Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / DEMOCRATS PLAN ON HOW TO STEAL ELECTION IF TRUMP WINS REVEALED!

- 0:00Speaker 1: Remember this word. It is a word you're gonna hear
- 0:03Speaker 1: over and over and over again if the election is
- 0:07Speaker 1: close and if Donald Trump wins. Red mirage. That is
- 0:13Speaker 1: the word you're gonna hear over and over again. Red mirage.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Now I want it to become normal. So say it
- 0:21Speaker 1: with me, okay, red mirage, that's right, Red mirage. That
- 0:31Speaker 1: is the term the Democrats have test marketed and already
- 0:34Speaker 1: made ads for using celebrities. Yeah, using celebrities. Celebrities, When
- 0:45Speaker 1: you think about this real quick, they have used celebrities
- 0:50Speaker 1: and they've already test market their ads of how they're
- 0:53Speaker 1: gonna say Donald Trump really didn't win for a party
- 0:57Speaker 1: that hates collusion. Man, they sure do love colluding, don't they.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Within the media, I guess you would say. Now, you know,
- 1:06Speaker 1: experts even on CBS News came out was this this morning.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Diaz and even started floating this idea that there might
- 1:16Speaker 1: be a red mirage or they said a blue mirage
- 1:20Speaker 1: with the early election night results. They actually talked about
- 1:24Speaker 1: this on CBS. Because they're doing the dirty work for
- 1:29Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, they put this up there. Literally this morning,
- 1:34Speaker 1: Lena Zach at CBS News had a discussion about voting
- 1:38Speaker 1: experts are warning people to be aware of a red
- 1:41Speaker 1: or of course that's how they act like it's not
- 1:43Speaker 1: biased blue mirage. In early results, they could be misleading
- 1:49Speaker 1: then the final outcome. According to top democratic data an
- 1:54Speaker 1: analytics firm hawk Fish, President Trump would see an early
- 1:59Speaker 1: lead in some keybouter ground states, they say, but it
- 2:02Speaker 1: would slowly narrow as more mail in ballots are counted.
- 2:06Speaker 1: This is CBS already doing the dirty work of the
- 2:11Speaker 1: Democratic Party. This is their words I'm reading for you
- 2:14Speaker 1: from CBS News. They say, quote it was slowly narrow
- 2:18Speaker 1: as more mail in ballots are counted. The agency CEO
- 2:22Speaker 1: called it a red mirage and joined CBS to discuss
- 2:26Speaker 1: what states could experience and which ones could have this
- 2:30Speaker 1: scenario come out this way. Now, I'm gonna let you
- 2:34Speaker 1: hear part of this nothing more. This is nothing more
- 2:37Speaker 1: than propaganda. I want to be very very clear about this. Okay,
- 2:41Speaker 1: this is nothing more than propaganda from the left at
- 2:46Speaker 1: CBS News today as they put this out there, count
- 2:50Speaker 1: down to the vote just two days away or a
- 2:55Speaker 1: day away, and you need to understand something here. There
- 2:59Speaker 1: is gonna be a mirage, So don't be fooled. Everybody,
- 3:02Speaker 1: don't don't be fooled by this. This is that mirage,
- 3:06Speaker 1: and we're warning you that Donald Trump, it may seem
- 3:09Speaker 1: like he's winning, but you need to be smart enough
- 3:12Speaker 1: to understand that he's not winning. Oh and we've already
- 3:15Speaker 1: the Democratic Party tested ads, already made ads, already have
- 3:17Speaker 1: celebrities talking about how your vote should be counted no
- 3:19Speaker 1: matter when it comes in. And don't be fooled by
- 3:22Speaker 1: the red mirage because it's all not real, folks. Remember
- 3:27Speaker 1: if Donald Trump wins, that's impossible. How could Donald Trump
- 3:29Speaker 1: ever win? Listen to CBS selling this number of people
- 3:34Speaker 1: choose to vote by mail or absentee. It is likely
- 3:37Speaker 1: that even though we're two days away from the election,
- 3:39Speaker 1: we will not know the presidential result on election night.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'm sorry what CBS News just said, hedging their bets,
- 3:49Speaker 1: Hedging their bets. CBS just said that it's likely we
- 3:57Speaker 1: will not know who won the election on election night.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Because if they say that and then Trump is a
- 4:04Speaker 1: heaving beck. We already told you this was going to happen.
- 4:06Speaker 1: We already told you it was a mirage. We already
- 4:12Speaker 1: told you that we wouldn't know who the winner is.
- 4:15Speaker 1: We already told you that, Yeah, we told you, We
- 4:21Speaker 1: warned you of this, this red mirage. Say it over
- 4:25Speaker 1: and over again, because you're gonna hear this. If Donald
- 4:27Speaker 1: Trump wins, they're gonna try to take this election with
- 4:29Speaker 1: a red mirage, saying it's not real. Here's more of
- 4:32Speaker 1: CBS's propaganda for the Biden campaign. That's why voting experts
- 4:36Speaker 1: are warning people to be aware of a red or
- 4:39Speaker 1: blue mirage and early results. By the way, you noticed
- 4:41Speaker 1: said blue mirage, because they got to act like their nonpartisan,
- 4:44Speaker 1: non biased. None of this conversation is around a blue
- 4:47Speaker 1: mirage that Joe Biden would win. All their scenarios point
- 4:50Speaker 1: to mail in ballots, would they say, overwhelmingly would go
- 4:53Speaker 1: for Joe Biden. So when they throw the blue mirage there,
- 4:56Speaker 1: that's just their BS line to act like they're somehow nonpartisan,
- 5:00Speaker 1: complicating things. Each state has its own rules for how
- 5:03Speaker 1: early votes are counted and reported. Some will report results
- 5:07Speaker 1: sooner than others, so initial numbers could be misleading and confusing.
- 5:12Speaker 1: These so called mirages will disappear as more ballots are counted,
- 5:16Speaker 1: but experts are warning that it could take days or
- 5:19Speaker 1: even weeks for more on this now I want to
- 5:21Speaker 1: bring in Josh Mendelssohn. He's the CEO of Hawkfish, a
- 5:24Speaker 1: data analytics agency founded by entrepreneur and politician Mike Bloomberg
- 5:28Speaker 1: to support Democratic candidates. Josh, good to have you with us.
- 5:32Speaker 1: So fundamentally, this boils down to who's voting early versus
- 5:37Speaker 1: who's going to vote on election day. So remind us
- 5:39Speaker 1: how those numbers shake out and the potential that early
- 5:42Speaker 1: results could give a false impression. Right. So, as we
- 5:46Speaker 1: were talking a couple of months ago and thinking through
- 5:49Speaker 1: the various scenarios, one of the most important data points
- 5:52Speaker 1: for our team was the simple fact that about two
- 5:56Speaker 1: and a half times as many Democrats planned to vote
- 5:59Speaker 1: by mail as Republicans. And we've seen that bear out
- 6:02Speaker 1: now as early voting has been going on in so
- 6:04Speaker 1: many of the swing states for quite a bit. Florida
- 6:07Speaker 1: is a really great example. And so consequently, when you've
- 6:11Speaker 1: got Democrats voting early and you've got Republicans who are
- 6:14Speaker 1: waiting to either vote in person or on election day
- 6:18Speaker 1: or I have already voted in person, you see these
- 6:21Speaker 1: disparities and then inevitably what we're gonna encounter is on
- 6:25Speaker 1: election day as polls closed, numbers are going to start
- 6:29Speaker 1: to come out, and those numbers are going to principally
- 6:31Speaker 1: include those machine counts, those in person votes, because so
- 6:35Speaker 1: many key states like Pennsylvania don't begin counting those mail
- 6:40Speaker 1: ballots so the day of election day, and so consequently
- 6:43Speaker 1: there's going to be that lag. And if you use
- 6:45Speaker 1: straight partisanship as a proxy for support here, which this
- 6:49Speaker 1: cycle certainly applies, it inevitably means that Donald Trump is
- 6:54Speaker 1: going to have a better result on the night of
- 6:57Speaker 1: the election. And that's what I'm sorry you guys hear that.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I know that was a lot of audio, but I
- 7:02Speaker 1: want you to see how well they're spending this is saying, well, obviously,
- 7:05Speaker 1: obviously Donald Trump's going to have a better night on
- 7:07Speaker 1: election night. That's how far they're hedging their bets. Folks.
- 7:10Speaker 1: They're already telling you Donald Trump's gonna He's gonna have
- 7:13Speaker 1: a better night on election night. But but the red
- 7:16Speaker 1: mirrage you need to be aware of, aware of, because
- 7:19Speaker 1: you don't want to be stupid and actually think that
- 7:20Speaker 1: Donald Trump won because Donald Trump really didn't win. No, No,
- 7:25Speaker 1: Donald Trump did not win on election night. Yes, Donald
- 7:28Speaker 1: Trump's going to have a better night on election night. Yes,
- 7:31Speaker 1: we know that, But here's what's really gonna happen. Joe
- 7:35Speaker 1: Biden's gonna win certainly applies. It inevitably means that Donald
- 7:40Speaker 1: Trump's going to have a better result on the night
- 7:44Speaker 1: of the election. And that's what's going to get reported
- 7:46Speaker 1: out as the current numbers at that moment. But as
- 7:49Speaker 1: the machine counts continue, and as all of those mail
- 7:52Speaker 1: ballots are processed, Joe bidens, we will start becoming evident,
- 7:56Speaker 1: and so we refer to it as a red mirrage.
- 7:59Speaker 1: It's the aar And see you notice there he dropped
- 8:01Speaker 1: the blue mirage. Did you notice that he couldn't even
- 8:05Speaker 1: keep it up? For two minutes into this audio, this
- 8:08Speaker 1: expert warning at the initial vote count and key bataground
- 8:11Speaker 1: straates could be misleading. You know, at the beginning they
- 8:13Speaker 1: introduced as well, it could be a red or blue mirage.
- 8:17Speaker 1: And then what did you just hear him say? What
- 8:20Speaker 1: did he just say? There? He could he couldn't even
- 8:22Speaker 1: hold a straight face for this, couldn't even hold a
- 8:25Speaker 1: straight face. Itidens we will start becoming evident, and so
- 8:29Speaker 1: we refer to it as a red mirage. It's there
- 8:32Speaker 1: in so many of the key swing states. In fact,
- 8:35Speaker 1: Florida is a bit of an exception because they've been
- 8:37Speaker 1: processing balances, they've been receiving them, and so Florida is
- 8:40Speaker 1: very likely to give us a much better look on
- 8:43Speaker 1: election night. But a state like Pennsylvania has already signaled
- 8:47Speaker 1: quite clearly that their offices don't expect to be able
- 8:52Speaker 1: to complete the count until perhaps four days after election day,
- 8:55Speaker 1: if not later. So there it is. There's the fix.
- 8:59Speaker 1: It's in. Folks. We're gonna act like there could be
- 9:01Speaker 1: a red or blue mirage, but there's no way it
- 9:03Speaker 1: could be a blue mirage. And the reason why I
- 9:05Speaker 1: couldn't know it couldn't be a blue mirage is because
- 9:09Speaker 1: Republicans mirage. That's what you need to understand. You need
- 9:16Speaker 1: to understand that it's a it's really just a red mirrage. Now,
- 9:25Speaker 1: before I bring in my guest, and we're gonna have
- 9:29Speaker 1: a member of Trump's legal election team with us, Jordan Seculo,
- 9:34Speaker 1: I want to say thank you to our sponsor, and
- 9:36Speaker 1: that is an incredible sponsor by the name of AMAC,
- 9:38Speaker 1: the number one conservative organization in the country. I've been
- 9:41Speaker 1: telling you about them now on this podcast for a
- 9:44Speaker 1: couple of weeks and many of you have joined for free.
- 9:48Speaker 1: If you want to make sure that you have someone
- 9:50Speaker 1: looking out for your best interests, and if the Democrats
- 9:53Speaker 1: try to make your vote disappear, for it to be
- 9:56Speaker 1: canceled out by some vote that should not be counted,
- 10:00Speaker 1: you want someone fighting and protecting the integrity of your vote,
- 10:05Speaker 1: and that organization is AMAC. They're fighting to make sure
- 10:09Speaker 1: that your void your vote is counted, that your vote
- 10:13Speaker 1: is not overlooked, that your vote is not canceled out.
- 10:16Speaker 1: They are the number one conservative organization in the country,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and I want to give you a free membership for
- 10:22Speaker 1: one year, including their magazine. It is the number one
- 10:25Speaker 1: conservative magazine in the country as well. I'm a columnist
- 10:30Speaker 1: in this magazine. You will absolutely love it. Go online
- 10:34Speaker 1: to ben Free online dot com and grab your membership.
- 10:39Speaker 1: It's been free online dot com ben free online dot com.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Get your membership to AMAC right now for free for
- 10:46Speaker 1: one year and join two point three million other conservatives
- 10:51Speaker 1: and make sure that you have someone fighting for you.
- 10:54Speaker 1: So there's a key phrase that you are gonna hear
- 10:57Speaker 1: on election night if Democrats don't win the White House.
- 11:03Speaker 1: That phrase, we're being told is the phraid Red Mirage
- 11:08Speaker 1: apparently the Democratic Party, and this is normal for you
- 11:12Speaker 1: to have legal teams ready, but not with what they have.
- 11:16Speaker 1: They have TV ads that they've already tested to advocate
- 11:20Speaker 1: for delaying calling a winner in the presidential election if
- 11:26Speaker 1: they think they can find enough votes somewhere so that
- 11:30Speaker 1: they can then say we should delay declaring Donald Trump
- 11:35Speaker 1: as the president. We've been told they're even going to
- 11:38Speaker 1: be using celebrities in these ads that they've already tested
- 11:43Speaker 1: to help steal the election, delay the outcome of the
- 11:46Speaker 1: election if it doesn't go the way they need it
- 11:48Speaker 1: to go. Joining me to talk about this today is
- 11:52Speaker 1: a man that knows a lot about what the left
- 11:56Speaker 1: will do, what the Democrats will do. He's one of
- 11:58Speaker 1: those that set and stood and defended the president during impeachment.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Jordan Seculo joins me, a good friend of mine. Jordan,
- 12:04Speaker 1: I appreciate you coming on. This is one of the
- 12:07Speaker 1: most important elections of our lifetime, no doubt about it.
- 12:12Speaker 1: You see Biden really and Harris talking about actual socialism
- 12:16Speaker 1: and almost forms of communism as what they want to do.
- 12:19Speaker 1: You're talking about massive tax increases in this country, massive
- 12:23Speaker 1: job losses nationwide, lockdowns and mask mandates. Yet there are
- 12:28Speaker 1: a lot of people out of fear, I think because
- 12:30Speaker 1: of COVID that are still saying I'm going to vote
- 12:33Speaker 1: for Joe Biden. Let's talk about what could really happen,
- 12:37Speaker 1: and that is this legal side of things, where we
- 12:39Speaker 1: know they've already tested these ads, we know they're calling
- 12:42Speaker 1: it already a red mirage before we've got any of
- 12:44Speaker 1: the votes counted. How are we going to counter this
- 12:48Speaker 1: to protect the integrity of the vote. Two ways. One,
- 12:53Speaker 1: everybody listening right now can counter this by a massive
- 12:57Speaker 1: election day turnout. They can't contest the results if the
- 13:04Speaker 1: election day turnout is massive again for Donald Trump. And
- 13:09Speaker 1: there are some good polls out there. It's some good
- 13:12Speaker 1: you know Trufalder and others who have predicted that that
- 13:14Speaker 1: last time, who have all said, you know, this is
- 13:17Speaker 1: going to come down to turnout. So if listen, I'm
- 13:19Speaker 1: an attorney, we're we are well prepared. So we're on
- 13:22Speaker 1: the President's legal team. We have the R and C
- 13:24Speaker 1: legal team, we have the White House legal team. We
- 13:27Speaker 1: have challenges going on across the country. We have thousands
- 13:30Speaker 1: of attorneys across the country. But what we are going
- 13:33Speaker 1: to be looking at specifically on the legal side, is
- 13:37Speaker 1: this on election night Pennsylvania, you know they can can
- 13:41Speaker 1: they count the votes three days later? And some of
- 13:43Speaker 1: these other states nine days later. We're looking right now
- 13:48Speaker 1: at how many votes are coming in by mail like
- 13:51Speaker 1: today or yesterday or the day before, and how many
- 13:55Speaker 1: coming in even on election day. Because if, for instance,
- 14:00Speaker 1: yesterday I'm just making up a number, Pennsylvania got seventy
- 14:03Speaker 1: thousand votes in by mail, well you would think then
- 14:07Speaker 1: that on election day, you know, in process through at least,
- 14:12Speaker 1: but it may take a few days that that number
- 14:15Speaker 1: should be much smaller. And if it's larger, then what
- 14:19Speaker 1: has already come in or what's coming into two or
- 14:22Speaker 1: three days before the election or even on election day.
- 14:25Speaker 1: That's when we have a key in to know that
- 14:28Speaker 1: there has been wrongdoing and we won't be ready to
- 14:31Speaker 1: go right to the nation's highest court if necessary, but
- 14:35Speaker 1: I still believe in then I want your listeners to
- 14:38Speaker 1: understand this that if we get out the vote for
- 14:41Speaker 1: Donald Trump and down ballot Republicans, they can make all
- 14:45Speaker 1: the ads they want, they can have all the lawyers
- 14:47Speaker 1: they want ready, but they'll be crying tomorrow night or
- 14:50Speaker 1: at least in the early morning hours of November fourth
- 14:54Speaker 1: on MSNBC and some of these other networks, because they
- 14:58Speaker 1: have again underestimated the support that is out there for
- 15:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump. What gives me some hope there is that
- 15:05Speaker 1: though people have got to show up, this is not done.
- 15:08Speaker 1: In fact, if people do not show up, Joe Biden
- 15:10Speaker 1: wins this election. People have to show up to vote
- 15:13Speaker 1: for Donald Stump tomorrow on election Days. But what gives
- 15:17Speaker 1: me hope is that we're going into it pretty much
- 15:21Speaker 1: in a statistical dead heat. So the early voting they
- 15:24Speaker 1: thought was going to overwhelmingly favor Democrats in key battleground
- 15:28Speaker 1: states is not. Because when you put early voting in
- 15:31Speaker 1: by mail and combine it with the early mailing in person,
- 15:35Speaker 1: Republicans are again. We're just like a little bit behind,
- 15:38Speaker 1: so few behind it. Within like an hour of voting
- 15:41Speaker 1: in a state like Florida or Pennsylvania, we'll have already
- 15:44Speaker 1: caught up to that number. But it is all about turnout.
- 15:47Speaker 1: I don't want it to be an election legal battle.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I don't think that's good for the country. But let
- 15:52Speaker 1: me tell you something. We're prepared for it, and we
- 15:56Speaker 1: know the numbers. It's easy to figure out if there's
- 15:59Speaker 1: you know, thirty thousand votes outstanding, but you're winning the
- 16:02Speaker 1: state by eighty thousand. Those thirty thousand votes, yes, they
- 16:06Speaker 1: should be counted ultimately, but they're not going to change
- 16:08Speaker 1: the outcome of who won that state and who won
- 16:10Speaker 1: the electoral College votes in that state. So they may
- 16:14Speaker 1: try to delay and delay and delay, and listen, we
- 16:17Speaker 1: might get into a we're all looking at Pennsylvania very closely,
- 16:20Speaker 1: but let's not forget in North Carolina. Let's not forget
- 16:23Speaker 1: in Arizona. Let's not forget these other states. But I
- 16:25Speaker 1: want everyone out there to know, Ben, that the President's
- 16:28Speaker 1: legal team, the White House Legal team, R and C
- 16:31Speaker 1: legal team, is ready to protect. And you know, this
- 16:34Speaker 1: is what's fundamental about this, your constitutional rights. We have
- 16:38Speaker 1: rules about voting. Those rules are what makes us a
- 16:41Speaker 1: democratic republic, and we follow those rules so that we
- 16:45Speaker 1: have certainty in our elections. No one wants to go
- 16:48Speaker 1: to another Bush versus Gore, and I don't think it
- 16:50Speaker 1: would be like that, Ben, I think it'd be much
- 16:52Speaker 1: more intense, much more, much more volatile on the streets.
- 16:56Speaker 1: And I think that our hope, pray that there's a
- 17:01Speaker 1: clear cut winner. I believe it'll be Donald Trump tomorrow
- 17:06Speaker 1: night or maybe early hours November fourth. But but again
- 17:09Speaker 1: this delay tactic. Remember it was it was a month
- 17:13Speaker 1: ago they were saying the president was going to do that.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Now they're going to do that because they're nervous he's
- 17:18Speaker 1: going to have enough votes on election night to come
- 17:22Speaker 1: out and declare victory, not to clear victory early, not preemptively,
- 17:26Speaker 1: but to declare victory even when the AP and these others,
- 17:29Speaker 1: so they're so far left now are going to be
- 17:32Speaker 1: um so cautious in trying to you know, to to
- 17:36Speaker 1: to call this one. You know, you and I worked him,
- 17:40Speaker 1: I guess to me is Jordan's secularities on the President's
- 17:42Speaker 1: legal team. You and I both had the privilege of
- 17:46Speaker 1: working in that two thousand and four campaign for George Bush.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And you know, I remember that that election night and
- 17:56Speaker 1: how people were so worried that this was going to
- 17:58Speaker 1: be like a Florida two point, that there was going
- 18:01Speaker 1: to be some sort of hiccup. And it's almost been
- 18:04Speaker 1: like that now every election since then. The difference this time, though,
- 18:07Speaker 1: seems to be that there is a orchestrated effort to
- 18:12Speaker 1: accomplish that goal no matter what the outcome is. If
- 18:16Speaker 1: that outcome is Donald Trump is winning. This idea that
- 18:20Speaker 1: we already have tested tv ADS is unpreceded the idea
- 18:24Speaker 1: that we are calling it now a Democrats already calling
- 18:27Speaker 1: it quote a red mirage. And luckily this is leaked
- 18:30Speaker 1: out so we know what they're doing ahead of the vote.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I've never seen such a calculated effort pre election night
- 18:40Speaker 1: by a party to discount and to take away the
- 18:44Speaker 1: power of the people and the vote. Really since they
- 18:47Speaker 1: tried to impeache Donald Trump based on nothing, which was
- 18:51Speaker 1: to overthrow our government. Well, this is I think we've
- 18:54Speaker 1: looked at this as a legal team from two strategies.
- 18:57Speaker 1: They have a strategy where if if it's close enough,
- 19:02Speaker 1: they'll try to take the red wave and turn it
- 19:04Speaker 1: into a red mirage, like you said, and they're already
- 19:07Speaker 1: prepping for that to try and find votes. They're they're
- 19:10Speaker 1: better at that than we are. But what we're better
- 19:12Speaker 1: at is winning in court. They point to all these
- 19:15Speaker 1: cases that we have not yet won at the Supreme Court.
- 19:18Speaker 1: These were cases on stays. But even in those cases,
- 19:22Speaker 1: what we got the Sustreme Court to do is say,
- 19:24Speaker 1: well that ballots that come in late need to be
- 19:26Speaker 1: marked late, and then we will then adjudicate, if necessary,
- 19:31Speaker 1: if there's enough of those votes to change the outcome
- 19:33Speaker 1: of the election, we will take that up at the
- 19:35Speaker 1: Supreme Court. So we have the thing, we have everything
- 19:39Speaker 1: in place necessary. But we believe this is a twofold strategy.
- 19:43Speaker 1: One is I think it's a good sign that they're
- 19:46Speaker 1: doing this. Why is it a good sign for Republicans?
- 19:49Speaker 1: Because they're scared to death of our election. They turn
- 19:51Speaker 1: out tomorrow. So if you're listening right now, you turn out,
- 19:54Speaker 1: get your friends to turn out, and we might not
- 19:57Speaker 1: have to go through this red mirrage scenario, legal battle scenario.
- 20:01Speaker 1: And that's fine with me as one of the lawyers.
- 20:03Speaker 1: We've been to a lot with the president, and I'm
- 20:05Speaker 1: sure we'll be through a lot more with him when
- 20:08Speaker 1: he's reelected. But second, and this is very key to
- 20:13Speaker 1: his if President Trump gets a second term. And I
- 20:15Speaker 1: don't want to be talking too preemptively here, but I mean,
- 20:18Speaker 1: you know that we could know that in twenty four
- 20:20Speaker 1: to forty eight hours they want to undermine it again.
- 20:24Speaker 1: And so the first time they wanted to undermine him
- 20:27Speaker 1: by saying, well, he didn't win the popular vote. Well,
- 20:29Speaker 1: that's not the rules of the game. If the rules
- 20:31Speaker 1: of the game is the presidents explained, were to just
- 20:33Speaker 1: win the popular vote, you'd spend your time in you know,
- 20:36Speaker 1: five or six states, there's a few others, and that's
- 20:38Speaker 1: about it, to just get up enough votes to win
- 20:40Speaker 1: the popular vote. We the Republicans played by the rules
- 20:44Speaker 1: set forth by the Constitution, the Electoral College, and so
- 20:48Speaker 1: they tried to undermine him that way. Then they went
- 20:51Speaker 1: through Russia. Russia didn't work. So they went to a
- 20:55Speaker 1: Ukrainian phone call with forty people listening in on it
- 20:58Speaker 1: and tried to impeach him over that. That didn't work,
- 21:01Speaker 1: but then COVID hits. They tried to seize on COVID.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Now they're going to try and say that this president
- 21:07Speaker 1: somehow is responsible for people not being able to vote,
- 21:12Speaker 1: even though we're seeing unprecedented early voting and people getting
- 21:16Speaker 1: you know, as safe as possible voting, mail in voting,
- 21:19Speaker 1: all these things. I do believe there's an attempt, a
- 21:24Speaker 1: twofold attempt. One is to try and steal the election.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I don't use those words loosely, especially in cities that
- 21:30Speaker 1: are known for it, like Philadelphia. And then two and
- 21:35Speaker 1: then to cause it kind of to be like a
- 21:36Speaker 1: racial divide issue and start the riots and that kind
- 21:39Speaker 1: of thing. But then two is that if President Trump
- 21:41Speaker 1: does win decisively enough on election nighter in the early
- 21:45Speaker 1: morning hours, that they want to immediately begin to undermine
- 21:48Speaker 1: his second term. And if they take the Senate, that'll
- 21:51Speaker 1: be that much easier. It could be impeachment two point zero,
- 21:53Speaker 1: it could be Bob Muller two point zero. So it's
- 21:56Speaker 1: imperative that people listening right now that you're not just
- 21:59Speaker 1: vote for President Trump. And I know in some of
- 22:02Speaker 1: these Republican senators, and I've donated to plenty of them
- 22:05Speaker 1: this cycle, you almost feel like you have to kind
- 22:07Speaker 1: of like hold your nose before you do your vote.
- 22:09Speaker 1: You might not love them, but remember what they mean.
- 22:12Speaker 1: They mean majority versus minority in the Senate. They mean
- 22:16Speaker 1: the difference between Donald Trump last time being in peace
- 22:19Speaker 1: and keeping his job over right exactly exactly, and people
- 22:24Speaker 1: like Amy Cody Barrett getting confirmed and whoever's next on
- 22:27Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. We have this unbelievable opportunity to transform
- 22:31Speaker 1: we are in President Trump already has to some extent
- 22:34Speaker 1: the American federal judiciary. You give him another four years,
- 22:38Speaker 1: and the majority of judges on the Circuit Court already
- 22:41Speaker 1: a third art the majority will be Trump nominees. The
- 22:44Speaker 1: Supreme Court. He'll probably get at least one or two
- 22:46Speaker 1: more picks. That means people have picked a majority vote
- 22:50Speaker 1: of the court five justices. I mean, so this is
- 22:54Speaker 1: this is why we say we say it every year.
- 22:56Speaker 1: It's so important. But I saw this ad put out
- 22:59Speaker 1: by Kamala Harris and this word equity being used, And
- 23:02Speaker 1: you know that's a legal term, but it's also they
- 23:04Speaker 1: are word you to use, and they kind of compare
- 23:06Speaker 1: it to equality. When you see equality versus equity, you
- 23:10Speaker 1: need to all know what equity means. See equality means
- 23:13Speaker 1: we all get to start in the first we all
- 23:15Speaker 1: start at the same place. That's why I support things
- 23:17Speaker 1: like school choice. I think that minority communities, we need
- 23:20Speaker 1: to all start at first, at the same place and
- 23:23Speaker 1: at the same opportunities. But equity means that we end
- 23:27Speaker 1: up at the same place. That's communism. So yeah, those
- 23:31Speaker 1: kind of terms are being thrown around by Kamala Harris.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Joe Biden is already saying, Kamala Harris is he's really
- 23:37Speaker 1: on the Kamala Harris ticket, and he's already indicating not
- 23:40Speaker 1: running for a second term. Do you want to see
- 23:43Speaker 1: the transformation of your country to the far less politics
- 23:47Speaker 1: that even Barack Obama had no chance of getting through
- 23:51Speaker 1: even with a Democrat House and Senate. I don't think
- 23:54Speaker 1: Americans do. I don't think they want to stop fracking.
- 23:56Speaker 1: I don't think they want to be dependent on foreign energy.
- 23:59Speaker 1: I think they that we are coming out of this
- 24:01Speaker 1: COVID recovery. I don't think they want, like as Mayor
- 24:04Speaker 1: Pete said, Ben, that a nationwide shutdown to be on
- 24:08Speaker 1: the table even again. And the States are figuring out
- 24:11Speaker 1: how to do it in localities that's where it should
- 24:14Speaker 1: be done. So we're ready for the legal battle. I
- 24:18Speaker 1: hope and pray that we get enough of those voters
- 24:21Speaker 1: out there and everybody listening right now, get their friends
- 24:23Speaker 1: out there so we don't have to go through that,
- 24:25Speaker 1: and so they can try their red mirage. But it's
- 24:27Speaker 1: like a joke because we've won a clear and decisive
- 24:30Speaker 1: victory for President Trump and uh, and what I hope
- 24:33Speaker 1: too is uh, you know, control of the US in it,
- 24:35Speaker 1: and and maybe even flips some more seats in the House.
- 24:39Speaker 1: I really appreciate it as always a pleasure, good friend
