- 1:40Speaker 1: You got to turn the mouse to turn.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You probably got to turn the mouth, turn out, turn
- 1:46Speaker 3: the water the water up.
- 1:55Speaker 7: Come come on, you'll think, Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 7: Good morning everybody. You are listening to the VOTs, Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 7: dig me.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Now one and only. Uh huh. Steve Harvey got a
- 2:10Speaker 2: radio show. Here you do.
- 2:12Speaker 7: Steve Harvey got a radio show. But like I said
- 2:14Speaker 7: the other day, you got something too, though, don't you.
- 2:16Speaker 7: God done done something wonderful for you. You just got
- 2:19Speaker 7: to thank Him for it, you know, in the midst
- 2:22Speaker 7: of all that's going on in my life and in
- 2:24Speaker 7: your life. You know, I always use myself as an
- 2:28Speaker 7: example because well, I mean that way. I guarantee you
- 2:32Speaker 7: one hundred percent I know what I'm talking about here.
- 2:35Speaker 7: Here's the situation, you know, with everything that's going on
- 2:38Speaker 7: in my life and all the things I'm asking God
- 2:41Speaker 7: for in the midst of a taxing and a very
- 2:48Speaker 7: trying situation. That's very challenging for me right now. Man,
- 2:52Speaker 7: God just keeps on, keeps on surprising me. He keeps
- 2:58Speaker 7: doing things, And I want you to look at your life.
- 3:00Speaker 7: Or for a second, let's make two columns here. Let's
- 3:06Speaker 7: make a column of all the things you want from God.
- 3:09Speaker 7: You know, just do that throughout the course of the day.
- 3:12Speaker 7: You know, you know, run down the list of all
- 3:14Speaker 7: the things you're asking God for, all the things you're
- 3:17Speaker 7: praying for, the things you aspire to, what your dreams,
- 3:21Speaker 7: your visions, whatever it is.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Just make a column a list of all those things.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Let's make three lists.
- 3:28Speaker 7: And then the second list, I want you to make
- 3:31Speaker 7: a list of everything that you've been asking God for,
- 3:36Speaker 7: so I guess that could be a little bit of
- 3:38Speaker 7: the same.
- 3:39Speaker 2: But this third list, I want you to do a
- 3:41Speaker 2: check off point.
- 3:42Speaker 7: I want you to do a make a list of
- 3:45Speaker 7: everything that God has given you that you've asked him for.
- 3:49Speaker 7: Just think about it like that for a second. I
- 3:52Speaker 7: may be explaining a little wrong right now, but I'm
- 3:54Speaker 7: gonna pull it together for you. Make a list of
- 3:58Speaker 7: everything you're asking God for. Just just listed. You know,
- 4:01Speaker 7: It's okay, It's a dream board. You can call it
- 4:03Speaker 7: that I got one. It's a vision board. You know,
- 4:05Speaker 7: everybody's got something you hope for. Make a list now.
- 4:09Speaker 7: I want you to make another list of everything you've
- 4:14Speaker 7: asked God for that.
- 4:15Speaker 2: He's given you already.
- 4:18Speaker 7: See this is a good list because sometimes and what
- 4:22Speaker 7: I've been guilty of, and maybe you two in my
- 4:26Speaker 7: request list on my dream board. I keep focusing so
- 4:30Speaker 7: hard sometimes on the what I'm yet to receive. I
- 4:35Speaker 7: keep focusing so hard on the what I hope he
- 4:38Speaker 7: gives me. I keep focusing so hard on the things
- 4:42Speaker 7: that I yet not fulfilled in my life that sometimes,
- 4:47Speaker 7: as he starts checking off my wish lists the things
- 4:52Speaker 7: I've asked for in the past that have come to
- 4:54Speaker 7: pass that he's given me, I sometimes, in praying for
- 4:58Speaker 7: what I want forget to thank him for what he's
- 5:02Speaker 7: done for me. And I'm currently in the middle of
- 5:05Speaker 7: that situation. And this morning when I woke up, I really, man,
- 5:09Speaker 7: I just got on my knees this morning and I
- 5:11Speaker 7: quit tripping for a second. I said, Man, hey, God,
- 5:13Speaker 7: you know what I really do need all them things
- 5:17Speaker 7: I'm asking for, and I'm really am believing that You're gonna.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Give it to me.
- 5:21Speaker 7: But in the meantime, though, Man, have I overlooked some
- 5:25Speaker 7: important details here?
- 5:27Speaker 2: I had to really look at what he's done for me.
- 5:30Speaker 7: I mean, look, man, take yourself out of it personally
- 5:33Speaker 7: and look, well, you can leave yourself in it however
- 5:35Speaker 7: you want to be. Some people can't do that, So
- 5:37Speaker 7: just leave yourself in it.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Then.
- 5:39Speaker 7: But man, I started looking at the eye part of me,
- 5:42Speaker 7: and I started looking around at what's happening overall. Like, man,
- 5:47Speaker 7: he has kept my family together and in spite of
- 5:50Speaker 7: the attempts to tear it apart. I look at all
- 5:52Speaker 7: of that. I look at how he's blessing my children
- 5:56Speaker 7: with the desires of their heart, which I pray for
- 5:58Speaker 7: my kids. You know, I want my kids to have
- 6:00Speaker 7: a better life than I've had. I really really do.
- 6:02Speaker 7: I don't want them to take as long as it
- 6:05Speaker 7: took me to get it together. I really really don't.
- 6:07Speaker 7: I'm trying to say, hey, man, if you go to college,
- 6:10Speaker 7: this is what you can be. Don't do like your
- 6:12Speaker 7: father did. Don't go three years drop I'll throw yourself
- 6:15Speaker 7: into a spiral. And then got to start to scratch
- 6:17Speaker 7: all over again, you know, And for the most part
- 6:20Speaker 7: so far, you know they're doing quite well of it.
- 6:24Speaker 7: You know, you know they're getting kicked around a little bit,
- 6:26Speaker 7: but that's life. I started thinking of the blessings that
- 6:30Speaker 7: he's helped me overcome with some of the previous mistakes
- 6:34Speaker 7: I've made in relationships in my life. And then I
- 6:38Speaker 7: started looking about the things he's blessed me with that
- 6:41Speaker 7: I've been asking him for. But since I've moved on
- 6:43Speaker 7: from it, I forgot to keep thinking because I got.
- 6:47Speaker 2: To always thank God for a roof over my.
- 6:49Speaker 7: Head because guess what, when I was asking for the
- 6:51Speaker 7: roof and I didn't really have it, then he gave
- 6:54Speaker 7: me one. Now, since he gave it to me, what,
- 6:56Speaker 7: I'm just cool now I can't ever go back to
- 6:58Speaker 7: him and go, hey, man, I do appreciate this roof
- 7:01Speaker 7: over my head because that was a time when I
- 7:03Speaker 7: was living in a car. But see, so every morning
- 7:05Speaker 7: I wake up, I gotta remember the fact that I
- 7:08Speaker 7: have a home now, because I got to look back
- 7:11Speaker 7: and go, man, that was time, Steve, when you didn't
- 7:13Speaker 7: have no home. But see, we forget what God has
- 7:16Speaker 7: done for us because in our column, the won't column,
- 7:21Speaker 7: the need column, we oftentimes forget for the columns and
- 7:26Speaker 7: the check marks as He's already fulfilled in our life.
- 7:29Speaker 7: You've got to take inventory every now and then daily
- 7:34Speaker 7: if possible.
- 7:35Speaker 2: But I know we're humans. We're not gonna do that.
- 7:37Speaker 2: I don't.
- 7:38Speaker 7: But you've got to take inventory of your life to say, hey.
- 7:43Speaker 2: What has God done for me? You know? And remember
- 7:46Speaker 2: something else too. Change is good, but change is challenging.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Accept the challenge that it is.
- 7:54Speaker 7: Look a lot of you come up to me all
- 7:57Speaker 7: the time and say, Steve Man, thank you man, and
- 8:00Speaker 7: boy you in the morning. Man, I really be needing that,
- 8:03Speaker 7: Like Holy said it a hundred times, but I'm gonna
- 8:05Speaker 7: say it again, y'all, I be needing it too.
- 8:09Speaker 2: You know.
- 8:09Speaker 7: You understand, sometimes what God is dealing with me is
- 8:14Speaker 7: for me. But now I'm in a sharing position where
- 8:18Speaker 7: I can open up and if I just if I
- 8:20Speaker 7: just quit being so about me and become a little
- 8:23Speaker 7: bit more transparent, I can maybe some of me that's
- 8:26Speaker 7: happening to me is happening to you, and you can
- 8:29Speaker 7: see some of this in me. That's why I use
- 8:31Speaker 7: myself as an example, because man, I'm catching it too, y'all.
- 8:35Speaker 7: I ain't perfect either. So for those of you that
- 8:38Speaker 7: come up to me and say that I want you
- 8:40Speaker 7: to understand these these talks in the morning. Man, this
- 8:43Speaker 7: is important for me because man, I need these conversations
- 8:48Speaker 7: from God. I need God to continue to strengthen me,
- 8:52Speaker 7: to show me the way, to help me understand what's
- 8:55Speaker 7: happening to me.
- 8:57Speaker 2: And see, as we've all those of you who have made.
- 8:59Speaker 7: The decision to change, to become a better person, a
- 9:02Speaker 7: better woman, a better boy, better girl, a better man.
- 9:05Speaker 7: For those of you who's made the decision to change,
- 9:07Speaker 7: change is a challenge, and accept the challenge because it's
- 9:10Speaker 7: gonna come.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Because right out of that, here come to haters.
- 9:13Speaker 7: Here they come people you don't even know, discussing your
- 9:17Speaker 7: life and your change. If God see you really really
- 9:21Speaker 7: mean what you say in spite of what they say
- 9:24Speaker 7: about you, God will raise you above the freight. He'll
- 9:28Speaker 7: keep promoting you. He'll keep blessing you, He'll keep moving
- 9:32Speaker 7: you up.
- 9:32Speaker 2: He will use you as a show off point. He'll
- 9:36Speaker 2: show you.
- 9:37Speaker 7: Off, man, He'll he'll make you look good the people man,
- 9:40Speaker 7: who wish you'd fall all day long. And so to
- 9:43Speaker 7: all your haters, all your haters will end up just
- 9:46Speaker 7: watching you rise.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Man.
- 9:47Speaker 7: They will watch you continue to grow. That's what God
- 9:50Speaker 7: will do for you.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Man.
- 9:52Speaker 7: You can fool the world, but you can't fool God.
- 9:54Speaker 7: God know your heart, He know your every thought.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Man, you're listening.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Show, ladies and gentlemen. You know what.
- 10:08Speaker 7: Excited again overjoined As a matter of fact, Man, God
- 10:12Speaker 7: hasn't done it again. I'm so grateful man, Thank you
- 10:15Speaker 7: Lord for waking me up today. Started me on my way,
- 10:19Speaker 7: I mean closed, I'm capable of thinking. But the most
- 10:22Speaker 7: important thing is I'm here. So me being here sends
- 10:27Speaker 7: a clear cut message that you are not through with
- 10:30Speaker 7: me yet, that there's something else you want me to
- 10:32Speaker 7: receive that I'm not yet partaken of, and I'm looking
- 10:36Speaker 7: for it.
- 10:37Speaker 2: Eyes wide. Oh yeah, Steve.
- 10:40Speaker 7: Robin Morning Show, Shehirny Strawberry College for Real, Mississippi, Monica
- 10:45Speaker 7: Junior and the legend of Nephew Tummy Junior. Always inquisitively. Yeah,
- 10:51Speaker 7: I lood tight this morning. You get enough sleep last night.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Now your thing good?
- 10:58Speaker 8: But let me ask you, man, did you keep talking
- 11:00Speaker 8: about every morning he gat his new day, get a
- 11:03Speaker 8: new day?
- 11:04Speaker 1: Is it anything you're looking for?
- 11:06Speaker 5: A like?
- 11:06Speaker 2: Now that's shocking, tea? Is anything shock? And tea you
- 11:09Speaker 2: could you get, you got a lot of experience, a
- 11:11Speaker 2: lot of things.
- 11:12Speaker 7: Yeah, it ain't a lot to shock me. I'm still
- 11:14Speaker 7: surprised about a few things, though. I'm throwing off a
- 11:19Speaker 7: bit by a little bit of the negativity that's going
- 11:22Speaker 7: on around. I can't believe it's this much hate out
- 11:26Speaker 7: here now. I've never seen it at this level before.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Uh.
- 11:32Speaker 7: That's uh that you can visibly see. I've always been
- 11:35Speaker 7: subjected to racism my entire life.
- 11:38Speaker 2: I've seen it. But now that they got cameras and stuff, and.
- 11:41Speaker 7: Now everybody can see what we've known for years, that's
- 11:45Speaker 7: a little bit throwing me off. I am a bit
- 11:48Speaker 7: surprised at how people make money now, the use of
- 11:51Speaker 7: the Internet to make money.
- 11:55Speaker 2: In so many good ways.
- 11:56Speaker 7: And then I'm shocked at some of the best you know,
- 11:59Speaker 7: it's really I think to me was the fans Only page.
- 12:03Speaker 7: That one kind of threw me because I was wow,
- 12:07Speaker 7: when I really understood what they was doing, I was
- 12:09Speaker 7: going board this COVID.
- 12:11Speaker 2: COVID had some people coming over with some creative ideas
- 12:14Speaker 2: for making some money.
- 12:16Speaker 7: Yeah, and I's actually had a contestant on family few
- 12:23Speaker 7: who obviously some of the guys knew that she had
- 12:28Speaker 7: fans on the page, so.
- 12:30Speaker 9: Fans what they call it only.
- 12:36Speaker 7: Okay, well, but just go to show you at least
- 12:40Speaker 7: at least you know, I ain't been there, but I
- 12:44Speaker 7: was curious about the lady that was on the show.
- 12:51Speaker 10: With her.
- 12:51Speaker 11: You didn't you huh?
- 12:55Speaker 2: Yeah, she had she had invested into what it took
- 12:59Speaker 2: to be on the fans only things she looked good.
- 13:07Speaker 7: Well, you know, she had invested in the parts. Let's
- 13:12Speaker 7: just say, I'm much to all that cold man, I
- 13:16Speaker 7: don't know, but she had invested heavenly yeah, you know that.
- 13:22Speaker 7: I know hers had to cause extra because it was extra. Yeah,
- 13:27Speaker 7: but yeah, I'm still surprised.
- 13:28Speaker 2: There's some stuff Julie still you know, yeah, yeah, I
- 13:33Speaker 2: got you back?
- 13:34Speaker 5: All right?
- 13:36Speaker 12: All right, coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:39Speaker 12: we'll hear from the nephew if he runs that prank back.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening morning show.
- 13:47Speaker 11: It is time up for the nephew to run that
- 13:49Speaker 11: prank back. What you got for its nephi.
- 13:51Speaker 10: Right now, we're gonna give the drama soum got dog
- 13:56Speaker 10: if you would.
- 13:59Speaker 5: I'm trying to rich uh, Richie, he hey, Richie. How
- 14:04Speaker 5: you doing? You the drummer for the for the band
- 14:08Speaker 5: you're saying, you're saying, all right, and you also the
- 14:12Speaker 5: guy that that you man, you're the manager of the
- 14:15Speaker 5: band too? Right?
- 14:17Speaker 13: Correct?
- 14:17Speaker 5: Correct? Correct? What's all right?
- 14:20Speaker 13: All right?
- 14:20Speaker 5: We want to book you guys for I think it's
- 14:23Speaker 5: gonna be in February. All right, all right, February sixteen.
- 14:28Speaker 5: That's yea. My name is Carter. They told you I's
- 14:32Speaker 5: gonna be calling I think so. Yeah. Okay, let's tell
- 14:36Speaker 5: you what. We're gonna go through a little check minus
- 14:40Speaker 5: list here, make sure we on the same page, and
- 14:42Speaker 5: we got everything's gonna be good that night. But I
- 14:45Speaker 5: hear you got you got. I'll tell you something. You
- 14:48Speaker 5: guys come highly recommended. You know that, don't you.
- 14:51Speaker 13: I appreciate that, we know that we were the best
- 14:54Speaker 13: friend out there.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Yeah, it's all good.
- 14:56Speaker 13: It sounds all good, sounds perfect.
- 14:58Speaker 5: All right. Now let's talk about up money, because that's
- 15:00Speaker 5: always the most crucial thing to talk about. Now, you
- 15:03Speaker 5: guys good, uh, you guys are supposed to be what
- 15:06Speaker 5: about what thirty five hundred from what I understand? Correct?
- 15:11Speaker 2: All right?
- 15:11Speaker 5: How many how many hours do I get you to
- 15:13Speaker 5: thirty five hundred.
- 15:15Speaker 13: So what time is starting that we're gonna start that.
- 15:17Speaker 5: We're gonna start seven, probably seven thirty, you know, get that,
- 15:21Speaker 5: get that thing jumping off about seven thirty. I think
- 15:23Speaker 5: that's gonna be good.
- 15:25Speaker 13: Yeah, we can play till like I guess put out
- 15:27Speaker 13: ten o'clock, seven thirty ten.
- 15:30Speaker 5: Correct. Yeah, I'm gonna pay something. They not gonna get
- 15:33Speaker 5: going good till about ten. So I'm gonna say, I'm
- 15:37Speaker 5: gonna say this to you right now. You say you
- 15:40Speaker 5: guys should probably go to midnight, maybe twelve thirty. If
- 15:43Speaker 5: I if I make that thing of nine.
- 15:45Speaker 13: Five thousand dollars sounds good to me.
- 15:48Speaker 5: We could definitely work with that. You can work with that.
- 15:51Speaker 13: Yeah, yeah, well we'll accommodate. It's gonna be an awesome party.
- 15:55Speaker 5: We're gonna we're gonna branfit. Okay, all right, we got
- 15:59Speaker 5: that out of way. I tell you what, I think
- 16:01Speaker 5: the main thing that we haven't gone over is we
- 16:03Speaker 5: haven't gone over the songs. And that's what's that's what's
- 16:07Speaker 5: gonna be impartant for this showdown. Now you you can
- 16:10Speaker 5: you got a pen and a pant, you can write
- 16:12Speaker 5: this down.
- 16:13Speaker 13: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I write it down, all right, down,
- 16:15Speaker 13: give a second, go ahead?
- 16:18Speaker 5: Did you got that?
- 16:19Speaker 4: All right?
- 16:19Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 16:20Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 16:20Speaker 5: I got all right? Somebody. I just want to be
- 16:22Speaker 5: clear you guys when you go, when you guys go
- 16:24Speaker 5: do gigs, you do have people that want certain uh songs?
- 16:29Speaker 5: Am I right or wrong? Yeah? Usually? Yeah.
- 16:32Speaker 13: If you got a requests, definitely let us know we
- 16:34Speaker 13: can commodate.
- 16:35Speaker 5: All right, all right, well here we go, Uh, here
- 16:38Speaker 5: we go. I want you to write this down. I
- 16:40Speaker 5: got I got some that we gotta make sure this
- 16:43Speaker 5: is gonna be doing the hide of the party.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 16:45Speaker 5: Okay, friends in low places by Garth Brooks, right, Tennessee whiskey,
- 16:53Speaker 5: that's Chris Stapleton. You know that. Okay, not time to party,
- 16:58Speaker 5: that's Jason all things.
- 17:00Speaker 13: Hold off for a second. Is that country music?
- 17:03Speaker 5: That's country music? Well, that's that's that's that's that's everything.
- 17:06Speaker 5: We gonna do. Everything we gonna do that said be country.
- 17:11Speaker 13: Yeah, bro, I gotta tell you right now, man, R
- 17:13Speaker 13: and B.
- 17:14Speaker 5: That's our specialty. Did you not know that? You know
- 17:17Speaker 5: what I'm saying?
- 17:17Speaker 13: We played R and B.
- 17:19Speaker 5: You did not know that? All I know is you
- 17:23Speaker 5: guys come high and recommend they tell me you guys
- 17:26Speaker 5: can sing anything in the world. All I know is
- 17:29Speaker 5: I want that gun country. I want some that gun
- 17:32Speaker 5: country music going on round. I know that.
- 17:35Speaker 13: But you know, our specialty is an R and B.
- 17:38Speaker 5: That's our specialty. You know what I'm saying.
- 17:40Speaker 13: It's it's not like we're trained monkeys where we could
- 17:41Speaker 13: just learn something new last mint like that. You know
- 17:44Speaker 13: what I'm saying, Let's let's get let's get one.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Let's get one thing. Understand you're the person that's said monkey,
- 17:53Speaker 5: I ain't sick, yo, yo, I'm just no.
- 17:58Speaker 4: And you know that we're an R and D band.
- 18:00Speaker 5: That's our big thing.
- 18:02Speaker 13: That's what we promote ourselves at.
- 18:04Speaker 5: Let me ask you something, Richie. He something do you

- 23:02Speaker 12: My wife overheard us on the phone, and the next
- 23:04Speaker 12: day she came and caused a scene at my job.
- 23:10Speaker 12: She wants my boss to get fired, even though I've
- 23:12Speaker 12: told her that I've never had sex with the woman.
- 23:15Speaker 12: How do I stop my wife? I'm down at the job.
- 23:23Speaker 7: See, brother, it's talking at the house. That was stupid. Ah,
- 23:29Speaker 7: This me and this woman have a special connection. That's stupid.
- 23:36Speaker 7: You spending time talking to this other woman while you

- 25:02Speaker 12: over forty five minutes from our house. But he said
- 25:04Speaker 12: he was at work when I called. Why would he
- 25:07Speaker 12: lie about this.
- 25:10Speaker 2: If he called the man at work.
- 25:14Speaker 7: And he bought it at a pharmacy forty five minutes away,
- 25:17Speaker 7: it's some simple math. How far away is his job
- 25:22Speaker 7: from the house, Which direction is the pharmacy between the
- 25:27Speaker 7: house and his job, And what did he lie about?
- 25:35Speaker 7: So what is she saying he's lying about Shirley.
- 25:37Speaker 12: I don't knowmember well, she's saying that he got the medicine,
- 25:41Speaker 12: the coal medicine for their son, that's forty five minutes
- 25:45Speaker 12: away from their house. But he said he was at
- 25:48Speaker 12: work when she called.
- 25:52Speaker 1: So why would he lie about it?
- 25:53Speaker 7: He didn't lie. He was at work when you called.
- 25:58Speaker 7: Now where he went to get the medical So what
- 26:00Speaker 7: you're worried about that for? Did the baby get the medicine?
- 26:04Speaker 2: That's what that's what we should be focusing on.
- 26:07Speaker 7: I can't, so it's all about you. Damn the sick
- 26:10Speaker 7: baby we got. Turned it around, Bedad. I did not
- 26:19Speaker 7: realize that.
- 26:22Speaker 1: This selfish Yeah, did the baby get the medicine?
- 26:27Speaker 2: How could you.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Turn it around?
- 26:33Speaker 7: He was at work when you called. The way he
- 26:35Speaker 7: was when he bought the medicine was at the pharmacy.
- 26:39Speaker 7: Now the pharmacy was the other way.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Not what he lie.

- 27:01Speaker 12: I talked to my pastor, and he said, the guy
- 27:04Speaker 12: is single and the lady harasses a lot of men.
- 27:08Speaker 11: Should I steer clear of him or continue to date him?
- 27:13Speaker 2: Well, the pastors said, he is single? Mm hmm you know, yeah,
- 27:20Speaker 2: but now you ain't the only single woman? Won't he?
- 27:22Speaker 2: But so what he won't you? He dating?
- 27:25Speaker 5: You?
- 27:25Speaker 2: Going and keep talking to him? You know, just getting
- 27:29Speaker 2: ready to get rolled up on? Yeah, yeo, you need
- 27:37Speaker 2: to understand who you're dealing with.
- 27:39Speaker 12: Right where did the lady get her number and all
- 27:44Speaker 12: of that?
- 27:45Speaker 2: Oh? Track him down? See see this whole thing.
- 27:50Speaker 7: She got her eyes on him, And you're not finn
- 27:53Speaker 7: to come up in hill and win him over.

- 28:28Speaker 7: I'm I'm read you understand.
- 28:33Speaker 5: Okay?
- 28:36Speaker 12: Playing so so she you think she should still continue
- 28:41Speaker 12: to date him and forget about Yeah, yeah.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Don't let this woman run you off. She's trying to
- 28:47Speaker 2: run everybody. He don't want her.
- 28:50Speaker 7: You need to find out who she is. Ask her
- 28:52Speaker 7: to meet you somewhere so you can see what you're
- 28:54Speaker 7: dealing with. Now, I'm four warning. You know she's gonna
- 28:57Speaker 7: be a big girl. She's gonna have some size on ready.
- 29:02Speaker 5: How do you know that? Though? Oh?
- 29:04Speaker 2: Well, you know, because you know she threatened.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Anyway than coming up at the top of the hour,
- 29:15Speaker 1: you need to.

- 29:57Speaker 7: seen at all, but this this smells really re fishy.
- 30:01Speaker 7: You know. Yeah, that's the thing because the video I
- 30:07Speaker 7: saw was him running away, you know, yeah, And and
- 30:12Speaker 7: there was no.
- 30:14Speaker 1: I mean chasing him for a while, she chased him
- 30:18Speaker 1: on that.
- 30:19Speaker 7: And was no evidence of him ever striking or being
- 30:23Speaker 7: physically abusive to this woman.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Well, the jury said, I was reading a little bit more.

- 31:00Speaker 1: Shit, we're hoping he can get his career back on tracking, yeah.
- 31:04Speaker 9: Man, because they say, they say, right, man, he deserves
- 31:08Speaker 9: a second chance.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Well, he didn't do anything, though.

- 31:19Speaker 1: which is good.
- 31:19Speaker 2: He didn't have to go to y'all. But what he
- 31:21Speaker 2: need counseling on if he wasn't wrong.
- 31:24Speaker 7: Listen to me, man, They all know good and well,
- 31:28Speaker 7: and I know good and well and America, no good
- 31:30Speaker 7: and way had a black man physically done something to
- 31:35Speaker 7: this white woman and they had the goods on it,
- 31:39Speaker 7: you know, what the hell would be happening.
- 31:41Speaker 2: They don't have no goods on this k They just
- 31:44Speaker 2: won't do.
- 31:45Speaker 7: Something to it, man. And that don't seem right. Man,
- 31:49Speaker 7: Something about this doesn't seem right.
- 31:53Speaker 12: I mean what they've done, what what has happened is
- 31:56Speaker 12: pretty severe with the loss of his career and everything.

- 32:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but that got shot all rich You never talked
- 32:07Speaker 1: about replacing him for that. He's lost in doors. Yeah,
- 32:10Speaker 1: he used to do the army commercials.

- 36:45Speaker 5: Opportunity to fix them. We never had an.
- 36:49Speaker 17: Opportunity to sit down, have that conversation, work on it
- 36:52Speaker 17: and fix it. But I do know that they feel
- 36:54Speaker 17: I won't change, and you always say a man will
- 36:58Speaker 17: change for the right woman. Just asking that you got
- 37:01Speaker 17: some advice for me to help me out, I'm just
- 37:03Speaker 17: trying to push forward, get my woman back, take care
- 37:05Speaker 17: of my responsibilities.
- 37:06Speaker 5: I've been in the apartments that.
- 37:08Speaker 17: We have by myself.
- 37:09Speaker 5: You gotta hold down the bills and the rent for myself.
- 37:12Speaker 5: If that's what a man do.
- 37:13Speaker 17: How many advice and then I appreciate it?
- 37:15Speaker 5: Are big gone out?
- 37:17Speaker 2: Well? You know, bruh. A couple of things comes to
- 37:19Speaker 2: mind here.
- 37:21Speaker 7: Number one, as I oftentimes tell women, sometimes the breakup
- 37:26Speaker 7: is the blessing. Now, I know you want her back,
- 37:29Speaker 7: but if she don't want to come back, then, you know, man,
- 37:32Speaker 7: we have to grapple with that. And then you mentioned
- 37:36Speaker 7: something about you weren't even aware of what was wrong
- 37:38Speaker 7: when you had never had a chance to address it
- 37:40Speaker 7: or fix it. I understand up too. For her to
- 37:44Speaker 7: just up and bounce on a good Friday, there's a
- 37:48Speaker 7: little message in that for you. Maybe she didn't want
- 37:52Speaker 7: to fix it.
- 37:53Speaker 2: Could that be it? Maybe she just don't want to be.
- 37:57Speaker 7: Involved anymore to just go back to her parents' house
- 38:00Speaker 7: like that. So I think I know you want her back,
- 38:04Speaker 7: but you could say this right here. You could just
- 38:06Speaker 7: say what you said to me. Look, I feel really
- 38:09Speaker 7: bad that you didn't allow me a chance to address it.
- 38:13Speaker 7: This is how I really feel about you, and I'm
- 38:16Speaker 7: willing to do some things. But obviously something has broken
- 38:19Speaker 7: down somewhere. So if I were you, you got the
- 38:21Speaker 7: right attitude. You said you got this apartment in the bills,
- 38:24Speaker 7: you'll hold it down yourself, because that's what men do.
- 38:27Speaker 7: You sound like a good dude, man, You really really do,
- 38:30Speaker 7: because most men don't even handle it that way. So
- 38:33Speaker 7: I think you might be in great shape.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Brother.
- 38:35Speaker 7: So you know, sometimes the break up is the blessing,
- 38:38Speaker 7: and I wouldn't even I wouldn't sweat.
- 38:41Speaker 2: It that hard.
- 38:41Speaker 7: I know you want her back, but sometimes man, it'll
- 38:44Speaker 7: give you a chance to find the one that's right
- 38:46Speaker 7: for you. Because if they'll leave you without warning like that,
- 38:50Speaker 7: that sends a message to me too.
- 38:53Speaker 10: If anybody leave on Good Friday and then come back Sunday,
- 38:56Speaker 10: they pretty much gone, though, that's a good Friday guys.
- 38:59Speaker 2: You know looks good, right. I don't see no return
- 39:03Speaker 2: on that. It is a bad.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Him right, all right? Well hey listen coming up.
- 39:10Speaker 2: For this food. That means uh he has risen on
- 39:14Speaker 2: the Thursday relationship.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Don't look thank you right, you just ghosted, not holy ghosted?
- 39:22Speaker 9: All right?
- 39:23Speaker 12: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll
- 39:26Speaker 12: have more of Steve's voicemail at eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve,
- 39:30Speaker 12: right after this.
- 39:32Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 39:35Speaker 12: All right, Steve, we have more voicemail calls for you.
- 39:38Speaker 12: If you you you would like to leave a message
- 39:40Speaker 12: for Steve, call him eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve,
- 39:43Speaker 12: you might just hear your voicemail on the air. This
- 39:46Speaker 12: one is from Ken in Kansas City.
- 39:48Speaker 5: What's up, mister Steve Harvey. This is Kim and Kansas sEH, Missouri,
- 39:52Speaker 5: Me and the fellas at as I and Shipping and
- 39:55Speaker 5: we seeing we listen to you every morning. Man. We
- 39:57Speaker 5: just like to thank you for your encouraging. You're probably
- 40:00Speaker 5: never play us on the air, but we pray that
- 40:03Speaker 5: you get to listen to the message.
- 40:04Speaker 6: Man.
- 40:05Speaker 5: Your message is being reached. Its going out. I appreciate you,
- 40:09Speaker 5: man from the bottom of my heart, because you give
- 40:11Speaker 5: us all encouragement in our lives. And we are men,
- 40:14Speaker 5: all of us are men, and we all are believers. Man.
- 40:18Speaker 5: Thank you so much. Bless you man, God, bless you.
- 40:20Speaker 7: Wow to the brothers down there in Kansas City and
- 40:25Speaker 7: down there at the ASI.
- 40:28Speaker 2: Steve Hart is standing strong with you.
- 40:29Speaker 7: Man, y'all stay with it, man, don't ever give up.
- 40:32Speaker 7: I appreciate you telling me that, because, like I say,
- 40:34Speaker 7: sometimes see we do this work on the radio. We
- 40:37Speaker 7: get up in the morning to provide you know, encouragement
- 40:41Speaker 7: and enlightenment, entertainment and inspiration, and we don't know if
- 40:45Speaker 7: it's getting through or not. So it's good man. We
- 40:47Speaker 7: hear from brothers like y'all. All y'all men down there, man,
- 40:50Speaker 7: keep standing strong. We got you were down here holding it.
- 40:55Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:56Speaker 2: I love that.
- 40:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:58Speaker 11: This is a a man, Steve, who has a question
- 41:02Speaker 11: about finding a wife.
- 41:04Speaker 5: Thank Steve.
- 41:05Speaker 18: I just have a question when you talk about a
- 41:08Speaker 18: man's job and provide, protect and profess this woman and
- 41:13Speaker 18: do all he can to take care of his wife.
- 41:15Speaker 18: You know she can bring last this world and may
- 41:18Speaker 18: that's one of the biggest things, the biggest blessings were
- 41:20Speaker 18: when a woman can bring a whole human into this world.
- 41:23Speaker 18: But what else should a man look for in a
- 41:26Speaker 18: wife besides a person who can take care of his kids? Like,
- 41:31Speaker 18: what should he look for? What quality do you think
- 41:36Speaker 18: will make a great wife? Thank you, Steve, and thank
- 41:40Speaker 18: you for entertaining me every day, getting me.
- 41:42Speaker 2: To my day. God bless well.
- 41:44Speaker 7: Yeah, I understand what you're saying, because a woman has
- 41:48Speaker 7: to bring more to the table than just childbirth. I'm
- 41:51Speaker 7: just saying that that's the biggest thing a person can
- 41:54Speaker 7: bring to a table. You can't top that. I don't
- 41:57Speaker 7: care well how much money you make on what you do,
- 41:59Speaker 7: you can't. You can't making lives dog we fit facts.
- 42:03Speaker 7: But I think that women what I look for, what
- 42:06Speaker 7: I've finally found and what I understood was important was
- 42:10Speaker 7: the two things three things. Three things I think are
- 42:15Speaker 7: imperative and the third one I think women miss out
- 42:18Speaker 7: the most. The three things that a man is really
- 42:21Speaker 7: looking for is support, loyalty, and appreciation. Will you don't
- 42:29Speaker 7: really hear man talking about too much about no love.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Top three?
- 42:36Speaker 11: No, because it's not so they don't have to love you.
- 42:39Speaker 7: No, no, no, no, that that should be, but that
- 42:42Speaker 7: that love has to be in the form of support, loyalty,
- 42:48Speaker 7: and appreciation. A man needs somebody that's gonna get in
- 42:52Speaker 7: there and be supportive of his efforts and his dreams.
- 42:55Speaker 2: And a man needs to know that you belong to me,
- 42:58Speaker 2: and I belong to you, that you loyal to me.
- 43:01Speaker 7: And this is the most overlooked thing that women fail
- 43:04Speaker 7: to do that I hear from a lot of men
- 43:07Speaker 7: is appreciation. A man wants to feel appreciated. Men don't
- 43:14Speaker 7: get the Men don't hear thank you enough. Men don't
- 43:19Speaker 7: hear man, I really appreciate the good job you're doing.
- 43:22Speaker 7: Enough now, Ladies, right here, this ain't the time for
- 43:25Speaker 7: you to go well, he don't say it to me.
- 43:28Speaker 7: Slow down, slow down. All I'm doing is answering the
- 43:32Speaker 7: question that the brother asked. You know, I've been on
- 43:37Speaker 7: your side for a long time, but I am telling
- 43:40Speaker 7: you one of the most overlooked attributes that a woman
- 43:45Speaker 7: can give to a man, that oftentimes overlooked, is appreciation.
- 43:50Speaker 7: You have no idea what a man would feel like
- 43:54Speaker 7: if he felt more appreciated, or if he heard.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Thank you more.
- 43:58Speaker 7: Because it's a hard job being a father, because we
- 44:01Speaker 7: can't get it right. If we spend time with the family,
- 44:03Speaker 7: we ain't out there making the money they need. If
- 44:05Speaker 7: we out there making the money they need, then we
- 44:08Speaker 7: ain't giving them enough time. And as hard as you
- 44:11Speaker 7: do it, it's hard to get that one right.
- 44:13Speaker 2: Wait till she get home.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Come on Newlywed.
- 44:21Speaker 12: Going up next, nephew, tell me in the frank phone
- 44:24Speaker 12: call for today. Right after this, Thank you guys.
- 44:27Speaker 1: You're listening hard morning show coming up at the top
- 44:32Speaker 1: of the hour.
- 44:33Speaker 12: Right about four minutes after it's my strawberry letter for today,
- 44:37Speaker 12: and the subject is why can't I go with my
- 44:40Speaker 12: friend and her cousin? All right, we'll get into that
- 44:44Speaker 12: find out what that's all about in just a few
- 44:46Speaker 12: Why can't I go with my friend and her cousin?
- 44:49Speaker 12: Right now, it is time for the nephew and today's
- 44:52Speaker 12: prank phone call.
- 44:53Speaker 10: Nephew, Well, Cly, you know what, when we go to church, oftentimes,
- 44:58Speaker 10: you know, there's a mixture of race. Sometimes sometimes you
- 45:02Speaker 10: marry and to marry someone that goes to a Baptist church.
- 45:07Speaker 10: Right now, I got a white guy that is married
- 45:09Speaker 10: to a black lady going to a Baptist church.
- 45:11Speaker 2: Now. But you know, when you come up in our church,
- 45:14Speaker 2: you know it's certain things you need to know.
- 45:17Speaker 10: So what we have right here today is a Black
- 45:20Speaker 10: Gospel Quiz, Black One Gospel Quiz. These are just things
- 45:26Speaker 10: you need to know if you're gonna be sitting up
- 45:29Speaker 10: in here with us worshiping the Lord.
- 45:31Speaker 2: You understand what I'm saying.
- 45:32Speaker 10: This right here is the Black Gospel Quiz, cat Dog
- 45:36Speaker 10: if you would, goodness, this.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Is Grant, oh Grand Grant Stephens. Right, yes, hey, great,
- 45:46Speaker 5: this is brother Lewis Finley. I'm calling from Mount Side
- 45:50Speaker 5: Now Missionary Baptist Church. You and your wife just joined
- 45:54Speaker 5: a couple of weeks ago, am I right? Absolutely? Yes? Okay,
- 45:58Speaker 5: So now listen, I wanted to reach out to you.
- 46:02Speaker 5: I know you guys have started the uh the orientation
- 46:06Speaker 5: and from my understanding you you finished one one class
- 46:09Speaker 5: at the orientation. You got three more to go? Is
- 46:11Speaker 5: that right?
- 46:12Speaker 2: Yes?
- 46:13Speaker 5: All right? All right, all right. So first of all,
- 46:15Speaker 5: I want to say welcome to my finn that and
- 46:18Speaker 5: and I hope you are enjoying yourself. I know that
- 46:22Speaker 5: you and your wife are a mixed couple. You you're
- 46:25Speaker 5: a Caucasian and she's she's Black Are you Are you
- 46:29Speaker 5: liking the church so far?
- 46:31Speaker 14: Grant, Absolutely, we really are enjoying it. We completed our
- 46:35Speaker 14: first orientation and uh yeah, so far, we're really enjoying it.
- 46:39Speaker 5: Okay, Okay, did I catch at a bad time?
- 46:42Speaker 4: I am at work right now, but it's okay.
- 46:44Speaker 14: I've got a couple I've got a.
- 46:45Speaker 5: Couple of minutes, Okay, Okay. I just wanted to call you, man.
- 46:49Speaker 5: I was worried I know you because I don't think
- 46:51Speaker 5: you noticed, but you are the first Caucasian to join
- 46:55Speaker 5: our church, and I just want to make sure you
- 46:58Speaker 5: kind of knew the language and and just just kind
- 47:03Speaker 5: of knowing what the Black Church is all about. And
- 47:05Speaker 5: there's certain sins and different things I think you should
- 47:08Speaker 5: know so that you know, I just don't want you
- 47:11Speaker 5: to say that the wrong thing while you at the church,
- 47:13Speaker 5: if that makes sense. Okay, Okay, So what I wanted
- 47:18Speaker 5: to do, like, I wanted to give you a little
- 47:20Speaker 5: Black Church quiz so you can kind of maybe if
- 47:24Speaker 5: you could let me know where you are, you know,
- 47:27Speaker 5: if you're on a lower level or a high level
- 47:30Speaker 5: as far as being knowledgeable about the Black Church, Like
- 47:33Speaker 5: feel this blank in for me grant and if you
- 47:36Speaker 5: don't matter, I just want to take a liberty of
- 47:38Speaker 5: time and I let you get back to work. But
- 47:40Speaker 5: first of all, give a blank to God. What would
- 47:45Speaker 5: go in that blank? Right there? First of all, give
- 47:48Speaker 5: a blank to God?
- 47:50Speaker 4: Now I can think of something has Give thanks to God.
- 47:55Speaker 5: No, see that's wrong. See that's wrong. See to see
- 47:58Speaker 5: what it is is? First of all, give a honor
- 48:00Speaker 5: to all all right, remember that. First of all, give
- 48:03Speaker 5: an honor the God. You got that, okay, yes, yes, okay.
- 48:07Speaker 5: First of all, give an honor to God, who is
- 48:10Speaker 5: the blank of my life? What? What? What? What goes
- 48:14Speaker 5: in the blank? First of all, give an honor to God,
- 48:17Speaker 5: who is the blank of my life, the love of
- 48:21Speaker 5: my life. No, no, see that's that's that's that's wrong.
- 48:25Speaker 5: First of all, give an honor to God, who is
- 48:28Speaker 5: the head of my life.
- 48:31Speaker 2: You can you share that?
- 48:32Speaker 5: I'm sorry, okay, I was just are you sure? Are
- 48:35Speaker 5: you sure about that? Oh? I'm definitely sure about man.
- 48:38Speaker 5: Don't don't. Don't. What I don't want you to do
- 48:40Speaker 5: is question what I know. I'm from the Black Church.
- 48:43Speaker 5: I know you.
- 48:43Speaker 2: No, I wasn't.
- 48:44Speaker 14: I wasn't questioning you, sir, I wasn't.
- 48:46Speaker 5: I'm sorry, I just always heard it that way. But okay,
- 48:49Speaker 5: So so I'm trying to give you the understanding of
- 48:52Speaker 5: morning what the Black Church is about. You understand, I understand.
- 48:55Speaker 5: I just I appreciate you. I apologize. Okay.
- 48:59Speaker 14: Now, look, I don't know these answers, obviously, but I've
- 49:04Speaker 14: got a meeting. I got to get to here in
- 49:05Speaker 14: a minute. Like this, I'm curious if everyone in the
- 49:08Speaker 14: church get.
- 49:08Speaker 4: These stone calls.
- 49:09Speaker 5: Well wait a minute, wait a minute, grand I know
- 49:10Speaker 5: what you have a meeting, But what's more important? Your
- 49:12Speaker 5: meeting or knowing your position at the Black Church? What's
- 49:17Speaker 5: more important?
- 49:19Speaker 4: I really don't have time for this right now.
- 49:21Speaker 14: I can't believe it's actually happening.
- 49:22Speaker 4: Like, does your pastor even know that you're calling you
- 49:24Speaker 4: right now?
- 49:26Speaker 5: Well? No, I took the liberty of myself. What I
- 49:28Speaker 5: realized you was Caucasian, that I would call and try
- 49:31Speaker 5: to help you so you would know what to do
- 49:33Speaker 5: when you're in the Black Church when people are saying
- 49:35Speaker 5: certain things you Okay, okay, Grant, if you don't man,
- 49:40Speaker 5: just do this funny grant, like do you know what
- 49:43Speaker 5: hooping is? Hooping? Like, who's a hooping. Uh no, cooping
- 49:49Speaker 5: is when the pastor is at the end of his sermon.
- 49:52Speaker 5: So listen to this. Oh God, I'm like, do that funny?
- 49:59Speaker 5: If you? If you? Oh hello, oh god? Oh my no, no,
- 50:07Speaker 5: no more, come on you wit me?
- 50:11Speaker 1: Oh no, no.
- 50:14Speaker 5: God, I'm got.
- 50:18Speaker 2: I can't believe I'm doing that.
- 50:20Speaker 14: Oh no, no yoah, oh God, Oh mighty.
- 50:25Speaker 5: Okay, Hey Greg, do you think maybe it's possible, ady, mean,
- 50:32Speaker 5: you could have some sessions before you come back to
- 50:36Speaker 5: the church and I can prepare you more.
- 50:38Speaker 14: Hey, man's listen, you have caught me at a really
- 50:41Speaker 14: bad time, and I'm quite honestly just so frustrated.
- 50:45Speaker 4: Like I've never heard of a quiz like this. I'm
- 50:47Speaker 4: really offended to be Like, do you guys not want
- 50:49Speaker 4: me to go to your church anymore? Like, as matter
- 50:53Speaker 4: of fact, dude, you should be calling my wife right now.
- 50:55Speaker 5: She's black, well, she should already know the que is
- 50:59Speaker 5: question you the ones don't know why I'm gonna call.
- 51:02Speaker 5: I said call you.
- 51:03Speaker 14: I'm at work right now.
- 51:05Speaker 4: I have a meeting to get you in just a minute.
- 51:07Speaker 4: I don't know what you're doing. And I hold on
- 51:10Speaker 4: a second, I have got to close my office door.
- 51:12Speaker 14: This is so embarrassing.
- 51:14Speaker 4: I have never ever received a phone call like this
- 51:17Speaker 4: in my life, and you better be lucky. I mean,
- 51:20Speaker 4: I want to talk to your pastor. I am going
- 51:22Speaker 4: to talk to him next Sunday.
- 51:23Speaker 2: No joke.
- 51:25Speaker 5: Well, I didn't mean to put you to get hostile
- 51:27Speaker 5: like that. I didn't mean to get you. I didn't
- 51:28Speaker 5: mean to upset you or nothing like that. Cannot Can
- 51:31Speaker 5: I say something else to you? One last thing? And
- 51:34Speaker 5: I have to go? Okay, I just want to let
- 51:37Speaker 5: you know that this is nephew. Tell me from the
- 51:40Speaker 5: Steve harbit on the show. Your wife Carolyn got me

- 51:58Speaker 5: Oh you're good.
- 52:00Speaker 8: I'm alright, man, I'm all right a.
- 52:02Speaker 5: Little embarrassed, but I'm alright. Gret you gotta do it

- 52:31Speaker 10: All right, all right, all right, won't he do it?
- 52:37Speaker 10: And won't he will? He'll make a way out of
- 52:41Speaker 10: what out of no way really of the bad.
- 52:46Speaker 2: Do you know him? All right? Now?
- 52:49Speaker 1: Amen again, come.
- 52:51Speaker 2: Up in our church. You better know him.

- 54:23Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew.
- 54:24Speaker 12: Subject why can't I go with my friend and her cousin,
- 54:27Speaker 12: Dear Stephen Shirley. I've been married for nine years and
- 54:30Speaker 12: I've been mad at my husband for the last year.
- 54:33Speaker 12: For an entire year, he has questioned my faithfulness to
- 54:37Speaker 12: him and demanded me to drop friends that I've known
- 54:39Speaker 12: longer than I've known him. My husband is projecting his
- 54:43Speaker 12: character tits, character traits on me. He's a cheater, not me.
- 54:48Speaker 12: He is the one that textes women and comments on
- 54:50Speaker 12: their pictures on ig while he's in bed next to me.
- 54:53Speaker 12: When he started tripping about who I hang with, it
- 54:56Speaker 12: set me off. I've known my girl Fay for twenty
- 54:59Speaker 12: two years, and I met her cousin, John John about
- 55:02Speaker 12: five years ago. We've had Faye and John John over
- 55:05Speaker 12: to the house hundreds of times My husband enjoyed hanging
- 55:09Speaker 12: with John John until I told him that John John
- 55:12Speaker 12: is Fay's cousin and not her man. I should have
- 55:15Speaker 12: never told him because now he is trying to ruin
- 55:18Speaker 12: my summer vacation with Fay. We have paid for an
- 55:21Speaker 12: all inclusive trip to the Bahamas, and my husband said
- 55:25Speaker 12: I can't go because John John is going. He said,
- 55:29Speaker 12: if I.
- 55:30Speaker 11: Go, I can't come back to his house.
- 55:33Speaker 12: I didn't even argue with him that it's my house too,
- 55:36Speaker 12: because the real issue is that my husband is a cheater,
- 55:39Speaker 12: so he thinks I'm dirty too. I don't have sex
- 55:42Speaker 12: with him because he's always looking at his phone and
- 55:46Speaker 12: grinning day and night. I can't get turned on by
- 55:49Speaker 12: a man that doesn't pay me any attention. He assumes
- 55:52Speaker 12: that I don't want to have sex with him because
- 55:54Speaker 12: I'm having sex with John John. We've had full blown
- 55:57Speaker 12: arguments daily and I'm so over it all. Can I
- 56:01Speaker 12: go to the Bahamas and come back home? Do I
- 56:04Speaker 12: have to cancel my trip?
- 56:07Speaker 1: It would be a shame.
- 56:08Speaker 12: It just would be a shame to lose all of
- 56:10Speaker 12: your money over something that's not even true, that your
- 56:14Speaker 12: husband thinks up in his head but of course it
- 56:17Speaker 12: would be worse to lose your marriage over your husband's
- 56:20Speaker 12: silly assumptions too. But this isn't much of a marriage, now,
- 56:24Speaker 12: is it. I think your husband meant what he said,
- 56:28Speaker 12: even though it is your house too. And you're exactly
- 56:31Speaker 12: right that cheaters are always suspicious of their partners. Because
- 56:35Speaker 12: your husband is doing something wrong, he thinks you are too.
- 56:38Speaker 12: You said that clearly in the letter, and so your
- 56:41Speaker 12: husband doesn't trust you, especially with another man. Well, right
- 56:45Speaker 12: now he's punishing you because you're depriving him of sex.
- 56:49Speaker 12: You've been doing this for a whole year. I want
- 56:52Speaker 12: you to go to the Bahamas. I really do, because
- 56:54Speaker 12: everyone deserves a vacation and a getaway. But my question
- 56:59Speaker 12: to you is what is your endgame? I mean, you
- 57:01Speaker 12: can't continue to be married to this man and not
- 57:04Speaker 12: have sex with him.
- 57:05Speaker 1: You can't do that.
- 57:07Speaker 12: You can't expect him not to cheat if you're not
- 57:10Speaker 12: having sex or whatever. I mean, come on, now, that's
- 57:13Speaker 12: not realistic. A decision has to be made.
- 57:16Speaker 2: Here before this trip.
- 57:17Speaker 12: Your husband is still there in the house. You guys
- 57:20Speaker 12: are living together, but the marriage is broken. I mean,
- 57:23Speaker 12: you cut him off. He's on the gram now liking
- 57:26Speaker 12: other women's pictures. So again, what is your end game?
- 57:29Speaker 12: Are you guys going to try to fix this mess
- 57:32Speaker 12: that way? Your husband maybe he'll want to go with
- 57:35Speaker 12: you on the trip. Are you going to divorce him
- 57:37Speaker 12: and then you know, you could do whatever you want
- 57:39Speaker 12: to do, go on vacation with whoever you want.
- 57:41Speaker 1: But you guys got to fix this if it's fixable.
- 57:44Speaker 2: Steve, Well, this letter starts off pretty rough. Now. The
- 57:50Speaker 2: titletter letter is why can't I go with my friend
- 57:53Speaker 2: and her cuz well, you know.
- 57:56Speaker 7: Call your cousiners do wherever. Let's get into that a
- 57:59Speaker 7: little bit later. I've been married for nine years. I've
- 58:02Speaker 7: been mad at my husband for the last year. I
- 58:05Speaker 7: be down right there.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Mad for a whole year.
- 58:14Speaker 7: Man, that that just sounds like such a hell of
- 58:19Speaker 7: a house to be in. I've been, y'all. I'm living
- 58:24Speaker 7: in a house with a person that's been mad at
- 58:27Speaker 7: me for a year.
- 58:31Speaker 2: I don't.
- 58:36Speaker 7: You know, I'm not like somebody for a year. But
- 58:40Speaker 7: I ain't never been mad at nobody that I live
- 58:43Speaker 7: with for a year.
- 58:46Speaker 2: Well, I take that.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Back, Oh you have.
- 58:51Speaker 2: I don't know how I heard that.
- 58:55Speaker 11: You just went through your mental rolodexca.
- 58:57Speaker 2: I lived in a house with a person for nine
- 58:59Speaker 2: year hated me. So I don't know how that. I
- 59:03Speaker 2: don't know how I thought I could get away anyway.
- 59:05Speaker 7: Let's this is not about me, And you said for
- 59:09Speaker 7: an entire year, he has questioned my faithfulness to him
- 59:12Speaker 7: and demanded me that I drop fears that I've known
- 59:15Speaker 7: longer than I've known him. Now, your husband is projecting
- 59:19Speaker 7: his characteristic on you because he's the cheater, not me.
- 59:24Speaker 7: Now she's saying he's the cheater. But she never pointed
- 59:30Speaker 7: to a cheating incident, except she's using this thing right here.
- 59:35Speaker 7: Here's the one that texts women and comments on their
- 59:38Speaker 7: pictures on IG while he's in bed next to me.
- 59:43Speaker 2: That yeah, okay, yeah, I take that back. That's cheating. Yeah,
- 59:47Speaker 2: that's cheating.
- 59:48Speaker 7: In your damn face, I'm laying in bed and I'm
- 59:52Speaker 7: texting women and commenting on pictures on IG while I'm
- 59:57Speaker 7: in bed next to my wife.
- 59:59Speaker 2: Mad you not only cheating on her, you disrespecting her.
- 1:00:04Speaker 7: Yes, and then when he started tripping about who I'm
- 1:00:08Speaker 7: hanging with, it kind of set you off. You've known
- 1:00:10Speaker 7: your girl faith for twenty three years. I met her
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: cousbind John John five years ago. We've had Faye and
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: John John over to the house hundreds of time. My
- 1:00:18Speaker 7: husband loved John John until he found out that John
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: John I fade cousin. Oh, here we go, we come back.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: We'll get into it all right.
- 1:00:29Speaker 12: Uh, we'll have part two of Steve's response coming up
- 1:00:33Speaker 12: at twenty three months.
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: You mean John John ain't fa mane.
- 1:00:38Speaker 19: That's exactly what happened, you know it. The subject is
- 1:00:44Speaker 19: why can't I go with my friend and her cousin.
- 1:00:47Speaker 19: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 1:00:53Speaker 12: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:55Speaker 12: The subject is why can't I go with my friend
- 1:00:59Speaker 12: and her her cousin?
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: Why this woman has been mad at her husband for
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: a year. Now, First I didn't understand. It's how you
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: in the house with somebody mad for a year. But
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: those of us that's been in bad marriages, you've lived
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: in a house and we ain't messed up and jacked
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: up for years, so it's doable. But she say he cheated,
- 1:01:20Speaker 7: but then she didn't give an example of how he cheated.
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: And then she said he's been laying in bed next
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: to me on his phone, texting women and comment on
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: air ig pictures.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: I'll be dombe so fould.
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: That's a lot damn dog. So now he disrespectful too.
- 1:01:41Speaker 7: So now I got why you're mad.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: I got that.
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: Then he started tripping about who you hang out with
- 1:01:46Speaker 7: him and set you off because you've been friends with
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: this girl you know, named Faith for twenty two years
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: and you met her cousin, John John about five years ago.
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: We didn't have Fay and John John over to the
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: house hundreds of times. So mean, over a few year period,
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: they've been over to the house, my husband and Jorge
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: hanging with John John until I told him that John
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: John is phased cousin and not her.
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: Man who heit who wait? Man wait? Who hold hold
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: hold on? Who ain't who? Man?
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: No, baby, that's her cousin. That's that's not her John John.
- 1:02:24Speaker 11: Yeah, they don't go together.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: They're just they're related, the man their blood cousins.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: Yeah, cousin. Yeah, and y'all finna go well now.
- 1:02:37Speaker 11: Should have just down to the Bahamas. We already booked
- 1:02:39Speaker 11: the trip.
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: Oh you ain't gonna wear I don't tell you right now? No, no, no,
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: hell no, hell no, hell no.
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: If you go down there to the Bahamas with John
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: John and and he ain't fay Man, you stay going
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: you you ain't coming back to this your house.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: It's my house too, It was your house.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: It was your house to you left with on vacation
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: with that man.
- 1:03:06Speaker 11: It's her cousin.
- 1:03:08Speaker 14: Girl.
- 1:03:08Speaker 7: You know I don't play that right here. Now, see
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: what the problem he making is he gonna push her
- 1:03:14Speaker 7: into the arms of John Jon. Yeah, yeah, with all
- 1:03:17Speaker 7: these accusations because now John John looking way more pleasant
- 1:03:20Speaker 7: than he is.
- 1:03:22Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:03:22Speaker 7: You want to be careful because the man's name is
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: spelled j o n j o en. You want to
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: be careful.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: That's John John.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: So what you need?
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: So, yeah, Jean Jean, you know, so you might want
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: to check into a couple of things because John Johns
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: been coming over in five years, playing cousin and everything.
- 1:03:44Speaker 11: So you know, well her even her husband liked hanging
- 1:03:48Speaker 11: out with them.
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: Okay, well you might tell you some things about your
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: husband too.
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: Anyway, I should have never told him because now he's
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: trying to ruin my summer vacation with Faith. We had
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: to pay for an all inclusive trip to the Bahamas,
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: and my husband said, I can't go because John John
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: is going. He said, if I go, I can't come
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: back to his house. I ain't even argue that because
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: this is my house too, exactly, because the real issue
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: is that my husband is a cheetah, so he thinks
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: I'm dirty too. I didn't have sex with him. I
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: don't have sex with him because he's always looking at
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: his phone and grinning day and night. I can't get
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: turned on by a man that don't pay attention to me. Understood.
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: He assumes that I don't want to have sex with
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: him because I'm having sex with John John. Well, he's
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: using that as the new approach for the hundreds of
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: times John John was coming over there and he was
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: hanging out with John. He didn't think nothing of it,
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: and he was perfectly comfortable about you not having sex
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: with him because I'm on the phone anyway. We've had
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: full blown arguments daily, and I'm so over it. Can
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: I go to the Bahamas and come back home?
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: I would?
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: Yeah, of course you can't. Now a man can't do that.
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: What a man can't go to the Bahamas and expect
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: to come back home and his key work you dog,
- 1:05:13Speaker 7: you can't go, but she gonna go and she gonna
- 1:05:15Speaker 7: come back right because because because men don't really change locks,
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: a woman change lock on your ass? Do I have
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: to cancel my trip? I don't think so. No, I
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: really don't think so. Why don't you just tell your husband?
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: See this is where line comes.
- 1:05:33Speaker 11: In here, Oh oh, where's she going?
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: John John ain't going?
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: Okay, but he really is going.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: Hell yeah, hell yeah, we're gonna be kicking. Yeah, just
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: don't post nothing.
- 1:05:51Speaker 12: But she didn't say John John was cute, Steve. She
- 1:05:54Speaker 12: didn't say anything she's attracted to John John any of that.
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: You know how many women and is married to people
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: that ain't cute?
- 1:06:04Speaker 12: Yeah, I do, okay, but I'm saying she didn't even
- 1:06:08Speaker 12: say she was attracted to John Johnny in any kind
- 1:06:10Speaker 12: of way.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: I know one for sure. I mean, I mean surely
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: look at your screen.
- 1:06:20Speaker 11: Yeah, I'm looking.
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: There's three men over here that's married.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: Yeah, all those guy wise Tommy has told you about.
- 1:06:33Speaker 7: Yeah, he's sex Yeah, in the mid life Christ and
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: he put a tattoo on his whole damn arm. He's
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: so tired of looking at his ass he decided to
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: draw you want to sleep, man, I wish I would, Steve,
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: you should do it. Man, I'm not getting no damn
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: tattoo put on me. I ain't got no time to
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: be laying on. That wasn't put some ink on me? Man,
- 1:06:58Speaker 7: That don't come out?

- 1:09:23Speaker 8: If I got a gold medal, got fixed out, would
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: you be proud of me?

- 1:15:28Speaker 12: you're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, Well, you guys
- 1:15:34Speaker 12: heard about this woman in South Florida who said an
- 1:15:37Speaker 12: eight foot alligator had actually gotten inside of her house.
- 1:15:40Speaker 11: And she was just chilling out in her living room.
- 1:15:44Speaker 5: All right.
- 1:15:44Speaker 12: She was in another room of the house when she
- 1:15:46Speaker 12: heard banging on the screen door and thought it was
- 1:15:49Speaker 12: maybe one of the neighbors in her community trying to
- 1:15:51Speaker 12: get into the wrong house. But she when she went
- 1:15:54Speaker 12: into the living room, she was greeted.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: By this humongous alligator.
- 1:16:00Speaker 12: The woman said, quote, Oh my goodness, I have an
- 1:16:02Speaker 12: alligator in my house.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: How am I going to get rid of him?
- 1:16:06Speaker 12: She called the police and they brought along several wildlife
- 1:16:10Speaker 12: officers to help remove the alligator from the home. The
- 1:16:14Speaker 12: woman said her door has some sort of magnetic closure
- 1:16:17Speaker 12: on it, and the alligator probably pushed right.
- 1:16:19Speaker 7: Through the door.
- 1:16:21Speaker 11: Can you imagine what that's my alligator?
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: Oh my god, no cuffing at all.
- 1:16:31Speaker 12: If you walk into your living room there's this gigantic
- 1:16:34Speaker 12: alligator in there.
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: What are you doing? What are you going to do?
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: Great?
- 1:16:39Speaker 7: And I'll put on that alligator. First of all, you're

- 1:18:01Speaker 12: or baby that won't stop throwing up?
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: If you're throwing up all the time? Hell, I'm gonna

- 1:19:23Speaker 5: All right?
- 1:19:24Speaker 12: Would you rather share your spoon with someone who never
- 1:19:27Speaker 12: brushes their teeth? Or would you rather share a hot
- 1:19:30Speaker 12: tub with someone who never showers?
- 1:19:33Speaker 7: I can't put that that spone in my mouth. No,
- 1:19:36Speaker 7: I'm gonna go hot tub tune in your mouth or
- 1:19:41Speaker 7: a hot tub with somebody never shower.
- 1:19:42Speaker 11: And the spoon in your mouth with someone that never
- 1:19:45Speaker 11: brushes their teeth.
- 1:19:46Speaker 12: You got to share your spooney, Okay, So all of
- 1:19:51Speaker 12: you guys are going with a hot tub, all right.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: Would you rather have a huge nose or would you
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: rather have huge tie?
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: What s that's a step and shir question? Huge nose
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: or what huge eyes? Sure you get this big nose,
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: you'd be just a big old uglad.
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: All right? That is today's round of would you rather?
- 1:20:36Speaker 12: Coming up in forty nine minutes after the hour, last
- 1:20:39Speaker 12: break of the day, and we'll close out the show.
- 1:20:41Speaker 11: Put the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: You're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, So Steve, here
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: we are last break of the day.
- 1:20:50Speaker 12: Before we get to your closing remarks, we have a
- 1:20:53Speaker 12: voicemail from a woman who has a question about one
- 1:20:56Speaker 12: of your closing remarks.
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: Good morning, Steve in the Morning Show. Blessings to you all.
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: Steve.
- 1:21:03Speaker 13: If I was listening to your clothes.
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: And remarks and you were talking about the past and
- 1:21:07Speaker 6: how you know if people bring up your past, keep
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: bringing up your past, you need to let them go,
- 1:21:13Speaker 6: and how God forgives us for our past.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: I believe that.
- 1:21:17Speaker 6: But I have a question if when you get passed
- 1:21:20Speaker 6: someone's past behavior and they continue on with the same
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: behavior that you have forgiven them for we already know
- 1:21:29Speaker 6: the Lord has But do you remove them because you
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: keep having this you're keep reminded of this past behavior
- 1:21:37Speaker 6: because they're not changing, or do they remove you? I'm
- 1:21:42Speaker 6: just asking y'all.
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: Have a blessing on you to buy well.
- 1:21:46Speaker 7: That seems to me two different things from what I
- 1:21:49Speaker 7: was talking about. What I was talking about was in
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: reference to you having control over not allowing people to
- 1:21:57Speaker 7: hold you to your past, and when God that's forgiven you,
- 1:22:01Speaker 7: you have the right to move on and be different
- 1:22:03Speaker 7: and grow from what you were and learn from your experiences.
- 1:22:07Speaker 7: What you're saying now is should you move on from
- 1:22:11Speaker 7: a person who you forgiven from bad behavior in the past,
- 1:22:15Speaker 7: but they continue to bad behavior? See, that's two different things.
- 1:22:20Speaker 7: You know, you can forgive a person, but you don't
- 1:22:24Speaker 7: have to allow a person to continue to do things
- 1:22:30Speaker 7: to you that's that's detrimental to you. There's nothing in
- 1:22:34Speaker 7: the Bible that requires you to have to do that.
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: That's nothing that I know of. It might be, but
- 1:22:39Speaker 7: I'm just Steve Harvey don't know of it. Look, man,
- 1:22:42Speaker 7: if if I if I forgive you for cheating on me, right,
- 1:22:46Speaker 7: let's just use that for example, but you continue to
- 1:22:49Speaker 7: cheat on me, I don't have to keep forgiving you. Now,
- 1:22:54Speaker 7: I forgave you. But what I'm gonna do is I'm
- 1:22:57Speaker 7: gonna remove myself from this situation so you can go
- 1:23:00Speaker 7: on and do you see. See, so now you ain't
- 1:23:03Speaker 7: gonna keep cheating on me because it ain't gonna be
- 1:23:05Speaker 7: no me.
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:23:07Speaker 7: If that's what you say, and then yes, you have
- 1:23:10Speaker 7: every right to remove yourself from a situation. You know,
- 1:23:13Speaker 7: if a person steals from you and you forgive that person,
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: but they steal from you again. Okay, well hold up now,
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: I ain't got to keep forgiving you for stealing from me,
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: but I but no, look man, like, if you steal
- 1:23:27Speaker 7: from me twice, I'm gonna forgive you, but you best well,
- 1:23:32Speaker 7: I'm just not gonna be there for that second stealing. Man,
- 1:23:36Speaker 7: I'm just not gonna be that for that. I mean you,
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: once you steal from me, I appreciate you. Man, I
- 1:23:41Speaker 7: forgive you, God bless you. Gonna live your best life.
- 1:23:45Speaker 7: But the key is go on, go on and live
- 1:23:47Speaker 7: your best life, because I'm not gonna stand here and
- 1:23:51Speaker 7: put myself in a position where you can do it
- 1:23:53Speaker 7: to me again. Now, if by chance you steal from
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: me a second time, I may forgive you again, but
- 1:24:02Speaker 7: we've got to separate ourselves now because obviously we're not
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: right for each other at this point.
- 1:24:09Speaker 2: At one point in.
- 1:24:10Speaker 7: Time, I'm not learning the lesson. You know, I say,
- 1:24:13Speaker 7: oftentimes behind every moment of adversity there's a lesson and
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: a blessing. Well, if somebody steals from me, I've got
- 1:24:20Speaker 7: to now recognize what that looks like so I can
- 1:24:23Speaker 7: see it again and I can avoid it happening to
- 1:24:26Speaker 7: me again. Some things happen to us in our life
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: to give us the experience to be able to recognize it.
- 1:24:33Speaker 7: And sometimes God allows certain things to happen to us
- 1:24:36Speaker 7: because of where He's taking us. He knows that we
- 1:24:40Speaker 7: will need and we require to have this skill set.
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: What hurts people is is when.
- 1:24:48Speaker 7: You don't learn from your mistakes, when you don't learn
- 1:24:55Speaker 7: from your past experiences.
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: Example, let's take women for example.
- 1:25:02Speaker 7: Let's say you've been cheated on twice, and the two
- 1:25:05Speaker 7: times you got cheated on, you saw the same behavior
- 1:25:09Speaker 7: in both men. Well, now if you start to see
- 1:25:13Speaker 7: the behavior in a third man, don't you think it
- 1:25:18Speaker 7: would be wise to remove yourself from this situation. Well,
- 1:25:23Speaker 7: because he showed you what it looked like twice before,
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: he showed you the exact way it looks and each
- 1:25:29Speaker 7: time it looked like that, it happened. Well, the third
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: time it comes along you you experienced that, so now
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: you could avoid it in your future. So now you
- 1:25:41Speaker 7: know how to safeguard yourself from such a situation. It
- 1:25:46Speaker 7: just happens like that, man, and and and and and
- 1:25:49Speaker 7: you know, people have to stop, you know, and stop
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: stop looking at things that happen in your life as
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: a punishment are a karma.
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: That's not what it is.
- 1:26:01Speaker 10: Man.
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: Some of this stuff is life lessons, y'all. Some of
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: this stuff we got to go through and get it
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: so we'll have it. It ain't karma. It it ain't
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: no you know, payback and all this here. Sometimes this
- 1:26:15Speaker 7: is the lesson you got to learn. Hey man, I'm sorry.
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: It's just a lesson you got to learn because where
- 1:26:22Speaker 7: you are headed. God clearly knows where you are going,
- 1:26:26Speaker 7: so he has to prepare you for what the place
- 1:26:28Speaker 7: you're gonna arrive at. And if you got to be
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: in a position where you got to have a better
- 1:26:34Speaker 7: spirit of discernment, he gonna have to put some stuff
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: in front of your face to teach you how to
- 1:26:39Speaker 7: develop discernment.
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: And it's okay.
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: If God gonna put a put some money in your
- 1:26:46Speaker 7: possession in the future, you got to see what thieves
- 1:26:49Speaker 7: look like early on, so they can steal a little
