- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump is heading to New York ahead of the
- 0:04Speaker 1: court appearance, he announced on True Social. Former President Trump
- 0:08Speaker 1: issue to his social media post confirming that he would
- 0:11Speaker 1: fly to New York on Monday to prepare for his
- 0:15Speaker 1: upcoming court appearance. To clearing quote, America was not supposed
- 0:20Speaker 1: to be this way. Before departing, Trump took to his
- 0:23Speaker 1: True Social to confirm that he will leave mar Lago
- 0:26Speaker 1: estate at noon on Monday, bound for Manhattan. I will
- 0:31Speaker 1: be leaving mar Lago on Monday at noon, headed to
- 0:33Speaker 1: New York or heading to Trump Tower in New York,
- 0:36Speaker 1: he said. On Tuesday morning, he said, I will be
- 0:38Speaker 1: going to believe it or not, the courthouse. America was
- 0:41Speaker 1: not supposed to be this way. Trump's legal team is
- 0:44Speaker 1: already confirmed that he would not fight extradition from Florida,
- 0:48Speaker 1: but would instead willingly appear before New York authorities. This coming.
- 0:53Speaker 1: As Bill Barr said, this is an abomination. It's the
- 0:57Speaker 1: abuse the centerpiece of abuse, prosecutor power, prosecutorial power to
- 1:02Speaker 1: bring a case that would not be brought against anyone else.
- 1:05Speaker 1: They are going after the man, not a crime. Let
- 1:08Speaker 1: me say that again. Bill Barr is brilliant on this.
- 1:11Speaker 1: They are going after the man, not a crime, and
- 1:13Speaker 1: the legal theory, frankly is pathetically weak. That's the former
- 1:17Speaker 1: Attorney General Bill Barr had to say. Now, as Trump
- 1:20Speaker 1: and his team are preparing for the events they're going
- 1:22Speaker 1: to happen all throughout Tuesday, he made it clear that
- 1:26Speaker 1: he expects the Manhattan judge will put a gag order
- 1:29Speaker 1: on him as a case awaits trial, which is also
- 1:32Speaker 1: another abuse of political power. A source close to the
- 1:36Speaker 1: legal team told The Daily Mail that the judge is
- 1:41Speaker 1: going to take unprecedented action to impose this gag order.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Now let me take you to that Daily Mail article.
- 1:49Speaker 1: They're exclusive. It says Trump's lawyers believe a Manhattan judge
- 1:53Speaker 1: will impose a gag order on Monday that will ban
- 1:56Speaker 1: Trump from talking about his Tuesday arrest in New York.
- 1:59Speaker 1: With a penalty of threty days jail timer a thousand
- 2:01Speaker 1: dollars fine, Trump could be gagged by that Manhattan court
- 2:05Speaker 1: on Monday ahead of the hearing. Now just think about
- 2:07Speaker 1: what this would look like. Okay, if you're Donald Trump
- 2:10Speaker 1: and you are then indicted, you're the presumptive nominee for
- 2:14Speaker 1: the Republican Party. You have a massive lead over RHND
- 2:16Speaker 1: to santists and everybody else. At this point, in these
- 2:19Speaker 1: polls that have come out over the weekend, it's clear
- 2:22Speaker 1: that you're the presumptive nominee. Imagine running for president, having
- 2:27Speaker 1: people attacking you on stage and you can't respond for
- 2:31Speaker 1: fear that you're going to go to jail for thirty days.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Let that sink in. How do you run for president
- 2:38Speaker 1: if you can't defend yourself? Wow, you're running for president?
- 2:42Speaker 1: How is that even possible? I don't understand how this
- 2:47Speaker 1: could possibly happen. But here we are with a president
- 2:50Speaker 1: of the United States of America, former president, running for reelection,
- 2:55Speaker 1: and he's not going to be able to talk about
- 2:57Speaker 1: the indictments coming in from this woke activists DA this
- 3:02Speaker 1: communist welcome to what communists do? They take away your rights,
- 3:07Speaker 1: They take away your right to defend yourself. And this
- 3:09Speaker 1: is what happens. Now this would not just be a
- 3:13Speaker 1: penalty of thirty days in jail, but a thousand dollars
- 3:16Speaker 1: fine as well. Donald Trump's legal team so they are
- 3:19Speaker 1: preparing for that judge to slap that gag order on
- 3:21Speaker 1: the former president, and they say this extraordinary move to
- 3:25Speaker 1: potentially silence a Kennett for president will likely inflame Trump
- 3:28Speaker 1: supporters as he prepares to fly out of his home
- 3:31Speaker 1: in Florida. This is how the Daily Mail put it.
- 3:33Speaker 1: The Trump's legal team now thinks the Manhattan judge will
- 3:36Speaker 1: take the unprecedented step of silencing the presidential frontrunner with
- 3:40Speaker 1: an unconstitutional gag order. The Trump legal team is considering
- 3:44Speaker 1: adding a First Amendment lawyer to the effort to combat
- 3:46Speaker 1: this and will fight it all the way. Breaking that
- 3:49Speaker 1: gag order would could trigger the thousand dollars fine and
- 3:52Speaker 1: a prison sentence of as much as thirty days under
- 3:55Speaker 1: New York law. That's what the law says. That's what
- 3:58Speaker 1: it is. Just so you know. We also know that
- 4:02Speaker 1: on Sunday morning, Trump's campaign announced that the former president
- 4:05Speaker 1: would make a speech at his Marla Go home on
- 4:08Speaker 1: Tuesday evening after returning from New York. Now many have
- 4:13Speaker 1: been asking how Donald Trump is doing. He seems to
- 4:15Speaker 1: be doing actually just fine. He headed to his West
- 4:18Speaker 1: Palm Beach golf club, where he could be seen playing
- 4:21Speaker 1: the course accompanied by one of his lawyers, Lindsey Halligan,
- 4:24Speaker 1: on Sunday. At the same time, it emerged as legal
- 4:28Speaker 1: team will lodge a motion to immediately dismiss the case
- 4:31Speaker 1: against him. We will take the indictment, we will dissect it.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Trump's attorney told see it on Sunday morning. The team
- 4:38Speaker 1: will look at every every potential issue that we will
- 4:41Speaker 1: be able to challenge, and we will challenge, and of
- 4:44Speaker 1: course I very much anticipate a motion to dismiss coming
- 4:47Speaker 1: because there's no law that fits this. Taken together, they
- 4:50Speaker 1: marked the latest twist in a fast running story that
- 4:54Speaker 1: exploded into life on Thursday, when it emerged the Manhattan
- 4:57Speaker 1: jury voted to indict former President Donald Trump, which again
- 5:02Speaker 1: is incredibly shocking. The judge assigned to my witch hunt case,
- 5:06Speaker 1: a case that has never been charged before Trump put
- 5:10Speaker 1: out on truth Social hates Me. His name is Judge Marching.
- 5:15Speaker 1: He was hand picked by Bragg and the prosecutors, and
- 5:18Speaker 1: as the same person who railroaded my seventy five year
- 5:20Speaker 1: old former CFO Alan Weissenberg to take a plea deal,
- 5:25Speaker 1: plead guilty even if you are not ninety days, fight
- 5:29Speaker 1: us in court ten years to life. It's what they
- 5:31Speaker 1: said to him in jail. He's strong armed Allen, which
- 5:35Speaker 1: a judge is not allowed to do, and treated my companies,
- 5:38Speaker 1: which didn't plead viciously appealing. He went on to say
- 5:43Speaker 1: in his true social tweet, there it's very clear how
- 5:47Speaker 1: much this is about politics and about getting the man.
- 5:50Speaker 1: The charges remain sealed, but are believed to be related
- 5:53Speaker 1: to that hush money payment to Stormy Daniel's back in
- 5:56Speaker 1: twenty sixteen. Trump has repeatedly last out at the District
- 6:00Speaker 1: Attorney Alban Bragg for pursuing a case that had been
- 6:02Speaker 1: dropped by federal prosecutors, and he has also turned his
- 6:06Speaker 1: fire on the Manhattan Acting Supreme Court judge who will
- 6:09Speaker 1: hear this case since believes me preparing the gag order.
- 6:12Speaker 1: The campaign is preparing for this scenario, Trump campaign source
- 6:15Speaker 1: also said. Later, a spokesman said, officially, President Trump stands
- 6:19Speaker 1: for transparency in our American Constitution, and any attempt to
- 6:23Speaker 1: prevent him, the leading candidate for president, from exercising his
- 6:26Speaker 1: firstment right is tyrannical, third world country move, which further
- 6:30Speaker 1: proves that this is nothing more than a political witch
- 6:33Speaker 1: hunt utilizing a weaponized justice system. Quote. All Americans should
- 6:38Speaker 1: be concerned about their rights being violated in any attempt
- 6:42Speaker 1: to extruct President Trump's right to use his voice in
- 6:44Speaker 1: order to speak truth to power should never be tolerated.
- 6:49Speaker 1: The whole Target crusade is a complete political force by
- 6:52Speaker 1: the Manhattan DA meant to manipulate interfere with an election
- 6:56Speaker 1: against President Trump and his supporters. It will only add
- 6:59Speaker 1: to Trump's anger at Merchant, who previously presided over last
- 7:02Speaker 1: year's tax fraud case with the Trump organization that was
- 7:05Speaker 1: found guilty. In a true social post on Friday, Trump said,
- 7:10Speaker 1: the judge has railroaded him and he's not going to
- 7:13Speaker 1: stand back. Now, before I get into more of this story,
- 7:16Speaker 1: I want to say thank you and tell you about
- 7:18Speaker 1: our good friends at the Gusts of Precious Medals. You
- 7:21Speaker 1: can get free gold just by learning about gold iras

- 8:08Speaker 1: seven four Gold IRA. That's eight seven seven the number
- 8:11Speaker 1: four Gold IRA or Augusta Precious Metals dot com. Duncan Levin,
- 8:17Speaker 1: former federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice, said it
- 8:20Speaker 1: would mean any discussion of the case outside the courtroom
- 8:23Speaker 1: would mean punishment for criminal content if he put the
- 8:26Speaker 1: gag order there. Leventild insiders, I think it's not only
- 8:30Speaker 1: a possibility, but extremely likely that there will be a
- 8:32Speaker 1: gag order in this case. Gag orders are very common
- 8:35Speaker 1: in criminal cases, particularly in cases where there is an
- 8:38Speaker 1: enormous amount of pre trial publicity like this one. Trump
- 8:42Speaker 1: is prepared to fly to New York on his own
- 8:45Speaker 1: plane and we'll go to Lagoria Airport, spend the night
- 8:48Speaker 1: at Trump Tower, and then he will wake up and
- 8:51Speaker 1: go to this court house. Now, let me also say
- 8:55Speaker 1: something about all of this news. Some of this can change,
- 8:59Speaker 1: but what we know now is that the floodgates are open,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and I warned you that after there was one indictment,
- 9:08Speaker 1: I believe others will follow, and I believe others will
- 9:11Speaker 1: follow very very, very very quickly. I think other indictments
- 9:18Speaker 1: are going to come down from other cases against Trump
- 9:21Speaker 1: because it's gonna make it a lot easier for these
- 9:23Speaker 1: individuals on these grand jury say screw it, they already
- 9:26Speaker 1: did it. We'll do it too. We're not the first.
- 9:28Speaker 1: We're not going to take heat for this. And now
- 9:31Speaker 1: we can go all political because they went political in
- 9:33Speaker 1: New York and there was less basis for the indictment
- 9:35Speaker 1: of Donald Trump then in New York. Thunder is for
- 9:38Speaker 1: our case. Now is how they're going to look at this.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I expect there to be multiple mugshots now of a
- 9:42Speaker 1: former president of the United States of America, which is
- 9:44Speaker 1: really incredibly sick and incredibly sad. On NBC Meet the Press,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and you want to talk about how just absurd these
- 9:52Speaker 1: charges are and also the media's mentality about these charges
- 9:55Speaker 1: against Donald Trump. I want you to hear. Listen to
- 9:58Speaker 1: Chuck Todd to the former Manhattan in DA He asked
- 10:01Speaker 1: him a question, why didn't you ever charge Trump with
- 10:03Speaker 1: hush money case in eighteen nineteen or twenty. Take a
- 10:06Speaker 1: listen to the former Manhattan DA's response, why didn't you
- 10:10Speaker 1: charge the hush money case? Why didn't you ever charge
- 10:12Speaker 1: it in twenty eight, twenty nine, twenty twenty. Well, Chuck,
- 10:18Speaker 1: I don't want to get into the deliberations that might
- 10:20Speaker 1: be covered by grand jury material. But it's but as
- 10:23Speaker 1: I believe you know, I was asked by the US
- 10:27Speaker 1: Attorney's officer in the Southern District to stand down on
- 10:30Speaker 1: our investigation which had commenced involving the Trump organization. And
- 10:34Speaker 1: as you, as someone who respects that office a great
- 10:37Speaker 1: deal and believing that they may have perhaps the best
- 10:40Speaker 1: laws to investigate, I did so. And I was somewhat
- 10:45Speaker 1: surprised after mister Cohen pleaded guilty that the federal government
- 10:49Speaker 1: did not proceed on the areas and which should ask
- 10:53Speaker 1: me to stand down. By that time, we were also
- 10:56Speaker 1: well on our way in a financial investigation and ultimately
- 11:00Speaker 1: to subpoenas which the President himself published in a lawsuit
- 11:04Speaker 1: he filed against me in the office. There it is
- 11:10Speaker 1: his response, I think tells you something. There wasn't anything there, right,
- 11:15Speaker 1: There just wasn't anything there. I love how he's like, well,
- 11:18Speaker 1: we were moving on to these other cases as well.
- 11:20Speaker 1: In other words, this case sucked. We had the other
- 11:23Speaker 1: cases involving Trump in the organization that we thought were better, right,
- 11:28Speaker 1: so we believe that it was time for us to
- 11:30Speaker 1: investigate that. So we didn't really go for this, right.
- 11:33Speaker 1: We just decided that this wasn't going to work. Translation,
- 11:38Speaker 1: the charges are crap, and I wasn't stupid enough to
- 11:41Speaker 1: bring these charges because I actually have a little bit
- 11:44Speaker 1: of a soul unlike the communist Alvin Bragg. That's the
- 11:48Speaker 1: translation here, because he could have done it in any
- 11:51Speaker 1: one of these years, which was just mentioned by Chuck Todd, Right,
- 11:54Speaker 1: he could have actually done this. Even Democrat Joe manchon
- 11:58Speaker 1: I'll Meet the Press on Sunday said, this check us
- 12:01Speaker 1: a very sad time for America, and I feel like
- 12:05Speaker 1: other people do. It's very sad for our country to
- 12:07Speaker 1: have to go through this in a segment of society
- 12:11Speaker 1: who believes that maybe it's biased, that the system doesn't
- 12:14Speaker 1: work for all. I would have to wait and see
- 12:17Speaker 1: what comes out next week, but I would hope and
- 12:20Speaker 1: pray that whatever comes forth that they've done due diligence.
- 12:24Speaker 1: They're very, very accurate on what they're doing and understanding
- 12:26Speaker 1: that the rule of law is that basically, no one's
- 12:30Speaker 1: above the law, but no one should be targeted by
- 12:32Speaker 1: the law. No one should be targeted by the law.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Now you can hear in the way that he described
- 12:39Speaker 1: this as a Democrat, Joe Manchin saying this, he knows
- 12:42Speaker 1: it's crap two. And when he says it's a very
- 12:44Speaker 1: sad time for this country, he's absolutely right because they
- 12:47Speaker 1: understand it. So let's go back to the Justice Department,
- 12:50Speaker 1: which is no different than the Communist Party. Now, the
- 12:53Speaker 1: Justice Department, we're now being told in new leagues has
- 12:56Speaker 1: quote more evidence of possible Trump obstruction of obstruction of
- 13:00Speaker 1: justice and documents probe. The Washington Post is now reporting.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Now you may remember that the fbiic's thousands of government records,
- 13:09Speaker 1: some marked as highly classified from Trump's Marlago state in
- 13:12Speaker 1: that raid back in August. The investigation is now one
- 13:16Speaker 1: of two other criminal inquiries on top of this indictment
- 13:21Speaker 1: in a former President Trump that's being led by the
- 13:23Speaker 1: Special Council Jack Smith, after his advisors were being told
- 13:28Speaker 1: received a subpoena in May demand the return of the
- 13:31Speaker 1: classified records, Trump looked through some of the boxes of
- 13:33Speaker 1: government documents in his home out of an apparent desire
- 13:37Speaker 1: to keep certain things in his possession, The Post reported,
- 13:41Speaker 1: sighting Peel familiar with the investigation. Investigators also have evidence
- 13:46Speaker 1: indicating Trump told others to quote mislead government officials in
- 13:50Speaker 1: early twenty twenty two, before the subpoena, when the US
- 13:54Speaker 1: Archives and Records Administration was working to recover documents from
- 13:57Speaker 1: Trump's time as president. The Post is now boarding the
- 14:01Speaker 1: FBI referred questions the Justice Department, which did not respond
- 14:04Speaker 1: to request for comment from the Post, and a statement
- 14:07Speaker 1: to the Post that Trump spokeswoman spokesman I should say,
- 14:11Speaker 1: Stephen Jang said that the witch hunts against President Trump
- 14:15Speaker 1: have no basis in factor law and accused the Special
- 14:18Speaker 1: Council Smith and the Justice Department of leaking information to
- 14:21Speaker 1: manipulate public opinion, which I think they're spot on and
- 14:25Speaker 1: absolutely right about. Smith's investigation. Are among a growing number.
- 14:30Speaker 1: This is how they put it in the Post of
- 14:32Speaker 1: legal worries for Trump, who in November lunch presidential campaign
- 14:36Speaker 1: for twenty twenty four. In addition to the New York probe,
- 14:39Speaker 1: Trump's faces a Georgia inquiry over whether he tried to
- 14:42Speaker 1: overturn his twenty twenty election defeat in that state. So
- 14:47Speaker 1: I'm going to say it again. I predicted this, I
- 14:50Speaker 1: called it. I told you if if they could just
- 14:53Speaker 1: get this one in New York, the floodgates would open.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Because now all these other activist das realize this is
- 15:00Speaker 1: a hell of a way to make a name for yourself.
- 15:03Speaker 1: You become extremely famous by doing this. You also are
- 15:08Speaker 1: able to raise a significant amount of money. Your name
- 15:10Speaker 1: ID goes to the roof. I mean, think about how
- 15:12Speaker 1: many people, Okay, seriously, think about how many different people Okay,
- 15:21Speaker 1: how many different people are gonna know Alvin Bragg's name.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg's name Idea is probably in this country right now,
- 15:30Speaker 1: it's sixty to seventy percent of all Americans right eighteen over,
- 15:35Speaker 1: they're gonna know his name. Let's say it's not that.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Let's say it's forty percent. Let's say it's forty five percent. Well,
- 15:40Speaker 1: let's talk about his name IDA in New York. His
- 15:42Speaker 1: name Idea in New York is probably eighty percent ninety percent.
- 15:46Speaker 1: And if you're trying to get name recognition, name I
- 15:49Speaker 1: D so that you can run for governor. This is
- 15:53Speaker 1: the perfect way to do it. There's also no downside
- 15:57Speaker 1: for Alvin Bragg to take this case because there's gonna
- 16:01Speaker 1: be no repercussions for his actions. Alvin Bragg doesn't have
- 16:05Speaker 1: to worry about somebody coming after him because he's in
- 16:08Speaker 1: awoke liberal state. The other communists are going to protect
- 16:11Speaker 1: him at all costs. They're going to make sure that
- 16:13Speaker 1: he has no issue, that there is total and complete
- 16:16Speaker 1: protection from Alvin Bragg for this. Alvin Bragg is an
- 16:20Speaker 1: individual that understands he is safe and can abuse power,
- 16:24Speaker 1: and he will always be safe. It's not that big
- 16:28Speaker 1: of a deal for him. Alvin Bragg also understands this
- 16:33Speaker 1: will raise him money. There are liberals, and not just
- 16:36Speaker 1: I'm not talking about the George source. I'm talking about
- 16:38Speaker 1: small money donors. There are people that are psychotic in
- 16:41Speaker 1: New York that love communism, that hate Donald Trump, and
- 16:44Speaker 1: they are going to support this guy. This is a
- 16:48Speaker 1: political move. Even if Alvin Bragg in this case are
- 16:52Speaker 1: thrown out, there's still no downside for him. It's not
- 16:56Speaker 1: like he has to admit defeat. He can still go
- 16:59Speaker 1: out on the campaign trail when he's running for governor
- 17:01Speaker 1: and say, when I was the prosecutor, I'm the only
- 17:04Speaker 1: da to have the guts. I was the first one
- 17:07Speaker 1: right to have the guts to have the cajones to
- 17:10Speaker 1: indict Donald Trump for his abusive power in the room.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Will go nuts because you're dealing with communists, right, You're
- 17:17Speaker 1: dealing with communists. You're gonna be yeah. I mean, this
- 17:20Speaker 1: is what communism sounds like. New York City has gone
- 17:23Speaker 1: full communists. The Democratic Party has died. They are filled
- 17:26Speaker 1: with communists now. And if you're a communist, how do
- 17:30Speaker 1: you gain control and power? You take away people's guns.
- 17:33Speaker 1: You take away a thriving economy, so financially they can't
- 17:36Speaker 1: they take care of themselves. Look at any democratic city.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Is it's not where we're going? Okay? Is it? I
- 17:41Speaker 1: mean seriously, is this not where we're going now? So
- 17:44Speaker 1: you take away everyone's guns, you take away of thriving economy,
- 17:48Speaker 1: so they desfinitely need you, the government to take care
- 17:51Speaker 1: of them. Right, So we have that part down. That's
- 17:54Speaker 1: part two. And then you start silencing your political opponents,
- 17:58Speaker 1: and that is part at three. I mean, that's the trifecta, folks,
- 18:04Speaker 1: that hits the whole gamut, that hits everything perfectly. That's
- 18:11Speaker 1: what democrats are doing in New York. That's what the
- 18:13Speaker 1: communists are doing in New York. This hits every single
- 18:18Speaker 1: aspect of that perfectly. If you're an activist DA and
- 18:23Speaker 1: you're in a liberal place, and you don't have to
- 18:25Speaker 1: worry about being disbarred, you don't have to worry about
- 18:27Speaker 1: people coming after you for abusive power. This is it,
- 18:31Speaker 1: game on and you win. Now. Donald Trump has to
- 18:35Speaker 1: be very careful how he responds to all of this, okay,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and he has to make sure he looks very presidential
- 18:43Speaker 1: and respects the order of law, because if you want
- 18:47Speaker 1: to say your law and order candidate, you cannot take
- 18:50Speaker 1: their bait. If there is a gag order put in place,
- 18:55Speaker 1: which I believe at this point there probably will be,
- 18:58Speaker 1: you also need to know just how corrupt this is.
- 19:04Speaker 1: This is clearly political if they put a gag order
- 19:07Speaker 1: on Donald Trump, because they're saying, we're gonna nail you Trump,
- 19:11Speaker 1: and we're gonna hold you in contempt if you talk
- 19:13Speaker 1: about it. In other words, you're running for president, we've
- 19:16Speaker 1: charged you with crimes, and you can't defend yourself that
- 19:19Speaker 1: is extreme. That is extreme on a level that none
- 19:24Speaker 1: of us have ever seen in America. We've seen in
- 19:26Speaker 1: other parts of the world, but not in this country.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I want to move on to another really important story,
- 19:33Speaker 1: and that is this breaking news that the Chinese spy
- 19:37Speaker 1: balloon Shocker here right, gathered intelligence from sensitive US military
- 19:44Speaker 1: sites before it was shot down, despite US efforts also
- 19:48Speaker 1: to quote block it. If you want to know if
- 19:51Speaker 1: our president is compromised by China, this is how you
- 19:53Speaker 1: know they knew they were spying on us, and we
- 19:55Speaker 1: didn't shoot the damn thing down until after it completed
- 19:58Speaker 1: its mission. Let me all to remind you of Joe
- 20:01Speaker 1: Biden back in it was a February of the sixteenth
- 20:05Speaker 1: when he said this about making no apologies for shooting
- 20:08Speaker 1: down this balloon, which he shut down after it'd already
- 20:11Speaker 1: completed its surveillance spying mission. This episode underscores the importance
- 20:17Speaker 1: of maintaining open lines of communication between our diplomats and
- 20:21Speaker 1: our military professionals. Our diplomats will be engaging further, and
- 20:26Speaker 1: I will remain in communication with President she I'm grateful
- 20:30Speaker 1: for the work of the last several weeks of our intelligence,
- 20:33Speaker 1: diplomatic and military professionals who approved once again to be
- 20:37Speaker 1: the most capable in the world, and I want to
- 20:39Speaker 1: thank you all. Look, the other thing I want to
- 20:42Speaker 1: point out is that we are going to keep our
- 20:45Speaker 1: allies and the Congress contemporaries informed of all we know
- 20:49Speaker 1: and all we learn. And I expect to be speaking
- 20:53Speaker 1: with President she and I hope we have. We're going
- 20:56Speaker 1: to get to the bottomist. But I make no apologies
- 20:59Speaker 1: for chaking down that balloon. Thank you very much. I
- 21:02Speaker 1: love this, so I'm going to make no apologies. All right, Well,
- 21:05Speaker 1: you want to know what we now know. What we
- 21:07Speaker 1: now know right now is that this balloon apparently not
- 21:12Speaker 1: only grabbed intelligence, but was successful at its mission, and
- 21:17Speaker 1: that we weren't able to block it from gathering what
- 21:21Speaker 1: it was gathering. Listen to this again. This is exclusive
- 21:25Speaker 1: from NBC News this morning. NBC News has learned exclusively
- 21:29Speaker 1: that the Chinese five balloon that flew across the US
- 21:31Speaker 1: back in February was able to gather intelligence from several
- 21:35Speaker 1: military sites. This latest reporting is based on new information
- 21:38Speaker 1: from two current senior US officials and one former senior
- 21:41Speaker 1: Administration official. For more, we're joined by NBC News Global
- 21:44Speaker 1: security reporter Dan to loose stand, Good morning. So clearly
- 21:48Speaker 1: a major development. What do we know about this finding
- 21:51Speaker 1: Saint Clay? Really interesting reporting here from our colleagues Courtney
- 21:54Speaker 1: QB and Carol Lee saying that that balloon that flew
- 21:57Speaker 1: over the US was able to collect some intelligence, and
- 22:02Speaker 1: it was often able to pass multiple times over some
- 22:06Speaker 1: military bases, and they were picking up electronic signals and
- 22:10Speaker 1: sending them back to China. So that would be possibly
- 22:14Speaker 1: eavesdropping on conversations or picking up on electronic signals from
- 22:18Speaker 1: West weapons systems. Now, the Biden administration has previously maintained
- 22:23Speaker 1: that there was very limited value in terms of what
- 22:26Speaker 1: these balloons could pick up, and they said that really
- 22:30Speaker 1: most of what the Chinese can pick up and glean
- 22:33Speaker 1: from their intelligence is coming from their satellites in space.
- 22:37Speaker 1: But this is a new twist in the story about
- 22:39Speaker 1: exactly what that balloon was able to do. Right, by
- 22:43Speaker 1: the way, translation here from NBT News. They lied to you,
- 22:46Speaker 1: and they knew it was spying, and they knew it
- 22:48Speaker 1: was successful, and they didn't shoot the damn thing down. Now,
- 22:50Speaker 1: the only reason why I believe that Biden didn't order
- 22:53Speaker 1: to shoot this thing down The only reason why is
- 22:57Speaker 1: because he knew he was compromised by China. China has
- 23:02Speaker 1: given millions of dollars directly. We know this from the
- 23:04Speaker 1: new payments we've seen all this. It's very clear what
- 23:07Speaker 1: we've witnessed. It's very clear what we've seen. We know
- 23:10Speaker 1: that China has been grabbing our owns. The Biden crime family.
- 23:18Speaker 1: We know that China owns them because of the payments
- 23:20Speaker 1: that were going to the Chinese from the Chinese government
- 23:23Speaker 1: and cefe into the Biden bank accounts. And now we
- 23:28Speaker 1: understand why he wasn't shooting it down. And they also
- 23:31Speaker 1: lied to you. Okay, I want to say that part again.
- 23:35Speaker 1: We know they lied to you. They lied to all
- 23:38Speaker 1: of us. Oh, this thing isn't gathering. We're blocking it.
- 23:41Speaker 1: We've taken measures, we've done great things. We know everything's good.
- 23:45Speaker 1: There's nothing to worry about here. We've got it covered,
- 23:48Speaker 1: we've fixed it. We figured it out. Okay, just kidding, whoops,
- 23:52Speaker 1: we got it all wrong. Yeah, it didn't work. You're
- 23:55Speaker 1: telling me they didn't know this during it while it
- 23:57Speaker 1: was happening, when it was hovering over military sites for
- 24:00Speaker 1: hours and hours on end, they could have immediately shut
- 24:02Speaker 1: it down then, and they chose not to. And why
- 24:05Speaker 1: did they choose not to? Because I believe they're compromised.
- 24:08Speaker 1: That's what I believe. You could have flown by this
- 24:11Speaker 1: thing in civilian aircraft and you could have taken it
- 24:16Speaker 1: out if you really wanted to. But America said are
- 24:20Speaker 1: the Biden administration said no, no no, no, let them spy
- 24:23Speaker 1: on us? Well, why would you let them spy on
- 24:26Speaker 1: us for this long? For days? Four days? Listen to
- 24:30Speaker 1: the second part of this report from again NBC News
- 24:34Speaker 1: and Dan. The Biden administration was criticized for not acting faster.
- 24:37Speaker 1: What's the response been from the Defense Department to this
- 24:40Speaker 1: new revelation. Well, there's still questions now about how that
- 24:45Speaker 1: whole balloon flight was handled. And at a recent congressional hearing,
- 24:49Speaker 1: the head of Northern Command, General Glenn Van Nurk, said
- 24:51Speaker 1: that his military advice was not sought out for five
- 24:55Speaker 1: days after the US intelligence community alerted officials to this balloon. Now,
- 25:01Speaker 1: the Pentagon is saying they were in frequent communication with
- 25:04Speaker 1: all the top generals. But Republican lawmakers are seizing on
- 25:08Speaker 1: this and saying that there's a discrepancy here. An inconsistency
- 25:12Speaker 1: that needs to be clarified. And dan the balloon incident
- 25:15Speaker 1: derailed plans for a trip to China buy US Secretary
- 25:19Speaker 1: of State Anthony B. Lincoln. Are there signs that visit
- 25:21Speaker 1: will be rescheduled anytime soon? Briefly here, that's really the
- 25:26Speaker 1: big fallout from this is that was a major trip
- 25:29Speaker 1: plan by the Secretary of State to try to lower
- 25:31Speaker 1: the temperature at least somewhat with China. There is no
- 25:34Speaker 1: plan now, there's no trip rescheduled yet. A top US
- 25:39Speaker 1: diplomat was in China recently, Rick Waters, clearly trying to
- 25:43Speaker 1: probably lay the groundwork. But you know, the Chinese, the
- 25:47Speaker 1: Taiwanese president was just here in Washington. That didn't go
- 25:51Speaker 1: over well in China. There's still a lot of tension.
- 25:53Speaker 1: So there is still no firm plan for that visit
- 25:57Speaker 1: by the Secretary of State to be rescheduled. So the
- 26:00Speaker 1: White House slide to you, and we now know that
- 26:04Speaker 1: Norad was and I think purposely, okay purposely not asked
- 26:11Speaker 1: about this threat for five days because they knew that
- 26:14Speaker 1: if they got the answer, and they knew what the
- 26:16Speaker 1: answer was, and they would be on the record saying
- 26:18Speaker 1: you need to shoot this damn thing down, and they
- 26:20Speaker 1: didn't want to shoot it down for I think the
- 26:22Speaker 1: reason they're compromised by the Chinese. All right, before I
- 26:25Speaker 1: get into that, I want to talk to you real
- 26:27Speaker 1: quick about our friends over at Patriot Mobile. They are
- 26:30Speaker 1: now offering a performance guarantee. If you're not happy with

- 27:32Speaker 1: with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven eight Patriot
- 27:36Speaker 1: or patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Here's something else that's interesting.
- 27:40Speaker 1: We're starting to hear the drumbeats of military conflict with China.
- 27:44Speaker 1: General Mark Millie over at CNN this morning said, China's
- 27:49Speaker 1: military quote believes now a war with the US is
- 27:52Speaker 1: just gonna happen. It's inevitable. Listen carefully, and my analysis
- 27:57Speaker 1: of China is that at least they're military, and perhaps
- 28:01Speaker 1: others have come to some sort of conclusion that war
- 28:04Speaker 1: with the United States is inevitable. I don't believe war
- 28:06Speaker 1: is inevitable. I don't think it's imminent, but I do
- 28:10Speaker 1: think that we need to be very very pragmatic and
- 28:12Speaker 1: cautious going forward, and we will reduce the likelihood of
- 28:15Speaker 1: war if we remain really really strong relative to China,
- 28:18Speaker 1: and China knows that we have the will to use
- 28:20Speaker 1: it if necessary. Well, that's White House is doing the
- 28:23Speaker 1: complete opposite of what General Mark milly just said. We're
- 28:27Speaker 1: not strong with China. We're letting them fly Chinese spy
- 28:29Speaker 1: balloons over our country, and those spy balloons that they're
- 28:31Speaker 1: flying over the United States of America clearly are taking
- 28:34Speaker 1: and grabbing intelligence, right and that intelligence that's being grabbed
- 28:39Speaker 1: they're probably using to prepare for a military conflict with
- 28:43Speaker 1: the United States of America. They're playing chess. We're not
- 28:46Speaker 1: even playing checkers yet. They're just owning us. But if
- 28:51Speaker 1: you believe there's a military conflict, and it may come
- 28:54Speaker 1: after Joe Biden is out of office, but you're able
- 28:57Speaker 1: to grab all this intelligence while Joe Biden is in office.
- 29:02Speaker 1: And clearly, from what we understand, there was also a
- 29:04Speaker 1: mole in the FBI who was One Eye or whatever
- 29:08Speaker 1: its name is. It was giving intel to Hunter Biden
- 29:10Speaker 1: about China and investigations into Chinese individuals. Then we know
- 29:17Speaker 1: that they're playing for the Chinese, they're not playing for
- 29:19Speaker 1: the United States of America. Which goes back to this
- 29:22Speaker 1: conversation about Norad. For just a second, I want to
- 29:25Speaker 1: go back to Nora Ad because I do want you
- 29:27Speaker 1: to hear part of that testimony that was not reported on,
- 29:33Speaker 1: and it was not reported on because of course, no
- 29:35Speaker 1: one else wants to admit that this could even happen,
- 29:38Speaker 1: or that this testimony actually took place. Take a listen
- 29:41Speaker 1: to what they had to say and across a conversation
- 29:44Speaker 1: with Roger Wicker out of Mississippi. Thank you very much. Now,
- 29:49Speaker 1: General Benhirk, with regard to these letters, I have a
- 29:57Speaker 1: number have received quite a bit of information from talking
- 30:04Speaker 1: to you about this balloon incident, and you mentioned it
- 30:08Speaker 1: in your statement. So let me just go through some
- 30:10Speaker 1: quick questions so we can understand who knew what about
- 30:15Speaker 1: the Chinese balloon. You first learned about this on January
- 30:19Speaker 1: twenty eight of this year, is that correct, Senator, I
- 30:24Speaker 1: learned about it on January twenty seventh. We first detected
- 30:28Speaker 1: it by radar my censors on January twenty eighth in
- 30:31Speaker 1: the vicinity of Saint Matthew's Island, Alaska, Okay. And that's
- 30:35Speaker 1: the United States territory. Right, that's correct, And you notified
- 30:39Speaker 1: your chain of command on that day, January twenty eighth, right.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I had a conversation on the evening of the twenty
- 30:45Speaker 1: seventh with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
- 30:47Speaker 1: about my plan to intercept and identify and make an assessment,
- 30:51Speaker 1: which we did on the twenty eighth of January, and
- 30:53Speaker 1: you sent that notification to Secretary Defense Austin, Chairman of
- 30:58Speaker 1: the Joint Chiefs of Staff o'milly via classified email. Correct.
- 31:03Speaker 1: I sent it to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs
- 31:06Speaker 1: of Staff and to Secretary Austin's military assistant. I'm assuming
- 31:10Speaker 1: that the military assistant passed it to the Secretary. Okay,
- 31:14Speaker 1: And you still are not certain at what point President
- 31:17Speaker 1: Biden or Secretary Austin were made aware of the balloon?
- 31:21Speaker 1: Is that right? I do not know when the President
- 31:24Speaker 1: was made aware and when you confirmed the balloon's existence.
- 31:28Speaker 1: On January twenty eight you task Northcom, your command with
- 31:33Speaker 1: preparing options to counter the balloon. That's correct. Also, I
- 31:38Speaker 1: task my nora AD team to develop options. And Senator,
- 31:41Speaker 1: what I'd point out is I have options every single
- 31:43Speaker 1: day to defend our homeland. In this case, the balloon
- 31:46Speaker 1: did not meet the requirement or the authority for me
- 31:49Speaker 1: to engage it because it was not demonstrating hostile intent
- 31:53Speaker 1: or committing a hostile act. Hostile intent would be maneuvering
- 31:56Speaker 1: to an offensive advantage on a platform an airplane, or
- 32:00Speaker 1: shooting missiles or weapons would be hostile. Act. So there
- 32:03Speaker 1: you go. You've got Norad who knows about it, giving
- 32:06Speaker 1: a heads up. I'm not even sure the President knows
- 32:09Speaker 1: about it. And certainly for multiple days, Norad was completely
- 32:13Speaker 1: left in the dark, and the White House didn't ask
- 32:16Speaker 1: any questions. I think we all know why they weren't
- 32:19Speaker 1: asking questions. They didn't want to have to answer questions.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Former nora AD chief also came out and said, our
- 32:28Speaker 1: vulnerabilities are going to become more and more obvious to
- 32:31Speaker 1: the Chinese. That's what he had to say. It's going
- 32:35Speaker 1: to be very clear, the former nora AD chief on
- 32:38Speaker 1: these spy balloons. Our vulnerabilities are going to become more
- 32:40Speaker 1: and more important as China advances. This is what he
- 32:45Speaker 1: said on CNN this week. So everybody now is whistle
- 32:49Speaker 1: blowing on this, and I think it's the reason why
- 32:51Speaker 1: they're whistle blowing is because they realize, holy crap, this
- 32:54Speaker 1: White House knew about it, could have stopped it. Didn't
- 32:57Speaker 1: talk to the people that would have told them to
- 32:58Speaker 1: stop it because they knew they were to tell them
- 33:00Speaker 1: to stop it. So they basically looked the other way
- 33:02Speaker 1: for four or five days and then said, Okay, what
- 33:05Speaker 1: shall we do? And they're like screaming, you should shoot
- 33:07Speaker 1: it down. They're like, great, we'll do it now, and
- 33:10Speaker 1: where they shoot it down after it'd already accomplished its mission.
- 33:15Speaker 1: If you don't think the Biden family is compromised by China,
- 33:17Speaker 1: you're stupid. Make sure you download our podcast each and
- 33:20Speaker 1: every day. Please hit that subscriber auto download button right.
- 33:23Speaker 1: It's a five star review. We would greatly appreciate that
- 33:26Speaker 1: I helped us reaching more people with the truth. And
- 33:28Speaker 1: we'll see it back here tomorrow.
