0:51
What
0:52
is
0:52
your
0:52
favorite
0:52
day
0:52
of
0:53
the
0:53
week?
0:55
You
0:56
never
0:56
stop
0:57
learning.
0:57
You
0:57
never
0:58
stop
0:58
understanding.
1:01
It's
1:01
more
1:01
in
1:01
depth
1:02
than
1:02
just
1:02
riding
1:02
a
1:02
hors.
1:04
Exciting.
1:05
Knowing
1:05
that
1:05
for
1:06
the
1:06
rest
1:06
of
1:06
my
1:06
life
1:06
I
1:06
could
1:07
work
1:07
on
1:07
this
1:07
and
1:07
I'll
1:08
never
1:08
stop
1:08
learning.
1:13
Well,
1:13
happy
1:13
New
1:14
Year,
1:14
everybody.
1:14
And
1:15
no,
1:15
I'm
1:15
not
1:15
Coach
1:16
Jen.
1:16
She's
1:17
actually
1:17
outside
1:17
with
1:18
the
1:18
farriers
1:19
doing
1:19
all
1:19
three
1:19
of
1:19
the
1:19
horses
1:20
this
1:20
morning.
1:21
And
1:21
I
1:21
had
1:21
a
1:21
choice.
1:22
Hold
1:22
the
1:22
horses
1:22
for
1:22
the
1:23
farrier
1:23
and
1:23
get
1:23
in
1:23
trouble
1:24
for
1:24
letting
1:24
him
1:24
not
1:24
do
1:24
it
1:25
right
1:25
or
1:25
talk
1:26
to
1:26
Mary.
1:26
So
1:26
I've
1:26
chose
1:27
Talk
1:27
to
1:27
Mary
1:27
because
1:28
I
1:28
thought
1:28
that
1:28
sounded
1:29
like
1:29
more
1:29
fun.
1:30
So.
1:30
So,
1:31
Mary,
1:31
thanks
1:31
for
1:31
letting
1:31
me
1:32
join
1:32
you
1:32
today.
1:32
It's
1:32
been
1:33
a
1:33
long
1:33
time.
1:34
I
1:34
know,
1:35
I
1:35
know,
1:35
it's
1:35
crazy.
1:36
Yeah.
1:36
I
1:36
hope
1:37
I'm
1:37
more
1:37
fun
1:37
than
1:38
holding
1:38
horses
1:38
for
1:38
the
1:39
farrier,
1:39
but
1:39
you
1:39
never
1:39
know.
1:40
Jennifer
1:40
loves
1:41
that
1:41
stuff.
1:41
I
1:41
could,
1:41
you
1:42
know,
1:42
I'm
1:42
like,
1:42
vets,
1:43
farriers,
1:43
they're
1:43
all
1:44
yours.
1:44
You
1:44
can
1:45
have
1:45
that.
1:45
That's
1:46
out
1:46
of
1:46
my
1:46
horse
1:46
husband
1:47
list
1:48
of
1:48
requirements,
1:49
I
1:49
think.
1:50
So
1:50
far.
1:50
Here's
1:51
a
1:51
bit
1:51
of
1:51
a
1:51
gossip.
1:52
So
1:52
it's
1:52
always.
1:52
It's
1:53
pretty
1:53
good
1:53
fun.
1:53
I
1:54
get
1:54
the.
1:54
The
1:54
hot
1:54
gossip
1:55
around
1:55
town.
1:56
Aren't
1:56
all
1:56
farriers
1:57
gossips,
1:57
though?
1:57
Isn't
1:58
that
1:58
true?
1:58
They're
1:58
just
1:58
all
1:59
that
1:59
way.
1:59
Yes,
2:00
yes,
2:00
I.
2:01
But
2:02
then
2:02
everybody
2:02
knows
2:03
that.
2:03
You
2:03
know,
2:03
they're
2:03
talking
2:04
about
2:04
you,
2:04
too.
2:05
Oh,
2:06
no.
2:06
No
2:07
one
2:07
has
2:07
anything
2:07
bad
2:08
to
2:08
say
2:08
about
2:08
me
2:08
or
2:08
anything
2:09
to
2:09
say.
2:09
Yeah,
2:10
I'm
2:10
sure
2:10
they
2:11
probably
2:11
just
2:11
talk
2:11
about
2:12
how
2:12
pretty
2:12
my
2:13
hair
2:13
is
2:13
and.
2:14
Yeah,
2:14
yeah,
2:15
yeah.
2:16
How
2:16
clean
2:16
the
2:17
farm
2:17
is,
2:18
how
2:18
it's.
2:18
All
2:18
your
2:18
animals
2:19
are
2:19
perfect,
2:20
all
2:20
of
2:20
that.
2:20
I'm
2:21
sure
2:21
it's
2:21
just
2:21
that.
2:22
Oh,
2:22
my
2:23
poor
2:23
farrier.
2:24
I.
2:24
Because
2:25
we
2:26
have
2:26
a
2:26
habit
2:27
occasionally
2:27
of
2:27
having
2:28
some
2:28
different
2:29
animals
2:30
around.
2:30
I'm
2:31
always
2:31
like,
2:31
Kevin,
2:32
can
2:32
you.
2:32
Can
2:33
you
2:33
trim
2:33
this
2:33
alpaca's
2:34
teeth?
2:34
Can
2:35
you
2:35
clip
2:36
this
2:38
goat's
2:38
horn?
2:39
Can
2:39
you
2:39
help
2:40
me
2:40
wrestle
2:40
this
2:41
unruly
2:41
mini
2:42
horse?
2:42
So
2:42
I
2:43
tip
2:43
him
2:43
very
2:43
well.
2:44
You
2:44
would
2:45
have
2:45
to
2:45
with
2:45
your.
2:46
With
2:46
your
2:46
green
2:46
acres
2:47
you
2:47
got
2:47
going
2:47
there.
2:48
So
2:49
I
2:49
was
2:49
trying
2:49
to
2:49
figure
2:50
out
2:50
this
2:50
is
2:51
the
2:51
14th
2:52
New
2:52
Year's
2:53
on
2:53
this
2:53
show.
2:54
So
2:54
since
2:55
Jamie
2:55
and
2:55
I
2:55
started
2:55
the
2:56
show,
2:56
this
2:56
is
2:56
our
2:56
14th
2:57
New
2:57
Year's.
2:58
I
2:58
was.
2:59
I
2:59
met
2:59
you
2:59
at
3:00
Road
3:00
to
3:00
the
3:00
Horse.
3:00
Do
3:01
you
3:01
remember
3:01
what
3:01
year
3:01
it
3:02
was?
3:03
It
3:03
had
3:03
to
3:04
have
3:04
been.
3:05
So
3:05
the
3:05
very
3:06
first
3:06
year
3:07
that
3:07
I
3:07
did
3:07
the
3:08
wild
3:08
card
3:08
deal
3:09
was
3:10
the
3:10
one
3:10
I
3:10
showed
3:11
up
3:11
to
3:11
to
3:11
pick
3:11
up
3:12
my
3:12
horse
3:12
was
3:12
2013,
3:14
and
3:14
then
3:14
I
3:14
competed
3:15
in
3:15
2014.
3:16
So
3:16
we
3:17
either
3:17
met
3:17
at
3:18
that
3:18
one
3:19
in
3:19
2014
3:20
or
3:21
the
3:21
one
3:22
the
3:22
year
3:22
after,
3:23
because
3:23
I
3:23
then
3:23
competed
3:24
again
3:25
in
3:25
2015.
3:26
So
3:27
this
3:27
might
3:27
be
3:27
our
3:28
10th
3:28
anniversary.
3:29
I'm
3:29
not
3:29
sure.
3:30
I'm
3:30
kind
3:30
of
3:30
thinking
3:30
it
3:30
was.
3:31
I
3:31
know
3:31
I
3:31
met
3:31
you.
3:32
We
3:32
were
3:32
broadcasting
3:33
when
3:33
you
3:33
were
3:34
competing
3:34
the
3:34
one
3:34
year
3:35
or
3:35
both
3:36
years.
3:36
I
3:36
don't
3:36
remember.
3:37
And
3:37
then
3:37
you.
3:37
Then
3:38
the
3:38
following
3:38
year,
3:39
you
3:39
came
3:39
back
3:39
and
3:39
did
3:39
the
3:40
commentary
3:41
with
3:41
us.
3:42
That
3:42
was
3:42
in
3:42
2016,
3:43
I
3:44
believe.
3:44
So
3:44
I
3:44
met
3:44
you
3:45
in
3:45
2015.
3:46
So
3:46
it
3:46
is
3:46
10
3:46
years.
3:46
Yeah.
3:47
Yay.
3:47
Or
3:48
almost.
3:48
Yeah.
3:48
Yeah.
3:49
Oh,
3:49
my
3:49
God,
3:49
it's
3:49
2025.
3:50
This
3:50
is.
3:52
I
3:52
was
3:52
wondering.
3:52
I
3:52
thought
3:53
I
3:53
had
3:53
known
3:53
you
3:53
for
3:53
a
3:53
long
3:54
time.
3:54
I
3:54
remember
3:54
we.
3:55
We
3:55
were.
3:55
We
3:56
went
3:56
out
3:56
to
3:56
dinner
3:56
at
3:57
this
3:57
crappy
3:57
little
3:58
restaurant
3:58
in
3:58
a
3:58
hotel.
4:00
I
4:00
remember
4:01
that.
4:02
Yes,
4:03
that's
4:04
right.
4:04
God,
4:04
the
4:05
little
4:05
things
4:05
you
4:05
remember.
4:06
And
4:06
then
4:07
it
4:07
was
4:07
also
4:07
the
4:07
year
4:07
you
4:08
got
4:08
the
4:08
Z
4:08
Donk.
4:09
Was
4:09
the
4:09
year
4:09
you
4:09
were
4:09
announcing,
4:10
I
4:10
think.
4:12
Yes.
4:13
Yes.
4:14
Oh,
4:14
well,
4:14
maybe
4:15
it
4:15
was.
4:15
I
4:16
think
4:16
that
4:16
was
4:16
the
4:16
second
4:17
year
4:17
I
4:17
did
4:17
the
4:18
wild
4:18
card
4:19
because
4:19
I
4:19
had
4:19
to
4:20
bring
4:20
two.
4:21
That's
4:21
when
4:21
we
4:21
met
4:22
then,
4:22
because
4:22
we
4:22
went
4:22
out
4:23
to
4:23
dinner,
4:23
and
4:23
that
4:24
was
4:24
the
4:24
year
4:24
you
4:24
got
4:24
the
4:24
Z
4:25
Donk.
4:25
And
4:25
we
4:25
went
4:25
down
4:25
and
4:26
saw
4:26
the
4:26
Z
4:26
Donk
4:27
in
4:27
the
4:27
stall.
4:27
I
4:28
remember
4:28
all
4:28
of
4:28
that.
4:28
Yeah,
4:29
that's
4:29
right.
4:29
Yes.
4:30
I
4:30
still
4:30
have
4:31
her.
4:31
I
4:31
need
4:31
to
4:31
start
4:32
putting
4:32
her
4:32
on
4:33
TikTok
4:34
or
4:34
something
4:34
because
4:34
she's
4:34
a
4:35
pretty
4:35
cool.
4:36
Pretty
4:36
cool
4:36
animal.
4:37
Have
4:37
you
4:37
done
4:37
anything
4:38
with
4:38
her?
4:40
I've
4:40
just
4:40
pet
4:40
her
4:41
and
4:41
loved
4:41
on
4:41
her.
4:42
She.
4:42
So
4:43
she
4:43
actually
4:44
really,
4:44
really
4:45
thrives
4:45
with
4:45
positive
4:46
reinforcement
4:46
training.
4:47
The
4:48
people
4:48
who
4:48
had
4:49
her
4:49
before
4:49
me
4:49
did
4:50
a
4:50
wonderful
4:51
job
4:51
with
4:51
her,
4:51
but
4:52
she
4:52
had
4:52
a
4:52
pretty
4:53
troubled
4:53
history
4:54
before
4:54
that.
4:55
And
4:56
one
4:56
thing
4:56
about
4:56
Long
4:57
Ears
4:58
is
4:58
it's
4:59
not
4:59
uncommon
5:00
to
5:00
get
5:00
one
5:01
that
5:01
has
5:01
a
5:01
habit
5:02
of
5:02
bolting.
5:03
And
5:04
when
5:04
you
5:05
have
5:05
a
5:05
horse
5:06
that
5:06
does,
5:06
it
5:06
can
5:07
be
5:07
very
5:07
serious.
5:08
Yeah.
5:09
When
5:09
you
5:09
have
5:09
a
5:09
horse
5:10
that
5:10
does
5:10
it,
5:10
it
5:10
could
5:10
be
5:10
a
5:10
very
5:11
serious
5:11
problem.
5:12
When
5:12
you
5:12
have
5:12
something
5:13
with
5:13
long
5:13
ears,
5:14
it
5:14
can
5:15
be
5:15
a.
5:16
Like,
5:16
almost
5:17
Unfixable
5:18
problem.
5:19
So
5:19
you
5:19
take
5:19
that
5:20
and
5:20
cross
5:20
it
5:20
with
5:20
a
5:21
wild
5:21
animal.
5:22
And
5:23
she's.
5:24
She's
5:24
very
5:24
well
5:25
behaved,
5:25
considering.
5:26
But,
5:27
like,
5:27
when.
5:28
When
5:28
she
5:28
was
5:29
not
5:29
supposed
5:29
to
5:29
be
5:30
at
5:30
road
5:30
to
5:30
the
5:30
horse,
5:30
I
5:31
was
5:31
supposed
5:31
to
5:31
go
5:31
pick
5:31
her
5:31
up
5:32
afterwards,
5:32
and
5:32
she
5:33
did
5:33
not
5:33
have.
5:34
They
5:34
never
5:34
got
5:34
her
5:35
coggins
5:35
done.
5:35
I'm
5:35
like,
5:36
I
5:36
gotta
5:36
get
5:36
coggins
5:37
on
5:37
her.
5:37
So
5:37
they
5:37
had
5:38
to
5:38
bring
5:38
her
5:38
to
5:39
Lexington
5:39
to
5:39
get
5:40
a
5:40
rush
5:40
coggins.
5:41
And
5:42
I
5:42
arranged
5:43
a
5:43
stall
5:43
with
5:43
her
5:44
rod
5:44
of
5:44
the
5:44
horse.
5:44
I
5:45
had
5:45
to
5:45
ask
5:45
Tutti,
5:46
like,
5:46
hey,
5:46
can
5:46
I
5:46
bring
5:46
a
5:47
Z
5:47
dog
5:47
to
5:47
your
5:48
fancy
5:48
event?
5:49
Yeah,
5:51
I
5:51
was
5:51
that
5:51
person.
5:53
And
5:54
so
5:55
they,
5:55
you
5:55
know,
5:55
so
5:56
I
5:56
arranged
5:56
a
5:56
stall
5:57
for.
5:57
She's
5:57
gonna
5:57
stay
5:58
with
5:58
us
5:58
before
5:59
we
5:59
headed
6:00
back.
6:00
And
6:01
when
6:01
the
6:02
trailer
6:02
pulled
6:02
up,
6:02
I
6:03
told
6:03
the
6:03
owners,
6:03
I
6:04
said,
6:04
okay,
6:04
go
6:04
ahead
6:05
and
6:05
pull
6:05
over
6:05
in
6:05
this
6:05
parking
6:06
lot.
6:06
We'll
6:06
lead
6:06
her
6:07
in
6:07
the
6:07
back
6:07
of
6:07
this
6:07
barn.
6:08
And
6:08
she
6:08
got
6:08
this
6:09
look
6:09
of
6:09
utter
6:10
terror
6:10
on
6:10
her
6:10
face.
6:11
She
6:11
goes,
6:11
we
6:11
have
6:11
to
6:11
lead
6:12
her
6:12
into
6:12
the
6:12
barn.
6:13
All
6:13
the
6:13
way
6:14
over
6:14
there.
6:14
I'm
6:14
like,
6:15
yeah.
6:15
Now,
6:16
mind
6:16
you,
6:16
when
6:16
I
6:16
bought
6:17
this
6:17
Z
6:17
donk,
6:18
she
6:18
had
6:18
pictures
6:19
of
6:19
her
6:19
being
6:20
ridden,
6:20
of
6:20
her
6:20
wearing
6:21
a
6:21
costume
6:22
tied
6:22
to
6:22
a
6:22
trailer
6:23
at
6:23
some
6:23
sort
6:23
of
6:24
event.
6:24
I
6:24
talked
6:25
to
6:25
her
6:25
trainer.
6:26
No
6:26
one
6:27
told
6:27
me,
6:28
and
6:28
now
6:28
I
6:28
know
6:28
to
6:29
ask.
6:29
No
6:30
one
6:30
told
6:30
me
6:30
that
6:31
she
6:31
can't
6:32
always
6:32
be
6:32
contained.
6:33
And
6:33
so
6:34
when
6:35
they
6:35
got
6:35
her
6:35
off
6:35
the
6:36
trailer,
6:36
both
6:37
she
6:37
and
6:37
her
6:38
daughter
6:38
led
6:38
her
6:39
together
6:40
with
6:40
a
6:40
stud
6:41
chain
6:41
and
6:41
two
6:42
lead
6:42
ropes.
6:43
And
6:43
I
6:43
go,
6:44
oh.
6:45
So
6:45
I.
6:46
I
6:46
looked
6:47
at
6:47
the
6:47
owner,
6:47
I
6:47
said.
6:48
I
6:48
said,
6:49
has
6:49
she
6:49
ever.
6:49
She
6:50
ever
6:50
gotten
6:50
away
6:50
from
6:50
you
6:51
before?
6:51
And
6:51
they're
6:51
like,
6:51
oh,
6:52
yeah.
6:52
Like,
6:52
okay.
6:54
So,
6:55
yeah.
6:56
Didn't
6:56
we
6:56
tell
6:56
you
6:57
that
6:57
in
6:57
the
6:57
ad?
6:58
Yeah.
6:59
And,
7:00
you
7:00
know,
7:00
so
7:00
if
7:00
you're
7:01
ever
7:01
looking
7:01
at
7:01
a
7:01
mule
7:02
or
7:02
a
7:02
donkey
7:03
or
7:03
a
7:03
zebra,
7:04
make
7:04
sure
7:05
you
7:05
ask
7:05
specifically,
7:07
does
7:07
they
7:07
have
7:07
a
7:08
bolting
7:08
problem?
7:08
Anyway,
7:09
all
7:09
that
7:10
to
7:10
say,
7:11
she's
7:11
lovely.
7:12
But
7:12
when
7:12
I
7:12
do
7:13
any
7:13
kind
7:13
of
7:13
traditional
7:14
training,
7:14
she
7:14
gets
7:15
really
7:16
shut
7:16
down,
7:17
and
7:18
she
7:18
just
7:18
completely
7:19
turns
7:19
off.
7:20
And
7:21
she.
7:22
She
7:22
will
7:22
attempt
7:23
to
7:23
bolt
7:24
because
7:24
she
7:24
just
7:24
immediately
7:25
goes
7:25
into
7:25
that
7:26
mode
7:26
of,
7:26
I
7:26
don't
7:26
want
7:26
to
7:26
be
7:27
here.
7:27
But
7:28
if
7:28
I
7:28
do
7:29
positive
7:29
reinforcement
7:30
training,
7:30
she
7:31
is
7:31
loving
7:32
it.
7:32
She's
7:32
like,
7:32
yes,
7:33
this
7:33
is
7:33
great.
7:34
So
7:34
she
7:35
likes
7:35
interaction.
7:36
She
7:36
just
7:36
doesn't
7:36
want
7:37
to
7:37
be
7:38
well.
7:38
And
7:39
what
7:39
I've
7:40
noticed.
7:40
Studying
7:41
the
7:41
behavior.
7:42
Exactly.
7:43
Well,
7:43
and
7:43
what
7:43
I've
7:43
noticed,
7:44
studying
7:44
the
7:44
behavior
7:45
science
7:45
behind
7:46
the
7:46
positive
7:46
reinforcement
7:47
is
7:47
you
7:47
can
7:47
get
7:49
what's
7:49
often
7:50
called
7:50
poisoned
7:51
cues.
7:52
And
7:52
so
7:53
when
7:53
anything
7:54
reflects,
7:56
you
7:56
know,
7:56
her
7:56
past
7:57
life,
7:57
she
7:57
just.
7:58
She
7:58
doesn't.
7:59
She
7:59
Turns
7:59
off
7:59
her
7:59
brain,
8:00
she
8:00
immediately
8:00
goes
8:01
into
8:01
either
8:02
shutdown
8:02
or
8:02
survival
8:03
mode.
8:03
And
8:04
so
8:04
going
8:04
in
8:05
with
8:05
the
8:05
clicker
8:06
can
8:06
often,
8:06
like,
8:07
rewire
8:08
all
8:08
those
8:09
neural
8:09
pathways
8:10
and
8:10
get
8:10
them
8:10
engaged
8:11
again.
8:11
So
8:12
that's
8:12
what
8:12
we
8:12
do.
8:13
This
8:13
is
8:13
our
8:13
why
8:14
our
8:14
friend
8:14
with
8:14
the
8:14
zebras
8:15
always
8:15
said,
8:15
you
8:15
know,
8:16
or
8:16
two
8:16
why
8:16
our
8:16
friend
8:17
with
8:17
the
8:17
zebras
8:17
always
8:18
says,
8:18
people
8:18
that
8:18
don't
8:18
know
8:19
about
8:19
zebras
8:19
or
8:19
Z
8:20
dunk
8:20
should
8:20
not
8:20
own
8:20
zebras
8:21
or
8:21
Z
8:21
dunks
8:21
and
8:22
should
8:22
not
8:22
be
8:22
breeding
8:22
them.
8:23
But
8:24
that's
8:24
a
8:24
different
8:24
story.
8:26
So
8:26
now
8:27
my
8:27
brain's
8:27
hurting
8:28
a
8:28
little
8:28
bit
8:28
to
8:28
try
8:28
and
8:28
figure
8:29
out
8:29
was
8:29
dad
8:29
the
8:30
zebra?
8:31
Yes.
8:32
And
8:32
I
8:33
believe
8:33
he
8:33
was
8:34
just
8:34
guessing
8:35
on
8:35
the
8:35
way
8:35
her
8:35
stripes
8:36
look.
8:36
I
8:36
think
8:36
he
8:37
was
8:37
a
8:37
gravy
8:38
zebra.
8:38
Okay.
8:38
I
8:39
was
8:39
going
8:39
with
8:39
the
8:40
mirror.
8:40
What's
8:40
the.
8:40
The
8:41
dad
8:42
and
8:42
then
8:42
the
8:43
mom.
8:43
The
8:43
mom
8:44
was
8:44
a
8:44
donkey.
8:45
And
8:46
so
8:46
as
8:47
stripy
8:48
animals
8:48
go,
8:48
she's
8:49
really
8:50
lovely.
8:50
Zebras
8:51
can
8:51
get
8:51
kind
8:51
of
8:51
scary.
8:52
Like,
8:52
I.
8:52
I
8:53
know
8:53
people
8:53
buy
8:54
them
8:54
at
8:54
horse
8:54
auctions
8:55
and
8:55
do
8:55
shows
8:56
with
8:56
them
8:56
and
8:56
everything,
8:57
but
8:57
based
8:58
on
8:58
the
8:58
little
8:59
that
8:59
I've
8:59
learned
8:59
about
9:00
them,
9:00
I'm
9:00
gonna
9:01
leave
9:01
that
9:01
to
9:01
the
9:01
pros.
9:02
They.
9:03
They
9:04
can
9:04
be
9:04
a
9:04
little
9:04
scary.
9:05
So
9:05
she's
9:06
the
9:06
most
9:06
zebra
9:06
thing
9:07
I'm
9:07
gonna
9:07
ever
9:07
own,
9:08
and
9:08
I
9:08
love
9:08
her.
9:09
Well,
9:09
I
9:09
do
9:09
want
9:10
to
9:10
ask
9:10
you.
9:10
Jamie
9:11
and
9:11
I
9:11
have
9:11
often
9:11
talked
9:11
on
9:11
the
9:12
show
9:12
do
9:13
resolutions.
9:13
We're
9:13
not
9:14
big
9:14
on
9:14
resolutions.
9:15
You
9:15
know,
9:16
I
9:16
loosely.
9:17
You
9:17
know,
9:17
it's
9:18
funny.
9:18
I've
9:18
been
9:18
in
9:18
business
9:19
all
9:19
these
9:19
years,
9:19
and
9:19
I've
9:19
been
9:19
fairly
9:20
successful
9:20
at
9:21
some
9:21
of
9:21
my
9:21
businesses.
9:22
I've
9:22
done
9:22
some,
9:22
not
9:22
so
9:23
much,
9:23
but
9:24
that's
9:24
all
9:25
without
9:25
not
9:25
being
9:25
a
9:26
really
9:26
good
9:26
goal
9:26
setter.
9:27
I
9:27
am
9:27
not
9:28
a
9:28
good
9:28
goal
9:28
setter.
9:29
I
9:30
have
9:31
general
9:31
goals
9:32
that
9:32
I
9:33
do
9:33
write
9:33
down.
9:34
You
9:34
know,
9:34
the.
9:34
I
9:34
would
9:35
say
9:35
the
9:35
50,000
9:36
foot
9:36
goals,
9:37
but
9:37
I
9:38
am
9:38
not
9:38
really
9:38
good.
9:38
There's
9:39
a
9:39
lot
9:39
of
9:39
people
9:39
that
9:39
are
9:40
really
9:40
good
9:40
at
9:40
taking
9:40
that
9:40
50,000
9:41
foot
9:41
goal
9:41
and
9:42
then
9:42
breaking
9:42
it
9:42
down
9:42
at
9:42
all.
9:43
It's
9:43
fine
9:43
tuning
9:44
points,
9:44
and
9:45
I
9:45
am
9:45
not
9:45
good
9:45
at
9:45
that.
9:46
I
9:47
am
9:47
good
9:47
at
9:47
generally
9:48
heading
9:48
toward
9:48
that
9:48
goal
9:49
and
9:49
achieving
9:49
it
9:49
sometimes.
9:51
So
9:51
I
9:51
know
9:51
that's
9:51
one
9:51
of
9:51
my
9:52
faults.
9:52
Are
9:52
you
9:53
the
9:53
resolution
9:54
person
9:54
or
9:55
a
9:55
good
9:55
goal
9:55
setter?
9:56
Where
9:57
do
9:57
you
9:57
fall?
9:58
So
9:58
I'm
9:59
not
9:59
sure
9:59
if
9:59
this
10:00
is
10:00
widely
10:01
known
10:01
about
10:01
me.
10:02
Usually
10:02
if
10:02
you've
10:02
met
10:03
me
10:03
for
10:03
more
10:03
than
10:03
five
10:03
minutes,
10:04
you
10:04
could
10:04
probably
10:04
guess,
10:05
But
10:05
I
10:05
have
10:06
ADHD
10:07
in
10:07
the
10:07
worst
10:08
way.
10:09
And
10:09
so
10:10
you
10:10
and
10:10
me
10:10
both.
10:10
As
10:11
far
10:11
as
10:11
you
10:11
and
10:11
me
10:11
both.
10:12
Yeah,
10:12
I
10:13
think
10:13
it.
10:13
I
10:14
really
10:14
think
10:14
that
10:15
it
10:15
runs
10:15
strongly
10:16
through
10:16
the
10:16
horse
10:17
community.
10:17
That's
10:18
my
10:18
little
10:18
I
10:18
think
10:19
we're
10:19
all
10:19
a
10:19
bunch
10:19
of
10:19
neurodivergence
10:20
running
10:21
around.
10:21
But
10:23
so
10:23
for
10:23
me,
10:24
resolutions
10:25
and
10:25
like
10:25
planning
10:26
and
10:26
stuff,
10:26
the
10:26
pendulum
10:27
swings
10:27
wildly
10:28
from.
10:29
I'm
10:29
going
10:29
to
10:29
fix
10:30
my
10:30
life
10:30
this
10:31
year.
10:31
And
10:32
I,
10:32
I've
10:32
got
10:33
all
10:33
these
10:33
goals
10:33
and
10:34
dreams
10:34
and
10:34
plans
10:35
which
10:35
inevitably.
10:37
Yeah.
10:37
Oh,
10:38
day
10:38
one
10:41
and,
10:41
and
10:41
then
10:42
some
10:42
years
10:42
I'm
10:42
like,
10:42
what?
10:43
It's
10:43
New
10:43
Year's.
10:44
I,
10:44
I
10:44
don't
10:44
know,
10:44
I
10:44
just,
10:45
I
10:45
can't
10:45
think
10:45
about
10:45
that
10:45
right
10:46
now.
10:46
And
10:46
I
10:46
don't.
10:46
I
10:46
make.
10:48
Part
10:48
of
10:49
me
10:49
wants
10:49
to
10:50
one
10:51
year
10:51
come
10:51
up
10:51
with
10:52
a
10:52
super
10:52
achievable
10:54
New
10:54
Year's
10:54
resolution
10:55
just
10:55
so
10:55
I
10:55
can
10:55
check
10:56
that
10:56
off
10:56
at
10:56
the
10:56
end
10:57
of
10:57
the
10:57
year.
10:57
And
10:57
so
10:57
maybe
10:58
I'll,
10:58
I'll
10:58
do
10:58
one
10:58
this
10:59
year.
10:59
I'll
10:59
like
10:59
be
11:00
more
11:00
petty
11:01
or
11:01
something
11:02
like
11:02
that.
11:03
Something
11:03
I
11:03
know
11:03
I'll
11:04
get
11:04
done.
11:04
Go
11:05
to
11:05
the
11:05
vet
11:05
more,
11:05
you
11:06
know,
11:06
that's
11:06
something
11:06
you'll
11:07
know
11:07
will
11:07
happen,
11:07
right?
11:08
Yeah.
11:08
Ride
11:08
your
11:09
horse
11:09
once.
11:10
You
11:10
know,
11:11
something,
11:11
something
11:11
I
11:12
can
11:12
check
11:12
that
11:12
box
11:13
off.
11:13
But
11:13
what
11:13
I
11:14
do
11:14
also
11:14
do,
11:15
without
11:15
fail
11:15
every
11:16
year,
11:16
even
11:16
though
11:17
it's
11:17
a
11:18
lost
11:18
cause,
11:18
is
11:19
I
11:19
buy
11:19
myself
11:20
a
11:20
brand
11:20
spanking
11:21
new
11:21
journal
11:23
with
11:23
all
11:23
the
11:23
bells
11:24
and
11:24
whistles
11:24
and
11:24
I'm
11:25
like,
11:25
it's
11:25
gonna
11:25
fix
11:26
my
11:26
life
11:26
this
11:26
year.
11:26
This
11:27
year
11:27
is
11:27
gonna
11:27
be
11:27
the
11:28
year.
11:28
So
11:28
I've
11:28
already
11:28
done
11:28
that
11:29
this
11:29
year.
11:29
So
11:30
maybe
11:30
that's
11:30
how
11:30
many
11:30
days
11:31
were.
11:31
Filled
11:31
in
11:31
last
11:32
year's
11:32
journal.
11:33
I
11:34
actually
11:34
have
11:34
it
11:35
in
11:35
front
11:35
of
11:35
me
11:35
and
11:36
let's
11:36
see.
11:36
When
11:36
my
11:36
life
11:37
fell
11:37
apart
11:38
last
11:38
year.
11:40
Can
11:40
I
11:40
guess?
11:40
Can
11:40
I
11:40
guess?
11:41
Can
11:41
I
11:41
guess?
11:42
Sure.
11:42
January
11:43
14th.
11:44
That's
11:45
my
11:45
birthday.
11:46
Am
11:47
I
11:47
right?
11:47
Well,
11:48
at
11:48
my
11:48
age,
11:49
yeah,
11:49
my
11:49
life
11:49
does
11:50
fall
11:50
apart
11:50
on
11:50
my
11:50
birthday.
11:54
I
11:55
think
11:55
I
11:55
made
11:56
it
11:56
into
11:56
the
11:57
spring,
11:58
really
11:58
of
11:58
last
11:59
year,
11:59
which
11:59
is
12:00
really
12:00
good.
12:02
Yes.
12:02
And
12:02
then
12:03
something
12:03
happens.
12:04
And
12:04
so
12:04
I'm,
12:05
until
12:06
I
12:06
get
12:06
my
12:06
new
12:06
journal.
12:07
I've
12:07
started
12:07
journaling
12:08
again.
12:08
I'm
12:09
refilling
12:09
in
12:10
2023s.
12:11
Picked
12:11
up
12:12
where
12:12
I
12:12
left
12:12
off
12:12
because
12:13
I
12:13
did
12:13
find
12:14
finally
12:15
a
12:15
way
12:15
to
12:15
bullet.
12:15
Bullet
12:16
journal
12:16
that
12:16
I
12:17
could
12:17
stick
12:17
to.
12:18
It's
12:18
still
12:19
hit
12:19
or
12:20
miss.
12:20
It's
12:20
more
12:20
of
12:21
the
12:21
things
12:21
you
12:21
accomplish
12:22
that
12:22
day
12:22
in
12:22
bullet
12:22
form
12:23
rather
12:23
than,
12:23
than
12:24
you're,
12:24
you're
12:25
writing
12:25
poetically
12:26
about
12:26
your
12:27
life
12:27
that
12:27
day.
12:28
Oh
12:28
one.
12:29
I
12:29
always
12:29
think
12:29
I'm
12:30
going
12:30
to
12:30
be
12:30
Jane
12:30
Austen
12:31
sitting
12:31
at
12:31
my
12:31
writing
12:32
desk
12:32
and
12:33
you
12:33
know,
12:33
like,
12:33
I've
12:34
got
12:34
to
12:34
get
12:34
my
12:34
thoughts
12:35
down
12:35
for
12:35
posterity
12:36
and
12:36
that
12:36
never
12:36
happens.
12:37
I
12:38
spend
12:38
most
12:38
of
12:38
my
12:39
time
12:39
on
12:39
tick
12:39
tock.
12:40
But
12:42
yeah,
12:42
you
12:42
know,
12:43
I,
12:43
I,
12:43
when
12:44
I
12:44
first
12:44
started
12:44
bullet
12:45
journaling,
12:45
you
12:45
could
12:45
go
12:46
on
12:46
YouTube.
12:46
And
12:46
they
12:46
will
12:47
have
12:47
these
12:48
channels
12:48
of
12:49
these
12:49
girls
12:50
who
12:50
are
12:50
brilliant
12:51
artists,
12:51
and
12:51
they
12:51
have
12:51
these
12:52
beautiful
12:52
journals
12:52
and
12:53
they
12:53
draw
12:53
things
12:54
and
12:54
every
12:54
month
12:54
has
12:55
a
12:55
different
12:55
theme
12:56
and
12:56
it's.
12:56
And.
12:57
And
12:57
so
12:57
when
12:57
I
12:58
first
12:58
started
12:58
bullet
12:58
journal
12:59
journaling,
12:59
I
12:59
tried
13:00
that.
13:00
I
13:01
remember
13:01
in
13:01
2019,
13:03
into
13:03
my
13:03
bullet
13:04
journal
13:04
process,
13:05
I
13:05
got
13:05
as
13:05
far
13:05
as
13:06
drawing
13:06
2019
13:07
and
13:08
really
13:08
pretty
13:09
scroll
13:09
handwriting.
13:10
And
13:10
that's
13:10
all
13:11
I
13:11
wrote
13:11
for
13:11
the
13:12
year.
13:12
When
13:13
you
13:13
have.
13:14
You're
13:14
an
13:14
artist,
13:15
you
13:15
probably
13:16
could
13:16
do
13:16
very
13:16
well
13:17
at
13:17
this.
13:18
I
13:18
could,
13:19
except
13:19
I
13:19
have
13:19
to
13:20
have
13:20
focus.
13:21
Yeah,
13:21
that's
13:21
where
13:21
I
13:22
fall
13:22
apart,
13:22
too.
13:24
Everybody's
13:24
wanted
13:25
me
13:25
to
13:25
write
13:25
a
13:25
book
13:25
in
13:25
the
13:25
podcast
13:26
world
13:26
for
13:26
a
13:26
long
13:27
time
13:27
because
13:27
I
13:27
am
13:27
one
13:27
of
13:28
the
13:28
OG
13:28
podcasters.
13:29
I've
13:29
been
13:29
doing
13:29
this
13:29
since
13:30
2006,
13:31
and
13:32
everybody's
13:32
been
13:32
bugging
13:32
me
13:33
to
13:33
write
13:33
a
13:33
book.
13:33
And
13:33
it's
13:33
like.
13:34
But
13:34
that
13:34
requires
13:35
a
13:35
lot
13:35
of
13:35
effort.
13:37
That's
13:37
like
13:38
a
13:38
lot
13:38
of
13:38
effort
13:38
and
13:39
sitting
13:39
down
13:39
and
13:39
writing
13:39
things,
13:40
and
13:40
I'm
13:40
not
13:41
so
13:41
good
13:41
at
13:41
that.
13:42
You
13:42
know,
13:43
I've.
13:43
I've
13:43
had
13:43
the
13:44
same
13:44
thing
13:45
people
13:45
has,
13:45
you
13:46
know,
13:46
because
13:46
I.
13:47
I
13:47
don't
13:47
know
13:47
if
13:47
you
13:48
can
13:48
tell,
13:48
but
13:48
I
13:48
like
13:48
to
13:49
go
13:49
off
13:49
on
13:49
different
13:49
tangents
13:50
talking
13:50
about
13:51
things.
13:51
And
13:52
I've
13:52
had
13:52
a
13:52
few
13:52
people
13:52
say,
13:53
oh,
13:53
you
13:53
should
13:53
write
13:53
a
13:53
book.
13:54
And
13:55
I've
13:55
always
13:55
blown
13:56
it
13:56
off
13:56
because
13:56
knowing
13:56
I
13:57
won't
13:57
follow
13:57
through.
13:57
But
13:58
someone.
13:59
I
14:00
don't
14:00
think
14:00
she's
14:00
one
14:01
of
14:01
our
14:01
auditors,
14:01
but
14:01
she
14:02
does.
14:02
One
14:02
of
14:02
our
14:02
auditor
14:03
clinics
14:05
told
14:05
me
14:05
to,
14:06
you
14:07
know,
14:07
just,
14:07
like,
14:08
record
14:08
your
14:09
thoughts
14:09
on
14:10
your
14:10
phone
14:10
app
14:11
and
14:11
then
14:12
get
14:12
with,
14:12
like,
14:13
hire
14:13
someone
14:14
whose
14:14
job
14:15
it
14:15
is
14:15
to
14:15
take
14:15
all
14:16
of
14:16
the
14:16
jumbled
14:16
mess
14:17
that's
14:17
in
14:17
my
14:17
brain
14:18
and
14:18
put
14:18
it
14:18
to
14:19
paper.
14:19
And
14:19
I'm
14:19
like,
14:19
you
14:20
know,
14:20
I
14:20
could
14:20
do
14:20
that.
14:21
I
14:21
could
14:22
just,
14:22
like,
14:22
get
14:22
my
14:23
phone
14:23
out
14:23
anytime
14:23
I
14:24
think
14:24
about
14:24
something
14:25
and
14:27
put
14:27
the
14:27
notes
14:28
down
14:28
or
14:29
record,
14:29
you
14:29
know,
14:29
record
14:30
myself
14:30
and
14:31
then
14:31
hand
14:31
all
14:32
of
14:32
that
14:32
to
14:32
someone
14:33
who
14:33
can
14:33
organize
14:34
it
14:34
in
14:34
a
14:35
way
14:35
that
14:35
I
14:35
just
14:35
will
14:36
never
14:36
have
14:36
the
14:36
commitment
14:37
to
14:37
do.
14:37
So
14:38
you
14:38
might.
14:38
Might
14:38
consider
14:39
that.
14:39
Yeah,
14:40
that
14:40
would
14:40
last
14:40
for
14:40
a
14:40
day
14:41
or
14:41
two.
14:41
Then
14:41
I'd
14:42
forget
14:42
to
14:42
record
14:43
and
14:43
I'd
14:43
be
14:43
back.
14:44
You
14:45
and
14:45
I
14:45
are
14:45
so
14:45
much
14:45
alike.
14:46
I
14:46
asked
14:46
you
14:47
all
14:47
these
14:47
questions
14:47
knowing
14:48
I
14:48
already
14:48
knew
14:48
the
14:48
answer
14:49
because
14:49
we've
14:50
known
14:50
each
14:50
other
14:50
for
14:50
so
14:50
long,
14:51
but
14:51
we're
14:52
a
14:52
lot
14:52
alike
14:52
in
14:52
many
14:52
ways
14:53
that
14:53
way,
14:53
especially
14:54
with
14:54
our
14:54
attention
14:55
span
14:55
of
14:55
a
14:56
gnat.
14:57
So
14:58
I
14:58
already
14:58
knew
14:59
that.
14:59
Well,
15:00
do
15:00
you.
15:00
One
15:00
other
15:01
question,
15:01
though.
15:01
Do
15:01
you
15:02
plan?
15:02
Do
15:02
you
15:03
have
15:03
a
15:03
general
15:03
idea?
15:04
This
15:04
year
15:04
I'm
15:04
going
15:04
to
15:04
compete
15:05
in
15:05
these
15:05
competitions.
15:05
You
15:05
did
15:06
a
15:06
lot
15:06
of
15:06
competitions
15:06
last
15:07
year
15:07
or
15:08
is
15:08
that
15:08
more
15:08
of
15:08
a
15:08
spur
15:08
of
15:08
the
15:09
moment
15:09
too?
15:11
Actually,
15:11
ever
15:12
since
15:12
I
15:12
finally
15:13
found
15:14
a,
15:14
an
15:15
event
15:15
and
15:15
an
15:15
association
15:16
that
15:16
I
15:16
really
15:17
like
15:17
for
15:18
the
15:18
last
15:18
three
15:18
or
15:19
four
15:19
years,
15:19
I
15:19
have
15:19
been
15:20
really
15:20
on
15:21
top
15:21
of
15:21
planning
15:22
out
15:22
my
15:22
year,
15:23
mainly
15:23
because
15:24
I'm
15:24
trying
15:24
to
15:24
get
15:25
points
15:26
for
15:26
the
15:26
year
15:26
with
15:26
my
15:27
mustang,
15:27
Remy.
15:28
So
15:28
yeah,
15:28
I
15:28
do
15:29
plan
15:29
out
15:29
the
15:29
year
15:29
ahead
15:30
of
15:30
time.
15:31
Okay,
15:31
and
15:31
you
15:31
do
15:32
that
15:32
with
15:32
Remy.
15:32
And,
15:33
and
15:33
do
15:33
you
15:33
think
15:34
that
15:34
planning
15:34
is
15:35
why
15:35
you
15:35
actually
15:35
got
15:35
it
15:35
done
15:36
last
15:37
year?
15:37
Yes.
15:38
Well.
15:39
And
15:39
I
15:40
do
15:40
have
15:40
a
15:41
pretty
15:41
intense
15:42
competitive
15:42
streak.
15:44
The
15:44
wonderful
15:44
thing
15:45
about
15:45
this
15:45
association.
15:46
I'm
15:46
going
15:46
to
15:47
stop
15:47
you
15:47
right
15:47
there.
15:47
Hey
15:48
listeners,
15:48
that's
15:48
an
15:49
understatement
15:49
of
15:49
all
15:50
understatements
15:50
that
15:50
you're
15:51
going
15:51
to
15:51
hear
15:51
today.
15:54
Still
15:54
a
15:55
little
15:55
bit
15:55
competitive,
15:57
which
15:58
as
15:58
little
15:59
focus
15:59
as
15:59
she
15:59
has
16:00
with
16:00
the
16:00
mundane
16:01
things
16:01
like
16:01
journaling,
16:02
she
16:02
is
16:03
overly
16:03
focused
16:03
when
16:04
it
16:04
comes
16:04
to
16:04
competitive
16:04
of
16:05
this.
16:05
Yes.
16:06
And
16:06
I
16:06
also
16:06
have
16:07
a
16:07
wild
16:07
overestimation
16:08
of
16:08
my
16:09
abilities.
16:10
Don't
16:10
we
16:10
all?
16:11
Exactly.
16:12
I
16:13
have
16:13
lofty
16:14
goals.
16:15
Well,
16:16
that's
16:16
neat.
16:16
I'm
16:16
glad
16:17
to
16:17
hear
16:17
that
16:17
because
16:18
I
16:18
knew
16:18
you,
16:19
you
16:19
know,
16:19
I
16:19
was
16:19
watching
16:19
all
16:20
your
16:20
posts
16:20
last
16:20
year
16:21
and
16:21
I
16:21
was
16:21
like,
16:21
wow,
16:21
she
16:21
is
16:22
really
16:22
competing
16:22
a
16:22
lot
16:23
this
16:23
year.
16:23
So
16:23
that
16:23
a
16:23
lot
16:24
comes
16:24
down
16:24
to.
16:24
You
16:24
found
16:24
a
16:25
group
16:25
you
16:25
like
16:25
to
16:25
compete
16:25
with
16:26
too.
16:27
Yes.
16:27
And
16:28
the
16:29
shows
16:29
are
16:29
all
16:29
in
16:29
Texas
16:30
because
16:30
it's
16:30
a
16:30
Texas
16:31
based
16:31
organization.
16:32
It's
16:32
called
16:32
Stockhorse
16:33
at
16:33
Texas.
16:33
It's
16:34
ranch
16:34
classes
16:35
and
16:35
whatnot.
16:36
And
16:37
the
16:37
other
16:37
thing
16:37
that
16:38
I,
16:39
I'm
16:39
a
16:40
little
16:40
odd
16:40
about
16:41
is
16:42
this
16:42
is
16:42
a
16:43
quarter
16:44
horse
16:44
heavy
16:45
event
16:46
with
16:47
really
16:47
very
16:48
well
16:48
bred
16:48
cow
16:49
horse,
16:49
reigning
16:50
type
16:51
quarter
16:51
horses.
16:51
And
16:51
I
16:52
bring
16:52
my
16:52
fluffy
16:53
chubby
16:53
mustang
16:55
and
16:55
I
16:56
have
16:56
nice
16:57
quarter
16:57
horses
16:57
in
16:57
my
16:58
pasture,
16:58
but
16:59
I
16:59
bring
16:59
the
16:59
mustang
17:00
because
17:01
I
17:01
have
17:01
to
17:01
be
17:02
different.
17:03
And
17:03
so
17:04
I've
17:04
really
17:04
enjoyed
17:05
taking
17:05
him
17:06
and
17:06
being
17:07
competitive
17:07
with
17:08
him
17:08
and
17:09
so
17:09
that
17:10
has
17:10
been
17:10
able
17:11
to
17:11
hold
17:11
my
17:12
singular
17:13
interest.
17:14
One
17:14
thing
17:14
I
17:14
hear
17:15
a
17:15
lot
17:15
in
17:15
quote
17:16
unquote
17:16
neurodivergent
17:17
circles
17:17
is
17:18
hyperfocus.
17:19
So
17:20
we
17:20
can
17:20
rarely
17:21
focus
17:21
unless
17:22
we
17:22
get
17:22
a
17:22
hyperfocus.
17:24
And
17:25
that's
17:25
been
17:25
my
17:25
hyper
17:26
focus
17:26
the
17:26
last
17:27
three
17:27
or
17:27
four
17:27
years.
17:28
That's
17:28
interesting
17:29
that
17:29
you
17:29
say
17:29
that.
17:30
I
17:30
never
17:30
thought
17:30
about
17:30
that
17:31
before,
17:31
but
17:31
I'm
17:31
the
17:31
same
17:32
way.
17:32
Well,
17:33
I
17:33
was
17:33
the
17:33
same
17:33
way.
17:33
I
17:34
think
17:34
about
17:34
Horse
17:34
Radio
17:35
Network
17:35
and
17:35
that's
17:35
why
17:35
it
17:35
succeeded
17:36
because
17:36
I
17:36
was
17:36
hyper
17:37
focused
17:37
on
17:37
it.
17:38
Yeah.
17:38
And
17:39
I
17:39
could
17:39
like,
17:39
I
17:40
can
17:40
focus
17:40
for,
17:41
for
17:42
10
17:42
hours
17:42
a
17:42
day
17:42
if
17:43
I'm
17:43
focusing
17:44
on
17:44
that
17:45
one
17:45
thing
17:45
on
17:45
Horse
17:46
Radio
17:46
Network,
17:46
you
17:47
know,
17:47
or
17:47
on
17:48
the
17:48
tasks.
17:48
Now
17:49
I'm
17:49
also,
17:49
I
17:49
Don't.
17:50
This
17:50
would
17:50
be.
17:50
I
17:50
told.
17:51
We're
17:51
totally
17:51
boring,
17:52
everybody.
17:52
We're
17:52
going
17:52
to
17:52
get
17:52
to
17:53
your
17:53
questions
17:53
in
17:53
just
17:54
a
17:54
second.
17:54
She
17:54
actually
17:55
has
17:55
some
17:55
listener
17:55
questions,
17:56
but
17:56
I
17:56
got
17:56
to
17:56
ask
17:56
you
17:56
this.
17:56
We
17:57
haven't
17:57
talked
17:57
so
17:57
long.
17:58
Do
17:59
you
17:59
find.
18:00
I
18:00
have
18:00
to.
18:01
I'm
18:01
a
18:01
good
18:02
multitasker,
18:03
but
18:03
I
18:03
don't
18:03
finish
18:04
things
18:05
when
18:05
I'm
18:05
multitasking.
18:06
I
18:06
can
18:06
get
18:07
it
18:07
done
18:07
to
18:07
the
18:07
point
18:07
where
18:08
I
18:08
can,
18:08
you
18:08
know,
18:09
it's.
18:09
We
18:09
can
18:10
move
18:10
on,
18:10
but
18:11
I
18:11
don't
18:11
finish
18:11
it.
18:12
To
18:12
finish
18:12
it,
18:13
I
18:13
have
18:13
to
18:13
hype.
18:13
I
18:14
have
18:14
to
18:14
do
18:14
that
18:14
hyper
18:14
focus
18:15
thing
18:15
on
18:16
that
18:16
one
18:16
task.
18:16
Finish
18:17
it,
18:17
and
18:17
then
18:17
move
18:17
on.
18:18
Yes.
18:19
So,
18:20
yeah,
18:20
I'm
18:20
very
18:21
much
18:21
the
18:21
same
18:21
way.
18:21
There
18:22
are
18:22
two
18:22
conditions
18:23
in
18:23
which
18:23
I
18:24
thrive
18:24
in
18:25
really
18:25
getting
18:26
stuff
18:26
done,
18:27
and
18:27
one
18:28
is
18:29
in
18:30
chaotic
18:31
emergency
18:32
situations.
18:32
I
18:33
come
18:33
in
18:33
clutch.
18:34
I
18:34
am
18:34
amazing.
18:35
And
18:36
so
18:36
when
18:37
things
18:37
are
18:37
down
18:37
to
18:37
the
18:37
wire
18:38
or
18:38
it's
18:39
some
18:39
sort
18:39
of
18:39
emergency,
18:40
I'm
18:40
like,
18:40
got
18:40
it.
18:41
And
18:41
I
18:41
can
18:42
multitask
18:43
all
18:43
the
18:43
millions
18:43
of
18:43
things
18:44
to
18:44
get
18:44
it
18:44
done.
18:45
Working
18:46
with
18:46
horses,
18:46
I'm
18:47
very
18:47
good.
18:47
When
18:48
stuff
18:48
explodes,
18:49
like,
18:49
oh,
18:50
this
18:50
cult
18:50
bucked,
18:50
and
18:51
I
18:51
was
18:51
not
18:51
expecting
18:52
him
18:52
to
18:52
buck.
18:52
I
18:52
can,
18:53
like,
18:53
I
18:53
can
18:53
be
18:54
in
18:54
the
18:54
moment
18:54
and
18:55
handle
18:55
it.
18:56
And
18:56
the
18:56
other
18:57
one
18:57
is
18:58
I
18:59
finally
18:59
found
18:59
after
19:00
all
19:00
these
19:00
years
19:00
that
19:01
I
19:01
do,
19:02
like
19:02
you
19:02
said,
19:02
have
19:02
to
19:03
narrow
19:03
in
19:04
and
19:05
really
19:05
be
19:06
one
19:06
track
19:06
mind
19:07
if
19:07
I'm
19:07
doing
19:07
this
19:08
task
19:08
right
19:08
now.
19:09
So
19:10
when
19:10
I'm.
19:11
I
19:11
mean,
19:11
my
19:11
other
19:12
business
19:12
is
19:12
doing
19:13
artwork
19:13
and
19:13
making
19:13
jewelry
19:14
and
19:14
where
19:15
I
19:15
do
19:15
the
19:15
best.
19:16
Instead
19:16
of
19:16
flitting
19:17
about
19:17
and
19:17
just
19:17
kind
19:18
of
19:18
picking
19:18
up
19:18
whatever
19:19
to
19:19
get
19:19
done.
19:20
I'm
19:20
like,
19:20
no,
19:21
today
19:21
I'm
19:21
soldering
19:22
turquoise
19:23
on
19:23
these
19:23
50
19:24
pieces
19:24
of
19:24
jewelry,
19:25
and
19:25
I
19:25
get
19:25
my
19:25
Book
19:26
on
19:26
Tape
19:26
going,
19:26
and
19:27
I'm
19:27
like,
19:27
I
19:28
could
19:28
do
19:28
that
19:28
for
19:29
12
19:29
hours
19:29
in
19:29
a
19:30
row,
19:30
except
19:31
it's
19:31
really
19:32
hard.
19:32
Oh,
19:33
sorry.
19:33
No,
19:33
go
19:33
ahead.
19:34
It's
19:34
really
19:35
hard
19:35
working
19:35
in
19:35
the
19:35
shop
19:36
with
19:36
my
19:36
mom,
19:36
who
19:37
I
19:37
severely
19:38
suspect
19:39
also
19:39
has
19:39
adhd,
19:40
but
19:40
she
19:40
refuses
19:41
to
19:41
admit
19:41
it.
19:42
I
19:42
think
19:42
she
19:42
does
19:43
because.
19:44
Yeah,
19:44
yeah,
19:44
right.
19:45
And.
19:46
And
19:46
so
19:47
I'm
19:47
trying
19:48
to,
19:48
you
19:48
know,
19:49
narrow
19:49
in
19:50
on.
19:50
I've
19:50
got
19:50
this
19:51
order.
19:51
I
19:51
got
19:51
to
19:51
get
19:52
these
19:52
50
19:52
pieces
19:52
out
19:53
today.
19:53
And
19:53
she's
19:54
like,
19:54
I
19:54
know.
19:55
You
19:55
know,
19:55
we
19:55
should.
19:55
We
19:56
should
19:56
start
19:56
making
19:57
underwater
19:57
basket
19:58
weaving
19:58
classes
19:59
or
19:59
something
19:59
like
19:59
that.
20:00
Or
20:00
look
20:00
at
20:00
this
20:00
thing
20:00
I
20:01
just
20:01
saw
20:01
on
20:01
the
20:01
Internet.
20:01
And
20:02
I'm
20:02
like,
20:02
mom,
20:03
I
20:03
cannot
20:04
go
20:04
away
20:04
from
20:05
this
20:05
task.
20:06
But
20:06
we
20:06
make
20:07
it
20:07
work.
20:07
And
20:08
this
20:08
answers
20:08
my
20:09
question.
20:09
My
20:09
next
20:09
question
20:10
to
20:10
you.
20:10
I'll
20:10
make
20:10
this
20:11
the
20:11
last
20:11
one,
20:11
and
20:11
then
20:11
we'll
20:11
get
20:11
on
20:12
with
20:12
the
20:12
show.
20:12
When
20:13
you're
20:13
hyper
20:13
focused
20:14
like
20:14
that,
20:14
getting
20:14
things
20:14
done,
20:15
it
20:15
annoys
20:16
me
20:16
when
20:16
I
20:16
get
20:16
any
20:17
interruption
20:17
at
20:17
all
20:18
because
20:18
I
20:18
actually
20:19
feel
20:19
like
20:19
I'm
20:19
getting
20:20
something
20:20
done.
20:20
You
20:20
just
20:20
answered
20:21
that.
20:21
That
20:21
annoys
20:21
you
20:22
too
20:22
because
20:23
when
20:23
you're
20:23
hyper
20:23
focused,
20:25
you
20:26
realize
20:26
how
20:26
rare
20:26
it
20:27
is
20:27
that
20:27
you
20:27
can
20:28
actually
20:28
focus
20:28
on
20:28
something
20:29
for
20:29
hours
20:30
in
20:30
a
20:30
day
20:31
and
20:31
not
20:32
be
20:32
interrupted.
20:32
And
20:32
then
20:33
when
20:33
you
20:33
get
20:33
interrupted,
20:33
it
20:34
shows
20:34
you
20:34
all
20:35
off.
20:35
It's.
20:37
So
20:37
you
20:37
just
20:37
said
20:38
that.
20:38
Yeah,
20:38
Just
20:38
answered
20:39
that.
20:39
We're
20:40
both.
20:40
It's
20:40
so
20:41
interesting
20:41
when
20:41
you
20:41
meet
20:42
other
20:42
people
20:42
like
20:42
you,
20:42
how
20:43
auditors
20:43
tell
20:43
us
20:43
in
20:44
the
20:44
auditor
20:44
room,
20:44
are
20:44
you.
20:45
Are
20:45
you
20:45
the
20:45
same
20:45
way?
20:46
Are
20:46
you
20:46
adhd?
20:47
We
20:47
want
20:47
to
20:47
know
20:47
if
20:47
this
20:48
is
20:48
a
20:48
thing
20:48
in
20:48
the
20:48
horse
20:48
world
20:49
and
20:50
do
20:50
you
20:50
also
20:50
have
20:50
this
20:50
hyper
20:51
focus
20:51
thing?
20:52
Talk
20:52
to
20:52
us.
20:52
We
20:52
want
20:53
to
20:53
know.
20:53
I'd
20:54
be
20:54
curious
20:54
about
20:54
that
20:55
because
20:55
I
20:55
think
20:55
you're.
20:55
I
20:56
think
20:56
you're
20:56
right.
20:56
And
20:57
maybe
20:57
it
20:57
requires
20:58
studies.
20:59
It's
20:59
funny
21:00
because
21:00
also
21:00
ADHD
21:01
people
21:01
tend
21:02
to
21:02
be.
21:02
Some
21:02
of
21:02
us
21:03
are
21:03
really
21:03
good
21:03
at
21:03
multitasking
21:04
because
21:04
we
21:05
are
21:05
adhd.
21:06
Right?
21:06
So
21:07
we're
21:07
really
21:07
good
21:07
at
21:08
multitasking
21:08
because
21:08
we
21:09
can
21:09
think
21:09
about
21:09
10
21:09
different
21:10
things
21:10
at
21:10
once
21:10
and
21:10
we
21:11
can
21:11
handle
21:11
10
21:11
different
21:11
things
21:12
at
21:12
once.
21:12
And
21:12
I
21:12
think
21:12
that
21:12
makes
21:13
a
21:13
good
21:13
horse
21:13
person
21:13
too.
21:14
So,
21:15
you
21:15
know,
21:15
there
21:16
might
21:16
be
21:16
something
21:16
to
21:17
that.
21:17
All
21:17
right,
21:17
this
21:17
is
21:17
going
21:18
to
21:18
be
21:18
our
21:18
next
21:18
scientific
21:19
paper.
21:19
Mary
21:20
and
21:20
I
21:20
talking
21:20
about
21:21
this.
21:21
We're
21:21
going
21:22
to.
21:22
Oh,
21:22
I'm
21:22
excited.
21:23
We'll
21:23
get
21:23
that
21:23
done
21:24
next
21:24
year.
21:25
I
21:25
have
21:25

21:25
new
21:25

21:26

21:27
Exactly.
21:28
I'm
21:28
already
21:28
starting

it.

the

22:15
It's
22:16
amazing

how
22:16
quickly
22:17
it
22:17
gets

about
22:21
we
22:21
get
22:21
to
22:21
some
22:21
listener
22:22
questions
22:22
because
22:22
that's
22:22
what
22:22
they're
22:23
waiting
22:23
for
22:23
here.
22:24
What
22:24
do
22:24
you
22:24
want
22:24
to
22:24
tackle
22:25
first?
22:26
Okay,
22:26
I
22:26
will
22:27
just
22:27
go
22:27
with
22:27
the
22:27
first
22:28
question
22:28
we
22:28
have
22:28
up
22:29
from
22:29
Erin
22:30
and
22:31
Erin
22:31
Grogan.
22:32
And
22:33
the
22:33
question
22:33
is
22:34
concerning
22:34
her
22:35
five
22:35
year
22:35
old
22:35
mare.
22:37
She
22:37
grew
22:38
up
22:38
in
22:38
a
22:38
herd
22:38
on
22:39
a
22:39
large
22:39
acreage,
22:40
currently
22:40
lives
22:40
outside
22:41
24.
22:41
Seven
22:42
run
22:42
ins
22:43
are
22:43
available.
22:44
The
22:44
problem
22:45
is
22:45
she
22:45
is
22:45
terrible
22:46
in
22:46
a
22:46
stall.
22:47
Banging
22:48
the
22:48
door,
22:48
pacing
22:49
back
22:49
and
22:49
forth.
22:50
She
22:50
doesn't
22:50
use
22:51
a
22:51
stall
22:51
daily.
22:52
But
22:53
like
22:53
with
22:53
most
22:54
horses,
22:54
you
22:54
know,
22:54
there's
22:55
times
22:55
where
22:55
she's
22:56
got
22:56
to
22:56
be
22:56
in
22:56
there
22:56
for
22:57
a
22:57
vet
22:57
farrier
22:58
show
22:58
and
22:59
she
22:59
does
23:00
have
23:00
a
23:00
buddy
23:00
in
23:00
the
23:00
barn,
23:01
plenty
23:01
of
23:01
hay.
23:02
But
23:02
yeah,
23:03
once
23:03
she
23:03
gets
23:03
in
23:03
the
23:03
stall,
23:04
she
23:05
kind
23:05
of
23:05
goes
23:06
a
23:06
little
23:06
nutty,
23:06
which
23:07
is
23:07
not
23:07
uncommon.
23:08
I
23:08
was
23:08
just
23:08
going
23:08
to
23:09
say,
23:09
I
23:09
think
23:09
we've
23:09
all
23:09
had
23:09
a
23:09
horse
23:10
like
23:10
this
23:10
over
23:10
our
23:10
lifetimes.
23:11
If
23:11
you've
23:11
had
23:12
a
23:12
lot
23:12
of
23:12
horses.
23:12
Yes.
23:13
Yeah.
23:14
Is
23:14
there
23:14
fixing?
23:15
Can
23:15
you
23:15
fix
23:15
it?
23:16
Absolutely.
23:17
And
23:18
actually
23:19
this
23:19
brings
23:19
up
23:20
a
23:20
really
23:20
interesting
23:21
subject
23:21
I've
23:22
been
23:22
thinking
23:22
about,
23:23
which
23:23
is,
23:24
you
23:25
know,
23:25
I
23:25
think
23:26
horse
23:26
owners,
23:27
we've
23:27
evolved
23:28
and
23:28
become
23:28
more
23:29
educated
23:29
on
23:30
what
23:30
is
23:30
the
23:30
best
23:31
practice
23:31
for
23:32
your
23:32
horse
23:32
to,
23:33
you
23:33
know,
23:34
make
23:34
their
23:34
life
23:35
the
23:35
most
23:35
fulfilled
23:36
and
23:36
enriched.
23:37
And
23:37
one
23:37
of
23:38
those
23:38
things
23:38
is
23:38
turnout.
23:39
And
23:40
you
23:40
know,
23:40
if
23:41
you
23:41
have
23:41
the
23:41
luxury,
23:42
being
23:42
able
23:42
to
23:42
just
23:43
have
23:43
your
23:43
horse
23:43
out
23:44
all
23:44
the
23:44
time
23:44
in
23:45
a
23:45
herd
23:45
is
23:45
so,
23:46
so
23:46
good
23:46
for
23:46
them,
23:47
which
23:47
is
23:48
how
23:48
my.
23:48
I've
23:49
got
23:49
barns
23:50
and
23:50
stalls,
23:50
but
23:51
they
23:51
are
23:52
empty
23:53
in
23:53
during
23:53
the
23:53
day
23:54
for
23:54
the
23:54
most
23:54
part.
23:54
And
23:55
my
23:55
horses
23:55
are
23:55
all
23:56
in
23:56
a
23:56
herd
23:56
setting
23:56
on
23:57
a
23:57
pasture.
23:57
I'm
23:57
very
23:57
lucky
23:58
that
23:58
way,
23:59
so
23:59
that's
24:00
really
24:00
great.
24:01
However,
24:02
if
24:03
you
24:04
are
24:04
a
24:04
typical
24:05
horse
24:05
owner,
24:05
you
24:06
might
24:06
want
24:06
to
24:06
go
24:06
to
24:06
a
24:07
show
24:07
or
24:08
you've,
24:09
you
24:09
know,
24:09
you've,
24:09
you
24:10
want
24:10
to
24:10
get
24:10
all
24:10
your
24:10
horses
24:11
caught
24:11
up
24:11
for
24:11
the
24:11
farrier
24:12
and
24:12
put
24:12
them
24:12
in
24:12
stalls.
24:13
And
24:13
they
24:13
have,
24:13
they
24:13
might
24:14
have
24:14
to
24:14
wait
24:14
a
24:14
few
24:14
hours
24:14
till
24:15
it's
24:15
their
24:15
turn
24:15
to
24:15
get
24:16
done
24:16
or,
24:16
you
24:17
know,
24:17
maybe
24:17
the
24:17
horse
24:18
needs
24:18
stall
24:18
rest.
24:19
There's
24:19
just
24:19
a
24:19
million
24:19
reasons
24:20
why
24:20
you
24:21
may
24:21
need
24:22
your
24:22
horse
24:22
to
24:22
be
24:22
used
24:23
to
24:23
a
24:23
stall.
24:24
So
24:25
I've
24:26
learned
24:26
with
24:27
my
24:27
horses
24:28
it's,
24:28
it
24:29
takes
24:29
a
24:30
little
24:30
bit
24:30
of
24:30
training,
24:31
almost
24:31
like
24:31
crate
24:32
training
24:32
your
24:32
dog,
24:33
which
24:33
I
24:33
also
24:34
believe
24:34
is
24:35
incredibly
24:35
valuable
24:36
for
24:36
your
24:36
dog's
24:37
safety
24:37
and
24:37
well
24:37
being.
24:39
So
24:39
we
24:39
have
24:40
to
24:40
work
24:40
on
24:40
it
24:40
a
24:40
little
24:41
bit
24:41
because
24:41
I
24:41
don't
24:41
want
24:41
to
24:42
find
24:42
out
24:42
that
24:42
my
24:42
horse
24:43
can't
24:43
handle
24:43
a
24:44
stall
24:44
when
24:44
I've
24:44
hauled
24:45
him
24:45
eight
24:45
hours
24:45
away
24:46
and
24:46
put
24:46
him
24:47
in
24:47
a
24:47
stall
24:47
at
24:47
the
24:47
fairgrounds,
24:48
and
24:48
he's
24:48
going
24:48
nuts
24:49
and
24:49
getting,
24:49
you
24:50
know,
24:50
breaking
24:50
a
24:50
sweat
24:50
and
24:51
trying
24:51
to
24:51
call
24:51
it
24:51
because
24:51
he's
24:52
just
24:52
so
24:52
stressed
24:52
out.
24:53
So
24:55
rather
24:56
than.
24:56
So
24:57
it's
24:57
important
24:57
to
24:57
get
24:57
him
24:57
prepared.
24:58
I.
24:58
I
24:58
think
24:59
every
24:59
horse
25:00
does
25:00
not
25:00
need.
25:01
Is
25:01
not
25:01
required
25:02
to
25:02
be
25:02
in
25:02
a
25:02
stall,
25:03
but
25:04
should
25:04
know
25:05
if
25:05
I've
25:05
got
25:05
to
25:05
keep
25:05
you
25:06
up
25:06
for
25:06
a
25:06
couple
25:06
of
25:06
days,
25:07
let's
25:07
say
25:07
my
25:07
pasture
25:08
fence
25:08
went
25:08
down
25:09
or
25:09
something
25:09
like
25:09
that,
25:10
that
25:10
you
25:10
can
25:11
safely
25:11
be
25:11
in
25:11
a
25:11
stall.
25:12
So
25:13
some
25:13
things
25:13
that
25:14
you
25:14
can
25:14
do
25:14
with
25:14
your
25:14
horse
25:15
are,
25:16
you
25:16
know,
25:17
make
25:17
it
25:17
a
25:17
habit
25:18
every
25:18
single
25:18
day
25:19
to
25:19
have
25:20
them
25:20
spend
25:20
some
25:21
time
25:21
in
25:21
a
25:21
stall.
25:22
And
25:23
you
25:23
can
25:23
also
25:24
encourage.
25:25
You
25:25
can
25:25
make
25:25
it
25:25
a
25:25
positive
25:26
experience.
25:27
So
25:27
maybe
25:28
when
25:28
you
25:28
feed
25:28
your
25:28
horse
25:29
breakfast
25:29
or
25:29
dinner
25:30
or,
25:30
you
25:30
know,
25:30
you
25:31
can
25:31
give
25:31
them
25:31
a
25:31
snack
25:31
or
25:32
something,
25:32
make
25:33
it
25:33
a
25:33
habit,
25:33
bring
25:33
them
25:34
off
25:34
the
25:34
pasture,
25:34
put
25:35
them
25:35
in
25:35
the
25:35
stall,
25:35
let
25:36
them
25:36
have
25:36
a
25:36
meal,
25:36
and
25:37
then
25:37
turn
25:37
them
25:37
back
25:37
out
25:38
again
25:38
and
25:38
just
25:38
start
25:39
there
25:39
so
25:39
they're.
25:40
So
25:40
the
25:40
horse
25:41
starts
25:41
looking
25:41
forward
25:42
to,
25:42
oh,
25:42
boy,
25:42
I
25:42
get
25:42
to
25:43
go
25:43
to
25:43
my
25:43
stall
25:43
because
25:44
that's
25:44
where
25:44
breakfast
25:44
is.
25:46
And
25:46
then
25:47
as
25:47
they
25:47
get
25:47
used
25:47
to
25:48
that,
25:48
you
25:48
can
25:48
leave
25:49
them
25:49
in
25:49
there
25:49
a
25:49
little
25:50
bit
25:50
longer
25:50
and
25:50
a
25:51
little
25:51
bit
25:51
longer
25:52
every
25:53
time.
25:54
The
25:54
other
25:54
thing
25:55
that
25:55
I
25:55
do
25:55
with
25:56
all
25:56
my
25:56
horses
25:56
that
25:57
I
25:57
think
25:57
also
25:58
helps
25:58
create
25:59
good
25:59
stall
26:00
behavior
26:01
is
26:01
I
26:01
teach
26:01
all
26:02
of
26:02
my
26:02
horses
26:02
to
26:02
tie,
26:03
and
26:03
I
26:03
build
26:03
up
26:04
until
26:04
they
26:04
can
26:04
tie
26:05
as
26:05
long
26:05
as
26:05
I
26:05
need
26:06
them
26:06
to
26:06
stay
26:06
tied.
26:07
Tying
26:08
is
26:09
so
26:09
important
26:10
because,
26:10
you
26:11
know,
26:11
like
26:11
with
26:11
the
26:11
stall,
26:11
they're
26:12
just
26:12
going
26:12
to
26:12
be
26:12
situations
26:13
where
26:13
I
26:13
may
26:13
need
26:13
to
26:14
tie
26:14
my
26:14
horse
26:14
and
26:15
they
26:15
have
26:15
to
26:16
stand
26:16
still,
26:16
they
26:16
have
26:17
to
26:17
not
26:17
hurt
26:17
themselves
26:18
and
26:18
pull
26:18
back
26:18
and
26:19
all
26:19
of
26:19
that
26:19
stuff.
26:20
So
26:20
all
26:21
of
26:21
my
26:21
horses
26:21
stalled
26:22
or
26:22
not
26:22
stalled,
26:23
work
26:24
on
26:24
Standing
26:24
Tide.
26:25
And.
26:25
And
26:26
again,
26:26
I
26:26
start
26:27
five
26:28
minutes
26:28
in
26:28
the
26:28
very
26:29
beginning,
26:29
and
26:29
it's
26:30
very
26:30
supervised,
26:31
but
26:31
I'll
26:31
build
26:31
up
26:32
to
26:32
where,
26:33
okay,
26:34
I'm
26:34
going
26:34
to
26:34
bring
26:34
you
26:35
and
26:35
rise
26:36
you,
26:36
and
26:36
then
26:36
you're
26:36
going
26:36
to
26:37
stand
26:37
tied
26:37
for
26:38
20
26:38
or
26:38
30
26:39
minutes
26:39
after
26:39
we're
26:39
done.
26:39
Then
26:40
you
26:40
get
26:40
to
26:40
go
26:40
back
26:40
out.
26:41
Or
26:41
maybe
26:41
now
26:41
it's
26:42
going
26:42
to
26:42
be
26:42
an
26:42
hour
26:43
or
26:43
maybe
26:44
today
26:44
I'm
26:44
going
26:44
to
26:44
bring
26:45
you
26:45
in,
26:45
tie
26:45
you
26:46
up,
26:46
work
26:46
another
26:47
horse
26:47
while
26:47
you
26:48
stand
26:48
tied,
26:48
waiting.
26:49
And
26:50
then,
26:50
then
26:50
I'll
26:51
work
26:51
you
26:51
and
26:51
then
26:51
you
26:51
stand
26:52
tied
26:52
for
26:52
a
26:52
little
26:53
bit
26:53
afterwards
26:53
and
26:54
kick
26:54
you
26:54
back
26:54
out.
26:55
So
26:55
I
26:55
just
26:55
do
26:55
it
26:55
incrementally
26:57
and
26:57
time.
26:58
You'll
26:59
find
26:59
that
26:59
they
26:59
get
27:00
more
27:01
and
27:01
more
27:01
used
27:01
to
27:02
it.
27:02
And
27:02
once
27:03
I
27:04
feel
27:04
like,
27:04
okay,
27:04
you're
27:05
going
27:05
to
27:05
be
27:05
safe
27:05
in
27:05
here,
27:06
you
27:06
could
27:06
stand
27:06
in
27:06
here
27:07
for
27:07
a
27:07
few
27:07
hours
27:07
I'll
27:08
start
27:08
doing
27:09
overnight
27:09
stalling.
27:12
So
27:12
even.
27:12
Even
27:13
if
27:13
my
27:13
horse
27:13
never
27:14
needs
27:14
to
27:14
live
27:14
in
27:14
a
27:15
stall,
27:15
I've
27:15
got
27:15
it
27:15
set
27:15
up
27:16
to
27:16
where
27:16
they
27:16
can
27:16
be
27:17
outside
27:17
24
27:18
7.
27:18
It's
27:19
still
27:19
important
27:19
to
27:20
work
27:20
on
27:20
at
27:20
least
27:20
a
27:21
little
27:21
bit.
27:21
Okay,
27:22
so
27:22
what
27:22
happens?
27:22
You
27:23
fed
27:23
them
27:23
now
27:23
you
27:23
brought
27:23
them
27:24
in,
27:24
you
27:24
fed
27:24
them,
27:24
they're
27:24
done
27:25
eating,
27:25
and
27:25
15
27:26
minutes
27:26
later,
27:26
they're
27:27
as
27:28
Aaron
27:28
says,
27:28
banging
27:29
on
27:29
the
27:29
do,
27:29
pacing
27:30
back
27:30
and
27:30
forth
27:30
frantically.
27:31
Do
27:31
you
27:31
ignore
27:31
them?
27:32
Do
27:32
you,
27:33
you
27:33
know,
27:33
what
27:33
do
27:33
you
27:34
do?
27:35
Yeah,
27:35
that
27:35
can
27:35
be
27:36
tricky.
27:36
So
27:37
I
27:38
typically
27:38
don't
27:39
want
27:39
to
27:39
get
27:39
them
27:40
out
27:40
when
27:40
they're
27:40
pawing
27:41
because
27:41
of
27:41
course
27:42
then
27:42
they're
27:42
going
27:42
to
27:42
learn.
27:42
I
27:43
paw
27:43
and
27:43
then
27:44
I
27:44
get
27:44
to
27:44
go
27:44
out.
27:45
But
27:46
if
27:46
they're
27:46
like
27:46
breaking
27:47
a
27:47
sweat,
27:48
they're
27:48
just.
27:48
If
27:49
they
27:49
go
27:49
into
27:49
that
27:50
kind
27:50
of
27:50
just
27:50
full
27:51
out
27:51
panic
27:52
zone,
27:52
I
27:52
will
27:53
get
27:53
them
27:53
out.
27:54
And
27:54
what
27:55
you
27:55
might
27:55
do
27:55
then
27:56
is
27:56
you
27:56
can
27:56
get
27:57
them
27:57
out,
27:57
take
27:58
them
27:58
for
27:58
a
27:58
little
27:58
walk,
27:59
do
27:59
a
27:59
little
27:59
groundwork
28:00
with
28:00
them,
28:00
and
28:00
then
28:00
try
28:01
putting
28:01
them
28:01
back
28:01
in.
28:02
But
28:02
again,
28:03
if
28:03
they're
28:03
in
28:03
full
28:03
panic,
28:04
I
28:04
don't
28:04
have
28:04
a
28:04
problem
28:04
getting
28:05
them
28:05
out
28:05
of
28:05
that
28:05
situation
28:06
because
28:06
they're
28:06
past
28:07
learning
28:07
mode.
28:08
So
28:08
I
28:08
try
28:09
to
28:09
set
28:09
it
28:09
up
28:10
to
28:10
where
28:10
they're
28:11
only
28:11
stalled
28:11
for
28:12
the
28:12
period
28:12
of
28:12
time
28:13
within
28:13
their
28:14
little
28:14
mental
28:14
threshold
28:15
that
28:15
they
28:15
can
28:16
handle
28:16
it.
28:17
So
28:18
making
28:18
sure
28:19
you
28:19
provide
28:19
plenty
28:19
of
28:20
hay
28:20
and
28:20
things
28:20
in
28:21
the
28:21
stall
28:21
and
28:21
having
28:21
a
28:22
buddy
28:22
like
28:22
Aaron
28:23
is
28:23
already
28:23
doing
28:24
is
28:24
really
28:24
important.
28:25
And
28:25
then
28:25
just
28:25
kind
28:26
of
28:26
having
28:26
a
28:26
good
28:26
idea
28:27
of
28:28
what
28:28
your
28:28
horse
28:29
can
28:29
mentally
28:29
handle.
28:30
And
28:30
it's
28:30
the
28:30
same
28:30
with
28:31
tying.
28:32
I
28:32
will
28:33
let
28:33
my
28:33
horse
28:34
figure
28:35
out
28:36
that
28:36
they
28:36
are
28:36
contained
28:37
within
28:38
reason.
28:38
So
28:38
when
28:39
I
28:39
first
28:39
start
28:39
tying
28:39
my
28:40
babies,
28:40
yes,
28:40
some
28:41
of
28:41
them
28:41
are
28:41
going
28:41
to
28:41
paw
28:41
a
28:42
little
28:42
bit.
28:42
Some
28:42
of
28:42
them
28:42
might
28:42
call
28:43
out
28:43
to
28:43
their
28:43
buddies.
28:44
Some
28:44
of
28:44
them
28:44
might
28:44
kind
28:44
of
28:45
weave
28:45
back
28:45
and
28:45
forth
28:46
just
28:46
a
28:46
little
28:46
bit.
28:47
Within
28:48
reason.
28:48
I'll
28:48
let
28:48
them
28:49
figure
28:49
that
28:49
out.
28:51
But
28:51
as
28:52
a
28:52
general
28:52
rule,
28:53
I
28:53
am
28:53
going
28:53
to
28:53
make
28:53
sure
28:54
that
28:54
I
28:54
keep
28:54
those
28:54
tying
28:55
sessions
28:55
short
28:56
enough
28:56
to
28:56
where
28:57
I
28:57
don't
28:57
end
28:57
up
28:58
in
28:58
a
28:58
situation
28:58
where
28:58
or
28:58
my
28:59
horse
28:59
is
28:59
frothing
29:00
with
29:00
sweat,
29:00
just
29:01
panicking.
29:01
And
29:02
because
29:02
it's
29:02
just
29:03
not
29:03
gonna.
29:04
Nothing
29:04
good's
29:04
gonna
29:04
come
29:05
of
29:05
that.
29:05
So,
29:06
you
29:06
know,
29:06
get
29:06
a
29:06
good
29:07
idea
29:07
of
29:07
how
29:07
long
29:07
you
29:08
think
29:08
they
29:08
can
29:09
handle
29:09
and
29:09
then
29:10
practice
29:10
that
29:10
a
29:11
whole
29:11
bunch
29:12
until
29:12
it's
29:12
pretty
29:13
easy.
29:13
And
29:13
then,
29:14
you
29:14
know,
29:14
move
29:14
the
29:14
goalpost
29:15
back
29:15
a
29:15
little
29:15
bit.
29:16
Say,
29:16
okay,
29:16
you
29:16
did
29:17
good
29:17
for
29:17
five
29:17
minutes.
29:18
Now
29:18
let's
29:18
do
29:19
15
29:19
minutes.
29:19
Now
29:20
let's
29:20
do
29:20
20
29:21
minutes,
29:21
and
29:21
so
29:21
on
29:21
and
29:22
so
29:22
forth.
29:22
And.
29:22
And
29:23
you
29:23
have
29:23
to.
29:23
The
29:23
key
29:23
to
29:24
that
29:24
one,
29:24
too,
29:24
is
29:24
you
29:24
have
29:24
to
29:24
be
29:25
consistent.
29:25
So
29:25
if
29:25
you're
29:25
gonna
29:26
give
29:26
them,
29:26
you
29:27
know,
29:27
if
29:27
you're
29:27
gonna
29:27
give
29:27
them
29:27
food
29:27
in
29:28
the
29:28
stalls,
29:28
it's
29:28
not
29:28
something
29:29
you
29:29
can
29:29
do.
29:30
You're
29:30
going
29:30
to
29:31
be
29:31
doing
29:31
it
29:31
every
29:31
time
29:32
till
29:32
they
29:32
get
29:33
used
29:33
to
29:33
the
29:33
fact
29:33
that
29:34
food
29:34
is
29:34
in
29:34
the
29:35
stall.
29:35
That's
29:35
where
29:35
the
29:35
food
29:36
is.
29:36
I
29:37
would
29:37
make
29:37
that
29:37
my
29:37
new
29:37
daily
29:38
habit.
29:38
Yes.
29:39
I
29:39
mean,
29:39
and
29:39
that's,
29:39
you
29:40
know,
29:40
that's
29:40
not
29:40
easy
29:40
either
29:40
if
29:41
you're
29:41
boarding
29:41
or
29:41
whatever.
29:42
It's
29:42
not,
29:42
you
29:42
know,
29:43
you're.
29:43
You're
29:43
not
29:43
doing
29:43
the
29:44
feeding.
29:44
And
29:44
a
29:44
lot
29:44
of
29:44
times,
29:45
so
29:46
it's
29:46
something
29:46
that's
29:46
going
29:46
to
29:47
take
29:47
some
29:47
effort,
29:47
especially
29:48
if
29:48
you're
29:48
boarding.
29:48
That's
29:49
going
29:49
to
29:49
be.
29:49
It's
29:49
going
29:49
to
29:49
be
29:50
tougher
29:50
for
29:50
sure
29:51
because
29:51
you're
29:51
not
29:51
there.
29:53
But,
29:53
yeah,
29:54
there
29:54
you
29:54
go.
29:55
Hey,
29:55
we
29:55
had
29:55
something
29:56
happen
29:56
the
29:56
other
29:56
night.
29:56
We're
29:56
going
29:56
to
29:57
get
29:57
to
29:57
Claire's
29:57
question
29:57
and
29:58
Kayla,
29:58
too.
29:58
But
29:59
we
29:59
had
29:59
something
29:59
the
29:59
other
30:00
night
30:00
that
30:00
happened
30:00
that
30:01
it
30:01
was
30:01
New
30:01
Year's
30:02
Eve,
30:02
of
30:02
course,
30:02
you
30:02
know,
30:03
we
30:03
live
30:03
in
30:03
Redneck
30:03
Florida,
30:04
so
30:04
it's
30:04
like
30:04
Redneck
30:05
Texas,
30:05
where
30:05
you
30:06
live.
30:06
It
30:06
sounded
30:07
like
30:07
World
30:07
War
30:07
iii.
30:08
Our
30:09
horses
30:09
are
30:09
pretty
30:10
good.
30:10
And
30:10
Jennifer
30:10
has
30:11
a
30:11
new
30:11
horse,
30:11
James,
30:12
the
30:12
Kentucky
30:12
mountain
30:12
horse.
30:13
And
30:14
we
30:14
thought
30:14
he
30:14
might
30:15
be
30:15
a
30:15
problem
30:15
because
30:15
he's
30:15
only
30:15
four.
30:16
We
30:16
didn't
30:16
know
30:16
what.
30:17
What
30:17
he
30:17
knew
30:17
about
30:18
fireworks
30:18
and,
30:18
you
30:19
know,
30:19
all
30:19
what
30:19
sounds
30:20
like
30:20
gunshots.
30:21
And
30:21
our
30:21
horses,
30:22
we
30:22
lived
30:22
on
30:22
a
30:22
farm
30:23
for
30:23
eight
30:23
years
30:23
with
30:23
a
30:23
gun
30:24
range
30:24
on
30:24
the
30:24
farm.
30:25
So
30:25
they
30:25
were
30:26
used
30:26
to
30:26
loud
30:27
noise.
30:27
That
30:27
wasn't
30:27
a
30:27
problem.
30:28
So
30:29
midnight
30:29
comes
30:29
on
30:30
New
30:30
Year's
30:30
Eve.
30:31
I'm
30:31
in
30:31
bed
30:31
because
30:31
I'm
30:32
old,
30:32
and
30:33
I
30:33
hear.
30:33
I
30:33
hear
30:34
running
30:34
outside.
30:34
And
30:34
I
30:34
was
30:35
like,
30:35
okay,
30:35
it's
30:35
got
30:36
to
30:36
be
30:36
Jennifer's
30:36
new
30:36
horse,
30:37
James.
30:37
I
30:37
get
30:37
up,
30:37
get
30:38
the
30:38
flashlight,
30:38
go
30:38
outside.
30:39
It's
30:39
my
30:40
pony.
30:40
It's
30:40
my
30:40
hackney
30:41
pony.
30:41
Scooter
30:41
is
30:42
just
30:42
having
30:42
a
30:43
meltdown,
30:44
and
30:44
Nigel
30:45
and
30:45
James
30:45
are
30:45
just
30:45
staring
30:46
at
30:46
him
30:46
like,
30:46
what
30:46
is
30:46
your
30:47
problem?
30:47
He
30:48
is
30:48
having
30:48
a
30:48
meltdown.
30:49
Now
30:49
they're
30:49
all
30:49
in
30:49
separate
30:49
paddocks,
30:50
and
30:51
he
30:51
was
30:51
not
30:51
stopping.
30:52
I
30:52
could
30:52
tell,
30:52
you
30:53
know,
30:53
I
30:53
can
30:53
tell
30:53
when
30:53
he
30:54
just.
30:54
What
30:55
you
30:55
said
30:55
there.
30:55
He's
30:56
just
30:56
having
30:56
a
30:56
meltdown.
30:57
And
30:58
I
30:58
thought,
30:58
well,
30:58
I'm
30:58
just
30:58
gonna
30:59
go
30:59
out
30:59
there
30:59
and
30:59
hang
30:59
out
30:59
with
31:00
him.
31:00
I'm
31:00
not
31:00
gonna
31:00
bring
31:00
him
31:01
in.
31:01
I'm
31:01
just
31:02
gonna
31:02
go
31:02
hang
31:02
out
31:02
with
31:02
him
31:02
because
31:03
I
31:03
bring
31:03
him
31:03
in,
31:03
then
31:03
I
31:03
gotta
31:03
bring
31:04
everybody
31:04
in
31:04
at
31:04
midnight.
31:05
And
31:06
sure
31:06
enough,
31:06
I
31:07
went
31:07
out
31:07
there.
31:07
He
31:07
came
31:07
right
31:08
up
31:08
to
31:08
me,
31:08
and
31:08
he
31:09
was
31:09
breathing
31:09
harder
31:09
than
31:09
I'VE
31:10
ever
31:10
seen
31:10
him
31:10
breathe
31:10
before
31:11
and
31:11
I
31:11
don't
31:12
know
31:12
what
31:12
caused
31:13
it
31:13
this
31:13
time.
31:14
That
31:14
was
31:14
different
31:14
than
31:14
the
31:15
hundred
31:15
other
31:15
times
31:15
he's
31:16
been
31:16
fine
31:16
at
31:16
fireworks.
31:17
Isn't
31:18
it
31:18
so
31:18
weird
31:18
that
31:19
sometimes
31:20
there
31:20
was
31:20
just
31:20
something
31:20
that
31:21
set
31:21
him
31:21
off,
31:21
you
31:22
know,
31:22
and
31:22
we.
31:22
I
31:22
don't
31:22
know
31:22
what
31:23
that
31:23
something
31:23
was.
31:24
You
31:24
can't
31:24
fix
31:25
what
31:25
you
31:25
don't
31:25
know,
31:25
right?
31:26
I
31:26
don't
31:26
know.
31:26
I
31:26
don't
31:27
know.
31:27
It
31:27
could
31:27
have
31:27
been
31:27
somebody
31:28
going
31:28
by
31:28
in
31:28
the
31:28
road.
31:29
He's.
31:29
His
31:29
paddock's
31:30
near
31:30
the
31:30
road.
31:30
It
31:30
could
31:31
have
31:31
been
31:31
anything.
31:31
Could
31:31
have
31:31
been
31:31
an
31:32
animal
31:32
going
31:32
through
31:32
at
31:32
the
31:33
time,
31:33
through
31:34
his
31:34
paddock.
31:34
Who
31:34
knows.
31:35
But.
31:35
But
31:35
I
31:36
actually
31:36
stood
31:37
with
31:37
him
31:37
for
31:37
about
31:38
30
31:38
minutes
31:39
and
31:39
he
31:39
hung
31:40
out
31:40
with
31:40
me.
31:40
He
31:40
stopped
31:41
running
31:41
and
31:41
just
31:41
stood
31:42
there
31:42
and
31:43
we
31:43
just
31:43
stood
31:43
together
31:43
for
31:44
about
31:44
30
31:44
minutes
31:44
until
31:45
his
31:45
breathing
31:45
got
31:45
to
31:46
back
31:46
to
31:46
normal
31:46
and
31:47
the.
31:47
And
31:47
the
31:47
World
31:47
War
31:48
III
31:48
stopped.
31:49
But
31:49
yeah,
31:50
it
31:50
was
31:50
something
31:50
that
31:50
never
31:50
happened
31:51
before
31:51
and
31:51
I
31:51
don't
31:52
know
31:52
what
31:52
caused
31:52
it.
31:53
It
31:53
was
31:53
the
31:53
weirdest
31:53
thing.
31:55
So
31:55
you
31:55
just
31:55
never
31:56
know.
31:56
And
31:57
Jennifer's
31:57
new
31:57
horse
31:58
was
31:58
fun
31:58
of
31:58
owning
31:58
ponies
32:00
especially.
32:01
They
32:01
do
32:02
have
32:02
a
32:02
life
32:02
of
32:02
their
32:02
own.
32:03
All
32:03
right,
32:03
Claire
32:04
says
32:04
I.
32:05
Oh,
32:05
they
32:05
talk
32:06
about
32:06
ring
32:06
sour.
32:06
Here
32:07
is
32:07
what
32:07
we're
32:07
talking
32:07
about.
32:08
I
32:08
have
32:08
a
32:08
client
32:08
horse
32:08
who
32:09
has
32:09
deeply
32:09
ingrained
32:09
habit
32:10
of
32:10
bulking
32:10
when
32:10
being
32:11
ridden
32:11
in
32:11
the
32:11
arena.
32:11
She
32:12
will
32:12
stop,
32:12
kick
32:12
and
32:12
squeal
32:13
and
32:13
refuse
32:13
to
32:13
go
32:14
forward.
32:14
I
32:14
believe
32:15
it
32:15
started
32:15
because
32:15
of
32:16
forceful
32:16
riding
32:16
combined
32:17
with
32:17
poor
32:17
settle
32:17
fit.
32:17
I
32:18
believe
32:18
believe
32:18
that's
32:19
part
32:19
of
32:19
it
32:19
for
32:19
sure.
32:20
I've
32:20
worked
32:21
with
32:21
her
32:21
for
32:21
months
32:21
and
32:22
she
32:22
has
32:22
gotten
32:22
much
32:23
better
32:23
using
32:23
positive
32:24
reinforcement
32:24
and
32:24
redirecting
32:25
her
32:25
thought,
32:25
but
32:25
still
32:26
has
32:26
the
32:26
idea
32:26
that
32:26
things
32:26
aren't
32:27
going
32:27
to
32:27
work
32:27
out
32:27
in
32:27
the
32:27
ring.
32:28
She's
32:28
apparently
32:29
fine
32:29
when
32:29
she
32:29
trail
32:29
rides
32:30
and
32:30
when
32:30
she
32:31
lunges
32:31
and
32:31
things,
32:31
but
32:32
not
32:32
so
32:32
good
32:33
in
32:33
the
32:33
ring,
32:33
obviously.
32:34
Ring
32:34
sour.
32:34
And
32:34
we've
32:35
all
32:35
known
32:35
horses
32:36
that
32:36
have
32:36
gotten
32:36
this
32:36
way
32:37
when
32:37
usually
32:38
when
32:39
what
32:39
I
32:39
call
32:40
being
32:40
over
32:40
showed.
32:41
Right.
32:41
They're
32:41
at
32:41
their
32:41
limit
32:42
and
32:42
they're
32:42
done.
32:44
So
32:44
what
32:44
do
32:45
you
32:45
got
32:45
with
32:45
that
32:45
one?
32:46
Yeah,
32:47
unfortunately
32:47
that's
32:48
not
32:48
a
32:48
terribly
32:48
uncommon
32:49
habit,
32:50
especially
32:50
if
32:51
your
32:51
arenas
32:52
on
32:52
the
32:52
smaller
32:53
side.
32:53
You
32:53
know,
32:54
after
32:54
a
32:54
while
32:54
they
32:55
feel
32:55
like
32:55
they're
32:55
boxed
32:56
in
32:56
and
32:56
they
32:56
do
32:57
just
32:57
start
32:57
kind
32:57
of
32:58
developing
32:58
this
32:58
little
32:58
sour
32:59
attitude
32:59
about
33:00
it.
33:00
But
33:00
then
33:00
some
33:00
of
33:00
them
33:01
are
33:01
getting
33:01
bored,
33:01
right?
33:01
They're
33:02
just
33:02
bored.
33:02
Yeah.
33:04
I'm
33:05
sick
33:05
of
33:05
doing
33:05
the
33:05
same
33:06
pattern
33:06
over
33:06
and
33:06
over
33:07
and
33:07
over
33:07
again.
33:08
Yeah.
33:08
And
33:08
then
33:09
you
33:09
take
33:09
them
33:09
out
33:09
to
33:09
the
33:09
pasture
33:10
and
33:10
they're
33:10
perfect.
33:11
They
33:11
love
33:12
it.
33:12
Their
33:12
ears
33:12
go
33:13
up,
33:13
they
33:13
want
33:13
to
33:13
go
33:13
forward
33:14
and
33:14
all
33:14
of
33:14
those
33:14
wonderful
33:15
things,
33:15
things.
33:16
So,
33:17
and
33:17
usually
33:17
that
33:18
is
33:18
the
33:18
indicator,
33:19
like
33:19
Claire
33:19
is
33:20
saying,
33:20
where,
33:20
okay,
33:21
when
33:21
I
33:21
lunge,
33:22
it's
33:22
fine,
33:23
when
33:23
I'm,
33:23
you
33:23
know,
33:23
when
33:24
I'm
33:24
riding
33:24
out,
33:25
it's
33:25
fine.
33:25
But
33:26
when
33:27
the
33:27
arena,
33:27
you
33:28
have
33:28
a
33:28
totally
33:28
different
33:29
horse.
33:30
So
33:30
the
33:30
tricky
33:30
thing
33:31
here
33:31
is
33:31
obviously
33:32
you
33:32
don't
33:32
want
33:33
the
33:33
horse
33:33
to
33:33
do
33:34
the
33:34
bulking
33:34
and,
33:35
and
33:36
kicking
33:36
and
33:36
squealing
33:37
and
33:37
refusing
33:38
to
33:38
go
33:38
forward.
33:38
You,
33:38
you
33:39
want
33:39
to
33:39
work
33:39
through
33:39
that.
33:40
But
33:40
if
33:40
you
33:41
end
33:41
up
33:41
having
33:41
a
33:41
knock
33:42
down,
33:42
drag
33:42
out
33:42
fist
33:43
fight
33:43
with
33:43
your
33:43
horse
33:44
in
33:44
the
33:44
arena,
33:45
it
33:45
only
33:45
makes
33:45
the
33:46
arena
33:46
that
33:47
more
33:47
unbearable
33:48
for
33:48
them.
33:49
So
33:50
we
33:51
dealt
33:51
with
33:51
this.
33:52
Training
33:52
reigning
33:53
horses
33:54
all
33:55
the
33:55
time
33:56
reigning.
33:57
Horses
33:57
is
33:57
a
33:57
popular
33:58
thing.
33:59
Yeah.
33:59
Part
33:59
of
34:00
training
34:00
rainers
34:01
is
34:01
getting
34:02
all
34:02
the
34:02
buttons
34:03
put
34:03
on
34:03
them
34:04
and
34:04
then
34:04
the
34:04
rest
34:04
of
34:04
their
34:05
lives
34:05
it's
34:05
keeping
34:06
their
34:06
mind
34:06
sound
34:07
because
34:08
it
34:08
is
34:08
very,
34:09
it's
34:09
a
34:09
high
34:09
pressure
34:10
job
34:10
for
34:10
them.
34:11
And
34:11
especially
34:12
with
34:12
these
34:12
young
34:12
horses
34:13
that
34:13
are
34:13
in
34:13
these
34:13
futurity
34:14
programs
34:14
where
34:15
you're
34:15
really
34:15
training
34:16
up
34:16
hard
34:17
for
34:17
two
34:17
years
34:18
leading
34:18
up
34:18
to
34:18
this
34:19
maturity.
34:19
And
34:19
it's
34:20
mostly
34:20
arena
34:21
work.
34:22
You
34:22
know,
34:22
I
34:22
have
34:22
my
34:23
own
34:23
thoughts
34:23
regarding
34:24
age
34:24
and
34:24
doing
34:25
that,
34:25
but
34:26
that's
34:26
a
34:26
whole
34:27
other
34:27
show.
34:28
But
34:29
some
34:29
of
34:29
the
34:29
things,
34:30
ways
34:30
that
34:30
we
34:30
would
34:31
solve
34:31
it
34:31
is,
34:33
is
34:33
to
34:33
take
34:33
them
34:34
out
34:34
of
34:34
the
34:34
arena
34:34
and
34:35
okay,
34:35
let's
34:35
go
34:35
ahead
34:36
and
34:36
let's
34:36
go
34:36
hack
34:37
out
34:37
in
34:37
the
34:37
pasture
34:37
today
34:38
even,
34:38
even
34:38
a
34:38
rainy
34:39
horse,
34:39
because
34:39
that's
34:40
part
34:40
of
34:41
getting
34:41
them
34:42
ready
34:42
to
34:42
show,
34:43
even
34:43
if
34:43
you're
34:43
not
34:43
working
34:44
on
34:44
your
34:44
spins
34:44
and
34:45
stops
34:45
and
34:45
things
34:45
like
34:46
that.
34:46
And
34:47
it's
34:48
something
34:48
that
34:48
a
34:48
lot
34:48
of
34:49
young
34:49
assistant
34:50
trainers
34:50
have
34:50
to
34:51
have
34:51
drilled
34:51
into
34:51
their
34:51
heads
34:52
by
34:52
their
34:52
bosses
34:53
because
34:54
we
34:54
tend
34:55
to
34:55
get
34:55
hyper
34:56
focused
34:56
on.
34:57
I've
34:57
got
34:57
to
34:57
get
34:58
the
34:58
horse
34:58
ready.
34:58
You
34:58
know,
34:58
our
34:59
spins
34:59
aren't
34:59
that
34:59
good
35:00
and
35:00
that
35:00
we
35:00
need
35:00
to
35:00
work
35:01
on
35:01
this
35:01
and
35:01
this
35:01
and
35:01
this.
35:02
And
35:02
we
35:02
drill
35:02
on
35:02
them
35:03
too
35:03
much
35:03
and
35:03
after
35:03
a
35:03
while
35:04
it
35:04
just
35:04
starts
35:05
to
35:05
fall
35:05
apart
35:05
and
35:06
you
35:06
get
35:06
some
35:06
of
35:06
this
35:07
behavior
35:07
like
35:07
what
35:07
Claire's
35:08
experiencing.
35:09
And
35:10
you
35:11
know,
35:11
my
35:11
attitude,
35:12
my
35:12
inclination
35:13
was
35:13
always
35:14
to
35:14
work
35:14
harder.
35:15
Like,
35:15
you
35:15
know,
35:15
no,
35:16
you
35:16
can't
35:16
do
35:16
that.
35:16
We've
35:17
got
35:17
to
35:17
fix
35:17
this.
35:18
And
35:19
my
35:19
boss
35:19
would
35:19
yell
35:20
at
35:20
me
35:20
like,
35:20
you
35:21
know,
35:21
just
35:21
take
35:22
them
35:22
out,
35:23
put
35:23
them
35:23
on
35:23
a
35:23
loose
35:24
ring
35:24
neck,
35:25
ring
35:25
them
35:25
like
35:25
a
35:25
good
35:26
old,
35:26
you
35:26
know,
35:26
ranch
35:27
pony
35:27
and
35:28
leave
35:28
them
35:28
alone.
35:29
They
35:29
need
35:30
some
35:30
of
35:30
those
35:30
mental
35:31
health
35:31
days
35:31
and
35:32
then
35:32
come
35:32
back
35:32
next
35:33
week
35:33
and
35:33
work
35:33
on
35:34
it.
35:34
So
35:34
I
35:35
really
35:35
had
35:35
to
35:35
learn
35:35
that.
35:36
But
35:36
once
35:37
the
35:37
problem
35:37
is
35:38
really
35:38
ingrained,
35:39
which
35:39
it
35:39
does
35:40
sound
35:40
like
35:40
we're
35:40
dealing
35:41
with
35:41
here,
35:42
sometimes
35:42
taking
35:43
them
35:43
out
35:43
for
35:43
a
35:43
Few
35:43
days
35:44
just.
35:44
Just
35:44
doesn't
35:45
quite
35:46
get
35:46
them
35:46
over
35:46
it.
35:46
Like
35:47
it's
35:47
good
35:47
for
35:47
them
35:47
to
35:47
go
35:48
out,
35:48
but
35:48
then
35:48
they
35:49
go
35:49
back
35:49
to
35:49
the
35:49
ring
35:49
and
35:50
they
35:51
punk
35:51
out
35:51
again.
35:52
So
35:53
in
35:53
that
35:53
case,
35:54
you
35:54
want
35:55
to
35:55
start
35:55
making
35:56
the
35:56
arena
35:57
a
35:57
little
35:57
bit
35:57
more
35:57
novel
35:58
for
35:58
them.
35:58
Again,
35:58
you
35:59
want
35:59
to
35:59
really
36:00
cut
36:00
down
36:01
the
36:01
amount
36:01
of
36:01
time
36:02
you're
36:02
working
36:02
them
36:03
and
36:03
try
36:04
very
36:04
hard
36:05
to
36:06
end
36:06
on
36:06
a
36:06
good
36:07
note.
36:07
So
36:07
using
36:08
the
36:08
positive
36:08
reinforcement
36:09
thing
36:09
is
36:09
a
36:10
great
36:10
idea.
36:11
One
36:11
of
36:11
the
36:11
exercises
36:12
I
36:12
like
36:13
to
36:13
do
36:13
with
36:13
a
36:13
horse
36:14
like
36:14
this
36:14
is,
36:16
is
36:16
called
36:16
post
36:17
to
36:17
post,
36:17
which
36:18
is
36:18
where
36:19
you
36:19
just
36:19
pick
36:19
a
36:20
point
36:20
in
36:21
the
36:21
arena,
36:21
you
36:22
know,
36:22
a
36:22
fence
36:22
post
36:23
or
36:24
you
36:24
know,
36:24
the
36:25
dressage
36:25
letter,
36:26
whatever
36:26
kind
36:26
of
36:26
landmark
36:27
you
36:27
can
36:27
find,
36:28
and
36:28
you
36:28
just
36:28
ride
36:29
your
36:29
horse
36:29
to
36:29
that
36:30
point
36:30
and
36:30
just
36:31
get
36:31
him
36:31
from
36:31
one
36:31
end
36:31
of
36:32
the
36:32
arena
36:32
to
36:32
the
36:32
other.
36:33
I
36:33
do
36:33
this
36:33
on
36:33
a
36:34
loose
36:34
rein.
36:35
I
36:35
don't
36:35
do
36:36
any
36:36
kind
36:36
of
36:36
collection
36:37
or
36:37
lateral
36:38
work
36:38
or
36:38
anything
36:38
like
36:38
that.
36:39
It's
36:39
very
36:39
simple.
36:40
Just
36:41
ride
36:41
to
36:42
this
36:42
point,
36:42
put
36:42
your
36:43
nose
36:43
on
36:43
this
36:43
point
36:44
in
36:44
the
36:44
arena,
36:44
and
36:45
once
36:45
we
36:45
get
36:45
there,
36:46
I
36:46
stop
36:46
and
36:47
let
36:47
them
36:47
rest.
36:47
If
36:48
you're
36:48
using
36:48
positive
36:49
reinforcement
36:49
training,
36:50
this
36:50
is
36:50
a
36:50
great
36:51
place
36:52
to
36:53
click
36:53
and
36:53
treat.
36:54
And
36:54
all
36:54
you're
36:54
rewarding
36:55
is,
36:55
yeah,
36:56
you
36:56
made
36:56
it
36:56
from
36:56
point
36:56
A
36:57
to
36:57
point
36:57
B.
36:57
I
36:57
almost
36:58
don't
36:58
care
36:58
what
36:59
happened
36:59
in
36:59
between.
37:00
If
37:00
it
37:00
took
37:01
us
37:01
a
37:01
little
37:01
while
37:01
to
37:02
get
37:02
there,
37:02
if
37:02
they
37:02
weaved
37:03
or
37:03
anything
37:03
like
37:04
that,
37:04
I
37:04
leave
37:05
that
37:05
alone.
37:05
Alone
37:06
within
37:06
reason.
37:07
And
37:07
once
37:08
we've
37:08
sat
37:08
there
37:09
for
37:09
a
37:09
little
37:09
bit,
37:10
I
37:10
will
37:11
look
37:11
across
37:12
the
37:12
arena,
37:12
find
37:12
a
37:12
new
37:13
point.
37:13
Maybe
37:13
I'll
37:13
ride
37:14
into
37:14
the
37:14
corner
37:14
and
37:14
I
37:15
look
37:15
at
37:15
it
37:15
and
37:15
I
37:15
ride
37:16
my
37:16
horse
37:16
there.
37:16
I
37:17
like
37:17
to
37:17
do
37:17
this
37:17
at
37:17
a
37:17
trot
37:18
or
37:18
a
37:18
canter,
37:18
but
37:19
walking
37:19
is
37:19
totally
37:20
fine
37:20
too.
37:20
And
37:21
again,
37:21
we're
37:21
just
37:22
going
37:22
to
37:22
treat
37:22
him
37:22
like
37:22
he's
37:22
a
37:23
brand
37:23
new
37:23
baby
37:23
horse
37:24
who
37:24
barely
37:24
knows
37:24
steering.
37:25
I
37:25
don't
37:25
care
37:25
what
37:26
level
37:26
he
37:26
is
37:27
in
37:27
his
37:27
riding.
37:27
I.
37:28
We're
37:28
just
37:28
wiping
37:29
that
37:29
all
37:29
away
37:29
for
37:30
now.
37:30
And
37:31
I'll
37:31
ride
37:31
my
37:31
horse
37:31
to
37:32
that
37:32
corner.
37:33
And
37:33
then
37:33
once
37:33
they
37:33
get
37:34
there,
37:34
if
37:34
you're
37:34
not
37:34
using
37:35
treats,
37:35
then
37:36
you
37:36
can
37:36
just
37:36
let
37:36
him
37:36
rest
37:37
there,
37:37
scratch
37:37
them
37:37
on
37:37
their
37:38
neck,
37:38
let
37:38
them
37:38
have
37:38
a
37:38
little
37:39
break,
37:39
or
37:40
you
37:40
can
37:40
click
37:41
and
37:41
treat.
37:41
And
37:41
we're
37:41
going
37:42
to
37:42
make
37:42
a
37:42
game
37:42
of
37:42
this.
37:43
Like,
37:43
now
37:43
let's
37:43
go
37:43
ride
37:44
to
37:44
this
37:44
target.
37:44
Now
37:45
let's
37:45
go
37:45
ride
37:45
to
37:45
this
37:46
target.
37:46
In
37:46
fact,
37:47
if
37:47
you
37:47
are
37:47
target
37:48
training
37:48
your
37:48
horses,
37:49
meaning
37:50
teaching
37:50
them
37:51
to
37:51
touch
37:51
a
37:52
target,
37:52
such
37:53
as
37:53
a
37:53
cone
37:54
or,
37:54
or
37:55
an
37:55
actual
37:56
clicker
37:56
training
37:57
target,
37:57
I've
37:58
done
37:58
this
37:58
where
37:59
I've
37:59
set
37:59
up
37:59
these
38:00
extra
38:00
large
38:00
road
38:01
cones
38:02
or
38:02
pole
38:02
bending
38:03
poles
38:03
in
38:03
my
38:04
arena
38:04
at
38:04
different
38:05
points.
38:05
And
38:05
I've
38:05
ridden
38:06
my
38:06
horse
38:06
to
38:06
each
38:06
and
38:07
those
38:07
in
38:07
the
38:07
middle
38:07
of
38:07
the
38:08
arena
38:08
and
38:08
say,
38:08
okay,
38:09
touch
38:09
this
38:09
cone,
38:10
click
38:10
treat.
38:10
Now
38:11
let's
38:11
go
38:11
turn
38:11
around
38:12
and
38:12
go
38:12
touch
38:12
that
38:12
cone
38:13
on
38:13
the
38:13
other
38:13
side
38:13
of
38:13
the
38:14
arena,
38:14
click
38:14
treat.
38:15
And
38:16
you're
38:16
just
38:16
trying
38:17
to
38:18
unscramble
38:19
your
38:19
horse's
38:20
brain
38:20
and
38:20
give
38:21
them
38:21
a
38:21
win.
38:22
And
38:22
I
38:23
found
38:23
that
38:23
is
38:23
way
38:24
more
38:24
helpful
38:25
when
38:25
you
38:25
have
38:25
a
38:25
horse
38:26
that
38:26
doesn't
38:26
want
38:26
to
38:26
go
38:27
forward
38:28
than
38:28
just
38:28
trying
38:29
to
38:29
kick
38:29
on
38:29
him
38:30
and
38:30
push
38:30
on
38:30
him.
38:30
And
38:30
now
38:31
you're
38:31
fighting
38:31
and
38:31
headbutting
38:32
and
38:32
it's
38:32
a
38:33
unbearable
38:33
experience
38:34
for
38:34
both
38:34
of
38:34
you.
38:35
So
38:36
that's
38:36
where
38:36
I
38:37
would
38:37
start
38:37
with
38:37
this
38:37
horse
38:38
is
38:38
something
38:39
very
38:39
simple
38:40
like
38:40
that.
38:40
In
38:41
general
38:41
riding,
38:42
I
38:42
would,
38:43
in
38:43
the
38:43
arena,
38:43
I
38:44
go
38:44
back
38:44
to
38:44
loose
38:45
rein
38:45
riding.
38:46
Give
38:46
make
38:47
your
38:47
goals
38:48
very
38:48
attainable.
38:49
Again,
38:49
kind
38:49
of
38:50
pretend
38:50
for
38:50
a
38:50
little
38:50
while
38:51
that
38:51
this
38:51
is
38:51
a
38:51
brand
38:51
new
38:52
baby
38:52
horse
38:52
that's
38:53
just
38:53
out
38:53
of
38:53
the
38:53
round
38:54
pen
38:54
and
38:54
they
38:54
don't
38:54
know
38:55
anything.
38:55
So
38:55
I
38:55
wouldn't
38:56
try
38:56
to
38:56
collect
38:56
them
38:56
up
38:56
and
38:57
put
38:57
a
38:57
ton
38:57
of
38:57
leg
38:57
on
38:57
them
38:58
and
38:58
do
38:58
all
38:58
this
38:58
lateral
38:59
and
38:59
whatnot.
39:00
I
39:00
would
39:00
just
39:01
ride
39:01
them
39:01
in
39:01
the
39:02
arena.
39:02
Like
39:02
you're
39:02
on
39:03
a
39:03
trail
39:03
ride.
39:04
Anytime,
39:05
whether
39:06
you're
39:06
doing
39:06
the
39:07
exercise
39:07
I
39:07
just
39:07
talked
39:08
about
39:08
or
39:09
you're
39:09
riding
39:09
a
39:09
20
39:10
meter
39:10
circle
39:10
or
39:10
you're
39:11
just
39:11
riding
39:11
around
39:11
the
39:11
rail.
39:12
Anytime
39:13
that
39:13
that
39:13
horse
39:14
frees
39:14
up
39:15
and
39:16
goes
39:16
forward
39:17
from
39:17
your
39:17
leg,
39:17
I
39:18
would
39:18
treat
39:18
it
39:19
like
39:19
they
39:19
won
39:19
the
39:19
Olympics.
39:20
So
39:20
you
39:20
can
39:20
click
39:20
and
39:21
treat.
39:21
Or
39:22
what
39:22
I
39:22
like
39:22
to
39:22
do
39:23
as
39:23
well
39:24
is,
39:24
oh
39:25
man,
39:25
you
39:25
know,
39:25
I
39:25
put
39:25
a
39:26
little
39:26
leg
39:26
on
39:26
you
39:26
and
39:27
you
39:27
just
39:27
really
39:28
came
39:28
into
39:28
that
39:28
trot
39:29
beautifully.
39:29
And
39:29
you
39:29
ext
39:30
that
39:30
trot.
39:31
Soon
39:31
as
39:31
they
39:31
get
39:31
there,
39:32
I'm
39:32
going
39:32
to
39:32
like
39:33
stop.
39:33
I'm
39:34
going
39:34
to
39:34
have
39:34
them
39:34
come
39:34
to
39:34
a
39:34
stop,
39:35
loose
39:36
train,
39:36
let
39:36
them
39:36
have
39:37
a
39:37
break
39:37
for
39:37
30
39:38
seconds,
39:38
rub
39:38
on
39:39
them,
39:39
scratch
39:39
their
39:39
neck.
39:40
I
39:40
just
39:40
want
39:40
that
39:40
horse
39:41
to
39:41
know
39:41
if
39:41
you
39:41
put
39:42
in
39:42
any
39:42
effort,
39:43
I'm
39:43
going
39:43
to
39:44
recognize
39:44
that
39:44
effort.
39:45
I
39:45
think
39:45
a
39:46
lot
39:46
of
39:46
horses
39:46
get
39:47
sour
39:47
because
39:48
again,
39:49
we
39:49
can
39:49
get
39:49
into
39:49
that
39:50
hyperfocus
39:51
mode
39:51
and
39:51
drill
39:51
and
39:51
drill
39:52
and
39:52
drill.
39:53
And
39:54
we
39:55
miss
39:55
all
39:55
of
39:55
the
39:56
good
39:56
things
39:56
our
39:56
horses
39:57
are
39:57
doing
39:57
along
39:57
the
39:58
way.
39:58
And
39:58
after
39:58
a
39:58
while
39:58
the
39:58
horse
39:59
is
39:59
like,
39:59
you
39:59
know
39:59
what?
39:59
I've
40:00
been
40:00
so
40:00
obedient.
40:01
I've
40:01
done
40:01
this
40:01
and
40:01
this
40:02
and
40:02
this
40:02
and
40:02
I
40:02
get
40:03
nothing
40:03
for
40:03
it.
40:03
You
40:03
just
40:04
keep
40:04
riding
40:04
me
40:04
around
40:05
this
40:05
little
40:05
pen.
40:06
So
40:06
I'm
40:06
done.
40:07
I'm
40:07
going
40:07
on
40:07
strike.
40:08
And
40:08
not
40:09
saying
40:09
that's
40:09
what
40:10
you've
40:10
done
40:10
to
40:10
your
40:10
horse.
40:11
It
40:11
just
40:12
happens.
40:12
It
40:12
could
40:12
be
40:13
a
40:13
past
40:13
life,
40:13
like,
40:14
you
40:14
know,
40:14
we
40:14
suspect
40:15
here.
40:16
It
40:17
could
40:17
just
40:17
be,
40:18
you
40:18
know,
40:18
I'm
40:18
just
40:18
tired
40:19
of
40:19
the
40:19
arena.
40:20
So
40:21
all
40:21
in
40:21
all,
40:21
I
40:21
would
40:22
just
40:23
reassess
40:23
your
40:24
goals
40:25
and
40:25
reward,
40:26
treat
40:26
every
40:27
little
40:27
try
40:27
they
40:28
give
40:28
you
40:28
like
40:28
it's
40:29
the
40:29
best
40:30
thing
40:30
in
40:30
the
40:30
whole
40:30
world.
40:31
And
40:32
usually
40:32
that
40:32
can
40:32
give
40:33
you
40:33
start
40:33
starting
40:34
point
40:34
to
40:34
start
40:35
building
40:35
that
40:35
relationship
40:36
up
40:36
again
40:36
in
40:36
the
40:37
arena.
40:38
Very
40:38
good.
40:39
Kayla
40:40
wants
40:40
to
40:40
know,
40:41
and
40:41
this
40:41
is.
40:41
This
40:42
is
40:42
funny
40:42
because
40:42
we.
40:42
We
40:43
discovered
40:43
something
40:43
about
40:44
James,
40:44
Jennifer's
40:45
new
40:45
horse.
40:45
I
40:46
ride
40:46
bike,
40:47
and
40:47
I
40:48
came
40:48
riding
40:48
it
40:49
just,
40:49
you
40:49
know,
40:50
went
40:50
out
40:50
and
40:50
rode
40:50
my
40:50
bike
40:51
around
40:51
the
40:51
neighborhood
40:51
and
40:51
then
40:52
came
40:52
back
40:52
and
40:52
went
40:52
riding
40:53
into
40:53
the
40:53
barn
40:53
like
40:53
I
40:54
always
40:54
do.
40:54
I
40:55
ride
40:55
in
40:55
and
40:55
park
40:55
my
40:56
bike.
40:56
And
40:56
James
40:57
was
40:57
inside,
40:57
and
40:57
he
40:58
bolted
40:58
out
40:58
the
40:58
stall
40:59
out
40:59
into
40:59
the
40:59
pasture,
41:00
and.
41:01
And
41:01
I
41:01
was
41:01
like,
41:02
oh,
41:02
James
41:02
doesn't
41:03
know
41:03
what
41:03
a
41:03
bike
41:03
is.
41:04
You
41:04
know,
41:04
it's
41:04
funny,
41:04
when
41:04
they're
41:05
four
41:05
years
41:05
old,
41:06
our
41:06
horses
41:07
were
41:07
fine
41:07
with
41:07
bikes
41:07
from
41:08
day
41:08
one
41:08
when
41:08
we
41:08
got
41:09
them.
41:09
And,
41:09
you
41:10
know,
41:10
I
41:10
go
41:11
out
41:11
riding
41:11
with
41:11
Jennifer
41:12
all
41:12
the
41:12
time
41:12
on
41:12
my
41:12
bike.
41:13
She's
41:13
on
41:13
her
41:13
horse,
41:14
and
41:15
you
41:15
forget
41:15
sometimes
41:16
what
41:16
they
41:16
don't
41:16
know.
41:17
So
41:17
now
41:17
we're
41:17
working
41:17
on
41:18
bike
41:18
training.
41:18
You
41:18
know,
41:18
we're
41:19
desensitizing
41:20
to
41:20
the
41:20
bike.
41:20
So
41:20
we
41:20
did
41:21
that
41:21
yesterday.
41:21
But
41:22
Kayla
41:22
kind
41:22
of
41:22
has
41:22
a
41:22
different
41:23
one
41:23
here.
41:23
How
41:23
can
41:23
I
41:24
introduce
41:24
wearing
41:24
a
41:24
sheet
41:25
to
41:25
a
41:25
young
41:25
horse?
41:26
Odin
41:26
is
41:27
very,
41:27
very
41:28
sensitive.
41:28
Sensitive.
41:29
But
41:29
I
41:29
would
41:29
like
41:29
to
41:29
start
41:30
putting
41:30
him
41:30
out
41:30
in
41:30
the
41:31
rain
41:31
sheet
41:31
for
41:32
inclement
41:32
weather.
41:33
Throw
41:34
it
41:34
on,
41:34
turn
41:34
them
41:34
out,
41:34
and
41:35
watch
41:35
the
41:35
bucking.
41:35
That's
41:36
the
41:36
horse
41:36
husband
41:37
way
41:37
right
41:37
there.
41:38
Oh,
41:39
I've
41:39
seen
41:39
that
41:39
happen.
41:41
Get
41:42
your
41:42
video
41:42
camera
41:42
out
41:43
first,
41:43
though.
41:44
Yeah.
41:44
Talk
41:44
is
41:45
a
41:45
wonderful
41:45
thing.
41:47
Yeah.
41:47
Your
41:47
sheet
41:48
will
41:48
be
41:48
eight
41:48
handkerchiefs
41:49
by
41:49
the
41:49
end
41:50
of
41:50
the.
41:51
I
41:51
knew
41:51
you'd
41:52
have
41:52
a
41:52
better
41:52
plan
41:52
than
41:53
mine,
41:53
but,
41:53
you
41:53
know,
41:54
yeah,
41:54
I'm
41:55
here
41:55
to
41:55
help.
41:55
Sometimes,
41:57
you
41:57
know,
41:57
most.
41:58
Most
41:58
of
41:58
the
41:58
time
41:59
you
41:59
can
41:59
get
41:59
away
41:59
with
42:00
saying,
42:00
okay,
42:00
here's
42:01
a
42:01
sheet.
42:01
Good
42:01
luck.
42:03
But
42:03
it
42:04
sounds
42:04
like
42:04
Kayla
42:04
has
42:04
a
42:05
very
42:05
good
42:06
understanding
42:06
of
42:07
her
42:07
horse's
42:08
personality
42:08
and
42:09
understands
42:09
that
42:09
maybe
42:10
this
42:10
is
42:10
something
42:10
we
42:10
should
42:11
do
42:11
a
42:11
little
42:11
training
42:11
with.
42:13
So
42:14
for
42:14
the
42:14
most
42:15
part,
42:15
when
42:16
I
42:16
introduce
42:17
a
42:17
sheet
42:17
to
42:18
my
42:18
young
42:18
horses,
42:19
I'll
42:19
do
42:19
a
42:20
little
42:20
desensitizing
42:21
with
42:21
it.
42:21
I'll
42:21
wad
42:21
it
42:22
up
42:22
in
42:22
a
42:22
ball
42:22
and
42:22
rub
42:23
them
42:23
all
42:23
over.
42:23
And
42:24
usually
42:24
from
42:24
there,
42:24
I
42:24
can
42:24
throw
42:25
on
42:25
the
42:25
sheet,
42:25
and
42:25
they're
42:25
like,
42:26
oh,
42:26
I'm
42:26
wearing
42:26
a
42:26
sheet.
42:27
But
42:27
the
42:28
reason
42:28
I
42:28
can
42:28
get
42:29
away
42:29
with
42:29
that
42:29
is
42:30
because
42:31
often
42:31
with
42:31
these
42:31
horses
42:32
I'm
42:32
doing
42:32
this
42:32
with,
42:33
they
42:33
have
42:33
a
42:33
Strong
42:34
history
42:34
of
42:35
groundwork.
42:36
So
42:36
I've
42:36
done
42:36
a
42:37
lot
42:37
of
42:37
desensitizing
42:38
with
42:38
different
42:38
things
42:38
ahead
42:39
of
42:39
time.
42:39
So
42:40
when
42:40
I
42:40
start
42:41
doing
42:41
that
42:41
with
42:41
the
42:41
blanket,
42:42
the
42:42
horse
42:42
is
42:42
like,
42:42
oh,
42:42
yeah,
42:43
I
42:43
got
42:43
it.
42:43
And
42:44
they
42:44
can
42:44
fill
42:44
in
42:44
the
42:44
dots
42:45
and
42:45
I
42:45
can
42:45
just
42:45
throw
42:46
the
42:46
sheet
42:46
on
42:46
them
42:46
and
42:46
it's
42:46
all
42:47
good.
42:47
But
42:48
every
42:49
once
42:49
in
42:49
a
42:49
while,
42:49
you'll
42:49
get
42:50
one
42:50
that's
42:50
extremely
42:51
sensitive
42:51
and
42:52
that
42:52
horse
42:52
needs
42:52
its
42:53
handheld
42:53
air
42:53
every
42:54
step
42:54
of
42:54
the
42:54
way.
42:54
Or
42:55
maybe
42:55
it's
42:55
a
42:55
horse
42:56
that
42:56
hasn't
42:56
had
42:57
groundwork
42:57
yet.
42:58
So
42:59
you
42:59
can
42:59
start
43:00
with
43:00
a
43:00
sheet
43:00
if
43:00
you
43:00
want.
43:01
You
43:01
can
43:01
fold
43:01
it
43:02
into
43:02
a,
43:03
you
43:03
know,
43:03
a
43:03
smaller,
43:04
more
43:04
digestible,
43:05
tinier
43:06
object
43:06
and
43:07
work
43:07
on.
43:08
Start
43:08
starting
43:08
to
43:08
rub
43:09
them
43:09
everywhere
43:09
with
43:09
it.
43:10
Or
43:11
if.
43:11
If
43:11
you're
43:12
like,
43:12
ah,
43:12
even
43:12
that's
43:12
going
43:13
to
43:13
be
43:13
a
43:13
little
43:13
iffy.
43:14
Work
43:15
on
43:15
other
43:16
things
43:16
to
43:16
desensitize
43:17
your
43:17
horse
43:17
with.
43:18
So
43:18
I'll.
43:19
I'll
43:19
use
43:19
a
43:20
flag,
43:20
a
43:20
horseman's
43:21
flag,
43:21
often.
43:21
Sometimes.
43:22
So
43:22
it's
43:22
a.
43:22
It's
43:23
a
43:23
little
43:23
stick
43:23
and
43:23
it's
43:23
got
43:24
a
43:24
little
43:24
square
43:24
piece
43:25
of.
43:26
It's
43:27
sometimes
43:27
it's
43:27
a
43:27
plastic
43:28
bag,
43:28
sometimes
43:28
it's
43:29
a
43:29
little
43:29
kind
43:29
of
43:29
crinkly
43:30
type
43:30
fabric.
43:31
And
43:31
so
43:31
that's
43:32
really
43:32
small
43:33
and
43:33
easier
43:34
for.
43:34
To
43:34
get
43:35
your
43:35
horse
43:36
used
43:36
to
43:36
before
43:37
you
43:38
move
43:38
on
43:38
to
43:38
something
43:38
bigger
43:39
like
43:39
a
43:39
sheet.
43:41
So
43:41
my
43:41
crash
43:41
course
43:42
in
43:42
desensitizing,
43:43
if
43:43
you've
43:43
never
43:43
done
43:43
that,
43:44
is
43:45
SO
43:45
one.
43:46
I
43:46
would
43:46
have
43:46
a
43:47
decently
43:48
long
43:48
enough
43:49
lead
43:49
drop
43:50
at
43:50
least.
43:50
Least
43:50
10ft.
43:51
12
43:51
or
43:51
14
43:52
is
43:52
even
43:52
better.
43:53
I
43:53
would
43:54
do
43:54
the
43:54
desensitizing
43:55
in
43:55
a
43:55
safe
43:56
area.
43:56
So
43:56
don't
43:57
introduce
43:57
a
43:57
sheet
43:58
to
43:58
your
43:58
horse
43:58
for
43:58
the
43:58
first
43:59
time
43:59
in
43:59
the
44:00
barn
44:00
aisle
44:00
and
44:01
your
44:01
horses
44:01
and
44:01
cross
44:02
ties,
44:02
because
44:02
that
44:02
is
44:03
a
44:03
recipe
44:03
for
44:03
disaster.
44:04
Take
44:05
them
44:05
somewhere
44:05
that's
44:06
got
44:06
good
44:06
fencing
44:07
and
44:07
good
44:07
footing.
44:07
So
44:08
you
44:08
could
44:08
do
44:08
it
44:08
out
44:08
in
44:08
the
44:08
pasture.
44:09
You
44:09
could
44:09
do
44:09
it
44:09
in
44:09
your
44:09
arena.
44:10
I
44:10
like
44:10
to
44:10
do
44:11
it
44:11
in
44:11
the
44:11
middle
44:11
of
44:11
my
44:11
arena,
44:12
not
44:12
close
44:12
up
44:13
next
44:13
to
44:13
a
44:13
fence.
44:14
Gives
44:14
them
44:14
plenty
44:15
of
44:15
room
44:15
to
44:15
move
44:15
around,
44:15
and
44:16
I'm
44:16
not
44:16
going
44:16
to
44:16
get
44:16
smushed
44:17
if
44:17
they
44:18
slam
44:18
me
44:18
into
44:18
a
44:18
wall
44:19
or
44:19
anything
44:19
like
44:19
that.
44:21
And
44:22
when
44:22
you're
44:22
teaching
44:23
your
44:23
horse
44:23
to
44:23
accept
44:24
new
44:24
things
44:25
touching
44:25
all
44:26
over
44:26
them,
44:26
where
44:26
you
44:27
want
44:27
to
44:27
stand
44:27
is
44:28
about
44:28
an
44:28
arm's
44:29
length
44:29
away
44:29
from
44:30
them
44:30
at
44:31
their
44:31
shoulder.
44:32
You
44:32
don't
44:32
want
44:32
to
44:32
be
44:32
directly
44:33
in
44:33
front
44:33
of
44:33
them
44:33
and
44:33
you
44:33
don't
44:34
want
44:34
to
44:34
be
44:34
too
44:34
far
44:34
behind
44:35
that
44:35
shoulder.
44:35
So
44:36
that's
44:36
in
44:36
an
44:36
area
44:37
that's
44:37
relatively
44:38
safe.
44:38
You're
44:38
usually
44:39
out
44:39
of
44:39
the
44:39
kick
44:39
zone
44:40
and
44:40
you're,
44:41
you
44:41
know,
44:41
you're
44:41
out
44:42
of
44:42
that
44:42
zone.
44:42
If
44:42
they
44:42
decide
44:43
to
44:43
run
44:43
forward
44:43
or
44:44
they
44:44
decide
44:44
to
44:44
strike
44:44
out
44:45
out
44:45
at
44:45
the
44:45
scary
44:45
thing,
44:46
you
44:46
can
44:46
usually
44:47
avoid
44:47
that.
44:48
Now,
44:48
where
44:48
you
44:49
hold
44:49
your
44:49
rope
44:49
is
44:49
going
44:50
to
44:50
be
44:50
very
44:50
important
44:50
as
44:51
well.
44:51
So
44:52
when
44:52
our
44:52
horses
44:52
are
44:53
pretty
44:53
nervous,
44:54
sometimes
44:54
we
44:55
want
44:55
to
44:55
choke
44:55
up
44:55
and
44:56
really
44:56
do
44:56
kind
44:56
of
44:56
have
44:57
a
44:57
death
44:57
grip
44:57
on
44:57
that
44:57
halter
44:58
because
44:58
we
44:58
don't
44:58
want
44:58
the
44:59
bad
44:59
things
44:59
to
44:59
happen.
44:59
So
45:00
we're
45:00
like,
45:00
you
45:00
stand
45:01
still
45:01
and
45:01
we
45:01
really
45:02
have
45:02
a
45:02
hold
45:03
on
45:03
him.
45:03
But
45:03
that's
45:04
just
45:04
going
45:04
to
45:04
make
45:04
the
45:04
horse
45:05
feel
45:05
more
45:05
trapped.
45:06
So
45:07
I
45:07
want
45:08
probably
45:08
about,
45:09
I
45:09
don't
45:10
know,
45:10
8
45:11
to
45:11
10
45:11
inches
45:12
away
45:12
from
45:13
the
45:13
snap
45:14
of
45:14
my
45:14
lead
45:14
rope
45:15
is
45:15
where
45:15
I'm
45:15
going
45:15
to
45:15
hold
45:16
that
45:16
rope
45:17
so
45:18
long
45:18
enough
45:19
that
45:19
I
45:19
have
45:19
a
45:19
nice
45:20
loose
45:20
hold
45:20
on
45:20
them.
45:20
If
45:21
they're
45:21
standing
45:21
still,
45:22
it's.
45:22
They
45:23
don't
45:23
feel
45:23
any
45:23
pressure
45:24
from
45:24
me.
45:24
But
45:25
short
45:25
enough
45:25
that
45:26
if
45:26
all
45:27
of
45:27
a
45:27
sudden
45:27
my
45:28
horse
45:28
freaks
45:28
out
45:28
out
45:28
of
45:29
nowhere,
45:29
I'm
45:29
not
45:30
tangled
45:30
up
45:30
in
45:31
8ft
45:31
of
45:31
rope
45:32
and,
45:33
you
45:33
know,
45:33
in
45:34
danger
45:34
of
45:34
the
45:34
horse
45:34
running
45:35
past,
45:35
getting
45:35
the
45:35
rope
45:36
out
45:36
of
45:36
my
45:36
hands,
45:36
kicking
45:36
me
45:37
as
45:37
they
45:37
go
45:37
by,
45:37
all
45:38
those
45:38
fun
45:38
things.
45:40
So
45:41
that's,
45:41
that's
45:42
step
45:42
one,
45:42
one.
45:43
Whatever
45:43
I'm
45:44
introducing
45:44
to
45:44
my
45:45
horse,
45:45
I.
45:46
I'm
45:47
going
45:47
to
45:47
do
45:48
at
45:48
my
45:48
horse's
45:49
kind
45:49
of
45:49
withers
45:50
and
45:50
back
45:50
area
45:51
first,
45:51
because
45:52
that's
45:52
the
45:52
least
45:52
sensitive
45:53
area
45:53
of
45:53
my
45:54
horse's
45:54
body.
45:54
As
45:54
a
45:55
general
45:55
rule,
45:55
you're
45:56
away
45:56
from
45:57
the
45:57
feet
45:57
and
45:57
the
45:57
head
45:58
and
45:58
the
45:58
eyes
45:58
and
45:58
the
45:58
ears
45:59
and
45:59
the
45:59
belly,
45:59
where
45:59
they
46:00
tend
46:00
to
46:00
be
46:00
more
46:00
defensive.
46:02
And
46:02
I
46:03
will
46:03
begin
46:04
by
46:04
either
46:05
moving
46:05
that
46:05
object
46:06
around
46:06
the
46:06
withers
46:07
and
46:07
back
46:07
area,
46:07
or
46:08
if
46:08
I
46:08
feel
46:08
like
46:08
they
46:09
can
46:09
handle
46:09
it,
46:09
I'll
46:09
rub
46:10
them
46:10
on
46:10
the
46:10
withers
46:10
and
46:11
back
46:11
area.
46:12
So
46:12
your
46:13
horse
46:13
may
46:13
just
46:13
stand
46:14
still
46:14
and
46:14
accept
46:15
it
46:15
perfectly.
46:16
Great.
46:16
If
46:16
they
46:16
do,
46:17
you
46:17
can
46:17
move
46:17
on.
46:18
If
46:18
they
46:18
don't,
46:19
if
46:19
they
46:20
completely
46:20
freak
46:21
out,
46:21
then
46:22
that
46:22
tells
46:22
me,
46:22
okay,
46:23
I
46:23
need
46:23
to
46:23
back
46:23
off
46:23
and
46:24
make
46:24
this
46:24
even
46:25
easier
46:25
for
46:25
them.
46:26
But
46:27
if
46:27
they,
46:27
if
46:27
they're
46:28
just
46:28
moving
46:28
around
46:29
like,
46:29
oh,
46:29
I
46:29
don't
46:29
know
46:30
if
46:30
I
46:30
like
46:30
this.
46:30
What
46:31
you
46:31
want
46:31
to
46:31
try
46:31
to
46:32
do
46:32
is
46:32
continue
46:33
to
46:33
move
46:34
the
46:34
scary
46:34
thing
46:35
and
46:36
continue
46:36
to
46:37
stay
46:37
glued
46:38
to
46:38
their
46:39
shoulder.
46:39
So
46:39
if
46:39
a
46:40
horse
46:40
goes
46:40
backwards,
46:41
you
46:41
walk
46:41
forwards
46:41
with
46:42
them.
46:42
If
46:42
they
46:42
run
46:42
forward,
46:43
what
46:43
you're
46:44
going
46:44
to
46:44
do
46:44
with
46:44
your
46:45
lead
46:45
rope
46:45
hand
46:46
is
46:46
you're
46:46
going
46:46
to.
46:47
I'll
46:47
give
46:47
them
46:47
like
46:47
a
46:47
little
46:48
bump
46:48
or
46:48
I'll
46:48
turn
46:48
their
46:49
nose
46:49
in
46:49
my
46:50
direction
46:51
so
46:51
that
46:51
they
46:51
can
46:51
only
46:52
go
46:52
around
46:53
me,
46:53
yielding
46:53
their
46:54
hindquarters
46:54
instead
46:54
of
46:55
just
46:55
running
46:55
flat
46:56
off.
46:57
So
46:58
I
46:58
just
46:59
control
47:00
what
47:00
they
47:00
do
47:00
with
47:01
their
47:01
feet
47:01
and
47:01
try
47:01
to
47:02
get
47:02
it
47:02
to
47:02
where.
47:02
If
47:02
you're
47:03
moving
47:03
your
47:03
feet,
47:03
you're
47:04
usually
47:04
in
47:04
a
47:04
hindquarter
47:05
yield,
47:05
meaning
47:06
your
47:06
front
47:06
end's
47:07
relatively
47:07
still
47:08
and
47:08
you're
47:08
moving
47:08
your
47:08
hindquarters
47:09
more
47:10
than
47:10
your
47:10
four
47:10
quarters.
47:11
Because
47:12
one,
47:12
that's
47:12
going
47:12
to
47:12
keep
47:13
me
47:13
safe.
47:13
I
47:13
can
47:14
go
47:14
in
47:14
circles
47:14
with
47:14
that
47:14
horse
47:15
all
47:15
day
47:16
and
47:16
not
47:17
lose
47:17
a
47:17
hold
47:17
of
47:18
them
47:18
or
47:18
get
47:18
in
47:18
a
47:18
dangerous
47:19
area.
47:20
And
47:20
the
47:20
horse
47:20
has
47:21
to
47:21
work
47:21
a
47:21
little
47:21
harder
47:22
to
47:22
move
47:22
in
47:22
that
47:22
small
47:23
circle.
47:23
So
47:23
after
47:23
a
47:24
while
47:24
he'll
47:24
go,
47:25
is
47:25
this
47:25
really
47:26
worth
47:26
freaking
47:26
out
47:26
about?
47:27
I
47:27
think
47:27
I'm
47:28
going
47:28
to
47:28
stand
47:28
still.
47:29
Once
47:29
he
47:29
stands
47:30
still,
47:31
I
47:31
will
47:31
usually
47:31
continue
47:32
moving
47:33
or
47:33
rubbing
47:33
with
47:33
the
47:34
scary
47:34
thing
47:34
until
47:35
he
47:36
commits
47:36
to
47:37
really
47:37
keeping
47:38
those
47:38
feet
47:38
nice
47:38
and
47:38
still.
47:39
So
47:39
he
47:39
stands
47:39
still
47:40
for
47:40
10
47:40
or
47:40
15
47:41
seconds,
47:41
or
47:41
he
47:42
shows
47:42
me
47:42
a
47:42
sign
47:43
that
47:43
he's
47:43
relaxing.
47:44
So
47:45
that
47:45
could
47:45
be
47:45
dropping
47:45
his
47:46
pole,
47:47
you
47:47
know,
47:48
taking
47:48
a
47:49
yawn,
47:49
taking
47:49
a
47:49
deep
47:50
breath,
47:50
licking
47:51
his
47:51
lips,
47:51
cocking
47:52
a
47:52
hind
47:52
leg,
47:53
any
47:53
of
47:53
those
47:54
things.
47:54
Once
47:55
that
47:55
happens
47:55
where
47:56
the
47:56
horse
47:56
is
47:57
going
47:57
to
47:57
stand
47:57
still
47:58
and
47:58
be
47:58
accepting
47:59
of
47:59
the
47:59
scary
47:59
thing,
48:00
I
48:00
take
48:00
the
48:00
scary,
48:01
scary
48:01
thing
48:01
away
48:02
and
48:03
let
48:03
them
48:03
know
48:03
that's
48:03
exactly
48:04
the
48:04
answer
48:04
I
48:05
wanted.
48:05
So,
48:06
again,
48:06
this
48:06
is
48:06
a
48:06
crash
48:07
course.
48:07
I
48:07
could
48:07
do
48:07
a
48:07
whole
48:08
hour
48:08
on
48:08
how
48:08
to
48:09
do
48:09
this.
48:09
But
48:09
there's
48:09
a
48:10
lot
48:10
of
48:10
groundwork
48:10
programs
48:11
out
48:11
there
48:11
that
48:11
has
48:12
some
48:12
version
48:13
of
48:13
this
48:13
that
48:13
I
48:14
think
48:14
it's
48:14
very
48:14
important
48:14
for
48:15
all
48:15
horses,
48:15
whether
48:16
they
48:16
have
48:16
to
48:16
wear
48:16
sheets
48:17
or
48:17
not
48:18
to
48:18
learn.
48:19
And
48:19
when
48:19
you
48:19
get
48:20
in
48:20
a
48:20
habit
48:20
of
48:20
doing
48:20
this
48:21
with.
48:21
With
48:21
different
48:22
objects.
48:23
So
48:23
I
48:23
start.
48:24
Usually
48:24
the
48:25
easiest
48:25
thing
48:25
I
48:25
start
48:25
with
48:26
is
48:26
my
48:26
horse's
48:26
own
48:26
lead
48:27
rope.
48:27
Because
48:27
it's
48:27
soft,
48:28
it
48:28
doesn't
48:28
make
48:28
a
48:28
lot
48:29
of
48:29
noise.
48:29
I'll
48:29
toss
48:29
that
48:29
lead
48:30
rope
48:30
all
48:30
over
48:30
the
48:31
horse,
48:31
all
48:32
over
48:32
its
48:32
body.
48:33
Again,
48:33
I
48:33
start
48:33
with
48:33
the
48:33
withers
48:34
and
48:34
back.
48:34
The
48:35
next
48:35
body
48:35
part
48:35
I
48:35
do
48:36
is
48:36
the
48:36
hindquarters.
48:37
The
48:37
next
48:37
body
48:37
part
48:38
I
48:38
do
48:39
is
48:39
on
48:39
the
48:40
neck.
48:40
And
48:40
then
48:41
I
48:41
will
48:41
do
48:41
the
48:41
hind
48:42
legs,
48:42
then
48:42
the
48:42
front
48:43
legs,
48:43
and
48:43
then
48:43
the
48:44
last
48:44
areas
48:44
I'll
48:44
desensitize
48:45
a
48:45
horse
48:46
to.
48:46
Scary
48:46
things
48:46
would
48:47
be
48:47
around
48:47
their
48:48
face
48:48
and
48:48
their
48:48
belly,
48:49
because
48:49
those
48:49
are
48:49
really
48:50
sensitive
48:50
areas.
48:51
And
48:52
sometimes
48:52
I
48:52
can
48:52
get
48:52
this
48:53
all
48:53
done
48:53
in
48:53
one
48:53
day.
48:54
Sometimes
48:54
it
48:54
takes
48:54
several
48:55
days
48:55
or
48:55
weeks
48:56
before,
48:56
like
48:57
with
48:57
my
48:57
mustang.
48:57
Sometimes
48:58
it
48:58
takes
48:58
a
48:58
while
48:59
before
48:59
I
48:59
can
48:59
touch
48:59
their
49:00
legs
49:00
with
49:00
something.
49:01
You
49:01
just
49:01
take
49:02
it
49:02
at
49:02
the
49:02
horse's
49:03
pace.
49:03
But
49:04
once
49:04
you
49:04
get
49:04
them
49:04
in
49:05
a
49:05
habit
49:05
of
49:05
getting
49:06
desensitized
49:06
to
49:06
all
49:07
sorts
49:07
of
49:07
things,
49:08
when
49:08
you
49:08
do
49:09
move
49:09
up
49:09
to
49:09
something
49:10
bigger
49:10
and
49:10
scarier,
49:11
like
49:11
a
49:11
sheet
49:12
or
49:12
a
49:13
tarp,
49:13
for
49:14
instance,
49:15
they
49:15
usually
49:15
know
49:16
the
49:16
name
49:16
of
49:16
the
49:16
game.
49:16
Like,
49:17
oh,
49:17
okay,
49:17
my
49:17
owner
49:18
does
49:18
this
49:18
to
49:18
me
49:18
all
49:18
the
49:19
time.
49:19
I
49:19
know
49:19
what
49:19
I'm
49:19
supposed
49:20
to
49:20
do
49:21
to
49:21
where
49:21
if
49:21
they're
49:21
still
49:22
a
49:22
little
49:22
nervous
49:22
about
49:22
it,
49:23
it's
49:23
very
49:23
manageable.
49:25
They
49:25
don't
49:25
just
49:25
go
49:26
into
49:26
full
49:26
blown
49:26
panic
49:27
mode.
49:28
Now
49:28
back
49:28
to
49:28
the
49:29
sheet.
49:29
Before
49:30
I
49:30
put
49:30
a
49:31
sheet
49:31
on
49:31
the
49:31
horse,
49:32
you
49:32
know,
49:32
where
49:33
you're
49:33
committed,
49:33
that
49:33
thing
49:34
is
49:34
on
49:34
him.
49:35
And
49:35
so
49:35
whatever
49:36
happens,
49:36
happens
49:37
at
49:37
that
49:37
point.
49:37
So
49:38
if
49:38
I
49:38
have
49:38
one
49:38
that's
49:38
particularly
49:39
sensitive,
49:40
I
49:40
want
49:40
to
49:40
make
49:40
sure
49:41
that
49:41
I
49:41
can
49:42
move
49:42
that
49:42
sheet
49:43
all
49:43
around
49:43
him.
49:44
I
49:44
can
49:44
kind
49:44
of
49:45
flop
49:45
it
49:45
up
49:45
and
49:46
down
49:46
and
49:46
it's.
49:46
He
49:47
doesn't
49:47
freak
49:47
out.
49:48
It
49:49
can
49:49
rub
49:49
every
49:50
single
49:50
part
49:50
of
49:50
his
49:50
body.
49:51
It
49:51
can
49:51
go
49:51
all
49:51
over
49:51
his
49:52
legs.
49:52
And
49:52
again
49:52
I'll
49:53
ball
49:53
this,
49:53
ball
49:53
it
49:54
up
49:54
so
49:54
it's
49:54
easier
49:55
for
49:55
me
49:55
to
49:55
hold
49:55
and
49:56
it's
49:56
smaller.
49:57
I
49:57
can
49:57
rub
49:58
them
49:58
on
49:58
their
49:58
belly,
49:58
I
49:58
can
49:59
rub
49:59
them
49:59
up
49:59
on
49:59
their
50:00
face
50:00
with
50:00
it
50:00
and
50:00
they're
50:01
just
50:01
standing
50:01
there
50:02
bored
50:02
to
50:02
tears.
50:03
If
50:03
they
50:04
can
50:04
handle
50:04
that,
50:05
they
50:05
can
50:05
usually
50:06
handle
50:07
wearing
50:07
it.
50:08
And
50:09
you
50:09
can
50:09
even
50:09
sling
50:09
the
50:10
sheet
50:10
over
50:10
their
50:11
back
50:11
like
50:11
a
50:11
saddle,
50:11
blanket
50:12
it
50:12
and
50:13
have
50:13
them
50:13
walk
50:13
forward
50:14
a
50:14
few
50:14
steps.
50:14
Just
50:15
be
50:15
careful
50:15
with
50:15
that
50:16
because
50:16
if
50:16
the
50:17
sheet
50:17
falls
50:17
off
50:17
on
50:18
the
50:18
other
50:18
side,
50:19
you
50:20
know,
50:20
you
50:20
could.
50:20
You're
50:21
in
50:21
danger
50:21
of
50:21
them
50:21
kind
50:22
of
50:22
running
50:23
into
50:23
you.
50:23
So
50:24
I
50:24
keep
50:24
it
50:24
very
50:25
controlled
50:25
and
50:25
I
50:25
always
50:26
take
50:26
the
50:26
sheet
50:26
away
50:27
if
50:27
it's
50:27
way
50:27
too
50:28
scary
50:28
or
50:29
once
50:29
they
50:30
are
50:30
standing
50:30
still
50:30
and
50:31
accepting
50:31
it.
50:32
Very
50:33
good.
50:33
Well,
50:34
Mary,
50:34
thank
50:34
you
50:34
for
50:35
doing
50:35
that.
50:36
We've
50:36
run
50:36
out
50:36
of
50:36
time
50:37
here,
50:37
believe
50:37
it
50:37
or.
50:37
Or
50:38
not.
50:38
So
50:39
we
50:39
have
50:39
another
50:39
question
50:40
from
50:40
Mary
50:40
that
50:40
we'll
50:41
get
50:41
to
50:41
about
50:41
hand
50:42
walking
50:42
and
50:42
learning
50:43
teaching
50:43
a
50:43
horse
50:43
not
50:43
to
50:44
basically
50:44
go
50:44
past
50:45
you
50:45
or
50:45
run
50:45
you
50:45
over
50:46
while
50:46
hand
50:46
walking.
50:46
But
50:46
I
50:47
think
50:47
that's
50:47
another
50:47
15,
50:48
20
50:48
minutes.
50:48
So
50:49
why
50:49
don't
50:49
we
50:49
put
50:49
that
50:49
one
50:50
first
50:50
on
50:50
next
50:50
month.
50:51
So,
50:51
Mary,
50:51
we'll
50:52
get
50:52
to
50:52
yours
50:52
next
50:53
month.
50:53
Mary,
50:53
it's
50:53
been
50:54
fun.
50:54
It's
50:54
been
50:54
fun
50:54
to
50:54
do
50:55
this
50:55
with
50:55
you
50:55
again.
50:55
It's
50:55
been
50:56
a
50:56
long
50:56
time.
50:57
I
50:57
know.
50:57
This
50:58
was
50:58
great
50:58
fun.
50:58
Jennifer
50:59
will
50:59
be
50:59
back.
50:59
Don't
50:59
worry.
51:00
I
51:00
know
51:00
you
51:00
guys
51:00
love
51:01
Jennifer
51:01
and
51:01
Mary
51:01
together
51:02
and
51:02
I
51:02
do
51:03
too.
51:03
So
51:03
she'll
51:03
be
51:04
back
51:04
next
51:04
month.
51:04
I'll
51:04
make
51:05
sure
51:05
she,
51:05
she
51:05
doesn't
51:05
schedule
51:06
the
51:06
farrier
51:06
during
51:06
Mary's
51:07
show.
51:07
But
51:07
this
51:08
was
51:08
with
51:08
the
51:08
holidays
51:09
and
51:09
everything
51:09
is
51:09
the
51:09
only
51:09
time
51:10
you
51:10
could
51:10
come
51:10
out.
51:11
So
51:11
I'll
51:11
try
51:12
not
51:12
to
51:12
be
51:12
offended.
51:14
Mary,
51:14
where
51:15
can
51:15
people
51:15
find
51:15
you?
51:15
Where.
51:16
What's
51:16
the
51:16
best
51:16
place
51:17
you
51:18
can
51:18
find
51:18
me
51:18
on
51:18
Facebook?
51:19
Mary
51:19
Kitzmiller.
51:20
Horsemanship.
51:20
I
51:21
also
51:21
have
51:21
a
51:21
website,
51:22
marykitzmiller.com
51:24
and.
51:24
You
51:24
can
51:25
find
51:25
all
51:25
the
51:25
show
51:25
notes
51:26
and
51:26
everything
51:26
about
51:26
horses
51:27
in
51:27
the
51:27
morning@horsesinthemorning.com
51:29
you
51:29
can
51:29
also
51:29
follow
51:30
us
51:30
on
51:30
Facebook.
51:31
And
51:31
don't
51:31
forget,
51:32
Mary
51:32
has
51:32
her
51:32
own
51:33
podcast
51:33
feed.
51:34
So
51:34
if
51:34
you
51:34
want
51:35
to
51:35
easily
51:35
find
51:36
her
51:36
past
51:36
episodes
51:37
of
51:37
this,
51:37
by
51:37
the
51:37
way,
51:37
there
51:38
are
51:38
56
51:38
of
51:39
them.
51:39
Just
51:40
search
51:40
for
51:40
Mary
51:41
Kitzmiller
51:41
training
51:42
in
51:42
your
51:42
podcast
51:42
player
51:43
and
51:43
that'll
51:43
pop
51:43
up.
51:44
So
51:44
if
51:44
you
51:44
don't
51:44
want
51:44
to
51:44
weed
51:44
through
51:45
all
51:45
the
51:45
horses
51:45
in
51:45
the
51:45
mornings,
51:46
thousands
51:47
of
51:47
episodes,
51:47
you
51:48
can
51:48
just
51:48
search
51:48
for
51:48
Mary
51:48
kitzmiller
51:49
training
51:49
and
51:49
it
51:50
brings
51:50
up
51:50
all
51:50
her
51:50
past
51:50
episodes.
51:51
Just
51:52
those.
51:53
So
51:53
there
51:53
are
51:53
56
51:54
of
51:54
them,
51:54
Mary.
51:55
Can
51:55
you
51:55
believe
51:55
that?
51:56
I
51:57
know,
51:57
I
51:57
know.
51:57
It's
51:58
been
51:58
a,
51:58
a
51:59
lot.
51:59
So
51:59
thank
52:00
you
52:00
everybody
52:00
for
52:00
joining
52:01
us
52:01
today.
52:01
Jamie
52:02
and
52:02
I
52:02
will
52:02
be
52:02
back
52:02
tomorrow.
52:03
We'll
52:03
start
52:03
a
52:03
new
52:04
year
52:04
of
52:04
really
52:05
bad
52:05
ads
52:05
and
52:05
silliness.
52:06
So
52:06
that'll
52:07
all
52:07
happen
52:07
on
52:08
tomorrow's
52:08
show.
52:09
Thanks,
52:09
Mary.
52:10
Talk
52:10
to
52:10
you
52:10
soon.
52:11
All
52:11
right,
52:12
thank
52:12
you.
