
- 8:27Speaker 1: obtained from the former Attorney General Bill Barr. Hunter Biden
- 8:32Speaker 1: agreeing to the two counts zero jail time, say it again,
- 8:37Speaker 1: zero jail time now. The decision of whether to ultimately
- 8:42Speaker 1: charge Hunter Biden was up to the United States Attorney
- 8:46Speaker 1: David Weiss. In March, Attorney General Merrick Garland said he
- 8:49Speaker 1: would personally have to authorize any potential charges against Hunter Biden.
- 8:55Speaker 1: So to be clear, Hunter Biden's charges came through the
- 8:59Speaker 1: Biden White House and Merrick Garland. And notably, the plea
- 9:03Speaker 1: deal with Wise appears to exclude any charges related to
- 9:08Speaker 1: the bribery scheme in which Hunter and President Joe Biden
- 9:11Speaker 1: accepted five million each from a Ukrainian energy company executive,
- 9:17Speaker 1: according to an FBI informant file reviewed by the House Oversight.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Committee, And that just happened.
- 9:23Speaker 1: To be clear, this five year investigation, you want to
- 9:27Speaker 1: know what happened in the last month. Well in June,
- 9:31Speaker 1: former Attorney General Bill Barr said the informant file was
- 9:34Speaker 1: sent to David Weiss during the Trump administration. At the time,
- 9:38Speaker 1: Wise had an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Quote.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I was sent to Delaware for further investigation. Bar told
- 9:46Speaker 1: the Federalists. Senator Marsha Blackburn ripped the Justice Department for
- 9:51Speaker 1: appearing to ignore the bribery scandal, saying this quote. If
- 9:55Speaker 1: the DOJ thinks this dismisses the five million alleged bribery
- 10:00Speaker 1: scheme or the years of reported Biden family corruption, they
- 10:04Speaker 1: are mistaken. According to recent poll, eighty three percent of
- 10:08Speaker 1: voters believe the FBI should make public its informant file
- 10:13Speaker 1: that alleges Joe Biden accepted the five million dollar bribe
- 10:17Speaker 1: from the Ukrainian oligart. In addition, a majority of voters
- 10:20Speaker 1: believe Joe Biden took the five million dollar bribe. But
- 10:25Speaker 1: again none of this plea deal dealt with any of that.
- 10:30Speaker 1: So to recap for you, the man in charge of
- 10:34Speaker 1: our government, Joe Biden, was able to fix it again
- 10:38Speaker 1: for his son. Something he's been doing were what fifty
- 10:42Speaker 1: years now in government, lied to you about talking to
- 10:45Speaker 1: his son about business deal dealings, lied to you about
- 10:48Speaker 1: his son committing crimes, lied to you about what happened Ukraine,
- 10:53Speaker 1: lied to you about the money coming in from China,
- 10:55Speaker 1: lied to you about the Russian oligarchs.
- 10:57Speaker 2: And there's something else about the Russians. I want to
- 10:59Speaker 2: bring this up again.
- 11:00Speaker 1: The Russian oligarchs that gave millions to the Biden crime
- 11:04Speaker 1: family have been excluded in every single round of sanctions
- 11:11Speaker 1: against Russians with their invasion of Ukraine. This is the
- 11:17Speaker 1: former mayor of Moscow's this family. They have direct close friendships,
- 11:23Speaker 1: tight ties to Vladimir Putin? Why have they been excluded
- 11:27Speaker 1: from this list because they paid off the Bidens. Let
- 11:32Speaker 1: me also tell you about our friends of Augusta Precious Medals.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Have you been saving a long time for retirement, Well,
- 11:37Speaker 1: if you have, you've probably been really stressed out over

- 12:59Speaker 1: now anger and rage coming from many who are in
- 13:03Speaker 1: prison who were put into prison for the same exact crimes.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Many of them got prison time for doing less than
- 13:11Speaker 1: what Hunter Biden did. There are a lot of people
- 13:13Speaker 1: that are angry, specifically in the minority community. African Americans
- 13:18Speaker 1: who are furious over the double standard with the law.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Yet Hunter Biden will not spend a single moment in jail.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Late last night, I sat down with Center Ted Cruz
- 13:30Speaker 1: to do our podcast Vertic with Ted Cruse, and I
- 13:33Speaker 1: wanted you to hear what he had to say about
- 13:35Speaker 1: this this morning, because a lot of what we talked.
- 13:37Speaker 2: About was so good.
- 13:39Speaker 1: And look, if you want to hear the entire conversation,
- 13:42Speaker 1: you can download Vertic with Ted Cruse wherever you get
- 13:44Speaker 1: your podcasts. But I want you to hear an excerpt
- 13:46Speaker 1: of me asking him his initial reaction to this indictment
- 13:51Speaker 1: of Hunter Biden, because it is a joke. Not only that,
- 13:55Speaker 1: how much the media is covering this because they know
- 13:58Speaker 1: they're covering good news. We could listen to what Center
- 14:01Speaker 1: Ted Cruise and I had to say late last night.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Well, Ben, I think you're exactly right to be angry.
- 14:06Speaker 3: This is incredibly disappointing. Yesterday was a very sad day
- 14:12Speaker 3: for the rule of law. It was an outrageous day
- 14:15Speaker 3: and it's worth breaking down what happened because I think
- 14:19Speaker 3: it was three things simultaneously. I think it was cronyism.
- 14:25Speaker 3: I think it was camouflage, and I think it was corruption.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Now let me break it down because, and let's say
- 14:34Speaker 3: at the outset, what happened yesterday with the Hunter Biden
- 14:38Speaker 3: indictment is exactly what this podcast has been telling listeners
- 14:44Speaker 3: was going to happen for months. We have said this
- 14:47Speaker 3: over and over and over again that yesterday was gonna happen.
- 14:51Speaker 3: It was gonna play out exactly as it did. Let's
- 14:55Speaker 3: start with the cronyism. So Hunter Biden has committed crime
- 15:00Speaker 3: after crime after crime, and the Biden DOJ was in
- 15:04Speaker 3: a hard position because the Hunter laptop laid out the
- 15:08Speaker 3: evidence of his crimes. He had videos of himself committing
- 15:12Speaker 3: those crimes, and so they were forced to do something.
- 15:18Speaker 3: The reason it's cronyism is if Ben Ferguson did what
- 15:23Speaker 3: Hunter Biden did, if I did what Hunter Biden did,
- 15:26Speaker 3: if anyone not name Biden did it, if his name
- 15:30Speaker 3: was Hunter Smith, he'd be doing hard time. He would
- 15:34Speaker 3: be going to jail. The end result of this plea
- 15:37Speaker 3: deal is that Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to two counts
- 15:42Speaker 3: of willful failure to pay tax because he failed to
- 15:46Speaker 3: pay about one point two million dollars on his twenty
- 15:49Speaker 3: seventeen and twenty eighteen taxes. That's a lot of taxes.
- 15:54Speaker 3: And then secondly, the Biden DOJ filed a charge of
- 16:01Speaker 3: possession of a firearm by a person who is an
- 16:04Speaker 3: unlawful user of a controlled substance. Mind you, Hunter videoed
- 16:08Speaker 3: him doing this, so they were stuck with this problem.
- 16:12Speaker 3: But for that he entered a probation and diversion program
- 16:17Speaker 3: that it is very likely he will serve not a
- 16:20Speaker 3: day in jail, and he's required to stay drug free
- 16:23Speaker 3: for twenty four months and agree to never own a firearm.
- 16:27Speaker 3: That's not a deal your typical defendant could get if
- 16:30Speaker 3: you're a kid in Chicago who does the same thing
- 16:36Speaker 3: you're doing jail time. This was cronyism, But the cronyism
- 16:40Speaker 3: is not the most outrageous thing. And I got to say,
- 16:43Speaker 3: if you watch the TV coverage, if you watch Fox
- 16:47Speaker 3: or Newsmax or the various conservative outlets, they're mostly focusing
- 16:51Speaker 3: on the cronyism, and the cronyism bothers me. It's not fair,
- 16:55Speaker 3: but it's the least concerning part of what happened yesterday.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Because the second part of it is camouflage. And again
- 17:02Speaker 3: we said this at length on this podcast. I have
- 17:07Speaker 3: said for months Merrick Garland is going to indict Hunter Biden.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Why because he needs to mask he needs to cover
- 17:16Speaker 3: up his partisan vendetta against Donald Trump. And there's a
- 17:21Speaker 3: beautiful symmetry to saying, I'm not partisan. I indicted a Trump.
- 17:25Speaker 3: I indicted to Biden. See how even handed I am.
- 17:28Speaker 3: So the biggest purpose behind this is to give Merrick
- 17:35Speaker 3: Garland a fig leaf to pretend that he's not being
- 17:39Speaker 3: political and biased. But actually, I say that's the biggest purpose.
- 17:43Speaker 3: That was a misstatement. There's an even bigger purpose, and
- 17:48Speaker 3: that is corruption. Now, recall, as we said at length
- 17:52Speaker 3: on this pod, why do we care about Hunter Biden? Listen,
- 17:57Speaker 3: Hunter Biden, the guy has led a troubled life for
- 18:01Speaker 3: a long time. He struggled with substance abuse. He's had
- 18:06Speaker 3: a life where he's made dumb decision after dumb decision
- 18:10Speaker 3: after dumb decision. Everyone has friends or family members who
- 18:15Speaker 3: struggled with substance abuse. This is something we all understand.
- 18:19Speaker 3: And by the way, it's the White House's chief spin
- 18:21Speaker 3: now is gosh, he's a troubled soul. He's agonized with
- 18:28Speaker 3: these demons. But you ought to have empathy. That's what
- 18:31Speaker 3: his lawyers were saying today. You ought to have empathy
- 18:33Speaker 3: for him for these demons. Look, the reason the news
- 18:37Speaker 3: is covering this, the reason we're talking about this on
- 18:40Speaker 3: the podcast, is not because of his personal tax problems
- 18:43Speaker 3: or even drug problems or gun problems. The reason it
- 18:47Speaker 3: matters is because Hunter is directly implicated in official corruption
- 18:52Speaker 3: by the President of the United States. And the tell
- 18:57Speaker 3: the key indicator, as you and I discussed months ago,
- 19:02Speaker 3: is if this indictment focuses on tax issues and gun
- 19:05Speaker 3: issues that are personal to Hunter that can be explained
- 19:08Speaker 3: by his being a troubled soul. What they are doing
- 19:12Speaker 3: is covering up the mounting evidence of corruption by Joe Biden,
- 19:19Speaker 3: of Joe Biden being complicit in Hunters selling access to
- 19:24Speaker 3: Daddy to foreign players for millions of dollars. And that's
- 19:29Speaker 3: exactly what this plea agreement is all about. Is there's
- 19:33Speaker 3: nothing about Joe Biden, nothing about the big Guy, nothing
- 19:36Speaker 3: about Borisma, nothing about communist China. It's just a poor,
- 19:40Speaker 3: sad sack who has a substance abuse problem. And this
- 19:43Speaker 3: is all about covering up for Joe Biden.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Now, to be clear, we all know who the big
- 19:49Speaker 1: guy is. It is the President of United States of America.
- 19:52Speaker 1: And if you notice, every single thing that has happened
- 19:55Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden insulates and protects the White House at
- 19:59Speaker 1: all costs, texts the hierarchy, It protects the family, It
- 20:03Speaker 1: protects the other the Biden crime family members, it protects,
- 20:07Speaker 1: most importantly, the presidency under Joe Biden's leadership. They wanted
- 20:12Speaker 1: to make sure that whatever they charge Hunter Biden with
- 20:15Speaker 1: cannot be connected to crimes committed by the President of
- 20:18Speaker 1: the United States of America. These are basically the only
- 20:21Speaker 1: two crimes out of a list that is I would
- 20:24Speaker 1: argue sheets at pages after pages long of crimes that
- 20:30Speaker 1: he has committed. These are the ones they had to
- 20:33Speaker 1: find that had nothing to do with him. Now, I
- 20:37Speaker 1: also said a moment ago, and I'm going to say
- 20:39Speaker 1: it again, there is a racial aspect of this that
- 20:42Speaker 1: the White House did not see a response from many
- 20:45Speaker 1: in the African American community that are enraged by this
- 20:48Speaker 1: double standard. There are people that are sitting in jail
- 20:52Speaker 1: for years right now for doing the same crimes that
- 20:55Speaker 1: he is getting a plea deal and will not spend
- 20:58Speaker 1: a single second in jail. Uh, the fact that they're
- 21:02Speaker 1: one of these deals with the gun the gun charge,
- 21:04Speaker 1: for example. I mean, we have hardcore evidence of Hunter
- 21:07Speaker 1: Biden from his laptop doing drugs, hardcore drugs during that
- 21:13Speaker 1: time when he bought that firearm. If anybody else, you,
- 21:18Speaker 1: anyone listening, they had this evidence against you, you would
- 21:22Speaker 1: be in prison for a significant period of time. There
- 21:26Speaker 1: are people that have done the same issues with their
- 21:28Speaker 1: taxes that have gone to prison for serious periods of time,
- 21:32Speaker 1: specifically minorities, many of them famous.
- 21:37Speaker 2: All right, I just got to.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Remind you of Also something else. Do you remember how
- 21:41Speaker 1: the Democrats on the Biden Bibery probe, Remember how they
- 21:44Speaker 1: were there. They're all about no one's above the law,
- 21:48Speaker 1: just kidding. They have no problem with the Democrats playing
- 21:52Speaker 1: by different set of rules than the rest of us.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and Joe Biden played by a different set
- 21:58Speaker 1: of rules. If you're African American in this country and
- 22:00Speaker 1: you do what Hunter Biden did, You're going to prison.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Doesn't even matter if you're famous.
- 22:05Speaker 1: It's a long list of African Americans have gone to
- 22:08Speaker 1: jail in this country for the exact same crimes that
- 22:11Speaker 1: Hunter Biden committed.
- 22:12Speaker 2: That he was charged with. He will not see a
- 22:14Speaker 2: moment in jail.
- 22:16Speaker 1: But if you remember, and you want another hypocrisy, here
- 22:19Speaker 1: Democrats on Donald Trump. They were obsessed with no one
- 22:25Speaker 1: is above the law. Well how come.
- 22:26Speaker 2: They're not obsessed with it when it comes to their
- 22:28Speaker 2: own party.
- 22:29Speaker 4: The idea that no person is above the law is
- 22:31Speaker 4: a bedrock principle of American justice.
- 22:34Speaker 3: No man is above the law, no matter what the
- 22:36Speaker 3: crime is. And I agree with you, no man is
- 22:38Speaker 3: above the law, and no person is.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Above the law.
- 22:41Speaker 4: No one is above the law.
- 22:42Speaker 2: No one is above the law.
- 22:43Speaker 1: No one's above the law.
- 22:44Speaker 2: No one is above the law.
- 22:45Speaker 3: No man is above the law.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Nobody is above the law. No one is above the law.
- 22:50Speaker 3: No man the law.
- 22:51Speaker 2: He has to be held accountable. He's not above the law.
- 22:54Speaker 2: No one's above the law.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Either that nor any other title puts you above the
- 22:58Speaker 3: rule of law.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Is truly above the law.
- 23:01Speaker 3: That is what it means to have a rule of law.
- 23:04Speaker 2: That is what it means to not have a king.
- 23:06Speaker 2: They're not above the law.
- 23:08Speaker 3: Nobody is above the law.
- 23:09Speaker 4: Everyone will be treated as Merrick Carland has said, as
- 23:13Speaker 4: equally well that no one is above the law, which
- 23:15Speaker 4: is foundational.
- 23:16Speaker 2: No one is above the law, even a former president.
- 23:20Speaker 3: We have one set of laws in this country, and
- 23:22Speaker 3: the apply to everyone.
- 23:24Speaker 2: No one is above the law.
- 23:26Speaker 3: The law is a law, and no one should be
- 23:28Speaker 3: above it.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Yes, nobody is above the law. No one is above
- 23:31Speaker 2: the law.
- 23:32Speaker 3: No one else is above the law, including a president.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Right there is above the law.
- 23:36Speaker 2: They have two justice systems in America.
- 23:38Speaker 4: It has to be one justice system.
- 23:41Speaker 3: And anybody who breaks the law should be held accountable.
- 23:44Speaker 2: And that no one is above the law.
- 23:47Speaker 4: No one is above the law, and our president is
- 23:50Speaker 4: not above the law. I always thought that this country
- 23:52Speaker 4: that no one was above the law, especially the.
- 23:55Speaker 1: President, especially the president. Well here's what we know. That's
- 24:00Speaker 1: what the media says. That's what Mike Pinn says in
- 24:03Speaker 1: reference to Donald J.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Trump. No one's above the law. Right, But with the
- 24:07Speaker 2: Biden crime family.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Ha ha oh No, it's a little bit different now, yes, yes,
- 24:13Speaker 1: a little bit different. This is incredible to see what
- 24:19Speaker 1: happens here. Representative Jim Hins calls for the FBI to
- 24:23Speaker 1: learn quote from its mistakes.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Now what does that mean?
- 24:27Speaker 4: Listen, we have had both in the Clinton investigation, the emails,
- 24:31Speaker 4: and of course the crossfire hurricane investigations in very recent past,
- 24:36Speaker 4: very very sensitive investigations. Who knows where we'll go in
- 24:39Speaker 4: the future, but we know that we have to learn
- 24:42Speaker 4: from the mistakes made in these investigations to make sure
- 24:44Speaker 4: that Americans that can have confidence in both the prosecutorial
- 24:49Speaker 4: power of the federal government and in their elections.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I think it's pretty clear that what Democrat Representative Jim
- 24:56Speaker 1: Heims saying, calling for the FI to learn from its mistakes,
- 24:59Speaker 1: is a classic example of all right, well, we need
- 25:02Speaker 1: to learn from our mistakes. However, we're not gonna fix
- 25:04Speaker 1: any of the people we let go. We're not gonna
- 25:07Speaker 1: fix what happened right here at all. Joe Scarborough the
- 25:11Speaker 1: evidence of Hunter wandering bribes for his dad. There was
- 25:15Speaker 1: no crime there, right, They've already said, see he's innocent
- 25:18Speaker 1: of that. Everything's fine, This never happened. They put on
- 25:23Speaker 1: MSNBC this morning. Everything's good. There was a panel this
- 25:28Speaker 1: morning on CNN about this. John Avalon said Hunter Biden's
- 25:32Speaker 1: taxes and gun charges really place violators in jail, unlike
- 25:36Speaker 1: people who take home classified documents, saying applying making it
- 25:41Speaker 1: clear that Donald Trump should be in prison, even though hunter.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Biden's not going to prison. You notice now how they're saying, see,
- 25:48Speaker 1: the justice system's equal. The guy by the name of
- 25:50Speaker 1: Biden got indicted. Trump got indicted. We've got Biden. He's
- 25:53Speaker 1: gonna do he's gonna do. You know his deal, He's
- 25:55Speaker 1: he's gonna complete guilty, never go to prison. Now it's
- 25:59Speaker 1: time to turn on so Donald Trump, And don't forget
- 26:02Speaker 1: that's what this really is all about. This is all
- 26:06Speaker 1: about trying to take out Trump so he cannot be
- 26:09Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America. And they
- 26:11Speaker 1: indicted Joe Biden to make sure they could say, see,
- 26:14Speaker 1: the law is equal before we try to hammer Donald J.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Trump
