A heartbreaking incident unfolded on Lewis and Clark Lake when a 65-year-old San Leandro man died after a medical emergency on his personal watercraft. Found unresponsive near the south shore, fellow boaters rushed to help, transporting him to a Yankton hospital where he was pronounced dead.
