- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know, y'all a sun giving them like the million
- 0:16Speaker 1: bucks things in it to be true. Good Steve together, Please,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't joining you turn you you gotta turn to
- 1:41Speaker 1: turn them out. Turn you haven't got to turn them out.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Then turn the water the water go. Come come on
- 1:58Speaker 1: your tha uh huh. I show well a good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Y'all listening to the voice. I come on, dignity now
- 2:09Speaker 1: wanted only Steve Harvey got a radio show. I gotta
- 2:12Speaker 1: tweet the other day. When Steve Harvey used to get
- 2:17Speaker 1: to preaching, I used to just turn the radio off.
- 2:21Speaker 1: But Noah's different, old dude be bringing it. He'd be
- 2:26Speaker 1: bringing the truth. I appreciate that, you know, Man. When
- 2:30Speaker 1: I was younger, man, when I when I wanted to
- 2:32Speaker 1: do what I wanted to do, Man, I just man,
- 2:35Speaker 1: I didn't want to hear nothing else. I don't want
- 2:37Speaker 1: to hear nothing that contradicted what I wanted to do,
- 2:41Speaker 1: you know. So it's a funny thing man about me. Man,
- 2:43Speaker 1: I was I would hear the truth, I would know
- 2:46Speaker 1: it to be the truth. But because I had another plan,
- 2:49Speaker 1: another mission, another goal another set of dudes. I wanted
- 2:52Speaker 1: to get done. I didn't want to hear that. You know,
- 2:57Speaker 1: it's a funny thing, man, It's like it's like when
- 2:59Speaker 1: I was a little boy and I used to get
- 3:01Speaker 1: scared sometime at night, you know, the booger man. So
- 3:04Speaker 1: I thought that if I just pulled the blanket up
- 3:07Speaker 1: over my head, that that meant that if I can't
- 3:10Speaker 1: see the booger man, he can't see me. That's the theory.
- 3:14Speaker 1: That's an ostrich, you know, sticking his head in the sand,
- 3:18Speaker 1: thinking wow, if I don't see this dude, he can't
- 3:20Speaker 1: see me. A lot of Ostriches didn't die with their
- 3:24Speaker 1: head stuck in the sand. I just didn't want to
- 3:26Speaker 1: be one of the people that left this world with
- 3:28Speaker 1: my head in the sand. But I just wanted to say, man,
- 3:34Speaker 1: this morning, that quit talking about change. Y'all listening, because
- 3:42Speaker 1: because because this is real right here, quit talking about
- 3:47Speaker 1: change and let's make a change. You know, man, I
- 3:52Speaker 1: don't I don't mind giving people advice. I really, I
- 3:55Speaker 1: really really don't, because so many people along the way
- 3:58Speaker 1: have handed it to me freely. Man. Some people just
- 4:02Speaker 1: saw me doing wrong and say, young man, come in
- 4:04Speaker 1: let me talk to you for a minute. Some people say, hey, bro,
- 4:06Speaker 1: look man, I know what you're trying to do it. Man,
- 4:09Speaker 1: when have you thought about it this way? So I've
- 4:13Speaker 1: had a lot of favor in my life, a lot
- 4:15Speaker 1: of grace been shown on me, a lot of mercy,
- 4:18Speaker 1: A lot of people and came to me, helped me
- 4:20Speaker 1: a long way. So I don't have no problem with
- 4:22Speaker 1: this part of what I'm what I'm obligated to do
- 4:24Speaker 1: in the mornings. But let's quit talking about change, y'all,
- 4:27Speaker 1: and let's make a change. She changed its growth, and
- 4:32Speaker 1: it ain't no growth without change. You got people, Man,
- 4:36Speaker 1: You ever met a person that's just insistent on doing
- 4:39Speaker 1: it they way? I mean, no body in the building
- 4:43Speaker 1: think they should go that way, but they're so bone headed.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Oh this is how I'm gonna do it. But bro,
- 4:50Speaker 1: listen to me, Man, that ain't high as done. You're
- 4:53Speaker 1: gonna run into this distance. I'll show you heit a minute. Man,
- 4:57Speaker 1: you can't do it that way. Man, if you are
- 5:00Speaker 1: sick and tired of where you are, then you have
- 5:03Speaker 1: to change. Change can only come from within. Can nobody
- 5:08Speaker 1: make you change? Now? We got a penal system in
- 5:11Speaker 1: place that can make you sit down. If you don't
- 5:14Speaker 1: want to change, we'll sit you down and we'll restrict
- 5:18Speaker 1: your movement in your communication to the point where, if
- 5:21Speaker 1: you want to continue this foolishness, we're gonna put you
- 5:24Speaker 1: in this building with a whole lot of people. That's
- 5:26Speaker 1: a foolishness, and y'all just trick each other all day long.
- 5:30Speaker 1: But if you are sick and tired of your situation,
- 5:34Speaker 1: pray for it. Pray for change, Ask God to help
- 5:38Speaker 1: you change. Ask God what he wants for you instead
- 5:42Speaker 1: of always telling God what you want. It's an interesting
- 5:45Speaker 1: prayer to have with God. When you quit going to
- 5:49Speaker 1: God with your list and check in with God and
- 5:52Speaker 1: see what his list is. That's a very interesting prayer.
- 5:56Speaker 1: If you're a praying person, I suggest you try that sometime.
- 6:00Speaker 1: It's so interesting. Man, do you know what it did
- 6:02Speaker 1: for me when I started asking God what he wanted
- 6:05Speaker 1: for me? Instead of telling God all the time. I
- 6:08Speaker 1: still tell him what I want, but instead of all
- 6:11Speaker 1: the time going to Him with what I want. You
- 6:13Speaker 1: know what it did for me? It freed me up.
- 6:16Speaker 1: It took a lot of pressure off. I no longer
- 6:18Speaker 1: had to think of everything and what I was thinking
- 6:21Speaker 1: of a lot of times wasn't work in no way.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And when I opened myself up to what he wanted
- 6:26Speaker 1: to what his wheel was, Man, do you know how
- 6:29Speaker 1: much simpler my life got? And do you know how
- 6:31Speaker 1: much bigger it got? I'm trying to tell you, man,
- 6:34Speaker 1: if you pray for change and you allow God to
- 6:37Speaker 1: help you with the change, or if you let God
- 6:39Speaker 1: just produce the change, the changing, you would be amazing.
- 6:43Speaker 1: If you've been listening to me, especially out in La
- 6:46Speaker 1: since I was on the radio since two thousand, can't
- 6:49Speaker 1: you hear the change? I'm flat out telling you that
- 6:54Speaker 1: a change has come. But I had to pray for
- 6:57Speaker 1: the change because I couldn't make the change on my own.
- 7:01Speaker 1: And then after you pray for the change, you got
- 7:03Speaker 1: to work towards your trade change. You know it as
- 7:06Speaker 1: a faith without works is dead. Everybody wants something from God,
- 7:10Speaker 1: always want to talk to God about something. But then man,
- 7:13Speaker 1: ain't ain't don't, don't want to do nothing about it.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Faith without works is dead. You can't do it that way, man,
- 7:21Speaker 1: it just does not happen. So so after you didn't
- 7:24Speaker 1: pray to God about it, what you gotta do then,
- 7:27Speaker 1: is you gotta turn around and go hey, man, all right,
- 7:29Speaker 1: now what is it I got to do? You know,
- 7:33Speaker 1: you got to do something to bring it about. So
- 7:37Speaker 1: after you pray for it, work for it, and do
- 7:39Speaker 1: something today about it. Stop procrastinating. Don't procrastinate, folks. The
- 7:46Speaker 1: change can start today. Man, I want to change. How
- 7:48Speaker 1: about today? You know, then you see them same people? Man,
- 7:53Speaker 1: I want to change. That's next week. How about today?
- 7:57Speaker 1: I see people years later? Man, I'm still in the
- 8:00Speaker 1: same old situation. Man, I'm gonna do so how about today?
- 8:04Speaker 1: Today is a good day. There's nothing stopping you from
- 8:07Speaker 1: changing today, nothing except you. You can begin the process
- 8:13Speaker 1: of change immediately. And change is growth, y'all. And ain't
- 8:17Speaker 1: no growth without changing. It's a simple thing. And I'm
- 8:21Speaker 1: talking to you in broad strokes because everybody got something
- 8:24Speaker 1: about them they need to change. That's why I'm not
- 8:26Speaker 1: specifically talking about anything. I got some things in me
- 8:30Speaker 1: didn't need to change so I can grow further. Everybody
- 8:35Speaker 1: has something about them that they need to change in
- 8:39Speaker 1: order to grow further and then go further. Now, what's
- 8:42Speaker 1: stopping you is you won't start the change today. Don't hesitate,
- 8:47Speaker 1: make that change, and then I want you to watch something.
- 8:50Speaker 1: When you change, Watch the difference in you. Notice the
- 8:54Speaker 1: difference in you, feel the difference in you, and guess
- 8:58Speaker 1: what you're gonna be different. If you're watching for the change,
- 9:02Speaker 1: if you're feeling the change, then guess what you're gonna
- 9:05Speaker 1: be different. Man, Watch for the difference, feel the difference.
- 9:09Speaker 1: You will be different. If you're sick and tired of
- 9:11Speaker 1: your situation, folks, you can change that. But the change
- 9:15Speaker 1: is in you. It's a simple decision you had to make.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna change. The change is up to you. You
- 9:21Speaker 1: can decide to day if you want to change, you
- 9:24Speaker 1: want to be different. If you're sitting behind the wall,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I love speaking to the brothers and sisters behind the wall.
- 9:29Speaker 1: If you're behind the wall, man, and you're sick and
- 9:31Speaker 1: tired of being behind the wall, man, why don't you change?
- 9:34Speaker 1: You've thought about that? Change? Man. If I get back
- 9:37Speaker 1: out there, I'm gonna just do the same thing. Stop
- 9:39Speaker 1: saying that. Stop breathing that negativity into your life. Decide
- 9:43Speaker 1: today that you want to change. You can do it.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Everybody can change. If you don't know how to change,
- 9:48Speaker 1: pray for it, man, Ask God to help you with
- 9:51Speaker 1: the change or you get some movement, then partner, you
- 9:53Speaker 1: get a whole lot of movement. Then all right, let's right,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you're listening show. Ladies and gentlemen. It is here that
- 10:04Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show us. Here, the cast members are here.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Everyone is available today. We are full forced this morning.
- 10:12Speaker 1: So let us begin with this here. Today is the
- 10:15Speaker 1: day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and
- 10:17Speaker 1: be glad in it. If you don't want to be
- 10:19Speaker 1: glad in it, take your mad self owned somewhere, because
- 10:23Speaker 1: that ain't what we're doing up in here today. That
- 10:26Speaker 1: is not what we're doing. This is this is the
- 10:28Speaker 1: Gratitude group. Like this, This is what we're doing. Gratitude.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Everybody doing good today, Everybody looking good. Appreciate the zoom.
- 10:40Speaker 1: You know, covid has pushed our show into the technology
- 10:43Speaker 1: where now we can't be together all the time anymore.
- 10:46Speaker 1: So we zoom but I could see everybody and do
- 10:48Speaker 1: the technology. That's wonderful. I was having a conversation with
- 10:51Speaker 1: my son yesterday. I wanted to have them, you know,
- 10:54Speaker 1: hard to herd with one of my sons yesterday, and
- 10:57Speaker 1: I forgot our zoomed so much. I said, hey, man,
- 11:01Speaker 1: I want to talk to you, but I want to
- 11:03Speaker 1: see you when I'm talking to you. Get a zoom
- 11:06Speaker 1: link and send it to me so we can zoom.
- 11:09Speaker 1: He said, Daddy, why don't we just FaceTime? He got
- 11:16Speaker 1: the schedule of men he got to go. I got
- 11:20Speaker 1: the sending link he got. He said, why don't we
- 11:25Speaker 1: just FaceTime let me in to join the meeting. All
- 11:31Speaker 1: of that. I'm over technical, you know. I didn't techt
- 11:36Speaker 1: myself right on it to stupidity. Now, So that was
- 11:40Speaker 1: my little awakening moment yesterday. It's always something, man, Yesterday
- 11:46Speaker 1: was my first day I'm not traveling. You know, when
- 11:48Speaker 1: you travel, that's not an off day. It was a
- 11:51Speaker 1: full day. Yeah, because traveling is stressful. You gotta show
- 11:56Speaker 1: your past. Poor day, opening your damn bag, asking you questions,
- 12:00Speaker 1: I'm lying. Who canna hear well? I'm lying? So if
- 12:03Speaker 1: you buy anything, I'm gonna hear well I bought something. Yeah,
- 12:07Speaker 1: I always through customs and I got something to bag
- 12:13Speaker 1: and they like they don't know you, now, no, good,
- 12:18Speaker 1: well I got sick as you know, good and hell well,
- 12:27Speaker 1: yeah I have Cubans. Let's stop this lot something? Oh man?
- 12:35Speaker 1: Mind if I check your bag? Sure, don't, sir. Go
- 12:37Speaker 1: right ahead, Steve, I'm a big fan of yours. I
- 12:40Speaker 1: wouldn't search that bags about what you then you about
- 12:47Speaker 1: to have some paperwork. Well, I can say it because
- 12:50Speaker 1: I'm really I'm honest, you know with my guy, all
- 12:52Speaker 1: the people in Customs. You know, I truly travel so much.
- 12:55Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do nothing crazy. You ain't bringing them
- 12:58Speaker 1: chickens in hicks in explosive and get your ass with
- 13:04Speaker 1: the roll block. I had a partner was in custom
- 13:10Speaker 1: for eight hours because he checked. He was just going
- 13:13Speaker 1: down the list yes no, yes, no, yes, no, the
- 13:15Speaker 1: thing is no all the way down. Yeah. He thought
- 13:18Speaker 1: it was multiple choice, so he yes, no, yes, no.
- 13:20Speaker 1: He didn't check poultry and explosive. His ass was in
- 13:27Speaker 1: custom eight out. Say, sir, we magne tied the bags.
- 13:32Speaker 1: You don't have any explosive, but we hannot trying these chickens.
- 13:36Speaker 1: We gotta work with you, Steve. All right, coming up
- 13:39Speaker 1: at thirty two minutes after the hour, asked the CLO.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening, Steve Harvey morning show time Now,
- 13:48Speaker 1: guys for asked the CLO, Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey
- 13:52Speaker 1: in the building, Here we go all right, Steve. This
- 13:55Speaker 1: one is from Maurice and Smyrna Georgia. Maurice writes, my
- 13:58Speaker 1: wife and her best friend are going to a friend's
- 14:01Speaker 1: fortieth birthday party, and I think it's odd that my
- 14:04Speaker 1: wife is hanging with a forty year old. My wife
- 14:06Speaker 1: is sixty one and her friend is sixty three, and
- 14:10Speaker 1: they're both worried about what they will wear and how
- 14:12Speaker 1: they'll do their hair. My wife met this younger woman
- 14:15Speaker 1: in a lounge and I found out the woman lives
- 14:18Speaker 1: with two guys. I'm not sure what they're up to,
- 14:21Speaker 1: but I hope it's not my wife. How do I
- 14:24Speaker 1: find out what's up? First of all, writing me, ain't?
- 14:30Speaker 1: I els, oh, I don't know your wife. I don't
- 14:33Speaker 1: know the situation. I don't know what you're mad about.
- 14:37Speaker 1: You know, if they going to meet a friend, the
- 14:40Speaker 1: fact that a friend got two guy roommates, that ain't.
- 14:44Speaker 1: What do I gotta do with your wife being friends with?
- 14:46Speaker 1: You need to check and you, you and your sixties
- 14:51Speaker 1: If you gotta check on your girl and your sixties dollars,
- 14:53Speaker 1: that's an other problem. Well, yeah, he's concerned because they're
- 14:58Speaker 1: all like, what girl, what are we gonna wear. How
- 15:00Speaker 1: we're gonna do our hair here? Now? Well, you know,
- 15:02Speaker 1: women gonna you. I don't know if you know women
- 15:05Speaker 1: or not, but that's an on gold discussion. I don't
- 15:07Speaker 1: know when they stopped having that discussion because we have
- 15:12Speaker 1: to hear about half half color style and nails and
- 15:15Speaker 1: all this shit. They hold the nails up on the
- 15:18Speaker 1: zoom camera. Girl, I like your nail. You know, we
- 15:21Speaker 1: ain't got no time for this, but me junior time.
- 15:23Speaker 1: We got to sit here and listen to that. We
- 15:26Speaker 1: just cut them off. You know, you just don't want
- 15:29Speaker 1: that bun that's in the back, that that's not gonna
- 15:32Speaker 1: fit at that party, that wrapped up bun and then
- 15:34Speaker 1: y'all just hint it that bothers you. I can't stand
- 15:40Speaker 1: that one brain one, Brad. I'm always don't wear that's
- 15:45Speaker 1: scoff that you have with the sulfur aid of love. Man.
- 15:49Speaker 1: I don't wore it though it's on the shelf, and
- 15:56Speaker 1: that for no reason. Moving on, I'm moving only keep on,
- 16:10Speaker 1: I'm moving on, okay, Carolyn and Gary Indiana says it
- 16:18Speaker 1: is my husband has a twelve year old son that
- 16:22Speaker 1: he just found out about two years ago. Stop my
- 16:25Speaker 1: mother was in the military and my husband was in
- 16:28Speaker 1: and out of the convention correctional system. So he just
- 16:32Speaker 1: found out. He just found his son and it's building
- 16:35Speaker 1: a relationship with him. He has tried to spend one
- 16:37Speaker 1: on one time with his son, but his mother won't
- 16:39Speaker 1: allow it, and she's inserted herself into everything they do.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I get it, but when she asked to stay at
- 16:47Speaker 1: my house with her son, I drew the line. My
- 16:49Speaker 1: husband keeps begging me to allow it. What should I do? Well,
- 16:54Speaker 1: you know he won't to have relationship with the boy,
- 16:56Speaker 1: but you don't want to have relationship with the mama. Now,
- 17:00Speaker 1: he got to respect that. So now let me ask
- 17:04Speaker 1: you something. System you want to spend the night with
- 17:07Speaker 1: his son. You know y'all always want to see men
- 17:10Speaker 1: do better by their kids. Now he got an opportunity.
- 17:13Speaker 1: So if she can't stay at the house, which I
- 17:16Speaker 1: do understand because you don't know this brother, I do,
- 17:20Speaker 1: and I tell you they ain't happening in my house.
- 17:23Speaker 1: But if you do to allow them to have relationship,
- 17:29Speaker 1: but she's nervous because of your husband's past, maybe a
- 17:36Speaker 1: hotel is the answer. Now, how comfortable are you with that? Yeah?
- 17:40Speaker 1: She's gonna be there too, That's what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 17:46Speaker 1: So I can't help me with this one. You have
- 17:52Speaker 1: no answer, no help. I'm the chief Love officer. It
- 17:55Speaker 1: doesn't say nothing about the Chief Love solve fit everything. Something.
- 18:01Speaker 1: You helped the board, the board twelve? Can you help him?
- 18:03Speaker 1: Well no, I just nothing, not gonna do it. Father
- 18:06Speaker 1: has to be allowed to have a relationship with the son.
- 18:08Speaker 1: But the mother keep interjecting herself. Nah, is she doing
- 18:12Speaker 1: that for a reason? Right? Hopefully she trying to get
- 18:16Speaker 1: a family out to deal. So you got every reason
- 18:18Speaker 1: to be a little bit of You don't have them
- 18:21Speaker 1: to let her stay at your damn house. I don't
- 18:23Speaker 1: know how big y'all house is, but we're just going
- 18:25Speaker 1: on average house size. Ain't nowhere for her as to stay.
- 18:30Speaker 1: I don't run up into it. All right. Here we
- 18:36Speaker 1: go kitchen, making a sandwich and stuff. Right, No, none
- 18:41Speaker 1: of that are walking around in her robe, none of that.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Fixing this baby some meat. I can make all the
- 18:48Speaker 1: damn thing in this kitchen, all right. We're moving on.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Mary and Newark says. I've been married for twenty six years,
- 18:55Speaker 1: and my husband is a retired pastor and he does
- 18:58Speaker 1: marriage counseling full time. He's also got a girlfriend that
- 19:01Speaker 1: he does full time. He and I have not been
- 19:04Speaker 1: intimate in three years. So I don't mind having an affair. Yeah, yeah,
- 19:08Speaker 1: it's right there. You heard me. So I don't mind
- 19:12Speaker 1: him having an affair. What I do not like is
- 19:14Speaker 1: a terrible marital advice he gives the couple of his
- 19:18Speaker 1: thing is men will be men to justify men stepping
- 19:22Speaker 1: out on their why And I don't like that one bit?
- 19:25Speaker 1: Should I tell our pastor he's a hypocrite, he's are
- 19:29Speaker 1: not ready to love answers? Let me put that out there.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Ain't ain't the pass to your husband? Yes, yes, he's
- 19:36Speaker 1: retired and retired past now, well, of course he's given
- 19:40Speaker 1: out bad advice, but he's justifying his actions too. He's
- 19:45Speaker 1: got a girlfriend. I think you really want to blow
- 19:50Speaker 1: the couple? Uh huh? What probably need to tell the
- 19:56Speaker 1: people that say counselors the type of relationship y'all have,
- 20:00Speaker 1: see if they want to inject that into their marriage
- 20:02Speaker 1: and see how that open marriage thing gonna work? Right now? Pass,
- 20:10Speaker 1: Maybe y'all have started sitting in on some of these sessions.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Tell about us, Lucius three years revolution revolution. Yeah, so
- 20:29Speaker 1: I mean that's her question. So you just answered it.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Should I tell that our pastor Elucia tell them what
- 20:36Speaker 1: I arrangement? How long have you been seeing? Uh, your

- 21:24Speaker 1: Plus another entertainment news, what is up with La County
- 21:28Speaker 1: attempting forced psyche valuations on Vanessa Bryant. We'll talk about

- 22:34Speaker 1: It seemed like, um, well, you know the trash man
- 22:36Speaker 1: run on on Tuesday, okay and Saturday, right na. The
- 22:42Speaker 1: problem is that that that that a lot of people,

- 22:47Speaker 1: lot of people got their stuff out on the on

- 24:35Speaker 1: know from my understanding, it's just a couple of holes
- 24:38Speaker 1: in it and some food or something else that got out.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I don't know if one of the roads or a
- 24:42Speaker 1: dog got into the what the case may be. But
- 24:45Speaker 1: you know, we need to try to get your trash

- 28:17Speaker 1: You just got franked by your cousin or Reese. Oh man,
- 28:23Speaker 1: out of here. Hey man, I gotta ask you something, dog,
- 28:32Speaker 1: what is what is the baddest and I mean the
- 28:34Speaker 1: baddest radio show in the land, Harvey children? And then
- 28:44Speaker 1: you have it don't get trash, okay, y'all. Y'all got
- 28:52Speaker 1: some people on y'all street. They trash a little bit
- 28:55Speaker 1: too much like when we pass is what's wrong with
- 28:59Speaker 1: David et they've been eating O. God all right, coming
- 29:08Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, Thank you, nephew,
- 29:10Speaker 1: we'll have entertainment and national news right after this. You're
- 29:13Speaker 1: listening to show, all right, guys, Miss Anne is standing
- 29:19Speaker 1: by with the latest national news. As a country mourns
- 29:23Speaker 1: mourns the death of the first black Secretary of State,
- 29:26Speaker 1: General Colin Powell. General Powell was eighty four years sold.
- 29:30Speaker 1: He passed away yesterday from complications of COVID nineteen. General
- 29:34Speaker 1: Powell's family released a statement saying we have lost a
- 29:38Speaker 1: remarkable and loving husband, father, grandfather, and a great American,
- 29:43Speaker 1: they said, noting that he was yes, fully vaccinated, and
- 29:48Speaker 1: our deepest console condolences are going out to the Powell family. Wow,
- 29:53Speaker 1: that's a sad one. That was Yes, that was a
- 29:58Speaker 1: great brother. He was running few people that could reach
- 30:01Speaker 1: across the aisle and just told the truth. He told
- 30:05Speaker 1: the truth to the Republican Party whether they wanted to
- 30:10Speaker 1: hear it or not. Yea and Steve when he made
- 30:13Speaker 1: a mistake, he admitted to making a mistake. His commitment
- 30:18Speaker 1: to black people was way way more than you normally
- 30:23Speaker 1: seeing politics. I mean, he was a crusader for a
- 30:26Speaker 1: lot of causes, man, and he stood up and he
- 30:29Speaker 1: was so well respected on both sides of the aisles
- 30:32Speaker 1: that he could get things done that a lot of
- 30:34Speaker 1: people couldn't. He was it. He was a great dude man.
- 30:38Speaker 1: All right, Wow, Okay, at time now to switch gears.
- 30:42Speaker 1: We're gonna do some entertainment news here and just try
- 30:45Speaker 1: to figure out what's going on with La County. Vanessa Bryant,
- 30:50Speaker 1: Kobe's widow, filed a lawsuit against Los Angeles County for
- 30:53Speaker 1: illegally releasing photos of Kobe Bryant's crash site. Now, the
- 30:58Speaker 1: county wants her and other plaintiffs involved to undergo a
- 31:03Speaker 1: psychiatric exam. Since they're claiming emotional distress, the county wants
- 31:09Speaker 1: them to prove it with an exam. The lawyers representing
- 31:13Speaker 1: Vanessa and the others blasted La County's response because it
- 31:17Speaker 1: would force psych exams on a group that includes four teenagers,
- 31:22Speaker 1: a ten year old child, and a five year old kindergartener.
- 31:26Speaker 1: The civil trial is set for February. What in the world.
- 31:29Speaker 1: First of all, do you understand that when when people
- 31:32Speaker 1: trying to get out of paying money, they'll stoop to
- 31:35Speaker 1: nothing to get it done. You can cause mental direction.
- 31:39Speaker 1: You don't need a psyche valuation to say that. I mean, imagine,
- 31:43Speaker 1: imagine you see in crash pictures of your family members
- 31:49Speaker 1: released without your permission. You don't think they do something
- 31:52Speaker 1: to you. So now these many years later, what psyche
- 31:55Speaker 1: valuation you gonna have? What are you decimated? Have you
- 32:00Speaker 1: lost income? They'll do anything not to pay money, man,
- 32:04Speaker 1: these lawyers. Man, shame on La County. That's horrible because
- 32:09Speaker 1: La County don't want to pay no money. Yeah, and
- 32:12Speaker 1: they'll have to pay a lot. So now I prove
- 32:14Speaker 1: to us that you all want under mental durest and
- 32:17Speaker 1: y'all need grief counsel and all. This here one of
- 32:20Speaker 1: these people trying clearly trying to have to move home. Yeah, children,
- 32:25Speaker 1: And this is a year and a half later, and yeah,
- 32:27Speaker 1: they're trying not to pay that money. That's all that
- 32:31Speaker 1: matters to them. Yeah yeah, wow. All right, Switching gears
- 32:36Speaker 1: and other entertainment news. We told you that it was
- 32:39Speaker 1: rumored that Nick Cannon's new talk show could potentially replace
- 32:42Speaker 1: Wendy Williams time slot due to her health concerns. Right now, well,
- 32:46Speaker 1: the numbers are and a Nick show is currently struggling
- 32:49Speaker 1: with low ratings with the debut, with the debut of
- 32:52Speaker 1: only four hundred thousand viewers for its first broadcast week,
- 32:56Speaker 1: and you never know, it may pick up. But yeah, yeah,
- 33:01Speaker 1: right now, we're just up against so many options and
- 33:05Speaker 1: streaming and nobody watches TV like that anymore. Yeah, I
- 33:10Speaker 1: think they need to change what success on TV and
- 33:13Speaker 1: what isn't success. Those numbers have to change because you're
- 33:15Speaker 1: trying to base around what Oprah Ellen did? You can
- 33:17Speaker 1: get ab out of here? Yeah, all right, Steve, it
- 33:20Speaker 1: is time now for today the headline. Excuse me, ladies
- 33:23Speaker 1: and gentlemen, Miss Ann Trap, thank you very much. Okay.
- 33:27Speaker 1: Flags are flying at half staff all over the country
- 33:29Speaker 1: today in honor of General Colin Powell, as tributes continue
- 33:33Speaker 1: to pour in for the late great General, starting with
- 33:36Speaker 1: the President. This is a guy born son of immigrants
- 33:39Speaker 1: in New York City, raised in the Harlem and the
- 33:41Speaker 1: South Bronx, graduated from the City College of New York,
- 33:45Speaker 1: and he rose to the highest ranks, not only the military,
- 33:47Speaker 1: but also in areas of foreign policy and statecraft. Powell,
- 33:51Speaker 1: a former Secretary of State and former Chairman of the
- 33:53Speaker 1: Joint Chiefs of Staff, was the first black man to
- 33:56Speaker 1: hold each position, and mister Biden says they retired star
- 34:00Speaker 1: general embodied the highest ideals of both warrior and diplomat.
- 34:04Speaker 1: His family says he was felled by COVID even though
- 34:07Speaker 1: he was vaccinated, but he had co morbidity, as they say,
- 34:10Speaker 1: he was also dealing with multiple myeloma that's a cancer
- 34:13Speaker 1: of the blood that weakens the immune system, and he
- 34:16Speaker 1: was also stricken with Parkinson's disease, although it hadn't been
- 34:19Speaker 1: announced before General Colin Powell was eighty four years old.
- 34:23Speaker 1: For President Trump has filed a suit against the House
- 34:26Speaker 1: committee investigating the January sixth Capitol Hill riot. Trump is
- 34:29Speaker 1: claiming executive privilege as he tries to keep his presidential
- 34:33Speaker 1: record secret. Several of his associates, by the way, including
- 34:36Speaker 1: former White House adviser Steve Bannon, have refused to testify
- 34:40Speaker 1: or cooperate in any way with the panel. They may
- 34:42Speaker 1: be deemed in contempt and you know you can get
- 34:46Speaker 1: jail time for that stuff. Jury's elections underway in Brunswick,
- 34:49Speaker 1: Georgia in the trial of the three white men charged
- 34:51Speaker 1: with murdering twenty five year old black Jagger ahm at
- 34:54Speaker 1: Aarbury and the courthouse is not far from where Greg McMichael,
- 34:58Speaker 1: Travis McMichael, and William Bryan are accused of chasing mister
- 35:01Speaker 1: Aubury with their pickups, cornering him and shooting him to death.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Aubury family attorney Benjamin Crump says all the jury has
- 35:08Speaker 1: to do is to believe what they see. The video
- 35:12Speaker 1: is the most important witness in this entire case. We'll
- 35:16Speaker 1: see if they do. The Biden administration asking the mostly
- 35:18Speaker 1: right wing Supreme Court meanwhile to block legislation in Texas
- 35:22Speaker 1: that effectively bans abortion in the lone Star state. The
- 35:25Speaker 1: US Justice Department says the law is unconstitutional. The Texas
- 35:29Speaker 1: measure took effects September first. Since then, it's been severely
- 35:32Speaker 1: limiting the number of abortions in the state, leading those
- 35:35Speaker 1: who can to travel to other states for abortion services.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Texas claims their law is constitutional and that the Justice
- 35:41Speaker 1: Department is wrong to sue the state over a law
- 35:43Speaker 1: that puts enforcement in the hands of private individuals. Sad news,
- 35:48Speaker 1: actress Dorothy Steele has died at age ninety five. Miss
- 35:51Speaker 1: Steele played the female elder in Black Panther and if
- 35:54Speaker 1: you saw the movie Emperor, she was Aunt Maddie. If
- 35:57Speaker 1: you want to see a picture of actress Dorothy Steele,
- 35:59Speaker 1: just check out my face page. Now back to the
- 36:00Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to the Steve Show.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Courtney Kardashian and Blink one eighty two's drummer Travis Barker.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Guess what they are in gay? Yes? Yes, yes? And
- 36:15Speaker 1: Barker got down on one knee in Montecito, California, on
- 36:18Speaker 1: the beach with beautiful, elaborate floral arrangements and candles on
- 36:23Speaker 1: the beach and proposed how romantic. Then he posted the
- 36:28Speaker 1: image on social media with the caption forever Wow. Now
- 36:34Speaker 1: a lot of men on social media are concerned about
- 36:36Speaker 1: Courtney's X and her baby daddy. Yeah, Scott disick. Even
- 36:40Speaker 1: though Scott has dated many other women, a lot of
- 36:42Speaker 1: people truly believed he never stopped loving Courtney. I think
- 36:45Speaker 1: that's true as well. So here's a question for you,
- 36:50Speaker 1: Steve and Junior and Tommy so especially you junior. Any
- 36:56Speaker 1: advice you can give about forgetting your ex and just
- 36:59Speaker 1: really move on, Get a new one immediately, right away. Immediately,
- 37:07Speaker 1: get you a new girl right away. The oldest one
- 37:15Speaker 1: dog hair m m. Yeah, well yeah, but she's the oldest. Yeah.
- 37:23Speaker 1: His name is Travis Barker, you know, the one he's
- 37:26Speaker 1: bawled with all the tats all over his body. He's
- 37:28Speaker 1: the drummer for the group Blink one eighty two. Rock
- 37:31Speaker 1: star Robert Scott. Everybody to get married over that little
- 37:36Speaker 1: they damn man, everyone heard two he said, Blake ninety
- 37:43Speaker 1: two years Okay, all right, somebody sent me a prey. Yeah,
- 37:57Speaker 1: that's oh my god. You don't have any advice for
- 38:02Speaker 1: getting about your ex? Yeah, I mean, I mean it's
- 38:05Speaker 1: real simple for me. Your ex is an X four reason.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Don't don't revisit that. If you broke up on bad
- 38:13Speaker 1: terms with the ex, stay on them terms right there.
- 38:17Speaker 1: He ain't changed, okay, Scott, dude, name Scott, Yeah, Scot
- 38:25Speaker 1: this sick. Yeah, well he wasn't known when he was
- 38:27Speaker 1: own show. You Oh, mandok he on your show like
- 38:35Speaker 1: you getting on his nerve? No, really, I don't know
- 38:40Speaker 1: who you're sitting over here. Looking at like with the
- 38:42Speaker 1: whole you can get your ass off Hill. But it
- 38:45Speaker 1: know you we wanted Chloe on the show. I don't
- 38:48Speaker 1: know why you hell I thought he wasn't for moral
- 38:52Speaker 1: support for Chloe. Well, Chloe was doing fun right if
- 38:57Speaker 1: you need more support from Scott all right, Well, congratulations
- 39:04Speaker 1: to Courtney and Travis. All right, coming up with thirty
- 39:06Speaker 1: four minutes after the hour, we'll have more of the
- 39:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show right after you're listening to Steven Show.
- 39:15Speaker 1: The murder trial began yesterday for the three white men
- 39:18Speaker 1: accused of chasing down and killing Amad Arbory, a twenty
- 39:21Speaker 1: five year old black man, out for a jog in
- 39:24Speaker 1: a neighborhood outside of Brunswick, Georgia. This happened back in
- 39:28Speaker 1: February of last year. Gregory Michael, his son Travis McMichael.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Gregory McMichael, his son Travis McMichael, and their neighbor William
- 39:37Speaker 1: Roddy Bryan Junior are charged with malice, belany murder, aggravated assault,
- 39:42Speaker 1: false imprisonment, federal hate crime, and more. According to the
- 39:46Speaker 1: Atlanta Journal Constitution, one of the men accused of chasing
- 39:49Speaker 1: and murdering Arbory is fighting to ban photo evidence of
- 39:53Speaker 1: its Georgia flag themed Confederate emblem. This was his vanity
- 39:58Speaker 1: license plate from the trial. Prosecutors want the license plate
- 40:01Speaker 1: photo as evidence because they will probably argue that the
- 40:05Speaker 1: sight of the license plate likely caused a panicked armad
- 40:09Speaker 1: Arbory to try even harder to run away from the McMichael.
- 40:13Speaker 1: I hope they get every charge of the entire book exactly,
- 40:23Speaker 1: and they should let everything be entered into court. I
- 40:26Speaker 1: don't even know. You know, it's amazing. Our judicial system
- 40:35Speaker 1: allows for the guilty or the well. Let me put
- 40:42Speaker 1: a tea like this. Our judicial system allows for everybody
- 40:47Speaker 1: to want to have evidence admitted, admissible, and dismissed whatever's
- 40:53Speaker 1: convenient for them. Now, you didn't have no problem when
- 40:56Speaker 1: you had the vanity tag on your damn Trump. You
- 41:00Speaker 1: don't want nobody to see the vanity take you flying
- 41:03Speaker 1: your damn flag. But now you don't want nobody to
- 41:06Speaker 1: see you flying the flag because now you know you
- 41:08Speaker 1: flying the flag since the wrong message, where you wasn't
- 41:11Speaker 1: concerned about the message, if oh, you got caught at all.
- 41:16Speaker 1: See so I'm against all this here let all listen in.
- 41:20Speaker 1: But I pray you I'll tell you what though, they
- 41:22Speaker 1: bet not walk. Oh no, they bet not walk, especially
- 41:29Speaker 1: the guy, the third guy too, Roddy. He was the
- 41:31Speaker 1: one that recorded the video. Remember, but you know he shouldn't.
- 41:34Speaker 1: He ain't had nothing to do with it. He knew
- 41:36Speaker 1: what was going down. That's why he ye did, yes,
- 41:39Speaker 1: but he tried to turn state's evidence against them so
- 41:44Speaker 1: he could get off every ain't none of this working, homie.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Bring your flag to the courtroom, when you bring your
- 41:53Speaker 1: ass up all that. Bring the truck, get the stickers,
- 41:59Speaker 1: all of that. Man, See where it was it. You
- 42:01Speaker 1: didn't have no problem with it until you got called.
- 42:05Speaker 1: Now I don't want this admissible embassy as a taxpayer,
- 42:12Speaker 1: and we have to drive down the street looking at
- 42:14Speaker 1: this stough. See this is the part about America that's
- 42:17Speaker 1: so hypocritical. Were so free, You free to do everything
- 42:21Speaker 1: you want to do as long as it's what the
- 42:24Speaker 1: government wants you to do. Now Here Republicans come. All
- 42:28Speaker 1: this freedom, but now you're trying to tell a woman
- 42:31Speaker 1: what to do with her body when he comes to abortion.
- 42:34Speaker 1: You want all these freedoms, but now you don't want
- 42:37Speaker 1: to let gay people live their life and getting married.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Why not, why why not? Why not? We got freedom
- 42:43Speaker 1: of speech and everything is, but until it affects your power,
- 42:46Speaker 1: your position, and your money. Now all of a sudden,
- 42:48Speaker 1: you don't want it to happen because after all these
- 42:51Speaker 1: policies these Republicans got, they participate in every last one.
- 42:54Speaker 1: They against illegal immigration, you hide them, You against gay people,
- 42:59Speaker 1: you gay two, every everything, you you against everything, You
- 43:02Speaker 1: against welfare, y'all on it. Yeah, yeah, exactly. I'm just
- 43:10Speaker 1: talking about you know, everything y'all against y'all, y'all, y'all
- 43:16Speaker 1: a part of it. On the morning. We think you
- 43:20Speaker 1: against abortion, y'all, have them show me the number of
- 43:25Speaker 1: liberal gaye versus the number of right wing gays. It's
- 43:31Speaker 1: the same. Let people live their life. Man. Yes, you're
- 43:35Speaker 1: sitting up in here making choices for all these people
- 43:38Speaker 1: when we are all one of these people. We all
- 43:42Speaker 1: we all got to pay hand. Yeah full in here.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Ain't starting. And I'm just talking to the ladies now
- 43:49Speaker 1: because I already know the answer from Wow, look at
- 43:53Speaker 1: the time. Uh yeah, you have to keep from it.
- 44:00Speaker 1: On the zoo four years coming up next, the nephew
- 44:05Speaker 1: with today's praying phone call. Right after this, you're listening
- 44:08Speaker 1: to the Stave Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the
- 44:12Speaker 1: top of the hour, right about four minutes after, it's
- 44:14Speaker 1: my strawberry letter, the subject love at first bite. Wait
- 44:20Speaker 1: till you hear this letter. H We'll get into that
- 44:22Speaker 1: in a little bit, because right now the nephew is
- 44:25Speaker 1: here with today's praying phone call. What you got for us,
- 44:28Speaker 1: nev Your husband's put scription? Yeah, your husbands, you always
- 44:34Speaker 1: put people. We got to listen, listen, listen, listen, Linda.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Some people need a prescription. Okay, I'm just calling it.
- 44:44Speaker 1: That's all I'm doing. I'm just calling it. And the
- 44:47Speaker 1: man got an ailment or something. So we got to
- 44:49Speaker 1: get get the man some medicine. Now, let's go husbands
- 44:53Speaker 1: put scription. Come on, Hello, Hello, how you doing? This?
- 44:58Speaker 1: Is uh Parmacy. My name is Ryan, I'm the tech here.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Uh is mister Donovan Donovan? Is he available? Uh No?
- 45:06Speaker 1: What can I help you? Is? Well, he dropped his
- 45:09Speaker 1: prescription off about an hour ago. I wanted to we
- 45:11Speaker 1: wanted to call let you guys know that the prescription
- 45:14Speaker 1: is ready prescription for way well he um, he dropped
- 45:18Speaker 1: off a prescription. I'm assuming he must have looked like
- 45:20Speaker 1: the doctor just wrote this prescription today, so I'm assuming
- 45:23Speaker 1: he um seems like he would probably need this pretty soon,
- 45:27Speaker 1: so I wanted to let you guys know it's ready, okay,
- 45:29Speaker 1: And what exactly did he get a prescription for him? Um?
- 45:32Speaker 1: It's a maxa Siller, a max seillan, a maxa shilling.
- 45:37Speaker 1: When you've got him at least fifteen tablets if he
- 45:40Speaker 1: could take two tablets a day. Right, My name is Brian. Yes,
- 45:46Speaker 1: I'm the technician here at the pharmacy. Okay, well let
- 45:49Speaker 1: me okay, Donovan, that's my husband. Let me make sure
- 45:52Speaker 1: you have the right Donovan, because well let me let
- 45:55Speaker 1: can we take to birthdays? Are you allowed to do
- 45:56Speaker 1: that with me? Oh? Definitely, definitely. It's um seventy four
- 46:00Speaker 1: is that correct? Yeah? Okay? And so what exactly is
- 46:04Speaker 1: the master selling for monster? Selling? Was an antibiotic, ma'am.
- 46:07Speaker 1: So any type of small infections of some sort, diseases
- 46:13Speaker 1: or whatever is it pretty much cures it. So you
- 46:16Speaker 1: telling me this nasty then got something and winning got
- 46:21Speaker 1: it on my first off. He wanted seems the doctor
- 46:23Speaker 1: and got a prescription under my interest just try something,
- 46:26Speaker 1: and he want to got something. You know what you
- 46:28Speaker 1: know what said Bryan. I'm coming down there. I'll pick
- 46:31Speaker 1: up the medicine. I'll get it, and if people want
- 46:33Speaker 1: that medicine, he'll check him with me at my counter
- 46:35Speaker 1: because I got a check and he then wrote it
- 46:37Speaker 1: H and nodcast. I'm gonna beat the hell out He
- 46:40Speaker 1: do not know, he does not even you know what
- 46:43Speaker 1: we brought it a new name. I'm sorry, I'm sorry,
- 46:46Speaker 1: you're you're us what what? What can I call you about?
- 46:49Speaker 1: Your first name? What's your name? No? Call me miss,
- 46:52Speaker 1: that's fine. Just cammunist, no communist? Okay. Uh. First of all,
- 46:58Speaker 1: I want to apologize. I had no idea that you
- 47:00Speaker 1: were not aware of the actual prescription that he's that.
- 47:03Speaker 1: We've just feeled for him, you know, just just on
- 47:06Speaker 1: a personal note, I'm just curious, is there a possibility
- 47:09Speaker 1: maybe maybe you could have given it to him? Brian Noble,
- 47:13Speaker 1: you're getting you the last solo mom. Now, first off,
- 47:16Speaker 1: you don't call my fu. First off, note you, I'm
- 47:18Speaker 1: glad you called my folks to tell me it's my answered,
- 47:22Speaker 1: That's why. And then you want to accuse me of
- 47:24Speaker 1: giving that this something? Are you scoring him? Don't you
- 47:28Speaker 1: ever in your life call somebody's fault and this is
- 47:31Speaker 1: a courty carles. None of your business. What's going on
- 47:33Speaker 1: in my okay, none of your business. You get out
- 47:37Speaker 1: of my wig. That ain't none of your business, and
- 47:39Speaker 1: now I ain't get it none. To answer your question,
- 47:41Speaker 1: I've got something for you. And if he want to
- 47:44Speaker 1: come home with STDs and you want to ask me
- 47:46Speaker 1: if I gave him a CD, oh okay, what was
- 47:48Speaker 1: the manager? Let me speak to your managers, ma'am. I
- 47:51Speaker 1: was just I was you know, I'm not trying to
- 47:53Speaker 1: be unprofessional. I was just asking a personal question. I
- 47:57Speaker 1: should not have asked you something like that. And to apologize.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Should we expect someone to pick up the description I
- 48:04Speaker 1: just told you. I'm gonna be ticking out up. I'm
- 48:07Speaker 1: gonna coming up. You know what, blind, You'll know who
- 48:09Speaker 1: I am because I got I got a couple of
- 48:11Speaker 1: words for y'all. And I still want to speak to
- 48:13Speaker 1: your manager. You did. You were very unprofessional and I
- 48:15Speaker 1: don't appreciate you coming at me. I'm trying to eat
- 48:19Speaker 1: you me. Tell me he didn't gotten you STD didn't
- 48:21Speaker 1: ask me? Did I give us to him? And you
- 48:23Speaker 1: all up in between? H No, I'm not trying to
- 48:27Speaker 1: get all in between your legs. Man, Apparently that's not
- 48:30Speaker 1: the place to be considering you guys need a mixie
- 48:32Speaker 1: on them, you know. But you getting you in lost shot.
- 48:36Speaker 1: You're like, you know what, Brian, I still got some
- 48:38Speaker 1: stud like as left from the first and guess what
- 48:40Speaker 1: I'm gonna like them. So, y'all, you don't play games
- 48:43Speaker 1: for me. You do not even know. You do not
- 48:44Speaker 1: know me. You don't know who I am. You don't
- 48:46Speaker 1: know who I know and what I got. I got
- 48:48Speaker 1: something for y'all. What does this prescription? Ask? Because I'm
- 48:53Speaker 1: know it's not the one by homes I know it's nice.
- 48:55Speaker 1: What did he take his trip for? Where? You asked?
- 48:57Speaker 1: Because I'm on my right now. Uh, would you like
- 49:01Speaker 1: my managers here? Would you like to speak with him? Man? Yeah,

- 50:00Speaker 1: got one more thing to ask you, though, what is
- 50:02Speaker 1: the baddest and I mean the baddest radio show in
- 50:05Speaker 1: the late show? Stupid enough? Wow? Huh? Always seniously geniusly
- 50:16Speaker 1: stupid enough? And all I can say that's too much.
- 50:19Speaker 1: You went too far. Apparently that's not the place to be.
- 50:25Speaker 1: That ain't where I want to be there, Man, it's crazy.

- 51:40Speaker 1: don't get a chance to watch it, but I do

- 51:46Speaker 1: what what? What do you do as the host it

- 51:59Speaker 1: would send them on the sidement. So this week when

- 52:05Speaker 1: you're gonna meet his ex girlfriend. You know, I'm throwing
- 52:08Speaker 1: curveballs like parents, parents, family, you name me? Best friends yeah?
- 52:16Speaker 1: Or or you know you're interested in this girl right here,
- 52:19Speaker 1: but you're kind of feeling this other one. How about this.
- 52:21Speaker 1: We don't go out with number one. We're going out
- 52:23Speaker 1: with number two. You know, your second best choice. Let's

- 52:44Speaker 1: call him on it. He will say, no, you know
- 52:46Speaker 1: that wasn't right. You can't date every woman on the show. Man,

- 54:11Speaker 1: hope this one isn't yours. Well not buckle up and
- 54:14Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you here. It
- 54:16Speaker 1: is a strawberry letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject love at
- 54:20Speaker 1: first bite. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a fifty seven year
- 54:23Speaker 1: old single woman, but I am dealing with a man
- 54:26Speaker 1: that is slightly older than me. He's a nice man
- 54:29Speaker 1: and he just lost his wife, so he's trying to
- 54:32Speaker 1: settle down with me. We have great chemistry in the bedroom,
- 54:36Speaker 1: and that is what is the most important to me.
- 54:40Speaker 1: He matches my freakiness and he and has taken it
- 54:44Speaker 1: to a whole new level, but after five months of dating,
- 54:47Speaker 1: he said he wants to only do certain things for
- 54:50Speaker 1: special occasion. I have a fetish that he was fine
- 54:56Speaker 1: with at first. I like for my man to bite
- 54:59Speaker 1: me while we are intimate. Bite my ear, from my shoulder,
- 55:04Speaker 1: my neck, or whatever he can get a hold of
- 55:07Speaker 1: at the time. It's an issue for him to do
- 55:09Speaker 1: it all the time because he doesn't like to wear
- 55:13Speaker 1: his top row of teeth when we are in the house.
- 55:21Speaker 1: Even at my house, he places them on a napkin
- 55:25Speaker 1: on my end table after we eat. I've told him
- 55:29Speaker 1: that the bite isn't the same without his teeth, but
- 55:31Speaker 1: he's not willing to compromise. If he doesn't have his
- 55:35Speaker 1: teeth in, it feels like a teething baby. That's why
- 55:39Speaker 1: he only wants to do things my way on special occasions.
- 55:42Speaker 1: I've dated older men before, and they don't mind keeping
- 55:46Speaker 1: their teeth in for sex. So I need my men
- 55:48Speaker 1: to get his top row of teeth adjusted so that
- 55:51Speaker 1: they are more comfortable and he can leave them in.
- 55:54Speaker 1: He got defensive and called me a weirdo for being
- 55:57Speaker 1: into biting. I think it's weird that he is into
- 56:00Speaker 1: having sex without his teeth, but I'd never make him
- 56:03Speaker 1: feel bad about it. I am getting bored with our
- 56:07Speaker 1: sex life, and if he can't spice it up a
- 56:09Speaker 1: bit and do what I like, I may have to
- 56:11Speaker 1: step out on him. When I was in a swingers group,
- 56:16Speaker 1: I saw that some people like choking and some like costumes.
- 56:20Speaker 1: I just like teeth marks, and if that's so crazy,
- 56:23Speaker 1: I may need to move on. Is it too unreasonable
- 56:26Speaker 1: to expect that this whole letter, what lady is unreasonable? Okay?
- 56:33Speaker 1: If you ask me, everything in here is unreasonable. You
- 56:37Speaker 1: want him to bite you? You used to be in
- 56:39Speaker 1: a swingers club. Oh my god, you've only been dating
- 56:42Speaker 1: this man for five months and he's already, you know,
- 56:46Speaker 1: just doing something that's uncomfortable to me. He's taking his
- 56:50Speaker 1: teeth out at home. I'm putting him in a napkin
- 56:56Speaker 1: on the side table. I really don't get this. Then
- 56:59Speaker 1: you like him to bite you and leave teeth marks,
- 57:02Speaker 1: so that means he has to bite you pretty hard
- 57:04Speaker 1: to do that, but he won't do it because his
- 57:07Speaker 1: teeth are out, and you're mad about that. Do you
- 57:10Speaker 1: hear how crazy this sounds? The question I had when
- 57:14Speaker 1: does he wear his teeth? Because it sounds like he
- 57:16Speaker 1: doesn't wear them, not at your house, not during sex.
- 57:20Speaker 1: When does he wear them? I just don't think this
- 57:22Speaker 1: is okay. I mean, with him having no teeth in
- 57:26Speaker 1: his mouth, where's the attraction, where's the sexy? I don't
- 57:30Speaker 1: get it. Are you still physically attracted to him? Or
- 57:34Speaker 1: you just don't care as long as you're being bitten
- 57:37Speaker 1: that's what it sounds like. And he leaves bite marks
- 57:39Speaker 1: on you. He offered you a compromise to do it
- 57:43Speaker 1: on special occasions. That's not good enough for you. You
- 57:46Speaker 1: said no to that. I just think this letter is crazy.
- 57:50Speaker 1: I really do. I mean this is crazy to me.
- 57:53Speaker 1: The teeth out and the bite mark. All right, you
- 57:57Speaker 1: guys need to make some sort of deal or compromise.
- 58:00Speaker 1: It's about his teeth and this fighting issue or yes,
- 58:03Speaker 1: you need to step out on him or move on. Steven,
- 58:07Speaker 1: this letter crazy to you. This is why I come
- 58:10Speaker 1: to work. I come to work. But that is like
- 58:16Speaker 1: this right here, beautiful advice. I ain't got none of
- 58:20Speaker 1: that for none of these foods, oh I see is
- 58:24Speaker 1: an opportunity to him riding my coat or humor. As
- 58:31Speaker 1: we read this letter together, it gets worse as it
- 58:34Speaker 1: goes on. Yeah, I'm a fifty seven year old single woman,
- 58:39Speaker 1: and according to this letter, you're gonna stay that way.
- 58:43Speaker 1: If the rest of your damn life, after this damn letter,
- 58:48Speaker 1: you have made a truth. You are fifty seven. You
- 58:51Speaker 1: don't see what you can write this letter. When you
- 58:53Speaker 1: sixty seven, you can start the same damn way. I'm
- 58:57Speaker 1: a sixty seven year old single woman. I'm dealing with
- 59:01Speaker 1: a man that's slightly older than me. He's nice and
- 59:04Speaker 1: he just lost his wife, so he trying to settle
- 59:07Speaker 1: down with me for now. We have great chemistry in
- 59:12Speaker 1: the bedroom, and that's what's most important to me. Yeah, yeah,
- 59:17Speaker 1: you fifty seven, that's what's most important to me. I
- 59:20Speaker 1: hate to tell you this, but you're close to the table.
- 59:23Speaker 1: Let me tell you something about fifty seven. If you're
- 59:26Speaker 1: fifty seven years old, it's like a twenty one year
- 59:30Speaker 1: old is at high noon on the clock. The son
- 59:33Speaker 1: is hotes this gonna be in his life. You fifty seven,
- 59:36Speaker 1: it's about eight thirty for you. It's evening. Change your priorities.
- 59:45Speaker 1: It's getting late fifty damn near time to lock these
- 59:50Speaker 1: doughs and pull this cover off. This that's to this
- 59:56Speaker 1: letter is for Steve Harvey, please come back. I can't
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: wait for part two of the Strawberry Letter at twenty
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour. The subject for today is
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: love at first Bite. We'll come back with Steve's response
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: come on, Steve, this is the letter Taylor made for you. Yeah.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: I want to thank God. Love it first time. I'm
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: at work today. Love and first bite. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: I'm a fifty seven year old single woman now based
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: on this letter, like I said, she gonna stay this
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: the rest of her damn life. She has no chance
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: of securing the mate with what you're about to read
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: in this letter. So in ten years she could say,
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: I'm a sixty seven year old single woman. Twenty years,
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: I'm a seventy seven year old single I'm damn the
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: dead and I'm still singing right too. But she met
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: a nice man that lost his wife trying to settle
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: down with her now and they got gat great, great
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: chemistry in the bedroom. And that's what's most important to me.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: If sex is most important to you at fifty seven,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: you need to readjust your priorities a little bit, because
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: let me explain something, like I said earlier. If you're
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: twenty one years old, you're at high noon, it's twelve o'clock,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: sonny shining, you're participating. You ain't sleepy, and you ain't
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: just got him. You're twenty one is high now. If
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: you're fifty seven, according to the clock for you, it's
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: about eighth thirty. It's evening the time. Get the doze, lock,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: pull this cover up, cover out here. You might not
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: make it to the news though, I'm just saying so. Anyway,
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: She says, it's great chemistry. He matches my freakiness and
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: has taken it to a whole new level. You like
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: it because a man match your freakiness and you're fifty seven. Okay,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: I'm just gonna make this statement right here. You too much?
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: But after five months of dating, he says he wants
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: to only do certain things for special occasions. Without reading
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: anymore into this letter, I'm assuming that you are too
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: much and he wants to slow it down and just
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: do it on the holidays, because whatever this freakingness is,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: it's too much every damn day. We needs to break
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: this down on holidays. Off of July Sweetest Day, Valentine's Day,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Mother's Day, Saint Patty's Day, each though, you know I
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: got it for you all the day, Columbus Day, we
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: all mar lu Keene Day, that three day weekend. I
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: got time for you. Other than that, I want to
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: just bust it down right here. And the reason you
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: want to break it down because she gotta fetish that
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: the man was fine with it first. See, I like
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: my man to bite me while me while we intimate,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: bite my gil, bite my shoulder, my neck or whatever
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: he can get ahold of at the time. Lady, that's
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: a different kind of fetish. I'm glad you ain't talking
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: to me because you'll you'll you'll get off me with
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: every because I bite's for real. You know. I put
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: something on you, yea, I sank in, I sank. I'll
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: take a piece of meat out you one time. I
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: bet you got asking me your ass to be asking
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: for Jess for special occasions. Once I sank the big
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: ass chompers, I got you tocause I put something on
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: you right here because I don't know if you ever
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: had a piece of shoulder out, but I like shoulder
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: sandwiches in it down, you got the right, man, if
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: you come to me aboulf biting me, you better break
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: it down. It in about me shoulder. You better break
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: this letter down to can't you nibble me? Because if
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: you say I'm taking it to a whole another level,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: you think he took it to you another level. And
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: I ain't gotta take my damn keep ouble because see
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: here on the problem with your man right here, because
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: you what are you talking to? I don't, but but
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: I got a solution for that too. He don't like
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: to wear his top row teeth when we in the
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: house here. You know win how much older is he?
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Did you he got to take his top row out?
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: You're probably dating somebody didn't have a bob roll you got.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Somebody got full set of dishes. What are you doing?
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: You can't have all these fetishes with these old ass men.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: You need to start dating somebody younger. Got all the
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: damn teeth now, you say, though even at my house
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: he places them on the napkin on the end of
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: the table when we eat. Who wants to eat without
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: the damn teeth? What did you make it? You make it?
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: What did you make it where you can set your
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: teeth out on the mimicing, what did you do to
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: this hamburger? Lord, have mercy? Why does this hamburger teeth
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: like potted meat? I don't need my damn teeth. He
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: he just set his damn teeth on the napkin and
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: y'all having dinner, and then I've told him that the
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: bite isn't the same without his teeth, and he ain't
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: willing to compromise when he don't have his teeth in
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: his feel like uh teeth and baby, that's why he
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: only wants to do things my way on special occasion.
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: I'm dated old the men before, and they don't mind
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: keeping their teeth in for six What on? Your men
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: got teeth problems? So I need a man to get
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: on top rowing his teeth adjested so they more comfortable
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: and he can leave it when he get defenstman, call
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: me a weirdo for being in the bike. You is weird, Yeah,
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: to get fit all the time. But if he having
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: sex and he got his teeth on the knife stand
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: while y'all having a sick, my suggestion is to reach over,
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: grab them teeth and snap him on your back. We
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: can get the right on over sand and snap him
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: on her you can get some teeth printing your ass
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: with you. That might not be with my mouth, but
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: you you go get teeth. I reach over and I
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: have magnetic. I have him just night you want to,
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: I can make love to you and put the same.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: I can put a bike mark on the back of
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: your camp where you want it. I'n reach a round
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: up in my head. You want back in your next
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: but I put it on back in your I've got
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: bites for your where I'll put a bite markt still
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: ago coming up in forty six minutes after the hour.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: Steve is not done with the Strawberry Letter. We'll have
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: part three of Love It First Bite right after this.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: You're listening, She's the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Steve Harvey
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: is not finished with his response to the Strawberry Letter
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: today Love It First Bite, where a fifty seven year
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: old woman was dating an older gentleman who took his
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: teeth out. She wanted them to bite her, and her
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: fetish is she likes to have sex and like to
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: get a bit. Why she having sex? Now? I say it?
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: You don't want to say that to me now, because
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: I gotta said the teeth. I'll put it on you.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: You stopped to stop asking me to bite you. I
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: put it, I'll take I'll take meat out. You have
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: to change your terminology to I want to get nibbled on, Steve,
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: because if you ask me to bite you with de
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: teeth I got, I got something for your ass like him.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: But now since he liked to take his teeth out,
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: I said, what he could do is could put his
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: teeth on knife stand and then when she ready for
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: a bite, reach out and grab the teeth and wherever
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: shit you want the bite marks? You want to get
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: a bit on the shoulder here and came to the
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: slapper with your teeth in your hand, and you put
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: teeth balks on right here, you can get him. I
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: could see if that's how you want it. We get
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: the teeth marks exactly where you want it when you
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: want to want it, into the rim cage while we
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: kiss it. That dad is right, There ain't no problem
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: teeth marks. Why are we kissing on requests you get
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: the teeth marks anywhere you want him go. But now

- 1:08:00Speaker 1: ain't have problem leaving their teeth and he doesn't sit
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: his teeth off the on a napkin while y'all eating,

- 1:14:51Speaker 1: And this is all thanks to a man who got
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: creative since the statewide bus shortage. All right, his name
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: is Sean Rogers Junior. He said he got the idea

- 1:15:23Speaker 1: in the area in need of rides. He says, I'll
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: be traveling all over Columbus to drop kids off at school. Yes,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: in the limo. If it's okay with the parents, I'd
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: rather see them late to school than out here in
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: the streets. Help me help our kids, The post reads,
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: So far, Shan has shuttled over forty kids to school.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: The parents are extremely grateful. One mom described his deed
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: as a blessing. Nice yeah yeah, rolling up to school yeah,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: and a limo nice. Nice, that's cool. This is definitely
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: a different Sean. I just didn't I know he would
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: you wouldn't have done this. I'd like to retract my statement.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: It's a different Sean Rogers right here, I can tell
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: you that right now. All right, thanks for claring that up, Steve.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: This this godly initiative. No man. We'll have more of
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up in thirty three
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: minutes after. Maybe we'll do some would you rather right
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: after this? You're listening to show? All right, guys, it
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: is time for would you rather? Here's the first question.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: Would you rather get a paper cut on your finger
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: every time you turn the page of a book or
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: a magazine or something? Or would you rather bite your
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: tongue every time you eat? So? What's worse the paper cut?
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: Because I ain't read no book, no way, So that
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: ain't it to be too much damage? Yeah? About the time.
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: I'll never read more than a page anyway, I'd be
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: a page. Bite my damn tongue. Who I think I'm
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: rather bite my tongue? No, I know you don't. We
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: must ain't never beat it before. I've been my tongue before.
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: But I don't like paper cuts. I hate that coming
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: up and you rather do that cuts? Ok't bite? I
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: hate biting my tongue, biting my jaw. Oh that is painful.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: And when the molus chopped down and then you do
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: it back to back? Yes, yes, yes, yes, you're gonna
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: make what is wrong with me? You know how long
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: it take that to heel in there? A long time?
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: All right, here's another one. Would you rather be a
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: little late, just a little bit late, or just way
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: too early? Way too early? I'm going with the little late. Really, Yeah,
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: I'm a celebrity. Cordially, Oh yeah, you're you're a celebrity. Yeah,
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna be way too early. Set up, been here now,
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: I'm I'm sitting up being here offen like I'm thirsty,
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: Like yeah, hey yeah, I'm sitting here like I ain't
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: got no work or nothing. Hit me for this, bro,
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: sure do this show? Hey, how y'all doing this? Speaking
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: of everybody coming in and something? Hi, guys, how you doing?
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: I'm here? Hey? Just let this isn't Harvey. Yeah he
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: just said, whoever it is, let's let's not here. But
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: I five minutes early really need this. So yeah, you're
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: a celebrity thing you can be. I hate being late,
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: Oh god, I hate. I had a guy one time though.
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: This happened in New Orleans, and me and him fell
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: out behind this at a meeting doing Essence festival with
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: this guy at this restaurant, and uh, I had I
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: had a driver, and so the driver got caught up
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: in traffic and was waiting, And so when I got
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: to the restaurant, I got that ten minutes late. This
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: guy was a white collar Wall Street guy. He said,
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: while are you're late? I said, yeah, I called you man.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: I was running behind my driver got stuck in traffic.
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: He said, you didn't think to get a cab. I said, no,
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: I didn't think to get a cab. Well, if a
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: cab would have gotten you here on time, you think
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: that would have been better. I said, no, I can't
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: get in cabs. Dog, I'm famous. I don't know where
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: this dude and to take me. I got a drive.
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: All of a sudden, he got Steve Harvey the cab.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: Now I'm in the back of the French Quarter getting
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: my ass. School coming up at forty nine minutes after
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: the hour. It's our last break of the day. And
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: of course we'll get some closing remarks from the one
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: and only, our fearless leader, Steve Harvey. You'd rather be
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: a little late right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, here we are, guys, our last
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: break of the day before we get out. Can I
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: please say Happy birthday to my baby Sheridan. It is
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: her birthday today, Happy birthday, birthday. Can you believe she's
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: twenty five today? Oh? My god, years old today? Yeah? Right, yeah,
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: at the twenty five five? Yeah? All right, Well, happy birthday.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Have a great day, Mommy loves you, all right, Happy birthday. Yeah.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: I've got an interesting one. Uh. I read this some
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: time ago, and I thought i'd bring it to your
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: attention as closing remarks because I think it's absolutely a
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: great all thought starter. Here's a question I have for
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: all of you listening today. If someone gave you, at
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: the beginning of every day, eighty four thousand, six hundred
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: dollars every day, what would you do with eighty four thousand,
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: six hundred dollars And they gave you this eighty four thousand,
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: six hundred dollars every single day. But now listen to
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: this now in the twenty four hour day. You have
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: to use the eighty four thousand, six hundred dollars. If
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: you do not use the eighty four thousand, six hundred dollars,
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: it just goes away. But tomorrow you get another eighty
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: four thousand, six hundred dollars. I want you all to
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: think about this. What would you do? I think you
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: would do everything in your power to spend eighty four thousand,
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: six hundred dollars every day, because what's the use of
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: giving it back even though they're gonna give you another
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: eighty four thousand, six hundred dollars. Are you all following me?
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: Are you all listening to me? The reason I'm asking
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: you that question because you get something equally is important
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: every day. Every day. You get eighty four thousand, six
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: hundred seconds every day, and whether you use them or
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: however you use them, at the end of the day,
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: they're gone. But if God wakes you up in the morning,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: you get another eighty four thousand, six hundred seconds. Y'all
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: act like y'all don't hear me. You get something more
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: valuable than money. God gives you eighty four thousand, six
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: hundred seconds every time he wakes you up. Now, what
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: you're gonna do with that? Because this is valuable equity, man,
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: this is valuable real estate. This is valuable stuff. Eighty
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: four thousand, six hundred seconds. Now, how are you gonna
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: spend or how are you gonna use your eighty four
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: thousand and six one hundred seconds, Because at the end
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: of the day, whether you use them or not, they
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: go away. And if God wakes you up, you get
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: a new eighty four thousand, six hundred seconds, which is
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: better than money because you know, you can actually get
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: to a point in your life where you're actually making
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: more than eighty four thousand and six hundred dollars a day.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: You do know that's possible, don't you? Or if you
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: just made eighty four thousand and six hundred a week.
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: I didn't mean to say just making eighty four thousand,
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: six hundred week, because that's that's a lot of money.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: But let's how about if you made eighty four thousand,
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: six hundred a month. Now are those of you who
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: would love to make eighty four thousand, six hundred dollars
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: a year? But every day you wake up, folks, you
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: get eighty four thousand, six hundred new seconds. What you're
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: doing with your seconds today? What are you doing with
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: That's why I implore you to grind and hustle hard
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: as you can every single day, because you're not gonna
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: get these seconds back. They've just gone. Once twelve o'clock
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: midnight hits, your eighty four thousand, six hundred seconds is up,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: and the clock starts ticking on a new eighty four
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: thousand and six hundred. What you're gonna do with your day? Now?
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna say it again and get myself in some
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: more trouble like I always do. But I'm not gonna
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: stop telling the truth just because you don't want to
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: hear it. You can spend eight hours a third of
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: your eighty four thousand and six hundred. Somebody figuring that
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: out for me? What is eight hours of What is
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: a third of eighty four thousand and six hundred? You
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: can take your eighty four thousand, six hundred and you
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: can spend it asleep, But guess what, you don't get
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: that back. See, sleeping is good because it allows you
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: to dream, but you got to be awake to make
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: dreams come true. You got to be awake. So now
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: if you are asleep eight hours you are now asleep
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: twenty eight thousand, two hundred seconds of your day. That's
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: a third of it. So how many of that leave you? You?
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: Feel me? What I'm telling you, y'all tripping? Quit talking
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: to people about money that ain't got no money. You
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: need to put forth an effort with your eighty four thousand,
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: six hundred seconds, because you get them fresh every day.
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: Now what you're gonna do with them? So? Now, if
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: you sleep for eight hours a day, you've already reduced
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: your eighty four thousand, six hundred to fifty six thousand,
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: four hundred. Y'all ain't listening one more time. Feel how
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: you want to feel about Uncle Steve trying to tell
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: you the truth about this thing, but you ain't got
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: to hear me. But it ain't no other way. I
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: don't know old body that's extraordinary or extremely successful that
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: sleeps eight hours a day. You can gonna get your
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: eight and be healthy as hell, But you ain't got
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: to have eight to be healthy as hell? Who told
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: you that you can be healthy and successful? But you're
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: gonna have to give up some of them time, man,
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: and quit letting your eighty four thousand, six hundred seconds
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: get away from you because you don't get them back.
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: If God wakes you up, he gives you a freshman.
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: I want to use my eighty four thousand, six hundred
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: to the fullest and best of my ability. I invite
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: you to do the same, because it's more valuable than money.
