- 0:17Speaker 1: more than three hours to have that transformation realized, and
- 0:20Speaker 1: that was the easiest part. It was shot in the
- 0:22Speaker 1: dead of winter, and although the name of the show
- 0:24Speaker 1: The Penguin makes you think of the fridgid conditions, Colin
- 0:26Speaker 1: was perpetually overheated. He tells the Hollywood Reporter. I was
- 0:30Speaker 1: totally encased as Oz and it was incredibly hot underneath

- 0:39Speaker 1: forcing cast and crew to wear full winter gear until
- 0:42Speaker 1: Colin put a stop to it. He had a tent
- 0:45Speaker 1: built on set, which he nicknamed the Igloo, adding we
- 0:48Speaker 1: had three industrial air conditioners funnel freezing cold air into it.
- 0:52Speaker 1: It wasn't fair that the crew had to wear snow
- 0:54Speaker 1: goose expedition coats and scarves. To top all that off,
- 0:57Speaker 1: Colin up to wear a leg brace, so the penguin
- 1:00Speaker 1: wattle and he walked away from the show with a
- 1:02Speaker 1: lingering hip issue and a misaligned to pelvis, but he
- 1:05Speaker 1: also walked away with the Golden Globe. The penguin is
- 1:07Speaker 1: on HBO Max that's direct from Hollywood.
