Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Massive WIN for Trump & Rule of Law at SCOTUS plus BIDEN NOT DROPPING OUT
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There are two big stories that we are going to
- 0:03Speaker 1: deal with. One deals with presidential immunity and the Supreme
- 0:07Speaker 1: Court decision that just come down. I'm going to start
- 0:10Speaker 1: with that one because it is extremely important and consequence
- 0:14Speaker 1: in multiple ways. So I'm gonna explain it to you
- 0:16Speaker 1: so you understand it in layman's terms the best that
- 0:19Speaker 1: I can. Then we also had the Biden family meeting
- 0:23Speaker 1: on Sunday, and the question was does Joe.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Biden stay in.
- 0:27Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you how that meeting apparently went
- 0:29Speaker 1: and what they're saying after that meeting. Now let's go
- 0:34Speaker 1: to this blockbuster on the president's immunity and the Supreme
- 0:39Speaker 1: Court of the United States of America's ruling. This was
- 0:43Speaker 1: a massive win I want to be very clear about
- 0:47Speaker 1: that for Donald Trump. In fact, there were many conservatives
- 0:52Speaker 1: I would be one of them that did not think
- 0:55Speaker 1: we were going to get such a decisive decision from
- 0:57Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. Because I'm become so pessimistic, I guess
- 1:01Speaker 1: the best way to describe it. Democrats are now coming
- 1:04Speaker 1: out saying this is the end of law and order
- 1:07Speaker 1: in America, the end of rule of law, This is
- 1:09Speaker 1: the end of democracy, which is what they say every
- 1:11Speaker 1: time when they don't get their way. There's the same
- 1:13Speaker 1: people that want to pack the Supreme Court and overthrow
- 1:16Speaker 1: the power of the people.
- 1:17Speaker 2: The same people that.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Lied about the Steel Dalsier and try to overthrow and
- 1:21Speaker 1: a coup attempt to get rid of Donald Trump through
- 1:23Speaker 1: impeachment when they knew that Steele Dalsier was a lie,
- 1:26Speaker 1: that they had paid for. Hillary Clinton's campaign paid for it,
- 1:29Speaker 1: and the Democratic National Committee paid for it.
- 1:31Speaker 2: And they knew it.
- 1:32Speaker 1: And the same Democrats that try to overthrow the will
- 1:35Speaker 1: of the people masquerading as Republicans say they're very proud
- 1:39Speaker 1: of their decision, for example, to try to overthrow the
- 1:42Speaker 1: will of the people. Adam Kinsinger, for example, went on CNN,
- 1:47Speaker 1: and this.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Is the guy I remember that was, you know, on.
- 1:51Speaker 1: This committee to go after Donald Trump, this this kangaroo
- 1:54Speaker 1: court in Congress, to try to, you know, impeach him
- 1:57Speaker 1: and throw him out forever. And he was asked today
- 2:01Speaker 1: about this, and listen to what he said.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I don't regret my endorsement because Donald Trump is an
- 2:07Speaker 3: existential threat to this country.
- 2:09Speaker 4: I believe that I believe Joe Biden will win.
- 2:12Speaker 3: I just asked the Democrats to do whatever, including in
- 2:16Speaker 3: the campaign for Biden, is necessary to defeat Donald Trump
- 2:20Speaker 3: prosecute the case against Donald Trump. I don't think that's
- 2:23Speaker 3: been done very effective. Certainly was not done effectively on
- 2:26Speaker 3: debate Knight. And the other thing I'll say is this,
- 2:29Speaker 3: I don't know for the next week or two, there's
- 2:31Speaker 3: still going to be this internal consternation in the Democrats.
- 2:34Speaker 4: I'll leave that to them because they're the ones.
- 2:36Speaker 3: That have to decide for their party. But I don't
- 2:38Speaker 3: think it does any good to pretend like the debate
- 2:41Speaker 3: was just a bad night.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Adam Kenjinger quote, it's a Republican, same Republican that quote
- 2:47Speaker 1: went after Donald Trump January six, that committee where they've
- 2:52Speaker 1: gotten rid of all the notes, right, they all their
- 2:55Speaker 1: paperwork has just been destroyed and gone. Kenzinger, I have
- 2:58Speaker 1: no doubts, no regrets to being on team Biden. So
- 3:02Speaker 1: if you want to know how cook the court was,
- 3:05Speaker 1: that's just how crooked and shade the Democratic Party is.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I say that to remind you as I go through
- 3:11Speaker 1: what Democrats are saying now about this being a threat
- 3:14Speaker 1: to democracy. Democrats imply that Monday that former President Donald
- 3:20Speaker 1: Trump could pursue his political opponents legally if he returns
- 3:24Speaker 1: the White House. Following the Supreme Court decision on presidential
- 3:29Speaker 1: community in Trump, the US Democrats going nuts and trying
- 3:34Speaker 1: to make you fearful of Trump now saying what if
- 3:36Speaker 1: Trump ever becomes president.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Community wouldn't matter?
- 3:39Speaker 1: What does matter, American be we should start to understand
- 3:41Speaker 1: the authoritarian rule which this decision stems. If a president
- 3:45Speaker 1: has sealed Team six killers political opponent and mark them
- 3:49Speaker 1: as official acts, it's over, by the way. That's not
- 3:52Speaker 1: what the ruling says at all. But hey, if you're
- 3:54Speaker 1: a crazy Democrat, go with it. Democratic Party activists, for example, uh,
- 3:59Speaker 1: the only got to ever be fired, and the Biden
- 4:02Speaker 1: administration for his radical words and history coming out to
- 4:05Speaker 1: haunt him. Van Jones, he went on CNN, warned that
- 4:09Speaker 1: the decision granted presents a quote license I'm not joking
- 4:14Speaker 1: his words, a license to thug. Before I play that
- 4:19Speaker 1: for you, I want to tell you about my friends

- 6:04Speaker 1: account today.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Now listen to this.
- 6:08Speaker 5: They're obviously more concerned about the latter, and so I
- 6:12Speaker 5: think politically it's bad. It makes the Supreme Court look
- 6:17Speaker 5: very partisan. They're supposed to be wearing these kind of
- 6:20Speaker 5: black and white umpire jerseys or whatever. They look like
- 6:23Speaker 5: they're wearing red jerseys or even Maga hats. It's gonna
- 6:27Speaker 5: go down bad politically for Supreme Court. It's also scary
- 6:31Speaker 5: because what is Trump gonna do? Truck gets elected and
- 6:35Speaker 5: there's this idea that he can get away with even
- 6:37Speaker 5: more stuff that's really really scary for the public because
- 6:41Speaker 5: he already ran over every norm that he could, so
- 6:45Speaker 5: it seems like, I mean politically, not legally. Politically, it's
- 6:49Speaker 5: almost like a license to thug in a way, like
- 6:53Speaker 5: you can do whatever you want and Supreme Court is
- 6:55Speaker 5: probably gonna let you get away with it. That is
- 6:57Speaker 5: very frightening in this case. I'm very, very concerned.
- 7:03Speaker 1: A license to thug. Does anybody know what that actually
- 7:07Speaker 1: even means? A license to thug? Is that like a
- 7:12Speaker 1: ghetto way of saying a license to kill? I guess right,
- 7:15Speaker 1: because you know it gave President Trump a license to thug.
- 7:18Speaker 2: So we're going back to the same thing they said before.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Donald Trump will be lawless, he'll be an authoritarian, he'll
- 7:25Speaker 1: be a radical that's going to just totally decimate democracy
- 7:28Speaker 1: or constitutionality.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Yea, they've said this forever.
- 7:30Speaker 1: The same deal that told you that it wasn't a
- 7:34Speaker 1: legitimate president, said that he was a Russian asset, same
- 7:38Speaker 1: people that told you that he actually was working as
- 7:43Speaker 1: a spy or an agent and shouldn't be trusted with
- 7:46Speaker 1: the nuclear codes.
- 7:47Speaker 2: None of it true. But who cares?
- 7:49Speaker 6: Right?
- 7:49Speaker 2: None of it true? What did the court say? All right?
- 7:52Speaker 1: The Court made it clear in a six ' to
- 7:55Speaker 1: three decision that a president in fact enjoys apps immunity
- 8:00Speaker 1: for official acts but not for unofficial acts. Well, it
- 8:05Speaker 1: is up to the court to adjudicate the difference. Supreme
- 8:07Speaker 1: Court said that a president has the right to pre
- 8:11Speaker 1: trial challenges regarding whether any particular acts fall into the
- 8:14Speaker 1: official or unofficial category. Democrats are now warning that the
- 8:19Speaker 1: Magascotis ruling had given presidents a license to eliminate their
- 8:23Speaker 1: political opponents. This is what's so amazing everything the Democrats
- 8:27Speaker 1: accused Republicans are doing, it's literally what they're doing. The
- 8:31Speaker 1: Democratic Party has been trying to literally lock up a
- 8:35Speaker 1: former president I States of America, raiding his home with
- 8:38Speaker 1: the FBI and trying to put him in jail for
- 8:41Speaker 1: multiple life sentences for crimes that were outside of the
- 8:44Speaker 1: statulentations that they made up that the federal government even said, no,
- 8:48Speaker 1: you can't bring these, So on the local level they
- 8:50Speaker 1: did it, for example in New York. Now the same
- 8:52Speaker 1: people trying to take his businesses, as homes, everything to
- 8:56Speaker 1: try to bankrupt him. And what the court said, okay,
- 9:01Speaker 1: it's very very simple, is that the president has to
- 9:05Speaker 1: be able to do his job in his official capacity
- 9:08Speaker 1: and not worry about some psychos in the legal system
- 9:12Speaker 1: coming after him.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Now here's the other thing.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Justice side my order wrote the dissent for the Court's liberals,
- 9:20Speaker 1: and this was one of the most radical and unhinged
- 9:24Speaker 1: things that I've ever read.
- 9:25Speaker 2: She's not a serious Supreme Court justice.
- 9:29Speaker 6: She is.
- 9:31Speaker 1: An individual that is clearly no different than an activist
- 9:35Speaker 1: on the street with Black Lives Matter or Antifa.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Listen to what she wrote. Quote.
- 9:42Speaker 1: The Court effectively created a law free zone around the president,
- 9:45Speaker 1: upsetting the status quo that has existed since the founding.
- 9:50Speaker 1: The new official aximmuting now lies about like a loaded
- 9:55Speaker 1: weapon quote unquote for any president that wishes to place
- 9:58Speaker 1: his own interest, his own political survival, or his own
- 10:02Speaker 1: financial gain above the interests of the nation. Does that
- 10:04Speaker 1: sound a lot like Joe Biden, right, making all the money,
- 10:06Speaker 1: selling access to our adversaries, making millions of dollars, being
- 10:10Speaker 1: the big guy taking his ten percent.
- 10:13Speaker 2: And yet that's what they're accusing.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Of course, Donald Trump of the President United States of America,
- 10:18Speaker 1: is the most powerful person in the country and possibly
- 10:20Speaker 1: the world. When he uses official power in any way.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Under the majority's reasoning, he now will be insulated from
- 10:26Speaker 1: criminal persecution or prosecution excuse me orders if and this
- 10:31Speaker 1: is what she wrote, orders that Navy Sale Team six
- 10:33Speaker 1: to assassinate a political opponent question Mark Immune. Of course,
- 10:36Speaker 1: not everybody knows that. And the fact that Supreme Court
- 10:39Speaker 1: justice is writing this is pretty disgusting. Organized the military
- 10:43Speaker 1: coup to hold on to power. Question Mark Immune takes
- 10:47Speaker 1: a bribe in exchange for a pardon. Question Mark Immune.
- 10:50Speaker 1: By the way, I have laws already on the books
- 10:51Speaker 1: against that immune Immune Immune. Let the president violate the law,
- 10:55Speaker 1: let him exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Let him use a phicial, powerful evil ends. These are
- 11:02Speaker 1: all the things that Joe Biden has actually done. He's
- 11:04Speaker 1: taken bribes, He sold out America. He's taken money from
- 11:08Speaker 1: our biggest adversaries. They didn't register as foreign agents, and
- 11:14Speaker 1: they're doing this. And what Sodom Myeror is saying is
- 11:16Speaker 1: this would be a threat to our democracy, except she's
- 11:18Speaker 1: implying that its only Trump could be the guy that
- 11:20Speaker 1: would do this quote because if he knew that he
- 11:24Speaker 1: may one day face liability for breaking the law, he
- 11:27Speaker 1: might not be as bold and fearless as he would
- 11:30Speaker 1: as we would like.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Him to be. That is the majority's message. Today.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Even if these nightmare scenarios ever play out, and I
- 11:37Speaker 1: pray they never do, the damage has been done. The
- 11:40Speaker 1: relationship between the president and the people he serves has
- 11:43Speaker 1: shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power. The president
- 11:48Speaker 1: is now a king above the law. This is absurd,
- 11:52Speaker 1: said of my order. By the way, in turn, appear
- 11:54Speaker 1: to be echoing the line from the Biden Harris campaign,
- 11:57Speaker 1: because the Biden Harris campaign put out their co chairman
- 12:00Speaker 1: to say the exact same damn thing. I want you
- 12:04Speaker 1: to take a listen to the Biden Harris campaign code chairman.
- 12:08Speaker 1: He was on TV and this is what he said
- 12:12Speaker 1: on CNN talking about all of this, and it's the
- 12:16Speaker 1: exact same thing that the Supreme Court justice then wrote afterwards.
- 12:21Speaker 7: It's about building coalitions, but at the end of the day,
- 12:23Speaker 7: it's about a choice about what kind of America you
- 12:26Speaker 7: want to live in. And Joe Biden has has kind
- 12:28Speaker 7: of painted a picture of what the future of Americans
- 12:31Speaker 7: could look like that includes everybody that actually builds things
- 12:34Speaker 7: from the bottom up, in the middle out. Donald Trump
- 12:36Speaker 7: continues to talk about revenge. He continues to talk about
- 12:39Speaker 7: given tax breaks to the rich. He continues to talk
- 12:41Speaker 7: about trying to find a way to find immunity if
- 12:44Speaker 7: you can, for him to audit Sealed Team six to
- 12:47Speaker 7: kill political opponents. That's how to freeze everybody you know
- 12:50Speaker 7: in the tracks right away about what we're facing and
- 12:53Speaker 7: how much worse Donald Trump's going to be than how
- 12:55Speaker 7: bad he was the first time he was in office.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Notice how when that was said real quick, Jake Tapper
- 13:02Speaker 1: didn't say a damn word like hold on a second
- 13:05Speaker 1: Seal Team six killing political opponents?
- 13:07Speaker 2: Are you insane?
- 13:09Speaker 1: Like I'm sorry, I'm not gonna let you get away
- 13:10Speaker 1: with that and slander or a former president by I'm
- 13:12Speaker 1: playing he's gonna use Syal Team six to go kill
- 13:14Speaker 1: his political opponents. But the Biden Harris campaign actually put
- 13:18Speaker 1: out that clip. Biden Harris campaign co chairman Landry, this
- 13:22Speaker 1: election is a choice about what kind of American you want.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Trump continues to talk about revenge. He thinks he should
- 13:27Speaker 1: have immunity to send Seal Team six after political opponents.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Trump will be worse than he was the first time.
- 13:33Speaker 1: All right, That's what they put out on February the
- 13:35Speaker 1: twenty eighth of this year. This was back during the
- 13:38Speaker 1: Michigan primary when the Biden Hairs campaign coach Chairman Landers
- 13:42Speaker 1: said this, and what would you know, his same words
- 13:47Speaker 1: from back in February show up in the official minority
- 13:49Speaker 1: opinion of the Supreme Court by side mayor, it's disgusting.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Now.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Some Democrats, by the way, were enthusiastic about what they
- 13:58Speaker 1: took to be the president immunity, wishing only for the
- 14:01Speaker 1: Biden administration to use the military, by the way, to
- 14:04Speaker 1: eliminate Donald Trump. Libs are in full meltdown mode right,
- 14:08Speaker 1: some openly calling for the assassination of Trump. Totally normal,
- 14:12Speaker 1: stable people who should control the education of your kids,
- 14:15Speaker 1: your businesses, the border in two foreign wars. The masks
- 14:19Speaker 1: are off and you now know how radical these people
- 14:21Speaker 1: actually are. And you want to know what they're saying,
- 14:24Speaker 1: Let me give you an example. Aaron Rupar said, quote, So,
- 14:27Speaker 1: if Joe Biden clears today that November's election is canceled
- 14:31Speaker 1: and order the military to keep him in power, would
- 14:33Speaker 1: that be quote an official act?
- 14:36Speaker 2: This is what they're saying.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Here's another one, Dash Doe Brosky, all right, another big
- 14:41Speaker 1: Democrat guy. I strongly encourage Joe Biden to take advantage
- 14:45Speaker 1: of his absolute immunity which he has been lawfully granted
- 14:48Speaker 1: by Trumps Supreme Court justice to do whatever official acts
- 14:52Speaker 1: quote unquote he needs to do in order to prevent
- 14:54Speaker 1: Donald Trump from becoming president. This is why I don't
- 14:57Speaker 1: trust the left. The Democrat dead. These are Marxist socialist communists.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Radley Moss another one.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Quote.
- 15:05Speaker 1: The Supreme Court just gave Biden unequivocal immunity to order
- 15:08Speaker 1: the military to take action against Trump today, right now.
- 15:12Speaker 1: So they're wishing for him to assassinate to take out
- 15:15Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Max Kinnerley quote, in full compliance with the
- 15:19Speaker 1: Supreme Court's ruling. An opinion the editorial board then the
- 15:22Speaker 1: headline to Service Country, President Biden should drone strike Donald Trump.
- 15:29Speaker 1: That is what the Democratic Party is saying right now.
- 15:34Speaker 1: The masks are off, folks, the mass are off, and
- 15:38Speaker 1: now we know exactly what they have been saying all along,
- 15:42Speaker 1: what they've been doing all along.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Let me also remind you.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Of what Democrats have been saying in general over the past.
- 15:49Speaker 1: I'm going to play for you montage. This is democrats
- 15:52Speaker 1: in their own words, all right. I just want you
- 15:58Speaker 1: to listen to this.
- 15:59Speaker 7: I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all
- 16:02Speaker 7: of the country.
- 16:03Speaker 8: Maybe there will be people need to start taking through
- 16:06Speaker 8: the streets.
- 16:06Speaker 4: This is a dictator. You know.
- 16:08Speaker 8: There needs to be unrest in the streets for as
- 16:10Speaker 8: long as there's unrest in our lives.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Enemies of the state.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Show me where it says that protests are supposed to
- 16:16Speaker 2: be polite and peaceful.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Do something about your dad's immigration practices effectless time they
- 16:22Speaker 3: go low, how do.
- 16:24Speaker 9: You resist the temptation to run up and rain her neck?
- 16:27Speaker 5: The biggest terror threat in this country is white men,
- 16:31Speaker 5: most of them radicalized up to the right.
- 16:34Speaker 4: I thought he should have funshed him in the face.
- 16:35Speaker 9: They say, even if you lost, he insulted your wife.
- 16:37Speaker 9: He's on the escalator about Mexican's rapists and MRG.
- 16:40Speaker 4: He said, well, what do you think? I said done.
- 16:41Speaker 5: I think you should funded him in the face and
- 16:42Speaker 5: then gotten out of the race.
- 16:43Speaker 2: You would have been a hero.
- 16:44Speaker 10: I'd like to punch him in the face, I said,
- 16:46Speaker 10: if we're in high school, I take you behind the
- 16:48Speaker 10: gym and beat the hell out of him.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Part some people in the face.
- 16:52Speaker 11: When was the last time an actor assassinated a prisoner.
- 16:56Speaker 3: They're still going to have to go out and put
- 16:57Speaker 3: a bullet in Donald Trump.
- 16:58Speaker 2: And that's a fact. Look, it's his character. He's stabbed
- 17:04Speaker 2: to death. Where is John Wilkes Booth when you need?
- 17:12Speaker 2: I have thought an awful lot about blowing.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Up the White House?
- 17:17Speaker 5: A Missouri state senator is under investigation by the Secret
- 17:21Speaker 5: Service after saying she hopes President Trump is assassinatees.
- 17:25Speaker 2: I will go.
- 17:26Speaker 4: And take Trump out to night.
- 17:27Speaker 3: And if you see anybody from that cabinet.
- 17:31Speaker 11: In a restaurant, in an apartment, stop at a.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Castle station, you get.
- 17:37Speaker 8: Out and you create a god and you postcack on
- 17:41Speaker 8: them and you sell them the welcome anynoy anywhere.
- 17:47Speaker 6: And sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and
- 17:51Speaker 6: are honoring our constitution all right at sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue.
- 17:56Speaker 2: They're not going to stop before election day in November,
- 17:59Speaker 2: and they're not going to stop after election day.
- 18:01Speaker 9: And that should be everyone should take note of that
- 18:04Speaker 9: on both levels, that this is they're not going to
- 18:06Speaker 9: let up, and they should not.
- 18:08Speaker 4: If you take you ain't saying nothing yet.
- 18:16Speaker 1: I just got to say, this is exactly what the
- 18:19Speaker 1: Democrats been saying all along, right, So they're mad now
- 18:24Speaker 1: that what they've been saying with anarchy and insanity. The
- 18:29Speaker 1: Supreme Court is saying, hey, you can't go after your
- 18:33Speaker 1: political opponent with steal Team six, but you do have
- 18:36Speaker 1: a right to do your job. They're like, oh no,
- 18:38Speaker 1: that's not what they're saying. The Supreme Court is actually
- 18:40Speaker 1: saying the complete opposite of.
- 18:41Speaker 2: That, that you can kill your opponents.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Well, I mean, look at what the Democratic Party has
- 18:46Speaker 1: done just to Donald Trump alone. They've tried to bankrupt him,
- 18:49Speaker 1: they tried to take all the stuff, they tried to
- 18:51Speaker 1: lock him up. They've raised his house. They're trying to
- 18:53Speaker 1: put him in jail for the rest of his life.
- 18:55Speaker 1: They're trying to put him in jail for the rest
- 18:56Speaker 1: of his life. The radicals are the democratic Marxist, socialists
- 19:01Speaker 1: and communists. That is who they are. They're locking up
- 19:04Speaker 1: anyone around them. Look at Steve Bannon, Flynn, the list
- 19:07Speaker 1: goes on and on.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Right.
- 19:10Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sorry they go after us and try
- 19:15Speaker 1: to lock us up. And the Democratic Party now they
- 19:18Speaker 1: just don't know what to do. Let me let you
- 19:20Speaker 1: hear Democratic Representative Zoe Lofgren. This is what she just
- 19:25Speaker 1: said about Scotus giving Trump broad immunity from prosecution for
- 19:29Speaker 1: doing his actual job as president.
- 19:31Speaker 8: I guess you know, theoretically President Biden, acting within the
- 19:37Speaker 8: scope of his official duties, could dispatch the military to take.
- 19:42Speaker 11: Out the conservative justices on the Court and he'd be immune.
- 19:46Speaker 11: I mean, these people are truly deranged. That is the
- 19:51Speaker 11: only way I can describe who they are right now.
- 19:54Speaker 11: They are deranged.
- 19:56Speaker 1: And what you're seeing now is them not being able
- 20:01Speaker 1: to control a Supreme Court that is actually protecting, okay,
- 20:06Speaker 1: the rule of law in this country and saying no
- 20:08Speaker 1: to the radical leftists who are trying to lock up
- 20:11Speaker 1: a former president of the United States of America. They're
- 20:14Speaker 1: saying that the president has a right to actually do
- 20:16Speaker 1: its job. And no matter how crazy these democrats continue
- 20:22Speaker 1: to get.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Right, I play another one for you.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Top Biden campaign advisor Keisha Lance Bottoms saying this.
- 20:29Speaker 9: Editorial boards are supposed to honor fair elections, and I
- 20:36Speaker 9: don't think it's fair when an editorial board with ten
- 20:39Speaker 9: people sitting in a room are trying to influence an election,
- 20:43Speaker 9: especially in a state like Georgia.
- 20:46Speaker 1: These democrats just said out loud they want to like
- 20:49Speaker 1: limit and shut down editorial boards. They want to lock
- 20:53Speaker 1: up their political opponents. They want to silence anyone that
- 20:55Speaker 1: disagrees with them. They want to take them off the air.
- 20:58Speaker 1: They want to take away their their ability to write,
- 21:01Speaker 1: They want to take away their ability to publish. And
- 21:03Speaker 1: then if they do publish, they want to censor what
- 21:05Speaker 1: they're writing, which is exactly what they did under the
- 21:08Speaker 1: Biden in Obama years and during the Trump years as well.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Hey we don't like this conservative voice. Silence them, Hey
- 21:14Speaker 1: we don't like that voice. Shut them down. Hey, silence
- 21:16Speaker 1: their speech. Okay, shut down their account. Do you understand
- 21:20Speaker 1: how radical this is. It is radical on a level
- 21:23Speaker 1: that I don't think people understand. And the Supreme Court
- 21:26Speaker 1: today said, hey, we understand it. The president has to
- 21:31Speaker 1: be able to do his job and no, Democrats, you
- 21:34Speaker 1: cannot go out there and start arresting your political opponents.
- 21:37Speaker 2: And what do they immediately say. Immediately they say, Oh, Donald.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Trump's gonna go out there and assassinate his political opponents
- 21:44Speaker 1: and lock them up.
- 21:44Speaker 2: And you still team six, which is insane.
- 21:48Speaker 1: All Right, I want to get into this other story
- 21:50Speaker 1: that I promised you at the beginning, and that is
- 21:53Speaker 1: the Biden family had their quote Kumbayab private meeting on Sunday.
- 21:59Speaker 1: And if you were sitting around thinking that Joe Biden
- 22:02Speaker 1: was going to drop out, well.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Guess what joke's on you.
- 22:06Speaker 1: There is zero indication now he's going to drop out
- 22:09Speaker 1: on his own. Okay, what we do know is they
- 22:13Speaker 1: found people to criticize for the disaster. They are criticizing
- 22:18Speaker 1: top advisors, and they are pushing for their ouster. At
- 22:22Speaker 1: Camp David meetings, they also urged the president to quote
- 22:27Speaker 1: stay in the race.
- 22:28Speaker 2: I'm referring to the family.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Now, why would they be saying stay in the race
- 22:33Speaker 1: because they know that all of their lives are in
- 22:36Speaker 1: legal jeopardy if Joe Biden is not the president. Hunter
- 22:39Speaker 1: Biden's son desperately needs Daddy to stay in office as
- 22:42Speaker 1: long as he can to try to get all the
- 22:44Speaker 1: things taken care of that they need to get done
- 22:48Speaker 1: with all the legal issues that they are having. And
- 22:51Speaker 1: if he's out of office or as gone, then he's
- 22:54Speaker 1: not going to get the pardons or the commuted sentences
- 22:57Speaker 1: that he's going to desperately need. That's number one. So
- 23:00Speaker 1: understand that they're not looking out for the best interests.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Okay, I'm just telling you like they are not.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Okay, they are not looking out for the best interests
- 23:13Speaker 1: of the country. They don't give a crap about any
- 23:15Speaker 1: of you.
- 23:16Speaker 2: They never have.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Actually, they're yet again looking out for their family and
- 23:20Speaker 1: their family only they were looking out for their family
- 23:22Speaker 1: when they've been taking all of the bribes that they've
- 23:24Speaker 1: been taking and all the corruption that they've been taking
- 23:26Speaker 1: from our adversaries. They don't care. Okay, they do not
- 23:30Speaker 1: care about you. They don't care about this country. They
- 23:33Speaker 1: care about keeping themselves out of jail.
- 23:36Speaker 2: And that is exactly why you.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Are hearing them now say, oh, well, we've decided it's
- 23:41Speaker 1: someone else's fault. Yet again. It's the advisors. They didn't
- 23:43Speaker 1: get them ready, they didn't prep them the right way,
- 23:46Speaker 1: and so this is actually we believe their fault, not
- 23:49Speaker 1: our fault, that they just didn't get him ready. Oh
- 23:51Speaker 1: and he had a cold, but it's really their fault.
- 23:53Speaker 1: I guess he got the cold as well.
- 23:55Speaker 4: It is.
- 23:56Speaker 1: It is actually insane, But at the same time, it's
- 24:00Speaker 1: not surprising to me at all that this is now
- 24:04Speaker 1: where we are, that we are now having this debate,
- 24:07Speaker 1: this conversation. There's also another part of this being reported
- 24:12Speaker 1: now by Politico. They said there's no immediate expectation that
- 24:17Speaker 1: Biden will follow through on any advice given to him
- 24:21Speaker 1: to drop out of the race. Okay, According to three
- 24:24Speaker 1: people briefed on the family conversations but not directly involved,
- 24:27Speaker 1: the three people were granted eminemity to discuss the matter.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Among the family's complaints about the debate practice, that Biden
- 24:35Speaker 1: was not prepared to pivot more to go on the attack,
- 24:38Speaker 1: that he was bogged down too much on defending his
- 24:41Speaker 1: record rather than outlining a vision for a second term,
- 24:44Speaker 1: and that he was overworked and not well rested quote unquote.
- 24:48Speaker 1: The blame was cast widely on staffers, including Anita Dunn,
- 24:52Speaker 1: the senior advisor who frequently has the president's ear, her husband,
- 24:56Speaker 1: Bob Auer, the president's attorney who played Trump in rehearsals
- 24:59Speaker 1: at can David and Ron Klaying, the former chief of
- 25:02Speaker 1: staff who ran point on the debate prep in previous
- 25:05Speaker 1: cycles sessions.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Quote the age of prep.
- 25:08Speaker 1: The president have been with the family for years, often decades,
- 25:11Speaker 1: seeing him through victories and challenges. He maintained strong confidence
- 25:16Speaker 1: in them, is what the Biden campaign spokesman said in
- 25:19Speaker 1: a statement after throwing them under the bus because it
- 25:21Speaker 1: couldn't be Joe Biden's fault, right, biden allies and staffers
- 25:25Speaker 1: have sought to blame a variety of factors in after
- 25:28Speaker 1: matth of Biden's horrific debate performance, including that the President
- 25:32Speaker 1: was ill, that he was over prepared, and that the
- 25:34Speaker 1: CNEM moderators failed to fact check President Trump. But as
- 25:38Speaker 1: the crisis continued into a third day, the finger pointing
- 25:42Speaker 1: has turned inward towards some of Biden's closest advisors, now
- 25:47Speaker 1: focusing on the staff. All Right, the family, by the way,
- 25:51Speaker 1: is overlook Biden's own failings in Atlanta, and that's why
- 25:56Speaker 1: the staff isn't happy, because it's not their fault that
- 25:59Speaker 1: this guy's incacitated.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Now, these people said that Biden, that the.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Biden family won the president to continue in the campaign
- 26:05Speaker 1: rather than in his career with a you know, a
- 26:08Speaker 1: bad debate performance against Trump, who they all hate.
- 26:12Speaker 2: First Lady Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, where.
- 26:14Speaker 1: The loudest voice is arguing the president to stay in
- 26:16Speaker 1: the twenty twenty four contests. And of course Hunter Biden's
- 26:19Speaker 1: going to say that because he needs Dady to be president,
- 26:21Speaker 1: so that he can give him a either clemency or
- 26:24Speaker 1: they can part.
- 26:25Speaker 2: He can be pardoned by his father.
- 26:27Speaker 1: The Biden family also expect a huddle to discuss the
- 26:30Speaker 1: best waiter to reassure Democrats ats staying in the race
- 26:33Speaker 1: of the right decision. The President himself was calling around
- 26:36Speaker 1: to hear what his confidants thought. As Biden boarded Air
- 26:40Speaker 1: Force One on Saturday, quote he chatted on the phone
- 26:43Speaker 1: with John Meacham, according to photographs of the caller id. Additionally,
- 26:48Speaker 1: Biden's campaign staff only grew angrier at CNN as to
- 26:52Speaker 1: how the debate was run.
- 26:54Speaker 2: So they had the deck stacked against some you know, in.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Their favorites, stay at CNN, and then CNN he didn't
- 27:00Speaker 1: save Joe Biden from himself, and so now they're angry
- 27:03Speaker 1: at CNN about how they ran the debate. According to
- 27:06Speaker 1: several people familiar with the conversations, their complaints were lengthy,
- 27:10Speaker 1: including that the moderators should have fact checked Trump more often,
- 27:13Speaker 1: that Biden was not told which camera he'd be on
- 27:16Speaker 1: when not speaking, and that the makeup staff made him
- 27:19Speaker 1: appear too pale, according to three people involved, Biden did, however,
- 27:24Speaker 1: agree to the terms of the debate before it was held.
- 27:26Speaker 1: So now they're just basically crying over spilled milk, acting
- 27:29Speaker 1: like it's someone else's problem, when they're the one that
- 27:32Speaker 1: well knocked the glass over. Since the debate, by the way,
- 27:36Speaker 1: Biden's family quote has publicly and privately railed against those
- 27:41Speaker 1: in his inner circle, somehow believing it truly is their
- 27:44Speaker 1: fault for his appearance, but they are also rallying behind him.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Granddaughters travel with the President and the First Lady for
- 27:53Speaker 1: a slate of fundraising events on Saturday in New York
- 27:55Speaker 1: and New Jersey. Although the family had long plan to
- 27:58Speaker 1: spend this weekend together camp David take a family portrait
- 28:01Speaker 1: with a photographer, the gathering offered an opportunity for them
- 28:04Speaker 1: to sit down together in the day's following what is
- 28:06Speaker 1: shaving up to be a low point in the presence
- 28:08Speaker 1: decades long political career. So now he's like, I'm a
- 28:12Speaker 1: granddaddy or my kids, right, My grandkids are out there
- 28:15Speaker 1: traveling with me because I can't do this myself. And
- 28:19Speaker 1: before Biden even walked off the debate stage on Thursday evening,
- 28:23Speaker 1: he was already facing heavy criticism for members of his
- 28:26Speaker 1: own party about his rocky performance, with some suggesting that
- 28:30Speaker 1: he couldn't adequately compete against Trump, and then his performance
- 28:34Speaker 1: exposed long simmering concerns he's just too old to campaign
- 28:38Speaker 1: and lead the nation. His raspy voice, trailing answers, and
- 28:43Speaker 1: deflated stage presence during the ninety minute debate set off
- 28:47Speaker 1: panic among top Democratic donors and strategists about the viability
- 28:50Speaker 1: of his candidacy and open up a debate about whether
- 28:53Speaker 1: he should be replaced at the top of the ticket. Now,
- 28:58Speaker 1: Democrats that are on his they're coming out saying, well,
- 29:02Speaker 1: hold on. Biden did better in the subsequent days with
- 29:05Speaker 1: stronger performances at a rally and fundraisers, and so you
- 29:10Speaker 1: guys are overreacting. Well, to be clear, at those events,
- 29:15Speaker 1: he's allowed to use teleprompters at the debate, he's not.
- 29:19Speaker 6: Now.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Biden's acknowledged that the debate did not go well, and
- 29:24Speaker 1: a campaign rally on Friday, he said, quote, I don't
- 29:27Speaker 1: debate as well as I used to, but emphasized that
- 29:29Speaker 1: he would not be running again if I did not
- 29:33Speaker 1: believe with all my heart and soul that I can
- 29:35Speaker 1: do this job. Okay, so you put all that into
- 29:39Speaker 1: your brain for just a second, and you listen to
- 29:42Speaker 1: those excuses and then you got to say, all right,
- 29:45Speaker 1: well is everybody else buying this?
- 29:48Speaker 2: Well?
- 29:49Speaker 1: Listen to James Carvill talking to Jake Tapper today.
- 29:52Speaker 5: James can President Biden win reelection this November.
- 29:57Speaker 2: That's not the real question.
- 29:58Speaker 6: Real question here is Supreme Court that's bought and paid
- 30:01Speaker 6: for by r v's and fishing libraries. We have a
- 30:05Speaker 6: country that's seventy two percent wants something different. If a
- 30:09Speaker 6: Democratic party can't produce something different that seventy two percent
- 30:13Speaker 6: people want, then why do we exist?
- 30:15Speaker 4: What are we here for? I mean, the country is.
- 30:18Speaker 6: Clamoring for change, and what are we going to offer
- 30:22Speaker 6: them the same stuff?
- 30:24Speaker 2: It doesn't make any sense.
- 30:25Speaker 6: Jake, give the people what they want. Box popular that
- 30:31Speaker 6: they want something different, Let's give it to them. I mean,
- 30:35Speaker 6: I just don't get the whole thing. I'll be honest
- 30:38Speaker 6: with you. I'm from boxing. You know our everybody saw
- 30:41Speaker 6: what this all Thursday night. I don't take any pleasure
- 30:45Speaker 6: in this. This was a year ago. I'm going to
- 30:47Speaker 6: be eighty in October. You can't fight this stuff.
- 30:50Speaker 2: This is there, so you can't fight this stuff. It's
- 30:54Speaker 2: just there.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I love even James Carvel's smart enough to dodge the
- 30:58Speaker 1: question on whether Biden can win and says that's not
- 31:01Speaker 1: the real question here, because look, he understands Joe Biden's
- 31:03Speaker 1: probably not going anywhere.
- 31:05Speaker 2: And so what do you do.
- 31:08Speaker 1: There's also something else, C and N putting up some
- 31:11Speaker 1: new polling numbers, and I want you to listen to
- 31:14Speaker 1: how bad they're now saying it is at MSNBC, NBC
- 31:18Speaker 1: News Party.
- 31:18Speaker 4: This isn't just his political opponents.
- 31:20Speaker 10: Saying he should get out of the race. This is
- 31:22Speaker 10: worry within his own party, concern within his own party,
- 31:25Speaker 10: forty five percent of Democrats saying.
- 31:27Speaker 4: That Biden should step aside.
- 31:29Speaker 10: And obviously that performance I think just reinforcing it and
- 31:32Speaker 10: maybe even increasing in.
- 31:33Speaker 4: Terms of its potency.
- 31:35Speaker 10: The main concern are one of the main concerns we've
- 31:38Speaker 10: seen over and over when it comes.
- 31:39Speaker 4: To Biden, and that is his age.
- 31:40Speaker 10: This is a Gallup poll just before the debate, and
- 31:43Speaker 10: already going into the debate, sixty seven percent of voters
- 31:47Speaker 10: said they considered Biden too old to be president. That's
- 31:50Speaker 10: thirty points higher than the number for Donald Trump.
- 31:53Speaker 4: And just take a look at the other oldest.
- 31:55Speaker 10: Nominees in history, John McCain in two thousand and eight,
- 31:58Speaker 10: Dole ninety six, Reagan and both his campaigns the number
- 32:01Speaker 10: was somewhere in the thirties, even the twenties for Reagan.
- 32:03Speaker 10: That Biden number is the number we've never seen for
- 32:06Speaker 10: any candidate before.
- 32:07Speaker 4: And I will say, as we wait for.
- 32:09Speaker 10: Definitive polling, we do have one poll that has now
- 32:12Speaker 10: asked the horse race question after the debate, asking Biden
- 32:16Speaker 10: versus Trump, after the debate, who are you for? It's
- 32:19Speaker 10: just from one state, It's from New Hampshire. But in
- 32:21Speaker 10: that New Hampshire poll, this is out just a couple
- 32:23Speaker 10: of minutes ago, Trump leads by two points in the
- 32:26Speaker 10: New New Hampshire poll if you can read by writing
- 32:28Speaker 10: Trump plus two. And the critical thing there is in
- 32:32Speaker 10: twenty twenty Biden carried New Hampshire by seven point five points.
- 32:37Speaker 1: So we don't have you listen them there and I
- 32:41Speaker 1: just have to go over this too old to be president.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Sixty seven percent of voters say Joe Biden's too old,
- 32:46Speaker 1: only thirty seven percent for Trump.
- 32:48Speaker 2: John McCamus thirty four percent.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Bob doll was thirty seven percent, ninety six Ronald Reagan
- 32:53Speaker 1: was thirty three percent and eighty four and Ronald Reagan
- 32:56Speaker 1: was at twenty three percent in nineteen eighty.
- 33:00Speaker 2: So these numbers are staggering.
- 33:03Speaker 1: There's also that the other number here that I think
- 33:05Speaker 1: is really important. Sixty four percent of voters say Donald
- 33:09Speaker 1: say excuse me that Joe Biden should step aside. Forty
- 33:14Speaker 1: five percent of Democratic registers voters say the same thing.
- 33:17Speaker 1: So almost fifty percent of registered Democrats are now saying,
- 33:23Speaker 1: after the debate the other night, Joe Biden is just
- 33:25Speaker 1: too old. I don't know how you win with that
- 33:29Speaker 1: hanging over your head, but what I do know is
- 33:31Speaker 1: of now, Joe Biden ain't going anywhere, and that's good
- 33:34Speaker 1: news for Donald Trump. Make sure you share this podcast
- 33:38Speaker 1: with your family and your friends. Please put upon social
- 33:40Speaker 1: media right it's a five star review, and I'll see
- 33:43Speaker 1: you back here tomorrow
