Scott Miller: But at least the circuit courts have to defer to the immigration courts because again, they are the ones with the original jurisdiction through statute. that, you know, they're the ones designated to make these decisions. in order to overrule them, they to provide compelling evidence that they were wrong, not just a preponderance or something like that. It needs to be compelling. It's a very high bar that they have to reach in order to overturn one of the, one of these immigration courts, which how it should be because you know, it's not complex questions in law, it's do you have the documents to be here or don't you? Scott Miller: Well, all the activists do. Like I said, the people that are, the only people who throw fits about these obvious things their hand out for some sort of corruption. Whether it's the voting, whether it's immigration, whatever, these people are getting paid somehow and they gotta keep saying the dumb things that they're saying in order to keep getting paid.
