- 0:01Speaker 1: It is some of the most shocking news that we've
- 0:03Speaker 1: seen thus far finding out exactly how bad it got
- 0:07Speaker 1: under Joe Biden's leadership, especially in twenty twenty four, when
- 0:12Speaker 1: it comes to releasing people that are terrorists or connected
- 0:16Speaker 1: to known terrorists deliberately and purposely into the United States
- 0:20Speaker 1: of America when we had them caught President Joe Biden's deputies.
- 0:26Speaker 2: We now have.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Learned and released almost one hundred terror linked migrants into
- 0:31Speaker 1: America's communities in twenty twenty four. This coming from Tulca Gabbert,
- 0:37Speaker 1: who President Donald Trump named the Director of National Intelligence.
- 0:42Speaker 1: She had a press conference in Eagle Pass, Texas, at
- 0:46Speaker 1: the southern border, with the Vice President by her side,
- 0:50Speaker 1: and here is what she had to say about the
- 0:52Speaker 1: shocking new news.
- 0:54Speaker 3: MPE has been in office.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Really what you're seeing here today and what you'll continue
- 0:58Speaker 4: to see as a unified effort across President Trump's National
- 1:01Speaker 4: security team, the Department of Homeland Security towards our mission,
- 1:06Speaker 4: which is to ensure a safe, free, and prosperous society
- 1:09Speaker 4: for Americans. As Director of National Intelligence, there are a
- 1:13Speaker 4: number of areas where we are focused. The President talked
- 1:16Speaker 4: about in his speech over twenty one million people have
- 1:19Speaker 4: come across our borders illegally under Joe Biden's administration. There
- 1:23Speaker 4: are many of them that we don't know who they are.
- 1:26Speaker 4: They have not been vetted, we don't know where they are.
- 1:29Speaker 4: I'll give you one quick example of one of the
- 1:31Speaker 4: problems that we are getting after from Central Asia. There
- 1:35Speaker 4: were over four thousand people who came across our borders
- 1:38Speaker 4: using an ISIS affiliated network. Our National counter Terrorism Center
- 1:43Speaker 4: went through and identified those individuals. There were hundreds of
- 1:46Speaker 4: them who were either known terrorists or associated with known terrorists.
- 1:51Speaker 4: That information was provided to the Biden administration.
- 1:54Speaker 3: You may remember in some of the news. A little
- 1:56Speaker 3: over one.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Hundred of those people were arrested in twenty twenty four.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Of those who are arrested.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Only eight were either deported or remained in custody only eight.
- 2:08Speaker 4: The rest of them were released back into our country.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Where are they, what are they doing? What may they
- 2:14Speaker 4: be plotting? This is just the beginning. There are many
- 2:17Speaker 4: many areas that we need to stay very focused on,
- 2:20Speaker 4: working with Department of Homeland Security, working with the FBI
- 2:24Speaker 4: to ensure that we're keeping the American people safe. Our
- 2:26Speaker 4: counter Terrorism Center is working on making sure that we
- 2:29Speaker 4: have that single source for vetting so that we can
- 2:32Speaker 4: figure out who is actually in our country and identify
- 2:35Speaker 4: those who pose a threat and get them removed.
- 2:39Speaker 3: The President's designation.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Of the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations falls directly into this,
- 2:44Speaker 4: especially as we're seeing some of the tactics that these
- 2:46Speaker 4: cartels are using reflect some of the tactics that we've
- 2:49Speaker 4: seen used by islamus terrafts in countries that many of us.
- 2:52Speaker 3: Have served in overseas. Our mission is very clear.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Our objective is to keep the American people safe. I'm
- 2:59Speaker 4: great to be a part of this team that President
- 3:01Speaker 4: Trump has assembled to accomplish that mission.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 3:05Speaker 1: So let's dive into some of the facts of what
- 3:07Speaker 1: she just said. From Central Asia, there were over four
- 3:10Speaker 1: thousand people who came across our border using an ISIS
- 3:14Speaker 1: affiliated network. She then said, our National counter Terrorism Center
- 3:20Speaker 1: went through and identified those individuals. There were hundreds of
- 3:24Speaker 1: them who were either known terrorists or directly associated with
- 3:29Speaker 1: known terrorists. The information was provided directly to the Biden administration.
- 3:35Speaker 2: And what do they do. Nothing?
- 3:38Speaker 1: In fact, they said, let them go into the United
- 3:41Speaker 1: States of America's interior. Now most of you right now
- 3:45Speaker 1: that are listening to this are probably very angering over
- 3:48Speaker 1: the fact that the Biden administration knew they had terrorists
- 3:51Speaker 1: that they had caught, and they said not just let
- 3:53Speaker 1: them go. The question you have to ask yourself is why. Well,
- 3:57Speaker 1: partly because they didn't want to have to admit that
- 4:00Speaker 1: their open border policy was allowing for known terrorists to
- 4:03Speaker 1: come into the United States of America at record numbers,
- 4:07Speaker 1: and if they held these terrorists, they were going to
- 4:10Speaker 1: have to tell the American people that they had, in
- 4:13Speaker 1: fact caught about a hundred terrorists coming across the southern border.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Now there's also a bigger problem, and that is foreign
- 4:21Speaker 1: countries allowing the transit of illegal immigrants into America. Well,
- 4:26Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America has empowered
- 4:29Speaker 1: the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio to announce a new policy,
- 4:34Speaker 1: a policy going after those foreign countries and penalizing them.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Any country that allows the transit of illegal immigrants will
- 4:42Speaker 1: now be penalized by the United States of America. The
- 4:46Speaker 1: moral of the story, Donald Trump is going on offense
- 4:49Speaker 1: and exposing exactly what the Biden administration did to put
- 4:53Speaker 1: many of our lives at risk. We also know that
- 4:56Speaker 1: many of these terrorists are being hunted down right now
- 4:59Speaker 1: by ICE agents and our government at all levels. This
- 5:04Speaker 1: is exactly why the President said it is time for
- 5:07Speaker 1: us to secure the border at all costs, because yes,
- 5:11Speaker 1: there are some bad own brakes who are coming across
- 5:13Speaker 1: the border, many of them who are actual terrorists. While
- 5:17Speaker 1: we may have won this election, the fight to restore
- 5:19Speaker 1: our great nation is only beginning, and now is the
- 5:22Speaker 1: time to take a stand, and Patriot Mobile is leading
- 5:26Speaker 1: the charge. It has never been easier to switch your
- 5:29Speaker 1: cell phone than in twenty twenty five. With technology, you
- 5:33Speaker 1: can do it literally over the phone with a code
- 5:36Speaker 1: they send you. It is amazing. But here's the reason
- 5:39Speaker 1: why I use Patriot Mobile.
- 5:41Speaker 5: No.
- 5:42Speaker 1: One, I save money over what I was paying before
- 5:44Speaker 1: with Big Mobile, and two, I'm no longer supporting the
- 5:47Speaker 1: radical left now. I didn't realize until someone told me
- 5:51Speaker 1: just how radical Big Mobile had gotten. Where they are
- 5:53Speaker 1: supporting organizations that pay for abortions or supporting radical democratic
- 5:58Speaker 1: causes and organizations they're helping democrats get elect it at
- 6:01Speaker 1: the local, state, and national level. That is actually why
- 6:05Speaker 1: over a decade ago Patriot Mobile was started and they
- 6:08Speaker 1: are now America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Now, let's talk about coverage.
- 6:14Speaker 1: In twenty twenty five, you have zero problems with coverage
- 6:18Speaker 1: anymore because well, Patriot Mobile uses all three major networks.
- 6:22Speaker 2: What does that mean for you?
- 6:23Speaker 1: It means whatever coverage you're used to now, you're going
- 6:26Speaker 1: to stay exactly the same, or you may even be
- 6:29Speaker 1: able to improve it, but it will not be any
- 6:32Speaker 1: issues when it comes to coverage. In fact, they have
- 6:34Speaker 1: a coverage guarantee. But when you pay your bill, this
- 6:37Speaker 1: is where the magic happens. They take a portion of
- 6:40Speaker 1: your bill every month and they give it back to
- 6:42Speaker 1: organizations that support our first and our second amendments that
- 6:46Speaker 1: support the sanctity of life, that support our veterans, our
- 6:49Speaker 1: first responders, and are wounded warriors. And like I said,
- 6:53Speaker 1: switching with technology now has never been easier. You keep
- 6:57Speaker 1: your same phone you have now, keep your same phone number,
- 7:00Speaker 1: and you can even upgrade to a new phone if
- 7:01Speaker 1: you want to. They have a one hundred percent US
- 7:04Speaker 1: based customer support team to help you find the perfect
- 7:07Speaker 1: plan and to save money. And if you own a
- 7:10Speaker 1: business or a small business, they have a division that
- 7:12Speaker 1: just works on switching multiple lines over easily. So right now,
- 7:16Speaker 1: go to patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or call them
- 7:22Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot. You're going to get a
- 7:25Speaker 1: free month of service with the promo code ferguson. So
- 7:27Speaker 1: switch the Patriot Mobile and make a difference with every
- 7:30Speaker 1: call you make. Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 7:34Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot. Now, we knew back in
- 7:37Speaker 1: July of twenty twenty four for sure that there was
- 7:40Speaker 1: a major coverup of terrorists that were on the terrorist
- 7:43Speaker 1: watch list that were coming across our southern border. How
- 7:46Speaker 1: do we find this out? We found out in the
- 7:48Speaker 1: summer of twenty twenty four from whistleblowers. Border agents in
- 7:52Speaker 1: fact detained three Palestinian illegal immigrants who obviously illegally crossed
- 7:57Speaker 1: the southern border after they were found to have had
- 8:00Speaker 1: ties to terrorists organizations earlier this month that according to sources,
- 8:07Speaker 1: one of the migrants had delicious photos on their phone,
- 8:10Speaker 1: including a picture of a mass man holding an AK
- 8:12Speaker 1: forty seven rifle. Federal law enforcement sources also said at
- 8:17Speaker 1: the time, in addition to the three Palestinians, federal authorities
- 8:21Speaker 1: caught one migrant from Turkey, who was also suspected of
- 8:25Speaker 1: having ties to tear groups. The migrants were among groups
- 8:29Speaker 1: of dozens of migrants who turned themselves in to border
- 8:34Speaker 1: agents at the San Diego sector. Sources then claimed an
- 8:38Speaker 1: investigation to the migrants is quote ongoing is what the
- 8:42Speaker 1: Biden administration said at the time. The group was transferred
- 8:45Speaker 1: to Immigration and Customs enforcement in the FBI's Joint Terrorism
- 8:49Speaker 1: Task Forces quote investigating their cases. It's the largest example
- 8:55Speaker 1: of potential security threats entering the US via the southern border,
- 9:00Speaker 1: especially at San Diego. Overwhelmed border patrol agents told the
- 9:04Speaker 1: New York Posts in June that they do not have
- 9:07Speaker 1: the tools to fully vet the migrants who are coming
- 9:10Speaker 1: in from all over the world, particularly in the San
- 9:13Speaker 1: Diego area. Mostly they are only able to use US
- 9:17Speaker 1: terror watch lists and other American resources to help determine
- 9:21Speaker 1: which migrants could be a real tear threat. Border agents
- 9:25Speaker 1: who do not have access to terror or criminal databases
- 9:29Speaker 1: from other countries are in essence out of luck, and
- 9:33Speaker 1: the Biden administration at the time knew this and was
- 9:36Speaker 1: allowing it to continue to happen. One border patrol agent said, quote,
- 9:42Speaker 1: knowing who these guys are we have no access to
- 9:45Speaker 1: anything international, Like, we really don't, and it kind of sucks,
- 9:48Speaker 1: is what another border patrol agent said, who spoke to
- 9:51Speaker 1: the Post because they said they were not authorized to
- 9:54Speaker 1: give quote public statements. Another said, I wanted to get
- 9:58Speaker 1: into border patrol and protect a Americans from terrace and
- 10:01Speaker 1: it's like, well, I probably let Terras in the country,
- 10:05Speaker 1: is what another border patrol agent said. A Customs and
- 10:09Speaker 1: Border Protection spokesman at the time would not respond to
- 10:13Speaker 1: requests for comment to the Post when this came out
- 10:16Speaker 1: in June of twenty four. It's unclear by the way,
- 10:19Speaker 1: which terrists organizations the migrants were allegedly affiliated with at
- 10:22Speaker 1: the time, but we knew they were connected to terraces.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Border agents in the San Diego sector were warned to quote,
- 10:30Speaker 1: be on the lookout for individuals tied to quote Palestinian
- 10:34Speaker 1: terror groups. After the October the seventh, the Moss Tarr
- 10:38Speaker 1: attack on Israel, there was real concern at the time
- 10:42Speaker 1: there was others that were planning a copycat style attack
- 10:45Speaker 1: in the United States of America. So knowing everything that
- 10:49Speaker 1: I just told you from back in the summer, and
- 10:52Speaker 1: knowing that the Biden administration didn't do anything to keep
- 10:55Speaker 1: us safe. In fact, they knew that they had terrats
- 10:58Speaker 1: and they let them go free. Now you understand why
- 11:01Speaker 1: this was such an important issue in this election and
- 11:04Speaker 1: exactly why Donald Trump now is saying, Hey, I'm going
- 11:07Speaker 1: to find them, I'm gonna hunt them down, and I'm
- 11:10Speaker 1: going to make sure we also have a secure border
- 11:13Speaker 1: so these people that are on the terrorist watch lists
- 11:16Speaker 1: are never let into America or are able to break in.
- 11:21Speaker 1: It is an important story, the story of the Biden
- 11:24Speaker 1: crime family. As you know, in the final moments of
- 11:28Speaker 1: Joe Biden being in office, he pardoned many of his
- 11:30Speaker 1: family members and others that were involved in what he
- 11:34Speaker 1: believed was probably criminal activity. That's exactly why he gave
- 11:38Speaker 1: them a pardon. One of those pardons went to Hunter Biden,
- 11:42Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden was selling access to Daddy for decades. Well,
- 11:47Speaker 1: Hunter Biden now says he's broke. The sales of his
- 11:50Speaker 1: memoir and art have slowed to a trickle, and his
- 11:54Speaker 1: rental home was impacted, he claims, by the Pacific Palisades fire. Yes,
- 12:00Speaker 1: all of this happening within weeks of Daddy leaving the
- 12:04Speaker 1: White House. A pardon from his dad spared him from prison,
- 12:08Speaker 1: but the former president son remained saddled with debt and
- 12:12Speaker 1: was forced out of his house that he was running
- 12:14Speaker 1: by the fires. That is what he is now whining
- 12:18Speaker 1: and complaining about. Biden detailed his grim financial situation in
- 12:24Speaker 1: a court filing yesterday, saying he has struggled to sell
- 12:29Speaker 1: his paintings in recent months. I wonder why moving only
- 12:33Speaker 1: one in the past fourteen months compared to twenty seven
- 12:38Speaker 1: paintings in the prior two or three years.
- 12:42Speaker 2: These are his words. In the court filing.
- 12:45Speaker 1: He reported quote significant debts and lackluster sales of his
- 12:49Speaker 1: memoir just more than four thousand and two interred copies
- 12:53Speaker 1: during a one year period that led up to the
- 12:56Speaker 1: trial in Delaware last spring in which he was found
- 12:59Speaker 1: guilty of lying about his drug addiction on a federal
- 13:02Speaker 1: gun purchase form.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Quote.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Given the positive feedback and reviews of my artwork and memoir,
- 13:10Speaker 1: I was expecting to obtain paid speaking engagements and paid appearances,
- 13:16Speaker 1: but that has not happened, Biden wrote, citing the financial
- 13:21Speaker 1: burden of ongoing legal fees. Biden is now asking a
- 13:24Speaker 1: federal judge in LA to quote allow him to drop
- 13:27Speaker 1: a lawsuit that he filed in twenty twenty three accusing
- 13:32Speaker 1: former Trump White House aid of hacking the contents of
- 13:37Speaker 1: his laptop, which I guess now they're saying yet again
- 13:41Speaker 1: is actually real. Now The Daily Mail is also reporting
- 13:45Speaker 1: on this right now, and they're saying that he's in
- 13:48Speaker 1: serious financial trouble. Also now, Hunter Biden's lawyer claims that
- 13:54Speaker 1: in a letter to Ziegler's attorney this week, who he
- 13:57Speaker 1: was suing right because he hated him because he's a
- 14:00Speaker 1: Trump White House staffer. He indicated the former first son
- 14:04Speaker 1: is straight up out of cash and can no longer
- 14:07Speaker 1: tap his sugar brother, that Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris for
- 14:11Speaker 1: funds and is not being bailed out by Democratic donors either.
- 14:16Speaker 1: The letter to the Dailymail dot Com has exclusively gotten,
- 14:20Speaker 1: says Hunter lacks the resources to continue his litigation at
- 14:25Speaker 1: this time. A source close to the case also told
- 14:29Speaker 1: the Dailymail dot Com that the pardon felon is planning
- 14:32Speaker 1: to quit California moved back to the East Coast. The
- 14:36Speaker 1: legal letter claimed hard up Hunter's financial woes have been
- 14:39Speaker 1: exacerbated after the fires in the Pacific Palisades in early
- 14:43Speaker 1: January up ended the Planeff's life by rendering his rental
- 14:48Speaker 1: house unlivable for an extended period of time. Now, if
- 14:52Speaker 1: you want to know how much the broke man was
- 14:54Speaker 1: paying for rent in Malibu, apparently it was fifteen thousand
- 14:58Speaker 1: and eight hundred dollars per month. It was a four
- 15:02Speaker 1: million dollar home, three bedroom, three bath in nineteen fifties
- 15:05Speaker 1: style with a panoramic view over the Pacific coast. Sounds
- 15:09Speaker 1: like the guys really broke right well. In September of
- 15:12Speaker 1: twenty twenty three, Hunter who's fifty five, he had no
- 15:15Speaker 1: problem suing Ziegler, the twenty nine year old former Trump staffer,
- 15:19Speaker 1: and his right wing nonprofit called Marco Polo, in California
- 15:23Speaker 1: federal court for alleged computer hacking.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Why did he do it?
- 15:28Speaker 1: They're the ones that published a six hundred and forty
- 15:30Speaker 1: four page report on his alleged illegal activity based on
- 15:33Speaker 1: material from his infamous abandoned laptop. But now apparently Hunter
- 15:38Speaker 1: Biden just wants to drop the whole case because he
- 15:41Speaker 1: just doesn't have any money. Isn't amazing how quick he
- 15:44Speaker 1: goes broke after Daddy leave's office and the gig is up,
- 15:48Speaker 1: Just so you know it's not going to be that
- 15:50Speaker 1: easy for Hunter Biden to get out of the case.
- 15:52Speaker 1: The furious man that was sued Zieglor, told the Dailymail
- 15:55Speaker 1: dot Com that the former president son isn't getting away
- 15:59Speaker 1: that easily. Hunter wants to cry uncle. We are opposing that,
- 16:04Speaker 1: he said. We want our attorney's fees to be paid,
- 16:08Speaker 1: for Hunter to cease lying about us and me, and
- 16:12Speaker 1: just generally to shut the f up.
- 16:15Speaker 2: I couldn't have set it better myself. Now.
- 16:17Speaker 1: On Wednesdays, Hunter's lawyers submitted their request to the judge,
- 16:21Speaker 1: saying that the ex first son has quote significant debt
- 16:24Speaker 1: in the millions of dollars range Plainiff does not have
- 16:29Speaker 1: the resources to continue to litigate this matter. The filing
- 16:32Speaker 1: states Plainiff has suffered a significant downturn his income, it
- 16:37Speaker 1: only took weeks for this to happen, isn't that impressive,
- 16:39Speaker 1: and has significant debt in the millions of dollars. Moreover,
- 16:42Speaker 1: this lack of resources has been exacerbated by the fires
- 16:47Speaker 1: of his rental property. The filing by the attorney Brian
- 16:50Speaker 1: Sullivan still insists Hunter had had factual and legal basis
- 16:55Speaker 1: for his lawsuit, claiming Ziegler and Marco Polo hacked the
- 16:58Speaker 1: plaintiff's iclout, but it added that Hunters suffered a significant
- 17:03Speaker 1: downturn his income over the past eighteen months, with reduced
- 17:07Speaker 1: book and art sales, which has been his main source
- 17:10Speaker 1: of income over the prior years. Hunter's lawyers wrote he
- 17:14Speaker 1: must focus his time and resources dealing with his relocation,
- 17:19Speaker 1: the damage he has incurred due to the fires, and
- 17:22Speaker 1: paying for his family's living expenses as opposed to this litigation.
- 17:27Speaker 1: It was a nineteen page filing, and they argue that
- 17:29Speaker 1: Ziegler and his nonprofit will not lose any rights or
- 17:33Speaker 1: defenses by the judge dismissing the case. Hunter's legal letter
- 17:37Speaker 1: claims that he has struggled to find a new home
- 17:39Speaker 1: for himself, his wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, thirty eight, and
- 17:43Speaker 1: their toddler Bow Junior, age four, after the January fires
- 17:48Speaker 1: took place. Quote, like many others in the situation, our
- 17:52Speaker 1: plaintiff has had difficulty in finding a new permanent place
- 17:55Speaker 1: to live, as well as finding it difficult to earn
- 17:57Speaker 1: a living, so plant is must focus his time and
- 18:01Speaker 1: resources dealing with his relocation, the damage he has incurred
- 18:05Speaker 1: due to the fires, and paying for his family's living
- 18:07Speaker 1: expenses as opposed to this litigation. They didn't sit at once,
- 18:11Speaker 1: they said the same thing twice in the filing. Now
- 18:14Speaker 1: now be up to the judge Vera to decide whether
- 18:18Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is allowed to just walk away from the
- 18:20Speaker 1: legal triangle that he started. To be clear, Hunter has
- 18:25Speaker 1: borrowed at least seven million dollars that we know of
- 18:29Speaker 1: from that wealthy Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris to repay his
- 18:33Speaker 1: multi million dollar tax debts, his financing of his lavish lifestyle,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and well now footing his insanely high legal bills. But
- 18:44Speaker 1: that debt will apparently not have to really ever be
- 18:47Speaker 1: paid from what we also understand, as there's a good
- 18:51Speaker 1: chance now that Hunter Biden will I guess, walk away
- 18:54Speaker 1: from California and start all over again. Hunter's legal team
- 18:58Speaker 1: also reported the idea of crowd funding to finance his
- 19:03Speaker 1: legal case, but that apparently didn't work out. Hunter apparently
- 19:08Speaker 1: was hoping to reap millions for his paintings, prompted by
- 19:11Speaker 1: the top New York gallery that had his paintings at
- 19:16Speaker 1: a price tag of up to five hundred thousand dollars
- 19:19Speaker 1: a piece. Morris his guy who gives him all of
- 19:23Speaker 1: his money. The Sugar Daddy bought eleven pieces of art
- 19:27Speaker 1: for eight hundred and seventy five thousand, with total sales
- 19:30Speaker 1: reaping in one point five million. That according to the
- 19:34Speaker 1: art dealer's congressional testimony in January of last year, but
- 19:39Speaker 1: there have been no reports of any further sales since then.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Morris Sullivan and the rest of Hunter's legal team did
- 19:47Speaker 1: not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Daily Mail.
- 19:51Speaker 1: The former first son has significant personal expenses, they claim,
- 19:54Speaker 1: including a report of five thousand dollars a month in
- 19:57Speaker 1: child support for his six year old daughter, Navy Joan
- 20:01Speaker 1: Roberts with his former assistant. He also apparently owes his
- 20:05Speaker 1: ex wife, Kathleen, two point nine million in alimony that
- 20:12Speaker 1: according to a June twenty twenty four report by Axios.
- 20:16Speaker 1: So not only does it seem like Hunter Biden's a
- 20:18Speaker 1: deadbeat dad that owes two point nine million in alimony
- 20:22Speaker 1: alone to his ex wife, but he's also a guy
- 20:25Speaker 1: that apparently knew that this was all a Ponzi's scheme
- 20:28Speaker 1: from the very beginning. You sell access to the big
- 20:32Speaker 1: guy and then you make money. But when the big
- 20:35Speaker 1: guy's out of office, it's all drying up. Sanctuary city
- 20:40Speaker 1: mayors are now being forced to testify on Capitol Hill.
- 20:45Speaker 1: These are the same mayors that refuse to hand over
- 20:49Speaker 1: individuals that are wanted by ICE. Why because they're a
- 20:53Speaker 1: loving city, a sanctuary city, and they refuse to abide
- 20:57Speaker 1: by the law of the land. Well, those sanctuaries any
- 21:00Speaker 1: mayors were forced to testify and it didn't go very
- 21:03Speaker 1: well for them.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Take a listen, would you turn that criminal over to Ice?
- 21:10Speaker 5: This happened outside the city of Boston, but I can
- 21:12Speaker 5: tell you in the city, whenever someone commits a crime,
- 21:15Speaker 5: whenever there's a criminal warrant, we hold them accountable. If
- 21:18Speaker 5: ICE deems that they are dangerous enough to hold, obtain
- 21:22Speaker 5: a criminal warrant and the Boston Police will enforce it.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Will you turn that criminal over to ICE? We follow
- 21:30Speaker 3: the laws and sure.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Do you consider yourself a sanctuary city. That's just we
- 21:36Speaker 2: do not under that definition. You don't use the deficition.
- 21:39Speaker 2: You're not a sanctuary. We call ourselves a welcoming city.
- 21:41Speaker 6: We're not pulling the curtain back. We have ripped the
- 21:45Speaker 6: curtain from the rods. We have revealed to America just
- 21:50Speaker 6: how fast we could have secured our border if you
- 21:54Speaker 6: had an executive that was willing to enforce the law.
- 21:58Speaker 6: So now we're paying attention municipalities and every one of
- 22:04Speaker 6: them is lawyered up. They've changed their narrative. You'll be
- 22:08Speaker 6: held accountable. One of you said you're willing to go
- 22:11Speaker 6: to jail, we might give you that opportunity.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Mayor yes or no.
- 22:16Speaker 2: They should be deported, Okay.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Any individual est causes hard breaks out should be held.
- 22:23Speaker 4: This is why you have six percent approval reigning, because
- 22:25Speaker 4: you suck it answering questions.
- 22:27Speaker 7: I do not think you guys are bad people, but
- 22:29Speaker 7: I think that you are ideologically misled, which is why, unfortunately,
- 22:33Speaker 7: based on your responses, I'm all going to be criminally
- 22:36Speaker 7: referring you to the Department of Justice for investigation.
- 22:40Speaker 1: All of you will be referred for criminal investigation to
- 22:44Speaker 1: the Department of Justice. All because these radicals are sitting
- 22:49Speaker 1: there in cities refusing to hand over criminals to ICE.
- 22:55Speaker 1: There is a new whistleblower that has also come forward
- 22:58Speaker 1: in Denver. The City of Denver now being forced to
- 23:01Speaker 1: release videos showing ICE agents chasing down and arresting a
- 23:06Speaker 1: suspected major cartel gang member who had just been literally
- 23:12Speaker 1: released from jail.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Why was he released?
- 23:15Speaker 1: Denver refused to hand him over to ICE inside the
- 23:19Speaker 1: safety of the facility due to their sanctuary policies. Instead,
- 23:26Speaker 1: this criminal was street released and fled upon seeing the
- 23:29Speaker 1: ICE agents outside waiting. Ice says he assaulted an agent
- 23:34Speaker 1: while being taken into custody. The local Channel nine news
- 23:38Speaker 1: reported that ICE requested a forty eight hour heads up
- 23:42Speaker 1: on this man's release he was a high value target,
- 23:46Speaker 1: but they received that notification from the Denver jail just
- 23:51Speaker 1: ninety minutes before he walked out the front door. Now,
- 23:56Speaker 1: ICE says it makes no sense for sanctuary policies to
- 24:00Speaker 1: ban the transfer of these hardcore criminals inside the jail,
- 24:05Speaker 1: where it is safer for everyone, including the individual wanted
- 24:10Speaker 1: by ICE.
- 24:12Speaker 2: In this case.
- 24:13Speaker 1: By the way, six ICE officers had to show up
- 24:17Speaker 1: to apprehend the uncuffed gang member after he was released
- 24:22Speaker 1: from the Denver jail literally walking out the front door.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Denver Mike Johnson says he reached out to ICE yesterday
- 24:31Speaker 1: and is asking to sit down with him to discuss
- 24:34Speaker 1: the quote best procedures moving forward. In translation, this Denver
- 24:41Speaker 1: Mayor Johnson wants to discuss the best procedures when he
- 24:45Speaker 1: already knows what they are. What would the best procedure
- 24:49Speaker 1: be stop releasing criminal legal aliens from your jails, especially
- 24:54Speaker 1: when you receive an ice detainer. It's just common sense.
- 24:58Speaker 1: There's literally nothing else to discuss. And the question voters
- 25:02Speaker 1: should be asking themselves now is what side are the
- 25:06Speaker 1: mayors actually on, on the side of your safety or
- 25:10Speaker 1: are they siding with the drug cartels now. Christy Noam
- 25:14Speaker 1: was asked to go on Hannity to talk about this
- 25:17Speaker 1: and these mayors. I want you to hear what she
- 25:20Speaker 1: had to say with Sean Hannity.
- 25:23Speaker 8: And while the mayors will getting grilled. Secretary of Homeland
- 25:26Speaker 8: Security Christy Nomes she was up in New York City
- 25:28Speaker 8: at the subway station where an illegal immigrant stands accused
- 25:33Speaker 8: of lighting a woman on fire last year. She's back
- 25:36Speaker 8: in DC from that trip, Madam Secretary.
- 25:39Speaker 2: It's so good to see you.
- 25:41Speaker 8: I keep wanting to say, Governor, Governor, I'm like, I
- 25:43Speaker 8: gotta used to it.
- 25:43Speaker 9: You cant of people are still making that mistake.
- 25:46Speaker 8: Okay, it has been so bad during the campaign. I
- 25:50Speaker 8: rolled not only Lake and Riley, Joscelyn Nungary and Rachel
- 25:53Speaker 8: marn I'd roll all the names and maybe I'll let
- 25:55Speaker 8: my team pull up those scroll all the names of
- 25:58Speaker 8: all these people murdered, rape, victims of violent crime.
- 26:01Speaker 2: What are you finding?
- 26:02Speaker 9: You know, I'm finding families like that all over America
- 26:05Speaker 9: and their hearts are broken, their lives will never be
- 26:07Speaker 9: the same. And then they're living in some of these
- 26:09Speaker 9: sanctuary cities where they have leaders that won't listen to them.
- 26:12Speaker 9: And that's what's shocking to me, is well, even last
- 26:15Speaker 9: night this State of the Union speech, I just I
- 26:19Speaker 9: really felt like the Democrats are broken in a way
- 26:22Speaker 9: that I've never seen that's unprecedented, just the disregard for
- 26:25Speaker 9: human tragedy, and that's really what they showed last night.
- 26:28Speaker 9: But that's what I'm finding all across this country is
- 26:30Speaker 9: people are sick of their leaders. They're sick of mayors
- 26:33Speaker 9: like these that we had on Capitol Hill today, and
- 26:35Speaker 9: they're done. They're waking up and they're very glad. Listen,
- 26:38Speaker 9: we do these raids on these criminals in these cities.
- 26:42Speaker 9: People walking by on the streets, going to work in
- 26:44Speaker 9: the morning, taking their kids to school, they stop and
- 26:46Speaker 9: they go thank you. They're telling these officers that are
- 26:49Speaker 9: standing there in their gear. Thank you for doing this,
- 26:51Speaker 9: thank you for being here. So yeah, to hear that
- 26:53Speaker 9: on the ground, I think is very different than what
- 26:55Speaker 9: you hear when you're listening to Democrats.
- 26:56Speaker 8: Where's your as a human being, where's your heart? Where's
- 27:00Speaker 8: where's your conscience? You know your compassion? Democrats say they're compassionate,
- 27:05Speaker 8: and you don't stand for mothers that lost their children.
- 27:08Speaker 8: You don't stand for a little boy to be cancer.
- 27:10Speaker 8: You don't stand for a guy that lost his father
- 27:14Speaker 8: and got into West Point. You don't stand for a
- 27:16Speaker 8: woman that lost her hero husband police officer.
- 27:20Speaker 9: Seriously, when they walked when the president walked in, and
- 27:23Speaker 9: they just didn't stand for him out of respect for
- 27:27Speaker 9: the institution. Out of respect for the institution. I mean,
- 27:29Speaker 9: that's at least decorum. I served in Congress when Obama
- 27:33Speaker 9: was there, and so many times he would come in
- 27:35Speaker 9: for that State of the Union speech, and I knew
- 27:37Speaker 9: he was lying to us, and I knew he had
- 27:38Speaker 9: a political agenda and all that, but we gave him
- 27:41Speaker 9: respect because this is the foundation of our country. You know,
- 27:45Speaker 9: this speech is constitutionally mandated, and if you're going to
- 27:48Speaker 9: be a part of it, then you follow the process.
- 27:50Speaker 9: And you can disagree on politics, you can disagree on
- 27:53Speaker 9: opinions and policy, but boy, respect the institution because it's
- 27:56Speaker 9: the backbone of this country.
- 27:58Speaker 2: I'm so glad you are doing what you're doing.
- 28:00Speaker 8: And the thing that I fear is I think your
- 28:03Speaker 8: task is so daunting because you were handed a mess,
- 28:06Speaker 8: as the President likes to say. And we have terrorists,
- 28:09Speaker 8: cartel members, gang members, no murderers, rapists in the country, Okay,
- 28:14Speaker 8: finding them is hard. Now we have people that are
- 28:16Speaker 8: working against you. And this is a question I've asked
- 28:19Speaker 8: you before. Are we finding the people that are tipping
- 28:22Speaker 8: off and putting ice agents' lives and dangers, tipping off
- 28:25Speaker 8: the people that you're going to raid.
- 28:27Speaker 9: I have a couple of them identified that are within DHS,
- 28:30Speaker 9: and when I'm able to reveal that with the evidence,
- 28:34Speaker 9: I'm going to prosecute them to the fullest extent of
- 28:37Speaker 9: the law and I'm going to make an example out
- 28:38Speaker 9: of them. And just on the way here, I got
- 28:40Speaker 9: another notification of another leak. And I can't do anything
- 28:45Speaker 9: without it getting leak. And that's why we have to
- 28:47Speaker 9: have so many ops all over the country all the time,
- 28:49Speaker 9: that it doesn't slow us down. So that's one of
- 28:51Speaker 9: the things when I was in New York City today,
- 28:53Speaker 9: I said to so many of our law enforcement officers,
- 28:55Speaker 9: I said, so, we don't have time to kiss each
- 28:58Speaker 9: other's asses.
- 28:58Speaker 2: We just don't have.
- 28:59Speaker 9: Time to sit around, and we have to do everything
- 29:02Speaker 9: we can every single day because we might have another
- 29:05Speaker 9: Lake and Riley tomorrow and wish we would have pushed harder,
- 29:08Speaker 9: and wish we would have done more. So these these lakers, boy,
- 29:11Speaker 9: they better watch out because we are putting just his
- 29:13Speaker 9: equal effort into identifying them as we are these criminals
- 29:18Speaker 9: that are out there raping and murdering people. As far
- 29:19Speaker 9: as I'm concerned, these lakers are more dangerous because it's
- 29:22Speaker 9: a complete disregard for our law enforcement officers that are
- 29:25Speaker 9: oh absolutely a law officer and a whole op is
- 29:29Speaker 9: going to people are going to die.
- 29:31Speaker 8: And it's because some are you going to stay out
- 29:33Speaker 8: on the road and keep doing that.
- 29:35Speaker 9: I am because I think that it means a lot
- 29:37Speaker 9: to our our you know, officers out on the street.
- 29:41Speaker 9: I learned something every single time of ways we can
- 29:43Speaker 9: be more efficient, what things I can do to streamline
- 29:45Speaker 9: the process, how we can multiply our operations and how
- 29:49Speaker 9: I can get regulations out of the way, and then
- 29:51Speaker 9: what these mayors and governors are doing to cripple us.
- 29:54Speaker 3: If these sanctuaries, I mean, how close. I it's super cool.
- 29:58Speaker 9: I mean, the President has giving me everything that I've
- 30:01Speaker 9: asked for as far as being successful at securing the
- 30:05Speaker 9: border exactly like he said he.
- 30:07Speaker 6: Was going to do.
- 30:07Speaker 9: This guy is phenomenal. I just can't even tell you.
- 30:11Speaker 9: I love President Trump and I love his confidence.
- 30:13Speaker 3: He's just steady.
- 30:15Speaker 9: He's confident in this job. What he said last night
- 30:17Speaker 9: that he feels like God protected him to make America
- 30:20Speaker 9: great again. That man believes it, and I believe it.
- 30:23Speaker 2: I know that for a fact.
- 30:24Speaker 1: He as it.
- 30:25Speaker 8: I've known him thirty years, Madam Secretary. A great job.
- 30:29Speaker 8: Please keep us in the loop. It really means a
- 30:31Speaker 8: lot to this audience. We appreciate it, all right.
- 30:34Speaker 2: It's incredible.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Christ you know, I'm saying these ICE sleekers, by the way,
- 30:38Speaker 1: that have been identified are now facing prosecution in a
- 30:41Speaker 1: late night drop, saying that she's identified a couple of
- 30:45Speaker 1: them and she.
- 30:46Speaker 2: Now knows who they are.
- 30:48Speaker 1: These are the people that were leaking the location of
- 30:51Speaker 1: ICE agents and now they will be brought to justice
- 30:55Speaker 1: as well. Don't forget to share this podcast with your
