- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things, and it's to me true good to
- 0:25Speaker 1: the other forty. I don't join joining me. You gotta
- 1:01Speaker 1: turn you go. You gotta turn to turn them out,
- 1:42Speaker 1: turn you love, got to turn them out, to turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water the water go. Come come on your
- 1:59Speaker 1: tha Uh huh I show will good morning everybody you're
- 2:05Speaker 1: listening to the vote, Come on dig me now one
- 2:07Speaker 1: and only. Uh Steve Harvey got a radio show, Yeah
- 2:11Speaker 1: you do. Steve Harvey got a radio show. But like
- 2:13Speaker 1: I said the other day, you got something too, though,
- 2:15Speaker 1: don't you. God hadn't done something wonderful for you. You
- 2:18Speaker 1: just gotta thank Him for it, you know, in the
- 2:22Speaker 1: midst of all that's going on in my life and
- 2:24Speaker 1: in your life. You know, I always use myself as
- 2:27Speaker 1: an example because well I mean that way. I guarantee
- 2:31Speaker 1: one hundred percent I know what I'm talking about. Um,
- 2:35Speaker 1: here's the situation, you know, with everything that's going on
- 2:38Speaker 1: in my life and all the things I'm asking God
- 2:41Speaker 1: for in the midst of a taxing and a very
- 2:48Speaker 1: trying situation, that's very challenging for me right now. Man,
- 2:52Speaker 1: God just keeps on keeps on surprising me. He keeps
- 2:57Speaker 1: doing things. And I want you to look at your life.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Or for a second, let's make two columns here. Let's
- 3:06Speaker 1: make a column of all the things you want from God.
- 3:09Speaker 1: You know, just do that throughout the course of the day.
- 3:12Speaker 1: You know, you know, run down the list of all
- 3:14Speaker 1: the things you're asking God for, all the things you're
- 3:17Speaker 1: praying for, the things you aspire to, what your dreams,
- 3:21Speaker 1: your visions, whatever it is. Just make a column a
- 3:23Speaker 1: list of all those things. Let's make three lists. And
- 3:28Speaker 1: then the second list, I want you to make a
- 3:31Speaker 1: list of everything that you've been asking God for, so
- 3:37Speaker 1: I guess that could be a little bit of the same.
- 3:39Speaker 1: But this third list, I want you to do a
- 3:41Speaker 1: check off point. I want you to do a make
- 3:44Speaker 1: a list of everything that God has given you that
- 3:47Speaker 1: you've asked him for. Just think about it like that
- 3:50Speaker 1: for a second. I may be explaining a little wrong
- 3:53Speaker 1: right now, but I'm gonna pull it together for you.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Make a list of everything you're asking God for, just
- 4:00Speaker 1: just listed. You know. It's okay, It's a dream board.
- 4:02Speaker 1: You can call it that. I got one. It's a
- 4:04Speaker 1: vision board. You know, every everybody's got something you hope for.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Make a list. Now. I want you to make another
- 4:11Speaker 1: list of everything you've asked God for that he's given
- 4:16Speaker 1: you already. See this is a good list because sometimes
- 4:22Speaker 1: and what I've been guilty of, and maybe you two
- 4:25Speaker 1: in my request list on my dream board. I keep
- 4:29Speaker 1: focusing so hard sometimes on the what I'm yet to receive.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I keep focusing so hard on the what I hope
- 4:38Speaker 1: he gives me. I keep focusing so hard on the
- 4:42Speaker 1: things that I yet not fulfilled in my life that sometimes,
- 4:47Speaker 1: as he starts checking off my wish list the things
- 4:51Speaker 1: I've asked for in the past that have come to
- 4:54Speaker 1: pass that he's given me, I sometimes, in praying for
- 4:58Speaker 1: what I want forget to thank him for what he's
- 5:02Speaker 1: done for me. And I'm currently in the middle of
- 5:05Speaker 1: that situation. And this morning when I woke up, I really, man,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I just got on my knees this morning and I
- 5:11Speaker 1: quit tripping for a second. I said, Man, hey, God,
- 5:13Speaker 1: you know what I really do need all them things
- 5:17Speaker 1: I'm asking for, and I'm really am believing that You're
- 5:19Speaker 1: gonna give it to me. But in the meantime, though, Man,
- 5:23Speaker 1: have I overlooked some important details here. I had to
- 5:27Speaker 1: really look at what he's done for me. I mean, look, man,
- 5:31Speaker 1: take yourself out of it personally and look, well, you
- 5:34Speaker 1: can leave yourself in it however you want to be.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Some people can't do that, So just leave yourself in
- 5:38Speaker 1: it there. But man, I started looking at the eye
- 5:41Speaker 1: part of me, and I started looking around at what's
- 5:44Speaker 1: happening overall. Like, man, he has kept my family together
- 5:49Speaker 1: in spite of the attempts to tear it apart. I
- 5:52Speaker 1: look at all of that. I look at how he's
- 5:54Speaker 1: blessing my children with the desires of their heart, which
- 5:57Speaker 1: I pray for my kids. You know, I want my
- 5:59Speaker 1: kids to have a better life than I've had. I
- 6:01Speaker 1: really really do. I don't want them to take as
- 6:04Speaker 1: long as it took me to get it together. I
- 6:06Speaker 1: really really don't. I'm trying to say, hey, man, if
- 6:09Speaker 1: you go to college, this is what you can be.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Don't do like your father did. Don't go three years,
- 6:13Speaker 1: drop out, throw yourself into a spiral and then got
- 6:16Speaker 1: to start to scratch all over again. You know. And
- 6:19Speaker 1: for the most part so far, you know, they're doing
- 6:23Speaker 1: quite well of it. You know, you know they they're
- 6:25Speaker 1: getting kicked around a little bit, but that's life. I
- 6:28Speaker 1: started thinking of the blessings that he's helped me overcome
- 6:32Speaker 1: with some of the previous mistakes I've made in relationships
- 6:36Speaker 1: in my life. And then I started looking about the
- 6:39Speaker 1: things he's blessed me with that I've been asking him for.
- 6:42Speaker 1: But since I've moved on from it, I forgot to
- 6:45Speaker 1: keep thinking him because I gotta always thank God for
- 6:48Speaker 1: a roof over my head because guess what, when I
- 6:50Speaker 1: was asking for the roof and I didn't really have it,
- 6:53Speaker 1: then he gave me one. Now, since he gave it
- 6:55Speaker 1: to me, what, I'm just cool now, I can't ever
- 6:57Speaker 1: go back to him and go, hey, man, I really
- 7:00Speaker 1: do appreciate this roof over my head because that was
- 7:02Speaker 1: a time when I was living in a car. But see,
- 7:04Speaker 1: so every morning I wake up, I gotta remember the
- 7:07Speaker 1: fact that I have a home now, because I got
- 7:10Speaker 1: to look back and go, man, that was time, Steve,
- 7:12Speaker 1: when you didn't have no home. But see, we forget
- 7:15Speaker 1: what God has done for us because in our column
- 7:19Speaker 1: that won't column, the need column, we oftentimes forget for
- 7:25Speaker 1: the columns and the check marks as He's already fulfilled
- 7:28Speaker 1: in our life. You've got to take inventory every now
- 7:32Speaker 1: and then daily if possible. But I know we're humans.
- 7:35Speaker 1: We're not going to do that. I don't. But you've
- 7:38Speaker 1: got to take inventory of your life to say, hey,
- 7:43Speaker 1: what has God done for me? You know? And remember
- 7:46Speaker 1: something else too. Change is good, but change is challenging.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Accept the challenge that it is. Look a lot of
- 7:56Speaker 1: you come up to me all the time and say,
- 7:58Speaker 1: Steve Man, thank you man, and boy you in the morning. Man,
- 8:01Speaker 1: I really be needing that. Well. I under said it
- 8:04Speaker 1: a hundred times, but I'm gonna say it again, y'all.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I'd be needing it too. You know. You understand, sometimes
- 8:11Speaker 1: what God is dealing with me is for me. But
- 8:15Speaker 1: now I'm in a sharing position where I can open
- 8:18Speaker 1: up and if I just if I just quit being
- 8:21Speaker 1: so about me and become a little bit more transparent,
- 8:24Speaker 1: I can maybe some of me that's happening to me
- 8:27Speaker 1: is happening to you, and you can see some of
- 8:29Speaker 1: this in me. That's why I use myself as an example,
- 8:32Speaker 1: because man, I'm catching it too, y'all. I ain't perfect either.
- 8:37Speaker 1: So for those of you that come up to me
- 8:39Speaker 1: and say that I want you to understand these these
- 8:42Speaker 1: talks in the morning. Man, this is important for me
- 8:45Speaker 1: because man, I need these conversations from God. I need
- 8:49Speaker 1: God to continue to strengthen me, to show me the way,
- 8:53Speaker 1: to help me understand what's happening to me. And see,
- 8:57Speaker 1: as we've all those of you who have made the
- 8:59Speaker 1: decision to change, to become a better person, a better woman,
- 9:03Speaker 1: a better boy, a better girl, a better man. For
- 9:05Speaker 1: those of you have made the decision to change, changes
- 9:07Speaker 1: a challenge and accept the challenge because it's gonna come.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Because right out of that here come to haters. It
- 9:13Speaker 1: ain't come people you don't even know, discussing your life
- 9:17Speaker 1: and your change. If God see you really really mean
- 9:21Speaker 1: what you say in spite of what they say about you,
- 9:25Speaker 1: God will raise you above the phrase. He'll keep promoting you,
- 9:29Speaker 1: He'll keep blessing you, He'll keep moving you up. He
- 9:33Speaker 1: will use you as a show off point. He'll show
- 9:36Speaker 1: you off, man. He'll make you. He'll make you look
- 9:39Speaker 1: good to people man, who wish you'd fall all day long.
- 9:43Speaker 1: And so to all your haters, all your haters will
- 9:45Speaker 1: end up just watching you rise. Man. They will watch
- 9:48Speaker 1: you continue to grow. That's what God will do for you. Man.
- 9:51Speaker 1: You can fool the world, but you can't fool God.
- 9:54Speaker 1: God know your heart, He knows your every thought. Man,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you're listening to start morning. Ladies and gentlemen, Here we are.
- 10:04Speaker 1: We are about to begin the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:07Speaker 1: We are close to election day. I for one, will
- 10:10Speaker 1: be so happy when it's over. I'm tired of asking
- 10:14Speaker 1: you to vote, pleading with you to vote, encouraging you
- 10:19Speaker 1: to vote, practically almost begging you to vote. Damn it, vote.
- 10:29Speaker 1: They don't mess rod, get cussed out about this. Vote,
- 10:33Speaker 1: but vote now. Let me be clear about something for
- 10:40Speaker 1: anybody out there that don't know me. Biden and Harris
- 10:45Speaker 1: is the ticket to get this country more unified. That's
- 10:51Speaker 1: the ticket. Stop saying anything else about me. Ain't never
- 10:56Speaker 1: been nothing else about me. That's enough that said, asked
- 11:00Speaker 1: to the polls, and let's vote. Tied to him, tired
- 11:06Speaker 1: and listen about him? TI hearing this man tied to
- 11:09Speaker 1: him lying. I'm tired of counting eighteen thousand of well
- 11:16Speaker 1: over thirty that's minimum, talking about last week, week week,
- 11:24Speaker 1: any given week, Okay, Jimmy Shirley Strawberry. We voted on
- 11:29Speaker 1: this show, Steve. Everyone, that's right, we all vote A
- 11:33Speaker 1: good morning crew, My main junior man, get your last
- 11:38Speaker 1: down vote. That's the king of all the pranks, Nephew Thomas,
- 11:43Speaker 1: your third top of the morning to vote. I saw
- 11:49Speaker 1: a lot of the Sorority sisters had their little wrapped
- 11:52Speaker 1: dresses on the pencil skirts stroll to the polls and
- 12:00Speaker 1: all them had their colors ow. They was looking real fly. Yeah. Yeah,
- 12:07Speaker 1: it's gonna be an uptick in the polls. I think
- 12:10Speaker 1: a lot of way more people are going to vote
- 12:12Speaker 1: this time than voted last time. This movement. The problem
- 12:16Speaker 1: is more Trump supporters are going to be voting too,
- 12:20Speaker 1: So we've got to get out there and let them
- 12:22Speaker 1: know the black lives matter. Period. Man, I didn't know.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I didn't know Trump said this about black lives matter.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Did you see this where he said it was a
- 12:34Speaker 1: Marxist movement, left wing communists black lives matter? Yeah, I
- 12:44Speaker 1: don't doubt it. Did you doubt it though? No? I mean,
- 12:47Speaker 1: but but he said it in front of a black coalition.
- 12:53Speaker 1: He was speaking at the thing of Doctor at a
- 12:56Speaker 1: black function with the Black Cross. So we don't know
- 13:04Speaker 1: his colors. It was booing his ass. I got, oh,
- 13:07Speaker 1: well I just saw at last I said this, dude,
- 13:10Speaker 1: really not only racist but dumb. Two days. This is
- 13:14Speaker 1: why you need to vote. This is why Steve thirteen
- 13:20Speaker 1: days left thirteen. Yeah, we're counting down now we are.
- 13:25Speaker 1: We're in a two week window now. Yeah, I'm just
- 13:28Speaker 1: hoping my cigar line just threw in week after that.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Damn the election winning my sigar. We gotta girl coming
- 13:38Speaker 1: up at thirty two minutes after the hour, Our girls
- 13:41Speaker 1: sister Odell will be in the building right after this.
- 13:45Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steven show. Well, it's Women's Crush Wednesday,
- 13:50Speaker 1: and our girls sister Odell is in the building. Women
- 14:02Speaker 1: whoa day for women? Glory, glory, glory, glory. Good money
- 14:16Speaker 1: is everyone? Hi, y'all? Do what today? How are you?

- 14:27Speaker 1: over a week now, Yes, ma'am, are you talking about? What?
- 14:32Speaker 1: What are you talking about? Get him go? Oh you
- 14:35Speaker 1: are talking about go to the polls and get him gone.
- 14:41Speaker 1: She'll tell you'd be happy to know that everyone on
- 14:43Speaker 1: this show has voted. I'm so proud of y'all. You know,
- 14:47Speaker 1: we've been trying to get make away. You know, I'm
- 14:50Speaker 1: from that generation. It made it even possible for us

- 15:10Speaker 1: Yes man, Yes, somebody down now to help you. I didn't.
- 15:17Speaker 1: I knew what I was doing. Oh, you're smart. I'm
- 15:21Speaker 1: just talking about reaching Come on, because I know the
- 15:27Speaker 1: poses kind of high to the little man, you know,
- 15:33Speaker 1: I see they had some steps down there for challenges.
- 15:43Speaker 1: He made it. We all did well. I was gonna
- 15:46Speaker 1: tell you that today is Kim Kardashian's birthday. Now, Kim Kardashian,

- 16:08Speaker 1: on girl trips before. We didn't had the money that

- 16:20Speaker 1: go right on down? Then what you do? We caught
- 16:28Speaker 1: a greyhound and who had Barbie qwing? Ain't it on
- 16:32Speaker 1: the side of the railroad track and walked around a
- 16:38Speaker 1: little bit down. You know, U seen whether you know
- 16:42Speaker 1: what it was gonna you know, put the go German
- 16:45Speaker 1: shepherds on us and everything. Just n I'm just telling
- 16:49Speaker 1: you just what we did is my girl. We can't

- 17:00Speaker 1: I was I know call it. I was just something set,
- 17:03Speaker 1: you know, because people always want to downplay something we did.
- 17:06Speaker 1: That's all the money we had. The girl's weekend was
- 17:09Speaker 1: in yes man, okay, well had barbecue on the side
- 17:14Speaker 1: of the railroad tracks. Yeah, okay, all right? Well another

- 17:24Speaker 1: she's bringing her family friends. Ain't family too? Oh well
- 17:27Speaker 1: that ain't a girl girl. We we just took our friends.
- 17:32Speaker 1: We left our husband and you know, boar friends at home,
- 17:36Speaker 1: all right, But we gotta say happy birthday to Judge

- 17:47Speaker 1: I knew a mama, Oh oh did you true, true
- 17:57Speaker 1: Judy girl. She was something ill. She rang that little

- 18:06Speaker 1: somebody did something, she didn't look over the jude you
- 18:08Speaker 1: did go pass judgment, you know, to be playing on
- 18:15Speaker 1: the playgrass kids getting that's already knew she was gonna

- 18:30Speaker 1: their regional arrangement. Wow, she started young. CNN. Uh they
- 18:42Speaker 1: have a legal analyst on their senior legal analyst. His
- 18:45Speaker 1: name is Jeffrey Tubin and right now he's on leave
- 18:49Speaker 1: from CNN because he was reportedly exposed his private part.
- 18:55Speaker 1: He was on a corporate call. He was on a
- 18:57Speaker 1: zoom call. He claims he thought he was off camera.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And uh so now you know he's suspended. Stood up
- 19:05Speaker 1: that walk stood up and it was already standing up,
- 19:13Speaker 1: you know, your zoom right in. Yeah, yeah, you know,
- 19:18Speaker 1: I mean, and I like him. I like jeff the
- 19:20Speaker 1: one with the glasses, Yes, with the glasses, uh huh
- 19:24Speaker 1: uh huh, yeah, just stood right up. So yeah, that
- 19:28Speaker 1: had to be I actually did well, yeah, he said
- 19:31Speaker 1: it was. He apologied, Yeah, because you know, if you
- 19:33Speaker 1: ain't packing, it ain't on you standing up, making no
- 19:36Speaker 1: announcements about it. You know, when it stood up, they
- 19:42Speaker 1: went up, Blake, Blake. So have you heard about any
- 19:48Speaker 1: other people that have had embarrassing moments on zoom that
- 19:52Speaker 1: you know about, sister? Yeah? I hate one. Last week,
- 19:56Speaker 1: must have one. Oh you were laughing. We was on
- 19:59Speaker 1: a news zoom cale uh huh, and I was trying
- 20:03Speaker 1: to ford got dress. I was trying to get you
- 20:05Speaker 1: comproot up man. And next thing I know, I was
- 20:09Speaker 1: on it, but I didn't know I was on it,
- 20:13Speaker 1: and I was just sitting up there topless watch you know,
- 20:21Speaker 1: rabbit and it took over. So I was just sitting
- 20:23Speaker 1: up there just looking like, ma, what's sister Odell? Thank
- 20:28Speaker 1: you for that? We think got Did you just say
- 20:33Speaker 1: I did? Yes? Yeah, shout gotta go, sister ball head. Hi,
- 20:42Speaker 1: the nephew's prank is coming up. A run that prank
- 20:47Speaker 1: back is coming up right after this. Thank you, Sister Odell.
- 20:51Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show right now. The nephew
- 20:55Speaker 1: is here. Would run that prank back? What you got
- 20:57Speaker 1: for his neaf Jim Odds Eyes Ministry that have known
- 21:03Speaker 1: it's gym. Let's go cat. Hello, Hello, I'm trying to
- 21:07Speaker 1: read Clarence. Clarence. Yea, how you doing Clarence? This is
- 21:11Speaker 1: Stadius man. I'm over at the church. Man, about this
- 21:15Speaker 1: church where you're a member of? Right? Oh yeah, hey,
- 21:18Speaker 1: what's okay? Hey? I'm with the Gems man, and uh
- 21:22Speaker 1: you you you actually came to uh this past service?
- 21:25Speaker 1: Correct Gems, the Gems, that's that's uh God's Eyes Missionary
- 21:33Speaker 1: and and basically what we do is we watch what's
- 21:35Speaker 1: going on, you know in the in the church, who's coming,
- 21:40Speaker 1: who hasn't come? And uh, you know, I don't mean
- 21:43Speaker 1: any harm, but this this if my records indicate me
- 21:46Speaker 1: right uh through um my God's Eyes Ministry, the Gems
- 21:51Speaker 1: looking at my books, looks like this is your first
- 21:53Speaker 1: time at the church this year? Correct? Yeah, I mean
- 21:57Speaker 1: what can I do for you? Okay? Now when past
- 22:00Speaker 1: asked for all the visitors to stand, you actually did
- 22:02Speaker 1: not stand? Correct? No, No, I'm a member because you
- 22:05Speaker 1: remember there we go. Now you you still work for
- 22:08Speaker 1: um uh you work for them? Yeah? Okay, Now what
- 22:12Speaker 1: we've done is we've averaged it out that you what
- 22:14Speaker 1: what is this? What is this? I mean, what is
- 22:17Speaker 1: this about? Okay, I'm on my way to it. So
- 22:19Speaker 1: so you probably are you um, averaging about what between
- 22:23Speaker 1: forty and fifty thousand dollars on a yearly basis over
- 22:25Speaker 1: there week? I mean that? But yeah, go ahead, problem
- 22:31Speaker 1: see what we're looking at. Since since you all member,
- 22:33Speaker 1: because see you did not stand when he said all members,
- 22:36Speaker 1: since you did not stand up? Which what you right
- 22:39Speaker 1: there making the you know you're you're you're clarifying that
- 22:42Speaker 1: you are a member, and you're making about we're gonna
- 22:45Speaker 1: roughly say about forty five thousand dollars year, which means
- 22:48Speaker 1: ten percent is forty five hundred. Now, we looked at
- 22:52Speaker 1: the we looked at the books and noticed that you
- 22:55Speaker 1: put in fifty dollars in the church on this past
- 22:58Speaker 1: easton on Sunday. If you put fifty dollars in you
- 23:02Speaker 1: know where close. See when you're gonna start cutting into
- 23:05Speaker 1: this forty five hundred dollars that you ought to be
- 23:07Speaker 1: paying your ties? Wait, what's your name? Like I said, sir,
- 23:12Speaker 1: my name is Staddus Staddius. Will a man rock God?
- 23:15Speaker 1: Yet you have robbed me where in tie? See you? You?
- 23:19Speaker 1: You you are? Wait minute, hold on a second. You
- 23:22Speaker 1: got you got all the stuff going on to the church.
- 23:24Speaker 1: You you got, uh, you got hungry people, You got
- 23:28Speaker 1: people that need salvation and whatever. But you calling me
- 23:31Speaker 1: about about some money that I haven't given to the church. Well,
- 23:35Speaker 1: well see, and that's what your ministry does, y'all call
- 23:37Speaker 1: y'all spend all morning calling people. My job, sir, as
- 23:42Speaker 1: a gym God's eyes ministry, My job is to keep
- 23:46Speaker 1: an eye on what's going on at the church. Now,
- 23:50Speaker 1: when are you gonna start cutting into your tie? You
- 23:52Speaker 1: forty five hundred dollars that we see. This is why
- 23:55Speaker 1: we can't get the extra wing that pastor wants to
- 23:58Speaker 1: put on, because people are like you. This is why.
- 24:00Speaker 1: But what you know what? Man? You hold on a second, um.
- 24:05Speaker 1: First of all, let me explain something to your brother, Thaddy,
- 24:07Speaker 1: gus L whatever the ministry you are with, Thaddy. Okay,
- 24:11Speaker 1: that's fine. Listen, Hey, I don't even have to explain
- 24:14Speaker 1: it to you, But let me explain something to you.
- 24:15Speaker 1: All right. I'm this is a one job household. This
- 24:19Speaker 1: is all we do. This is a one job household.
- 24:21Speaker 1: My wife don't work. But my wife comes to church
- 24:24Speaker 1: every Sunday and she pays the tides. That have you
- 24:27Speaker 1: checked as the gym ministry, Have y'all looked at her tides?
- 24:31Speaker 1: Her ties ain't got nothing to do with you. You
- 24:35Speaker 1: understand you have to pay your tides? Will a man
- 24:40Speaker 1: rob God? Yet ye have rob? You are robbing the Lord.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Brother Clarence, you know what, man? You know? That's you know?
- 24:48Speaker 1: And you wonder why people don't come to church all
- 24:51Speaker 1: the time. You know, how are you gonna tell me
- 24:52Speaker 1: that I could be giving my tide somewhere else? I
- 24:54Speaker 1: am the secretary. I am the Gym's secretary of God's
- 24:58Speaker 1: Eyes ministry, and my eyes have shown me that you've
- 25:01Speaker 1: only given fifty dollars. You're making five dollars, you dude
- 25:06Speaker 1: from the church. I don't know if that is something.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I'll tell you that who have you been saying? Who? Yes,
- 25:14Speaker 1: I have? But that's not none of their business. That's
- 25:16Speaker 1: I know, I know, I know. What does it have
- 25:18Speaker 1: to do with him calling people and asking them if
- 25:21Speaker 1: they're panis I got this? I got this? Let me
- 25:23Speaker 1: let me handle Yeah, yeah, you know, I got it.
- 25:25Speaker 1: I got it, I got him. I got it. I
- 25:26Speaker 1: got I know, I know, I know who who? Who?
- 25:29Speaker 1: Who was that? Sir? That's my wife and that's right. Okay.
- 25:35Speaker 1: I don't have nothing in my books that say y'all
- 25:38Speaker 1: paid three hundred dollars on the gun. If she said
- 25:41Speaker 1: we paid three hundred dollars, we paid three hundred dollars. Okay.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Let me ask you this, When are you gonna start
- 25:48Speaker 1: cutting into this farty five with a man robbed God?
- 25:52Speaker 1: Yet you have robbed me. That is what you are doing, sir.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Well you know what you're robbing me right now. You're
- 25:59Speaker 1: robbing me right now my time where I could go out,
- 26:01Speaker 1: I gotta be work. I can't go get dressed right
- 26:04Speaker 1: now because I'm on the phone with you. I have
- 26:06Speaker 1: to be at work in half an hour. You rob
- 26:08Speaker 1: me right now of my time. Let me ask you something.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Can you bring your tax return into what I can
- 26:14Speaker 1: take a look at it? My tax return? You know,
- 26:17Speaker 1: I'll tell you what. I'll bring my tax return if
- 26:19Speaker 1: everybody else bring their tax return. If you bring your
- 26:21Speaker 1: tax return and pass to bring your tax return, then
- 26:24Speaker 1: I'll bring my tax return. We can have a tax
- 26:26Speaker 1: return party. When will your tax return? When can you
- 26:30Speaker 1: can you fax it to me? Are you serious? I mean,
- 26:33Speaker 1: I mean, if it's is, if it's not too much
- 26:37Speaker 1: to ask, Listen, I'm gonna be honest with you. The
- 26:40Speaker 1: next time you do come to church, we're gonna pat
- 26:42Speaker 1: you down because we're gonna have to figure out. Oh,
- 26:45Speaker 1: hold on, you're gonna pass me down the next time
- 26:47Speaker 1: I come to church and then lay hands on you. Okay,
- 26:50Speaker 1: let me ask you this. Do you are you on
- 26:51Speaker 1: salary at the church? Yeah? But what does but what does?
- 26:54Speaker 1: What does? What does that have to do with anything?
- 26:56Speaker 1: I need to know what you ain't get ain't gotten you? Look, look,
- 27:00Speaker 1: it ain't got nothing where You're gonna bring your forty
- 27:02Speaker 1: five hundred dollars down so we can add it, so
- 27:05Speaker 1: we can get the wing put on. I'm part of
- 27:07Speaker 1: the gems. You'll bring your money down here, Clarence, isn't
- 27:11Speaker 1: it dogs? Let me tell you something. I don't know
- 27:14Speaker 1: who you are. I don't know what this ministry is.
- 27:16Speaker 1: I'm with the gyms. Where can we exist it? Man?
- 27:18Speaker 1: I don't I don't care. I don't give it you
- 27:19Speaker 1: know what, ever says, I don't care anything about your
- 27:23Speaker 1: gym ministry. I don't care about you, man, I don't
- 27:25Speaker 1: care about any of that where you're gonna play this
- 27:27Speaker 1: ten percent? Man, let me tell you something. Dollars and
- 27:30Speaker 1: just this for real, don't call my house and I'm
- 27:32Speaker 1: over with this with this stuff. You about to make it, brother,
- 27:34Speaker 1: go off. I mean seriously, in this economy, in this economy,
- 27:37Speaker 1: you talk to me about about me tied and fifty dollars.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I'm trying. I'm trying to put a dollar through college.
- 27:41Speaker 1: I'm trying to set a sun through private school, and
- 27:43Speaker 1: I can't get that done. I'm trying to keep lights
- 27:45Speaker 1: on the dude that have to do with the church.
- 27:47Speaker 1: I already told you. I don't get ready to hang up.
- 27:50Speaker 1: And if you want to meet me and whatever you're
- 27:52Speaker 1: gonna do and whatever they in that spine, Joe, I
- 27:54Speaker 1: need to tell you something else about your job. You
- 27:57Speaker 1: ain't telling me nothing about my job. You don't have
- 27:59Speaker 1: to kill me. I need to tell you something about
- 28:01Speaker 1: your job. Phone. Is there a man named Chapman at
- 28:05Speaker 1: your job? J Okay, no, na, na, wait a minute.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Chapman is the one that got me to call you.
- 28:15Speaker 1: This is nephew tim Me from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Baby,
- 28:18Speaker 1: you just got pranked. Man, Man, man, man, you got
- 28:31Speaker 1: me feeling You got me feeling guilty. I mean, I'm
- 28:35Speaker 1: oh man with the with the with the gym ministry. Yeah,
- 28:39Speaker 1: somebody getting ready get meat up at the get yoh many.
- 28:45Speaker 1: I got one more thing to ask you, man, what
- 28:47Speaker 1: is the baddest And I'm talking about the baddest radio
- 28:49Speaker 1: show in the land. Obviously Harvey coming up at the
- 28:59Speaker 1: top of the hour. We'll have some entertainment and national
- 29:02Speaker 1: news right after this. You're listening to Steve show well.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Tomorrow is the final presidential debate between Vice President Joe
- 29:12Speaker 1: Biden and President Donald Trump in Nashville. The Commission on
- 29:17Speaker 1: Presidential Debate has adopted new rules of muting the microphones
- 29:21Speaker 1: of President Trump and Joe Biden. Both campaigns have agreed
- 29:26Speaker 1: on the two minute uninterrupted rule. The only way to
- 29:30Speaker 1: enforce that rule is to make sure that only the
- 29:32Speaker 1: candidate who has the floor microphone will be open during
- 29:36Speaker 1: those two minute periods. What do you guys think, Steve?
- 29:40Speaker 1: This was your idea, my idea, and they stole it.
- 29:43Speaker 1: But it's all good. It's all good. Yeah, they Jack,
- 29:48Speaker 1: they heard me say. As soon as I said it,
- 29:50Speaker 1: then they're gonna take it act like his Daydamn. That's
- 29:54Speaker 1: the same thing they do with the ragged nass Vision
- 29:56Speaker 1: Centers took my damn idea and made it then gonna
- 30:00Speaker 1: agent from Vision Center to Envision Center. I said it, yes,
- 30:04Speaker 1: now what so now I'm not I'm not going with
- 30:08Speaker 1: none of this. Yes, because they listen to the show. Yeah,
- 30:12Speaker 1: they do. They do listen to the show. They stole
- 30:14Speaker 1: the idea. They're gonna cut the mic up for what.
- 30:16Speaker 1: But Trump gonna come out around now and say he
- 30:19Speaker 1: gonna talk loud. He gonna over the Biden mike. That's
- 30:24Speaker 1: when Joe on the sucker puns all off and roll
- 30:29Speaker 1: his ass one time. Remember he did it with Hillary Clinton.
- 30:33Speaker 1: He came around and what was walking around and stuck
- 30:36Speaker 1: off as something behind me. That's why I can't run
- 30:40Speaker 1: for president. Y'all gonna be clapping from me. Y'all My man, Steve,
- 30:46Speaker 1: get your ass out. You ain't made a political point
- 30:49Speaker 1: all night it uh. And other entertainment news, fifty cent
- 30:57Speaker 1: is the latest rapper to endorse President Trump. After learning
- 31:00Speaker 1: details about Joe Biden's tax plan. Fitty says he doesn't
- 31:04Speaker 1: care if the president is racist as long as his
- 31:07Speaker 1: taxes don't go up. He posted on Instagram, what the
- 31:11Speaker 1: f vote for Trump? I'm out, I don't care. Trump
- 31:15Speaker 1: doesn't like black people sixty two percent? Are you out
- 31:20Speaker 1: of your fffing mind. It also seems like he might
- 31:23Speaker 1: be considering ditching New York after seeing the possible state
- 31:27Speaker 1: tax rates. He wrote, f New York, the Knicks never
- 31:30Speaker 1: win anyway, that statement and Nicks don't win. Well, you
- 31:37Speaker 1: know he can have that position. All of them rich
- 31:43Speaker 1: people know this. You can raise the taxes all you want.
- 31:49Speaker 1: They gonna find a way. Not maybe not to the
- 31:52Speaker 1: extent of Trump, but they gonna find a way. And
- 31:56Speaker 1: they know this. How do you think Donald Trump has
- 32:00Speaker 1: paid seven hundred and fifty dollars in taxes? You know why?
- 32:04Speaker 1: Cause of a weight and all of them know that,
- 32:08Speaker 1: and fifty know that too. Yeah. Yeah, But to sit
- 32:11Speaker 1: up and say something this late in the game as
- 32:14Speaker 1: an African American, I'm voting for Trump because I ain't
- 32:17Speaker 1: raised to First of all, what they're saying about Biden,
- 32:21Speaker 1: I understand was not entirely the truth. Anyway, Well, he
- 32:25Speaker 1: has a plan, and his plan, Steve, I'm sure you
- 32:28Speaker 1: know this is to raise taxes only on those making
- 32:31Speaker 1: four hundred thousand dollars or more, and that is not
- 32:34Speaker 1: the majority of the people. But even with that, they
- 32:39Speaker 1: all know what this he is. Yeah, that more people
- 32:44Speaker 1: are making less than four hundred thousand. So you're gonna
- 32:47Speaker 1: make that claim. But now what they've said is they
- 32:50Speaker 1: raised in all y'all tax right, they raised tactics, but
- 32:57Speaker 1: the majority of people it will not affect. Nor do
- 33:00Speaker 1: I want to pay more taxes. Absolutely not. But for
- 33:05Speaker 1: the welfare of my masses of my people, my fan base, yes,
- 33:14Speaker 1: best for them. Yeah, yes, Look, man, rich people are
- 33:20Speaker 1: gonna be fine. I don't give a damn who in all.
- 33:24Speaker 1: That's the people that are most heavily affected by policy
- 33:26Speaker 1: that we have to take care of. If you don't
- 33:29Speaker 1: take care of the people who shop at Walmart, don't
- 33:33Speaker 1: you know, Walmart gonna close? Ye, don't you know? Your
- 33:37Speaker 1: rich ass quit being rich. That's the part that sickens
- 33:42Speaker 1: me about the wealthy when when they forget that part. Now,
- 33:47Speaker 1: a lot of wealthy people get it and understand it,
- 33:50Speaker 1: but when you get up there and you forget that
- 33:53Speaker 1: it's those people that help make you and create who
- 33:56Speaker 1: you are. That's that's that's when you're taking this just
- 34:00Speaker 1: party thing too far. Yeah, and Steve the usual write
- 34:04Speaker 1: offs like deductions, corporate loophole's stuff like that. They're still
- 34:08Speaker 1: going to exist. They're not going anywhere, you know. There
- 34:11Speaker 1: you go. Yeah, so yeah. In more entertainment news, to
- 34:17Speaker 1: Raji p Henson is confirming juniors were happy about this story.
- 34:22Speaker 1: She's confirming that she split with her fiance from her
- 34:25Speaker 1: NFL cornerback Kelvin Hayden The Cookie Taraji p Henson we
- 34:31Speaker 1: know her in Lover's Cookie from Empire, said that she
- 34:33Speaker 1: tried to make it work, but they just weren't on
- 34:35Speaker 1: the same page. Taraji and Calvin, who got engaged back
- 34:39Speaker 1: in May of twenty eighteen, were reportedly set to get
- 34:43Speaker 1: married in June, but postponed their plans because, of course,
- 34:46Speaker 1: of the pandemic. Speaking of Empire, Jesse Smalleett is back
- 34:51Speaker 1: in show businesses guys, but this time he is behind
- 34:54Speaker 1: the camera. He's a director now. You know. He was accused,
- 34:58Speaker 1: of course of faking a hate crime nearly two years ago.
- 35:01Speaker 1: But he's directing a movie. Good, yeah, he did. He's
- 35:07Speaker 1: directing a movie. It's called b Boy Blues In New
- 35:09Speaker 1: York City. Jesse directed two episodes of Empire if you recall,
- 35:13Speaker 1: and several music videos. He still claims his attack really happened,
- 35:18Speaker 1: and he still faces criminal charges and a civil lawsuit
- 35:21Speaker 1: from the City of Chicago. In the case back when
- 35:29Speaker 1: you name, you'll just go over. We still gonna go
- 35:35Speaker 1: with hours of text you back to Jesse, back and forth.
- 35:40Speaker 1: All right, coming up in twenty minutes after the hour
- 35:42Speaker 1: Brianna Taylor. The grand jur one of the grand jurors,
- 35:46Speaker 1: released a statement yesterday, and we'll talk about that right
- 35:49Speaker 1: after this you're listening to show. Anonymous Grand juror number
- 35:55Speaker 1: one from the Brianna Taylor case released an explosive statement
- 35:59Speaker 1: yesterday stating that the grand jury was not, I repeat,
- 36:03Speaker 1: was not presented any charges other than the three wanton
- 36:08Speaker 1: endangerment charges against former Louisville police officer Brett Hankinson. The
- 36:13Speaker 1: juror went on to say the grand jury did not
- 36:16Speaker 1: have any homicide offenses explained to them. Grand Juror Number
- 36:20Speaker 1: one also stated that questions were asked about other charges,
- 36:24Speaker 1: but they were told by the prosecution that they couldn't
- 36:27Speaker 1: make them stick. Brianna Taylor's family attorney Ben Crump, sounded
- 36:31Speaker 1: off against Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, calling his handling
- 36:36Speaker 1: of the grand jury a despicable miscarriage of justice and
- 36:39Speaker 1: accusing him of whitewashing what was presented in Taylor's case.
- 36:44Speaker 1: And that's what a lot of people were saying when
- 36:46Speaker 1: that came out. Yeah, what happens then while the juror
- 36:51Speaker 1: get a chance to juror number one will get a
- 36:53Speaker 1: chance to speak for sure, so we can really a statement.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Yeah if that because you know, a grand jury's I
- 36:59Speaker 1: think this is kind of like different. You don't speaking
- 37:05Speaker 1: out like this, So this is interesting Tommy to see
- 37:07Speaker 1: you know, what will happen. Here's the question I have
- 37:10Speaker 1: about it, Like, if a person is acquitted of something,
- 37:13Speaker 1: you can't retriump that's double jeopardy. You can't do that.
- 37:18Speaker 1: But they haven't tried this yet, so they may be
- 37:23Speaker 1: able to reconvene with another grand jury because the grand jury.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Don't you go to the grand jury to see if
- 37:29Speaker 1: there's enough evidence to go with you know, the Department
- 37:34Speaker 1: of Justice, the federal Department of Justice could intervene if
- 37:40Speaker 1: they seem like it's something happening corrupt on the local level.
- 37:45Speaker 1: But the t O Jane is Robert Barr, who is
- 37:49Speaker 1: more corrupt than all of William Barr will you but
- 37:52Speaker 1: whatever his name is, he's corrupt and and and his
- 37:57Speaker 1: boss has said that Black Lives Matter is a Marxist organization,
- 38:02Speaker 1: anti American. Wow. Daniel Cameron, he stands by his investigation,
- 38:07Speaker 1: He stands by his work. He released a statement saying
- 38:10Speaker 1: that today as well, on top of Grand Juror number
- 38:14Speaker 1: one's uh statement. Yeah, he's saying he presented them with
- 38:18Speaker 1: the charges that he thought could stick, and that's why
- 38:22Speaker 1: he didn't. But I'm sure Brianna Taylor's family is just
- 38:26Speaker 1: upset and probably blindsided because you remember Brianna's moms to
- 38:30Speaker 1: Mika Palmer, remember she said she met with him and
- 38:33Speaker 1: she wanted to believe that he would do right, You
- 38:35Speaker 1: remember that meeting? Oh yeah, you remember that. So not
- 38:39Speaker 1: to hear he didn't even present every is he only
- 38:44Speaker 1: presented what he thought with stick stick. Yeah, he's a
- 38:49Speaker 1: puppet Cornell puppet. I mean, you know, he's a puppet
- 38:53Speaker 1: for the GOP, the Republican Party. All right, coming up
- 38:57Speaker 1: at thirty four minutes after the hour, going to switch
- 39:00Speaker 1: gears and do a quick round of ask the CLLO.
- 39:04Speaker 1: That's coming up right after this. You're listening to the
- 39:07Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, it is time
- 39:11Speaker 1: for a quick round of Asked the CLLO, the Chief
- 39:14Speaker 1: Love Officer. Ready, ready, All right, here we go. This
- 39:18Speaker 1: one is from Maurice and Baton Rouge. Maurice says, my
- 39:21Speaker 1: girlfriend and I have been together for four years and
- 39:23Speaker 1: I've wanted to marry her since today one. She has
- 39:26Speaker 1: come up with all kinds of excuses and won't let
- 39:29Speaker 1: me propose until she's ready. Her engagement ring is sitting
- 39:33Speaker 1: on my dresser. She's got to have the perfect house,
- 39:37Speaker 1: thousands of dollars in the bank, her student loans paying off,
- 39:41Speaker 1: paid off, her hair to grow longer, etc. Etc. Etc. Well,
- 39:47Speaker 1: before we get married. My father said she might be
- 39:51Speaker 1: stalling because she thinks something better may come along. What
- 39:54Speaker 1: do you think? I think your father could be up
- 39:56Speaker 1: to someone if she waiting on her hand again though. Yeah,
- 40:01Speaker 1: and to pay off her student loans. Y'all gonna get
- 40:04Speaker 1: married though, and then you need the perfect house. What
- 40:08Speaker 1: do you mean so you have to buy this house
- 40:10Speaker 1: before she will marry you? Man? How long it had
- 40:14Speaker 1: to growth? I don't know if you go get you
- 40:17Speaker 1: some yeah, instant tomorrow, immediately right, surely down your back, right,
- 40:27Speaker 1: don't wait? Yeah, that ain't nothing. Half pay your loans off.
- 40:34Speaker 1: You have a five year somebody don't want to get married.
- 40:42Speaker 1: That's what it sounds like. You're right years to pay
- 40:45Speaker 1: student loans off. Man, father is on you something? All right?
- 40:49Speaker 1: This one's from Kwan and Raleigh, North Carolina. Quan says,
- 40:52Speaker 1: I'm a twenty nine year old female. I've been a
- 40:54Speaker 1: dancer for ten years. Over the years, I've had butt
- 40:58Speaker 1: shots and body con touring, and I regret having it
- 41:01Speaker 1: done because now that I have a son and a
- 41:04Speaker 1: steady boyfriend, I'm still looked at as a stripper. I
- 41:08Speaker 1: want to be respected for who I am as a woman,
- 41:11Speaker 1: but I can't seem to put my past behind me.
- 41:14Speaker 1: I don't want to move to a new city and
- 41:16Speaker 1: start over, but my body is giving me too much
- 41:19Speaker 1: unwanted attention. How can I change my image and move
- 41:23Speaker 1: on with my life? You need to change your city.
- 41:28Speaker 1: You've been stripping for ten years. Everybody has seen you, Nick,
- 41:34Speaker 1: they know you. You have dealt some things that have
- 41:39Speaker 1: made an indelgable impression on someone's mind. Yes, and now
- 41:44Speaker 1: you've had all this stuff done to you. Boy, everybody
- 41:46Speaker 1: know that you hay down you a the grocery store.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Hey man, ain't that booty sprinkle? You know? Yeah, Boodhi sprinkle,
- 41:57Speaker 1: you know, stuff like that. So, I mean, it'd be
- 41:58Speaker 1: best if you started and new, you know. But here's
- 42:02Speaker 1: here's a problem with your past, especially your past, and
- 42:06Speaker 1: you consider what you're doing, like seeing and stuff like that.
- 42:10Speaker 1: We all are guilty of seeing cost you more than
- 42:14Speaker 1: you want to pay and makes you stay longer than
- 42:18Speaker 1: you wanted to stay. That's the problem with it. So
- 42:23Speaker 1: because you danced for ten years, you wanted to just
- 42:25Speaker 1: be going away now because you got a son and
- 42:28Speaker 1: a steady boyfriend. Fresh starts ain't bad. That were people
- 42:32Speaker 1: who will never forget what you did. And there are
- 42:35Speaker 1: a lot of your so called friends who ain't gonna
- 42:37Speaker 1: let you forget what you did. Sometimes you just need
- 42:40Speaker 1: a fresh start. Ain't nothing stronger starting fresh. Don't go
- 42:44Speaker 1: on that script club in this loose city, though, don't
- 42:47Speaker 1: care your ass in there. I don't go down now.
- 42:51Speaker 1: I ain't go down there and see what's happening. You
- 42:54Speaker 1: know it passed through, tool girl, ain't you booty spanker.
- 42:58Speaker 1: You know you don't need that. Stop saying I'm not
- 43:01Speaker 1: rood about her. She's really concerned. Yeah she got she
- 43:08Speaker 1: got to move on. Ye she just got a start over,
- 43:11Speaker 1: all right, all right, Valia and DC says. I'm a
- 43:14Speaker 1: single mom of three children. I've been in a relationship
- 43:17Speaker 1: with a new guy for five months. My children don't
- 43:19Speaker 1: like him, and it's driving me crazy. Kids are four, seven,
- 43:22Speaker 1: and nine. I planned an outing so we could all
- 43:25Speaker 1: get acquainted. But when the kids and I pulled up
- 43:27Speaker 1: and they saw him, they wouldn't get out of the car.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I should have snatched them, but that would have caused
- 43:32Speaker 1: a scene. I made an excuse that my four year
- 43:34Speaker 1: old wasn't feeling well. But I'm getting tired of playing games.
- 43:38Speaker 1: Why are my children doing this? Because kids? No? Oh
- 43:42Speaker 1: those kids? No. Yeah. If they don't like the kids,
- 43:46Speaker 1: do not play. If they don't like you, they can't
- 43:49Speaker 1: fake you. All right, as he see it didn't kids
- 43:53Speaker 1: when you wouldn't All right, thank you, cello. As usual, nephew,

- 44:12Speaker 1: my employee's wife is crazy. We'll get into that in

- 45:08Speaker 1: that you have been, let's say, part of a group
- 45:13Speaker 1: that's helping people get across the border. Wait wait, wait what, well,
- 45:18Speaker 1: let's hang on hear me out now. I'm just saying, uh,

- 45:24Speaker 1: Patrol headquarters here in San Diego that uh, and I
- 45:28Speaker 1: know you live in Los Angeles, but it's been brought
- 45:30Speaker 1: to our attention that you have been helping people get
- 45:33Speaker 1: across the border from Tijuana into San Diego, even to
- 45:39Speaker 1: the border. Man near the border. Okay, well, no, I
- 45:46Speaker 1: think I have the right Noel, sir. But I'm just
- 45:49Speaker 1: trying to get clarification here. Now, let me lay it
- 45:52Speaker 1: out a little bit more, um clearly for you. From
- 45:55Speaker 1: my understanding is that I'm getting some I've got an
- 46:00Speaker 1: anonymous call that you per se. Mister Noel is the
- 46:04Speaker 1: one that has been helping people go to cross and
- 46:07Speaker 1: you've helped over eighty plus people get from Tijuana into
- 46:11Speaker 1: San Diego into the United States. Yeah, let me tell
- 46:14Speaker 1: you go, can I help people getting to the United
- 46:17Speaker 1: States if I just told you that ain't even been
- 46:19Speaker 1: close to the border. But are you talking about what's
- 46:22Speaker 1: wrong with you? I mean, come on, you, funny of
- 46:24Speaker 1: the rung Noel man. I don't, sir, I don't have
- 46:26Speaker 1: the wrong Noel. How can I call? Mister Noel? Do
- 46:29Speaker 1: you live in Los Angeles? And it's been brought to
- 46:32Speaker 1: my attention They've given me the correct number on you, sir.
- 46:34Speaker 1: I do have an address on you. I want to
- 46:36Speaker 1: try and see if we can get this clarified over
- 46:38Speaker 1: the phone, but I will send a squad car out
- 46:41Speaker 1: there and talk with you, and if things don't go well,
- 46:44Speaker 1: I will have you brought in. Now. Let me tell you, no, no, no,
- 46:47Speaker 1: cut this. Let me tell you right now, I haven't
- 46:49Speaker 1: even been near the border. I don't know what you're
- 46:51Speaker 1: talking about. But let me tell you if you are
- 46:54Speaker 1: near the border, Lary, so I would to be near
- 46:56Speaker 1: the border there too, and I would see my people
- 46:58Speaker 1: trying to cross over before we open over because they're
- 47:01Speaker 1: the only ones that actually work over here on this
- 47:02Speaker 1: side of the river. Wait wait, get that through your head, man.
- 47:05Speaker 1: They are the only ones that what the work. You
- 47:08Speaker 1: guys don't want to do anything people didn't the United States,
- 47:10Speaker 1: so lazy man. They don't want to do their yards,
- 47:12Speaker 1: they don't want make the restaurants, they don't want to

- 47:29Speaker 1: And you're accusing me here, sure, I am Noel, and
- 47:32Speaker 1: I'm a hard working person over here. But don't accuse me.
- 47:34Speaker 1: I mean like that. Okay, s s I'm not accusing you.
- 47:38Speaker 1: It's been brought to my attention, sir, that you, mister Noel,
- 47:43Speaker 1: are the one that's helping people get across the boarder. Now,
- 47:46Speaker 1: did you just tell me that if you were at
- 47:48Speaker 1: the border, you would help them? Did you say that?
- 47:51Speaker 1: I said I would, but I didn't say I was
- 47:53Speaker 1: doing it. There's a big difference, and I'm pretty sure
- 47:56Speaker 1: you understand it, because what the fuck is this. I'm
- 47:58Speaker 1: over here in Maney my own business, and you're telling
- 48:00Speaker 1: me all this that people are telling you that I'm
- 48:02Speaker 1: cussing like Mexicans illegally over here to this country. Let
- 48:05Speaker 1: me tell one thing, man, If you do not appreciate
- 48:08Speaker 1: my people over here, don't. If you're saying mean of
- 48:12Speaker 1: bringing the movie here illegally, cut that. I understand wholeheartedly
- 48:16Speaker 1: what you're saying. But listen to me. I'm gonna go
- 48:18Speaker 1: ahead and send a squad car over there to your
- 48:21Speaker 1: house and pick you up and bring you No, no, no, no, no,
- 48:25Speaker 1: you listen to me. Look, if you're saying a squator
- 48:27Speaker 1: over here and they crossed my yard. Like you say,
- 48:30Speaker 1: I'm crossing people over from the border. You're gonna get
- 48:32Speaker 1: your kick. I'm gonna guarantee you that right now you're
- 48:35Speaker 1: gonna do. You're gonna do what You're gonna get your
- 48:38Speaker 1: kick me Like you don't understand my people, says the
- 48:41Speaker 1: English king, ain't no canna sing you know so sim
- 48:46Speaker 1: I want you don't want any Spanish because if you
- 48:48Speaker 1: go for the border patrol, God say Spanish, I don't
- 48:52Speaker 1: understand the Spanish. Don't you do that no more? You
- 48:54Speaker 1: got to break this down to me in English. Nor
- 48:57Speaker 1: let me tell you you're for the Patrolish. She understands
- 49:00Speaker 1: lanage understand my people, because look man, and I tell
- 49:03Speaker 1: you one what time? He said? She to in it
- 49:05Speaker 1: for me? Conta, did you understand? What did I just
- 49:11Speaker 1: tell you? Noahl, I told you, do not speak to
- 49:14Speaker 1: me no more in that language. Now listen to me.
- 49:17Speaker 1: I said, I'm gonna send a squad car coming over there,
- 49:20Speaker 1: and they're gonna come up in there and drag you
- 49:22Speaker 1: out your house and put you in the car and
- 49:24Speaker 1: bring you downtown until we get it rectified. You better, no, no, no, no,
- 49:29Speaker 1: you listen to me, this is the United States, and
- 49:31Speaker 1: I right, Oh you got rights now? Is that what
- 49:35Speaker 1: you're saying? Yes, I got right to say. Do you
- 49:38Speaker 1: have the right to be helping people across the border?
- 49:41Speaker 1: Hey man, let me tell you those people have the
- 49:43Speaker 1: right to better themselves. To say they have the right
- 49:46Speaker 1: is they can get away with it to come over here.
- 49:47Speaker 1: I'm not saying that I'm helping them, But what I'm
- 49:49Speaker 1: saying is they have the right to better themselves. And
- 49:52Speaker 1: you don't have the right to ruin their dreams to
- 49:55Speaker 1: say people got the right to come over him better themselves.
- 49:58Speaker 1: But what are you doing to better yo self? No? One?
- 50:00Speaker 1: What am I doing? It? Say? You don't even know me?
- 50:02Speaker 1: You see, you don't even know me. Hey, Like I'm
- 50:04Speaker 1: my own my own larne more service. I do the
- 50:07Speaker 1: hedges and everything. Is it because you know what? Because
- 50:10Speaker 1: if people here don't want to do it, a say,
- 50:12Speaker 1: and that's what they get. People like me and like
- 50:14Speaker 1: my people are coming from Mexico and we do. We
- 50:16Speaker 1: ain't afraid of it. And it will be the heat
- 50:19Speaker 1: or getting dirty. I got in the whales. I ain't
- 50:22Speaker 1: for serving to say. I got no problem with you
- 50:24Speaker 1: having a law service. I got a problem with you
- 50:27Speaker 1: trying to get people across the border when they're not
- 50:29Speaker 1: see because you know what, who do you think you are?
- 50:31Speaker 1: Who do you think you are? You ain't no Caesar
- 50:35Speaker 1: shat vas No, I'm not no Caesar Charvite. I'm not
- 50:37Speaker 1: leading any labor unions or anything like that. I'm just
- 50:40Speaker 1: the guy that's trying to get it done over here.
- 50:43Speaker 1: And you're accusing me of saying. I got one more
- 50:47Speaker 1: thing I need to say to you, mister, nowhel what

- 54:08Speaker 1: Buggle up, hold on tight. We got it for you. Here.
- 54:10Speaker 1: It is the Strawberry Letter. Subject my employee's wife is crazy.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I have an employee that is married
- 54:18Speaker 1: to a crazy woman that constantly harasses me. She has
- 54:23Speaker 1: it in her head that her husband and I have
- 54:26Speaker 1: something going on. I am a manager of any central business,
- 54:30Speaker 1: and my employees all have specialized skills that are in demand. Therefore,
- 54:36Speaker 1: I rely heavily on them to keep my business going.
- 54:39Speaker 1: We are currently backed up on orders, so I've been
- 54:42Speaker 1: working the graveyard shift a lot, and so has my crew.
- 54:45Speaker 1: When I call my best employee in for the third
- 54:48Speaker 1: shift or to get him to cover another shift, I
- 54:51Speaker 1: have to deal with his wife yelling and screaming or
- 54:54Speaker 1: trying to get the phone from him. He's always apologetic
- 54:58Speaker 1: when he comes to work, and I have no choice
- 55:00Speaker 1: voice but to let his slide because I'm really short
- 55:03Speaker 1: staffed right now. His wife drops him off at work
- 55:06Speaker 1: since they only have one car, and I'm usually leaving
- 55:08Speaker 1: the office when he comes in. His wife will sit
- 55:11Speaker 1: in the parking lot and wait until I leave the
- 55:14Speaker 1: building to make sure I don't stay there. She's usually
- 55:18Speaker 1: staring at me as I walk to my car. She's
- 55:21Speaker 1: even driven behind me a few times to make sure
- 55:24Speaker 1: I'm gone. My employee has been open about his wife's
- 55:27Speaker 1: insecurity since she got laid off in June and has
- 55:30Speaker 1: picked up a few pounds. I try to be lenient
- 55:33Speaker 1: with him, but I cannot take his wife's evil stairs
- 55:36Speaker 1: and the name calling. I've asked that he stopped her
- 55:39Speaker 1: he stopped her from coming to the office, but he
- 55:41Speaker 1: said that would create more drama. He is my best
- 55:44Speaker 1: employee and I cannot lose him right now. I'm beginning
- 55:48Speaker 1: to think that his wife may be a real threat
- 55:50Speaker 1: to me, though. I'm thinking about suspending him for a
- 55:52Speaker 1: few days so she can see how her behavior could
- 55:55Speaker 1: affect their income. What do you think I like the
- 56:01Speaker 1: idea of suspending him. I do, because perhaps he're crazy
- 56:04Speaker 1: behind would see that it would affect their income. Like
- 56:07Speaker 1: you say, I even liked the idea of a restraining
- 56:11Speaker 1: order on her because she is stalking and harassing you.
- 56:15Speaker 1: But you can't do that because guess what, it would
- 56:19Speaker 1: affect your income right now too. You need him, you say,
- 56:23Speaker 1: he's your best employee, and let's face it, everyone needs
- 56:26Speaker 1: their job right about now. She is crazy. Though she
- 56:30Speaker 1: is crazy. It's crazy all through this letter, and until
- 56:33Speaker 1: you can find someone to take his place, crazy is
- 56:36Speaker 1: going to continue to be a problem. I say you
- 56:39Speaker 1: start looking for his replacement asap? Why should you? Why
- 56:44Speaker 1: should your business have to suffer because of this man's
- 56:48Speaker 1: wife is crazy? Why she's the one with the insecurities.
- 56:51Speaker 1: I don't think he should have told you that though,
- 56:55Speaker 1: especially the part about her gaining a few pounds. I mean,
- 56:57Speaker 1: why did he have to go there anyway? Does she
- 57:02Speaker 1: want him to lose his job? I don't think so,
- 57:05Speaker 1: especially since she's not working. If you don't have anything
- 57:09Speaker 1: to do with that, this is not your fault. You
- 57:12Speaker 1: definitely don't need the extra stress. You didn't tell us
- 57:14Speaker 1: what you did, what kind of essential job this is? So?
- 57:18Speaker 1: I just think you need to make it clear to
- 57:19Speaker 1: him that you appreciate his work. But unless he can
- 57:21Speaker 1: get this situation under control, and it doesn't look like
- 57:24Speaker 1: he can he hasn't so far, you're gonna have to
- 57:27Speaker 1: let him go. Period. You're gonna have to fire him.
- 57:29Speaker 1: In the meantime. I definitely don't think you should be
- 57:32Speaker 1: walking to your car by yourself anymore any of that,
- 57:35Speaker 1: because she just sounds too crazy to me. It's too dangerous. Steve.
- 57:41Speaker 1: My response to this letter is short. How much time
- 57:44Speaker 1: do I have? Because we can go and get right
- 57:46Speaker 1: to this. Oh, we can get rid of this in
- 57:48Speaker 1: less than two minutes. Shell, I appreciate everything you say,
- 57:52Speaker 1: some great advice. Let's just get to us. Really damn
- 57:58Speaker 1: problem in this whole letter, right Hill. The whole problem
- 58:03Speaker 1: in this whole letter is his wife's insecurity since she
- 58:10Speaker 1: got laid off in June and has picked up a
- 58:14Speaker 1: few pounds. Hill. Is what the damn letter is about.
- 58:20Speaker 1: Barney then set up Hill and got laid off in June.
- 58:26Speaker 1: She got laid off. She was big bird when she
- 58:29Speaker 1: got laid off in June. She was just big birds.
- 58:35Speaker 1: Now most later she Bonnie. Now, now I know what
- 58:40Speaker 1: y'all sitting upne if insteed you can't fast shame. I
- 58:44Speaker 1: did not write the damn letter? Who wrote? Who read
- 58:47Speaker 1: my letter? In the letter? We stupid shame When people
- 58:51Speaker 1: do stupid shop, we stupid shame. When people racist, we
- 58:56Speaker 1: racist shame them. Wow, you do something crazy, we shame him.
- 59:02Speaker 1: We just did a story about our Keller getting his
- 59:05Speaker 1: ass will in the prison. Ain't nobody came to our
- 59:08Speaker 1: Kelly get fifth and we're not stop coming to Hubson
- 59:15Speaker 1: fifth because she did got laid off and picked up
- 59:17Speaker 1: a couple of pounds since Julie, which is what this
- 59:20Speaker 1: letter is about and this skinny, little fine ass woman
- 59:23Speaker 1: walking by hill telling her husband what to do. You know,
- 59:27Speaker 1: that's what this letter is about and why we're not
- 59:30Speaker 1: trying to act like that. There's nothing wrong with gaining pounds,
- 59:34Speaker 1: but when your pounds, it is causing you to think
- 59:37Speaker 1: even thoughts, what you want me to do? Now you're
- 59:43Speaker 1: the game waiting. Now you you angry because your asking
- 59:48Speaker 1: picked up a few pounds, you got laid on. Hold on,
- 59:52Speaker 1: that's the fine lady, fault down at the bill. We'll
- 59:56Speaker 1: have part two of your ret so at twenty three
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. My Strawberry letter for today, the
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: subject is my employee's wife is crazy. We'll get back
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening morning show, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry letter nicely please. The subject is
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: my employee's wife is crazy. Crazy, got laid off into you,
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: can't stand you asking her husband to come to work.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: She got. Here is a letter that I'm reading that
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: was written in to me and shitty. My employee has
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: been opened about his wife's insecurities since she got laid
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: off into you and has picked up a few pounds.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: She been well. She noticed because she's been coming down
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: there for a while now, right, she seen that she's
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: looking out the window of the car less and less space.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: She seen that window fill up over the moss shoulders
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: that got wide, heaven got fat. You know how your
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: face well, no jaws and everything. She turned around in
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: the window. You can't even see the standing wheel, no more,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: ain't no mirror. You can't see the head rest. She
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: gets all up in that window. Oh man, Now, the
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: little skinny fine chicken is getting nervous. Now. Where is
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: that in the letter that she's skinny and fine? Where?
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: I mean? She says she's the boss, that's all she said.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: But that's that's just you know, when you once you
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: started getting laid off and get insecure. If she's smaller, hush,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: she gonna be skinny to Yeah, if you're if you're
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: three hundred pounds and somebody two ten, ain't they skinny
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: to you? Tell you? And two ten ain't skinny, But
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: it's skinny to you. See. Let's look at this like
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: hype wise, See Tommy is an average hype man. No
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: you are you average hype man? Hype hefe he average hife? Hey, hey,
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: you're tall sham and let it go tall sham. See y'all.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Now y'all trying to hurt him and make him short hips.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: But if you standing next to me, he ain't regular,
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: no more regular regular. Just because I'm next to you, Yeah,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: it don't look. Yeah, I'm made. So what I'm telling
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: you is, skinny becomes skinny based on who looking at. Okay,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: now the little thin lady. I'm beginning to think that
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: his wife may be a real threat to me. Though,
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: I'm thinking about suspending him for a few days so
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: he could see how the behavior could affect him. Now
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: I don't I don't know. Na Sharley said she agrees
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: with that, but suspend him for what? And it's that legal.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Can you suspend and employ yee because of the actions
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: of their spouse. You can get yourself in trouble for
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: a lawsuit of some kind. So I would be careful
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: about that. But now I'll need you to also be
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: careful cause she gonna do something. Yeah, I'm talking about
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: jump out that one that she already up in the food.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: I'm talking about to come right up through that damn one.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: You walking past your car and said she didn't bite
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: you on your ass when you walk. She's gonna have
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: to bite because she's gonna be able to get her
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: arms out that car one because she too. She didn't
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: gain too much, so now and then here's another one, sniper.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: She's gonna be over that on that building. She tried
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: the tree last week, but the branch broke, So she
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: gonna gona on the building fastest street next week. And
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: be waiting on your little fine as your little cute
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: ass come out that a little tight ass black dress
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: on if you want to, and you're gonna get the
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: strapped off of there's another one. Run you down. Be
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: careful for screeching car tires in that park lot. Here
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: she come. Yeah, that's her. That's big girl in that
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: little Cordopa coming around that corner, hard sparted. Yeah, that's
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: an old car. Big people have old cars. New cars
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: ain't got no room met them. He said a few pounds.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: Anytime a man say a few pounds, you know what
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: that means. Trying not to hurt his wife. She should
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: have told her anyway, he shouldn't have told she see it, Shelley.
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: Everybody know, hey, man, who the big lady out in
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: the park can not stand at everybody, the big ass
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: lady all up in the windship. They see her, Shelley,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: they see her, and don't nobody told me about Steve
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: was fast shaming, she wrote in the letter to me
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: insecure game, bunch of weight, the letter a few pounds.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: You know what that means? All right? Listen, post your
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: comments on today's Strawberry Letter Steve Harvey FM on Instagram
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: and Facebook, and check out the Strawberry Letter on demand.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: The podcast to on demand. Okay, coming up in forty
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: six minutes after the hour, Junior is here with Sports Talk.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: All right, here we go, Junior with Sports Talk. What
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: you got, Junior? Thank you, Shirley. Well. Game one or
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: the World Series went to the Los Angeles Dodgers. We
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: know that Dodgers one eighth to three, so they one up.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: They can have possibly have the NBA Championship and the
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: World Series in Los Angeles. The wow, man, that's big
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: right there. But uh, there's something man. You know, I
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: know how you are about the Browns, man, but I
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: caught something man, and one of your good friends man
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: said something. I don't know if you called it. I
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: don't even know how you really feel about it, but
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: you know, Stephen A. Smith said, Odell Beckham Junior and
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Jarvis Landry need to move on from the Cleveland Browns.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Take a list. I'm gonna say this, and you said it.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: I said it earlier in the morning meeting when we
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: were talking about or whatever. Odell Beckham Junior needs to
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: demand a trade. Trading deadline was that November three. He
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: needs to demand to get the hell up out of Cleveland.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: As far as I'm strain, Jarvis Landry should demand the
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: trade out of Cleveland. Anybody who's a past catcher, you
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: don't want to play with this guy because he's not
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: gonna make you look good. Now's defense getting those guys
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: got to do a better job of getting dudes open.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: And we all know that reading the Cleveland coverage and
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: stuff like that. They've been talking about the stuff. I
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: get that, but the bottom line is this, you not
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: only have a quarterback that is ineffective. You're not only
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: has a quarterback that's he draws attention, and as a result,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: because he draws attention due to the fact that he's
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: getting all these endorsements and commercials and stuff like that.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: You got guys hungry to get at him. It's like
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: a shock and blood infested war. They just sniff, they
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: just smell everything about Mayfield. Sooner, I know Cleveland serious
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: about deep Brown. Did Stephen Ain't cross the line with y'all. No,
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: he didn't. If you recall what I proposed that the
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: Brown did with the number one draft pick. They had
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: number one, and they had number three or four, I said,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: pick say Quon Barkley at number one. It was Josh Allen,
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Makefield and Donaldson, any one of them out of took.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: I wanted the Brown to take Josh Allen the boarders
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: in Buffalo because he played in woming in that snow
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: and Cleveland gonna have snow. So we'd have had Josh
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: Allen and we'd have had say Quon. Now, I ain't
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: mad at Chubb and Hunt because they run it, but
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: we would have had. I gotta like him because hell
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: is he our hell? Remember when you like Johnny Muza,
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: Hey man, you know we all like badass plate. Yeah,
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: thank you, thank you, guys. We gotta get out of here.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour is Michigan
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: in trouble for the Senate race. We'll talk about it
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to. Michigan is a state
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: that could be in trouble, uh, not only for the
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: presidential race, but for the Senate race as well. We
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: don't talk much about that. There's a huge push for
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: Black Americans to get out and vote, especially in Michigan.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: A lot of voters in Michigan stayed home back in
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: twenty sixteen, and now is the time to let your
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: voice be heard. First the Senate race, House Majority Leader
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: Mitch McConnell is supporting Republican challenger John James against incumbent
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: Michigan Democrat Senator Gary Peters. The big issue in this
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: race is the Obama Affordable Care Act. We know it
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: is John James. Everybody is African American, but he is
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: a staunch Republican. Yep. John James in Michigan is a
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: staunch Republican in two thousand percent behind Trump his own words,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: two thousand percent for Trump. So James is not who
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: we want in Michigan, okay. And the incumbent that is
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Michigan Democratic Senator Gary Peters. The big issue in this race,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: like we said, is Obama Care. The Obama Affordable Care Act.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: Republican John James wants to replace Obamacare. Senate Majority leader
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: Mitch McConnell is hoping that Michigan voters will vote for
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: John James. But we need the Michigan vote for a
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: Democratic Senator, Gary Peters, and listen to me, y'all. This guy,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: he's black. He has stripped Republican from his website. He
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: has stripped all of that stuff from his website, so
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: he just appears as an African American candidate. But this
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: is a lamb. This is a wolf in lamb's clothing
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: on the inside. He is running for the US Senate.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: He has stripped Republican from his website, ads and billboards.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: He is against Obamacare. He will vote for right wing judges.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: And he said he's two thousand behind Trump. He's polling
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: at twenty to two, twenty five percent around black men.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: He beats Gary Peters. Mitch McConnell keeps control of the Senate.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: Gary Peters is who you want to vote for in Michigan.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: Gary Peters for Senate in Michigan. Not not do not
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: vote for John James. He is black, but he is
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: not for our rights. He's not for Obamacare. He's not.
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: He's one. He's a puppet. John James is not our guy.
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: Is Gary Peters in Michigan. Vote for Gary Peters, the Democrat.
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: Come on, Michigan, Michigan. Yeah, Michigan is a crucial state.
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: I mean, man, this election depends on Michigan, like you said, Steve,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: the Senate race and presidential race. You know, Trump is
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: opening up campaign offices in certain parts of Detroit. This
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: is not all Michigan. Listen, no, it really really calls right,
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: It's not a drill. Last year, the Michigan vote was
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: decided by less than two hundred thousand. Twenty sixteen. The
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: last president electure, almost half a million blacks didn't vote
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: in Detroit. Eligible registered voters did not vote in Detroit. Detroit.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: If you vote, if you get to the imposed, you're
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: gonna make a difference. Gary Peters for Senate, Biden Harris
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: for president. Period. Yeah. We need to control this Senate
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: so we can get that done. Yes, yes, important, All right,
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: Uh wow coming up, Yeah, coming up. I'm glad we
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: already voted. Yeah, coming up, more of today's trending stories
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: on the Steve Harvey Morning Show. We'll be back at
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: twenty minutes after the hour, right after this you're listening
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: to show our forever. President Barack Obama will be on
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: the campaign trail for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris today.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: And and let's get this straight. Her name is Kamala Harris. Okay,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: Kamala Harris, all right, because I'm so sick of these
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: I'm so sick of these people. Kamala, Kamala whatever. You know,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: we had a senator down here, Kamala, Kamalamala whatever. Don't
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: do that. That's so disrespectful, that's so disrespectful. Her name
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: is Kamala the good Old Boys. Yeah, yeah, exactly, Yeah,
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: that's ghettold name. Yeah, we'll get I had a call her,
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: Madam Vice President. You want to work out a first
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: night mint. Anyway, they're gonna be on the campaign. President
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Barack Obama will be on the campaign trail for Joe
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: Biden and Kamala Harris today for a socially distanced drive
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: in rally. This one's going down in Philly, Philadelphia. President
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama have headlined a number
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: of virtual rallies for the Biden Harris campaign, but today
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: we'll be the former president's first in person campaign. Stop. Yes,
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: let's go, all right, yes, let's do this. Huh yeah,
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: we have no more time. If you haven't voted, please
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: make plans to do so. Please. You have thirteen days left.
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: I can't wait for this election to people to be
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: over critical, over all the commercials, all of that. All right,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show and
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: some trending news coming up at thirty three minutes after
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this, you're listening to morning show. Well.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: Tomorrow is the final presidential debate between Vice President Joe
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: Biden and President Donald Trump in Nashville. The Commission on
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: Presidential Debate has adopted new rules of muting the microphones
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: of President Trump and Joe Biden. Both campaigns have agreed
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: on the two minute uninterrupted rule. The only way to
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: enforce that rule is to make sure that only the
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: candidate who has the floor microphone will be open during
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: those two minute periods. What do you guys think, Steve,
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: this was your idea? So I think, yeah, it was
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: my idea and they stole it. But it's all good.
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: It's all good. Yeah, they Jackie, they heard me say.
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: As soon as I said it, then they're gonna take
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: it act like his Daydamn. That's the same thing they do.
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: Then ragged ass Vision Centers took my damn id and
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: made it there, gonna change it from Vision Center to
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: Envision Center. I said it. Yeah, now what so now
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not going with none of this. Yes,
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: because they listen to the show. Yeah, they do. They
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: do listen to the show. They stole the idea. They're
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: gonna cut the number. But Trump gonna come out and
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: around now and say he gonna talk loud. He go
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: over the Biden mike. That's when Joe on a sucker
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: pus all off and roll his ass one time. Remember
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: he did it with Hillary Clinton. He came around and
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: what was walking around and stuck off as something behind me.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: That's why I I y'all gonna be clapping it from
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: me ya my man, Steve, get you as you ain't
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: made a political point all night. Uh. And other entertainment news,
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Fifty cent is the latest rapper to enduse President Trump.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: After learning details about Joe Biden's tax plan, He says
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: he doesn't care if the president is racist as long
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: as his taxes don't go up, he posted on an Instagram,
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: what the f vote for Trump? I'm out, I don't care.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: Trump doesn't like black people sixty two percent? Are you
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: out of your effing mind? It also seems like he
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: might be considering ditching New York after seeing the possible
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: state tax rates. Uh, he wrote, f New York, the
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: Knicks never win anyway. That's a true statement, that Nicks
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: don't win. You know he can have that position. All
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: of them rich people know this. You can raise the
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: taxes all you want. They gonna find a way. Not
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: maybe not to the extent of Trump, but they gonna
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: find a way. And they know this. How do you
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: think Donald Trump has paid seven hundred fifty taxes? You
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: know what calls overweight and all of them know that too. Yeah.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Coming up, it's our last break of the day. Why
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: is he off, Mike, And of course we'll have some

- 1:19:54Speaker 1: yeah yeah. So please go to vote dot org and

- 1:20:20Speaker 1: vote it on this show. So yes, yes we are, Yes,
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: we are. Example. We cannot take four more years of this.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: We just can't. I'm exhaust I'm exhausted. Yeah. And if
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: you're in the healthcare industry, and if you are on
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: the front line, front lines, yeah, there's I don't know
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: how you can vote for Trunk with the second wave
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: a coronavirus and the pandemic coming. Yeah, hospitalizations are going
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: up again. You don't you do not care? You know,
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: I was watching this thing on TV about these you
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: know how these they had these boat cruises, both parades
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: and are parades and Trump parades or they have in Oregon.
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: They have this group of Trump supporters who they fly
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: in from over. They rally and they get around each other,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: you know, and they are decent people, you know, just
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: listening to them, you know, but their Trump supporters, and
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: they were explaining why they were Trump supporters and all
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: of these you know, they get together, they ride these
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: dooms and they jump. So this CE and a reporter
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: went to meet with them. It's predominantly all men, because
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: you know, he does well with white men. And what
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: they were saying about Trump was they know he said
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: stuff that they don't like or they agree with, but
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: they voted for him because he wasn't a politician. He's
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: a businessman and that's what America needed, was a businessman. Right.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: And then they said the most telling thing as to
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: why their Trump's reporters, They said, because he's like us. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: us wants to work hard for his money and get
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: his money and keep as much as he can and
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: not pay a bunch of taxes. But let's see, but see,
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: let's see the guys. But like I've always told you
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: about this there ain't there ain't a lot of people's
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: aim is to be a Donald Trump. Huh, well off,
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: not working, IVAGR taxes, date pawn stars, playboy bunnies, Wow,
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: get a fly wife, get yourself a jet, helicopter with
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: your name on it. That to them represents the American dream.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: And a lot of people are acted to that he doesn't.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: They don't care. They ask them people that they think
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump was a racist. They said, no, he's racist
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: towards lazy people. Imp he's like us, he wants to
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: work hard. Wait a minute, man, you all don't know
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: the truth about Donald Trump. But that's the image that
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: they portrayed and they put out there. And like I've
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: told you, man, well off people, a large number of them,
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: not all by any stretch of imagination, but there are
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: a lot of people, and most of them really not
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: well off, but who want to be well off. Admire
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: him and they look up to him, and they don't
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: care about his policy foreign policy. They just care about
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: the economy that they will one day be able to
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: get their own slice of the American dream. And like
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: this guy was saying, and I was so I wanted
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: to go Wow. He said you know, and I'm doing
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: really well in life. The fact that I can buy
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: twenty thousand dollars toy and come out here and ride
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: on dunes with other people who are like me. Let
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: you know why I'm at And I was going a
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: twenty thousand dollars toy. So you part of doom Buggy
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: and you can get out here with people with Trump signs,
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: and that makes you a cut above the rest of them.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: I'm telling you, man. They find little things and the
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: Republican Party has find ways to make them feel special,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: like they're a cut above someone who's not. And that's
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: the deception that they've played. So I say all that
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: to say this, we got to vote. We got to
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: get real serious. We got to cover the disenfranchised, We
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: got to cover those people who are blinded by Trump.
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: We got to cover those people who admire Trump. We
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: got to get out and out vote them, people that
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: want to make America great again, when we as black
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: people still have not figured out what period of time
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: you want to go back to that was that was
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: making it so great for America, that was better for us.
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: There's a lot of reasons to vote, but the number
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: one reason to vote is because our ancestors die, were enslave, beaten, tarred, feathered,
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: fire holes, burned, lynched, jailed, just so we could vote.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: We owe them that, We owe them that, and I
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: don't give a damn what fifty cents say or no
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: other celebrities say. Let's not get stupid here. This ain't
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: just about you. This is about us. You're gonna be
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: fine with your money no matter who the president is,
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: but a lot of people ain't. We got some vote
