- 0:06Speaker 2: double his studios with guitars and amps, line around for
- 0:08Speaker 2: a jam or recording session. But one year, Keith urban,
- 0:11Speaker 2: you kind of do it backwards.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Yeah, Keith bought a full blown music studio in Nashville
- 0:15Speaker 3: that he tells Billboard doubles as his man cave.
- 0:18Speaker 4: Which was formerly the Iconic Tracking Room Studio, which Keith
- 0:22Speaker 4: renamed the Sound. But he made it clear that it
- 0:25Speaker 4: won't be a rental space that he just runs for other.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Artists anything, But it's really his escape. He goes there
- 0:30Speaker 2: to fiddle with the drums or with his laptop, to
- 0:32Speaker 2: do emails or just skip back quitnessential man cave activities. And
- 0:36Speaker 2: he does let some of his friends in there to
- 0:38Speaker 2: tinker a little bit too. Those buddies are pretty talented, right.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Morgan Wallin, Ellen Langley, Michael Boublay, But only because he
- 0:46Speaker 3: knows them. He looks at this kind of like his house,
- 0:49Speaker 3: so they have to vouch for everyone they bring in,
- 0:52Speaker 3: even their engineer.
- 0:53Speaker 2: And the benefit of having a place like that for
- 0:55Speaker 2: Keith is he can go in and record whenever. In fact,
- 0:57Speaker 2: he decided to cover some yacht rock class from that
- 1:00Speaker 2: playlist to break in the studio, and the next thing
- 1:03Speaker 2: he knew he had not Flow State, which is out now.
- 1:06Speaker 1: That's direct from Hollywood.
