They’re building the Plywood Trail — a massive new bike and walking path linking Sioux City, Hinton, Merrell, and Le Mars. Groundbreaking started in 2021, and right now, crews are shutting down 46th Street near Floyd Blvd in Sioux City to finish phase three, the final stretch to Hinton.
