- 0:01Speaker 1: So Tucker Carlson's a pretty interesting person to say the least.
- 0:05Speaker 2: He's a guy that has been brilliant in his past.
- 0:08Speaker 1: But now you have to ask yourself this question, what
- 0:12Speaker 1: the hell is wrong and what's going on with Tucker Carlson.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Now you may say, Ben, why are you saying this? Right?
- 0:18Speaker 1: We shouldn't be saying this out loud about her own.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson had two really shocking things to say on
- 0:25Speaker 1: his show this past week. Tucker said this, and I'm quoting,
- 0:29Speaker 1: let me just say, I would be totally comfortable sharing
- 0:32Speaker 1: condolences with the Osama Bin Lauden family. This is the
- 0:39Speaker 1: man that attacked America and killed Americans on nine to eleven.
- 0:44Speaker 1: And Tucker Carlson is now saying, I'd be totally comfortable
- 0:47Speaker 1: sharing condolences with zamb Bin Lawden's family. And I'm going
- 0:50Speaker 1: to play the clip for you in a moment. But
- 0:52Speaker 1: that wasn't all that he said. There was another even
- 0:55Speaker 1: more shocking moment where you have to say, what is
- 0:59Speaker 1: happening here? Tucker Carlson said, and I quote, I'm not
- 1:03Speaker 1: even sure Hamas is actually a radical jeehatis organization. It
- 1:09Speaker 1: seems more like a political organization. By the way, Hamas
- 1:13Speaker 1: disagrees with Tucker Carlson. Hamas is a radical Jihadis organization.
- 1:17Speaker 1: They prove it over and over and over again. Now,
- 1:23Speaker 1: this conversation I'm having with you now is also a
- 1:26Speaker 1: conversation that I sit down with Center Ted Cruz in
- 1:29Speaker 1: head and I want you to hear what Senata Cruz
- 1:33Speaker 1: and I had to say, especially in light of that
- 1:36Speaker 1: really nasty interview that Tuger Carlson did with Cinta Cruz
- 1:41Speaker 1: in his office.
- 1:43Speaker 2: It was a snarky interview.
- 1:45Speaker 1: It was one that a lot of people were scratching
- 1:46Speaker 1: their heads about afterwards, going what's going on?
- 1:49Speaker 2: What is this about? Why is this happening?
- 1:52Speaker 1: Why is he going after Ted Cruz with more intensity
- 1:57Speaker 1: somebody that we're on the same team than he did
- 2:00Speaker 1: with Vladimir Putin for example. Yes, that actually happened. Vladimir
- 2:04Speaker 1: Putin he went easy on but conservatives, now he's attacking.
- 2:09Speaker 1: That's not normal. I want you to listen to our
- 2:12Speaker 1: conversation that we had about these two comments, and I'm
- 2:15Speaker 1: going to play them for you here.
- 2:17Speaker 2: They are all right, Senatra.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I want to move to another issue, and this one
- 2:21Speaker 1: deals with Tucker Carlson. I was actually genuinely shocked by
- 2:26Speaker 1: the audio when this broke. I really couldn't believe what
- 2:30Speaker 1: I was witnessing when this audio broke. Tucker Carlson is
- 2:33Speaker 1: now coming out and he's like saying he wants to
- 2:37Speaker 1: give condolences to Asamin Lauden's family, and he says he's
- 2:41Speaker 1: not even sure the Hamas is actually a radical Jihadis organization.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Those are his words. What in the hell is going
- 2:47Speaker 2: on here?
- 2:49Speaker 3: Yeah, Ben, you and I both know Tucker Carlson well,
- 2:52Speaker 3: and something is wrong with Tucker Carlson. I don't know
- 2:56Speaker 3: what the hell is wrong with him, But look, Tucker
- 2:59Speaker 3: is someone He's very smart, He's very talented. During the
- 3:03Speaker 3: COVID lockdowns, Tucker's monologue every night was destination TV. He
- 3:09Speaker 3: was unloading on idiotic practices that were shutting our country down.
- 3:14Speaker 3: I called him the midst of COVID. I said, Tucker,
- 3:16Speaker 3: you're the single best thing on television every single night.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Thank you for doing what you're doing. I look at
- 3:21Speaker 3: the Tucker today, he is unrecognizable. As listeners of this
- 3:25Speaker 3: podcast know. I went on Tucker's show, I knew Tucker
- 3:28Speaker 3: was going to come after me. I knew he was
- 3:30Speaker 3: going to come after me and sadly do so dishonestly.
- 3:34Speaker 3: In the course of that two hour back and forth,
- 3:37Speaker 3: it was a lot of firefight. It was a bloodbath.
- 3:40Speaker 3: I think on both sides. You saw Tucker engage in
- 3:45Speaker 3: bizarre counterfactual assertions. He said, for example, Iran's not trying
- 3:50Speaker 3: to kill the president. What do you mean, no, no, no, no, no, Iran,
- 3:52Speaker 3: There's no evidence Iran's trying to kill the president. That is,
- 3:55Speaker 3: of course absurd. Multiple people have been indicted for being
- 4:00Speaker 3: Iranian agents, trying to kill the president, trying to kill
- 4:02Speaker 3: former US senior officials. But but and and Tucker bizarrely said,
- 4:07Speaker 3: you know, if Iran was trying to kill the president,
- 4:09Speaker 3: well then we should nuke them, which which was a
- 4:12Speaker 3: really bizarre proposition. No, we should not be nuking Iran
- 4:16Speaker 3: or anyone else. But I got to say, the week
- 4:21Speaker 3: that that I did the Tucker interview was the week
- 4:23Speaker 3: right before the President launched the bombing attack on Iran's
- 4:27Speaker 3: nuclear facilities. And and Tucker was was spiraling at the
- 4:31Speaker 3: time because he was attacking Donald Trump and saying, if
- 4:35Speaker 3: the United States bombs Iran, he said it will be
- 4:39Speaker 3: World War three. Number one. Yeah, he said thousands of
- 4:43Speaker 3: Americans will die. Number two, and he said America will lose.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Number three, that Iran will beat us in World War three. Yes,
- 4:53Speaker 3: every one of.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Those actually said. At the time, it was shocking when
- 4:56Speaker 1: he said. Everybody was like, what are you talking about?
- 4:57Speaker 1: America is going to lose to Iran? Are you kidding me?
- 5:00Speaker 3: Every one of those predictions we now know the truth.
- 5:02Speaker 3: They were laughingly, entirely totally false. And I got to say,
- 5:07Speaker 3: for some reason, when Tucker tried desperately to convince President
- 5:12Speaker 3: Trump not to bomb Iran's nuclear facilities and Donald Trump
- 5:16Speaker 3: disagreed with Tucker Carlson, and Tucker put out his newsletter
- 5:20Speaker 3: and said, well, you're not America first if you bomb Iran,
- 5:23Speaker 3: and Trump responded, no, I'm the one that decides what
- 5:26Speaker 3: America First is, and I'm telling you right now, defending
- 5:30Speaker 3: America is America first. I gotta say it just started
- 5:35Speaker 3: Tucker on this downward spiral. So in the weeks and
- 5:40Speaker 3: months since then, he had some loon professor on talking
- 5:44Speaker 3: about Hitler and saying, you know, there's a very good
- 5:47Speaker 3: argument the United States should have intervened in World War
- 5:50Speaker 3: II on the side of Hitler and the Nazis, and
- 5:53Speaker 3: Tucker kind of nods, No, there is not a good
- 5:58Speaker 3: argument America should have forwarded the Nazis. The Nazis were evil,
- 6:02Speaker 3: period the end. I gotta say, any commentator, if you're
- 6:06Speaker 3: sitting around thinking, you know what I need to do.
- 6:08Speaker 3: I need to go out and embrace Adolf Hitler, defend Hitler.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Just pause right there.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Think about what you're doing.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Right.
- 6:16Speaker 3: There are very few ironclad rules in politics, or history
- 6:21Speaker 3: or life, but I'll give you one. Eight off Hitler always, always,
- 6:25Speaker 3: always bad. Just trust me. This is a safe ground
- 6:29Speaker 3: to be on. Hitler bad.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Can we add number two to the list real quick?
- 6:34Speaker 2: Because if you.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Go Hitler first, let's throw in there next for especially
- 6:38Speaker 1: for people that are I don't know, forty five and under.
- 6:41Speaker 1: The most evil guy that we probably saw in our
- 6:43Speaker 1: lifetime in real life, and that was a guy by
- 6:46Speaker 1: the name of Osama bin Lauden, right, I guess throw
- 6:48Speaker 1: him out there in nine to eleven if you were alive,
- 6:51Speaker 1: if you remember it, Osama bin lades another one, don't
- 6:54Speaker 1: don't side with adof Hitler. And if you were my age,
- 6:57Speaker 1: I'm forty four now, don't whatever you do, don't side
- 6:59Speaker 1: with a Sama bin Laden, which brings us to this
- 7:02Speaker 1: unhinged Tucker point number two.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, I just want you to listen to what
- 7:07Speaker 3: Tucker had to say about Osama bin Laden. Give a listen.
- 7:11Speaker 5: Let me just say I would be totally comfortable sharing
- 7:14Speaker 5: condolences with Isama bin Laden's family. I hate Asama bin Laden.
- 7:18Speaker 5: On the other hand, if somebody dies, it's okay to
- 7:23Speaker 5: say I'm sorry to his family that he has murder.
- 7:25Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying. Yeah, that's immaterial. I would say
- 7:29Speaker 5: that to the family of an executed murderer in a prison.
- 7:33Speaker 5: It doesn't mean I support the murder or the murderer,
- 7:35Speaker 5: but this is family, Like, that's okay. That's called like
- 7:38Speaker 5: human decency. And anyone who's against that. Yeah, and even
- 7:43Speaker 5: were set up this.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Let me just be clear, if I meet any of
- 7:48Speaker 1: the Osama bin Laden family members center, I'm not going
- 7:50Speaker 1: to walk up back. Let me give you American hug,
- 7:52Speaker 1: real quick thoughts and prayers like, No, that's not gonna happen.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Look, this is a bizarre position that Tucker says he's
- 8:02Speaker 3: okay with giving condolences to Osama bin Ladden's family. By
- 8:05Speaker 3: the way, on his same reasoning, he'd be just fine
- 8:07Speaker 3: giving condolences to Adolf Hitler's family. Let me tell you
- 8:10Speaker 3: right now, I am not remotely sorry that Osama bin
- 8:13Speaker 3: Lauden is dead. I'm not remotely sorry that Adolf Hitler
- 8:16Speaker 3: is dead. By the way, I'm not remotely sorry that
- 8:18Speaker 3: Jeffrey Dahmer is dead. I'm not remotely sorry that Ted
- 8:21Speaker 3: Bundy is dead. I'm not remotely sorry that Charles Manson
- 8:24Speaker 3: is dead. If people are evil, psychotic mass murderers, then
- 8:29Speaker 3: society celebrates that they are no longer with us. There
- 8:33Speaker 3: is justice. I believe in the principle of justice and understand.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Osama bin Laden led out Kaita. He planned nine to eleven.
- 8:41Speaker 3: He executed nine to eleven, in which case nearly three
- 8:45Speaker 3: thousand people, most of whom were Americans, were murdered. On
- 8:48Speaker 3: September eleventh, You and I were both alive. I was
- 8:51Speaker 3: in Washington, d C. Heidi was in the White House
- 8:54Speaker 3: at the US Trade Representative's office. On nine to eleven.
- 8:58Speaker 3: She evacuated the White House because those terrorists were murdering people.
- 9:02Speaker 3: I lost a friend of mine, Barbara Olsen in the
- 9:05Speaker 3: plane that crashed into the Pentagon when the two towers
- 9:09Speaker 3: collapsed to New York City, that was a grotesque act
- 9:13Speaker 3: of war. By the way, I'm also not sorry that
- 9:16Speaker 3: the kamikaze pilots in Pearl Harbor who murdered American sailors,
- 9:21Speaker 3: I'm not sorry that they're dead. There is something bizarre.
- 9:26Speaker 3: There is a moral relativism to saying, well, we should
- 9:30Speaker 3: number one carry out an incredible military act that takes
- 9:33Speaker 3: out Wasama bin Laden, But then number two express condolences
- 9:36Speaker 3: to the family, to the toddlers, We're so sorry we
- 9:39Speaker 3: took out your psychotic daddy who murdered near the three
- 9:44Speaker 3: thousand Americans know we're not sorry. And this moral relativism,
- 9:51Speaker 3: I gotta say it is a weird thing. Yeah, when
- 9:56Speaker 3: someone who considers himself calls himself a conservative sounds exactly
- 10:01Speaker 3: like Ilhan Omar. It is a weird thing when a
- 10:04Speaker 3: supposed conservative sounds like Rashida Talib, sounds like the AOC
- 10:09Speaker 3: and says, gosh, we ought to be saying I'm sorry
- 10:11Speaker 3: to Osama bin Laden's family. No, we should not.
- 10:16Speaker 1: It's also weird that he goes in this way like
- 10:19Speaker 1: attacking America in our foreign policy in essence, and anybody
- 10:23Speaker 1: that doesn't feel sorry for Terras, while also giving propaganda
- 10:27Speaker 1: out there on behalf of Vladimir Putin and Russia with
- 10:29Speaker 1: the interview that he did with him, and then going
- 10:31Speaker 1: shopping at the grocery store saying how great life is
- 10:34Speaker 1: in Russia, which if you go twenty miles outside of
- 10:36Speaker 1: Russia in any direction of Moscow, it's very different than
- 10:39Speaker 1: what it looks like for the elite that are in Moscow.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And everything in his trip was, by the way, also controlled.
- 10:45Speaker 1: They only let you see what they want you to see.
- 10:47Speaker 1: It's not like he can roam freely and decide, hey,
- 10:49Speaker 1: I don't want to go to the groth shore.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You send me too.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I want to go to another one that ain't gonna happen.
- 10:53Speaker 1: And then you go from this to what he had
- 10:57Speaker 1: to say about a terrorist organization that is killed countless Jews,
- 11:01Speaker 1: and it said from the river to the sea, they
- 11:03Speaker 1: want to take out and annihilate all all Jews in Israel.
- 11:07Speaker 1: They want Israel to cease to exist. And he's like, well,
- 11:10Speaker 1: hold on a second, maybe they're not a terrorist organization.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Maybe they're just a political organization. We should think about that.
- 11:17Speaker 1: It's like, what the hell's going on?
- 11:19Speaker 3: Yeah, give a listen to what he said about hamasbus
- 11:22Speaker 3: because this is utterly bizarre. This is where Tucker has
- 11:26Speaker 3: gone full on woke leftist and don't take my word
- 11:30Speaker 3: for it. Listen to Tucker.
- 11:33Speaker 5: No one can plausibly claim that a Christian family are
- 11:36Speaker 5: in Hamas. Okay, so like, what tell me you can't
- 11:40Speaker 5: claim it there in Hamas? Will simultaneously claiming that Hamas
- 11:43Speaker 5: is a you know, grubugie hattis their Islamic extremists, which
- 11:48Speaker 5: they also claim constantly, which I don't know if that's true,
- 11:51Speaker 5: by the way, it seems more like a political organization.
- 11:53Speaker 5: But whatever it is, they're telling us constantly they're al Qaida,
- 11:56Speaker 5: So it can't also be true that Christians are a member.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Of al Qaida.
- 11:59Speaker 5: Sorry, yeah, yeah, So then we know they're not a Hamas.
- 12:02Speaker 5: So why did they get killed? Why was their church book?
- 12:06Speaker 1: I go back to this, and I again, it's like
- 12:08Speaker 1: he's become an apologist for a terrorist organization and he's saying, well,
- 12:11Speaker 1: they're not really a terrorist organization, and then the Christian
- 12:14Speaker 1: aspect of this intertwarting that they're going, well, then why
- 12:17Speaker 1: do we kill them? We kill people that are terrorist centered,
- 12:20Speaker 1: that's what we do.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Well, what he's saying there is bizarre. I don't know
- 12:24Speaker 3: that Hamas is a terrorist organization. Let me be very clear,
- 12:27Speaker 3: Hamas is a terrorist organizations.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Tell you that, am I wrong? Like they'll actually tell
- 12:32Speaker 1: you they're a terrorist organization. They're happy to tell you
- 12:34Speaker 1: this and show you how good they are at it.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Al Qaeda is a terrorist organization. ISIS is a terrorist organization.
- 12:41Speaker 3: This is not just a question of opinion. This is
- 12:43Speaker 3: a question of facts. So let's give some fact. Article
- 12:47Speaker 3: eight of the nineteen eighty eight Hamas Covenant states quote
- 12:51Speaker 3: Jahad is its path, and death for the sake of
- 12:55Speaker 3: Allah is the loftiest of his wishes. This is who
- 12:59Speaker 3: Tucker Pearlson is defending. Globally, HAMAS is designated a terrorist
- 13:03Speaker 3: organization by the United States of America, that as a
- 13:07Speaker 3: matter of federal law, by Australia, by Canada, by Paraguay,
- 13:10Speaker 3: by Israel, by Japan, by New Zealand, by the United Kingdom.
- 13:13Speaker 3: In the European Union. Now, HAMAS is not formally designated
- 13:18Speaker 3: by Arab countries, but HAMAS is a branch of the
- 13:21Speaker 3: Muslim Brotherhood. By the way, I have legislation in the
- 13:24Speaker 3: Senate right now to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a
- 13:26Speaker 3: terrorist organization because they unquestionably are. Article two of Hamasa's
- 13:32Speaker 3: charter describes them as quote one of the wings of
- 13:35Speaker 3: the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine, the Muslim Brotherhood, the Umbrella
- 13:39Speaker 3: organization is designated as a terrorist organization in Bahrain, in
- 13:44Speaker 3: Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and in the UAE. They have
- 13:48Speaker 3: always been a terrorist organization if you just look at Wikipedia.
- 13:53Speaker 3: No no friend of Israel, no enemy of Hamas. Here's
- 13:56Speaker 3: what Wikipedia says. Quote from two thousand and two thousand
- 14:00Speaker 3: and four, Hamas was responsible for killing nearly four hundred
- 14:03Speaker 3: Israelis and wounding more than two thousand and four hundred
- 14:07Speaker 3: and twenty five attacks. According to the Israeli Ministry of
- 14:10Speaker 3: Foreign Affairs, from two thousand and one through May of
- 14:13Speaker 3: two thousand and eight, Hamas launched more than three thousand
- 14:17Speaker 3: cassam rockets and two five hundred mortar attacks into Israel.
- 14:24Speaker 3: And of course, Hamas is who carried out the October
- 14:28Speaker 3: seventh attacks, who sent death squads into Israel, where they
- 14:33Speaker 3: systematically went house to house, murdering every person in the house,
- 14:37Speaker 3: targeting them because they are Jews. They murdered elderly people,
- 14:41Speaker 3: they murdered women, they murdered children, they murdered infants, they
- 14:44Speaker 3: murdered toddlers, They raped women and little girls, and they
- 14:50Speaker 3: murdered over twelve hundred Israelis, many of whom were Americans.
- 14:54Speaker 3: It's one of the worst terror attacks in history against
- 14:58Speaker 3: American citizens. And Tucker says, well, I think they're a
- 15:03Speaker 3: political organization. He bases this on the weird fact. Yes,
- 15:06Speaker 3: it is true that in the Gaza Strip when they
- 15:09Speaker 3: had elections, Hamas won. The fact that the voters elected
- 15:13Speaker 3: a Torque terrorist organization does not make them a political organization.
- 15:17Speaker 3: They were in elected office when they carried out the
- 15:21Speaker 3: October seventh terror attacks. And so I got to say, look,
- 15:27Speaker 3: this bizarre statement wasn't in the course of an episode
- 15:31Speaker 3: where Tucker was interviewing this disgruntled State Department employee who
- 15:35Speaker 3: was fired fired by the Trump administration, and he was
- 15:40Speaker 3: giving him an opportunity. And by the way, he was
- 15:42Speaker 3: also slandering a young man who works for the State Department,
- 15:47Speaker 3: works for Mike Huckabee, the president Trump's ambassador to Israel
- 15:52Speaker 3: works for Marco Rubio, and Tucker did an entire segment
- 15:56Speaker 3: attacking this young man because he's Mark Levin's step son.
- 16:04Speaker 3: I gotta say it is grotesque for Tucker to go
- 16:07Speaker 3: after again. He hates Mark Levin.
- 16:09Speaker 1: He does, and let's explain why real quick, because I'm look,
- 16:12Speaker 1: Mark's a dear friend of mine in yours as well.
- 16:15Speaker 1: This is a relative, Mark Levin. Mark Levin is clearly
- 16:18Speaker 1: an advocate for Israel.
- 16:20Speaker 2: He has stood and for America, let's be clear, and
- 16:22Speaker 2: for America America.
- 16:24Speaker 1: And so now since Tucker Carlson, I guess is like,
- 16:28Speaker 1: all right, well, anybody under that I don't like, right,
- 16:31Speaker 1: Mark Levin a family member, Let's just hammer that person
- 16:35Speaker 1: to somehow make it hurt. I wish you had this
- 16:37Speaker 1: much animosity towards Vladimir Putin when he was interviewing him.
- 16:40Speaker 3: No, and by the way, not just Flatimir Putin, heyet
- 16:42Speaker 3: the president of Iran. And I mean it was a
- 16:45Speaker 3: love fest. I mean he practically spooned with the President
- 16:49Speaker 3: of Iran. I don't know if he was big spoon
- 16:51Speaker 3: or little spoon, but but there was no skeptism. And
- 16:54Speaker 3: by the way, He's literally interviewing someone who is actively
- 16:58Speaker 3: trying to murder Donald Trump. And this is a weird game.
- 17:02Speaker 3: So listen. Tucker recognizes that the folks that listen to
- 17:07Speaker 3: him will get very mad at him if he explicitly
- 17:10Speaker 3: criticizes Donald Trump. So what does he do?
- 17:13Speaker 2: Instead?
- 17:13Speaker 3: He just criticizes everything Trump does. He blasts. He has
- 17:17Speaker 3: a whole segment on how Mike Huckabee is terrible. Well,
- 17:19Speaker 3: who is it that appointed Mike Huckabee the ambassador to Israel?
- 17:22Speaker 3: That would be Donald J. Trump. And everything he attacks
- 17:25Speaker 3: about Ambassador Huckabee he is doing on behalf of Trump.
- 17:28Speaker 3: But Tucker is unwilling. He doesn't have the courage, he
- 17:32Speaker 3: doesn't have the backbone to actually attack Trump, so he
- 17:35Speaker 3: just attacks everything Trump does. He attacks bombing Iran, well,
- 17:39Speaker 3: who was the commander in chief who made the order
- 17:42Speaker 3: and by the way, that was an incredibly successful military
- 17:45Speaker 3: operation that made America safer. I gotta say, listen, if
- 17:51Speaker 3: you say something publicly and the words you said are
- 17:55Speaker 3: indistinguishable from something said by Ilhan Omar Rashida to that
- 18:01Speaker 3: ought to be a sign you've got a problem. And
- 18:05Speaker 3: I don't know what's going on with Tucker, I don't
- 18:08Speaker 3: know what is driving. It's one thing to feel kind
- 18:11Speaker 3: of isolationist and to say, gosh, you know, I don't
- 18:14Speaker 3: like wars. Okay, fine, that is a view. And to
- 18:17Speaker 3: be clear, Donald Trump doesn't like wars either. Joe Biden
- 18:20Speaker 3: and the Democrats get us in war. President Trump has
- 18:23Speaker 3: gotten us out of war. But getting us out of
- 18:24Speaker 3: war you do it through strength. And getting us out
- 18:27Speaker 3: of war does not mean that you refuse to defend America. Fine,
- 18:31Speaker 3: if Tucker wants to be isolationist, knock yourself out. But
- 18:35Speaker 3: this bizarre apology and defense of Osama bin Laden, the
- 18:41Speaker 3: defense of Hamas, and defense of the president of Iran,
- 18:46Speaker 3: that is there is something unhinged. And I hope people
- 18:50Speaker 3: around Tucker go in and say, come on, man, come
- 18:53Speaker 3: come on, let's all say we love America and we're
- 18:57Speaker 3: not going to lie to the American people.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Let me also just say this, look.
- 19:01Speaker 1: I hope that Tucker comes back around, But the trend
- 19:05Speaker 1: that we're witnessing right now, it's not a good one.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I hope that he will understand just how extreme he
- 19:12Speaker 1: is right now on some of these issues. Again, I
- 19:16Speaker 1: don't know if he'll ever come around. I hope that
- 19:19Speaker 1: he will, because Tucker Carlson has moments of brilliance in
- 19:22Speaker 1: his career. But right now, I'm not sure what's going on,
- 19:26Speaker 1: but it's not good for conservatives. And it's also having
- 19:29Speaker 1: a very big influence on younger conservatives in this country
- 19:34Speaker 1: that are turning anti Israel.
- 19:37Speaker 2: That's a problem.
- 19:38Speaker 1: And this, what I would refer to as nothing more
- 19:40Speaker 1: than terris propaganda, is not good for anyone. I want
- 19:45Speaker 1: to talk to you about my friends at Kirk Elliott
- 19:48Speaker 1: Precious Metals. Two days ago, I got my new order
- 19:52Speaker 1: of silver. Now I'm investing in silver right now because
- 19:55Speaker 1: the pricing on it is amazing and the upside well,
- 19:58Speaker 1: it's real. Actually, we have a one hundred ounce silver bar.
- 20:04Speaker 1: It is actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's
- 20:07Speaker 1: one hundred ounces. But I also know that I bought
- 20:10Speaker 1: it at the right price and I wasn't paying massive
- 20:14Speaker 1: up charges on quote, rare or special coins, and then
- 20:17Speaker 1: when you go to sell them, you take away all
- 20:20Speaker 1: of your earning potential. Why do they do it this
- 20:23Speaker 1: way at Kurt Elliott because they have transparent pricing up front.
- 20:27Speaker 2: It's very simple.
- 20:28Speaker 1: You pay eight percent when you buy and Here's what
- 20:31Speaker 1: matters to you the most.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Nothing when you sell.
- 20:35Speaker 1: There are no hidden fees ever with Kurt Elliott Precious Metals.
- 20:40Speaker 1: This is the reason why I recommend them. It's not
- 20:43Speaker 1: just about investing, it's about making sure you get more
- 20:47Speaker 1: for your money. And that is exactly why Kurt Elliott
- 20:50Speaker 1: helps people all the time. Whether it's gold or silver,
- 20:54Speaker 1: you can hold it, be a good steward of it,
- 20:56Speaker 1: you can pass it on to future generations, and you
- 20:59Speaker 1: can build wealth with it. It's real, boy, youon never gimmicks,
- 21:03Speaker 1: just investment grade gold and silver. No overpriced coins, no
- 21:08Speaker 1: flashy markups. And it's a company that I love because
- 21:12Speaker 1: they are a faith driven company. There's no pressure, just
- 21:17Speaker 1: honest care. They treat every client like family, offering honest
- 21:21Speaker 1: answers up front to help you make wise informed decisions. Now,
- 21:26Speaker 1: if you're seeking a partner when it comes to gold
- 21:29Speaker 1: and silver with an eternity mindset, visit k e PM

- 21:56Speaker 1: now and for generations to come. K e PM slash
- 22:01Speaker 1: Ben Pete ed Seth. He is a Defense secretary. He
- 22:04Speaker 1: has arrived in Puerto Rico amid the US Venezuela tensions
- 22:09Speaker 1: that are continuing to rise. This is an important visit
- 22:14Speaker 1: because it was unannounced and not only was the US
- 22:17Speaker 1: Defense Secretary there, but the Joint Chiefs Chairman, General Kine
- 22:22Speaker 1: also was on the trip. It was an unannounced visit,
- 22:26Speaker 1: an unplanned visit for the public to Puerto Rico, as
- 22:29Speaker 1: the US has ramped up military activities in the Caribbean
- 22:33Speaker 1: aimed at drug trafficking networks. They met officials at the
- 22:37Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty six Wing Air National Guard Base head.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Seth addressed roughly three hundred service members while he was there.
- 22:45Speaker 1: And the question you may be asking yourself is this
- 22:48Speaker 1: why now? Well, it's pretty simple. The trip follows a
- 22:52Speaker 1: September the second US military strike in the Southern Caribbean
- 22:56Speaker 1: that sank a vessel departing Venezuela, with US offishal saying
- 23:00Speaker 1: eleven suspected members of the Trend de Ragua cartel.
- 23:04Speaker 2: They are also a terrorist organization. We're all killed.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Some regional leaders backed the action, others urged more transparency.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Venezuela also deny the US allegations and criticize the operation,
- 23:17Speaker 1: and that's exactly what should be expected. So now the
- 23:20Speaker 1: question is why is the Pentagon weighing Puerto Rico as
- 23:25Speaker 1: a hub or is this more about expanding COUNTERNARCOTIS operations
- 23:30Speaker 1: all together? Now we also know that plans include deploying
- 23:34Speaker 1: ten F thirty five fighter jets of the island and
- 23:36Speaker 1: conducting military flights out of Puerto Rico. An unusually large
- 23:41Speaker 1: cluster of US warships, about eight is already operating in
- 23:44Speaker 1: the region as well.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Marines are also on the island.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Elements of the twenty second Marine Unit are in Puerto
- 23:52Speaker 1: Rico for amphibious and flight training. We've been told Puerto
- 23:56Speaker 1: Rico's governor estimated at one thousand marines on the island,
- 24:00Speaker 1: and the Guard says the training was pre planned and
- 24:03Speaker 1: quote not tied to the new maritime force. CBS News
- 24:09Speaker 1: had it this way on the unplanned visit and what
- 24:11Speaker 1: it can mean.
- 24:12Speaker 6: Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseeth and Chairman of the Joint
- 24:15Speaker 6: Chiefs Dan Kane arrived in Puerto Rico this morning as
- 24:18Speaker 6: tension continues to build between the United States and Venezuela.
- 24:22Speaker 6: They were welcome there by Puerto Rico Governor Jennifer Gonzalez,
- 24:25Speaker 6: who said on in part on X we thank President
- 24:29Speaker 6: Trump and his administration for recognizing the strategic value Puerto
- 24:33Speaker 6: Rico has to the national security of the United States
- 24:37Speaker 6: and the fight against drug cartels in our hemisphere perpetuated
- 24:40Speaker 6: by Narco dictator Nicholas Maduro. For more on this, I
- 24:43Speaker 6: want to bring in John Burns. He is the strategic
- 24:45Speaker 6: director for Concerned Veterans for America after serving more than
- 24:49Speaker 6: twenty two years in the Marine Corps and the Army
- 24:52Speaker 6: National Guard. Thank you very much for joining us. What
- 24:56Speaker 6: does this arrival here of Hegseth and Kane to Puerto
- 24:59Speaker 6: Rico's signal to.
- 25:00Speaker 4: Well, thank you Nancy for having me on. I think
- 25:02Speaker 4: there's a lot of signals there. One of the key
- 25:03Speaker 4: takeaways for me, aside from just the situation with Venezuela
- 25:07Speaker 4: and the drug situation in the Caribbean, is the National
- 25:09Speaker 4: Defense Strategy, which a little overdue, is said to be
- 25:12Speaker 4: released within the next seven to ten days, and early
- 25:15Speaker 4: reporting indicates that there's a large pivot towards defense of
- 25:18Speaker 4: the American hemisphere and away from heavily being heavily engaged
- 25:23Speaker 4: in other parts of the world Europe. I think there's
- 25:25Speaker 4: probably still going to be an emphasis to a degree
- 25:27Speaker 4: on the Indo Pacific, maybe not as much as we thought,
- 25:30Speaker 4: but this is the key role that our Department of Defense,
- 25:32Speaker 4: Department of War should be playing. Our primary interest is
- 25:36Speaker 4: securing our hemisphere and our homeland.
- 25:40Speaker 6: John. Of course, this arrival, this trip comes with the
- 25:42Speaker 6: backdrop of the United States to point eight warships and
- 25:44Speaker 6: fighter jets into that area, in addition to a massing
- 25:47Speaker 6: troops off Puerto Rico.
- 25:49Speaker 2: If this is a.
- 25:50Speaker 6: War on drugs, what kind of guardrails, if any, exists
- 25:54Speaker 6: for the President to send troops into Venezuela.
- 25:57Speaker 4: Well, the President has said that he doesn't want to.
- 26:00Speaker 4: He's not considering this a regime change mission, which I
- 26:02Speaker 4: think was very very encouraging now.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Right, as much as the media tries to lie to
- 26:06Speaker 1: you and tell you that the President's going for regime change,
- 26:09Speaker 1: that is not what this is about at all. This
- 26:11Speaker 1: is all about fighting narco terrorism. And yes they are
- 26:15Speaker 1: terrorists that are killing Americans. So you may ask yourself
- 26:18Speaker 1: this question, why Puerto Rico, Why would you choose this
- 26:22Speaker 1: for this counter cartel operation. Well, it's pretty simple geography.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Island sit inside the
- 26:31Speaker 1: Caribbean transit Zone, historically a gateway for cocaine, fetnol and
- 26:35Speaker 1: other drugs headed to the mainland USA. That strategic position
- 26:40Speaker 1: plus US sovereignty eases the basing, the logistics, and also
- 26:45Speaker 1: the prosecutions of those that are caught alive. And then
- 26:49Speaker 1: you just have access and response times from a military standpoint.
- 26:54Speaker 1: From Puerto Rico, aircraft and ships can quickly reach the
- 26:59Speaker 1: Mona Passage, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico Corridor, and the
- 27:04Speaker 1: sea lanes north of Venezuela, improving time to intercept for
- 27:08Speaker 1: go fast boats and motherships.
- 27:11Speaker 2: This builds on the.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Intricacies and the model that has been used by the
- 27:16Speaker 1: Coast Guard there for years as well.
- 27:18Speaker 2: What is this all really about.
- 27:20Speaker 1: It's about setting a clear message at the present is
- 27:23Speaker 1: going on offense that the literal war on cartels has
- 27:28Speaker 1: just begun. And this is part of where Puerto Rico
- 27:32Speaker 1: also comes in. You have additional air and maritime assets
- 27:37Speaker 1: in Puerto Rico. This will help with surveillance and interaction
- 27:41Speaker 1: coverage over the choke points where traffckers are most vulnerable
- 27:45Speaker 1: at sea. The Coastguards layered approach, as it was described
- 27:49Speaker 1: by the White House, will have large cutters, aircraft and
- 27:53Speaker 1: partner forces and all the benefits of the DoD platforms
- 27:58Speaker 1: and their increase presence combined. So it's pretty simple. The
- 28:03Speaker 1: President United States of America is saying, we are going
- 28:07Speaker 1: all in and we're going to do this with all
- 28:10Speaker 1: of the technology and the forces that America has. Now,
- 28:13Speaker 1: the other question is what's going to happen next? What
- 28:16Speaker 1: should you be looking for? Well, let me go through
- 28:19Speaker 1: that for you, because there's one big aspect of this
- 28:21Speaker 1: it's going to matter a lot, and that is whether
- 28:24Speaker 1: the F thirty five deployment is confirmed and then where
- 28:28Speaker 1: are they based. This is going to have a huge
- 28:31Speaker 1: impact on the assets that are tied to whatever the
- 28:34Speaker 1: mission is has been declared or set by the administration. Yes,
- 28:39Speaker 1: there are questions that are being asked by the left
- 28:41Speaker 1: about congressional oversight of legal authorities and targeting rules for
- 28:45Speaker 1: future strikes, but the President United States of America feels
- 28:48Speaker 1: like he is on strong legal footing because he has
- 28:52Speaker 1: declared them terrorists organizations. And then there's the integration with
- 28:56Speaker 1: the Coast Guard and also the Navy ships. The regional
- 29:00Speaker 1: cooperation levels between these two organizations will clearly be noticeable overall. Now,
- 29:07Speaker 1: if you look at what the President has said, the
- 29:10Speaker 1: President has said it is very possible that we will
- 29:14Speaker 1: be hitting terras wherever they are. Does that mean we
- 29:17Speaker 1: can be hitting terras in Venezuela, Yes, there is a
- 29:20Speaker 1: chance of that. Is this about regime change? No, The
- 29:24Speaker 1: same thing can go for Mexico. As the President made
- 29:27Speaker 1: it clear last week, that we have an obligation and
- 29:30Speaker 1: a moral duty to make sure that Americans are not
- 29:34Speaker 1: being killed with the fetnyl and other drugs coming across
- 29:37Speaker 1: our southern border. So this is the present paying off
- 29:40Speaker 1: on a campaign promise. It's also clearly the beginning of
- 29:46Speaker 1: the war, not the end of the war for the
- 29:50Speaker 1: President of the United States of America. When it comes
- 29:52Speaker 1: to the cartels, the presidents said that they are a
- 29:56Speaker 1: very very dangerous organization and we us stop them, and
- 30:01Speaker 1: that is exactly where we are right now. Don't forget
- 30:05Speaker 1: share this podcast with your family and friends, share it
- 30:08Speaker 1: on social media, please, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
