- 2:13Speaker 1: the actor and singer that you did a lot of
- 2:15Speaker 1: you guys don't know about. He plays Bishop James Greenleaf.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Please welcome, Keith David. How are you doing, sir? I'm
- 2:22Speaker 1: well man. How are you doing? Really good? Really good? Uh?
- 2:26Speaker 1: Four seasons down, a fifth season ago. We know about television,
- 2:29Speaker 1: sometimes you can get green leading. They don't even last
- 2:33Speaker 1: beyond the burning of the cantle. Uh, going into five season?
- 2:37Speaker 1: Talk about that. Talk about the journey of this series
- 2:40Speaker 1: so far before we get into details. From a personal perspective,
- 2:45Speaker 1: tell has been an incredible journey for me because, um
- 2:51Speaker 1: years in my life I used to fantasize about being
- 2:54Speaker 1: a preacher. I used to want to be a preacher,
- 2:58Speaker 1: and uh uh, I didn't. I didn't want to be
- 3:03Speaker 1: a kind of Jack leg. So I decided to pursue
- 3:09Speaker 1: other areas of my life, you know, and in the
- 3:11Speaker 1: life of an artist, and I believe that they're both
- 3:15Speaker 1: are calling. So now you know, I feel that acting
- 3:18Speaker 1: is my ministry. Uh. But when Breenley came along, it
- 3:24Speaker 1: was like dream being fulfilled. I mean it was truly
- 3:28Speaker 1: a blessing. If you don't you know, if if you
- 3:32Speaker 1: don't believe in God, well uh that's that's your business.
- 3:36Speaker 1: But God loves you anyway. And that was well, I
- 3:39Speaker 1: believe in God, blessing. I believe in God. So keep talking,
- 3:42Speaker 1: keep talking. Well, I mean that was that was That
- 3:46Speaker 1: was living proof that you know that that God is
- 3:51Speaker 1: always looking out for me, and take better care of
- 3:54Speaker 1: me than that care and take it my absolutely, I
- 3:58Speaker 1: believe in that. And I believe that the worker focus,
- 4:01Speaker 1: we'll get you there, and the blessings are based on
- 4:03Speaker 1: your hard work, and your career is showing a body
- 4:05Speaker 1: of work that is tied to you know. The thing
- 4:07Speaker 1: I like about your career is that, you know, I
- 4:11Speaker 1: always tell people, wherever the opportunity is pointed, give it
- 4:14Speaker 1: a hundred percent and go forward, you know, voice over work,
- 4:19Speaker 1: going forward, Sinking Broadway comedy drama. That's a really versatile
- 4:26Speaker 1: plate of as they say, food that you're dining on there, sir,
- 4:30Speaker 1: talk to us about being able to have that range
- 4:33Speaker 1: and that ability and and and and that that blessing
- 4:36Speaker 1: right there, be able to do all these different things.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Because some people are just good at comedies some people
- 4:39Speaker 1: just good at dramatic roles. But you've being able to
- 4:42Speaker 1: You're able to swing back and forth. Talk to us
- 4:44Speaker 1: about that. Well, first of all, I'm lucky to be
- 4:49Speaker 1: able to do that. But that's what I trained for,
- 4:51Speaker 1: That's what I spent my life training for. You know,
- 4:53Speaker 1: I spent I spent ten years of my life in
- 4:57Speaker 1: class training, right, you know, from high school and college
- 5:02Speaker 1: and uh and and you know, the the greatest I think,
- 5:07Speaker 1: and I get to do it, Yes, sir, that which
- 5:11Speaker 1: I prepared myself to do. You know, isn't that great?
- 5:15Speaker 1: I mean it is great. I mean that's I mean,
- 5:18Speaker 1: that's the blessing beyond my wildest imagination. And I appreciate that. Now,
- 5:23Speaker 1: let's let's talk about green Leaf. Okay, last season, let
- 5:26Speaker 1: me just talk about your character a little bit because
- 5:29Speaker 1: the last season, you know, Grace character became a dominant
- 5:32Speaker 1: character lady maid, and we saw what Charity was doing
- 5:36Speaker 1: and undermined the family, and Carissa character kind of undermined
- 5:41Speaker 1: the relationship she had with Jacob. The men. The men
- 5:44Speaker 1: character I felt were kind of like like, well, like
- 5:47Speaker 1: we'll pushed a little bit to the back of the
- 5:49Speaker 1: female and none negative back when I say that none negative,
- 5:52Speaker 1: because you got the storylines you have to develop. And
- 5:54Speaker 1: then I see this trailer for the final season and
- 5:57Speaker 1: you you you preaching through the whole thing, You through
- 6:00Speaker 1: the whole thing. Bishop, Are you trying to send us
- 6:03Speaker 1: a message? Is your voice coming to the forth front
- 6:06Speaker 1: of the series with prayer and leadership for the fifth season?
- 6:10Speaker 1: Talk to me, well, you know, uh, the Family Journey
- 6:20Speaker 1: has always been about, you know, been about re establishing
- 6:24Speaker 1: ourselves in the church and uh grace coming, grace coming
- 6:30Speaker 1: back home to uh uh just rectify what what what
- 6:38Speaker 1: had gone on previously in the family. And so and
- 6:41Speaker 1: I think that when we when we started the series,
- 6:44Speaker 1: Bishop was in a place where he was ready to
- 6:49Speaker 1: atone to whatever he had, you know, past uh discrepancy,
- 6:58Speaker 1: you know what you know, and and and and face
- 7:01Speaker 1: them head on. Of course, now when you when you
- 7:03Speaker 1: say you're ready for that, but when the moment comes,
- 7:06Speaker 1: you say, oh, God doesn't have to be right now,
- 7:08Speaker 1: you know. So he's gone through all of that. But
- 7:12Speaker 1: you know in season five, you know, uh we see
- 7:19Speaker 1: you know, you know, everything has a ripple effect, it
- 7:22Speaker 1: really does. Yeah, and so and so he's gonna he's
- 7:26Speaker 1: gonna deal with that and so, um, that's what season
- 7:30Speaker 1: five is about. This final referee. Come on, now, come
- 7:36Speaker 1: on thatw what what you know what it's like, you
- 7:39Speaker 1: know when you got to you know it's you know,
- 7:41Speaker 1: it's uh, it's like, uh, let meagine this, Keith about
- 7:51Speaker 1: you're about your character about the show. Okay, because of
- 7:54Speaker 1: the fact that the finale set up a lot of
- 7:57Speaker 1: a lot of storylines that finale. So I'm talking about
- 8:01Speaker 1: season four for nowe. You know Charity, she you thought
- 8:06Speaker 1: you could convince her to vote the right way. She did, Okay,
- 8:11Speaker 1: that I'm sure shocked your character. You thought she would
- 8:13Speaker 1: see the right way. Then she got kicked to the
- 8:15Speaker 1: curb by Phil when Bob Whitmore, the owner of H
- 8:21Speaker 1: and H, told her, if you want to stay some
- 8:23Speaker 1: stay have power in this whole situation with this church.
- 8:26Speaker 1: You gotta marry my daughter who happens to be white.
- 8:28Speaker 1: If you're not following the series, So those are just
- 8:31Speaker 1: a small level of dynamics when you when you get
- 8:34Speaker 1: this script, and these scripts have to be juicy at
- 8:36Speaker 1: the table reading, these scripts have to be juicy. When
- 8:38Speaker 1: you shot him. You can just see all this stuff
- 8:40Speaker 1: playing itself out and then but but Charity for the
- 8:43Speaker 1: fifth season, she's undermined the family. How do you bring
- 8:48Speaker 1: her back into the family without destroying the storylines that
- 8:51Speaker 1: we have not seen yet for the fifth season? You know,
- 8:55Speaker 1: you you you raise your kids to be good people,
- 9:00Speaker 1: right and you and you try to convince him to
- 9:04Speaker 1: do the next rightst thing, and then you then you
- 9:09Speaker 1: have to let go and let God handle it the
- 9:11Speaker 1: way he's going to handle it. And I think that
- 9:14Speaker 1: also that's also one of the one of the big
- 9:16Speaker 1: lessons that the bishop learns is you know, in spite
- 9:21Speaker 1: of your intentions, it's gonna go away. God intends it
- 9:25Speaker 1: to go and and we have and we just have
- 9:29Speaker 1: to pray for the grace to deal with that because
- 9:34Speaker 1: it may not be, it may not be exactly the
- 9:36Speaker 1: way you wanted it to, no matter what your intentions are.
- 9:41Speaker 1: You know, you know, you know deal with that. You
- 9:45Speaker 1: know you got that great voice there, Keith, You know
- 9:47Speaker 1: you got that that profound voice as they say, you
- 9:50Speaker 1: know when I when I do TV shows, uh Jury,
- 9:52Speaker 1: they called the voice of God. It's so eloquent, it's
- 9:55Speaker 1: so it's so strong. Come let's go tell the truth
- 9:57Speaker 1: about this and so like I said, you have that
- 10:00Speaker 1: natural gift to be to be able to resonate like
- 10:02Speaker 1: a minister. And so so you're the bishop James Greenley
- 10:06Speaker 1: f the series. The premieres Greenley for SIS June premiers
- 10:10Speaker 1: June three on the Own Network. Now in the trailer.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Now in the trailer, I see your kissing lady may huh. Okay,
- 10:20Speaker 1: Now I know you've been wanting to huh my wife.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Well you know, but job, you'll kind of like had
- 10:27Speaker 1: a little discard over the years, and these these are
- 10:30Speaker 1: these final seasons here, come on, now, come on, don't
- 10:33Speaker 1: act like I'm not going if you, If you, you
- 10:36Speaker 1: don't have to be with somebody for five years to
- 10:40Speaker 1: have a little discord a little bit, so you can
- 10:45Speaker 1: believe after forty or five years there are that they're
- 10:48Speaker 1: gonna be some challenges that arrived, sir. But you know,
- 10:53Speaker 1: but you know with you know, uh, with belief and
- 11:00Speaker 1: the God, if your understanding, you know, God will find
- 11:02Speaker 1: a way absolutely if it meant and if it's meant
- 11:08Speaker 1: to be. So you so you know that's where we are. Okay.
- 11:11Speaker 1: So so okay, now we got Charity. You gotta bring
- 11:15Speaker 1: her back in the fold. I catch you kissing Lady
- 11:18Speaker 1: May in the trailer, which is a good thing. Which
- 11:20Speaker 1: is a good thing. Now are y'all y'all all praying
- 11:23Speaker 1: holding hands? The entire family. Jacob was in there, Zora, Sophia, Carissa,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and so so everybody is living at this house, this
- 11:33Speaker 1: giant house is a beautiful house as a lake on
- 11:36Speaker 1: the property. And Carrissa has issues because she's tired of
- 11:39Speaker 1: living in your mama's house, your daddy's house. So so
- 11:44Speaker 1: as as the man of the house, the bishop, how
- 11:48Speaker 1: does that play out as far as far as the
- 11:51Speaker 1: characterization of what you're trying to do and what you're
- 11:53Speaker 1: trying to deliver on this show as the bishop, not
- 11:56Speaker 1: only at the church what you've lost, but holding onto
- 11:59Speaker 1: the house that you mainly lose basis and information that
- 12:03Speaker 1: Karissa got from Fernando. Can you talk to me about that?
- 12:07Speaker 1: I cannot talk to you about that. Come on, come on,
- 12:11Speaker 1: come on, come on, I can't. I can tell you,
- 12:17Speaker 1: um that that that will that will play out, That
- 12:22Speaker 1: will play out. I think you're going to be, um,
- 12:30Speaker 1: you know, wonderfully surprised because the story is so exciting
- 12:35Speaker 1: and but you know, the thing that I think is
- 12:38Speaker 1: so wonderful about it is you know, uh, you know,
- 12:43Speaker 1: God works and so so many mysterious ways. We don't
- 12:48Speaker 1: know what the ways of God are and what the
- 12:50Speaker 1: lessons are to be looking and that's what makes that's
- 12:54Speaker 1: what makes I think the uh, the series so compelling
- 12:58Speaker 1: is that, uh, in the midst of this, you know,
- 13:03Speaker 1: this storytelling is so such a relationship with real life
- 13:13Speaker 1: and what happens in life. Because in life it doesn't
- 13:16Speaker 1: always turn out to be as hunky dory as you
- 13:19Speaker 1: like it. Now, you know, and and and we have
- 13:23Speaker 1: to deal with that. And that happens, that happens in
- 13:26Speaker 1: ministers families, that happens in bishops families, that happens in
- 13:31Speaker 1: church families, that happens in families that never go to church.
- 13:34Speaker 1: It just happens because it's life, you know, it's really
- 13:39Speaker 1: you will see, you will see a wonderful way of
- 13:41Speaker 1: life unfolding in this season. It's finally here, the season
- 13:45Speaker 1: of celebration. And no matter how you celebrate with family
- 13:48Speaker 1: and friends, whether you're preparing for Reis Magos or Karamu

- 15:39Speaker 1: dot ai. Oh believe me, last season was you know
- 15:43Speaker 1: when Grace was trying to reconnect with a J. Now
- 15:48Speaker 1: you didn't tell music Roshan. Look at the store, Look
- 15:50Speaker 1: at your store. Look tell them all my fans. You're
- 15:53Speaker 1: not gonna give us any extra, any little in roads
- 15:56Speaker 1: into what may be happening in season five. Watch the
- 15:58Speaker 1: episode now when at the end of the last season
- 16:01Speaker 1: that Grace was at Fate's grave site and this gentleman
- 16:09Speaker 1: who looked like a J but he wasn't a J
- 16:11Speaker 1: walked up to her at the grave site and he
- 16:13Speaker 1: walked away. Any inkling of what that character was. Was
- 16:17Speaker 1: he an angel? What was he? Well, you know I
- 16:25Speaker 1: have to leave that up to you because you know,
- 16:28Speaker 1: um in life again, I love the way our imitates
- 16:34Speaker 1: life because there there are many times when you have
- 16:38Speaker 1: an experience like that. You know, that way reminded me
- 16:41Speaker 1: of well, he looked like he could have been so
- 16:43Speaker 1: and so son and maybe maybe it was maybe it
- 16:47Speaker 1: wasn't right, you know. I mean, you know sometimes when
- 16:50Speaker 1: we when we have dreams and they speak to us,
- 16:56Speaker 1: and I mean I've had dreams that were so real that, uh,
- 17:01Speaker 1: if you would have asked me today did it really happen?
- 17:04Speaker 1: I would not have good conscious be able to swear
- 17:07Speaker 1: that it didn't. Mm hmmm, I agree. So so, you know,
- 17:12Speaker 1: I mean that's the way I see. That moment is
- 17:15Speaker 1: one of It's one of those sort of god shot
- 17:19Speaker 1: moments where you don't you know, was that him? Was
- 17:22Speaker 1: that not him? Whatever it was it was, it was
- 17:25Speaker 1: it was a momentary miracle. It was it was it
- 17:30Speaker 1: that she needed, she needs, she needed some Godly reassurance
- 17:36Speaker 1: of some kind, and she got it. Oh that that
- 17:39Speaker 1: and it was well written because her she was questioning
- 17:42Speaker 1: her faith looking down at the gray side of faith.
- 17:46Speaker 1: And then this character came up to out of mystery
- 17:49Speaker 1: and spoke to her. And I want to don't want
- 17:53Speaker 1: to tell everybody everything, because everybody should if you hadn't
- 17:55Speaker 1: watched this, sire, and go watch one, two, three, four
- 17:57Speaker 1: and get caught up before you start June twenty third
- 18:00Speaker 1: and watching season five. The thing about it is that
- 18:03Speaker 1: I just want your opinion, sir, because I got you
- 18:05Speaker 1: on the show. Give me your thoughts on each one
- 18:08Speaker 1: of these people who are in your life. They play characters.
- 18:11Speaker 1: But what are your thoughts about feel what who works
- 18:15Speaker 1: under barb with more or h Who's I mean? I mean,
- 18:20Speaker 1: you know, and here's the guy, Here's here's the here's
- 18:22Speaker 1: the here's the guy who I believe starts out with
- 18:28Speaker 1: some kind of some kind of faith. But you see,
- 18:33Speaker 1: the devil is a click and and and puts all
- 18:37Speaker 1: kinds of temptations in front of it. Sometimes it's a
- 18:40Speaker 1: beautiful woman. Sometimes it comes in the form of money,
- 18:43Speaker 1: Sometimes it comes in the form of power, sometimes it
- 18:47Speaker 1: sometimes it comes in the form of some combination of
- 18:50Speaker 1: all of those. Uh but at all. But but you know,
- 18:54Speaker 1: the devil can also uh disguise himself in ambition, and
- 18:59Speaker 1: you know, and the eager as a monster, because the
- 19:02Speaker 1: eagle could fool you to thinking that it is you,
- 19:06Speaker 1: and it will it will you know, uh start motivating
- 19:10Speaker 1: you in ways that you think is pure, but it's
- 19:14Speaker 1: really couched behind some uh it going needs. That's that's
- 19:21Speaker 1: stoked by greed. Uh and and the worst parts of
- 19:26Speaker 1: ambition that becomes selfish and you become selfishly driven so
- 19:30Speaker 1: that you know, uh, you lose your way that they
- 19:36Speaker 1: can't see the you can't see the forest for the trees.
- 19:40Speaker 1: So started up. I think he started out, you know,
- 19:43Speaker 1: because he wanted to have his own church. He got
- 19:46Speaker 1: an opportunity, You got an opportunity to work with this
- 19:49Speaker 1: man who you know, promised him big things, one of
- 19:53Speaker 1: which that he wouldn't yes one day he would have
- 19:55Speaker 1: his own church. So Okay, if the sacrifice I have
- 19:59Speaker 1: to make is being a ghost writer, I mean that
- 20:03Speaker 1: may not be the biggest sin in the world. Okay, fine, uh,
- 20:07Speaker 1: but then it leads you to do other things. And
- 20:09Speaker 1: but when it becomes you know, I mean the thing
- 20:11Speaker 1: about phil when it comes down to taking down your
- 20:15Speaker 1: own and that is that is that is both you know, uh,
- 20:20Speaker 1: familiarly and spiritually. Uh. Then you know, then you have
- 20:26Speaker 1: you know, you have to question those motives, and you
- 20:30Speaker 1: know which the bishop does from the beginning. Bishop questions
- 20:34Speaker 1: his motives from from the beginnings. You know, sees tees,
- 20:37Speaker 1: that knows who sees and knows who he is, because
- 20:40Speaker 1: he knows who Bob. Let's go right there, who is Bob?
- 20:44Speaker 1: Is he the devil? Well? I mean again, the devil
- 20:50Speaker 1: has many forms, which many names, many disguises, and you know,
- 20:57Speaker 1: I mean what I mean. I can't call out every
- 21:03Speaker 1: ambitious preacher uh in the world, but you know sometimes
- 21:07Speaker 1: when they when they ambition uh overrides your true sense
- 21:15Speaker 1: of spirituality. Then that there's something to be questioned, because
- 21:19Speaker 1: you know, we have to watch out for false gods,
- 21:23Speaker 1: and money is one of them. Absolutely. We we live,
- 21:27Speaker 1: we live in a society. Well, money isn't necessary. I mean,
- 21:30Speaker 1: you know, even in biblical times, you know, uh, the
- 21:33Speaker 1: money wasn't the same as it as it is now.
- 21:36Speaker 1: But you know, people, you know, people got got lost.
- 21:43Speaker 1: You know, you know, how many camels do you have?
- 21:45Speaker 1: How much bread do you have? You know, they were
- 21:47Speaker 1: all there were all kinds of ways to disguise that
- 21:51Speaker 1: that particular evil of greed, and that's and that you
- 21:57Speaker 1: know that seems to be the center storyline. Greed, greed
- 22:01Speaker 1: happens in this in the story, especially Bob, you know's
- 22:05Speaker 1: that's for lad feel down this path twenty years and
- 22:08Speaker 1: like you saying, ghost writing and never getting credit and
- 22:11Speaker 1: then misleading, I don't, I don't know, do you do?
- 22:15Speaker 1: You did? I read this role? I felt that Phil
- 22:18Speaker 1: really did care for charity, but then when it pushed
- 22:21Speaker 1: came to a shop and denying his dreams tied to greed,
- 22:25Speaker 1: he denounced that relationship to follow the path of greed.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Am I wrongest saying that I don't. I don't think
- 22:33Speaker 1: So that's you know what I mean? You know and
- 22:36Speaker 1: and and you don't have to also understand that whatever
- 22:40Speaker 1: whatever your interpretation is, if when we're telling story in
- 22:44Speaker 1: a parable in the powable situation, whatever it is that
- 22:47Speaker 1: you need to learn, that's your lesson. Now you watch
- 22:52Speaker 1: it again, you may get a different lesson. True, true,
- 22:55Speaker 1: But that's the that's the lesson you got watching it
- 22:57Speaker 1: the first time. So I mean, I can't tell you
- 23:00Speaker 1: that that's not true or that's not a part of
- 23:04Speaker 1: uh stops to be learned here that is one of
- 23:09Speaker 1: that is certainly one of the least. Now, Jacob, Jacob
- 23:12Speaker 1: has not lived a good life. He's had something that
- 23:15Speaker 1: we all have had. We stumped out foot and made mistakes.
- 23:18Speaker 1: And both as a single man, as a married man,
- 23:21Speaker 1: and as a father. What are your thoughts about his
- 23:25Speaker 1: as a relationship with you in the direction he's grown
- 23:28Speaker 1: as a character as a man on this show living
- 23:31Speaker 1: under your house, under your roof again, you know what
- 23:35Speaker 1: I mean? And there, you know, I can't at this
- 23:39Speaker 1: very second quote to you who in the Bible Jacob
- 23:44Speaker 1: reminds me? You know, and here is here is a
- 23:49Speaker 1: man you know, he's like like like I think maybe
- 23:52Speaker 1: maybe Joseph's brother brothers um, here's a Here's a man
- 23:57Speaker 1: who's lived under the show. Know if his father his
- 24:01Speaker 1: whole life, he's had you know, he's had everything. He's
- 24:04Speaker 1: ever you know, everything has been given to him. Uh
- 24:07Speaker 1: and and he's so but his his mother has also
- 24:10Speaker 1: been very protective, you know, yeah, despite of what his
- 24:16Speaker 1: father might have. You know, his father has always wanted
- 24:18Speaker 1: them to be you know, go out and find his
- 24:21Speaker 1: own self. I mean, I remember, I think it's in
- 24:24Speaker 1: season two or three, I said to him, I said,
- 24:27Speaker 1: look at me and tell me get out of my face.
- 24:29Speaker 1: So man, let me do my thing. But you won't
- 24:31Speaker 1: even do that right, you won't even specify in your way.
- 24:36Speaker 1: I can't give this to you. I can't give you nothing.
- 24:39Speaker 1: You have to earn us. And that's a lesson that
- 24:42Speaker 1: a man's got a lot. Absolutely, absolutely it is really
- 24:46Speaker 1: when I when I look at your the journey of
- 24:47Speaker 1: this show and we're talking to U. Keith David, one
- 24:51Speaker 1: of the stars of Green lift Or. The series premiers
- 24:54Speaker 1: June twenty three on their own network. He plays the
- 24:56Speaker 1: Bishop on the series. Um it really I would just
- 25:01Speaker 1: telling you this, uh. And I've enjoyed this run of
- 25:03Speaker 1: the first four seasons. I'm looking forward to the final
- 25:07Speaker 1: season because it allows me to stay calm. It allows me,
- 25:10Speaker 1: as you can see, like you said, Raean, you might
- 25:13Speaker 1: look at it on one episode, didn't look at it
- 25:15Speaker 1: two weeks later and see something or be mostly driven
- 25:18Speaker 1: by something else. And that really is what this series
- 25:20Speaker 1: is about. It allows you choices. It allows you to
- 25:23Speaker 1: be able to understand the values that you have for yourself,
- 25:28Speaker 1: whether whether you believe or you don't believe. But if
- 25:31Speaker 1: you believe these are the options that you have to
- 25:34Speaker 1: make decisions based on. It has to be just an
- 25:36Speaker 1: amazing Like you said early on when you started this
- 25:39Speaker 1: interview with me, you always wanted to be a minister,
- 25:42Speaker 1: and this blessing came about where for five seasons you
- 25:45Speaker 1: could play a bishop on a on a role that
- 25:47Speaker 1: also look inside yourself and feel compelled that you're you're
- 25:50Speaker 1: changing people's lives. Even though it's a role, you still
- 25:53Speaker 1: are changing people's lives. Do you believe that, well, I mean,
- 25:57Speaker 1: you know, praised God, there is that book central and
- 26:02Speaker 1: uh and and and I have absolutely loved that opportunity
- 26:08Speaker 1: to be able to tell those kinds of stories. I mean,
- 26:11Speaker 1: that's I mean, that's ah, that's what we do. You know.
- 26:15Speaker 1: You know, I'm an actor, I'm an artist, and and
- 26:18Speaker 1: we and we we tell stories in order to inform
- 26:28Speaker 1: our lives that there are there is another way of
- 26:32Speaker 1: doing things. You know that. You know, it's not that
- 26:36Speaker 1: there's not just one way to um get through any
- 26:44Speaker 1: given situation, you know, And I mean, you know, I
- 26:48Speaker 1: believe that even now in this COVID situation, God does
- 26:52Speaker 1: not put us in situations that he doesn't provide a
- 26:55Speaker 1: way out of and I doesn't have to be wait
- 27:03Speaker 1: uh to what those possibilities are before we close out.
- 27:09Speaker 1: I just I know when you've got other projects other
- 27:11Speaker 1: than green Leaf premier in June twenty three, off year,
- 27:14Speaker 1: if you want to shout him out. I got a
- 27:15Speaker 1: project with Alison Weaves coming up, a project on Amazon.
- 27:18Speaker 1: You want to expound on those a little bit before
- 27:20Speaker 1: we wrap up here, Mrs David, I am. I'm working
- 27:24Speaker 1: right now. I'm working on the show based on the
- 27:26Speaker 1: life of Joe Williams and uh and uh. My great
- 27:34Speaker 1: hope is that it will be uh, you know, the
- 27:37Speaker 1: the pandemic will um allow us to move into theaters
- 27:45Speaker 1: and into and you'll get to that you will get
- 27:50Speaker 1: to see it when it's time. Absolutely, yeah, absolutely, but
- 27:55Speaker 1: be on be on the lookout. Absolutely absolutely, my friend,
- 27:59Speaker 1: Chief Adam, and thank you for coming on money Making Conversations.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I really appreciate it that you allowed me to talk

- 28:08Speaker 1: gave me enough leading up to season five to let
- 28:10Speaker 1: me know that I need to be watching season five.
