  I'm thinking today of Exodus 27-21.

  In the tent of meeting outside the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons

  shall keep it in order from evening to morning before the Lord.

  It shall be a perpetual statute throughout their generations for the sons of Israel.

  Here Aaron and his sons are given a job for life.

  This is what people mean when they say a calling.

  It's something you do for the duration.
• 0:27
  They were keep the outer house of God in order.

  It's a pretty cool job.
• 0:32
  In a way, it's a job that was created in their lifetime for their lifetime.

  As for me, I preach, I serve the body, I run games, I'm a dad, I talk to God and listen,

  at least I'm supposed to.

  I write and I'm director of the Southside Legislation.

  I podcast the services.
• 0:49
  I get the gospel out by any creative means I can.

  I am called to be a witness.
• 0:55
  I connect the body as God leads the course.

  I represent God in the church.

  I'm a pastor, director, GM, dad, husband, author, but most importantly, I'm a servant

  of Christ in all things I do.

  For this reason, I must learn to do them well, meaning effectively and efficiently.

  I think I'm drifting a little on efficiency at times.

  I trust God will get me there though.

  I must be willing.

  Lord, I repent, that is to say I repent, and I turn to you again today.

  I want to do all that you have given to me to do and to do it well.

  Won't you join me in looking for the calling on your life, the thing that God has uniquely

  equipped you to do, probably something you're passionate about?

  If you don't have one, then I would suggest turning to the Lord and saying, God, use me
• 1:43
  as you see fit, or as Isaiah said, here I am, Lord, send me.
