- 2:04Speaker 1: morning everybody, y'all listening to the VARs? Come on Didney
- 2:08Speaker 1: now one it only Steve Harvey got a radio show?
- 2:12Speaker 1: Uh this morning, man, is like, Uh, what I want
- 2:16Speaker 1: to share with you is morble personal testimony, all personal law,
- 2:25Speaker 1: a personal journey that I've been on and I just
- 2:27Speaker 1: want to share at this morning. I was trying to
- 2:29Speaker 1: think of what to say to you today, but I
- 2:32Speaker 1: thought that what what better way than it just explained
- 2:35Speaker 1: it from totally a personal experience. And how I see
- 2:40Speaker 1: my life in its turns as ups and downs is
- 2:44Speaker 1: uh low points and high points and how I even
- 2:46Speaker 1: got to this point today. Uh. The fabulous thing about
- 2:50Speaker 1: the story that I'm about to tell you is that
- 2:53Speaker 1: the story is not over yet, that I still see
- 2:58Speaker 1: so many great things, I still feel so many great
- 3:02Speaker 1: things on the horizon. Um. You know, whether you've been
- 3:07Speaker 1: a fan of mine and and the dude say that
- 3:10Speaker 1: humbly because you know, without people like yourself, people like
- 3:14Speaker 1: me don't exist. You know, I I really do get that,
- 3:17Speaker 1: you know, I know, I know you may have heard
- 3:19Speaker 1: something different or or saw a SoundBite somewhere. You know,
- 3:24Speaker 1: a lot of people judged me because of the character
- 3:26Speaker 1: on my sitcom. It was really funny. I never understood
- 3:30Speaker 1: where people got that he arrogant thing from. And then
- 3:33Speaker 1: one guy was telling me, well, the character on your show,
- 3:36Speaker 1: you know, he was washed up, has been but he
- 3:38Speaker 1: thank he all that, and that was true. That was
- 3:40Speaker 1: the character that I portrayed on my sitcom. It's amazing
- 3:44Speaker 1: how people actually felt that way about me personally. But
- 3:48Speaker 1: you know, I'm I'm past all that. I really am.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I I learned how to deal with all of that.
- 3:52Speaker 1: But I want I want to tell you the truth
- 3:55Speaker 1: though I want I want you to hear it from me. Uh,
- 3:58Speaker 1: the truth. Um, I whether you've been a fan of
- 4:02Speaker 1: mine and like I was, about to say. And I
- 4:04Speaker 1: do say that humbly because if it was not for
- 4:08Speaker 1: people like you that I know, people like me, you know,
- 4:10Speaker 1: I can you can put on your refrigerator, you can
- 4:13Speaker 1: hang it on your mirror, you can write it on
- 4:15Speaker 1: your dream board, you can write it on your goal sheet. Oh,
- 4:19Speaker 1: I want to be a star. I want to be
- 4:21Speaker 1: a star. I want to be a star. But the
- 4:23Speaker 1: truth of the matter is until people decide that, then
- 4:27Speaker 1: it's just hanging on your refrigerator. It's just on your mirror,
- 4:30Speaker 1: it's on your dream board, it's stuck up on your
- 4:32Speaker 1: refrigerator as a goal. And that's all it is. Because
- 4:35Speaker 1: you got to have people to make you a star.
- 4:39Speaker 1: You you, it's not about you. It's it's really, really not.
- 4:42Speaker 1: And so when I say if you've been a fan
- 4:44Speaker 1: of mine, I say that in in the humblest way
- 4:46Speaker 1: that I possibly can. Or whether you're new to me,
- 4:49Speaker 1: or you've been around with me since prior to the
- 4:53Speaker 1: Kings of Comedy, or whether you witness that or you
- 4:56Speaker 1: became a fan then, or you knew of me through
- 4:58Speaker 1: the sitcom and everything, if you've been following at all,
- 5:02Speaker 1: or if you haven't been, here's this story. My life
- 5:05Speaker 1: changed in two thousand five. Who I was began to
- 5:12Speaker 1: change in two thousand five. In two thousand five, I
- 5:18Speaker 1: started a growth period in my life because I woke
- 5:21Speaker 1: up to a realization one day that I can't do
- 5:25Speaker 1: this by myself, that I'm not really happy right now,
- 5:31Speaker 1: that I was in an an abyss, a horrible place
- 5:35Speaker 1: that I was living in of unhappiness. Now, I've always
- 5:39Speaker 1: known how to smile and turn on that smile for
- 5:41Speaker 1: that camera, but man, when that camera went on, Lord
- 5:44Speaker 1: and mercy, man, I was a miserable somebody. And I
- 5:47Speaker 1: did a lot of things. I did a lot of
- 5:51Speaker 1: things to cover and mask that unhappiness. And uh, you know,
- 5:57Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, I'm no different from anybody else,
- 6:00Speaker 1: some human being. I've made a lot of mistakes along
- 6:02Speaker 1: the way. I have paid dearly, just like everybody else
- 6:06Speaker 1: does for their mistakes. You know, I've had a tone,
- 6:10Speaker 1: I've had to answer, I've had to uh you know,
- 6:13Speaker 1: uh regret. You know, I I've had all of that,
- 6:16Speaker 1: the same thing and everybody else does. I'm a human being.
- 6:19Speaker 1: But in two thousand five that began a serious growth
- 6:23Speaker 1: period in my life because I came to the realization
- 6:26Speaker 1: that the way I was doing it up until that point,
- 6:29Speaker 1: it was it was, it wasn't fulfilling. See, I was
- 6:32Speaker 1: doing it my way. I set some goals for myself,
- 6:35Speaker 1: and I was always been a hard worker. Has talked
- 6:37Speaker 1: to me about my father, and so everything I did,
- 6:40Speaker 1: I just pressed, I pressed, and I just outworked everybody
- 6:45Speaker 1: else until I could get to the point where I
- 6:47Speaker 1: was now. Had I done some things differently, I probably
- 6:49Speaker 1: could have been a lot further, a lot quicker. But
- 6:52Speaker 1: that's not the way it works. So I I don't
- 6:54Speaker 1: have regrets about that. But as I began to change,
- 6:57Speaker 1: I came to a realization that I needed something and
- 7:00Speaker 1: more something for filling. And I began in two thousand
- 7:04Speaker 1: five to really seek out God and find out, really, man,
- 7:09Speaker 1: what is this about that my Mama had been telling
- 7:12Speaker 1: me about all these years that I wasn't listening to
- 7:15Speaker 1: these other people do. I had heard about their success,
- 7:18Speaker 1: and I had listened to them, but it wasn't a
- 7:21Speaker 1: success I was after. It was the peace of mind
- 7:24Speaker 1: and the joy that I heard people talk about because
- 7:27Speaker 1: I was troubled. You know, I didn't have it together.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I was just in the gym the other day talking
- 7:31Speaker 1: to a guy who was telling me, I'm a stone
- 7:34Speaker 1: cold hustler man, but my mind don't ever rest. Well,
- 7:37Speaker 1: you can't have peace, and what you're doing out there
- 7:40Speaker 1: is dirty. You know that there is no peace in
- 7:42Speaker 1: doing dirty. I can tell you that right now. And
- 7:44Speaker 1: whatever form of dirty you is, I was doing some
- 7:46Speaker 1: dirty things. So it wasn't no peace. You know, you
- 7:49Speaker 1: ain't gotta be a drug dealer to do some dirty things.
- 7:51Speaker 1: You can do some dirty things with your actions. You
- 7:53Speaker 1: can do some dirty things by ignoring your moral barometer.
- 7:58Speaker 1: You can do some dirty things by you know, sending
- 8:00Speaker 1: I mean, it's just a whole lot of ways you
- 8:02Speaker 1: can do some dirt. But you're not gonna find peace
- 8:05Speaker 1: in that. So I began to seek out this relationship
- 8:08Speaker 1: with God. I'm again to really explored a little bit deeper.
- 8:11Speaker 1: And so what I started doing, man, was I stopped
- 8:14Speaker 1: making all the decisions myself and I started conferring and
- 8:17Speaker 1: confiding in him. I started going to him on a
- 8:20Speaker 1: personal basis in the way that I knew how. I
- 8:24Speaker 1: don't know how people in church do it or what
- 8:26Speaker 1: their suggestions are, but I found it to be very,
- 8:30Speaker 1: very fulfilling to just cut out all the lights, and
- 8:32Speaker 1: I found a place in my house where I could
- 8:35Speaker 1: go and just start talking to him on the reel,
- 8:38Speaker 1: like I'm having a conversation right now, but I was
- 8:41Speaker 1: talking to my creative, my heavenly father, and I had
- 8:43Speaker 1: these incredible conversations and awaken and an acceptance of him
- 8:47Speaker 1: into my life. And he started to change some things
- 8:50Speaker 1: about me. And he started to help me understand the
- 8:54Speaker 1: taste that I had in my mouth, the temptations I
- 8:57Speaker 1: was dealing with, the lust that I felt. You know,
- 9:00Speaker 1: he just started helping me understand that a little bit
- 9:02Speaker 1: better and helping me be stronger than it was. And
- 9:06Speaker 1: you know, uh, you know, it don't often mean that
- 9:10Speaker 1: the things go away. It's just you find strength to
- 9:14Speaker 1: deal with it. And so I began the changing process.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Now I don't know if you noticed it, but a
- 9:20Speaker 1: lot of things started skyrocking. And if you follow up
- 9:24Speaker 1: my career, but if you're new to it, just just
- 9:25Speaker 1: let me help you. I'm not bragging here. I want
- 9:28Speaker 1: you to understand something. I'm trying to take you down
- 9:30Speaker 1: the road on a personal road that got me to
- 9:33Speaker 1: this point and what's gonna take me further. See the
- 9:36Speaker 1: cold thing about it is he ain't even threw with
- 9:38Speaker 1: me yet. That's the beautiful thing about it. And that
- 9:41Speaker 1: this journey, in this walk that I've discovered with God Almighty,
- 9:44Speaker 1: what it is man, It's a It's a it's a process.
- 9:47Speaker 1: It's a process that you get involved in, and it
- 9:50Speaker 1: ain't a finish. It's finished when you leave this earth.
- 9:53Speaker 1: But you're constantly trying to improve. But you're gonna constantly
- 9:57Speaker 1: make mistakes, but you're gonna constantly get it right, wreckt them,
- 10:00Speaker 1: and get about the business. The difference between now and
- 10:03Speaker 1: then it is now. When I make a mistake, I
- 10:05Speaker 1: don't lay there and wallow in it and look at
- 10:07Speaker 1: it as the or end all, or let it define me.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I make my mistakes, I get up, I ask for forgiveness,
- 10:14Speaker 1: and I keep it moving, and I don't allow to
- 10:17Speaker 1: haters out there to pull it on me, no more
- 10:19Speaker 1: than God then then already on me. You know people
- 10:22Speaker 1: out there who hate on you, who try to hold
- 10:24Speaker 1: you to your past. That ain't their job and and
- 10:28Speaker 1: that ain't their business. If God has forgiven me, and
- 10:31Speaker 1: God has forgiven you, you have the right to get
- 10:34Speaker 1: up and move on and hold your head up. You
- 10:36Speaker 1: ain't got to keep hearing what you was from everybody,
- 10:39Speaker 1: and don't let that be there, and don't let that
- 10:41Speaker 1: be the stopping point just because they don't see what
- 10:44Speaker 1: God has done for you, or they weren't there when
- 10:46Speaker 1: you ask for forgiveness, or they weren't there when you
- 10:49Speaker 1: honestly had remorse for your actions. Just because they weren't there,
- 10:52Speaker 1: they want to keep typing about it. You let them
- 10:54Speaker 1: type on there's a place for all them haters. Don't
- 10:58Speaker 1: worry about that. Shake them and keep it moving because
- 11:00Speaker 1: you have the right to recover. You have the right
- 11:04Speaker 1: at a second chance. You have the right to earn
- 11:07Speaker 1: your position back. You have a right to get up
- 11:10Speaker 1: and keep it moving. You have the right to keep
- 11:12Speaker 1: it going man, and not being held to your past.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I got I ain't even finish it. I'm just talking
- 11:19Speaker 1: about two thousand five. I'll finish that tomorrow. So if
- 11:23Speaker 1: you're here tomorrow, I'm gonna finish this personal journey because
- 11:27Speaker 1: I think this is important. This is important for me
- 11:29Speaker 1: anyway that I share with people, really who thinking man,
- 11:32Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got it going on? Well, I want you
- 11:35Speaker 1: to understand how you think I got it going going on?
- 11:38Speaker 1: How I got to this point. That it's been a process,
- 11:41Speaker 1: and it's a whole lot more to go, but I'm
- 11:43Speaker 1: glad I'm this way now versus to where I was.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But then I ain't upset with me either, because I
- 11:48Speaker 1: was who I was, but I am who I am,
- 11:51Speaker 1: and I'm cool with both of them. People you're listening,
- 11:55Speaker 1: Steve har eighteen eighteen minutes after that, I welcome to
- 12:12Speaker 1: the Ride, y'all, Steve Harvey Morning Show. On this very
- 12:15Speaker 1: very blessed Thursday day, a day that the Lord has made,
- 12:19Speaker 1: let us rejoice and be glad in it. I want
- 12:25Speaker 1: to send out a special shout out and a thank
- 12:27Speaker 1: you this morning to all, and I suggest all of
- 12:30Speaker 1: you do the same. I want to thank God this morning,
- 12:33Speaker 1: send a special shout out in and thank you to
- 12:36Speaker 1: all my haters, all my haters, and they say us
- 12:40Speaker 1: good morning and thank you. I want to thank you
- 12:44Speaker 1: for motivating me. I want to thank you for recognizing
- 12:47Speaker 1: the things that I'm doing that you are unwilling to
- 12:50Speaker 1: do or jealous of. I want to thank you for
- 12:53Speaker 1: propelling me to keep my head down and further my walk.
- 12:57Speaker 1: I wanna thank you haters. I want to thank you
- 13:00Speaker 1: because haters make you greater. I want to thank you.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Keep our on hating. It just lets me know that
- 13:07Speaker 1: I'm on track. So thank you this morning to all
- 13:10Speaker 1: of my haters. I wish you well. And to my
- 13:13Speaker 1: main hater on that other radio station, good morning to
- 13:17Speaker 1: you too, and keep on brother, because I I hear
- 13:25Speaker 1: about you. But it don't mean nothing. I'm just moving forward.
- 13:29Speaker 1: As the old African proverb says, lions don't turn around
- 13:35Speaker 1: when small dogs bark. I thank you for turning me
- 13:39Speaker 1: into more and more of a lion every day, for
- 13:43Speaker 1: keeping me more and more focused on my journey, my
- 13:47Speaker 1: climber and my walk. Thank you, haters. Good morning, Shirley, Carla, Tommy,
- 13:54Speaker 1: and kill a hater up. That's how you wake a
- 14:07Speaker 1: hater up. What's some haters? What hater? Whatever? Haters? I
- 14:12Speaker 1: like lovers. I'm not shouting out haters. Shot them out, man. No,
- 14:20Speaker 1: I appreciate they motivate me. Shill. They let me know
- 14:24Speaker 1: that I'm on track, that I'm doing something. If you
- 14:26Speaker 1: have no haters, it's because you ain't doing nothing. Oh
- 14:30Speaker 1: I have them, just didn't That means you're doing something. Yeah,
- 14:34Speaker 1: just don't want to acknowledge them. Yeah, I like it.
- 14:37Speaker 1: I'd rather acknowledge the lovers, people who show me love
- 14:41Speaker 1: them and hats and thank you for the more people
- 14:46Speaker 1: that love you hate you. Oh absolutely yeah, but they
- 14:53Speaker 1: have not need you got to come on, I just
- 14:57Speaker 1: need to say something to them. There's something happen, something
- 15:01Speaker 1: always happen, something a lot of nowhere, something always have
- 15:07Speaker 1: that kind of life. Yeah, I mean, man, I I
- 15:10Speaker 1: get it from out of nowhere. Man, I'm talking about
- 15:13Speaker 1: And you know what's crazy is what my haters don't
- 15:19Speaker 1: even know me and the foe that dude know me.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I understand they hate because the people that know you
- 15:29Speaker 1: love you. Usually those people really they understand you, they
- 15:33Speaker 1: get you. If you've ever said with me and talk
- 15:37Speaker 1: with me and had a real conversation, you have to
- 15:40Speaker 1: walk away with one thing, man, that brother honest and
- 15:44Speaker 1: that brother real. And I appreciate that. You don't have
- 15:46Speaker 1: to agree with me. I do understand that because my
- 15:50Speaker 1: opinions can vary, but at one point in time in
- 15:55Speaker 1: doing that conversation, you have to walk away and go, Wow,
- 15:58Speaker 1: he honest and real. I gotta respect that about it.
- 16:02Speaker 1: You ain't gotta agree, just like I don't have to
- 16:04Speaker 1: agree with everything you do, but the respect. But once
- 16:09Speaker 1: you start disrespecting me and you don't even know me,
- 16:14Speaker 1: then I take I take a little bit of an
- 16:17Speaker 1: offense to that. But for those who know me and
- 16:20Speaker 1: then turn on me for their own self promoting motives,
- 16:26Speaker 1: I have a problem with that too, because that's a
- 16:28Speaker 1: sad thing. Because, as Dr Field taught me, blowing out
- 16:32Speaker 1: my candle don't make yours brighter. You're that same little flicker.
- 16:36Speaker 1: You're being parted. It's just like it's just not just
- 16:40Speaker 1: less light in the room. Birthday candle, small one. Yeah,
- 16:45Speaker 1: you're that little you, and you the same candle, you
- 16:47Speaker 1: being you blow all the candles out on the cake.
- 16:51Speaker 1: That one candle that's left, it ain't brighter. It's the
- 16:54Speaker 1: same little last candle. And then as a matter of fact,
- 16:58Speaker 1: not everybody know you, the little last coundle. If you
- 17:01Speaker 1: left on other lights on, you could have bleed it in.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Now we know you ain't about nothing. Did something happened
- 17:09Speaker 1: to me? Yell? I love? But can I tell you
- 17:19Speaker 1: something else? Y'all want you doing? Come on, yes, come on, tommy,
- 17:38Speaker 1: you give me yours. I ain't got one like Junior.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Who are they doing? Yes, so wan they doing try again?
- 17:45Speaker 1: Come on, hey, call, come on, give me yours? What
- 17:53Speaker 1: you do it? Say it? Girl? Say it? Good lord
- 18:00Speaker 1: here we're here, go come on, Shirley. Won't he do it?
- 18:04Speaker 1: Won't he do It's he do it? Hey? Hey? Hey, hey?
- 18:11Speaker 1: Did you hear? Feel like yall? He do it? He
- 18:15Speaker 1: do it? Shirley is won't it? She pronounced that tea yea,
- 18:20Speaker 1: she said, won't he do it? Won't did you do it?
- 18:25Speaker 1: She was to it, but she actually said, won't he
- 18:29Speaker 1: do That's just me? Sley is won't minted? It was
- 18:34Speaker 1: from the heart. Won't he do it? Do it? Come?
- 18:50Speaker 1: Want to do it? Want to do it? Hey out, Monica?
- 19:03Speaker 1: Hit it? Come on, you're in the back. Come on, Misssippi.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Monica hit it. Do it again? Come on with your
- 19:11Speaker 1: scratch as well. Come on? Why are they do it? He? Hey?
- 19:18Speaker 1: Oh man, Steve the question for junior j. How do
- 19:22Speaker 1: you get your voice that high? Almost? How I live
- 19:28Speaker 1: up here? Or are they? Oh boy, but you sign
- 19:45Speaker 1: that he's at a football game. Won't hate it? A cheerleader?
- 19:51Speaker 1: Well I'm a cheerleader. Yeah they Oh my god? All right,
- 19:59Speaker 1: we come back on the break at thirty four after
- 20:01Speaker 1: the hour, something funny, we got something for you. Hang on,
- 20:04Speaker 1: we'll be right back. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hey,
- 20:09Speaker 1: I'll thirty four minutes after that. Good morning, everybody coming
- 20:11Speaker 1: up next. There might be some things on your list
- 20:16Speaker 1: that you want to do before you turn seventy, like
- 20:19Speaker 1: your bucket list. Yeah, but I'm gonna tell you right now,
- 20:23Speaker 1: participating in a threesome should not be one of them.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I'll tell you what happened to me? Or doing something funny? Okay, See,
- 20:49Speaker 1: what do you think before seventy? What should everyone get
- 20:52Speaker 1: out of their their their way things to do? Bucket
- 20:55Speaker 1: list stuff? I think you should try not to die?
- 21:02Speaker 1: That like a health related answer. Damn sull help with
- 21:06Speaker 1: getting a seven? Okay, yeah, that's what my bucket is
- 21:11Speaker 1: to not that. Well, Tommy's was threesome. Get that out
- 21:15Speaker 1: of the way. It ain't gonna be what you think
- 21:17Speaker 1: it is. Better know the rules going in because I didn't.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Hey what what? What? What do you mean? What are
- 21:24Speaker 1: you saying? Probably need to know the rules. You just
- 21:27Speaker 1: need to know the rules. You need to get a
- 21:29Speaker 1: rule book, you need to talk to somebody. Done, and
- 21:31Speaker 1: you're going in you don't know what to do? What
- 21:33Speaker 1: do you mean you wasn going on there? I don't
- 21:35Speaker 1: know what. I ain't know. Yes, I was trying to

- 26:06Speaker 1: ready up next, it's run that prank back from the

- 26:12Speaker 1: Don't you love it? We'll be back. You're listening to
- 26:15Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hi the sis alright, he
- 28:04Speaker 1: come on, Time to get your prank out the way. Okay,
- 28:08Speaker 1: I didn't know it was Hell yeah, this is way
- 28:11Speaker 1: bigger than the prank. Come on us your board right now,
- 28:15Speaker 1: right now, lay prank. We put up with it all less.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Hello Hello, Hello, Yes, sir, I'm trying to reach your sis,
- 28:35Speaker 1: sister Regina. This is okay, Supina. You one of the
- 28:40Speaker 1: ushers at the church, right, Yes, I am okay. The
- 28:43Speaker 1: first of all, do you do you have a minute?
- 28:45Speaker 1: I have a minute. I'm at work right now. To me,
- 28:48Speaker 1: let me get over here someone where I could talk. Huh, Yes,
- 28:51Speaker 1: who am I speaking with this? Brother Corrubbs, Brother Robos?
- 28:55Speaker 1: How are you doing today? Brother? Raise God? You know whatever? Whatever?
- 28:59Speaker 1: Let me gonna say this right here. Here's here's what
- 29:01Speaker 1: reason why I'm calling you. Because this year we're not
- 29:04Speaker 1: putting up with it all. Last year we put up
- 29:06Speaker 1: with it, and we're not putting up with it this year.
- 29:09Speaker 1: And the problem I got, the problem I got is
- 29:12Speaker 1: what you ushers. You ushers are are sitting people up
- 29:15Speaker 1: front because they're all friends and so, and when somebody
- 29:17Speaker 1: else coming there and don't really y'all ain't friends with
- 29:20Speaker 1: y'all sitting them in the back. I won't give them
- 29:22Speaker 1: if this room up front on them pills, we are
- 29:25Speaker 1: to be able to sit up there. But because brothers,
- 29:28Speaker 1: we are not doing that. Brother, that's not what we're doing.
- 29:31Speaker 1: We are at church of love, and us ushers we
- 29:35Speaker 1: believe in love, or we sit everybody accordingly. Now let
- 29:41Speaker 1: me tell you something. Quit all that trying to be
- 29:43Speaker 1: nice and churchy and churchified with me, because you know
- 29:46Speaker 1: what y'all doing. You Usher's been doing that. Y'all did
- 29:49Speaker 1: it all last year. You sit all your friends up
- 29:51Speaker 1: front close to past, and everybody else sit in the back.
- 29:54Speaker 1: And I'm calling y'all. Let y'all know, I'm not putting
- 29:56Speaker 1: up with it this year, y'all if I get the last,
- 30:01Speaker 1: that's why I expected from you. And Privers thirteen and
- 30:07Speaker 1: ten said pride only breathe quarrels, but wisdom is found
- 30:10Speaker 1: in those who take advice. Now, I told you I'm
- 30:13Speaker 1: at work, and I really don't know why you're calling
- 30:16Speaker 1: me with this right now. While I'm at work doing work.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Times the time to talk about this is doing the
- 30:21Speaker 1: church meeting. Now you're welcome to come to the USHER
- 30:23Speaker 1: board meeting. Who is the president of the Usher? Sister
- 30:27Speaker 1: Valry is over to us your board. Okay, So so
- 30:30Speaker 1: that's what you do. Okay, Sister Virginia. You tell Sister
- 30:33Speaker 1: Valerie you can win. When when do y'all have y'all
- 30:36Speaker 1: meet every Tuesday and Thursday night? Okay? So this is
- 30:39Speaker 1: what I want. So maybe this needs to be brought
- 30:42Speaker 1: up at the meek. I'm gonna tell you this right now,
- 30:44Speaker 1: because see, I don't want to blow up and be
- 30:46Speaker 1: something bigger that that that we can't have. But in
- 30:50Speaker 1: twenty four th y'all not sitting people where y'all want
- 30:54Speaker 1: to settle, y'all not doing it. Let me tell you something. Okay,
- 30:57Speaker 1: Brother Cravers, I told you that I'm at work, and
- 31:00Speaker 1: what you're gonna do is you're gonna come over to
- 31:02Speaker 1: this usher boy and meet no either Tuesday night or
- 31:04Speaker 1: Thursday night, and you're gonna address this to the meeting,
- 31:07Speaker 1: and you're gonna bring this up the Sister Valer and
- 31:09Speaker 1: all of us as there accordingly, not the way you're
- 31:12Speaker 1: doing it right now. I'm not the person who you're
- 31:14Speaker 1: supposed to be calling with this, Okay. Now, I really
- 31:16Speaker 1: would like to know how you got my phone number anyway,
- 31:19Speaker 1: because I'm enlisted in the church directory. One of the
- 31:22Speaker 1: deacons gave me your number, told me you'll be able
- 31:24Speaker 1: to wanted. I don't know the deacon now. He told
- 31:27Speaker 1: me I could call you and you will be the
- 31:29Speaker 1: one who could take all my complaint. There. Okay, while
- 31:32Speaker 1: I heard you complaint and I told you what you're
- 31:34Speaker 1: supposed to do. Now, I'm gonna tell you this right now.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Blessed them which persecute you, blessed and curse. Not but
- 31:40Speaker 1: right now, so you're about to make me curse. I
- 31:43Speaker 1: ain't about here, numbout about you cursing. You're up here
- 31:46Speaker 1: telling me what scription this Isn't that all I need? Joe?
- 31:50Speaker 1: I told you to stop calling me at my job.
- 31:53Speaker 1: I got people around. You're looking at me. I work
- 31:56Speaker 1: in a cubicle. Don't call me on my job with
- 31:58Speaker 1: this book, with this mess. Okay, now, right now, let
- 32:03Speaker 1: me tell you I wouldn't be calling you. Wouldn't, No,
- 32:06Speaker 1: mass If you sit people where they want to sit.
- 32:09Speaker 1: See y'all trying to sit, wants to be sitting that
- 32:12Speaker 1: nobodn't do that. We don't be that this shirts that's
- 32:15Speaker 1: not the way we asked. We asked for calling you
- 32:19Speaker 1: ain't asking the cord and beyond them seems to be
- 32:22Speaker 1: opened up front. Y'all don't know nobody. I was all
- 32:25Speaker 1: for the mothers of the church. And there's our father, Dickens.
- 32:29Speaker 1: I don't care if the mother got to sit in
- 32:32Speaker 1: the back of the church. If I get there before her,
- 32:35Speaker 1: y'all ain't got no season seatment Lord, he's like this.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Ain't no football helping Lord. The Lord and slow the
- 32:40Speaker 1: anger and greater power in the Lord were by no
- 32:43Speaker 1: means clear the guilty help will nor. I hold my mouth,
- 32:45Speaker 1: Keep hold my mouth. Okay, I heard what you're saying. Brother,
- 32:49Speaker 1: hold yo mouth. I tell you what. I'll tell you
- 32:53Speaker 1: what you better. You gotta hold your hand in the

- 35:14Speaker 1: Oh lord? Here? Oh you know what you forced people
- 35:19Speaker 1: to do that you forced people to do that did
- 35:26Speaker 1: take that. We're doing the lead. Hey, let me ask
- 35:29Speaker 1: you something, baby, one more thay, what is the baddest
- 35:31Speaker 1: and I mean the baddest radio show in the late
- 35:35Speaker 1: Steve Harvy in the morning show. You're listening to the
- 35:41Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, you wanted this, Steve?
- 35:47Speaker 1: Here we go. Love works in very mysterious ways. Jimmy Walker,
- 35:52Speaker 1: we all know him and love him as j J
- 35:54Speaker 1: from Good Times. He is rumored to be dating. Yeah,
- 35:58Speaker 1: conservative commentator. You guys know who an culture is, right,
- 36:02Speaker 1: beautiful blonde. Yeah wait, what did you say, Steve? You
- 36:07Speaker 1: know who she is? Right, she's ultra conservative, ultra conservative, long, long, long,
- 36:15Speaker 1: blonde hair, tall where short, dresses a lot. Uh, she's
- 36:19Speaker 1: like I mean when I say ultra conservative, she's way
- 36:22Speaker 1: over there on the right. Uh. Yeah. And she's always
- 36:26Speaker 1: on you know, conservative talk shows and stuff. And I
- 36:30Speaker 1: think she's been on Bill Maher on HBO. Yeah, I think. Anyway,
- 36:36Speaker 1: she's fifty five years old. Uh, Jimmy Walker is sixty nine. Um,
- 36:44Speaker 1: and j J is a conservative as well. He didn't
- 36:48Speaker 1: vote for President Obama in two thousand eight or two
- 36:50Speaker 1: thousand twelve. We found that out. Huh, they're engaged, they're married. Man, No,
- 37:00Speaker 1: I was, no, sking, I no, no, no, Yeah, I'm
- 37:05Speaker 1: looking at a story that says there, Oh is that
- 37:08Speaker 1: an update your you have your sayings. I mean they've
- 37:11Speaker 1: obviously been dating for a while, because yeah, they've been
- 37:14Speaker 1: dating for a while. I did not know it. Yeah,
- 37:18Speaker 1: but Ann says they're just friends. But in every pick
- 37:22Speaker 1: and culture, the person we're talking about the name. Oh
- 37:29Speaker 1: my goodness, because obviously you've forgotten forgotten this story. We're
- 37:38Speaker 1: talking about the kid turned over his shoulder, who was
- 37:42Speaker 1: a't and cal. She says they're just friends. But you
- 37:51Speaker 1: have more information, Steve. You're saying they're engaged. I just
- 37:55Speaker 1: saw an article right here on the internet that said engaged.
- 37:59Speaker 1: I don't. They're bowed up when you see them, they're
- 38:04Speaker 1: bowed up, right, I mean it gives me hope. Hey,
- 38:14Speaker 1: I can get somebody in there, like I know that much.
- 38:17Speaker 1: I got to get somebody. Yeah. I mean, if you
- 38:21Speaker 1: see me and j Low, don't say nothing in junior.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Can I just say this? You look way better? That's
- 38:31Speaker 1: all I'm saying. If he got get one, I know,
- 38:34Speaker 1: I can't wait to get bad. She looks good. She's tall, blonde,
- 38:40Speaker 1: she's an attractive woman. She really is five right, she's
- 38:46Speaker 1: an attractive to her? Yeah, yeah, to her, Steve, Yeah,
- 38:53Speaker 1: who to and culture. Damn man, damn time forgot to
- 39:05Speaker 1: tell you. But Stevensons were engaged. That's new information. I
- 39:11Speaker 1: just heard they were dating. Interesting coupling. Interesting. He's sixty nine. Hey,
- 39:22Speaker 1: here's a question for the ladies. Would you'll rather day
- 39:24Speaker 1: Tommy or Jimmy Walker. What you would you say, Tommy,
- 39:35Speaker 1: that's a nobody saying. No, Tommy's married and j J
- 39:39Speaker 1: in a relationship, you can't even be Jimmy Walker. This
- 39:45Speaker 1: is how Junior just what Tommy, what you're saying, This
- 39:49Speaker 1: is how Junior get his ass with right, I'm batting
- 39:58Speaker 1: with Jimmy Walker. No Ah. Yeah, it's a tough question Tommy,
- 40:06Speaker 1: but I'm I'm gonna go ahead on it. I'm going
- 40:10Speaker 1: with you, Tommy. I'm sorry with Tommy. Yeah, y'all said,
- 40:14Speaker 1: but y'all, y'all gotta said like that. I go with
- 40:16Speaker 1: you Tommy. So I ain't read nothing into it is
- 40:22Speaker 1: the way you said it. Shirley, you're saying, well, I
- 40:25Speaker 1: just I'm sorry. I go go with Tommy. That's what
- 40:29Speaker 1: you said, Sherley down, I said that I don't want to,
- 40:34Speaker 1: but I guess how inside voice Steve with a little
- 40:39Speaker 1: vomit in the back background. Yeah, see that, and she
- 40:44Speaker 1: said that Tommy. Shirley said, a little vomit back on
- 40:48Speaker 1: your throat. Man, I thoughtbody gonna say, Jimmy out been
- 40:52Speaker 1: at this room. J J, though, all right, come on
- 40:55Speaker 1: and introduced me, say and still when it was the
- 40:57Speaker 1: bill ring? When when the bill ring? Though, yeah, Steve
- 41:05Speaker 1: almost didn't get call. Come on, Steve smiss Anne, maybe
- 41:15Speaker 1: we should ask missing. I'll just keep that a kid,
- 41:19Speaker 1: and that's suicide. He stop off, Curt. Miss Anna is
- 41:22Speaker 1: still waiting in the wings, Ladies and gentlemen, the lovely
- 41:24Speaker 1: and talented miss Anne trip. Thank you, thank you. Yes,
- 41:30Speaker 1: I'll take Tommy any day over j J. Anyway, this
- 41:32Speaker 1: is a trip with the news. President Trump has condemned
- 41:35Speaker 1: Tuesday's chemical attack in a town in northern Syria that
- 41:38Speaker 1: killed at least seventy five people, twenty of them children.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Trump says it was horrific, and he says that said,
- 41:44Speaker 1: though he was refused to tell reporters just what he
- 41:46Speaker 1: intends to do about it. That crosses many many lines,
- 41:49Speaker 1: beyond the red line, many many lines. I'm not saying
- 41:52Speaker 1: I'm doing anything one way or the other, but I'm
- 41:55Speaker 1: certainly not going to be killing you. Trump's call the
- 41:57Speaker 1: attack in the front of humanity and says that seeing
- 41:59Speaker 1: picked is that the carnage have changed his attitude towards
- 42:02Speaker 1: Syria and President assad series in its seventh year civil war.
- 42:05Speaker 1: By the way, the Assaud government thought to have been
- 42:07Speaker 1: responsible for this week's chemical attack, and US Ambassador to
- 42:10Speaker 1: the United Nations Dickie Haley is suggesting that the US
- 42:13Speaker 1: may have to respond on its own if the UN
- 42:16Speaker 1: doesn't do anything. She was also talking to Moscow with
- 42:19Speaker 1: this statement, which has supported the Assad regime the whole time,
- 42:21Speaker 1: and the United Nations consistently fails and its duty to
- 42:26Speaker 1: act collectively. There are times in the life of states
- 42:31Speaker 1: that we are compelled to take our own action. We
- 42:35Speaker 1: will see. California Congressman Maxine Water is responding to his
- 42:38Speaker 1: sexual harassment allegations against Fox News. Bill O'Reilly says he
- 42:43Speaker 1: needs to go to jail, and she's not surprised that
- 42:45Speaker 1: President Trump calls O'Riley a good a good person, because
- 42:49Speaker 1: she feels that they both need to go to jail.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Since the Times investigation was published Sunday showing that the
- 42:54Speaker 1: rally of Factor at the Factor was losing advertisers. Now
- 42:57Speaker 1: about forty one advertisers have stopped a dealing with his show,
- 43:00Speaker 1: and as you heard, legendary, said con producer Norman Lear,
- 43:04Speaker 1: asking an Entertainment Weekly article about having cast Jimmy Walkers
- 43:08Speaker 1: JJ and said he loves him but the guy days
- 43:10Speaker 1: conservative commentator and culter. Apparently the room has been out
- 43:13Speaker 1: there for years. Culture says, Walker is the one who
- 43:15Speaker 1: keeps putting it out there even though it's not true.
- 43:18Speaker 1: But she does say they're good friends, but of course
- 43:19Speaker 1: that doesn't mean good times. This is the trip of
- 43:23Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Shift. All right, thank you, Missanne. Alright,

- 48:53Speaker 1: it is. Uh it is time y'all time to give
- 49:01Speaker 1: away another trip. Okay, let's go. Hello, shl Hi, my
- 49:09Speaker 1: name is Chris. I'm calling from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Yes,
- 49:14Speaker 1: uh listen, did you apply uh in one of our
- 49:17Speaker 1: contests for the Sand and Soul Festival. Okay, great, We
- 49:22Speaker 1: just wanted to confirm some information. Are you available to
- 49:25Speaker 1: travel on the dates between October six and October nine? Okay?
- 49:31Speaker 1: Would you be accompanied by anyone? Okay? And who may
- 49:36Speaker 1: I ask him? Might you bring that? I didn't get
- 49:38Speaker 1: a name yet. I'm just finding this out. Okay. Were
- 49:43Speaker 1: you one of our finalists and you very very likely
- 49:46Speaker 1: that you'll be getting a call from the Morning show.
- 49:49Speaker 1: And before we award these tickets, we just wanted to
- 49:51Speaker 1: make sure that everybody was in compliance and was able
- 49:54Speaker 1: to give away the go actually go on the trip. Um. So,
- 50:01Speaker 1: just a couple other questions. Are you a really a
- 50:04Speaker 1: huge fan of the show? Okay? What's one of your
- 50:09Speaker 1: wishes if you had a bucket list? We're just getting
- 50:11Speaker 1: some basic information you had a bucket list? Who would

- 50:18Speaker 1: Is Tommy a concern of yours at all? Oh? I
- 50:21Speaker 1: would love to meet him too. That would be wonderful
- 50:24Speaker 1: and we are so hoping you're able to you know,
- 50:27Speaker 1: we want to just let you know. For one, you
- 50:29Speaker 1: have a couple of things. Uh, Tommy takes a fist
- 50:32Speaker 1: when people mention his height. So when you see Tommy,
- 50:35Speaker 1: if you could not bring up his height at all,
- 50:37Speaker 1: it would really help. I'm really serious, though, man, because
- 50:42Speaker 1: you know, because he does, he gets a little bit
- 50:44Speaker 1: tense when people bring up his height. And also Shirley, Um,
- 50:49Speaker 1: Shirley's eyes, um, they protrude a bit and it's gonna
- 50:54Speaker 1: be shocking. And we just we're asking Shirley to wear
- 50:58Speaker 1: sunglasses for the trip and hopefully that will help cover
- 51:03Speaker 1: some of the shots. So there's a couple of things
- 51:05Speaker 1: we take care of. I'm charge of Pierre personal appearance
- 51:08Speaker 1: of all they are guests on the show. Steve of course,
- 51:11Speaker 1: just does what he wants to do. Hello, I'm listening, okay,
- 51:15Speaker 1: Well Steve, of course he does what he wants to do.
- 51:17Speaker 1: To just be honest with you, just doesn't really comply
- 51:20Speaker 1: with rules a lot, he said, really tough guy to
- 51:23Speaker 1: work with. So, Caryl, this is Steve Harvey. What's happening.

- 1:02:11Speaker 1: I thought it was cute because it just seemed like
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: he cared. But now he's become obsessive with where I
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: am and who I'm with. I spend every free moment
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: with this man. I work and go to school full time,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: but when I'm not doing either, I'm usually with him.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: He's been accusing me of doing things lately that I
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: have never even thought twice about doing. And usually when
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: this happens, people say it's because they are the ones
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: messing up. He swears he loves me and it's all
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: about me, but I'm starting to think this maybe a
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: game he's running. I've caught him going through my phone
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: a few times and even texting others pretending to be me.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: I wasn't that upset because I had nothing to hide,
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: but that the same time, but at the same time,
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: I felt as if he should have just asked me.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: I'm thinking if he'll lie about having a degree, then
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: he'll lie about anything. I know for a fact that
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: he's done a few women wrong in the past. It's
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: it possible that this guy has changed or do you
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: think there's more to him than I realized and that's
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: why he hound me? So wow. Okay, dear my young sister, First,
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: let me just say this to you. Don't call yourself dumb. Okay,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: you might be young at twenty one, but don't call
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: yourself dumb. Okay, you were smart enough to suspect something
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: in the first place and write this letter. Okay. Now
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: what you have to do is listen to yourself. Listen
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: to those instincts. Don't be a victim here. You know,
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: these are what's called red flags. Uh, these are what's
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: called warning signs in a relationship. You know, just wake
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: up and know that a man who really loves and
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: cares about you won't lie about having a degree. He
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: won't be accusing you of doing things, and you know
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: you wouldn't think twice about doing and he for sure
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: wouldn't be invading your privacy like this going through your phone.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: And then you know he wouldn't be texting other people
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: on your phone. That's not what a man who loves
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: and cares about you does and then lies about it.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: All right, So just go with what you know, what
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: your instinct what your instincts, You're god given instincts are
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: telling you. Okay, you know about this loser. And yeah,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: I did say a loser because he is a loser.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: I mean, no man does this like this to a
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: young girl, a young woman. Your instincts about this guy
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: are right, trust them. Listen to them. That way, you
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: won't be dumb. You won't have to call yourself young
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: and dumb because you're far from it. If you just
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: listen to what the letter is saying and go by that. Steve. Yeah, um,
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: Sometimes you know, this uh soft approach to helping people
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: really gets on my nerves. At times a person writes
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: in a letter and says young and dumb. Usually the
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: people who start off with the subject that they let it.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: They know what they're talking about. You know, people who
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: start their letter off trapped like a food operative word
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: food because they know that they're doing something foolish. This
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: young girl writes this letter young and dumb. Well, you
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: could have wrote young and dumb. You could have wrote
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: young and deceived. You could write young and naive. Um
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: do you could have wrote young and not done my research.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: You could write young and with the wrong man. My
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: problem with all of this is, like I often say,
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: you are exactly right, young and dumb if you do
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: not follow your instincts. God gives women this thing called
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: women's intuition to protect you all against us the hunter
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: that surely you made a couple of mistakes. That are
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: men who act like this who are supposedly in love.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: There are a lot of possessive men out there because
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: women often men oftentimes treat women like things like items
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: you mind you know, I mean know, you know, it's
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: almost like you his rabbit it or or are you
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: his damn freez be or something? But well, see, but
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: there are men who think that when they love somebody
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: that they I'm telling you this exist in men, that
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: they become possessive. Now it's not a good trade, but
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: this is how some men actually think is exhibiting they love,
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: which is way off course, but that's how some men think.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: So you are going to be dumb if you continue
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: to let this happen. Number One, you ain't married to him,
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: what's the hold up? See stop trapping yourself. Stop spending
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: every moment with him. Cost Why if you don't spend
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: every moment with him, what's gonna happen? What are he
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: gonna beat you? What he gonna leave you? What he
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: gonna call it police? What you're gonna have to get
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: a restraint in order? You are dumb if you don't
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: get out of this relationship right now. You are not married,
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: you don't have any kids. And let me tell you something,
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: young lady, this is only the tip of the iceberg.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: It the longer you allow this type of behavior to
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: exist in this relationship, the worst it's gonna get. This
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: is headed nowhere, but worse, this possessive behavior is gonna
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: turn into I thought I told you not to do this.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: Hire now. Has he done some women in the wrong
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: in the past? Can he change? Yeah? Any man can change.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: Did he lie about his degree? Yeah? Does that mean
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: he a lie about some other thing? Yeah? Yeah? Okay,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: what you're writing a letter? Fo make your move? Get
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: you somebody you compatible with. You ain't gonna deal with this.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: Stupid for staying in it, not married, no kids? What's
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: the problem? Get out now? All right? After the break
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: at eighteen, after the hour Part two of Steve's response
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: to Today's Strawberry Letter. You're listening to Steve eighteen minutes
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: after that part two of this letter coming up right
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: outter this. This isn't right, you know. Uh, to any
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: young person out there, it feels like they trapped in
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: a relationship. Let me help you out with something. Um okay,
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: this twenty one year old dating is twenty six year old,
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: not married, no kids. You're not trapped. Only if you
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: say you're trapped, you know, it's it's an amazing thing
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: that we relinquishing ourselves for the sake of this one
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: word that we call love. You think that if a
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: man tells you he loves you and he's protective about that,
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: that you think that that's good? Is that the type
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: of love you want? Do you know? You absolutely have
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: the right to determine what type of love you accept.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: What type of love did you bring into your life?
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: This ain't Obviously, this ain't the type of love you want,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: because you know, set down and wrote us a letter.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Now get out, get out, stop seeing him. It ain't
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: what you want. And I'm telling you this type of
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: behavior is only the beginning. Stay in this relationship and
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: see what you end up being. He's very controlling, possessive.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: It can escalate into something much worse. You feel trapped
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: one now you think you trapped, Now mess around and
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: have a baby, mess around and getting married. You talk
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: about trapped. There are a lot of women in trapped relationship.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Our prisons is full of women who have just gotten
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: sick and tired of being kicked, sick and tired of
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: being pushed and beat and done something about it. And
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: all of a sudden they got to do some time.
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: And you know what, if somebody was doing it to you,
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: you would want it to stop. And now it's being
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: done to you, and you're gonna mess around and let
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: this thing get out of level where you're gonna get
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: sick and tired of it one day and you're gonna
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: go off, just get out. Now, this is really not love.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: I mean, she knows, she needs to know what love is,
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: how it really feels. You know what I mean, It
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: don't happen, It's not this. If it don't feel good,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: then it ain't love. Love feels good. Now if let
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: me tell you you at the age, what if you
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: think he loves you, ain't the only person that I love.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: You give yourself some freedom and at one don't worry
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: about love. Discover yourself, love yourself if you go, get
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: you some extracurriculum activities at college, go to parties, have
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: fun with your girls, sorority shopping, and go on road trips.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: You got time for this, dude. You're working and you
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: almost married. You got the rest of your life to
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: be heavily involved with somebody. Now, probably ain't the time.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: Go to the club, man, get you somebody else. Tell
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: your brothers, Ah, there you go. Today's Strawberry Letter is
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: posted on Steve Harvey dot com and you can tweet
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: or instagram me your thoughts at my girl surely okay?

- 1:12:50Speaker 1: love my brother. I love my brother. Mike Epps, you
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: should have just lied and said you thought it was
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: a big dog dances on his two high legs like,
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: ain't rude. But then Tommy, did you see, Julie, did
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: you see the kangaroo try to swing on them and
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: then they bobbed and weaved off. The kangaroo but hey,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: you know, things happen. We accept everybody's apology, and we
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: forgive things. You know that more people don't. Don't forgive,
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: like how long it's gonna take us and get back
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: to drinking PEPSI brothers and sisters happy, They won't Junior

- 1:13:45Speaker 1: people going to hide. Now, if we could just get
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: everybody to focus on the Trump administration, we could get
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: things done. Let's stop blocking some centing boats. You're gonna
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: organizing protests. Let's stop really protesting. Let's go back and
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: take it to the street. Burn back burn Revolution will
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: not be telling about Oh, I'm sorry, brothers, did I
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: go to you got caught up? Cheryl? Sorry? I might
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: as well go ahead and play a Curtis Mayfield record

- 1:14:17Speaker 1: to Hiti having a good time with my man? What else?
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: What else did I say? I want to talk about?
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: Sherle's what I say? I want to talk about and
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: I'll talked about yesterday that I heard y'all talk about
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: dog on it. Where are the boys when we need

- 1:14:41Speaker 1: O'Reilly right out that job once you think when you
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: lose Mercedies Bins. Oh yeah, claws, let me tell you something.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: I bet you won't do that. Bill Cosby, want to
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: know what's up. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show and
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: y'all coming up at the top of the out right.
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: About five minutes after that, our calls reality up there.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: Okay you okay, here we go. I don't know what
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: the hell going on? Right? What up next? I don't
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: know what are you gonna talk about? Shirley Well Um,
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: the First Ladies changed their hairstyle a bit and it
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: caused a lone of us, the former first the former First,
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: our first Lady, Michelle Obama. Uh, yes, she changed her
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: hair a bit, and uh you know, social media kind
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: of went crazy about it. You know, women do change.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: They Hell, my wife just changed us. Say something about
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: my mind and I find that. When I find your ass,
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: I'll tell you what it's gonna be. On the crack
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: and I'm different about it. Just say, go here those
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: shows anyway, how did you get that everything? But he's little, Steve,
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: let's go um, so it's easier. Uh what alright? Listen,
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: We love and truly dearly miss our former First Lady
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: Michelle Obama. Of course, she inspired women everywhere with her style,
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: with her grace, with her brain, and she was so intelligent.
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: But recently, I don't know if you guys saw this.
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: I don't think you did, Steve. Recently there was a
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: picture of the former First Lady just rocking her hair
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: in its natural state. It wasn't all straight and sleek
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: and slick looking curly and all of that. It was
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: just her natural grade of hair. And social media is
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: going crazy over this picture. Some applaud the First Lady, uh,
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: you know, for wearing it natural, saying they would love
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: to have seen it while she was in the White House,
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: and others are criticizing her, wanting her to keep the
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: same you know, pressed or straight hair look. So in
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: this latest picture she wore a gray headband, and this
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: was the first time many even saw the First Lady
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: wearing her naturally curly hair. Uh. Why is it when
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: black women wear their hair in its natural state. It's
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: an issue. Why isn't that? Yeah, it's like, leave leave
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: her hair alone. It's our hair. We can wear it
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: however we want to wear it. We want to wear
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: it straight, if we want to wear it natural, we
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: want to get a weed short, whatever we want to do.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Why is it always such a big controversy? Woman is
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: educated woman and I wouldn't care if she worked hard
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: time at Baskin Robbins. Is her hair, She can do
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: what she want to do with it. Why is hair
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: an issue on social media? Have you nothing else to
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: do with your day? In your time? What's about your
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: damn hell? But do you know what, Steve? Is always
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: an issue with black women hair? But you know the
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: majority of it. The sad part about social media, it's
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: us dogging us, it's us going after us. And then
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: we got the goal to sit on social media and
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: say they're trying to separate us. They ain't got to
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: do that. We're doing an excellent job. We do an
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: excellent job destroying one another on social media. On reality TV. Man,
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: we don't have nothing we do, but it don't get promoted.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: We have to start promoting one another, loving one another.
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: Uplifting one another, encouraging one another. Man, we are the
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: biggest proponents of tearing self down. Can't none of us
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: do nothing or try to do nothing on the upward
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: mobility scale without pushback from social media? It's a sad
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: day we're living in. Man. Yeah, how is Michelle Obama's
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: hair a topic? But I'm talking about raging? Yeah? And
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: the picture, I mean, it's just her in her natural state.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: She has it back in a little ponytail, and it's
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: it's cute. Actually it's it's really cute. But you know,
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: people have taken her to task about it. But but meanwhile,
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: she's on vacation. I think they're in Tahiti or someplace.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: They're working on their memoirs. You know that sixty million
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: dollar book deal they got, Well, how use little hand
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: your hair on vacation? Anyway? Right here? They got sixty
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: million book deal? How about that? Right about it? I'm
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: talking about talk about that? Do you know the business
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: savvy you have to come up with to get a
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: deal like that? Do you not understand, man, the business
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: side of it. Man, if we're talking about people's hair
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: and talk about they what's under their head? A damn brain,
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: you would be stunned. And how really really bright this
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: woman is and her husband and what they've accomplished, these
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: two black peoples in the White House for years, what
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: their whole family? Yea, And people get quietly kept and
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: some not so quiet quietly wish they were still there,
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: wish they could run again, they'd be voted in. I'm
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: loud about that. So some are saying, yeah, yeah, like this,
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: maybe that's what they're mad about because she's no longer
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: in the White House. But anyway, Yeah, I just thought
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: it was crazy that they're you know, even talking about it. Yeah,
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: that it's an issue period, you know, all right, moving on,
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: all right, I'm pulling over you see, Okay, beautiful, what's wrong? Yeah,
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: what is the big deal? However, she wants to wear
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: her hair. It's her hair, right, there's a whole lot
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: of stuff now, Young Jock, Yes, baby, that boy looked
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: like he was in the Temptations at the top and
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: it's growing to ye. Then he then he colored it
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: read one of the pictures one episode. Young Jock was like,
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: but what about my coat? Though? Yeah, he's so funny.
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: I've looked at the picture. She's beautiful a lot of
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: people are praising a lot of people. Yet they are
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: she's getting love. Yeah, one lady said, I wanted her
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: to come out on at the White House. Long If
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: that's what they were saying, give them your best, Angela
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: Angela Davis. Yet all right, well, let me just say this.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: You're missing right He wouldn't tweet, and he was. You're
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, here
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: we go. It's that time. It's that time, getting ready
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: to getting ready. It's reality Update. All right, thank you, nephew.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: Here we go. Love and hip hop Atlanta. Whoa Okay,
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: love this show right here. So the fellas, okay, Stevie
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: j Kirk, Young Jock, Scrappy Scrap Step Daddy, Ernest Steve.
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: They all got together for Poker Night Tommy with the Fellas.
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: So Kirk told his boys that he and his wife
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Racheetah are living, you know, living in separate houses because
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: she kicked his behind out of the house for cheating
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: and allegedly having a secret baby. Then Young Jock admitted
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: at the poker game to probably having sex with Kirk's
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: secret baby Mama Jasmine. So now, how maybe Kirk is
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: it the father but that's where you fight, though you
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: can Kirk fight for this, well, no fighting, he's married.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: About that, dr pointed with my baby mama. Allegence did
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: say in Jack's defense, he did say he practiced safe
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: sex behavior and he did use for protection, so we'll see.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: Jock also said that he saw a picture of the
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: baby because you know Carly Red, Jack's girlfriend, you know,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: she took a picture of the baby. She went over
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: Jasmine's apartment and Jock said, U baby kind of looks
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: like Kirk. So then Jasmine and her man Rodney, heard
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: about Carly resh on the picture to everybody heard about
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: the poker game. So Jasmine and her man met up
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: with Carly Red and young Jock to confront them about,
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: you know, spreading all these rumors and getting up in
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: their business. Jasmine tried to climb across the table and
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: snatch Carly, and she asked her stop showing people pictures
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: of my baby, of my son, stop doing what I
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: was with her with that. I really yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: Carly was that. Carly was for that. And then Jasmine
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: asked Jock. She said, hey, didn't we ever sleep together?
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: And Jock said he remembered having sex with a woman
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: named Jasmine, but can't be one sure if it was her.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: That was a yeah. So back to Kirk and Rashida. Kirk,
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: you know he's drops by Rashida. You know she has
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: boutique um and he confronted. He was confronted by Rashida's mother,
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: Miss your Len. She lit into his behind. You know,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: she's sick of him hurting her daughter, cheating on her
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: daughter and just breaking her daughter's heart. And Miss Sherlene
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: told Kirk to file for a divorce and she walked
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: out and dropped the mic. That's how you do it, mama,
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: yea yeah, yeah, yeah, that's her daughter. And Kirk wants
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: to go to counseling and Rashida she's just not ready yet.
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: She's just not there. And the girl listening to your mama. Yeah, man,
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: I'm mad Kirk. Have you seen the baby? Yeah? They did, Yeah,
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: Carly red when she went over to take a picture
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: of the baby. He's a cute baby. And and the
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: baby looked just like Kirk. That's all I need to know.
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: It's her, the same, zembles Kirk. I don't know if
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: the baby looks like strong facial features the baby that

- 1:26:55Speaker 1: but she wanted to reach out to Matt because her dog.
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: It was King's birthday coming up. So you know, Matt
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: gave Kenyan both of those little cute little Yorkies and
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: so I have a Yorky anyway, Okay, back back to
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: the show. Kenya's cousin. Yeah, but Kenya's cousin looked at
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: Kenya like, girl, that's so lame. That's such a lame excuse.
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: You want to reach out to Matt because it's the
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: dog's birthday. You might just be sprung. That's what That's
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: how I'm looking at my microphone right now, Like how
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: she was looking at Kenya when Kenya said that what
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: twist mouth girl? Yeah yeah. So Kenya met Matt at
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: this cute little doggy pet store, and Kenya officially ended
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: the relationship and Matt was crushed. I mean, brother was
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: so hurt he broke down. Take a listen and can

- 1:28:07Speaker 1: forward because I do know one thing. I do know
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: that you care. But whatever it is that you're holding onto,
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: you are not able to get past it. Mad Matt,
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: look at me, stop, baby, just look at me one minute.
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: Come on, Matt, I'm sorry. I hurt you the baby.

- 1:30:47Speaker 1: holla back for the jackpot. Today, we're going to take
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: a foolish able food look at today's horrorcoats. Let us
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: begin with duf food reading as a fool. Let us
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: begin with the fool's side. What is his son, Terris?
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: Come on food, read right? I was waiting on that.
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: I passed. The instance of your life is your own business.
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: So ignore busy bodies who give you advice today. Look here, fool,
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: you ain't gotta listen to what nobody sayd cause hey,
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: you ain't been listening. Let me be the fool that
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: I want to be, and then you carry on with
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: your own business. Let me deal with my foolishness. Stupid
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: is like stupid, does I don't think stupid and fool
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: that's the same thing. It's so close that it don't matter. Now.
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: Stupid is not having the knowledge to carry something on.
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: But foolishness, pastor, it's just clowning around. I get paid
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: to be a fool. No, stupid is again what Deacons
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: described stupid. Stupid is not having the memory bank. Yeah
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: that too, But stupid, pastor is not having the knowledge
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: to carry out something. I think you just proved my point.
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: Stupid is when you stupid and don't know what stupid is. Well, wait,
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: it's stupid to you, Pastor. Stupid is what stupid does.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: All right, you do stupid things, therefore you are stupid.
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: I do foolish things, Pastor. Foolish, foolish and stupid is different. Oh, debate.
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: We are debating something so ignorant, so diabolic, dangerous to
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: the community. Were at the church, how a food. It's
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: sitting up here explaining to his pastor the difference between
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: stupidity and foolishness, and you might a well, throw in demometry.
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: You know it's not dynamic. It stands in at the
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: CRUs pastor that a person who lacks the judgment or
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: a sense, that person carries out stupidity. That is an ignorant,
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: paineous remark. You're creating words. I don't have to create
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: stupid for me all the time. It's stupid because you
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: create dumb, stupid, ignorant and above all else to the
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: food you're listening to st thirty four minutes after the
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: hour's time to give away another trip to the sand

- 1:35:36Speaker 1: like you know what, now, you know what the prankster
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: feel like, trying to get somebody. Yeah, man, it's hard
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: to get people on the phone. All Right, y'all, we'll
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: be back. We'll be back, coming up next. We've got
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: time for just one more thing. You're listening, Steve Harvey,
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: alright for eight minutes after that, coming up, we got
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: just one more thing. Sureley got something about monkey. I
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: don't know what's happened, but we'll find out right at
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: We know how much you love monkeys. You talk about
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: them all the time. Uh So check this out monkeys.
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: Here's the headline. Monkeys helped lost man survive in Amazon
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: rainforest for nine days. Twenty five year old man his
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: name was may cool uh Corse cor Ceo Acuna, and
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: he was on a tour of a rainforest in the
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: Amazon when he wandered off from the camp where the
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: group was staying. Amazingly, he was in the wild. He
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: was lost for nine days before he was found alive
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: by the guides. Make Cool said that he was able
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: to survive because he followed a group of monkeys around
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: out there. The monkeys dropped him fruit and led him
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: to shelter and water every day. Now, yeah, it wasn't
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: that great. Of course, make Cool was in rough shape
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: when he was found with many insect insect bites and
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: swollen feet and ankles, but his mind was working just fine.
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: Does he maintain hope of rescue the entire time thanks
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: to the friendly troop of monkeys. So there you go
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: the story. Yes, isn't that. That's a cool story. Though
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: they dropped him fruit, they led him to to shelter
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: to water every day, they were nice. The key to
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: this whole story that the man name was Man Cool
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: Cool sakna make Cool? Uh huh, that was the key.
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: So he has more of a rainforest jungle type name.
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: Don't go out there as Randy Palmer and thank your
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: as LEO. Nine days with some damn monkeys and you
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: got out of this. Yeah, May Cool Corneal mcconnells. Sounds
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: like he had some type of familiarity with rainforest slash jungles. Oh, Man,
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: Randy Palmer ass gonna die on the third day cotton,
- 1:38:18Speaker 1: leave cotton. It's not wrong me wrong. Yeah, knock knock,
- 1:38:27Speaker 1: might make it five days just on hood knowledge. You
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: gotta follow the monkeys. You gotta look up, feet swallowed down.
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: They're just stepping on stuff and bad feet all swalled up.
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: Fire and some lit his ass. But may cool, colonel
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: of seal or confidence? What nine days? Nine days out there?
- 1:39:02Speaker 1: Tommy right ass is gone on second day. I w
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: Blair Winting's worth dies in full our. Oh my god,
- 1:39:19Speaker 1: I don't think father will ever fund. Man, I do
- 1:39:24Speaker 1: believe I'm dying. You know what I think I will? Oh, man,
- 1:39:31Speaker 1: you gotta be out there. You got to know some
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: negro spiritual. Nine days you don't know no negro spiritual.
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: You ain't gonna make it. Love. He needed dag my head,
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: lead me, you let me? Why I am time? I'm
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: not looking at the monkeys. Yeah, he went over that
- 1:40:06Speaker 1: by the monkey, and did he know how much he
- 1:40:08Speaker 1: was gonna need their monkeys? Right wander all for the group.
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: But but I've never heard of this. I mean I've
- 1:40:16Speaker 1: heard of humans, you know, taking care of monkeys, feeding
- 1:40:19Speaker 1: them and you know, leading them to water and shelter
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: and stuff like that. But I've never heard of the reverse,
- 1:40:24Speaker 1: so this is a great thing. I mean, I've heard
- 1:40:28Speaker 1: of I guess, raised by wolves kids, right, you know,
- 1:40:31Speaker 1: but not monkeys. I guess. Surely if you can believe
- 1:40:36Speaker 1: a kid raised by wolf, you can't believe the man
- 1:40:39Speaker 1: found now. I can believe it. I just haven't heard
- 1:40:43Speaker 1: of it. It's not uh as popular popular of a story.
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: I guess you didn't watch tons. Oh my gosh, I
- 1:40:52Speaker 1: knew the student was gonna show up right in tis
- 1:41:00Speaker 1: and but it was for weeks and years. But what
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: I'm saying is you hear more of humans taking care
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: of monkeys and doing things for monkeys, not the not
- 1:41:12Speaker 1: the reverse so much. That's when actually, I know people
- 1:41:18Speaker 1: take care of animals. That ain't nothing new, he was.
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: That's my point. That's my point. You don't hear a
- 1:41:25Speaker 1: lot of monkeys taking care of people, and you don't
- 1:41:27Speaker 1: hear a lot about people out in the rainfall or
- 1:41:30Speaker 1: walking by theirself, And you don't know no monkeys to
- 1:41:34Speaker 1: know what they're doing it what they ain't doing. Oh boy,
- 1:41:37Speaker 1: I could have said something right there and days too.
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: It's just it's a great story. It's a story about
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: survival and love. That's all I think about, feel about love.
- 1:41:48Speaker 1: What what's you're saying? Time? It got lost? One time
- 1:41:52Speaker 1: when we was little and a family of squirrels took
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: you me he's at home in the tree till him
- 1:42:00Speaker 1: how to gather nuts and stuff. What did they Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:42:05Speaker 1: it was a little chipmunk family. He was just down
- 1:42:07Speaker 1: in the hole with him. We found one of them.
- 1:42:10Speaker 1: One of them came out and said, hey man, you
- 1:42:12Speaker 1: got them. Get that black hair dude like here. And
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: we looked down in the hole a little time with
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: down they're just eating all their nuts. They want to
- 1:42:19Speaker 1: him out of that's so bad. So how did he
- 1:42:22Speaker 1: get back? Picked him up, put him in pocket, took
- 1:42:25Speaker 1: him home? Oh my gosh. Him and one of the
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: little girl chip monks that got closed. She wanted to
- 1:42:32Speaker 1: go with him, but I told him my dad wasn't
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: gonna lie that. What time ain't gonna do with getting
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: a little chip more pregnant. That's not what I'm doing. Chipmunks.
- 1:42:44Speaker 1: They're doing the movies with Alvin and Alvin think that's
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: so hard for us to believe. Yeah, well we my
- 1:43:00Speaker 1: favorite part. Yeah, y'all have a nice weekend. See y'all
- 1:43:05Speaker 1: Monday another day. Well, I love him making on Thursdays, Yeah,
- 1:43:11Speaker 1: because it's close. Well, if y'all ain't planning on be
