- 1:15Speaker 2: You gotta turn, You.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Got to turn the mouth the turn you probably got to.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Turn the mouth, turn the word the money up looking
- 1:50Speaker 4: leave me?
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on, you'll think.
- 1:59Speaker 5: That, Uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're
- 2:04Speaker 5: listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now, one
- 2:08Speaker 5: and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Well, nothing
- 2:12Speaker 5: changes about that. Nothing changes about that.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Man.
- 2:17Speaker 5: I was just getting ready to come on the air
- 2:20Speaker 5: this morning. I was just thinking, man, I was just
- 2:25Speaker 5: having a reflective moment of just how really good God
- 2:30Speaker 5: has been to me. I just it's it's it's.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Man.
- 2:36Speaker 5: Let me just say that again, how really good God
- 2:39Speaker 5: has been to me. And here's a cold part. In
- 2:43Speaker 5: spite of myself, you understand, in spite of all my shortcomings,
- 2:49Speaker 5: in spite of all of my flaws, and and and
- 2:54Speaker 5: and and in spite of all of what anybody has
- 2:56Speaker 5: said about me, God, through his grace and mercy, just
- 3:01Speaker 5: keeps me anyway. So many of us are exceptional people,
- 3:08Speaker 5: but we refuse to just go ahead and be exceptional.
- 3:15Speaker 5: We settle for the ordinary. We follow the pack, We
- 3:22Speaker 5: try to fit in.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Man, oh man, oh man. You know, I've heard my
- 3:26Speaker 1: wife say this to my children all the time.
- 3:29Speaker 5: When she's scolding him or talking to him, she'll be
- 3:31Speaker 5: talking to him about leadership. You know, why are you
- 3:34Speaker 5: following everybody when God clearly made you to lead? So
- 3:38Speaker 5: many of us are born, and so many of you
- 3:40Speaker 5: are born to be exceptional people, but we always trying
- 3:45Speaker 5: to follow the pack. Why would you try to fit in?
- 3:50Speaker 5: Why would you try to be like everybody else be ordinary?
- 3:56Speaker 5: Why would you follow the pack when God has created
- 4:00Speaker 5: to be exceptional? The key word in exceptional is except you.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Ever you ever dine this right here? You know, everybody
- 4:09Speaker 5: did that accept me. Everybody felt that way except me.
- 4:16Speaker 5: Everybody said that except me. Everybody won't wanted that accept me.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Everybody went over there except me. Everybody jumped in except
- 4:27Speaker 5: me except me. See why have you said that in
- 4:33Speaker 5: your life? If you were not to be exceptional? See
- 4:37Speaker 5: you got to say everybody except me at one point
- 4:40Speaker 5: in yo to I don't know who ain't done it?
- 4:43Speaker 5: You know, everybody wanted. Everybody voted no except me. See,
- 4:48Speaker 5: so you're not You're not created to follow the pack.
- 4:51Speaker 5: You ain't created to fit in. You ain't created to, uh,
- 4:56Speaker 5: you know, to be ordinary. You were created to be exceptional,
- 5:00Speaker 5: as exceptional as your fingerprint on your finger is. You
- 5:04Speaker 5: were created to be exceptional. Why not make this the
- 5:07Speaker 5: year that you go head on and be exceptional? Why
- 5:12Speaker 5: won't this be the year that you decide in your mind?
- 5:16Speaker 5: But just has to be a decision that we make.
- 5:18Speaker 5: Now we not following the pack no more. We not
- 5:22Speaker 5: trying to fit in no more. We ain't settling for
- 5:25Speaker 5: ordinary no more. We're gonna be exceptional. But you know
- 5:29Speaker 5: you got to go ahead and follow that. You got
- 5:31Speaker 5: to get on the exceptional path because that's what you
- 5:34Speaker 5: were created for. Why be ordinary?
- 5:37Speaker 1: You know?
- 5:37Speaker 5: But all of this this comes It has to start
- 5:40Speaker 5: with a thought. You got to first think something. Thoughts
- 5:45Speaker 5: become things. A man is as he thinketh that's all
- 5:50Speaker 5: you will ever be. So what are your thoughts today?
- 5:53Speaker 5: Why not have exceptional thoughts instead of ordinary thoughts? Why
- 5:57Speaker 5: not have exceptional thoughts instead of fitting me in thoughts?
- 6:01Speaker 5: So why you want to be like everybody else? Why
- 6:04Speaker 5: you want to be ordinary when you could possibly be
- 6:07Speaker 5: extraordinary with a change of your mind, a change of
- 6:11Speaker 5: your venue. And you don't have to be any other
- 6:14Speaker 5: kind of way just because my mama was this, well,
- 6:17Speaker 5: my daddy was this way, or this.
- 6:18Speaker 1: This school? I went to this? What race I belong to?
- 6:22Speaker 1: This is my sexual preference, this is my this? This
- 6:25Speaker 1: is my dad? How many? How many? How many excuses
- 6:27Speaker 1: you need? I mean, I'm any excuse?
- 6:29Speaker 2: What?
- 6:30Speaker 6: What?
- 6:30Speaker 2: What? What?
- 6:31Speaker 5: What's it gonna be this year that we let another
- 6:34Speaker 5: three hundred and sixty five days slip by without improving
- 6:38Speaker 5: our condition, our place, our spot, our life, the quality
- 6:43Speaker 5: of life we have. We cannot afford to keep letting
- 6:48Speaker 5: all these years go by without changing. You're an exceptional person.
- 6:55Speaker 5: How many times have you set up and said, everybody
- 6:58Speaker 5: did that accept me? You know I was only everybody
- 7:02Speaker 5: jumped in except me. I told him, I knew it.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Everybody voted for that except me, And now look at us, man,
- 7:11Speaker 5: it seemed like everybody went that way except me. Okay,
- 7:16Speaker 5: do you get it? Do you understand what's being said
- 7:21Speaker 5: to you that all accept me is because couldn't it be?
- 7:25Speaker 5: Because you're an exceptional person and It's time for you
- 7:28Speaker 5: to take control of that. It's time for you to
- 7:31Speaker 5: start thinking different. It's time for you to start acting
- 7:34Speaker 5: on what you think. It's time for you to start
- 7:36Speaker 5: doing something about it. It's time for you to stop
- 7:39Speaker 5: taking each and every day that God gives us for
- 7:41Speaker 5: granted and letting them go by the wayside. Like you
- 7:44Speaker 5: got plenty more. Well, you may have plenty more, but
- 7:48Speaker 5: guess what what you wasting the ones you got for?
- 7:52Speaker 5: I got you young, and you feel like you're gonna
- 7:55Speaker 5: live forever. Eh, okay, cool, But let me ask you something.
- 7:58Speaker 5: See here, go part about it. I suppose you do live.
- 8:02Speaker 5: See see, everybody worried about dying. But I got news
- 8:05Speaker 5: for you. Suppose you keep on living. You want to
- 8:08Speaker 5: keep living in the condition you in now. You want
- 8:10Speaker 5: to keep living with the money you got now. You
- 8:13Speaker 5: want to keep living with the relationship you got now.
- 8:16Speaker 5: You want to keep living by yourself like you are now.
- 8:19Speaker 1: You want to keep.
- 8:19Speaker 5: Wanting the right relationship, the right man to the right woman,
- 8:22Speaker 5: but you keep getting the wrong one. You want to
- 8:24Speaker 5: keep doing that for the rest of your life. Problem
- 8:27Speaker 5: ain't dying. There's problem is if you keep on living,
- 8:30Speaker 5: who wants to keep on living just the way they
- 8:32Speaker 5: are right now. And if you could say I'm cool,
- 8:35Speaker 5: what I am just the way I am right now?
- 8:37Speaker 5: In cool, this conversation ain't for you. Ain't got no
- 8:40Speaker 5: problem with that, you know, you know what I say.
- 8:42Speaker 5: Greatness ain't for everybody being exceptional, ain't for everybody becoming extraordinary,
- 8:48Speaker 5: ain't for everybody.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Heck, becoming successful, ain't fu everybody. I got it.
- 8:55Speaker 5: And you can come up with a way to justify
- 8:57Speaker 5: your non existence and your ordinary life all you won't.
- 9:00Speaker 1: And that's fine and dandy. I ain't got no problem
- 9:02Speaker 1: with it.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Because some people just gonna be regular, Some people just
- 9:07Speaker 5: gonna follow the pack, follow the crowd.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Some people just wants to fit in.
- 9:12Speaker 5: But if you're not that person, if you want to
- 9:14Speaker 5: be extraordinary, if you want to be exceptional, if you
- 9:18Speaker 5: want to be if you want a dad to be
- 9:19Speaker 5: great at something, and you got to change your mindset.
- 9:23Speaker 5: You got to get what your creator and find out
- 9:25Speaker 5: what he created you for. You got to quit thinking
- 9:27Speaker 5: of things just in your own thought process, you know,
- 9:31Speaker 5: lean not to your own understanding. I don't know where
- 9:33Speaker 5: that is, but it's in there somewhere, seeing once you lean,
- 9:37Speaker 5: if you lean to your own understanding, you know what
- 9:39Speaker 5: it's gonna do. It's gonna limit you. Man, it's gonna
- 9:42Speaker 5: limit you. Why not see what God got for you.
- 9:45Speaker 5: I would rather know what God got for me than
- 9:48Speaker 5: to think of all the things I could because I
- 9:50Speaker 5: can't out think him out and tried it before.
- 9:53Speaker 1: All right, it's just the beginning. We're gonna have a
- 9:55Speaker 1: good one. Man, let's go.
- 9:56Speaker 6: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:03Speaker 5: Ladies and gentlemen, girls, boys, people of all nations, colors, religions, whatever.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Good morning to you.
- 10:17Speaker 4: All.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Expect great things today.
- 10:20Speaker 5: Get your mind right today, Get your mind right Steve
- 10:24Speaker 5: Harvey and everybody join in with me. Get your mind
- 10:29Speaker 5: on a positive plane starting now. To get your day
- 10:35Speaker 5: started on a positive plane. Remove negative thoughts, speak prosperity
- 10:41Speaker 5: and health into your life, and live the life with
- 10:44Speaker 5: the expectations that God will do what he says he
- 10:47Speaker 5: gonna do.
- 10:48Speaker 1: And that's a fact. God said, if you speak it,
- 10:51Speaker 1: so shall it be.
- 10:53Speaker 5: In the beginning, God said, let there be light, and
- 10:57Speaker 5: there was light, and it's been working like that ever since.
- 11:00Speaker 5: So if you speak light, light comes into your life.
- 11:03Speaker 5: If you speak darkness. Well, buckle up, ladies and gentlemen.
- 11:07Speaker 5: Welcome to the riot. Shirley Strapped calling Forrell and Sippy
- 11:10Speaker 5: Monic to come back. Kid Junior and the Legend of
- 11:13Speaker 5: Nephew Tommy Junr. What's on your mind today?
- 11:16Speaker 4: Man?
- 11:16Speaker 7: Exactly what you was talking about? You know, talk to
- 11:19Speaker 7: us about the process, how you manifest your life. How
- 11:22Speaker 7: should we go about that manifesting?
- 11:25Speaker 1: Well, I can't. I can't.
- 11:27Speaker 5: I can't tell you that I manifested my entire life
- 11:31Speaker 5: because you can't. It's hard to say something that you
- 11:39Speaker 5: don't know exists.
- 11:40Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 11:41Speaker 5: Because when I first got started, the reason I didn't
- 11:44Speaker 5: see myself here is because I didn't even know here existed.
- 11:48Speaker 5: So I was taking this step by step by step.
- 11:50Speaker 5: You know, anything that an inch by inch, anything's a cinch.
- 11:54Speaker 5: I started my life by saying, I believe I can
- 11:58Speaker 5: become a profess comedian. Then I got in comedy clubs
- 12:03Speaker 5: and I believed I could one day be a headliner,
- 12:05Speaker 5: And then I believed. I just kept believing one day
- 12:08Speaker 5: I'd get on TV. And then I kept believing that
- 12:11Speaker 5: one day I would make a certain amount of money.
- 12:13Speaker 5: And then I kept believing that I could help somebody somewhere,
- 12:17Speaker 5: and then I kept believing that God didn't bring me
- 12:20Speaker 5: this far to leave me. And then I kept believing
- 12:23Speaker 5: that after I got what I thought I saw as
- 12:26Speaker 5: my existence and my future had arrived and my dreams
- 12:31Speaker 5: had became true, I looked up and God was still
- 12:33Speaker 5: doing stuff so grace and favor. And so I can't
- 12:38Speaker 5: say I manifested this whole thing, but I can say
- 12:41Speaker 5: that along the way I kept the faith. I just
- 12:44Speaker 5: believed in some of the things I was asking for.
- 12:47Speaker 5: So I guess you could say I manifested it, but
- 12:49Speaker 5: you can't manifestre the end results.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I just didn't know what it was. So, and He's
- 12:54Speaker 1: still taking me places.
- 12:56Speaker 5: And I think that right now, this season of my life,
- 12:58Speaker 5: he's preparing me to take me so and where I've
- 13:00Speaker 5: never been before, and I have no idea where that is. Oh,
- 13:05Speaker 5: and let me throw some of me in that ain't
- 13:07Speaker 5: even in this question. I started back to cold plunging.
- 13:10Speaker 5: I'm still cold. I just wanted to say that, why.
- 13:21Speaker 6: Why did you start back to cold plunging.
- 13:23Speaker 1: For health reasons?
- 13:24Speaker 2: You know?
- 13:25Speaker 5: Okay, all right, I gotta get this weight back off man,
- 13:28Speaker 5: I had it off for a while because I got sick,
- 13:31Speaker 5: and now I got to get it back off.
- 13:33Speaker 8: Okay, all right, all right, well coming up, we got
- 13:38Speaker 8: the pastors with the word Reverend Motown and Deacon death jam.

- 14:32Speaker 5: Let me clear mythoak. That's right, oh, globally. I stumbled
- 14:42Speaker 5: across that intro. I thought it was so appropolicious for
- 14:47Speaker 5: what I do for the appropolicious, apropolicious at all. Don't
- 14:54Speaker 5: asked me about these words. There's above you'll pay greed
- 14:58Speaker 5: for we are all coming to Deacon this morning in
- 15:03Speaker 5: a way. I don't know what they're gonna do, but
- 15:06Speaker 5: you know I'm with him and our carriage the pouch
- 15:09Speaker 5: year in the most bilevelent way and with further most ambiguity.
- 15:17Speaker 6: You've better preach up in here.
- 15:19Speaker 1: I've been in my thoughts or murdered old words.
- 15:24Speaker 5: Yes, the thing about increasing your vocab is you don't
- 15:31Speaker 5: have to put it where it belongs as long as
- 15:33Speaker 5: you say it. Ah, you can, so let us redemnify.
- 15:42Speaker 5: Come on, deacon little little where you want go?
- 15:46Speaker 4: All right, Pastor, they are asking that we are well,
- 15:51Speaker 4: we're trying to pray for the f b I agent
- 15:56Speaker 4: Cash Patea, So uh yeah, that's right.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Ms Carl and sister call. So we're going from the
- 16:05Speaker 1: book of Stapleton.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Ah, that would be Chris Stapleton past and we're gonna
- 16:13Speaker 4: start with the first person. He says, used to spin
- 16:17Speaker 4: my knights out in a ballroom lock up was the
- 16:22Speaker 4: only love I known.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Right there, we talking about the new director.
- 16:32Speaker 8: Or main.
- 16:33Speaker 1: No one thought Trump would pick that's right, but he
- 16:38Speaker 1: found the man that was good at lapping up. That's right.
- 16:44Speaker 1: That's right.
- 16:44Speaker 5: Following directions, doing as told.
- 16:50Speaker 2: And so we have.
- 16:53Speaker 5: Cash or partial that's right, and we're now being accused
- 17:00Speaker 5: of drinking.
- 17:03Speaker 4: But you rescued me from reaching from the bottom and
- 17:09Speaker 4: brought me back from being too far gone.
- 17:13Speaker 5: We'll stop right there. Cash or potail is already or
- 17:19Speaker 5: too far golden. Yeah, yes, he's not coming back. How
- 17:24Speaker 5: should I put this to you? He can't see his
- 17:27Speaker 5: way clear? Oh he said something.
- 17:31Speaker 4: Now, you're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey. You're as sweet
- 17:39Speaker 4: as strawberry wine.
- 17:42Speaker 5: Stop right there. I've had Tennessee whiskey. Mu smooth to some,
- 17:53Speaker 5: but go down hall, get you there. It's tanky. It
- 18:02Speaker 5: burns like a forest fire.
- 18:05Speaker 2: That's a.
- 18:07Speaker 1: It heats up your chest like a als on a afternoon.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Good God. And when you say as sweet as strawberry wine, yeah,
- 18:19Speaker 1: I'm assuming that's a reference to this girl on this
- 18:23Speaker 1: show of Oi, Shirley Strawberry.
- 18:28Speaker 6: Amen.
- 18:30Speaker 5: No one can attest to the flavor. Ah, So let
- 18:35Speaker 5: us move on before the lawsuit comes forth.
- 18:41Speaker 4: Warm as a glass of brand day and Honey, I
- 18:47Speaker 4: say stone on your love all the time.
- 18:52Speaker 5: The stop right there. When are you reading a lot
- 18:55Speaker 5: of descriptions of this man? When is you gonna say
- 18:59Speaker 5: something about his eyes?
- 19:01Speaker 1: Read? Okay, well I've looked for love. Stop right there,
- 19:08Speaker 1: Stop right there.
- 19:09Speaker 5: Now we're getting into what it is about cash for
- 19:13Speaker 5: Tell you say you've looked. I've been looking at him
- 19:18Speaker 5: since he got the job, and I can't tell or
- 19:23Speaker 5: where he looking at all. He been looking for a
- 19:26Speaker 5: year and a half, sitting up there as the FBI director,
- 19:30Speaker 5: and our Steve ain't saying what he looking at.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Read.
- 19:35Speaker 6: I found the bottom of bottles always dry.
- 19:40Speaker 4: But when you poured out your heart, I didn't waste it,
- 19:44Speaker 4: because there's nothing like your love to get me high.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Stop right there.
- 19:50Speaker 5: Once again, you veered off the subject. We was talking
- 19:55Speaker 5: about the way he looked a minute ago, but you're
- 19:59Speaker 5: gonna start talking about and filling up another glass. We
- 20:04Speaker 5: need to get back on what is he looking at
- 20:07Speaker 5: and who is he talking to? He been in front
- 20:11Speaker 5: of the Congress giving all his statements out loud. I
- 20:17Speaker 5: didn't know if he was looking at the congressman. I
- 20:21Speaker 5: didn't know if he was looking at the bailiff. I
- 20:24Speaker 5: didn't know if he was looking at the security guard.
- 20:27Speaker 5: I I didn't know if he was looking at the camera.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Because his eyes was all over the place.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Let's get back to that. If you will read, I've
- 20:38Speaker 1: looked for.
- 20:38Speaker 5: Love and all the thing stop right there. He looked
- 20:43Speaker 5: for love and all the same places. But love has
- 20:47Speaker 5: a vade in him because love didn't know that he
- 20:50Speaker 5: was looking for it, because he was looking at love,
- 20:53Speaker 5: but he wasn't not making high contact.
- 20:56Speaker 1: He was looking at love, but love was thinking he
- 20:59Speaker 1: was looking off.
- 21:01Speaker 5: Ah A, I came up with a new nickname for
- 21:04Speaker 5: cash but Tail, one of my three is calling em Walleye.
- 21:09Speaker 5: I answer, why would you calling him Walleye? He said, well,
- 21:13Speaker 5: one of thy he is always looking at the wall.
- 21:16Speaker 5: I said, why are you need to stop me? He said, well,
- 21:19Speaker 5: U can't stop me.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Those are the churches open all right?
- 21:23Speaker 8: Coming up next, Thank you pastor Motown Deacon Depth Jam
- 21:26Speaker 8: for the word today. Coming up next, it is asked
- 21:29Speaker 8: the clo or Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the
- 21:32Speaker 8: building right after this.
- 21:33Speaker 6: A man, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning.
- 21:37Speaker 8: Show, think about the people who mean the most to you.

- 21:48Speaker 8: and Globe Life Insurance can make it easy. With Globe

- 22:16Speaker 8: That is all coming up at the top of the
- 22:18Speaker 8: hour and Entertainment News. We have a great show plan
- 22:21Speaker 8: for you. Right now it is time for us to
- 22:24Speaker 8: ask the CLO our chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. This
- 22:28Speaker 8: is from Sue and Portland. Sue writes, my husband scrolls
- 22:32Speaker 8: on social media all the time. He suggested that I
- 22:36Speaker 8: dress like those women and do my hair and makeup
- 22:39Speaker 8: like them. He also loves to point out women with
- 22:42Speaker 8: big butts in tight pants to me, How do I
- 22:45Speaker 8: get my old husband to act his age?
- 22:49Speaker 2: What?
- 22:50Speaker 5: First of all, tell him you're not going down there
- 22:53Speaker 5: to the beauty sala in order the thirty bay. I
- 22:56Speaker 5: learned this lesson from the young boys at the camp
- 23:00Speaker 5: last year. We were going around the room having fun,
- 23:03Speaker 5: And I asked, what was the woman of your dreams?
- 23:06Speaker 5: And I can't tell you how many young boys said,
- 23:10Speaker 5: a girl with a cold lace front on and a
- 23:13Speaker 5: thirty bag. I asked what the thirty bag was was
- 23:17Speaker 5: when you go by weave, you can get a thirty bag,
- 23:21Speaker 5: which means it's thirty inches long.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, I didn't know that.
- 23:27Speaker 5: The fact that you do know them, I know, I know,
- 23:33Speaker 5: so Carlin and Shirley. Next week, I expect y'all to
- 23:36Speaker 5: be in here with a thirty.
- 23:38Speaker 6: Bag, yes, yes, all right, Moving on to mister.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Monica already has on the Yeah, but it ain't a bag,
- 23:52Speaker 1: which is shave.
- 23:57Speaker 5: That's also her real forehead. To incasion, that's not a prosthetic.
- 24:04Speaker 8: Alway, always fallon and Youngsten rights. I was in a
- 24:09Speaker 8: relationship for five years and the man ghosted me. He's
- 24:12Speaker 8: back in my life asking for a second chance, and
- 24:15Speaker 8: he told me that he disappeared because he got another
- 24:18Speaker 8: woman pregnant.
- 24:19Speaker 6: I really love him. Would I be a fool to
- 24:22Speaker 6: take him back?
- 24:23Speaker 1: Wow? Absolutely? Absolutely?
- 24:28Speaker 8: Next question, Okay, that's it, that's it, And I mean
- 24:32Speaker 8: expand upon that, spoon upon that a little bit.
- 24:35Speaker 6: Why are you saying absolutely to her.
- 24:37Speaker 5: Man, he lives to ghost you. His reason for ghosting
- 24:41Speaker 5: you was he got another woman pregnant. Now he back
- 24:45Speaker 5: and he wont another chance. He didn't tell you he
- 24:49Speaker 5: never ghost you again. He hasn't told you that ghosting
- 24:53Speaker 5: is his mo o. He hasn't told you that.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Yeah, so I'm you with him.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Again if you want to, and the same thing could happen.
- 25:04Speaker 5: You may have really loved him. Your question got to
- 25:07Speaker 5: be how much did he love you? He ghosted you,
- 25:10Speaker 5: and he ghosted you, and when and got another woman pregnant?
- 25:13Speaker 5: Why he was in love with him? Y'all need to boy.
- 25:16Speaker 6: So he goes to the baby mama and he ghosted her.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Now, wow, he ghosted her too, Uh huh? He and
- 25:24Speaker 1: the ghost business.
- 25:25Speaker 8: Yeah, he's a ghost column caster. All right, let's move
- 25:30Speaker 8: on to Rocky. In making Rocky Rights, my girlfriend's niece
- 25:34Speaker 8: lives with her. My girlfriend thinks something is up with
- 25:37Speaker 8: me because I refuse to be alone with her niece.
- 25:40Speaker 8: It's to protect myself from this flirtatious younger chick. Should
- 25:44Speaker 8: I be honest with my girlfriend about her niece's behavior.
- 25:48Speaker 5: Hey, man, you're doing the right thing. Don't put yourself
- 25:50Speaker 5: in that position. Boy, if you know it ain't gonna
- 25:52Speaker 5: work out. You know, she tricky, don't get in that.
- 25:57Speaker 5: And you might as well tell your girlfriend because she
- 26:00Speaker 5: thinks you can't control yourself. No, you're not, but she
- 26:04Speaker 5: probably especially now wait a minute, holding, what is the
- 26:09Speaker 5: niece grown? I'm assuming that the niece is grown?
- 26:12Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I mean it doesn't say that, but I'm
- 26:15Speaker 6: assuming as well. Well, let's just take that question from younger.
- 26:20Speaker 6: That's what she called it.
- 26:22Speaker 5: Okay, then let's just assume she's grown. Then you should
- 26:24Speaker 5: tell her that's what it is. Because your girl thinking
- 26:28Speaker 5: you ain't got no self control. She says, no, I'm
- 26:30Speaker 5: not gonna put myself in this position because she played
- 26:33Speaker 5: around with me and I don't want to be played
- 26:35Speaker 5: with and I don't play Okay, all right, okay, I
- 26:40Speaker 5: take hostages.
- 26:46Speaker 1: That's okay. I hate you in a trunk somewhere.
- 26:50Speaker 8: But he can't mess with her, no, and she should
- 26:53Speaker 8: leave him alone, all right. Last one, last one, Celo.
- 26:57Speaker 8: This is from Nia in New Orleans, near Rights. One
- 27:01Speaker 8: of the girls in our friend group has a very unique,
- 27:05Speaker 8: almost musty smell, and I refuse to keep acting like
- 27:10Speaker 8: it's not a problem. My friends think it would be
- 27:13Speaker 8: rude to mention it to her. I disagree. Shouldn't we
- 27:16Speaker 8: tell our friend that she's musty?
- 27:18Speaker 6: Wow?
- 27:19Speaker 1: Well see, but why you done took on the project?
- 27:23Speaker 1: All y'all know it?
- 27:25Speaker 5: If y'all not going to decide as a group, I'm
- 27:28Speaker 5: not gonna be the one or if you could do
- 27:31Speaker 5: it in a in a Really, I don't know how
- 27:33Speaker 5: girls do this here like dudes. We know we have
- 27:37Speaker 5: Like dudes, we just go hey, man, come here, No, No,
- 27:40Speaker 5: you're deoda. It's awful. It's all we do something y'all
- 27:45Speaker 5: see because.
- 27:47Speaker 1: That's you.
- 27:48Speaker 5: He's either your under arms or your breath with us
- 27:51Speaker 5: y'all got other things.
- 27:53Speaker 1: So I don't know how y'all.
- 27:55Speaker 6: Technique she said, it's unique and almost.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Yeah, you need to start you know, you know what
- 28:01Speaker 1: unique smele like? I know I've heard describing you probably
- 28:09Speaker 1: need to start wearing depenens.
- 28:15Speaker 8: Wow, Well, somebody. The bottom line is someone has to
- 28:18Speaker 8: tell her. Someone should tell her, yeah, whether or you.
- 28:22Speaker 5: Could just start uh Amazon, you could do that and
- 28:26Speaker 5: keep your name out of it some kind of way,
- 28:28Speaker 5: just get some products sent to the house.
- 28:31Speaker 6: But that never works though, haven't you heard of people
- 28:34Speaker 6: that do that that send people deer.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Well, I don't know that.
- 28:37Speaker 4: We don't give some try. We're gonna try someone's either
- 28:41Speaker 4: we won't try it. Somebody gotta be the stinct police.
- 28:45Speaker 4: Somebody gotta say something.
- 28:47Speaker 6: I think you should say something rather than sending them.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Because you can't send old remedies to that house.
- 28:52Speaker 6: You can't do that old remedy.
- 28:56Speaker 1: You can't like, you can't mail her hot water bottle.
- 28:59Speaker 1: You can't do that.
- 29:02Speaker 8: Can you send a note and not just not let
- 29:04Speaker 8: it no where it can anonymously? Maybe yeah, that might work,
- 29:08Speaker 8: But I mean I like a more direct approach.
- 29:11Speaker 5: I like clearly what I like the hot water bottle
- 29:15Speaker 5: with two caps of vinegar in it.
- 29:16Speaker 1: That's what I.
- 29:20Speaker 8: Is she going to get If she's unaware that she
- 29:23Speaker 8: smells that she stinks, she won't get that message. You
- 29:26Speaker 8: gotta tell her. You gotta verbally say it. Yeah, spring Fresh,
- 29:32Speaker 8: you know what we want you to stop? Yeah, yeah, you.
- 29:35Speaker 6: Were saying, yeah, Gale stop it. Jor you were saying.
- 29:41Speaker 7: I was just saying, you know, somebody gotta do something
- 29:43Speaker 7: like when when you know when she walking room, somebody
- 29:45Speaker 7: gotta faint.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Somebody gotta hit.
- 29:52Speaker 7: Somebody gotta it's gotta be a fuddy.
- 29:55Speaker 1: I actually like that. Somebody gotta hit the float right
- 29:59Speaker 1: in front.
- 30:01Speaker 8: Because this is a hard thing to do. This is
- 30:04Speaker 8: not easy, but you gotta do it. It's got to
- 30:07Speaker 8: be done. Yeah, unique and almost lost.
- 30:11Speaker 1: He could do this right here. Oh God, have a
- 30:14Speaker 1: walk past me and let me have it for you.
- 30:16Speaker 6: Look at the time.
- 30:18Speaker 4: We gotta go.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Thank you, Bee.
- 30:21Speaker 6: Hello. Coming up at the top of the hour, we
- 30:23Speaker 6: will have some.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Right to what the hell.
- 30:32Speaker 6: You're listening, hardy Morning show.
- 30:39Speaker 8: This weekend's box office numbers are in, and the Devilwares
- 30:43Speaker 8: Product Too opened at number one with seventy seven million dollars,
- 30:47Speaker 8: domestically topping the weekend box office and marking one of
- 30:50Speaker 8: the year's biggest debuts. Michael, the Michael Jackson biopic is
- 30:55Speaker 8: holding at second place with another fifty four million for
- 30:59Speaker 8: its second weekend. And is anyone, I got to ask you, this,
- 31:03Speaker 8: is anyone interested in seeing the Devilwaar's product with Meryl
- 31:06Speaker 8: Street A Yeah, you're uh huh, I am for sure
- 31:12Speaker 8: A lot of other people too. Seventy seven million people
- 31:16Speaker 8: were getting dressed.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Up to go see the movie. The girl.
- 31:20Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Steve, yeah, Meryl Street.
- 31:24Speaker 1: I didn't see the product movie.
- 31:26Speaker 6: What oh you didn't see the first what?
- 31:28Speaker 4: What?
- 31:30Speaker 2: No?
- 31:30Speaker 1: No, no, no no, there wasn't a question.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Question.
- 31:34Speaker 6: You could stream it. Yeah, all right.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Wait. She was a very demanding boss, very much so.
- 31:43Speaker 8: And they say they they patterned it after Anna one
- 31:47Speaker 8: tour the you know, the editor of Vogue today. Yeah,
- 31:51Speaker 8: all right, well, moving on in some really sad news,
- 31:54Speaker 8: Spirit Airlines. Spirit Airlines has officially shut down all up now, yeah, just.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Out of the.
- 32:03Speaker 8: As of this Saturday, May second, all flights were canceled
- 32:07Speaker 8: after the airline failed to secure a five hundred million
- 32:10Speaker 8: dollar federal bailout. This is Spirit's second bankruptcy in as
- 32:14Speaker 8: many years, and it led to an immediate end of
- 32:17Speaker 8: the airlines, which left thousands.
- 32:19Speaker 6: This is a sad part.
- 32:20Speaker 8: Thousands stranded and over seventeen thousand employees out of work
- 32:25Speaker 8: just like that. Reportedly, Spirit struggled with intense competition, high
- 32:31Speaker 8: labor costs, failed merger attempts, and mounting debt after COVID
- 32:36Speaker 8: nineteen the pandemic. Of course, the final trigger was increased
- 32:41Speaker 8: financial pressure. Financial pressure with rising jet fuel prices. Spirit
- 32:46Speaker 8: will reportedly process refunds for flights purchased directly with a
- 32:51Speaker 8: credit card or debit card, and noted that official customer
- 32:54Speaker 8: service is no longer available. So that's kind of tricky
- 32:58Speaker 8: right there as to how everyone will get their money.
- 33:02Speaker 8: Although Spirit carried the slogan huh.
- 33:04Speaker 1: It's too early for a Spirit joke. Too early, let's
- 33:08Speaker 1: give it, let's give it a week, let's c Yeah,
- 33:11Speaker 1: I was read needs they're doing memorial services about that too.
- 33:24Speaker 8: All those Spirit carried the slogan the airline that most
- 33:27Speaker 8: people of the airline, that people love to hate. There
- 33:30Speaker 8: was an outpour of love and well wishes for Spirit
- 33:33Speaker 8: employees from fans and non fans of the airline.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, I mean that's the concern.
- 33:39Speaker 6: Yeah right there.
- 33:41Speaker 1: People that's just out of work for no reason. I'm
- 33:44Speaker 1: just curious as to why there's no bail out for them. Oh,
- 33:48Speaker 1: they were denied the government bailout. They were denied.
- 33:52Speaker 8: Oh yeah, we know who that is, don't you forgotten?
- 33:56Speaker 8: Know him who's running the country.
- 34:01Speaker 2: For war?
- 34:02Speaker 5: Oh you mean, oh you mean some regular people needed
- 34:04Speaker 5: some help Americans over they are taxpayers.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, they needed help.
- 34:14Speaker 6: Yes, Okay, are we clear.
- 34:17Speaker 4: Now.
- 34:19Speaker 9: Yeah, now.
- 34:23Speaker 1: That's horrific.
- 34:24Speaker 8: Yeah, it really, really, really seventeen thousand employees. Yeah, some
- 34:28Speaker 8: of the other airlines said they would take on some
- 34:31Speaker 8: of these employees, you know, if they could and where
- 34:33Speaker 8: they could, but for the most part, they're just out
- 34:36Speaker 8: of work.
- 34:38Speaker 10: Oh, they couldn't have if I was a pilot and
- 34:40Speaker 10: they told me in the midle they couldn't have told
- 34:42Speaker 10: me that we did turn that around.
- 34:45Speaker 1: We landed somewhere.
- 34:47Speaker 6: I'm sorry, okay, inside told me inside, boy, I did.
- 35:00Speaker 4: You get yours?
- 35:02Speaker 1: I guess you just wanted to clear the room so
- 35:04Speaker 1: you could be stupid job.
- 35:08Speaker 9: Well, you saw what I saw the internet that the
- 35:17Speaker 9: last Spirit flight landed in Dallas and the air traffic
- 35:21Speaker 9: controller told the pilot it has been a pleasure working
- 35:25Speaker 9: with you guys, and you know, just well wishes and
- 35:29Speaker 9: the pilot you know, was very grateful and landed the
- 35:33Speaker 9: plane safely.
- 35:34Speaker 6: I said, that's cold.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Yeah, that is cold blooded that they had to go
- 35:39Speaker 1: out like that. That's terrible.
- 35:41Speaker 6: It really is.
- 35:42Speaker 8: Five hundred million dollars is what they were asking the
- 35:45Speaker 8: federal government for and they didn't get that.
- 35:48Speaker 1: And how much they spending on the wall, how much
- 35:50Speaker 1: one number we had in the mid on the table.
- 35:53Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, it's a lot, a lot of zero, way
- 35:59Speaker 8: more than this, way more than five hundred million.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Yeah, all right. Finally, how much did Elon Musk get
- 36:05Speaker 1: in tax cuts that Moore?
- 36:08Speaker 6: Finally?
- 36:09Speaker 8: Paramount has announced that VH one's long running reality franchise
- 36:14Speaker 8: Love and hip Hop is officially coming to an end.
- 36:17Speaker 8: Love and hip Hop Series started back in twenty eleven
- 36:19Speaker 8: with its New York cast and spread to Los Angeles, Atlanta,
- 36:23Speaker 8: and Miami. To celebrate its fifteen year run, A six

- 36:29Speaker 8: is set to air this fall and will highlight the
- 36:32Speaker 8: rise and fall of its breakout stars, the business empires.
- 36:35Speaker 8: They built the headlines that dominated the conversation and the
- 36:39Speaker 8: franchise's lasting cultural impact. I don't know if everybody knows this,
- 36:46Speaker 8: but that's how we met Cardi B. She was on
- 36:49Speaker 8: Love and hip Hop New York.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Yes she was. She told them, She told the DJ
- 36:55Speaker 1: self that she was going to be a star.
- 37:00Speaker 6: Jim is she's one of the biggest, one of the biggest.
- 37:04Speaker 8: Yes, yeah, all right, guys, coming up at twenty minutes
- 37:11Speaker 8: after President Trump's new plan to guide ships out of
- 37:14Speaker 8: the Strait of her Moves goes into effect today.
- 37:17Speaker 6: It's called Project Freedom, and we'll talk about it.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Right after this.
- 37:21Speaker 8: You're listening to The Hardy Morning Show. Think about the

- 38:06Speaker 6: The operation is framed.
- 38:08Speaker 8: As a humanitarian effort to assist quote neutral and innocent
- 38:13Speaker 8: vessels from countries not involved in the ongoing conflict with Iran.
- 38:18Speaker 8: The mission involves approximately fifteen thousand service members, guided missile
- 38:23Speaker 8: destroyers and over one hundred aircraft. Operations are set to
- 38:28Speaker 8: begin this morning today, Monday, May fourth, to day amid
- 38:32Speaker 8: warnings from Iran that the move violates current ceasefire agreements,
- 38:37Speaker 8: but we're going to do it anyway.
- 38:40Speaker 1: I'm not so sure about that.
- 38:43Speaker 5: So I'm not so sure that they can do that,
- 38:47Speaker 5: move those people safely through the straits safely. I'm not
- 38:51Speaker 5: so sure about that. You know, I would be learing myself, Yeah,
- 38:55Speaker 5: because I don't think they finished the sweeping for the
- 38:58Speaker 5: minds that's supposed to be out there that they can't
- 39:01Speaker 5: detect and things of that nature.
- 39:03Speaker 1: So I'm not so sure they can do that.
- 39:08Speaker 8: Well, yeah, he might go back on it, but so
- 39:11Speaker 8: far it's scheduled to happen today, I mean every day.
- 39:19Speaker 6: If it's not one thing, another something, every single day.
- 39:25Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, it just you know, we just got to
- 39:30Speaker 8: be diligent about voting.
- 39:33Speaker 5: We have to be because if we don't get a
- 39:36Speaker 5: checking down a system in place in these mid term
- 39:39Speaker 5: elections and continue to allow this man to do what
- 39:43Speaker 5: he wants to do while these blind fools follow him.
- 39:50Speaker 1: And it's just amazing, man, I've never seen.
- 39:55Speaker 5: Well I've never seen this before, but while just you know, yeah,
- 40:00Speaker 5: to just allow somebody else to redefine your definition of.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Decency, right, and then to go along with it, and
- 40:07Speaker 1: we're kind of sit there.
- 40:08Speaker 8: You're right, you're right, we're kind of in a state
- 40:11Speaker 8: I was going to say, Steve of like it's almost
- 40:14Speaker 8: like they want us to feel hopeless, like there's nothing
- 40:16Speaker 8: we can do, you know, like even if we vote,
- 40:20Speaker 8: it's not going to matter.
- 40:21Speaker 6: But that's what they want you to think, you're well matter.
- 40:24Speaker 1: They're doing everything with this Jerry Mandarin, they're doing everything with.
- 40:27Speaker 5: This redistricting because always redistricting, because they know this guy's
- 40:34Speaker 5: approval rating is in trouble. Yeah, these policies are not
- 40:39Speaker 5: living on. He's not keeping any of his promises. But
- 40:42Speaker 5: now there's the megabase. That's just he's just you just
- 40:46Speaker 5: gotta trust. H Well, I don't.
- 40:50Speaker 6: Trust the lies.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Give me one more quote. You just got trusted. Man's
- 41:01Speaker 1: only been in there a little over year.
- 41:03Speaker 6: My god, what do you want?
- 41:07Speaker 1: All right?
- 41:07Speaker 5: I mean, he's the greatest president we've ever had looking
- 41:10Speaker 5: out and he's done what.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Exactly has he done?
- 41:17Speaker 8: Coming up Sister Hotel, after you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show,

- 56:52Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 56:53Speaker 8: Nephew's subject my ex's new wife needs advice.
- 56:57Speaker 6: Dear Stephen, Shirley.
- 56:58Speaker 8: I'm a forty six year old divorced mother of two
- 57:01Speaker 8: and I had a great co parenting relationship with my
- 57:04Speaker 8: ex husband. I was friendly with his new wife and
- 57:07Speaker 8: my children liked her. But my sixteen year old thinks
- 57:10Speaker 8: her step mom has low self esteem. It tickled me
- 57:14Speaker 8: to my core that a child piqued this behavior. My
- 57:17Speaker 8: ex husband is very established and he likes things a
- 57:21Speaker 8: certain way, down to his sexual experiences. That can be
- 57:24Speaker 8: intimidating for any woman, but he was my equal, and
- 57:28Speaker 8: in fact, by the time we got divorced, I brought
- 57:31Speaker 8: home more of the bacon than he did. I found
- 57:33Speaker 8: out he cheated on me, and I was fine with
- 57:35Speaker 8: leaving because our marriage had run its course. I was
- 57:39Speaker 8: ready to go. He married the woman he was cheating with,
- 57:43Speaker 8: so she entered the marriage with heavy guilt. She called
- 57:46Speaker 8: and we had a face to face meeting, and I've
- 57:48Speaker 8: told her I forgive her and I told her to
- 57:51Speaker 8: live her life. That was almost two years ago. The
- 57:55Speaker 8: other day I got another call from her and she
- 57:58Speaker 8: left a message asking for it. I called her and
- 58:01Speaker 8: we talked for an hour. She said my ex told
- 58:04Speaker 8: her that I was the ultimate lover and that I
- 58:07Speaker 8: did everything around the house just the way he likes it.
- 58:11Speaker 8: He suggested that she call me and maybe come by
- 58:14Speaker 8: my house to see how I keep things in order here.
- 58:17Speaker 8: I told her that would never happen, and I advised
- 58:20Speaker 8: her to stand up to my ex and stop letting
- 58:23Speaker 8: him compare her to me. This woman asked me about
- 58:27Speaker 8: detailed sexual positions that my ex and I used to do,
- 58:31Speaker 8: and I had to remind her that she took him
- 58:33Speaker 8: from me by having an affair, so she should do
- 58:36Speaker 8: whatever she.
- 58:37Speaker 6: Did back then.
- 58:39Speaker 8: Now she's all upset and told my ex that I'm bitter.
- 58:43Speaker 8: He's on board with her bs. I cannot block them
- 58:46Speaker 8: because of the children. How should I deal with them?
- 58:50Speaker 8: First of all, I got to say, I love you,
- 58:53Speaker 8: I really do. You are one heck of a woman.
- 58:57Speaker 8: I don't know any woman who would be as nice
- 59:00Speaker 8: and accommodating to the other woman, to the woman who
- 59:03Speaker 8: stole her husband. It says you're mature, You've got class,
- 59:07Speaker 8: You've gotten over the pain that the affair must have caused.
- 59:10Speaker 8: It says that you're a grown woman, even though you
- 59:14Speaker 8: said the marriage had run its course and you were
- 59:16Speaker 8: ready to go. That was the last straw that ended it.
- 59:19Speaker 8: The former side chicken now wife has a lot a
- 59:22Speaker 8: lot of nerve calling you. I thought your response to
- 59:25Speaker 8: her to do what she did back then when she
- 59:28Speaker 8: asked you about how to please her husband was brilliant.
- 59:31Speaker 8: I told you, I really like you. You could have
- 59:33Speaker 8: laughed at her, you could have cussed her out all
- 59:36Speaker 8: kinds of things, but you.
- 59:37Speaker 6: Kept it really cute.
- 59:39Speaker 8: And I liked that she was stupid to even ask you,
- 59:43Speaker 8: and really dumb to think that you would tell her
- 59:46Speaker 8: she took your husband, and now she wants to know
- 59:49Speaker 8: from you how to keep him. I think this has
- 59:54Speaker 8: to be a first hunt. Steven Strawberry Letter History. You, lady,
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: you've dealt with this whole situation like a queen. That's
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: all I can say to you. Enough is enough, though,
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: and how do you deal with this?
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: You ask? You have to stop taking her phone calls.
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: You have to tell your husband to stop encouraging her
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: to call you, and only deal with him when it
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: comes to the kids. Don't deal with them when it
- 1:00:19Speaker 8: comes to their marriage. They're treating you like their marriage
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: counselor or something. You got to shut them down right now, Steve.
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: Yeah, great answer. Shelley in the words of our forever
- 1:00:29Speaker 5: first Lady, Michelle Obama. When they go low, we go high.
- 1:00:37Speaker 5: I've always admired that about the first Lady Obama.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: I really did. I don't really live my life like
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: that all the time.
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: I do sometimes, But in this case, right here, you've
- 1:00:52Speaker 5: already taken the high road. I think it's time to
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: dip right on down there on that road she hung.
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: So here go my answer to the letter your divorced
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: mother too, forty six year old. You had a great
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: coparative relationship with your ex and you was friendly with
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: his new wife, and your children liked her. But then
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: your sixty year old found out and made the announcement
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: that you think the step mama got low self esteem
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: kind of tickled you to the court that a child
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: had peaked his behavior. Now, your ex husband is a
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: really established man, right, and he likes things a certain
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: way down to his sexual experiences.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: And then you said that could be intimidating for any woman.
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: So I don't know what homeboy required that made this
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: potentially intimidating.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: But then you said he met his match when he
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: came to you.
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: So what you want to do, Let's go lift your
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: leg up you lift your leg up, being back here,
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: you being back here. So now y'all was just in
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: there doing the aerobic gymnastic love it with a little
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: bit of jiu jitsu, sue wrestling in it and Roaman Greco.
- 1:02:04Speaker 5: So now y'all was in there doing the most just
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: in there UFC cage fighting, and I was. And then
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: you ended up by the end of the divorce. By
- 1:02:15Speaker 5: that time y'all got rid of you, was bringing home
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: more bacon than he did. Then you found out he
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: cheated on you. And you was fine with leaving because
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: your marriage had run his course and he was ready
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: to go.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: But he married the woman.
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: That he was cheating with. Then you say so, she
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: entered the marriage with heavy guilt. She called you one day,
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: y'all had a face to face meeting. You told her
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: you forgive her, and I told her to live her life.
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: She actually did you a favor at the time because
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: he had run his course and he was a cheater.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: He the likes thing done all this shor well. He
- 1:02:50Speaker 5: had everything in you, but he wanted something else. But
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: then you got enough call from him. She left a
- 1:02:55Speaker 5: message she was asking for some fights. Now this is citious.
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: Now so after come back, I will tell you what
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: advice she won't and what I think you should have done.
- 1:03:04Speaker 8: Yeah, hang on, we'll have part two of Steve's response
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: to today's strawberry LETTERX. My ex's new wife needs advice,
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: and we'll get into that at twenty three minutes after
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: the hour.
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: Right after this you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: Do you ever notice your floors still look dirty even
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: after you mop? Power mop gives you a deeper clean
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: you can see and feel. Unlike stream mops sore for
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: power mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away even
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: and hard to reach places like behind the toilet. The
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: new micro scrubbers deliver thousands of tiny, deep cleaning actions
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: for results that look, smell, and feel clean. No more
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: dirty floors. Try the Swart for power Mop. Love it
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: or your money back? All right, Steve, Come on, let's
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: recap today's strawberry letter. My ex's new wife needs advice.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: This lady had a marriage.
- 1:04:02Speaker 5: Her ex husband was rather demanding order in the house
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: sexual experiences, and she was tired of him anyway, so
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: the marriage had run his course. He find she found
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: out he cheated on him, so she was ready for
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: the marriage in anyway. She was ready to go, but
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: the woman, the woman he was cheating with, he ended
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: up marrying her. Now they have a relationship because the
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: woman felt guilty called at one time to apologize, I
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: guess or something like that, and then she said, you forget.
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: She forgave the lady and totally gonna live your life now.
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: Recently she got a call and left a message asking
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: for some advice.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: The new wife. I called her and we talked for
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: an hour.
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: She said, my ex husband told her that I was
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: an ultimate lover and I did everything around the house
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: just the way he liked it, and what you should
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: have did.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: At that point was saying, yes, I was, I did,
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: and what bes this is it of yours?
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: Now? I know he told you that, but what do
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: you want? He suggested that she called me and maybe
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: come by my house and see how I keep things
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: in order here.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: This is crazy.
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: I would have said, come on, but that's all I
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: would have said, two words, come on now. If you
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: can't tell in the tone of my voice that this
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: probably ain't gonna be a safe visit, you probably don't
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: want to without a shit, And she told he told
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: me to come over your house, see how things are on.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: Come on, come on, come on.
- 1:05:40Speaker 5: That's all I'm gonna keep saying, just come on, And
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: then if she still act like she coming, then I'm
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: gonna have to add something.
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: Bring your over here.
- 1:05:53Speaker 5: Because see, I don't know where all this goodness coming from.
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: You lady like Shirley says she loved you because you
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: a special lady. But I wouldn't do it. So but
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: she said she wanted to come over and see how
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: things come. And then you told her that that'll never happen.
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: You're not coming over here to see how I do
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: nothing in my house. And then she told her you
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: ought to stand up to your ex and stop letting
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: him compare you to me. This woman asked me about
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: detailed sexual position that my husband and I used to do,
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: and I had to remind her she took him from
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: me by having an affair. So maybe y'all just do
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: what you did back then. You know, whatever you did,
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: all them tricks you was doing back then, you need
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: to bring him back up. You need to come over
- 1:06:32Speaker 5: these new tricks. But what i'd have did was I'd
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: have told her what he liked, since she need advice,
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: I'd have gave her information, Like when he's looking in
- 1:06:44Speaker 5: the refrigerator, he loves it. When you bust him upside
- 1:06:47Speaker 5: the back of his head with a brude, he loved it.
- 1:06:50Speaker 5: Then turn him around and kiss him real hard. You
- 1:06:54Speaker 5: show about that girl that used.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: To drive him crazy.
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: The next time you see him in the refrigerator, you
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: bust him upside his head with a broom and then
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: snatch him around real quick and start kissing and girl,
- 1:07:06Speaker 5: and watch what happened. Are you sure, girl, didn't he
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: tell you to call me? I have her doing all
- 1:07:14Speaker 5: kinds of stuff. Girl, you know what he really loved.
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: What he really loved, Like if he laying in the
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: bed for you to take a little bit of light
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: of fluid, just a little bit, just on the corner
- 1:07:25Speaker 5: of the mattress, and just set the corner of the
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: mattress on fire just a little bit. They put it
- 1:07:29Speaker 5: out right quick. Girl, that makes him so hot. Ooh, girl,
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: I'm gonna have her in here to just do it.
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: All kinds of house ain't gonna be worth him. So
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: now you told her, you know, I'm just gonna do
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: what you do. When you took him from me, she
- 1:07:48Speaker 5: all upset and told your ex I'm bitter. Now he's
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: on board with her bs. I cannot block them because
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: of the children. How should I deal with them? You
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: don't have to deal with them. You ain't gotta take
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: her calls.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: You free.
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: Now, you ain't gotta listen to nothing he say. We
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: talking about these kids. I don't give what you and
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: that hell for do, cause you gonna end up cheating
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: on her, just like you did me. Because if you
- 1:08:21Speaker 5: think I was everything, and you telling her she ain't everything,
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: then your next move is to go try to find
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: your else, try and find yourself something else. So I
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: already know what's gonna happen right here. I ain't in
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: your business. You didn't want me, and now you don't
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: want her. You gonna run out of women in a minute, homie,
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: because you ain't all that. So I would just I
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: wouldn't worry about nothing. You ain't gotta deal with none
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: of this. What you care about? How she feel about you?
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: She got what you didn't want, no way, So now
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: let her live over there with her miserable life trying
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: to be you and let him regard gret letting you
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: go to get her, because that's what's really doesn't happen.
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: Homeboy want her to be like you because he realized
- 1:09:08Speaker 5: now you was a better choice. Yeah, but so now
- 1:09:12Speaker 5: see what we're gonna do. Leave both of them over
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: there in their misery. You ain't got to discuss nothing
- 1:09:16Speaker 5: but them kids. Excuse me, excuse me. Let me talk
- 1:09:19Speaker 5: to the babies. Excuse me, excuse me. They not coming
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: over there this weekend. Excuse me.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: The kids need some shoes.
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: That's all you got to do, right, That's all you
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: got to do. You got cussidered kids. I don't want
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: you to use them as pawns. That's not what I'm saying.
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: But just deal with the kids. You ain't got to
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: hear none of this, foolish How do you handle them?
- 1:09:42Speaker 5: You ain't got to block them. He on board that
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: bs remind him of what he did see me and
- 1:09:47Speaker 5: don't like to be reminded. Just reminded home. Excuse me,
- 1:09:51Speaker 5: excuse me, he can be on board with that. Hell
- 1:09:53Speaker 5: all you want, that's the one you pick, your slept with,
- 1:09:55Speaker 5: and you're married her. Now live with her. Don't ask
- 1:09:58Speaker 5: me nothing else about this? Dusty helpful.

- 1:13:52Speaker 6: Power but yeah, power.
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: Lie bedding thing and I couldn't open.
- 1:13:57Speaker 6: It all right, Junior, thank you.
- 1:13:58Speaker 8: Coming up at the top of the hour, a married
- 1:14:01Speaker 8: man wants to donate a kidney to a side chick.
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: We'll see how that's gonna go. Right after that, we'll
- 1:14:07Speaker 6: do it.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: Don't do it.
- 1:14:09Speaker 8: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. This is
- 1:14:15Speaker 8: from Henry and Detroit. Henry says, I'm fifty eight years
- 1:14:19Speaker 8: old and I've been married for thirty two years. I've
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: had a girlfriend for twenty of those years. My girlfriend
- 1:14:27Speaker 8: is very sick and she needs a kidney. I found
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: out a few days ago that I'm a good match
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: for her.
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: I feel like I feel like.
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: Donating one of my kidneys is the least I can
- 1:14:38Speaker 8: do for her. But there's no way I can tell
- 1:14:42Speaker 8: my wife that I want to do this for a
- 1:14:44Speaker 8: quote friend. She knows how much I hate hospitals. But
- 1:14:48Speaker 8: I'm in love with my girlfriend. My girlfriend doesn't know
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: I'm a match yet. The doctor said that I need
- 1:14:54Speaker 8: to make a decision soon.
- 1:14:56Speaker 6: What am I supposed to do here?
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: Give a side piece?
- 1:15:00Speaker 6: This is a movie?
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, this is a movie.
- 1:15:07Speaker 6: Who do you think, Steve?
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: The whole kidney dog?
- 1:15:16Speaker 6: What do you tell your wife?
- 1:15:17Speaker 11: I mean, what.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: That ain't gonna happen?
- 1:15:24Speaker 6: Okay?
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: What?
- 1:15:24Speaker 9: Lie?

- 1:17:44Speaker 1: there now. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: all the way. Let me ask you the phone.
- 1:17:48Speaker 6: Just you're making this life good, okay, so let me
- 1:17:56Speaker 6: ask you when.
- 1:17:57Speaker 5: She wait a minute, Oh wait, wait, I don't care

- 1:18:07Speaker 8: So when she does get a kidney and get out
- 1:18:10Speaker 8: and you're still alive, then.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: What well when is she?

- 1:18:30Speaker 4: Look, is there a way to give a kidney without

- 1:18:34Speaker 1: Is it possible?
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: No?
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: No life, He's gonna know.
- 1:18:38Speaker 5: All right, So go back at the house with your wife,
- 1:18:40Speaker 5: and you ain't peed in the week.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: You go ahead, right now.
- 1:18:48Speaker 8: All right, coming up and twenty minutes after me, our
- 1:18:51Speaker 8: more ignorant show, just stupid.
- 1:18:56Speaker 6: Right after that, you're listening to the Steve Every Morning Show.
- 1:19:04Speaker 8: Well, guys, lots of gen Z and millennial couples are
- 1:19:08Speaker 8: swapping traditional engagement rings for ring finger tattoos. They prefer
- 1:19:13Speaker 8: a tattoo instead of wearing a diamond ring or for men,
- 1:19:16Speaker 8: wedding bands. The reasons are simple. Tattoos are cheaper, they
- 1:19:21Speaker 8: can't be lost, and they feel more personal and more permanent.
- 1:19:25Speaker 8: According to The New York Post, gen Z and millennials
- 1:19:28Speaker 8: are less interested in tradition and more focused on what
- 1:19:32Speaker 8: actually feels meaningful to them. So here's the thing, here's
- 1:19:36Speaker 8: a question. Have you ever lost your wedding band? First
- 1:19:39Speaker 8: of all, have you ever lost it?
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:19:42Speaker 6: He lost it?
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: I lost it and bought another.
- 1:19:45Speaker 6: So your wife wouldn't know. And yeah, you found Oh,
- 1:19:52Speaker 6: she eventually found out.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: I knew what she bought. She knew that wasn't the
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: same one. Stupid, all right one? All right?
- 1:20:03Speaker 8: So, so would you guys consider getting a tattoo? Do
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: you think that's better for you.
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: To rock back versus a band?
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: Yeah, you another dog on tattoo. I'm done with tattoo.
- 1:20:17Speaker 6: You got a whole sleeve.
- 1:20:22Speaker 8: And would your wives? Here's here's the question to end
- 1:20:25Speaker 8: all questions. Would your wives settle for a tattoo instead?
- 1:20:29Speaker 8: Of a diamond ringtoo.
- 1:20:36Speaker 7: I'm to tell my wife you can get a tattoo
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: ring and she's like, I already got a tattoo.
- 1:20:43Speaker 6: We'll have more.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: I want the ring too.
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: Yes?
- 1:20:45Speaker 6: Would you rather coming up?

- 1:23:51Speaker 1: Stop? I gotta just left it. I did that Houston
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: Laker game last week. I was the shortest in the stadium.
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: I can tell you right now, both of them would
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: love to be the tallest person.
- 1:24:04Speaker 7: I got to go with a Okay, the best looking

- 1:25:04Speaker 3: Mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away even and

- 1:25:26Speaker 8: We always want to say thank you at this time
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: because we love our audience or Steve Harvey Nation, thank
- 1:25:31Speaker 8: you so much for every single day writing with us.
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: You could do a lot of places you do us.
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: We appreciate you, We love you. Thank you. Junior, you
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: had a question for Steve.
- 1:25:42Speaker 7: Yeah, uh, you know, man, I've heard you talk about
- 1:25:45Speaker 7: this before. I had heard talk about it in a while.
- 1:25:46Speaker 7: But the dangers of procrastination, the dangers of procrastination.
- 1:25:52Speaker 5: Okay, well, let me start by saying this. One of
- 1:25:55Speaker 5: the big dangers of procrastination is it delays the inevitable.
- 1:26:00Speaker 5: It's like, uh, let's use yourself for an example, Jr.
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: Toimy and I have asked you to cut your hair.
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: We have asked you over and over and over to
- 1:26:14Speaker 5: just go on and get that final haircut. It ain't
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: it ain't gonna take long. Noah, no, no, no, no, no, listen, man,
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: we gotta talk. We're talking about procrastination, and I say
- 1:26:25Speaker 5: you need to stop procrastinating because of it just delayed
- 1:26:28Speaker 5: the inevitable.
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: You're not going ball, Junior.
- 1:26:34Speaker 5: You're not. You've just delayed the admission of it cause
- 1:26:42Speaker 5: you is ball.
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:48Speaker 5: Yeah, And I think you know sometimes you know, when
- 1:26:50Speaker 5: you ask me questions, I have questions for you too.
- 1:26:54Speaker 5: Now here's like like some simple questions Jr. Like right now,
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: you have taken your hat off for the first time
- 1:27:01Speaker 5: in months. So just in two sentences, tell me why
- 1:27:09Speaker 5: you won't admit.
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: What kind of that is over? I don't see what
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: you see right there? Stop right there. You don't see
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: what I see.
- 1:27:26Speaker 5: But for those watching this zoom right now, it's clear
- 1:27:29Speaker 5: to us there is nothing to see.
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: You see.
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: The reason you don't see it, Junior, is because it's
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: not there. It's gone. Your hairline is behind your head.
- 1:27:50Speaker 6: Sets encourage people, Steve. That's what this is all about.
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: From you don't see the procrastination you don't see you
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: don't normally when you ask me these questions. What I
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: do is I do what I do best.
- 1:28:15Speaker 5: I use myself as an example, but this time I
- 1:28:20Speaker 5: wanted to use the questionnaire as the example. What are
- 1:28:27Speaker 5: the problems with procrastination? Was the question asked by me
- 1:28:33Speaker 5: by Junior. And then when I pointed out to his procrastination,
- 1:28:37Speaker 5: you know what, he said, I don't see it, and
- 1:28:40Speaker 5: we don't. We don't either. We don't see it. So
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: I wrote a poem about it. What wait a minute,
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: something else you do too?
- 1:28:56Speaker 8: Yes, very well?
- 1:28:59Speaker 6: Here it is.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: The titler. This poem today is it's gone. It's gone.
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: It's ill.
- 1:29:11Speaker 9: Said.
- 1:29:12Speaker 5: We're doing a poem today, and the title is gone.
- 1:29:17Speaker 5: We're trying to figure out what he means. But it's gone.
- 1:29:25Speaker 5: From the beginning of my forehead that used to be
- 1:29:28Speaker 5: way out front, it's now in the back, behind my ears.
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: It's gone.
- 1:29:38Speaker 5: The way we're looking for is receding. But what do
- 1:29:40Speaker 5: you call receding when you can't see where it has?
- 1:29:43Speaker 5: Recess too? It's gone. He's bending down. There's a glow
- 1:29:49Speaker 5: from the lights. Everybody trying to figure out.
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: What it is in sight.
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: It's not his hairline. It's not the light from his home. No,
- 1:30:00Speaker 5: his hairline is gone. Ringing and singing and tinging and
- 1:30:08Speaker 5: banging and making noises of all sorts. But yet and
- 1:30:12Speaker 5: still your hairline. It looks like a pair of shorts
- 1:30:20Speaker 5: that has been poured down too far where you can
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: see nothing. But but that's what the top of your
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: head looks like. Guess what? Oh, But because your draws
- 1:30:29Speaker 5: is down, because you won't admit it.
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: It's cone.
- 1:30:35Speaker 5: Sometimes the airlines diches things we all come to. Getting
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: old is not for sissies, and now is happening to you.
- 1:30:45Speaker 5: You won't admit. But there's things you can't do. The
- 1:30:48Speaker 5: time you beat Tommy in the race, you can't do
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: that no more. You're not as fast. And now you
- 1:30:54Speaker 5: must admit that your hairline.
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: Did not do. It's at the finish line. It's over.
- 1:31:01Speaker 5: You crossed it first. You were last, But the Bible
- 1:31:04Speaker 5: says the last be come first. And now you're the
- 1:31:07Speaker 5: first one to take his hat off in months because
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: it's gone. Don't hide your face, get from behind your hand,
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: move your hand, because we can see your forehead. It
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: extends far back, further than it used to. Smiling will
- 1:31:25Speaker 5: not change it. Trying to grow mustache to bring the
- 1:31:27Speaker 5: hair back out front. It's what you're trying to do
- 1:31:30Speaker 5: the longest palm, but it doesn't matter.
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: Junior.
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: You are through ten seconds left, so let me close
- 1:31:39Speaker 5: with this. Your forehead looks like fe fist and those
- 1:31:49Speaker 5: are my clothing remarks you say.
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: Love.
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: Everything is good. Yeah, y'all have a great day. Talk
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: to God.
- 1:31:58Speaker 5: He love you.
