- 0:01Speaker 1: Center is always nice to be sitting with you in studio,
- 0:04Speaker 1: and for people that are listening audio only, you can
- 0:06Speaker 1: watch this episode on YouTube as well. Let's start with
- 0:09Speaker 1: this idea, and I think it's time to have a
- 0:12Speaker 1: real discussion about it, the possibility that Joe Biden may
- 0:17Speaker 1: actually not be the nominee for the Democratic Party. They
- 0:21Speaker 1: seem to be turning on him. Your initial reaction to this.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Well, I think the odds that Joe Biden is not
- 0:27Speaker 2: the Democrats nominee in twenty twenty four have risen significantly,
- 0:31Speaker 2: maybe by as much as twenty or thirty percent, And
- 0:34Speaker 2: I think they're all sorts of inditia that suggests that
- 0:37Speaker 2: Democrats are getting nervous. They're getting nervous about his age.
- 0:40Speaker 2: They're looking at polling numbers that show two thirds of
- 0:43Speaker 2: Americans think he's too old to be president. They're getting
- 0:47Speaker 2: nervous about all of the evidence of Biden corruption. You've
- 0:49Speaker 2: got Hunter being indicted, You've got all the connections to Joe.
- 0:53Speaker 2: And then what we've seen in recent weeks is the
- 0:57Speaker 2: media's turning on them. And remember the role of the media. Sadly,
- 1:00Speaker 2: they're no longer journalists, they no longer report news. They
- 1:03Speaker 2: are the left wing of the Democrat Party. And when
- 1:05Speaker 2: the media turns on the presumed Democrat nominee, I think
- 1:09Speaker 2: that is the cutting edge of the Democrat intelligentsia saying
- 1:13Speaker 2: we may have to cut bait and find someone new. So,
- 1:17Speaker 2: for example, David Ignatius, Yeah, columnists in the Washington Post.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Say that again in the Washington Post, saying this, this
- 1:26Speaker 1: is something that doesn't happen.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Well, he wrote, tell us what he wrote.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Then he wrote something interesting and basically was saying it's
- 1:32Speaker 1: time to get rid of Joe Biden or maybe Kamala Harris,
- 1:35Speaker 1: or maybe both. And one of the things he talked
- 1:37Speaker 1: about in here he said he was concerned about Harris
- 1:40Speaker 1: that even with Biden, because he says that, well, one
- 1:43Speaker 1: way that Biden could help himself is by encouraging quote
- 1:47Speaker 1: a more open vice presidential selection process that can produce
- 1:51Speaker 1: a stronger running mate. So he's even saying, hey, Joe Biden,
- 1:55Speaker 1: you're in deep trouble. Democrats need to pay attention to this.
- 1:58Speaker 1: But if you're not going to stop, if you're not
- 2:00Speaker 1: gonna say I'm not going to run, you might want
- 2:02Speaker 1: to look at replace your vice presidential candidate. Because maybe
- 2:05Speaker 1: that will at least make you'll go, all right, well,
- 2:07Speaker 1: we like you a little bit more because we know
- 2:08Speaker 1: we're going to replace you with someone that we like.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Because her poll numbers are worse than Joe Biden's, well,
- 2:14Speaker 1: well they are.
- 2:15Speaker 2: And the fact that the Washington Post is throwing that
- 2:18Speaker 2: marker out there, and let's come back to that, because
- 2:19Speaker 2: I want to talk about the likelihood of Joe not
- 2:21Speaker 2: being the nominee. I want to talk about the likelihood
- 2:23Speaker 2: of Kamala not being the vice presidentdential nominee. But first,
- 2:27Speaker 2: the fact that the Washington Post puts that out there
- 2:30Speaker 2: in a very prominent column. It's like the starter's pistol
- 2:33Speaker 2: and the media, they all listen to the same things.
- 2:36Speaker 2: And so when you have the Washington Post start saying that,
- 2:39Speaker 2: when you have the New York Times starts saying that,
- 2:43Speaker 2: you start having others. So, for example, here's CNN this
- 2:46Speaker 2: past week. Give a listen he has done I don't
- 2:50Speaker 2: know if it's similar things, but he's sort of told
- 2:53Speaker 2: some stories that don't line up quite like this before.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Yeah, this president has a pattern at this point of
- 2:59Speaker 4: either in venting or embellishing stories about his own past,
- 3:03Speaker 4: his biography. He did it three times in one speech
- 3:06Speaker 4: last month alone. He claimed he had witnessed bridge collapse
- 3:10Speaker 4: in Pittsburgh when he actually showed up about six hours later.
- 3:13Speaker 4: He claimed that his grandfather had died just days before
- 3:16Speaker 4: he was born himself at the same hospital. In fact,
- 3:18Speaker 4: his grandpa died more than a year before in a
- 3:20Speaker 4: different state, not the same hospital. And he also repeated
- 3:25Speaker 4: a favorite fallse story that I and others had debunked
- 3:27Speaker 4: over and over again about a supposed conversation with an
- 3:30Speaker 4: Amtrak train conductor he was friends with who was actually
- 3:32Speaker 4: deceased at the time the conversation would have had to
- 3:34Speaker 4: take place. And that's not all. There are some more
- 3:37Speaker 4: serious ones, in my view. Previously in his presidency, he
- 3:40Speaker 4: claimed at one point he'd been arrested during a civil
- 3:42Speaker 4: rights protest, when in other versions of the story he
- 3:44Speaker 4: just said an officer had taken him home from a protest.
- 3:47Speaker 4: He said he had visited the Pittsburgh synagogue where warshippers
- 3:51Speaker 4: were killed in a twenty eighteen match shooting. In fact,
- 3:53Speaker 4: he had actually spoken to the rabbi, but but never went.
- 3:57Speaker 4: And he's made a whole bunch of others too, he
- 4:00Speaker 4: said At one point Republicans like to bring this up.
- 4:02Speaker 4: He said that he used to drive a tractor trailer
- 4:04Speaker 4: and he used to drive an eighteen wheeler. Never happened.
- 4:07Speaker 4: The White House later clarified he used to drive a
- 4:09Speaker 4: school bus at one point for as a job briefly
- 4:12Speaker 4: school bus, of course, not an eighteen wheeler. So whatever
- 4:14Speaker 4: his intentions, whether it's you know, foggy memory about stuff
- 4:17Speaker 4: that's going on decades ago, or deliberate embellishment, this is
- 4:20Speaker 4: unfortunate pattern that keeps coming up again and again with
- 4:22Speaker 4: Joe Biden.
- 4:23Speaker 1: You go back to the starter gun analogy that used
- 4:26Speaker 1: a moment ago, Senator. It's like everyone was holding back.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Then all of a sudden, the op ed comes out
- 4:31Speaker 1: in the Washington Post, and it's like, oh, we can
- 4:34Speaker 1: now say this, we can now do this well.
- 4:36Speaker 2: And I got to say that clip on CNN I
- 4:38Speaker 2: think is funny on like nineteen different levels. Number one,
- 4:42Speaker 2: the most important thing is they're finally reporting on the
- 4:45Speaker 2: fact that Joe Biden is a pathological serial liar. He
- 4:51Speaker 2: has been his entire career. He says things that are false,
- 4:54Speaker 2: he says the things that they're false. Again, he does
- 4:55Speaker 2: it over and over and over and over again. The
- 4:57Speaker 2: reporters all know that. Yeah, us CNN didn't used to
- 5:02Speaker 2: talk about it. They didn't used to be willing to
- 5:04Speaker 2: say it, because, hey, their job is to protect the
- 5:07Speaker 2: Democrat president, not actually to report on what he says
- 5:09Speaker 2: and does, even though it's a lie.
- 5:11Speaker 3: That's point number one. On that point number.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Two, the examples they use are deliberately minor examples. They're
- 5:19Speaker 2: deliberately not that consequential. They didn't include the lie that
- 5:23Speaker 2: Joe Biden just did last week where he said he
- 5:27Speaker 2: was at ground zero the day after nine to eleven
- 5:29Speaker 2: and he saw it right there. That's a flat out lie.
- 5:32Speaker 3: No, he wasn't.
- 5:33Speaker 2: He was on the floor of the Senate on September twelfth,
- 5:35Speaker 2: two thousand and one. He did not go the day
- 5:37Speaker 2: after nine to eleven. It's just at an absolute lie.
- 5:40Speaker 2: But they didn't include that one because that is well.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I laugh, because they put at the bottom of the
- 5:44Speaker 1: screen on the ticker, but they didn't mention it in
- 5:46Speaker 1: their comments. They're like, well, it was like the pretext
- 5:48Speaker 1: was like, let's not mention that one, because I think
- 5:50Speaker 1: that makes too many Americans angry that you would place
- 5:53Speaker 1: yourself at the ground zero the day after nine to eleven,
- 5:56Speaker 1: So we'll just put at the bottom of the screen,
- 5:58Speaker 1: but we won't even talk about it. Where our work words.
- 6:00Speaker 2: And most significantly, they do not include his repeated lies
- 6:05Speaker 2: about his corruption with his son, Hunter Biden. They don't
- 6:08Speaker 2: include the lie I've never spoken with my son about
- 6:11Speaker 2: his overseas business dealings. That's now demonstrably false. Even the
- 6:14Speaker 2: White House is backed away from it. But far be
- 6:16Speaker 2: it from CNN to admit that that's a lie, because
- 6:19Speaker 2: that actually that goes to their conceit no evidence, no evidence,
- 6:23Speaker 2: no evidence, there's no evidence, no direct evidence. We obviously
- 6:26Speaker 2: had an entire podcast explaining what they mean when they
- 6:29Speaker 2: say no no direct evidence and why they're lying. So
- 6:33Speaker 2: they don't include the most consequential and significant ones. And
- 6:37Speaker 2: I got to say, for those of you that are
- 6:39Speaker 2: watching this on YouTube, this is one of our three
- 6:42Speaker 2: pods a week that is both on YouTube and on audio.
- 6:46Speaker 2: You can see the images they put up, and they
- 6:48Speaker 2: have a whole series of clips of Joe Biden, every
- 6:51Speaker 2: one of them.
- 6:51Speaker 3: He's smiling.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Yeah, they're all good. He looks like a genial grandfather.
- 6:56Speaker 3: So he's a.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Liar, but he's just like it old he just haven't fine,
- 7:00Speaker 1: he's just you.
- 7:02Speaker 2: I mean, who else hasn't claimed they were at ground
- 7:04Speaker 2: zero after nine to eleven when they weren't. That's just
- 7:07Speaker 2: what really old genial uncle Joe's do. So CNN is
- 7:12Speaker 2: starting to criticize them, but they're so bad at it,
- 7:15Speaker 2: They're so used to being the praetorian guard protecting him
- 7:19Speaker 2: that they can't really bring themselves to do it. That
- 7:23Speaker 2: being said, look this the Washington Post flipping on him,
- 7:28Speaker 2: CNN flipping on him. This is significant, and I think
- 7:32Speaker 2: the Democrat intelligentsia is getting nervous and Ben. I believe
- 7:37Speaker 2: there is now a real possibility Joe Biden is not
- 7:42Speaker 2: the Democrat nominee in twenty twenty four. And I think
- 7:45Speaker 2: there are two ways this potentially plays out. One way
- 7:51Speaker 2: is the pressure ratchets up internally within the Democrat Party
- 7:55Speaker 2: significantly enough that Biden ends up back out. I think
- 8:00Speaker 2: there's some chance of that. He didn't want to, but
- 8:04Speaker 2: I got to say. The weird thing about Democrats their
- 8:06Speaker 2: command and control.
- 8:07Speaker 3: They are collectivists.
- 8:09Speaker 2: And if enough of the power brokers go to Biden
- 8:12Speaker 2: and say enough is enough is enough, I think there
- 8:16Speaker 2: is some possibility, says I'm out.
- 8:18Speaker 3: I did what I came to do.
- 8:20Speaker 2: I stopped Donald Trump from getting in office in twenty
- 8:23Speaker 2: twenty one.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I'm done.
- 8:25Speaker 2: I'm riding off into the sunset. That's actually what David
- 8:27Speaker 2: Igdasias says. Look, you can victory lap. You did what
- 8:30Speaker 2: you wanted to do. And by the way, one of
- 8:34Speaker 2: the things fueling that is the unease about Kamala Harris.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Kamala Harris's numbers, her pole support is terrible, her unfavorables
- 8:44Speaker 2: are terrible.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Worse than his, and his poll numbers, to be clear,
- 8:47Speaker 1: are at Jimmy Carter.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Levels or thirty nine percent approval ratings, and hers are
- 8:51Speaker 2: worse in the twenties. It makes you wonder if she
- 8:54Speaker 2: wears mint flavored shoes, because daily she seems to stick
- 8:57Speaker 2: her foot in her mouth and Democrats are nervous. Look,
- 9:01Speaker 2: Joe Biden is eighty years old. If Biden is elected
- 9:06Speaker 2: in twenty twenty four, the actuarial tables are very significant.
- 9:12Speaker 2: The odds are high that he does not live out
- 9:15Speaker 2: a second term, that he dies sometime in the White House.
- 9:19Speaker 2: That's just the realities of the age he's at, which
- 9:22Speaker 2: means in this next election, if the Democrat ticket is
- 9:26Speaker 2: Biden Harris, A huge part of it is going to
- 9:28Speaker 2: be you pull that lever for Joe Biden. You are
- 9:31Speaker 2: voting for President Kamala Harris, and that number one scares
- 9:36Speaker 2: the heck I think out of a lot of voters.
- 9:38Speaker 2: But number two makes Democrat Democrats nervous because they recognize
- 9:44Speaker 2: it scares the heck out of a lot of voters.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Now you asked, Okay, might they dump Kamala Harris as VP?
- 9:53Speaker 3: I think the chances of that are zero?
- 9:54Speaker 1: Is it for the same reason that I think it's
- 9:56Speaker 1: probably zero, and that is if it was a white male,
- 9:58Speaker 1: they'd have a much easier time. I'm getting rid of
- 10:00Speaker 1: that person. But this is an African American female. How
- 10:03Speaker 1: do you offload an African American female without having to
- 10:05Speaker 1: worry that women are going to turn against you? Yeah,
- 10:08Speaker 1: and minorities would turn against you, saying how dare you
- 10:12Speaker 1: get rid of our woman? Who could be the first
- 10:15Speaker 1: female president in the history of the United States of
- 10:17Speaker 1: America could be Kamala Harris, not because anyone elects her,
- 10:21Speaker 1: just because of age and him having to resign or
- 10:25Speaker 1: based on age that he could die in office.
- 10:27Speaker 2: So yes, And especially because the Democrats are such hyper
- 10:32Speaker 2: bean counting, they put everyone into categories, so they don't
- 10:35Speaker 2: think of you as a human being. They think of
- 10:37Speaker 2: you you are a man, you were a white man,
- 10:40Speaker 2: you were a black woman, like whatever your race, whatever
- 10:42Speaker 2: your category. Ideally you're a transgender, you know, vegetarian, pantheist
- 10:49Speaker 2: or whatever. But whatever your category, they put you into it.
- 10:54Speaker 2: If it were some poor slub white guy, if the
- 10:59Speaker 2: VP were Joe Biden, see ya, they'd put him out
- 11:03Speaker 2: on a boat with a guy saying Hail Mary as
- 11:08Speaker 2: he puts around in his forehead as they do, and
- 11:10Speaker 2: Godfather too. That's what they do. And I mean that figuratively.
- 11:15Speaker 2: I can just see the fact checkers now. Cruz says
- 11:17Speaker 2: they're going to murder him, though that's not what I'm saying.
- 11:19Speaker 2: I'm saying they'd get rid of him, and get rid
- 11:21Speaker 2: of him really quickly. I don't think the Democrats would
- 11:26Speaker 2: be willing to dump Kamala Harris because they view African
- 11:32Speaker 2: American women as such an essential part of their political
- 11:37Speaker 2: coalition to victory that I think they'd be terrified of
- 11:40Speaker 2: pissing off black women.
- 11:41Speaker 3: And if African American women stayed home.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Democrats lose, so I don't think they can dump Kamala
- 11:48Speaker 2: Harris as much as as the Washington Post columnists might
- 11:52Speaker 2: want them to. So they're two scenarios in which Joe
- 11:55Speaker 2: Biden is not the nominee. I believe number one, the
- 11:59Speaker 2: powers that be in the Democrat Party convinced Joe Biden
- 12:02Speaker 2: to pull out. If that happens, I think it's a
- 12:05Speaker 2: free for all. I think a bunch of people get in.
- 12:09Speaker 2: I think the top four Democrats who get in are
- 12:13Speaker 2: Kamala Harris, Pete Bootage, Edge, Gavin Newsom, and Elizabeth Warren.
- 12:19Speaker 2: And I think all four of them get in. I
- 12:21Speaker 2: think Gretchen Whitmer probably gets in as well. I think
- 12:23Speaker 2: there are some others that get in. I think you
- 12:25Speaker 2: probably get five to ten candidates who jump in the
- 12:28Speaker 2: instant Biden is out now, in my view, the top
- 12:31Speaker 2: tier of the first four I listed, and I think
- 12:34Speaker 2: in that primary, I believe Elizabeth Warren wins that primary. Really,
- 12:38Speaker 2: and when I say that that shocks people, I get
- 12:41Speaker 2: a lot of gasps.
- 12:42Speaker 1: But I'd be to that group right now because that
- 12:45Speaker 1: was not what I thought you were gonna say. Why
- 12:46Speaker 1: Elizabeth Warren out of all them. I mean, she has
- 12:48Speaker 1: Pokehontas for a reason.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Because I think Elizabeth Warren is the ID of today's
- 12:54Speaker 2: Democrat Party. She is the hard left, angry Marxist and
- 12:58Speaker 2: that is where the heart is. Look, it's Elizabeth Warren
- 13:00Speaker 2: and Bernie Sanders and AOC that drive the Democrat policy
- 13:04Speaker 2: agenda right now because the entire party is terrified of her.
- 13:09Speaker 2: In twenty twenty, Elizabeth Warren was splitting the crazy moon
- 13:14Speaker 2: bat Marxist left with Bernie Sanders. Yeah, and the two
- 13:18Speaker 2: of them were dividing that vote, which is what let
- 13:20Speaker 2: Joe Biden win that primary. I don't think Bernie runs
- 13:23Speaker 2: this time. I think he will recognize he's too old
- 13:26Speaker 2: to run this time. And so I think Elizabeth has
- 13:29Speaker 2: the crazy left winger lane all to herself, and I
- 13:32Speaker 2: think that beats the rest of that field. That scenario one,
- 13:38Speaker 2: Elizabeth Warren comes out of a wide open, real Democrat primary. Now,
- 13:43Speaker 2: the thing about it is you're running out of time,
- 13:46Speaker 2: So I'll give you some deadlines. October sixteenth is the
- 13:52Speaker 2: filing deadline for major party candidates in Nevada. November tenth
- 13:58Speaker 2: is the filing deadline for major major party candidates at Alabama.
- 14:02Speaker 2: November fourteenth is the filing deadline for major party candidates
- 14:06Speaker 2: in Arkansas. So we're starting to get to filing deadlines
- 14:10Speaker 2: where it becomes exceedingly difficult to get on the ballot.
- 14:13Speaker 2: And so if this scenario happens, it has to happen fast.
- 14:18Speaker 1: That was my question at the timeline. If Joe Biden's
- 14:20Speaker 1: gonna if he's gonna be pushed out, forced out, because
- 14:23Speaker 1: it's not gonna be on his own accord.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Next sixty days, next sixty days, Yeah, I mean it's
- 14:27Speaker 3: we've got it.
- 14:28Speaker 1: So then here's my question. Do we see the media
- 14:31Speaker 1: change the way they're covering the Biden crime family over
- 14:34Speaker 1: the next sixty days is part of the final push
- 14:36Speaker 1: to get him to realize he can't run.
- 14:38Speaker 3: I think that is entirely possible.
- 14:40Speaker 2: I think Washington Post and CNN are sort of the
- 14:43Speaker 2: opening shots. And if we see in the next couple
- 14:46Speaker 2: of weeks, if we see the media actually covering all
- 14:49Speaker 2: of Biden's enormous problems, that's the pressure mounting. There's a
- 14:55Speaker 2: second scenario, and this scenario I think is more likely
- 15:00Speaker 2: and a heck of a lot more dangerous, which is
- 15:04Speaker 2: fast forward to next year. Fast forward to the Democrat
- 15:10Speaker 2: National Convention. It's going to be in Chicago, Illinois, and
- 15:14Speaker 2: it is August nineteenth through twenty second. If we get
- 15:18Speaker 2: to August of next year and number one, Biden's mental
- 15:24Speaker 2: diminishment has gotten even worse and it becomes obvious to
- 15:28Speaker 2: anyone that he can't find his shoes, and Democrats decide, okay,
- 15:33Speaker 2: all of this downside is really worrying us. Then the
- 15:37Speaker 2: convention is the opportunity to parachute someone in. You parachute
- 15:42Speaker 2: someone in by having some story that for health reasons,
- 15:47Speaker 2: Biden's not able to continue. How the Democrats execute that exactly,
- 15:52Speaker 2: I don't know. But the Democrats are very big on
- 15:54Speaker 2: smoke filled rooms and forcing through the outcome they want
- 15:58Speaker 2: and they obey orders. Now, if you're a Democrat, pubah.
- 16:04Speaker 2: And by the way, the Democrats also have what are
- 16:05Speaker 2: called super delegates. Republicans don't have super delegates. Super delegates
- 16:09Speaker 2: are typically elected officials that have disproportionate power at their convention.
- 16:14Speaker 2: They have the ability to really move the votes. If
- 16:19Speaker 2: you get to the August convention for Democrats and they've
- 16:21Speaker 2: collectively lost their nerve on Biden said, it's time to
- 16:24Speaker 2: put Joe out to pasture. What do they do then, Well,
- 16:27Speaker 2: the natural thing to say would be, okay, it'll be
- 16:31Speaker 2: one of those top four. And here's the problem. Whoever
- 16:35Speaker 2: they pick is a problem. They pick Kamala Harris, She's
- 16:39Speaker 2: the vice president in some ways the natural choice. All
- 16:42Speaker 2: of the downsides of Kamala Harris make that a really
- 16:45Speaker 2: dangerous choice. If they pick Gavin Newsom, that makes some
- 16:54Speaker 2: California Democrats happy. The problem is you're replacing an African
- 16:57Speaker 2: American woman in the Democrat Party with a white guy.
- 17:00Speaker 2: That a rich white guy, a very rich white guy.
- 17:04Speaker 2: You want to talk about a recipe for discontent. That's
- 17:07Speaker 2: a big problem. They could go with Pete Boudhajeedge, another
- 17:11Speaker 2: white guy, but Buddha Jedge is gay. That's at least
- 17:15Speaker 2: the gay lesbian community is a big chunk of the
- 17:17Speaker 2: Democrat coalition. So rich liberals would really like Pete bootaj Edge,
- 17:24Speaker 2: and a lot of the Democrat donors are gay and lesbian.
- 17:27Speaker 2: That's a major chunk of the funding stream for a
- 17:29Speaker 2: Democrat candidate. But you have the same problem if you
- 17:33Speaker 2: jettison an African American woman who's vice president for a
- 17:37Speaker 2: white guy in the Democrat primary, you're really asking for trouble.
- 17:41Speaker 2: An option for is Elizabeth Warren. Well, Elizabeth Warren makes
- 17:45Speaker 2: the crazy moon bat leftists happy, but you have the
- 17:50Speaker 2: same everyone else who doesn't get it. I think anyone
- 17:54Speaker 2: they go with as a coronation. It's different than an
- 17:57Speaker 2: open primary where Warren wins, because primary voters vote for
- 18:01Speaker 2: that gives an element of legitimacy that the people who
- 18:05Speaker 2: don't win can live with. If it's just the king
- 18:10Speaker 2: maker saying nope, we pick you, whoever doesn't get picked,
- 18:15Speaker 2: everyone else's pissed. So here's the scenario that I think
- 18:19Speaker 2: is perhaps most likely and most dangerous. In August of
- 18:26Speaker 2: twenty twenty four, the Democrat kingmakers jettison Joe Biden and
- 18:31Speaker 2: parachute in Michelle Obama, and I want you to pause
- 18:35Speaker 2: and reflect on it.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Oh, I'm pausing, and I'm reflecting, as we said, and
- 18:38Speaker 1: so is everybody else listening right now.
- 18:40Speaker 3: I view this as a very serious danger.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I'm smiling right now because it terrifies me. And I
- 18:47Speaker 1: also could totally see this happening.
- 18:48Speaker 2: So, Michelle Obama, number one, you don't infuriate African American women,
- 18:54Speaker 2: which is a critical part of the constituency that Democrats
- 18:57Speaker 2: are relying on to win. But number two, you so
- 19:00Speaker 2: avoid the problem if you pick from any of the four.
- 19:02Speaker 2: The other three are pissed because they're all, to some
- 19:06Speaker 2: extent peers, they're rivals, they're all jabbin knives at each other.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Michelle Obama, because she was first lady, has the ability
- 19:15Speaker 2: to kind of parachute in above all four and say, hey,
- 19:19Speaker 2: we're not picking among any of you. You guys can
- 19:22Speaker 2: all fight it out. Next time. You're all going to
- 19:23Speaker 2: be on the same level. We're coming. This is the
- 19:27Speaker 2: Obamas saving the day. And I think in terms of
- 19:30Speaker 2: a solution that unifies Democrats, there ain't nothing like that.
- 19:38Speaker 2: I also think Michelle is not all that eager to
- 19:41Speaker 2: run for president, but to parachute in in August of
- 19:44Speaker 2: twenty four a couple of months before the presidency and
- 19:47Speaker 2: suddenly wake up and be president not a bad gig.
- 19:51Speaker 2: It's not a bad gig at all. Now would she
- 19:53Speaker 2: do it? I don't know. I've met Michelle, but I
- 19:57Speaker 2: don't know her personally in any meaningful way. I don't
- 20:00Speaker 2: know if she would do it. I do think Barack
- 20:04Speaker 2: Obama is already running the Biden administration. I think he
- 20:07Speaker 2: is already the puppet master behind this Biden White House.
- 20:10Speaker 2: I don't think Joe Biden is the decision maker. And
- 20:14Speaker 2: so when I see the media turning on Joe Biden
- 20:17Speaker 2: right now, I think the odds of Michelle Obama parachuting
- 20:22Speaker 2: in in August of twenty twenty four have risen dramatically,
- 20:27Speaker 2: and that ought to scare the hell out anyone who
- 20:30Speaker 2: who is unhappy about the direction this country is going
- 20:34Speaker 2: and doesn't want us to go even crazier in an
- 20:37Speaker 2: even worse direction.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends at Patriot Mobile.
- 20:40Speaker 1: If you are tired of giving your money to woke
- 20:43Speaker 1: corporations that are actually fighting against what you believe in.
- 20:46Speaker 1: There's one bill every month that you pay they can
- 20:48Speaker 1: actually now make a difference standing up for what you
- 20:51Speaker 1: believe in, and that's for your cell phone. Patriot Mobile
- 20:54Speaker 1: has been around now for over a decade and they're
- 20:56Speaker 1: the only conservative Christian cell phone provider in the country.
- 21:00Speaker 1: And when you pay your bill every month, they are
- 21:03Speaker 1: actually fighting for the causes that you believe in. We're
- 21:05Speaker 1: talking about standing with the First and Second Amendment issues,
- 21:08Speaker 1: protecting the rights of unborn children, helping with adoptions, and
- 21:12Speaker 1: they help with our first responders, our American veterans, those
- 21:16Speaker 1: that serve this country. I love Patriot Mobile because they
- 21:20Speaker 1: actually stand up for what I believe in. Now, the
- 21:23Speaker 1: coverage you get is amazed, amazing because they give you
- 21:25Speaker 1: coverage on all three major networks and you usually save
- 21:29Speaker 1: money over what you're paying right now. So whether you
- 21:32Speaker 1: have a business or a small business or just a
- 21:35Speaker 1: family plan, call them one hundred percent USA based call center,
- 21:40Speaker 1: so you're talking to people right here in this country.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Eight seven eight Patriots the number that's eight seven eight
- 21:46Speaker 1: Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict. Now use the
- 21:50Speaker 1: promo code verdict and you're gonna get free activation the
- 21:53Speaker 1: best deals of the year. Keep your same cell phone
- 21:56Speaker 1: number you have right now, your same cell phone, or
- 21:58Speaker 1: upgrade to a new one seven eight Patriot or Patriot
- 22:01Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash verdict. I gotta ask you one
- 22:06Speaker 1: more question about this scenario with Michelle. If that was
- 22:11Speaker 1: to happen at the conventions you just described it and
- 22:14Speaker 1: Joe Biden walks off the stage, does he turned himself
- 22:17Speaker 1: into the biggest hero of the Democratic Party in history.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, I know that they immediately start carving
- 22:23Speaker 2: him on Rushmore figuratively speaking, the rushmore of socialists. Joe
- 22:27Speaker 2: Biden would permanently look. He aspires to be the next FDR,
- 22:32Speaker 2: and part of how Democrats would get him to step
- 22:34Speaker 2: down as saying, by doing this, your FDR. By doing this,
- 22:38Speaker 2: you're George Washington stepping down after two terms. You're demonstrating
- 22:42Speaker 2: the ultimate statesman principle. Now look, I think Joe Biden
- 22:48Speaker 2: loves the trappings of being president. This guy's wanted to
- 22:50Speaker 2: be president forevers he was two. And to be clear,
- 22:54Speaker 2: I understand that in particular sickness, my hands are not cleaned.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Yeah, in that.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Discussion, but so I get it. But I do think
- 23:04Speaker 2: the Democrats appeal to his vanity that you will be
- 23:08Speaker 2: legendary and immortal if you do this, and that may
- 23:11Speaker 2: be an element of making it happen. And I don't
- 23:14Speaker 2: think it is more likely than not. I don't think
- 23:16Speaker 2: it's greater than fifty percent that Biden is not the nominee,
- 23:21Speaker 2: but I think it's probably twenty five or thirty percent
- 23:23Speaker 2: right now.
- 23:24Speaker 1: It's interesting that you said that about Michelle because I
- 23:26Speaker 1: was doing my podcast the night after Michelle Obama was
- 23:28Speaker 1: talking with Billy Jing King about equal pay, and she
- 23:31Speaker 1: did this speech the US open in prime time And
- 23:34Speaker 1: I said the next day, not thinking about the connection
- 23:36Speaker 1: you're talking about here, I said it like it was
- 23:38Speaker 1: almost like a coming out political speech. It was the
- 23:41Speaker 1: first time I saw Michelle Obama in a political way.
- 23:44Speaker 1: It wasn't a first lady's speech. It was a political
- 23:47Speaker 1: ass speech. It was her in her own words, not
- 23:50Speaker 1: under my husband. First lady ask and if you think
- 23:53Speaker 1: about that now, with what you just said, that's scary
- 23:56Speaker 1: as hell.
- 23:56Speaker 2: And by the way, this is not a new thought
- 23:59Speaker 2: for Democrats. Had Bill Clinton who served two terms, and
- 24:02Speaker 2: then obviously Hillary was presumed to be the heir apparent,
- 24:07Speaker 2: and so the dynamic from Barack to Michelle. Listen, the
- 24:12Speaker 2: Democrats are dynastic. The Democrats are top down. The Democrats
- 24:16Speaker 2: are command and control. And it's because Michelle has a
- 24:20Speaker 2: claim to already being at a higher level in the
- 24:23Speaker 2: Democrat pecking order than any of the other contenders. It's
- 24:27Speaker 2: the only solution for Democrat power brokers that doesn't cause
- 24:34Speaker 2: a civil war.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and it comes with the best political campaigner in
- 24:38Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, her husband.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Plus, look, Michelle spent eight years as first lady. First
- 24:45Speaker 2: lady is a position that by design keeps you out
- 24:49Speaker 2: of the political fray. And so Michelle Obama has really
- 24:52Speaker 2: high positives and relatively low negatives. Now she starts getting
- 24:57Speaker 2: into policy, I think she is further left than Barack.
- 25:01Speaker 2: I think she is further left than Joe Biden. I
- 25:04Speaker 2: think as a president she would be disastrous. But the
- 25:08Speaker 2: American people think not only of her because she's first Lady.
- 25:12Speaker 2: The role of first lady insulates someone. And if she
- 25:15Speaker 2: parachutes in in August with big positives and relatively low negatives,
- 25:20Speaker 2: and she can also say, hey, all the things Joe
- 25:22Speaker 2: Biden screwed up on that wasn't me. Yeah, that is
- 25:27Speaker 2: really potent politically. If I were a Democrat, I'd be
- 25:31Speaker 2: excited about that.
- 25:32Speaker 1: There's also something else to happened this week with a
- 25:34Speaker 1: Democratic primary that was shocking to me. You've had people
- 25:38Speaker 1: that made threats against you, You've run for president of
- 25:40Speaker 1: United States of America. I've experienced having people threatened against
- 25:45Speaker 1: me as well. It's not a good feeling. You look
- 25:47Speaker 1: at the Kennedy family and the fact that they've had
- 25:51Speaker 1: assassinations and targeting, and RFK has made it clear he
- 25:56Speaker 1: wants protection. There was something shocking that had this week
- 26:00Speaker 1: with a man that was dressed liked law enforcement. Thank goodness,
- 26:03Speaker 1: they saw him, they figured it out. There were certain
- 26:06Speaker 1: things he was wearing in his outfit, the way where
- 26:07Speaker 1: his gun was being held on his person that didn't
- 26:10Speaker 1: fit law enforcement, and he was arrested. But you were
- 26:14Speaker 1: upset about this, I think as you should be, because
- 26:18Speaker 1: why have they still not decided to protect RFK and
- 26:22Speaker 1: what's taking them so long, especially when see things like
- 26:24Speaker 1: this happened.
- 26:25Speaker 2: Yeah, this was a really disturbing security incident. You had
- 26:28Speaker 2: someone show up at an event for RFK Junior. He
- 26:31Speaker 2: had two firearms and two shoulder holsters that he was wearing.
- 26:35Speaker 2: He was dressed as law enforcement, and it was fraudulent.
- 26:38Speaker 2: He was dressed with a lanyard that indicated he was
- 26:40Speaker 2: a US marshal. He was trying to camouflage. He told
- 26:45Speaker 2: people he was part of rfk's security detail. Thankfully, the
- 26:49Speaker 2: private security that RFK hired recognized that he wasn't and
- 26:54Speaker 2: they detained and arrested him. But someone coming in with
- 26:57Speaker 2: two loaded firearms and extra magazines impersonating law enforcement is
- 27:02Speaker 2: on its face, exceptionally dangerous. Now, RFK put out the
- 27:06Speaker 2: following statement, We're gonna put it up on the screen.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Here's what RFK said. I'm very grateful that alert and
- 27:12Speaker 2: fast acting protectors from Gavin de Becker and associates his
- 27:16Speaker 2: private security firm spotted and detained an armed man who
- 27:19Speaker 2: attempted to approach me at my Hispanic Heritage speech at
- 27:23Speaker 2: the Wilshire Ebel Theatre in Los Angeles tonight. The man,
- 27:26Speaker 2: wearing two shoulder hosters with loaded pistols and spare ammunition magazines,
- 27:31Speaker 2: was carrying a US Marshal badge on a lanyard and
- 27:34Speaker 2: at belt clip federal ID. He identified himself as a
- 27:38Speaker 2: member of my security detail. Armed GDBA team members moved
- 27:42Speaker 2: quickly to isolate and detain the man until LAPD arrived
- 27:47Speaker 2: to make the arrest. I'm also grateful to LAPD for
- 27:50Speaker 2: its rapid response. And then this is in bold in
- 27:52Speaker 2: his tweet. I'm still entertaining a hope that President Biden
- 27:57Speaker 2: will allow me Secret Service protection, the first presidential candidate
- 28:01Speaker 2: history to whom the White House has denied a request
- 28:05Speaker 2: for protection.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Now, can you explain the politics of that real quick.
- 28:08Speaker 1: So people don't understand how this works.
- 28:10Speaker 3: Yeah, let me do that in the way I'm going
- 28:11Speaker 3: to do that.
- 28:11Speaker 2: I want to put up I retweeted this, and I
- 28:14Speaker 2: retweeted it with my own comment. So let's put up
- 28:17Speaker 2: what I tweeted. I retweeted RFK statement, and here's what
- 28:21Speaker 2: I said. This isn't a left or right issue. The
- 28:26Speaker 2: Biden administration should give Robert Kennedy Junior a security detail now.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Given his tragic family history. Both his father and uncle
- 28:40Speaker 2: were horrifically assassinated and this latest serious security incident, Biden
- 28:48Speaker 2: shouldn't mess around. Under law, quote, major candidates are entitled
- 28:56Speaker 2: a secret service protection. Is Mayorcus's deceivision not to grant
- 29:01Speaker 2: protection political Surely this administration wouldn't put a man's life
- 29:08Speaker 2: at risk Rather than concede that RFK Junior is a
- 29:13Speaker 2: major candidate. The Trump DHS gave Biden protection in March
- 29:20Speaker 2: of twenty twenty after a security incident. MAJORCA should follow
- 29:25Speaker 2: that precedent and expeditiously approve protection for RFK Junior. Now,
- 29:31Speaker 2: the way it works under law is that a candidate
- 29:35Speaker 2: for president is entitled to secret Service protection if they
- 29:39Speaker 2: are a quote major candidate, and being a major candidate,
- 29:43Speaker 2: there are a series of criteria that are used to
- 29:46Speaker 2: ascertain major candidate, including poll numbers. It is the Secretary
- 29:51Speaker 2: of the Department of Homeland Security that makes that determination.
- 29:54Speaker 2: They do so in consultation with a bipartisan advisory committee
- 29:59Speaker 2: that concludes both with Republicans and Democrats at the easy level,
- 30:03Speaker 2: the major party nominees both are entitled to coverage, and
- 30:06Speaker 2: they both get it, but historically they get it earlier
- 30:09Speaker 2: than becoming the nominees. If you look at twenty sixteen,
- 30:13Speaker 2: so I've got some real and personal experience with dealing
- 30:16Speaker 2: with this. In twenty sixteen, in the Republican presidential primary,
- 30:22Speaker 2: Donald Trump was given Secret Service protection relatively early on,
- 30:27Speaker 2: and Ben Carson was given Secret Service protection relatively early on. Now,
- 30:31Speaker 2: Ben Carson did not win a single state. Ben Carson
- 30:36Speaker 2: was given Secret Service protection because the level of death
- 30:39Speaker 2: threats that were directed at him was deemed sufficient that
- 30:44Speaker 2: it merited Secret Service protection. I don't know exactly how
- 30:48Speaker 2: many death threats were talking about, but the Department of
- 30:51Speaker 2: Homeland Security made the determination given this threat level, given
- 30:55Speaker 2: the risk that some lunatic would try to kill an
- 30:59Speaker 2: after Kann American Republican running for president, We're going to
- 31:04Speaker 2: provide Secret Service protection now. As the primary went on,
- 31:09Speaker 2: I won twelve states. For months, the race was essentially
- 31:14Speaker 2: a two man race between me and Donald Trump. No
- 31:18Speaker 2: other Republican other than Trump and I won more than
- 31:21Speaker 2: a single state. So John Kasik won Ohio, Marco Rubio
- 31:25Speaker 2: won Minnesota, and Trump and I won the other forty
- 31:28Speaker 2: eight states. And at the time that I dropped out,
- 31:31Speaker 2: I had won twelve and he had won something like
- 31:34Speaker 2: twenty two to twenty three states, so he'd won about
- 31:36Speaker 2: twice as many states.
- 31:37Speaker 3: That's when I dropped out.
- 31:39Speaker 2: So for months earlier, I easily met the standard for
- 31:43Speaker 2: a major candidate, and had I requested Secret Service protection,
- 31:48Speaker 2: I almost certainly would have received it, because under any
- 31:51Speaker 2: objective measure, I met it. In twenty sixteen, I made
- 31:55Speaker 2: the decision not to ask for it. We talked about
- 31:57Speaker 2: it in our campaign because when Secret Service comes into
- 32:02Speaker 2: the campaign, they slow everything down. They come in, they
- 32:06Speaker 2: take over all the security, They set up magnetometers, they
- 32:09Speaker 2: set up metal detectors in the front of the events.
- 32:11Speaker 2: That means people coming to your events often I'll have
- 32:15Speaker 2: to wait one two three hours in line.
- 32:18Speaker 3: It slows the operation down.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Once you bring Secret Service in, typically a candidate will
- 32:24Speaker 2: do maybe two or three events a day because it
- 32:26Speaker 2: just slows the entire operation down. In twenty sixteen, we
- 32:31Speaker 2: were running fast and hard. I was doing in days,
- 32:35Speaker 2: six seven, eight, nine events a day.
- 32:37Speaker 3: I mean, we were going fast.
- 32:40Speaker 2: And I didn't want pump the brakes to pump the brakes,
- 32:43Speaker 2: I didn't want to slow it down. So we took
- 32:45Speaker 2: security very seriously. So I hired private security, and we
- 32:49Speaker 2: had significant private security. But I would do something at
- 32:52Speaker 2: the end of most events. I'd jump off the front
- 32:54Speaker 2: of the stage and I'd plow into the crowd and
- 32:57Speaker 2: I'd be hugging people, I'd be taking pictures, I'd be
- 32:59Speaker 2: talk to kids. I remember, Secret Service would never let
- 33:03Speaker 2: you do that.
- 33:03Speaker 3: They would.
- 33:05Speaker 1: You stay on the other side.
- 33:07Speaker 2: And so we made the decision that we wanted to
- 33:10Speaker 2: be faster and more nimble, and that bringing Secret Service
- 33:14Speaker 2: in would slow that down. And we also made the
- 33:16Speaker 2: decision that we had a pretty significant investment in security,
- 33:20Speaker 2: and that we thought we could use private security to
- 33:24Speaker 2: ensure safety while at the same time maintaining speed. In
- 33:28Speaker 2: this instance, you've got RFK Junior Number one, You've got
- 33:32Speaker 2: his unique personal story. His father was murdered while running
- 33:40Speaker 2: for president of the United States, Bobby Kennedy murdered as
- 33:44Speaker 2: a candidate for the Democratic nominee for president, and before that,
- 33:48Speaker 2: his uncle John F. Kennedy was murdered while being President of.
- 33:53Speaker 3: The United States. Given that history and.
- 33:56Speaker 2: Given people are just not look at this guy, Coppy
- 33:59Speaker 2: Katz and create look, I think it is a no
- 34:02Speaker 2: brainer that if RFK Junior wants Secret Service protection given
- 34:05Speaker 2: his circumstances, he deserves it. And the reason I believe
- 34:10Speaker 2: the Biden administration hasn't granted it is because if they did,
- 34:16Speaker 2: under it genmizes him, they would have to say he's
- 34:19Speaker 2: a major candidate. And the approach of the Biden White
- 34:22Speaker 2: House is RFK who we never heard of him? Nope, Nope,
- 34:25Speaker 2: nobody running, nobody in the Democrat primary doesn't exist.
- 34:28Speaker 3: This is a corrodation.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Joe's down in the basement, and I think it is
- 34:32Speaker 2: purely political. And I ask everyone listening to this, imagine
- 34:37Speaker 2: your reaction if you turned on the TV tomorrow and
- 34:42Speaker 2: saw that RFK Junior, like his father, was murdered while
- 34:48Speaker 2: being a candidate for the Democrat nomination for president.
- 34:51Speaker 3: Imagine the horror.
- 34:54Speaker 2: How do you justify the Biden administration saying nope, politics
- 34:58Speaker 2: matters more to us, So good luck you. Hope nothing happens.
- 35:01Speaker 2: This should not be Look, I'm not voting for our
- 35:05Speaker 2: FK junior.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Yeah, but you should.
- 35:06Speaker 1: If you're running for president, you should be safe while doing.
- 35:09Speaker 2: This is the right thing to do. And whether you're
- 35:11Speaker 2: a Democrat or a Republican, this ought to be an
- 35:15Speaker 2: easy choice. And the Biden Whitehouse ought to get their
- 35:19Speaker 2: political heads out of their rear ends and do the
- 35:23Speaker 2: right thing. Listen, they feel confident they can beat OURFK junior,
- 35:27Speaker 2: You're fine. If they're confident, then do the right thing
- 35:31Speaker 2: and ensure that he's got Secret Service protection so we
- 35:34Speaker 2: don't have a national tragedy on her hands.
- 35:37Speaker 1: I want to tell you about a gusta precious medals.
- 35:39Speaker 1: If you are worried about your retirement, if you've seen
- 35:43Speaker 1: what's happened with interest rates hitting at twenty one year high,
- 35:45Speaker 1: for example on houses, you've seen some of the bank
- 35:47Speaker 1: failures that we had earlier this year, and you lost
- 35:50Speaker 1: money maybe last year in your retirement account, you should

- 36:56Speaker 1: preserve what you already have. Eight seven seven gold ira.
- 37:01Speaker 1: That's eight seven seven the number four gold ira are online.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Medals. That's Augusta Precious Medals dot com. Use
- 37:10Speaker 1: the promo code verdict, Senator. I also want to move
- 37:13Speaker 1: on to something else that happened this week, and this
- 37:16Speaker 1: one actually makes me really angry. It's judges getting involved
- 37:20Speaker 1: in a way that I think is pretty clear it
- 37:22Speaker 1: to election interference. We've seen court dates that have come
- 37:25Speaker 1: out now for Donald Trump, with all these different indictments
- 37:28Speaker 1: in different states, that could be like the days before
- 37:30Speaker 1: Super Tuesday, when any normal candate would be on the
- 37:33Speaker 1: campaign trail. You just mentioned why you guys didn't do
- 37:36Speaker 1: secret service. That's how important is to be to be
- 37:39Speaker 1: fast and right to be campaigning. We're seeing two things
- 37:44Speaker 1: now that seem to be marking the calendar. One, you
- 37:47Speaker 1: could throw this guy into courtroom during dates when he
- 37:49Speaker 1: descerately needs to be out campaigning, taking away his ability
- 37:51Speaker 1: to have a fair election against Joe Biden or whoever
- 37:54Speaker 1: it may be. And two, now you may take away
- 37:58Speaker 1: the president form president. It's America and the leading can
- 38:01Speaker 1: it for the Republican party's voice to talk about the
- 38:05Speaker 1: accusations against him from these the leftists and these people,
- 38:09Speaker 1: these DA's are trying to lock him up by putting
- 38:12Speaker 1: a gag order on what he can say. This seems
- 38:15Speaker 1: un American, it seems Banana Republic. Ask. I think it's
- 38:19Speaker 1: disgusting political poy here. Yet that's what we're really talking
- 38:22Speaker 1: about now, is that real possibility?
- 38:24Speaker 3: Look, you're exactly right.
- 38:25Speaker 2: We have talked at length on this podcast about how
- 38:28Speaker 2: the multiple indictments against Donald Trump are election interference. Democrats
- 38:33Speaker 2: have convinced themselves that Donald Trump is Adolf Hitler, and
- 38:37Speaker 2: because they believe he's Hitler, anything, anything, anything is justified
- 38:41Speaker 2: to stop him. The ends justify the means, and they're
- 38:45Speaker 2: willing to corrupt the legal process to turn the Department
- 38:48Speaker 2: of Justice into a political weapon. They're willing to do
- 38:51Speaker 2: everything they can to stop the voters from daring to
- 38:55Speaker 2: make a decision to vote in the way these angry
- 38:58Speaker 2: partisan Democrats don't want the voters to vote. We've gone
- 39:02Speaker 2: over two hundred years of our nation's history. We've never
- 39:04Speaker 2: indicted a president or a former president, or a major
- 39:06Speaker 2: candidate for president. In the last six months, Democrats have
- 39:09Speaker 2: done so four separate times. The US Department of Justice
- 39:13Speaker 2: under Biden is the most partisan and political we've ever seen.
- 39:16Speaker 2: And Jack Smith, the special prosecutor, we've talked at length.
- 39:20Speaker 2: He is a partisan. He has a history of abusing power,
- 39:24Speaker 2: including this is not the first presidential candidate or potential
- 39:28Speaker 2: presidential candidate he's gone after he went after Bob McDonald,
- 39:32Speaker 2: the governor of Virginia, was considered a credible presidential candidate.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Jack Smith indicted him, destroyed his political career, destroyed his life,
- 39:41Speaker 2: and then on appeal, the Supreme Court unanimously throughout the
- 39:44Speaker 2: conviction as not being consistent with law. But he'd already
- 39:47Speaker 2: done its job, which here out he took him out.
- 39:50Speaker 2: In this instance, the case in the District of Columbia
- 39:55Speaker 2: is profoundly dangerous. It's profoundly dangerous because number one, the
- 39:59Speaker 2: jury pool in the District Columbia is over ninety percent
- 40:02Speaker 2: about ninety four percent Democrat. So you're going to get
- 40:05Speaker 2: a jury that in all likelihood hates Donald Trump and
- 40:08Speaker 2: believes he's Adolf Hitler. Now, if you believe someone's ad
- 40:12Speaker 2: Off Hitler, he's a victim. That's not a hard guilty
- 40:16Speaker 2: for whatever the crime is Yeah, it's just you hate
- 40:18Speaker 2: if it's Adolf Hitler. Yes, we also have a district
- 40:24Speaker 2: judge who has demonstrated and earned a reputation as being
- 40:28Speaker 2: one of the furthest left Democrat district judges on the
- 40:31Speaker 2: federal bench in d C. Who is presiding this trial
- 40:35Speaker 2: is designed to directly interfere with the election. But Jacksmith
- 40:38Speaker 2: said this is not enough, and so he filed a motion,
- 40:42Speaker 2: a motion for a gag order. So he's gone to
- 40:45Speaker 2: this left wing district judge and he's asked for a
- 40:48Speaker 2: gag order. He says, defendant has repeatedly and widely disseminated
- 40:52Speaker 2: public statements attacking the citizens of the district Columbia. That's
- 40:56Speaker 2: by daring to point out that ninety four percent of
- 40:58Speaker 2: DC voters vote Democrat, and that's going to be the
- 41:02Speaker 2: jury pool the court. That's by pointing out that the
- 41:05Speaker 2: judge has a record of being one of the most
- 41:08Speaker 2: left wing Democrats on the entire federal bench.
- 41:11Speaker 3: Prosecutors.
- 41:12Speaker 2: That's by pointing out that jack Smith is a hard
- 41:14Speaker 2: core partisan Democrat, has already abused his power repeatedly and
- 41:19Speaker 2: prospective witnesses. The government therefore requests that the court quote
- 41:25Speaker 2: enter a narrowly tailored order pursue into local criminal Rule
- 41:29Speaker 2: fifty seven C that restricts certain prejudicial extra judicial statements,
- 41:37Speaker 2: And in particular, what they ask for the government seeks
- 41:43Speaker 2: this is a quote A narrow, well defined restriction that
- 41:48Speaker 2: is targeted at extra judicial statements that present a serious
- 41:52Speaker 2: and substantial danger of materially prejudicing the case. The government's
- 41:57Speaker 2: proposed order specifies that such statements would include A statements
- 42:02Speaker 2: regarding the identity, testimony, or credibility of prospective witnesses, and
- 42:07Speaker 2: b statements about any party witness, attorney, court personnel, or
- 42:11Speaker 2: potential jurors that are disparaging and inflamma territory or intimidating.
- 42:18Speaker 2: Now let's be clear who do they mean by potential witnesses.
- 42:20Speaker 2: They mean people like Bill Barr yep, and they mean
- 42:23Speaker 2: people like Mike Pence. So Mike Pence is literally running
- 42:29Speaker 2: against Donald Trump right now for the Republican nomination for president.
- 42:35Speaker 2: And you have the Biden Department of Justice asking a
- 42:37Speaker 2: federal judge issue an order that Donald Trump cannot say
- 42:42Speaker 2: a critical word of Mike Pence about one of his
- 42:46Speaker 2: opponents in the primary, Like, holy crap, if this doesn't
- 42:51Speaker 2: piss you off, You're not paying attention. I mean, it
- 42:55Speaker 2: is truly breathtaking. You want to understand why this is
- 42:57Speaker 2: election interference? Jay believes the federal court can order one
- 43:04Speaker 2: political candidate you're not allowed to criticize your opponent. Just
- 43:08Speaker 2: don't say a word. Don't say a word at all,
- 43:11Speaker 2: despite the fact that you're facing a political persecution designed
- 43:15Speaker 2: to interfere with the election, You're not.
- 43:16Speaker 3: Allowed to say it.
- 43:17Speaker 2: And if you do, by the way, look, a gag
- 43:20Speaker 2: order is typically enforced by contempt and by jail. So
- 43:24Speaker 2: what the Biden doj is proposing is if Donald Trump
- 43:27Speaker 2: says a negative word about Mike Pence, that the US
- 43:31Speaker 2: Department of Justice will show up and arrest him and
- 43:34Speaker 2: put him in jail for saying a negative word about
- 43:38Speaker 2: one of his opponents running for president.
- 43:39Speaker 1: And by the way, they would do that. Let's be clear,
- 43:41Speaker 1: they would love to arrest him again.
- 43:43Speaker 2: That's what they want, and to keep him in jail.
- 43:46Speaker 2: This is election interference. It is wildly unconstitutional. It is
- 43:51Speaker 2: a direct violation of the First Amendment. It is also
- 43:54Speaker 2: a direct violation of the right to vote of our
- 43:57Speaker 2: democratic process in this country. Now, the Democrat talking heads
- 44:02Speaker 2: will say, look, sometimes you have gag orders. If you're
- 44:06Speaker 2: going against the mafia, bosh, you're going up against al Capone.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Courts will enter orders saying, Okay, you can't intimidate witnesses,
- 44:15Speaker 2: you can't say things that will prejudice the jury. You're right,
- 44:18Speaker 2: in an ordinary criminal trial. Those things can happen. In
- 44:22Speaker 2: an ordinary criminal trial. The defendant is not a leading
- 44:26Speaker 2: candidate for president of the United States actively running for
- 44:29Speaker 2: president of the United States. And my guess, I don't
- 44:34Speaker 2: think the district court will grant this. I don't know that.
- 44:37Speaker 2: I don't know this judge at all. I've never met her.
- 44:40Speaker 2: Her record demonstrates she's left wing. But I think if
- 44:43Speaker 2: the district court granted this order, it would be exceptionally foolish.
- 44:48Speaker 2: Why because the order would be appealed and it would
- 44:51Speaker 2: be overturned on appeal. I do not believe there's any
- 44:53Speaker 2: way the Supreme Court of the United States would allow
- 44:57Speaker 2: a leading candidate for president to be enjoined. To be
- 45:01Speaker 2: ordered from a court, you are not allowed to criticize
- 45:04Speaker 2: your political opponents. I mean, if you can envision, imagine debate,
- 45:07Speaker 2: let's we have a subsequent Republican debate. Trump shows up
- 45:11Speaker 2: and Mike Pence blasts him, and Trump turns and says,
- 45:15Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm prevented by court order from.
- 45:17Speaker 1: Respond, yeah, from defending myself.
- 45:20Speaker 2: That is not free speech, that is not democracy, that
- 45:24Speaker 2: is not how our system operates.
- 45:26Speaker 1: And that's election interference.
- 45:29Speaker 2: Exactly, perfect example of what capsulates. And by the way,
- 45:33Speaker 2: that's what they want, actually what they want. Look, they
- 45:37Speaker 2: know in that circumstance, Donald Trump could not restrain himself, sure,
- 45:40Speaker 2: and then they would arrest him.
- 45:41Speaker 3: And then they would arrest him.
- 45:42Speaker 2: I mean, I mean, you can almost envision the jack
- 45:45Speaker 2: booted thugs sitting by the side of the debate and
- 45:47Speaker 2: as Trump blasts his opponents, and he'll blast all his
- 45:50Speaker 2: opponents because that's what he does. You can almost envision
- 45:53Speaker 2: them walking out in the middle of the debate and saying, sir,
- 45:55Speaker 2: you're under arrest. If that is not election interference, holy cow,
- 46:03Speaker 2: it really shows just how extreme the Democrats have gotten.
- 46:07Speaker 2: This is horrific. By the way, let's be clear, I
- 46:10Speaker 2: would be every bit as opposed to an order preventing
- 46:13Speaker 2: Joe Biden from criticizing his opponents from criticizing RFK Junior
- 46:19Speaker 2: from criticizing Donald Trump. Not to be clear, Joe Biden
- 46:21Speaker 2: couldn't get up in the morning and speak without criticizing
- 46:24Speaker 2: Donald Trump. He says, good morning. Trump is the devil.
- 46:27Speaker 2: That's just how he addresses it. And he also demonizes
- 46:30Speaker 2: every other Republican because he's in his mental and feeblement,
- 46:34Speaker 2: he's also become an even more vicious partisan. But I
- 46:38Speaker 2: would be equally and animately opposed to any court trying
- 46:42Speaker 2: to prevent Joe Biden from attacking me or Trump or
- 46:45Speaker 2: anybody else, because that's what free speech and elections are
- 46:48Speaker 2: all about. But today's Democrats, they don't believe in democracy,
- 46:52Speaker 2: which is why these indictments are happening. They want to
- 46:54Speaker 2: stop the voters from voting in a way they don't like.
- 46:57Speaker 2: And they don't believe in free speech, which is why
- 46:59Speaker 2: they want to muzzle their leading opponent for president. It
- 47:05Speaker 2: is it's a brave new world.
- 47:07Speaker 3: We're living here.
