- 0:13Speaker 1: them more like theming buck things. And it's true, good it.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve Hart to move to stem, please, Bobby, I don't
- 0:38Speaker 1: join join me, to be doing me. You gotta turning them,
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn to turn them out. Got to turn
- 1:44Speaker 1: them out, to turn the water the water. Come come
- 1:58Speaker 1: on your baby, got it? Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:06Speaker 1: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:09Speaker 1: radio show. Well, I gotta tell you something, everybody, And
- 2:15Speaker 1: this is great news for everybody that I'm gonna share
- 2:20Speaker 1: something with your principle of becoming successful at whatever level
- 2:26Speaker 1: you choose. It can be successful in the relationship, successful
- 2:32Speaker 1: in the family. Successes may be considered to you becoming
- 2:36Speaker 1: a homeowner. It could be being dead free. Your ideal
- 2:42Speaker 1: of success could be sixty thousand a year, fifty thousand
- 2:46Speaker 1: a year, one hundred thousand dollars a year. Doesn't matter
- 2:49Speaker 1: if you're considering it, if you're wanting it, if you
- 2:53Speaker 1: have a desire to become successful. I want to share
- 2:57Speaker 1: with you the very beginning of that. If no one's
- 3:01Speaker 1: ever done it, I'm going to say the beginning of
- 3:03Speaker 1: it today. See Scripture makes it very clear for us
- 3:12Speaker 1: you don't The only thing you need to become successful
- 3:15Speaker 1: is already inside of you. It's not an external need.
- 3:21Speaker 1: God wouldn't do that to you. He puts the core
- 3:25Speaker 1: basis of everything you need inside of you. So if
- 3:29Speaker 1: you discover it, if you tend to it, nurture it,
- 3:35Speaker 1: fertilize it, and water it, it grows, it branches out.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Then it reaches out externally and it starts grabbing things
- 3:43Speaker 1: outside of there to make it even bigger, stronger, better,
- 3:46Speaker 1: last longer. But in the very beginning, you don't need anything.
- 3:51Speaker 1: It's all within you. And if you cultivate your relationship
- 3:56Speaker 1: with God, it comes out, it flourishes. Now, let me
- 4:01Speaker 1: tell you that thing that I'm talking about is a
- 4:04Speaker 1: God given gift that He has given to all of us.
- 4:07Speaker 1: We all possess it. It is all within us that
- 4:12Speaker 1: everybody has a gift. Had somebody told me what I
- 4:16Speaker 1: know now back then, I would have saved myself tons
- 4:19Speaker 1: of mistakes. I just didn't know the principles. I had
- 4:21Speaker 1: to learn them. All well. One of the principles of
- 4:24Speaker 1: becoming successful is your mind set. You got to get
- 4:29Speaker 1: your mind right now. This mindset is simply a decision
- 4:35Speaker 1: that you can make. I can't get it for you.
- 4:39Speaker 1: I can tell you what to do, but you got
- 4:42Speaker 1: to make the decision. You just listening have to decide.
- 4:45Speaker 1: You know what, I'm gonna go on and get at it.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna stop writing. I'm gonna become a homeowner. You
- 4:49Speaker 1: know what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna stop living check
- 4:51Speaker 1: to check. I'm I'm gonna put a budget together. I'm
- 4:56Speaker 1: gonna stop stepping out on my I'm gonna go home.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I'm gonna get it together. I'm gonna stop using you
- 5:05Speaker 1: when you make these decisions. That's correcting your mindset. Now.
- 5:09Speaker 1: The closer connection you have with God, the more help
- 5:12Speaker 1: you get sustaining the mindset. How many times have you
- 5:15Speaker 1: started to do something and you stopped? How many resolutions
- 5:19Speaker 1: have you made at the New Year and stop by February?
- 5:23Speaker 1: Over by me at January? Done in March. Because if
- 5:29Speaker 1: you don't have a clear connection with your creator to
- 5:32Speaker 1: help you carry out the other force out there, that
- 5:36Speaker 1: evil force is designed to get you not to reach
- 5:39Speaker 1: your goals, get you not to come to resolution with
- 5:42Speaker 1: whatever the resolutions are you made, so he can so
- 5:45Speaker 1: you can consider yourself not worthy or failure or unable
- 5:50Speaker 1: to do something. But the more things you are able
- 5:53Speaker 1: to accomplish, the greater your confidence goals grows. So we
- 5:56Speaker 1: got to get your mindset together. Your mindset is a
- 5:59Speaker 1: decision that you have to make. When you make the decision,
- 6:02Speaker 1: you can begin the process. Your mindset is also a
- 6:06Speaker 1: will of yours, a will along with the decision, a will,
- 6:12Speaker 1: a willingness to do right, a willingness to change, a
- 6:17Speaker 1: willingness to be better. It's going to then cause you
- 6:22Speaker 1: to have to make a decision to make a change
- 6:25Speaker 1: of direction. Don't go where everybody else going. You got
- 6:28Speaker 1: to go your way. Now. You can't follow the crowd.
- 6:31Speaker 1: You got to take a less travel path. You cannot
- 6:36Speaker 1: do this without changing your direction. You can't keep hanging
- 6:39Speaker 1: with the people you've been hanging with if you want
- 6:41Speaker 1: to be different because they're not. Then you have to
- 6:45Speaker 1: develop an obligation to yourself. You've got to say, you
- 6:50Speaker 1: know what for me and my family, or if you
- 6:53Speaker 1: don't have a family, for me, I owe it to myself.
- 6:56Speaker 1: I have an obligation to myself to be the best
- 7:00Speaker 1: that I can possibly be, to be the best self
- 7:04Speaker 1: that I can possibly be, to be the best father,
- 7:07Speaker 1: the best man, the best husband, the best wife, the
- 7:11Speaker 1: best mother, the best daughter, the best son, the best student,
- 7:16Speaker 1: the best employ ye, the best owner. You have an
- 7:19Speaker 1: obligation to yourself to give yourself a shot at the
- 7:24Speaker 1: best life you can. That's an obligation. You owe that
- 7:28Speaker 1: to yourself. Why would you not live the best life
- 7:31Speaker 1: that you possibly could. You have an obligation to yourself.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Why would you teat yourself like that? Why would you
- 7:38Speaker 1: take yourself and never allow yourself to see the goodness
- 7:42Speaker 1: that's already in you, to have the abundance that's been
- 7:46Speaker 1: promised to you, to go and explore all the riches
- 7:51Speaker 1: out there that's available to you. And but one of
- 7:57Speaker 1: the worst ways that you can rob your self of
- 8:00Speaker 1: the joy of your obligation is to keep comparing yourself
- 8:03Speaker 1: to somebody else. Because guess what, Man, that ain't your life.
- 8:08Speaker 1: You ain't jay Z and Beyonce, you're not You're not open. Instead, man,
- 8:13Speaker 1: that's not who you are. Quit looking around at everybody
- 8:17Speaker 1: else that comparison of everybody else to keep you broken it,
- 8:21Speaker 1: to keep you unhappy. You won't even be able to
- 8:24Speaker 1: be grateful for what you have because you steady talking
- 8:26Speaker 1: about what you don't have. That's not the way, man.
- 8:29Speaker 1: You have an obligation to yourself to be the best
- 8:32Speaker 1: you You can be, not the best them. You're not them.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Stop trying to be them. Be the best you. It's cool.
- 8:40Speaker 1: You got a nice little house. That's cool. You know
- 8:43Speaker 1: how many big houses is empty and feel with hate
- 8:46Speaker 1: and resentment. I'd rather have a smaller house feel with
- 8:51Speaker 1: joy in it than to go to a big house. Man.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Prince got a line in a song that says, I
- 8:56Speaker 1: realized in its best disguise, or at the house, don't
- 9:01Speaker 1: make a home. Man. Don't you know I know how
- 9:05Speaker 1: true that is? So I'm just trying to tell you now.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Another part of the mindset is taking dead aim at
- 9:16Speaker 1: your life's goals and ambitions. What are they? What are
- 9:20Speaker 1: your goals and your visions? What do you see for yourself?
- 9:24Speaker 1: What do you dream about? If you knew you couldn't
- 9:27Speaker 1: fail at whatever it is you were attempting, what would
- 9:29Speaker 1: you go attempting? See? That's what we need to be after.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It's a mindset, y'all. It's a decision, it's a will,
- 9:38Speaker 1: it's a change of direction. It's an obligation to yourself.
- 9:42Speaker 1: It's taking dead aim at your life's visions and goals.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Come on, man, you got to get your mind wrapped
- 9:47Speaker 1: around this thing. You owe it to yourself to live
- 9:50Speaker 1: the best life you can be. Come on, man, talk
- 9:53Speaker 1: to God. God got something for you. You just gotta
- 9:55Speaker 1: check in with him. You're listening to Good Morning, Everybody
- 10:03Speaker 1: is your boy James and Brown, and you're about to

- 14:01Speaker 1: reached the point in my life every damn thing gets
- 14:05Speaker 1: on my nerves. Number One, people who sing my favorite
- 14:08Speaker 1: song when they're in the car, that's my song I'm singing.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Who that? Yeah? People who point that stuff while I'm driving,
- 14:19Speaker 1: Look at that house I'm driving. Don't point like Steve
- 14:27Speaker 1: or like Steve every day. Men and women who chew
- 14:31Speaker 1: gum and popping I don't like that. Get your ass
- 14:33Speaker 1: out of the car, Grandma. I don't want much fun.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I know we'll be here with this. People you talked
- 14:43Speaker 1: on the phone, but they can't take the hint that
- 14:46Speaker 1: the conversation is over. Yeah, all right now I want
- 14:51Speaker 1: to get off. All right, that's all of us. Yeah
- 14:57Speaker 1: we are. Yeah, unless people do each other. People who
- 15:03Speaker 1: stand you when you sleep? What what? What is that?
- 15:07Speaker 1: About what you looking at sleep watch Really this is
- 15:15Speaker 1: really a good one. I can't take it because people
- 15:18Speaker 1: who eat two damn slow, Oh my god, because I
- 15:26Speaker 1: chilled my phone. I we got to go. I got
- 15:32Speaker 1: to get out of here. But when she phone under

- 15:49Speaker 1: that I want to cut him one. And gotta know.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I'm on the edge and everything make me upset. People

- 16:01Speaker 1: get on my damn nerves. We're going down the list.
- 16:03Speaker 1: The something upset me. The people who sing when they
- 16:08Speaker 1: got headphones on. Keep it to yourself. I don't want
- 16:13Speaker 1: to hear your song. I got headphones zon too. People,
- 16:26Speaker 1: the the things that upset me now that I'm older,
- 16:28Speaker 1: everything upset me. People that talk through the whole damn movie,
- 16:32Speaker 1: the entire I can't stand that. I will ask you
- 16:37Speaker 1: to leave. Really, yeah, they don't run the movie, but

- 16:49Speaker 1: go watch this the good part. That's the one I'm
- 16:51Speaker 1: done about. People. People go to the movie but they
- 16:55Speaker 1: can't hear a damn thing. They can't hear that. What
- 17:01Speaker 1: did he say? What close cashion? What they said? I'm
- 17:09Speaker 1: not ain't hearing nothing? What what did they say? That?

- 18:18Speaker 1: That's what exactly? None of that. Okay, this is another one.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Things that get on my nerves. People that wake you
- 18:25Speaker 1: up in the middle of the night and ask you
- 18:27Speaker 1: do you sleep. It's just two thirty, It's just two
- 18:34Speaker 1: It's just two thirty. I do that to my husband
- 18:36Speaker 1: on time to sleep. No, I'm over here rehearsing dad.
- 18:49Speaker 1: There's the thing to get on my nerves. None of
- 18:50Speaker 1: the I'm older. Every damn thing is people who let
- 18:53Speaker 1: people hut the line old hell back now the line police,
- 19:04Speaker 1: timmy running everything I'm in. I'm getting in line first
- 19:10Speaker 1: so you can continue shopping for me and bring it

- 19:18Speaker 1: the person they sit to go get something, don't make
- 19:20Speaker 1: it back and get your ass out the wire. We
- 19:27Speaker 1: wait though brand no bread, honey, and then being the
- 19:36Speaker 1: store yelling you won't want to Yeah, they don't sail,
- 19:45Speaker 1: why you might well get them? And why did the
- 19:52Speaker 1: cash you act like he powerless? Don't tell a little
- 19:55Speaker 1: step out the way, Jake, Jake, h you gotta throw

- 20:04Speaker 1: person is in the fifteen item line but got thirty items.
- 20:12Speaker 1: They need to take that stick and beat dass man.
- 20:23Speaker 1: That's one, Okay, that's one I think that really get
- 20:26Speaker 1: on my there. People that come out the restroom and
- 20:29Speaker 1: don't warn you before you go in there. They don't
- 20:31Speaker 1: say a damn bad look at you. As you going
- 20:36Speaker 1: in here. All right, we gotta cut a shirt right then? Yeah,
- 20:42Speaker 1: that was good, that was really good. Coming up next,

- 28:56Speaker 1: to bring them. Come on, Jacks. I listened coming up
- 29:05Speaker 1: at the top of the hour entertainment news. Right after this,
- 29:12Speaker 1: you're listening to the Stay Show and Entertainment News. A
- 29:19Speaker 1: Minnesota prosecutor charged singer R. Kelly on Monday with prostitution
- 29:25Speaker 1: and solicitation related to an allegation that he invited a
- 29:30Speaker 1: seventeen year old girl to his hotel room back in
- 29:32Speaker 1: two thousand and one and paid her two hundred dollars
- 29:35Speaker 1: to dance naked with him. The prosecutor said the seventeen
- 29:39Speaker 1: year old girl was trying to get an autograph from R. Kelly,
- 29:42Speaker 1: but that he gave her his signature and a phone number.
- 29:47Speaker 1: When the girl called the number, she was invited to
- 29:49Speaker 1: Kelly's room, his hotel room, and there she was offered
- 29:52Speaker 1: two hundred dollars to take her clothes off and dance.
- 29:55Speaker 1: The prosecutor also said that Robert took his clothes off
- 30:00Speaker 1: and they danced together naked. Robert's lawyer called these allegations absurd.
- 30:07Speaker 1: I don't think so. I can see you never getting
- 30:09Speaker 1: out of jail. He's never getting now she has a child,
- 30:14Speaker 1: So yeah, I coupled with everything else that that you
- 30:17Speaker 1: know we've seen and heard about him, it's entirely possible
- 30:21Speaker 1: that this could have happened. Yeah, just like and the
- 30:25Speaker 1: way we're gonna we'll believe her more than we believe him, Yes,
- 30:28Speaker 1: we will. You can do better trying to get him
- 30:30Speaker 1: a studio built in there. I'm going to live in jail.
- 30:34Speaker 1: I'm just gonna go out and live and say he
- 30:35Speaker 1: did it. I'm gonna go out there. Yeah I think
- 30:38Speaker 1: he did. Yeah, Well, we want justice for the victims.
- 30:41Speaker 1: That absolutely, absolutely, finally, after all these years, this happened
- 30:46Speaker 1: back in two thousand and one. Guys, it's twenty nineteen.
- 30:48Speaker 1: We all you girls really Yeah, I got a fourteen
- 30:54Speaker 1: year old baby girl. What I'm talking about? Man, let
- 30:57Speaker 1: me tell you something this with this y'all wouldn't even
- 30:59Speaker 1: be talking about this here. Well when the allegations first
- 31:02Speaker 1: came out. I mean, you know, I felt the same
- 31:05Speaker 1: way because you know, my daughter was a teenager during
- 31:08Speaker 1: that time. So yeah, people and parents and even if
- 31:11Speaker 1: you didn't have children, you yeah, they're family members and people.
- 31:17Speaker 1: They knew sisters, you know, little sisters, all of that.
- 31:21Speaker 1: So you're kids, man. Yeah, all right. So on other
- 31:24Speaker 1: entertainment news, actor Jason Mitchell. We know him from the Shy.
- 31:28Speaker 1: He's finally speaking out about his character on The Shy.
- 31:32Speaker 1: You know, it was announced last season that his character
- 31:34Speaker 1: would be killed off in the third season, so to review.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Jason was fired back in May over allegations of sexual harassment.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Sources say that things got so bad that his co
- 31:45Speaker 1: star Tiffany Boone would bring her fiance Mark Richardson on
- 31:50Speaker 1: set whenever she shot scenes with Jason. Now that Showtime
- 31:54Speaker 1: has revealed the fate of Jason's character, he issued a
- 31:58Speaker 1: statement that didn't confirm or n the sexual misconduct report.
- 32:03Speaker 1: To everyone commenting without any knowledge of what's going on,
- 32:06Speaker 1: please stop, he said, And to all my supporters, I
- 32:09Speaker 1: appreciate you all, and I'm sorry I will no longer
- 32:12Speaker 1: be in The Shy. But don't believe what you read
- 32:16Speaker 1: in the media. That was Jason Mitchell's statements. Well, yeah show.
- 32:23Speaker 1: I love The Shy. I watched it because I'm from Yeah,
- 32:27Speaker 1: it's very very good. Visited his character. Oh you have
- 32:31Speaker 1: set and everything. Yeah, I love I was a big
- 32:34Speaker 1: fan of the show. Yeah, but they are not playing
- 32:38Speaker 1: with you. They are not playing. They're taking it serious.
- 32:40Speaker 1: And you get charges like this, you're gonna be done. Yeah, Well,
- 32:43Speaker 1: what are you killing your character? For nothing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 32:48Speaker 1: what were you saying, Tommy, this is the guy to
- 32:50Speaker 1: play easy? Yes, yes, he's such a great actor. Yeah
- 32:56Speaker 1: he could really act, very talented. Did yeah he was backstadt,
- 33:02Speaker 1: you know, but I didn't know this was coming out. No,
- 33:04Speaker 1: who who knew knew? Yeah that's really sad, Yeah, it
- 33:08Speaker 1: really really is. Yeah. So it was a good show.
- 33:11Speaker 1: The character Brandon, right, character right Brandon. And I'm sure
- 33:15Speaker 1: it's going to change the dynamics of the show. I
- 33:18Speaker 1: hope it'll be as good or better. You know, he's
- 33:21Speaker 1: a big part of it, but part of it you
- 33:24Speaker 1: can't you know, have these social misconducts and you know
- 33:28Speaker 1: you can't work. Yeah, the show has to go. Yeah,
- 33:33Speaker 1: bigger than the show. Yeah yeah, when do you fight it?
- 33:37Speaker 1: I mean, if it's not true, do you fight it
- 33:39Speaker 1: or you just you know, leave the show. Well, it
- 33:42Speaker 1: doesn't seem like he's fighting it. Maybe he is lawyered
- 33:45Speaker 1: up and maybe well this is not the end of it,
- 33:47Speaker 1: you know, maybe he is lawyered up. Maybe he will
- 33:49Speaker 1: fight We don't know. The network Showtime has been showing
- 33:54Speaker 1: their actions what they feel about the situation, you know
- 33:58Speaker 1: what I mean, how come ain't got no more line.
- 34:00Speaker 1: All right, finally we're moving on now. Finally it looks
- 34:07Speaker 1: like the lawsuit Spenderella Dedre Roper is her real name,
- 34:11Speaker 1: of course, Spenderella filed against Salt and Peppa is headed
- 34:15Speaker 1: for mediation. On Friday, a US district court judge in
- 34:19Speaker 1: the Dallas District rejected Spend's requests for immediate relief and
- 34:24Speaker 1: ordered the case into mediation. As we told you, Spenderella,
- 34:28Speaker 1: huh oh, it's bad. Oh yeah, get no work without
- 34:33Speaker 1: the other one. Who wants to see one just one
- 34:36Speaker 1: of them? Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah. So here's what happened. Basically,
- 34:47Speaker 1: in a nutshell, Spenderella claimed that Salton Peppa has been
- 34:51Speaker 1: swindling her out of money for years. So see that's
- 34:55Speaker 1: her claim. Now Salton Peppa is clapping back against those allegations.
- 35:00Speaker 1: They say that they've been extremely generous, extremely generous to
- 35:04Speaker 1: spend over the years and slammed what they called her
- 35:07Speaker 1: scorched earth approach that brought a necessary attention to a
- 35:11Speaker 1: situation that should have been settled amicably and privately. Now
- 35:16Speaker 1: we'll have to wait and see what happened since it's
- 35:18Speaker 1: been brought to light and to the public. Now, well,
- 35:21Speaker 1: I have a reality show, and yeah, they do the
- 35:23Speaker 1: show on b ET. I watched the whole season of
- 35:26Speaker 1: Ladies Night with Salton Pepper and a lot of the
- 35:31Speaker 1: issues that this group has had Spenderell assault and Peppers
- 35:36Speaker 1: come out. I'm not surprised to hear about this lawsuit
- 35:40Speaker 1: at all based on what we saw on the show. Yeah,
- 35:43Speaker 1: on the show too, Yes, yes she is, yes, all right,
- 35:46Speaker 1: moving on, coming up at about twenty minutes after the hour,
- 35:50Speaker 1: tell me something good. We are saluting a soldier. It's
- 35:53Speaker 1: a brother who is being hailed as a hero in
- 35:56Speaker 1: El Paso. We'll get into it right after this. You're
- 35:59Speaker 1: listening Dave Harvey Morning Show, it's time for telling me
- 36:03Speaker 1: something good. And today in our good news segment, during
- 36:07Speaker 1: this horrible tragedies that are going on in both Dayton
- 36:10Speaker 1: and El Paso, we want to salute hero Private first
- 36:13Speaker 1: Class Glendon Oakley. Remember that name, Private first Class Glendon Oakley.
- 36:19Speaker 1: He saved multiple children during the rampage in El Paso.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Private Oakley doesn't want to be known as a hero
- 36:26Speaker 1: and he doesn't want the praise. According to CBS News,
- 36:29Speaker 1: Private Oakley, who was stationed at nearby Fort Bliss was
- 36:32Speaker 1: at the mall when the shooting unfolded. When he said,
- 36:35Speaker 1: a child ran to a nearby mall and told shoppers
- 36:39Speaker 1: that there was an active shooter. Take a listen and
- 36:42Speaker 1: I'll hear the ball ball. So I got my lefness
- 36:44Speaker 1: to carrying him in the minister So I think it's
- 36:46Speaker 1: all I think is, you know, get my done anything fast.
- 36:48Speaker 1: So they closed the food, close the cage for some
- 36:51Speaker 1: people lifted it, and I guess they're so scared they
- 36:53Speaker 1: wanted to make it out. So I peered out with
- 36:55Speaker 1: them and I just followed them, and I see a
- 36:57Speaker 1: whole bunch of kids running around without appearance. So I'm
- 37:00Speaker 1: just thinking about the kids. So I pick up as
- 37:01Speaker 1: as possible kN win me and another guy does as well,
- 37:04Speaker 1: and h I just kill it out. I just hope
- 37:07Speaker 1: the kids make it safe, man, because it was a
- 37:08Speaker 1: whole bunch of kids running around out the parents, and
- 37:10Speaker 1: I would worry about the kids more than myself. Wow. Wow,
- 37:14Speaker 1: Private first Class Blending Oakley there, he said he just
- 37:18Speaker 1: wants to forget what happened. He just wants to forget it. Yeah, yeah,
- 37:22Speaker 1: we we We salute you, Private Oakley and thank you
- 37:25Speaker 1: for your service. And even though you don't want to
- 37:27Speaker 1: be called a hero, you are a hero to us.
- 37:30Speaker 1: And I'm sure those children it's not that people left
- 37:33Speaker 1: their kids in a situation like that. People just run
- 37:36Speaker 1: and just scatter. You know, you don't really think what's happened. Man,
- 37:41Speaker 1: you're running for your life. I mean, this is life
- 37:43Speaker 1: for death at that moment through at that time. Yeah. Yeah.
- 37:48Speaker 1: And sometimes I mean when you go to a mall,
- 37:51Speaker 1: When you go to the mall, sometimes you might let
- 37:53Speaker 1: the kids walk ahead of you. Yeah, because you know,
- 37:56Speaker 1: the teenagers, they want to do their back to school
- 37:58Speaker 1: shopping and things like that. So sometimes the kids and
- 38:01Speaker 1: you're not like withstanding right there with your kids and
- 38:04Speaker 1: something break out. You're telling your children to run, you know,
- 38:07Speaker 1: you just get you may get separated in a moment.
- 38:10Speaker 1: You know, thank God, you know, for Private Oakley saving
- 38:14Speaker 1: these children's lives like that. And I'm glad you said that, Carla,
- 38:17Speaker 1: because I think that happens far too often in our society,
- 38:20Speaker 1: where the parents let their kids walk ahead and they
- 38:24Speaker 1: don't keep their eyes on them. I know it's hard
- 38:27Speaker 1: to but you have to. This is not the time
- 38:29Speaker 1: to let your kid go wander off. And things like that.
- 38:32Speaker 1: You can't do it right now. Please keep an eye
- 38:34Speaker 1: on your children, hold their hands when you're crossing the street,
- 38:37Speaker 1: when you're together, just keep them close to you, because
- 38:40Speaker 1: it can happen in the blink of an eye. I
- 38:42Speaker 1: see it just far too often, you know, when the
- 38:45Speaker 1: kids separate from the parents. Anyway, I just wanted to
- 38:48Speaker 1: say that. Yeah, back to Private Glendon Oakley, thank you
- 38:52Speaker 1: again for your service and for being a hero. We
- 38:55Speaker 1: appreciate what you see for sure. Yeah, coming up next
- 39:00Speaker 1: at thirty four after the hour, guys, President Trump addresses America,
- 39:04Speaker 1: and in a teleprompter slip, he said, Toledo instead of Dayton. Jeez,
- 39:10Speaker 1: all right, we'll get into it right after this. You're
- 39:13Speaker 1: listening to, Okay. So, yesterday President Trump addressed the American
- 39:20Speaker 1: people following this past weekend's deadly shooting Inopasso and Dayton.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Mister Trump said he sent sincere condolences to the victims
- 39:29Speaker 1: and their loved ones and condemned white supremacists. He also
- 39:35Speaker 1: vowed action among his directives and proposals further restricting the
- 39:40Speaker 1: access of mentally ill people to fire arms, flagging potential shooters,
- 39:45Speaker 1: including involuntary confinement of mentally ill people, working with entertainment
- 39:52Speaker 1: companies to curb violent content and movies, TV, and especially
- 39:57Speaker 1: video games, having law enforcement work with Internet companies such
- 40:01Speaker 1: as Facebook to help identify potential shooters, and subjecting mass
- 40:06Speaker 1: shooters to the death penalty. However, the President did not
- 40:09Speaker 1: suggest any specific gun control, which is what everyone was
- 40:14Speaker 1: waiting for and listening for, aside from the restrictions on
- 40:19Speaker 1: mental illness. Uh. And also the President referred to uh
- 40:24Speaker 1: Toledo instead of Dayton at the time. Yeah. Read, they
- 40:28Speaker 1: just put stuff in there because they know he's not
- 40:30Speaker 1: gonna read it, and they just let put Toledo in there.
- 40:34Speaker 1: He read it, said Dayton earlier in the speech, and
- 40:38Speaker 1: so he didn't. I just think he don't know. He
- 40:43Speaker 1: don't know the constitution. He don't. Yeah, okay, uh. And
- 40:52Speaker 1: some more sad news out of Chicago. This is really
- 40:55Speaker 1: really bad. Chicago had his worst weekend of violence this year.
- 41:00Speaker 1: This past weekend gun violence. I'll say seven people were
- 41:04Speaker 1: killed in Chicago. And it's kind of kind of getting
- 41:06Speaker 1: lost in the sauce because of the tragedies in um
- 41:10Speaker 1: El Paso and Dayton. But we have to say that Chicago,
- 41:14Speaker 1: UM we have to pray for the victims and their
- 41:16Speaker 1: families in this city as well. This is my hometown.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Killed seven people, fifty two people were injured. Um, yeah, Mountain.
- 41:26Speaker 1: So many killings and injuries that Mount Sinai Hospital in
- 41:31Speaker 1: Chicago had reached its capacity. That's how bad it was.
- 41:37Speaker 1: So the gun legislation, it needs to happen for the
- 41:41Speaker 1: entire country. Yeah, there's issues and violence, gun violence in Chicago, Yeah,
- 41:46Speaker 1: El Paso, Dayton, Ohio. It's everywhere. And so for him
- 41:50Speaker 1: to say in this speech, it's about video games and
- 41:54Speaker 1: entertainment and movies and video game that's what that's what
- 41:57Speaker 1: he said. The mentally of hell in video games and
- 42:03Speaker 1: mentally ill to say that we need gun legislation now
- 42:08Speaker 1: and I don't want has it he has it? Yeah,
- 42:11Speaker 1: it's on their desk. It's on his desk. He won't
- 42:15Speaker 1: call it flo right, But to blame it on video games,
- 42:18Speaker 1: as we were saying, and mental health, come on at
- 42:24Speaker 1: not willing to give up these guns, yeah, but willing
- 42:30Speaker 1: just stop selling these high powered rifle hier writing. That's
- 42:34Speaker 1: what I'm talking about that as well. They are not
- 42:37Speaker 1: willing to do it. They are not what you don't.
- 42:42Speaker 1: You do not need it whatsoever. I'm just telling you don't.
- 42:46Speaker 1: We've seen how many times have we been here saying, le,
- 42:49Speaker 1: we're gonna do somebody's guns. Let we're gonna do somethbody.
- 42:51Speaker 1: We've been here over and over. Nobody is doing. We
- 42:54Speaker 1: talk about it for two to three weeks, right after
- 42:56Speaker 1: something terrible happens, we pushed on over bit and and
- 43:00Speaker 1: it fades away. It goes out the door until something
- 43:03Speaker 1: else happens again, and then we talk about it a
- 43:05Speaker 1: little bit more, and then guess what, it goes away
- 43:08Speaker 1: and then it just there's another killing. That's how it goes.
- 43:14Speaker 1: And I hate to say it. I said it to
- 43:15Speaker 1: you all yesterday. Until something happens to one of them
- 43:19Speaker 1: or their loved ones where they start looking at this different.
- 43:22Speaker 1: And I hate for to say that, Yeah, but yes,
- 43:24Speaker 1: it seems like that's what's gonna get their attention. I
- 43:27Speaker 1: disagreek because the congressman got shot. They didn't do a
- 43:30Speaker 1: damn thing, I mean anything, So it doesn't matter. It's
- 43:36Speaker 1: the gun lobby. How is that damn powerful? Oh? They are,
- 43:41Speaker 1: trust me, they are. I mean they have the money
- 43:44Speaker 1: to finance those campaigns. They are exactly these campaigns. What
- 43:49Speaker 1: happens when you get in the offer, you look you
- 43:51Speaker 1: look ahead, you make sure you don't bother us or
- 43:54Speaker 1: you don't bother it all. That's how we roll. But
- 43:56Speaker 1: this is the party for pro life. Yeah, all right, listen,
- 44:00Speaker 1: keep your comments coming on all social media at Steve
- 44:03Speaker 1: Harvey FM coming up next, and Nephew still in the

- 44:49Speaker 1: Oh serious, the church people, you can't park here. Let's
- 44:54Speaker 1: get it cat down. Let's go to the church parking lot.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Hollo Brendon. Uh yeah, Brendan. Hey, I'm trying to reach you.
- 45:04Speaker 1: How you doing, uh, Brenain, I don't want to make
- 45:06Speaker 1: sure I got the right person. You're the person that
- 45:09Speaker 1: you work at. The First of all, I go to
- 45:11Speaker 1: uh my name, my name Calvin, brother Calvin, but I
- 45:16Speaker 1: go to h Saint Missionary Baptist Church where you ok yeah,
- 45:20Speaker 1: so yeah, so everything already, need everything's fine up. Well,
- 45:24Speaker 1: I got a little issue and I'm trying to get
- 45:27Speaker 1: to the bottom of it. Now. You work in the
- 45:29Speaker 1: before service start. You work in the parking lot on yeah, yeah,
- 45:36Speaker 1: and you tell people where the park and stuff? Right
- 45:39Speaker 1: right right? What are you looking for? Some employment? You
- 45:41Speaker 1: want to you want to join us? Nah? Nah? Nah?
- 45:45Speaker 1: To see the issue I got, Man, I've been dealing
- 45:47Speaker 1: with this probably about the last two months. Nine. Okay,
- 45:51Speaker 1: hold on, I'm trying to take So the problem is
- 45:53Speaker 1: when I come to the church last couple of months, man,
- 45:57Speaker 1: I've been I've been coming like my my my my
- 46:00Speaker 1: regular card and broke down on me. So I had
- 46:02Speaker 1: I got an old van that I've been about that. Yeah, yeah,
- 46:06Speaker 1: you know, I got an old van and I've been
- 46:07Speaker 1: using to get around in so nah for the last
- 46:10Speaker 1: two months. I've been riding in it. When I come
- 46:12Speaker 1: into the church, you know you and I find out
- 46:15Speaker 1: who you were. But you keep sending me to the
- 46:19Speaker 1: back of the parking lot. And then but you know
- 46:22Speaker 1: I noticed now nah bro, no on the rear. So
- 46:25Speaker 1: you're sending me to the back. And I'm noticing when
- 46:27Speaker 1: I see cars as like two thousand and ten, two
- 46:30Speaker 1: thousand and fifteen cars. We'll listen, we don't have new
- 46:34Speaker 1: uh set place where we put model car. You know,
- 46:37Speaker 1: I just I just directed traffic. Brother. Okay, So so
- 46:40Speaker 1: you're trying to tell me for the last two months
- 46:42Speaker 1: you just direct traffic, but you got but you directed
- 46:45Speaker 1: me to the back every time. But a car behind
- 46:48Speaker 1: me or car in front of me, it'll be going
- 46:50Speaker 1: to the front. NA where you getting this information from me?
- 46:55Speaker 1: I didn't. I didn't seen you man or send people
- 46:58Speaker 1: to the front to park. I haven't seen you do.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Uh No, I just I just put you know, the
- 47:02Speaker 1: bigger vehicles in the in the back, and uh certain,
- 47:07Speaker 1: you know we it's really no scater if you if
- 47:11Speaker 1: you come in, I just I just direct you to
- 47:12Speaker 1: the right of the left. It's really nothing to it. Really,
- 47:15Speaker 1: so you're not trying to say so, So my my
- 47:18Speaker 1: band being a ragged it ain't the reason why I'm
- 47:20Speaker 1: being no brot, no brot, no, no, No, I would
- 47:23Speaker 1: know that's not what we're about. Na, Okay, I'm sorry

- 47:43Speaker 1: it's gonna be a problem if I get sent to
- 47:45Speaker 1: the back. You know now, you don't have to cut
- 47:48Speaker 1: for it. Just just calm down. It's it's not it's
- 47:50Speaker 1: not that serious. No, it is that serious, cause see
- 47:52Speaker 1: what I don't know. I know I got a ragged
- 47:54Speaker 1: ass band. I know that. I know that. But I
- 47:57Speaker 1: see that's the reason why I'm getting sent to the back.
- 47:59Speaker 1: And I know it because car I had before y'all
- 48:01Speaker 1: were sending me up front. So already. No, I'm just saying,
- 48:04Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, Brendan, I'm telling you right now,
- 48:07Speaker 1: it's gonna be a problem if I get sent to
- 48:09Speaker 1: the back. Brother, you just singled me out. And no, no,
- 48:14Speaker 1: you know I didn't single you out. You you are
- 48:17Speaker 1: the person that has been sending me to the back. Dude, No, No,
- 48:20Speaker 1: I haven't. Hey man, why are you keep Why why

- 48:30Speaker 1: and you're accused me of something that I'm not doing. No, No,
- 48:34Speaker 1: you just sent my ragged ass bay into the back.
- 48:37Speaker 1: You didn't done it. You didn't done it two months straight, Brendan,
- 48:40Speaker 1: you have done it. Yes, yes you haven't. You sent
- 48:43Speaker 1: all the pretty cards up front. That's what you're doing.
- 48:46Speaker 1: But I tell you what comes suddenly gonna be a problem.
- 48:50Speaker 1: I mean now, now, listen, we can meet up at it.
- 48:52Speaker 1: We can meet up there before any cars get there.
- 48:54Speaker 1: How about that. I don't care how you want to
- 48:56Speaker 1: do it, Brenda, but you actually do know how you
- 48:58Speaker 1: want to do so bring it then. Okay, I'm letting

- 49:31Speaker 1: what it is? No, it's what I know. It's what
- 49:33Speaker 1: I know, Brenda, it's what I know. Okay, you didn't
- 49:36Speaker 1: you didn't see me with you at right now? Okay,

- 49:48Speaker 1: Oh oh so you at work calling me about some

- 50:05Speaker 1: I don't care. We'll be at okay. Okay, that's one
- 50:07Speaker 1: thing you're not gonna do is disrespect me. I'm telling
- 50:09Speaker 1: you that right now. Brother Calvin, you bring him and
- 50:13Speaker 1: fold you like a wet piece of paper. You don't
- 50:15Speaker 1: know who you're fucking with. Okay, I hadn't been locked
- 50:17Speaker 1: up six seven years. I'm just in the ch try
- 50:19Speaker 1: and get my life together. And you think you're just
- 50:21Speaker 1: gonna talk to me. You got another thing coming, brother,
- 50:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you that right now. So if you
- 50:27Speaker 1: want to get it off, meet me in the parking

- 50:33Speaker 1: with your with your background, I know you're trying to
- 50:36Speaker 1: scare me with your background or something like ever then
- 50:39Speaker 1: you I ain't know you have been in jail. What's
- 50:41Speaker 1: the wrong one. I'm just gonna say this. Do you

- 50:48Speaker 1: Would you trying to buy buy yourself out of this? People?
- 50:50Speaker 1: I'm about to lay you now. You're talking about I

- 51:03Speaker 1: the parking lot got me the frank call. Yea, I
- 51:13Speaker 1: brought the lockdown out of you? Man? Did I bring
- 51:15Speaker 1: the lockdown out of the strangle Lester? Y'all got me

- 51:26Speaker 1: This boy hanging there, bro, and then do this for me, man,
- 51:30Speaker 1: tell me this. What is the baddest and I mean
- 51:32Speaker 1: the baddest radio show in the land. Man, Steve Harvey
- 51:36Speaker 1: Radio Man, Hey, man, if you see somebody Sunday pull

- 51:45Speaker 1: but my heart can't take it that church parking lot
- 51:53Speaker 1: instead of you just bringing them to water. The heat
- 51:58Speaker 1: chose that ministry call. They chose that minute. Nobody ask
- 52:04Speaker 1: you to taking no minutry. I didn't the heat. It's
- 52:07Speaker 1: your different minutes. You don't want shout bringing y'all water

- 53:35Speaker 1: and more, please submit your Strawberry Letter to Steve Harvey
- 53:38Speaker 1: f M. And click submit Strawberry Letter. We could be
- 53:41Speaker 1: reading your letter live on the air, just like we're
- 53:44Speaker 1: gonna read this one right here, right now. Yes, that's right,
- 53:55Speaker 1: Hold on tight, we got it. Call you here. It
- 53:58Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter. Than can if you subject. His
- 54:01Speaker 1: goal is to please me. Dear Stephen Shirley. I am
- 54:06Speaker 1: a forty six year old, six foot tall black woman.
- 54:09Speaker 1: I became single about four years ago, and until recently,
- 54:14Speaker 1: I've been enjoying dating and meeting new guys. I don't
- 54:17Speaker 1: look my age, and I attract a lot of men
- 54:20Speaker 1: that are in their twenties with heels on. I'm taller
- 54:23Speaker 1: than a lot of the guys I date, but they
- 54:25Speaker 1: don't seem to mind. I dated a few of the
- 54:28Speaker 1: younger guys, but mostly men my age, and I even
- 54:31Speaker 1: gave it up to a few of them. That's when
- 54:34Speaker 1: the problems start. After a few rolls in the hay,
- 54:37Speaker 1: they roll away. When I asked them what happened to
- 54:42Speaker 1: run them away, they all have the same answer. They
- 54:46Speaker 1: tell me that it's too much, too much, too hot,
- 54:49Speaker 1: the extra stuff I'd do is too over the top.
- 54:53Speaker 1: I've heard it all. So now I'm seeing a much
- 54:56Speaker 1: younger guy. He's twenty seven and well endowed and full
- 55:00Speaker 1: of energy. We hung out for the past seven months
- 55:03Speaker 1: and thought I hadn't met my match, but recently he
- 55:07Speaker 1: confessed that I was too much for him. So I
- 55:11Speaker 1: decided to allow him to initiate sex and have more control.
- 55:16Speaker 1: But when he did, I didn't get the satisfaction that
- 55:19Speaker 1: I needed. He told me that he doesn't want me
- 55:22Speaker 1: to touch him during sex anymore because I have soft
- 55:26Speaker 1: hands and my touch drives him crazy. I am a
- 55:30Speaker 1: grown ass woman and I love to please a man,
- 55:36Speaker 1: but whenever I do anything besides the basic stuff, he
- 55:40Speaker 1: doesn't last long and he gets mad at me. We
- 55:43Speaker 1: had a talk and he still wants to feel like
- 55:46Speaker 1: a man and please me. For a change, I am
- 55:49Speaker 1: willing to tone it down for him so I don't
- 55:51Speaker 1: run him off. How can we come to a happy
- 55:54Speaker 1: medium in the bedroom If his only goal is to
- 55:57Speaker 1: please me, I want to make him happy. Please help? Okay, Well,
- 56:01Speaker 1: you gotta listen. I mean, what are you doing to
- 56:03Speaker 1: these men? Girl? I've never heard men turn it down
- 56:07Speaker 1: like that run away. I've just never heard it complain
- 56:11Speaker 1: and say you're over the top and it's too much,
- 56:12Speaker 1: it's too hot. But evidently you're scaring them off like that.
- 56:17Speaker 1: I mean, you don't mention exactly what you're doing. You
- 56:20Speaker 1: just call it the extra stuff that you do. They
- 56:24Speaker 1: tell you that it's too much and it's too hot. Honestly,
- 56:28Speaker 1: I don't think we really want to know what she's
- 56:30Speaker 1: doing though. I don't know's. I don't know what it
- 56:33Speaker 1: is that it's got her running them off like that.
- 56:36Speaker 1: This it's no telling. I mean, she might have some
- 56:40Speaker 1: kind of apparatuses and you just never know what she
- 56:43Speaker 1: has going on. So my advice to you is you
- 56:46Speaker 1: got to tone it down a little bit. Okay. If
- 56:48Speaker 1: they're telling you it's too much, it's too hot, you
- 56:51Speaker 1: can't keep them, and they're running away, then yeah, you
- 56:54Speaker 1: need to you need to change a few things. If
- 56:57Speaker 1: these are the men you want in your life, my
- 56:59Speaker 1: advice is just to stop doing all this extra, over
- 57:02Speaker 1: the top, too hot stuff. If all these men that
- 57:05Speaker 1: you're that you've been dealing with, young and old, if
- 57:09Speaker 1: they're running away telling you you're too much, it's just
- 57:12Speaker 1: too much. If you're hearing that, you gotta listen to them.
- 57:16Speaker 1: You gotta take a listen to them. They want you
- 57:18Speaker 1: to stop doing all this crazy stuff and just have
- 57:21Speaker 1: regular sex sometime. Just have regular sex. Learn how to
- 57:26Speaker 1: get back into enjoying just regular stuff, you know, and
- 57:29Speaker 1: not over the top and all of that. You know,
- 57:32Speaker 1: If that's if you want a new man in your
- 57:36Speaker 1: life that you want to you know, want to be
- 57:38Speaker 1: there for a while. If that's if you're thinking about
- 57:40Speaker 1: remarrying and stuff, you don't want to just take them
- 57:43Speaker 1: too much, too fast, you know, you gotta do that
- 57:47Speaker 1: sort of thing gradually, Just chill for a minute, Like
- 57:50Speaker 1: who said that? Wesley Snipes the other the other day, Shelax, Shela, Shelax. Okay,
- 57:58Speaker 1: come on, Junior, Come on, Junior, Yeah, come on. We
- 58:05Speaker 1: are clutching myself between Sherton reading that letter. What is
- 58:10Speaker 1: we doing? And it's weird? Hot lights down in this studio,
- 58:14Speaker 1: these lights down. I don't know what this woman is
- 58:17Speaker 1: doing to these men. I don't know. I have no
- 58:19Speaker 1: idea what you mean I would? I don't know. I
- 58:23Speaker 1: ain't know met no animal like this. What is she doing? Say?
- 58:27Speaker 1: I can't believe this? He asking you now, man, man,
- 58:30Speaker 1: please just toe it down for everybody on this show,
- 58:33Speaker 1: for the show. We are grown a dough there. We
- 58:36Speaker 1: don't know what you're doing. Have you ever asked the
- 58:38Speaker 1: woman to tone it down? She was too much? Oh no, okay,
- 58:42Speaker 1: I've never That's why I said, what is she doing?
- 58:45Speaker 1: Let this? What is you hanging here from the cyler?
- 58:47Speaker 1: What did you doing? I mean? How strong are you? Already?
- 58:51Speaker 1: Six foot? This is an Amazon in here. Please slow
- 58:55Speaker 1: it down for everybody. Yeah, but the stuff you put
- 58:58Speaker 1: in this letter head already slow my breathing down. I'm
- 59:00Speaker 1: over here, panted. But she didn't tell you what she's doing.
- 59:03Speaker 1: I don't know the way you was reading what I
- 59:05Speaker 1: was seeing. I was like, oh, yeah, okay, you too much.
- 59:10Speaker 1: I've never had too much. I don't I don't know
- 59:12Speaker 1: what that. Yeah, it makes me nervous a little bit.
- 59:16Speaker 1: It makes me a little nervous. Yeah, I'm good, Jake.
- 59:19Speaker 1: All right, let's moving on over to Jay. What you
- 59:21Speaker 1: got Jay? His goal is to please me? Is the subject.
- 59:26Speaker 1: When we would go to different people's houses to eat,
- 59:29Speaker 1: my mom would always tell us to get a sandwich
- 59:31Speaker 1: before you go over there. So when you go over there,
- 59:34Speaker 1: men will make me look stupid and just over eat.
- 59:37Speaker 1: So what she needed to do before these men show up?
- 59:41Speaker 1: She need to get a sandwich. She need to. I'm
- 59:43Speaker 1: just using that as a team, you know, like get
- 59:46Speaker 1: a sandwich, you know, do what you can do for you.
- 59:49Speaker 1: So by the time they get that, you understand what
- 59:52Speaker 1: I'm saying. Take care of some things yourself. They got that,
- 59:55Speaker 1: have a check, did that, did that check? Did that chat?
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: Did debt? Thank myself time by time he show up.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna come back. All right, we'll have
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: part two of the Strawberry Letter coming up in twenty
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: three after the hour. Subject his goal is to please me.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: to the Steve Morning Show. All right, let's recap today's
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: Strawberry Letters. Subject his goal is to please me. A
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: forty six year old, six foot tall black woman wrote
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: this letter. She's single for about four years until recently.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: She's been enjoying dating and meeting new guys, but all
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: the guys after they meet her, they run away, mostly
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: guys some of her own age and then some of
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: their twenty She doesn't look her age, so she attracts
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: younger guys. But that's when the problems start because she
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: gives it up to them, she says, and then after
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: a few rolls in the hate, they roll away. Those
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: are exact words. They're gone. She has asked them what happened.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: They all tell her the same thing. She's too much. Yes,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: she's too hot, and the extra stuff that she does
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: is way over the top. So now she's sing a
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: much younger guy. She's been singing him for about seven months.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: He has even asked her to tone it down because
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: you know, whenever she does anything besides the basic stuff,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: he doesn't last long and then he gets mad at her.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: So he's asked her, you know, to reel it in
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: a little bit. You know, you're way over there to
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: come over here. She's but she says she's willing to
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: turn it down. But when she does that, you know,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: it doesn't please her enough. So yeah, she just wants
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: to know how can she reach a happy medium in
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: the bedroom if his only goal, this new guy, the
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: twenty seven year old, is to please him, and she
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: wants to make him happy. But seriously, you got to
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: tone it down. If they're telling you this and they're running,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: you got whatever you're doing, you don't tell us what
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: you're doing. Your hands, all right, Jay, you wanted to
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: finish what you were saying. I was saying that maybe
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: she needs to take care of some things herself before
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: the man show up, you know, just get a checklist
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: and check some things off. That way. By the time
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: he showed up, not only that, I'm thinking, how tall
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: is this lady six feet tall? I'm thinking with heels on,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: I'm thinking with six three like that, and taller than
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: the guys with heels on. Maybe her voice changed and
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: she know she signed like that, there's ain't nothing to
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: play with. You're not there's ain't nothing to play But
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: this ain't what you thought it was gonna be. Like, Uh,
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: I run this bedroom. Okay, all right? I stopped crying.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: Stop crying. They're crying crying. You came to work. We
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: do work. That light and that means work gonna be done.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: I stop hugging yourself. Stop crying. Wow, be a man,
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Be a man. You are here to take care of Benny.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: And I let you know when you're done, Okay, I
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: let you know. She watched something in there. She's doing something.
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: She's talking like the devil. That's what yeah, get talking
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: like the devil? All right, but put you back into it.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: Come on, now, boy, boy boy? Why all right? Time. Okay,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: all right, thank you jay uh tommy subject. His goal
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: is to please me. What you got you? You know what?
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: You're just doing too much? Yeah, you're doing too much.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: People want regular sick. You don't see you guys when
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: you do want regular weeds? Okay, you want regular sick.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Some stuff people don't want. Why am I? Why am
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: I waking up in you? You're standing over me drinking
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: a red bull, chasing that with a five hour energy?
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Why are you doing this? I just want regular? Say
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: what's wrong with you? Why you're doing Why you got
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: a hot honeed in maple syr Why what to do
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: with all of that? Come on now, okay, you just
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: can't home from yoga? Why you got me in the
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: down with dog positions? Why am I doing this? Why
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: didn't you just leave yoga? Why am I in this posiience?
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: Down stock? What don't hit me with no whip? No
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: damn most down? I cannot get. I can't go to
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: work with this collar on my neck. You gonna have
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: to take okay, unlocked this so I can go to
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Workcause you're trying to do too much. It's just too much.
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: All right. I understand role playing, but come on now,
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: Game of Thrones and you john snow you let me
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: be jumps. Now what are we doing? Let me ask this, Tommy,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: I asked you do this? Has it ever been? Have
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: you ever been in a situation where you've said it's
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: too much like this? I don't know a man who's
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: done that. Well, you know what I said this? You
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: know extra? Yeah, I said that it's a bit extra.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: But you know, but this right here just too much? Yea,

- 1:06:06Speaker 1: All right? Guys, listen, email us or instagram us, your
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: thoughts on Today's Strawberry Letter at Steve Harvey FM, and
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand now coming
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: up at forty six after the hour, Our Forever President,
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: President Obama, Barack Hussein Obama made a public written statement
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: denouncing the lack of federal gun control measures. We'll talk
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: about it right after this. You're listening to the show well.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: Our Forever President Barack Obama made a public written statement
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: yesterday about the mass shootings this past weekend in El
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: Paso and Dayton, Ohio. Mister Obama wrote, we should soundly
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: reject language coming out of the mouths of any of
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: our leaders that feed a climate of fear and hatred,
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: or normalizes racist sentiments. Leaders who demonize those who don't
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: look like us, or suggest that other people, including immigrants,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: threaten our way of life, or imply that America belongs
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: to just one certain type of people. Mister Obama went
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: on to say, Yeah, this is good. Mister Obama went
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: on to say, no other nation on Earth comes close
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: to experiencing the frequency of mass shootings that we see
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: in the US. No other developed nation tolerates the level
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: of gun violence that we do. And mister Obama also
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: criticize the position of elected officials and members of the
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: public who maintain that stricter gun laws will not stop
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: a person determined to carry out mass violence, saying common
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: sense measures can help prevent some killings and save some
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: families from heartbreak. Yes, sir, yes, sir. Yeah, that's what
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: we need. This is kind of leadership. Yeah, never said
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: his name, but we all know who's talking about. Yeah.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: He never mentioned his name, not one time, or his successor. Yeah,
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: no he didn't. Yeah, but this is um it's unbelievable.
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: Like he said, the common sense measure. No, you may
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: not be able to stop everybody all of this, but
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: you can prevent some of it. Yeah. Now, how aren't
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: you on board with that? I know, I know, I
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: just don't. Why are you delaying that. How many people
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: have to die for y'all to say, okay, now we
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: need to do something. Yeah? How many people? Yeah? And
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: we say this every time, every time there's a mass killing,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: and we say this, how many more people have to die?
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: And here's some more people, you know. Not to mention
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: the gun violence in Chicago over the past weekend, you know,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: their most violent weekend this year, with seven people killed
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: and fifty two injured in Chicago. But it needs to
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: stop there too. Yeah, it needs to stop gun violence
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: violence serious. Yes, Yeah. In New Zealand, they banned those rifles,
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: those assaults, uh, guns and machine guns and rifles the
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: very next day. Yeah. Yeah, I remember Dick Sporting Good
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: stop selling them in their stores, remember that. Yeah, actions
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: type of action. Yeah, you don't need that to go hunting. No, No,
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: they don't need to hunt. That's right, you're so correct. Yeah,
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: I mean so you don't, you know, they don't even
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: you can walk in a gun show and just get
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: whatever you want. Yeah, and a gun show you can
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: get him at Walmart. Yeah all right. Uh so we're
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: gonna switch gears here a little bit. Mister Obama also wrote,
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: until all of us stand up and insist on holding
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: public officials accountable for changing our gun laws, these tragedies
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: will keep happening. We'll be back at the top of
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: the hour right after this you're listening to. All right, guys,
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: let's change the subject a little while. Let's get some
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: laughter in here. We need it. We need it, you
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: know in these times now? Yeah, we have yeah, yeah,
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: we do. Uh, it's time for comedy roulette. So, Jay,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna hand it over to you. What do you have.
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: Here's how we do comedy roulette. You take four subjects,
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: put it on a wheel wherever it stops. We can
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: do the damn thing. Now the reason we can do this. Okay,
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: thank you, Jay. Let's get quickly to the categories on
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: the wheel today. I didn't steve you. We're gonna get
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: I like when you guys have longer time. Okay, we're
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: gonna we're gonna do the categories. Some people say when
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: they have a boyfriend or girlfriend that no one has
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: ever seen. Okay, Excuses people make when their credit card
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: is denied. Oh, stuff you say, yeah, that's a really
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: good one. Stuff you say when you burn something in
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: the kitchen. Nobody say nothing, Nobody say anything. I don't
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: want to hear it. And the last one, stuff people
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: say who are always late. Okay, here we go, let's
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: spend that wheel it Yeah, kitchen, kitchen, kitchen, kitchen, kitchen, kitchen, kitchen.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: Oh wow, it stopped on stuff people say when they
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: have a boyfriend a girlfriend that no one's ever seen.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: I'm just glad it didn't stop. All right, let's go.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: I don't know. Stuff people say when they have a
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: boyfriend a girlfriend and nobody's seen. This is a lady
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: saying this. See he can't take pitches because he didn't
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: Secret service, so he allowed to be full. He's working
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: for the president, so he this is what a dude,
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: But I saved you see his girlfriend he just left.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: He just was here Mexico. She just you ain't sick
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: just now? No, you know, um, you know Robert is
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: in Duebaye. He working on his Raser dances. So he's
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: a doctor. But he's supposed to come back for Christmas.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: But yeah, he's working on Israel. Okay, No, people say
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: we ain't nobody ever seen him? Right? Stuff like I
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: was just at his hours last night and we had
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: a great time. Some people say when they have a
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: boyfriend a girl that nobody has ever seen what it's
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: because she baby sit on mama, So you gotta go
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: over there and see it. She always baby sitting o mama.
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: Mama's sick right now, so you gotta go over there
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: and see it. Though, I will take you out with me,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: do well. You know his um, his mama lived in
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: Jurassic Park, so that's where he is. This weekend. He
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: trying to go see her. You he got to fight
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: through all and tear act anyway a girlfriend or one friend,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: ain't nobody see. I'm gonna get my flowers at his house.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: So I told him not to send them to the
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: job because the girls that don't get stuff, and I
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: don't want to embarrass them. So when I go over there,
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: there be at this house too long. We know you're lying,
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: and you know when we look at you, squint eyes. Yeah,
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: that moth carl. Yeah. Some people say when they have
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: a boyfriend or a girlfriend and nobody has ever seen
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: and they like the lie on them too. They like
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: the lie them so they make it sound too good.
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: You know, they really ain't really nothing. But like you say, hey,

- 1:14:52Speaker 1: ever cheated on a urine test? No? No, no, okay,
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: all right, I know a lot of people who do.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: All right, So I just I love this story in
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: stupid news. This is about an overseas professional basketball player
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: who had to take a drug test before being traded
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: to a new team, and when they tested as urine,
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: it said he was pregnant. You know what drug test said?
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: Now I want to asked how long am I? How
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: can me in time to reenact that? Because that's what

- 1:16:01Speaker 1: let's hop pregnant? All right, guys, here's what happened. According
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: to Yahoo News, Cooper used his girlfriends. You're in neither
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: of them, new co Yeah, but you steel cut from
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: the team. All right, Bob. The Steve Harby Morning Show
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: coming up at thirty three after the hour. Thanks guys,
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: that was good. Right you're listening to the String show.
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: It's time for telling me something good. And today in
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: our good news segment, during this horrible tragedies that are
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: going on in both Dayton and El Paso, we want
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: to salute hero Private first Class Glendon Oakley. Remember that name,
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: Private first Class Glendon Oakley. He saved multiple children during
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: the rampage in El Paso. Private Oakley doesn't want to
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: be known as a hero and he doesn't want the praise.
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: According to CBS News, Private Oakley, who was stationed at
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: nearby Fort Bliss, was at the mall when the shooting unfolded.
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: When he said, a child ran to a nearby mall
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: and told shoppers that there was an active shooter. Take
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: a listen and I'll hear is Baul Paul. So I
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: got my lifess to carrying them in the minister So
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: I think it's all I think is no, get my
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: gun anything fast. So they closed the wood like the
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: closed the case for some people lifted it because I
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: guess they're so scared they wanted to make it out.
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: So I've pulled out with them, and I just followed them,
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: and I see a whole bunch of kids running around
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: without their parents. So I'm just thinking about the kids.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: So I picked up his Marris possible kN with me
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: and another guy does as well, and uh, I just
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: peeled it out. I just hope the kids and they
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: get safe, man, because it was a whole bunch of
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: kids running around out the parents, and I would worry
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: about the kids more than myself. Wow. Wow, Private first
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Class Blendon Oakley there, he said he just wants to
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: forget what happened. He just forget it. Yeah, yeah, we we.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: We salute you, Private Oakley and thank you for your service.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: And even though you don't want to be called a hero,
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: you are a hero to us. And I'm sure those
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: children in the past. So it's not that people left
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: their kids in a situation like that. People just run
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: and just scattered. You know, you don't really think what's happened. Man,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: You're running for your life. I mean, this is life
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: for death at that moment. Yeah. Yeah. And sometimes I
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: mean when you go to a mall. When you go
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: to the mall, sometimes you may let the kids walk
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: ahead of you. Yeah, because you know, the teenagers, they
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: want to do their back to school shopping and things
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: like that. So sometimes the kids are You're not like
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: withstanding right there with your kids and something break out.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: You're telling your children to run, you know, you just
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: get you may get separated in a moment. You know,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: thank God, you know, for Private Oakley saving these children's
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: lives like that. And I'm glad you said that, Carla,
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: because I think that happens far too often in our society,
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: where the parents let their kids walk ahead and they
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: don't keep their eyes on them. I know it's hard
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: to but you have to. This is not the time
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: to let your kid go wander off and things like that.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: You can't do it right now. Please keep an eye
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: on your children, hold their hands when you're crossing the street,
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: when you're together, just keep them close to you, because
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: it can happen in the blink of an eye. I
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: see it just far too often, you know, when the
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: kids separate from the parents. Anyway, I just wanted to
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: say that my sight. Yeah, back to Private Glendon Oakley,
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: thank you again for your service and for being a hero.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: We appreciate what you see for sure. Yes, yeah, all right,
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: coming up our last break of the day and we'll
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: get to Jay and Hiss. What have we learned? Today's
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: segment coming up at forty nine minutes after the hour.
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to show. All right, here
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: we are, guys, our last break of the day. It's
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: been a good day. Huh, this is really good day. Yeah.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: We're trying to heal and move forward, you know. Yeah, definitely, Um,
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: time for Jay's segment. Jay, what have we learned today?
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: All Right? Every day I'm Steve Harvymni Show. When I'm here,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: we go around the room and people telling them what
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: they learned today. So we like to start with Scharlon Strawbary.
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: What's up, Shon? Would you learn today? Okay? I learned
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: something simple that we all knew. President Barack Obama will
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: always be our president. Okay, he just will always be
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: our president. He issued a statement. I mean, he didn't
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: have to do this. He's no longer officially our president.
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: We have a man in the White House who's our
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: president that should be doing things like this. Uh, you know,
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Barack Obama just you know, made a public written statement
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: denouncing the lack of federal gun control measures in our country,
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: and as usual, he said it with dignity. He said
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: it as presidential as any any presidential could and it
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: reminds you of days gone by and the times we
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: live in now. It just reminds you of that. So
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: you know, hopefully we'll get back to that in the future,
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: but just know that it's we're not there now with
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: this president. We're just not. So thank you once again,
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: President Barack Obama for reminding us how a president should
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: conduct himself. Don't know Trump, that's a pop team. That
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: is definitely a pop team. Calibrell what you learned today?
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: I learned that this country. I learned it today. I
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: learned it yesterday. And we've been Tommy said it earlier.
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: We've been having this conversation and lesson. We've been trying
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: to get gun legislation laws passed, and we need to
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: keep talking about it, and we need to put pressure
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: on our political leaders to get something done, something, do something,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: just like those people chanted in Dayton at the at
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: the visual the candlelight visual for the victims in Dayton, Ohio.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: Do something. That's what I learned today. I'm going to
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: be a part of helping to get something done. We
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: gotta vote. We got to do our part, y'all. We
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: gotta put pressure on them. That's what I learned today, Jack,
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: all right, Carl, I like that. Yeah, I got but
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: it's time deep times right now. I ain't junior when
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: you learned today? I know Carl went callow went deep.
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: I'm not down there. I'm gonna come right back up
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: to the surface. I learned that if you're gonna do
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: a drug test, I've learned that usually get the urine
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: from the same person as you. There's other birds. If
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: you're a man, get urine from a man? What is
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: you asking your girlfud? Why is you asking? Huh you're
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: talking about get somebody that looked like you. That's what
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: I learned. Okay, all right, we'll take it. Yeah, yeah, judgment,
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: we don't judge what you tell me. What you learn today? Man, Jaye,
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: you know, Jane, I learned if a woman needs that
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: much six like a woman in the Strawberry let, you
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: need to pack your stuff at a rug reguless, sex wins.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: All this buck wild stuff is just a bit too
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: much for me. Slow it down, Slow it down. Good advice, Yes,
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: it's very good advice. Okay, here's what I learned today
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: to show you what kind of president we have in
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: the White U. When it comes to talk and hate,
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: he can speak for two hours non stop. But when
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: he comes to being sincere and serious and have some
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: feeling and compassion, he has to read it. That proves
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: what kind of person he is. That means it ain't
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: in his heart. He has to read it. If he
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: talks hate, he can talk all day long. He can
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: go off the cuff and just have a good time.
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: Hate this group, Hate that group, hate that group. But
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: when he comes to the compassion and feeling for people
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: who live in this country, who don't look like you,
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: who don't act like you, who are different from you,
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: he got to read it. That means it ain't dead.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: That's what we got in the White US, said Jay.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: And and it's Dat not Toledo. It is Dayton, not Toledo.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: He just don't give a damn. He just don't yeh.
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: That's the president of the United States. Hate, off the cup, compassion,
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: write me something down right, And we have to remember
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: these times, you know, because next year election, the election
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: is yeah, the election is a year away, over a
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: year away. So we have to remember this stuff because
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: we have a tendency to forget. And you know when
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: we go on that, when we go in the voting booth,
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: we have to remember all this stuff that has gone down,
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: all the things he said, all that you know, spend
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: all that, spend her back, all that stuff. We have
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: to vote him out. Yeah, I say, impeaches, but and
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: then defeat it. But that's what we need to do. Yeah,
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: and impeach and defeat. Yeah, I'm with you, Jay, because
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: you're right, Jake. He can go to those campaign rallies. Ye, man,
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: he can talk for two hours off the cup. He
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: can talk all that those rallies. But when, right, j
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: when it's time to be presidential, he can't do it.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: And taking that that stupid breathing that I hate time
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: that is our president. Come on, he's out president with
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: much respect, you know. But he didn't show Barack Obama. Yeah,
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: you know, no, off the cup hand America. America. This
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: can't be. This is not America. This can't be America.
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: Where we just we got a lot of issues though
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: you know we do. I'll be honest with y'all. To me,
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: America is like a student that's good at some things,
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: but we suck at a lot of other things. We
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: can fix a lot of this if we have, you know,
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: the other Sadwood helpmy. We're the richest country in the world,
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: you know, I mean, we have so much going for us.
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: We're free. We'll tell you what. We don't want to
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: live no place else. Thank you guys for listening. We
