- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show, we are going to deal with a couple
- 0:02Speaker 1: of different things that deal with the budget, that deal
- 0:05Speaker 1: with the IRS spying on you, and deal with the
- 0:08Speaker 1: quality of life in this country. And we are also
- 0:10Speaker 1: going to talk about just how bad things are going
- 0:12Speaker 1: to get with our economy if Democrats are allowed to
- 0:15Speaker 1: pass this multi trillion dollar spending bill that they're working
- 0:20Speaker 1: on right now. US Center Bill Haggerty, who's been fighting this,
- 0:24Speaker 1: is going to join us in a few minutes. That
- 0:26Speaker 1: Center Bill Haggerty has said that this three point five
- 0:30Speaker 1: trillion dollar reconciliation bill, it also includes carve outs for
- 0:36Speaker 1: big tech corporations who want an unlimited use of foreign workers.
- 0:41Speaker 1: So much for putting Americans first under the Biden administration. Right, no, no, no,
- 0:46Speaker 1: we're a global economy. Now, we don't care about American systems.
- 0:49Speaker 1: We care about importing new citizens that will vote for US. Yeah,
- 0:54Speaker 1: this three point five trillion dollar bill being pushed by
- 0:57Speaker 1: Democrats includes a quote carve outvie unlimited use of foreign workers,
- 1:02Speaker 1: specifically for big tech companies. This is typical of these giants.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Massive DC lobbyists come in and this is what they do.
- 1:13Speaker 1: This is the bill that we've dug through over two thousand,
- 1:16Speaker 1: five hundred pages to be clear, and it's buried and
- 1:19Speaker 1: hidden inside the bill is this carve out for corporations.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It allows unlimited green cards for ten years. Let me
- 1:26Speaker 1: say it again, it allows unlimited green cards for big
- 1:31Speaker 1: tech for ten years. Corporations and can then bring in
- 1:35Speaker 1: foreign workers that can come to American soil where those
- 1:38Speaker 1: jobs will be held for up to a decade by
- 1:41Speaker 1: Green card holders, and it does not provide for Americans
- 1:45Speaker 1: to actually be in the job market in these industries.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Here's the other part. What a green card does is
- 1:52Speaker 1: it provides permanent resident status for the foreigners coming in.
- 1:58Speaker 1: These foreign workers typically work for less than American citizens
- 2:02Speaker 1: in terms of the same jobs. Quote. I want Americans
- 2:05Speaker 1: to be able to hold these jobs, and I want
- 2:09Speaker 1: them to be able to step up the career ladder
- 2:11Speaker 1: to improve their own lives, and not to have the
- 2:15Speaker 1: permanent pressure of foreign workers coming in who will work
- 2:17Speaker 1: more cheaply. That's not what we have in this country
- 2:22Speaker 1: throughout history. That's not what we need in this country.
- 2:24Speaker 1: That's not what it needs to happen in America. Yet
- 2:27Speaker 1: this is exactly what the Democrats have in their bill.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Because if you can give unlimited use of foreign workers
- 2:33Speaker 1: to these carve out corporations, and you can give them
- 2:36Speaker 1: green cards and they can say forever, and they can
- 2:39Speaker 1: undermine the American worker. This is amazing for the future
- 2:42Speaker 1: of the country under socialism. It's not what's best for
- 2:47Speaker 1: this country under freedom, under democracy. That's exactly why the
- 2:52Speaker 1: Democrats are doing it. Now. We're going to have an
- 2:56Speaker 1: exclusive conversation with Sender Haggarty coming up in a moment
- 2:59Speaker 1: on this, but to get to another issue real quick,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and that is what we're now finding out about the
- 3:04Speaker 1: Biden administrations IRS plan for your bank accounts. This is
- 3:08Speaker 1: extremely important what I'm about to tell you. There are
- 3:12Speaker 1: things that changed over the last couple of hours that
- 3:14Speaker 1: you need to know about. Things have changed for the
- 3:17Speaker 1: IRS to spy on you twenty four seven, three hundred
- 3:19Speaker 1: and sixty five days a year. The media is not
- 3:22Speaker 1: reporting on this. I need you to make sure that
- 3:24Speaker 1: you share this information and also share our podcasts with
- 3:28Speaker 1: all this info in it to everybody you know. So
- 3:31Speaker 1: if you're listening to this, make sure you share our
- 3:35Speaker 1: podcast that will have everything in there that you can
- 3:38Speaker 1: just say hey to your family and friends. Listen to this.
- 3:41Speaker 1: This new IRS plan would basically put each and every
- 3:44Speaker 1: American under an IRS audit indefinitely. You would also affect
- 3:49Speaker 1: working class Americans, and you would be three times more
- 3:52Speaker 1: likely to be audited than the rich elite, which they
- 3:54Speaker 1: claim this bill is actually all about, and it's not
- 3:56Speaker 1: about the rich elite. Now President Joe Biden and the
- 4:00Speaker 1: Biden administration now want the IRS to monitor the bank
- 4:02Speaker 1: accounts of every American system. You may have heard about this.
- 4:05Speaker 1: The word was it was balances over six hundred dollars
- 4:10Speaker 1: a month, transactions over six hundred dollars a month. That's
- 4:14Speaker 1: originally what we were being too old. Six hundred dollars
- 4:17Speaker 1: a month, and a bank account is easy to get
- 4:20Speaker 1: to every month. If you have a cell phone bill,
- 4:23Speaker 1: if you have rent, if you have a utility bill. Right,
- 4:26Speaker 1: six hundred dollars coming out of a bank account is
- 4:28Speaker 1: super easy to get to every month. We now been
- 4:31Speaker 1: told that is now changing from monthly to annually. That
- 4:35Speaker 1: means if you have a bank account that has transactions
- 4:37Speaker 1: to go up and down a fifty dollars a month,
- 4:39Speaker 1: you would hit the six hundred dollars annual number that
- 4:43Speaker 1: the IRS would need to then spy on you. According
- 4:47Speaker 1: to The Hill newspaper, the administration wants banking institutions to
- 4:53Speaker 1: not monthly, but to annually report to the IRS the
- 4:57Speaker 1: total deposits and withdrawals from accounts that have a balance
- 5:02Speaker 1: over six hundred dollars or bring in over six hundred
- 5:05Speaker 1: dollars annually. So if you had fifty dollars a month,
- 5:08Speaker 1: twelve months a year come in and out of your
- 5:10Speaker 1: bank account, you would hit the six hundred dollars annual amount,
- 5:15Speaker 1: which means anybody basically that has a bank account is
- 5:18Speaker 1: going to have IRS auditing them twenty four to seven.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Now they're claiming this is to catch the rich tax cheats.
- 5:27Speaker 1: That's how they're selling this. There is nobody that is
- 5:30Speaker 1: rich that's fifty dollars a month going in out of
- 5:32Speaker 1: bank account. Okay, this is about the poor, the middle class.
- 5:35Speaker 1: This is about socialism and communism and total tyranny of
- 5:39Speaker 1: a government that is spying on your every transaction. Okay,
- 5:43Speaker 1: Bill Gates has more, Jeff Bezo has more money than
- 5:47Speaker 1: fifty dollars a month going in out of the bank account.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Children have more than fifty dollars a month going in
- 5:53Speaker 1: out of their bank accounts. Usually this is not about
- 5:58Speaker 1: going after the rich. It's going about this is going
- 6:00Speaker 1: about going after you. Now they are claiming we're just
- 6:06Speaker 1: trying to find people. They're using loopholes and accounting tricks
- 6:09Speaker 1: and not, you know, reporting all of their income. That's
- 6:12Speaker 1: a lie. Who's going to get nailed the most by
- 6:17Speaker 1: this Those making less than twenty five thousand for a year,
- 6:20Speaker 1: We'll fall into this. Unbrell listens. They tend to have
- 6:22Speaker 1: irregular income, according to a new report. The proposal for
- 6:27Speaker 1: the six hundred dollar payment, according to the the Treasury Department,
- 6:30Speaker 1: would let the IRS look at the inflow and the
- 6:33Speaker 1: outflow of your bank account and compare it to your
- 6:37Speaker 1: reported income. They say it would be to target millionaires.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You should not believe them. One analysts said, you know
- 6:46Speaker 1: who also happens to have income that isn't reported, often
- 6:49Speaker 1: doesn't match what is in their bank account. People who
- 6:52Speaker 1: are poor and work in the service industry and they're
- 6:57Speaker 1: not w two workers, people like handymen, bartenders, servers, some
- 7:03Speaker 1: of the most vulnerable people in our economy, especially under COVID.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Right now, the IRS is pushing this law because it
- 7:09Speaker 1: allows them to have more power than any other government
- 7:12Speaker 1: agency to do surveillance on your life. It is, by
- 7:18Speaker 1: the way, three times, yes, three times more likely that
- 7:22Speaker 1: to audit the IRS a person making less than twenty
- 7:25Speaker 1: five thousand a year than to audit the income flows
- 7:28Speaker 1: of the richest one percent of Americans. That's a fact.
- 7:32Speaker 1: So what's behind this push for the IRS driven snooping?
- 7:37Speaker 1: The Biden administration says it will just help uncover a quote,
- 7:41Speaker 1: four hundred and sixty three billion dollars tax moneies over
- 7:45Speaker 1: the next decade that should have been collected. How they
- 7:47Speaker 1: can have that number, No one knows, didn't matter. Just
- 7:49Speaker 1: throw a number out there, right, and it sounds good.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Let's do it now, of course, in the air of
- 7:54Speaker 1: social media privacy concerns and propose vaccine passports, why not
- 7:59Speaker 1: throwing there the time a bank reporting. It's just one
- 8:01Speaker 1: more step towards what many have referred to now as
- 8:04Speaker 1: social credit scores and the government telling you where you
- 8:08Speaker 1: can and cannot spend your money. Let's talk about monitoring
- 8:12Speaker 1: your transactions for a second, So the RS would have
- 8:17Speaker 1: access to your bank account if you do more than
- 8:19Speaker 1: fifty hours a month and transactions. What if you give
- 8:23Speaker 1: a donation to a certain candidate. Does that get you audited?
- 8:27Speaker 1: What if you give money to your church, does that
- 8:30Speaker 1: give you audited? What if you give it an organization
- 8:32Speaker 1: like the NRA, does that get you audited? Now? Of course,
- 8:37Speaker 1: the Obama team that has been put together years ago
- 8:42Speaker 1: that Biden is now using yet again, they say, oh no, no,
- 8:46Speaker 1: that won't happen. Now, that's the same team that allowed
- 8:49Speaker 1: the IRS to actually go after conservative tea party groups
- 8:52Speaker 1: several years ago. You may remember that story, right when
- 8:55Speaker 1: under the Obama administration you had the IRS actually targeting
- 9:00Speaker 1: party groups to try to attack them, shut them down,
- 9:02Speaker 1: put some of them in jail. We know that for
- 9:04Speaker 1: a fact. It all came out, We all saw it.
- 9:06Speaker 1: No one was held accountable for it, but it happened. Now,
- 9:08Speaker 1: of course they would tell you that that would never happen, right,
- 9:10Speaker 1: same thing was spying on your bank acount. Oh, we
- 9:12Speaker 1: would never monitor your transactions or who you donated to,
- 9:15Speaker 1: which church you gave to, or if you gave money
- 9:18Speaker 1: to a place like the you know the opposite of
- 9:20Speaker 1: planned parenthood, like national Right to Life groups. We would
- 9:23Speaker 1: never never look at your money and then maybe audit
- 9:26Speaker 1: you because we see you're a conservative. Never, it wouldn't happen, right, sure, okay.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Quote the proposal involves no reporting, the Biden administration says,
- 9:35Speaker 1: of individual transactions of any individual. That's the Transury Secretary
- 9:39Speaker 1: Janet Yellen assured an interview with CBS News to no pushback. Quote.
- 9:43Speaker 1: If somebody reports an income of ten thousand and they
- 9:46Speaker 1: had three million go out of there checking account, that
- 9:49Speaker 1: tells the I R s an individual you should probably audit.
- 9:53Speaker 1: They say, that's why we're doing this. Come on, really,
- 9:56Speaker 1: so to believe this crap? And if this is true
- 9:58Speaker 1: what they're saying, then why not put it a million
- 10:01Speaker 1: dollars of transactions in the year two million or three
- 10:03Speaker 1: million or four million out of a bank account. That
- 10:05Speaker 1: would then red flag the IRS to audit you. Why
- 10:08Speaker 1: are you going down to fifty dollars a month? I mean,
- 10:10Speaker 1: are their children whose parents are trying to teach them
- 10:15Speaker 1: finances that have more than fifty dollurs go in and
- 10:17Speaker 1: out of a bank account a month? Why do you
- 10:20Speaker 1: put it so low? If you're trying to catch the
- 10:23Speaker 1: billionaire and millionaire tax cheats, they're not actually trying to
- 10:28Speaker 1: catch them. Folks understand that they're not trying to actually
- 10:34Speaker 1: catch them. They're trying to monitor everything you do, where
- 10:38Speaker 1: you eat, if you have a vaccine passport, and where
- 10:42Speaker 1: your money goes in your bank account. Quote identifying individual
- 10:48Speaker 1: transactions are not presumably an IRS audit on twenty five
- 10:52Speaker 1: thousand dollars per your single mother working as a waitress
- 10:55Speaker 1: will present an massive burden on that mother. That's exactly
- 11:00Speaker 1: with us about banks, by the way, are going ballistic
- 11:03Speaker 1: over the burden of that's reporting because it makes up
- 11:05Speaker 1: it's a nightmare scenario for them. But they don't care.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Right this is Congress Speaker Nanci Pelosi is just blown
- 11:12Speaker 1: that office being an anecdotal whatever point. She told reporters
- 11:19Speaker 1: this week. Yes, there are concerns that some people have,
- 11:22Speaker 1: but if you are people breaking the law and not
- 11:23Speaker 1: paying their taxes, one way to track them is through
- 11:26Speaker 1: the banking measure. I think six hundred dollars. That's a
- 11:29Speaker 1: negotiation that will go on as to what the amount is.
- 11:33Speaker 1: But it's important, she says, it's more than just the
- 11:38Speaker 1: banks that are objecting to this. Coalition of associations including
- 11:41Speaker 1: heavy industry, insurance, construction, hotels, RV dealers, and more are
- 11:45Speaker 1: now joining the Banking Association, penning a strongly worded letter
- 11:48Speaker 1: of Pelosi and House Minority Leader Ken McCarthy, saying, quote,
- 11:52Speaker 1: this proposal would create significant operational and reputational challenges for
- 11:58Speaker 1: financial institutions because people won't trust us, they won't want
- 12:01Speaker 1: to put their money with us, they won't want to
- 12:03Speaker 1: have bank accounts with US. Increased tax preparation costs for
- 12:08Speaker 1: individuals and small business owners would also skyrocket, which is unfair.
- 12:13Speaker 1: While the state of goal of this vast data collection,
- 12:15Speaker 1: and that's exactly what it is, vast data collection on you,
- 12:19Speaker 1: where you spend your money, how you spend your money,
- 12:21Speaker 1: and then we can politically harass you if you spend
- 12:23Speaker 1: your money in places we don't like. That's what this is.
- 12:25Speaker 1: This is no different than what the same people did
- 12:27Speaker 1: with Obama when they were targeting Tea Party members and
- 12:30Speaker 1: Tea Party groups. Quote. While the state of goal of
- 12:35Speaker 1: this vast data collections is to uncover tax dodging by
- 12:39Speaker 1: the wealthy, this proposal is not remotely targeted to that
- 12:43Speaker 1: purpose or that population, the banks have said in response,
- 12:47Speaker 1: and they're right. In addition to the significant privacy concerns,
- 12:51Speaker 1: it would create tremendous liability for all affected parties by
- 12:55Speaker 1: requiring the collection of financial information for nearly every American
- 13:00Speaker 1: without proper explanation of how the IRS will store, how
- 13:05Speaker 1: the IRS will protect and use this enormous trove of
- 13:10Speaker 1: personal financial information against them. Never trust the government. Privacy concerns,
- 13:19Speaker 1: by the way, your side is one of the top
- 13:20Speaker 1: reasons why individuals actually choose not to open financial bank
- 13:24Speaker 1: accounts to participate in the financial system, including retirement savings,
- 13:28Speaker 1: because they don't trust the government. House Ways and Means
- 13:35Speaker 1: Committee Chairman Richard Neil said the six hundred dollars transaction
- 13:38Speaker 1: amount for an entire year, which is fifty dollars a month,
- 13:41Speaker 1: will likely be raised. So everybody calmed down. They said, look,
- 13:45Speaker 1: we might even raise this highest ten thousand dollars. Okay,
- 13:47Speaker 1: do the math on ten thousand dollars. That's only five
- 13:49Speaker 1: hundred dollars a month. How many people have more than
- 13:52Speaker 1: five hundred dollars a month to come in or out
- 13:53Speaker 1: of their bank account? That could be two fifty two
- 13:55Speaker 1: fifty out. Bam, y'r at five hundred if you have
- 13:58Speaker 1: if you have any type of car note, or mortgage
- 14:02Speaker 1: or rent, you're already hitting five hundred dollars a month
- 14:05Speaker 1: and money coming in and out of your account. Again,
- 14:07Speaker 1: this is about targeting every American citizen, every American with
- 14:11Speaker 1: a bank account. This is not about catching the risks.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Is about a unlimited amount of power the IRS would
- 14:17Speaker 1: have to basically spy on your every transaction and you
- 14:21Speaker 1: would be under an IRS audit indefinitely. That is what
- 14:25Speaker 1: this is. Houston Rockets owner, a man that's got a
- 14:31Speaker 1: bunch of restaurants. He came out. Tillman Fatita, the owner
- 14:35Speaker 1: of the Houston Rockets and several other businesses, came out yesday,
- 14:39Speaker 1: warning during an interview this week that the Democrats passed
- 14:43Speaker 1: this tax plan on unrealized, for example, capital gains which
- 14:50Speaker 1: they would be monitoring with your bank account. He said,
- 14:52Speaker 1: it would quote destroy capitalism the United States of America.
- 14:57Speaker 1: He said. Not only do we have a supply chain
- 14:59Speaker 1: crisis currently impacting consumers and causing the poorest people the most,
- 15:04Speaker 1: he said, some major contributing factors surging inflation rates. But
- 15:07Speaker 1: he said, then if you do this with taxes, it's
- 15:09Speaker 1: game over. He said his companies alone, there were more
- 15:13Speaker 1: than four thousand openings across his businesses restaurants, and entertainment industry.
- 15:20Speaker 1: When asked about this quote supposed billionaire tax, he said
- 15:25Speaker 1: that if it passes, it will make me not build
- 15:28Speaker 1: as much because I won't have the ability to create
- 15:30Speaker 1: so many more jobs. He's right, but this isn't just
- 15:36Speaker 1: about going after him. This is about going after you
- 15:40Speaker 1: and spying on you forever and having the IRS monitor
- 15:45Speaker 1: your transactions and then quite possibly target you for where
- 15:48Speaker 1: your money goes. You want to know how crazy they've
- 15:54Speaker 1: gotten over there at the Treasury Department, Let me just
- 15:56Speaker 1: read you this headline. Biden's Treasury secretary is adding now
- 16:00Speaker 1: counselors that you're paying for to address systemic racism in
- 16:05Speaker 1: the economy. This is how woke they've gotten. President Joe
- 16:11Speaker 1: Biden's Treasury Department announce has created a new post to
- 16:14Speaker 1: combat allege racial inequities racial inequality issues in the banking
- 16:22Speaker 1: and other financial services industry, throw down the race Card.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Treasury Secretary Yelling said on Monday that a former JP
- 16:29Speaker 1: Morgan Chase executive quote is part of a multi pronged
- 16:32Speaker 1: strategy by the Biden administration to deal with systemic racism
- 16:37Speaker 1: found in many parts of our economy, and they're going
- 16:39Speaker 1: to correct it. Treasury must play a central role quote
- 16:43Speaker 1: in ensuring that our economy recovers from the pandemic. It
- 16:46Speaker 1: recovers in a way that addresses the inequalities that exist
- 16:49Speaker 1: long before anyone was infected with COVID nineteen. So now
- 16:53Speaker 1: the Treasury Department is going to be the race police
- 16:57Speaker 1: for financial transactions. Joining me now to get a real
- 17:01Speaker 1: update on this is a man that is fighting very
- 17:05Speaker 1: hard right now in Washington, DC on this budget issues.
- 17:10Speaker 1: US Center, Bill Haggardy Center. I appreciate you coming on
- 17:13Speaker 1: this morning and let's talk about where we are with
- 17:16Speaker 1: this new and it's a great way of putting it.
- 17:18Speaker 1: A woke economy. I mean, you have Biden's Treasury secretary
- 17:21Speaker 1: right now. He wants to add counselors to address quote
- 17:24Speaker 1: alleged systemic racism in the economy. This is not a joke.
- 17:27Speaker 1: This is what your tax dollars could be going to.
- 17:29Speaker 1: And they're saying, we're going to have to really come
- 17:31Speaker 1: after those that make any type of money. Do they
- 17:34Speaker 1: have the votes actually pull this off? Oh? Ben, First,
- 17:38Speaker 1: it's great to be back with you. You do such
- 17:40Speaker 1: a wonderful job of helping us illuminate for the American public.
- 17:43Speaker 1: The crazy stuff that's in this massive package. Just the
- 17:46Speaker 1: House bill alone is over twenty five hundred pages. They've
- 17:49Speaker 1: not been able to come to any agreement on how
- 17:51Speaker 1: to pay for it. It's like a searchler firing squad
- 17:53Speaker 1: within the Democrat Party. And when you talk about this
- 17:56Speaker 1: woke economy, the various provisions they're putting out to views
- 17:59Speaker 1: and misuse the tax system, the government financial regulations, all
- 18:04Speaker 1: of this to push a social agenda. There woke agenda,
- 18:08Speaker 1: you know, this notion that their systemic racism and everything
- 18:11Speaker 1: from where a highway is placed to how a bank
- 18:13Speaker 1: account is open. It's absolutely crazy. Again, they're trying to
- 18:17Speaker 1: find ways to divide America. That's how they think they
- 18:20Speaker 1: wins through division. That's not the American way though, that's
- 18:23Speaker 1: certainly not my approach to things. We need to find
- 18:26Speaker 1: things that uniteds that will keep bringing America forward as
- 18:29Speaker 1: the greatest nation in the world, the most you know,
- 18:32Speaker 1: the most incredible nation that any of us have ever seen.
- 18:37Speaker 1: The world needs strong American leadership, and what this group
- 18:39Speaker 1: is trying to do is tear us down. You know,
- 18:41Speaker 1: you look at one of the things that has gotten
- 18:43Speaker 1: some headlines, but I don't think many people truly understand
- 18:47Speaker 1: the ramifications of this idea that the IRS could spy
- 18:52Speaker 1: on your bank account. If you've got a bank account
- 18:54Speaker 1: with the last number I heard, with six hundred dollars
- 18:56Speaker 1: in it, they will be reporting that to the IRS.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I don't think a lot of people understand the ramifications
- 19:03Speaker 1: of what that means, what that would mean for so
- 19:06Speaker 1: many Americans with the IRS spying on you, explain where
- 19:09Speaker 1: we are with that provision. And so many Democrats want
- 19:12Speaker 1: this because that would give the IRS total control to
- 19:15Speaker 1: basically monitor your every financial move indefinitely. Then this is
- 19:20Speaker 1: just like something you would expect from the Chinese Communist
- 19:23Speaker 1: Party at the levels they're talking about. Whether it's six thousand,
- 19:27Speaker 1: one thousand, whatever, any person that's moving in, any person
- 19:30Speaker 1: that's moving normal amounts of money in and out of
- 19:32Speaker 1: their accounts, a paycheck or rent payment, that type of thing.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You're going to cross a six hundred dollars thor I
- 19:36Speaker 1: shold one transaction, a ten thousand dollars thor I shold
- 19:39Speaker 1: your cross pretty quickly because it's the cumulative amount of
- 19:41Speaker 1: money that you run through your account. Here's what's going
- 19:43Speaker 1: to happen You're going to see people shut down their accounts.
- 19:47Speaker 1: I've talked with community bankers across the nation. Their customers
- 19:50Speaker 1: are telling them that if this were passed, they're just
- 19:53Speaker 1: going to shut their account down. They don't want to
- 19:54Speaker 1: be monitor of the American public, does not want to
- 19:57Speaker 1: have the government snooping on them every turn. They don't
- 20:00Speaker 1: want a permanent audit underway by the irs. The RUST
- 20:03Speaker 1: is talking about hiring thousands of new agents and basically subjecting,
- 20:07Speaker 1: you know, everybody that's got a bank account to a
- 20:10Speaker 1: permanent audit status. This is not going to work. Joe
- 20:13Speaker 1: Manchin is now to old President Biden that it's a
- 20:16Speaker 1: non starter for him. This is one of their biggest
- 20:19Speaker 1: quote pay for wars. They've assumed that all Americans cheat
- 20:22Speaker 1: on their taxes, and they're gonna be able to pay
- 20:24Speaker 1: for this massive socialism by coming back and harvesting Americans
- 20:29Speaker 1: tax returns and finding new money. It's like shaking the
- 20:32Speaker 1: couch and finding coins in the in the crevices. This
- 20:36Speaker 1: is not going to get through. Um. I think it's
- 20:39Speaker 1: it's going to be had another dead un arrival plan
- 20:42Speaker 1: just as bad as this wealth tax idea. Let's talk
- 20:45Speaker 1: about the wealth tax idea real quick, because that's something
- 20:49Speaker 1: and you know, I worry when I hear things about
- 20:51Speaker 1: these as one friend referred to the banker referred it
- 20:55Speaker 1: to me this week. He goes, you know, this is
- 20:57Speaker 1: nothing more than the irs becoming the financial Gestapo. They're
- 21:01Speaker 1: going to monitor everything you do in your bank accounts.
- 21:03Speaker 1: He then mentioned the wealth tax, which you just talked
- 21:06Speaker 1: about and basically punishing people for being successful, or being wealthy,
- 21:09Speaker 1: or taking risk and building companies and investment. You'll look
- 21:14Speaker 1: at guys and when you see these big numbers like
- 21:16Speaker 1: Elon Musk has got more net wealth, they say than
- 21:18Speaker 1: nex On Mobile. Now, which to me is great. But
- 21:21Speaker 1: the guy took unbelievable risk and could have easily gone
- 21:23Speaker 1: financially bankrupt fifty times over for doing something that many
- 21:27Speaker 1: people believe was impossible for him to do. He pulled
- 21:31Speaker 1: it off. Look at how many people he employs. Now,
- 21:33Speaker 1: it's not like he's a drag on society. He is
- 21:36Speaker 1: in many ways fundamentally changed society. And yet the Democrats
- 21:41Speaker 1: still want to demonize hard work in America. Where are
- 21:43Speaker 1: we with this tax? Well, you think about who the
- 21:47Speaker 1: author is this program. It's Bernie Saunders and Elizabeth Warren
- 21:52Speaker 1: In what world did the American public elect Bernie Saunders
- 21:55Speaker 1: to be the author of their economy? And what world
- 21:58Speaker 1: could you have imagined? It declared socials who would be,
- 22:01Speaker 1: you know, destroying the American economy within nine months of
- 22:05Speaker 1: Joe Biden's arrival in office. This is not what the
- 22:09Speaker 1: American public voted for. This wealth tax that they're talking
- 22:11Speaker 1: about will be the most transformational tax that's happened since
- 22:14Speaker 1: the income tax was introduced back in nineteen thirteen. And
- 22:17Speaker 1: I'll bring you back to nineteen thirteen then, just the
- 22:19Speaker 1: pive perspective. In nineteen thirteen, the highest tax rate at
- 22:23Speaker 1: that point was going to be seven percent. That's single
- 22:26Speaker 1: digit seven percent, and that was going to be on
- 22:29Speaker 1: wealth that if you converted it to modern dollars, people
- 22:31Speaker 1: that made over fourteen million dollars. It sounds pretty similar
- 22:34Speaker 1: to what we're hearing right now. It's only going to
- 22:36Speaker 1: only going to affect the millionaires and billionaires. Well, as
- 22:39Speaker 1: soon as they get a program like this in place
- 22:41Speaker 1: and they need to pay for the next one, they'll
- 22:43Speaker 1: just start sliding that scale found further and further and
- 22:46Speaker 1: further until they hit every one of us. That's exactly
- 22:49Speaker 1: where this would go. They've got, you know, the notion
- 22:53Speaker 1: that they can transform the tax code in such a
- 22:55Speaker 1: fundamental way and get it done by this weekend when
- 22:57Speaker 1: we haven't even seen the first bit of text. It's posterous. Well,
- 23:01Speaker 1: this goes back to the most brilliant This goes back
- 23:04Speaker 1: the most brilliant political move that we've ever seen, and
- 23:07Speaker 1: that is the normalization. And it happened in real time
- 23:12Speaker 1: with Obamacare. Of quote, we won't know what's in the
- 23:14Speaker 1: bill until after we passed the bill, and when when
- 23:17Speaker 1: they were able to pull that off with Obamacare. Anything
- 23:20Speaker 1: Democrats know is revolutionizing the way that things work in DC.
- 23:26Speaker 1: And I don't say that in a complimentary way. They
- 23:29Speaker 1: basically hold the bill to the very last moment. They
- 23:32Speaker 1: dump it on the American people, They dump it on
- 23:34Speaker 1: you guys in Congress and say good luck trying to
- 23:36Speaker 1: figure this out by the time you've got to vote
- 23:38Speaker 1: on it. And that's exactly what their stragedy is with
- 23:40Speaker 1: this bill yet again. Yeah, yeah, well you saw that
- 23:44Speaker 1: with me when when I thought the so called infrastructure bill,
- 23:47Speaker 1: and you helped me get the word out on that
- 23:49Speaker 1: they dropped they dumped that on us and wanted to
- 23:52Speaker 1: vote the minute the CBO Congressional Budget Office came out
- 23:55Speaker 1: with the scoring that this so called infrastructure bill was
- 23:58Speaker 1: going to be paid for as they said. It turned
- 24:00Speaker 1: out that it was over a quarter of a trillion
- 24:02Speaker 1: dollars short. We got the information. The response of the
- 24:05Speaker 1: Democrat leadership was, let's go ahead and accelerate it and
- 24:08Speaker 1: vote it through to night without even seeing what's in it.
- 24:10Speaker 1: And I said no. I was one of a hundred,
- 24:12Speaker 1: but I stopped that bill. It was very unpleasant, made
- 24:15Speaker 1: me very unpopular, but we spent five days fighting. Then
- 24:19Speaker 1: I probably got two hours of sleep at night, and
- 24:21Speaker 1: we let the American public know what was in that bill.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I got five of my colleagues to move over and
- 24:26Speaker 1: vote with me. I wish I'd gotten more, but we
- 24:28Speaker 1: opened the American public's eyes. And now there the other
- 24:31Speaker 1: of savvy to what's happening here with this larger bill,
- 24:34Speaker 1: because that was just the front door. The Infrastructure Bill
- 24:36Speaker 1: was just the beginning of what we're seeing right now
- 24:39Speaker 1: with this much larger, quote human infrastructure Bill, which has
- 24:43Speaker 1: again nothing more than a step toward big government socialism,
- 24:46Speaker 1: A big step in that direction. What is the you know,
- 24:49Speaker 1: I know you have friends that are Democrats in the Senate.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Senate and if you've ever lived or worked in DC,
- 24:55Speaker 1: there are a lot of candid conversations that do happen
- 24:58Speaker 1: behind the scenes. When the best line that the White
- 25:02Speaker 1: House can come up with is the biggest lie that's
- 25:05Speaker 1: been told in a long time, which is trillions of
- 25:07Speaker 1: dollars in spending, Well, I won't cost you a thing.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Everybody knows it's a lie. Our Democrats even rolling their
- 25:13Speaker 1: eyes at that, are they just saying, hey, it's a
- 25:15Speaker 1: ways to mean, say whatever lie you got to say
- 25:17Speaker 1: to get this done. I think it's all about power
- 25:20Speaker 1: for them, It's about transforming America, and they believe that
- 25:24Speaker 1: if they can get something through one, it may help
- 25:27Speaker 1: him in this Virginia governor's election that they're in the
- 25:29Speaker 1: process of losing two. It arms Joe Biden with something
- 25:32Speaker 1: to take to his big time climate summit over in Europe.
- 25:35Speaker 1: He's on his way to Europe this weekend, to Glasgow,
- 25:37Speaker 1: Scotland next week. And after they embarrass themselves so finally
- 25:41Speaker 1: with Afghanistan, I mean that debacle in Afghanistan soaps that
- 25:44Speaker 1: our European Allies and NATO. Obama I mean sorry. Biden
- 25:49Speaker 1: wants to redeem his reputation with the Club in Europe
- 25:52Speaker 1: and he wants to bring over a massive climate package
- 25:55Speaker 1: to show that he's got something that he can offer them.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Despite the fact that it's going to devast data our economy,
- 26:01Speaker 1: the Europeans are gonna love it because it takes us
- 26:03Speaker 1: down the same lane that they're on towards socialism. It
- 26:05Speaker 1: weakens our economy, it makes us less competitives. Of course
- 26:08Speaker 1: they're gonna like it. There's no doubt. Last question for you,
- 26:12Speaker 1: and I want to get if view guys, do we
- 26:14Speaker 1: know how much this is going to cost us? And
- 26:17Speaker 1: what does this new role have and what power does have?
- 26:19Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's Treasury Secretary department announced it has created
- 26:23Speaker 1: this new post. I mentioned it earlier to quote combat
- 26:26Speaker 1: alleged racial inequalities and issues in banking and other financial industries.
- 26:34Speaker 1: The Treasury Secretary Yellen set on Monday that the former
- 26:39Speaker 1: JP Morgan Chase executive that she is appointed as part
- 26:42Speaker 1: of a quote, multi pronged strategy by the Biden administration
- 26:46Speaker 1: to deal with systemic racism found in many parts of
- 26:50Speaker 1: our economy. The Treasury quote must play a central role
- 26:54Speaker 1: in ensuring that our economy recovers from the pandemic. It
- 26:57Speaker 1: recovers in a way that addresses the inequality that exist
- 27:00Speaker 1: long long before that anyone was infected with COVID nineteen.
- 27:04Speaker 1: The statement reads, I don't even know what this means.
- 27:08Speaker 1: What are you going to do with the Treasury Department
- 27:13Speaker 1: working with racial equity efforts? What does this mean from
- 27:17Speaker 1: and who are they going to go after? Well, again,
- 27:21Speaker 1: this is one of these announcements by the administration that's
- 27:23Speaker 1: backed up with no facts and no game plan. Again,
- 27:27Speaker 1: this is a headline that sort of excites and serves
- 27:31Speaker 1: their woke constituency on the far far left. But how
- 27:34Speaker 1: do you implement something like this? It makes no sense.
- 27:37Speaker 1: You know, loan should be made based on the economics,
- 27:40Speaker 1: They shouldn't be made based on racial criteria. It seems
- 27:44Speaker 1: that they want to introduce racism and everything that they
- 27:46Speaker 1: do because again, that divides America, and their view is
- 27:49Speaker 1: that by dividing our nation they're going to conquer it
- 27:51Speaker 1: in some way. Chinese love that. They like to see
- 27:54Speaker 1: this happen. Our adversaries love this. But what we need
- 27:57Speaker 1: to be doing is putting capital into the economy in
- 28:00Speaker 1: an appropriate manner. Every action that they're taking is taking
- 28:04Speaker 1: actions that will actually reduce the amount of capital coming
- 28:07Speaker 1: into the economy. By raising taxes on corporations, by raising
- 28:10Speaker 1: taxes as individuals, by raising taxes on capital gains, are
- 28:13Speaker 1: going to freeze capital gains in place. People aren't going
- 28:15Speaker 1: to liquidate their investments, and they're not going to roll
- 28:17Speaker 1: them into new, more productive investments that will keep the
- 28:20Speaker 1: economy growing. They don't understand how the economy works. They
- 28:23Speaker 1: just look for headline after headline without thinking through the
- 28:26Speaker 1: second and third order effects. This is just one more
- 28:28Speaker 1: example of that. It's incredible Center. I appreciate your time.
- 28:32Speaker 1: I hope you guys are successful in stopping at least
- 28:35Speaker 1: some of this. I know that they're going to do
- 28:36Speaker 1: something big. It's the question is how much of this
- 28:39Speaker 1: can we get rid of before they pass it. You
- 28:42Speaker 1: are still a domestic terrace. That's ripe. The Attorney General
- 28:47Speaker 1: of the the United States America A. G. Garland, is refusing
- 28:52Speaker 1: to withdraw his memo, declaring that if you're a parent
- 28:56Speaker 1: that speaks out at a school board meeting, that we
- 28:59Speaker 1: will not look any differently than what could possibly be
- 29:02Speaker 1: declared as a domestic terrorist. After shocking testimony before the
- 29:08Speaker 1: United States Senate, Garland is refusing to back down. In fact,
- 29:14Speaker 1: we now know there's a new memo that tells his
- 29:18Speaker 1: prosecutors law enforcement how to come after parents, even if
- 29:23Speaker 1: you just do something as simple as making a phone
- 29:25Speaker 1: call expressing your thoughts to a school board member, that
- 29:28Speaker 1: could then turn you into a domestic terrorist. Nowaday's podcast,
- 29:35Speaker 1: we're going to have US Center Marsha Blackburn, who actually
- 29:39Speaker 1: questioned Attorney General Garland over this issue in just a moment.
- 29:44Speaker 1: But before I get to all of this shocking audio
- 29:48Speaker 1: and to the Senator, I want to ask you to
- 29:50Speaker 1: do me a favor. Please make sure number one, you
- 29:53Speaker 1: hit the subscribe button to our podcast or the auto
- 29:56Speaker 1: download button so that you can get the show every day.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Number two, please share this podcast with your family and friends,
- 30:04Speaker 1: because everyone in this country needs to know that we
- 30:09Speaker 1: now have an Attorney general a tyrant under the regime
- 30:13Speaker 1: of Biden, and under Biden's command, they are going to
- 30:17Speaker 1: come after parents for expressing their thoughts and feelings, and
- 30:22Speaker 1: they're criminalizing your freedom of speech, your freedom of expression,
- 30:27Speaker 1: and they want to treat you not want they are
- 30:29Speaker 1: treating you the same way they treated terrorists. After nine
- 30:33Speaker 1: to eleven, parents, you may be a domestic terrorists under
- 30:38Speaker 1: the new guidelines from the Attorney General Garland if you
- 30:41Speaker 1: show up or make a phone call, or organize on
- 30:43Speaker 1: Facebook against people that are trying to indoctrinate your children
- 30:48Speaker 1: in our public school systems. Earlier today, I spoke with
- 30:52Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn as she got to have a very blunt
- 30:57Speaker 1: discussion with the Attorney General Garland. I'm going to have
- 30:59Speaker 1: that for you coming up in a moment. Now, I
- 31:02Speaker 1: want to play for you some incredible audio from Senator
- 31:06Speaker 1: Ted Cruz, who actually questioned the Attorney General Garland over
- 31:11Speaker 1: the anti parent memo. A memo that turns parents into
- 31:15Speaker 1: domestic terrorists, a memo that tells prosecutors basically a dozen
- 31:20Speaker 1: plus ways to prosecute parents for being involved in their kids'
- 31:26Speaker 1: lives and for having basically, we're now criminalizing freedom of
- 31:31Speaker 1: speech and freedom of thought. Now, Center Ted Cruz a
- 31:34Speaker 1: brilliant legal mind. A lot of people think of him
- 31:36Speaker 1: more as a senator now he's I would argue a
- 31:39Speaker 1: senator second, and a brilliant political a brilliant legal mind. First,
- 31:44Speaker 1: and that's why I'm going to play this audio because
- 31:45Speaker 1: it's incredible to watch him dismantle the insanity of Garland,
- 31:49Speaker 1: the Attorney General the United States of America, and the
- 31:51Speaker 1: Biden regime who are coming after parents for just speaking
- 31:55Speaker 1: up about their kids' education. Take a listen. For eight
- 32:00Speaker 1: years under Barack Obama, the Department of Justice was politicized
- 32:05Speaker 1: and weaponized. When you came before this committee in your
- 32:09Speaker 1: confirmation hearing, you promised things would be different. I asked
- 32:12Speaker 1: you specifically, quote will you commit to this committee that,
- 32:15Speaker 1: under your leadership, the Department of Justice will not target
- 32:18Speaker 1: the political opponents of this administration. Here was your answer,
- 32:21Speaker 1: quote absolutely, It's totally inappropriate for the Department to target
- 32:26Speaker 1: any individual because of their politics or their position in
- 32:30Speaker 1: a campaign. That was your promise just a few months ago.
- 32:34Speaker 1: I'm sorry to say you have broken that promise. There
- 32:38Speaker 1: is a difference between law and politics. And General Garland,
- 32:42Speaker 1: you know the difference between law and politics. Law is
- 32:46Speaker 1: based on facts, It is impartial, It is not used
- 32:50Speaker 1: as a tool of political retribution. This memo was not law.
- 32:57Speaker 1: This memo was politics. Now Center, Ted Cruz is absolutely
- 33:04Speaker 1: right that this memo was one hundred percent a political
- 33:07Speaker 1: decision made by the Attorney General to come after parents
- 33:11Speaker 1: and attack parents, and to treat them not even equate
- 33:16Speaker 1: to actually treat them, to treat you, as a concerned
- 33:19Speaker 1: parent about your kids education as a domestic terrorists the
- 33:22Speaker 1: same way that we treated domestic terrorists after nine eleven.
- 33:26Speaker 1: That is a fact. They made a decision politically because
- 33:31Speaker 1: a powerful teachers' union decided to send out a request
- 33:37Speaker 1: to shut parents up, going, hey, we don't like these
- 33:40Speaker 1: parents getting involved here, right, Like these parents that have
- 33:43Speaker 1: kind of gotten woken up, we kind of need you
- 33:45Speaker 1: guys to shut them up. We don't we feel threatened,
- 33:50Speaker 1: right because we're all woke. We feel threatened as we
- 33:53Speaker 1: try to indoctrinate their kids, try to cover up heinous
- 33:57Speaker 1: crimes that are being committed against their kids. Two different
- 34:00Speaker 1: rapes were covered up in Loudon County, for example. You're
- 34:03Speaker 1: hilmer about that in a moment, because the school board
- 34:06Speaker 1: didn't want to let it be known that their transgender
- 34:09Speaker 1: bathroom policy allowed for a guy dressed like a chick
- 34:12Speaker 1: in a skirt to go into a bathroom and rape
- 34:15Speaker 1: two different people. They moved him actually from one school
- 34:19Speaker 1: to another school just to make it go away. And
- 34:21Speaker 1: when the kid got the second school, he did it again,
- 34:23Speaker 1: sexually assaulted another girl because they didn't want it to
- 34:28Speaker 1: make their transgendered bathroom woke rules look bad, and this
- 34:32Speaker 1: kid would make them look bad. So instead of protecting
- 34:34Speaker 1: your child, they decided then instead they would protect their
- 34:38Speaker 1: woke ideas, their ideals, whatever the hell you want to
- 34:41Speaker 1: call them. They're an anarchy, they're insanity, their psychotic nature
- 34:46Speaker 1: that they believe that they own your children, and you
- 34:50Speaker 1: have nothing you can say about your children. They own
- 34:54Speaker 1: your children, and you must shut up and you must
- 34:57Speaker 1: be silent. This goes back to exactly the big fight
- 35:01Speaker 1: that is happening right now in Virginia. What's happening in
- 35:04Speaker 1: Virginia right now is you have a fight because you
- 35:06Speaker 1: have a governor that said publicly multiple times on stage.
- 35:09Speaker 1: Parents should have no right to dictate and or tell
- 35:13Speaker 1: school boards what we should or shouldn't be teaching your kids.
- 35:15Speaker 1: You have no rights. When you drop your kids off.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Your kid is a product, a property of the state.
- 35:25Speaker 1: It's probably the best way I can describe it. Your
- 35:27Speaker 1: child becomes property of the state. And that's exactly how
- 35:33Speaker 1: they're going to treat your kid. When you drop your
- 35:36Speaker 1: kid off, you can shut up. When you drop your
- 35:39Speaker 1: kid off, you can shut up and leave us alone.
- 35:41Speaker 1: If you show up and you talk to us, we
- 35:43Speaker 1: will treat you like you're a member of ISIS or
- 35:45Speaker 1: al Qaida, and legally we will come after you. In fact,
- 35:49Speaker 1: we have a dozen plus ways. The Attorney General has
- 35:51Speaker 1: now said that we can come after you. That is
- 35:55Speaker 1: what they are doing. What if you don't shop for schoolboard,
- 36:01Speaker 1: but you make a phone call, we've criminalized that now.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Senator take Cruz talked about it in this memo. How
- 36:07Speaker 1: parents now their behavior of calling being involved is criminalized
- 36:11Speaker 1: at a federal level. On Wednesday, September twenty ninth, the
- 36:16Speaker 1: National school Board Association wrote a letter to the President
- 36:22Speaker 1: asking the President to use the Department of Justice to
- 36:25Speaker 1: target parents that were upset at critical race theory that
- 36:28Speaker 1: we're upset at mass mandates in schools, to target them
- 36:32Speaker 1: as domestic terrorists. On the face of the letter, the
- 36:35Speaker 1: letter was in repeated consultation with the White House. In
- 36:39Speaker 1: explicit political consultation with the White House that was on Wednesday,
- 36:43Speaker 1: September twenty nine. Five days later on Monday, so right
- 36:47Speaker 1: after the weekend, boom, you pop out a memo giving
- 36:52Speaker 1: them exactly what they want. Now, by the way, I
- 36:55Speaker 1: understand that in politics that happens all the time. An
- 36:58Speaker 1: important special interest wants up, sir, Yes, sir, we're gonna
- 37:02Speaker 1: listen to him. Let me ask you something, General Garland,
- 37:06Speaker 1: in the letter which you told the House of Representative
- 37:09Speaker 1: was the basis for this abusive memo targeting parents. How
- 37:14Speaker 1: many incidents are cited in that memo. I have to
- 37:20Speaker 1: look back through the memo. I can't. You don't know
- 37:22Speaker 1: how many of them were violent? Again, the general repair,
- 37:26Speaker 1: how many of them were violent? Do you know? I
- 37:28Speaker 1: don't know. You don't know, And there's a reason you
- 37:30Speaker 1: don't know, because you didn't care, and nobody in your
- 37:35Speaker 1: office cared to find out. I did a quick count
- 37:38Speaker 1: just sitting here during this hearing. I counted twenty incidents cited.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Of the twenty fifteen on their face are nonviolent. They
- 37:48Speaker 1: involved things like insults. They involve a Nazi salute. That's
- 37:51Speaker 1: one of the examples. My god, a parent did a
- 37:54Speaker 1: Nazi saluted a school board because he thought the policies
- 37:57Speaker 1: were oppressive. General Garland is doing a Nazi salute an
- 38:01Speaker 1: elected official. Is that protected by the First Amendment? Yes,
- 38:03Speaker 1: it is, Okay, fifteen of the twenty, on the face
- 38:07Speaker 1: of it, are not violent. They're not threats of violence
- 38:10Speaker 1: their parents who are unhappy. Yet miraculously, when you write
- 38:14Speaker 1: a memo, the opening line of your memo in recent months,
- 38:19Speaker 1: there has been a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation and
- 38:23Speaker 1: threats of violence. You know what, you didn't look and
- 38:26Speaker 1: nobody on your on your staff, Look, did you even
- 38:29Speaker 1: look up the twenty instances? As I testified it, the
- 38:34Speaker 1: decision to make the send a memo is born a say,
- 38:37Speaker 1: did you look up the twenty instances? I did not read?
- 38:40Speaker 1: Did anyone on your staff look them up? I don't
- 38:42Speaker 1: know the answer, but it's but of course you don't.
- 38:44Speaker 1: In general, there's a reason. Look, you started your career
- 38:47Speaker 1: as a law clerk to Justice Brennan. You've had many
- 38:51Speaker 1: law clerks during the year. During your time as a judge,
- 38:56Speaker 1: I was a clerk to Chief Justice Rank Uist. I'll
- 38:58Speaker 1: tell you what if I ad an opinion for the
- 39:01Speaker 1: Chief Justice and walked in and it said there's a
- 39:03Speaker 1: disturbing pattern of violence. Well, Ted, how do you know that, well,
- 39:06Speaker 1: I got an ambocaust brave here who claims it you
- 39:10Speaker 1: would fire a law clark who did that. You're the
- 39:13Speaker 1: Attorney General of the United States. This was not a
- 39:17Speaker 1: tweet you sent. This is a memo to the Federal
- 39:22Speaker 1: Bureau of Investigations saying, go investigate parents as domestic terrorists.
- 39:27Speaker 1: That is not what the memo says at all. Is
- 39:30Speaker 1: it what the letter says? That is not is it
- 39:33Speaker 1: what the letter says? By the way, the point take
- 39:35Speaker 1: Cruise is making here is your letter says exactly that
- 39:41Speaker 1: it didn't matter what the law says, because your letter
- 39:43Speaker 1: says something totally different. You have weaponized the United States
- 39:48Speaker 1: government to go after children, or excuse me, go after
- 39:51Speaker 1: parents of children who are just raising concerns about what
- 39:54Speaker 1: you're doing to their children, and you're treating them like
- 39:57Speaker 1: domestic terrorists. And the scary part is I'm going to
- 40:00Speaker 1: he playing this is that Garland refuses to rescind this memo,
- 40:05Speaker 1: stands behind it wholeheartedly that any parent that gets out
- 40:09Speaker 1: of line or raises their voice, you will be treated
- 40:13Speaker 1: quite possibly the domestic terrorists and arrested. And we have
- 40:16Speaker 1: a playbook of how to arrest you. We have a
- 40:18Speaker 1: list of things we can charge you with. Senator Cruz
- 40:22Speaker 1: and the point that he is making with his conversation
- 40:28Speaker 1: with the Attorney General United States America, Garland, is none
- 40:30Speaker 1: of what you have done attacking parents and treating them
- 40:35Speaker 1: like domestic terrorists when in fact they're not, They're just
- 40:37Speaker 1: concerned parents. Is raising their voices to those that are
- 40:41Speaker 1: trying to destroy their kids' lives is based in law.
- 40:46Speaker 1: And you're the Attorney General of the United States of
- 40:48Speaker 1: America and you write an anti parent memo because you
- 40:52Speaker 1: believe that the parents have no rights their children. The
- 40:55Speaker 1: state owns those children and gets to indoctrinate those children.
- 40:59Speaker 1: And that is not all. That is propaganda. That is politics.
- 41:04Speaker 1: And by the way, I think Garland knows that that's
- 41:06Speaker 1: exactly right. You're the Attorney General of the United States.
- 41:10Speaker 1: This was not a tweet you sent. This is a
- 41:14Speaker 1: memo to the Federal Bureau of Investigations saying, go investigate
- 41:20Speaker 1: parents as domestic terrorists. That is not what the memo
- 41:23Speaker 1: says at all. Is it what the letter says? That
- 41:26Speaker 1: is not what is it what the letter says. I
- 41:29Speaker 1: don't care what the letter says. You don't care. You
- 41:31Speaker 1: said it was the basis of your memo. You testified
- 41:33Speaker 1: under oath before the House of Representatives. The letter was
- 41:36Speaker 1: the basis of your memo. Now you don't care about
- 41:37Speaker 1: the letter. The letter and public reports of violence and
- 41:41Speaker 1: threats of violence. My memo says nothing about domestic terrorism,
- 41:45Speaker 1: says nothing about parents committing any such things. My memo
- 41:49Speaker 1: is an attempt to get an assessment of whether there
- 41:51Speaker 1: is a problem out there that the federal government needs
- 41:54Speaker 1: to The letter, on its face says the actions of
- 41:58Speaker 1: the apparents could be the equivalent to a form of
- 42:00Speaker 1: domestic terrorism that is wrong, and asks the President to
- 42:03Speaker 1: use the Patriot Act in regards to domestic terrorism erected
- 42:07Speaker 1: at parents. This was the basis of your memo. The
- 42:12Speaker 1: Department of Justice, when you're directing the FBI to engage
- 42:16Speaker 1: in law enforcement, you're not behaving as a political operative
- 42:22Speaker 1: because a political ally of the president says, hey, go
- 42:25Speaker 1: attack these parents because we don't like what they're saying.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Department of Justice, you did no independent research on what
- 42:32Speaker 1: was happening? Did you? The memo has nothing to do
- 42:37Speaker 1: with part. Did you do independent research the memo? Did
- 42:39Speaker 1: you do independent research? Memo has nothing to do. You're
- 42:41Speaker 1: not answering that questions. You've testified you know nothing about
- 42:48Speaker 1: the violent sexual assault that happened in Loudon County, even
- 42:50Speaker 1: though it's one of the bases in this letter. I
- 42:53Speaker 1: read about it since then. By the way, the point
- 42:56Speaker 1: you're about to hear is so important. This goes back
- 42:59Speaker 1: to the parents and the school board. You have a
- 43:02Speaker 1: school board in Loudon County, as I mentioned earlier, that
- 43:05Speaker 1: covered up the rape of a student because it would
- 43:08Speaker 1: go it would hurt their transgender policy because it's a
- 43:12Speaker 1: dude wearing a skirt that when the girl's bathroom and
- 43:15Speaker 1: rape not one, but now we know two different girls.
- 43:17Speaker 1: And instead of actually and by the way, the kid
- 43:19Speaker 1: has been found guilty of one of those crimes, they
- 43:24Speaker 1: covered it up, moved in to another school, covered it up,
- 43:30Speaker 1: and just moved him down the road. It's like the
- 43:32Speaker 1: Catholic church where they would do with a priest that
- 43:34Speaker 1: were molesting children, just move them to another church. Right,
- 43:37Speaker 1: who cares? We don't want to admit that we have
- 43:40Speaker 1: a problem, so let's just cover it up. That's the
- 43:45Speaker 1: easiest way to deal with this, Just flat out cover
- 43:48Speaker 1: it up. It's exactly why I Senator Tom Cotton said
- 43:53Speaker 1: that the ag should resign. Yeah, he actually said he
- 43:57Speaker 1: should resign over what he has done because it's such
- 44:00Speaker 1: a disgrace. You guys have weaponized the Department of Justice.
- 44:08Speaker 1: You have politicized it to the point where now you're
- 44:11Speaker 1: treating parents like domestic tears. And you have parents. All
- 44:15Speaker 1: they're doing is standing up for their children. That's it,
- 44:21Speaker 1: that's all you're doing. Let me tell you what the
- 44:24Speaker 1: judge found in the Loudon County case before I get
- 44:27Speaker 1: back to this audio real quick. The judge isn't announced
- 44:31Speaker 1: an explosive Loudon County school bathroom ruling finding this fifteen
- 44:34Speaker 1: year old boy guilty of sexual assault in the girl's bathroom,
- 44:38Speaker 1: and the school covered it up. And then the father
- 44:41Speaker 1: who lost his mind when the school board covered up,
- 44:44Speaker 1: was arrested and treated like a domestic terrorist. Don't forget
- 44:47Speaker 1: that part of this story. Okay. The father went to
- 44:50Speaker 1: the school board, the school board lied, he got angry,
- 44:53Speaker 1: he started yelling, They slammed him the floor, arrested him
- 44:57Speaker 1: and took him out of the school board meeting and
- 44:59Speaker 1: treating to him like a domestic terrorist because he was
- 45:04Speaker 1: mad that a school board covered up the fact that
- 45:06Speaker 1: a fifteen year old boy who has now been found guilty,
- 45:09Speaker 1: So this is enough for interpretation. It's a fact now
- 45:11Speaker 1: the fifteen year old boy has been found guilty of
- 45:13Speaker 1: sexual assault in the girls' bathroom of the man's daughter.
- 45:18Speaker 1: The ruling comes into the controversial of transgender school bathroom
- 45:21Speaker 1: accommodations in Loudon County Woke, Virginia, because the bathroom Woke
- 45:28Speaker 1: agenda for transgender accommodations was more important than actually protecting
- 45:33Speaker 1: a child from being raped by a dude wearing a
- 45:36Speaker 1: skirt in a bathroom in the girl's bathroom. The charge
- 45:41Speaker 1: include one felony account of fortunabal sad to me in
- 45:43Speaker 1: one felony account of rape. The judge Pamela Brooks rolled
- 45:47Speaker 1: I found the fact sufficient to support the charges. The
- 45:50Speaker 1: victim said the two were quote just friends and said
- 45:52Speaker 1: she never gave permission or consent for the encounter. And
- 45:55Speaker 1: this is exactly what the school board covered up because
- 45:58Speaker 1: they couldn't stand end press that would make them look
- 46:02Speaker 1: like idiots, that would show them that allowing dudes into
- 46:05Speaker 1: chick's bathrooms was a bad idea. The boy, who was
- 46:09Speaker 1: fourteen years old at the time, text the victim master
- 46:11Speaker 1: and meet him in the girl's bathroom. He threw her
- 46:13Speaker 1: to the four forced himself upon her. According the Washington Post,
- 46:16Speaker 1: he flipped me over. She said, I was on the
- 46:19Speaker 1: ground and couldn't move, and he sexually assaulted me. But hey,
- 46:24Speaker 1: Virginia Department of Education says it's trans enter policies required
- 46:27Speaker 1: that quote access to facilities such as restrooms and locker
- 46:31Speaker 1: rooms that correspond to his student's gender identity shall be
- 46:35Speaker 1: available to all students, and Louden Kenney said, absolutely, We're
- 46:38Speaker 1: going to do it because we think this is great.
- 46:41Speaker 1: We think this is great. Listen to the lack of
- 46:45Speaker 1: compassion that Garland has for the girl. The girls I
- 46:49Speaker 1: should say that were raped. Hey, you told the house
- 46:53Speaker 1: last week you know nothing about it? Not no at
- 46:55Speaker 1: the time. Now, okay. This week, the court concluded that
- 47:00Speaker 1: a fourteen year old girl was violently raped by a
- 47:04Speaker 1: boy wearing a skirt in the girl's restroom. The school
- 47:07Speaker 1: district covered it up, release the boy sent him to
- 47:11Speaker 1: another school where he violently raped another girl. The father
- 47:17Speaker 1: who mister Holly just showed you was the father of
- 47:20Speaker 1: the first girl. He was understandably, do you understand why
- 47:24Speaker 1: a parent would be upset when your daughter is raped
- 47:27Speaker 1: at school, the school board covers it up and then
- 47:30Speaker 1: lies to you and claims there have been no assaults.
- 47:33Speaker 1: We have no instances of assaults in our bathroom, and
- 47:37Speaker 1: that was a flat out lie, as the court concluded
- 47:39Speaker 1: this week, do you understand why the parent would be upset? Absolutely?
- 47:42Speaker 1: And is any expressions of upset are completely protected by
- 47:46Speaker 1: the first Except you just called him a domestic terror.
- 47:48Speaker 1: Never called him that. That's not this letter calls him
- 47:51Speaker 1: a domestic terrorist. You based a direction to the FBI,
- 47:55Speaker 1: an official direction from the Attorney General on this letter.
- 47:58Speaker 1: And I'll tell you what. The The NSBA is so
- 48:01Speaker 1: embarrassed to this letter. They've apologized for it and retracted it.
- 48:05Speaker 1: But you don't apparently have the same willingness to apologize
- 48:09Speaker 1: and retract what you did. Let me ask you something else.
- 48:11Speaker 1: A big part of this letter is that they're upset
- 48:14Speaker 1: about parents not wanting critical race theory taught. But by
- 48:18Speaker 1: the way, let me let me jump back in here,
- 48:19Speaker 1: because I want to go back to this father that
- 48:22Speaker 1: was arrested, because I think it's really important for you
- 48:24Speaker 1: to understand the father. Now you heard Centator Ted Cruze
- 48:28Speaker 1: just mentioned his colleague, Senator Holly, had had said something
- 48:32Speaker 1: moments before about this father. He brings out the picture
- 48:36Speaker 1: of his father being slammed to the four, his clothes
- 48:39Speaker 1: being ripped, and police officers treating him like a domestic terrorist.
- 48:46Speaker 1: And Holly's point is, you think this guy should be arrested.
- 48:49Speaker 1: You have a schoolboard that cover up the rape of
- 48:51Speaker 1: his daughter, and then that school, that same boy who
- 48:54Speaker 1: was dressed like a girl went to another school and
- 48:56Speaker 1: did it again. And you don't think that guy's can
- 48:58Speaker 1: raise his voice at you and be angry when you're
- 48:59Speaker 1: covering it, and then you arrest him and treat him
- 49:01Speaker 1: like a terrorist. Listen to this back and forth to
- 49:03Speaker 1: the Attorney General. Mister Chairman, Attorney General Garland, October fourth,
- 49:08Speaker 1: you issued an unprecedented memo that involves the Department of
- 49:11Speaker 1: Justice and the FBI and local school district's local school boards.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Nothing like it in our country's history. It was based
- 49:18Speaker 1: you've testified on this letter from the National school Board
- 49:21Speaker 1: Association that we now know the White House was involved
- 49:23Speaker 1: in writing. They've retracted the letter, They've apologized for the letter.
- 49:27Speaker 1: They say they regret the letter but you won't retract
- 49:30Speaker 1: the memo and said earlier that you have no regrets,
- 49:33Speaker 1: and you've defended yourself repeatedly today before this committee by sing, well,
- 49:36Speaker 1: you're focused on violence. But now, of course we've seen
- 49:39Speaker 1: the memo from your own Justice Department advising state and
- 49:43Speaker 1: local and other prosecutors about all of the different federal
- 49:47Speaker 1: causes of action that they can bring against parents that
- 49:52Speaker 1: are not about violence. They're about harassment and intimidation. I'm
- 49:55Speaker 1: looking here at this memo. It identifies no fewer than
- 49:59Speaker 1: third teen possible federal crimes involving harassment and intimidation, including
- 50:07Speaker 1: making annoying phone calls. Do you think a parent, by
- 50:12Speaker 1: the way, just thinking about that, they give it thirteen
- 50:15Speaker 1: different things you can do to come after parents, including
- 50:17Speaker 1: making annoying phone calls. So if you're this dad, your
- 50:20Speaker 1: daughter's raped, you find out, they release the kid, don't
- 50:23Speaker 1: charge the kid, and cover it up, and you make
- 50:25Speaker 1: a phone call and you're angry with a school board member,
- 50:28Speaker 1: should that mean that you are domestic terrorists? Think about that.
- 50:32Speaker 1: If you're a parent who makes a phone call to
- 50:35Speaker 1: a school board member that she has elected, that that
- 50:38Speaker 1: school board member deems annoying to be prosecuted, General Girland, No,
- 50:41Speaker 1: I don't, And the Supreme Court has made quite clear
- 50:44Speaker 1: that the word intimidation with respect to the Constitutional protection,
- 50:48Speaker 1: it's one that directs a threat to a person with
- 50:51Speaker 1: the intent of placing the victim in fear of bodily
- 50:54Speaker 1: harm or death. Prosecutors who investigate these cases know the
- 50:59Speaker 1: Supreme Court this is a very famous case. Prosecutors do,
- 51:03Speaker 1: but parents don't. General Garland, do you do you think
- 51:06Speaker 1: that a parent who looks at the thirteen different federal
- 51:10Speaker 1: crimes that your Justice Department has identified they might be
- 51:14Speaker 1: subject to and prosecuted for, like making annoying phone calls?
- 51:18Speaker 1: Do you think that they're going to feel that they're
- 51:20Speaker 1: welcome to speak up at a school board meeting. How
- 51:21Speaker 1: about this one? They could be prosecuted for using the Internet.
- 51:25Speaker 1: I guess that would be Facebook in a way that
- 51:27Speaker 1: might cause emotional distress. Let's talk about the emotional discress
- 51:30Speaker 1: that Holly is mentioning right here. What the center Holly
- 51:34Speaker 1: is saying is, if you're a parent and you organize
- 51:36Speaker 1: a Facebook group page, or even just a post on
- 51:38Speaker 1: your own page to get parents to show up or
- 51:41Speaker 1: make phone calls, or to come to a school board meeting,
- 51:43Speaker 1: or to start emailing and texting and calling a school
- 51:46Speaker 1: board member that's gone rogue, or there's covering up a
- 51:49Speaker 1: sexual assault. You will be treated like a domestic terrorist.
- 51:52Speaker 1: In fact, the Attorney General put down a memo saying,
- 51:54Speaker 1: here's thirteen ways to shut these parents up. Here's thirteen
- 51:57Speaker 1: ways to turn these parents into mastic terrorists to a victim,
- 52:02Speaker 1: is that is that a crime of violence? Senator, I
- 52:04Speaker 1: haven't seen the memo that you're why haven't out and
- 52:07Speaker 1: I don't And even from the description, it doesn't sound
- 52:10Speaker 1: like it was addressed to parents. But if you know,
- 52:13Speaker 1: it wasn't addressed to parents, it was addresed a prosecutors.
- 52:15Speaker 1: That's the problem. Why haven't you seen the memo? I know?
- 52:19Speaker 1: That's how dumb Garland all of a sudden, is right.
- 52:21Speaker 1: I didn't write the memo. This is the memo going
- 52:24Speaker 1: out to all of his prosecutors all over the country saying,
- 52:27Speaker 1: here is the list of things that you can do
- 52:30Speaker 1: to prosecute parents. Here's the ways of prosecutem here's what
- 52:35Speaker 1: you charge them with federal crimes over and Garland's like,
- 52:37Speaker 1: I hadn't seen the memo. Really, I don't know why
- 52:40Speaker 1: I haven't. I don't look at every I have. I
- 52:42Speaker 1: do not get every memo that every US attorney sends out.
- 52:46Speaker 1: But if you're wait, wait, don't don't, I don't. I
- 52:48Speaker 1: just want to be sure I understand this. This This
- 52:50Speaker 1: is a memorandum that collects thirteen different federal crimes parents
- 52:54Speaker 1: could be charged with. It has United States Department of
- 52:59Speaker 1: Justice on the top of it, and you're telling me
- 53:01Speaker 1: you haven't seen it was a memo from Senator, the
- 53:04Speaker 1: United States Department of Justice, United States Attorney for the
- 53:07Speaker 1: District of Montana. I have not seen a memo from
- 53:09Speaker 1: the District of Montana. Not high enough priority for you,
- 53:13Speaker 1: That's not the question. I don't it is the question.
- 53:15Speaker 1: Answer my question. Is it not a high enough priority
- 53:17Speaker 1: for you? When you're threatening parents with thirteen different federal crimes?
- 53:22Speaker 1: These aren't crimes of violence. You've testified today, you're focused
- 53:26Speaker 1: on violence. That's not what your US attorneys they work
- 53:29Speaker 1: for you. That's not what they're saying. You haven't seen
- 53:32Speaker 1: it because it's not a high enough priority or what
- 53:34Speaker 1: question of priority? No one has sent me that memo,
- 53:36Speaker 1: so I haven't seen it. What do you mean no
- 53:38Speaker 1: one has sent you the memo. You run the United
- 53:39Speaker 1: States Department of Justice, do you not? Or one hundred
- 53:42Speaker 1: and fifteen thousand employees of the Department of Justice. Indeed,
- 53:46Speaker 1: and you are in charge of every one of them.
- 53:48Speaker 1: And this was a sufficiently important case that you issued
- 53:51Speaker 1: a memo. You over your signature, issued a memo involving
- 53:56Speaker 1: the FBI and the Department of Justice in local school boards,
- 54:00Speaker 1: local school districts. Your US attorneys are now threatening prosecution
- 54:04Speaker 1: with thirteen different crimes. But it's not a high enough
- 54:07Speaker 1: priority for you. We got lost in the mix. I'll
- 54:10Speaker 1: send again. I've never seen that memo. That's what concerns me.
- 54:14Speaker 1: General Garland, Well, it wasn't sent to me. I hope
- 54:17Speaker 1: you will assure your constituents that what we are concerned
- 54:19Speaker 1: about here is violence and threats of violence. I don't
- 54:23Speaker 1: believe him, by the way. I don't believe him at all.
- 54:26Speaker 1: I think it's what he's concerned with is shutting up,
- 54:29Speaker 1: in silencing parents who are actually standing up at school
- 54:32Speaker 1: board meetings, and doing it to the point where he says,
- 54:34Speaker 1: we're going to treat you like a tearst and you
- 54:35Speaker 1: may go to prison, and you may not see your
- 54:37Speaker 1: kids for years. We will throw away the key because
- 54:40Speaker 1: you spoke up at a meeting. US Senator Marsha Blackburne
- 54:45Speaker 1: is with me now to talk about this. Senator, I
- 54:47Speaker 1: want to play something else real quick and get your
- 54:50Speaker 1: reaction to it, because one of your colleagues, Senator Holly
- 54:53Speaker 1: Press eg on a dad being arrested a school board meeting.
- 54:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna play a little clip of this, and I
- 54:57Speaker 1: want to get your reaction because it's shocking to me
- 55:00Speaker 1: and it shows you just how I would argue evil.
- 55:03Speaker 1: The Attorney General his minions and the Biden administration is
- 55:06Speaker 1: attacking parents. Listen to this. Prosecutors do, but but parents don't.
- 55:11Speaker 1: General Garland, do you do you think that a parent
- 55:13Speaker 1: who looks at the thirteen different federal crimes that your
- 55:17Speaker 1: Justice Department has identified they might be subject to and
- 55:21Speaker 1: prosecuted for, like making annoying phone calls? Do you think
- 55:24Speaker 1: that they're going to feel that they're welcome to speak
- 55:26Speaker 1: up at a school board meeting? How about this one?
- 55:29Speaker 1: They could be prosecuted for using the Internet. I guess
- 55:31Speaker 1: that would be Facebook in a way that might cause
- 55:34Speaker 1: emotional distress to a victim. Is that a crime of violence? Sat, Senator,
- 55:39Speaker 1: you hear about these thirteen things that were laid out.
- 55:42Speaker 1: It's shocking now that if a parent organizes a group
- 55:46Speaker 1: of parents, which is how everybody seems to organize things
- 55:49Speaker 1: now at a grassroots level on Facebook, on social media,
- 55:52Speaker 1: that that could be used against him as a federal crime,
- 55:54Speaker 1: and you could be charged with federal crimes that would
- 55:57Speaker 1: make you a felon, put you in prison for organized
- 56:00Speaker 1: to show up at a school board meeting. And the
- 56:03Speaker 1: Attorney General acted like he didn't know this memo existed,
- 56:06Speaker 1: which is under his command. It was astanding the lack
- 56:11Speaker 1: of awareness and knowledge, and you have to realize, Ben
- 56:15Speaker 1: he seemed confused, he seemed frustrated, He was unprepared. He
- 56:21Speaker 1: seemed as if he was very distance from the activities
- 56:26Speaker 1: of his office. More that he is the figurehead and
- 56:29Speaker 1: he is not a leader. And it was very apparent
- 56:34Speaker 1: in that hearing yesterday. And I pressed him on who
- 56:39Speaker 1: wrote this memo and he would not answer me. Senator
- 56:43Speaker 1: Cruz followed me who wrote the memo? He would not
- 56:47Speaker 1: answer the Senator. I mean it went on and on
- 56:50Speaker 1: and on, because he said, well, he signed the memos
- 56:55Speaker 1: and then we went at him about the turnaround in time.
- 56:59Speaker 1: But back in August forty four of my Republican Senate
- 57:04Speaker 1: colleagues joined them on a letter to General Garland about
- 57:10Speaker 1: the Durham investigation to ask for a status update and
- 57:17Speaker 1: if they were going to make the reports public, and
- 57:20Speaker 1: we've never received an answer. But after we wrote it,
- 57:25Speaker 1: then they went on with the indictments and kind of
- 57:29Speaker 1: got the ball ruggling. But see it has been since August.
- 57:33Speaker 1: We are more than sixty days since we since that letter,
- 57:38Speaker 1: and now in four days they turned around this request
- 57:44Speaker 1: of a special interest group to the White House. We
- 57:48Speaker 1: know they had worked together on this, but we do
- 57:52Speaker 1: not know if someone in the White House wrote this letter,
- 57:56Speaker 1: this memo, if we SA Monico wrote it, if the
- 58:01Speaker 1: Scupta wrote it. We don't know who wrote the memo.
- 58:06Speaker 1: But we know that Merrick Garland signed a memo. And
- 58:10Speaker 1: you know he had said it first in the hearing,
- 58:14Speaker 1: and this was one of the big contradictions. He said
- 58:19Speaker 1: that he had done the memo based on the school
- 58:22Speaker 1: board letter. But then in response to my question when
- 58:27Speaker 1: I asked him later, I was further down to you.
- 58:30Speaker 1: So I came in and I said, we want to
- 58:33Speaker 1: know who wrote this memo and if in this memo
- 58:38Speaker 1: you are indeed calling people parents to be domestic terrorist,
- 58:45Speaker 1: labeling them as such. And he said, well, he did
- 58:48Speaker 1: it from the memo and and news report, so then
- 58:54Speaker 1: he wouldn't identify what news reports. And that's the part
- 58:59Speaker 1: is it's like, okay, so you're making policy, and just
- 59:01Speaker 1: so people understand how quickly this happened and how insane
- 59:05Speaker 1: this story is, because I've never seen the DOJ work
- 59:09Speaker 1: this way. You literally have a memo that comes out
- 59:12Speaker 1: from from a teacher's union saying, we want you to
- 59:15Speaker 1: stop these parents from getting involved, and we need you
- 59:17Speaker 1: to start treating them like domestic terrorists, and we want
- 59:19Speaker 1: you to use literally the laws that we use Patriot Act,
- 59:22Speaker 1: et cetera, that we use after nine to eleven to
- 59:25Speaker 1: target actual terrorists that were connected to al Qaeda, to
- 59:29Speaker 1: then go after parents. And then within days, basically within hours,
- 59:35Speaker 1: you have the DOJ rolling out a policy and then
- 59:39Speaker 1: a new memo says, here's thirteen ways you can basically
- 59:41Speaker 1: lock parents up. That's right, And that was the US
- 59:45Speaker 1: Attorney's memo that was the follow on. So you know
- 59:50Speaker 1: what we did was to make this point to them,
- 59:54Speaker 1: to him that we wanted to see what these news
- 59:57Speaker 1: reports are. So I said, well, why don't you do this.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: You go back, you compile it, and you send it
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: to me in writing, so that we have this for
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: the record, so we can see what you were looking at.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: That was so egregious that within four days, four days,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: you do this memo. The other thing then Mary Garland
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: led the prosecution of Terry Nichols and Timothy McVey in
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: the Oklahoma City bombings. So I asked him if he
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: would classify parents in the same vein as Timothy McVeigh
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: and Terry Nichols, and he was like, oh, my goodness, no, no, no,
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Well what had happened with Oklahoma City was they classified
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: them as domestic terrorist. That NSVA memo talked about domestic
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: terrorist in regard to people that are And I asked
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: about this language practice seeing harassment, intimidation and fear of violence.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: Now you can't sign onto a memo that is done
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: in response to a letter and a complaint from a
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: special interest group that uses the domestic harrist activity term
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: and not be in agreement with that, And of course
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: then he's denying it because they say, well, the memo
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: did not use the word domestic terrorists. Wink, wink, nod nod.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: You know, I remember after nine eleven, and you remember
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: US Attorney General John Ashcroft. John Ashcroft, who was dealing
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: with the worst haristack in US history, wasn't throwing around
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: memos as quickly when we were literally under attack from
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: al Qaeda as quickly as Garland was at parents because
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: of the Teachers Union in special interest groups saying decide
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: that they are we're going to treat them like terrorists
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: and tell me how to prosecute them, and send it
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: out a memo telling people how to prosecute them because
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: they decide to organize on Facebook. Even after nine to eleven,
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: you didn't see this type of reckless And if there
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: was any time that I would argue have reckless behavior
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: in a sense a paranoid, a freak out moment of
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: send out a memo, send out a memo, send out
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: a memo about these domestic terrorists in America, it would
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: have been after nine to eleven, And even the Attorney
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: General John Ascoff at the time didn't do it as
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: quickly as this guy is doing against parents going to
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: school board meetings. Well, you're right about that, and it
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: is a term that is a specific term. And to
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: a quite parent who are going to petition their government,
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: which is their right to exercise their free speech, which
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: is their right to hold accountable, they're elected officials, which
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: is their right. All of this is it's just hard
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: to even believe. I have never in my life seems
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: something like this, And wherever I go in our wonderful
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: state been this is one of the first things that
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: people talk about. How dare the DOJ try to have
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: parents that go to a school board to ask about
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: mask mandates, vaccine mandates, curriculum sixteen nineteen CRT, pornography in
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: the middle school library, and safety of children in school.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: And now we're finding out not one but two rapes,
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: two have been covered up by school boards. And look
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: at the latest story center, look at the latest story.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: And this is an example of what could happen to
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: a parent very quickly. You have a high school student
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: that's just broke this morning, that gave and I'm quoting
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: lap dances to staff, including the principle for the school's
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: man pageant. There's now an investigation underway because parents have organized, right,
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: and a student that was dressed in very little clothing
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: gave lap dances as staff members, including the principle at
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: a Kentucky public high school, while girls dressed as Hooters
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: waitresses during homecoming week activities Tuesday. This has all been
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: reported by the local news. The paper added that quote
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: an investigations underway to figure out what went down as
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: part of the Hazard High schools man pageant and costume day.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: The paper said, parents organized. So my question for you
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: centers this, if parents organized against this school right for
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: allowing this happen, go to the school board and lose
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: their minds, or make phone calls to their school rep
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: presenters or the principal or the school itself, are they
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: going to be treated like domesitarists? Based on what I
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: understand from Garland yesterday, and you're questioning of him at
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: this point his memo, which has not been retracted, these
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: parents could still be prosecuted under more than a dozen
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: different ways as some sort of threat to society for
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: being angry that students were giving lap dance as a
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: staff and the principle of a school. That's right, And
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: you know I asked him several other committee members to
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: ask him if he planned to retract a memo because
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: the NSBA had come at their staff and the board
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: had retracted their memo to the White House. And he says, no,
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: they're not going to do it. But Ben, bear in mind,
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: what are they trying to do. They won't government control
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: of your kids, they're doing it through this memo. They
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: won't government control of your healthcare, which is this vaccine.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: They want government control of your checking account and your income,
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: which they're doing through the taxes, prepaying taxes on money
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: you haven't made, and they're also doing it through surveilling
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: your checking account. It is cradle to grave, daylight to dark.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: This is a bunch of socialists. They thought they were
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: going to radically transform this country for when Barack Obama
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: was president, and thank god we got Donald Trump and
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: they didn't get a third term of Barack Obama with
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. But now they are held bent on doing this.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: They don't give a ripping flip about your children, about
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: your life, about your job. Anything. Once they want is
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: a socialist nation with them in control. And you're going
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: to be the asn't send the peons to give them
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: the lifestyle they want. At your expense. Last question, and
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: I'm going to switch gears here, but it's an important one.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: There was a question asked the Attorney General from you
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: guys yesterday about doctor Fauci and is he being investigated
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: for lying to Congress? How did he answer that question? Well,
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: he is an uninvestigating doctor Fauci because he doesn't think
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: he lied to Congress. But there are plenty of us
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: who are looking at different components of what Fausci has done.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: And of course I have been calling for a WU
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: on lab investigations in today one and I was joined
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: Ron Johnson and some other Rand Paul have joined me
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: in this call. Secretary Pompeo tried to do this. You
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: had career, career, your crats over as a state department
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: that blocked it. But you know what, the layers are
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: pealing back on this smelly onion. And what we're going
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: to do is continue to push. I think people have
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: about had it. They finally realize that what they got
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: with Joe Biden is not what they thought they were
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: going to get with Joe Biden. And people are very
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: fearful of what is happening to this country and how
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: quickly they are trying to from the inside overthrow this government. Senator,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: I really appreciate you coming on, and I'll say this
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: again to everybody listening. I have been warning you as
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: parents for days now, not just days, weeks, months, that
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: you better start getting involved in the public schools in
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: your area. Whether your kids go to those public schools
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: or not, whether your grandkids go to those public schools
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: or not, whether you have kids or not, you are
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: paying for people to politically and die doctrinate these children
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: and fundamentally change the communities that you live in. And
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: you better hurry up, and you better get involved, because
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: these school boards are now fighting back. Now. I'm gonna
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: ask for your help today to make sure that as
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: many people as possible hear what we're going to give you.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: We are going to go from the West coast to
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: the East coast, including a president of a school board
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: that actually said to a parent after they spoke out
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: about critical race theory and mass mandates FU and the
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: media is not covering it. I'm gonna play that for
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: you in a minute, but please right now make sure
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: that you share this podcast with your family, friends. If
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: you're listening for the first time, make sure you hit
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: that auto download button so you get the show every
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: day it's free, or subscribe button, whatever they call it, wherever,
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: whatever app you're listening to us on right now, so
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: that you'll get tomorrow's show as well. Now, Terry mccauliffe
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: is a great example of what happens when you allow
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: leaders to totally get out of hand. You look at
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: what he had to say about parents. He's made it
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: clear schools, no, parents shouldn't have a say so in
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: the schools. He's now trying to say he never said it.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: We know he said it. He said it over and
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: over and over and over and over again. We know
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: that he said that parents should have no say so
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: in their kids' lives. This is a guy that constantly
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: smears the parents of an entire state, saying, shut up,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: sit down, and we will be in charge of a
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: document in your kids. I am sick of them talking
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: about these issues of critical race theory. We do not
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: teach critical race theory here in Virginia. It has never
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: been taught. It is a racist dog whistle. It is
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: pitying parents against parents, parents against teachers, and they're using
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: our children as political bonds. And it has got to stop. Now,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: that's a lie. They are teaching critical race theory in
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: Virginia and it's been proven that he's lying. Terry mccauliffe
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: went on TV started talking about these parents concerns and
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: these concerned parents are actually racists. But you know this
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: is junk and trying to stirrupt this critical race theory,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: which I'll be honest with your Bill, I find highly offensive.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: Critical race theory is not taught in Virginia. It has
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: never been taught. It is a racist dog whistle. Over
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: and over again. If you're a parent and you show up,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: it's racist. It's not taught in Virginia. Folks, these concerned parents,
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: you're racist. That's what you are, every one of you.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: You are a racist, flat out racist, if you show
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: up and you voice your concerns. Now, mcculoff has tried
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: to flip flop over and over again. His original quote was,
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: I'm not going to let parents come into schools and
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: actually take books out and take and make their own decisions.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: I don't think parents should be telling schools what they
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: should teach, he said down September twenty eighth of this year.
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: Now it's not just Terry Mcculloffe's kind of the front
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: runner of this. There's an election in what four days
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: with Terry mccullof's name on the ballot, and we're going
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: to see how parents respond. But there are many other
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: people out there that are doing exactly what Terry mcculloff
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: is doing. Let me go back to Jody Sapp. This
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: Minnesota school board is now prohibiting parents from criticizing school
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: officials and forces public commoners to reveal their home addresses
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: so they can be harassed and expose them to harassment,
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: property damage, and possibly be fired from their jobs because
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: they'll find out who their employers are. Here are the
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: new rules for parents at the Minnesota school Board, where
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: Jody Sapp sits as a school board member for the
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: public schools. It's want to remind everyone this is a
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: business meeting of the school board. It is not a
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: meeting that belongs to the public. Each speed is asked
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: to state his or her name and address for the record.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Failure to do so will result in an individual not
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: being allowed to speak. John, can you give us your
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: name and address please? My name is John Wickland. I
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: live in Mankato. Could I get your address please? John, Um,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: I'd rather not since you guys don't You can't speak,
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: and I get so much property damage and eggs and
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: everything else from fun people and their friends. You need
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: to give your address, all right? Excuse me? I live
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: on fifth Street, house number. Do you hear that? I
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: love on fith Street? Thank you? All right? So are
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: our kids safe? Um? Effective tonight, the school board will
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: enforce the following guidelines. Open form participants are prohibited from
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: calling out or addressing any individual school board or school
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: the district's staff member. If this occurs, open forum will
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: be closed and the individual will not be allowed to
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: participate in future open forums. So you lose your right
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: to have an opinion of school board if you openly
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: expose what a school member is doing, an employee is
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: doing and or teaching in your kids classroom, or if
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: you criticize a school board member. If you do this,
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: you will no longer be allowed to speak in any
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: future open forms, So you lose your right to speak
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: at future forms. Not really an open forum if that's
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: what they're now going to do, So you can't criticize
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: me or any of us sitting up here, you peons,
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: you parents that are annoying us. We're trying to do
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: the business of indocting your children. We need your home
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: address so we can harass you before you can speak.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: And if you violate one of our new random rules
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: that we have decided to implement tonight, you will no
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: longer be allowed to speak for the rest of your lives,
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: your kids, school board, or your district school board meeting.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Got it, Welcome to Minnesota or at school district staff member.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: If this occurs, open forum will be closed and the
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: individual will not be allowed to participate in future open forums.
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: Crowd noise or any sort of grandstanding during open forum,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: including applause, talking, hollering, or any obersts, will result an
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: open forum being closed. Further, beginning at the November first
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: school board meeting, open forum participation will be limited to
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: those individuals who wish to speak to an item on
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: the board agenda. The board agenda is always made available
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: the Thursday prior to our meetings, and they are always
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: on the district website. There you go, It's on the website,
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: so you better just shut up. Yeah, SAP, who previously
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: announced anyone who commented during the open forum was not
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: allowed to criticize members of the school board and the
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: meeting it's not a meeting that belongs to the public.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: Now has said we're gonna take it a step further.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: You say anything we don't like, we'll shut it down.
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: You say anything you don't like, will ban you for life.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: If any speaker violates the rule of them, the open
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: forum would be immediately closed for the rest of the meeting.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: What does that mean. That means some woke liberal could
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: come in break a rule and they shut down the
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: open forum period so no parents could speak. And don't
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: think they're not going to do this every single meeting.
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: You could have a woke liberal. You could have a
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: member of the school's staff break one of the rules
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: on purpose, so that the open forum part of the
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: school board meeting would disappear every week before anyone else
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: is able to speak. You don't think woke liberals would
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: do that. You don't think they would do that on purpose.
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: They would definitely do this on purpose, because then they
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: don't have to deal with you. You could have the
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: same liberal every week come in or well, I know
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: and I forgot, you'd be banned for life. So you
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: find a different liberal. The next week, you find a
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: different liberal the next week. You find a different liberal
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: the next week, and then you just have them come
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: in and you have them break a rule, and immediately
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: when they break that rule, game over. We're done. Have
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: a great life, see you. That's what we will do.
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: Who says and what rule says a parent loses their
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: right to speak at a school board meeting. That's the
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: real question. I want to know, right who, seriously, who
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: gets to decide that you can't speak for the rest
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: of your life if you break one of their new rules,
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: one of their new random, arbitrary rules at that If
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: somebody could explain that part of democracy and freedom of speech.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: If this was my kids school board, I would tell
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: every single parent to immediately pull their kid out. This
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: is why you gotta start, folks, This is why we
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: have to start running. We have to start finding great people.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: Many of them, I would hope, are retirees who can
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: dedicate themselves to these jobs. I don't care if you
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: have kids or grandkids in these schools. If you care
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: about freedom, if you care about democracy, if you care
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: about making sure that our kids are not used as
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: political ponds to be indoctrinated to turn into tyrants, socialists,
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: and communists, then get off your rear end and start
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: running for office. There is, for far too long been
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: this idea, this mentality that you must have a kid
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: in the school system for you to be able to
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: run for offust That's not how it works. I actually
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: think it's a great platform to say, my kid doesn't
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: go to our schools because they suck, but I'm going
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: to help fix them and I want to get them
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: back to the point where I can put my kid
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: in my public schools. That for me, is a platform
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: to run off of. That's a real platform in my opinion,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: and people should do it. Grandparents should do it saying
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: you know what, I see what's happening in this country,
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: and we're not educating kids anymore. We're indoctrinating kids. And
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: I'm going to stand up and I'm going to fight
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: back and I'm going to say no, that is what
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: should happen. That would be amazing because if we don't
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: do it soon, this isn't what they're going to do
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: to shut every one of you down. And the thing is,
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: we actually have all the power, even though we're acting
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: like we don't. It's an abusive relationship our school boards
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: and what they are doing right now is nothing more
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: than an abusive relationship where they have decided that they
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: can dictate to all of your children what to believe,
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: and you, as parents, you will not have a say
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: so in it, and you better shut the hell up.
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: I go back to what Terry mccalluff said. He is
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: saying out loud what every other school board members sent thinking.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: I'm not going to let parents come to schools and
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: actually take books out and take and make their own decisions.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: I don't think parents should be telling schools what they
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: should teach. I believe that we're the big government. We
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: get to decide what your kids believe, and we will
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: indoctrinate them. That is what is being said. There's another
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: aspect of taking away a parents' rights to sound off
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: to speak at a school board meeting. There's a reason why.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: Part of it is because not only can they indoctrinate
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: your child and they believe that your children are property
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: of the state, but if you're not involved in the curriculum,
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: they get to make money and they get to line
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: the pockets of their family and friends that are in
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: the business. You got to follow the money on this one.
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: Now you may be listening to me and saying, Ben,
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: that's absurd. That's not happening. Oh it is. It's happening
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: at the highest levels, and I can prove it. Center
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: Ted Cruz got some information, investigate that information and found
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: out that the man who's in charge of the Justice Apartment,
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: the Attorney General Garland, has a vested interest in parents
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: not having a say so in their kids' education. He
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: has a vested interest in making sure that you don't
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: change curriculum, especially when it comes to critical race theory. Garland,
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: the Attorney General the United States of America, the same
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: man that has allowed for this memorandum of thirteen different
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: ways to arrest you and treat you like a domestic
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: teris as a parent if you show up to a
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: school board meeting, has a vested interest that could be
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: in the millions, tens of millions of dollars, maybe even more.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: Why because his daughter and son in law, that's how
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: they make their living off of curriculum that teaches critical
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: race theory. You want to know why Garland wants to
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: shut you up as a parent. This is exactly why
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: Family It is poised to make millions and millions of
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: dollars off of curriculum that one doctrinate your kid on
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: critical race theory, that will teach the white kids to
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: be ashamed of themselves and of this country, and that
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: there needs to be some leveling of the playing field
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: because of the color of your skin. They want to
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: teach your kids that you should apologize for being white.
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: They may not even believe this, but there's money to
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: be made in wokeism. How much money we don't know.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: How do we not know because Garland is hiding it.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: I want you to hear this back and forth between
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: Ted Cruz and the Attorney General after he punches back
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: for the first time, exposing the Attorney generally nined States America,
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: the same guy that says you're a domestic terrorist for
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: going to your kids schoolboard meeting and opposing the teaching
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: of things like critical race theory. And it all goes
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: back to the money. A big part of this letter
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: is that they're upset about parents not one in critical
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: race theory taught. Your son in law makes a very
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: substantial sum of money from a company involved in the
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: teaching of critical race theory. Did you seek and receive
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: a decision from an ethics advisors the Department of Justice
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: before you carried out an action that would have a
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: predictable financial benefit to your son in law. This memorandum
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: is aimed at violence and threats. I just asked a question,
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: did you did you seek an ethics opinion? By the way,
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: I want you to understand why Garland's not answered this
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: question for one or one of two reasons. Number one,
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: he did seek an ethics opinion, and the opinion came
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: back and clearly said don't do this. That could be
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: option one. It says don't do it, And the reason
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: why you shouldn't do it is because you have a
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: vested interest in critical race theory being taught, and your
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: family is going to make millions of dollars. So don't
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: lock up parents, don't silence parents, don't treat parents like
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: domestic terrorists just so your family can make millions of
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: dollars off of teaching critical race theory. Because the memo
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: that his Department of Justice put out to treat you
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: like get terrorists specifically cites the issue of parents showing
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: up and being angry about the teaching of critical race theory.
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: Wonder why they deliberately and purposely put those words on
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: the list. Maybe it is because of Garland, Maybe it
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: is because of his family is going to make a
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: crap ton of money teaching and in doctoring your kids
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: on this propaganda and is nothing but propaganda. That's why
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: I want to answer the question. It has no Prodid
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: you seek an ethics opinion? Judge, you know how to
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: ask questions and answer them. Did you seek an ethics opinion?
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: You ask me whether I sought an ethics opinion about
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: something that would have a predictable effect on something. This
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: has no predictable effect in the way that you're talking about. So,
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: if critical race theory is taught in more schools, does
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: your son in law make more money? Has nothing? If
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: critical race theory is taught in more schools, does your
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: son in law make more money? Yes? Or no? This
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: memorandum has nothing to do with critical race. Will you
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: answer I kind of curriculum? Will you answer if you
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: saw I am answering the best I can? Yes or no?
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: Did you seek an ethics opinion this memorandum has Did
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: you seek an ethics opinion? This memorandum has nothing to
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: do with general Are you refusing to answer if you
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: sought an ethics and telling you that there's no possible
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: because so you're saying no, just answer it directly, you
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: know how an answer question directly? Did you seek an
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: ethics opinion? I'm telling you that if I thought there
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: was any reason to believe there was a conflict of interest,
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: I would do that. But I cannot. Why do you
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: refuse to answer the question. Why won't you just say no?
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you're not going to answer the question. I'm sorry,
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: asked the question again? Did you seek an ethics opinion?
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: I'm saying again I would seek an ethics opinion in it.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: So no is the answer? It an your time is
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: up that the record reflect the Attorney General refuses to
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: answer whether he thought sought an ethics opinion, and apparently
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: ethics are not a terribly high priority in the Biden
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: Justice Department. What this is why you weaponize the DOJ.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: This is why, folks, This is this is the this
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: is the ball game. You're the Attorney General's daughter and
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: son in law. You're making money selling critical race theory
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: propaganda to the schools as a quote curriculum. You are
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: making an unknown large sums of money right now off
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: of this, and the business is growing, not getting smaller
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: as more and more woke school boards started in doctrinating
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: your children with critical race theory pairings. Start showing up,
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: they start voicing their concerns, and now we just turn
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: them into domestic terrorists. That'll shut them up. So all
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: you gotta do, folks, just tournament into domestic terrorists. Game
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: on or game over. Treat them like the nine to
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: eleven hijackers. Treat them like those that help the nine
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: eleven hijackers do what they did on nine to eleven.
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: Treat them the exact same way. Under the law, in fact,
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: give thirteen different ways to prosecute parents that show up
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: and voice their concerns over critical race seri and other
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: things like it. That's all you gotta do. Knock that out, folks,
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: let's go. You do this game over. Parents will be
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: so afraid to show up, they'll be so afraid of
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: going to jail, they'll be so afraid of being convicted
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: as a felon. That will just control them. Terry McColl
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: have said it best. Right, parents have no right to
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: show up and tell us what to do. Washington Post. Right,
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: there's the article, Washington Post, the most brilliant minds we
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: can find. Are telling you that is flawed logic for you,
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: as a parent to think, while you're paying for your
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: kids education, that you should actually have a say so
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: in your kids education. They're actually telling you it's almost
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: like against the law. If you read the article, if
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: you want to know what school boards are saying to
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: parents around the country, well, I already played for the
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: Minnesota school board prohibiting parents from criticizing individual school officials
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: and or teachers, also demanding that they revealed their home addresses,
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: exposed them to harassment and property damage just to speak
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: at a school board meeting. That's not all that's happening
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: in this country. In California, Oh, they've got something to
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: say to you. There was a parent, a parent that
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: spoke out about vaccines and mass mandates in California, Los
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: Alamitos School District. They spoke, They were very kind, they
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: were very polite. The audience clapped. The president of the
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: school board had this to say to that parent. It
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: was by accent. She didn't realize her mic was hot.
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: She thought it was off. She thought it was off folks.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: She didn't know that people were going to actually hear her.
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: And what she had to say, Yeah, you want to
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: know what she said, F you. She said the whole word.
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: A parent spoke out against her children and mass mandates
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: and vaccine mandates and did in a very respectful way.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: And the president of the school board actually said out loud,
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: not knowing her mike was still on, F you to
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: the parent. You tell parents after they speak out about
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: their kids, and you're the president of the school board,
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: literally F you. It gets caught on tape, I think
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: that person loses their job. No, why would we do that?
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: Why would that person get fired for that? It's no way.
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: I know that she's the president of the California School Board,
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: and I know she was caught on a hot mike
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: yelling at a concerned parent, F you. But all you
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: gotta do is just put out an apology. You want
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: to know what the mom said which allowed for her
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: or made her go unhinged and say out loud, FU
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: to the parent. The parents were voicing their concerns at
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: the board meeting, including a mother named Lauren. She walked
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: at the mic and she said, my name is Lauren,
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: and I'm here as a concerned parent to urge you
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: to be the first school to say no to mandates
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: for our children. It should be up to every parent.
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: The mother then said, to make that decision. I urge
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: you to say no, no to mandates for our children.
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: That drew applause from the other parents in the audience.
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: She went on to say, what side of history are
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: you willing to participate? Leave our children alone, Let them
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: be kids and enjoy one another, at them, breathe again
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: and smile again, referring to what the mass takeaway. We
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: are vocal because we are our children's biggest advocates. That's
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: when the board president Davison told the mother that her
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: time was up and called on the next parent to speak.
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: The mother left the podium. You hear the clapping, and
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: that president of the school board, that woman Davison, didn't
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: realize her microphone was still on when she said, and
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: this tells you how much they hate you. They have
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: nothing but pure, pure hatred for you. You think they're
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: gonna listen to your suggestions? If this had to respond
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: to a kind mother talking about her children. Yeah, there
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: it is. Now we've got an official response, so everything's
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: gonna be okay, Right, Yeah, we've got that response. Davison
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: issued an apology for cursing at the concerned parent quote.
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: I am deeply sorry for the inappropriate comment that I
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: made in last night's board meeting. I am going to
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: personally apologize the speaker, who most certainly deserves to know
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: that when members of the public address the Board of Education,
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: they must be heard with respect. Well, that's a lie.
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: These are trying times, but trying times the man that
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: we rise to do our best. I reaffirm my commitment
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: to serve our community with dignity and integrity. That's a lie,
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: and I hope they will accept my sincere apology. The mother,
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: by the way, did not accept the school board's presence apology,
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: so the local news there she did not think the
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: apology was sincere wasn't sincere at all. Luckily KTLA not
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: exactly conservative, a liberal local news station in LA. Because
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: of the outrage of the community of a parent being
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: told literally FU for showing up and saying, in a
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: very kind manner, please let me decide what's best or
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: my kid. Please don't mandate things on my children, they
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: had to actually cover the story. They had no choice.
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: There was too much outrage in the community. Take a listen. Yeah,
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: there are calls for the Los Alamidos Unified school Board
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: president to resign after a hot mic captured a disparaging
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: comment she made against a parent. It happened during yesterday's
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: school board meeting. The school board president was talking about
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: a parent who opposed a vaccine mandate and knew at
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: six KTLA Orange County Bureau Chief Chip Yost is speaking
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: with that parent. He joins his life from Los Alimidos.
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: With the woman's reaction, Chip, Yeah, Hey, they're Mica and Cherry. Yeah.
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: That school board president now apologizing after a comment of
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: hers was caught on a hot mic at a meeting
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: here yesterday. And as you said, knew at six we're
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: also now hearing from the parent that comment was directed at.
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: You talk about all these maskers and all of these
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: people that got vaccines like it's such a good thing
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: to do. They've shot themselves in the foot. Like many
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: school board meetings around the country recently, Tuesday's meeting of
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: the Lows Alimidos Unified school Board was tense and sometimes pointed,
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: I will never trust this district until you guys are replaced,
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: Like this protest outside the board's chambers earlier this year,
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: some speakers at Tuesday's meeting vented their frustration not only
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: over critical race theory, but also over mask mandates and
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: COVID vaccines as well. So I am man dates on masks,
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: no on vaccines, and no on CRTs all these I'm
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: sorry our Earlier in the meeting, board member Scott Fayette
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: said this about some of the criticism named at him
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: over mask mandates and vaccines. This is a state mandate.
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: Both of these policies come from the state. Your influence
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: is the same that I have. We are coming out
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: of COVID, We're coming out of a once in a
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: lifetime pandemic, and instead of pulling together and putting the
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: children first, there's a group of people that are putting
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: themselves first. Later after this speaker addressed Fayette directly, that
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: was very rudy to say your parents are selfish. Someone
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: on an open mic could be heard with what sounded
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: like a profane two word retort. Yeah. Board president Marlis
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: Davidson has admitted that she was the one who made
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: that comment and gave us this statement saying, I am
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: deeply sorry for the inappropriate comment that I made in
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: last night's board meeting. I am going to personally apologize
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: to the speaker, who most certainly deserves to know that
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: when the members of the public addressed the Board of Education,
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: they must be heard with respect. These are trying times,
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: but trying times demand that we rise to do our best.
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: I reaffirm my commitment to serve our community with dignity
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: and integrity, and I hope they will accept my sincere apology.
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: On that note, we did speak to the parent the
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: comment was directed at, and she said she does not
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: think the apology was sincere. I do love this, I
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: really do. I love the lies here. I love the
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: lies coming from this school. By the way, there's no
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: way that she wrote this those comments. No way, no
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: way that that school board president wrote her canned response.
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: I rededicate my commitment to parents. You hate parents, You
- 1:36:55Speaker 1: literally said to a parents, not even like like yeah,
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: there's so many different levels of things that you could
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: say to a parent off the cuff, like the people
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: are crazy, people are blanking nuts, right, There's a lot
- 1:37:09Speaker 1: of things that you could say there really are. There
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: are a lot of different things that you could say
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: when you look at a parent and you say to them,
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: blank you blank you blank you you want me to
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: believe you had any commitment to parents, to know you
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: hate parents. You want them to go home and shut up.
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: You want to indoctrinate these kids with your propaganda. That's
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: what you want to do. That mother, by the way,
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: who was told to blank you, here's how she responded
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: to the comments True Color Show last night. There's no
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: taking that back. She needs to step down. That's why
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: the board members are being recalled is because they're not
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: listening to the parents. Remember, they don't think they have
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: to listen to you. That's why the Department of Justice,
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: that's why Garland, that's why the FBI, that's why the
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: Biden administration are treating parents that speak up like they
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: are domestic terrorists, not treating them like they're saying you're
- 1:38:17Speaker 1: a domestic terrorist. Most people that run for school boards,
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: just so you know, don't give a crap about kids.
- 1:38:26Speaker 1: It's a political power grap Go look at how many
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: people run for office for Congress, for Senate, for governor,
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: state center, state rep. And where do they start out
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: county commission, city council, mayor. They start on the school boards.
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: It's a stepping stone. The majority of these people, they
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: could give two rats. Rear ends about the kids. It's
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: the first and one of the easiest ways to get
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: elected because people don't pay attention. There are too many
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: people that don't pay attention to what's going on in
- 1:38:55Speaker 1: their school boards. And the reason why they don't pay
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: attention is because they're kids aren't in the schools, or
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: their kids have graduated from the schools, or they're just
- 1:39:04Speaker 1: too tired or lazy to pay attention. And I'm telling
- 1:39:07Speaker 1: you right now, you better start you want to get back.
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: I hear people all the time talk about I donate
- 1:39:14Speaker 1: my time to charity. You want to donate your time?
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: Run for school board. I don't care if you have kids.
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: If you do or don't have kids, it doesn't matter
- 1:39:23Speaker 1: to me. It doesn't matter run because all these other
- 1:39:31Speaker 1: scumbags are running. Some of them are psychopaths and just
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: want to in doctrinate your kids, but many of them
- 1:39:35Speaker 1: are just hardcore woke liberals who are using this to
- 1:39:40Speaker 1: get their name out there. I'm an elected official, I'm
- 1:39:43Speaker 1: a school board member, which makes it seem like, oh,
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: what makes you know? Of course I should want to
- 1:39:47Speaker 1: vote for them right for their next job that they want.
- 1:39:51Speaker 1: It's a stepping stone job for them. It's a political
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: ladder from them. People all the time like, well, I
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: think I think I want to be in politics. I'm
- 1:39:59Speaker 1: going to run the school board. They don't care about
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: your kid. This president's school board. I guarantees she has
- 1:40:06Speaker 1: other ideas for a career. And think about how arrogant
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: you have to be to look at a parent thinking
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: your mic is off and you actually say aloud FU.
- 1:40:16Speaker 1: I hope every one of you will take everything I
