- 0:00Speaker 1: James Comer is going to begin deposing Biden business associates.
- 0:05Speaker 2: He has now confirmed this.
- 0:07Speaker 1: The House Oversight Committee is set to begin deposing the
- 0:11Speaker 1: Biden crime family business associates in the coming weeks and months,
- 0:16Speaker 1: the chairman, James Comer, has now said publicly. Comer said
- 0:21Speaker 1: Devin Archer, one of Hunter Biden's top associates, will be
- 0:26Speaker 1: the first member to pose to unravel the family's international
- 0:30Speaker 1: business schemes. A source with knowledge of the committee's schedule
- 0:36Speaker 1: has confirmed that Archer's lawyers are in contact with the
- 0:40Speaker 1: committee about scheduling the interview in mid June. The committee
- 0:45Speaker 1: subpoena to Devon Archer to appear before it on June
- 0:48Speaker 1: the nineteenth. A source familiar with the situations confirmed that
- 0:52Speaker 1: he negotiated a later deposition date, saying, quote, we are
- 0:57Speaker 1: entering the deposition phase about this ongoing investigation into the Bidens.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Lawmakers conceivably have about twelve months left to investigate the
- 1:09Speaker 1: family shitty business deals. His campaign season in the summer
- 1:12Speaker 1: of twenty twenty four will likely become the priority in Washington,
- 1:16Speaker 1: d c. Quote, we will have Devin Archer, the first
- 1:20Speaker 1: person who was involved in the Hunter Biden business dealings.
- 1:23Speaker 1: He will be the first person we deposed. Comber said,
- 1:27Speaker 1: we have a list of who's who's that we're involved
- 1:30Speaker 1: in the Biden organization that we plan on deposing throughout
- 1:34Speaker 1: the summer. Now you may not know this, so I'll
- 1:37Speaker 1: remind you. Devin Archer was Hunter Biden's quote best friend
- 1:41Speaker 1: in business quote unquote. He got in major legal trouble
- 1:46Speaker 1: just last year in twenty twenty two for defrauding a
- 1:50Speaker 1: Native American tribal entity. The court ordered him to pay
- 1:55Speaker 1: forty three million, nine hundred and fifty four thousand in
- 2:00Speaker 1: four hundred and sixteen dollars and seventy five cents in
- 2:03Speaker 1: a judgment to the Native American victims. Prior to his arrest,
- 2:09Speaker 1: Devin Archer served in twenty fourteen with Hunter Biden on
- 2:14Speaker 1: the board of Barisma, that Ukrainian based energy company whose
- 2:18Speaker 1: executive allegedly bribed not only Hunter Biden with five million dollars,
- 2:25Speaker 1: but with the President of the United States of America
- 2:27Speaker 1: Joe Biden with his five million dollars for himself as well.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Photographers infamously photographed Devin Archer playing golf with Hunter Biden
- 2:36Speaker 1: and then Vice President Joe Biden in Southampton, New York,
- 2:41Speaker 1: which was the first picture to confirm clearly that the
- 2:44Speaker 1: President of the United States of America was lying to
- 2:47Speaker 1: us when he said he never discussed any of his
- 2:50Speaker 1: business decisions with his son or anything about business with
- 2:55Speaker 1: his brother or any other family member.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Clearly that was a lie.
- 3:00Speaker 1: The photo was the first photo to raise questions regarding
- 3:03Speaker 1: the extent to which Joe Biden was aware not only
- 3:07Speaker 1: of his son's overseas business deals, but how involved he
- 3:10Speaker 1: actually was. Remember, he was never forced to discuss any
- 3:15Speaker 1: of that. When he ran for president, the media covered
- 3:18Speaker 1: for him. Devin Archer was by Hunter Biden's side for
- 3:22Speaker 1: decades in the business deals. They knew each other for
- 3:26Speaker 1: quite some time. They attended Yale together in the late
- 3:28Speaker 1: nineteen nineties. Archer went on to become the vice chairman
- 3:33Speaker 1: of finance for John Carey's failed two thousand and four
- 3:37Speaker 1: presidential campaign. Many people didn't know that he was connected
- 3:42Speaker 1: with his college classmate, Chris Hines. That would be Kerrie's
- 3:45Speaker 1: step son. Now a lot of people don't realize that
- 3:48Speaker 1: John Carey's step son, Chris Hines, was another Biden family
- 3:53Speaker 1: business partner. That we would expect to be deposed.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Now.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Archer is not the only associate James Comer has subpoena.
- 4:02Speaker 1: The committee has not publicly produced any results of those subpoenas,
- 4:06Speaker 1: but we do know that in May, Comber said the
- 4:09Speaker 1: Biden family members will quote more than likely receive subpoenas.
- 4:13Speaker 1: We're gonna call Hunter Biden, James Biden, the other Biden
- 4:16Speaker 1: crime family members who are on the take here. There's
- 4:19Speaker 1: a reason why they're playing it this way. They want
- 4:21Speaker 1: to get all these other people on the record first.
- 4:23Speaker 1: They know what questions to ask the Bidens. Clearly there's
- 4:26Speaker 1: a strategy here that is playing out now. All this
- 4:30Speaker 1: is happening as the White House has now officially refused
- 4:35Speaker 1: to say whether or not the cocaine found at the
- 4:39Speaker 1: White House over the weekend, it is a crime scene
- 4:41Speaker 1: at the White House belong to Joe or Hunter Biden.
- 4:46Speaker 2: That's right.
- 4:47Speaker 1: The White House Deputy pre Secretary Andrew Bates could not say,
- 4:51Speaker 1: quote he is citing the Hatch Act. Quote are you
- 4:56Speaker 1: willing to say that that's not the case? That it
- 4:59Speaker 1: the cooke doesn't belong to them? A reporter asked Baits
- 5:03Speaker 1: aboard Air Force one quote, I don't have a response
- 5:07Speaker 1: to that, because we have to be careful about.
- 5:09Speaker 2: The Hatch Act, he claimed.
- 5:12Speaker 1: The reporter did not follow up with Baits on how
- 5:14Speaker 1: the Hatch Act would apply to this situation.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:17Speaker 1: The Hatch Act's main provision blocks Executive Branch employees from
- 5:21Speaker 1: engaging in partisan political activity while on duty in a
- 5:26Speaker 1: federal facility or using federal property. According to the Justice Department,
- 5:31Speaker 1: what I will say is that I've noticed there does
- 5:35Speaker 1: seem to be some increasing frustration coming from that corner
- 5:39Speaker 1: in general, and I think it is probably included in
- 5:44Speaker 1: the contrast between their substances and their policy records. Baits
- 5:48Speaker 1: tried to change the subject. Obviously, that made no sense
- 5:51Speaker 1: at all. What's absurd about this is that the idea
- 5:55Speaker 1: of the Hatch Act would somehow be involved here is
- 5:57Speaker 1: maybe the most ridiculous thing I've ever It actually doesn't
- 6:01Speaker 1: even make sense. Now we have the audio from the
- 6:05Speaker 1: press gaggle aboard Air Force one en route to South Carolina.
- 6:09Speaker 1: You're gonna hear it in the background. Listen carefully, well
- 6:12Speaker 1: one more, you know, President for President Trump has made
- 6:15Speaker 1: some pretty wild posts recently on social media.
- 6:18Speaker 3: One of them was that the cocaine found the White
- 6:21Speaker 3: House was had belonged to either the President or his son.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Are you willing to.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Say that that's not the case, that they don't belong
- 6:28Speaker 1: to them.
- 6:29Speaker 4: I don't have a response to that, because we have
- 6:33Speaker 4: to be careful about the Hatch Act. What I will
- 6:37Speaker 4: say is that I have noticed there does seem to
- 6:40Speaker 4: be some increasing frustration coming from that corner in general,
- 6:45Speaker 4: and I think it is probably rooted in the contrast
- 6:48Speaker 4: between their substantive policy records.
- 6:53Speaker 2: That literally makes no sense.
- 6:55Speaker 1: It's almost that's like a response you would get if
- 6:57Speaker 1: you were on cocaine. A second report, ask the White
- 7:00Speaker 1: House if they would comment on this or even if
- 7:05Speaker 1: they would commit to transparency. If the Secret Service discovered
- 7:08Speaker 1: who smuggled the cocaine the White House, if the Secret
- 7:12Speaker 1: Service is able to determine the individuals and individual responsible,
- 7:16Speaker 1: will the White House commit to transparency in this and
- 7:19Speaker 1: making that information public? The reporter asked, listen to the
- 7:23Speaker 1: White House's response.
- 7:24Speaker 5: To that cocaine. I understand the Secret Service is conducting
- 7:29Speaker 5: an investigation. If the Secret Service is able to determine
- 7:34Speaker 5: the individual responsible, will the Secret Service in the and
- 7:37Speaker 5: will the White House commit to transparency in this and
- 7:40Speaker 5: making that information public.
- 7:42Speaker 4: I'm going to defer to the Secret Service professionals who
- 7:45Speaker 4: are carrying this out. I'm just not going to engage
- 7:47Speaker 4: on hypotheticals about it. I would suggest you contact them
- 7:51Speaker 4: for anything more.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Again, the biggest load of crap answer that you can
- 7:56Speaker 1: give this is a mid level Biden staffer. Can you
- 8:00Speaker 1: imagine if that's how they downgraded you, like the White
- 8:02Speaker 1: House is telling you this mid level. Like, imagine if
- 8:05Speaker 1: you see your name in lights and they're referring to
- 8:07Speaker 1: you as mid level because they're trying to diminish Andrew
- 8:09Speaker 1: Bates saying, oh, it's a mid level guy, right. This
- 8:12Speaker 1: is how this is how non serious we are about this. Now,
- 8:15Speaker 1: the question serious right if the Secret Service determines the
- 8:18Speaker 1: individual responsible, and I want to be clear about this,
- 8:21Speaker 1: I have no doubt they know who did this.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I've been in the White House.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I've been lucky enough to go in the White House
- 8:27Speaker 1: quite a few times in my life, and the idea
- 8:31Speaker 1: that this is would be hard to figure out is
- 8:33Speaker 1: totally absurd. I want to also be clear about that
- 8:38Speaker 1: they know who brought this in there. I have no
- 8:40Speaker 1: doubt if this was anthrax or something else. The person
- 8:43Speaker 1: would have already been apprehended and arrested. This would have
- 8:46Speaker 1: been and charged. Okay, I want to also make that
- 8:49Speaker 1: very very very very clear. I have no doubt that
- 8:55Speaker 1: the cameras picked up who it is and they figured
- 8:58Speaker 1: it out. Now, I actually believe there's a very good
- 9:01Speaker 1: chance this was not Hunter Biden, based on when they
- 9:04Speaker 1: found it. I believe there's a good chances could have
- 9:07Speaker 1: just been these types of people that work at the
- 9:10Speaker 1: White House who basically think that the rules don't apply
- 9:13Speaker 1: to them. And if you look at this administration, you
- 9:15Speaker 1: look at this White House, it makes sense that they
- 9:17Speaker 1: would have a a bunch of druggies around, right, a
- 9:20Speaker 1: bunch of coke heads around doing blow. I think there's
- 9:23Speaker 1: a very good chance, as the staffer, they probably were
- 9:26Speaker 1: out the night before, or they were going out that night,
- 9:29Speaker 1: they needed their cocaine with them, and they decided to
- 9:32Speaker 1: bring it to the White House. Now, is there a chance,
- 9:34Speaker 1: of course, of the drug use of Hunter Biden that
- 9:35Speaker 1: in theory could be his, Yes, but I'm not obsessed
- 9:38Speaker 1: with that story. What I'm upset about is the fact
- 9:40Speaker 1: that the White House, I'm sure has figured this out
- 9:43Speaker 1: they know whose drugs it is.
- 9:48Speaker 2: They know whose drugs this is.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I did outnumber yesterday and I was sitting there with
- 9:55Speaker 1: former White House Press secretary on the panel with me
- 9:58Speaker 1: as well, Kaylee mckenennie, and she said, no way Hunter
- 10:01Speaker 1: Biden was a source of cocaine at the White House.
- 10:04Speaker 1: She dismissed the idea that the cocaine found at the
- 10:06Speaker 1: White House belonged to President Joe Biden's son.
- 10:09Speaker 2: She said, quote camp David, there is no way it.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Is conceivable to think cocaine could sit for a seventy
- 10:17Speaker 1: two hour period, So I would rule him out at
- 10:20Speaker 1: this point.
- 10:22Speaker 2: She's probably right.
- 10:24Speaker 1: It's probably a staff member either doing blow at the
- 10:27Speaker 1: White House or was taking it in advance. Regardless, the
- 10:30Speaker 1: fact that you felt comfortable enough to bring a hardcore drug,
- 10:35Speaker 1: cocaine into the White House tells you everything you need
- 10:40Speaker 1: to know about this White House. This is who's running
- 10:45Speaker 1: the country. I also would make this point, I don't
- 10:48Speaker 1: believe the presidents run the country. You look at the stumbles,
- 10:51Speaker 1: you look at the gaps, you look at the schedule
- 10:54Speaker 1: of this president. It's pretty clear he's not running this administration.
- 11:00Speaker 1: What concerns me is could there be a cooke head
- 11:02Speaker 1: at the high level in this White House who clearly
- 11:05Speaker 1: has significant influence on this White House? Is there a
- 11:09Speaker 1: chance that that individual at the White House is doing
- 11:13Speaker 1: drugs with other people at the White House who are
- 11:16Speaker 1: making massive policy decisions for the United States of America.
- 11:20Speaker 1: That is the question that people should be asking. And
- 11:23Speaker 1: why are they protecting that staffer? I have no doubt
- 11:27Speaker 1: they know at this point who did it, What are
- 11:30Speaker 1: they hiding and what employee are they protecting.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Let me also say something else.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Experts are baffled by the White House invoking the Hatchac
- 11:41Speaker 1: to dodge questions about this cocaine. Even a democratic ethics
- 11:46Speaker 1: experts say, if Biden campaign staffer were high as a kite,
- 11:50Speaker 1: the Hatchac would not cover the cocaine in question.
- 11:53Speaker 2: The idea they.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Thought that that respond so I can't talk about this
- 11:58Speaker 1: because the hatch At act is a served. Experts who
- 12:03Speaker 1: understand the hatch Act understand that invoking the Hatchac when
- 12:08Speaker 1: asked whether President Biden or his son owned the cocaine
- 12:11Speaker 1: found the White House truly is a middle finger to
- 12:14Speaker 1: every single American. That's something we need to understand. And
- 12:20Speaker 1: when you have the White House Deputy pre Seretery Andrew
- 12:23Speaker 1: Bates as being asked during this press gaggle whether the
- 12:26Speaker 1: president can deny that he or his son owned the
- 12:29Speaker 1: cocaine found the White House, and then he says, I
- 12:31Speaker 1: can't answer that question. Come on, really, I don't have
- 12:36Speaker 1: a response to that because we have to be careful
- 12:38Speaker 1: about the Hatchac.
- 12:39Speaker 2: That's your response.
- 12:40Speaker 1: And the media, by the way, went along with It's
- 12:42Speaker 1: like they're like, all right, we asked the question, We're
- 12:43Speaker 1: gonna move on now, we asked the question.
- 12:48Speaker 2: We can check that box.
- 12:51Speaker 1: And then Bates compared Biden's policy record to his predecessor's record.
- 12:57Speaker 2: No, they're not the same, folks.
- 13:01Speaker 1: There was never a time that cocaine was found at
- 13:03Speaker 1: the White House when Donald Trump was there. Then they
- 13:05Speaker 1: said we got to invoke the Hatchac. That has nothing
- 13:07Speaker 1: to do with answering the damn question. Attorney Bradley Moss
- 13:13Speaker 1: said this, he is candidly at loss as to why
- 13:17Speaker 1: mister Bates believe the hatjack is relevant with respect to
- 13:20Speaker 1: addressing that question.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Quote.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I could envision other legitimate basis for declining to respond,
- 13:26Speaker 1: such as respecting the integrity of an ongoing investigation, but
- 13:29Speaker 1: to reference a hatjack seems misplaced. Former Bush Administration Ethics
- 13:36Speaker 1: chief chief Richard Paynter, who ran for Congress as a
- 13:39Speaker 1: Democrat last cycle, said he was said this quote, given
- 13:46Speaker 1: lectures at the White House and published articles on the
- 13:49Speaker 1: Hatch Act, but the bill does not cover snorting cocaine,
- 13:54Speaker 1: referring to the hatchjack being important again, saying it doesn't
- 13:57Speaker 1: cover snorting campaign. What the blank does the hatjack have
- 14:01Speaker 1: to do with cocaine? Question mark? This is the most
- 14:05Speaker 1: ridiculous invocation of the Hatch Act.
- 14:08Speaker 2: I've ever seen.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Painter add that even if someone on Biden's campaign were
- 14:13Speaker 1: high as a kite, the hat jack would not cover
- 14:15Speaker 1: the cocaine in question. Yeah, very odd the Baits would
- 14:22Speaker 1: pivot to the hatch Act and doesn't deny that the
- 14:26Speaker 1: president or the son, the first sons, that this cocaine
- 14:31Speaker 1: was connected them, because wouldn't you want to get that
- 14:33Speaker 1: out there right? If you know that this isn't their cocaine,
- 14:38Speaker 1: wouldn't you immediately say, Hey, this cocaine found the White
- 14:42Speaker 1: House does not belong to you, the president or son.
- 14:44Speaker 1: That's the question they're asking, right, does it? You would
- 14:47Speaker 1: immediately say it does not right you would immediately say
- 14:53Speaker 1: that that they are not on drugs. And the famous
- 14:59Speaker 1: Hatch Act you may have heard about this before, this
- 15:02Speaker 1: provision which does it doesn't allow you to say you
- 15:05Speaker 1: know what, It doesn't allow you to say what the
- 15:09Speaker 1: White House said. The Hatch Act doesn't say or say
- 15:15Speaker 1: to the people at the White House. Hay, you can't
- 15:17Speaker 1: answer the question if cocaine belongs to the president or
- 15:20Speaker 1: his son. That is insane. So it brings up the
- 15:24Speaker 1: question of okay, well is it the president's cocaine? Is
- 15:28Speaker 1: it the first son's cocaine? Why wouldn't you answer the
- 15:31Speaker 1: question say it's not it's not their cocaine, it's not
- 15:36Speaker 1: their cocaine. Let's talk about a great opportunity for your ira.

- 15:45Speaker 1: just by learning about gold iras from Augusta Precious Medals.
- 15:48Speaker 1: It's important that you know what's going on in this

- 16:28Speaker 1: gold IRA. That's eight seven seven the number four GOLDRA
- 16:33Speaker 1: or Augusta Precious Medals dot com.
- 16:36Speaker 2: There's also another.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Aspect to this story, and that is the media giving
- 16:41Speaker 1: up and accepting the no answers from this White House.
- 16:45Speaker 1: If this was another administration, if this was during the
- 16:48Speaker 1: Bill Clinton years, if this was even during the Obama years,
- 16:51Speaker 1: there is no way the lack of information we've been
- 16:54Speaker 1: given by this White House would be accepted by immedia.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Finding cocaine in the White House is a big deal.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Having a U addict son who's there within hours of
- 17:03Speaker 1: that cocaine is a big deal, the White House saying,
- 17:06Speaker 1: refusing to say whether this cocaine was the president's or
- 17:10Speaker 1: the president's son or not, refusing to say this isn't
- 17:13Speaker 1: our cocaine would have been a massive deal with this media,
- 17:18Speaker 1: the Secret Service and the investigation having no answers walk
- 17:22Speaker 1: up to that podium and the White House presidcretory having
- 17:24Speaker 1: no answers to basic questions about the investigation. How the
- 17:28Speaker 1: White House was even asked this simple question? You ready
- 17:31Speaker 1: for this question? They were asked one of the questions
- 17:33Speaker 1: that they were asked, just so you know. One of
- 17:36Speaker 1: the questions was will you pledge not only to fire
- 17:42Speaker 1: the person if they're on staff who brought the cocaine in?
- 17:45Speaker 2: Right, like would you fire them?
- 17:47Speaker 1: But also will you prosecute or will you call for
- 17:50Speaker 1: the prosecution of the person that brought this illegal drugs
- 17:52Speaker 1: into the White House. They won't even answer that question,
- 17:56Speaker 1: probably because they already know who it is and whoever
- 17:59Speaker 1: it is don't want to be prosecuted, and whoever it is,
- 18:01Speaker 1: they don't want to be fired. So if you don't
- 18:04Speaker 1: want them to be fired, right, and you need them
- 18:09Speaker 1: on your staff and they're high level staff, or there's
- 18:11Speaker 1: others there. The other question was about drug testing, Like
- 18:14Speaker 1: they've been asked a simple question on drug testing, like, hey,
- 18:16Speaker 1: would you drug test your staff? Are you going to
- 18:18Speaker 1: drug test your staff to make sure won't answer that
- 18:21Speaker 1: damn question either. Refusing to answer those questions is very telling.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Judge Janine, by the way, had this to say about
- 18:31Speaker 1: it last night on how this is playing out and
- 18:34Speaker 1: a FOIA requests the Freedom of Information Act requests for
- 18:37Speaker 1: visitor at logs and surveillance tapes in the White House,
- 18:40Speaker 1: in other words, saying, what are they hiding?
- 18:42Speaker 2: Listen?
- 18:42Speaker 6: So this entrance isn't accessible to everyday people. It seems
- 18:48Speaker 6: like you need to be someone pretty special to be
- 18:51Speaker 6: where these drugs were found near the Situation Room. That's
- 18:56Speaker 6: where they hold all the National Security Council meetings. Heads
- 19:00Speaker 6: of the DoD ciadj all come in and out of there.
- 19:05Speaker 6: So why is none of this adding up? The White
- 19:10Speaker 6: House is already trying to slow walk the idea of
- 19:14Speaker 6: a potential prosecution.
- 19:17Speaker 7: If the Secret Service determines who brought the cocaine into
- 19:22Speaker 7: the White House, does the White House support the prosecution
- 19:25Speaker 7: of this individual? I'm just not going to get into
- 19:27Speaker 7: hypotheticals from here.
- 19:30Speaker 6: What are they trying to hide? Why? So Secretive Prime
- 19:35Speaker 6: Time has filed a foyer request with the White House
- 19:38Speaker 6: asking for the visitor logs and surveialance tapes from the
- 19:42Speaker 6: White House. If they're not interested in getting to the
- 19:45Speaker 6: bottom of this, we will because without answers, people are
- 19:49Speaker 6: going to immediately think Hunter is behind this. Now, come on,
- 19:55Speaker 6: we know Hunter has a long history as a drug addict.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Could this co be his?
- 20:01Speaker 6: And a major condition of his plea deal was keeping
- 20:05Speaker 6: his nose clean and staying away from drugs. So is
- 20:10Speaker 6: the White House trying to shield Hunter? We know the
- 20:14Speaker 6: Secret Service has a history of protecting him from trouble.
- 20:19Speaker 3: One of the things that Hunter Biden said guilty on
- 20:21Speaker 3: was illegal possession of a firearm. We have reports that
- 20:24Speaker 3: the Secret Service went and tried to talk to the
- 20:27Speaker 3: firearms dealer to find out who he had notified. And
- 20:31Speaker 3: we're snooping around with that. That's concerning Jason because at
- 20:34Speaker 3: that particular time, Joe Biden didn't have Secret Service protection.
- 20:39Speaker 6: And if Hunter gets one strike during his plea deal,
- 20:42Speaker 6: it could be game over for him. So is the
- 20:46Speaker 6: Secret Service sticking their neck out to protect Hunter? And
- 20:50Speaker 6: will Joe finally give us a straight answer?
- 21:00Speaker 1: Because I want to go back to what are they
- 21:03Speaker 1: trying to hide the fact that we're having to do
- 21:06Speaker 1: a Foyer requests? They are because the media won't do
- 21:09Speaker 1: their job, and they're doing everything they can to protect
- 21:12Speaker 1: I think tells you everything. Stephen Miller, who she mentioned
- 21:17Speaker 1: there at the very end. One of the things that
- 21:19Speaker 1: Stephen Miller said in his interview with her is when
- 21:23Speaker 1: you go in the West Wing, there are a million
- 21:26Speaker 1: eyes on you. You worked in the Trump administration, he would know.
- 21:31Speaker 8: I would just put it this way. Nobody is going
- 21:34Speaker 8: into the West Wing of the White House without a
- 21:37Speaker 8: million eyes being on you. This is one of the
- 21:39Speaker 8: most secure facilities in the face of the earth. You
- 21:43Speaker 8: were only steps away from the Oval Office, You're only
- 21:46Speaker 8: steps away from the Situation Room, You're only steps away
- 21:49Speaker 8: from the offices of the National Security Advisor and many
- 21:53Speaker 8: other of the highest ranking officers in the US government.
- 21:56Speaker 1: You know who did it, is what he's saying. You
- 21:59Speaker 1: know White House, you know Secret Service. And if this
- 22:02Speaker 1: was a Thank goodness, it wasn't. But if this would
- 22:04Speaker 1: have been anthrax or something like that, we would already
- 22:08Speaker 1: have these questions answered. They would have already arrested who
- 22:14Speaker 1: it was. They had to evacuate the White House. Can
- 22:18Speaker 1: we also not forget that? Okay? Can we not forget this?
- 22:23Speaker 2: Right? We already know this like we.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Know it, and yet they're like, all right, let's move
- 22:32Speaker 1: on yesterday saying he's going to declare victory on the
- 22:36Speaker 1: economy when we have all time high mortgage rates under
- 22:41Speaker 1: this present that have just hit.
- 22:42Speaker 2: And what does he say?
- 22:43Speaker 1: He says this yesterday, because hey, when the game is rigged,
- 22:47Speaker 1: you don't have to live by the same rules as others,
- 22:50Speaker 1: so you can go out there and say ridiculous things
- 22:52Speaker 1: like this.
- 22:53Speaker 7: I'm not here to declare victory on the economy. I'm
- 22:57Speaker 7: here to say we have a plan this turning thing
- 23:00Speaker 7: around quickly.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Oh wait, I'm confused.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Just a few days ago you said that you'd won
- 23:05Speaker 1: and the economy was strong, and that you lowered the
- 23:07Speaker 1: deficit by trillions of dollars. So which one is it,
- 23:10Speaker 1: mister president, Because a couple days ago you said the
- 23:12Speaker 1: opposite of what you just said. Is it because they said, hey,
- 23:16Speaker 1: miss President, you can't walk out there today and say
- 23:18Speaker 1: what you said two days ago because interest rates have
- 23:20Speaker 1: skyrocketed now on home loans and people are suffering right
- 23:24Speaker 1: now and inflation is still high.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I'm just I'm just concerned here.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Or maybe could it be that the Biden administration has
- 23:36Speaker 1: abused national security tools to control political speech of their opponents,
- 23:43Speaker 1: and you needed another headline to get over that because
- 23:46Speaker 1: you had a massive ruling that came down, a ruling
- 23:49Speaker 1: that we mentioned yesterday, a ruling that said that the
- 23:53Speaker 1: White House needs to stop contacting private businesses to silence
- 23:57Speaker 1: and censor people, which will have a massive impact on
- 24:01Speaker 1: this new presidential election coming up. Daily and weekly and
- 24:06Speaker 1: monthly meetings, bi weekly meetings with big tech. This White
- 24:10Speaker 1: House could walk in and go, hey, here's a list
- 24:11Speaker 1: of people we want you to silence and censor and
- 24:13Speaker 1: shut up this week. Here's the accounts we want you
- 24:16Speaker 1: to get suspended. Here are the counts that are bothering
- 24:18Speaker 1: us and our nuisance to us, and we want to
- 24:20Speaker 1: make sure that you silence and censor them. John Ratcliffe,
- 24:23Speaker 1: the former Trump director of National Intelligence, had this to
- 24:27Speaker 1: say about that big victory. So maybe that's why the
- 24:29Speaker 1: president's changing his tune on the economy or won't answer
- 24:32Speaker 1: a question on whose cocaine it was.
- 24:34Speaker 7: I think the problem is going forward is because you've
- 24:38Speaker 7: seen this abuse of these important intelligence and surveillance tools
- 24:44Speaker 7: and putting political objectives in front of national security. They've
- 24:49Speaker 7: jeopardized those. So let me give you an example. As
- 24:51Speaker 7: the Director of National Intelligence, as you talked about, one
- 24:54Speaker 7: of the things that I did was on a daily basis,
- 24:57Speaker 7: prepared the President's Daily Brief. That's the collection and aggregation
- 25:00Speaker 7: of our most sensitive intelligence to brief the president on
- 25:04Speaker 7: national security concerns. One of the tools that we use
- 25:07Speaker 7: there was section seven oh two of the Foreign Intelligence
- 25:10Speaker 7: Surveillance Also that's the same tool that was abused to
- 25:19Speaker 7: spy on the Trump campaign. And so now when seven
- 25:22Speaker 7: oh two comes up for renewal at the end of
- 25:24Speaker 7: this year, you have Republicans saying we can't renew that
- 25:27Speaker 7: in its current form because it's been abused for political reasons.
- 25:31Speaker 7: And so the abuses, these Orwellian abuses that I think
- 25:35Speaker 7: the judge correctly characterized, have really placed our national security
- 25:40Speaker 7: at risk. By these officials putting political objectives above America's
- 25:45Speaker 7: national security posture is just incredibly dangerous.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Yeah, but you believe they really need that surveillance capability,
- 25:50Speaker 4: but it shouldn't extend to every American who is contact
- 25:53Speaker 4: with a foreigner.
- 25:54Speaker 7: John, These are legitimate national security intelligence tools that, when
- 25:59Speaker 7: you properly help us to collect intelligence on our adversaries
- 26:04Speaker 7: that mean to do us harm. But as we've seen
- 26:06Speaker 7: and we've talked about the problem here is that they
- 26:08Speaker 7: have been abused turn inward on American citizens to spy
- 26:12Speaker 7: on them and to use it for political gain and
- 26:14Speaker 7: to control and censor political speech.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Control and censor political speech. He's exactly right if you
- 26:23Speaker 1: think there's not two different systems of justice in this country,
- 26:26Speaker 1: one for the woke liberals and the Biden administration and
- 26:29Speaker 1: for every other American. You're not paying attention if you
- 26:33Speaker 1: don't think that this administration is the only administration history
- 26:38Speaker 1: that get away with not answering questions about who's cocaine
- 26:40Speaker 1: it is, you're not paying attention when I say that
- 26:45Speaker 1: the only ones that can get away with this. Let
- 26:47Speaker 1: me give you the example just to confirm that point
- 26:51Speaker 1: I just made. MSNBC has come out in front of
- 26:54Speaker 1: the White House and they have said this about the
- 26:58Speaker 1: possibility of finding out who brought the cocaine into the
- 27:02Speaker 1: White House.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 27:04Speaker 1: They're going to say expectations are being lowered about an
- 27:08Speaker 1: eventual conclusion as to who brought cocaine to the White House.
- 27:12Speaker 2: They're going to tell you that to your face. Listen.
- 27:15Speaker 9: And the key thing is that multiple officials are cautioning
- 27:19Speaker 9: that it is unlikely and certainly possible that there would
- 27:24Speaker 9: be a resolution to this, meaning forensic evidence found that
- 27:28Speaker 9: could identify an individual scanning the video doing the testing.
- 27:33Speaker 9: But they are preparing us for a result that will
- 27:36Speaker 9: be no conclusive evidence found, and that is still subject
- 27:41Speaker 9: to change as the work continues. But that should give
- 27:44Speaker 9: people a sense of where this is. They are looking
- 27:47Speaker 9: at what's available. They're saying it's a very small bag,
- 27:51Speaker 9: limited ability to test it because as tests are done,
- 27:53Speaker 9: whether it's DNA or fingerprinting or other scientific type processes
- 27:58Speaker 9: in the lab, you further degrade that sample, making it
- 28:01Speaker 9: harder to get information from it. And of course they're
- 28:04Speaker 9: scanning the videos. This was found in a cubby off
- 28:08Speaker 9: of the lobby area of that pathway in and as
- 28:12Speaker 9: you know, often security cameras and so forth, they're getting
- 28:15Speaker 9: the big wide areas, and an official said a camera
- 28:18Speaker 9: would have had to have been trained in on the
- 28:20Speaker 9: cubbies and be able to see from the right angle
- 28:23Speaker 9: and individual dropping that packet. So expectations are being lowered
- 28:28Speaker 9: about an eventual conclusion here that would lead to an
- 28:32Speaker 9: identity and then even the potential for prosecution at a
- 28:35Speaker 9: misdemeanor level for the amount of drug we're talking about.
- 28:38Speaker 9: At the same time, this is unusual, to say the least.
- 28:42Speaker 9: Officials say they don't have any record of an illicit
- 28:45Speaker 9: drug like this being found in the West Wing or
- 28:46Speaker 9: in the White House before, and so it is truly rare,
- 28:50Speaker 9: and it has gotten a lot of interest in the public.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Well, there you go. Expectations are being lowered. We're not
- 28:57Speaker 1: going to find out. We just want you to know that,
- 29:00Speaker 1: we're not going to let you know who's drugs is worse.
- 29:04Speaker 1: This is what media would do in Russia and China.
- 29:08Speaker 1: This is what the media would do in places like Cuba. Okay,
- 29:12Speaker 1: they didn't go out there and do this on their own.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:15Speaker 1: What they did do is they put this out there,
- 29:18Speaker 1: and they decided to put it out there, folks. They
- 29:23Speaker 1: decided to put it out there so that so that
- 29:26Speaker 1: because the White House needed them to do this, to
- 29:29Speaker 1: dial back the intensity, right, Tell them it's impossible, Tell
- 29:34Speaker 1: them that it will never happen.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Tell them that will never ever find out who did this.
- 29:38Speaker 1: Low worthy expectations in MSNBC NBC News instead of investigating
- 29:43Speaker 1: a cover up here. They go out there and they
- 29:46Speaker 1: put out two minutes of pure propaganda saying to the audience,
- 29:50Speaker 1: expect for this crime to never be solved. Expect that, well,
- 29:55Speaker 1: you'll never just go ahead and accept you'll never know who's.
- 29:58Speaker 2: Cocaine this is.
- 29:59Speaker 1: We're gonna to tell you that every time we test
- 30:01Speaker 1: this cocaine, it makes a sample smaller, very little amount
- 30:05Speaker 1: of cocaine, so we'll probably never know whose it is.
- 30:09Speaker 2: So just don't expect to find that out.
- 30:11Speaker 1: So we put those expectations out there, We'll put that
- 30:13Speaker 1: propaganda out there, and then you'll be content to go, yeah,
- 30:16Speaker 1: I heard yesterday. They'll probably never find out who it is.
- 30:19Speaker 1: We'll never know who it is, so just understand that,
- 30:23Speaker 1: just expect it. You'll never know who's cocaine this is. There,
- 30:28Speaker 1: you go, folks, that's the end of it. But at
- 30:30Speaker 1: least we found the cocaine, and thank goodness, everybody's okay
- 30:33Speaker 1: at the White House and it wasn't anthrax. Right, that's
- 30:35Speaker 1: the positive here. That's the real excitement here that you
- 30:41Speaker 1: should be excited about, is that we're at that point.
- 30:45Speaker 1: If you don't think that this White House is directly
- 30:47Speaker 1: colluding with this cover up with the media. You're wrong,
- 30:50Speaker 1: and I just proved it to you. I hope everybody
- 30:53Speaker 1: will pay attention to what I just played you. I
- 30:55Speaker 1: hope everyone will share this with their family and their friends.
