Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Center, Ted Cruz ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:05Speaker 2: and they're calling it an invasion at the border more
- 0:08Speaker 2: you could just call it another normal day, but this
- 0:10Speaker 2: does seem to me a little bit different. With two
- 0:13Speaker 2: major headlines that we want to talk with you about,
- 0:16Speaker 2: one that says this over two two hundred migrants were
- 0:19Speaker 2: caught on video illegally crossing the border near Eagle Pass,
- 0:25Speaker 2: Texas Overninth Border Patrol sources say migrants poured over the border.
- 0:30Speaker 2: They're in a mass wave of migration, more than two thousand,
- 0:35Speaker 2: two hundred migrants captured on video and there was nothing
- 0:40Speaker 2: the border patrol could do but watch it happen. Sources
- 0:44Speaker 2: provided cell phone video and the recordings of how this
- 0:48Speaker 2: started in Mexico across from Eagle Pass, showing a stampede
- 0:53Speaker 2: of migrants rushing the river's edge overnight and crossing in
- 0:56Speaker 2: a lengthy line in the river from shore to shore. Senator,
- 1:00Speaker 2: this is mass crossing. It's happening right next to the
- 1:03Speaker 2: port of entry and Eagle Pass, which is the legal
- 1:07Speaker 2: way to cross. And they're now saying since at work
- 1:10Speaker 2: they're hearing that their plans for this to happen yet again.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Your reaction, Well, the border crisis keeps getting worse and
- 1:17Speaker 3: worse and worse, and you got to understand. Egle Pass
- 1:20Speaker 3: is a small town. Its population is about twenty eight
- 1:23Speaker 3: thousand people. It is being invaded. The mayor of New
- 1:27Speaker 3: York City says that one hundred and ten thousand illegal
- 1:31Speaker 3: immigrants in three years is destroying the city. How do
- 1:35Speaker 3: you think he will Pass with twenty eight thousand people feels?
- 1:38Speaker 3: How do you think del Rio with thirty thousand people feels.
- 1:42Speaker 3: How do you think McCallan with one hundred and thirty
- 1:44Speaker 3: thousand people feels?
- 1:46Speaker 4: The volume that.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Is coming in. Mayor Adams says that one hundred and
- 1:51Speaker 3: ten thousand illegal aliens, if we don't do something about
- 1:54Speaker 3: it, it will utterly destroy massive New York City. We've got
- 1:59Speaker 3: little cities in Texas the southern border. We've had seven
- 2:03Speaker 3: point two million people crossing, and right now it is escalating.
- 2:08Speaker 3: September is projected to be the highest month ever recorded.
- 2:13Speaker 3: We're up just under ten thousand people a day. That's
- 2:20Speaker 3: what we're facing right now. And Joe Biden and the Democrats,
- 2:23Speaker 3: it's here. No evil see, no evil, speak no evil
- 2:26Speaker 3: it's just damn evil.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Follow the money. That's part of this.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And I think we have to now talk about this
- 2:32Speaker 2: new strategy of the cartels. This is I just talked
- 2:36Speaker 2: about this passing an eagle pass. While that was happening,
- 2:39Speaker 2: there's a video that's gone viral that was shot in
- 2:42Speaker 2: Mexico showing a train packed with migrants barreling towards the
- 2:49Speaker 2: Mexico US border being cheered on by people across the border.
- 2:54Speaker 2: This Pharaoh mechs train packed with migrants heading towards the
- 2:59Speaker 2: southern border. We know this is coming, Senator, We see
- 3:02Speaker 2: the passengers, we see them being cheered on by those
- 3:05Speaker 2: on the side.
- 3:06Speaker 1: This is an invasion. And if we know it's going.
- 3:09Speaker 2: To happen, how the hell is the Department of Homeland Security,
- 3:13Speaker 2: the Border Patrol not going to stop this train, which
- 3:16Speaker 2: by the way, is getting larger and more people are
- 3:19Speaker 2: getting on the train from the videos that we've seen
- 3:21Speaker 2: across the border.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Because they want to happen. It to happen, that's why
- 3:25Speaker 3: they're not stopping it. Joe Biden wants this invasion to occur.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Kamala Harris wants this invasion to occur. Alejandro MAJORCIS wants
- 3:34Speaker 3: this invasion to occur. Every damn Democrat senator and every
- 3:37Speaker 3: damn Democrat Congressman who rubber stamps what's happening, they want
- 3:43Speaker 3: this to occur. It's not that they're not good at
- 3:45Speaker 3: their jobs. They don't want to do their jobs. They
- 3:49Speaker 3: want the people to come and.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Listen. It is infuriating. You know. We had as a guest.
- 3:56Speaker 3: On this podcast a number of months ago, Brandon Judd.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Brandon Judd is the head of the Border Patrol Union,
- 4:03Speaker 3: and he's a union leader. Brandon is a good friend
- 4:06Speaker 3: the Border patrol agents who are risking their lives to
- 4:10Speaker 3: defend this nation. They are frustrated at a level I
- 4:14Speaker 3: cannot describe.
- 4:15Speaker 5: You.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Imagine, Ben, if you did your job every day and
- 4:18Speaker 3: you went out there and you're dealing with You're dealing
- 4:22Speaker 3: with vicious human traffickers, drug traffickers. You're dealing with people
- 4:26Speaker 3: who are armed, who are dangerous, who are shooting at
- 4:29Speaker 3: you or trying to run you off the road. You're
- 4:30Speaker 3: risking your life. You catch people, you bring them in,
- 4:35Speaker 3: and the idiot politicians, your political leadership above you, releases them,
- 4:41Speaker 3: releases them day after day after day, and then you
- 4:43Speaker 3: go back the next day to catch the same people
- 4:45Speaker 3: the next day. It is a miracle. We even have
- 4:49Speaker 3: a single border patrol agent that continues to do his
- 4:52Speaker 3: or her job. They're morale, it has never been lower.
- 4:56Speaker 3: And one of the things Brandon Judd said, and you
- 4:58Speaker 3: ought to go back and listen to the we did
- 5:00Speaker 3: a whole podcast interviewing Brandon Judd where he discussed discuss
- 5:05Speaker 3: what's happening on the ground, and one of the things
- 5:06Speaker 3: he says is he says they actually don't need more
- 5:10Speaker 3: money to secure the border. They'd like more money. We
- 5:13Speaker 3: should have more money. We should have more money for
- 5:15Speaker 3: a wall. We should have more money to triple the
- 5:17Speaker 3: border patrol. We should have more money to buy planes
- 5:20Speaker 3: and drones and assets both in the river and on
- 5:23Speaker 3: the air. All of that we should have. But the
- 5:25Speaker 3: amazing thing is Brandon said, to solve this problem, they
- 5:29Speaker 3: don't need an additional dollar. What they need is policy.
- 5:34Speaker 3: What they need is political leadership that when they catch someone,
- 5:38Speaker 3: we'll send them home, We'll put them on a plane.
- 5:41Speaker 3: The cause of this crisis. Listen, if if you're down
- 5:45Speaker 3: in some impoverished nation, and you know all I need
- 5:49Speaker 3: to do is get to America and I can stay there,
- 5:53Speaker 3: and the Biden administration will put me on a plane
- 5:56Speaker 3: or a bus and send me to whatever city I
- 5:58Speaker 3: want to live in. I get to stay there, I
- 6:00Speaker 3: get to go on government welfare. I get to live
- 6:02Speaker 3: in prosperity. You'd come too. And what happens when these
- 6:08Speaker 3: people arrive Almost all of them have cell phones. They
- 6:10Speaker 3: get here, they call home to their friends and family says, hey,
- 6:13Speaker 3: guess what if you get here, you.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Get to stay.
- 6:16Speaker 3: As long as this administration practices catch and release, we're
- 6:22Speaker 3: gonna go from seven million to eight million, to ten million,
- 6:24Speaker 3: to fifteen million to twenty million. And that is what
- 6:28Speaker 3: Joe Biden and the Democrats want.
- 6:31Speaker 2: I want to tell you about our friends and enviro Quins.
- 6:34Speaker 2: You should choose an air purifier like your life depends
- 6:37Speaker 2: on it, because it's just might. We had a crazy
- 6:40Speaker 2: summer of wildfires. More than thirty five thousand wildfires have
- 6:44Speaker 2: devastated the US this year alone. The toxins and particles
- 6:47Speaker 2: in wildfire smoke can penetrate our lungs and threaten our health.
- 6:50Speaker 2: And that's why viro Quins developed military grade air purification
- 6:56Speaker 2: for your home. I have an enviro Quins, and I
- 7:00Speaker 2: can tell you having asthma, it has been a game changer.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Now they just announced their biggest sale of the year
- 7:06Speaker 2: and you can save a massive thirty percent off of
- 7:10Speaker 2: any of the Enviroquins cleaners for your home right now.
- 7:14Speaker 2: And viral Quinns is specifically designed to wipe out airborne
- 7:17Speaker 2: chemicals and viruses known to call illness, allergies, and difficulty breathing.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Even toxic gases and particles found in wildfire smoke are
- 7:27Speaker 2: no match for enviro Clins. That's why the US Navy
- 7:31Speaker 2: selected Enviralquins protecting purify the air in their facilities. And
- 7:36Speaker 2: Viralquins comes with a free professional air quality monitor, so
- 7:40Speaker 2: you know your family's breathing purified air all the time. Now,
- 7:44Speaker 2: that is going to save you big right now. If
- 7:47Speaker 2: you go to ekpure dot com and use the promo
- 7:51Speaker 2: code Verdict, not only will you get the free air
- 7:54Speaker 2: quality monitor and fast free shipping. That's a two hundred
- 7:57Speaker 2: and fifty dollars savings right there. If you're ready to
- 8:00Speaker 2: have clean air in your home, go to ekpure dot com.
- 8:04Speaker 2: If you've got asthma, this is a game changer. I
- 8:06Speaker 2: have it I'm gonna tell you you're gonna love it.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Ekpure dot com use promo code verdict. That's Ekpure dot
- 8:14Speaker 2: Com promo code verdict centat. There's also something else that's
- 8:18Speaker 2: happened here, and I don't understand it, So I need
- 8:21Speaker 2: you to explain it to me, because if I don't
- 8:24Speaker 2: get it, I think there's millions of others that are
- 8:25Speaker 2: listening that aren't going to understand this either. The US
- 8:29Speaker 2: Customs and Border Protection tweet it out on Monday, saying this,
- 8:34Speaker 2: under US immigration laws, most non citizens coming to our
- 8:39Speaker 2: border are not eligible to remain in the United States.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Asylum laws do not provide for relief solely for economic
- 8:47Speaker 2: reasons or for general violence. Now they put that out,
- 8:53Speaker 2: Then why is it that we have on video Customs
- 8:57Speaker 2: and Border Patrol in San Diego, for example, telling a
- 9:01Speaker 2: man that he can go anywhere he wants to in
- 9:03Speaker 2: the country. He is a free man. He says, can
- 9:05Speaker 2: I go to Chicago? And they look at him and
- 9:08Speaker 2: they're like, yeah, you can go anywhere you want to go.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Then why are they not even doing what their own
- 9:13Speaker 2: tweet says they must do, which is secure the border.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Well, what Customs and Border Patrol tweeted out, is actually
- 9:19Speaker 3: what the law is. That's what the law provides asylum.
- 9:23Speaker 3: We've long had asylum, But asylum is designed for a
- 9:26Speaker 3: credible fear of persecution. It is when you are, for example,
- 9:30Speaker 3: a political prisoner, you're fleeing a tyranny, and if you
- 9:33Speaker 3: go back to your country, the government will in prison,
- 9:36Speaker 3: will torture, will kill you. That's what asylum is designed for,
- 9:39Speaker 3: and it's an important part of our immigration system. What
- 9:44Speaker 3: is happening though, and by the way, it has long
- 9:46Speaker 3: been the case, as Border Patrol correctly tweeted out that
- 9:49Speaker 3: simply fleeing poverty is not a ground for asylum. That
- 9:54Speaker 3: there are billions of people on planet Earth that live
- 9:57Speaker 3: in poverty, many of them an abject And to be clear,
- 10:03Speaker 3: there is no nation on Earth that allows more legal
- 10:08Speaker 3: immigrants than the United States. We allow over a million
- 10:11Speaker 3: people a year to come to America legally. And so
- 10:14Speaker 3: when it comes to welcoming people, as the Statute of Liberty,
- 10:17Speaker 3: as it says inscribed on the base, give me your poor,
- 10:20Speaker 3: you're tired your huddled masses. We do that more than
- 10:23Speaker 3: any nation on planet Earth. But there are billions of
- 10:29Speaker 3: people living in poverty. And if we simply said everyone
- 10:33Speaker 3: who's living in poverty can come to America, we don't
- 10:36Speaker 3: have the capacity to absorb billions of people, particularly when
- 10:40Speaker 3: you combine it with a welfare system from the Democrats
- 10:43Speaker 3: that they show up here and we give them a
- 10:45Speaker 3: government check. We don't have the taxpayers to fund providing
- 10:48Speaker 3: a government check to every poor person on planet Earth. Likewise,
- 10:52Speaker 3: Border Patrol was correct that simply fleeing violence is not
- 10:57Speaker 3: a grounds for asylum. So a number of the people
- 11:00Speaker 3: coming will say, for example, well my country is really violent.
- 11:03Speaker 3: There are a lot of criminals, there are a lot
- 11:05Speaker 3: of drug dealers. So that's what I'm fleeing. That's not,
- 11:07Speaker 3: under US law a ground for asylum. It has to
- 11:11Speaker 3: be official persecution. It has to be the government is
- 11:15Speaker 3: coming after me and will persecute me and lock me
- 11:19Speaker 3: up and torture me and kill me. That's that's what
- 11:22Speaker 3: credible fear means. So you asked, how come Customs and
- 11:26Speaker 3: Border Patrol can tweet it out, but yet they don't
- 11:28Speaker 3: do it.
- 11:29Speaker 2: In fact, let's play it because I want people to
- 11:31Speaker 2: hear this. This is a in San Diego, by the way,
- 11:34Speaker 2: is overrun right now with the legal immigrants their buses,
- 11:37Speaker 2: that they're busting people out of San Diego.
- 11:39Speaker 1: This is a liberal city with liberal leadership, liberal.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Mayor who is doing, by the way, what Mayor Adams
- 11:45Speaker 2: has said don't do, which is saying, you know, you
- 11:47Speaker 2: can't bust Remember, I think he didn't say a man
- 11:49Speaker 2: that lost his mind or a crazy man down in Texas.
- 11:51Speaker 4: That was that madman, mad man, that's mad man down
- 11:55Speaker 4: in Texas.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Yeah, that madman down in Texas well.
- 11:57Speaker 3: And by the way, and by the way, for the record,
- 12:00Speaker 3: I'm a little offended he wasn't talking about me, ha ha.
- 12:04Speaker 3: I mean he was talking about Greg Abbott is a
- 12:06Speaker 3: good friend of mine in the fact that he's put
- 12:08Speaker 3: thousands of illegal immigrants on buses and sent them to
- 12:11Speaker 3: blue states and blue jurisdictions. But I'm just kind of
- 12:15Speaker 3: offended that apparently I don't qualify as that madman down
- 12:18Speaker 3: in Texas.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Hey, careful what you wish Force Center. It could happen.
- 12:21Speaker 2: In just a few hours, it could happen. But you
- 12:24Speaker 2: look at San Diego. They're now busing and as this
- 12:26Speaker 2: report that I'm going to play for you, it was happening.
- 12:30Speaker 2: There is at least six buses that I can see.
- 12:32Speaker 2: In the background, there is a illegal immigrant who's broken
- 12:35Speaker 2: into the United States of America who's having a conversation
- 12:39Speaker 2: in English with a Customs and Border Patrol agent. And
- 12:43Speaker 2: this is what the border patrol says to the man.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Listen very carefully. This is from Fox.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Lastly, we'll take you out to San Diego. Take a
- 12:50Speaker 5: look at this video. Mass releases of migrants underway. There
- 12:55Speaker 5: several hundred migrants being released by border patrol to a
- 12:58Speaker 5: city street in San Diego, some of them coming from
- 13:02Speaker 5: as far away as China and Pakistan. Keep in mind,
- 13:05Speaker 5: these are not Texas buses. These are not Greg Abbott's buses.
- 13:08Speaker 5: This is the Biden administration mass releasing these migrants to
- 13:11Speaker 5: city streets. And one migrant had an exchange with a
- 13:13Speaker 5: border patrol agent where he asked, hey, am I good
- 13:16Speaker 5: to travel to Chicago? And the border patrologan says, yeah,
- 13:18Speaker 5: you're good to go. Take a listen, You're free to
- 13:23Speaker 5: build all very long. You're free too.
- 13:26Speaker 1: There's no problem with Chicago.
- 13:31Speaker 2: You can go wherever you want. Your free. So these
- 13:35Speaker 2: buses are coming into San Diego. They're overrunning the city there.
- 13:39Speaker 2: And now the city is saying please leave. You can
- 13:41Speaker 2: go wherever the hell you want to go. You're free,
- 13:43Speaker 2: go wherever you want to go. You're free. That is
- 13:46Speaker 2: the message. The last thing said to these men who
- 13:51Speaker 2: are getting off. I refer them as military age men
- 13:53Speaker 2: getting off these buses, six of them that I could see,
- 13:56Speaker 2: And if you talk to people, by the way, you
- 13:58Speaker 2: can see this on Twitter. Over the last four or
- 14:00Speaker 2: five days, people are shocked at the number of illegal
- 14:04Speaker 2: immigrants center that are in and around the ballpark there
- 14:07Speaker 2: in San Diego, because that's very close to where they're
- 14:09Speaker 2: releasing them. And if you go as street up or
- 14:11Speaker 2: a street down from the Padres, there are mass encampments
- 14:15Speaker 2: now of illegal immigrants that have completely taken over the area.
- 14:18Speaker 1: It's not homelessness.
- 14:18Speaker 2: These are encampments of illegal immigrants are being dropped off
- 14:22Speaker 2: by the busloads by the government, and the government saying, hey,
- 14:25Speaker 2: you're free, go where you want to go. You wanna
- 14:26Speaker 2: go to Chicago, you want to go to New York,
- 14:28Speaker 2: you want to stay here, We don't care.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Just get off for a bus.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Well, and you were talking about military age men. Just
- 14:35Speaker 3: a couple of months ago, I was down in Brownsville, Texas.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Brownsville's right at the southern tip of Texas on the
- 14:40Speaker 3: Rio Grande River, and at the time in Brownsville, they
- 14:44Speaker 3: were having people cross every day. They were getting every
- 14:46Speaker 3: day between ninety and one hundred. So these were not families.
- 14:52Speaker 3: These were predominantly young men, either teenagers or men in
- 14:56Speaker 3: their twenties or men in their thirties, and they were
- 14:58Speaker 3: just sitting there and they would come across, and everyone
- 15:03Speaker 3: who comes, with the vast majority who come that they're
- 15:05Speaker 3: typically carrying with them a plastic baggie, and in the
- 15:10Speaker 3: baggie they have usually some form of identification, typically a
- 15:13Speaker 3: birth certificate, a driver's license, or a passport.
- 15:17Speaker 4: They usually have a cell phone.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Almost all of them bring a cell phone with them,
- 15:21Speaker 3: and they have a name, an address, and phone number
- 15:25Speaker 3: of someone in the United States.
- 15:26Speaker 4: And they go and they find a border patrol agent.
- 15:29Speaker 3: The border patrol agents for most of these don't actually
- 15:32Speaker 3: have to catch them. They go find the border patrol agents,
- 15:35Speaker 3: they turn themselves in. When I go out on midnight patrol,
- 15:38Speaker 3: when I bring senators down to the southern border and
- 15:40Speaker 3: go on midnight patrol with the border patrol agents, within
- 15:44Speaker 3: minutes you will have groups who find you and turn
- 15:48Speaker 3: themselves into you. I've had multiple groups turned themselves into me.
- 15:52Speaker 3: And that is just constant. It is a constant stream
- 15:55Speaker 3: all night long. And the Biden administration, the Border Patrol
- 16:01Speaker 3: agents showed me that they now have a new app
- 16:03Speaker 3: on their cell phone and the app is designed to
- 16:07Speaker 3: process illegal immigrants faster. So what the app does? And
- 16:11Speaker 3: we sat there they showed us how it worked. You'd
- 16:14Speaker 3: have an illegal immigrant, he'd pull out, say as birth
- 16:16Speaker 3: certificate or is passport, and the app would scan the
- 16:19Speaker 3: information and it would auto populate the information into their database.
- 16:24Speaker 3: And so they'd get your name and home address, and
- 16:27Speaker 3: age and where you were born in your basic statistics.
- 16:30Speaker 3: And then they'd ask where do you want to go?
- 16:31Speaker 3: And they'd say, I want to go to Chicago, I
- 16:33Speaker 3: want to go to Boston, I want to go to
- 16:35Speaker 3: Des Moines, I want to go to Miami, wherever they
- 16:37Speaker 3: want to go. And the Border patrol agents would say, okay,
- 16:40Speaker 3: go sit over there, and that there was when I
- 16:41Speaker 3: was there, there were a group of I don't know,
- 16:44Speaker 3: fifty or a hundred of them just sitting on the ground,
- 16:46Speaker 3: and within a couple of hours they would move them
- 16:49Speaker 3: through and start the process of putting them on a
- 16:52Speaker 3: bus or putting them on a plane and sending them
- 16:55Speaker 3: everywhere in the country. And they got the processing time
- 16:58Speaker 3: down to two minutes. That's how long it took scan
- 17:02Speaker 3: the information in. Okay, sit there and we'll start moving
- 17:05Speaker 3: you forward to get you where you want to go.
- 17:07Speaker 3: And you ask you said, okay, well, how could CBP
- 17:09Speaker 3: tweet that out? The answer is, it's what US law is.
- 17:13Speaker 3: That leads to the obvious next question. If that's what
- 17:15Speaker 3: US law is, why aren't they doing it? Because Joe
- 17:20Speaker 3: Biden and Alejandro Majorcis are deliberately defying US law. And
- 17:25Speaker 3: this is an important thing to understand. This has never
- 17:29Speaker 3: ever happened in our nation's history. Listen, Barack Obama. You're
- 17:33Speaker 3: not a fan of Obama. I'm not a fan of Obama.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Many things he did were terrible, but on immigration, by
- 17:42Speaker 3: and large, he followed the law. Other than with DACA,
- 17:45Speaker 3: which was a narrow subset of people, on the rest
- 17:47Speaker 3: of immigration, he mostly followed the law. And what that
- 17:51Speaker 3: meant is that under Obama, the Obama administration deported millions
- 17:56Speaker 3: of people. In fact, you remember, the left wing got
- 17:58Speaker 3: very angry with him They called him the porter in
- 18:00Speaker 3: chief because under Obama they would US law provided if
- 18:05Speaker 3: you come in and you don't have credible fear, you
- 18:07Speaker 3: don't meet the test for asylum, they put you on
- 18:10Speaker 3: a plane and they send you back. And that's what
- 18:12Speaker 3: stops illegal immigration. Well, what Joe Biden is doing is
- 18:16Speaker 3: is now they catch you or you turn yourselves into them,
- 18:20Speaker 3: they just let you go. They don't care what US
- 18:23Speaker 3: law says, They're not gonna do it. And I got
- 18:26Speaker 3: to tell you, Ben, our constitutional structure was not made
- 18:30Speaker 3: to function with a president with a chief executive that
- 18:34Speaker 3: just brazenly ignores the law, just says I don't care,
- 18:38Speaker 3: I won't do it.
- 18:39Speaker 4: No, we're letting you go.
- 18:41Speaker 1: Tough.
- 18:42Speaker 3: That's what's caused this crisis.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Well, and then you add this into this clear change
- 18:48Speaker 2: of strategy at the border, and I'm talking about from
- 18:51Speaker 2: the cartels perspective. They're now realizing that they can do
- 18:55Speaker 2: mass crossings. It's easier on them, hell of a lot
- 19:00Speaker 2: more money for them. And if they can throw people
- 19:04Speaker 2: on train cars, whether they die or not fall off,
- 19:07Speaker 2: they don't give a crap. This is a way to
- 19:10Speaker 2: unload is many illegal immigrants. Is physically possible at one moment,
- 19:16Speaker 2: and this is how bad it is. CBP temporarily suspends
- 19:21Speaker 2: the port of entry operations as migrants flood the southern border.
- 19:24Speaker 2: The suspension of the Bridge of Americas known as Bodha
- 19:28Speaker 2: or Bota port of entry comes as more than these
- 19:32Speaker 2: two two hundred migrants illegally crossed the border earlier this week.
- 19:35Speaker 2: I want you to hear what they had to say
- 19:37Speaker 2: about this on Fox.
- 19:38Speaker 5: I can tell you that early this morning an Eagle Pass,
- 19:41Speaker 5: we witnessed one of the largest mass illegal crossings we
- 19:44Speaker 5: have ever seen in the last two and a half
- 19:46Speaker 5: years of covering our southern border. We'll get right to
- 19:48Speaker 5: this video. Take a look at this stunning footage. Border
- 19:52Speaker 5: patrol sources telling us just after midnight about two thousand
- 19:55Speaker 5: and five hundred migrants crossed illegally into Eagle You can
- 20:00Speaker 5: see this lengthy line of them stretching from shore to
- 20:03Speaker 5: shore in the river. This video perspective coming from the
- 20:06Speaker 5: Mexican side of the river in Piedros Negros. One of
- 20:09Speaker 5: our contacts over there shooting this video as they essentially
- 20:12Speaker 5: bum rushed Eagle Pass last night. And this happened right
- 20:15Speaker 5: next to the port of entry where the Biden administration
- 20:18Speaker 5: is telling people to cross legally, they don't care they're
- 20:21Speaker 5: crossing illegally because they are little to no fear of consequences.
- 20:25Speaker 5: Take a look at this second perspective, This second piece
- 20:27Speaker 5: of video showing what was almost essentially a stampede of
- 20:31Speaker 5: people rushing down to the edge of the river just
- 20:34Speaker 5: after midnight. You can see some Mexican National Guard soldiers
- 20:38Speaker 5: kind of standing around aimlessly, not sure of how to
- 20:40Speaker 5: try to stop so many people, but they went rushing
- 20:43Speaker 5: into the water and crossed illegally right into Eagle Pass,
- 20:47Speaker 5: over two thousand, five hundred of them according to our sources.
- 20:50Speaker 5: Then take a look at this video our drone team
- 20:52Speaker 5: shot early this morning, after the sun came up and
- 20:54Speaker 5: those people had already made it to the US side
- 20:56Speaker 5: of the border. This is what was left over as
- 20:58Speaker 5: they were being process masses of single adults as well
- 21:02Speaker 5: as some family units. As these migrants continue to have
- 21:05Speaker 5: no fear of consequences for crossing the US border illegally,
- 21:09Speaker 5: they believe if they step foot on US soil, they
- 21:11Speaker 5: will be released into the United States, and they are
- 21:14Speaker 5: not listening to Biden administration messaging that the border is
- 21:17Speaker 5: closed and that they should not come to the United States.
- 21:20Speaker 2: And as you mentioned, let's just stop there and analyze
- 21:23Speaker 2: that for a second.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Center.
- 21:25Speaker 2: They're not afraid because they know that what's being put
- 21:28Speaker 2: out by the administration is a lie.
- 21:30Speaker 1: They know once they give here, they get to stay here.
- 21:32Speaker 3: They their friends and family have already come. Their friends
- 21:35Speaker 3: and family have already come. They've called on their cell phones,
- 21:37Speaker 3: so they've said, hey, if you get here, turn yourself
- 21:40Speaker 3: in and these guys will let you go. They know that,
- 21:42Speaker 3: they know that's the process. They're not afraid. They don't
- 21:45Speaker 3: run away. They're not scared that they know exactly. But look,
- 21:49Speaker 3: it's not just that it's not just this volume, this
- 21:52Speaker 3: mass of people coming. They're also bad guys. They're also criminals. Now,
- 21:56Speaker 3: the criminals, the murderers, the gang bangers, the rapist, the
- 21:59Speaker 3: child molesters, they tend to run. They don't turn themselves in.
- 22:03Speaker 3: But what happens is so the cartels will send a
- 22:06Speaker 3: huge mass of illegal immigrants across one portion of the
- 22:10Speaker 3: river that draws all the border patrol resources there. While
- 22:14Speaker 3: they're doing that, a mile up or down the river,
- 22:17Speaker 3: they'll send across the murderers the MS thirteen, the gangbangers,
- 22:20Speaker 3: the really dangerous criminals. They'll send them across. They'll also
- 22:23Speaker 3: send the drug mules across. They'll send the fentanyl across,
- 22:27Speaker 3: and they use the migrants to distract the border patrol
- 22:31Speaker 3: so that they can smuggle in massive amounts of fentanyl
- 22:35Speaker 3: that are murdering, that are poisoning. Last year, over one
- 22:38Speaker 3: hundred thousand Americans died of drug overdoses. That is nearly
- 22:43Speaker 3: twice as many as the number of Americans who died
- 22:46Speaker 3: in the entire Vietnam War. Vietnam we lost just over
- 22:51Speaker 3: sixty thousand Americans in the entire war. Last year, we
- 22:56Speaker 3: lost nearly double that in one year. Because of the
- 23:00Speaker 3: Biden open borders, and it is every day, it's getting
- 23:04Speaker 3: worse and worse and worse.
- 23:06Speaker 2: There's also a weird aspect of this, and that's how
- 23:09Speaker 2: the media is being forced now to cover this because
- 23:11Speaker 2: there's just too many people that are coming across the border.
- 23:15Speaker 2: We're talking about, you know, tens of thousands, now twenty
- 23:17Speaker 2: thousand plus encounters over the weekend that jumps to thirty thousand.
- 23:21Speaker 2: We see this stampede of twenty two hundred people, and
- 23:24Speaker 2: even CNN now.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Is having to cover this.
- 23:27Speaker 2: This is Ed lavendera CNN senior national correspondent in El Paso.
- 23:32Speaker 2: This is what he said reporting on this this morning.
- 23:35Speaker 5: There are more than twenty thousand migrants in the custody
- 23:38Speaker 5: of Border patrol and Customs and Border Protection right now.
- 23:41Speaker 1: So a great deal of concern as.
- 23:42Speaker 5: To what exactly this means and how long this.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Surge might last.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean that's CNN. How long this surge might last?
- 23:51Speaker 2: Is the part here, And then listen to the anchor
- 23:53Speaker 2: at see it in her response as she sais in
- 23:56Speaker 2: cozy New York City.
- 23:57Speaker 6: Yeah, it's a really good picture that you and your
- 23:59Speaker 6: photographer are showing as you're right next to the shelter,
- 24:01Speaker 6: and yet there are people out there on the streets.
- 24:04Speaker 2: I mean they're like, yeah, this is probably gonna keep going.
- 24:08Speaker 2: This isn't gonna stop anytime soon. This may get out
- 24:11Speaker 2: of hand. I mean, that's CNN Center saying it.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Now.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Well, that's right, but you know it's striking. You look
- 24:17Speaker 3: at the first couple of clips we played, they were
- 24:19Speaker 3: from Fox News. Bill Malugin is doing a national service.
- 24:23Speaker 3: You want to talk about one reporter who's getting out
- 24:26Speaker 3: there with his TV camera and filming this is what's happening.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Remember Kreean John Pierre. Remember what she said, people are
- 24:33Speaker 3: not just walking across the border. It's not happening. Bill
- 24:35Speaker 3: Malugins shows it's happening every day. And by the way,
- 24:39Speaker 3: as Kareem John Pierre come out and said, Okay, I
- 24:41Speaker 3: lied to you. I'm a serial liar. I just tell absolute,
- 24:46Speaker 3: flat out lies from the Press Secretary podium at the
- 24:49Speaker 3: White House. No, she doesn't admit that, you know. I'm
- 24:52Speaker 3: glad CNN finally acknowledged it. That being said, the volume
- 24:58Speaker 3: of coverage on a Fox News compared to a CNN,
- 25:02Speaker 3: compared to an MSNBC, compared to an ABC, CBS, NBC.
- 25:06Speaker 3: If you watch the corporate media, you buy and large
- 25:11Speaker 3: don't know this is going on. They'll run a little story,
- 25:13Speaker 3: Oh okay, we had a surgeon El Paso, quick little story,
- 25:17Speaker 3: but they won't discuss it. They won't cover the news
- 25:20Speaker 3: because and this is the Democrat strategy. You know, I
- 25:26Speaker 3: told you the story of one of the last times
- 25:28Speaker 3: I was down at the border, where a reporter asked me, said, well,
- 25:33Speaker 3: isn't the policy of the Democrats much more compassionate, much
- 25:37Speaker 3: more humane, and I just started laughing, and I said,
- 25:42Speaker 3: you know who doesn't believe that anymore?
- 25:43Speaker 4: The Democrats.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Where's Joe Biden, Where's Kamala Harris, Where's any Democrat senators?
- 25:49Speaker 3: Where's a Democrat House member? They're not here because if
- 25:53Speaker 3: they come, the TV cameras come with them. And if
- 25:55Speaker 3: the TV cameras come with them, you cannot see the
- 25:58Speaker 3: dead bodies, the children being brutalized, the women being sexually assault,
- 26:02Speaker 3: the drug overdoses. You cannot see the massive humanity suffering
- 26:07Speaker 3: and defend it. And so it is CNN is responsible
- 26:13Speaker 3: for this, ABC, MSNBC, all of the corporate media is
- 26:17Speaker 3: responsible for this because they are complicit in covering up
- 26:24Speaker 3: modern day slavery. These cartels are global, multi billion dollar
- 26:30Speaker 3: criminal enterprises. They engage in murder and torture and forced
- 26:35Speaker 3: prostitution and drug smuggling, and they have become massively powerful
- 26:41Speaker 3: because of Joe Biden and the Democrats, and the media
- 26:45Speaker 3: is utterly complicit in saying nothing to see here.
- 26:48Speaker 2: If you're like me and you've just had a knof
- 26:50Speaker 2: of WoT corporations fighting against what you believe in, there
- 26:54Speaker 2: is one bill that you pay every mind you can
- 26:57Speaker 2: actually switch from WoT corporations actually make a big difference
- 27:01Speaker 2: when you do it. I'm talking about your cell phone bill.

- 27:08Speaker 2: conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 27:11Speaker 2: they're the only one my friend's over at Patriot Mode
- 27:14Speaker 2: when I call them friends because they're doing business differently.
- 27:17Speaker 2: They're actually finding conservatives and they're standing with them to

- 28:34Speaker 1: Of the year.
- 28:35Speaker 2: So there is also something else that's happening. And the
- 28:38Speaker 2: media you just mentioned the having to deal with seeing
- 28:41Speaker 2: these images and seeing thousands of people, you know, bum
- 28:45Speaker 2: rush the border and come across the stampede. You can't
- 28:49Speaker 2: not see it. It's gone viral too quickly. Being overrun
- 28:53Speaker 2: at the border is too much for the media to
- 28:54Speaker 2: act like it's not happening. Right, If it's three four,
- 28:56Speaker 2: five hundred, they'll look the other way. This is clearly
- 28:59Speaker 2: different when you have actual trains filled with people in them,
- 29:04Speaker 2: you'll look at this and it's shocking. But News Nation
- 29:07Speaker 2: on mourning in America, they had their headline up it
- 29:11Speaker 2: said border report, not a border crisis, Okay, border report.
- 29:17Speaker 2: That's how they downplayed this because they didn't know what
- 29:20Speaker 2: to do with it.
- 29:20Speaker 7: Listen, this morning, US Customs and Border Protection announcing it
- 29:24Speaker 7: is temporarily suspending cargo processing at the Bridge of the
- 29:27Speaker 7: Americas in El Paso, Texas because you guessed it, the
- 29:32Speaker 7: huge served serge, that continuous influx of migrants crossing into
- 29:37Speaker 7: the country illegally. That means truckers who usually make the crossing,
- 29:41Speaker 7: they'll have to find other routes. Officials closed a pedestrian
- 29:44Speaker 7: border crossing in California for the same reason. This problem
- 29:48Speaker 7: has no solution in sights.
- 29:50Speaker 1: So it's got no solution. Site.
- 29:52Speaker 2: We've shut down Commerce Center, which you've worked on. These
- 29:55Speaker 2: new bridges that would help again take the strain off
- 29:59Speaker 2: of these of these these truckers that are trying to
- 30:01Speaker 2: do their job who've been shut down. Now basically they
- 30:04Speaker 2: can't cross the border. Why they've shut down these checkpoints
- 30:07Speaker 2: and and and this is all under the headline of
- 30:10Speaker 2: Border Report.
- 30:12Speaker 3: Well and and listen, legal trade and commerce with with
- 30:15Speaker 3: Mexico is good. It's good for Texas farmers and ranchers
- 30:18Speaker 3: and small businesses and manufacturers. We do roughly eight hundred
- 30:22Speaker 3: billion dollars of trade and commerce with Mexico every year,
- 30:25Speaker 3: and so it's an important trading partner to follow the
- 30:27Speaker 3: law and and and do business and buy by the
- 30:32Speaker 3: livestock and crops that that we produce by buy cars
- 30:37Speaker 3: and trucks that we manufacture, buy oil and gas and
- 30:41Speaker 3: energy that we produce. There's an awful lot that that
- 30:43Speaker 3: that is beneficial to have legal trade and commerce. And
- 30:46Speaker 3: the border crisis has gotten so bad that now it's
- 30:49Speaker 3: getting harder and harder for legal trade and commerce to
- 30:51Speaker 3: come across because Joe Biden the Democrats have allowed the
- 30:55Speaker 3: border to be overrun by cartels and and look, one
- 30:59Speaker 3: of the comments that was made on that segment you
- 31:02Speaker 3: just played is there's no solution to it. Yes, there is,
- 31:05Speaker 3: there is a solution. Joe Biden when he came into office,
- 31:09Speaker 3: he inherited the lowest rate of illegal immigration in forty
- 31:14Speaker 3: five years. We had negotiated the Remain in Mexico Agreement,
- 31:18Speaker 3: which provided that people who cross illegally into Mexico have
- 31:22Speaker 3: to remain in Mexico while their US asylum case was proceeding.
- 31:25Speaker 3: And it worked, it was tremendously successful. It is Joe Biden,
- 31:29Speaker 3: the Democrats who broke this, and they broke it deliberately
- 31:32Speaker 3: and they could fix it tomorrow. So Biden just went
- 31:36Speaker 3: to New York. He didn't mention illegal immigration at all,
- 31:39Speaker 3: despite the fact that the mayor says that it's destroying
- 31:43Speaker 3: New York City. Biden didn't mention it because he could
- 31:47Speaker 3: fix it. And he could fix it by reversing the
- 31:49Speaker 3: three political decisions he made at the outset of his presidency.
- 31:53Speaker 3: He could resume building the wall instead of trying to
- 31:55Speaker 3: sell portions of the wall, which is what he's doing
- 31:57Speaker 3: right now. He could resume building the wall. He could
- 32:00Speaker 3: number two, end catch and release so that when they
- 32:02Speaker 3: catch people, they actually deport them and send them back
- 32:05Speaker 3: to their country. And he could re enter remain in Mexico,
- 32:08Speaker 3: which produced tremendous success, and that would fix it overnight.
- 32:13Speaker 3: If we started following the law and deporting people, it
- 32:16Speaker 3: would do massive, massive progress to fixing this. But Joe
- 32:22Speaker 3: Biden and none of the Democrats want to fix it.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Yeah, and even now, and this is new reporting coming
- 32:29Speaker 2: from CNN, they're warning now of a third migrant way.
- 32:33Speaker 2: We've already talked about the first two. But here's what
- 32:35Speaker 2: they've said in the last ten or twelve hours.
- 32:38Speaker 6: Hybrand crisis at the Southern border is exploding once again
- 32:41Speaker 6: this morning.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Officials in Alpaso say the Texas.
- 32:44Speaker 6: City is on the cusp of a third wave of migrants,
- 32:47Speaker 6: and local shelters are already over capacity. The region has
- 32:51Speaker 6: seen a spike in migrants at the Texas Mexico border,
- 32:54Speaker 6: averaging about twelve hundred encounters per day.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Where's aoc the ages they're still using down there? Where's
- 33:01Speaker 2: she crying in her white pantsuit? Where all the all the.
- 33:06Speaker 3: To be, to be fair, the white pantsuit is in
- 33:09Speaker 3: the cleaner, So that okay, fair point, fair point.
- 33:11Speaker 1: We don't want to I don't want to take cheap shots.
- 33:13Speaker 1: You're absolutely right.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Continue, Look, she doesn't care. She obviously doesn't care. If
- 33:18Speaker 3: she cared she go down there. If she cared, she'd
- 33:20Speaker 3: be willing to call out her own party. But politics
- 33:23Speaker 3: matters more than actually caring about the people who are
- 33:25Speaker 3: dying and being brutalized and suffering. And you know it's striking.
- 33:29Speaker 3: So Joe Biden went to the border once as president.
- 33:32Speaker 3: He went to El Paso. And when he went to
- 33:36Speaker 3: El Paso, it was not during a migrant surge. It
- 33:38Speaker 3: was at a time when when the border was relatively quiet.
- 33:42Speaker 4: In El Paso.
- 33:43Speaker 3: The surge was happening happening down in the Rio Grande Valley,
- 33:46Speaker 3: which was eight hundred miles away. So he deliberately went
- 33:49Speaker 3: where the crisis was not acute at that time. And
- 33:53Speaker 3: then the public reporting was amazing, which is that Joe
- 33:58Speaker 3: Biden went to El Paso when the White House said
- 34:00Speaker 3: he did not see a single illegal immigrant. That's amazing.
- 34:05Speaker 3: You have to go out of your way not to
- 34:08Speaker 3: see a legal immigrant. It Many didn't go to the
- 34:10Speaker 3: border and see what was happening there. Many didn't go
- 34:13Speaker 3: to an illegal immigrant detention center. Many didn't go to
- 34:16Speaker 3: a shelter. He didn't want to see a single illegal immigrant.
- 34:20Speaker 3: That he is responsible for. This is it is deliberate,
- 34:26Speaker 3: willful blindness. And everyone in the corporate media who helps
- 34:31Speaker 3: in covering it up, they bear the responsibility. And let
- 34:34Speaker 3: me tell you another aspect of this that is horrific,
- 34:37Speaker 3: which is what has happened to the cartels. Now you
- 34:40Speaker 3: need to understand these cartels. They are among the most violent,
- 34:45Speaker 3: vicious criminals on the face of the planet. According to
- 34:48Speaker 3: The New York Times, which is not a right wing publication,
- 34:51Speaker 3: to put it mildly, in twenty eighteen, the Mexican drug
- 34:57Speaker 3: cartels made roughly five hundred million dollars from human trafficking.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Five hundred million dollars is a lot of money last year. Ben,
- 35:06Speaker 3: do you know how much the Mexican drug cartels made
- 35:08Speaker 3: from human trafficking last year?
- 35:10Speaker 2: I can't even imagine, just because I know the numbers
- 35:12Speaker 2: of skyrocketed.
- 35:13Speaker 1: There's no telling.
- 35:15Speaker 4: Thirteen billion dollars.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Hey throw my train center and you can double that number.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Row fast, run them across like cattle, right, two thousand
- 35:24Speaker 2: a time. You can make a hell of a lot
- 35:25Speaker 2: more than that.
- 35:26Speaker 3: That is a two thousand, six hundred percent increase. Joe
- 35:32Speaker 3: Biden and the Democrats have turned these Mexican drug cartels
- 35:36Speaker 3: into deca billion dollar global criminal enterprises. And you need
- 35:40Speaker 3: to understand. These are cartels that decapitate people, that boil
- 35:45Speaker 3: them in oil, that torture them, that kidnapped them, that
- 35:48Speaker 3: murdered them. These are cartels the human trafficking. They do
- 35:51Speaker 3: not view these people as human beings. They don't even
- 35:55Speaker 3: view them as cattle. If they were cowboys rustling cattle,
- 35:59Speaker 3: they would treat them better than the cartels treat these
- 36:03Speaker 3: illegal immigrants. They treat them as property. And part of
- 36:06Speaker 3: property is they're perfectly fine with they're gonna lose some. So,
- 36:10Speaker 3: for example, if you have a raft coming across, and
- 36:13Speaker 3: let's say you have a raft with a young family
- 36:14Speaker 3: and the cartel bringing them across, there's a reason the
- 36:18Speaker 3: border patrol agents don't intercept them in the middle of
- 36:21Speaker 3: the river because if they do, the cartel will flip
- 36:25Speaker 3: the raft and throw the entire family into the river,
- 36:28Speaker 3: throw little children into the river. They don't care if
- 36:30Speaker 3: the kids drown. What happens is the border patrol agents
- 36:34Speaker 3: then immediately move into search and rescue.
- 36:36Speaker 4: They're trying to save the family.
- 36:38Speaker 3: They can be pregnant women, they can be elderly people,
- 36:41Speaker 3: they can be little children who are suddenly at risk
- 36:43Speaker 3: of drowning. And the cartels get away and a mile
- 36:46Speaker 3: down the river, they're taking fentanyl and other drugs across,
- 36:49Speaker 3: and they're taking murderers and gang members across. And so
- 36:53Speaker 3: what Joe Biden the Democrats have done is turn some
- 36:56Speaker 3: of the most horribly violent, callous criminals and the world
- 37:01Speaker 3: to among the most powerful and richest criminals on the planet.
- 37:05Speaker 3: And another consequence this is done is destroyed Mexican civil society, listen.
- 37:10Speaker 3: The nation of Mexico is a wonderful, beautiful nation with
- 37:15Speaker 3: a rich, wonderful history. In Texas, Texas and Mexico, we
- 37:20Speaker 3: go back hundreds of years. We have a shared culture
- 37:23Speaker 3: and a shared history. You go down to South Texas,
- 37:26Speaker 3: everyone in South Texas twenty years ago used to routinely
- 37:30Speaker 3: cross the border that if you're in Laredo, you'd cross
- 37:33Speaker 3: over to Nueva Laredo, right on the other side of
- 37:35Speaker 3: the river. You go have dinner there, you have a
- 37:36Speaker 3: great Mexican dinner, and then you come back. And that
- 37:39Speaker 3: was just part of the life in South Texas. These
- 37:43Speaker 3: cartels will kidnap or murder you. That's how bad it is.
- 37:48Speaker 3: And it is entirely the Democrats fault, and not a
- 37:51Speaker 3: one of them gets questioned by the corporate media about
- 37:53Speaker 3: it almost ever.
- 37:55Speaker 2: If you're a guy and you feel like maybe you've
- 37:57Speaker 2: lost a little bit of your edge, you feel like
- 38:00Speaker 2: complacency has set in, maybe you feel like you just
- 38:04Speaker 2: don't have the energy that you used to have. You're

- 39:28Speaker 2: year ago. If you go backwards. Uh, the President of
- 39:31Speaker 2: the United States of America was in New York City,
- 39:35Speaker 2: and when he was there, he was at the UN
- 39:38Speaker 2: addressing the UN He had meetings with Mayor Adams, the
- 39:41Speaker 2: mayor of New York City, and even did fundraisers with
- 39:44Speaker 2: the Mayor of New York City.
- 39:46Speaker 1: This year, things are a little different.
- 39:48Speaker 2: He's not going to sit down and meet with Mayor
- 39:50Speaker 2: Adams because Mayor Adams has been critical of the migrant crisis,
- 39:54Speaker 2: the illegal immigrant crisis that is destroying, in his words,
- 39:58Speaker 2: his city. And he's not even going to go to
- 40:02Speaker 2: the migrant center that's just two blocks away.
- 40:05Speaker 8: Listen to this, Despite the UN being just four avenues
- 40:09Speaker 8: away from the Roosevelt Hotel, which is the migrant intake
- 40:12Speaker 8: center here in New York City, the President has no
- 40:15Speaker 8: plans to visit or address the migrant crisis here in
- 40:18Speaker 8: New York. In fact, he has no plans to meet
- 40:20Speaker 8: with Mayor Adams during his three day visit, a departure
- 40:23Speaker 8: from last year when the two met and attended fundraisers together.
- 40:28Speaker 8: The federal government also making no indication that they intend
- 40:31Speaker 8: to increase funding to New York City. FEMA providing one
- 40:34Speaker 8: hundred and four million dollars for contacts that covers just thirteen.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Days of the crisis.
- 40:40Speaker 8: Here the Biden administration frustrated with Adam's response and his
- 40:44Speaker 8: inability to stop the crisis, also putting the finger at
- 40:47Speaker 8: Congress to do more.
- 40:49Speaker 2: I mean, it's amazing how your best friend in the
- 40:52Speaker 2: guy that you're campaigning with and fundraising with a year ago,
- 40:55Speaker 2: now you won't even give him the time of day
- 40:56Speaker 2: because he won't get in line and say what you're saying. Yet,
- 41:00Speaker 2: real coward here Centaer seems to be Adams and every
- 41:03Speaker 2: other Democrat, whether it's in San Diego, whether it's on
- 41:06Speaker 2: the border, or whether it's in New York City, who
- 41:09Speaker 2: refused to say out loud, President Joe Biden, do your
- 41:14Speaker 2: job and close the border. Secure the border. They will
- 41:17Speaker 2: not say those words.
- 41:19Speaker 3: Nope, none of them will. And they still claim to
- 41:21Speaker 3: be sanctuary cities that they say it's destroying their city,
- 41:25Speaker 3: but there's still a sanctuary city. You know the fact
- 41:28Speaker 3: that Mayor Adams uses the phrase that madman in Texas
- 41:33Speaker 3: and blames it all on Greg Adams, on Greg Abbott.
- 41:36Speaker 3: Look from his perspective, he knows it's the Democrats who've
- 41:40Speaker 3: caused this, but at this point his partisan loyalty is
- 41:44Speaker 3: just greater. So he's not willing to call out Joe Biden.
- 41:47Speaker 3: He's not willing to call out Kamala Harris. He's certainly
- 41:49Speaker 3: not willing to call out Chuck Schumer or any of
- 41:52Speaker 3: the Senate Democrats or congressional Democrats. He's not calling out
- 41:55Speaker 3: AOC although you know, as we talked about when and
- 42:00Speaker 3: Jerry Nadler and other Congressional Democrats recently had a press
- 42:03Speaker 3: conference in New York, even New Yorkers were fed up
- 42:07Speaker 3: and screaming at them.
- 42:08Speaker 4: And yet.
- 42:10Speaker 3: At the end of the day, the hypocrisy is so massive.
- 42:15Speaker 3: But even acknowledging it's a problem is too much for
- 42:19Speaker 3: Joe Biden. And so now Mayor Adams is persona non
- 42:22Speaker 3: grata because he acknowledges that it's a problem, you're supposed
- 42:25Speaker 3: to utterly ignore it and just let people suffer.
- 42:31Speaker 4: And it is.
- 42:32Speaker 3: You know, I get asked a question over and over again,
- 42:34Speaker 3: why would the Democrats do this? And I don't know
- 42:38Speaker 3: for sure. Listen, I'm not a psychiatrist, I'm not Sigmund Freud,
- 42:42Speaker 3: so I don't know what's going on in their head.
- 42:44Speaker 3: I know Number one, they don't care. And the reason
- 42:47Speaker 3: I know they don't care because if they cared, they would.
- 42:49Speaker 4: Do something about it.
- 42:50Speaker 3: They would stop the policy decisions that are causing it
- 42:54Speaker 3: to happen, that are causing people to be killed, that
- 42:56Speaker 3: are causing children to be brutalized, that are causing women
- 42:58Speaker 3: to be sexually assaulted. If if they cared, they would
- 43:01Speaker 3: behave differently tomorrow.
- 43:02Speaker 4: And they don't.
- 43:03Speaker 3: Biden doesn't, Kamala Harris doesn't, Alejandro Majorcis doesn't. But the
- 43:09Speaker 3: only explanation I can come up with is really twofold
- 43:12Speaker 3: number one, that they've handed the policy agenda over to
- 43:16Speaker 3: the real radicals, to the open border nuts on the
- 43:19Speaker 3: extreme left of the Democrat Party, and they've done that
- 43:22Speaker 3: in almost every single issue. But number two is I
- 43:26Speaker 3: think the Democrats rationalize to themselves there's a long term
- 43:31Speaker 3: political benefit. They see that they view every one of
- 43:34Speaker 3: the seven two point two million illegal immigrants, they view
- 43:37Speaker 3: them as likely future Democrat voters, and their view is, well,
- 43:42Speaker 3: if we stay in power, the ends justify the means.
- 43:46Speaker 3: If some people have to die for Democrats to stay
- 43:49Speaker 3: in power, well that's okay with them. And it's looks
- 43:53Speaker 3: saying that that sounds horrendously callous and heartless. But I
- 43:58Speaker 3: guess Ben, what I would say is if I'm wrong,
- 44:02Speaker 3: if I'm ascribing too callous and heartless a motive, what
- 44:06Speaker 3: other explanation is there besides that, because I don't know
- 44:10Speaker 3: of one.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Yeah, great point.
- 44:12Speaker 2: I want to end with what you mentioned, the reporting
- 44:14Speaker 2: that's being done down at the border by Fox reporter
- 44:17Speaker 2: Bill Malujin, And he said this on Fox, and I
- 44:22Speaker 2: think perfectly wraps up the last seventy two hours.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Hi'm Rtha.
- 44:28Speaker 5: Well, these surging border numbers are really put into context
- 44:31Speaker 5: when you think about the fact that New York City
- 44:32Speaker 5: Mayor Eric Adams said his city can't handle ten thousand
- 44:36Speaker 5: migrants per month. Well, they're getting nine thousand a day
- 44:39Speaker 5: down here at the southern border, a lot of them
- 44:41Speaker 5: crossing right here in Eagle Pass. Take a look at
- 44:43Speaker 5: this video our fantastic drone team shot showing a massive
- 44:46Speaker 5: illegal crossing in the river right behind where I'm standing.
- 44:49Speaker 5: You'll see a human chain in the water as they're
- 44:52Speaker 5: trying to get across the river. Very dangerous spot. A
- 44:55Speaker 5: ten year old boy drowned in this area last week.
- 44:59Speaker 5: The port of entry is right next to these people
- 45:01Speaker 5: just one.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Hundred yards away.
- 45:03Speaker 5: They don't care though, they want to cross illegally because
- 45:06Speaker 5: they feel if they can step foot in the United States,
- 45:08Speaker 5: they're going to be released into the country. You also
- 45:11Speaker 5: want to show you human smuggling pursuit. Take a look
- 45:13Speaker 5: at this video Texas DPS chasing a human smuggler in
- 45:16Speaker 5: Kinney County high speed chase. The driver an illegal immigrant
- 45:19Speaker 5: driving a stolen truck loaded with illegal immigrants. They spike
- 45:23Speaker 5: his tires, he goes off road into the brush, loses control,
- 45:27Speaker 5: and then you'll see on the thermal camera everybody goes
- 45:29Speaker 5: bailing out of that vehicle, running off in all different directions.
- 45:32Speaker 5: Texas DPS arrested the driver and six illegal immigrants. Lasting
- 45:36Speaker 5: to show you down in the Rio Grand Valley with
- 45:38Speaker 5: Texas DPS troopers in the brush as they are arresting
- 45:41Speaker 5: illegal immigrants trying to evade capture from border patrol. Several
- 45:46Speaker 5: of them were wearing cartel wristbands indicating they had paid
- 45:49Speaker 5: a cartel to get across illegally and back out here
- 45:52Speaker 5: live mark the concerning border patrol agents reporting that right
- 45:55Speaker 5: here in Egle Pass they just arrested an illegal immigrant
- 45:58Speaker 5: with a murder conviction and another illegal immigrant with a
- 46:01Speaker 5: conviction for.
- 46:02Speaker 1: Sexual assault of a child.
- 46:04Speaker 5: Send it back to you.
- 46:05Speaker 1: No big deal, right, No big deal.
- 46:07Speaker 2: Yeah, just people that are killing people and people with
- 46:08Speaker 2: it are raping children. That's who we're catching when we
- 46:11Speaker 2: do catch them coming coming across the border. And you
- 46:14Speaker 2: heard him mention those wristbands, the same rits bands that
- 46:17Speaker 2: the man who's in charge of the border said he
- 46:20Speaker 2: didn't know what they were when you showed him to
- 46:21Speaker 2: him before Congress.
- 46:23Speaker 4: No, that's exactly right.
- 46:25Speaker 3: That Bill Blugan is actually down on the border who's
- 46:27Speaker 3: reporting on what's happening. He knows what the wristbands are.
- 46:30Speaker 3: They're color coded for how many thousands of dollars they
- 46:32Speaker 3: owe the cartels. And yet the Secretary of Homeland Security
- 46:35Speaker 3: told me under oath before the Senate Judiciary Committee he
- 46:38Speaker 3: had no idea what they were because he simply doesn't care,
- 46:43Speaker 3: and neither do his political superiors.
- 46:45Speaker 2: There's certain shows that we do that I can just
- 46:48Speaker 2: feel are really important for the country. This is one
