- 2:09Speaker 1: got a radio show, Yeah you do. Steve Harvey got
- 2:11Speaker 1: a radio show. But like I said the other day,
- 2:13Speaker 1: you got something too, though, don't you. God hadn't done
- 2:16Speaker 1: something wonderful for you? You just gotta thank him for it,
- 2:19Speaker 1: you know. Uh, in the midst of all that's going
- 2:22Speaker 1: on in my life and in your life. You know,
- 2:25Speaker 1: I always used myself as an example because well, I
- 2:29Speaker 1: mean that way. I guarantee one I know what I'm
- 2:32Speaker 1: talking about. Um here here's the situation, you know, with
- 2:36Speaker 1: everything that's going on in my life and all the
- 2:39Speaker 1: things I'm asking God for in the midst of uh
- 2:45Speaker 1: taxing and a very trying situation is very challenging for
- 2:49Speaker 1: me right now. Man, God just keeps on, keeps on
- 2:54Speaker 1: surprising me. He keeps doing things, And I want you
- 2:58Speaker 1: to look at your life. Oh, for a second, let's
- 3:02Speaker 1: make two columns here. Let's make a column of all
- 3:06Speaker 1: the things you want from God. You know, just do
- 3:09Speaker 1: that throughout the course of the day. You know, you know,
- 3:12Speaker 1: run down the list of all the things you're asking
- 3:14Speaker 1: God for, all the things you're praying for, the things
- 3:17Speaker 1: you aspire to, what you your dreams, your visions, whatever
- 3:21Speaker 1: it is. Just make a column a list of all
- 3:23Speaker 1: those things. Let's make three lists. And then the second list,
- 3:28Speaker 1: I want you to make a list of everything that
- 3:33Speaker 1: you've been asking God for, so I guess that could
- 3:37Speaker 1: be a little bit of the same. But this third list,
- 3:39Speaker 1: I want you to do a check off point. I
- 3:41Speaker 1: want you to do a make a list of everything
- 3:44Speaker 1: that God has given you that you've asked him for.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Just think about it like that for a second. I
- 3:51Speaker 1: may be explaining a little wrong right now, but I'm
- 3:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna pull it together for you. Make a list
- 3:57Speaker 1: of everything you're asking God for. Just just listed. You know.
- 4:00Speaker 1: It's okay. It's a dream board. You can call it
- 4:02Speaker 1: that I got one, it's a vision board. You know.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Every everybody's got something you hope for. Make a list. Now.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I want you to make another list of everything you've
- 4:13Speaker 1: asked God for that he's given you already. See this
- 4:18Speaker 1: is a good list because sometimes and what I've been
- 4:22Speaker 1: guilty of, and maybe you too, in in my request
- 4:26Speaker 1: list on my dream board, I keep focusing so hard
- 4:30Speaker 1: sometimes on the what I'm yet to receive. I keep
- 4:35Speaker 1: focusing so hard on the what I hope he gives me.
- 4:39Speaker 1: I keep focusing so hard on the things that I
- 4:42Speaker 1: yet not fulfilled in my life that sometimes, as he
- 4:47Speaker 1: starts checking off my wish list the things I've asked
- 4:52Speaker 1: for in the past that have come to pass that
- 4:54Speaker 1: he's given me, I sometimes, in praying for what I
- 4:58Speaker 1: want for, get to thank Him for what He's done
- 5:02Speaker 1: for me. And I'm currently in the middle of that situation.
- 5:06Speaker 1: And this morning when I woke up, I really, man,
- 5:08Speaker 1: I just got on my knees this morning and I
- 5:10Speaker 1: quit tripping for a second. I said, Man, hey, God,
- 5:13Speaker 1: you know what I really do need all them things
- 5:16Speaker 1: I'm asking for, and I'm really am believing that you're
- 5:19Speaker 1: gonna give it to me. But in the meantime, though, Man,
- 5:23Speaker 1: have I overlooked some important details here? I had to
- 5:27Speaker 1: really look at what he's done for me. I mean, look, man,
- 5:31Speaker 1: take yourself out of it personally and and look. Or
- 5:33Speaker 1: you can leave yourself in it however you want to be.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Some people can't do that, so just leave yourself in
- 5:38Speaker 1: it there. But man, I started looking at the eye
- 5:40Speaker 1: part of me, and I started looking around at what's
- 5:44Speaker 1: happening overall. Like, man, he has kept my family together
- 5:49Speaker 1: and in spite of the attempts to tear it apart.
- 5:51Speaker 1: I look at all of that. I look at how
- 5:53Speaker 1: he's blessing my children with the desires of their heart,
- 5:56Speaker 1: which I pray for my kids. You know, I want
- 5:58Speaker 1: my kids to have a better life than I've had.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I really really do. I don't want them to take
- 6:03Speaker 1: as long as it took me to get it together.
- 6:06Speaker 1: I really really don't. I'm trying to say, hey, man,
- 6:08Speaker 1: if you go to college, this is what you can be.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Don't do like your father did. Don't go three years,
- 6:13Speaker 1: drop out, throw yourself into a spiral and then got
- 6:16Speaker 1: to start to scratch all over again, you know. And
- 6:18Speaker 1: and for the most part so far, you know, they're
- 6:22Speaker 1: doing quite well of it. You know. You know they're
- 6:24Speaker 1: getting kicked around a little bit, but that's life. I
- 6:27Speaker 1: started thinking of the blessings that he's helped me overcome
- 6:32Speaker 1: with some of the previous mistakes I've made in relationships
- 6:35Speaker 1: in my life. And then I started looking about the
- 6:39Speaker 1: things he's blessed me with that I've been asking him for.
- 6:42Speaker 1: But since I've moved on from it, I forgot to
- 6:45Speaker 1: keep thinking him because I gotta always thank God for
- 6:48Speaker 1: a roof over my head, because guess what, when I
- 6:50Speaker 1: was asking for the roof and I didn't really have it,
- 6:52Speaker 1: then he gave me one that since he gave it
- 6:54Speaker 1: to me, what, I'm just cool now. I can't ever
- 6:57Speaker 1: go back to him and go, hey, man, I really
- 6:59Speaker 1: do a shared this roof over my head because that
- 7:02Speaker 1: was a time when I was living in a car.
- 7:04Speaker 1: But see, so every morning I wake up, I gotta
- 7:06Speaker 1: remember the fact that I have a home now, because
- 7:09Speaker 1: I gotta look back and go, man, that was time, Steve,
- 7:12Speaker 1: when you didn't have no home. But see, we forget
- 7:15Speaker 1: what God has done for us because in our column
- 7:19Speaker 1: that won't column, the need column, We oftentimes forget for
- 7:24Speaker 1: the columns and the check marks, as He's already fulfilled
- 7:27Speaker 1: in our life. You've got to take inventory every now
- 7:32Speaker 1: and then daily if possible. But I know we're humans.
- 7:35Speaker 1: We're not gonna do that. I don't. But you've got
- 7:38Speaker 1: to take inventory of your life to say, hey, what
- 7:42Speaker 1: has God done for me? Because man, you're overlooking as
- 7:46Speaker 1: He's doing these wonderful things for you, because there's so
- 7:50Speaker 1: much only yet to be fulfilled. I don't have part
- 7:53Speaker 1: of your life. You forget that sex and man, how
- 7:57Speaker 1: crazy is that that, of all God has done for me,
- 8:01Speaker 1: that I keep wanting so many more things, needing so
- 8:05Speaker 1: many more things, hoping so many things come to pass
- 8:08Speaker 1: and get fulfilled I forget to check off the list
- 8:11Speaker 1: and take inventory today. Take inventory of your life. You
- 8:16Speaker 1: will find out that God is watching you, that He
- 8:20Speaker 1: is really really watching over you in spite of yourself,
- 8:23Speaker 1: in spite of your shortcomings, because we all got him.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Please know, I do you know, and remember something else too.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Change is good, but change is challenging. Accept the challenge
- 8:36Speaker 1: that it is look, a lot of you come up
- 8:39Speaker 1: to me all the time and say, Steve Man, thank you, man, boy,
- 8:43Speaker 1: you in the morning. Man, I really be needing that well,
- 8:46Speaker 1: Like I said it a hundred times, but I'm gonna
- 8:48Speaker 1: say it again, y'all, I'll be needing it too. You know,
- 8:52Speaker 1: you understand sometimes what what what God is dealing with
- 8:56Speaker 1: me is for me. But now I'm in a sharing
- 8:59Speaker 1: position issue where I can open up and if I
- 9:02Speaker 1: just if I just quit being so about me and
- 9:04Speaker 1: become a little bit more transparent, I can maybe some
- 9:08Speaker 1: of me that's happening to me is happening to you,
- 9:11Speaker 1: and you could see some of this in me. That's
- 9:13Speaker 1: why I used myself as an example, because man, I'm
- 9:16Speaker 1: catching it too, y'all. I ain't perfect either. So for
- 9:20Speaker 1: those of you that come up to me and say that,
- 9:22Speaker 1: I want you to understand these these talks in the morning, man,
- 9:26Speaker 1: this is important for me because man, I need these
- 9:30Speaker 1: conversations from God. I need God to continue to strengthen me,
- 9:34Speaker 1: to show me the way to help me understand what's
- 9:38Speaker 1: happening to me. And see, as we've all those of
- 9:41Speaker 1: you who have made the decision to change, to become
- 9:44Speaker 1: a better person, a better woman, a better boy, a
- 9:46Speaker 1: better girl, a better man. For those you have made
- 9:49Speaker 1: the decision to change. Change is a challenge, and accept
- 9:52Speaker 1: the challenge because it's gonna come. Because right out of
- 9:54Speaker 1: that here come to hate us. Here they come people
- 9:58Speaker 1: you don't even know. Discussion old life in your change.
- 10:01Speaker 1: If God see you really really mean what you say,
- 10:05Speaker 1: in spite of what they say about you, God will
- 10:08Speaker 1: raise you above the frase. He'll keep promoting you. He'll
- 10:12Speaker 1: keep blessing you, He'll keep moving you up. He will
- 10:16Speaker 1: use you as a show off point. He'll show you off. Man.
- 10:20Speaker 1: He'll make you. He'll make you look good to people,
- 10:23Speaker 1: man who wish you'd fall all day long, and so
- 10:26Speaker 1: to all your haters. All your haters will end up
- 10:28Speaker 1: just watching you rise. Man, They will watch you continue
- 10:31Speaker 1: to grow. That's what God will do for you. Man.
- 10:34Speaker 1: You can fool the world, but you can't fool God.
- 10:37Speaker 1: God know your heart, He knows your every thought. Man.
- 10:40Speaker 1: So change is good. But change is a challenge. Accept
- 10:44Speaker 1: the challenge, Expect the haters, expect the unnecessary. But God
- 10:49Speaker 1: has strengthen you and get you through it all. Man,
- 10:51Speaker 1: y'all doing swell this morning. Man. Don't let nobody make you.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Thank you all, keep talking to God. All right. You're
- 10:57Speaker 1: listening to five lady's in gentlemen, bards and girls. People
- 11:08Speaker 1: were the ass on it all around with another ss
- 11:12Speaker 1: on it, the Wales with a z on it. You
- 11:15Speaker 1: are listening to the Steve Harping Morning Show, Bad this
- 11:17Speaker 1: morning showing the lane. Good morning, Good morning Steve Harvey.
- 11:21Speaker 1: How are you today? Good good calling for real, Good
- 11:24Speaker 1: morning Steve. Happen Wednesday? The two fools ain't here today,
- 11:32Speaker 1: so junior morning, Uh yeah, what's up, Steve? Ain't none.
- 11:39Speaker 1: You're speaking to yourself so to sound more fool. We're
- 11:45Speaker 1: trying to five people. Yeah, you know, we two down
- 11:49Speaker 1: this morning. Ain't like I ain't like. I can't do
- 11:51Speaker 1: it though, I'll tell y'all what watch us work this morning?
- 11:55Speaker 1: Come on now, man, man, that's come on. I used
- 11:59Speaker 1: to do loosen the booth by my damn self. Yeah.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Oh they stopped that though. They want that normal. The
- 12:08Speaker 1: people wanted it. But we're not gonna get into who
- 12:11Speaker 1: didn't want it, but the people loved it. The greatest
- 12:14Speaker 1: lands came from there. Let's not thank God. That's a
- 12:19Speaker 1: little bit I won't to everything in me, won't you
- 12:24Speaker 1: just so defiant? Well, you know, you know, you know
- 12:28Speaker 1: what happened when you were young. Well, if you want
- 12:32Speaker 1: to take it back to when I was young, let's
- 12:36Speaker 1: just go back to younger. You talk my childhood and
- 12:39Speaker 1: just a young man. Yeah, well it had to start somewhere.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Just pick a place. Well, first of all, in childhood,
- 12:44Speaker 1: it was my mom and daddy always telling me what
- 12:46Speaker 1: to do. I had to take that because they financed
- 12:50Speaker 1: my entire life, or they were just doing their job
- 12:53Speaker 1: as parents. How about that, Well, they ain't high. I
- 12:55Speaker 1: was looking at from the seven yea, y'all just trying
- 12:58Speaker 1: to stop it, and y'all got control of me with
- 13:02Speaker 1: the pocket book. I have other ideas mom and dad. Yeah,
- 13:05Speaker 1: but you know, since I like stuff like you know, groceries, clothing,
- 13:12Speaker 1: you that place to stay. I had to do with that. Then,
- 13:16Speaker 1: when I became a young man and I got out
- 13:18Speaker 1: into the work world, I just never met a boss
- 13:22Speaker 1: of mine or supervisor that I thought had so much
- 13:27Speaker 1: more on me that they should be in charge of me.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I didn't get that, man, You didn't get the whole
- 13:33Speaker 1: concept of boss employee employees. You were charging me. I
- 13:38Speaker 1: think there started because they owned the company book and
- 13:41Speaker 1: you was voted most difficult. Why that was up because
- 13:44Speaker 1: he once I went to school, my mom and daddy
- 13:47Speaker 1: weren't there. Now I ain't animal to do what I say.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Now you ain't my mama or my dad. So I
- 13:54Speaker 1: cleaned that up. They weren't housing or I just dealt
- 14:01Speaker 1: and they're like, now it's just carry over, and now
- 14:06Speaker 1: you know, I just don't. Why would I listen to
- 14:08Speaker 1: somebody that ain't doing what I want to do? Why
- 14:12Speaker 1: would I listen to somebody that ain't who I want
- 14:14Speaker 1: to be? But now you're telling me how to be
- 14:17Speaker 1: because you don't like it. That's the problem my head.
- 14:22Speaker 1: And I'll leave it right there. Yeah, I'm not gonna
- 14:25Speaker 1: say nothing about no job titles at all, East Station.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do it. Coming up next, something funny,
- 14:31Speaker 1: pushing when you're trying to make me senien. We'll be
- 14:35Speaker 1: back at thirty two after the hour, okay with Steve.
- 14:41Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show, So listen, guys.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Steve kind of touched on this earlier about working and
- 14:48Speaker 1: stuff like that. Uh, we're gonna talk about well when
- 14:52Speaker 1: you're not working. When you lose your job, it can
- 14:54Speaker 1: be very, very stressful. Okay, and while it's the holiday season,
- 14:58Speaker 1: it's also the end of the year worth quarter. Layoffs
- 15:01Speaker 1: do happen sometimes at some places. Experts say it's important
- 15:05Speaker 1: to step up and express condolences to those going through
- 15:09Speaker 1: a job loss and be sincere even when it's difficult.
- 15:13Speaker 1: If you get stuck or if you're at a loss
- 15:15Speaker 1: for words, here are a few expert tips to keep
- 15:18Speaker 1: in mind. And Steve, yeah, I'm gonna do one, and
- 15:22Speaker 1: then I want you to, you know, chime in of course,
- 15:25Speaker 1: Uh take your lead, yeah yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. So
- 15:30Speaker 1: this is if you get stuck or if you're at
- 15:32Speaker 1: a loss for words. Here a few expert tips to
- 15:34Speaker 1: keep in mind. All right, take your lead from the
- 15:36Speaker 1: person who just lost their job. Okay. If they're running
- 15:39Speaker 1: out of the building in tears, they probably don't want
- 15:42Speaker 1: to be chased. All right, what's wrong? Can that happen?
- 15:46Speaker 1: What your girl? You know all of that? Yeah, I'm
- 15:51Speaker 1: just all right. So you running? Yeah, I just lost
- 15:56Speaker 1: my job. Okay, it's the hard Why you want um
- 16:00Speaker 1: to stand your check slow down, check there to check
- 16:10Speaker 1: the current you're running out of the building crying. Okay,
- 16:13Speaker 1: be a little you already got your check. Slow down, down,
- 16:20Speaker 1: they running back to get your right. That's one way
- 16:25Speaker 1: to one way to handle that one. Alright. So so
- 16:29Speaker 1: here's another tip. When someone loses their job, remember the
- 16:33Speaker 1: news is there's to share, not yours. Don't don't go
- 16:38Speaker 1: around telling everyone you know someone so just got fired,
- 16:41Speaker 1: they just lost their Don't do that post what what
- 16:46Speaker 1: do you mean say? Man? And letting people go you're
- 16:52Speaker 1: about you know they're letting people go about earth minute.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I'm just telling you it's not yours to share. Let
- 17:06Speaker 1: earl damn y'all need to get yourself ready, stay all right.
- 17:14Speaker 1: If you're not supposed to tell everyone, okay, here's another tip.
- 17:17Speaker 1: If you tell okay, and this is gonna be tough
- 17:21Speaker 1: for you, Steve, because we all know you do not,
- 17:24Speaker 1: I repeat, do not make the situation about you. Don't
- 17:31Speaker 1: you know who was about? Oh you're laid off me.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I don't give a damn bout these other people. How
- 17:40Speaker 1: you laid off me? Chris Rock got the kid on
- 17:44Speaker 1: these bikes and all this here, you laid all me. Well,
- 17:49Speaker 1: if it's if it's if what phone if it's something else.
- 17:52Speaker 1: They got fired? What phone? Yeah, don't do it? No, No,
- 18:00Speaker 1: somebody been telling me something? What faulty? Why? Why? And
- 18:09Speaker 1: and station with it. Don't say things to the person
- 18:12Speaker 1: that just Jesse still working, keep telling all other people.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Tom sitting over. Here's another one, Steve, to the person
- 18:27Speaker 1: that just got fired. Don't say things like, oh well,
- 18:30Speaker 1: at least now you get a chance to sleep in late.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Don't say that. Yeah, no, no, hear what you say.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Damn what you're gonna do? Now? What you're gonna do? Now? Man? God, dog,
- 18:45Speaker 1: that's cold. Man. Don't do you like that? Right? Folk? Christmas?
- 18:51Speaker 1: A man's let me here. So what you're going to
- 18:54Speaker 1: do though, because like if you're gonna burn the building
- 18:58Speaker 1: down and come back shooting, when you're coming back, call
- 19:02Speaker 1: I'm take my lunch in. Just call me before you come.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Just amen, what the play that you mean? You've always
- 19:09Speaker 1: been cool. I just need to know what you find
- 19:12Speaker 1: to do. Did you hear anything I said? These are
- 19:16Speaker 1: things that you're not supposed to say to a person.
- 19:19Speaker 1: You need to know, you need to know if he's
- 19:21Speaker 1: coming back. That's important. All right. Here here's another one.
- 19:25Speaker 1: You know, like you think you're trying to help, so
- 19:27Speaker 1: you send them job leads. Uh that are that are
- 19:31Speaker 1: clearly beneath what they do really insulting. Okay, please don't
- 19:36Speaker 1: do that. Amen. Look I heard about what happened to
- 19:39Speaker 1: you yesterday. I know fried you last day they got
- 19:43Speaker 1: paper route open. Listen, hey man, you gotta do something
- 19:52Speaker 1: that's insulting. My cousin. He going back to college, so
- 19:57Speaker 1: he ain't gonna he ain't gonna be able to do
- 19:58Speaker 1: it no more. He here back off the college. He
- 20:00Speaker 1: was just doing it for the criminal holiday. When he
- 20:03Speaker 1: gets back. Man, I'm gonna give you the number. You
- 20:06Speaker 1: go down there, man, tell him I'll sit you down
- 20:09Speaker 1: now and they'll put you right on. He wasn't management. Yeah, yeah,
- 20:13Speaker 1: I know, man, But you gotta do something when use
- 20:16Speaker 1: you as a reference, Hey man, feel free, man. Everybody
- 20:19Speaker 1: down there know me. And look, man, I got my
- 20:21Speaker 1: nephew on. You can go right in man, the right in,
- 20:26Speaker 1: right in man. What they call that, that's a that nepotism.
- 20:29Speaker 1: We keep it all in the family, like you hired
- 20:31Speaker 1: to Yay, I know you in management, man, but hey,

- 33:09Speaker 1: should have one Album of a Year over Adele. Even
- 33:13Speaker 1: Adele said it. I mean, come on, he said it
- 33:15Speaker 1: that night. Yeah, so much fire reading in my home.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Don't start slaying out one. I don't won't know body

- 34:41Speaker 1: While North Korea test fired a ballistic missile yesterday for
- 34:45Speaker 1: the first time since September, escalating Pion Yang's confrontation with
- 34:49Speaker 1: President Trump. Now this one they say could reach the
- 34:51Speaker 1: East coast. It was it was not loaded, so of
- 34:54Speaker 1: course it's lighter in weight. But nevertheless they say could
- 34:56Speaker 1: reach the East coast as far as New York. And
- 34:59Speaker 1: the President says he on it. A missile was launched
- 35:02Speaker 1: from North Korea. I will only tell you that we
- 35:04Speaker 1: will take care of it. We have General Madison in
- 35:08Speaker 1: the room with us, and we've had a long discussion
- 35:11Speaker 1: on it. That was North Korea's third such test by
- 35:13Speaker 1: the Luncheon that this year. By the way, the United
- 35:15Speaker 1: Nations Security Council is to hold an emergency meeting later
- 35:18Speaker 1: on this morning. President Trump was supposed to meet with
- 35:21Speaker 1: both Republicans and Democrats yesterday to talk about some end
- 35:24Speaker 1: of the year legislative issues like how to continue funding
- 35:27Speaker 1: the government. However, the top Democrats in the House and
- 35:29Speaker 1: Senate Nancy Pelosi and Charles Schumer, were no shows. They
- 35:33Speaker 1: were insulted. They boycotted the meeting after the President tweeted
- 35:36Speaker 1: before any meeting took place that Pelosi and Schumer favorite
- 35:39Speaker 1: unchecked illegal immigration and tax increases. Schuman calls that blatantly inaccurate,
- 35:45Speaker 1: and it says that Trump should just get on with
- 35:46Speaker 1: the job he's elected to do. His tweet this morning,
- 35:49Speaker 1: President Trump made sure that today's meeting is nothing but
- 35:53Speaker 1: a photo op. These issues are far too serious for
- 35:58Speaker 1: these kinds of games. Mr President, It's time to stop
- 36:03Speaker 1: tweeting and start leading. Police in Tampa, Florida say that
- 36:08Speaker 1: the form of St. John's University basketball player is the
- 36:11Speaker 1: serial killer. They've been looking for, a man who they
- 36:13Speaker 1: say has killed four innocent people. Mayor Bob Buckhorn expresses
- 36:17Speaker 1: his city's relief in the battle between darkness and light.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Light has one. It would not have happened without the
- 36:24Speaker 1: amazing police work and the amazing partnership of the hundreds
- 36:28Speaker 1: of men and women of the Tampa Police Department that
- 36:31Speaker 1: have been on this case for fifty one days. These
- 36:35Speaker 1: suspect is identified as Harold Donaldson the thirty Phases four
- 36:38Speaker 1: Accounts of first degree murder. Actress Angela Landsbury started the
- 36:43Speaker 1: eighties and nineties TV series Murder. She wrote, getting a
- 36:46Speaker 1: lot of flak these days over her recent comment about
- 36:48Speaker 1: sexual assault. The two year old Landsbury, who played the
- 36:51Speaker 1: amateur sleuth Jessica Fletcher, is quotas saying in Radio Times
- 36:55Speaker 1: that there are two sides to this coin of sexual harassment,
- 36:58Speaker 1: and the quote is we have to own up to
- 37:00Speaker 1: the fact that women, since time and memorial have gone
- 37:02Speaker 1: out of their way to look attractive, and unfortunately it's
- 37:05Speaker 1: backfired on us. We must sometimes take blame women, although
- 37:09Speaker 1: it's awful to say that we can't make ourselves look
- 37:11Speaker 1: as attractive as possible without being knocked down and raped. Finally,
- 37:15Speaker 1: today National so at you left over his Day and
- 37:17Speaker 1: it's Women's Wednesday. So feel the love, ladies, because I
- 37:21Speaker 1: am every woman. We all are. We'll be back with
- 37:25Speaker 1: Eugene the Butterfly twenty minutes after the hour of the show,
- 37:27Speaker 1: so stay tuned to the Steve Harvey Morning Show you're
- 37:30Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Show. This was crazy, crazy, crazy.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Did you guys see when Mr Donald Trump honored Native
- 37:39Speaker 1: American war heroes at the White House the other day?
- 37:42Speaker 1: Did you see? Yes, that's what I want to hear,
- 37:44Speaker 1: because I've never heard that. But he couldn't help but
- 37:48Speaker 1: use the occasion to also bash Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren
- 37:52Speaker 1: by once again calling her pocahonnas. Okay, yeah. During the ceremony,
- 37:58Speaker 1: President Trump stood near a portrait of President Andrew Jackson.
- 38:02Speaker 1: That's a whole another story, because he signed the Indian
- 38:05Speaker 1: Removal Act, which displays Native Americans from their tribal lands.
- 38:09Speaker 1: A lot of women get killed. This was a horrible,
- 38:12Speaker 1: horrible time in our history. For those who don't understand
- 38:15Speaker 1: the connection between Warren and the pocahonna's term. It arose
- 38:18Speaker 1: after Warren was quoted as saying she's proud of her
- 38:21Speaker 1: Native American heritage. All right, she said that a while back,
- 38:24Speaker 1: which has never been documented. But why would the President
- 38:27Speaker 1: call Warren pocahonas at an event honoring Native Americans standing
- 38:32Speaker 1: in front of a portrait of Andrew Jackson. Listen to me,
- 38:36Speaker 1: this is a dude that has not been in politics.
- 38:40Speaker 1: This is a dude that plays golf on some of
- 38:42Speaker 1: the nicest golf courses in the country, who has been
- 38:46Speaker 1: a reported billionaire. We don't know his tax returns. We don't.
- 38:50Speaker 1: That's because you can't be listed on Forbes without tax returns,
- 38:55Speaker 1: because that's what they go back. Here is a guy
- 38:58Speaker 1: who is seventy years old, has become all of a sudden,
- 39:03Speaker 1: very unexpectedly, the president of the United States. He didn't
- 39:06Speaker 1: expect to win. That's why I was no cabinet in place,
- 39:09Speaker 1: no people in place. That's what all of the revolving
- 39:12Speaker 1: door has been because he's been making it up as
- 39:15Speaker 1: he go. Vanion in out, his son in law in
- 39:19Speaker 1: on his way out, fleeing Comba, everybody just out because
- 39:24Speaker 1: he's trying to work it out. This dude right here
- 39:27Speaker 1: says what old rich people say. Understand this about money,
- 39:33Speaker 1: And I've said this many times. Money does not change people.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Money simply allows you to be more of who you
- 39:40Speaker 1: really are. So if you're a kind person, when you
- 39:43Speaker 1: get a lot of money, you become more kind. If
- 39:45Speaker 1: you're generous, you become more generous. If you're stingy when
- 39:48Speaker 1: you get a lot of money, you become most stingy
- 39:51Speaker 1: if your butt hole and you get a lot of money,
- 39:53Speaker 1: you just become a bigger butthole. Now, I don't know
- 39:57Speaker 1: where he fits in that in whatever opinion you want
- 40:00Speaker 1: to have of the man, but this is where he is,
- 40:04Speaker 1: and he's saying stuff that he wants to say, and
- 40:09Speaker 1: because he has the money, he feels like he could
- 40:12Speaker 1: just say it. But he's the president, Steve. You just
- 40:15Speaker 1: can't say everything that comes up. You're not supposed its
- 40:19Speaker 1: supposed to be presidential. He's not presidential though at all.
- 40:24Speaker 1: He's a reality star and a rich dude that played
- 40:28Speaker 1: golf real well and cut some really really shrewd deal.
- 40:31Speaker 1: He's a businessman. He's not a politician. He's never been
- 40:35Speaker 1: in politics. This is what we're dealing with here. Yeah, alright, Well,
- 40:40Speaker 1: he's not going to live up to the office. He's
- 40:41Speaker 1: not gonna heat doing what he's doing. When we come
- 40:43Speaker 1: back from the break at thirty four after the hour,
- 40:46Speaker 1: we'll talk about Christmas traditions. All right, you're listening to
- 40:53Speaker 1: Steve Show. All right, we promised to talk about holiday traditions,
- 40:57Speaker 1: especially Christmas traditions and wild am honored holiday traditions. Are important.
- 41:02Speaker 1: They've also evolved over the generations. Now this is according
- 41:06Speaker 1: to a survey, family activities and writing to Santa are
- 41:10Speaker 1: still among the most popular holiday traditions. That is interesting,
- 41:15Speaker 1: even though because I've never written to Santa. Even though
- 41:18Speaker 1: we live in a tech savvy world, three out of
- 41:20Speaker 1: four parents say their children still handwrite letters to Santa
- 41:25Speaker 1: as opposed to a more modern approach like email. And really,
- 41:30Speaker 1: and what's the most popular family activity in two thousand
- 41:34Speaker 1: seventeen this year? Well, according to most households, it's decorating
- 41:38Speaker 1: the Christmas tree as a family. Now that I like,
- 41:41Speaker 1: I can, I can relate to that. We do that. Yeah.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Uh so let's so, Steve, we gotta start with you here.
- 41:48Speaker 1: What are what are the family traditions that your family
- 41:51Speaker 1: keeps that you definitely First of all, straight Boodle your grandson,
- 42:00Speaker 1: ol Noah and Rose grandchildren. I'm not telling them that
- 42:09Speaker 1: Santa Claus is coming down the chimney their mom and
- 42:13Speaker 1: daddy Mike. But if they come over Papau's house, Papa
- 42:18Speaker 1: bought all this. Okay, let's be straight about that. Out here,
- 42:26Speaker 1: Papa pay baldy tree, all the little fakeer snow. I
- 42:30Speaker 1: bought all that in him. I had that tree in
- 42:34Speaker 1: the in the in the in the Papa bought that.
- 42:37Speaker 1: So that's a new tradition really, because you weren't you
- 42:41Speaker 1: brought up with thinking Santa Claus did it for a
- 42:43Speaker 1: while when you were a little Yeah, so you're usually
- 42:47Speaker 1: as young as your grandchildren are. Yeah. Well you know
- 42:51Speaker 1: my kids take their kids to see Santa Claus. Yeah,
- 42:55Speaker 1: they thinking it's a Santeca. I'm just telling don't bring
- 42:58Speaker 1: him over here. What you gotta call so real with
- 43:01Speaker 1: it right now? Well, no, a pop, our house all
- 43:03Speaker 1: is paid for by the big ball hard as you work.
- 43:06Speaker 1: You want some credit. The white man nothing up in here,
- 43:10Speaker 1: the ball head black man that's in that office down
- 43:13Speaker 1: there at the you're going that dad's Santa class down there.
- 43:17Speaker 1: A matter of fact, don't bring him up when you're
- 43:19Speaker 1: come in here. He had nothing to do everything on
- 43:22Speaker 1: this side of the gate. Santa class a't had damn thing. Okay.
- 43:27Speaker 1: So that's one. That's one that's man that you burst
- 43:31Speaker 1: wide open. Okay. Secondly, if you tap up your toy
- 43:36Speaker 1: on Christmas, you get your ask on Chris what man
- 43:42Speaker 1: that it's a tradition, tradition, many rations. Man hadn't lay
- 43:51Speaker 1: away and you just everything broke it. It ain't even tho. Yeah,
- 43:57Speaker 1: open it at five and it's broken. Nag. I had
- 44:04Speaker 1: a nephew named Pogo. All Pogo did every toy he got,
- 44:09Speaker 1: he took it apart, but then you know what, he
- 44:12Speaker 1: put it all back together. That's all he wanted to drink. Well, yeah,
- 44:17Speaker 1: that's like girls. We used to take our dolls clothes off.
- 44:20Speaker 1: He mechanic now that he's a mechanic right now, because yeah,
- 44:27Speaker 1: so that was some good. But did he get in
- 44:29Speaker 1: trouble for doing it when he was a kid? Dog?
- 44:32Speaker 1: Because if my daddy saw the ta talk, but he
- 44:35Speaker 1: would ask her after the second year, is that poyna
- 44:41Speaker 1: put it back yet? Oh? He wasn't too mad, alright?
- 44:48Speaker 1: What else? So? So, no Santa, but whippings if you
- 44:51Speaker 1: broke your toys? What else? Uh? These are some tradition, Steve.
- 44:57Speaker 1: I want to hear some of junior Stu family. Sounds
- 45:01Speaker 1: like he got his po oh man. Absolutely. One tradition
- 45:05Speaker 1: was you're going to bed at seven on Christmas Eve
- 45:08Speaker 1: or Christmas Day, Christmas Eve. Oh, I could never sleep
- 45:11Speaker 1: on Christmas Eve. I could never do that. Because Santa
- 45:15Speaker 1: was coming. But Santa don't show up to nine in
- 45:19Speaker 1: the morning. We gotta go back to be nine said,
- 45:26Speaker 1: we're running later, y'all go back and then go back
- 45:29Speaker 1: to be next. He ain't made it here yet, y'all
- 45:36Speaker 1: going there to go back to be Yeah, I'm next,
- 45:42Speaker 1: nephews praying phone call right after day drinking all night.
- 45:46Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 45:50Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, right about four minutes after.
- 45:52Speaker 1: It's going to be two days crazy straw Mary letter.
- 45:56Speaker 1: You do not want to miss that, But first come
- 45:58Speaker 1: on Junior and introduced today's prank phone called will you
- 46:02Speaker 1: I need you to wash? Huh uh? I need you
- 46:07Speaker 1: to wash? Anybody want to get washed? But you sound
- 46:11Speaker 1: just like Junior though huh, voice is too high. I'm
- 46:18Speaker 1: at max shirt. I don't do this. I've told you,
- 46:21Speaker 1: don't embarrass me like I'm trying to do that. I
- 46:24Speaker 1: need you to wash. I'm okay with the Junior give it,
- 46:29Speaker 1: thank you. It's the same, Hey everybody, But he always
- 46:34Speaker 1: asked the question after he say the title, huh, anybody
- 46:38Speaker 1: els been washed? Like he's heavy though I need you
- 46:44Speaker 1: to watch It's a great day, nurser. This is Felicia.

- 48:16Speaker 1: take care of children here. This is not the nurse station.
- 48:20Speaker 1: I'm not a child, I said, it's just the nurse station.
- 48:26Speaker 1: I'm sorry you're not listening to me. This is not

- 51:28Speaker 1: Don't speak to me like that. You're talking about kicking
- 51:31Speaker 1: I will kick yo in the wheelchair. This seems to
- 51:34Speaker 1: be the only language you understand. Is me talking to

- 54:07Speaker 1: this in the NFL. Broncos cornerback I keep to leave
- 54:11Speaker 1: and then Raiders wide receiver Michael Crabtree. They were each suspended,
- 54:16Speaker 1: yeah for two and this is over a chain. Yeah.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Why I don't understand why they wear jewelry to the
- 54:23Speaker 1: game anyway, underneath there I don't I don't get that part.
- 54:27Speaker 1: But anyway, they were both suspended for two games by
- 54:29Speaker 1: the NFL for that ridiculous brawl they got into during
- 54:33Speaker 1: Sunday's game. Both of them were rejected because of it.
- 54:37Speaker 1: It was the second straight year to leave, and Crabtree
- 54:40Speaker 1: got into an in game altercation that involved the defensive
- 54:44Speaker 1: back pulling off Crabtree's gold chain. There it is, but
- 54:47Speaker 1: up next the strawberry letters on deck. See if any
- 54:50Speaker 1: gold chains are being pulled off in this letter. You're
- 54:54Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hey, hey, hey,
- 55:00Speaker 1: I got a condo in Miami. We're gonna win no

- 55:25Speaker 1: We you know what's cool about it too, because see
- 55:29Speaker 1: the reason I'm cool with most people because I ain't
- 55:31Speaker 1: never asked nobody for nothing. Yeah, don't really like money
- 55:35Speaker 1: or anything or ask them for no no favors, no money,
- 55:38Speaker 1: no nothing. I'm just cool with you. Uh huh. So
- 55:43Speaker 1: you say they want to be on the show because
- 55:44Speaker 1: they're like Steve, it's cool because I'm cool. I can't
- 55:47Speaker 1: I have relationships for I say stuff in passing to
- 55:50Speaker 1: him encouraging or something like that, and then that's it.
- 55:53Speaker 1: I keep it moving, man, I need you to do
- 55:55Speaker 1: this for me. I can't stand that. Man. And you

- 56:15Speaker 1: He's never had a phone number of mine in our life.
- 56:20Speaker 1: I met him when I first started doing comedy. He
- 56:24Speaker 1: had a job at the comedy club and I met him.
- 56:28Speaker 1: The only time I would talk to him, it's when
- 56:30Speaker 1: I saw him at the comedy club. The other day,
- 56:36Speaker 1: I get a phone call and they give me these tips,
- 56:41Speaker 1: these hints, Steve, remember me childhood friends. I'll give you
- 56:47Speaker 1: a clue. Cleveland. What kind of damn I was a
- 56:53Speaker 1: child in Cleveland. Not many people I know, So he said,
- 56:57Speaker 1: hit me back. So I didn't, and so I had
- 57:01Speaker 1: my assistant call and get some inquiries as to who
- 57:05Speaker 1: it was. I found out who it was, and he said,
- 57:08Speaker 1: just tell Steve, is very very very important that we speak.
- 57:12Speaker 1: I have a real situation. I need his attention. Dog.
- 57:16Speaker 1: We've never talked in life about nothing. Now, all of

- 57:44Speaker 1: Is there any chance, Steve, that you could have known
- 57:47Speaker 1: this guy for real when you were little? You will
- 57:49Speaker 1: remember because you remember everyone. No, I ain't never done
- 57:52Speaker 1: drugs or been drunk before. I've never been hot or drunk.
- 57:55Speaker 1: I know everybody know you. You remember everyone, first, last name,
- 58:00Speaker 1: all of that. And do you know two years ago
- 58:03Speaker 1: we were at we were at the hoodies and it

- 58:10Speaker 1: walking through the convention center. A girl stopped me. And
- 58:15Speaker 1: the last time I saw this girl was nineteen seventy seven. Oh.
- 58:21Speaker 1: She stopped me and said, Haste, I know you don't
- 58:26Speaker 1: remember me. I looked right at her and said for
- 58:30Speaker 1: Don Clark. She just teared up. She said, oh my god,
- 58:34Speaker 1: I told my girl friends. I knew you. I knew

- 59:10Speaker 1: I was cute. I don't want to do hold on type.
- 59:14Speaker 1: I'm not doing he hold on type. I'm not doing his.
- 59:20Speaker 1: I want to do manes. Shelly strong Berry, come on, shell,
- 59:30Speaker 1: but mad don't. I don't want to do he buck
- 59:34Speaker 1: hold on tight. I don't want to do it. And
- 59:39Speaker 1: he had a man to try to sound like you're sexy.
- 59:43Speaker 1: Sit back, buck cold on type, try to Stropberry. Okay,
- 59:53Speaker 1: let's get to it. Subjects Burden Sister. Hello, Stephen Shirley.
- 59:58Speaker 1: I'm a twenty three year old email I recently graduated
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: from college. Currently I'm working for the State of Arkansas
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: and attending school full time to receive my masters. I'm
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: a person that loves my family no matter what. However,
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: lately there's some things within my family that have hit
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: me hard. My mother raised my brothers, who are twins
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: and me by herself, most of the time working two jobs.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: I really appreciate all that she has sacrificed for me
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: and my brothers. Even though my brothers and I were
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: raised in the same home, we turned out totally different.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Both of my brothers have been locked up since they
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: were seventeen they are now nineteen. One is in prison,
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: while the other has been in and out of county
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: jail back home. He recently got out and my mother
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: brought him to stay with me, which I was not
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: too happy about, only because I have a roommate and
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: I now and I know how my brother acts. However,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: I allowed him to come, and my plan was to
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: try and get him enrolled in a rehabilitation vocational school. Nevertheless,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I don't feel like it's going to work out. He
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: has been a burden to me since he moved in.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Besides being intolerable, he tried to jump me and stole
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: from me in my roommate. I know he's still young,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: but I figured he was ready to change his life.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: He blames everybody that loves him for his situation. He
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: goes berserk, saying nobody loves him and my mama got
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: him locked up, just a bunch of nonsense. I told
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: him that we all choose our own path. He doesn't
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: want to accept responsibility for his actions, That's what I
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: told him. I know it's going to be hard for
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: him in this society now because he has so many
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: strikes against him. But at the same time, I know
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: it isn't impossible. It will just take time and effort.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: But he doesn't try to do anything. I have tried
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: all I can, and honestly, I feel that if he
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: doesn't want to do good for himself, I can't help him.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: But at the same time, if I put him out,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: where will he go. My mother doesn't want him in
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: her house for she just got married. His father and
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: grandmother don't want him, which leaves it up to me.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: But like I said at the beginning, I am in
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: school full time and I work full time. I love
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: my brother so much, but we are all grown now.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: Um I don't have any kids or no husband. I
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: feel like I shouldn't be stressing over a grown man
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: that doesn't want to do for himself. Please tell me
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: what should I do? Um, I'll try to get No,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: we don't really have time. Huh okay, wow, Yeah that's
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: a that's a tough letter. You can Yeah, you can
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: put them out. All you gotta do is that you
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: can just ask in one sentence. This ain't no long letter. Yeah, no,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: it's not a long letter. I just really feel for
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: this young woman. She's really trying to do the right
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: thing and get her life together, you know, but yeah
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: she should. All right. Steve will have part two of
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry Letter coming up at twenty three after the hour.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steven Show. Coming up in about
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: twenty minutes, Bruno Mars, the one and Only, will be
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: our special guest. Yes, whoa what is? You can't believe?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: You know? Bruno More? We never met him? No, well
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna see him, man, just random, Hey, Bruno? Hey,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: what's up? Thru? Though? It's me? You know? But see
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: here what he was? You can't remind me of my kids?
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: You know? Kevin Hunt? What here you talking to me?
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: You're not how long I've been doing it? Come hard?
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: Do he know me? Here? You talking about? Do you man,
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: my kids years ago. Man, when Kevin first got her dad,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: you know, Kevin Hunt, what you go ask Cavi? Did
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: he know me? Do you know Kevin Hard? Did we cool? Man?
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: I do this too. But but to them, Steve, you're
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: just dad. You know, You're just know Yeah, you're not
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: this big famous megastar, You're just dad. But they need
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: to know that all of them got called riding, right,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: how do you think? What do you think there's coming
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: from Kevin? Kevin brought you a damn all right, this
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: one's for you Junior. Coming up in about twenty minutes.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: I'll say it again. Bruno Mars will be our special guest,
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: and yes, Steve Harvey knows him. But right now, come on,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: Steve with your famous self. With your response to today's
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: Strawberry letter, you said you had just one sentence to
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: answer this entire letter. Yeah, yeah, I can answer this
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: whole letter. I'm talking about. This girl is in college show.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: That's that's got a roommate working two jobs, full time,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: going to school full time, working full time. Yeah, you know,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: her mama worked two jobs to get her on her
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: brothers in that position. She didn't helped out her twin
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: brothers on on the hand, one of them being locked
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: up since he's seventeen, and the other one in and
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: out of county. Now, she didn't her mamma can't take
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: him in her house no more, to send him over
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: to her house because her mother just got married, right
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: and you know, in order to keep him getting her
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: boy killed by her new man. Because that's what's gonna happen,
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: because you don't come up in another man house with
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: this foolishness. Her mama said, that doesnt sent the girl
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: sent the boy over to her house. Now, she had
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: to take him in that she had college to right, Yeah,
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: she's twenty three. Money tight, right, money tight, so she
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: ain't really got no money be feeding his grown man.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: Because that's what we're here, here, we're here, that's what
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: that pissed me off. He has been a burden to
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: me since he has moved in. Besides being intolerable. He
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: tried to jump me and stole from me in my roommate.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Uh then at the bottom. But at the same time,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: if I put I feel that he doesn't want to
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: do good for himself, I can't help him. That same time,
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: if I put him out, where will he go? My
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: mother doesn't want him in her house. She just got married.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: His father and grandmama don't want this, don't want him. See,
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: so we will see be talking about a complete fool hill,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: which leaves it up to me. But like I said
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: in the beginning, I'm in school full time. I work
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: for it. I love my brother so much. We're all
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: grown up. I don't have any kids or no husband.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: I feel like I shouldn't be stressing over grown man
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: that doesn't want to do for himself. Please tell me
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: what should I do? I have one line answer for
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: all this. Alright, Steve, put his ass out. I knew
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: you were going to say that one more time. I've
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: almost cut I've cut back on cussing completely, but I
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: have no other way to phrase this. Put his ass out,
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: I mean the whole, his whole, take all of it
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: and put it out, you know the word. But I
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: just don't want to go down put his whole put
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: it out. He I mean, you know, he needs some
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: male guidance, He some some sort of mentorship from from
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: a man he has not had that. He's acting that out.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: You know, so much going on with this young man,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: and it's hard on her. I mean, I feel for
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: her because this is a lot for twenty three thirty three,
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: forty three fifty three. Whoever, this is a lot um
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: he needs like a halfway house type situation, you know,
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: talk to probation officer or something, because if she puts
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: them out, Steve, it's just going to be more of
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: the same. No, surely I have to talk, and I
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: agree that he should be out of her out So
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: so I don't cuss anymore because now I've done my limit. Okay,
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: we're talking about the A word here. That's the word
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: I keep wanting to you. He needs his whole a
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: word he needed by a man. That's what he needs.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: See Um, this dude right here, him and his twin
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: brother's stupid. He doesn't respect women. He don't respect what
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: his mother's done for him, to the point where the
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: grandparents don't even want it. See, he needs his a whipped.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: So the best way to let it whip is put
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: him out there where he just on a and then
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: let a few things happen to him and get it
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: straight up. Because see, guess what, they have a place
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: for you to act a fool in seven his brother.
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: Now see, they got a place for you. You're like acting.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: What we can do for you, sir is we can
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: put you in the place feel with fools can have?
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: Do you have food? Friday? Ignorant? Mondays, temper tantrum, Tuesdays
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: will pass, Wednesdays tumutulous Thursdays? What touch? Whatever? The word
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: trauma Thursday's just simplified trauma. And you can ask sadistic
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: sad days and somebody ought to come get me Sundays.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: But don't you think he's had that already? He hasn't. No, No,
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: he ain't out of jail. Jail. Mean you're going home prison,
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Mean you is home. We don't send them to prison
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: those No, But that's why he needs to see if
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: he ain't gonna get it. See, if you keep on
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: disobeying the laws, we're gonna send you to jail. But
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: if you keep on, we're gonna quit letting you out.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: All right, thank you, sir. Well, you know we gotta
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: get out of here. We gotta go a good job
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: as always, Steve. Instagram us your thoughts or email us

- 1:11:40Speaker 1: that's what you're doing. Bruno. That's all I'm doing. That's
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: all I've been trying to do. Hey, man, let me
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: tell you what it is. First of all for me,
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: just an old school player. I appreciate you so much man,
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: for just playing live music. Funk. I just appreciate you, man,
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: Thank you, Thank you very much. Man. Who are some
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: of the groups man that you that that you kind
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: of looked at over the years that kind of helped
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: shape you. I mean, if you can see, I mean
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: it's I wear it on my sleeve on you know,
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: when I performed live. I grew up, of course watching
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: James Brown and Prince and Michael, but I mean it's
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: it's my dad put me on the Motown, you know,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: and and and then the Alistic and the Old Jays
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: and and uh, you know that that's the form of
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: entertainment that I grew up watching and admiring. And it
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: was always the band, you know, in the patent leather
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: shoes and you guys see me with the hair and
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: the pampa door and come on. And you know, that's
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: just kind of my dad's school of rock and growing
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: up and growing up performing in shows that that was
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: kind of that was my my my school, and that's
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: what I've always learned. And what what got me off
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: growing up is you know, the microphone and the band
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: and the audience. And that was That's why this Apolo
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: Special means everything to me because I felt everybody before
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: actually actor and the uh you know, American Idol and
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: all these talent competitions. I grew up watching and show
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: time at the Apollo. Steve, I remember you hosting it
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: and and and doing what you do that. But that
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: was that was it. And the model of the Apollo
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: is just simple. Are there gonna go up there in
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: triumph and you got it? You got the goods or
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: the Harlem audience, gonna let you know, gonna let you
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: know that you ain't. Yeah, it's very you know, it
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: was very like. That's that's the model that I preached
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: to my band. That's why you know, no matter where
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: we are, no matter where we're performing, weather, it's at
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: the hearts. That's whore. The Grammys of the super Bowl.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: It's it's it's simple. You gotta show up ready, and
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: that's what the Apollo stands for. And that's why I'm
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: so excited that I got a chance. I've never been
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: to the Apollo Steve. I've never been watching so there.
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: I grew up watching it, and that's all I wanted
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: to do. I just wanted to go and walk into
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: the room and feel feel it, you know, and magical,
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: and it was just exciting for me and my guys
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: to be able to perform on that stage and knowing
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: the history and being able to perform in front of
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: a Harlem audience. Yeah, I hope that everybody watching the
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: show is gonna see that and feel that and join
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: the party. Yeah. You know, I was the longest running
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: host of that show, and we're bringing showtime at the
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: Apolo back. I've been taping it all summer and then
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: I just finished up taping you. It's coming back, and
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: it's still nasty. The Apollo audience. They're not playing with you.
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: You're absolutely I agree. So when you come to the
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: Apollo Bruno, that's the proving ground. You know, everything else
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: that's but there ain't nothing like the world famous Apollo
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: Theater in Hallom, New York, because when you do it there,
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: you can go anywhere when you like. Right now you're
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: in Chile. See this is easy because your ass was
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: at the Apolo and no doing tonight at TV Steve,
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: none of that because you don't let them have Hey man,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: let's talk about this because you've got the Las Vegas
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: Residents residency that kicks off in December at the Park
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: Theater at the Monte Carlo Resort Casino. You're gonna be
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: there for New Year's Eve too. This is your second
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: residency in Vegas, right what what? What can the fans
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: expect when they come see you Vegas. It's not a
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: tour show, you know, so we get to get a
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: little you know, I get a little a little loosen
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: up there and we're playing covers. We're kind of just
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: having them. You know. It's a different thing on tour.
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: And on tour I'm playing my album and you know,
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: I want to give and to show up, you know
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: a little bit of this the album. But in Vegas,
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: I can just hop on a plane real quick, get
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: to Vegas, take a shot of something, and you know,
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: I don't know what's gonna happen on stage. So I'm
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: hoping that that's entertainment for the people showing up. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: it will be, Man, But I shake you so much
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: man for staying true to it. Man. Thank you all
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: the support Man that you guys have been giving me.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: I know you guys playing my records and they just
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: I want you to know that means a lot to
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: be Thank you guys so much. I can't even tell you.
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: Man from old school cat listen to you, dog, Listen
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: to me. I got a condo in Miami. I wake
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: up without no damn jam That's my line, the boy,
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: that's what I like. Do you heal me? That line
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: mean mold to me because if I was thirty with
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: this money I got, not I'd have a damn condo
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: in Miami in morning with no damn dog, somebody different
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: in there. Every night I'll be going to hell gleefully.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: So don't forget. Let's talk about tonight, Steve on CBS.
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: All right, y'all, listen, uh tune in tonight it's Bruno
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: Mars Magic live at the world famous Apollo Theater. It's
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: only on CBS at ten pm Easton and Pacific. Bruno, Man,
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: we love you boy, Thank you man. I love you
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: to appreciate everything. Ladies and gentlemen, one and all. At
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: Bruno Mall, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve,
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: here we are. You've asked all of us. Uh. You
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: started at twenty million, then you went to fifteen million
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: with us here on the show. Now we have to
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: ask you, what is that number? Uh of millions or
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: billions even that would make you walk away from everything
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: and never work again. Junior, you walk away, Carla, I
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: think he'll walk away for a billion. Yeah, that that's
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: straight out the magic number number because it used to
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: be twenty million. I'm just saying no, I wouldn't walk
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: away for twenty million. There's certain things I would do
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: for twenty millions. Will still be working? No, not for
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: twenty million a bill you know out. I think that's
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: how this all got started. What's the difference between a
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: billion and let's say five million and a half a billion?
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: Another half a billion, but see one billion. I can
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: talk to you any kind of where I won't I'm
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: telling you slapping people when you talk? Can I just
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: say this the really though? You pretty much do that? Now? No? Well,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: you are you not? No, no, no, no no. Now
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: I talk to people, but it ain't high. I really won't.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: So so take that and multiplied. Yeah, now a billion dollars.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: I'm gone. Now I'm out. But now before I go, Now,
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: before three days before I retire, I'm going forty eight
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: hours straight on social media with just bathroom, lunch breaks,
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: and three naps. That's all we're gonna see. That's all.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna go to lunch, go to bathroom, and maybe
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: a couple of naps. So what are you gonna be
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: doing for forty eight hours? I'm going on social media
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: right before I retire and responding to everybody, why do
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: you need to do the show? You want to be
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: at four billion dollars? But who would care at that point? Yeah,
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: I mean why did you do that? Oh? No, no,
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: because there's some stuff I've been here, I had it,
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: I don't had a whole in because you know, and
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: I'm not gonna care this information to my grade. It's
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: like that, you know, I'm not gonna take this stuff
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: that could be also calls and then all that way
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: to me. Now, I'm not caring everybody that want to
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: ask me anything or make any more statements about that
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: damn visit up to Trump. Anybody want to say something
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: about any damn thing? Come on, you got it? Oh
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: I got something for you for forty eight hours, and
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: I'm not only gonna be tweeting Instagram and I'll be
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: verbalizing it live on XM radio. You could do it
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: on ratio. Yeah, I'm back. See if you don't watch
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: that show Billions. I don't know if we brought this
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: up to you before, but the lead character and there
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: is a guy called his name is Bobby axel Rod
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: and he he uh is a billionaire. Yeah. I just saw.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: I saw it like almost a season. Okay, So did
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: you see the episode where he said, what is the
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: point in having a billion dollars if you can't? Yeah,
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: what's the point of having f you money if you
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: can't tell people f you Hello? So that's that's who
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: you are in real life, your damn face. Yeah, No,
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: we don't. I do have Huh you get the hell
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: on money? You got that. I ain't got any money,

- 1:21:04Speaker 1: to hear you got you got get the hell on? Yeah? Yeah, Yeah,
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: that's a lot to get the hell no, no, no,
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: who you're saying that because my daddy said it was
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: six times, so you clearly your Yeah, you can you
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: get hell from over here with that. My daddy see it,
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: and I wish we could have met your dad's man.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: My daddy was on pension and say it's funny. Yeah
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: social security. Yeah. Grandmother said, I'm so scared. Now I
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: got what's called watch yourself money? Oh okay, you know
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: people talking to me. I go, hey, my man, watch
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: your listen to this warning. It's warning. It's called watch
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: yourself money or keep on, keep on, keep on, keep
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: on him, keep on. You know, I'm gonna let you

- 1:22:34Speaker 1: got that. I apologize money. I'm so sorry. Yes, I
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: lost my mind. What kind of money does Tommy or
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: j Anthony Brown had? What Tim and Tom and h y'all?
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: You know he half rich he got. He gotta look
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: like money. He got what money? It's called look like money?
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: He do just enough to make it look like he
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: got money. He gotta looking like money all him used.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: But everybody, Steve is really you know, back at it.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: It's you're a paycheck away from poverty. Yeah, you can't
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: be just absolutely get a blank own all the time. Yeah,
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: that's the world in which we live right now. You're right. Well,
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: but since you're just a paycheck away on your way out,
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: might will let him have it? We're back at the job.
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: What about Jay? What kind of money to see you?
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: Jay got scary money? Like what? Because he might come,

- 1:24:23Speaker 1: back right after this with more of the Steve Harvey
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: Morning Show. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: All right, here's a question, guys. We're coming up on
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: the holidays. You know you're gonna be spending money, buying gifts,
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: things like that. Uh, so here's a question. Do you
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: have to discuss if you're in a relationship, do you
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: have to discuss high price purchases with your significant other?
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: All right? Yes, so remember yesterday? Um or was that
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: the day before? I think I told you guys about
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: us going to Vegas with another couple and uh, they
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: got into a huge argument about overspending and it was
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: very uncomfortable for Nesta and I very comfortable because they
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: said they were gonna leave, fly back all of that
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: because they were arguing over money. Because yeah, they were there.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: They were in a serious argument over this. They made up,
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: of course, and it was a fun trip. But do
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: you guys, I mean, have you guys ever experienced that, Steve?
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: Do you have to discuss purchases with Marjorie? Do you
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: guys have a budget? I mean we do, of course,
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: you know, we talk over uh expensive items. You know
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: that conversation. I'm buying this and that and that's Marjorie.
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: I love it, Steve, is that okay? Well, baby, I
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: was thinking why I ordered it. It's not here yet,
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: so think about it. Give her what she wants. Steve,
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: did you decide because because yeah, because she could say, well,
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: I could send it back, and you know that's when
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: she get you. That's the Yeah, that's when you don't
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: really want me to have it. Okay, I just tell
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: him it's okay, Yeah, they can come on out here
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: and pick it up. Then I guess, okay, sure you
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: got discussing. Huh. He just don't know. Yeah, that's he
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: found out with Shirley weighing it. He doesn't mind, though,
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: he really doesn't mind. He doesn't care, he doesn't mind.
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: Shirley trunk loaded, she got under. She took us spare
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: time out of her call. That's all that's a shopping being.
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: She has a flat. Oh yeah, she took all that
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: out to come. All that storage are man. At one time,
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: I got to the car and I'm going to go
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: play golf, right, so I get my golf clubs. I
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: popped the trunk open to throw the golf clubs in
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: the trunk. It's just loaded. Her man is and Roger.
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: Why do we do that though? Is women? Carla, I
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: don't know what I have an amount because they didn't
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: ask me. But I have an amount. I have to
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: run stuff by my husband. I can't just be wilding
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: out like that. Have you lost your mind? So the
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: amount is a thousand dollars, I have to get permission
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: on if it's Oh, if it's a thousand dollars or over,
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: you not be a little hard. Let it be a
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: thousand or one. And he checks with you on the
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: same thing for the same thing. Uh huh, Well that's
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: a good that's good. Yeah, whatever works with your family.
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: But I mean, if we have these goals that we've said,
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: you just can't be wilding all the time. So what
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: you're saying to me as a woman, woman to woman,
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: Yes you don't have any shoes hidden in your trunk
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: or in your closet. Is that what you're saying to me?
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: Your girl? Allegit? Yes, I know better. Okay, we love
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: shoes too much at the bags that this boy right
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: and Stephen Jr. Are not buying this at all, know that.
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: But a thousand dollars I do have to place the
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: phone call. Yes, I do every time though every time. Yes.
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: Now I may charm him and get what I want,
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: but I do have to my wife as about git
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: your clothes, not a thousand, got one phone call for
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: not nail nothing. All right, coming up, we're gonna tell

- 1:30:40Speaker 1: Uh yeah, shear in two nominations Best Rap Song, Best
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: Rap Performance. The Rap and R and B heavy nominations,
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: which include numerous black and Latino artists, came after the
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: Grammys were criticized earlier this year. Remember that when a
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: lot of people felt that Beyonce's multi genre Lemonade album
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: should have one Album of the Year over a even
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: Adele said it, I mean come on he said it
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: that night. Yeah, so much fire reading in my start.
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: I don't won't know body from this out hely in
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: this hot so he so times there is sister day.
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: He begun out. He smell smelling, got so roding out here.

- 1:31:57Speaker 1: My goodness? Yeah, damn it. So the Grammys are gonna air.
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: This will be their sixtieth anniversary. The Grammys will air
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: January CBS. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: All right, here we go, last break up of the day. Guys.
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: Just one more thing. Uh, this is a new Christmas trend.
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: I haven't really heard of this one, you guys. People
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: are hanging their Christmas trees upside down. Have you guys
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: seen this? But why is the question? Right? Uh? It's
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: been a strange year and now a new bizarre Christmas
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: tree trend is here. It's called upside down trees. It's
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: as weird as it sounds. A Christmas tree hanging from
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: the ceiling, fully decorated, or sitting in a stand on
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: the ground, completely upside down. The trend has been all
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: over social media. Apparently people like them because they better
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: showcase the ornament, as in, they don't hang down and
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: get lost in the bushy branches now only. Not only
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: is an upside down Christmas tree a creative change from
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: the norm, but it leaves more room for parents for
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: a presence by putting the narrowest part of the tree
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: nearest the ground. What can't do that with my tree? Baby?
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: So you can't hang it upside down? Wine from where
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: the ceiling? That's what she just saying. You know the
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: kind of tree I'm on ham no, tell us no, no,
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: and then and then but then here going How you
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: going to water the tree? Well, obviously it must be
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: artificial trees, Okay, a real tree you can't keep it
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: water right, And I'm gonna have a real I'm not
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: doing artificial tree. That ain't nothing wrong with them, because
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: I'm committed to a certain kind of tree. Yeah, because
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: your ears and a ants. Yeah, and I need that.
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: You want the one that they have in the mall.
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: You're a going right, You're dog going right. You ain't
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: gonna give me nothing else I want. I want the
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: mall tree at my house. Period. I like the fact
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: that you're so into it though, that that makes me happy.
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: That you're so into it, the tree and the tradition
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: and all the festivities. He had to get a new dude.
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: I met him yesterday at the house. What happened? What
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: do you mean he's a little man? Use the same
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: person to decorate the treat. We had to get some
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: new people way out in l A. Are you upset
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: to see? You sound a little ticked? What's going on?
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: We had to have a little talk. Do what you know?
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: You know, don't come in here, you know, not understanding
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: horse required? Well, what's required? What happened? So he went
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: into this long explanation about what Margie want on the
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: outside of the house, and she's mad. He's drong sketches
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: and la la la, hey hey, partner, partner, partner, I
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: ain't got nothing to do with all that. I'm talking
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: about the treat that's gonna go soon as you come
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: in my house. Well, we're here to measure the area
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: to make sure it fits. Guy's gonna fit. And that's
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: the one you won't know a well, you know, we
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: gotta find an area to put your piano. I don't
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: care where the piano go. You can put it outside,
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: the piano outside. Don't give a damn what you do
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: with that piano? The start this show is the treat?
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: What are you talking to him aggressively? Like you're you
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: know he you know you know little soft spoken from me?
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: I on your own, you understand me. What does it
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: matter how he speaks? I don't get that little voices
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: don't bring big treat him to feel you. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: you know what I was thinking of doing, you know,
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: Mr Harvey, after speaking with Margery um something you know, like,
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: look do multiple trees? Say? Man, I don't give a
