- 0:01Speaker 1: Biden administration taking their hand off of our biggest ally,
- 0:06Speaker 1: Israel in the Middle East. They decided to abstain instead
- 0:11Speaker 1: of stand with Israel on a United Nations Security Council
- 0:15Speaker 1: resolution demanding that Israel halt operations against Hamas without linking
- 0:20Speaker 1: such a ceasefire to Hamas releasing the hostages that they
- 0:25Speaker 1: still have from The Guardian. At the last minute on
- 0:29Speaker 1: Monday morning, the US asked for an amendment adding a
- 0:34Speaker 1: condemnation of Hamas for its attack on Israel on October
- 0:39Speaker 1: the seventh, leading to urgent huddles of diplomats on the
- 0:43Speaker 1: Chamber four, but dropped that demand when it became clear
- 0:47Speaker 1: the amendment would be resisted. So, in other words, we'll
- 0:51Speaker 1: throw the idea out there, but we won't really do
- 0:53Speaker 1: anything with the idea if everybody else doesn't kumbai Ya
- 0:57Speaker 1: behind it. We're not going to fight for it. We're
- 0:59Speaker 1: not going to fight for our ally in Israel. We're
- 1:02Speaker 1: not going to stand with Israel regardless of what others do.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Now here's the point I want to make about what
- 1:08Speaker 1: this means from American perspective. Joe Biden and the Biden
- 1:13Speaker 1: administration officials are clearly now taking a policy to undermine Israel,
- 1:20Speaker 1: and not only under mine Israel, but also boost Hamas
- 1:23Speaker 1: and the Palestinians who have voted for Hamas to be
- 1:27Speaker 1: in charge of their government. And they've been doing this
- 1:30Speaker 1: not just in the last couple of weeks, They've actually
- 1:34Speaker 1: been doing this since the earliest days of this administration.
- 1:37Speaker 1: No one was paying attention when they were doing it.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Let me explain why they suspended anti terrorism sanctions so
- 1:47Speaker 1: that they could pour millions of dollars of American taxpayer
- 1:50Speaker 1: money into the guy's strip as soon as he became
- 1:52Speaker 1: the president, which they acknowledged would go to Hamas, And
- 1:58Speaker 1: they stopped enforcing the sanctions against the Iranian regime. And
- 2:02Speaker 1: what happens when you stop enforcing those old sanctions against Iran.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Iran makes billions and billions of dollars that they then
- 2:09Speaker 1: funneled to terrorist organizations like Hamas. Hamas doesn't exist without
- 2:14Speaker 1: the Iranian regime giving it money. So the Ayatola was
- 2:19Speaker 1: able to raise billions of dollars more than they would
- 2:22Speaker 1: have had otherwise because of the policy of the Biden administration.
- 2:29Speaker 1: And when you give them billions of dollars more, they
- 2:31Speaker 1: send it directly to terrorists, including Hamas. The biggest funder
- 2:35Speaker 1: of Hamas is I ran make no mistake about that.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Now Biden officials called on Israel to stand down and
- 2:42Speaker 1: the operations. Let me rephrase that, the Biden administration officials
- 2:48Speaker 1: have called on Israel to stand down. In the opening
- 2:51Speaker 1: hours of October seventh, as Amas terrorists were engaged in
- 2:55Speaker 1: mass murder, including the murder and kidnapping of dozens of Americans,
- 3:00Speaker 1: temporarily shamed into publicly supporting Israel as the scope of
- 3:03Speaker 1: the atroses became undeniable. Remember when Hamas did what they
- 3:08Speaker 1: did on October the seventh, this White House said that
- 3:12Speaker 1: it was Israel who needed to show restraint. Never forget
- 3:16Speaker 1: that was our initial response to October the seventh. So,
- 3:20Speaker 1: now that Israel's on the verge of utterly eradicating Hamas,
- 3:25Speaker 1: administration officials are reversing their support of Israel and resorting
- 3:31Speaker 1: to restoring their policies of open hostility towards Israel, who.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Is our ally.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Now let me also say this about this UN resolution.
- 3:43Speaker 1: This UN resolution is a capitulation to in a major
- 3:49Speaker 1: victory for Hamas, because you just condemned not Hamas, who
- 3:53Speaker 1: are still holding hostages. You condemned Israel on the public stage,
- 4:00Speaker 1: even while Hamas is still holding those hostages, which by
- 4:03Speaker 1: the way, include Americans. But the media doesn't want you
- 4:07Speaker 1: to remember that.

- 5:38Speaker 1: get your your free AMO in your account today. I
- 5:42Speaker 1: want to be clear. I'm in favor of a ceasefire.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I'm not in favor of a ceasefire while they're holding hostages.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I'm not in favor of a ceasefire when the terrorist
- 5:52Speaker 1: organization is still trying to commit a atrocities against other Jews.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I'm not in favor of a ceasefire while they're still
- 6:00Speaker 1: holding Americans hostage. There should be a very simple response
- 6:05Speaker 1: from our American president, and that's this, we will give
- 6:08Speaker 1: Israel whatever it needs to succeed and win, especially while
- 6:12Speaker 1: Americans are being held hostage. And if Hamas wants a
- 6:14Speaker 1: cease fire, if the people want to cease fire, if
- 6:16Speaker 1: the world wants to cease fire, then they need to
- 6:19Speaker 1: put pressure on Hamas, okay on Hamas to release the
- 6:24Speaker 1: American hostages, and then we will become an advocate for
- 6:27Speaker 1: a ceasefire. But until that happens, until the Americans that
- 6:30Speaker 1: are being held hostage are released, and there are still
- 6:33Speaker 1: Americans being held hostage, we are all in to hold
- 6:35Speaker 1: them accountable for their actions. The other part that really
- 6:41Speaker 1: irked me about what happened in this UN resolution is this,
- 6:47Speaker 1: after reading it, it does not acknowledge, let alone condemn,
- 6:51Speaker 1: the Atroses of October the seventh, the worst one day
- 6:54Speaker 1: massacre of Jews in the world, not just in Israel,
- 6:59Speaker 1: in the world the Holocaust.
- 7:02Speaker 2: It included vague, vague.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Pro form of language calling for a release of hostages,
- 7:09Speaker 1: which is designed to be ignored by Hamas and will
- 7:11Speaker 1: be ignored by them. The resolution further entrenches Hamas to
- 7:18Speaker 1: be in charge in some capacity in Gaza and to
- 7:22Speaker 1: be in charge over the Palestinian authority, the terror group
- 7:27Speaker 1: and its iranium backers. They committed and helped train and
- 7:31Speaker 1: support and aid the atrocies of October the seventh, precisely
- 7:36Speaker 1: because they count on the Biden administration to pressure Israel
- 7:40Speaker 1: to let Hamas win. That's why they did it under
- 7:43Speaker 1: this administration and not under the Trump administration, where they
- 7:46Speaker 1: knew they would be hell to pay from America. So
- 7:51Speaker 1: you look at what the Biden administration just did, and
- 7:54Speaker 1: what they said is not just shameful, but it also
- 8:00Speaker 1: confirmed the calculation by Hamas that America is weak and
- 8:03Speaker 1: America will not stand up to taking of hostages, including Americans.
- 8:10Speaker 1: How many times have you seen the President come out recently,
- 8:12Speaker 1: I'm talking the last couple of months in demand that
- 8:14Speaker 1: the American hostages be released. How many times have you
- 8:18Speaker 1: seen the President come out or the Secretary of State
- 8:21Speaker 1: come out, or the UN ambassador come out and say
- 8:25Speaker 1: there is no discussions of a ceasefire until the Americans
- 8:28Speaker 1: are released by Hamas. When was the last time the
- 8:31Speaker 1: President had a press conference sending a clear message to
- 8:33Speaker 1: Hamas that there will be hell to pay for holding
- 8:38Speaker 1: the American hostages this long and you better release them,
- 8:41Speaker 1: and if not, we will support Israel and eradicating the
- 8:44Speaker 1: world of Hamas. We haven't had that press conference either.
- 8:49Speaker 1: We haven't had those words that have been said publicly. Clearly,
- 8:53Speaker 1: they're not even being said privately. Because Hamas knew the
- 8:58Speaker 1: Biden administration was weak, and they knew that the Biden
- 9:00Speaker 1: administration was not going to stand with Israel, and they
- 9:04Speaker 1: knew that they had a good chance of winning this
- 9:06Speaker 1: battle because eventually the West would get tired of it
- 9:10Speaker 1: and then come to their aid calling for a cease fire.
- 9:14Speaker 1: What Hamas also is learning right now is that they
- 9:17Speaker 1: are going in the long term, be rewarded for their
- 9:22Speaker 1: holy war, for widening their violence, as long as they
- 9:28Speaker 1: see that there is Americans that are mounting pressure in
- 9:31Speaker 1: our government on Israel instead of on Hamas or Iran.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Now you go back to words, don't ma better actions
- 9:41Speaker 1: matter in this America. Abstaining is going to have a
- 9:46Speaker 1: devastating cost to American national security and America's safety around
- 9:51Speaker 1: the world.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Forget Israel for just a.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Moment, and let's just talk about the message that is
- 9:57Speaker 1: being sent to the terraces that are still holding Americans
- 10:01Speaker 1: hostage that we're not hearing about from this administration at all.
- 10:04Speaker 1: What message does it send to other terrorists and other
- 10:07Speaker 1: bad actors around the world. Did America will eventually, after
- 10:12Speaker 1: X number of days, right, just kind of forget about
- 10:17Speaker 1: their own American citizens and say, Okay, we're gonna jump
- 10:22Speaker 1: in on the kumbai ayism of all right, hey, like
- 10:25Speaker 1: there's been enough war here. Let's just all get along
- 10:28Speaker 1: and we're not going to fight for the Americans to
- 10:30Speaker 1: come back. Like we're basically telling Hamas you can keep
- 10:34Speaker 1: the Americans, like you've had them long enough now, Like
- 10:37Speaker 1: we'd rather just have peace and there be a ceasefire
- 10:41Speaker 1: overall than get those Americans back. So we're not going
- 10:44Speaker 1: to fight to get those Americans back. We're just gonna say,
- 10:47Speaker 1: everybody just stopped shooting each other, and you guys kind
- 10:50Speaker 1: of keep what you got. That's that's what this administration
- 10:54Speaker 1: just did with abstaining from this vote. You just cheapened
- 10:59Speaker 1: and under mind that the value of an American life
- 11:04Speaker 1: everywhere in the world. I talked about this several months
- 11:07Speaker 1: ago when this happened, and America was like really downplaying
- 11:11Speaker 1: the actual Americans that were taken, Like when was the
- 11:14Speaker 1: last time you saw pictures of the Americans that were
- 11:16Speaker 1: taken on the national news.
- 11:18Speaker 2: They're not talking about Have you noticed that? Like they
- 11:21Speaker 2: don't want to remind you.
- 11:23Speaker 1: They don't want you to know that their Americans are
- 11:26Speaker 1: still being held in hostage. They don't want you to
- 11:28Speaker 1: have faces or names of who they actually are. The
- 11:32Speaker 1: media is making sure that these Americans just kind of
- 11:35Speaker 1: disappear and just kind of go away.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Now, I have a serious question for this administration.
- 11:43Speaker 1: If there is a ceasefire, what are you going to
- 11:45Speaker 1: do with the Americans are being held houstage? Are you
- 11:47Speaker 1: going to just say they're now property of Hamas that
- 11:51Speaker 1: you can keep them forever? Because if there's anything you
- 11:55Speaker 1: know about Hamas, and you should have figured this out
- 11:57Speaker 1: in October seventh, Like, they don't play by civilized rules,
- 12:01Speaker 1: Like if there's a ceasefire, they're not just going to
- 12:03Speaker 1: hand you back a bunch of citizens they took. That's
- 12:06Speaker 1: not what they do. They're barbarians. They're not civilized individuals.
- 12:12Speaker 1: They're soulless. They killed children and stabbed them in their
- 12:17Speaker 1: cribs and beheaded them and took pictures and celebrate them
- 12:20Speaker 1: and cook them in ovens. They killed and tortured handicapped
- 12:26Speaker 1: senior citizens. They took hostage eighty and ninety year olds
- 12:32Speaker 1: for goodness sakes, like they're not normal people, they're barbarians.
- 12:38Speaker 1: If a ceasefire came down today, my question for Joe
- 12:41Speaker 1: Biden is, well, what are you going to do to
- 12:43Speaker 1: get the Americans back? Because the simple line here would
- 12:46Speaker 1: have been, Okay, number one, we're not upstaining from this vote.
- 12:50Speaker 1: We're gonna stand with Israel and we're going to say
- 12:52Speaker 1: keep pounding Hamas until Hamas realizes that We're never going
- 12:56Speaker 1: to stop pounding them and supporting the destruction of Hama
- 13:00Speaker 1: until you give us our damn American citizens back. Like
- 13:03Speaker 1: that's a strong foreign policy that protects Americans, because it's
- 13:07Speaker 1: not just about what happened on October the seventh anymore.
- 13:10Speaker 1: This is now a foreign policy that is putting American
- 13:15Speaker 1: lives at risk everywhere in the world. It's not just Israel,
- 13:19Speaker 1: it's not just in the Middle East, everywhere in the world.
- 13:23Speaker 1: There used to be And I was about to mention
- 13:25Speaker 1: this a moment ago, and I want to go back
- 13:26Speaker 1: to the point I was going to make, and that's this.
- 13:28Speaker 1: There used to be like an invisible bubble around Americans.
- 13:32Speaker 1: When you traveled around the world. There was unspoken like, hey,
- 13:36Speaker 1: don't screw with American citizens. Don't grab them and hold
- 13:39Speaker 1: them hostage for ransom. Like like, whatever you do, don't
- 13:44Speaker 1: screw with America because if you do screw with America,
- 13:48Speaker 1: it's gonna get bad.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Like, it's not gonna work out well for you.
- 13:52Speaker 1: That's why you could travel all over the world and
- 13:56Speaker 1: feel like you were safe even though you were outside
- 13:58Speaker 1: of the United States of America, because it was very
- 14:00Speaker 1: clear that if you messed with a single American, we
- 14:03Speaker 1: were going to come after you. All right, Before I
- 14:06Speaker 1: continue with this, I want to tell you about my
- 14:08Speaker 1: friends over at Freedom Gold. And if you are like
- 14:11Speaker 1: me and you are worried about your financial future and
- 14:15Speaker 1: protecting your hard earned dollars, you need to do what
- 14:19Speaker 1: so many are doing around the world, and that is
- 14:21Speaker 1: turning to gold and silver as a hedge against inflation
- 14:25Speaker 1: and the much higher consumer prices we're dealing with right now.
- 14:29Speaker 1: You need a financial plan that ensures that you the
- 14:31Speaker 1: money you save today will be enough for you tomorrow.
- 14:35Speaker 1: And that's where gold and silver come in. Gold and
- 14:38Speaker 1: silver have historically been amazing hedges against inflation and a
- 14:41Speaker 1: great way to protect your hard earned retirement funds. And
- 14:44Speaker 1: when it comes to buying gold and silver, you need
- 14:47Speaker 1: a trusted partner.
- 14:48Speaker 2: You need Freedom Gold USA. Let me tell you why.
- 14:52Speaker 1: On average they charge twenty five to thirty percent less
- 14:58Speaker 1: than most major gold and silver firms.
- 15:00Speaker 2: What does that mean.
- 15:01Speaker 1: It means you could literally get twenty five to thirty
- 15:04Speaker 1: percent more gold or silver when buying from Freedom Gold
- 15:09Speaker 1: over their competitors, just by picking a partner that you
- 15:13Speaker 1: can trust. Freedom Goold USA is all about educating their
- 15:17Speaker 1: clients on how to invest in precious metals. And that's
- 15:20Speaker 1: why I use them, and this is why I want
- 15:23Speaker 1: you to call them. So take control of your financial
- 15:26Speaker 1: future now. And no matter what happens in the world,
- 15:29Speaker 1: no matter what happens with banking, no matter what happens
- 15:32Speaker 1: with hackers, if you have real tangible assets gold and silver,
- 15:37Speaker 1: you know you are protected. One eight hundred sixty five
- 15:41Speaker 1: five eight eight four three. Take control your financial future now.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Visit FREEDOMOLDUSA dot com slash ben that's Freedom Goold USA
- 15:52Speaker 1: dot com slash Ben, or call them one eight hundred
- 15:56Speaker 1: sixty five five eight eight four three freedomsa dot com
- 16:01Speaker 1: Tom Benferguson sent you. Now, some of that went away
- 16:05Speaker 1: with the Iranian hostage crisis, right, and that's what led
- 16:08Speaker 1: to Ronald Reagan being elected because Americans wanted that status back.
- 16:13Speaker 1: You don't screw with Americans. And guess what happened when
- 16:16Speaker 1: Ronald Reagan was inaugurated. They were immediately released all the
- 16:20Speaker 1: hostages because they didn't fear Jimmy Carter. And Joe Biden's
- 16:24Speaker 1: very much like Jimmy Carter right now. He's not someone
- 16:27Speaker 1: that is feared by any bad actors in the world.
- 16:30Speaker 1: And people didn't fear Jimmy Carter either. Ronald Reagan, they
- 16:34Speaker 1: knew right away was a guy that was going to
- 16:36Speaker 1: come and unleash Holy hell on you, and that's why
- 16:39Speaker 1: they released the hostages. The Biden administration is also their
- 16:43Speaker 1: response to what's going on here is disgusting as well.
- 16:49Speaker 1: I want you to hear John Kirby in his own
- 16:51Speaker 1: words at the White House.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Listen the ones we Vito didn't condemn MAMAS. This one
- 16:56Speaker 3: didn't condemn MAMAS, which is why we couldn't support it,
- 17:00Speaker 3: but we didn't veto it because in general, unlike previous resolutions,
- 17:05Speaker 3: this one did fairly capture what has been our consistent policy,
- 17:09Speaker 3: which is linking a hostage deal in the release of
- 17:12Speaker 3: those men and women with of course a temporary cya.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Squar That's not what was in the deal you noticed there.
- 17:23Speaker 1: None of this is about saving American lives or getting
- 17:26Speaker 1: the hostages back.
- 17:27Speaker 2: This is all about semantics.
- 17:30Speaker 1: This is all about all right, we're going to say
- 17:34Speaker 1: this kumbayah is We're going to kind of talk about it, but.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Not talk about it. John Kirby also saying this, Listen.
- 17:45Speaker 4: You're now for the first time in a while, the
- 17:48Speaker 4: United States is at least substaining and allowing to go through.
- 17:51Speaker 4: So the perception broadly is that the US is no
- 17:53Speaker 4: longer got Israel's back when it comes to conversations like
- 17:56Speaker 4: this is the way.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Yeah, that's just not true, and nothing could be fun
- 18:00Speaker 3: from the truth. Quite frankly, of course, we still have
- 18:02Speaker 3: Israels back. I mean, as you and I are speaking,
- 18:04Speaker 3: we are still providing tools and capabilities, weapon systems so
- 18:07Speaker 3: that Israel can defend itself against which we agree is
- 18:11Speaker 3: still a viable for Tomasa.
- 18:14Speaker 2: I love that. Right, You guys aren't going to have
- 18:17Speaker 2: the back of Israel. That's just not true. That's not true.
- 18:20Speaker 2: We've got their back. No, you don't.
- 18:22Speaker 1: John Kirby just lied to you. He lied to the
- 18:24Speaker 1: American people, and he showed weakness on the world stage
- 18:27Speaker 1: by saying nothing can be further from the truth when
- 18:30Speaker 1: asked about the perception the US is no longer has
- 18:32Speaker 1: Israel's back and in the US abstaining from a UN
- 18:35Speaker 1: resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, what message that's
- 18:39Speaker 1: in the tears? Hey, open season on Americans. You want
- 18:42Speaker 1: to grab an American, we ain't going to stop you.
- 18:45Speaker 1: And then he's pressed even more. Listen to this today.
- 18:48Speaker 3: As you all know, we abstained on a UN Security
- 18:52Speaker 3: Council resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza till the
- 18:55Speaker 3: end of Ramadan and the release of all the hostages.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Our vote does, I repeat, does not represent a shift
- 19:03Speaker 3: in our policy.
- 19:05Speaker 2: We've been very clear, We've been very.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Consistent in our support for a ceasefire as part of
- 19:10Speaker 3: a hostage deal.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Again, if it's not as shift in policy, then why
- 19:16Speaker 1: are you having to lead your press conference when everybody
- 19:20Speaker 1: in the world knows it's a shift in your policy
- 19:23Speaker 1: By defending your administration's decision to abstain from a UN
- 19:26Speaker 1: resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza. The reason why
- 19:32Speaker 1: you were in this scenario and the reason why you're
- 19:35Speaker 1: having to start your press conference by saying it that
- 19:37Speaker 1: way is because everyone, not just in America, everyone in
- 19:41Speaker 1: the media, and everyone in the world knows that America
- 19:43Speaker 1: just hung Israel out to drive the United Nations.
- 19:47Speaker 4: Like.
- 19:47Speaker 1: You can say whatever your propaganda is here, but the
- 19:50Speaker 1: fact of the matter is you have now told Hamas
- 19:53Speaker 1: that American lives aren't worth that much, that we're not
- 19:56Speaker 1: going to fight that hard to get Americans back that
- 19:57Speaker 1: you held hostage. We're not really in favor of holding
- 20:00Speaker 1: you accountable for your actions on October the seventh, Right,
- 20:06Speaker 1: We're just not And you just want this thing to
- 20:09Speaker 1: kind of go away before the election, because it really
- 20:12Speaker 1: does come down to the issue of the election. This
- 20:14Speaker 1: president does not want a big war in the Middle East,
- 20:17Speaker 1: and he doesn't want young people to think that America's
- 20:19Speaker 1: pro war and holding terrorists accountable. It's actually about that
- 20:24Speaker 1: issue the most. They understand that young voters in this
- 20:27Speaker 1: country are not in favor of backing and supporting Israel.
- 20:31Speaker 1: They've been brainwashed by our academic society and radical young
- 20:37Speaker 1: people and radicals that have infiltrated our high schools and
- 20:40Speaker 1: our colleges to believe that somehow Israel's the bad guy
- 20:43Speaker 1: after what happened on October the seventh, or the Israel
- 20:46Speaker 1: come to deserve what they got on October the seventh, right,
- 20:49Speaker 1: they stand with hamas they stand with the terrorists. And
- 20:53Speaker 1: this administration is looking at these young voters going, we
- 20:56Speaker 1: gotta get him vote in November against Donald Trump. So
- 20:59Speaker 1: how do we do that if they're mad at us
- 21:01Speaker 1: saying that we're backing Israel because they hate Israel.
- 21:04Speaker 2: That's the politics behind all of this.
- 21:07Speaker 1: John Kirby is going out there changing America's foreign policy
- 21:11Speaker 1: that's putting more American lives at risk, solely to try to.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Win an election in November.
- 21:17Speaker 1: I want to move to another important issue that deals
- 21:19Speaker 1: with Biden crime family, as we will continue to watch
- 21:22Speaker 1: what's happening in Israel and the UN with America deciding
- 21:26Speaker 1: as screw it, we don't need to stand up for
- 21:28Speaker 1: even our own citizens are being held hostage. And this
- 21:31Speaker 1: is now coming from Politico. Politico is now reporting that
- 21:36Speaker 1: the DOJ looked at transactions linked to Jim Biden, the
- 21:43Speaker 1: President's brother, as part of a criminal investigation. Federal investigators
- 21:49Speaker 1: were now being told. In South Florida recently probe transactions
- 21:53Speaker 1: linked to Jim Biden as part of a major criminal investigation,
- 21:57Speaker 1: according to two people familiar with the matter, The investigation
- 22:01Speaker 1: remains open, according to one of the two sources. Meanwhile,
- 22:06Speaker 1: the Justice Department officials prosecuting an ongoing Medicare fraud case
- 22:12Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania are also seeking information about the activities of
- 22:17Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's brother as recently as last year that,
- 22:21Speaker 1: according to a third person familiar with the case, all
- 22:26Speaker 1: three were granted imininity to discuss sensitive matters. Now, the
- 22:30Speaker 1: revelations add, they say, to the potential legal minefield surrounding
- 22:35Speaker 1: the first family. This at a time when House Republicans
- 22:40Speaker 1: are pursuing an impeachment inquiry aimed at the Biden family's
- 22:44Speaker 1: business dealings, and Hunter Biden facing federal tax charges in
- 22:48Speaker 1: California and those gun charges in Delaware that are purposely
- 22:53Speaker 1: designed to not connect any of his well criminal activity
- 22:57Speaker 1: to his father. Both investigations have scrutinized a troubled hospital chain.
- 23:04Speaker 1: We've talked about this before on this show, americ Corps.
- 23:08Speaker 1: America Corps was a company that was desperate for capital
- 23:12Speaker 1: they went to Jim Biden and they asked for money.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Americ Corps sat down with Jim Biden and they worked
- 23:19Speaker 1: with him in the years after President Joe Biden left
- 23:21Speaker 1: the Obama administration desperate for cash that he promised he
- 23:26Speaker 1: could find them, but it never showed up. In Pennsylvania,
- 23:30Speaker 1: where a healthcare entrepreneur has pled guilty to his role
- 23:35Speaker 1: in the alleged fraud scheme, prosecutors say and Americ Corps
- 23:38Speaker 1: hospital received tens of millions of dollars in improper Medicare reimbursements.
- 23:43Speaker 1: That is part of the investigation as well. Now you
- 23:48Speaker 1: look at everything that I just told you coming in
- 23:50Speaker 1: from Politico, none of this, by the way, should be surprising.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Looking at these transactions linked to Jim Biden as part
- 23:59Speaker 1: of the investigation is exactly what should be major headlines everywhere.
- 24:06Speaker 1: This is the president's brother. I'm probably the first place
- 24:11Speaker 1: you've heard about any of this. Now, these federal investigators
- 24:15Speaker 1: in South Florida, who again they say, recently probe the
- 24:19Speaker 1: transactions linked to Jim Biden's part of this criminal investigation.
- 24:24Speaker 1: The investigation they say is open and very much ongoing.
- 24:30Speaker 1: They also are now saying that the Justice Department officials
- 24:32Speaker 1: are prosecuting that ongoing Medicare fraud case in Pennsylvania, which
- 24:36Speaker 1: I mentioned a moment ago, are now seeking more information
- 24:39Speaker 1: about the activity of President Joe Biden's brother as recently
- 24:43Speaker 1: as six months ago.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Six months ago, folks.
- 24:49Speaker 1: So if you think the Biden crime family stopped their activities,
- 24:53Speaker 1: their criminal activities, you're wrong. In fact, it looks like
- 24:57Speaker 1: they may have even jacked them up when he won
- 25:00Speaker 1: the White House. You look at the money laundering that's
- 25:04Speaker 1: coming in from the paintings that Hunter Biden does, and
- 25:08Speaker 1: the White House brother involved in all of this corruption
- 25:14Speaker 1: with a fraud that involves taxpayer dollars Like this isn't
- 25:18Speaker 1: private sector fraud. This fraud with AMERICRPS was fraud that
- 25:22Speaker 1: involved taxpayer dollars in the tens of millions of dollars
- 25:27Speaker 1: that were being defrauded and the American taxpayers were paying for.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Now, both of these.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Investigations scrutinize a troubled chain that Hunter Biden, or actually
- 25:40Speaker 1: James Biden knew was troubled and there that was, in
- 25:43Speaker 1: fact the opportunity. Hey I'm Jim Biden, Okay, I'll come in.
- 25:49Speaker 1: I'll hook you up. My brother's Joe Biden in Pennsylvania,
- 25:54Speaker 1: where a healthcare entrepreneur has pled guilty to his role
- 25:57Speaker 1: in the alleged fraud scheme. Prosecutor sat a man Ahir
- 26:00Speaker 1: Coorp Hospital received tens of millions of dollars in proper
- 26:02Speaker 1: Medicare reimbursements, and they want to know how they got
- 26:05Speaker 1: away with it. Could it be because the president's brother
- 26:10Speaker 1: was involved in the business dealings that are now under
- 26:13Speaker 1: investigation as part of an effort by Jim Biden and
- 26:16Speaker 1: his business partners to land investments from sources around the world,
- 26:21Speaker 1: Because that's also what this article is now saying. In Politico,
- 26:25Speaker 1: they said, what's under investigation is the fact that Jim
- 26:28Speaker 1: Biden and his business partners were hired by AmeriCorps to
- 26:31Speaker 1: bring in foreign money because they couldn't get money in America,
- 26:35Speaker 1: and so they were trying to land big paychecks from
- 26:40Speaker 1: their quote sources in the Middle East to finance AmeriCorps
- 26:45Speaker 1: and other ventures in the US that were desperate for money.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Investigators in Florida say they're now seeking information about an
- 26:53Speaker 1: agreement that Jim Biden was a party to. According to
- 26:56Speaker 1: one of the people familiar with the case, saying they
- 26:59Speaker 1: have also folks us on a series of loans made
- 27:01Speaker 1: to AmeriCorps by an investment fund run by a Jim
- 27:05Speaker 1: Biden associate. According to others involved, Jim Biden, we also
- 27:10Speaker 1: know told Congress last month that he was paid to
- 27:13Speaker 1: arrange some of those shady loans. Now a previously unreported
- 27:20Speaker 1: lawsuit notice I said the word unreported lawsuit alleges that
- 27:25Speaker 1: the payments that Jim Biden received were quote improper. In
- 27:29Speaker 1: a complaint filed in Palm Beach County in twenty twenty two,
- 27:33Speaker 1: investors in the Third Friday Total Return Fund alleged that
- 27:37Speaker 1: the money manager in charge of the fund looted millions
- 27:40Speaker 1: of dollars from it by making sham loans. These sham
- 27:45Speaker 1: loans to AmeriCorps and then diverted more than six hundred
- 27:49Speaker 1: thousand dollars of those embezzled funds to Jim Biden, the
- 27:54Speaker 1: lawsuit states in Palm Beach County, So in other words,
- 28:00Speaker 1: I'm going to get you some shady money, is what
- 28:01Speaker 1: Jim Biden was saying.
- 28:03Speaker 2: And when I get it for you, you're.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Immediately going to hook me up and divert some of
- 28:08Speaker 1: that shady funding into my bank account. What's even more
- 28:13Speaker 1: crazy about this story, and this is where it connects
- 28:15Speaker 1: directly to his brother, the President of United States of America,
- 28:19Speaker 1: is that when America Corps diverted the six hundred thousand
- 28:22Speaker 1: dollars of embezzled funds to Jim Biden, then Jim Biden
- 28:27Speaker 1: transferred two hundred thousand of his money of that six
- 28:32Speaker 1: hundred thousand to the President Joe Biden, and a transaction
- 28:36Speaker 1: that he and the White House have said was quote a.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Loan repayment, So we now know how the money was flowing.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Several of the loans have an additional, previously unreported.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Link to the bidens.
- 28:49Speaker 1: An email now that's been obtained by Politico shows that
- 28:52Speaker 1: a lawyer who has worked for Jim and Hunter Biden
- 28:57Speaker 1: represented the lender in some of the transactions that are
- 29:01Speaker 1: now being scrutinized for fraud. That lawyer has not responded
- 29:06Speaker 1: for requests for comment from Politico. Jim Biden is not
- 29:11Speaker 1: named as a defendant in the Palm Beach suit and
- 29:14Speaker 1: is not clear whether his activities are a focus in
- 29:17Speaker 1: either of the criminal investigations, but they have been talking
- 29:22Speaker 1: to him and seeking information about all of this now.
- 29:26Speaker 1: The White House also doing what they do best. They
- 29:28Speaker 1: refer to request for comments to Jim Biden's representatives. Through
- 29:32Speaker 1: a spokesperson, Jim Biden's lawyer, Paul Fishman, said Jim Biden
- 29:37Speaker 1: is not being investigated by federal law enforcement in Florida
- 29:40Speaker 1: or Pennsylvania, and he was unaware of any ongoing or
- 29:43Speaker 1: recent executive branch investigations of his client. He did not
- 29:48Speaker 1: respond to a follow up question about how he knows
- 29:51Speaker 1: that Jim Biden is not being investigated in Florida or
- 29:53Speaker 1: Pennsylvania cases from Politico as well. The South Florida office
- 29:57Speaker 1: of the Justice Department declined to comment, and the West
- 30:00Speaker 1: from Pennsylvania office didn't respond for requests for comment either.
- 30:04Speaker 2: What we do know is this, Jim Biden.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Decided to jump head in, headfirst into the healthcare business area,
- 30:12Speaker 1: which picked up in the months after his brother left
- 30:15Speaker 1: the vice presidency in twenty seventeen. He was the subject
- 30:19Speaker 1: of a recent political investigation. It found that Jim Biden
- 30:23Speaker 1: leveraged President Joe Biden's name to promote the hospital chain AmeriCorps,
- 30:28Speaker 1: and that several members of the former Vice president's inner
- 30:31Speaker 1: circle worked for AmeriCorps or participated in AMERICRPS meetings and
- 30:38Speaker 1: its representatives in the years leading up to his twenty
- 30:41Speaker 1: twenty presidential run. And is there money connecting the president
- 30:45Speaker 1: to AmeriCorps. Yes, when Jim Biden got the six hundred
- 30:49Speaker 1: thousand dollars, two hundred thousand of that money went straight
- 30:51Speaker 1: to Joe Biden that they claim was alone. Now, as
- 30:54Speaker 1: part of that venture, we also know that Jim Biden
- 30:57Speaker 1: worked with a group of Florida based business partners to
- 31:01Speaker 1: seek investments for americ Corps and other companies from sources
- 31:05Speaker 1: in the Middle East. Now, this is where America Corps
- 31:08Speaker 1: is angry. They did not receive the investment funds that
- 31:11Speaker 1: its executives expected by using Jim Biden. The company went
- 31:15Speaker 1: bankrupt in nineteen has been at the center of the
- 31:17Speaker 1: legal and political controversies ever since. Now what we do
- 31:22Speaker 1: know is this is coming from Politico. They're calling it
- 31:26Speaker 1: a brazen scheme. In seventeen, Jim Biden began working with
- 31:30Speaker 1: a money manager and a business development entrepreneur based in
- 31:33Speaker 1: south Ford in an effort to land tens of millions
- 31:35Speaker 1: of dollars to invest in the US healthcare sector. The
- 31:39Speaker 1: Money Manager ran a popular investing newsletter as well as
- 31:42Speaker 1: the Third Friday Fund. Amar Roustom, the CEO of the
- 31:47Speaker 1: business development company The Platinum Group, boasted of ties to
- 31:51Speaker 1: its leaders in the Middle East as well.
- 31:53Speaker 2: So what did Jim Biden do. He was trying to.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Secure big paydays and then kickbacks that came to him
- 31:59Speaker 1: for doing it, and then that money went to Joe
- 32:03Speaker 1: Biden as well.
- 32:05Speaker 2: That is the reality of the situation. Notice that what
- 32:08Speaker 2: I'm telling you now no one else is talking about.
- 32:12Speaker 1: I wonder why make sure you share this podcast with
- 32:15Speaker 1: your family and your friends, and I'll see you back
- 32:17Speaker 1: here tomorrow.
