You hear people in the conspiracy community mention Project Blue Beam as a government program. Some even state it as fact as being a program under NASA. But did you know there is no actual program called "Project Blue Beam?" It was a term given by author Serge Monast to illustrate a point (no pun intended) that government my be able to project holographic images in the sky to deceive the public.
