Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: The deep state is going into full attack mode.
- 0:05Speaker 2: In the day's left for them to be in charge.
- 0:10Speaker 1: They are now demanding radical judges the left be confirmed
- 0:16Speaker 1: in a lame duck session of Congress. Chuck Schumer making
- 0:22Speaker 1: senators work late, late, and late each and every day,
- 0:28Speaker 1: forcing Biden judicial picks to the Senate floor.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Take a listen this.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer this morning, pledging to confirm as many Biden
- 0:36Speaker 3: judges as possible.
- 0:39Speaker 4: Members should be prepared for another late night on Wednesday
- 0:43Speaker 4: to vote on the nominations I filed last night. Voting
- 0:46Speaker 4: on the president's judicial nominees is a core function of
- 0:49Speaker 4: the Senate. It's one of our basic responsibilities, and we're
- 0:53Speaker 4: going to carry out that responsibility as long as this
- 0:56Speaker 4: majority continues.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Well, here's what incoming Senate Majority leader John Thun had
- 1:00Speaker 3: to say about that. If Schumer thought Senate Republicans would
- 1:03Speaker 3: just roll over and allow him to quickly confirm multiple
- 1:05Speaker 3: Biden appointed judges to lifetime jobs in the final weeks
- 1:08Speaker 3: of the Democrat majority, he thought wrong.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Yeah, he thought wrong.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Now all that is happening, I'm gonna get back to
- 1:15Speaker 1: the judges in a moment.
- 1:16Speaker 2: But then there's another story.
- 1:17Speaker 1: And it's not just judges that the deep state is
- 1:19Speaker 1: trying to pull off and the liberals are trying to
- 1:22Speaker 1: pull off, you know, switches on the American people. Dick
- 1:26Speaker 1: Durbin and Roger Marshall are now having a scheme to
- 1:30Speaker 1: slip credit card bill into the defense spending bill. I
- 1:35Speaker 1: think most of us can agree that credit card legislation
- 1:39Speaker 1: should not be in the defense spending bill. Why are
- 1:43Speaker 1: they doing it Because it's the only way they can
- 1:45Speaker 1: get it through while they still have the majority in
- 1:47Speaker 1: the Senate and get Joe Biden to sign it before
- 1:51Speaker 1: Donald Trump becomes president. Senator Roger Marshall, who is a
- 1:55Speaker 1: Republican from Kansas, and Dick Durbin, a Democrat from Illinois,
- 1:59Speaker 1: got together and decided, Yeah, let's just screw the American people.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Let's slip our credit card legislation into this defense bill
- 2:07Speaker 1: during the lame duck session. Durbin, the Senate majority whip
- 2:10Speaker 1: set on Monday that he wants to offer his credit
- 2:13Speaker 1: card bill, the Credit Card Competition Act, as an amendment
- 2:17Speaker 1: to the National Defense Authorization Act, a must pass defense bill.
- 2:22Speaker 1: This would not be the first time that Durbin has
- 2:25Speaker 1: attempted this maneuver. Last year, he attempted to slip his
- 2:28Speaker 1: handout to big retailers. This is what happens when you
- 2:32Speaker 1: have corruption in Congress, where you're not working for the
- 2:35Speaker 1: people but working for the lobbyists. They give you a
- 2:37Speaker 1: bunch of money and then you hook them up. He
- 2:40Speaker 1: wanted to put this hand out to big retailers in
- 2:43Speaker 1: the NDAA. It, like many of his, many of his
- 2:48Speaker 1: and marshalls well tries, has failed.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Maybe not this time.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Durbin and Marshall continue to push the credit card bill,
- 2:56Speaker 1: which they hope will inject more competition, they claim, into
- 2:59Speaker 1: the payment processing by requiring banks to work with at
- 3:03Speaker 1: least one alternative payment network besides Visa and MasterCard, the
- 3:08Speaker 1: dominant players in the industry. Critics of the bill contend
- 3:12Speaker 1: that it would, in addition to severely compromising the security
- 3:16Speaker 1: of payment processing, kill credit card reward programs, which many
- 3:22Speaker 1: consumers love. So this holiday season and I want to
- 3:27Speaker 1: take a moment because this may be one of the
- 3:29Speaker 1: most important gifts you ever buy for people that you love.
- 3:33Speaker 2: There is one thing that I want you to know about.
- 3:36Speaker 1: It is the burna less lethal pistol launcher, and it
- 3:41Speaker 1: can save not only your life, but the life of
- 3:44Speaker 1: someone else is a threat to you. It is a
- 3:46Speaker 1: center to recognize that personal safety is a year round priority.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Crime trends are spiking, especially during the holidays, making even
- 3:55Speaker 1: more critical to protect what matters most the holiday season.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Gift your lofe ones the peace of mind with a
- 4:02Speaker 1: burner less lethal launcher. Why do I love this because
- 4:06Speaker 1: it puts more distance between my loved one and their attacker.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I can use this burn a launcher up to sixty
- 4:14Speaker 1: feet away from someone that's a threat to me. It
- 4:17Speaker 1: also has kinetic rounds that can incapacitate someone from up
- 4:20Speaker 1: to forty minutes. It has these amazing chemical rounds that
- 4:25Speaker 1: explode when they hit you, and it's things like pepper
- 4:28Speaker 1: spray in them or tear gas, and it's going to
- 4:31Speaker 1: drop someone instantly. Now, this is also great because you
- 4:35Speaker 1: don't have to deal about with the irreversible consequences of
- 4:38Speaker 1: deadly force.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Now.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Look, I carry a firearm, but many times I'm in
- 4:42Speaker 1: places where I can't carry a firearm, especially when I'm traveling,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and this is a fabulous backup option.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Maybe you have a daughter.
- 4:48Speaker 1: That lives on college campus or lives off campus, or
- 4:51Speaker 1: lives alone and they're under twenty one, or maybe you
- 4:53Speaker 1: have someone that just doesn't feel comfortable carrying a firearm.
- 4:56Speaker 1: This is an amazing gift for them. A Burno, like
- 4:59Speaker 1: I said, can and save two lives. It is a
- 5:01Speaker 1: great compliment owning a firearm. And if you or your
- 5:04Speaker 1: families in the situation where you feel threatened, you can
- 5:07Speaker 1: start with Burna and less lethal force. It's legal in
- 5:10Speaker 1: all fifty states. That's something I love because I travel.
- 5:13Speaker 1: There are no permits or background checks needed. And not
- 5:17Speaker 1: only do I own this, but I bought it for
- 5:18Speaker 1: a ton of my family members. Burna is the answer
- 5:21Speaker 1: and it is designed for easy use by all age
- 5:24Speaker 1: groups eighteen and over. So check them out and I
- 5:28Speaker 1: want to save you money. It's also used by government
- 5:30Speaker 1: agencies and law enforcement around the country. More than a
- 5:33Speaker 1: half million of these have been sold and they have
- 5:35Speaker 1: more than fourteen thousand, four and a half star reviews.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Visit Berna BYRNA dot com. That's burna dot com slash
- 5:44Speaker 1: ferguson for ten percent off. That's by RNA dot com
- 5:49Speaker 1: slash ferguson. Burna dot com slash ferguson to get ten
- 5:53Speaker 1: percent off right now now I want to go back
- 5:55Speaker 1: to the story. The Illinois Democrat shared a Senate Judiciary
- 5:59Speaker 1: Committee here on the legislation on Tuesday, which featured executives
- 6:04Speaker 1: from Visa MasterCard, among others. The lame duck session push
- 6:08Speaker 1: also comes as Durbin is considering retiring.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:11Speaker 1: The Democrats are set to be in the minority next year,
- 6:15Speaker 1: so why is he doing this now? This is how
- 6:17Speaker 1: you get your paydays, folks. Durbin's mood moved to include
- 6:20Speaker 1: the credit card bill in the NDAA follows as incoming
- 6:25Speaker 1: Senate Majority leader John Thune called for the Swiss passage
- 6:30Speaker 1: of the Defense Bill. Durbin's moved to put a non
- 6:34Speaker 1: germane credit card bill into the Defense Authorization Act is
- 6:38Speaker 1: called well, a lot of fuss among many in the
- 6:41Speaker 1: Senate here are like, what are we doing?
- 6:42Speaker 2: Well, now you know exactly what they're trying to do.
- 6:45Speaker 1: They lost and now they're doing every port barrel thing
- 6:48Speaker 1: they can do to cover themselves. This is not what
- 6:53Speaker 1: the American people are asking for yet, this is what
- 6:57Speaker 1: they are doing now.
- 7:00Speaker 2: One of the other things that is interesting right now
- 7:04Speaker 2: is that.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Democrats are trying to figure out how do we deal
- 7:07Speaker 1: with some of the nominees, some of the nominees that
- 7:12Speaker 1: Donald Trump is put forward.
- 7:14Speaker 2: How are we going to fight them?
- 7:16Speaker 5: What are we.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Gonna do well?
- 7:18Speaker 1: Democrats are trying to figure out which ones to let
- 7:21Speaker 1: go through and which ones do we fight till the death?
- 7:27Speaker 1: Which ones do we say, Okay, you can have them.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Joe Scarborough, who's under a lot of heat for going
- 7:32Speaker 1: to meet with Donald Trump at Marlago with Mika after
- 7:34Speaker 1: they called him Hitler and then they're like, Okay, never mind,
- 7:38Speaker 1: he's not really Hitler anymore. That didn't make his audience
- 7:40Speaker 1: happy at all. They're like, wait, you've been telling us
- 7:42Speaker 1: for years he's Hitler. Now you're meeting with Hitler and
- 7:44Speaker 1: trying to find common ground with Hitler. It didn't work well.
- 7:48Speaker 1: He said this on Morning Joe about the nominees, and well,
- 7:51Speaker 1: some of them.
- 7:52Speaker 2: We even need to learn how to pronounce their names.
- 7:54Speaker 6: The people that actually he has spoken to, he's the people.
- 7:58Speaker 2: There's no way for it.
- 7:59Speaker 7: Like in the world, none of these.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Four would get through, none of them.
- 8:02Speaker 5: None of them.
- 8:03Speaker 6: We're getting close to getting through.
- 8:05Speaker 5: And I'm talking about.
- 8:06Speaker 6: RFK Toldsey Gabbart, do od I really need to learn
- 8:11Speaker 6: to pronounce hexit hexith and then Matt Gates and any
- 8:17Speaker 6: other world they would never get through. I will say,
- 8:21Speaker 6: we're talking a lot about Matt Gates because that's what
- 8:23Speaker 6: the Republican senators are talking about mainly.
- 8:26Speaker 7: But man, I would find it.
- 8:30Speaker 2: All of it's deeply deserving, these picks.
- 8:33Speaker 7: But I cannot imagine four Republican senators turning over D
- 8:39Speaker 7: and I to somebody.
- 8:41Speaker 8: Who has apologized for a sod as regularly as she has,
- 8:46Speaker 8: and who's just continually parented Krimlin talking points.
- 8:52Speaker 7: I just again, I just don't see four Republican senators
- 8:56Speaker 7: doing that any more than I see them getting Matt Gates.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Now, the hit there is on Tolsi Gabbert, who by
- 9:03Speaker 1: the way, is a former Democrat.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Now they're saying she's the worst person in the world.
- 9:06Speaker 1: They're now saying that she is gives the talking points
- 9:09Speaker 1: of a side and in Siria she's they're saying she's
- 9:13Speaker 1: a plant or a stooge, as it was the accusation
- 9:17Speaker 1: last week that she's been compromised by the Russians.
- 9:20Speaker 2: So they're really going after Tulsi.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I actually think this is more about her leaving the
- 9:24Speaker 1: Democratic Party and so they're like, you left our plantation.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Watch what happens when you try to become a Republican
- 9:32Speaker 1: on the other side and think that you can be successful.
- 9:35Speaker 1: You will not be successful. We're going to destroy you.
- 9:41Speaker 1: We're going to make sure that you never see the
- 9:44Speaker 1: light of day, and we're going to do everything we
- 9:46Speaker 1: can to stop you. Now there's also this and and
- 9:52Speaker 1: I kind of laugh because if you see it, everything
- 9:54Speaker 1: I just describe for you right now is panic. It's
- 9:58Speaker 1: all panic there, all panicking and going all right, well,
- 10:02Speaker 1: who do we stop, how do we stop? Which one
- 10:04Speaker 1: do we stop? What do we say about them? Who
- 10:06Speaker 1: do we attack? And and and they're coming out. It's
- 10:08Speaker 1: the same playbook they used against Trump. Right, So Tolsy gabber, Oh,
- 10:12Speaker 1: she's a Russian asset. No she's not, but and she
- 10:16Speaker 1: serves her country and they don't like that. And she
- 10:19Speaker 1: used to be a Democrat. They don't like that. RFK Junior,
- 10:21Speaker 1: Oh he's he's you you know what crazy? Well, he
- 10:26Speaker 1: was a Democrat, right, they're angry he left and he
- 10:29Speaker 1: didn't get in line or stay in line with him.
- 10:31Speaker 1: He figured out, Wow, you guys are actually crazy. You
- 10:33Speaker 1: don't listen to other ideas, and you put us to
- 10:35Speaker 1: the back of the room and tell us to shut up.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Barack Obama considered him for EPA when he was becoming
- 10:44Speaker 1: putting his cabinet together and became president and said.
- 10:46Speaker 2: He was a brilliant mind.
- 10:48Speaker 1: The Democratic Party loved RFK Junior, They absolutely loved him.
- 10:54Speaker 2: They thought he was amazing. But he left the plantation.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Now what do they do.
- 10:58Speaker 1: They hate him, They want to destroy him, and they
- 11:00Speaker 1: cannot believe that they're even having to deal with him.
- 11:04Speaker 1: This is chaos and they know it. But Democrats love
- 11:10Speaker 1: these moments. You look at the fights that they're having
- 11:13Speaker 1: right now. They're actually fighting over transgendered staff for women's
- 11:18Speaker 1: bathrooms in the Capitol. They didn't learn anything from the election,
- 11:22Speaker 1: all right, Like they learned nothing at all. Mike Johnson
- 11:25Speaker 1: to block transgender staff from women's bathroom in the Capitol,
- 11:29Speaker 1: backing Nancy Mace, a congresswoman who pushed this forward, as
- 11:34Speaker 1: it should have been pushed forward.
- 11:37Speaker 2: The speaker asked about.
- 11:39Speaker 1: This, and again, Democrats are trying to figure out some
- 11:42Speaker 1: way to, you know, nail Republicans after a major election victory.
- 11:46Speaker 2: This is their strategy. Apparently, Freshman elect Sarah mcfride.
- 11:51Speaker 5: Odn or a woman.
- 11:54Speaker 9: Look, I'm not going to get into this. We welcome
- 11:57Speaker 9: all new members with open arms who or duly elected
- 12:01Speaker 9: representatives of the people. I believe it's a it's a
- 12:05Speaker 9: command that we treat all persons with dignity and respect,
- 12:08Speaker 9: and we will and I'm not going to engage in
- 12:11Speaker 9: silly debates about this. There's a concern about the uses
- 12:14Speaker 9: of restroom facilities and locker rooms and all that. This
- 12:16Speaker 9: is an issue that Congress has never had to address before,
- 12:20Speaker 9: and we're going to do that in deliberate fashion with
- 12:23Speaker 9: a member consensus on it, and we will accommodate the
- 12:26Speaker 9: needs of every single person. That's all I'm going to
- 12:28Speaker 9: say about that.
- 12:29Speaker 10: Do you plan on bringing Nancy Basis Transgender Bill and
- 12:33Speaker 10: putting that into the rules package?
- 12:35Speaker 5: We're not.
- 12:35Speaker 9: I'm not going to address the plans on any of that.
- 12:37Speaker 9: I just told you what I'm going to say about
- 12:39Speaker 9: the issue. I'm not going to engage in this. We
- 12:40Speaker 9: don't look down upon anyone. We treat everybody with dignity respect.
- 12:43Speaker 9: That's a principle that I pursued my whole life, and
- 12:45Speaker 9: we will take care of this. You know, issue of
- 12:48Speaker 9: first impression for Congress, as we will any other thing. Well,
- 12:51Speaker 9: we'll provide appropriate accommodation for every member of Congress.
- 12:56Speaker 1: This is their objective, try to control and derail the
- 13:03Speaker 1: causes of the conservative movement who were elected to go
- 13:08Speaker 1: in to fight for the American people by trying to
- 13:13Speaker 1: just turn these absurd moments into like normal talk, like
- 13:18Speaker 1: is it a man or a woman? Like, look, we
- 13:20Speaker 1: whoever the people elect, We're gonna let them serve and
- 13:23Speaker 1: do it with dignity. What a great idea. But how
- 13:25Speaker 1: is that controversy? They don't like the answer. They don't
- 13:28Speaker 1: like that he didn't take the bait. They don't like
- 13:30Speaker 1: that he didn't get into a shouting match of course,
- 13:32Speaker 1: like we believe that this chick is really a dude
- 13:35Speaker 1: and that's his DNA and that's how he was born,
- 13:36Speaker 1: and we're not gonna get it. But you notice, I
- 13:38Speaker 1: think Speaker Johnson handled that perfectly. What are Republicans focus on?
- 13:44Speaker 1: Special Forces? Vet Evan Hayfer was on Joe Rogan's show
- 13:49Speaker 1: and they were talking about Donald Trump declaring war on
- 13:52Speaker 1: the cartels, because this is what this election was actually about.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Wasn't about bathrooms in Congress they're trying to do. It
- 14:01Speaker 1: wasn't about them attacking and saying everybody they don't like,
- 14:03Speaker 1: who's going to be in the cabinet as a Russian asset.
- 14:07Speaker 1: It's about what the American people wanted, which was safety
- 14:10Speaker 1: at the border. They don't want the number of people
- 14:14Speaker 1: coming across the border, or legal immigrants that are killing
- 14:16Speaker 1: Americans each and every day, the horrific murdering of women
- 14:20Speaker 1: and raping of women at the hands of illegal immigrants
- 14:23Speaker 1: who are taking these flights from New York to Georgia,
- 14:25Speaker 1: for example, when they were able to murder a college
- 14:28Speaker 1: student in Athens. The American people care about the drugs
- 14:33Speaker 1: coming across the border.
- 14:35Speaker 2: That's what this election was about.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Take a listen to what the Special Forces veteran Evan
- 14:40Speaker 1: Hafer said on Joe Rogan's show about what's about to
- 14:43Speaker 1: happen because Donald Trump is elected and will be sworn in.
- 14:49Speaker 10: I was thinking about this from a thought exercise where
- 14:51Speaker 10: I'm I because I you know, I know these units.
- 14:55Speaker 2: I'm intimately familiar with them.
- 14:56Speaker 11: Uh huh, bro.
- 15:00Speaker 10: If we declare war on the cartel like these these
- 15:03Speaker 10: dudes are not gonna understand what the is going on.
- 15:07Speaker 2: No, of course they are. They are going to be
- 15:10Speaker 2: because God.
- 15:12Speaker 11: You'll stop the district guys, that's gonna be.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 15:15Speaker 10: They are in for a world of like ultra violence
- 15:20Speaker 10: they've never actually felt before, because you know, obviously this
- 15:22Speaker 10: is a very capable, it's a violent organization. They have
- 15:25Speaker 10: no clue if we organize these Tier one units against them.
- 15:30Speaker 10: This is going to be what I would be doing
- 15:33Speaker 10: if I was down there, like I know all those
- 15:35Speaker 10: shoe boxes in my you know, my walls that I'm
- 15:37Speaker 10: gonna have to collect up, I'd be getting ready to
- 15:39Speaker 10: retire right now. That's what I would be doing, because
- 15:41Speaker 10: if Delta Force is hunting me bro, I would be
- 15:44Speaker 10: so terrified.
- 15:45Speaker 11: Is that a real thing that they they've proposed doing, Yes.
- 15:49Speaker 2: That is a real thing, you propose that.
- 15:52Speaker 10: I'm almost positive either JD or Trump had said something
- 15:56Speaker 10: with the new guy from Ice like we're gonna mobilize
- 15:59Speaker 10: Tier one units against the cartel. The only thing I
- 16:02Speaker 10: thought was like retire if you guys, you guys got
- 16:07Speaker 10: some money, man, I would like put that away, you know,
- 16:10Speaker 10: like maybe move Jamaica, go somewhere, yeah, buy a restaurant,
- 16:14Speaker 10: like try to go legit, because dude, if those guys
- 16:17Speaker 10: are hunting you, by the way, like you're done, and.
- 16:22Speaker 11: It's a weird thing that that's going on right on
- 16:24Speaker 11: our border. It's a graird thing because it's so close
- 16:27Speaker 11: to us, and it's so ultra violent and dangerous, and
- 16:30Speaker 11: it's just completely shaped the way the entire economy of
- 16:34Speaker 11: the country works.
- 16:35Speaker 8: You know.
- 16:36Speaker 11: There they have so much power and control, and it's
- 16:38Speaker 11: a criminal organization that is entirely almost entirely at least
- 16:42Speaker 11: funded by us, by our desired Trump declares war on cartels.
- 16:48Speaker 11: President lex said notorious crime syndicates and drug kingpins will
- 16:51Speaker 11: never sleep soundly again once he launches his plants and
- 16:54Speaker 11: tackle the issue.
- 16:55Speaker 10: I thought about this for a long time where I'm like,
- 16:59Speaker 10: if they earn loose Delta Force and Seal Team six
- 17:03Speaker 10: on cartels and pedophiles, we could just kind of like
- 17:06Speaker 10: erase the problem. In about it two years to be gone.
- 17:11Speaker 11: He wants to send troops to Mexico. He said, we
- 17:13Speaker 11: make appropriates of Special Forces cyber war for another overt
- 17:16Speaker 11: and covert actions to inflict macnimum damage on cartel leadership,
- 17:20Speaker 11: infrastructure and operations. Oh jesus, here it is going to
- 17:24Speaker 11: get wild.
- 17:26Speaker 2: Old twentieth.
- 17:29Speaker 1: You listen to what he said there. He said, these
- 17:32Speaker 1: dudes are not going to understand what's going on. He said,
- 17:35Speaker 1: I thought about this long and hard. They have they are,
- 17:40Speaker 1: They're not going to there.
- 17:43Speaker 2: They're going to go to war.
- 17:44Speaker 1: By the way, I want them to go to war
- 17:46Speaker 1: with the cartels. They are a terrorist organization. I'm going
- 17:50Speaker 1: to read the transcript because I want to read it
- 17:53Speaker 1: for you because it's just so wild.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Quote.
- 17:56Speaker 1: I thought about this long, for a long, hard time,
- 17:58Speaker 1: where I'm like, if they if they turn loose Delta
- 18:01Speaker 1: Force and steal Team six on cartels and pedophiles, we
- 18:05Speaker 1: could just kind of like erase the problem. In about
- 18:08Speaker 1: two years, it'd be gone. Joe Rogan he wants to
- 18:12Speaker 1: send troops to Mexico, Hey forre Yeah yeah, Rogan. He
- 18:15Speaker 1: said he'd make appropriate. He'd make it. He'd make it appropriate.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Hayfers says Rogan. Use a Special Forces, cyber
- 18:23Speaker 1: warfare and other overt and covert actions to inflict maximum
- 18:26Speaker 1: damage on cartel leadership, infrastructure and operations. Oh blank, Rogan says.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Hayfer says, bro It's going to get wild. It's going
- 18:35Speaker 1: to get wild. Rogan says hey for on January the twentieth,
- 18:40Speaker 1: This is why you designate them a terrorist organization. These cartels,
- 18:45Speaker 1: they've got enough firepower to stand up, no doubt about it,
- 18:49Speaker 1: to corrupt governments in Mexico. Like, there's no doubt that
- 18:54Speaker 1: they have the firepower to stand up and to make
- 18:58Speaker 1: people's lives a living hell.
- 19:01Speaker 2: No doubt.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And they have been able to terrorize people down there
- 19:05Speaker 1: for decades. Mexico and their government, including their president and
- 19:10Speaker 1: virtually every elected official down there that's in a major
- 19:13Speaker 1: position of power. They're corrupt as hell, and they're owned
- 19:17Speaker 1: and financed by the cartels. You think that Mexico's ever
- 19:22Speaker 1: gonna stop this.
- 19:23Speaker 2: They're not. They're never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever ever
- 19:26Speaker 2: ever ever gonna stop this. They're just not gonna do it.
- 19:30Speaker 2: They're not. They will not stop it.
- 19:34Speaker 1: So what Donald Trump has said is something I think
- 19:38Speaker 1: is very clear. We're gonna go to war with them.
- 19:42Speaker 1: You guys can't do your own job. We're gonna take
- 19:44Speaker 1: them out. They're killing American citizens, they're smuggling people in
- 19:48Speaker 1: and out of this country. They're allowing for terrorists to
- 19:50Speaker 1: come in. The list goes on and on and on.
- 19:53Speaker 1: You guys want to screw with us, Okay, let's go
- 19:55Speaker 1: to war. I'm going to declare you a terrorist organization,
- 19:58Speaker 1: which they are. I cannot imagine what still Team six
- 20:03Speaker 1: and these other Special operators will be able to do
- 20:05Speaker 1: if Donald Trump allows them to do their job. And
- 20:09Speaker 1: what we're hearing right now is that there is a
- 20:12Speaker 1: very good chance that Donald Trump is going to allow.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Them to do their job.
- 20:18Speaker 1: So there are two very different parties right now, Okay,
- 20:22Speaker 1: very very very different parties. One of these parties is
- 20:28Speaker 1: over there fighting over you know, trying to push you know,
- 20:32Speaker 1: judicial nominees through in lame duck sessions of Congress. They're
- 20:36Speaker 1: trying to fight over women's bathrooms, for goodness sakes. And
- 20:40Speaker 1: then the other side of it is something completely different
- 20:44Speaker 1: than that, where Republicans are actually fighting over issues the
- 20:47Speaker 1: American people said they wanted them to fight over. You notice,
- 20:50Speaker 1: like the Credit Card Authorization Act. I mentioned earlier that
- 20:53Speaker 1: they're trying to put a defense bill. They don't even
- 20:55Speaker 1: care about defending this country. They care about how they're
- 20:57Speaker 1: going to make their money, and the corrupt the Democratic Party,
- 21:01Speaker 1: how they're going to make their money over putting together
- 21:02Speaker 1: a credit card bill.
- 21:05Speaker 2: That they want.
- 21:06Speaker 1: It's going to get one of their friends rich. If
- 21:08Speaker 1: Tick Durbin leaves the Senate. By the way, you don't
- 21:10Speaker 1: think he's going to go and lobby in this sector.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Like it's so transparent, it's so obvious.
- 21:16Speaker 2: It's just laughable.
- 21:18Speaker 1: It really, I mean it is, It is absolutely laughable.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Coming up next, Senator Ted Cruz is going to join us.
- 21:27Speaker 1: We're going to talk about all of this going on,
- 21:30Speaker 1: as well as his trip with Elon Musk and the
- 21:33Speaker 1: trip to go watch SpaceX and what Donald Trump had
- 21:36Speaker 1: to say on the plane on that ride from Florida
- 21:39Speaker 1: to Texas and back. All right, real quick, though, I
- 21:41Speaker 1: want to just take a pause and talk about delta defense.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Everyone thinks they're keeping their family safe, but are you
- 21:49Speaker 1: really Anything might happen if you dare defend yourself. Our
- 21:53Speaker 1: twisted legal system will probably put you behind bars while
- 21:57Speaker 1: the criminal walks free. See, they've got us to a
- 22:00Speaker 1: point where we're fighting to keep our Second Amendment rights
- 22:03Speaker 1: yet risk losing everything if we actually use them. That's
- 22:08Speaker 1: why over eight hundred thousand Americans are members of the USCCA,
- 22:13Speaker 1: because not only will you get access to their Protector
- 22:17Speaker 1: Academy to learn vital skills like precision shooting and how
- 22:21Speaker 1: to fortify your home against criminals. But you also get
- 22:24Speaker 1: access to the twenty four to seven Critical Response Team
- 22:29Speaker 1: and the included benefit of Self Defense Liability Insurance to
- 22:35Speaker 1: make sure you and your family are prepared for anything.
- 22:40Speaker 1: And for a limited time, text the word America to
- 22:44Speaker 1: eight seven two to two to get the uscca's free
- 22:51Speaker 1: Life Saving Concealed Carry and Family Defense Guide and a
- 22:56Speaker 1: chance to win seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self
- 23:00Speaker 1: defense gear you need before it's too late again. Right now,
- 23:04Speaker 1: Text the word America to eight seven two to two.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Right now, that's eight seven two two two. Text to
- 23:14Speaker 1: word America now, all right now, yesterday was really cool
- 23:18Speaker 1: because Center Ted Cruz was asked to fly to Texas
- 23:22Speaker 1: with Donald Trump and it was a long fight there
- 23:24Speaker 1: and back and they got spent about ten hours with
- 23:26Speaker 1: Elon Musk and the launch at SpaceX. It was incredible
- 23:30Speaker 1: and I want you to hear how that day went down.
- 23:33Speaker 1: We did this in our podcast Vertict with Ted Cruz,
- 23:36Speaker 1: and I wanted to play part of this for you.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Take a listen, all right, Center, We're gonna do rapid
- 23:41Speaker 1: fire here because there's a million people that are thinking
- 23:43Speaker 1: what I'm thinking, and that is how does it work?
- 23:46Speaker 1: You go down to Florida, you meet at the tarmac,
- 23:50Speaker 1: and then you get on Trump Force one.
- 23:52Speaker 2: What is the process of that?
- 23:54Speaker 12: Even like, hey, well we landed in Texas. So we
- 23:57Speaker 12: landed in Brownsville. Brownsville, as you know, is the southern
- 24:01Speaker 12: tip of Texas, and it's where SpaceX at Boca Chica
- 24:06Speaker 12: has built their launch site and has built a factory.
- 24:09Speaker 12: And the factory is where they build starships, which are
- 24:14Speaker 12: massive that they are the largest rockets in the world.
- 24:18Speaker 12: They're absolutely massive. They build them there and it's where
- 24:21Speaker 12: the launch was and the size of it just the
- 24:25Speaker 12: rocket booster has thirty three Raptor engines in it.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Wow.
- 24:30Speaker 12: And each of those Raptor engines produces twice as much
- 24:35Speaker 12: thrust as all four engines on a seven forty seven. So,
- 24:40Speaker 12: I mean, it is incredible the power that comes out
- 24:44Speaker 12: of the engines. And by the way, SpaceX makes those engines,
- 24:47Speaker 12: they make the boosters, they.
- 24:48Speaker 5: Make the starship.
- 24:49Speaker 12: And so we were gathered at the observation deck to
- 24:54Speaker 12: watch the launch, and the observation deck is a couple
- 24:58Speaker 12: of miles away from the launch because you can't be
- 25:00Speaker 12: too close the noise is too great. And and so
- 25:04Speaker 12: we you know, saw the launch control room and and
- 25:07Speaker 12: then stood there with it with Elon, and he was
- 25:08Speaker 12: telling us about all the challenges and listen, they're still
- 25:12Speaker 12: in the in the testing mode. I mean, this is
- 25:14Speaker 12: this is a starship that that that Elon hopes and
- 25:18Speaker 12: intends to take to Mars. And so they are testing
- 25:21Speaker 12: that that they're improving, for example, the the the ceramic
- 25:25Speaker 12: heat shield tiles that are on the starship. They're improving
- 25:28Speaker 12: their thrusters that and they're experimenting and learning what works,
- 25:31Speaker 12: and and so we you know, look, Elon was was
- 25:34Speaker 12: very honest. He said, look at a test like this,
- 25:36Speaker 12: we don't know what happens. And sometimes when you're testing rockets,
- 25:40Speaker 12: you know, rockets can blow up.
- 25:41Speaker 5: It's why you test them to make.
- 25:42Speaker 12: Sure that that that that if they do have a problem,
- 25:45Speaker 12: that they have a problem before you have a man's
- 25:49Speaker 12: crew on it. And there was no man crew on
- 25:51Speaker 12: this launch. But you're testing different different technology to see
- 25:55Speaker 12: how it operates. And so we stood there and watched
- 25:57Speaker 12: the launch and people all around the world watch the launch.
- 26:00Speaker 12: The launch was successful. It was amazing to watch. We
- 26:03Speaker 12: saw it. What was really striking is you see it
- 26:06Speaker 12: and then then it takes several seconds for the sound
- 26:10Speaker 12: to travel that distance, so it's already and I mean
- 26:13Speaker 12: you're literally even at a several miles away, like like
- 26:16Speaker 12: the ground is shaking from the force of the rocket launch.
- 26:20Speaker 5: And and and Elon is someone whom I know.
- 26:23Speaker 12: Well, I've spent a lot of time with Elon, but
- 26:25Speaker 12: every time I'm with him, the guy is just so
- 26:28Speaker 12: friggin smart. I mean, it's look, Ben, I've been blessed
- 26:32Speaker 12: to get to know a lot of really scary smart people,
- 26:37Speaker 12: and I got to say, Elon is just in a
- 26:38Speaker 12: class all by himself. I mean, it's the guy just
- 26:43Speaker 12: thinks it's not even outside the box. He doesn't know
- 26:46Speaker 12: there's a box. He just you look at something like
- 26:49Speaker 12: rocket ships. Everyone fired rockets in the air and then
- 26:53Speaker 12: the boosters fell and you just discarded them and you
- 26:55Speaker 12: did it again. And so every rocket was a single
- 26:57Speaker 12: use rocket and and Elon revolutionized So well, wait a second,
- 27:01Speaker 12: why do we have to have single use rockets?
- 27:03Speaker 5: Why not fire rocket in the air.
- 27:05Speaker 12: And then have it come down and why not catch
- 27:07Speaker 12: it out of the air with giant robot arms which
- 27:10Speaker 12: he calls chopsticks. And everyone's, Okay, that's absurd, that's insane.
- 27:13Speaker 12: Nobody can do that. That doesn't make any sense. And
- 27:16Speaker 12: of course that's exactly what Elon built, and it's it
- 27:19Speaker 12: has so changed it was kind of funny. Elon referred
- 27:21Speaker 12: several times, uh to the to this as alien technology.
- 27:25Speaker 5: And and and you know it, I.
- 27:27Speaker 12: Don't think that's too much of an exaggeration watching it,
- 27:32Speaker 12: so we all watched an amazement, uh as.
- 27:35Speaker 1: As as we were watching or I was watching on TV,
- 27:38Speaker 1: and many others were. I do have to say one
- 27:40Speaker 1: of the most fun parts for me of watching you know,
- 27:44Speaker 1: Trump and you and everybody there is just the boy
- 27:47Speaker 1: boyhood excitement is and I say that in the in
- 27:50Speaker 1: the in the the most sincere and authentic way ever
- 27:54Speaker 1: on the faces of everyone that was able to watch us.
- 27:57Speaker 1: I don't care who you are, just getting to watch it,
- 28:01Speaker 1: and to see Elon's face in your face, in present
- 28:04Speaker 1: Trunk's face, and others that were around you, guys. I
- 28:06Speaker 1: saw Haggarty there for example. It was just the moment
- 28:09Speaker 1: of like, this is unbelievable.
- 28:13Speaker 12: Well, and it was traveling, so the starship itself traveled
- 28:17Speaker 12: halfway around the world.
- 28:20Speaker 5: The booster separated.
- 28:21Speaker 12: We saw the booster separate, and initially the plan was
- 28:25Speaker 12: that it was going to go down and be caught
- 28:28Speaker 12: by the robot arms where it had been launched, and
- 28:30Speaker 12: in fact it separates. So the booster was attached to
- 28:34Speaker 12: the starship for a minute and a half and then
- 28:36Speaker 12: it separated, and we initially got the call catches a go,
- 28:39Speaker 12: which we were excited about because they only try to
- 28:42Speaker 12: catch it if all the conditions are right, and so
- 28:44Speaker 12: they were going to catch the booster, and then they
- 28:47Speaker 12: ended up altering the plan and not doing the catch,
- 28:50Speaker 12: but having it instead landed the Gulf of Mexico, and
- 28:53Speaker 12: so the conditions were slightly off and so they had
- 28:55Speaker 12: it land.
- 28:56Speaker 5: In the gulf.
- 28:57Speaker 12: But Elon was really happy because it landed in the gulf.
- 29:00Speaker 12: But it but it did not explode. And last time
- 29:03Speaker 12: when it landed the golf, it did explode. And so look,
- 29:05Speaker 12: they're testing different things to see what happens.
- 29:07Speaker 5: Uh. And it was interesting.
- 29:09Speaker 12: It floats in the water and I was asking him
- 29:11Speaker 12: on why does it float? He says, well, look, once
- 29:13Speaker 12: once the liquid methane and liquid oxygen is out.
- 29:17Speaker 5: He said. It has the density essentially of an empty
- 29:19Speaker 5: beer can.
- 29:20Speaker 12: And and so just like you throw an empty beer
- 29:23Speaker 12: can on the water and it floats, that's that's the
- 29:24Speaker 12: same thing as the booster. And and so they're going
- 29:27Speaker 12: and salvaging the booster and discovering, Okay, what happened, what's
- 29:31Speaker 12: going on there? So that landed pretty quickly. The starship
- 29:36Speaker 12: traveled for about an hour and it landed.
- 29:40Speaker 1: I think about go inside after how long were you outside?
- 29:44Speaker 2: And then where did you get to watch the second part?
- 29:47Speaker 5: So we were outside.
- 29:50Speaker 12: We arrived probably an hour before the launch, and so
- 29:52Speaker 12: we were talking with Elon and we were in the
- 29:55Speaker 12: control room and just having conversations, and we watched lunch,
- 29:59Speaker 12: and we watched the booster separate, and then we watched
- 30:03Speaker 12: the booster come down. Although we couldn't see the booster
- 30:06Speaker 12: landed far enough out in the gulf that we couldn't
- 30:08Speaker 12: see with our naked eye the booster landing in the water,
- 30:10Speaker 12: but we had the video on.
- 30:12Speaker 5: A big screen, so we were watching it there.
- 30:15Speaker 12: And then what we did, because you had about an
- 30:17Speaker 12: hour while the starship was traveling in space, and it
- 30:20Speaker 12: was going about twenty six thousand kilometers an hour. It
- 30:24Speaker 12: was about one hundred and sixty kilometers above planet Earth.
- 30:27Speaker 12: One of the things Elon said is that the Starship
- 30:29Speaker 12: was traveling about ten times the speed of a bullet
- 30:34Speaker 12: out of an assault rifle, which there's an analogy you
- 30:37Speaker 12: can understand, Ben and as final out, Junior was laughing, going,
- 30:41Speaker 12: all right, that makes sense to me too, But that's fast.
- 30:45Speaker 2: So you got to watch all of this take place.
- 30:48Speaker 1: How important is this just this technology and the fact
- 30:52Speaker 1: that it's being done in Texas, because that is the
- 30:55Speaker 1: reason why you were on that plane. That's why they
- 30:57Speaker 1: asked you to go down there, because this is in Texas.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I don't think people realize what this is doing for
- 31:03Speaker 1: the Texas economy as well.
- 31:06Speaker 12: So it is incredible. And while the Starship was flying
- 31:10Speaker 12: halfway around the world, we left the launch observation site.
- 31:14Speaker 12: We went to the factory, which is right at the
- 31:17Speaker 12: launch site now the factory. So five years ago this
- 31:22Speaker 12: was essentially an empty beach, like just sand and nothing
- 31:26Speaker 12: was on it. And in five years Elon has built
- 31:30Speaker 12: this incredible and I've been to it before, I've toured
- 31:33Speaker 12: it before, but it is it takes your breath away.
- 31:37Speaker 12: They are manufacturing about one rocket ship a month, and
- 31:41Speaker 12: then these things are massive. So you go into the
- 31:43Speaker 12: factory and there, I think it was twenty two stories high.
- 31:47Speaker 5: As how tall the booster is. I mean, it just
- 31:49Speaker 5: goes up and up and up and up, and it's huge.
- 31:53Speaker 12: And you know, we went in and saw and they
- 31:56Speaker 12: are manufacturing them to a level of precision down to
- 32:00Speaker 12: the tenth of a millimeter. I mean, you think about this,
- 32:02Speaker 12: It's not like it's not like SpaceX is making just widgets.
- 32:06Speaker 5: I mean, if a screw is wrong, the damn think
- 32:09Speaker 5: can blow up.
- 32:10Speaker 12: Look like, there's so many ways for something to go wrong,
- 32:15Speaker 12: and they have a level of precision that is just astonishing.
- 32:21Speaker 12: And so we went in and saw and toured, and
- 32:24Speaker 12: one of the things Elon said is is, look, they're
- 32:26Speaker 12: doing launch after launch after launch and everyone they're improving
- 32:29Speaker 12: the technology and they're trying different things.
- 32:31Speaker 5: So one of the things they did on.
- 32:32Speaker 12: This one is they're testing different angles of re entry
- 32:37Speaker 12: to see, Okay, if you angle the starship at a
- 32:41Speaker 12: slightly different angle, is there more heat, is there less heat?
- 32:44Speaker 12: What happens? You know, what's the optimum angle? So they're
- 32:48Speaker 12: trying all sorts of different things. So we toured those facilities.
- 32:52Speaker 12: By the way, they like basically built a whole town.
- 32:56Speaker 12: They built housing for the employees. One of the things
- 32:59Speaker 12: Elon said that that, you know, is a challenge when
- 33:01Speaker 12: you're recruiting the best engineers and rocket scientists and they're
- 33:05Speaker 12: literally rocket scientists, is he said, you've got to find
- 33:09Speaker 12: a place that that there significant others want to live.
- 33:11Speaker 12: And so they basically built the whole community with like
- 33:14Speaker 12: houses all around there. And like, I didn't go this time,
- 33:17Speaker 12: but I've been previously. They have like a little tiki
- 33:20Speaker 12: bar that's sort of a club that that that the
- 33:23Speaker 12: employees can go and hang out. And then, you know,
- 33:25Speaker 12: he said, look, you gotta you have to create an
- 33:27Speaker 12: environment that that that that that both your your incredibly
- 33:31Speaker 12: skilled employees and and their significant others want to be in.
- 33:35Speaker 12: And and one thing you know, but not every every
- 33:38Speaker 12: Verdict listener may know, Look, Brownsville has historically been faced
- 33:44Speaker 12: very significant economic challenges and and so to have this
- 33:48Speaker 12: incredible high tech billions and billions of dollars invested in
- 33:54Speaker 12: Brownsville and in in deep South Texas in the Rial
- 33:57Speaker 12: Rand Valley was really significant. By the way, when we
- 34:01Speaker 12: took the motorcade from where Trump Force one landed to
- 34:03Speaker 12: the launch site, the entire road side of driving along
- 34:09Speaker 12: there were thousands of people waving signs, waving American flags, cheering.
- 34:15Speaker 12: And one of the most significant aspects of this election
- 34:19Speaker 12: in Texas is that both Donald Trump and I, both
- 34:23Speaker 12: of us won Hispanics in the state of Texas. I
- 34:27Speaker 12: won Hispanics by six point statewide. That's unprecedented. And the
- 34:32Speaker 12: Rio Grande Valley, South Texas has been bright blue for
- 34:36Speaker 12: one hundred years. It has been just an absolute bastion
- 34:41Speaker 12: of the Democrat Party. And this election, South Texas flipped red.
- 34:47Speaker 12: I mean, the Star County had a fifty point move.
- 34:51Speaker 12: It's the most Hispanic county in America and it had
- 34:55Speaker 12: a massive move.
- 34:56Speaker 5: Trump won it.
- 34:57Speaker 12: The move in South Texas, I think is generational and transformational.
- 35:02Speaker 12: And you could just see it as people were cheering
- 35:04Speaker 12: and thrilled the President was there that that was a
- 35:07Speaker 12: very cool aspect of it as well.
- 35:10Speaker 2: All right, final question on this trip.
- 35:12Speaker 1: So you get done with all this excitement and then
- 35:15Speaker 1: this is still kind of awesome. You get back on
- 35:17Speaker 1: Trump Force one and you fly back to Florida.
- 35:21Speaker 2: What was the conversation like on the way home.
- 35:25Speaker 5: Again, It was relaxed. We're having fun, We're talking.
