- 2:07Speaker 1: dig you that wanting only Steve Harvey Man got the
- 2:10Speaker 1: radio show? Wow man? How good has God been to me?
- 2:15Speaker 1: You know? Today? Let me get right to it because
- 2:17Speaker 1: I'm kind of feeling this today, and I'm pretty sure
- 2:21Speaker 1: that's just quite a few of you who go through
- 2:23Speaker 1: the same things today. Today was just a little tough
- 2:28Speaker 1: morning for me because I didn't want to leave home yesterday.
- 2:32Speaker 1: You don't want to stay home a little. I've just
- 2:34Speaker 1: gotten home, you know, I gotta go again. And sometimes,
- 2:38Speaker 1: you know, just the weight of all that you have
- 2:40Speaker 1: to do just gets on you sometimes and sometimes you
- 2:44Speaker 1: don't feel like doing it today. Huh. You know, I'm
- 2:49Speaker 1: just talking to those who feel this way every now
- 2:52Speaker 1: and then, and I'm assuming that would be everybody, because
- 2:55Speaker 1: I don't know nobody who can just plow through this
- 2:57Speaker 1: thing without having those days. Well, what do you do
- 3:03Speaker 1: when it gets hard to stay up? What do you
- 3:05Speaker 1: do when it gets hard to be positive? What do
- 3:10Speaker 1: you do when it seems like things aren't happening for
- 3:14Speaker 1: you fast enough or in the time frame that you
- 3:16Speaker 1: thought it was going. What do you do? And the
- 3:20Speaker 1: reason that I guess I chose to speak about this
- 3:23Speaker 1: this morning is because I'm having one of those days.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Because I had one of those days yesterday. It's just
- 3:29Speaker 1: a tough day. I really can't explain. It's nothing really
- 3:32Speaker 1: in particular bad happened. It's just I think, Uh, the
- 3:37Speaker 1: weight of of all that's going on, Uh, started to
- 3:43Speaker 1: feel heavy to me. Um, not being able to sit
- 3:48Speaker 1: down with my wife and talk some of these things
- 3:51Speaker 1: through so she could help me out. That kind of
- 3:54Speaker 1: got to me yesterday because she had to go take
- 3:56Speaker 1: care of some business. I had to go take care
- 3:58Speaker 1: of some business. But she got in it was late,
- 4:01Speaker 1: you know, I got in. It was late, you know,
- 4:03Speaker 1: and so I guess so so it it sort of
- 4:08Speaker 1: pushed me into this thing. Now, I didn't hand nobody
- 4:11Speaker 1: talk to about it. And so what do you do
- 4:14Speaker 1: when you when when you have days like that, when
- 4:16Speaker 1: it's hard to be positive, when it's hard to stay up. Okay,
- 4:19Speaker 1: here's what I had to start doing this morning, and
- 4:22Speaker 1: I haven't completed it. Um, can I just be real
- 4:25Speaker 1: with you, I haven't completed it. Excuse me, but I
- 4:30Speaker 1: am processing it out because I know what to do,
- 4:34Speaker 1: because I've been here hundreds of times before. See. That's
- 4:39Speaker 1: that's the cool thing about getting older. That's the cool
- 4:43Speaker 1: thing about life, is that you gain experiences along the way.
- 4:47Speaker 1: You know, been there, done that. I didn't have that
- 4:49Speaker 1: pain before. I know what to do. You know, if
- 4:51Speaker 1: I sprained my finger, I know what to do now.
- 4:53Speaker 1: You know the first sprain I had a Lord, I
- 4:55Speaker 1: thought it was broke. I thought I'd gonna be handacapped.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I didn't know how I'm gonna fix it or Lord
- 5:00Speaker 1: what Now I can't write no more? Now, maybe I
- 5:03Speaker 1: don't have to go to school. I was working all
- 5:05Speaker 1: kinds of stuff I when I first sprained my finger.
- 5:08Speaker 1: But now if I sprained my finger. I know what
- 5:10Speaker 1: to do. So since I've been in this position, in
- 5:13Speaker 1: this hole so many times before and God has always
- 5:16Speaker 1: gotten me through it, I decided I've got to start
- 5:19Speaker 1: the process today. I want to here are some things.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Uh now, I'm gonna get to the big one last,
- 5:26Speaker 1: but here are some things that you can do immediately
- 5:29Speaker 1: to start pulling yourself up. And one of the things
- 5:33Speaker 1: I do is I remember the plan. I just sit
- 5:38Speaker 1: down and consciously remember the plan. Sit down and I
- 5:43Speaker 1: consciously think about the goals I've set. I go over see.
- 5:48Speaker 1: I've got mine down on an iPad so I can
- 5:50Speaker 1: pull them out anywhere I am and pull them up.
- 5:53Speaker 1: And I've got two lists that I've made. I've got
- 5:56Speaker 1: a list of things that I know I can accomplish
- 5:59Speaker 1: if I just keep working hard and if for some
- 6:02Speaker 1: couple of things just fall into place that I can see.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Then I got a list of things that I'm planning
- 6:08Speaker 1: on accomplishing. And then I have a second list. And
- 6:12Speaker 1: the heading of this lift list is called only God
- 6:15Speaker 1: can help Me Now. And on this list it's things
- 6:19Speaker 1: that I'm aspiring for or things that I'm hoping to
- 6:23Speaker 1: that in order for them to happen. I absolutely have
- 6:27Speaker 1: to have God's help. That's my favorite list. It's the
- 6:33Speaker 1: list that I have of the things that I don't
- 6:37Speaker 1: see no way it can happen. I'm just operating on
- 6:41Speaker 1: faith and the hope that God hear me, and so sometimes, man,
- 6:46Speaker 1: when you gotta when I have this list of who
- 6:50Speaker 1: only God can help me, now that list is stuff
- 6:53Speaker 1: that I cannot see. I'm just operating on faith that
- 6:57Speaker 1: God is so much bigger than me, that he's so
- 7:00Speaker 1: much more capable than I am, that I can actually
- 7:04Speaker 1: acquire some things in my life, as He's proven to
- 7:07Speaker 1: me time and time again up to this point, that
- 7:09Speaker 1: He's willing to do for me. If I'm willing to
- 7:12Speaker 1: just give him some of my life. That's the only
- 7:14Speaker 1: why I can explain my existence today. You know, I was.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I began the conversation with my wife, how do I
- 7:21Speaker 1: write a book that becomes so wildly successful? That would
- 7:26Speaker 1: be God. That's only God, Because if you can plan
- 7:29Speaker 1: to sit down and write a wildly successful book, I
- 7:32Speaker 1: would have been don set down and did it, and
- 7:34Speaker 1: so would you, So that would be God. How it
- 7:39Speaker 1: got purchased to become a movie when that was not
- 7:42Speaker 1: my intent when I wrote the book at all. Again,
- 7:45Speaker 1: that would be God right. There has to be, because
- 7:49Speaker 1: if I can't explain it and it is by no
- 7:52Speaker 1: doing of my own, then who did it? So when
- 7:55Speaker 1: I get down in days like this, I remember the
- 7:59Speaker 1: goal I read, remember the Plan, I remember the journey.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I think about of all the things God has brought
- 8:05Speaker 1: me to. How did I even get to this point? Yeah?
- 8:07Speaker 1: I might be having a little bummer of a day.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Yeah I was a little down yesterday. Yeah, my bio
- 8:12Speaker 1: rhythms is off, whatever they wanna call it. Yeah, I'm
- 8:15Speaker 1: just having one of those days. I feel a little
- 8:17Speaker 1: bit heavy. I need a vacation real bad. I need
- 8:20Speaker 1: some time off to just go and regenerate. But right now, man,
- 8:24Speaker 1: I ain't got that. So guess what I do. I
- 8:26Speaker 1: gotta start remembering the Plan. I gotta start remembering the goals.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I gotta start thinking about all the things that God
- 8:33Speaker 1: has done for me and how He has brought me
- 8:35Speaker 1: this far, and the blessings that I have instead of
- 8:38Speaker 1: what I don't have. And that's what I'm in the
- 8:40Speaker 1: process of doing this morning, And on the commercial breaks,
- 8:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna put out my iPad and I'm gonna go
- 8:45Speaker 1: over my two lists, and I'm gonna read my little
- 8:47Speaker 1: list of what I think I can accomplish, and I'm
- 8:50Speaker 1: gonna really read that only God can Help Me Now list,
- 8:52Speaker 1: because that's the list that's big. That's the part where
- 8:55Speaker 1: I've been telling y'all, I said, quit telling God how
- 8:58Speaker 1: big your problems are, and start telling your problems how
- 9:02Speaker 1: big your God he is. See. And that's what I
- 9:05Speaker 1: got to sit down and do this morning. And then sometimes, man,
- 9:08Speaker 1: you got to stay still. That's the other part. You
- 9:12Speaker 1: got to stay still. You gotta quit moving for a second,
- 9:17Speaker 1: because sometimes it feels like you're running on a treadmill
- 9:20Speaker 1: and you really ain't you going somewhere, but it feels
- 9:23Speaker 1: like you're running on a treadmill. Well, when they when
- 9:25Speaker 1: you get that feeling, sometimes you gotta stay still. And
- 9:29Speaker 1: then when you stay still, sometimes you gotta fight to
- 9:32Speaker 1: stay positive. Sometimes you gotta fight not to let the
- 9:35Speaker 1: devil win. You're in a fight, man, I told you this.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Now you're in a fight now, so to trying to
- 9:40Speaker 1: get you to get on that positive train so he
- 9:42Speaker 1: can get you off the faith train. So God's delivery
- 9:45Speaker 1: package that's coming to you built on your faith that
- 9:48Speaker 1: you can He can shake your faith and get you
- 9:49Speaker 1: two thinking negative and then he wins. See, so when
- 9:52Speaker 1: you start feeling negative, just know that that's the other
- 9:55Speaker 1: force trying to throw you off track. And when you
- 9:58Speaker 1: get through it all that he is the key to big.
- 10:00Speaker 1: When you want me to tell it to you, you
- 10:01Speaker 1: gots to pray, man, You got to pray. You gotta
- 10:05Speaker 1: take it to God. You gotta say, hey, God, look
- 10:07Speaker 1: I'm having one of these days. I need your help.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I got business to take care of. You got blessings
- 10:12Speaker 1: in front of me. You got stuff you to ship
- 10:14Speaker 1: to me. You got blessings and packages that's on the way.
- 10:17Speaker 1: I need to be sitting on Faith streeps so I
- 10:19Speaker 1: can receive the delivery when you get there. What I
- 10:21Speaker 1: don't want to do is be it on be on
- 10:23Speaker 1: doubted Way or or lack of Understanding Parkway, or Pity
- 10:29Speaker 1: Parkway or some some street like that, and the package
- 10:33Speaker 1: keep going by. I need to be standing and sitting
- 10:36Speaker 1: on Faith Street so when you drop that package down
- 10:39Speaker 1: to me, I can go on and get it. You
- 10:41Speaker 1: feel me. You got to pray. You got to stay still,
- 10:44Speaker 1: you gotta fight to stay positive. You gotta remember the plan.
- 10:47Speaker 1: You gotta go over the goals. Come on, man, God
- 10:50Speaker 1: and brought you too far, Come on, pick yourself up. Today.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I'm talking to Steve Harvey this morning. I hope y'all

- 12:27Speaker 1: better get them for they sell out. Probably won't, but
- 12:30Speaker 1: come on any high, whoa did I do it every day? Tom? Yes,

- 13:08Speaker 1: else to do. I mean, you know, man, you weren't
- 13:10Speaker 1: here and were doing the prank. So somebody had to
- 13:12Speaker 1: introduce me and act like you heard him and so,
- 13:14Speaker 1: and I got so many complent man, you signed your
- 13:17Speaker 1: light timing. They actually thought she was him. Man, that show.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I didn't pay no attention on why he praised itself
- 13:23Speaker 1: like that. You know he's gonna be praising himself here?
- 13:27Speaker 1: And what is what is room with Junior? What's what's
- 13:29Speaker 1: what is he? Oh? Blinding lesson? Will. Let's just say
- 13:38Speaker 1: you could beat him today right now. I invited him
- 13:52Speaker 1: all over to the house to participate in what is
- 13:57Speaker 1: now being called the world famous country word workout. Bryan
- 14:01Speaker 1: looked at the camera, say get that MF and camera out.
- 14:10Speaker 1: We're here. Brian talked like that much better. Hey man,
- 14:16Speaker 1: My security guard called me he's Mr h. It's a
- 14:19Speaker 1: lot of cars in the front of the house, just
- 14:21Speaker 1: checking on, checking all the cameras. Who's all the people
- 14:24Speaker 1: laying in your graves? They posted to be working out.
- 14:28Speaker 1: All right, we'll finish it when we come back. It's
- 14:31Speaker 1: time for something funny coming up. And we'll also talk
- 14:34Speaker 1: about useless stuff that you guys remember from school. Something
- 14:38Speaker 1: Jay's just remember you don't know what. Okay, we'll be
- 14:41Speaker 1: back at thirty two after you're listening to Steve Harvey
- 14:45Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, Steve, before we left, you were
- 14:48Speaker 1: telling us about Um Junior and your country boy workout.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Tommy Junior came over. Junior thirty nine, he bought his
- 14:55Speaker 1: boy Brian he thirty nine, My assistant he twenty five,
- 15:00Speaker 1: and Will, my stylist, came over and lifestyle coordinator he
- 15:06Speaker 1: fifted your uncle sixty one roasted. They ate, did they
- 15:14Speaker 1: run up? Did they run up the steps that ain't Mark? No, no, no, no,
- 15:18Speaker 1: no no no. I mean we're in my house in
- 15:20Speaker 1: l A doing this at a house. So we set
- 15:25Speaker 1: we set up five stations. I had my trainer set
- 15:28Speaker 1: up five stations. Since it was five of us. Each
- 15:31Speaker 1: station is forty five seconds. Each station. After the forty
- 15:35Speaker 1: five seconds is thirty seconds to get to the next
- 15:38Speaker 1: station and get set up. Then you go again forty
- 15:42Speaker 1: five seconds. After that thirty seconds to get to the
- 15:45Speaker 1: next station and get set up. The first station was
- 15:49Speaker 1: just a plate, just a wait plate sitting on the ground.
- 15:52Speaker 1: You just step on it, step off to the side,
- 15:55Speaker 1: step back up on it, step back to the front,
- 15:57Speaker 1: step up on it to the front, step off to
- 15:59Speaker 1: each side, step back up on it, step to the
- 16:02Speaker 1: forty five seconds. The next station was ropes. You had
- 16:06Speaker 1: to do ropes. So you had to do ropes okay,
- 16:13Speaker 1: and the ropes varied every we had to do three rounds.
- 16:17Speaker 1: First round was wings. You had to bend over and
- 16:21Speaker 1: just act like you was flapping your wings. The next
- 16:24Speaker 1: station was a sled fifty five pounds sled with a
- 16:28Speaker 1: fifty five pound plate on it with straps. Snow in
- 16:33Speaker 1: your backyard sled so the first time your backpedal. The
- 16:40Speaker 1: next station was weighted logs fifty pound weighted log. Bend
- 16:47Speaker 1: over at the waist, picked the fifty pound wed log,
- 16:50Speaker 1: hold one leg off the ground and just do chest
- 16:55Speaker 1: like rolls like lawnmore rolls, but with two hands. Been
- 17:00Speaker 1: for for forty five seconds, and then the last station
- 17:03Speaker 1: was a twenty five pounds slam ball over your head,
- 17:06Speaker 1: just slamming it on the ground hard as you can.
- 17:09Speaker 1: You have to do all for forty five seconds. Then
- 17:12Speaker 1: after that one circuit is ready, you get a three
- 17:15Speaker 1: minute break, then you go again. Then he changed it.
- 17:19Speaker 1: He changed all the workups on each station after the
- 17:23Speaker 1: third rotate, the third station, not the third time. The
- 17:28Speaker 1: third station we lost Junior and Brune. Junior could not
- 17:33Speaker 1: talk yesterday. Tommy man. It was none of that, hey, everybody,
- 17:37Speaker 1: none of that, none of that. I did have it
- 17:40Speaker 1: to them. Wow. Let me just say this, Steve is
- 17:45Speaker 1: a lot stronger than he looked. A lot of upper
- 17:49Speaker 1: bodies at one on four, I believe and and Jay
- 17:54Speaker 1: didn't go either time. How did how did you? How
- 17:57Speaker 1: did he do? Every time he built, all he could
- 18:00Speaker 1: taste was hallepenos and tequila, So Beatty knew he was
- 18:06Speaker 1: gonna work out with his sandy. Beat I've been drinking
- 18:08Speaker 1: nothing but water for two days, he said. When you
- 18:13Speaker 1: belt and Hallerpeena's and tequila come up. When the workout
- 18:18Speaker 1: was over, Beaty laid in my backyard flat out on
- 18:21Speaker 1: the deck in a puddle. I said, beaty you in
- 18:24Speaker 1: the puddle. He said, feel good? All right, So next
- 18:31Speaker 1: Saturday we'll see how it goes. And uh, yeah, you
- 18:34Speaker 1: know you know what they say, they're coming back. I'll
- 18:37Speaker 1: beat up. Yeah. Now you know it's gonna be different.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Now I don't care. All of us gonna end in
- 18:43Speaker 1: what pain? Hey, man, so well, Will was trying to
- 18:48Speaker 1: crack on Junior one time. He said, Junior, you look
- 18:53Speaker 1: like you look like you've in there. And you know,
- 18:56Speaker 1: you know, we all ain't funny because here style I
- 18:59Speaker 1: know jokes. So he gotta tell he writing his jokes
- 19:02Speaker 1: as he thinks of it. This is an aggravating as
- 19:04Speaker 1: person that ain't funny. Junior, you look like a oh
- 19:10Speaker 1: oh junior. Junior, you look like a junior, said, Will
- 19:14Speaker 1: not nays not the time you can get your stylus.
- 19:21Speaker 1: A ns not go ahead on holiday because you you
- 19:27Speaker 1: already can't think of a joke. You look like a
- 19:30Speaker 1: one of them things. Julior, you look like you know
- 19:34Speaker 1: that thing. Hey, we can't help you write the joke. Well, um,
- 19:42Speaker 1: we're gonna move on. We're gonna switch gears here you guys.
- 19:45Speaker 1: And Jay has written a segment called useless stuff you
- 19:48Speaker 1: remember from school, Jake, It's it's not really, it's just
- 19:52Speaker 1: stuff that we went to school for thirteen years and
- 19:55Speaker 1: thirteen years and then we may be supposed to be twelve.
- 19:59Speaker 1: You went for thirteen, but it got it. Yeah, I
- 20:01Speaker 1: was trying to there was a grade that was repeated.
- 20:07Speaker 1: So hey, don't worrybody, but we all went to school
- 20:12Speaker 1: and we remember useless stuff that you cannot use anywhere.
- 20:16Speaker 1: For instance, I know spontaneous combustion. I know what that is.
- 20:20Speaker 1: That's when you take two gases, put them together and
- 20:23Speaker 1: for some reason you should just blow the hell up.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Now where I'm gonna use that on stage to do comedy?
- 20:31Speaker 1: When when did that come up? When I'm downe at
- 20:34Speaker 1: the d m V. They ain't never asked me what
- 20:37Speaker 1: we all got? What you got? What you got? I'll
- 20:40Speaker 1: tell you why right now. Subject verb conjugation what I
- 20:45Speaker 1: don't even see the need for that. I don't even
- 20:49Speaker 1: know where I use that subject verb. Connie, make them
- 20:53Speaker 1: work together, well, you know, like you know, like he
- 20:57Speaker 1: ran down the streets he asked for and down. That's
- 21:01Speaker 1: all I need to know. I do not in this job.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Now we don't. I'm gonna give you one thing. I
- 21:10Speaker 1: ain't never you come on as we close it out. Damn,
- 21:13Speaker 1: three sided rooms triangle ahead of have it look good

- 55:52Speaker 1: It is the Strawberry letter subject I'm in love, but
- 55:56Speaker 1: not with my husband. Here Stephen Shirley. I am a
- 56:00Speaker 1: thirty year old mother of two and I've been married
- 56:02Speaker 1: since I was eighteen. Well, recently, I met a man
- 56:06Speaker 1: online and initiated a conversation with him about sports since
- 56:10Speaker 1: we liked the same teams. I was completely attracted to
- 56:14Speaker 1: him when I saw him online, and we decided we
- 56:17Speaker 1: should meet in person. And once we met, we started
- 56:21Speaker 1: out as friends and we talked to each other and
- 56:23Speaker 1: saw each other daily. I started to have strong feelings
- 56:27Speaker 1: for him, and it grew into us hugging and kissing
- 56:30Speaker 1: whenever we were together. Here's the catch. He is also
- 56:34Speaker 1: married to his high school sweetheart and they have four kids.
- 56:38Speaker 1: He says he is in love with his wife, yet
- 56:41Speaker 1: he still finds time to talk to me and see me.
- 56:44Speaker 1: Whenever he posts pictures on social media of him and
- 56:47Speaker 1: his wife, I get jealous. I see how happy they
- 56:50Speaker 1: appear to be. I have tried to leave him alone,
- 56:54Speaker 1: but it never lasts for long because I like him
- 56:57Speaker 1: so much. In case you're wondering, I cannot stand my husband,
- 57:03Speaker 1: but I've been with him my whole life and our
- 57:05Speaker 1: marriage is comfortable. Besides, I have my kids to consider.
- 57:10Speaker 1: I know what I'm doing is wrong, but now I
- 57:13Speaker 1: am head over heels in love with this man and
- 57:15Speaker 1: he does want to let me go, but he's not
- 57:18Speaker 1: leaving his wife. What should we do? Well, I don't
- 57:22Speaker 1: know what we should do, but I definitely know what
- 57:24Speaker 1: you should do. Okay, Uh, listen, this is a go nowhere, hopeless,
- 57:30Speaker 1: hot mess of a situation, and you know that, Uh,
- 57:34Speaker 1: this needs to end right now today, but it probably
- 57:37Speaker 1: won't because you are head over heels in love with
- 57:40Speaker 1: this man, as you say, and uh, he has already
- 57:42Speaker 1: told you he's not leaving his wife. So you know
- 57:46Speaker 1: you're in somewhat of a quandary here because you say
- 57:48Speaker 1: you love him. I say that if you're unhappy in
- 57:52Speaker 1: your marriage, get some therapy, get some marriage counseling, talk
- 57:56Speaker 1: to your husband. Maybe you guys could try different things,
- 57:59Speaker 1: get a separate ration, do something else, but don't just
- 58:03Speaker 1: sit there and wallow in unhappiness while seeing someone else
- 58:07Speaker 1: on the side. You know, behind your husband's back and
- 58:09Speaker 1: him behind his wife's back. That doesn't help anything. I
- 58:13Speaker 1: know you you want to what, nephew, are you squirming
- 58:18Speaker 1: in your seat though? All over it? Anyway? Yeah, he's
- 58:25Speaker 1: not leaving, So what do you guys? You just destined
- 58:27Speaker 1: to sneak around and see each other that way? Is
- 58:30Speaker 1: that what you really want? Uh? You say you want
- 58:32Speaker 1: to stay married to your husband for your kids. I
- 58:35Speaker 1: mean that's good, and that's noble and everything, but you
- 58:38Speaker 1: gotta have some happiness in this situation too. And if
- 58:40Speaker 1: you're not happy, if your marriage is not making you happy,
- 58:43Speaker 1: you gotta do something about that. First of all, I say, good,
- 58:46Speaker 1: some counseling, all right, there you go, Steve, Yeah, yeah,
- 59:00Speaker 1: right now we're gonna skip over that. This mother don't
- 59:02Speaker 1: says nothing, by no damn counsel this thirty year old mother.
- 59:09Speaker 1: Here's the subject. I'm in love, but not with my husband.
- 59:12Speaker 1: Now that's the only time I hear you say the
- 59:14Speaker 1: word love in this letter. I got must point this out.
- 59:18Speaker 1: Thirty year old mother too, been married since your eighteen,
- 59:22Speaker 1: probably dated the boys sent before that. You've never had
- 59:25Speaker 1: any other relationships, you know, met this man online y'all
- 59:28Speaker 1: started talking about the sports. Then you saw him. He
- 59:31Speaker 1: was attracted to him. Y'all decided to meet in person.
- 59:34Speaker 1: Once you met him, y'all started out as friends and
- 59:38Speaker 1: you talked to each other and saw each other daily.
- 59:42Speaker 1: Now you got to go out your way to meet
- 59:45Speaker 1: somebody daily. This ain't a co worker, Hello, this just
- 59:50Speaker 1: a dude offline. So y'all got to hook up. That
- 59:54Speaker 1: takes time. So you're y'all making ways to go see
- 59:58Speaker 1: each other. Now both of y'all is married. We'll get
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: into that in a minute. I started having strong feeling
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: for him, and it grew into us hugging and kissing
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: whenever we were together. Hell yeah, see y'all out of
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: sports talk? See that all that all we like the
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: same team? How much liking the same team gonna get you?
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Every day y'all just up talking about the same damn team,
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: about how much y'all like it. Na, he's looking at
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: your lips, you're looking at his lips. Y'all putt your
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: tongue in each other mouth. Wow, your damn right, every
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: day sitting up talking about the team. Nobody talking about
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: her team every damn date. The Browns is much health
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: they need damn talking about the damn team every day.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Here's the catch. He is also married to his high
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: school sweetheart and they have cor kids. He's says he's
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: in love with his wife, yet he still finds time
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: to talk to me and see me. Okay, listen to me.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: Now read your lyne back to yourself. He says he's
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: in love with his wife, yet he finds times to
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: talk to me and see me. He't in love with you.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: He ain't in love with you. I'll explain that to
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: you in a minute. Whenever he posts pictures on social
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: media for him and his wife, I get jealous. That's
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: his wife. It's your jealous fault. Put some pictures to
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: you and your kids and you'll husband on that. Just
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: smile at it. I see how happy they appeared to be.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: I've tried to leave him alone, but it never lasts
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: for long because I like him so much. Now, first
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: of all, if you think that I'm gonna sit up
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: here and believe all y'all doing is hug and kissing,
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: you're wrong about that. You're leaving stuff out this letton
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: every day. Yeah, just hugging and kissing every day, every day,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: And the subject I'm in love, but not with my husband. Well,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: what are you doing to make you be in love?
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: Because the show ain't talking about sports? Lebron, Lebron. Most
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: people been in love with me. I'm just trying to
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: say it's because of what I do. It ain't the Brown,

- 1:02:37Speaker 1: Uh yeah, we'll be back at twenty three after you're
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: listening to Steven show. Alright, guys, Uh, here we go
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: with Steve. Part two responses. It's mother and that's what
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: I meant. This dude don't love. So I started feeling
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: something for the dude. They're meeting every day now, hugging
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: and kiss it every day, hugging and kissing. He married,
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: got four kids, she married, got two kids. He says
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: he in love with his wife, yet he still feels
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: time to find time to talk to me and see me.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: But I've better understand something about men. Men can be
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: in love with somebody else and find time to see
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: and talk to you. But notice now he ain't in
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: love with you. He's not gonna leave his wife. I've
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: tried to leave him alone, but it never lasts long.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: Because I liked him so much? What not a minute
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: ago you was in love. But I like him so
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: much because of what he do. It ain't just a
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: hug and kissing somebody getting touched some boy. Shut up, Tommy,
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: In case you wonder I cannot stand my husband. M hmm.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: I know you can't stand your husband because you're over
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: here talking sports with this man and talking sexiness with
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: the sports. Did you see him dunk that ball drop
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: all Did you see that ball go through them upright
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: right down the middle, wasn't it? Did you see him
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: tackle him, fell all over him, rolled him over and
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: everything I showed, like the way the quarterback put his
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: hands up under that to get that ball. Were just
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: talking sports now, That's why we were just sports talking.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Throw it deep. You better throw that thing to me deep,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: throw it deep. No, I like that right there, Go
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: a long, just go long. We just talk to sports now,
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: but go a long. It's third and long again. Long's
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I'm who you need to get a penalty flag? You
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: illegal use your hands here. This. I can't believe we
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: fell in love like this. We was just talking sports,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: sports talking here man, you better move you all side.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: I'm too close. Hold here in my turn. Let me
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: kick the ball. You're like a wide receiver. You got
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: soft hand. Who's the tight end? Alright, Shirley, you know
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: into Yeah, we're sports talk right now sitting up here.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: Oh you're rough in the past. You better quit doing
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: that to me. You show better quit doing that to me. Well,
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: el so now after y'all to talk sports and heads
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: sick exactly. Now you can't stay in your damn husband,
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: been with him your whole life, and our marriage is comfortable. Besides,
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: you got kids. Consider Now here's the key to the
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: whole thing. And this one I'm gonna started helping Tommy out.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: I know what I'm doing is wrong, but now I'm
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: head over heels in love with this new man. He
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: doesn't want to let me go, but he's not leaving
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: my wife. What should we do? Well, let me explain.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: He's doing what he gonna do. Now, see the weed,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: the weed is yo, yo deal. He is doing what
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: he gonna do. He ain't got no other plans. You
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: is the other plan. See, the man is doing what
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: he do. Now, since both of you all are married,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: and both of you all are in a consensual relationship,
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you something that a young man told me,
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: I never understood this, but he used to use this
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: all the time. The saying is fair exchange, ain't no robbery.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Yeah see you married, I'm married. You got kids, I
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: get kids. You in love, I'm in love. You ain't
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: gonna know where. I ain't going nowhere. But we're getting
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: together to come a problem and solve a problem that
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: we both had. We go now? Is that right? One? No?
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: It is? It is one hundred percent more really dead wrong.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: But ain't we all senter? Yeah saved? Ain't we all
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: come short? Or the mark? Ain't we come on? Now?
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Who coming melalite? A shot? Or the glory? Or God?
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: Ain't we guilty of life's less for pleasures? Who in
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: here ain't been tempted? Who in here I ain't wanted
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: somebody that wasn't yours? Who ain't looked over there and
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: wish they was over there with him? In here? Ain't
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: had something across their mind and wanted it to stay
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: down and visit for a while. Ain't said something inappropriate
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: to a woman somewhere, hoping that it layed to something inappropriate?
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: I want to know who among you ain't took the
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: time to say, look a here, what you think how
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: you wanted making mine? Give me some? I like it?
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Like that? Touched me again? Who baby? I asked? I?
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Oh right, now, come on now can you come back over?
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Who in here ain't said this? All right? And coming

- 1:17:12Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, we told you about
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: the story yesterday, guys. Starbucks is still in damage control
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: after a video went viral over the weekend showing two
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: black men being arrested out of Philadelphia Starbucks. The men
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: walked into the Starbucks and sat down. They asked to
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: use the bathroom about an employee refused because they hadn't
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: ordered anything, and after the men refused to leave, workers
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: called police, who arrested them for trespassing. A customer captured
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: the arrest on video, which has gone viral and as
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: also led to calls to boycott Starbucks. They are doing that.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: THEO Kevin Johnson, publicly apologized to the to the two men,
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: and he was on Good Morning America yesterday. He said
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: we are accountable and he is taking full responsibility and
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: will be in Philadelphia this week to meet with the
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: men face to face. UM. Well, Steve, as a leader
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: and CEO, Johnson knows that people don't care about the
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: names of the employers or or managers to fire. They
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: will only remember how Starbucks got two black men arrested
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: for sitting in their store. But the manager has been fired.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: And I told you all that, Yes, I told you
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: that's what has to happen, because I'm telling you the
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: problem was the phone call from the manager to the
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: police department. This what hyped it way beyond what it was.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: Here is the phone call to the police. Hello, Police department. Hi,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: I'm I'm a manager at the Starbucks here at Philly. Yeah.

- 1:18:53Speaker 1: I'm very afraid. What's the problems are? There's two African
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: American men sitting here still look like they have weapons.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: There's something shine in their hands. Do you think they
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: committed a crime before? They look like can you describe them?
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: One of them has about, I would say, exactly, thirty
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: eight thousand strands of hair. What does that have to do?
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: He looks exactly to be about twenty seven years old,
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: give or take thirty days. Any other no facial hair, Ah,
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: very strong hands. Are they together? They're right together. They're
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: sitting together. They haven't ordered anything. Does it look like
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: they're making a plan that they're planning to rob us.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: Excuse me, No, no, you can't use the rest room.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: I just don't want of the negroes. They can't use
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: the restaroom. Don't let him separate. Do not let him separate.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Keep your eye on both of them staring at me. Now,
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: don't look directly in their eyes. You're trying not to,
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: but they're their eyes. I think they're related to Shirley Strong.
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: Their eyes are here. It must be one of the
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: Strawberry Boys. Have you ever seen it before? I almost
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: feel like I think they was here yesterday in cases, Yes, yes,
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: I've seen it. They were definitely in there, yes, and
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: they about nothing yesterday. They didn't buy anything. I'm gonna
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: send a cloud right down. Now. You've got to Harry
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: to arrest them. They need to be arrested. How about
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: wait a minute, is gonna get the drone squad over there?

- 1:21:51Speaker 1: their purses. Oh my god, this is fearful. It's the
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: worst I've ever felt in my life. I've need Starbucks

- 1:24:38Speaker 1: gonna have to dig deep and we're gonna play ball
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: every single night. You're gonna have to play every single night.
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: You're gonna have to James Harden has been bawling, and
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: he bawled other night. Now let's go ahead and slide
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: on up north a little bit. Cleveland. What's happening up there?
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: That's all Cleveland. Just now. I don't really alwet Cleveland
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: to be in the I don't expect him to win
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: the title this year though. I think I think you
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: can get to the finals. Well, normally wins the first
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: one and all that. What they got to do with it?
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: What I'm just saying, they only win the first round. Well,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: when we lost the first round yet best the sound. Okay,
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: you gotta win. That's what they gotta win. They gotta
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: be and until that happened. I don't know what we're
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: talking about. Why are you talking? No? I mean it's
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: really cool. I'm not really worried about it. We've been
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: to draft somebody for the Brown Indians was in it
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: last year? We were good. Now he ain't been in
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: a damn thing. So you know, you just get your toe.
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: You what they need to do? The World Series? Okay,
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: Well you just want the world serious? There you go.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: You want that. We want the NBA title two years ago.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: You ain't want that. You know what you want to be.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: You want to be the Chapels that's wanna be. You know, Hey,
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: I'm black talking to some black people. You want to
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: turn that ratio? Go ahead, I'm not turning ray. Why
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: you were about the little little adjective? You're tight? Steve?
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: Can I ask you a question? What is it with
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: the with the Rockets? Why you don't like the rockets?
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: I love the Rockets. It's okay. You don't like the
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: people's actually for the rocket Rocket? Oh goody. I'm actually
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: pulling for the rock because I love Chris Paul and
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: Hard and I think the boys, I think I think
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: they're gonna get them run. And if they don't get
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: Steph Curry back. They can't beat Houston without step step back. No,
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: not you, no it. Step has to be healthy for
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: the Rockets, for the for Golden State to be Golden State,
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: Steph Curry has to be healthy. Yeah, playing with step
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: everybody on the field. No, I saw send it Tim,
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: don't he? They fall in apart? All that knows who
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: ain't there? The Lakers ain't going. That's all that. And
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: you know, but like you think, I appreciate about what
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: you know. You're celebrating your what you're what you're trying
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: to reign on my little parade for you know, just
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: just going ahead, your little celebration. You say, like rute
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: for me, like a route for y'all. You ain't got
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: a root up up up north for y'all to ask.
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: Got a problem in Golden State? Quit talking to me
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: now until you get past Golden State. All this is
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: for not what is all this anger? Not? Not? What's
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: that shirt? Say? Time? Zero seekret Yeah, I'm getting a
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: chance zero sixty. If you know that, why do you
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: come over here messing with the zero? Why do ba
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: you were baiting you? Well, I don't need so okay,
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: let me help y'all. I'm gonna tell you like my
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: wife told me, you already set at all time, at
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: all time, So I'm already set. The safety is always off.
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: So come on over here. You must wants to go
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: all right, listen, we'll be back with more of this foolishing.
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: My butt is hiked up in there right now. That
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: dog will bite right after this. You're listening, Steve al
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: right here, we are part two of our NBA Final Slash.
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: Get on Steve's nerves. Sports is going on up north.
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: Nothing see right there already because you listen to me. Houston,
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Houston got a bomb squad. Yeah, you know, but we
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: gotta get that. You still gotta get past Golden State.
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: If we're losing this round, and y'all lose gets Golden State,
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: ain't both of us at the house. That'sh But let's
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: just be honest. We had to take them in the
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: overtime to win that. That ain't really good. You know,
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: there's gonna be that food. We got gold State. No, no, no, Minnesota,
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: Minnesota who we had going overtime, y'all over time with Minnesota.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: So let's just be fair. Minnesota, We just be fair.
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: Just did get it you know, we want a regular
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: time all to night. Jim boy, it was the see
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: this one. Don't like talking sports with people that don't
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: want talking about I watched the dog. I know dog
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: it was overtime game. It was not. I just watched
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: the game last night. What you're talking about? What game
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: was you watching? Why does everything we do end up
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: in a fightin family? That's how family did over time.
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: That's what family do. I don't know because I didn't
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: watch it. Get it, okay, I promise you guys, I
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: watched the whole game last night. It was it was
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: It wasn't over time. I supposed to be saying it
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: wasn't over time? Which one was? What you say? I
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: just I don't. I didn't even know. I don't know.
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: We're struggling with with Minnesota. We wont by first, I'm saying, okay,
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: so it was in regular time, it was not in
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: over It was not over time, damnit. And then that
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: really though I kind of knew that. No, you're just
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: going along with the information. Just want to fight? Oh yeah, fight.
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: I don't remember no game being over time yet thinking
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: about us, we can fight about anything. I'm saying, it
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: doesn't matter Jay and you, being new to the team,
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: have found that out right. Yeah, it doesn't matter everything
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: we do do. We have to fight about every fight
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: about taxes, we fight, We fight about everything everything. Listen
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: to me. Don't worry about what happened up, No, you
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: just take care of what's happened down in the day
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: on fifth wall. Yeah, baby, fifth is the one that counted.
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: That's the one. You can make it out of fifth.
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: You can get the third. Don't worry about that. Care
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: of the shepherd. That's all you were. Shepherd looked like
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: the shepherd with the beard. Yeah, you put on somebody.
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: Hey man, he did something I've never seen in the
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: history of basketball. You know how you do that step back?
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: And he stepped back on the dude three times. I said,
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: hold up, man, I've seen the dude do a step
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: back move. I've seen him do to step book, step back.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: I saw James hard in one game step back on
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: the dude three times and then launched it. I said, Okay,
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: he on some whole another. Hey that note, No, No,
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: I know the big house of that note. We'll be
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: back at forte after to close out this show with
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: Steve's closing remarks. WHOA got a big You got the
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: big You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve,
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: here we are, last break of the day. It's been
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: a good tuesday. Huh. Don't forget to pay your taxes
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: today and all of that. Gotta say that, but Steve,
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: come on, take us home. Yeah. I had a lot
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: of requests to replay one of my closing remarks, so
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: I just want to do one again today. So many
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: people said, man, I missed the one. Somebody told me
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: you did something, so I'm gonna play it back today.
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: These are my closing remarks. I did uh and Act
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: like a Success seminar down at in Los Angeles by
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: the airport at the Renaissance Hotel. Uh. Doreen Raimi does
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: a good job of running my Act like a Success seminars.
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: And I was a keynote speaker at the graduation on Saturday.
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: And so I'm gonna bring a piece of that to
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: what I talked to you about. And I want to
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: keep motivating people. And one of the greatest motivations in
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: my life was my dreams. My dreams were so motivating
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: to me because it put me in a place of
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: not so much focusing on where I was, But it
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: caused me to put my focus on where I was headed,
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: and so as dismal as to where I was was,
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: it didn't throw me off as sinking of a feeling
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: as I had at times in my life. Because of
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: my dreams, I didn't I didn't feel sunken as low
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: as I had gotten at some points in my life.
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: I didn't ever think I wasn't gonna ever come up
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: because of my dreams. My dreams inspired me to keep going.
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: So what I'm saying to you is this. People ask me, Steve,
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: what motivates you? What makes you keep going? It's my
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: dreams what causes you to keep getting up, going to
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: work when you sick, fighting through all the stuff they're
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: saying about you. How do you handle all this negativity
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: around you and you just keep going. It's my dreams.
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: It's my faith in God. It's my faith in God
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: that there's no way He brought me this far to
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: leave me that because you hating on me, You ain't
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: my God, you ain't my savior. You can't hate me
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: out of what He has for me, and you're hating me.
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: Cannot stop nothing God has for me or for you.
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: So my faith in God and my dreams have been
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: my motivation. So let me share what I shared with
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: them on Satday. Motivation. Look at him, now, this is
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: good motivation. It's when your dreams put on work close.
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: Did you hear me? Motivation? It's when your dreams put
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: on work close, When your dreams dress up and go
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: to work. That's the motivation. Now you motivated. You don't
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: put some work clothes on them dreams. Because see, you
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: can stay sleep and have your dreams, or you can
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: wake up and you can chase them. You need to
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: wake up and chase them. You need to wake up
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: and chase them dreams. You need to put some work
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: clothes on them. Jeans. You gotta get some grit, some
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: dirty on you. You gotta put work clothes on your dreams.
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: That's your motivation. I'm motivated because, man, my dreams they
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: keep me going because it means I'm headed somewhere. Your
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: dreams make your head somewhere. Man, you ain't gotta get
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: stuck on him. I I tell people all the time
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: that I keep a plaque in my office in Atlanta
- 1:36:03Speaker 1: that says and and dude send it to me. A
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: friend of mine. When I was going through a bunch
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: of messed up stuff, he sent me a plaque that says,
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: if you're going through hell, just keep going. Why would
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: you stop there? Why would you stop in hell? You're
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: going through hell, just keep going? Because I'm heading somewhere.
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: So all the hell I've been through, I survive at
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: all because of my dreams, because of my faith, Because
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: my dreams allowed me to think that the better day
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: is coming. So if a better day is coming, why
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: am I tripping so hard on what's happening today? Because
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: I know the better day is coming. Because one day, somehow,
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: my God gonna make my dreams come true? Simply because
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: how you know that? The because he said he would.
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: Now you tell me one thing he said that ain't
- 1:36:55Speaker 1: popped off. You tell me one promise he made he
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: ain't killed. You tell me one thing he hadn't assured
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: you of that you can't rest assured it. That's gonna
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: just name it. I'm listening, I'm listening. I'm listening. See,
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: I got that much sense as a Christian, as flawed
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: as I am, I have that much sense as a Christian.
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: So those Christians of you, that's better than me. Congratulations.
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: But guess what I know that about him though, I
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: know that his promises is true, and I got to
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: know sense to lean on him. So when you see
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: me falling and making mistakes and doing something wrong and
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: not staying on the white line, you can quit tripping
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: with me. I'll get back on the line. Just give
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: me a minute. I just fell off. I just made
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: a mistake, that's all I said. Someone shouldn't have said
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: I went somewhere I shouldn't have win. I got that.
- 1:37:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna get it together. Lord forgive me and what
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: she gonna do, and I'm gonna get back up, and
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna get it right agreeing, I'm gonna get it
- 1:37:56Speaker 1: right again. My dreams motivate me. My faith motivates me.
- 1:38:02Speaker 1: Motivation it's when your dreams put on work clothes. You dig.
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: That's what motivation is. When I'm going to do something
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: about making what I dream about come true. My dreams
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: got work clothes on it. So when you see me
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: out there, my dreams got on work close. I'm trying
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: to make it happen. My faith in God gonna make
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: sure that happened. And I just give him something to
- 1:38:26Speaker 1: touch my dreams, those are my clothes. Remarks at that,
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: all right, drop the mic, baby, dropping the motivation. That's
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: when your dreams put on work close. You better get
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: it right. Keep I wasn't supposed to dynamics. Y'all have
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: a great don't keep it all. Steve Harvey contests no
