- 0:01Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy no longer the Speaker of the House. He
- 0:06Speaker 1: was removed is the House Speaker in a historic vote,
- 0:10Speaker 1: just hours after he tweeted out to Matt Gates, bring
- 0:14Speaker 1: it on. Matt Gates responded after the vote in a
- 0:18Speaker 1: tweet that said, just did the vote. Here's how it happened.
- 0:25Speaker 2: The ya's are two sixteen, the nay's are two ten.
- 0:31Speaker 2: The resolution is adopted without objection. The motion to reconsider
- 0:35Speaker 2: is laid on the table. The office of Speaker of
- 0:39Speaker 2: the House of the United States House of Representatives is
- 0:43Speaker 2: hereby declared vacant.
- 0:46Speaker 3: An historic moment.
- 0:47Speaker 1: For the first time in the history of the United States,
- 0:50Speaker 1: the Speaker of the House has been removed. For the
- 0:54Speaker 1: first time in history, it has been removed. The House
- 0:58Speaker 1: Speaker vote to remove two sixty yes, two ten no.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I go back to that tweet from the Speaker, Kevin McCarthy,
- 1:07Speaker 1: bring it on, and Matt Gates responded, just did after
- 1:11Speaker 1: he got rid of Kevin McCarthy as the Speaker of
- 1:14Speaker 1: the House, costing him his job that he has wanted
- 1:19Speaker 1: for forever.
- 1:20Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Before the vote, this is what Kevin McCarthy had said, I.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Feel I feel good. Are you hopeful that you're going
- 1:31Speaker 3: to stand under.
- 1:38Speaker 5: We'll still stand by the idea that you're going to
- 1:39Speaker 5: be Speaker of the House tonight.
- 1:41Speaker 6: Yes, Look, I'm an optimist because I think there's no
- 1:43Speaker 6: point of being anything else. I think this is a
- 1:46Speaker 6: big honor to be able to be this. I think
- 1:48Speaker 6: we've been very successful at different points. I just would
- 1:51Speaker 6: not understand if there's a handful of Republicans who joined
- 1:54Speaker 6: Democrats who'll get to determine who's the Speaker of the Houses.
- 1:57Speaker 6: But it is what it is.
- 1:58Speaker 5: What about these Republicans Thans who are opposed to you?
- 2:01Speaker 5: I mean, what has going on here? What do you
- 2:02Speaker 5: think is there.
- 2:03Speaker 6: Thinking these are the same ones who opposed me before
- 2:06Speaker 6: and so they're turning the floor over to the Democrats.
- 2:10Speaker 3: And what does this say?
- 2:10Speaker 5: The fact that you're the first speaker to face this
- 2:12Speaker 5: since nineteen ten. I know that Joe Cannon obviously I
- 2:15Speaker 5: was this resolution on his own, But the fact that
- 2:18Speaker 5: you're facing this, doesn't that say something about the speakership?
- 2:21Speaker 5: Or is that the narrow majority or just the fact
- 2:22Speaker 5: that you're.
- 2:23Speaker 6: Well, I know, just no one thought about using it
- 2:25Speaker 6: before until the Bayer part and then Bayner didn't go
- 2:28Speaker 6: through with me. I continue to work through it.
- 2:31Speaker 4: I know you don't like.
- 2:32Speaker 5: Hypothetical questions, but if this goes to a speaker vote eventually,
- 2:36Speaker 5: will you continue to stand for speaker vote after voluctor.
- 2:39Speaker 6: Votect, we'll see what happens.
- 2:40Speaker 3: That doesn't sound like you. Does this chaos say about
- 2:43Speaker 3: Republicans right here?
- 2:46Speaker 4: You hear that last question?
- 2:48Speaker 1: What does this chaos say about Republicans?
- 2:51Speaker 4: Right now? Now, let's go to how this all happened.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Matt Gates vote six seeds in Alston being McCarthy as
- 3:00Speaker 1: a speaker.
- 3:01Speaker 4: That's number one the premise. You need to understand.
- 3:03Speaker 1: These are many of the people that said, hey, we're
- 3:05Speaker 1: gonna have some stipulations and rules. If we vote for
- 3:07Speaker 1: you for speaker, without us, you can't be the speaker.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And if you don't abide by these rules moving forward,
- 3:13Speaker 1: we will come back after you and we will kick
- 3:15Speaker 1: you out. Now, politically, you need to understand Democrats are
- 3:18Speaker 1: loving this. This is why Democrats join the Republicans to
- 3:21Speaker 1: get rid of Ken McCarthy because they think this makes
- 3:23Speaker 1: them look like an idiot. This also is an amazing
- 3:28Speaker 1: news cycle for Democrats. And here's why Hunter Biden was
- 3:33Speaker 1: in federal court today, no one has to cover that
- 3:37Speaker 1: on the news. Now everyone is gonna be talking about
- 3:40Speaker 1: the story. Now, I promise you I will be talking
- 3:43Speaker 1: about that story. I want to make that very clear.
- 3:47Speaker 1: I'm not gonna let them distract. In fact, that's what
- 3:49Speaker 1: my lead was supposed to be until this happened, and
- 3:52Speaker 1: that changed everything because this is obviously historic.
- 3:55Speaker 4: But now the.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Media doesn't have to pay attention to the impeachment inquiry
- 3:59Speaker 1: of the President of the United States of America and
- 4:03Speaker 1: the subpoenas and the fact that Hunter Biden was actually
- 4:06Speaker 1: in a courtroom.
- 4:07Speaker 4: So that's number one.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Now, this vote was held by roll call in alphabetical order,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and it succeeded two sixteen to two ten. The only
- 4:15Speaker 1: way this worked was for Democrats to join with the Republicans.
- 4:18Speaker 1: So let me explain to you who the Republicans were.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Representative Andy Biggs, Republican from Arizona, Representative Ken Buck a
- 4:27Speaker 1: Republican from Colorado, Republican, Tim Burchett from Tennessee, Republican, Eli
- 4:34Speaker 1: Crane from Arizona, Republican, Bob Good from Virginia, Republican, Nancy Mace,
- 4:40Speaker 1: Republican from South Carolina. Matt Rosendale, Republican from Montana, and
- 4:46Speaker 1: Matt Gates, Republican from Florida all voted with Democrats to
- 4:52Speaker 1: remove Kevin McCarthy. Now, why do the Democrats want to
- 4:55Speaker 1: remove kevinccarthy? It wasn't really about Kevin McCarthy. They just
- 4:58Speaker 1: wanted to screw with the Republican and to send the
- 5:01Speaker 1: Republicans into chaos. And that's exactly what has happened. There's
- 5:05Speaker 1: no downside for Democrats on this one. They only have
- 5:09Speaker 1: upside because now they control a news cycle. Now you
- 5:12Speaker 1: look like you have a fractured Republican party. Now you
- 5:15Speaker 1: have even more infighting. Now you have to go through
- 5:17Speaker 1: another speaker vote. They got to find a speaker, do
- 5:20Speaker 1: all this crap all over again. This is a great
- 5:22Speaker 1: day for Democrats. I want to make that clear. Now,
- 5:24Speaker 1: does that mean I think they made a mistake in
- 5:26Speaker 1: doing this those Republicans. I went with Democrats. I'll explain
- 5:30Speaker 1: more of that in a moment, but let's go back
- 5:32Speaker 1: to this vote. The House voted on Representative Tom Cole,
- 5:36Speaker 1: who's a Republican from Oklahoma, motioned to table Gates's move
- 5:41Speaker 1: to remove them a speaker. It was rejected with a
- 5:44Speaker 1: support of ten House Republicans. Regarding his move to Alice McCarthy,
- 5:50Speaker 1: Gates said, quote in fact, let me play it for you.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I was gonna read it, but I want you to
- 5:55Speaker 1: hear what he said.
- 5:55Speaker 7: From the four of the House, Colin says, we passed
- 5:58Speaker 7: the strongest border bills in history. Well, guess what, look
- 6:02Speaker 7: at the border right now. We didn't use sufficient leverage
- 6:04Speaker 7: in the debt limit or in any other thing to
- 6:06Speaker 7: actually get results on the border.
- 6:08Speaker 3: The border is a disaster.
- 6:10Speaker 7: Really something I don't think you're gonna be campaigning on.
- 6:12Speaker 3: That you fixed the border.
- 6:13Speaker 7: Second, you said you streamlined regulations. What the gentleman from
- 6:17Speaker 7: Louisiana doesn't tell you is that all of the regulatory
- 6:20Speaker 7: reform he was just bragging about is waivable by the
- 6:23Speaker 7: stroke of a pen of someone in the Biden White House.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Do you really think you've got anything for that.
- 6:29Speaker 7: It's a total joke. And then finally, the welfare to
- 6:31Speaker 7: work that the gentleman for Louisiana said, we got the
- 6:34Speaker 7: welfare programs that they said that they streamlined with their
- 6:37Speaker 7: welfare to work stuff, they're actually gonna grow because while
- 6:41Speaker 7: they did work requirements, they blew out those programs with
- 6:45Speaker 7: expanded eligibility. I'm real glad you guys didn't put work
- 6:47Speaker 7: requirements on Medicaid. It probably would have resulted in Medicaid expansion.
- 6:51Speaker 7: And when it comes to how those raised money, I
- 6:54Speaker 7: take no lecture on asking patriotic Americans to weigh in
- 6:59Speaker 7: and contribute to this fight from those who would grovel
- 7:01Speaker 7: and bend knee for the lobbyists and special interests who
- 7:05Speaker 7: own our leadership, who have called boo all you want,
- 7:08Speaker 7: who have hollowed out this town and have borrowed against
- 7:11Speaker 7: the future of our future generations. I'll be happy to
- 7:15Speaker 7: fund my political operation through the work of hard working
- 7:18Speaker 7: Americans ten and twenty and thirty dollars at a time,
- 7:21Speaker 7: and you all keep showing up at the lobbyist fundraisers
- 7:24Speaker 7: and see how that goes for you.
- 7:25Speaker 4: I reserve.
- 7:27Speaker 1: He was being booed by the Republicans when he made
- 7:30Speaker 1: that attack on them about the lobbyists. Now Matt Gate said,
- 7:34Speaker 1: I take no lecture from those who would grovel and
- 7:38Speaker 1: ben knee for the lobbyists and special interests who own
- 7:42Speaker 1: our leadership, hollow out this town, and borrow against the
- 7:47Speaker 1: future of our future generations hashtag motion to vacate now.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Cole said moving to Alice McCarthy would plunge us into
- 7:59Speaker 1: k Representative Jim Jordan, who have a lot of respect
- 8:03Speaker 1: for said that McCarthy had been rock solid as a
- 8:06Speaker 1: leader in the House and believes he has kept his word.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Here is what Jim Jordan said.
- 8:13Speaker 8: Third, we said the one hundred and eighteenth Congress is
- 8:15Speaker 8: about three things. Pass the bills that need pass, do
- 8:19Speaker 8: the oversight work that needs to be done, and stop
- 8:21Speaker 8: the inevitable omnibus that comes from the United States Senate
- 8:25Speaker 8: right before the holidays. Kevin McCarthy has been rock solid
- 8:28Speaker 8: on all three. We have passed the bills we told
- 8:31Speaker 8: the American people we would pass. Eighty seven thousand IRA
- 8:35Speaker 8: s agents. That bill passed, Parents Bill rights, that bill, passed,
- 8:39Speaker 8: Energy legislation, passed border security, immigration enforcement legislation, the strongest
- 8:44Speaker 8: bill ever to pass the Congress passed earlier this year.
- 8:48Speaker 3: We have done what we told them we were.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Going to do.
- 8:50Speaker 8: We can't help with the Senate. We'll take up those
- 8:52Speaker 8: good common sense bills. They'll have to answer to the
- 8:54Speaker 8: American people come election day.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Oversight, we have done the old site that we're supposed
- 9:01Speaker 3: to do.
- 9:01Speaker 8: Because of our oversight, we know that parents were targeted
- 9:05Speaker 8: by the Department of Justice. Because of our oversight, we
- 9:07Speaker 8: know that fifty one former Intel officials misled the country
- 9:10Speaker 8: weeks before the most important election we have. And because
- 9:13Speaker 8: of our oversight, the Disinformation Governance Board at the Department.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Of Homeland Security is gone.
- 9:19Speaker 8: Because of our oversight, the memo attacking pro life Catholics
- 9:22Speaker 8: has been rescinded because of our oversight. Unannounced visits to
- 9:25Speaker 8: Americans home by the Internal Revenue Service has stopped. That
- 9:31Speaker 8: happened under Speaker McCarthy. And on the third one, on
- 9:35Speaker 8: this side of that, we know there's a big, old,
- 9:37Speaker 8: ugly bill coming at the end of the year, all
- 9:40Speaker 8: kinds of spending, all kinds of garbage in it. We're
- 9:42Speaker 8: still in that fight. Frankly, to Matt's point, we don't
- 9:45Speaker 8: know how that one's going to shake out.
- 9:47Speaker 3: But we do know this. We do know this.
- 9:50Speaker 8: On Saturday, we didn't take the Senate's bill they tried
- 9:54Speaker 8: to send over and shove it down our throats on side,
- 9:56Speaker 8: we didn't take that bill. And it was a tough
- 9:59Speaker 8: position here he was in. There were five options on
- 10:02Speaker 8: the table last week. Option one was send a long
- 10:05Speaker 8: term cr over there that would have leverage the one
- 10:08Speaker 8: percent cut, something a bunch of us voted for. Both
- 10:10Speaker 8: parties couldn't get the votes for that one. Second option
- 10:13Speaker 8: was to focus on d one issue of the country
- 10:15Speaker 8: now is completely focused on the border issue. We couldn't
- 10:19Speaker 8: get the votes for that one either, But when the
- 10:21Speaker 8: Senate tried to send us that bill, he said no
- 10:23Speaker 8: to it. I think the Speaker has kept his word.
- 10:27Speaker 8: I know my colleagues and friends are saying different. I
- 10:29Speaker 8: think he has kept his word on those three things
- 10:31Speaker 8: that we talked about on January third, Franklin, that entire week,
- 10:34Speaker 8: he has kept his word. I think we should keep
- 10:36Speaker 8: him as a speaker. I yell back.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Now.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I wanted to play for you what he had to
- 10:43Speaker 1: say there, because I do believe it's important to hear
- 10:46Speaker 1: both sides.
- 10:47Speaker 4: It's easy to.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Come out and to say, hey, Kevin McCarthy's at Rhino,
- 10:53Speaker 1: get rid of him.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Right.
- 10:55Speaker 1: The problem now is who are we going to get
- 10:57Speaker 1: and who is the big today?
- 11:01Speaker 4: I can tell you who it is. It's Democrats.
- 11:05Speaker 1: They got to bury the big story, which was Hunter Biden,
- 11:08Speaker 1: Federal Court and the problems.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Hunter Biden is gonna have.
- 11:11Speaker 1: They got to bury the story of this activist, radical judge,
- 11:16Speaker 1: and I'm gonna expose this in a moment who came
- 11:19Speaker 1: out and said on the record on video that he
- 11:23Speaker 1: has the right to overthrow a jury if he if
- 11:26Speaker 1: his emotions tell him to. And they're winning today because
- 11:30Speaker 1: of this. Now is it worth it in the long run?
- 11:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna say, we'll see. I don't know yet. Are
- 11:38Speaker 1: we gonna get a better speaker because of this?
- 11:40Speaker 4: We'll see? I don't know yet.
- 11:44Speaker 1: All right, let me tell you real quick about an
- 11:45Speaker 1: amazing company called Patriot Mobile. For ten years, they have
- 11:49Speaker 1: been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I
- 11:54Speaker 1: say only trust me, they're the only one. Glenn and
- 11:57Speaker 1: the team have been great supporters of this show, which
- 12:00Speaker 1: is why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. They
- 12:03Speaker 1: offer you dependable nationwide coverage, giving you the ability to
- 12:06Speaker 1: access all three major networks, which means you get the

- 12:15Speaker 1: When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending the message
- 12:18Speaker 1: that you support free speech, religious freedom, sancty of life,
- 12:21Speaker 1: Second Amendment and our military, our veterans and first responder heroes.
- 12:25Speaker 1: They have one hundred percent US based customer service team
- 12:28Speaker 1: making switching easy. You get to keep your same cell
- 12:31Speaker 1: phone number, keep your same phone that you have right now,

- 12:37Speaker 1: and their team will help you find the best plan
- 12:40Speaker 1: for your needs and save you real money. You've got
- 12:42Speaker 1: a small business, they can cover all that as well.

- 13:06Speaker 1: every phone. Call Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
- 13:10Speaker 1: to seven to two Patriot. The judge in the Donald
- 13:15Speaker 1: Trump case in New York City has been forced to
- 13:18Speaker 1: dismiss eighty percent of the New York Attorney General's case
- 13:24Speaker 1: against Donald Trump. Why because the statute of limitations had
- 13:29Speaker 1: already run on those charges. That tells you just how
- 13:34Speaker 1: psychotic the ag in New york Is. She knew this,
- 13:38Speaker 1: but it didn't matter. She wanted to be famous. This
- 13:41Speaker 1: is what narcissists do, and she wanted to make sure
- 13:45Speaker 1: that it made big headlines about how much trouble Donald
- 13:48Speaker 1: Trump is in. Well, guess what, eighty percent of that
- 13:50Speaker 1: case is now gone. We also now know something else.
- 13:54Speaker 1: We know that the judge on the record, this psycho
- 13:58Speaker 1: judge who was you know, smiling for the cameras and
- 14:02Speaker 1: taking his glasses off like it was a made for
- 14:05Speaker 1: TV moment back in twenty fifteen, had some shocking things
- 14:11Speaker 1: about to say about juries when they get it wrong,
- 14:14Speaker 1: as he described it. I'm going to play that for
- 14:16Speaker 1: you in a moment. Let me also tell you right now,
- 14:19Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy is fighting for his political future. There's a
- 14:23Speaker 1: big showdown in Washington between McCarthy and others like Representative
- 14:28Speaker 1: Matt Gates.
- 14:29Speaker 4: So what does this.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Mean and who is ultimately winning on this fight over
- 14:33Speaker 1: the speakership? Is it Republicans or is it actually Democrats.
- 14:36Speaker 1: We're going to deal with that, But let me start
- 14:39Speaker 1: with the other issue here, and that is the thing
- 14:43Speaker 1: that the media doesn't want you to talk about. I
- 14:45Speaker 1: wanted you to know I'm going to cover these other
- 14:46Speaker 1: two issues. Don't worry. But the big issue is the
- 14:50Speaker 1: fact that Hunter Biden was in federal court. He was
- 14:54Speaker 1: in federal court on Tuesday. And this is how CBS
- 14:58Speaker 1: described that that appearance in federal court by Hunter Biden.
- 15:03Speaker 4: Listen carefully.
- 15:04Speaker 1: This is Catherine Heritage, the CBS News senior investigative correspondent,
- 15:09Speaker 1: saying this about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Well, Gail, good to be with you.
- 15:16Speaker 9: This was an extraordinary scene that unfolded in the courthouse
- 15:20Speaker 9: behind me, the son of a sitting president facing felony
- 15:23Speaker 9: gun charges. As Hunter Biden entered the courtroom on the
- 15:27Speaker 9: second floor, he passed by me. I was no more
- 15:29Speaker 9: than about five feet away, and there was a sense
- 15:32Speaker 9: of nervous energy, a nervous smile, a sense of real
- 15:36Speaker 9: apprehension as we headed into the proceeding. It lasted about
- 15:40Speaker 9: twenty minutes. The federal judge as the president's son, if
- 15:44Speaker 9: he understood the charges, the potential serious penalties, and that
- 15:48Speaker 9: he had a right to remain silent and to each
- 15:51Speaker 9: he responded with a strong and soft voice, Yes, your honor,
- 15:55Speaker 9: And when it came time to enter the plea that
- 15:57Speaker 9: was done by his attorney, Abby Loyle, who said, mister
- 16:01Speaker 9: Biden pleads not guilty to the three charges.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Gail.
- 16:05Speaker 9: The next day on the calendar is early November, and
- 16:08Speaker 9: we're already getting a sense of the defense team's strategy.
- 16:12Speaker 9: They indicated to the court that they will file a
- 16:15Speaker 9: motion to dismiss and they are going to question whether
- 16:18Speaker 9: one of the charges is constitutional, a charge that would
- 16:21Speaker 9: ban a drug user from owning and obtaining a weapon
- 16:25Speaker 9: in the United States. What's striking to me is that
- 16:29Speaker 9: just two months ago, Hunter Biden entered this courthouse with
- 16:33Speaker 9: a degree of optimism and a lot of confidence. But
- 16:37Speaker 9: as we saw that plea deal collapse and I was
- 16:40Speaker 9: inside that courtroom, what we see now is that the
- 16:43Speaker 9: chapter is not closing for Hunter Biden, or for his family,
- 16:47Speaker 9: or for his father, the President.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Gail, Let's go to the very last statement there. This
- 16:53Speaker 1: is the statement, and I got to give Catherine Heritage
- 16:55Speaker 1: a lot of credit at CBS News for being intellectually
- 16:59Speaker 1: honest about this, because no one else is covering this
- 17:01Speaker 1: in the media period, and the ones that are are
- 17:04Speaker 1: certainly not covering it this way, which is why I'm
- 17:07Speaker 1: leading with this show with this because it's that important.
- 17:11Speaker 1: What she said at the end was this, what we
- 17:13Speaker 1: see now is that the chapter is not closing for
- 17:17Speaker 1: Hunter Biden or for his father.
- 17:21Speaker 4: She's connecting the Biden crime.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Family to the kingpin to the President of the United
- 17:28Speaker 1: States of America.
- 17:30Speaker 4: And that is the reason why she said he's so nervous. Now.
- 17:34Speaker 1: The other thing about Hunter Biden is Hunter Biden thought
- 17:37Speaker 1: this was all going to be swept under the rug.
- 17:39Speaker 1: He had nothing to worry about. Everything was going to
- 17:42Speaker 1: be fine. It's not anymore. It's not going to be fine.
- 17:48Speaker 1: And there are real questions and real investigations going on
- 17:52Speaker 1: right now. And this is going to be a major
- 17:55Speaker 1: problem for the Biden crime family.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Because if this does go the way.
- 17:59Speaker 1: That it's looking now, at the bare minimum, they are
- 18:03Speaker 1: gonna have to answer a lot more questions, a lot
- 18:07Speaker 1: more questions about what they did and where the money
- 18:11Speaker 1: came in. And if you miss, by the way, yesterday's
- 18:13Speaker 1: go back and grab our podcasts from yesterday, because yesterday
- 18:19Speaker 1: I talked a lot about the newest allegations against the
- 18:23Speaker 1: Biden crime family. And there's so many people that aren't
- 18:26Speaker 1: covering this because they get to cover you know, Donald
- 18:28Speaker 1: Trump and in this court case that's happening right now,
- 18:32Speaker 1: But there is a significant amount of information that has
- 18:36Speaker 1: come out and there's a now a reason not.
- 18:40Speaker 4: To cover it.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Hell, you gotta cover Kevin McCarthy right right now, right
- 18:43Speaker 1: Matt Gates is going new clear, Let's cover that. Hey,
- 18:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump's in court, Let's cover that. Whatever we do,
- 18:50Speaker 1: let's make sure that we do not cover what's.
- 18:54Speaker 4: Going on with the Biden crime family.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Now, there's also something else that's happened, and this is
- 18:59Speaker 1: the polling number that is important, and it connects back
- 19:02Speaker 1: to where people are right now mentally about where we
- 19:05Speaker 1: are as a country. Bidenomics something that they've been obsessed
- 19:09Speaker 1: with touting in the Democratic Party now for I don't
- 19:12Speaker 1: even know how long, since the day he got into office.
- 19:16Speaker 1: They are now having to admit that the line that
- 19:19Speaker 1: the economy is in great shape and everything's vigorous, and
- 19:22Speaker 1: everything's wonderful and the presence do a great job is
- 19:25Speaker 1: not landing with the American people. Republican polling now lead
- 19:31Speaker 1: on the economy. It has now jumped to a thirty
- 19:35Speaker 1: two year high. Again, you're not going to hear about
- 19:39Speaker 1: this poll anywhere else, but the lead Republicans have over
- 19:43Speaker 1: Democrats when it comes to economic prosperity has now reached
- 19:47Speaker 1: its largest and thirty two years. Polling from Gallup shows
- 19:51Speaker 1: today fifty three percent of Americans said they think the
- 19:55Speaker 1: GOP is more likely to quote do a better job
- 19:58Speaker 1: of keeping the country reprosperous Gallup set in their new
- 20:02Speaker 1: poll only thirty nine percent say they favor Democrats on
- 20:07Speaker 1: the issues facing our.
- 20:09Speaker 4: Economy right now.
- 20:11Speaker 1: This fourteen point gap is the widest for Republicans since
- 20:17Speaker 1: nineteen ninety one. It is also a significant increase from
- 20:21Speaker 1: the ten point lead Republicans enjoyed a year ago, jumping
- 20:25Speaker 1: by up now to fourteen percent.
- 20:27Speaker 4: What does this mean.
- 20:28Speaker 1: It clearly means that the Biden Administration's efforts to lie
- 20:32Speaker 1: to the American public and sell them on the alleged
- 20:35Speaker 1: fake benefits Bidenomics has backfired. In other words, the GOP
- 20:40Speaker 1: polling advantage has not been this large since the country
- 20:44Speaker 1: was still basking in the glow of the Reagan era
- 20:48Speaker 1: prosperity literally from Ronald Reagan's time. The economy we also
- 20:52Speaker 1: have from this polling is now officially the top issue
- 20:56Speaker 1: for around one third of Americans. According to Gallup's new poll.
- 21:00Speaker 1: The next highest issue is government slash poor leadership, which
- 21:04Speaker 1: directionally correlates to the economy, and that comes in at
- 21:08Speaker 1: twenty two percent. What's the next significant issue to be
- 21:13Speaker 1: on this level, even close to the economy, is the
- 21:17Speaker 1: issue of immigration. Immigration is a top issue for nine
- 21:22Speaker 1: percent of the public right now their top issue, so
- 21:25Speaker 1: one in ten Americans is saying immigration now is my
- 21:28Speaker 1: number one issue.
- 21:29Speaker 4: Period.
- 21:30Speaker 1: This all spells bad news for Joe Biden and for
- 21:33Speaker 1: the Democratic Party.
- 21:36Speaker 4: Now, let me also go back to this.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Really important and big story that deals with Donald Trump
- 21:43Speaker 1: in court. I just didn't want the news cycle of
- 21:45Speaker 1: the media to win by me putting this first, because
- 21:48Speaker 1: they didn't want to cover the Hunter Biden and jail thing,
- 21:51Speaker 1: or I should say in court thing. They wanted to
- 21:53Speaker 1: act like that wasn't happening. They didn't want to cover
- 21:56Speaker 1: these horrific poll numbers for Hunter Biden and for Joe
- 21:59Speaker 1: Biden and trust issues and Bidenomics. Right They were hoping
- 22:02Speaker 1: we could just lead with Trump, and I wasn't going
- 22:04Speaker 1: to let them win. But it is important that we
- 22:07Speaker 1: have found something out that is shocking about this scumbag
- 22:11Speaker 1: judge in new York. There is some audio that has
- 22:15Speaker 1: been unearthed with video from twenty fifteen from the Trump judge,
- 22:22Speaker 1: and what he had to say he knew was controversial.
- 22:26Speaker 1: How do we know this because the first thing he
- 22:28Speaker 1: says is, now I'm going to say something controversial.
- 22:31Speaker 4: Even though I'm being taped.
- 22:35Speaker 1: So he's admitting that what he's about to say is
- 22:37Speaker 1: controversial and extreme.
- 22:39Speaker 4: And he said it not on an undercover video. He
- 22:42Speaker 4: said it knowing he was being taped. Listen to this
- 22:47Speaker 4: from this judge.
- 22:49Speaker 10: Now I'm going to say something controversial even though I'm
- 22:52Speaker 10: being taped. Jerry's get it wrong a lot. That's my
- 22:56Speaker 10: own opinion. I do only civil trials, personal injury cases,
- 23:01Speaker 10: contract disputes, but I've had situations where like, oh my
- 23:08Speaker 10: Heaven's sake, how could they have thought that?
- 23:12Speaker 4: Well, I.
- 23:15Speaker 10: Have a tool that I can deal with that. It's
- 23:17Speaker 10: called jury. Notwithstanding the verdict, judgment. Notwithstanding the verdict, I
- 23:22Speaker 10: can say there is no possible way that a reasonable
- 23:26Speaker 10: jury would have reached that conclusion. And all right, am
- 23:30Speaker 10: I following the law or am I making law? Okay,
- 23:35Speaker 10: I'm following law. I'm an impartial referee. But it's hard
- 23:41Speaker 10: to factor out my own emotions, and I have tools.
- 23:47Speaker 10: Somebody can say, well, your honor, you have to throw
- 23:49Speaker 10: out this case because it's just like another case. Well
- 23:53Speaker 10: is it just like another case? What if the defendant
- 23:56Speaker 10: was wearing a rit sweater instead of a blue sweater.
- 23:58Speaker 10: Oh and by the way, I worked for the Columbia
- 24:01Speaker 10: Daily Spectator for a couple of weeks. What happened was
- 24:05Speaker 10: I went there every day and I wrote a few stories.
- 24:10Speaker 10: One I got criticized on because I wrote that some
- 24:14Speaker 10: klu Klux klanners had murdered some people. When I was told,
- 24:18Speaker 10: you can't say that, how do we know you aren't there? Well,
- 24:22Speaker 10: that was what everybody thought anyway. Yeah, we should have
- 24:25Speaker 10: absolutely meani. What if we defame somebody, that's how it
- 24:29Speaker 10: usually comes up, you know, you call somebody a murderer
- 24:32Speaker 10: or a heroin adutic that sort of thing, a pedophile
- 24:36Speaker 10: if it's done in court. Yeah, I think we should
- 24:38Speaker 10: have absolute immunity.
- 24:42Speaker 1: So this clearly is not a normal judge. This is
- 24:45Speaker 1: an anarchist. This is a guy that says, I don't
- 24:48Speaker 1: have to agree with the will of the people. I
- 24:52Speaker 1: do not believe in a jury of your peers deciding
- 24:56Speaker 1: your future. I, as a judge, can override a jury.
- 24:58Speaker 1: In other words, that that's just semantics. They're just going
- 25:01Speaker 1: through motions. Now, if that jury agrees with my opinion,
- 25:05Speaker 1: I'll let it stand. But if the jury doesn't agree,
- 25:11Speaker 1: then I can just overrule them based on his words,
- 25:15Speaker 1: my own emotions about the case. Now you just think
- 25:20Speaker 1: about that.
- 25:21Speaker 4: That is no rule of law. Okay, I'm not a lawyer.
- 25:26Speaker 1: I want to be clear about that, all right, But
- 25:29Speaker 1: do you want to live in a country where a
- 25:31Speaker 1: judge doesn't have to go by the law. Do you
- 25:34Speaker 1: want to live in a country where you can go
- 25:38Speaker 1: before a judge and depending on which judge you get,
- 25:40Speaker 1: you either get a fair and free trial or you
- 25:43Speaker 1: get a biased trial from a judge decides that you're
- 25:45Speaker 1: guilty because they don't like you and they don't like
- 25:47Speaker 1: your politics, they don't follow the law.
- 25:49Speaker 4: Let's just go to that.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Do you want to go in front of a judge
- 25:51Speaker 1: that says the laws the rule of law does not
- 25:54Speaker 1: apply to you. In my courtroom, I get to decide
- 25:57Speaker 1: based on and again I'm going to use his word.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I can overrule them based on my own emotions. So
- 26:04Speaker 1: let's just say that he doesn't like my demeanor. Let's
- 26:08Speaker 1: say he doesn't like my tie. Let's say he doesn't
- 26:10Speaker 1: like my politics. Let's say googles me and finds out
- 26:13Speaker 1: what I do for a living, and maybe the case
- 26:14Speaker 1: has nothing to do with Ben Ferguson being a conservative.
- 26:17Speaker 1: This judge could then say, well, based on my emotions,
- 26:19Speaker 1: I don't like Ben Ferguson, so therefore I want Ben Ferguson.
- 26:22Speaker 4: To go to jail.
- 26:23Speaker 1: That's so different than what's happening right here with Donald
- 26:26Speaker 1: Trump and you. If you haven't seen the video, I
- 26:29Speaker 1: put it up on social media and follow me on Instagram.
- 26:31Speaker 4: I put it up there.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson podcast is my handle on Instagram. When the judge,
- 26:38Speaker 1: who knew that he was letting the you know, the
- 26:41Speaker 1: cameras in his courtroom, that was his decision. They're there,
- 26:45Speaker 1: he acts like you didn't know they were there. I
- 26:46Speaker 1: think smiles takes his glasses off, mugging for the camera.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Is that the type of person you want deciding on
- 26:53Speaker 1: the future of the of the rule of law. I
- 26:58Speaker 1: would hope that most of you would say that terrifies you,
- 27:00Speaker 1: because it should terrify you, because if this judge can
- 27:03Speaker 1: do this and basically says, hey, look, I know there's laws.
- 27:06Speaker 1: I know there's a constitution, but I don't have to
- 27:08Speaker 1: follow it. I can overrule it based on my emotions.
- 27:11Speaker 1: How I don't have to follow what a jury says.
- 27:13Speaker 1: I don't have to follow what a jury trial decides.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I don't have to follow what the people say. See
- 27:18Speaker 1: this goes back to what happened to Trump in two
- 27:20Speaker 1: thousand and sixteen, when Democrats couldn't handle the fact they
- 27:26Speaker 1: lost an election that they believed that they just they
- 27:29Speaker 1: were owed it. And it was Hillary Clinton and it
- 27:32Speaker 1: was this moment to break the glass ceiling. Remember the
- 27:35Speaker 1: visual that night that was supposed to be the looking
- 27:37Speaker 1: up and the ceiling being broken right from that glass
- 27:40Speaker 1: event place where they were going to have her you know,
- 27:43Speaker 1: coronation to be God of America.
- 27:45Speaker 4: And it didn't happen.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Then there's psychos were you know, crying and screaming and
- 27:50Speaker 1: yelling and they're like, well, well wait, wait, we can't
- 27:52Speaker 1: give up on this dream. We can get this dream back.
- 27:54Speaker 1: How do we get this dream back?
- 27:55Speaker 7: Oh?
- 27:56Speaker 4: I know what we'll do.
- 27:57Speaker 1: We what we'll do is we'll just overthrow the will
- 28:00Speaker 1: of the people. Well, accuse Donald Trump of colluding with
- 28:03Speaker 1: Russians and Russian banks, and then we'll put this docia together,
- 28:08Speaker 1: we create out of thin air that we pay for
- 28:09Speaker 1: the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton paid for That's a
- 28:12Speaker 1: fact that happened. And then we'll use that to impeach him.
- 28:16Speaker 1: And then when we impeach him, it will be game on.
- 28:19Speaker 1: And that's all we have to do. That is the
- 28:22Speaker 1: game plan. That's how we pull this off. And they
- 28:26Speaker 1: did it. They tried to overthrow the will of the people.
- 28:32Speaker 1: They tried to overthrow the will of the people, and
- 28:35Speaker 1: they tried to do everything that they possibly could do
- 28:39Speaker 1: to make sure that they got what they wanted, which
- 28:41Speaker 1: was the White House, at all costs. And then they
- 28:43Speaker 1: impeached him a second time. Never forget that. And then
- 28:46Speaker 1: they altered and changed the way we do our elections
- 28:48Speaker 1: to make sure they could beat Donald Trump. We never
- 28:50Speaker 1: forget that. And now you have these judges. By the way,
- 28:55Speaker 1: eighty percent of the case has been thrown out because
- 28:57Speaker 1: the statue of limitations. A case where everybody got paid back,
- 29:00Speaker 1: there's no one claiming they were defrauded, there's no bank
- 29:04Speaker 1: claiming they didn't get paid by Donald Trump. There's no
- 29:06Speaker 1: one that's claiming that they suffered because of any of
- 29:10Speaker 1: these charges against all Trump.
- 29:11Speaker 4: It doesn't matter.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Though, because these charges to them are about making sure
- 29:17Speaker 1: that he is no longer in this race.
- 29:21Speaker 4: They want him in prison. And when you have a.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Judge it says it the way that this judge said it,
- 29:27Speaker 1: you know it's real and authentic. This is when you
- 29:33Speaker 1: know America is teetering and we are in that moment.
- 29:38Speaker 1: We are teetering as a nation right now. We are
- 29:42Speaker 1: teetering as a nation right now because we have now
- 29:46Speaker 1: judges that are saying, I don't have to abide by
- 29:50Speaker 1: the law, and I don't have to abide by what
- 29:52Speaker 1: the jury decides in a court case if I don't
- 29:55Speaker 1: like the decision they made, and that can apply to
- 29:58Speaker 1: a court case with a former president of the United
- 30:00Speaker 1: States of America, Donald J.
- 30:02Speaker 4: Trump. Let me also say one other thing.
- 30:05Speaker 1: This is why elections are so important, especially when it
- 30:09Speaker 1: comes to people that are running for judge or those
- 30:12Speaker 1: that are running for office that then appoint judges. This
- 30:14Speaker 1: is why it is so important. And people don't understand
- 30:19Speaker 1: that they don't know who their judges are, they don't
- 30:21Speaker 1: know what they do they don't know what they believe in,
- 30:24Speaker 1: they don't know how they rule on cases. They just
- 30:26Speaker 1: pick a name. Most people have no clue who the
- 30:28Speaker 1: judges are. And these people have the power to ruin
- 30:31Speaker 1: your life. Don't ever forget that. And we better wake
- 30:35Speaker 1: up because Democrats have been finding these psychos and putting
- 30:38Speaker 1: them on the court and they're doing a damn good
- 30:40Speaker 1: job of it. Make sure you share this podcast with
- 30:43Speaker 1: your family and friends. Please makes you share this podcast
- 30:47Speaker 1: with your family and friends, and I'll see you back
- 30:49Speaker 1: here tomorrow.
