- 0:25Speaker 1: Have say you gotta turning your mom do? Yeah? You
- 0:41Speaker 1: go to her running? You you got to turn won't
- 1:11Speaker 1: I'm to turn up? Got the turn out come? Come on?
- 1:32Speaker 1: Uh huh, I show will a good morning everybody y'all
- 1:36Speaker 1: listening to the voice, Come on, DIGNI now wanted only
- 1:40Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show to date. Um. I
- 1:45Speaker 1: wanted to give you something that I've been learning more
- 1:48Speaker 1: and more um lately. Um. You know, I'm a I'm
- 1:54Speaker 1: a huge fan of the book The Secret, but I
- 1:57Speaker 1: did myself a favor because I know I learned better
- 2:00Speaker 1: this way. I learned better about hearing, and so I
- 2:05Speaker 1: downloaded The Secret onto my iPhone. So I got the
- 2:10Speaker 1: audio book and man on man on man, What a
- 2:14Speaker 1: smart move that really was for me, because I know
- 2:16Speaker 1: how I learned. You know, I do very well with visual.
- 2:21Speaker 1: When I can see what it is that I'm after
- 2:25Speaker 1: how to do something, I do it better. And when
- 2:27Speaker 1: I'm listening, I just I learned better like that. I
- 2:31Speaker 1: wish I had known that about myself in college and
- 2:34Speaker 1: stuff like that, where I didn't do so well. If
- 2:37Speaker 1: I could have learned that that's the way I learned.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I would have used more tools to help me, but um,
- 2:44Speaker 1: let's let's just say I figured it out. And so
- 2:47Speaker 1: I'm grateful for that, and and and and I was
- 2:50Speaker 1: listening to the audio portion of this book, and I've
- 2:53Speaker 1: been learning so much more. I've rephrased a lot of
- 2:55Speaker 1: it to fit how I think and more of how
- 2:58Speaker 1: I talk. And I just want to share that with
- 3:00Speaker 1: you this morning. Man. It might help you out a
- 3:02Speaker 1: great deal. And one of the things that my mother
- 3:05Speaker 1: had always taught me. And because it's a it's a
- 3:08Speaker 1: it's a spiritual thing with my mother's it's a biblical
- 3:11Speaker 1: reference to my mother. Uh And and the book The
- 3:14Speaker 1: Secret grabbed that principle and uses it very well. And
- 3:19Speaker 1: it's gratitude. I want to run this by you every
- 3:23Speaker 1: every day. You know what I started doing. I started
- 3:26Speaker 1: spending my every waking moment being thankful, showing gratitude. And
- 3:34Speaker 1: the book it says to put that out there in
- 3:37Speaker 1: the universe. But if you're waking up and you're saying
- 3:39Speaker 1: thank you, I mean who you're saying thank you too?
- 3:42Speaker 1: I mean, let's let's let's be real here that that
- 3:45Speaker 1: universe was created by God. That is my belief. That's
- 3:48Speaker 1: the majority of people's belief that I know. I'm not
- 3:50Speaker 1: knocking you. If you don't believe that, do you let
- 3:53Speaker 1: me know how they work out for you, though. But so,
- 3:56Speaker 1: my thank you is to my heavenly Father, and this
- 4:00Speaker 1: is a lot of yours. But here's the here's the
- 4:02Speaker 1: here's the thing. I started saying thank you from the
- 4:06Speaker 1: time I wake up, until I go in the bathroom,
- 4:10Speaker 1: until I shower, till I dress, until I get in
- 4:16Speaker 1: my van, until I get to work, while I'm on
- 4:22Speaker 1: the elevator, until I sit down and crack the mic. Now, somebody,
- 4:27Speaker 1: somebody might said, man, that's a lot of time. No,
- 4:29Speaker 1: not hold up, man, hold hold up, it's really not.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Because what it does for you, it does more for
- 4:36Speaker 1: you than for anyone else. This is about you showing
- 4:41Speaker 1: gratitude and being grateful. It's for you, And let me
- 4:44Speaker 1: tell you what it does. When I started doing this, man,
- 4:48Speaker 1: it started changing my day. It started changing my attitude
- 4:54Speaker 1: towards the day. So when the difficulties of the day began,
- 4:58Speaker 1: they were nothing to me because I was so filled
- 5:02Speaker 1: with gratitude. I'm talking about continuous thanks for all things
- 5:07Speaker 1: you cannot run out of things to be grateful for,
- 5:10Speaker 1: not if you fine tune your gratitude, not if you
- 5:14Speaker 1: do it in a way where you're being very specific
- 5:17Speaker 1: about what you're grateful for. When you wake up and
- 5:20Speaker 1: you're grateful for waking up, when you're grateful for the
- 5:23Speaker 1: ability to move today, when you are grateful for the
- 5:27Speaker 1: fact that you have solid thoughts right now, that you
- 5:30Speaker 1: are in your right mind. When you start thanking him
- 5:34Speaker 1: for the flexibility that you feel in the morning and
- 5:38Speaker 1: the stiffness and as it wears off as you start
- 5:40Speaker 1: moving around, that's another reason to be grateful that you
- 5:44Speaker 1: have a shower to take. That there are many people
- 5:47Speaker 1: who don't have a place to shower, that the fact
- 5:51Speaker 1: that you're brushing your teeth, the fact that you have
- 5:54Speaker 1: somewhere to go, the fact that your job may not
- 5:56Speaker 1: be ideally the job you want, but you have a
- 5:59Speaker 1: job to go to, that you have a measure of health,
- 6:03Speaker 1: That you have a place to go and get a
- 6:06Speaker 1: cool drink of water to start your day, or you
- 6:08Speaker 1: can make a cup of coffee, or the fact that
- 6:10Speaker 1: you can grab yourself a yogat on the way out
- 6:12Speaker 1: the door. And the fact that you have a way
- 6:14Speaker 1: to get to work, whether it's on the subway, the bus,
- 6:17Speaker 1: the cab, or you have the the wherewithal to walk
- 6:21Speaker 1: to work or you driving to work, and whatever kind
- 6:24Speaker 1: of card is that you have a place to be
- 6:27Speaker 1: to provide when you start really fine tuning your gratitude,
- 6:34Speaker 1: it is amazing, man. And what it does is it
- 6:38Speaker 1: puts you in a in a state of mind that
- 6:41Speaker 1: is so uplifting to you that it is the perfect
- 6:44Speaker 1: way to start your day. I'll think I'm clowning what
- 6:47Speaker 1: you here. I am not. Try it. Try it. You
- 6:53Speaker 1: are what you think. So you start the day off
- 6:56Speaker 1: as this grateful creature, this grateful person, this grateful soul.
- 7:03Speaker 1: You start your day off as grateful man on man
- 7:06Speaker 1: on man. How good is that? And it just spirals
- 7:10Speaker 1: throughout your day and it puts you in a great mood.
- 7:14Speaker 1: My mood has totally changed. I'm not a bad mood
- 7:18Speaker 1: person anyway, but you know when my day started getting heavy, man,
- 7:22Speaker 1: sometimes it get on me, man, because I mean, I'm
- 7:25Speaker 1: from the time I wake up till I go home
- 7:27Speaker 1: at night. Can you imagine having somebody move you around
- 7:33Speaker 1: all day? What it would feel like to have somebody
- 7:37Speaker 1: making you accountable for every single moment of your day,
- 7:41Speaker 1: the moment you stopped to take a breath. Somebody finds
- 7:44Speaker 1: that as an opportunity to spend a moment with you
- 7:47Speaker 1: because to them, it's just a minute, But they don't
- 7:50Speaker 1: know all the minutes that's occupied in your day. Imagine that.
- 7:55Speaker 1: So it used to get on me real heavy sometimes. Man,
- 8:01Speaker 1: So I try to steal some minutes here, steal some
- 8:03Speaker 1: minutes there. Steal man. But now, man it it don't
- 8:07Speaker 1: jump on me that way, you know what I'm saying.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I look, I gotta take some time to myself throughout
- 8:13Speaker 1: the day. So as soon as I get off the air,
- 8:14Speaker 1: I take a twenty minute break before I go to
- 8:17Speaker 1: my briefing to start my talk show. Uh you say,
- 8:20Speaker 1: twenty minutes ain't nothing. It ain't, But it's all I got,
- 8:23Speaker 1: and I use it to shut myself down, meditate, have
- 8:27Speaker 1: a quiet moment, become even more thankful. Then after the
- 8:31Speaker 1: show is over, I got another briefing that I do.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I even I even have my lunch during the briefing.
- 8:38Speaker 1: I don't have a lunch where I sit down and
- 8:40Speaker 1: I'm in my room talking cheerful stuff. I'm doing the
- 8:44Speaker 1: briefing for the second show that I taped that day
- 8:47Speaker 1: during my life. But I'm grateful for that. I'm grateful
- 8:51Speaker 1: for everything because, man, I have a show too that
- 8:56Speaker 1: keeps me busy. I have a radio show that keeps
- 8:58Speaker 1: me busy. I got another to you. I'm just grateful
- 9:01Speaker 1: for all of it, man. And what happens is, let
- 9:03Speaker 1: me let me share this with you. It changes your
- 9:07Speaker 1: focus because now your focus is not on what you
- 9:11Speaker 1: don't have. Your focus is on what you do have.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Do you understand that amazing turnaround in your life if
- 9:18Speaker 1: you can make that When folks, if your focus became
- 9:22Speaker 1: on the things that you do have and your focus
- 9:25Speaker 1: leaves the things that you don't have, do you know
- 9:28Speaker 1: the feeling of accomplishment, the feeling of satisfic uh satisfication,
- 9:35Speaker 1: the feeling of being feel and half empty and half
- 9:42Speaker 1: full is two different thoughts. It's amazing when you start
- 9:45Speaker 1: thinking your life is almost full, so full, it's that
- 9:48Speaker 1: of looking at it as being so empty. When you
- 9:51Speaker 1: change that focus through gratitude, you then open up the
- 9:55Speaker 1: pathways for more stuff to come to you. A lot
- 9:59Speaker 1: of us are blocking our blessings today because we ain't
- 10:01Speaker 1: grateful for the ones we have. See, we're so busy,
- 10:05Speaker 1: we're so busy telling God and putting out in the
- 10:08Speaker 1: universe what we don't have, what we ain't God, that
- 10:11Speaker 1: we no longer are receptive to things that we could have.
- 10:17Speaker 1: You have now blocked all your blessings from coming because
- 10:21Speaker 1: your focus is not on the come, it's to what
- 10:24Speaker 1: you ain't got. So how can more blessings come your way?
- 10:29Speaker 1: How can more good things come your way? How can
- 10:31Speaker 1: positive things start happening to you? If your focus is
- 10:34Speaker 1: on the negative things, if your focus is on the
- 10:37Speaker 1: things that you don't have, if your focus is on
- 10:40Speaker 1: what you're lacking instead of what the abundance that you
- 10:45Speaker 1: have and what you expect more of. If you change
- 10:50Speaker 1: your gratitude, you change your attitude and it changes your altitude. Man, man,
- 11:03Speaker 1: use your gratitude to change your attitude, which then affects
- 11:09Speaker 1: your altitude. Do you feel me now? Come on, man,
- 11:16Speaker 1: ain't that a good thing? I've had to rework it
- 11:19Speaker 1: through the way I say it, But man, that's been
- 11:21Speaker 1: so helpful for me every day. Start your data way.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Just try try it starting now, or you want to
- 11:28Speaker 1: get a fresh start during tomorrow morning. But watch what
- 11:30Speaker 1: happens to you. Okay, it's going to amazingly revolutionize the
- 11:34Speaker 1: way you face your day. Okay, you're listening. Listening this morning?
- 11:44Speaker 1: Uh we are broadcasting from the Philippines. I am in
- 11:49Speaker 1: the Philippines today because I just got here. Uh hosting
- 11:54Speaker 1: a MRS Universe again. Uh so can y'all are y'all there?
- 11:58Speaker 1: S Yeah, broadcasting from the Philippines. Just asked one thing,
- 12:04Speaker 1: y'all pray for me? Oh yeah, ain't even really got
- 12:09Speaker 1: to pray for me until the very you're on your
- 12:13Speaker 1: way to the airport. Have you read your notes yet?
- 12:19Speaker 1: Have they read? So? How has rehearsal been? You know
- 12:23Speaker 1: that was the big thing last year? Did you go?
- 12:26Speaker 1: I just got here, so rehearsal as soon as I
- 12:28Speaker 1: get off the air But okay, but is Miss Columbia there? Yeah,
- 12:34Speaker 1: she's gonna be there, a different one. But we have
- 12:37Speaker 1: a surprise. Oh really, Yeah, I wrote something that I
- 12:41Speaker 1: thought was gonna be very good. But Steve, just compare
- 12:45Speaker 1: last year to this year. You know, I mean really,
- 12:48Speaker 1: when you were there and you read the wrong name
- 12:51Speaker 1: by no fault of your own, as you later explained,
- 12:54Speaker 1: And now look at you. They invited you back, and
- 12:56Speaker 1: you're doing it again. When you know when it looks
- 12:59Speaker 1: so glue like glue him and doom when you did that,
- 13:01Speaker 1: I mean everybody was coming down on you and everything.
- 13:05Speaker 1: What I understand is, like all the situations, I'm just
- 13:09Speaker 1: having to practice what I preach. Behind every moment of adversity,
- 13:13Speaker 1: there as a lesson as a blessing. But you've got
- 13:17Speaker 1: to hang in at and get it. And so I
- 13:20Speaker 1: hung in that. I'm back. It's gonna be great. The
- 13:23Speaker 1: difficult thing is to swimsuit competition. It starts early. They
- 13:28Speaker 1: walk right past you. What you don't see why it's difficult.
- 13:34Speaker 1: You have to focus. Man, let me tell you something,
- 13:37Speaker 1: Ms Dominican. I walked out and did two double spin swashing.
- 13:48Speaker 1: What had happened? What? So I'm in the back right
- 13:52Speaker 1: and they walk right past me. So I'm on a
- 13:54Speaker 1: microphone and then I read and they tell me the
- 13:57Speaker 1: correct pronunciation in my Miss cure Rossal Currosal, now Miss Currasile.
- 14:06Speaker 1: As everyone comes out, Miss Malaysia. That man tapped me
- 14:12Speaker 1: and said, Mr Dominican Republic. That lady walked past me
- 14:21Speaker 1: and walked through that ring and did them to spin cold.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I actually, I swear to you man. I almost ran
- 14:30Speaker 1: out there and tackled her and I almost said, my
- 14:38Speaker 1: life they doing this? Yes, yes, I had to wear
- 14:50Speaker 1: some biking tights. Did you hear what your nephew? Wait,
- 14:57Speaker 1: we're not letting that go by. What did you just say? What? All?
- 15:02Speaker 1: I said? Well, I'd have to wear some biking tight
- 15:05Speaker 1: because I would be too excited. What's something wrong with him? Steve? Yeah, girl,
- 15:13Speaker 1: you ain't got no tights on when you're doing this
- 15:15Speaker 1: show up? Help me under that? Wait? Did you say
- 15:20Speaker 1: that's a good idea? Had something own? Man? You got
- 15:26Speaker 1: to control yourself. You know. I can't hear when he
- 15:28Speaker 1: mumbling that was not public. I need to be decided.
- 15:39Speaker 1: No shirt, no shoes over feet. No wait, you will
- 15:42Speaker 1: come over you too, man. Alright, we'll be back at
- 15:52Speaker 1: four after the hour. Would seem something. Oh, I gotta fun.
- 15:56Speaker 1: You got a nephew, Yeah, alright, coming up, coming up,
- 16:03Speaker 1: it's Steve something. But the nephews got it right. Okay,
- 16:10Speaker 1: but it's your segment. But I want us to run back. Huh.
- 16:15Speaker 1: The Misuniverse pageant mistake from last right now, let's hear
- 16:22Speaker 1: that it was so wrong. I liked it. It was
- 16:27Speaker 1: invited him back. People have forgotten it. It's over. But
- 16:32Speaker 1: let's show how we got the job again. And this
- 16:34Speaker 1: is all it is. Huh all you know what all
- 16:38Speaker 1: this is from? What? Call you a coupe? Cool because
- 16:44Speaker 1: you made me a coup behind your actions. Fool when
- 16:51Speaker 1: he came out with them looking like de head like
- 16:56Speaker 1: because I looking at my TV, I said something wrong
- 16:57Speaker 1: with my uncle when his eyes look like there's something
- 17:00Speaker 1: that happened, and said, folks, folks, folks, you're gonna mess.
- 17:05Speaker 1: I get cast out what you're gonna You're gonna get
- 17:10Speaker 1: rid of me now, and I'm gonna have to go
- 17:11Speaker 1: and work on the wall. But you have definitely made
- 17:15Speaker 1: lemonade out of that leton. Though, oh my god, sweet yes,
- 17:22Speaker 1: I remember that night as if it were last night.
- 17:28Speaker 1: We were so steve for you stick, but you got
- 17:31Speaker 1: out of a champ though you handled it like a champ.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I don't think Tommy he was cool with us running
- 17:38Speaker 1: that because he's not saying to the middle part take something.
- 17:46Speaker 1: He never had no son on me. But you is
- 17:50Speaker 1: the best get out of troubled person. I know you are.
- 17:57Speaker 1: You'll get in a jam and get right out of Yeah,
- 18:04Speaker 1: look at God. That's what God will do for you.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Now you're in the Philippine doing it again. That back
- 18:11Speaker 1: right here and judge the swim super compensated. Miss Columbia. Up.
- 18:23Speaker 1: You're listening to show for the indennis at time? What
- 18:29Speaker 1: y'all gonna do? I'm in the Philippines, y'all need to
- 18:31Speaker 1: hear you up? I got to go. We're have an
- 18:34Speaker 1: address rehearsal today for swimsuit coming. I don't want you
- 18:39Speaker 1: should have taken us with you on this one, Steve.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I wouldn't have made it back. I know I ain't.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Junior's over there. J Junior singles, so he's Oh he's
- 18:49Speaker 1: gonna have a great lester. Let me tell you, h Jr.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Tallest hell over? Aren't you a a ahead of us?
- 19:00Speaker 1: And now, Steve? Yeah, I don't know what time? I
- 19:04Speaker 1: don't know nothing. Wow, we'll look at what time? A

- 38:24Speaker 1: the Morning crew. Hey man, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Hey man,
- 38:28Speaker 1: let me what is your best breakup story you've ever
- 38:32Speaker 1: been involved with or her? Okay, back in college, being
- 38:36Speaker 1: the boys, we're probl in the dorms. We want upon
- 38:39Speaker 1: these these three beautiful young ladies, for a matter of fact,
- 38:43Speaker 1: So we sat down on this around table and we're
- 38:45Speaker 1: kind of picking them out. So I look like the
- 38:48Speaker 1: least dangerous, so I might supposed to go out to
- 38:50Speaker 1: the best thing. Now, beautiful BlackBerry so I thought talking
- 38:55Speaker 1: to her. She gave me a number, so I called.
- 38:58Speaker 1: We started dating. We went to the movies, went to
- 39:01Speaker 1: the park, went to church together. She told me. One day,
- 39:04Speaker 1: she said, I have some relatives that go to a
- 39:07Speaker 1: church around the corner, so let's go right now. I
- 39:10Speaker 1: said fine, So we went to that church. As soon
- 39:13Speaker 1: as we got back to campus, her mama called her
- 39:17Speaker 1: cause her relatives from the church had told her she
- 39:20Speaker 1: don't brought this boy to church. So soon or later
- 39:23Speaker 1: I got a call from the mama. I want to
- 39:26Speaker 1: know what you've done, Dave my daughter. You asked permission
- 39:30Speaker 1: to dave my daughter. She said, I got a pistol,
- 39:33Speaker 1: I come down to that campus and shoot you dead
- 39:37Speaker 1: on the sidewalk like a dog. So you're gonna have
- 39:40Speaker 1: to come to my house and see men. We're gonna
- 39:42Speaker 1: have to discuss this thing. So I drove to the
- 39:44Speaker 1: woman's house. She said, who are you? I told her
- 39:49Speaker 1: who I was. What time you from my tolder? She said,
- 39:54Speaker 1: has any good thing ever come out of that town?
- 39:56Speaker 1: I said, me and my family. So she said you
- 40:00Speaker 1: have to leave my dog alone. So of course we
- 40:03Speaker 1: kept dating, and uh so later she told that dollar
- 40:08Speaker 1: she said, guess you found out because she told that dollar.
- 40:10Speaker 1: She said, if you were leaving me, I will buy
- 40:15Speaker 1: you a brand new car. So I'm talking. After a
- 40:20Speaker 1: while she stopped calling. Then I didn't want to go
- 40:24Speaker 1: to the post office. Man, I went to the post office.
- 40:28Speaker 1: I had a letter that was thick. You was telling
- 40:30Speaker 1: me how sorry she was, but she had taken m h. Yeah,
- 40:36Speaker 1: you know, let me let me jump on, please, you know, yeah,

- 48:37Speaker 1: got me. Man, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 48:46Speaker 1: All right on from the Philippines. Here we go. Buckle
- 48:49Speaker 1: up and hold on tight. We gotta bug you, strawberry.
- 48:51Speaker 1: Let up. Subject. Not sure what to do. I'm a
- 48:55Speaker 1: forty seven year old successful black woman mother, et cetera.
- 48:58Speaker 1: I've married the same man twice and thinking about marrying
- 49:02Speaker 1: him a third time. He is a good man, a
- 49:04Speaker 1: great father, and a wonderful provider. We divorced after three
- 49:08Speaker 1: years the first time because of an affair. I forgave
- 49:11Speaker 1: him and we remarried. After three years. Things were going well.
- 49:15Speaker 1: After a couple of years, he started up again another affair.
- 49:20Speaker 1: I began my plan to leave again. I bought another
- 49:23Speaker 1: house and moved on. He married the affair. Everyone knows
- 49:27Speaker 1: you never married the affair. When she moved in the
- 49:31Speaker 1: house we purchased for our family, she began remodeling the house,
- 49:35Speaker 1: spending thousands of her own money, I assume, trying to
- 49:38Speaker 1: remove any remembrance of his family. I believe he married
- 49:41Speaker 1: her out of monetary obligation and never thinking he had
- 49:44Speaker 1: another chance with me. Eventually he realized the error of
- 49:48Speaker 1: the era of his ways, and now, once his family back,
- 49:51Speaker 1: the new wife is having a fit. She tried to
- 49:54Speaker 1: alienate him from his children, tried to have me put
- 49:57Speaker 1: in jail for calling their house when our daughter was missing,
- 50:00Speaker 1: didn't put the children in their wedding, etcetera, etcetera. He
- 50:04Speaker 1: has now filed for divorce. I was the biggest problem
- 50:07Speaker 1: in their marriage, yet I never interfered. I probably should
- 50:10Speaker 1: have take that with what I should probably should have
- 50:13Speaker 1: taken taken back with the devil stole from me. Yet
- 50:16Speaker 1: he would tell me that of her their conversations were
- 50:20Speaker 1: about me. When I left, he was devastated, and so
- 50:24Speaker 1: was I. I can't deny that I have always loved
- 50:27Speaker 1: him with all my heart. I want my family to
- 50:29Speaker 1: be together. Yet there are so many issues to resolve,
- 50:33Speaker 1: uh selling one of the houses, changing the children's schools, communication.
- 50:37Speaker 1: I am sure that all of this can be worked out.
- 50:39Speaker 1: When both parties are determined to give it another chance
- 50:42Speaker 1: at forever. I remember something Steve said, when a man
- 50:46Speaker 1: is with another woman, it means nothing if he doesn't
- 50:49Speaker 1: love her. I didn't know what that. I didn't know
- 50:52Speaker 1: that back then. I have let that sink in, and
- 50:56Speaker 1: I know that this man has always loved me. When
- 50:59Speaker 1: I left, he was devastated, and so was I. I
- 51:02Speaker 1: guess I really don't have a question, just would like
- 51:05Speaker 1: your opinion. Signed. Love that's strong is patient? Wow. Um,
- 51:12Speaker 1: I know, dear Love, blah blah blah. Um. You know what,
- 51:16Speaker 1: I don't really know if there's anything I personally can
- 51:19Speaker 1: tell you about this situation. You said you just wanted
- 51:22Speaker 1: our opinions. Um, you married and remarried the same man
- 51:26Speaker 1: who cheated on you twice. And that's twice that you
- 51:29Speaker 1: know about. Okay, Um, you know, I mean really, you know,
- 51:34Speaker 1: I don't want you. I don't want you to get
- 51:36Speaker 1: three strikes with this man. Okay, he already did it
- 51:39Speaker 1: once twice, and you know three strikes. Hey, you're out
- 51:41Speaker 1: as far as I'm concerned. Um, we're running out of time.
- 51:47Speaker 1: I just think you're a glutton for punishment. I just
- 51:49Speaker 1: think you just need to look at the facts. Do
- 51:51Speaker 1: I believe in miracles? Yes, I do, But I think
- 51:55Speaker 1: you're just living in a fantasy world. I just really do. Uh.
- 51:59Speaker 1: Twelve minutes after we'll be back. All right, here we go.
- 52:08Speaker 1: Here's a letter of yours subject. Not sure what to do.
- 52:10Speaker 1: I'm a forty seven year old successful black woman, mother, etcetera.
- 52:14Speaker 1: I married the same man twice, and I'm thinking about
- 52:16Speaker 1: marrying him a third time. He is a good man,
- 52:18Speaker 1: a great father, wonderful provider. We divorced after three years
- 52:22Speaker 1: the first time because of an affair. I forgave him
- 52:24Speaker 1: and we remarried again. After three years, things were going well.
- 52:28Speaker 1: After a couple of years, he started up again another affair.
- 52:31Speaker 1: I began my plan to leave again. I bought another
- 52:34Speaker 1: house and moved on. He married the affair parentheses. Everyone
- 52:38Speaker 1: knows you never married the affair. And when she moved
- 52:41Speaker 1: in the house we purchased for our family, she began
- 52:46Speaker 1: remodeling the house, spending thousands of her own money, I assumed,
- 52:51Speaker 1: trying to remove any remembrance of his family. I believe
- 52:54Speaker 1: he married her out of monetary obligation and never thinking
- 52:59Speaker 1: he had another chance with me. Eventually he realized the
- 53:02Speaker 1: air of his ways, and now he wants his family back.
- 53:05Speaker 1: The new wife is having a fit. She tried to
- 53:07Speaker 1: alienate him from his children, tried to have me put
- 53:10Speaker 1: in jail for calling their house when our daughter was missing,
- 53:13Speaker 1: didn't put the children in their wedding, etcetera, etcetera. He
- 53:16Speaker 1: has now filed for divorce. I was the biggest problem
- 53:19Speaker 1: in their marriage, yet I never interfered. I probably should
- 53:22Speaker 1: have taken back what the devil stole from me, Yet
- 53:25Speaker 1: he would tell me that he that that of her,
- 53:29Speaker 1: and their conversations were about me. When I left, he
- 53:32Speaker 1: was devastating, and so was I can't did not that
- 53:34Speaker 1: I've always loved him with all my heart. I want
- 53:37Speaker 1: my family to be together, Yet there are so many
- 53:39Speaker 1: issues to resolve, selling of the house, of one of
- 53:42Speaker 1: the houses, changing the children's schools, communication, capital letters. I
- 53:47Speaker 1: am sure that all of this can be worked out
- 53:48Speaker 1: when both parties are determined to give it another chance
- 53:52Speaker 1: at forever. I remember something Steve said, when a man
- 53:55Speaker 1: is with another woman, it means nothing if he doesn't
- 53:58Speaker 1: love her. I didn't know that back then. I have
- 54:01Speaker 1: let that sink in and know that this man has
- 54:05Speaker 1: always loved me. When I left, he was devastated and
- 54:08Speaker 1: so was I. I guess I really don't have a question,
- 54:11Speaker 1: just with like your opinion, sign love that strong is patient.
- 54:17Speaker 1: This letter is written by a lady that read a
- 54:19Speaker 1: lot of love novels and books, because her love letters
- 54:22Speaker 1: just lace with wonderful cliche sayings that, uh that things
- 54:28Speaker 1: that people really don't love. That strong is patient. Okay,
- 54:34Speaker 1: where that come from? Y'all heard that one before? Uh? No,
- 54:40Speaker 1: love is somewhere, I'm sure. Uh. Then she made a
- 54:48Speaker 1: comment in the letter that says, I remember something Steve said,
- 54:53Speaker 1: when a man is with another woman, it means nothing
- 54:57Speaker 1: if he doesn't love her. I didn't know that back then.
- 55:01Speaker 1: Well see he said something similar to that. But here's
- 55:06Speaker 1: the problem with your situation. Okay, let's say let's say
- 55:11Speaker 1: what I said. You said. I said, it is true.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Steve said when a man is in love, when a
- 55:16Speaker 1: man is with another woman, that means nothing if he
- 55:19Speaker 1: doesn't love her. Okay. Problem with your situation is your
- 55:24Speaker 1: ex husbanden married via fail At one point, love has
- 55:30Speaker 1: got to be mentioned before the marriage, at the ceremony
- 55:36Speaker 1: and at the house while they remoderlate. Somebody him done,
- 55:43Speaker 1: said love, and I love what you're doing with the house. Yeah,
- 55:47Speaker 1: you know, I love that fireplace we had while I'm
- 55:49Speaker 1: changing it. You know, the ceremony all it is. I
- 55:53Speaker 1: love you so much, I want to marry you. Love
- 55:56Speaker 1: was in this one. So let's take Steve out of
- 55:58Speaker 1: that twist in my words. Now let's get on with
- 56:01Speaker 1: this letter. You didn't marry the man twice. You're thinking
- 56:04Speaker 1: about marrying him with a third time. You know why
- 56:07Speaker 1: because he's a good man, a great father, wonderful provider,
- 56:10Speaker 1: he's all of that. Then my question is what is
- 56:13Speaker 1: wrong with you? See, if the man is all that,
- 56:17Speaker 1: you married him three times. My next question is what
- 56:20Speaker 1: wrong with you? Because the man is great? You just
- 56:23Speaker 1: describe what is wrong with you? You something wrong with you?
- 56:30Speaker 1: For real, listen to me. You married a man one
- 56:32Speaker 1: time at three years he had at a fail, you
- 56:34Speaker 1: forgave him. You got married three years later, two years
- 56:38Speaker 1: into that, he has another affair. This man is only
- 56:42Speaker 1: doing what he's allowed to do. He can marry you
- 56:44Speaker 1: and have a fast and keep coming back and remarrying you.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Now you think about doing this a third time once again,
- 56:51Speaker 1: as Timmy would say, once to again, what is wrong
- 56:55Speaker 1: with you. It's because the man. I don't know who
- 56:59Speaker 1: this guy is. He has struck Jack Pott. He has
- 57:02Speaker 1: found the pot of gold, a little lepicron, the ring
- 57:06Speaker 1: all over the one he'd have found a woman and
- 57:08Speaker 1: he can married, have a fairs on unmarried, remarried, having
- 57:12Speaker 1: a found unmarried and think about man name again? Where
- 57:17Speaker 1: are you? Do you have a sister? How many of
- 57:21Speaker 1: y'all is in this ignorant family? Because y'all need to
- 57:24Speaker 1: package this group up because I can sell y'alls And
- 57:30Speaker 1: then let me tell you something. Then she's saying something crazy.
- 57:34Speaker 1: He married the affair. Everyone knows you never married the affair.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Once again, have y'all ever heard that before? Everyone knows
- 57:41Speaker 1: you never married the affair. Never how many people have
- 57:44Speaker 1: married shades? Then when she moved into the house purchase spending, no, no,
- 57:53Speaker 1: I assume trying to remove any membery of the family.
- 57:56Speaker 1: I believe he married her out of You need to
- 57:59Speaker 1: quit thinking in us women. Yeah, because you're thinking and
- 58:02Speaker 1: assuming skills is shocked. You's got to work up wrong
- 58:07Speaker 1: with you? You you what's wrong with you? Three times?
- 58:12Speaker 1: The same dude? What is it that same to you
- 58:17Speaker 1: that he's not gonna do it again. And can I
- 58:19Speaker 1: tell you this, if you're thinking about remarrying him, is
- 58:21Speaker 1: because you've been sleeping with that woman's husband. That's the
- 58:26Speaker 1: only reason you think about remarrying him, because you have
- 58:29Speaker 1: not already been in Come, let me tell you something.
- 58:31Speaker 1: She the biggest problem in the relationship with y'all. How
- 58:34Speaker 1: you know that? And then you say, but I never interfere. Lady,
- 58:37Speaker 1: stop stop this whole letter you wrote for her. She
- 58:41Speaker 1: has no respect for us, respect for herself. Self esteem
- 58:45Speaker 1: is shot. You're listening hard Morning show? All right, coming up?
- 58:52Speaker 1: The nephews got it right, right, Okay, but it's your segment.
- 58:58Speaker 1: But I want to run back the Misuniverse pageant mistake
- 59:05Speaker 1: from last right. Now, let's hear that it was so wrong.
- 59:13Speaker 1: I liked it. It was invited him back. People have
- 59:16Speaker 1: forgotten it. It's over. But let's show how we got
- 59:20Speaker 1: the job again. This is all it is. Huh all?
- 59:25Speaker 1: You know what all this is from? What cause you
- 59:28Speaker 1: a coup? Because you made me a coup behind your
- 59:33Speaker 1: actions food when he came out of with them looking
- 59:40Speaker 1: like dead head, like because I looked at my TV,
- 59:44Speaker 1: I said something wrong with my uncle When I looked
- 59:47Speaker 1: like that's something that happened, and you said, folks, folks, folks,
- 59:52Speaker 1: you're gonna mess get custed out about it. So what
- 59:56Speaker 1: you're gonna You're gonna get rid of me now then
- 59:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to go and work on the Wall show.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: But she's definitely made lemonade out of that lemon thought.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: Oh my god, sweet lemonade. Yes, I remember that night
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: as if it were last night. We were so state
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: for you, Steve, but you got out like a champ.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: Though you handled it like a champ. I don't think
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Tommy he was cool with us winning that because he's
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: not saying to middle part, never had no son, but
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: you is the best get out of troubled person. I
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: know you're listening to Steve haw Back. Coming up next,
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: Sherlan Carl gonna talk about New Addition movement. They've been
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: watching it all, Bobby moy I love you all right,
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: y'all bring me up a speed. Last night was the
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: conclusion right new edition doing at night, I'm going to
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: binge watch. You know what I'm saying. I'm gonna watch
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: all three at one time. That's the way I like
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: to do it. Oh, I don't know how you could
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: do this like that because I'm just too excited. I
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: want to see him every night as they're happening in
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: real time. You know what I'm saying. Okay, just give
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: me a little bit. Don't give me too much, give
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: me a little bit, right, Okay, So the New Edition
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: story we know Tommy routs Man, Johnny gil Michael's, Ronnie Devote,
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Ricky Bell, Bobby Brown. You get to see um their story.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: You know, you think you know the story because I
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: thought I knew this they started. Yeah, they got together
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: all of that, that's right. And you learned a lot
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: about their moms in this movie because they were such
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: small they were little shorties starting off on the projects
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: and Boston, and then they get their record deal with
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: more Restar and then their manager Brooke Pay So you
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: see their issues with being children's stars and growing up
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: and then not making any money. You know, I think
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: so far, I mean, there have been a lot of things,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: but so far, the most revealing fact that I didn't
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: know was the fact that Bobby Brown was the one
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: that started the group. Yeah, I didn't know that. That
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: was a shock. I mean, you know now that he
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: couldn't but that was just still a shock. Yeah. He
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: would go to these talent shows. Yeah yeah, in the
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Boston area, and this little kid, he knew what he
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: wanted to do, you know. Bobby Yeah loved it. Yeah yeah,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: and then you see the drama with Bobby and and
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: he going the wrong way with drugs and drinking and
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: and and women and okay, what what did you see?
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: The meme that was going around on Instagram yesterday was
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: it was I think it was earthquakes by the way,
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: shout out to Earthquake, we love you? Who has the best? Yeah? Yeah,
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: but anyway, this one was from Leon as David Ruffin
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: when he played David Ruffin of the Temptation and My
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: favorite group. The caption was, you know, he was referring
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: to when Bobby got thrown out of a new addition.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: He was like, but ain't nobody got thrown out like me,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: thrown out of a group like me. It was just funny.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: I was leaving to quake. But that's true though, that's true. Yeah,
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: David ruff What about tank though? As Gerald Busby m
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: a record example, Yeah, Gerald Busby, Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: Surely take a listen to this now, this is and
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: this is not from last night. This is from the
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: night before last, but I love it. This is when
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: you know the moms. They were complaining to Gary, the
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: manager played by Michael Rappaport. The Gary was their manager,
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: that they were still living in the projects. These boys
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: were going all over the world, and they're still living
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: in the projects in Boston. And so Gary is talking
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: to tanks. Character. Take a listen. I'm glad you're in
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: a good mood. Gerald. It makes it easier for what
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: I have to ask you. Let me guess Gary needs
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: more money. So it's not for me, it's for the boys. Yea.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: These kids are still living in the projects with their families.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: They're the biggest selling act on your label. I mean,
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: it looks crazy, for God's sakes. Besides, I'm getting sick
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: of tired of going there for me, So I'm afraid
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna get stabbed one of these days. Well, I
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: mean the way I hear it, you almost did. I mean,
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: when are you gonna learn you can't talk to these
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: ladies in your old kind of way? Garrett? Okay, Gary,
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: what are we looking at? How much we're talking? I
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: figure the advance from the next album should cover everything.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: What am I gonna say, No, Let's get him out
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: the projects so Gary can feel safe. Wow, alright y yeah?
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Oh man, what an event though, what what an epic,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: epic three night event for New Edition. I'm so glad
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: that they're finally you know, getting their just do they
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: got their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. They
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: just so deserve it, they really really do. They put
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: out some good music, some hard work. You know, they've
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: been in the game for a very long time. And
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: what was surprising to how you know, Bobby did a
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: solo thing and we all knew we we knew that
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: because you know, when Bobby Brown came on the scene
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: doing solo, we were all, I know, I was going crazy,
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: my prerogative, what humping around? What are you saying, Carla?
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: He was a king of r and b He really
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: was because and people were so mad. Remember when when
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: used to say that, and people would get mad, But
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: it was a true statement because at the time, nobody
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: was doing what Bobby was doing. Later on came Usher
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: and Genuine and all those type of artists, but Bobby
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: was kind of like the first every little he did
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: have the gumby hair cut, I wanted that. I wanted
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: that happen. I wanted I wanted that cult and then pass,
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: I wanted them pass. He really really was. It was cool. Yeah,
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: it was a great movie. You got to see Michael
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Bivns learning the business of show business and he became
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: their business guy because he realized that the manager Gary
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: was taking advantage of him, of them taking money, and
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: he wanted to learn about the business. So it wouldn't,
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: you know, keep happening. Did they go back and get broke? Yes,
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: Brooke came back and you know, did some choreography, and
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: they talked to Jimmy jam and Terry Lewis suggested that
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Michael Bivins and and uh Ralph and uh Ricky Bell
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: and I'm saying it wrong, let me go back, Ronnie Davo. Yeah,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: they suggested rate that Jimmy, Jammy Terry Lewis formed their
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: own group BBD. Yeah, and they were like, you want
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: us to do our own group? And they were like yeah,
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: and so here we are with Poison Baby. It was just,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: I mean, their legacy, you know, it's just great, their
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: musical legacy just unbelievable. Now, Tommy, over the weekend, you
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: watch the movie, and there will be a test. Okay,
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: I can take a test. Okay, I just need to
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: watch all mine at one time. There will be a
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: new edition, new edition test. I watch everything. It was
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: a new addition. I'll watch all three at one time. Okay.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: When I watched Roote, I hate all at one time.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: When you come in on Monday, I want to know
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: who played Ronnie Davoe's mother, Carla. Okay, I don't know
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: if you really Ranny mommy, I let you know mony
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: Rny mommy. All right, we gotta go to break. We'll
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: be back. You're listening to the Steve Harvey more in Chell,
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: like America don't exist over here. They got this money
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: over here. Man. Let me tell you something. If you
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: got a hundred dollars, it's like like forty nine fifty
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: or Philippine pesos. Oh wait what now every American dollar,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: it's like forty nine fifty Filipino pesos. I got some
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: more damn money. Yeah, and we're in the casino. I
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: had some money out there. I was so scared. I
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: ain't having eight dollars out there, all that money. It
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: was just eight dollars, eight dollars out there. That ball
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: was gonna ride so damn nervous man, I said, Man,
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna get robbed over here, gonna break the bank.
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: This is hot. That's funny. Man, I asked one one
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: that's bread on that time? I said, good Lord Jesus,
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: the table be so packed with money because the value
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: you put a hundred dollars out there. Man, you gotta
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: have that five. It's crazy. Man, give me scared Philippines. Maybe, yeah,
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: y'all pray for me. Man, hope, I hope. If I hit,
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: I might not even come back. Hey, how long of
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: a plane? Right? Is that seventeen? Now? Surely we'll take
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: a few more folks. Yeah, yeah, okay, let's go to
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: line four and talk to Michael out of Canada. Michael,
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: hear me. Yeah, how you doing good? How are you? Hey? Man?
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Doing great? The question Michael is, what's the best break
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: up you've ever heard or been involved here? Uh, well,
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: it didn't happen to me, but like it happened to
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: a friend of mine, and uh so, like they went
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: on a date the one day, like you know, just
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: the movies or whatever, and everything was like, you know, fine,
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: and then around like two in the morning or something
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: like that he said he got an email from her,
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: and like he was like confused because you know, they
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: just like text or called, they've never email. And she
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: said like, oh, I'm breaking up with you, and she
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: thought it was funny because apparently they'd like joke about
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: that and stuff like that. So he thought I was
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: like a joke. He played off. It's like oh yeah,
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: okay whatever. But then so he went to bed and
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: the night he woke up, or the morning he woke up,
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: he was just like blocked on everything, just like Facebook,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: like everything. He was just blocked and he had no
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: way to even talk to her. So he he just
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: didn't even know what happened or what went wrong. It's
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: a new ay st him. Yeah, social media breakup. Yeah, Michael,
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: I can't get in touch witter, She unfollowed me. Yeah
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: we were stunned. Yeah, Michael from Canada. You having social
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: media breakup story and you see pocky we'll be back.

- 1:15:38Speaker 1: We're back to everybody. Uh what is your best or
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: worst break up story you ever been involved in? Or herd?
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Who we got we've had some doozy Steve, let's go
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: to line one and talk to the artist out of
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: North Carolina, the artist who ain't born. Yeah, many listen
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: this one. I have to say. It's got to be
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: for the books out of North Carolina. Per eighty five.
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: Is this is this is partially a um you'll you'll
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: get it per eighty five. At this girl down the
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: road a piece and uh, I timed her mom's going
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: to services after she left about fifteen minutes later. Of course,
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: I'm in the house and you know, we're young. We're
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: doing what young people do. And we worked our way
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: pretty much in the living room to the front door.
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: And we're on the front door real close and oh commnacing.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: Her mom's at the other side of the door trying
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: to get in, turning the top lock. She's trying to
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: get No, I'm not moving. It's where my life come in.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: Gonna appreciate this Steve. I told her and her ear
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: to tell her mother that the door was stucker. And
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: every time her mother turned the key on the top lock,
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: when you take it out to turn the bottom lock,
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: I would lock the top lock, and she take it
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: out the top lock, I lock the bottom And the
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: whole time her mother is pushing on the door, banging
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: on the door. I'm banging on the door. Now here's
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: here's the here's the appreciation of it all. At the
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: time was spent. It's time to go. I'm a man.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: I don't go off the back door. I came in
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: the front door and go off the front door. Plus
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: you had two big giant dogs in the back her mother.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: When her mother finally went to her car and came back,
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: of course, be straightened up as best we could her
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: in her gown. As her mother forcefully pushed through the door,
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: I spun down up under her arm, spent around. Her
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: mother turned around to find me standing there looking like
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: I'm getting home, and she was like, what are you
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: doing at my door? I'm sorry, Um, darrel live here, Darrel,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: live here. Send just get away from my house. Yeah,
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: how did you get on another? Just tell me how
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: you got on the other side of do again, as
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: her mother, forcefully, thinking that the door was jammed, he
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: pushed the door open as best she could with her arms.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: When she did that, I spent up between hers and
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: the door and came around to be facing the door.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: So she here came in just like like, almost stumbled
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: in right turned around. I was standing there as if
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: I just walked up to see if Darrel lived at
