- 0:10Speaker 1: Soon given them a million bus buss boozy.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Yeah listening to to.
- 0:38Speaker 3: I don't joy? Yah yeah, joy.
- 0:58Speaker 4: You know you.
- 1:06Speaker 5: Love turn you gotta turn.
- 1:41Speaker 1: To turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 5: You probably got to turn mouth tut.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Turn the water of the moat up.
- 1:49Speaker 6: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Come out you think that.
- 2:01Speaker 7: Uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You are
- 2:05Speaker 7: listening to the voice, Come on now, digney if you will.
- 2:10Speaker 7: One and only, Steve Harvey got a radio show, you know,
- 2:14Speaker 7: one of the things about being successful. And I was
- 2:18Speaker 7: sharing this just the other day with a young man
- 2:22Speaker 7: and he asked me. He said, hey, man, I just
- 2:26Speaker 7: don't see how you get up that early in the morning.
- 2:30Speaker 7: I just don't see how, man, it would kill me
- 2:33Speaker 7: to get up.
- 2:33Speaker 1: This early in the morning.
- 2:36Speaker 7: Well, I sat down and I'm listening to it because
- 2:37Speaker 7: it's just a thousand times I've heard it, you know,
- 2:40Speaker 7: And my life is, you know, not too different from
- 2:43Speaker 7: a lot of people's lives.
- 2:44Speaker 1: There's a lot of people out there that rise early.
- 2:48Speaker 7: And I just sit there, man, because I mean, first
- 2:51Speaker 7: of all, I'm grateful to be able to have a job.
- 2:53Speaker 7: I'm so grateful to be able to do one and
- 2:56Speaker 7: several that I happened to enjoy doing. I mean, you
- 2:58Speaker 7: know it's work and it's difficult at times, but I mean,
- 3:02Speaker 7: you know I wanted this. You know you got it.
- 3:04Speaker 7: You know you can't ask God for nothing any give
- 3:06Speaker 7: it to you then be mad that you got it.
- 3:08Speaker 7: Don't make no sense. You know the problem with asking
- 3:11Speaker 7: God for stuff is a lot of times we asking
- 3:14Speaker 7: for stuff, we don't really know what all it encompasses,
- 3:16Speaker 7: what all it really is. And I ask for this,
- 3:19Speaker 7: now along the way, I've gotten far more than I
- 3:22Speaker 7: asked for. I want you to do. Understand that, and
- 3:26Speaker 7: you know that's His grace at work in my life.
- 3:28Speaker 7: But I get up early and I go to work
- 3:30Speaker 7: because I do understand something that it is not walking
- 3:34Speaker 7: up to you. Nobody walks up to people normally and
- 3:38Speaker 7: just hand them checks all the time, and enough checks
- 3:41Speaker 7: to sustain your life, and not only sustain it, but
- 3:44Speaker 7: to have a life that where you could enjoy and
- 3:47Speaker 7: do some of the things you want to do. I
- 3:49Speaker 7: don't know the person that walks out hands out that
- 3:51Speaker 7: money just to be doing it and then with a
- 3:54Speaker 7: lifestyle though, where you can you know, give your kids
- 3:58Speaker 7: a Christmas, you know, take your family on vacation, you know,
- 4:01Speaker 7: a year once a year. I don't know nobody passing
- 4:03Speaker 7: out to kind of money. So I get up early
- 4:05Speaker 7: in the morning and I get at it. I was
- 4:07Speaker 7: taught to get up early in the morning by my
- 4:10Speaker 7: father because my father says, ain't nothing gonna come to
- 4:14Speaker 7: you while you lay in there. And you know what,
- 4:17Speaker 7: It's just true, man, It's just a little common sense. Look,
- 4:20Speaker 7: old people smart, man, they've been around long time. You
- 4:22Speaker 7: don't get old. You know, some old foods out there,
- 4:24Speaker 7: but you know you don't have to deal with them.
- 4:26Speaker 7: But old people are pretty smart, man. They've learned a
- 4:28Speaker 7: lot along the way. And waking up early and getting
- 4:31Speaker 7: out it is one of them things. And I ask
- 4:33Speaker 7: everybody man to think about this scenario of your life.
- 4:36Speaker 7: If a day has twenty four hours in it, and
- 4:40Speaker 7: let's just say you choose to sleep eight of those
- 4:43Speaker 7: hours because they tell you you need eight hours sleep,
- 4:48Speaker 7: So you sleep eight hours, that's a third of your
- 4:51Speaker 7: life asleep already, just a third of your life is
- 4:55Speaker 7: spent asleep.
- 4:56Speaker 1: If you gonna do eight hours a day.
- 4:59Speaker 7: Now, let's say you have a job that you work
- 5:02Speaker 7: eight hours, and it is not the job of your dreams.
- 5:04Speaker 7: It's not your dream career, your dream profession. It's just
- 5:07Speaker 7: the one you took, like all of us, to get
- 5:10Speaker 7: it started. And then, like all of us, some of
- 5:12Speaker 7: us end up having to state that because we've created
- 5:14Speaker 7: these bills because we checked and checked, So we can't
- 5:17Speaker 7: leave it because we'll lose what.
- 5:19Speaker 1: We've worked for. So let's just say you got a
- 5:21Speaker 1: job that you go to work to for eight hours.
- 5:24Speaker 7: That's another third of your life. That's two thirds of
- 5:28Speaker 7: your life. Feel how you want to feel about your
- 5:30Speaker 7: two thirds? Well, I like sleep. Okay, cool, there's a
- 5:32Speaker 7: scripture about that too. But now you spent two thirds
- 5:35Speaker 7: of your life one on a job you don't care
- 5:37Speaker 7: for if you're not happy that, or one that just
- 5:39Speaker 7: pays the bills, and it's not your dream job or career.
- 5:42Speaker 7: Another third of your life is sleep. Oh now, let's
- 5:44Speaker 7: hold on. Let's talk about the one hour of preparation
- 5:47Speaker 7: that it may take to get to the job. That's
- 5:50Speaker 7: seventeen hours. Let's say your drive time. Let's say getting
- 5:54Speaker 7: to your job for the average person is anywhere between
- 5:57Speaker 7: thirty to an hour. That's an average of what it
- 6:01Speaker 7: takes to average person. Now, some people out there hustling
- 6:03Speaker 7: way harder than that. But let's just say your average
- 6:05Speaker 7: is an hour getting to work. You add another hour
- 6:09Speaker 7: to that going to work. You've now spent eighteen hours
- 6:13Speaker 7: out of the twenty four doing something that's either nonproductive,
- 6:19Speaker 7: you're not happy with, you're not pleased about. It is
- 6:21Speaker 7: not your dream job, it's not your dream profession. And
- 6:24Speaker 7: rest of the time you sleep. Eighteen hours. Now you
- 6:27Speaker 7: got to come from the job, so let's just say
- 6:29Speaker 7: it's another hour to get back home. That's nineteen hours.
- 6:31Speaker 7: Nineteen hours out of a twenty four hour day. You
- 6:34Speaker 7: now have five hours left in your day. Oh, you
- 6:37Speaker 7: watch TV two hours a day. Okay, excuse me. Let's
- 6:40Speaker 7: put now you put two hours of TV on that
- 6:43Speaker 7: you've just spent twenty one.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You now have three.
- 6:45Speaker 7: Hours in the day to do something super productive for
- 6:51Speaker 7: the development of yourself and the future of your family
- 6:55Speaker 7: and your future as a person and what you can
- 6:57Speaker 7: provide for your family. Oh, I need to chill. I
- 7:03Speaker 7: need to smoke one. Oh I need it some time
- 7:07Speaker 7: at happy I'll seem like all I do is dry
- 7:09Speaker 7: to work and go to work. I'm gonna go out
- 7:12Speaker 7: with the fellas drink one. Okay, Let's say you spend
- 7:16Speaker 7: two hours at Happy Ill nobody go to a Happy
- 7:19Speaker 7: Hours yet for a hour. Let's say you spend two
- 7:21Speaker 7: hours at Happy I'll all smoke in all some video games.
- 7:24Speaker 7: Let's throw that in it. Two hours of smoking, chilling
- 7:27Speaker 7: video games. That's twenty three hours of your day gone.
- 7:30Speaker 7: Don't you see how your day slips away from you?
- 7:34Speaker 7: So why would you get up early? You get up
- 7:37Speaker 7: early to get a jump. You get up early to produce,
- 7:41Speaker 7: to plan, to become productive. You get up early in
- 7:45Speaker 7: the morning to care about every single minute of your day.
- 7:49Speaker 7: You wake up early in the morning because you have
- 7:51Speaker 7: a plan, a mission, You have something you want to accomplish.
- 7:55Speaker 7: The earlier you get up, the more time you have
- 7:57Speaker 7: just for you to devote to your plan. You map
- 8:00Speaker 7: it out, you make them, send some emails, whatever it
- 8:03Speaker 7: is you need to do to get your dream on
- 8:06Speaker 7: the way. Then you go get ready. Then you get
- 8:09Speaker 7: in your car and go to work. Then you go
- 8:11Speaker 7: to your job, but on your job, instead of sitting
- 8:13Speaker 7: at your lunch break messing around with a bunch of
- 8:16Speaker 7: people laughing and talking about nothing, playing dominoes. Why don't
- 8:19Speaker 7: you take that hour to do some more research, to
- 8:22Speaker 7: send out some more emails, to put some feelers out
- 8:25Speaker 7: there to see what can get you in the place
- 8:27Speaker 7: that you want to be. Then when you get off,
- 8:30Speaker 7: instead of driving straight home, why don't you go somewhere
- 8:33Speaker 7: in a meeting, you take in a session with some
- 8:36Speaker 7: people in a positive mental state, group of people that
- 8:38Speaker 7: get together. Network for business, not drink at happy hour.
- 8:42Speaker 7: I set network for business. So after you've done that
- 8:45Speaker 7: eight that you don't really care for on a job,
- 8:47Speaker 7: you spend some more time pursuing, looking into researching, working
- 8:52Speaker 7: towards sending out some more applications, putting in some more
- 8:56Speaker 7: time to build your new app discussing some more network ideas. Okay,
- 9:01Speaker 7: that's your happy hour. Then when you go home, instead
- 9:04Speaker 7: of chilling drinking one, having a cold, one, smoking one,
- 9:08Speaker 7: playing a video game, why don't you take that two
- 9:11Speaker 7: hours and devote that to that business idea. You got
- 9:14Speaker 7: to that family that you talk about, You really want
- 9:17Speaker 7: spend some time with your children, put something into them.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Do something.
- 9:21Speaker 7: Man, with all these precious hours that God gives all
- 9:25Speaker 7: of us in the course of a day, take advantage
- 9:27Speaker 7: of every minute of that. No human being has more
- 9:31Speaker 7: than twenty four hours a day, including myself.
- 9:34Speaker 1: But if you care about every single minute.
- 9:38Speaker 7: Of that day, you'll be amazed at how much you
- 9:40Speaker 7: could get accomplished in a twenty four hour day. But
- 9:44Speaker 7: you can't get none of that happening because you sleep,
- 9:48Speaker 7: and you chilling and you smoking. Okay, what has that
- 9:52Speaker 7: done for you, your family or your future? Care about
- 9:56Speaker 7: every minute of your day.
- 9:57Speaker 2: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning.

- 13:12Speaker 1: Well, how bad is it?
- 13:13Speaker 4: Well?
- 13:15Speaker 7: She sucked the bath tile down her throat one night
- 13:17Speaker 7: and little choked and I had to pull it out there.

- 15:23Speaker 10: gonna handle the situation, you know. So I don't need
- 15:26Speaker 10: you to handle nothing.

- 22:39Speaker 10: What?

- 23:01Speaker 7: be a pastor and call to be a pastor. Two
- 23:05Speaker 7: different things. To my understanding and the way I grew
- 23:07Speaker 7: up and was raised, so he's studying to be something

- 23:27Speaker 7: decisions I made as a young man.
- 23:30Speaker 1: And so you know, it's just.
- 23:31Speaker 7: Another bad decision. You ain't got to tell nobody it
- 23:33Speaker 7: ain't gonna work out.

- 24:02Speaker 9: women on Saturday and Sunday. He claims it's marketing, but
- 24:06Speaker 9: I think he does it so uh he and the
- 24:09Speaker 9: guys can meet women.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Is this marketing or making?
- 24:13Speaker 1: Sounds like marketing to me? Oh yeah, yeah, house, well
- 24:19Speaker 1: it's marketing. It works. Look how look what it did
- 24:21Speaker 1: to you.
- 24:22Speaker 7: You probably got handed one of them mimosas. And now
- 24:25Speaker 7: look at your You're fitting married the man. Great marketing
- 24:31Speaker 7: mac marketing, Yeah, I call it marketing. Yeah, free mimosas, Yeah,
- 24:37Speaker 7: I'm all for it. Sounds like great marketing. You will
- 24:39Speaker 7: on the Steve Harvey National radio show talking about it.
- 24:43Speaker 7: Marketing outstanding by this guy's brilliant.
- 24:49Speaker 9: I hope they're drinking responsibly, all right, Wanda and Mapleton
- 24:53Speaker 9: says my daughters.
- 24:56Speaker 2: I know, I know, still has champagne in it.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Just go ahead. Everybody ain't affected by it like you? Sure?

- 25:11Speaker 9: boyfriend in the eye after catching him next door in
- 25:15Speaker 9: the pool with the sixteen.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Year old girl that lives there.
- 25:18Speaker 9: I told my daughter that she shouldn't hit him, she
- 25:20Speaker 9: shouldn't have hit him, But now the boy is flaunting
- 25:23Speaker 9: the new girl in my daughter's face, and she's so hurt.

- 25:50Speaker 7: what's driving him right now. He's not driven by his mind.
- 25:53Speaker 7: In his brain, he's driven by hormones. He in the
- 25:56Speaker 7: pool with the sixteen year old girl splashing around as
- 26:00Speaker 7: of water on his face.
- 26:01Speaker 1: What did that do that got him aroused? What are
- 26:04Speaker 1: they doing now? Now?
- 26:05Speaker 7: They walking around town? It don't take much. He's seventeen.
- 26:09Speaker 7: You couldn't do nothing to me.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Nothing. If I saw a girl pulling her pants up,
- 26:17Speaker 1: not even because they was down, just you know, just walking,
- 26:20Speaker 1: just trying to make sure.
- 26:21Speaker 2: They sailed herself. I was heated.

- 26:52Speaker 7: another one.
- 26:53Speaker 1: Yeah.

- 26:58Speaker 9: not to hit anybody.
- 26:59Speaker 7: She should don't hit these dudes they raised right. No,
- 27:03Speaker 7: these doake women back. Keep your hands to yourself, late,
- 27:08Speaker 7: because these cats out here, they're not raised like this.
- 27:12Speaker 9: They will hit you back. Yeah, all right, Last one, Steve.
- 27:16Speaker 9: This one's from Dina in North Carolina. Dina says, my
- 27:20Speaker 9: boyfriend had a barbecue so his parents could meet me.
- 27:23Speaker 9: I made beans, potato salad, greens, a pound cake, and
- 27:28Speaker 9: banana pudding. His mother said, my food tasted like hospital food,
- 27:33Speaker 9: and I got defensive.
- 27:34Speaker 1: I know what that tastes like. I can tell you.
- 27:39Speaker 9: Any Seves, she said. I got defensive and said, well,
- 27:45Speaker 9: don't eat it. My boyfriend said it was unnecessary and rude.
- 27:50Speaker 9: But what his mama said wasn't.
- 27:53Speaker 1: His mama told the truth.

- 27:59Speaker 7: experience to make barbecu classics for the family barbequ The

- 28:26Speaker 7: gave them to them black people hospital food. You went
- 28:32Speaker 7: down there to the grocery store and bought a Sarah

- 29:36Speaker 1: And Shirley no rule when she hear because she didne
- 29:38Speaker 1: heard all of that. It's been hospital food.
- 29:43Speaker 7: It's been clinic staver, she said her, sir, somebody told
- 29:49Speaker 7: Shirley her food tastes like emergency room medicine.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Mister Steve Harbin, Marty show Man.
- 29:58Speaker 7: It might be two birds in that for but if
- 30:00Speaker 7: you let this bird go to reach in there for

- 30:06Speaker 7: you ain't got nothing a bird in the hand is
- 30:08Speaker 7: worth two in the bush.
- 30:10Speaker 1: But if it's two and that are having to catch both,
- 30:13Speaker 1: wouldn't that be better?
- 30:14Speaker 7: See key word in there was a small word with
- 30:17Speaker 7: the one of the smallest words with the biggest consequences.
- 30:20Speaker 7: If if I rob this bank and if they don't

- 30:43Speaker 2: junior or so you need to be the judge.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen. This is right or wrong.
- 30:48Speaker 7: This is where decisions get made, things that will discussed,
- 30:51Speaker 7: Debatable issues come to the forefront, and I make a
- 30:54Speaker 7: decision as to who's right or wrong. Tommy is always
- 30:59Speaker 7: the one who wants to know whether he's right or wrong.
- 31:01Speaker 7: So go ahead, turkey.
- 31:03Speaker 1: See okay, see now check this out.
- 31:05Speaker 7: So now me and him, actually, for a split second,
- 31:08Speaker 7: he agreed with me last night, for a split on
- 31:11Speaker 7: the first thing I said. I said, Amber is a
- 31:16Speaker 7: little girl that got lost a long time ago, and
- 31:19Speaker 7: that's where Amber alert came from.
- 31:21Speaker 1: He agreed with me on that. I did not agree
- 31:24Speaker 1: with you on that.
- 31:25Speaker 10: You did not?
- 31:26Speaker 1: I said, Okay, what did you say?
- 31:29Speaker 8: I said, they named it that just because let people
- 31:32Speaker 8: know that people miss it.
- 31:33Speaker 1: That's all I said. I said nothing about this being
- 31:36Speaker 1: no Amber Alert. First of all, what made you even
- 31:39Speaker 1: think of that? Okay, first of all, I'll let you know.
- 31:43Speaker 4: It was a little girl named Amber, and that's what
- 31:45Speaker 4: that's where Amber Alert came from. Then I told you,
- 31:48Speaker 4: I said, Foster is a little boy who didn't have
- 31:53Speaker 4: his mama or his.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Daddy, and that's where Foster Home came from. Oh no,
- 32:00Speaker 1: right there, But Foster and Amber don't know each other.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Do you know what? Well, he's correct on Amber?
- 32:09Speaker 2: Yeah, give him that?
- 32:11Speaker 1: Am I right about Foster? Though Amber is actually a color.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Amber is also a young young girl's name? Right? My
- 32:19Speaker 1: name is his name? Am right? So that led you
- 32:22Speaker 1: to say, what.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Now, Foster?
- 32:26Speaker 7: It was a little boy who didn't have no mama,
- 32:29Speaker 7: no daddy, and they were trying to find.
- 32:31Speaker 1: A home for him. That can't be right, and that's
- 32:33Speaker 1: where Foster Home comfort. Well, I thought that was a
- 32:37Speaker 1: Cyril Foster flake. You're right or wrong?
- 32:42Speaker 2: Worst than what is.
- 32:49Speaker 11: That?
- 32:50Speaker 1: I had a call fl I love me it's a
- 32:56Speaker 1: foster flake. I know that. You know we're just gonna
- 33:01Speaker 1: be ignorant.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Yeah, f take it there.
- 33:04Speaker 1: I thought it was a seal of foster flakes. We
- 33:06Speaker 1: called it though. That's that's how he said it.
- 33:09Speaker 7: Foster means wronged, to develop, yes to ring about, to nurture, Yeah, falter,
- 33:16Speaker 7: to nurture a situation.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Foster is a definition. It's not a little boy. There's
- 33:23Speaker 1: people named Foster. Most of them end up in care.
- 33:27Speaker 6: Foster was what you said was the lead singer the
- 33:31Speaker 6: Silvers one. He wasn't the lead saying the singers. Now
- 33:34Speaker 6: he played Edie, I mean in the King of scott Forest.
- 33:43Speaker 1: You see where he gets from.
- 33:46Speaker 7: And then Forrest Griffin was fighting in the UFCU. Stephan
- 33:50Speaker 7: and Bonner had some epic Okay, here go the next
- 33:56Speaker 7: one up till Junior. That people in China call they
- 34:03Speaker 7: good dishes. They dishes, you know what I'm saying.
- 34:08Speaker 2: I like it.
- 34:10Speaker 1: They don't call them China. They just call them they dishes.
- 34:14Speaker 1: They don't say you know what I'm.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Saying, We have a winner right there, that were right
- 34:21Speaker 2: there last off on that one like that, we have
- 34:24Speaker 2: a winner.
- 34:26Speaker 1: I've never been to China.
- 34:28Speaker 2: I don't know what, Tommy.
- 34:31Speaker 4: They call people in China call they good dishes. They
- 34:35Speaker 4: dishes they put over here.
- 34:39Speaker 2: China's good chin China.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Oh maybe they call them us a dishes. Yeah, seeing there.

- 40:41Speaker 9: Would you rather scream at each other? Or would you
- 40:44Speaker 9: rather give each other the silent treatment?
- 40:46Speaker 1: Give each other?

- 40:57Speaker 2: All right, all right, we're coming up at forty nine.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Hey, y'all, this is Monica, this is Spike Leader Hey,
- 41:09Speaker 1: this is Mary J.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Blood.
- 41:10Speaker 17: Yo.
- 41:10Speaker 1: This is Stephen A. Smith.
- 41:11Speaker 2: Hey, this is Saka Kahan.
- 41:13Speaker 1: You have no idea what it is. This is Carlos
- 41:15Speaker 1: Miller and this may or may not be the Steve
- 41:17Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Shows.
- 41:19Speaker 9: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. With a return of summer,
- 41:27Speaker 9: many singles often put aside their search for true love
- 41:30Speaker 9: to enjoy some just fun, you know, some fun summer flings.
- 41:34Speaker 9: But a new survey suggests that such flings don't look
- 41:38Speaker 9: so appealing to many. A new dating dot Com survey
- 41:41Speaker 9: finds that fifty two percent of singles would prefer to
- 41:44Speaker 9: find a serious relationship this summer, as opposed to just
- 41:47Speaker 9: casual sex. While most admit summer flings, including one night
- 41:51Speaker 9: stands and friends with benefits, are enjoyable, the majority say
- 41:56Speaker 9: they want deeper personal intimacy.
- 41:59Speaker 2: Okay, so they don't want just.
- 42:01Speaker 1: That's a woman making that statement.
- 42:05Speaker 9: It's a new dating dot Com survey, and it didn't
- 42:08Speaker 9: say women. It's that singles. So that's guys to Steve.
- 42:14Speaker 7: Well, but there are guys that want something more meaningful
- 42:17Speaker 7: to tell your truth, you know. But if, but if
- 42:19Speaker 7: everybody will quit playing this game and just tell the
- 42:22Speaker 7: truth about how you feel. That's one thing. Tell the
- 42:27Speaker 7: truth about how you feel. I didn't say, tell the
- 42:30Speaker 7: truth about what you did truth now that the record show.
- 42:37Speaker 7: Oh yeah, tell the truth about how you feel. It's
- 42:42Speaker 7: different from you don't ever tell truth about what you
- 42:45Speaker 7: did feel it y'all don't even know live rules.
- 42:54Speaker 1: We don't one night. What's wrong with a one night fling?
- 43:00Speaker 1: One night?
- 43:01Speaker 9: You know? That's what I was going to ask you. Guys,
- 43:04Speaker 9: So have you had a fling that you were serious
- 43:06Speaker 9: about or or that was fun?
- 43:08Speaker 2: At summer fling? You know that maybe turned into a
- 43:11Speaker 2: real romance.
- 43:12Speaker 8: At that moment when I get in that bed, which
- 43:14Speaker 8: I am dead serious. Yeah, at that moment there's no
- 43:17Speaker 8: games being played.
- 43:18Speaker 1: We are dead serious.
- 43:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Everything.
- 43:21Speaker 8: Yeah, there's nothing I can focus on after the summer,
- 43:27Speaker 8: after the summer over is over.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll try to go into a.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Fall with a.
- 43:36Speaker 1: Summer after I get on the plane. Really want what
- 43:45Speaker 1: did you call him fun?
- 43:46Speaker 2: What these flings turned into a real romance?
- 43:49Speaker 15: Wow?
- 43:50Speaker 1: Guys, no relationship at all?
- 43:53Speaker 9: Or or do you regret you you've ever did not
- 43:56Speaker 9: turn a fling into something real fling?
- 44:02Speaker 11: No?
- 44:06Speaker 7: I just I like to just I used to like
- 44:08Speaker 7: to just fling it around as long as you can
- 44:10Speaker 7: fling it around, and then yeah, okay, okay.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Much.
- 44:19Speaker 7: But but you know it wasn't that wasn't back then.
- 44:21Speaker 7: It wasn't no social media nothing. When you lost the
- 44:23Speaker 7: person that.
- 44:28Speaker 2: No more, where were you gonna stay?
- 44:32Speaker 8: Junior was saying, to be fair, sure, you know I
- 44:34Speaker 8: wasn't always everything in to fling either.
- 44:36Speaker 1: You know I wasn't always the best thing. Some people
- 44:39Speaker 1: didn't want to fling with me. No more, I wouldn't it.
- 44:45Speaker 1: I wouldn't. Yeah, I would not here just killing every fling.
- 44:47Speaker 9: I was in.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Sometimes your fling was just.
- 44:54Speaker 7: Wasn't.
- 44:54Speaker 1: No, he ain't in it, he ain't had.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Just two way street.
- 45:03Speaker 1: So what about the one that got away? Is there one?
- 45:06Speaker 1: Maybe problem? There's always one and it hurts you to
- 45:12Speaker 1: your cold when you think about it.
- 45:14Speaker 9: Yeah, And like Steve said, you can't find them anymore,
- 45:17Speaker 9: or if you do see them again, they're with someone else.
- 45:20Speaker 1: They don't won't you no, mom, won't you be?
- 45:23Speaker 7: After social media and stuff came out, I found them.
- 45:26Speaker 7: Oh really, they didn't look the same though they look
- 45:35Speaker 7: was in that fling. I believe that picture about twelve
- 45:39Speaker 7: different ways.
- 45:46Speaker 9: So I think what we should get out of this
- 45:48Speaker 9: is that singles sometimes are looking for more than just flings.
- 45:53Speaker 2: Okay, this song, that's what you got out of that? Yeah,
- 45:57Speaker 2: what did you get out of it? Tell me?
- 46:00Speaker 1: Would you fling until you can't fling? No more? Coming up, Carlo.
- 46:07Speaker 2: We're just working with a bunch of players. Sound girl
- 46:10Speaker 2: coming up? Not no move. Next the prankster with a
- 46:16Speaker 2: prank phone call. Right after this. You're listening to the
- 46:19Speaker 2: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at about four minutes
- 46:27Speaker 2: after the hour.

- 46:30Speaker 9: get this my man moves mysteriously. My man moves mysteriously. Okay,
- 46:36Speaker 9: we'll get into that in just a bit. Right now,
- 46:39Speaker 9: it is time for the nephew and today's prank phone call.

- 56:50Speaker 9: Subject my man moves mysteriously. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a
- 56:54Speaker 9: forty two year old woman and I've been in a
- 56:56Speaker 9: relationship with a forty five year old man for three years.
- 57:00Speaker 9: For the past two years, he's been living with me
- 57:03Speaker 9: because he needed some house repairs done around Christmas time
- 57:07Speaker 9: last year.
- 57:08Speaker 2: I caught him at his.
- 57:09Speaker 9: Own house one Saturday when he was supposed to be
- 57:12Speaker 9: visiting his parents in South Carolina. I pulled up in
- 57:15Speaker 9: his driveway and he met me at the door, and
- 57:18Speaker 9: he told me that it was a dusty mess inside,
- 57:21Speaker 9: like a construction site, and I didn't need to come in.
- 57:25Speaker 9: He also didn't hug or kiss me and said he
- 57:28Speaker 9: was too dirty from working all day. I never questioned
- 57:31Speaker 9: him about not telling me he was still in town,
- 57:34Speaker 9: because I never want to be a nagger like his
- 57:37Speaker 9: ex wife.
- 57:38Speaker 2: He did not come home that night.
- 57:40Speaker 9: The next morning, he came home and he had shaved
- 57:43Speaker 9: and he had on dress pants. He said he went
- 57:45Speaker 9: to church because his coworker got baptized. This man threw
- 57:49Speaker 9: me into a lot within into a lot within twenty
- 57:52Speaker 9: four hours, and I still didn't nag or ask him
- 57:55Speaker 9: any questions.
- 57:56Speaker 2: For the next few months, he would leave the house
- 57:58Speaker 2: and wouldn't say where he was going.
- 58:00Speaker 9: I would ride by his house, but the garage was
- 58:03Speaker 9: always down, so if he was in there, I couldn't tell.
- 58:07Speaker 9: Last month, he said he was finished with his house
- 58:10Speaker 9: and he was selling it. He said he felt like
- 58:12Speaker 9: he was wearing out his welcome with me, and he
- 58:15Speaker 9: might go stay with his parents until he finds a
- 58:17Speaker 9: new house. I told him I wanted to see how
- 58:20Speaker 9: he renovated his house, and he said that there's a
- 58:23Speaker 9: tenant renting it now. I had a look of confusion,
- 58:28Speaker 9: and he went off on me for not believing him.
- 58:30Speaker 9: So much is going on with him, and I don't
- 58:32Speaker 9: know if I should believe him. He still says he
- 58:35Speaker 9: loves me and we still have sex, So why is
- 58:38Speaker 9: he keeping me in the dark?
- 58:39Speaker 1: What's he up to?
- 58:41Speaker 9: Well, there's nothing too mysterious about him, there really is,
- 58:47Speaker 9: and it's just a lot of lies. He's up to something,
- 58:51Speaker 9: for sure, and everything that comes out of his mouth
- 58:54Speaker 9: is a lie. I mean, I'll admit that house repairs
- 58:57Speaker 9: can take a very long time, but he's been living
- 58:59Speaker 9: with you for the last two years, so please don't
- 59:03Speaker 9: believe anything he says. He could have had a whole
- 59:05Speaker 9: house built in two years or less. Okay, anyway, all
- 59:10Speaker 9: the clues are there. First, not telling you he was
- 59:12Speaker 9: still in town when he was, then preventing you from
- 59:15Speaker 9: going in the house when you were in the driveway,
- 59:18Speaker 9: not hugging, not kissing you when he saw you, because
- 59:20Speaker 9: I'm sure that's what he normally does. Who do you
- 59:24Speaker 9: think is in that house that he's supposedly selling right now.
- 59:28Speaker 2: Is it a wife in there? Is it his kids?
- 59:30Speaker 1: Think?
- 59:31Speaker 9: Think? Think you're worried about not being a nag, but
- 59:34Speaker 9: you're worried about the wrong things. You still have to
- 59:36Speaker 9: ask questions. You obviously can't take his word for anything,
- 59:40Speaker 9: and you're feeling it. You know something isn't quite right.
- 59:43Speaker 9: You definitely need receipts when he tells you things.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Okay.
- 59:48Speaker 9: Now he's moving out because he thinks he's worn out.
- 59:50Speaker 9: He's welcome with you. No, you didn't tell him that.
- 59:53Speaker 2: He thinks that you may be on to him, and
- 59:56Speaker 2: he knows he's wrong. That's why he's leaving.
- 1:00:00Speaker 9: I know you think he loves you and you're confused,
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: but please, love has nothing to do with this relationship.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: Nothing. There's really no mystery at all about him.
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: Like I said earlier, I think you should break up
- 1:00:12Speaker 9: with this loser and please stop having sex with him
- 1:00:15Speaker 9: until he comes clean.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: And that's not going to happen.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: Steve, Wow, where are these women who write these letters?
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: I didn't know.
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: That you could be this gullible. I just really didn't. Man,
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: it doesn't It just almost doesn't make any sense. You know,
- 1:00:33Speaker 7: I'm starting to think that women women would rather be
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: in a relationship of some kind than to be in
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: a real relationship.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Of some kind. You're right.
- 1:00:51Speaker 7: I think it's you keep holding on to these relationships
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: that aren't rewarding and are not fulfilling to you, just
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: so you could say you in one. Because this don't
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: make no deciense you forty two, he forty five. You've
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: been in a relationship for three years. Past two years.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: He's been living with you because he needed some house
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: repass done. Two years.
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: Okay, Around Christmas time last year, I caught him at
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: his own house one Saturday when he was supposed to
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: be visiting his parents in South Carolina.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: I pulled up in his driveway. He met me at
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: the door and told me it was dusty, messing side
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: and construction site.
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: I ain't need to come in. He also didn't hug
- 1:01:33Speaker 7: or kiss me. He said it was too dirty from
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: working all day. And that's all he had to tell.
- 1:01:42Speaker 11: You.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Go up to the house.
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: It's two dirty here now, but it's too dirty for you.
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: He don't hug or kiss you because he too dirty.
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: That's all he had to tell you, and you went
- 1:01:53Speaker 7: for that.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: I never questioned him about telling me, oh he was
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: still in town because I want to be a nagger
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: like his ex wife. Okay, so now you're being pleased,
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: you're getting played. You're actually creating the perfect scenario and
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: excuse that he needs to do whatever he needs to do,
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: and that's all you do it. So now you've created
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: the atmosphere for him to thrive in and tell you
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: anything he wants to tell you, and you just going
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: along with it. I don't want to be a nagger
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: like his ex wife. Well why was she nagging? Hell,
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: you got to understand something. Now, most women don't nag
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: for no reason. They've been given a reason. That are
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: some women who do. But most women that nag you
- 1:02:51Speaker 7: about something is because you gave him a reason to.
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: And I think he gave the ex a reason. Yeah.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: Hold that, well that part two.
- 1:03:00Speaker 9: Steve's response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:03:03Speaker 9: Today's Strawberry letter subject is my man moves mysteriously. We'll
- 1:03:08Speaker 9: get right back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:03:11Speaker 9: to the Steve Hardy Morning Show.

- 1:03:49Speaker 9: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:52Speaker 9: My man moves mysteriously.
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: This lady right here is so gullible in this letter.
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: Like I said, it just makes me think that women
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: would rather have some relationship than a real relationship. And
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: your real relationship meaning that you rewarded, you're fulfilled, you're complete.
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: So you deal with all these inconsistencies, and it don't
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: make no sense. You've been dating this man three years.
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: Two years ago, he moved in your house because he
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: was doing some house repairs for two years. You went
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: over his house one Saturday when he said he was
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: going to see his mama in South Carolina. You go
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: over his house and he supposed to be empty. He's
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: standing in there working. He meets you at the door,
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: don't let you in because he says it's a construction
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: site and is messing his dirty He don't hug and
- 1:04:38Speaker 7: kiss you at the door. And he said the reason
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: he hug and kiss you because he been working in
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: there all day. You stupid, So you let him tell
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: you that. Then you said, I never questioned him about
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: telling me he was still in town because I never
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: want to be a nagger like his ex wife. His
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: ex wife was nagging for something. Yes, she naggedim. And
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: now you're starting see why I'm telling you right now.
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: Most women don't nag for no reason. Some of them do,
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: but the majority of women, you give them a reason
- 1:05:08Speaker 7: to turn into this nagic Okay, ready for this. He
- 1:05:13Speaker 7: did not come home that night. He didn't come home.
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: He told you he was at his mama's house in
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: South Carolina. You go over to his house and he
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: at that house. He don't let you in.
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: You drive off here. The best one I've ever heard
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: in my life. He did not come home that night.
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: The next morning he came home and said, and he
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: was shaved, and he had on dress pants. He said
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: he went to church because his coworker got baptized.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Or the best one I ever heard.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: That's a good one.
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: That boy boy, you're proud. I got my chest out
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: on this.
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: Yeah, got shaved and got on dress pants because I
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: went to church because my coworker got baptized. Here's something
- 1:06:06Speaker 7: you can't find out if it's true or not. I
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: don't get what type research you do?
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: What church? What coworker? What job was he referred to?
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: You ain't gonna be able to research his best lie
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: I've ever heard. Co worker got baptized. Then she say,
- 1:06:24Speaker 7: this man threw me into a lot the last twenty
- 1:06:27Speaker 7: four hours. That lie right there, my coworker got baptized.
- 1:06:30Speaker 7: That's the best live I've ever heard. It's so rare,
- 1:06:33Speaker 7: it has to be a lot.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: It ain't freedom enough. I'm gonna have to write a
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: book called creative Lies. It just killed me up.
- 1:06:44Speaker 7: And so this man threw me into a lot the
- 1:06:46Speaker 7: last twenty four hours. I still don't nag or ask
- 1:06:48Speaker 7: him any questions. Lady, Okay, so now you're just gullable.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: You just going along with it.
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: If you don't question your relationship on him, you just
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: going along with whatever he says the next few months,
- 1:07:00Speaker 7: he would leave a house and wouldn't say where he
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: was going.
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: Who can do that?
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: Who in a relationship has the freedom to come and
- 1:07:09Speaker 7: go and never say where you're going or when you're
- 1:07:12Speaker 7: coming back. Now, I would ride by his house, but
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: the garage was always down, so if he was there,
- 1:07:18Speaker 7: I couldn't tell. Last month, he said he was finished
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: with his house and he's selling.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: Now here we go.
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: He said he felt like he was wearing out his
- 1:07:30Speaker 7: welcome with me, and he might go stay with his
- 1:07:33Speaker 7: parents until he finds a new house.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: What wait a minute, you leaving me? You're gonna go
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: live with your mama and nim.
- 1:07:42Speaker 7: Because you're wearing out your wealth and you're gonna go
- 1:07:44Speaker 7: stay with your parents to you find a new house.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: I told him, mom, I.
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: Wanted to see how it renovated. His house Ready for this,
- 1:07:52Speaker 7: He said, there's a tenant rent it right now.
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: Another good life.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: You gotta be proud.
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: This boy right here, So I can't let you in
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: it because the tenant rented it right now. I had
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: a look of confusion. Yeah, and he went off on
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: me for not believing him. Remember this best defense is
- 1:08:16Speaker 7: a good offense. Yeah, so when you look confused, Oh,
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: I'm lying now, Yeah, dog, she living there, has she
- 1:08:27Speaker 7: been living there? And you're not finn to go to
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: your mama's house. You're finn to go over there. So
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: telling you that there's a renter in the house and
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: say you don't have to go by there looking for
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: him no more. And right after he told you he
- 1:08:39Speaker 7: was gonna put it on the market and sell it.
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: If you're gonna put the market on the selling, why
- 1:08:43Speaker 7: you got a tenant in that right now? Already so
- 1:08:46Speaker 7: much is going on with him. I don't know if
- 1:08:48Speaker 7: I should believe him. He still says he loves me
- 1:08:53Speaker 7: and we still have sex. That's cause you let him. Yeah,
- 1:08:57Speaker 7: so why is he keeping me in the dog?
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: What is he up to?
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: So you want to know why he's keeping you in
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: the dark because you don't seem to have a problem
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: being in the dark. This is why he don't bring
- 1:09:11Speaker 7: you into the light, because you don't have a problem
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: being in the dark. You don't question him about nothing,
- 1:09:18Speaker 7: You don't ask him where going, what his worry about?
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: You like being in the dark.
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: So now that you in the dog, but I'm lighting
- 1:09:24Speaker 7: it up for you there's a woman living in the
- 1:09:26Speaker 7: house that he's seeing. He gonna go live over there,
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: and he ain't moving in with his mama. Why would
- 1:09:31Speaker 7: he move in in with a mama when he can
- 1:09:32Speaker 7: sleep with you all with her?
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: Lady? Shut up? By all right, Thanks Steve.

- 1:10:02Speaker 2: It's DJ Cavin and you're listening to Steve.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Harvey Morning's Show.
- 1:10:06Speaker 7: There's morning shows and there's the greatest Steve Harvey Morning's Show.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Another one.
- 1:10:11Speaker 9: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hi, this
- 1:10:17Speaker 9: is Shirley's Strawberry and I'm partnering with the lead. Let
- 1:10:20Speaker 9: me tell you it couldn't have come at a better time.
- 1:10:23Speaker 9: I'm owe some furniture around last weekend in my new
- 1:10:25Speaker 9: place It turns out that was a really bad idea
- 1:10:28Speaker 9: because all that bending and lifting and pretending I'm still
- 1:10:31Speaker 9: twenty five didn't agree with my knees. So I grabbed
- 1:10:35Speaker 9: a lead because when my body pain shows up, I
- 1:10:37Speaker 9: need something that lasts. With just one pill, a lead
- 1:10:41Speaker 9: last up to twelve hours. Don't let those aches and
- 1:10:43Speaker 9: pain hold you back from doing what's important to you.
- 1:10:46Speaker 9: Use as directed. An Arizona woman who was the birthing
- 1:10:50Speaker 9: partner for her best friend discovered that her own husband
- 1:10:55Speaker 9: was the father of her friend's baby after she noticed
- 1:11:00Speaker 9: a rare hereditary birthmark on the baby girl's neck. It
- 1:11:03Speaker 9: was identical to the one her husband had. Okay, her
- 1:11:06Speaker 9: husband has the exact same birthmark.
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: This is crazy right here.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: Okay, get at this with Dolky the same birthmark. So
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: now Sureley, I'm not understanding though. Did she had a
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: baby for this woman?
- 1:11:22Speaker 9: Yeah, well she You know how when you well, you
- 1:11:26Speaker 9: don't know because you've never had kids, but sometimes you know,
- 1:11:29Speaker 9: you have what's called birthing partners. They're with you, they
- 1:11:32Speaker 9: stand beside you, they're your friends, they're with you in
- 1:11:35Speaker 9: the delivery all of the.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: Uh yeah, yeah, not a midwife, but just somebody there.
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: Yeah, someone there.
- 1:11:45Speaker 7: So at the birth of the baby, the baby come
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: out and the baby got their birthmark on her neck,
- 1:11:51Speaker 7: just like just like your husband.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: My husband.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: God, that's right, right.
- 1:11:58Speaker 8: Uh.
- 1:11:58Speaker 9: The mother was twenty eight years old, mother of four, heartbroken,
- 1:12:03Speaker 9: just heartbroken the birth and friend, I should say, and
- 1:12:07Speaker 9: she found out that her bestie had slept with her husband.
- 1:12:11Speaker 9: She was in shop, needless to say, and she said,
- 1:12:16Speaker 9: when I found out, my friend was standing next to me.
- 1:12:20Speaker 9: I looked at her and you could just tell she
- 1:12:22Speaker 9: couldn't say anything. She just dropped her head and looked
- 1:12:25Speaker 9: to the floor, and I just knew I couldn't even
- 1:12:28Speaker 9: process what had happened.
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: It was almost like a stage of grief.
- 1:12:32Speaker 9: When the shop were off, though, she forgave her friend,
- 1:12:37Speaker 9: who she called her sneaky friend, and they're still friends
- 1:12:42Speaker 9: still this day. White people, they're still friends. She divorced usband.
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: Let's not be racist. These are let's just say these
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: are not black.
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: Let's see what.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: I'm telling you.
- 1:12:54Speaker 7: Black people out these white people. Yes, now, what's racist
- 1:13:00Speaker 7: about that?
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: So but the woman they.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: Explained the birthmark, I would a black man would have
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: something to say.
- 1:13:08Speaker 7: That.
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: Don't mean that something.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: That mean nothing.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: They pitched my deck the same weight when I came here. Yeah,
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: oh you're gonna go with that. That doesn't mean nothing?
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: That what that means nothing?
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: But that could be flurd in the neck when when
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: they being born.
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: Going a live But she didn't divorcing her husband.
- 1:13:34Speaker 9: Nothing, and she just found out that her husband had
- 1:13:38Speaker 9: been with at least thirty women, he fathered two outside children.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: They were only married three years. But you know he
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: did a lot of damage in those three years. Yeah,
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: that's irrelevant to this case.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: Yeah, still would beat her behind. Yeah, come on whatever.
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:06Speaker 9: So here's a question for you, guys, how attractive or
- 1:14:10Speaker 9: handsome are you really? A new survey from super Drug
- 1:14:14Speaker 9: Online Doctor found on average, men rate themselves a five
- 1:14:19Speaker 9: point nine on an overall attractiveness scale of one to ten. Okay,
- 1:14:26Speaker 9: only forty two percent of men are happy with their looks.
- 1:14:29Speaker 9: Some other interesting findings of the survey are this, men
- 1:14:33Speaker 9: think The men think the ideal height is six feet
- 1:14:38Speaker 9: and the perfect weight is around one hundred and sixty
- 1:14:41Speaker 9: eight pounds.
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: One hundred and sixty eight six Great.
- 1:14:46Speaker 17: What.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: You went to wait?
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: Tommy went to hide.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: Okay, and none, it is right.
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: See six feet, one hundred and sixty eight pounds. That
- 1:14:56Speaker 7: sink guinea us all get out. That's the perfect one
- 1:14:59Speaker 7: about want to you know? One sixty eight.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: Okay, that's that's that's hungry, that's what that is. You know,
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: if I weighed one hundred and sixty eight pounds, how
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: tall are you? See? Six two one sixty eight ain't long?
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: I'd actually try to whoop you out one sixty eight.

- 1:15:46Speaker 8: because I was a fast. Oh okay about a fast.
- 1:15:50Speaker 7: What's on the scale of one to ten where most
- 1:15:55Speaker 7: men find themselves the average man says five point nine?
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: Yeah, there about six sixteen.
- 1:16:01Speaker 7: I'm six two all the way around six two in
- 1:16:04Speaker 7: high six two in looks on the scale of one
- 1:16:06Speaker 7: to ten.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: Okay, what about your junior.
- 1:16:08Speaker 8: I'm a I thought i'd just about a five, you know,
- 1:16:11Speaker 8: but they gave me point nine, just the average I'll take.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: They gave you. Don't have to take that point nine.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: All right, on back to that side when you feel all.
- 1:16:20Speaker 9: Right, let's get to it. Let's get to the nephew
- 1:16:22Speaker 9: scale of one to ten. How do you rate yourself?
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: Nine point eight?
- 1:16:28Speaker 7: Who the hell, mate, Jesus, you got all the hoogliness
- 1:16:33Speaker 7: out the wait shirl, I'm nine point and you've got
- 1:16:36Speaker 7: to be kidding me.

- 1:16:44Speaker 2: You're confident I'm comfortable with me.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: I'm nine point eight. I'll be all the way time.

- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Just gonna do this because he's my nephew. We family. Oh,
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: I'm getting the current.

- 1:19:03Speaker 9: Couples notoriously argue over it being too hot or too
- 1:19:07Speaker 9: cold in the house. So the US Department of Energy
- 1:19:09Speaker 9: weighed in on what the ideal household temperature should be
- 1:19:13Speaker 9: this summer. According to the report, the ideal temperature to

- 1:22:31Speaker 2: So would you rather walk barefoot in a public restroom restroom?

- 1:25:29Speaker 2: It's been a good day.
- 1:25:31Speaker 7: I guess a lot of things have been on my
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: mind in terms of closing remarks because I try to
- 1:25:37Speaker 7: really really cheap people, especially good people who are trying
- 1:25:41Speaker 7: to stay on the straight and arrow and the positive,
- 1:25:45Speaker 7: and it gets difficult at times. I had a young
- 1:25:48Speaker 7: man text me the other day and said, big dog,
- 1:25:52Speaker 7: I just need some of your wisdom.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:25:55Speaker 7: I've been doing everything, man, I've been praying. My girl
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: is tripping. I don't know how to handle it. It
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: just seems like, man, that God ain't letting this thing
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: happen quick enough for me.
- 1:26:07Speaker 13: Man.
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: And I'm thinking about going back to my old ways, man,
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: but I don't want to. And so I was just
- 1:26:14Speaker 7: talking to him about a way to handle it. I
- 1:26:17Speaker 7: sent him, send him a couple of things, you know,
- 1:26:21Speaker 7: and he was talking about how hard it was, and
- 1:26:23Speaker 7: I just told him I said, look, man, being successful
- 1:26:26Speaker 7: is very, very difficult. If being successful were easy, come on,
- 1:26:30Speaker 7: how many times have you heard that? I don't even
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: have to say it again, everybody would be it. But
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: when you're going through something, folks, you have to understand
- 1:26:38Speaker 7: that you're being tested. You're being processed and tested, You're
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: being pushed through the furnace, you're being molded shaped. Sometime
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: you get real hot in that furnace and you turn liquid,
- 1:26:54Speaker 7: and it looked like you ain't gonna be nothing.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: But he just pouring you into this mold. That's all
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: he doing.
- 1:26:59Speaker 7: All the trials and tribulations and hard times and difficulties
- 1:27:03Speaker 7: that you find yourself facing, he just molding you.
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:27:07Speaker 7: He just getting you ready to receive it, because when
- 1:27:10Speaker 7: you get it, people are gonna come after it.
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: When you get it, people are gonna want it.
- 1:27:15Speaker 7: When you get it, you're gonna draw attention all these
- 1:27:18Speaker 7: things you asking God for.
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: When he give it to you.
- 1:27:22Speaker 7: You gotta be ready to receive it, and you got
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: to know how to appreciate it and handle it when
- 1:27:27Speaker 7: you get it, and you got to be able to
- 1:27:29Speaker 7: stay in all the storms that come with it. Because
- 1:27:31Speaker 7: to whom much is given, much is required. So guess
- 1:27:35Speaker 7: what He requires a lot of you before he give.
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: It to you.
- 1:27:40Speaker 7: It ain't just to whom much is given, much is required,
- 1:27:43Speaker 7: Meaning after those of you who get something that you
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: owe it to a bunch of people, you ain't got
- 1:27:48Speaker 7: to look at it just like that.
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: To whom much is given, much is required. That great
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: thing that you're asking God.
- 1:27:55Speaker 7: For, that incredible thing that you want him to see
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: you through, Well, when he give it to you and
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: he see you through it, he gonna require something of
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: you to get through it.
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: Now when he.
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: Get through it, Now, guess what. You've been tested. You've
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: been five baptized, you've been ran through the meal.
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: You can handle it. Now, you appreciate it. Now, you
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: worked for it.
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: Now you earned it, and you're gonna respect it a
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: little bit more than somebody who was just giving something.
- 1:28:27Speaker 7: So when you're going through something, you're being tested. You've
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: been pushed through the furnace. You come out on the
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: other side, you're gonna be fine, but you can't quit
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: for you get to the other side. One of the
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: things I set this young man was a plaque that
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: a guy sit in me when I was going through
- 1:28:44Speaker 7: some really dark moments in my life. The plaque said,
- 1:28:48Speaker 7: if you're going through hell, don't stop, keep going. If
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: you going through hell, don't stop keep going. Why would
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: you stop in hell? Let's think about that. And you
- 1:29:04Speaker 7: gotta watch the people in your life, man, because you
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: got If you're gonna allow people to make more withdraws
- 1:29:11Speaker 7: than deposits into your life, you gonna soon be in
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: the negative.
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: Sometimes you got to know when to close the accounts.
- 1:29:20Speaker 7: You got some people in your life where you need
- 1:29:23Speaker 7: to close the accounts. No, no, no, no, No more
- 1:29:27Speaker 7: accounts receivable, no more accounts, pay a boat, no more
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: calling me every time it get dark in your life.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: And then when something.
- 1:29:35Speaker 7: Happened in mind, I can't find you nowhere. No more
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: one sided friendships, no more. I'm giving and you taking,
- 1:29:42Speaker 7: And when I need something, you ain't there. Oh excuse
- 1:29:46Speaker 7: I read something on snows page and I copied it,
- 1:29:49Speaker 7: and I'd have sent it to a couple of people already.
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: Excuse me for bothering you, my bad. I'm sorry. I
- 1:29:56Speaker 7: forgot you. Only fool with me when you need something.
- 1:30:01Speaker 7: Oh excuse me, I'm sorry, my bad. I don't mean
- 1:30:05Speaker 7: to bother you. I forgot you only fool with me
- 1:30:09Speaker 7: when you need something. If you allow people to make
- 1:30:12Speaker 7: more withdrawals than deposits in your life, you gonna soon
- 1:30:16Speaker 7: be in the negative. You got to know when the
- 1:30:19Speaker 7: close did, it counts everybody in your life right now.
- 1:30:22Speaker 7: You don't need them. You don't need them, not everybody.
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: Some people just ain't good for you. I don't know
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: if you notice it or not. You keep trying to
- 1:30:33Speaker 7: hang on in there and believe that they gonna be better.
- 1:30:35Speaker 7: You can pray for them too, But some people just
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: who they are now. Prayer changes thing. But if they
- 1:30:43Speaker 7: ain't praying for theirself, I don't really know how they work.
- 1:30:47Speaker 7: There are some people that can explain that I can't.
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: I just know.
- 1:30:51Speaker 7: Man, when you keep on telling somebody something, they ain't listening,
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: and they keep bringing your bad news, and they always
- 1:30:58Speaker 7: the one man that you hear what they said it
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: about you? Man, you know what I need? Man, You
- 1:31:03Speaker 7: ain't gonna believe what happened to me. Oh man, I
- 1:31:05Speaker 7: can't get around there today. I'm tied up.
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: You're done. If you allow people to make more withdraws
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: than deposits in your life, you're gonna soon be in
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: the negative. You have to know when to close the accounts.
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: Just close the accounts. You'll be better for it. Those
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: are my closing remarks, big up, all right now wow.
