- 2:10Speaker 4: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I feel it's necessary to explain.
- 2:15Speaker 4: What I say in the morning because somebody asked me,
- 2:17Speaker 4: what do you mean by that when you say that
- 2:20Speaker 4: in the morning. When I say uh huh, it's in
- 2:24Speaker 4: response to David Hollister opening the song by saying, go ahead,
- 2:28Speaker 4: big Daddy, go ahead, I said, uh huh, I show will.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Then I say good morning everybody. Because I was raised
- 2:36Speaker 4: a rage. You're supposed to speak when you come in
- 2:38Speaker 4: the room. I'm coming in y'all's room, whether it's your bedroom,
- 2:42Speaker 4: the room in your house, your car, your office, you know,
- 2:46Speaker 4: wherever you're at. I come in room or God speaks,
- 2:48Speaker 4: I say good morning, everybody. You are listening to the voice.
- 2:53Speaker 4: And then I got to introduce myself because as a performer,
- 2:57Speaker 4: I always felt my best when I was introduced. No,
- 3:00Speaker 4: why would you walk out on stage anybody introduce you.
- 3:03Speaker 4: You can't get a round of applause. It's just it's horrible.
- 3:07Speaker 4: So I say, you are listening to the voice one
- 3:09Speaker 4: and only Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now. Now
- 3:14Speaker 4: that's old school. I got that, but that's I was
- 3:16Speaker 4: once again.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Dig me? Now?
- 3:19Speaker 4: Is I want you to feel what I'm about to say.
- 3:22Speaker 4: That's all I'm saying. That's not a bragging thing. You
- 3:26Speaker 4: know you are listening to the voice one and only
- 3:28Speaker 4: Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now. I'm just asking
- 3:32Speaker 4: you to feel what I'm saying in the morning because
- 3:34Speaker 4: it's part of a promise that I made to God.
- 3:38Speaker 4: See a long time ago, I told God, if he
- 3:40Speaker 4: allowed me to make it, that when I got there,
- 3:44Speaker 4: I would tell everybody I know how I did it,
- 3:47Speaker 4: and I wasn't gonna shortcut it or shade him on it.
- 3:50Speaker 4: I said, if you allow me to make it, if
- 3:52Speaker 4: you give me the strength, the courage, the wisdom, you
- 3:57Speaker 4: gave me a gift, if you let me apply it,
- 4:00Speaker 4: don't destroy myself in the process. Forgive me for my
- 4:04Speaker 4: sins along the way, continue to hold and rock me
- 4:07Speaker 4: when I needed. When I make it, I promise you Lord,
- 4:12Speaker 4: when I get there, I will tell everybody how I
- 4:15Speaker 4: made it.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Well.
- 4:17Speaker 4: This started back in LA when I got on the
- 4:21Speaker 4: radio and I was making it okay. I was doing okay,
- 4:26Speaker 4: but I had to keep my promise to God. My
- 4:29Speaker 4: promise was, if you allow me to make it, I'll
- 4:32Speaker 4: tell everybody how I got there. I have to tell
- 4:37Speaker 4: you that every day because if it was not for
- 4:41Speaker 4: that grace and mercy, I wouldn't even be here able
- 4:44Speaker 4: to fulfill my promise. Because I've done enough dirt in
- 4:47Speaker 4: my life. Man to not be worthy. He could have
- 4:51Speaker 4: easily walked away from me a long time ago because
- 4:55Speaker 4: I had show walked away from him.
- 4:58Speaker 1: See, and I didn't walk away from him. I walked away.
- 5:01Speaker 8: From him a bunch of times. But guess what he
- 5:05Speaker 8: forgave me a bunch of times. I'm a living example
- 5:09Speaker 8: of hundreds of chances. His forgiveness and his mercy is
- 5:16Speaker 8: available for everybody. It's the only reason I get on
- 5:20Speaker 8: this show every day. It's the only reason I have
- 5:22Speaker 8: the blessings that's come in my way. It's the only
- 5:25Speaker 8: way that the things that keep happening in my life, man,
- 5:28Speaker 8: that I have no explanation for, is because of His
- 5:32Speaker 8: grace and mercy. See, anytime something good happens in my
- 5:37Speaker 8: life and I can't explain it, that's usually him, he
- 5:41Speaker 8: exhibits to me. Remember, I'm a forgiving god.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Man.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Remember, So when you fall, Steve, don't lay down there.
- 5:49Speaker 4: Don't you lay down there. Don't you let the devil
- 5:51Speaker 4: fool you that because you'd have made some mistakes that
- 5:55Speaker 4: you ain't that you can't do it because everybody gonna
- 5:59Speaker 4: make them.
- 5:59Speaker 1: There's none if it, no, not once.
- 6:01Speaker 4: So get up, keep moving, keep pushing, step on what
- 6:06Speaker 4: you're laying there for. Your daddy didn't raise you that way. Look, man,
- 6:11Speaker 4: my father was just about manhood. I'm gonna just tell you.
- 6:14Speaker 4: My daddy never had a conversation with me about church.
- 6:17Speaker 4: He beat me for not going, but you know a
- 6:20Speaker 4: couple of times, but he wasn't about that wasn't his message.
- 6:23Speaker 4: That was my mama's job. My mama taught me about
- 6:26Speaker 4: being saved, about loving the Lord, about giving your life,
- 6:30Speaker 4: about the teachings of Jesus Christ. My mama was a
- 6:33Speaker 4: Sunday school teacher, so I got all of that from her.
- 6:36Speaker 4: My old man ain't had none of that for me.
- 6:38Speaker 4: My old man talked to me about one thing all
- 6:40Speaker 4: day long, hard working manhood, and well you're gonna get
- 6:43Speaker 4: that if you don't get nothing else from me. He
- 6:46Speaker 4: gave that to me, so I got it. See, so
- 6:49Speaker 4: my father, you say, excuse my language, but you ain't
- 6:51Speaker 4: gonna sit there like no little punk up in here.
- 6:53Speaker 4: You ain't what you're finna do. You finna get up
- 6:56Speaker 4: and go do what you're supposed to do. Now, stop
- 6:58Speaker 4: all that whine and like some little go and get
- 7:00Speaker 4: the movie. That's how my father talked to me. And
- 7:02Speaker 4: I'm just telling you real. It worked for me, though,
- 7:05Speaker 4: And before you start emailing me, that had nothing to
- 7:07Speaker 4: do with homosexuality at all. It's just that was his
- 7:11Speaker 4: term for a man not acting like a man. That's
- 7:15Speaker 4: all it was. It was not a gay reference at all.
- 7:18Speaker 4: I want you to understand that before you started emailing me.
- 7:20Speaker 4: So my daddy wasn't calling. That was not a sexual
- 7:23Speaker 4: reference for him. My father talked to us That's what
- 7:26Speaker 4: he meant. I knew exactly what he meant. He couldn't
- 7:27Speaker 4: amit nothing if he ain't even know nothing about that.
- 7:29Speaker 4: My man clueless when it come to that right there.
- 7:32Speaker 4: So when I was getting down and feeling bad about myself, my.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Old man, he taught me this toughness.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Man, He gave me this grit, this doggedness, this go
- 7:42Speaker 4: to work and work hard. That's why today, when God
- 7:45Speaker 4: does bless me with something, he ain't got to worry
- 7:48Speaker 4: about me not working hard because that's in me. And
- 7:53Speaker 4: when I get tired, I asked that same God for
- 7:56Speaker 4: strift to keep on doing so I can do the
- 7:59Speaker 4: blessing he got for me. So when you ask me
- 8:02Speaker 4: how you gonna do all this, Steve Harvey, I don't know.
- 8:06Speaker 4: I ain't got to figure that out. All I got
- 8:08Speaker 4: to do is show up with the same amount of
- 8:10Speaker 4: faith of being showing up with God handled the rest
- 8:13Speaker 4: of it.
- 8:13Speaker 1: See y'all, hey man, let me tell you something. I
- 8:16Speaker 1: don't see how you do it. I don't either. Can
- 8:19Speaker 1: I get you, hey man, newsflash? Let me hear. I
- 8:22Speaker 1: don't see how you doing all that? Steve? You doing this?
- 8:25Speaker 4: You doing that? Can I tell you something I don't either?
- 8:28Speaker 4: I just wake up with the faith man and trusting
- 8:31Speaker 4: that if He gonna bless me with it, he must
- 8:33Speaker 4: be gonna show me a way.
- 8:34Speaker 1: How to get it done. See I ain't tripping on
- 8:36Speaker 1: that part.
- 8:37Speaker 4: See, once you take yourself out the how to business,
- 8:41Speaker 4: you can go on and get with it.
- 8:43Speaker 1: But see, if you gonna trip yourself out.
- 8:45Speaker 4: With the how to, you can't think like God can think.
- 8:47Speaker 4: You can't figure like God can figure. So now you
- 8:50Speaker 4: sit up in here, God Lord, I want this to
- 8:52Speaker 4: happen for me. Then I don't know how I'm gonna
- 8:55Speaker 4: do all that. Well, guess what?
- 8:57Speaker 1: You in the way? Now, see you?
- 8:58Speaker 4: Now you in the way because see God ain't asked
- 9:01Speaker 4: you to figure out how to. He said ask and believe.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Then he said faith without works is dead. That's my solution.
- 9:11Speaker 4: That's the concoction that I'm functioning on. All I got
- 9:15Speaker 4: to do is accept the blessing, keep the faith, be
- 9:19Speaker 4: willing to work and believe God can do anything but fail.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Why would God bring me this far to leave me?
- 9:28Speaker 4: Why would He bring you this far to leave you?
- 9:34Speaker 4: So while I get up every morning, I have no choice.
- 9:38Speaker 4: I got to get up in here to rest when
- 9:40Speaker 4: I'm running late, man. I try to plow through here.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Sometime I don't make it. Man, I got to do
- 9:44Speaker 1: a rerun.
- 9:45Speaker 4: But I plow through here because, man, Steve, you're gonna
- 9:47Speaker 4: run out something to say. No, I'm gonna just keep thinking.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Now. You can't run out of that, can you, because
- 9:52Speaker 1: you owe him that.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Matter of fact, when I get through talking, I really
- 9:55Speaker 4: ain't thanked him enough. Morning, ladies, and just let me
- 10:03Speaker 4: have your undivided detention. I'm going to try to suppress
- 10:07Speaker 4: my joy this morning, just a bit so I can
- 10:10Speaker 4: sound a bit more regular. You know what today is.
- 10:14Speaker 4: It's another gift, It's another opportunity, it's another blessing, another
- 10:20Speaker 4: moment of grace. But you know what, he ain't had
- 10:23Speaker 4: to do it. He just ain't had to do it,
- 10:26Speaker 4: but he did. That's all the suppression I got for you.
- 10:30Speaker 4: I'm actually overjoyed at the fact that I made it
- 10:33Speaker 4: another day.
- 10:37Speaker 1: What is the word today?
- 10:39Speaker 4: You know it really ain't none, But I feel absolutely
- 10:44Speaker 4: gobcuriously whoa quantum mystifically wow, quantums spoofifyed. I'm just who
- 10:54Speaker 4: I'm spoofedified that that's that's better than stupified ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:59Speaker 4: it's a great day.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Halt how you want to handle it, but do be grateful.
- 11:02Speaker 4: Steve harton Morty Show, Shearloy Strawberry, Mississippi, Monica Junior and
- 11:06Speaker 4: the legend that is Nephew Tommy. Yeah, that gover, that
- 11:09Speaker 4: hat I finally got.
- 11:12Speaker 6: Oh, you finally got it. Tell us you got it
- 11:15Speaker 6: on time. You know why I saw it, Tommy.
- 11:18Speaker 4: I got out of my car one day and I
- 11:20Speaker 4: was cutting through my garage and one of the people
- 11:22Speaker 4: that on the staff had opened it and it was
- 11:25Speaker 4: just sitting on top of a box in the garage.
- 11:28Speaker 6: Almost fell on my knees and cried. Junior finally delivered
- 11:37Speaker 6: it be there mid today.
- 11:39Speaker 9: Well, let me ask you this unk, man. Let's talk
- 11:41Speaker 9: about this man. This is we listed fifty days from
- 11:44Speaker 9: this selection. Man, and you got people out here, man,
- 11:47Speaker 9: were talking, and tell the people here talking about man.
- 11:49Speaker 9: I still need some more research. I just need to
- 11:51Speaker 9: find out. What else do you need to find out?
- 11:53Speaker 10: It's fifty days away from the election. What research is
- 11:56Speaker 10: they talking about? What's this research?
- 11:58Speaker 4: I don't know, But let me give you something that
- 12:01Speaker 4: you don't have to research.
- 12:02Speaker 1: You already know this.
- 12:04Speaker 4: Donald Trump cares about Donald Trump, and he has proven
- 12:10Speaker 4: it over and over again. Would want why would you
- 12:15Speaker 4: want leadership in the White House that's devices? Why would
- 12:19Speaker 4: you want a person in the White House that's immature
- 12:22Speaker 4: who has the time to text out I hate Taylor
- 12:27Speaker 4: Swill who got that kind of time sitting in the
- 12:31Speaker 4: White House? Man, brouh, that's just not presidential. Look, man,
- 12:39Speaker 4: here's a man who really has thirty four felony convictions.
- 12:44Speaker 4: Here's a man who has been charged, accused, and convicted
- 12:47Speaker 4: of assault. Here is a man who has been attempted

- 12:55Speaker 4: figure out. Here is a man that if he thinks

- 13:07Speaker 4: sentence and and and all five of them innocent and
- 13:11Speaker 4: just try to ruin these young men's life. This is
- 13:14Speaker 4: the same guy who him and his daddy got convicted,
- 13:18Speaker 4: charged and lost the case for discriminating against blacks living
- 13:23Speaker 4: in their buildings.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Yes they did, Yes, they.

- 17:02Speaker 5: and try to tell me what you're gonna do to

- 17:25Speaker 5: office calling me out, and now you're on the phone.

- 17:31Speaker 3: First, if you you call me and tell me that
- 17:33Speaker 3: it is a bird holding a conversation with itself. I'm
- 17:38Speaker 3: a stupid right now. I'm I'm a stupid to even

- 21:53Speaker 12: times to wait for me to get home. I hate

- 22:13Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 22:13Speaker 4: When you got grandma got to sit on the steps. Yeah,

- 23:01Speaker 12: Be And an older gentleman said he wanted a cast
- 23:04Speaker 12: of his mid section. He said he's willing to pay
- 23:07Speaker 12: extra since he has extra down there.
- 23:10Speaker 11: It made me curious, should I do this or is
- 23:14Speaker 11: his request to unprofessional?
- 23:17Speaker 1: Getting your business in the way? Now, wait a minute,
- 23:21Speaker 1: he won't he want a cast of his stomachs, of.
- 23:23Speaker 11: His stomach, of his mid section, yes, just like she does.
- 23:28Speaker 15: Stomach yeah, huh yeah, but the private area yeah, she
- 23:38Speaker 15: said his mid section.
- 23:40Speaker 6: Uh.
- 23:40Speaker 4: He said he's willing to tell me private though, because
- 23:43Speaker 4: she said it was pray extra, and she said is
- 23:46Speaker 4: it inappropriate?
- 23:47Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah?
- 23:49Speaker 11: Should I do this? Or is his request to unprofessional?
- 23:53Speaker 1: You don't know private when you hear sure, you ought
- 23:55Speaker 1: to know that. When you hear you don't know what.
- 23:59Speaker 11: He's tired and he wanted to catch it. I'm just
- 24:03Speaker 11: reading what's on the paper.
- 24:05Speaker 1: You know what's on the paper.
- 24:08Speaker 11: He's willing to pay extra since he has extra down there.
- 24:12Speaker 11: It made me curious, she said, So should I do this?
- 24:15Speaker 14: Yes?
- 24:16Speaker 11: What she wants to know?
- 24:17Speaker 1: Well not me. You can't come and meet with that.
- 24:20Speaker 4: But since you're curious, I go on and charge extra,
- 24:23Speaker 4: make to put that cast on it, but then don't
- 24:29Speaker 4: tell him how to get it off, charging taking walking around,
- 24:39Speaker 4: and then say I have a professional way to get
- 24:42Speaker 4: it off. But if you want to get it off yourself,
- 24:44Speaker 4: here go a hammer.
- 24:45Speaker 11: Oh cast?
- 24:48Speaker 1: All right?
- 24:50Speaker 12: Moving on, Akima in New Orleans says, my male friend
- 24:53Speaker 12: asked to stay with me for a weekend because he's
- 24:56Speaker 12: letting his sister and her sorority sister stay at his place.
- 25:00Speaker 12: My boyfriend told me to say no, so I did.
- 25:03Speaker 12: But I've known my friend since I was six. Was
- 25:06Speaker 12: I wrong to ask my boyfriend?
- 25:09Speaker 1: Hmmm?
- 25:10Speaker 4: I mean, well, it makes sense because suppose your boyfriend
- 25:13Speaker 4: want to come over and you go, well, my friend
- 25:15Speaker 4: is over here. How that's gonna sound for you? You
- 25:18Speaker 4: don't owe your friend nothing. Let your friend get a
- 25:21Speaker 4: hotel room. All these girls coming in the sorority that's good.
- 25:24Speaker 4: You gonna let your your your sister use your house
- 25:27Speaker 4: for the sorority party, that's cool. Then have your sister
- 25:31Speaker 4: in them sorority parties. Chipy in and get you a room.
- 25:35Speaker 4: But you're gonna mess your life up trying to help
- 25:37Speaker 4: your dumb ass friend.
- 25:42Speaker 11: Okay, I know how you feel about you wasn't wrong.
- 25:44Speaker 1: For asking your boyfriend.
- 25:45Speaker 4: I mean it makes sense because he gonna show want
- 25:48Speaker 4: to know why he can't come over there, and then
- 25:50Speaker 4: you're gonna tell him cause my friend over here, Well.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Why he over there?
- 25:54Speaker 4: Well, his sister used his house for a sorority party. Okay,
- 25:58Speaker 4: I got all that. Why he over here though his
- 26:04Speaker 4: system used her his house for the sorority party. I
- 26:08Speaker 4: heard that part. Yeah, why he over here? Because we
- 26:14Speaker 4: friends and it's my house right there. No go stay
- 26:17Speaker 4: over one of your homies house.
- 26:19Speaker 1: What you over here for?
- 26:22Speaker 4: I know better?
- 26:26Speaker 1: I like you for all of these reasons.
- 26:28Speaker 4: Because I'm looking at you, I'm pretty sure he got
- 26:30Speaker 4: to be thinking the same thing, and he is.
- 26:34Speaker 1: It's a perfect time to get over your house.
- 26:37Speaker 11: I've been trying since we were sitting.
- 26:42Speaker 1: I bet ain't nobody gonna be in his house.
- 26:46Speaker 10: That's a good way.
- 26:48Speaker 1: That's a good one.
- 26:49Speaker 11: He's just lying.
- 26:50Speaker 10: Ain't nobody over there?
- 26:53Speaker 1: All right?
- 26:55Speaker 11: Last one?
- 26:55Speaker 12: See moving on to Patra in tallahethe Patra says, my
- 26:59Speaker 12: husband smokes weed all of the time, so I was
- 27:02Speaker 12: not surprised when our sixteen year old came home smelling
- 27:05Speaker 12: like weed. I told my husband that he can't really
- 27:08Speaker 12: be mad because he's trying to harshly punish our son.
- 27:11Speaker 11: Is this the best way to handle this?
- 27:14Speaker 4: Well, when it happened in Tallaheasie, you know things like
- 27:18Speaker 4: that happened sometime.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Is that's what I said?
- 27:22Speaker 11: Oh yeah, yeah, now Tallahassee.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I mean, you could punish your boy heart if you
- 27:28Speaker 4: want to, But if he'd seen you smoke, I mean, man, look,
- 27:34Speaker 4: if you can't get mad when your son want to
- 27:36Speaker 4: do you.
- 27:39Speaker 11: So what's the best way to handle it?
- 27:41Speaker 1: Then?
- 27:42Speaker 4: Well, let me just put myself in your shoes. I
- 27:45Speaker 4: remember when I saw wint and smoking a cigar by hisself.
- 27:52Speaker 1: When I was proud as hell.
- 27:59Speaker 13: Go ahead.
- 28:00Speaker 11: It's like your daddy.
- 28:03Speaker 6: It might be a little different, but I felt pretty
- 28:06Speaker 6: good about you. Shame your boy for purchasing weed. That's
- 28:10Speaker 6: your fault, just like went and smoke with a cigar,
- 28:13Speaker 6: it's my fault. I took full responsibility of Lord was
- 28:19Speaker 6: our proud.
- 28:21Speaker 11: But you didn't get mad. This dad got mad.
- 28:26Speaker 4: Well, this is weed and weed, and he can punish him,
- 28:32Speaker 4: but now that ain't gonna stop his boyfriend smoking weed.
- 28:39Speaker 4: I understand you being mad, but when you sit him
- 28:42Speaker 4: down and talk to him and say and where you
- 28:44Speaker 4: get this from?
- 28:45Speaker 1: And then he say out that box under your uh
- 28:48Speaker 1: trunk and your toy box and your car, then you
- 28:51Speaker 1: know wow.
- 28:55Speaker 11: All right, Celo, thank you.
- 28:57Speaker 12: Coming up next at the top of the hour, it's
- 29:00Speaker 12: entertainment news. Right after this, you're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 29:07Speaker 13: The former bad.
- 29:08Speaker 12: Boy rapper Shine, of course, his name is Moses Shine Barrow,
- 29:12Speaker 12: now a politician in Belize's House of Representatives, spoke out
- 29:15Speaker 12: at a press conference earlier this week, saying that Ditty
- 29:18Speaker 12: destroyed his life. Shine said, quote, when I was an
- 29:22Speaker 12: eighteen year old kid. I was defending him, talking about ditty,
- 29:26Speaker 12: and he turned around and called witnesses to testify against me.
- 29:29Speaker 12: He pretty much sent me to prison. Let's not lose
- 29:32Speaker 12: sight of what the cult heart facts are. This is
- 29:36Speaker 12: someone who destroyed my life and who I forgave and
- 29:40Speaker 12: I moved on. Okay, we all remember back in nineteen
- 29:44Speaker 12: ninety nine, Shine was convicted of first degree assault for
- 29:47Speaker 12: a shooting that took place at a New York nightclub
- 29:50Speaker 12: that injured three people. He served ten years in prison
- 29:54Speaker 12: and was deported to Belize upon release. Back in two
- 29:58Speaker 12: thousand and nine, remember.
- 30:00Speaker 1: J Low a part of that shirt.
- 30:02Speaker 11: Yeah she was, yeah, yeah, not in the shooting, but
- 30:05Speaker 11: she was.
- 30:06Speaker 12: She was dating Viddy at the time, and shortly there
- 30:09Speaker 12: after they broke up, they slipped.
- 30:11Speaker 4: You know, uh, everything Seane's saying is true because I
- 30:16Speaker 4: understood that story when it unfolded, and I knew it.
- 30:19Speaker 4: I knew that's what happened, because that was some inside
- 30:23Speaker 4: people talking about it.
- 30:25Speaker 1: I always thought that they were going to figure this
- 30:27Speaker 1: thing out.
- 30:28Speaker 4: Of course I wasn't there, so when like I'm a
- 30:30Speaker 4: material witness or nothing like that, but I had heard
- 30:33Speaker 4: about how it went as far as Sean saying he
- 30:36Speaker 4: destroyed his life. I wish Signed well, and Seane said
- 30:40Speaker 4: he forgave it, but I wish sign would look at
- 30:43Speaker 4: it from a different perspective. That was a horrible thing
- 30:46Speaker 4: that he did to this young man. That's a true statement.
- 30:51Speaker 4: But w his kid is now m he's sitting in
- 30:55Speaker 4: the Catbury seat. And everything happens for a reason. And
- 30:59Speaker 4: I'm pretty thing about seeing is it makes us stay
- 31:03Speaker 4: longer that we want to stay, and makes us pay
- 31:05Speaker 4: more than we want to pay. That's the only part
- 31:07Speaker 4: about seeing that ain't cool. And you have to get
- 31:11Speaker 4: in it for some reason, and sometimes it seems unjustifiable.
- 31:14Speaker 4: But Shine seems to be doing really, really well right now,
- 31:19Speaker 4: and had it not been for a series of previous occurrences,
- 31:25Speaker 4: he would not be in this position today.
- 31:29Speaker 1: So you know, as horrible as it was, I hope
- 31:32Speaker 1: you all right with the fact that ll I mean,
- 31:36Speaker 1: he got every right to be mad, Yeah, ten years,
- 31:38Speaker 1: he got every right to be mad, all right. I
- 31:41Speaker 1: don't for gave people before stay mad.
- 31:44Speaker 11: Yeah, moving on.
- 31:46Speaker 12: Steve did Hey is being held at the Metropolitan Detention
- 31:49Speaker 12: Center in Brooklyn, MDC. Houses approximately thirteen hundred inmates and
- 31:54Speaker 12: has a long standing reputation for having horrific living conditions.
- 31:58Speaker 12: Diddy's lawyer petition in the US Magistrate judge to have
- 32:02Speaker 12: Diddy moved to another facility, citing that the m d
- 32:05Speaker 12: c IS quote not fits pre trial detention and numerous
- 32:09Speaker 12: courts in this district have raised concerns with the horrific
- 32:12Speaker 12: conditions of the jail.
- 32:14Speaker 1: What time up prison?
- 32:25Speaker 11: All right, guys?
- 32:26Speaker 12: And in other news, repped from Chicken Ranch brothel in Nevada.
- 32:30Speaker 11: The Chicken Ranch, we've heard of that before.
- 32:33Speaker 12: Well, anyway, they spoke with TMZ about the risks of
- 32:35Speaker 12: using baby oil during sexual encounters.
- 32:39Speaker 11: Listen up, guys.
- 32:40Speaker 12: This comes after federal agent found thousands of bottles of
- 32:45Speaker 12: baby oil during raids at Ditty's l A and Miami homes.
- 32:49Speaker 12: The self proclaimed sex experts said that using baby oil
- 32:53Speaker 12: cannot only disrupt a woman's pH balance and call cause
- 32:57Speaker 12: vaginal infections. The oil also breaks down latex condoms, increasing
- 33:03Speaker 12: the likelihood of it breaking during sex. So here's the
- 33:08Speaker 12: bottom line to it all. Do not, I said, do
- 33:12Speaker 12: not use baby oil as a lubricent. Be in Okay, cool?
- 33:17Speaker 13: Cool?
- 33:18Speaker 1: Got that got that? This Chicken Ranch though, is that
- 33:20Speaker 1: where lamar Old one was in? Is that where that was?
- 33:23Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 33:23Speaker 1: Meaning to get up there. I really let's take a
- 33:29Speaker 1: little fellow's trip.
- 33:31Speaker 4: Bro, you know, just Chicken Ridge, you know, so my
- 33:39Speaker 4: life in correct, trying to visit some ragged ass chicken wreg.
- 33:50Speaker 1: I don't know, don't want to get out and do
- 33:52Speaker 1: nothing to.
- 33:54Speaker 11: No boys trips.
- 33:55Speaker 10: I ain't got enough time in to go to Chicken Run.
- 33:57Speaker 10: I just I've just made two years. I can't go
- 33:59Speaker 10: just now.
- 34:00Speaker 9: I need another seventeen before I can get down in time.
- 34:03Speaker 9: I can't go after two years. Hey, bab, I'm going
- 34:05Speaker 9: to Chicken Ran for timming on Steve?
- 34:07Speaker 10: The hell you in?
- 34:09Speaker 1: You go, popeys k Chicken Ranch.
- 34:12Speaker 4: Stop saying Chicken Ranch and Uncle Steve. I tell you
- 34:18Speaker 4: right now, who ain't ever going to the Chicken Ranch,
- 34:22Speaker 4: the boarding house, Bathomania. I'm not going none of it.
- 34:28Speaker 1: At this point. I ain't going. No parties, no more
- 34:31Speaker 1: at this point, no worrying God forgiving me the wisdom
- 34:42Speaker 1: long I go.
- 34:44Speaker 13: Yeah, yeah, man, it's I'm glad.
- 34:48Speaker 1: You didn't go.
- 34:49Speaker 6: I'm glad, but you know, see, once you tell me
- 34:52Speaker 6: it's gonna be wild, I ain't never been in the wild.
- 34:55Speaker 11: It's that word wild.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:58Speaker 11: Wow, that could mean anything, That could mean anything. Yeah yeah,
- 35:05Speaker 11: and it does.
- 35:07Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:09Speaker 1: All right, Hollywood, right now, I still can't breathe just waiting.
- 35:17Speaker 12: All right, guys, coming up at twenty minutes after, we'll

- 37:26Speaker 11: And that's what she did. You know, it was really
- 37:29Speaker 11: it was good, Steve. You would have enjoyed singing. I
- 37:32Speaker 11: think you can.
- 37:34Speaker 4: I'm watch it on something then so I can comment
- 37:36Speaker 4: on it. But I'm just happy that people are really
- 37:39Speaker 4: understanding this. I really believe. Now in the polls, I'm
- 37:43Speaker 4: seeing how close it is, and they say it's all
- 37:45Speaker 4: within the margin of error, you know, So I get that,
- 37:50Speaker 4: But they never polled us.
- 37:51Speaker 12: Yeah, I've never been pulled, asked us, and I don't
- 37:58Speaker 12: know anyone who's been pulled.

- 38:17Speaker 4: He didn't win it against Hillary. He can win an
- 38:22Speaker 4: electorial and that's the danger. Yeah, and that's why Pennsylvania.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Is so important, George, so important.
- 38:34Speaker 4: Wisconsin is so important, Michigan that you know, all those
- 38:38Speaker 4: battleground states, man, But it's us.

- 54:11Speaker 4: he gets me hot in more ways than one. Right there,
- 54:16Speaker 4: all right, Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 54:17Speaker 12: I came home after a party late at night with
- 54:20Speaker 12: my sister and walked in on a man having a
- 54:22Speaker 12: drink in my living room. I was tipsy, and so
- 54:25Speaker 12: was my sister, but we could see that this man
- 54:27Speaker 12: was fine. My husband was passed out on the couch,
- 54:31Speaker 12: so I got another drink and sat with this strange man.
- 54:34Speaker 12: He told me that my husband said he could stay
- 54:36Speaker 12: over because he was in town to kick it with
- 54:38Speaker 12: my husband for his birthday. My sister decided to stay
- 54:42Speaker 12: over at that point, and she poured herself a drink.
- 54:45Speaker 12: I went to change out of my dress but couldn't
- 54:47Speaker 12: none zip it, so I yelled for my sister to
- 54:50Speaker 12: help me. The strange, fine man came in and said
- 54:53Speaker 12: he and I were the only two people still awake
- 54:56Speaker 12: in the house. As he unzipped my zipper, his tongue
- 55:00Speaker 12: followed the zipper down my back. I fell face down
- 55:04Speaker 12: on the bed, and whatever happened happened. The next thing
- 55:08Speaker 12: that I can remember was my husband and my sister
- 55:11Speaker 12: waking me, and this strange man up. I begged my
- 55:14Speaker 12: husband not to be mad, but he was not mad
- 55:17Speaker 12: at all. He asked if I enjoyed myself. My sister
- 55:20Speaker 12: and I were shocked, and she yelled at he set
- 55:23Speaker 12: me up. He said he didn't set me up, but
- 55:26Speaker 12: he wasn't mad at what happened either. He said, it's
- 55:29Speaker 12: all good, and he and the guy went to the
- 55:31Speaker 12: living room and had another drink. I was walking on
- 55:34Speaker 12: eggshells for about a week before he told me that
- 55:36Speaker 12: I didn't have sex with that guy. He was laughing
- 55:39Speaker 12: when he said it, and I'm still weird it out
- 55:42Speaker 12: about all of it. The stranger has my phone number,
- 55:46Speaker 12: and he called me and told me his name and
- 55:47Speaker 12: said he wants to finish what he started. I want
- 55:51Speaker 12: to have sex with this man so bad. I can't
- 55:53Speaker 12: stop dreaming about how he felt on me that night.
- 55:56Speaker 12: Should I have sex with him? Or is this whole
- 55:58Speaker 12: thing a setup?
- 56:00Speaker 5: What?
- 56:03Speaker 14: What?
- 56:03Speaker 11: And that's for you and your husband?
- 56:05Speaker 14: That what?
- 56:06Speaker 12: I don't understand you, and I don't understand your husband.
- 56:09Speaker 12: What kind of marriage do you guys have? Is this
- 56:11Speaker 12: an open marriage? I mean, is it closed? What is
- 56:16Speaker 12: really going on here? The man came in town to
- 56:18Speaker 12: kick it for you with your husband, But your sister
- 56:21Speaker 12: thought your husband set you up to have sex with
- 56:24Speaker 12: the man. You thought you did have sex with the man,
- 56:27Speaker 12: but your husband laughed and said you didn't. Then he
- 56:29Speaker 12: went downstairs with the same man to have a drink
- 56:32Speaker 12: with him. You realize you didn't have sex with him,
- 56:35Speaker 12: so now you want to The man calls you and
- 56:38Speaker 12: says he wants to finish what he started, and that
- 56:40Speaker 12: all you can that's all you can think about. Now Again,
- 56:44Speaker 12: your husband wasn't mad, and he asked if you enjoyed yourself?
- 56:47Speaker 12: What husband anywhere would ask his wife that about Australia.
- 56:51Speaker 12: This is so weird because seriously, what are you guys
- 56:54Speaker 12: doing is the isn't this the very definition though of
- 56:58Speaker 12: an open marriage? And now you're asking us if you
- 57:02Speaker 12: should go ahead and have.
- 57:03Speaker 11: Sex with the man? Or is this a setup?
- 57:05Speaker 12: Don't drag us into your mess. Please, I believe that
- 57:09Speaker 12: you're going to have sex with this man. I just
- 57:11Speaker 12: don't know why unless you really do want an open
- 57:14Speaker 12: marriage at this point, unless you really do all right, nephew,
- 57:18Speaker 12: come on what you got all right?
- 57:21Speaker 1: It's on timing. All of this is a setup. Oh,
- 57:26Speaker 1: this is a p Dinny baby or Lubri can take that.
- 57:30Speaker 1: Take that set up. That's what this is. All right.
- 57:33Speaker 6: You say I'm hot. This got me hot. It got
- 57:37Speaker 6: me hot too. Your whole story had me hot and bothered.
- 57:39Speaker 6: Let me tell you something. This is something I ain't
- 57:41Speaker 6: never know how to do, and I got to learn
- 57:42Speaker 6: how to do this. I don't know how to take
- 57:44Speaker 6: somebody zipper down and follow my tongue down the back.
- 57:47Speaker 6: I just feel like I'm gonna zip my damn tongues up,
- 57:50Speaker 6: but I got to try because time is crazy like that.
- 57:52Speaker 6: Then what I do so, now that you didn't gave
- 57:54Speaker 6: me a new assignment, I got to find me a
- 57:57Speaker 6: zipper on my baby, my wife all let down and
- 58:00Speaker 6: see if I can do it what I zipping myself up.
- 58:02Speaker 1: But this is what I don't understand. Here's what I
- 58:04Speaker 1: don't this is. This is unclear to me.
- 58:06Speaker 6: You don't know this man. It's your first time seeing
- 58:09Speaker 6: this man. How the hell this man got your number?
- 58:14Speaker 6: Where he gets your number from?
- 58:17Speaker 3: He?
- 58:17Speaker 1: Now I can call you back and say, let's take
- 58:21Speaker 1: it to the next level.
- 58:22Speaker 6: Now, I'm gonna say this, though you want to do
- 58:25Speaker 6: this man, if for some reason I want you to
- 58:28Speaker 6: do him too, I do because I know how that
- 58:31Speaker 6: feel when you want to do somebody.
- 58:33Speaker 1: I do, I do.
- 58:34Speaker 6: You know what I've been mad twenty three deals. I
- 58:36Speaker 6: can't do it no more. So I know what it
- 58:37Speaker 6: feels like when you want to do somebody, and I
- 58:39Speaker 6: know you want to do it, and I want you
- 58:41Speaker 6: to do it too, I do. So listen, here's what
- 58:43Speaker 6: you got to do. Fall for the trick. It's a prank.
- 58:46Speaker 6: They done pranked you and they got you good. Now
- 58:49Speaker 6: you got the number. Now that you're over there twiddling
- 58:51Speaker 6: your thumb, biting your nail, Who I want to do it?
- 58:53Speaker 6: Who I want to be? Gone over there and do it?
- 58:56Speaker 6: Your husband look like he don't give a damn. And
- 58:59Speaker 6: y'all in some other different kind of y'all got a
- 59:01Speaker 6: different kind of lay out with your relationship. And it's fine,
- 59:03Speaker 6: every dentner. Your husband is into some swinging, and he
- 59:06Speaker 6: ain't told you about that yet. He'll get to that, lady.
- 59:08Speaker 6: You gonna find that out a little later. But right
- 59:10Speaker 6: now is the time if you're gonna get what you want.
- 59:13Speaker 6: Nine is the time to get it? Is it the
- 59:15Speaker 6: time to get what you want? And you want this man,
- 59:18Speaker 6: And it's that tongue, that tongue that ran down your back,
- 59:21Speaker 6: and you can't get your mind off of that.
- 59:22Speaker 1: And I understand that.
- 59:24Speaker 6: I understand that because if you wouldn't have fell out,
- 59:26Speaker 6: if you wouldn't have been drinking too much damn money,
- 59:28Speaker 6: you probably would have had a good air time. But
- 59:30Speaker 6: you fell out right when the tongue hits your back.
- 59:32Speaker 6: And see when your tongue hits your back, it was
- 59:34Speaker 6: going down. He was on its way somewhere. You fell
- 59:38Speaker 6: out before he got there. But what you got to
- 59:40Speaker 6: do is drink your ass and water before you get
- 59:43Speaker 6: with this man the next time.
- 59:44Speaker 1: But what you can't be doing is being drunk and
- 59:47Speaker 1: in joining missing out on the whole shebang. I want
- 59:51Speaker 1: you to do this man.
- 59:52Speaker 4: Too, yes, sir, Now, Tommy. The only thing is when
- 59:55Speaker 4: you zip the zipper down with your tongue the first
- 59:57Speaker 4: time you do it, you're gonna get a zipper cut
- 59:59Speaker 4: on the top.
- 1:00:00Speaker 12: All right, hang on, we're gonna have part two of
- 1:00:05Speaker 12: this letter coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:07Speaker 12: We're gonna hear from Junior on this letter as well.
- 1:00:10Speaker 12: The subject is he makes me hot in more ways
- 1:00:12Speaker 12: than one.
- 1:00:13Speaker 11: Right after this, you're listening.
- 1:00:16Speaker 12: Morning show all right here, we go, We're gonna recap
- 1:00:19Speaker 12: today's strawberry letter. The subject is he gets me hot
- 1:00:22Speaker 12: in more ways than one. A woman wrote this letter.
- 1:00:24Speaker 12: She said she came home after a party late at
- 1:00:26Speaker 12: night with her sister. She walked in on a man
- 1:00:29Speaker 12: who was having a drink in her living room. She
- 1:00:32Speaker 12: was tipsy, so was her sister, but they could see
- 1:00:35Speaker 12: that this strange man in the living room was fine.
- 1:00:39Speaker 12: Her husband was passed out on the sofa, and so
- 1:00:42Speaker 12: she got another drink and her sister her another drink.
- 1:00:45Speaker 12: She went upstairs to change her clothes, but she couldn't
- 1:00:49Speaker 12: kill her zipper down. She yelled for her sister to
- 1:00:52Speaker 12: come and help her, but the strange man came instead
- 1:00:55Speaker 12: and pulled her zipper down with his tongue. Okay, picture that, yeah,
- 1:01:03Speaker 12: Visualize that his tongue followed all down her back. So
- 1:01:10Speaker 12: she said she fell face down on the bed and
- 1:01:12Speaker 12: whatever happened happened. The next thing she remembers is that
- 1:01:15Speaker 12: her sister and her husband woke her up, and she
- 1:01:19Speaker 12: begged her husband.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: Not to be mad.
- 1:01:21Speaker 12: He said he wasn't mad. He and the strange man
- 1:01:23Speaker 12: went downstairs and had another drink, and the sister said
- 1:01:27Speaker 12: that she was set up, so the husband said he
- 1:01:31Speaker 12: wasn't mad though, it's all good. The guy went to
- 1:01:33Speaker 12: the living room. They were talking. She was walking on
- 1:01:36Speaker 12: eggshells about a week. Then her husband finally told her
- 1:01:39Speaker 12: she didn't have sex with the guy. They were laughing,
- 1:01:42Speaker 12: but the guy did get her phone number and he's
- 1:01:44Speaker 12: been calling her. He wants to finish what he started.
- 1:01:47Speaker 12: She wants to too, but she's just afraid, and she's
- 1:01:50Speaker 12: asking is this whole thing is set up? Or should
- 1:01:52Speaker 12: she have sex with them?
- 1:01:53Speaker 9: Junior, I don't see where y'all get this. This is
- 1:01:58Speaker 9: the wrong title for this me hot in most ways
- 1:02:01Speaker 9: it was. It wasn't a lot of hot, but just
- 1:02:03Speaker 9: some tongue licking on the zipper down. That's about the
- 1:02:05Speaker 9: only het I've heard. The part this need to be
- 1:02:08Speaker 9: called is uh, my husband really is crazy. See if
- 1:02:13Speaker 9: you lay up in the bed and he wake you
- 1:02:15Speaker 9: up with another man in and he say, I'm not mad, girl,
- 1:02:19Speaker 9: you know I ain't man. We finla go down and
- 1:02:21Speaker 9: have a drink. This is crazy because you see, you
- 1:02:24Speaker 9: need to stop having drinks. That's what you need to
- 1:02:25Speaker 9: stop doing. See, because every time you have drinks, you
- 1:02:29Speaker 9: get zipple licked on your back and all this stuff
- 1:02:31Speaker 9: like this. But see, this is what you need to do.
- 1:02:33Speaker 9: Stop drinking, first of all, because death coming. It's yellow
- 1:02:36Speaker 9: tape coming, it's office is coming. Because you keep asking
- 1:02:39Speaker 9: phone calls with this man. A lot of stuff in
- 1:02:41Speaker 9: the heppen. I've seen it in the movie every time.
- 1:02:43Speaker 9: Somebody get that Jason where there's Freddy Krueger. It was
- 1:02:46Speaker 9: drinks involved to keep.
- 1:02:47Speaker 10: The sun rises, gin and tonics And next thing you know,
- 1:02:51Speaker 10: did y'all hear that?
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: Uh?
- 1:02:53Speaker 10: Next thing everybody did.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: That's what you're on your way to.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: You don't even know.
- 1:02:58Speaker 9: You feel die. Your sister fanna help you because your
- 1:03:00Speaker 9: husband is working with your sister. They caught you in
- 1:03:02Speaker 9: the bed and this is what you get. Please don't
- 1:03:04Speaker 9: be mad. You need another story.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: How I get here?
- 1:03:10Speaker 10: Did you carry me in here?
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Sir?
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: You strange man?
- 1:03:14Speaker 10: That's his name. We don't know his name.
- 1:03:16Speaker 9: His name is strange man. The whole letter, all this
- 1:03:19Speaker 9: you doing drinking with him, you never got a name.
- 1:03:23Speaker 9: So all night long, he's just strange man. And now
- 1:03:25Speaker 9: all of a sudden, his tongue going down your back
- 1:03:28Speaker 9: as the zipper went down. That's all a hot We
- 1:03:30Speaker 9: got be cause your husband woke you up the next
- 1:03:32Speaker 9: morning with the strange man next to.
- 1:03:34Speaker 10: You and said, nah, I ain't mad. Come on, let's
- 1:03:40Speaker 10: go downstairs have breakfast. Now, you going with all the
- 1:03:42Speaker 10: knives at you.
- 1:03:43Speaker 9: Gonna eat breakfast with all the knie. Everything that can
- 1:03:46Speaker 9: kill you is down there in the kitchen. You just
- 1:03:48Speaker 9: voluntary went because you scared. There's a blender down there, ma'am.
- 1:03:51Speaker 9: There's a butcher knife, ma'am. There's a state knife, ma'am.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: The man is setting you up.
- 1:03:56Speaker 10: Okay. Now keep us around with the strange man and
- 1:03:58Speaker 10: see what happened you have.
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: Okay, Now, let me just give you this piece of information.
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: There's a lot of focus on this zipper licking. Yeah,
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: let me explain to you how it's done. When you're
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: in the back and you're unzipping the dress, you unzip
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: it with your finger. Okay, as it opens, you put
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: your tongue in the zipper, open it and go down
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: and go down. That makes some think you unzipping it
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: with your mouth, but it's actually your finger, got it. Now,
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: en me warn you young brothers, the first time you
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: do this, you are going to cut your tongue. You
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: can go too fast. You're just gonna be in a
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: hurry and you're gonna go too fast and you're gonna
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: catch up to the zipper before it's down and your
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: tongue on slide cross it. Now, you got to maintain
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: your cool when this happened, or you'll blow the mood.
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: What you can't do is be back there and go
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: you can't get it.
- 1:04:58Speaker 11: Yeah, I want to do that.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: So what you gotta do is this is how you
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: gotta do it. When you cut your tongue, do what
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: you gotta do. You got to do that sounds like pleasure,
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: but it's really how you handle pain. It's two ways
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: to handle pain, pleasure or painfully. Try to practice a
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: pleasure points of pain.
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: That's how you.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Unzipped the thing.

- 1:10:04Speaker 12: I know a girl that works there, and she called

- 1:10:09Speaker 12: hair while we were in the store. She said, it's
- 1:10:11Speaker 12: on the cameras and she sent me a picture. I
- 1:10:14Speaker 12: made my coworker return the hair and they didn't press

- 1:10:21Speaker 3: Now.

- 1:10:37Speaker 4: So now you're gonna get the same charge as they

- 1:11:20Speaker 11: This is from Bridget and Knoxville.
- 1:11:21Speaker 12: Bridget said, if my husband is home, his phone is
- 1:11:25Speaker 12: always in his pocket or clipped to his pants. It
- 1:11:28Speaker 12: slipped out of his pocket last night and fell down
- 1:11:30Speaker 12: into the couch cushions, so I hid it from him.
- 1:11:34Speaker 12: Within five minutes, he had broken out in a sweat
- 1:11:36Speaker 12: and was looking for it. I finally gave it to
- 1:11:39Speaker 12: him after about seven minutes, and he was mad.
- 1:11:43Speaker 11: He is still mad today and I can't understand why.
- 1:11:46Speaker 11: What's so sacred about his darn phone?
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: Pause? Look, you know you got the weather on that phone.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: How you going outside?
- 1:11:57Speaker 6: You know?
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: And here he got his compass on that phone. You
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: ain't go outside and don't know where north southeast and
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: west at. You got to know these things in here?
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: You know, you got your safe keep on there, all
- 1:12:08Speaker 4: your past CODs is on there. You can't remember all
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: these past codes all these things like that. It's just
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: stuff on that phone. Man, you need ain't no where
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: in the world how he gonna listen to podcasts. And
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: you got his phone and he got to get that
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: on the podcast on there, man, and then his settings,
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: his settings, and then he got to cut his phone
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: on every day. So now you have messed that up.
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: He ain't got his settings. You know, bank camp is
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: on there and everything. He tried to take care of
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: his family on his bank camp. That's why he upset.
- 1:12:40Speaker 11: She gave it back to him after only seven minutes.
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: Not knowing the weather, know what direction he was going,
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: and that's seven minutes he'd have missed his favorite podcast.
- 1:12:56Speaker 11: He can get it back. It's a podcast. He can
- 1:12:58Speaker 11: definitely get it back.
- 1:13:01Speaker 12: But he's still mad today and she doesn't understand why
- 1:13:05Speaker 12: that's crazy.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Well, he overdoing that right there.

- 1:14:06Speaker 4: phone is ruined from what he said, I dropped it
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: in the water. What you said, sir, the last time

- 1:19:41Speaker 2: Would you rather?
- 1:19:41Speaker 11: Guys?
- 1:19:42Speaker 6: Thank you?
- 1:19:42Speaker 11: Coming up next, we'll close out the show. What's the
- 1:19:46Speaker 11: Funniest The one and only Steve Harvey? Right after this,
- 1:19:51Speaker 11: you're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, here we
- 1:19:55Speaker 11: are last break of the day. It's been a good day.
- 1:19:57Speaker 11: We've had fun today. On the smile, all right, Steve, let.
- 1:20:03Speaker 4: Me give you some closing remarks. This is what I
- 1:20:05Speaker 4: think I touched on this the other day. But I
- 1:20:07Speaker 4: want to elaborate on it a little bit more. You know,
- 1:20:12Speaker 4: there are a lot of components to becoming successful, a
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: lot of things that you need to do. But there
- 1:20:19Speaker 4: are some very very important elements that are controlled by
- 1:20:23Speaker 4: you that you, as the person who's seeking happiness or success,
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: can immediately start making applicable in your life. I don't
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: have them in any particular order, but let me just
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: give you just a few. You have to have a
- 1:20:42Speaker 4: dream or vision. That's imperative. That's the absolute one critical
- 1:20:49Speaker 4: piece to making your dreams come true is you must
- 1:20:53Speaker 4: first have them. Hard to make a dream come true,
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: you don't have a dream. The Bible says a man
- 1:20:59Speaker 4: without a dream vision shall perish. So the most important
- 1:21:03Speaker 4: thing is to put the element of hope out there
- 1:21:06Speaker 4: in front of you that there is a possibility that
- 1:21:09Speaker 4: this dream could come true. So you have to have
- 1:21:12Speaker 4: dreams and visions. Secondly, and like I said, in no
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: particular order, you got to have faith. You have got
- 1:21:21Speaker 4: to create faith on two levels. Faith in God and
- 1:21:27Speaker 4: faith is the belief in things that you cannot see.
- 1:21:31Speaker 4: And to have that life, you got to continue believing
- 1:21:34Speaker 4: in something that a lot of times you ain't gonna
- 1:21:37Speaker 4: be able to see.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: And ain't that the way God is?
- 1:21:41Speaker 4: You believe in a God that you cannot see, but
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: the evidence of him being there is constant. All you
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: got to do is look around. Then you need work ethic.
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: You've got to be a hard worker. You cannot be lazy,
- 1:22:01Speaker 4: and you've got to practice working hard in every aspect
- 1:22:04Speaker 4: of your life, because I'm telling you, man, if you're
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: a lazy person in a certain aspect of your life,
- 1:22:10Speaker 4: it has a tendency to bleed over into everything else.
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: Because if you ain't got no problem twiddling your thumbs,
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: that's gonna be a time when it's required for you
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: to do something that you're gonna stop and do just that,
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: twiddle your thumbs. You have got to rid yourself for procrastination.
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: Procrastination kills people putting it off, waiting on everything to
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: be lined up. I'm gonna do this, you know. Once
- 1:22:37Speaker 4: I get this lined up, I'm gonna do it then,
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: or as soon as I get confirmation about this, I'm
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: gonna do it.
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: Then. I'm gonna research this a little bit more. Stop procrastinate,
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: do it now. Stop.
- 1:22:48Speaker 4: Do everything you can do today that's possible to be done.
- 1:22:52Speaker 4: Because I'm telling you something. When you wake up tomorrow,
- 1:22:56Speaker 4: it's gonna be a new list in front of you.
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: Very rarely do you get to complete all your task
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: of the day before. I usually run out a day
- 1:23:05Speaker 4: before it's all done, and something remains pending the next day.
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: Now I've given you some things, and I probably left
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: a few things off. But now let me give you
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: the one that people don't understand the real importance of
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: this one. But this one is probably more critical because even.
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: Even if you do the things I told you to do,
- 1:23:33Speaker 6: if you're missing this element I'm about to give you,
- 1:23:35Speaker 6: you will fail.
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: The element is disciplined.
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: You have got to be disciplined, because I'm telling you, man,
- 1:23:47Speaker 4: Sometimes the dream and the vision gets a little blurry
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: because you've had to wait longer than you want it
- 1:23:55Speaker 4: to wait. It seems delayed. Sometimes you faith it gets
- 1:24:02Speaker 4: it wavers a little bit. You just I don't see it, man,
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: it just don't look like it's coming. Sometimes you work ethic,
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: you just get tired and sometimes you just need a break.
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: Sometimes you just gotta stop. You can't beat a dead horse.
- 1:24:19Speaker 4: You gotta just sometimes you gotta stop. So so all
- 1:24:23Speaker 4: of that can falter. But the one thing discipline can
- 1:24:28Speaker 4: never falter.
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: You just can't.
- 1:24:31Speaker 6: Man.
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: Discipline is doing the things you have to do even
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: when you don't want to. That's all discipline is. And
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: you've got to do it over and over and over.
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: And let me give you the best recipe I've ever
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: come up with about discipline. It may work for you,
- 1:24:50Speaker 4: you may need another way. But I wake up every
- 1:24:53Speaker 4: day and I kid you not, and you know what
- 1:24:56Speaker 4: I say out loud, I'm a disciplined person. I am
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: a disciplined person. Because you know, it's a true statement
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: that a man is as he thinketh that you can
- 1:25:09Speaker 4: manifest yourself into the life of your dreams, but you
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: got to speak it into existence. I am a disciplined person.
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: So therefore, guess what I am a disciplined person. Now,
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: all of these principles I've given you are something that
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: all of you can do yourself. It's up to you
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: to develop the mindset. It's not look man, None of
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: this stuff I told you faith, work, ethic, visions, dreams, hopes,
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: none of this requires anything from anybody else except you.
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: You have to make up in your mind that this
- 1:25:50Speaker 4: is the person you are starting today and if you
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: ask God's help in becoming this person that you just
- 1:25:59Speaker 4: stated today, He'll help you. And once you get God's help,
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: you don't need nobody else. Those are my clothing remarks
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: that will serve you well today. Y'all, be a disciplined person.
- 1:26:14Speaker 4: Get on the path. Stop procrastinating. Start now, Oh man,
