- 2:22Speaker 3: And and you know why I say it like that.
- 2:24Speaker 3: What makes it amazing is because it's been in spite
- 2:27Speaker 3: of myself. I mean, you know what I mean by that.
- 2:31Speaker 3: I mean I mean that he's been good to me
- 2:35Speaker 3: in spite of all the craziness I've done, all the
- 2:40Speaker 3: foolishness I've gotten myself involved with, and not only got
- 2:43Speaker 3: but knowingly got myself involved with, all of the stupid
- 2:49Speaker 3: decisions I've made. Put all that to the side, and
- 2:55Speaker 3: he's still been good to me. Bring it all and
- 2:58Speaker 3: put it on the plate, and he's still be good
- 3:00Speaker 3: to me.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Man.
- 3:01Speaker 3: That's amazing man, And I'm sure there's a lot of
- 3:04Speaker 3: people that can say the exact same thing.
- 3:06Speaker 2: I mean, come on, man, I got you.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Ain't famous, I got ain't nobody, got no microphone in
- 3:12Speaker 3: your face, I got nobody, ain't got no spotlight on you.
- 3:14Speaker 3: I got nobody, ain't got no camera in your face.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I got nobody. Probably ain't nobody blogging about you. But
- 3:19Speaker 3: let me tell you something. If you break it down
- 3:21Speaker 3: and be real about it, Oh you done done something
- 3:24Speaker 3: outside the box. You done done something ladies included. You've
- 3:28Speaker 3: done something out the box. You woke up and went
- 3:30Speaker 3: what did I do that for?
- 3:33Speaker 2: Oh? We've all done it.
- 3:35Speaker 3: So with all that said and done, God still loves you, man,
- 3:40Speaker 3: God still loves you, still wants the best for you,
- 3:43Speaker 3: still considers.
- 3:44Speaker 5: You his child.
- 3:45Speaker 2: And it's willing. It's willing man to show you your future.
- 3:50Speaker 2: He is willing to show you your life. He is
- 3:53Speaker 2: willing to let you take a peek at the blueprint.
- 3:57Speaker 5: Man.
- 3:58Speaker 3: That's an amazing God right there. Because I know I
- 4:01Speaker 3: couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. I'm glad it's him,
- 4:05Speaker 3: you know. Today, Man, I want to encourage brothers out there.
- 4:08Speaker 3: And when I say brothers, I'm talking to everybody that's
- 4:10Speaker 3: of the male species. I don't care about your color.
- 4:13Speaker 3: I really really don't. I don't even have time for
- 4:15Speaker 3: that in my day. Matter of fact, Sometimes when you
- 4:18Speaker 3: get to discuss and race, I just get tired of it.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Sometimes I just wish, you know, some days I just
- 4:24Speaker 3: want to wake up, just do me. You know, I
- 4:27Speaker 3: got what the skin tone is, I got that, But
- 4:30Speaker 3: I just want to wake up some days and just
- 4:32Speaker 3: going by my business and do me. I don't want
- 4:34Speaker 3: to have to deal with it.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Somebody.
- 4:35Speaker 3: I get tired of talking about the issues. Ain't gonna
- 4:37Speaker 3: make them go away, But sometimes I get tired. So
- 4:39Speaker 3: to day, I'm talking to brothers, all the brothers of
- 4:42Speaker 3: the male species. I'm talking about men today. Man, if
- 4:48Speaker 3: you ain't doing it all, if you're feeling empty, man,
- 4:50Speaker 3: start today completing your process and your journey. And you
- 4:54Speaker 3: know what I'm saying by that, if there's a part
- 4:57Speaker 3: of you just missing as a man, and now, man,
- 5:02Speaker 3: I'm talking to you. So you know, some ladies listening,
- 5:04Speaker 3: but you know what I'm talking about. It's some part
- 5:07Speaker 3: of you that's missing as a man, if you ain't
- 5:10Speaker 3: really been in touch with your kids like you're supposed
- 5:13Speaker 3: to now for whatever the reason is. And please know,
- 5:17Speaker 3: I do understand how sometimes women can use children as pawns.
- 5:23Speaker 3: It happens all the time.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I've been through it. I've been through it, man, I
- 5:28Speaker 2: know what it feels like, man, to wanna do something.
- 5:31Speaker 2: But because you.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Ain't got this, or you ain't doing this, then I
- 5:34Speaker 3: ain't gonna let you have this. You gotta fight through, fellas,
- 5:38Speaker 3: you got to fight through. You got to fulfill your
- 5:43Speaker 3: end of the deal. And I got how difficult they
- 5:46Speaker 3: making it. I got how Man, it's gonna come with
- 5:49Speaker 3: some drama, but you gotta fight through it. Because man,
- 5:52Speaker 3: we need fathers to be fathers. That's really what we need.
- 5:56Speaker 3: If you're a man out there and you are a
- 5:58Speaker 3: father of a child, we need you do your job.
- 6:02Speaker 3: I'm talking about our community, our situation, us as a people,
- 6:09Speaker 3: all of us. We need you to be a father period.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Hey man, I ain't coming down on you. I'm just
- 6:17Speaker 3: your boy. I'm your man. And I've been in the
- 6:20Speaker 3: same predicament, in the same hole myself, where I couldn't
- 6:24Speaker 3: get to them, where they were used as pawns where
- 6:28Speaker 3: they were told things about me that wasn't even true.
- 6:31Speaker 2: I've been through it. You can't see them, you don't
- 6:34Speaker 2: come up. Okay, okay, I got all that. You ain't
- 6:36Speaker 2: sent this. You ain't okay, Hey got all that.
- 6:39Speaker 3: If you can call them sometimes, tell them you thinking
- 6:44Speaker 3: about them, tell them you love them. If you can
- 6:47Speaker 3: get a letter to them, if you can get a
- 6:50Speaker 3: message to your children through one of your relatives, start
- 6:54Speaker 3: the process today.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Be a father. It's your job.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Because you ignoring him, or you acting like they ain't
- 7:02Speaker 3: over there, or you thee backed them out of your mind.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Because the situation got too difficult. I got that.
- 7:09Speaker 3: I got that, But you got to step up and
- 7:11Speaker 3: be fathers. You got to write a letter. You gotta
- 7:14Speaker 3: send the money. If she talking about it. If you
- 7:16Speaker 3: don't send all the money, you ain't gonna see them.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Send what you got if she if taking it over
- 7:20Speaker 3: there is too much drama, send it through a relative,
- 7:23Speaker 3: give it to a mama, give it to her sister,
- 7:25Speaker 3: ask her to take it over there and do something
- 7:27Speaker 3: for the baby.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Because okay, okay, you can't deal with the drama.
- 7:30Speaker 3: I got that, and I know it's much to pay
- 7:33Speaker 3: when you have to deal with that, because I clearly
- 7:36Speaker 3: I know hell have no fury like.
- 7:38Speaker 2: A woman's going. Please know. I know that, Please know.
- 7:42Speaker 3: And that's a real statement. That ain't no saying, Steve
- 7:45Speaker 3: got that's the truth. But do what you gotta do.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Sometimes you have to apologize. Sometimes an apology goes a
- 7:55Speaker 3: long way to your children. Just say, look, because I've
- 7:59Speaker 3: made this apology before. Hey man, look I'm sorry I
- 8:03Speaker 3: wasn't there for you. I was out grinding and hustling
- 8:07Speaker 3: and I wasn't paying attention to you and I should
- 8:10Speaker 3: have been. And I apologize now. I imagine, man, there's
- 8:13Speaker 3: days where you was telling people I was your father
- 8:16Speaker 3: up at the school and they wasn't believing you. I
- 8:18Speaker 3: apologize for sending you through that. But now, ma'am, I
- 8:22Speaker 3: tell you what. I made some mistakes, and I got
- 8:25Speaker 3: it together. I want me and you to move forward
- 8:28Speaker 3: as father and son. I want me and you to
- 8:30Speaker 3: move forward as father and daughter. I want to be
- 8:32Speaker 3: in your life now. I ain't got a lot, but
- 8:35Speaker 3: guess what, I know a lot because if you a
- 8:37Speaker 3: man and you a father, please know, you know something
- 8:40Speaker 3: that child don't know. You have information, you have experience.
- 8:44Speaker 3: That's all they need sometimes to have somebody to talk to.
- 8:47Speaker 3: That daughter yours just needs to know from her daddy,
- 8:51Speaker 3: how should a man treat me?
- 8:54Speaker 8: Dad?
- 8:54Speaker 3: What should I look for in a man? See, they'll
- 8:57Speaker 3: take that information from you because they know it coming
- 9:00Speaker 3: from the right place. And then you know that your
- 9:03Speaker 3: son needs you because you know how difficult it is
- 9:06Speaker 3: if you're trying to be a man without your daddy.
- 9:09Speaker 3: You already know how funky that is, right there. So
- 9:13Speaker 3: come on, man and meet your mistakes and move forward.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Call your kids, write a letter, get a phone number
- 9:20Speaker 3: on them, send a text, drop a message, send a
- 9:23Speaker 3: note up to the school.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Do something.
- 9:25Speaker 5: Man.
- 9:27Speaker 3: If those of us that are fathers would just be fathers,
- 9:31Speaker 3: I could shut the entering camp down.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Now.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I will say, I apologize because I don't want you
- 9:38Speaker 3: to think I'm coming down on you. But I've been
- 9:40Speaker 3: through this myself. I ain't really coming down. I'm just
- 9:43Speaker 3: reminding you. This is our job. These are our children,
- 9:47Speaker 3: this is our responsibility.
- 9:49Speaker 2: We are men. There is no excuses. You don't get

- 15:16Speaker 7: I wrote one for two to fifty.
- 15:17Speaker 9: For the Love offer.
- 15:18Speaker 7: Okay, now what is this called regarding why are you
- 15:21Speaker 7: calling me?

- 15:58Speaker 7: Because I wrote them at the same time.
- 16:00Speaker 10: They all go in on Monday, ma'am. Now I didn't
- 16:03Speaker 10: put them in at the same time. I've been putting
- 16:04Speaker 10: them in for the last two three years. The problem
- 16:06Speaker 10: is why would people write the.

- 16:17Speaker 10: And I don't understand why y'all write these checks to
- 16:20Speaker 10: the checks.
- 16:21Speaker 7: Knowing that they're gonna bomb these checks. There's a lot
- 16:23Speaker 7: of people righte good, well not write bad check? One clear?
- 16:27Speaker 7: Why the other one didn't clear?

- 16:31Speaker 1: What did you just say?
- 16:33Speaker 10: Maybe you didn't have enough money in the bank for
- 16:35Speaker 10: both of them to clear. And I don't understand why
- 16:37Speaker 10: people write these.
- 16:38Speaker 7: Plenty money in the bank and all my checks clear.
- 16:41Speaker 7: I don't write no rubber checks.

- 16:55Speaker 2: we expect the two fifty plus the thirty dollars?
- 16:57Speaker 7: So we wait thirty dollars.
- 16:59Speaker 2: That's the bank fees, ma'am for the doll go on

- 17:08Speaker 7: for calling me harassing me about a two hundred and
- 17:10Speaker 7: fifty dollar check bounce. I don't write no.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Why would you write check?
- 17:14Speaker 10: You want to sit up in the church and write
- 17:16Speaker 10: these big number checks when you know you ain't got
- 17:18Speaker 10: it in the bank.
- 17:19Speaker 7: What did you say?

- 23:25Speaker 3: I ain't got no problem with that. You're absolutely correct.
- 23:28Speaker 3: But the problem is sharing this information with your son. Listen, eighteen,
- 23:32Speaker 3: he got feeling. He watched it all, you go out
- 23:34Speaker 3: with all these men. He know what's up. He eighteen,
- 23:36Speaker 3: He know what he wants. I'm mama, gonna sit your

- 24:03Speaker 6: What should I do?
- 24:05Speaker 2: Wait a minute? Who has three dogs?
- 24:07Speaker 1: He already has three?
- 24:09Speaker 2: The lady who wrote the letter has three?
- 24:12Speaker 1: What's one more?

- 24:29Speaker 1: Confused?
- 24:29Speaker 5: He did?
- 24:30Speaker 1: He did?
- 24:30Speaker 13: Oh?

- 24:34Speaker 3: girlfriend to move in with him. She want one dog?
- 24:38Speaker 1: Well, yeah, they don't move together yet, they haven't moved.
- 24:41Speaker 3: She wants to move in, but she wants she wants
- 24:43Speaker 3: one dog? Then living with four dogs?
- 24:47Speaker 2: Right?

- 25:39Speaker 3: No dogs die like people die, and they die quicker too.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Just get her the dog. And one of the dogs
- 25:45Speaker 3: is gonna pass. You can say, pass.

- 37:35Speaker 14: Not me, not my Arthrighters, but my old lass. I
- 37:41Speaker 14: wouldn't take my kids trick or treating.
- 37:44Speaker 9: You're talking about taking candy from a stranger.
- 37:46Speaker 14: Have y'all ever heard about stranger danger? We're on the street.
- 37:50Speaker 14: Even the ghosts have been talking. They said they ain't coming.
- 37:53Speaker 9: Out because this hawk is hawking, so breaking, So break
- 37:58Speaker 9: to your kids. They ain't gonna be trick or tree.
- 38:02Speaker 9: You get an old constume in some Christians candy from
- 38:05Speaker 9: last year, and that'll be all you're gonna be eating.
- 38:08Speaker 14: The end boom.
- 38:11Speaker 12: Scared U.
- 38:12Speaker 2: Yeah, the kids? What see y'all?
- 38:20Speaker 8: Try?
- 38:22Speaker 14: Ain't nobody think about the weather I did.
- 38:25Speaker 2: I'll never use the word arctic in him like art.
- 38:29Speaker 14: I ain't never heard Arctic blasts in the poor?
- 38:31Speaker 6: Put it in there.
- 38:33Speaker 2: You're creative. First of all, I want to.
- 38:35Speaker 5: Think my mama.
- 38:37Speaker 6: You're thinking your mama.
- 38:40Speaker 2: For the undattackating for what for the talent?
- 38:44Speaker 5: For the talent?
- 38:46Speaker 2: So you think that was skilled right there?
- 38:48Speaker 5: Though?
- 38:50Speaker 14: Have you ever heard arctic blasts of the poor?
- 38:52Speaker 5: No?
- 38:52Speaker 2: But I like in the middle where it just didn't
- 38:54Speaker 2: try to rhyme at all.
- 38:57Speaker 14: That's the next level of poetry.
- 38:59Speaker 6: You have to everything.
- 39:01Speaker 2: You can't ribe everything.
- 39:03Speaker 14: But but I said no, no, no, no, Sure at
- 39:05Speaker 14: the end I said boom, Yeah, I know I would
- 39:08Speaker 14: say that.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I like that when you said the end.
- 39:11Speaker 14: I didn't put that boo in there.
- 39:12Speaker 2: But head, oh, you're.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Proud of yourself, junior high.
- 39:17Speaker 14: Let me tell you something.
- 39:19Speaker 9: It's gonna be forty eight tonight for everybody trigger treat
- 39:22Speaker 9: And I thought about the weather.
- 39:23Speaker 14: Can you imagine being a ghost and it's four eight degree?
- 39:26Speaker 2: You'll be scared when I don't think you got nothing
- 39:31Speaker 2: to do with that ghost. His whole poem is about
- 39:33Speaker 2: the sircle sale. That's what that is.
- 39:39Speaker 14: You know what, right, I can't go out there.
- 39:44Speaker 2: Yeah, you right now? I have so many thumb with
- 39:47Speaker 2: draws on right now.
- 39:49Speaker 14: Yeah, but did you hear what I said? The Hawks
- 39:51Speaker 14: gonna be hawking hawking?
- 39:54Speaker 1: Yeah? I heard you. I heard you hear that? All
- 39:57Speaker 1: right there?
- 39:58Speaker 14: Halloween everybody?
- 39:59Speaker 1: Yeah, coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour,
- 40:03Speaker 1: we're gonna check Steve's voicemail at eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve.
- 40:07Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 40:12Speaker 1: it is time now to check Steve's voicemail. If you'd
- 40:15Speaker 1: like to leave a message for Steve, you can call
- 40:17Speaker 1: him yourself at eight seven seven twenty nine. Steve eight
- 40:20Speaker 1: seven seven twenty nine, Steve, you might just hear your
- 40:22Speaker 1: call on the air. Are you ready, Steve?
- 40:25Speaker 2: Yeah, all right.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Remember last week we received a voicemail from a man
- 40:28Speaker 1: who said that after ending a relationship with his ex,
- 40:32Speaker 1: she seems like she's getting blessed all the time. You
- 40:35Speaker 1: gave him advice about envy. Well, this caller disagrees with
- 40:39Speaker 1: your view. Take a listen.
- 40:41Speaker 12: You know, this message just with Steve Harvey himself, and
- 40:44Speaker 12: I really hope that it gets to Steve Man. Listen,
- 40:47Speaker 12: I've been watching you for a long time on TV,
- 40:49Speaker 12: listening to you on the radio for a while, and
- 40:51Speaker 12: I really like you, man, And I never thought that
- 40:54Speaker 12: I would be calling into a radio station, but I
- 40:56Speaker 12: had to, man, because I heard you make a statement
- 40:58Speaker 12: on the radio that one people are together and they
- 41:01Speaker 12: break up and one of them is doing very well,
- 41:04Speaker 12: that it's probably because they're not with the person that
- 41:08Speaker 12: they broke up with, and that in essence, it might
- 41:11Speaker 12: be the person's fault, but the other person's fault because
- 41:14Speaker 12: perhaps they were blocking their blessing. Well, man, I beg
- 41:16Speaker 12: to differ with that, man, because how about if that
- 41:19Speaker 12: person cheating on the person, how about if they were
- 41:22Speaker 12: just totally unfaithful, disrespectful. How about that, you know what
- 41:26Speaker 12: I mean? How's the other person blocking a blessing at
- 41:30Speaker 12: that point?
- 41:30Speaker 2: Okay?
- 41:31Speaker 12: And just because a person breaks up with someone and
- 41:34Speaker 12: one does very well, it's no indication that they've been blessed,
- 41:37Speaker 12: you know. I mean, it's just that they haven't received
- 41:39Speaker 12: the karma that they got coming yet.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Okay.
- 41:41Speaker 12: That's exactly what it is. Okay, Because the Bible says,
- 41:45Speaker 12: and I hear you talking about God a lot, but
- 41:47Speaker 12: the Bible says to be not deceived, that God is
- 41:49Speaker 12: not mocked whatsoever. Man, So if that shall he also
- 41:52Speaker 12: read so in other words, in Layman's term, he's talking
- 41:55Speaker 12: about karma. What goes around comes around.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Okay.
- 41:58Speaker 12: And I feel very bad that you would make a
- 42:00Speaker 12: statement like that, you know, I mean to make a
- 42:03Speaker 12: person that's probably already feeling bad feel even worse, maybe
- 42:07Speaker 12: feeling like they are the problem. They like they calls
- 42:11Speaker 12: the break up when they probably did not, you know, man,
- 42:14Speaker 12: And I just it just made me feel really upset
- 42:17Speaker 12: and angry that you would make a statement like that.
- 42:19Speaker 2: I was really surprised to hear that from you man.
- 42:21Speaker 2: You know.
- 42:21Speaker 12: So whether you put this on a radio or not,
- 42:23Speaker 12: you know, I just wanted you to hear it, you
- 42:25Speaker 12: know what I mean, take care of yourself.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Man.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Well let me say this, brouh. What you're saying all
- 42:30Speaker 2: could be true.
- 42:32Speaker 3: The problem that I had with your statement is this
- 42:35Speaker 3: phone call wasn't about anybody cheating. No one mentioned cheating
- 42:39Speaker 3: in the phone call at all. The guy was simply saying,
- 42:44Speaker 3: how does he rationalize in his mind that after if
- 42:48Speaker 3: he's broken up with someone that they're doing really really
- 42:51Speaker 3: well now well and My statement was maybe the two
- 42:55Speaker 3: of you weren't supposed to be together, and maybe you.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Were the cause why she wasn't. And I stand by that, bruh.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Nobody in the letter mentioned any infidelity, anybody cheating. Nobody
- 43:08Speaker 3: mentioned And then for you to use the scripture talking
- 43:10Speaker 3: about maybe karma ain't caught up with him yet, you know,
- 43:14Speaker 3: y'all kill me with that one man. Y'all need to
- 43:15Speaker 3: slow down a little bit. God's ways is as high
- 43:19Speaker 3: borrow of the earth as the heavens. Our ways are
- 43:22Speaker 3: not like his. We as people don't have the right
- 43:25Speaker 3: to call out karma based on how you think God
- 43:29Speaker 3: deals with the situation. I'm very leary when people use
- 43:34Speaker 3: karma Karma ain't caught up with him yet. How do
- 43:36Speaker 3: you know what timing God is using or what method
- 43:41Speaker 3: he's using to get a person to learn a lesson.
- 43:43Speaker 3: I've had a lot of people tell me that something
- 43:46Speaker 3: that happens to be now is CAUs a karma for
- 43:49Speaker 3: something I did when I was twenty seven. Do you
- 43:52Speaker 3: know I just recently heard that. You mean to tell
- 43:55Speaker 3: me that it took God thirty nine years to teach
- 44:00Speaker 3: me a lesson. So I'm just literally when people do that.
- 44:04Speaker 3: And you're right about the scripture, that's what the scripture says.
- 44:08Speaker 3: But you all don't know when to apply calma, and
- 44:12Speaker 3: we as Christians and people need to stop doing that.
- 44:15Speaker 2: That's calma. Y'all don't know what comma is. You don't
- 44:19Speaker 2: know how God working this thing out you.
- 44:22Speaker 3: Every time something had bad happened to somebody, somebody think
- 44:25Speaker 3: it's calma for something they did in the past. No,
- 44:28Speaker 3: sometimes it's just your turn. It's called life. You just finnah,
- 44:32Speaker 3: get one today, just the card you got. You ain't
- 44:34Speaker 3: do nothing to deserve it. Life ain't fair all the time.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Sometimes you get done dirty and you didn't really do nothing.
- 44:40Speaker 3: That ain't calmer. But if you looking at it from
- 44:43Speaker 3: the outside, you calling it comma, that's calma for what
- 44:45Speaker 3: you did back.
- 44:46Speaker 2: Yeah, no, brod, that ain't what that is. So I
- 44:48Speaker 2: agree with you to what you said. Bruh.
- 44:50Speaker 3: I do agree with what you said if that was
- 44:52Speaker 3: infidelity involved. But in the phone call it wasn't no
- 44:55Speaker 3: infidelity involved, So I stay by.
- 44:57Speaker 2: What I said.
- 44:57Speaker 1: You know, all right, coming up next it isn't And
- 45:00Speaker 1: today's prank phone call right after this. You're listening hard
- 45:06Speaker 1: Morning show coming up at about four minutes after the hour.
- 45:10Speaker 1: It's my strawberry letter for today and the subject is
- 45:13Speaker 1: am I nagging?
- 45:14Speaker 6: Or is this a cover up?
- 45:18Speaker 1: We'll look into that, check it out, find out what
- 45:20Speaker 1: that's all about in just a few because right now
- 45:23Speaker 1: it is time for the Nephew and today's prank phone call.
- 45:26Speaker 6: What you got for its nep.
- 45:28Speaker 10: If you can't talk straight at the barber shop, and
- 45:30Speaker 10: where can you talk straight?
- 45:34Speaker 2: This right here is the barber's shop.
- 45:36Speaker 10: The barber shop, all right, drop a little something something
- 45:40Speaker 10: matter fact, big ups to all the barber's out there
- 45:42Speaker 10: across the land. Are you Bob was putting them nice
- 45:45Speaker 10: fresh lines on baby? Much love ty? Okay, this is
- 45:48Speaker 10: the bober shop. Let's go get doog.
- 45:52Speaker 2: Brady. How you doing?
- 45:53Speaker 1: Man?
- 45:53Speaker 2: My name, my name is Dennis Man. I got a
- 45:54Speaker 2: hack of from you a couple of weeks ago.
- 45:56Speaker 15: Yeah, what's up?
- 45:58Speaker 2: Hey?
- 45:58Speaker 10: Listen, I wanted to get an appointment with you man,
- 46:01Speaker 10: Like I said, I was there a couple of weeks ago. Man,
- 46:03Speaker 10: my first time getting a haircut from you did real,
- 46:05Speaker 10: real good jobs. I want to say thank you for that.
- 46:08Speaker 10: All right, Okay, do you do you have any any
- 46:12Speaker 10: time available on Thursday?
- 46:14Speaker 15: Yeah, yeah, for sure. Uh thy five?
- 46:18Speaker 8: What's what's what's your name here?
- 46:19Speaker 5: Bro?
- 46:19Speaker 2: Dennis?
- 46:20Speaker 13: Man?
- 46:20Speaker 2: Dennis?
- 46:21Speaker 15: Okay, Dennis? Why she had Dennis about about three o'clock, man,
- 46:24Speaker 15: some of that nature. I mean, you know, I know
- 46:26Speaker 15: I'm the work on parmers, you know.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Okay, three o'clock you'll be there. Yeah, okay, Hey.
- 46:32Speaker 10: I got a little bit of a situation though, man,
- 46:34Speaker 10: that happened last time I was there. I kind of
- 46:37Speaker 10: wanted to talk to you about it, man, because it
- 46:39Speaker 10: kind of it called me off guard. So I wanted
- 46:42Speaker 10: to high let you man and see if we could
- 46:44Speaker 10: rectify the problem. For I came back up there.
- 46:47Speaker 8: What happened?
- 46:47Speaker 15: What some I just respect yourselthing?
- 46:49Speaker 2: I mean, what was to do? Well? What it really was? Somebody? Man?
- 46:53Speaker 2: It was?
- 46:54Speaker 12: It was?
- 46:54Speaker 1: It was?
- 46:54Speaker 2: It was actually you me.
- 46:56Speaker 15: Well, I mean, what's the here's the deal?
- 46:59Speaker 5: Man?
- 46:59Speaker 10: When you were cutting my hair, when it was time
- 47:02Speaker 10: to turn the chair, you didn't turn the chair.
- 47:06Speaker 2: With with with with with your hand man. See Brady, man,
- 47:10Speaker 2: you you turned the chair with your with your private part.
- 47:14Speaker 15: Come on, Saynis, I mean Dan, I'm a professional man.
- 47:17Speaker 15: I've been doing this fifteen years right, right.
- 47:19Speaker 2: I don't think it's anything deliberate.
- 47:21Speaker 5: Man.
- 47:22Speaker 10: I think you just do it unconsciously, man, cause you know,
- 47:25Speaker 10: you be leaning over on the chair cutting, and I
- 47:27Speaker 10: think you don't realize, you know, you be turning the
- 47:30Speaker 10: chair with your private part.
- 47:31Speaker 2: Instead of doing it with your hand.
- 47:33Speaker 5: Man.
- 47:34Speaker 10: And to see, my hand got caught out there, and
- 47:36Speaker 10: I saw it out the coner my eyes. I saw
- 47:38Speaker 10: your private part coming towards my hand. I moved it
- 47:41Speaker 10: just in time.
- 47:42Speaker 2: You understand.
- 47:43Speaker 15: But see, Dennis, I'm not understanding something, bro, because I don't.
- 47:47Speaker 15: I don't. We don't operate like that, Ryne here, because
- 47:50Speaker 15: you know I don't make mistakes like that. But I mean,
- 47:53Speaker 15: you know, I don't know you. You're sure you're talking
- 47:54Speaker 15: to the right person.
- 47:55Speaker 2: Man, Yeah, I mean, ain't you the third chair on
- 47:57Speaker 2: the right when you walk.
- 47:58Speaker 12: In the door.
- 47:59Speaker 15: Yeah that's correct.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Okay, that's what I'm talking about, man.
- 48:02Speaker 10: And you cut me two weeks ago, and like I said,
- 48:04Speaker 10: I really like my haircuts, so I want to call
- 48:06Speaker 10: back and rectorify this problem. But you know, you got
- 48:09Speaker 10: to turn the chair with your hand and not your
- 48:10Speaker 10: private part. If not, we're gonna have a problem.
- 48:13Speaker 15: Okay, b I feel you, and I understand your your
- 48:17Speaker 15: complaint and everything. I mean, I'm not understanding what you're saying,
- 48:20Speaker 15: but I don't do that, you know. But I mean
- 48:23Speaker 15: we we'll be glad. You know what I'm saying. Get
- 48:25Speaker 15: you another cut or whatever. You understand me, you know,
- 48:27Speaker 15: but I don't move nobody, you know, round with my pride. Man,
- 48:31Speaker 15: you know that's just not me.
- 48:32Speaker 2: Okay, I understand what you're saying, but I want you
- 48:35Speaker 2: to hear what I'm saying.
- 48:37Speaker 10: If you put your private on there at all when
- 48:40Speaker 10: I come in there Thursday, then I promise you I'm
- 48:43Speaker 10: gonna jump up.
- 48:43Speaker 2: And we're gonna have a problem.
- 48:45Speaker 15: Well well let's see, not now, not right there, and
- 48:48Speaker 15: I'm not I'm not sitting that jump up having a
- 48:50Speaker 15: problem because you know, you don't really know me like that, bro,
- 48:53Speaker 15: you know, I mean, I'm trying to be a professional here.
- 48:55Speaker 15: It's all your little issues that you got to understand me.
- 48:58Speaker 15: But but all is jumping up and stuff you're talking
- 49:00Speaker 15: about doing. I don't know that.
- 49:02Speaker 3: Man.
- 49:02Speaker 10: I'm trying to come in and get a nice haircut
- 49:04Speaker 10: and walk out with a nice haircut. What I don't
- 49:07Speaker 10: want to do is come down there, you lean over,
- 49:10Speaker 10: put your private part where I got my arms in
- 49:12Speaker 10: my hands, and I gotta whoop you.
- 49:14Speaker 15: Now, that's what I don't scireful.
- 49:16Speaker 8: Now you're starting. You're touching me wrong, talking about it.
- 49:19Speaker 2: You're talking about I'm touching you wrong.
- 49:21Speaker 10: You touch me wrong two weeks ago when you put
- 49:23Speaker 10: your private on my hand.
- 49:24Speaker 8: Man, I ain't nobody to touch it. I tell you
- 49:27Speaker 8: feeling me?
- 49:28Speaker 5: Say what?
- 49:28Speaker 8: I don't know what you're talking to man? You know, hey, dog.
- 49:33Speaker 10: All I'm trying to say is the brother trying to
- 49:35Speaker 10: come in and get his hair cut and walk out
- 49:38Speaker 10: fitting like a man and not walk out feeling violated. Man,
- 49:41Speaker 10: because you didn't turn the chair with your private part
- 49:44Speaker 10: all up against my hand and my elbow and stuff.
- 49:46Speaker 8: Man, hold up all, you know what I'm saying that
- 49:49Speaker 8: I'm on You know I'm trying to talk to you.
- 49:53Speaker 2: Do you feel me?
- 49:53Speaker 1: But not?
- 49:54Speaker 8: You're gonna run me wrong. I ain't trying here.
- 49:56Speaker 15: You understand me.
- 49:56Speaker 2: There ain't no playing that. Then keep it off my hand.
- 50:00Speaker 8: Let me tell you something say man, we won't playing

- 50:16Speaker 2: I hear what you saying, but let me explain something.
- 50:18Speaker 10: You were using your hips and your private section like
- 50:20Speaker 10: a ping ball machine.
- 50:22Speaker 8: And I'm gonna tell you what now I will put
- 50:25Speaker 8: something on you. You gome understand me. Come over there.
- 50:32Speaker 10: I'm just trying to come and get a hair cut.

- 56:35Speaker 3: door bell. That lady said, your big ass lips is
- 56:39Speaker 3: sticking through that hole.
- 56:43Speaker 2: I said, Strawberry letter.
- 56:49Speaker 1: Wow, I'm supposed to follow that one.
- 56:55Speaker 2: Yeah, because my lips was all out that castle. Your
- 56:59Speaker 2: careful white cast with had big ass lip show.
- 57:03Speaker 1: All right, here we go. Subjects Am I nagging? Or
- 57:07Speaker 1: is this a cover up? Dear Stephen Shirley. My husband
- 57:10Speaker 1: works as a tech leader at his company and he
- 57:13Speaker 1: sometimes takes his friend Satchel to work. Last week there
- 57:16Speaker 1: was an off site meeting and he said he took
- 57:18Speaker 1: Satchel and Quinn, one of his other coworkers to the
- 57:21Speaker 1: meeting with him. I assumed Quinn was a man because
- 57:24Speaker 1: he didn't specify that Quinn is a woman. I used
- 57:28Speaker 1: my husband's car Sunday for church, and my daughter and
- 57:31Speaker 1: I stopped by the supermarket after church. I put the
- 57:34Speaker 1: groceries in the trunk and saw a tiny pair of
- 57:37Speaker 1: women's tennis shoes stuck down in his trunk organizer. I
- 57:41Speaker 1: went home and put the shoes on top of his
- 57:43Speaker 1: work bag. He walked by them a few times that day,
- 57:46Speaker 1: and finally, after we had dinner, I heard him sigh
- 57:49Speaker 1: really loud as he left the kitchen. He walked up
- 57:52Speaker 1: to me with the shoes in his hand and asked
- 57:55Speaker 1: why I was going through his trunk. I asked him
- 57:58Speaker 1: whose shoes those were. He said they belonged to Quinn.
- 58:02Speaker 1: I asked him to tell me once again who Quinn is.
- 58:06Speaker 1: He said, Quinn is the intern. Is his intern, and
- 58:09Speaker 1: she goes to the gym with him after work, so
- 58:12Speaker 1: he insisted that she leave her shoes in the trunk.
- 58:15Speaker 1: He said it as if I was irritating him, and
- 58:18Speaker 1: it felt like he was defending Quinn. I asked him
- 58:21Speaker 1: to show me a picture of Quinn. Or better yet,
- 58:24Speaker 1: tell me your last name so I can find her
- 58:26Speaker 1: on ig or Facebook. He said that Quinn is her
- 58:29Speaker 1: last name. He will not tell me this woman's full name.
- 58:33Speaker 1: I told him that I would appreciate it if he
- 58:35Speaker 1: returned her shoes to her and stop driving her to
- 58:38Speaker 1: work and the gym. He said, this is why he
- 58:41Speaker 1: doesn't share anything with me. He said, I nag him
- 58:45Speaker 1: hi and jumped. I nag him and jump to conclusions.
- 58:49Speaker 4: Is this a fact?
- 58:50Speaker 1: Or did he tell me that to throw me off?
- 58:52Speaker 1: Is Quinn more than just a co worker? Well, he
- 58:56Speaker 1: sure is protective over a little Quinn, now, isn't he.
- 59:00Speaker 1: You were well within your rights as a wife to
- 59:02Speaker 1: ask questions about the shoes and whatever else you wanted
- 59:05Speaker 1: to ask him about. What's the big deal? There was
- 59:07Speaker 1: nothing suspicious going on between him and Quinn. Why wasn't
- 59:12Speaker 1: he upfront with you when you asked? What was there
- 59:15Speaker 1: to hide? First of all, her shoes should not have
- 59:18Speaker 1: been in your husband's car. What's the wife to think?
- 59:21Speaker 1: He didn't tell you Quinn was a woman. He didn't
- 59:24Speaker 1: tell you she was his intern. He had you thinking
- 59:28Speaker 1: Quinn was a man until you found her tiny little
- 59:30Speaker 1: shoes in the trunk. He didn't tell you that they
- 59:34Speaker 1: went to the gym together after work, and he wouldn't
- 59:37Speaker 1: even tell you her full name. What's he hiding? He
- 59:40Speaker 1: even accused you of snooping through his trunk. His actions
- 59:43Speaker 1: are very suspect, and he's very stingy with information, and
- 59:48Speaker 1: he gets mad if you ask him questions. Please don't
- 59:51Speaker 1: let him flip it on you, because that's what he's doing.
- 59:53Speaker 1: He's acting like you're the problem. Every Man notes that
- 59:56Speaker 1: the word nagging is a trigger for women. That's what
- 59:59Speaker 1: they say when they don't want to answer their wife's
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: questions when they get busted. Oh stop nagging me, stop
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: nagging me, all of that. Uh, this is not gonna
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: work here. Don't let it work here, Steve.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: And my nagging? Or is this a cover up? Right
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: off the dribble? You want me to tell you what
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: I think? Yeah, I think it's both. Of course I
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: think it's both. We only got a short time, so
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: I can't get into it. But here's this part that
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: through me. He's a tech league at the company and
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: he sometimes takes his friend Satchel to work.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: How old is Satril It? How old is saus unseatul Man, damn.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: But I'm sixty six and I ain't got no friend.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: His name Sach? How old is Satral? And your other
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: friend of name quinn?
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: Ooo?
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: That was my only question.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: When we come back, I'll get into what the real
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: deal is with this letter, But once again, the question
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: I'm closing with is how old is Satchel?
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: All right, hang on, Steve, We'll have part two of
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the our.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: The subject of today's strawberry letter? Am I nagging? Or
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: is this a cover up? We'll get back into it
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: right after this.
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: You're listening hard Morning show.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: The subject is am I nagging?
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Or?
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: Is this a cover up?
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: All right, So the first half we didn't have a
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: chance to go over the letter at all because we
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: got stuck at the beginning because her husband works as
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: a tech leader at the company and he sometimes takes
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: his friend Satchel to work, And we got stuck right
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: there because the question all I had was how old
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: is Satchel? Oh Lord messen Satchel Sachel and ruthless Satchel
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: rufus and Odetta.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: Yep.
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: Anyway, last week there was an off site meeting and
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: he said that he took Satchel and Quinn, one of
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: his other coworkers, to the meeting with him. Now you
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: assume Quinn was a man, because he didn't specify that
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: queen as a woman. I used my husband called Sunday
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: to go to church with my daughter, and I stopped
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: by the supermarket. After church, I put the groceries in
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: the truck and I saw a tiny pair of women's
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: tennis shoes stuck down in the truck organizer.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: I went home put the shoes on top of his
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: work bag.
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: He walked by them a few times that day, and finally,
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: after we had dinner I heard him sigh really loudly.
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: As he left the kitchen. He walked up to me
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: with the shoes in his hand and asked why I
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: was going through his trunk.
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: Now, let me give you when he walked you said earlier,
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: he walked by.
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: Them a few times. He saw him, He saw him
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: every time he walked down. Oh yeah, but he was
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: buying some time. He needed to come up with a
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: way to react after he act like he finally saw
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: you saw them, little lad girl tennis shoes on top
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: of that bag the first day. It's no way he didn't.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: He walked past him a few times there. Finally, after dinner.
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: I don't know how he ate because I can't even
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: swallow food if I know this girl. I can't even
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: swallow if I know this woman's shoes is in this house.
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: Oh god.
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: So anyway, he said, why you going through my trunk?
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: I asked him whose shoes they were. He said they
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: belonged to Quinn. I asked him to tell me once
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: again who Quinn is. He said, Quinn is his intern,
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: and she go to the gym with him after work.
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: So he insisted that she leave her shoes.
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: In the trunk. Bod that's done.
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: That is so damn good. Dumb though, you insist that
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: you leave your shoes in the trunk. Damn dog, you stupid.
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: You ain't running this by Satchel.
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: I promise you. Satchul would have tell you, well, now
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: look a hell.
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: Now know you're gonna lead them shoes down that that
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: that truck like that that she libed to come by
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: that one time she knew no way to church or
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: something like that.
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: Then you gonna have your hands would stop.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: Fat Satchel talked with his bottom lip, hardy, don't even
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: move like this here, y'all gonna sit up.
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: There like you don't know that girl.
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: Go out of that car and see them shoes in
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: there like that, and then you ain't gonna do a look,
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: you ain't gonna be in the slain not to nobody.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: I can tell Satril move, you use your bottom lip
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: so you can sound better.
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: I ain't gotta sound better. Hell I ain't satull anyway.
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: He insisted. Did she lead the shoes in the truck?
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: He said, I if I was, he said, he said
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: it as if I was irritating him. I asked the leader,
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: just leave the shoe who's in the truck? We go
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: there every day. Oh, now you irritating him? And I
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: felt like he was defending Quinn. I asked him to
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: show me a picture of Quinn, or, better yet, tell
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: me her last name so I can find her on
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: ig or Facebook. He said, Quinn is her last name.
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: He will not tell me this woman's full name.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: Hell no, he can't see. Let's go over the stuff.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: He can't tell you.
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: He can't tell you Quinn is a woman. He can't
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: tell you Quinn go to the gym. He can't tell
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: you them shoes is in the truck. He damn sure
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: can't let you find her, on Igo.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: Because she young, she on ig.
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: I told him that I would appreciate it if he
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: returned her shoes to her and stop driving her to
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: work into the gym. He said, see right here, that's
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: why I don't tell you nothing. Let's see that's right here,
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: he said. This is why he don't share anything with me.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: He said, I nag him and jumped to conclusion. Is
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: this a fact or did he tell me that to
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: throw me off? It's Quinn more than just a cowork Well,
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: I don't know if me and Quinn is more than
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: a coworker.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: Nothing says that right now.
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: It does say that he's stupid for having queen shoes
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: in the car, but nothing in here says they have
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: an affair anything like that. Is your husband stupid?
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah? Yeah?
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: And what did he do that was stupid? Put them
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: damn shoes in that car? Now, if Quinn can't bring
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: her own damn shoes, I don't know why not. That's
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: the dumbest thing he did.
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: Now.
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: Surely made a statement earlier that I want to address
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: that men accuse you of nagging when they don't want
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: to answer the question.
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: That's not true.
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: Nagging comes from me, and it's a term that men
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: created for women, and it's called nagging. And we created
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: the term nagging because nagging to us is your tone
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: and you're timing the wrong tone and the wrong timing,
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: and that's what we call it. Nagget. You can ask
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: us anything.
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: Who is Quinn?
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: He said he was an intern? Once again? Who is Quinn?
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: I just told you, I asked, she's an intern? Oh,
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: what's her first name? She ain't got no first name?
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: Her name Quenn?
- 1:07:24Speaker 5: What's hi?
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: I gi her name? Quenn? Tell me her first name? Uh,
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: you go anywhere out to the job and see Quinn.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: But I'm gonna tell you something not queen. Fine.

- 1:08:25Speaker 3: But you know, it wasn't for the belt or title
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: or anything like that. You know, it's a celebrity box
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: It's just a boxing match. It's gone to that now.
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: Mm hmmm.
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: A lot of money though, right, Yeah, a lot of money, man, Yeah,
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: that kind of money.
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: I'll fight anybody, what you mean, dog, I'll do a
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: celebrity boxing match.
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: I beat Blacks as he ain't here talking about fighting
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: Williams and yeah yeah yeah.
- 1:09:01Speaker 14: So does that mean that he keeps the bell, no problem,
- 1:09:05Speaker 14: rematched anything like that.
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: But I think for Francis and Gano, it's a huge
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: deal because he proved that he can hang with the
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: greatest heavyweight in the world right now. And this guy
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: was an MBMA fighter, and I think the work that
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: he did with Tyson really helped him out. And the
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: guy was impressive. Man, I watched the whole fight. It
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: was impressive.
- 1:09:27Speaker 9: So that type of money, how much money was really
- 1:09:30Speaker 9: on the line for that fight for Tyson Fury, Well.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: It's a guaranteed. Perse wasn't about who won or nothing.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: The rumor has it.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: I heard two rumors that Tyson Fury got seventy million
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: and France and Gano got fifty million. But then I
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: heard Tyson got fifty million and Francis got ten million.
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: Well, Francis will fight you for ten million.
- 1:09:51Speaker 14: Yeah, I fight somebody for me.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I fight fight him together. Yeah, I fight you
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: at the same time. I'll fight you and Tommy for
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: one million and win for I don't know about all
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: that now.
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: Well, I don't care, but we're gonna damn sure try.
- 1:10:09Speaker 3: We're gonna find out knocking well, I probably.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: Can't with both of y'all.
- 1:10:12Speaker 3: Both, but if they say one million to fight them
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: five million, if you win, you're often to see something.
- 1:10:18Speaker 14: Yeah, to be there for that when we fitted, we
- 1:10:21Speaker 14: gonna look like we was at a fight, though.
- 1:10:23Speaker 3: You're gonna know the first thing I'm gonna do to
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: get that five million, Yeah, I'm gonna charge right at you,
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: Junior and knock your ass out, so I can least one.
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: You're gonna be the easier knockout. So I'm gonna come
- 1:10:38Speaker 3: and knock you your ass out first. Yeah, and then
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: I deal with Tommy. I didn't clinch.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: I whisper something here esteem jus sickle cell.
- 1:10:49Speaker 5: You don't care what.
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: I thought you he took into a crisis.
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: Oh my god, this coming out.
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: Coming over to the top.
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: Of the hour.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: A guy on social media needs some advice. What's the
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: best door signal for when you're getting busy? We'll talk
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: about it right after this.
- 1:11:14Speaker 6: You're listening morning show.
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: Greg on Steve Harvey FM.
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: My roommate and I are having trouble deciding what's the
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: most effective and subtle sign Would we need to tell
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: each other that we have company over and that we
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: need privacy. It's a two bedroom place, but it's still
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: nice to have some alone time without someone else walking
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: in and spoiling the mood. Plus I tend to get
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: loud when getting busy. Anyway, He suggested a tie on
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: the doorknob. I'm thinking that we should put a lava
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: lamp by the front window, and if it's on, that's
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: the sign. Any other ideas out here, Steve.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: All this technology, what are you all turns and lava lamps.
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: Them?
- 1:12:03Speaker 3: What is y'all doing stuff we had to do when
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: we was out there in the streets. We're gonna tie
- 1:12:08Speaker 3: Town a doorknob and put a lava light in the window.
- 1:12:11Speaker 3: Just ain't the seventies, No got sap text him say, hey, man,
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: I'm in here. If you open the door, don't look
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: to the right, just keep your guys go straight on
- 1:12:30Speaker 3: to the back because we ain't got on nothing.
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: If yeah, tom me, you can still buy a lava them.
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: I didn't know that.
- 1:12:41Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I'm not.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: I ain't got time to be trying to hang no town,
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: no door and all this here.
- 1:12:47Speaker 10: Look what's your I don't care what your what you see?
- 1:12:53Speaker 10: We trist to be naked when you.
- 1:12:54Speaker 5: Walk in heads up or nothing.
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:12:59Speaker 10: And here's that man, We walk around naked, we eating
- 1:13:02Speaker 10: chicken wing and everything.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: We on a good time, all right.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Here's another one from Lamar on Facebook. He says, my
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: family moved into a new neighborhood a couple of years ago,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: and this will be our first Halloween that we're going
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: to be home, accepting trick or treaters. Our neighbors are
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: pretty well to do, and last year our kids came
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: home with dozens of little goodie bags full of toys, coins,
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: and full size, full sized candy bars. We got the
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: same multi pack of candy from Costco that we've always
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: bought to hand out this year. But now I'm second
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: guessing our choice because we don't want to face criticism
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: from other kids in the neighborhood because we went cheap
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: on our candy. So should I upgrade our candy or not?
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: Yeah? You sure? Y'allen to beat the poet black.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: People, that's the life.
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: And stuff like that.
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: Don't know what?
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: Don't do that? You've got drop bag, single life? Save us?
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: It should have been here.
- 1:14:08Speaker 10: Man, is your house old? Trick or treating dog? Can
- 1:14:12Speaker 10: neighbors come back and bring their kids?
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: How that work over your neighborhood? Are y'all rich? This man?
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: Hey dog him? About time your baby walk up to
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: that door, he's gonna be some damn time. Well, what's
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: the payoff?
- 1:14:29Speaker 5: If the baby does come trick or treat?
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: Do you give him full size candy bars?
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: What's the tree?
- 1:14:34Speaker 14: What do you give them the porch light on? First
- 1:14:38Speaker 14: of all, will you read the doorbell. You got to
- 1:14:41Speaker 14: be somewhere near the front door, don't you.
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: Is the porch light on?
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: You know the porch light has.
- 1:14:46Speaker 12: To be on.
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: Well it's okay, okay, first let me stop, y'all.
- 1:14:51Speaker 5: Stop at the guard.
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: We don't have a doorbellhouse don't.
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: Have a door.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: You ain't on doorbell as a door man.
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: How did you get up here to this? Damn though?
- 1:15:04Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: How the hell? We don't need a doebell? How did
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: you get to the den. There's no bail to ring.
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: Nobody should be outside ringing a dope bell. Just now,
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: you know, I put somebody.
- 1:15:27Speaker 3: You know, I'll probably do something nice for them if
- 1:15:30Speaker 3: they came, But hell I ain't. I don't even so
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: you ain't. Yeah, I can't even see the house next though,
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: So I don't know what they got from an if
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: I'm down in my ranch, I really don't know where
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: they don't come.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: Happy Halloween, everybody. We'll have more of the Sea Harvey
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: Morning Show coming up at about twenty minutes after the
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: hour right after this.
- 1:15:57Speaker 6: You're listening Hary morning.
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: Well, today is Halloween, and a new survey finds at
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: fifty eight percent of adults are likely to wear a
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: sexy costume. This year, the most popular sexy costumes for
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: women include cat women, cat woman, and a nurse. For
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: the guys, the top sexy costumes include batman and a gladiator.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: So what's those are the sexiest costumes?
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: The worst?
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: It's batman and a gladiator.
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: Damn keeping able to make it old fun? He was
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: throwing back around the batsman carry on background.
- 1:16:41Speaker 14: Okay, welcome to double down. Sure, Sharlotte Westpurs.
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: You're doing sur cat.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: No, it's not on here, Junior, not at all. So
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: what are some of those are the sexiest costumes?
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: What I said?
- 1:17:03Speaker 6: For men?
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Batman and gladiator and catwoman and a nurse for the ladies.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: So what's the worst costumes you guys have seen? And
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: was it yours?
- 1:17:13Speaker 3: I hate when people wear their mask to make them
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: look like a former president like Nixon or something like that.
- 1:17:18Speaker 14: Oh oh Trump, Yeah, okay, you don't like those?
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: Come on, you're gonna come to part yes, Trump? Or
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: would white people dress up like black people? Yeah?
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: We're all right, all right, coming up in thirty three
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: minutes after the hours, we'll play around it. Would you
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: rather right after this?
- 1:17:44Speaker 6: You're listening hard morning show?
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: It is time now for a round? And would you
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: rather would you rather I haven't even said it yet, Steve,
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: Would you rather your partner cry uncontrollably whenever they see
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: you naked? Would you rather your partner laugh uncontrollably when
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: they see you naked?
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: Both of them?
- 1:18:08Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: Laughing to keep from crying properly?
- 1:18:17Speaker 14: I prefer she cried when she sees me.
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: But you know how did that stop?
- 1:18:22Speaker 6: Come on?
- 1:18:22Speaker 5: Now you.
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: Played the book?
- 1:18:25Speaker 14: Stop Stop that you play too much?
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: Come on, you're laughing a little too hard now that
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: I want her to laugh?
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: Oh you do?
- 1:18:33Speaker 5: Why?
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: How long all this laughing?
- 1:18:36Speaker 5: Laugh?
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: I like that?
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: Would you rather make out in an elevator? Or would
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: you rather make out in the back of a cab?
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: A taxi cab? No nasty as cab, but clean elevator?
- 1:19:01Speaker 5: Man?
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: Stand up all right?
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: Would you rather spend the night in a cemetery or
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: would you rather spend the night in a corn maze?
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: A corn maize?
- 1:19:16Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: Corn chill up like chilling corn?
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: People scared cemetery or a cemetery corn? I just I
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: just you're scared of corn?
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: I never heard that.
- 1:19:35Speaker 5: No one ever.
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: Wondering lightning?
- 1:19:41Speaker 17: Okay, we get Okay, I'm scared of calling to we
- 1:19:45Speaker 17: get corn, and I'm scared of cabbage man, big old
- 1:19:55Speaker 17: ahead of cabbage.
- 1:20:00Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Would you rather hear a ghostly whisper in your ear
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: when you're alone? Or would you rather see strange shadows
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: moving in the corner of your eye? Which one?
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: Oh, I want none of that.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: It's Halloween, Halloween.
- 1:20:17Speaker 3: No, I'm gonna go and take them shadows out the
- 1:20:19Speaker 3: corner of my eye. I'm ready up on you. No, no, no, no,
- 1:20:27Speaker 3: he'dne got way too damn close to me.
- 1:20:30Speaker 2: Let me old dolls when.
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: He sounded like, yeah, I broke gum.
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: Caeason about to stab you.
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: Would you rather sleep with someone? Yeah, listen, coming up
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: and is our last break of the day, and we'll
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: close out the show right after this.
- 1:20:58Speaker 6: You're listening Morning show?
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: All right, guys? Here we are our last break of
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: the day. And see before we get out of here,
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: I have one more would you rather? And it's interesting,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: So let's let's hear what you guys think about this one.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: Would you rather? Would you rather sleep with someone who
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: is seventy five years old but very skilled, or would
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: you rather sleep with someone your age or younger who's
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: not good in bed at all. Give me miss Johnson
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: seventy five, very skilled.
- 1:21:32Speaker 14: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: I can't, Temmy, I can't do it. And I'm gonna
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: go to the younger.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: No, he's not good, no time.
- 1:21:42Speaker 14: I'll pe confidence you will be good.
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: So you and my grandmother went to school together, grandmother?
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: Watch this, miss my grandmother.
- 1:21:58Speaker 5: Off clothes?
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: You know, you know, I got some cabbage in there?
- 1:22:03Speaker 5: What we did?
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: Alright, seventy five.
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: In weekill, sweetie, I'm gonna make you some hot water.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Colum seventy five and skilled or your age and knows nothing.
- 1:22:20Speaker 5: Well, it's.
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: Fine, just do a co do.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: I mean, what if she, you know, had herself together.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: She looked good for seventy five. Come on, she didn't
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: look seventy five at all? What about that?
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: Come on, miss Raymison, come on, Debt Raymondson.
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: Quick death.
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: Now, Judge Judy, come on.
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: You love Judge Judy.
- 1:22:55Speaker 5: Judge Judy.
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: Yeah, i've actually met Judge before.
- 1:23:00Speaker 10: Man.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: Really really nice lady she got.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: Yeah, she's like the highest pape person on TV at
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: one time.
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: I don't know if she still is.
- 1:23:10Speaker 5: I want to say that, how old.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: Is so you and my grandmother went to school together.
- 1:23:16Speaker 13: Yeah, as I've taken my shirt off, seventy five year old,
- 1:23:26Speaker 13: I take my clothes off.
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: I will be fine.
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: Hey, I got some clothes remarks for you today. I
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: want to remind everybody of something. Junior and I were
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: talking a little bit early and it kind of made
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: me think about something we were talking about, and Junior said,
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: I don't know how you do it, uncle, And that
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: was a statement that sparked this because I hear people
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: oftentimes saying I don't know how you do all that,
- 1:23:56Speaker 3: How you did it? How you And I'm gonna be
- 1:23:59Speaker 3: honest with you. I only have really one answer, because
- 1:24:03Speaker 3: I don't really have an answer for me to explain
- 1:24:08Speaker 3: what has happened to me exactly except faith. How I
- 1:24:13Speaker 3: did it was with faith. How I got here was
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: cause of faith. What kept me when it was real
- 1:24:23Speaker 3: dark for me was faith when I felt like giving up.
- 1:24:29Speaker 3: What kept me going was faith when I didn't have
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: no answer and I didn't see no light at the
- 1:24:36Speaker 3: end of the tunnel. What was that I was looking at?
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: It was faith. Faith is the belief in things that
- 1:24:44Speaker 3: you cannot see. You all you have got to have
- 1:24:48Speaker 3: faith to make it. You have got to have a
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: relationship with God to make it. You cannot make it
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: by yourself.
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: You can't. I don't care what nobody tell you. You
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: can't do that.
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: You need God.
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: You need him. He is an absolute necessity.
- 1:25:09Speaker 3: If you have any aspirations of being happy or successful,
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: don't you dare to try it without him. I'm telling
- 1:25:18Speaker 3: you you are wasting your time. I don't care how
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: many good breaks you get. I don't care how many
- 1:25:25Speaker 3: okay nods you get. If you don't have Him in
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: your life, it is not going to last. Because three
- 1:25:33Speaker 3: things is gonna happen. Three things are going guaranteed to happen.
- 1:25:39Speaker 3: You are either gonna be in a storm, coming out
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: of a storm, or heading to a storm. But you
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: best believe that the storms is coming. And it's the
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: storms that wrecks the ships, and the ships that the
- 1:25:55Speaker 3: storm's wrecks. The is the ships without faith, the ships
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: without God. Everybody gonna get tossed in this thing called life. Everybody,
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: every single one of us is gonna have some upside
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: down moments. Every last one of us is gonna get
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: thrown for a loop. Every last one of us is
- 1:26:16Speaker 3: gonna have the unthinkable gonna happen to you. Everybody's gonna
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: have the worst day they've ever had. Everybody's gonna get
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: the worst news they've ever gotten before. Everybody ain't nobody
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: free from that.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: Well, you know what those are?
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: Those are storms, and when them storms come, you got
- 1:26:38Speaker 3: to have faith, period.
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: I kid you not.
