Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / The Fix Is In! Biden Preparing to Pardon His Son After Guilty Plea
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: It was a shock to the judge and to the prosecutors.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, instead of going to trial, which clearly he
- 0:08Speaker 1: was going to trial because they were doing trial selection,
- 0:12Speaker 1: decided to walk into court with his lawyers and offered
- 0:15Speaker 1: to plead guilty in the tax case. After the Alfred
- 0:19Speaker 1: plea was rejected, the judge there asked Hunter Biden if
- 0:25Speaker 1: he understood a guilty plea meant, meaning that he could
- 0:29Speaker 1: face up to fifteen years in prison and finds up
- 0:32Speaker 1: to one million dollars.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Joe Biden then said yes.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I want to make this very clear why this is
- 0:40Speaker 1: happening in my prediction, on the very front end, Hunter
- 0:44Speaker 1: Biden is on the clock. He needs to get this
- 0:48Speaker 1: resolved so Daddy can then pardon him. That is why
- 0:53Speaker 1: you walk into court and you say, screw it, I
- 0:55Speaker 1: don't want to go to trial.
- 0:57Speaker 2: You're on the clock.
- 0:58Speaker 1: If your dad is agreed now not to run for reelection,
- 1:01Speaker 1: that's obvious. And your dad has been lying and the
- 1:04Speaker 1: White House been lying, but they've lied about all this.
- 1:06Speaker 1: So there's no doubt in my mind that Hunter Biden
- 1:09Speaker 1: is going to get a pardon and.
- 1:10Speaker 2: He's going to say he's my son and he's going
- 1:13Speaker 2: to say he's a change man.
- 1:14Speaker 1: He's going to say he was an addict when he
- 1:15Speaker 1: did all these things, and he's going to pardon Hunter Biden.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is not going to go to jail. And
- 1:22Speaker 1: that is exactly why you walk in with a judge
- 1:24Speaker 1: you saying, look, you could face it the fifteen years
- 1:26Speaker 1: in prison, and you're like, hey, I'm not worried about that. Like,
- 1:29Speaker 1: let's just move the paperwork along, let's get the system going,
- 1:33Speaker 1: let's roll this thing out. That is what you need
- 1:36Speaker 1: to understand. Now that you understand the premise of this,
- 1:39Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you more of the details, all right.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, who tried to resolve his federal tax case
- 1:46Speaker 1: Thursday as jury selection was about to begin, offering an
- 1:50Speaker 1: Alfred plea in which he quote maintains his innocent. Okay,
- 1:55Speaker 1: that's what an Alfred plea is. So you're saying, look,
- 1:59Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you that I'm innocent. However, I'm
- 2:02Speaker 1: going to acknowledge that the other side, right, the government side,
- 2:06Speaker 1: the prosecution's evidence would likely result in a guilty verdict.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Prosecutors were caught off guard by this. So is the
- 2:15Speaker 1: judge the prosecutors objected to this proposal, to this Alfred plea,
- 2:21Speaker 1: which they had not been told of in advance, which
- 2:24Speaker 1: is again incredibly stupid by his attorneys, but I don't
- 2:28Speaker 1: think they care, which goes back to what I said
- 2:30Speaker 1: a moment ago. This is all about speeding up the process,
- 2:33Speaker 1: expedite the guilty verdicts, so my daddy can pardon me.
- 2:37Speaker 1: The younger Biden then agreed to plead guilty to all
- 2:40Speaker 1: nine charges that he faces. Prosecutors were reading the link
- 2:45Speaker 1: the indictment allowed in court Thursday afternoon that started in
- 2:50Speaker 1: the morning to ensure that Hunter Biden fully comprehended what
- 2:54Speaker 1: he was doing, because this would be suicide legally to
- 2:58Speaker 1: do what Hunter.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Biden was doing. Last you had to get out of
- 3:01Speaker 2: jail free card.
- 3:01Speaker 1: And when your dady's the president and you're the bag man,
- 3:05Speaker 1: you're gonna get a pardon.
- 3:07Speaker 2: That's how this is going to work.
- 3:08Speaker 1: And you're on the clock, so let's move things quickly.
- 3:12Speaker 1: The US district judge there asked Biden if he understood,
- 3:16Speaker 1: like in shock, that a guilty plea would mean he
- 3:19Speaker 1: could face up to fifteen years in prison and finds
- 3:22Speaker 1: up to a million He's not worried about the million
- 3:23Speaker 1: he gets. He gets three million or four million from
- 3:25Speaker 1: the Russian oligarch who still hasn't been sanctioned in Russia,
- 3:28Speaker 1: whose husband was the former mayor of Moscow. He's best
- 3:30Speaker 1: friends with Vladimir Putin. Like a million dollars is what
- 3:34Speaker 1: like six five four three two one of his finger paintings.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Not a big deal.
- 3:40Speaker 1: The plea would also mean that Biden would lose his
- 3:42Speaker 1: right to run for public office in some states. I
- 3:45Speaker 1: don't think he's worried about giving that up either, And
- 3:47Speaker 1: Biden responded that he understood the implications, like yea, yeah,
- 3:50Speaker 1: let's move this along.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Huh, Like this is all a joke to them.
- 3:54Speaker 1: This is all a charae, Like this is all just
- 3:56Speaker 1: like like if there was anybody today that was going
- 3:59Speaker 1: to court anywhere in America that wasn't worried about pleading
- 4:02Speaker 1: guilty and going to jail, it's a guy by the
- 4:05Speaker 1: name of Hunter Biden. Like if you had a heart
- 4:07Speaker 1: rate monitor on him, he was probably in a zenlite
- 4:10Speaker 1: state because he's like, this is awesome, Let's just move
- 4:12Speaker 1: this along.
- 4:15Speaker 2: I'm going home. What movie is it? Diaz, my producer laughing.
- 4:18Speaker 2: What is it. I'm going home.
- 4:20Speaker 1: There's a movie where that's a famous line, I'm going home.
- 4:23Speaker 1: That is Hunter Biden. He's going home. You got nothing
- 4:26Speaker 1: to worry about. Your dad's gonna give you the pardon.
- 4:28Speaker 1: You're going home, and that is what they all care about.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Let me take a quick moment to tell you about
- 4:36Speaker 1: an incredible company that stands up and fights for our
- 4:40Speaker 1: First and our Second Amendment rights. They fight for the
- 4:43Speaker 1: rights of unborn children, and they fight every time you
- 4:47Speaker 1: pay your bill to them, for our veterans, our first responders,
- 4:52Speaker 1: and our wounded warriors. I'm talking about Patriot Mobile. They're
- 4:56Speaker 1: the only conservative Christian wireless provider in the country, and
- 5:02Speaker 1: when you pay your bill to them every month, they
- 5:05Speaker 1: actually take about five percent of your bill and give
- 5:07Speaker 1: it back to the causes that I just mentioned at
- 5:10Speaker 1: no extra cost to you. Now, the reason why that's
- 5:14Speaker 1: incredible is because if you're with Big Mobile, you're actually
- 5:17Speaker 1: supporting and funding the left in.
- 5:19Speaker 2: A very big way.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Big Mobile gives big donations to organizations that pay and
- 5:26Speaker 1: advocate for abortion on demand. They give big donations to
- 5:30Speaker 1: Democratic candidates and causes at the local, state, and national level.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Another reason why you should make the switch to a
- 5:40Speaker 1: company that stands with your values. Now, making the switch
- 5:44Speaker 1: space your AT mobile is easy. You can keep your
- 5:46Speaker 1: same cell phone you have right now, keep your same
- 5:49Speaker 1: cell phone number, or you can upgrade to a new phone.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And you don't have to worry about coverage because in
- 5:55Speaker 1: twenty twenty four, it is actually really easy to make
- 5:58Speaker 1: the switch, and you're gonna have this same exact coverage
- 6:01Speaker 1: that you are used to because they use the same
- 6:04Speaker 1: exact towers that you're using right now. So call right
- 6:09Speaker 1: now nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven to
- 6:14Speaker 1: two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Now, when
- 6:19Speaker 1: you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get a
- 6:21Speaker 1: free month of service. So don't wait any longer. Stop
- 6:26Speaker 1: giving your money to comans that literally hate your family
- 6:29Speaker 1: values and hate your Christian values. Make the switch, get
- 6:33Speaker 1: nationwide coverage, and make a difference with every phone call
- 6:37Speaker 1: you make nine seven to two Patriot that's nine seven
- 6:41Speaker 1: to two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson promo
- 6:46Speaker 1: code ferguson. You'll get one month of service for free.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Now there's also another big lie here.
- 6:54Speaker 1: The President is going to partner son before leaving office
- 6:57Speaker 1: in January. Mark my word, he has lied to you
- 7:00Speaker 1: on multiple accounts about the business dealings, about not knowing
- 7:03Speaker 1: about the business dealings, then knowing about the business dealings,
- 7:06Speaker 1: and then knowing about the meetings of the White House,
- 7:08Speaker 1: knowing about his sudden trading favors, knowing about being the
- 7:11Speaker 1: big guy. Right. So of course he's going to look
- 7:13Speaker 1: at you and he's going to say, hey, I and
- 7:17Speaker 1: my aides have said over and over again repeatedly that I.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Will not do so, I will not pardon my son.
- 7:24Speaker 1: In fact, the White House Press Secretary Jean Pierre repeated
- 7:27Speaker 1: that claim Thursday afternoon as well. No, she told reporters
- 7:33Speaker 1: on Air Force one while traveling with the President to
- 7:35Speaker 1: an event in Wisconsin. It is still very much a no,
- 7:39Speaker 1: she said. In arguing against the Alfred plea, Wise emphasize
- 7:45Speaker 1: as the prosecutor that he and his team had come
- 7:48Speaker 1: to court on Thursday morning ready to try this case,
- 7:51Speaker 1: saying quote, I want to make it crystal clear the
- 7:54Speaker 1: US opposes an Alfred plea. Hunter Biden is not innocent.
- 7:58Speaker 1: He is guilty, is what Weiss told the judge. Biden's attorney,
- 8:03Speaker 1: Able Ol noted that the Alpha Alfred pleas are an
- 8:07Speaker 1: option available to all criminal defendants, even though such plea
- 8:10Speaker 1: agreements are relatively rare quote all over the US people
- 8:15Speaker 1: do this. Biden's attorney said, it's not that hunter Biden
- 8:19Speaker 1: seeks special treatment, but that he gets the same rights
- 8:22Speaker 1: as everyone.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Who is charged. Quote unquote.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Now as you know, Wise charge Biden last year on
- 8:29Speaker 1: nine tax related counts, accusing him of failing to pay
- 8:32Speaker 1: at least one point four million in federal taxes from
- 8:35Speaker 1: sixteen through nineteen. Three charges were felonies and six were misdemeanors.
- 8:40Speaker 1: They included failing to file and pay taxes, tax evasion,
- 8:43Speaker 1: and filing false tax returns. Why separately charged Biden last
- 8:48Speaker 1: year with three felony gun counts in Delaware. A jury
- 8:52Speaker 1: convicted Biden on all three of those charges in June,
- 8:55Speaker 1: and he's scheduled for sentencing in November. So that timeline works, right,
- 8:59Speaker 1: You get sentenced nov Daddy pardoned, je I'm going home.
- 9:03Speaker 1: The indictments came also after a lengthy investigation of President
- 9:08Speaker 1: Biden's business dealings while his father was vice president. This
- 9:12Speaker 1: is um quoting now the Washington Post, which Republican lawmakers
- 9:18Speaker 1: and former President Donald Trump have tried to use as
- 9:20Speaker 1: evidence of corruption within the Biden family. No evidence has
- 9:25Speaker 1: surfaced publicly to suggest any wrongdoing by Joe Biden, the
- 9:30Speaker 1: younger Biden has said he has undergone treatment right. This
- 9:33Speaker 1: is going to be the alibi when he pardons him
- 9:36Speaker 1: for addiction.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Is no longer using drugs.
- 9:39Speaker 1: While his addiction to crack cocaine was a central theme
- 9:42Speaker 1: of that gun trial, the Los Angeles case is expected
- 9:44Speaker 1: to delve into Biden's lavish spending and sex life during
- 9:48Speaker 1: that period, much of which he chronicled in his own
- 9:50Speaker 1: twenty twenty one memoir. Among the accusations laid out in
- 9:54Speaker 1: the nine count indictment is that Biden wrote off money
- 9:58Speaker 1: he paid sex workers as business expenses on his tax forms.
- 10:04Speaker 1: An Alfred plea, named after a case North Carolina v. Alford,
- 10:10Speaker 1: is a way for a defendant to register a formal
- 10:12Speaker 1: admission of guilt towards charges they are facing, while simultaneously
- 10:17Speaker 1: maintaining their innocence. United States attorneys are only able to
- 10:21Speaker 1: consent to an Alford plea in the most quote unusual
- 10:26Speaker 1: of circumstances and they have to consult with top officials
- 10:30Speaker 1: at the Department of Justice before doing so. That according
- 10:34Speaker 1: to the Federal Prosecution Guidelines. Political interests in Hunter Biden's
- 10:39Speaker 1: legal troubles have obviously waned since his father dropped out
- 10:44Speaker 1: the upcoming president of race, no one cares anymore. I
- 10:47Speaker 1: think we should care because there's still a massive amount
- 10:50Speaker 1: of corruption and the selling of the White House in
- 10:53Speaker 1: Kamala Harris is definitely connected to it. But when you
- 10:57Speaker 1: look at what happened here, what this tells you is
- 11:02Speaker 1: Joe Biden knew that his son could be a bag
- 11:04Speaker 1: man as long as he was vice president or president
- 11:08Speaker 1: because he was going to protect his son's corruption. He
- 11:11Speaker 1: also knew, being the big guy, that he was going
- 11:16Speaker 1: to get paid as well.
- 11:17Speaker 2: And we know that he has. We have the.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Receipts, we have the deposits, we have the checks. We
- 11:23Speaker 1: know it for a fact. Now let me also play
- 11:28Speaker 1: for you real quick what Jonathan Turley had to say
- 11:31Speaker 1: on Fox News Channel. He was talking about the shock
- 11:35Speaker 1: here of this and just how insane it is that
- 11:40Speaker 1: he was trying to get this special plea agreement where
- 11:42Speaker 1: you plead that you're guilty, but you remain innocent, and
- 11:49Speaker 1: he's like, these guys have bungled this.
- 11:51Speaker 2: But again, they're not trying to win, They're just trying.
- 11:54Speaker 1: To get the paperwork in before Joe Biden leaves office.
- 12:00Speaker 3: We are waiting on more breaking music come out of
- 12:01Speaker 3: the federal courthouse there in Los Angeles and the Hunter
- 12:04Speaker 3: Biden tax trials. It resumes there today. Our panel is
- 12:08Speaker 3: here adding to it. Jonathan Turley jump on in.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Jonathan, Well, it's a very interesting development with the refusal
- 12:17Speaker 4: of the Alford plea. I would have expected them to
- 12:19Speaker 4: get the Alfred plea if they had pushed for this
- 12:22Speaker 4: months ago. It is granted in cases it's an exceptional
- 12:27Speaker 4: sense that you need higher approval. But I actually think
- 12:30Speaker 4: the reason it was turned down here is because of
- 12:33Speaker 4: the timing. Every indication is that the defense did not
- 12:37Speaker 4: inform the prosecutors that they were going to change their plea.
- 12:40Speaker 4: That is really very unusual. It is something that does
- 12:46Speaker 4: not go over well with the prosecutions. I'm a criminal
- 12:48Speaker 4: defense attorney and I would never have done that because
- 12:52Speaker 4: even if I don't get along with the prosecution, I
- 12:56Speaker 4: don't want to have this type of jump scare in
- 13:00Speaker 4: the middle of a courtroom.
- 13:01Speaker 2: With a judge.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Watching, and I think that probably poisoned the well for
- 13:06Speaker 4: the Alford plea. I think that if months ago, if
- 13:10Speaker 4: they had gone back to the table, they probably could
- 13:13Speaker 4: have secured the Alford plea as part of a global agreement.
- 13:18Speaker 4: They could not have handled this case worse in my view.
- 13:22Speaker 4: I mean, they have put Hunter Biden in the worst
- 13:26Speaker 4: possible position. He will get very little benefit from his
- 13:30Speaker 4: plea because he is very little to trade at this point.
- 13:33Speaker 4: You know, when the plea deal collapsed in the Delaware courtroom,
- 13:38Speaker 4: his council famously declared, just rip it up, which at
- 13:43Speaker 4: the time I said, I got to tell you, very
- 13:45Speaker 4: few defense attorneys would have said that instead of going
- 13:49Speaker 4: back to the table to eke out the best you
- 13:52Speaker 4: can get in a really bad case. And instead they
- 13:56Speaker 4: played hardball. They forced both these cases to go to trial,
- 14:01Speaker 4: and they did not, according to the Justice Department, I
- 14:06Speaker 4: engage in serious negotiations for a plea deal that was
- 14:09Speaker 4: in a prior filing by the Justice Department. So I
- 14:12Speaker 4: think the timing is key here in terms of denial
- 14:15Speaker 4: of the Alford plea. Now where we go from here
- 14:19Speaker 4: is going to be rather interesting. The most likely thing
- 14:23Speaker 4: is that the judge will ast the defendant. Do you
- 14:26Speaker 4: want to go without an Alford plea? Now keep in
- 14:28Speaker 4: mind that Alford plea. He was already complicating this situation
- 14:33Speaker 4: by waiting so long, he would minimize the benefits he
- 14:36Speaker 4: would get. The Alford plea would have minimized that further
- 14:40Speaker 4: because you're not accepting guilt.
- 14:42Speaker 2: So he will be asked.
- 14:44Speaker 4: Are you prepared to plead guilty and accept guilt? But
- 14:47Speaker 4: that's going to lead to this to a curious moment,
- 14:50Speaker 4: right he would say if he did plead guilty. This
- 14:52Speaker 4: is the guy who just recently said I don't want
- 14:55Speaker 4: to plead guilty and I don't think I'm guilty. So
- 14:57Speaker 4: all of this is going rather wicked, rather fast.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:03Speaker 1: The reason why it's going fast is the part that
- 15:07Speaker 1: we now know he wants to get this paperwork wrapped
- 15:12Speaker 1: up so Daddy can save him from jail. That is
- 15:15Speaker 1: all this is, and this is corruption at the highest level.

- 16:47Speaker 1: with me all season long. Now, one final thing on
- 16:50Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden issue for today. One of the other
- 16:54Speaker 1: reasons why I think they didn't want to go to
- 16:56Speaker 1: trial is because there was a lot of information that
- 16:59Speaker 1: could come out that could hurt Joe Biden, and could
- 17:04Speaker 1: really hurt I think Kamala Harris if this started to
- 17:07Speaker 1: pick up headlines like, no one really cares about Hunter
- 17:09Speaker 1: Biden right now in general, the average voter because they're.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Like, well, Joe Biden's not running anymore, so who gives
- 17:14Speaker 2: a you know what?
- 17:16Speaker 1: I think the real problem was if this went to
- 17:19Speaker 1: a trial and it got nasty and the federal prosecutors
- 17:23Speaker 1: kind of want to make a name for themselves, they
- 17:25Speaker 1: could do it like, they could absolutely do it and
- 17:30Speaker 1: make it nasty for him. And so that's not a
- 17:32Speaker 1: risk that Joe Biden's legacies wanted to take. And at
- 17:35Speaker 1: the end of the day, if you're gonna pardon your
- 17:36Speaker 1: son anyway, then why put any of that out there.
- 17:39Speaker 1: It was bad enough in the gun trial, but that
- 17:42Speaker 1: was very limited in scope. This tax trial opened up
- 17:45Speaker 1: a whole other can of worms about the Biden corruption
- 17:48Speaker 1: and if you're going to pardon him, then just knock
- 17:51Speaker 1: it out of the park. Now, let me move on
- 17:53Speaker 1: to some other news that I think is also important.
- 17:56Speaker 1: CNN did something that was weird and I'm still trying
- 18:01Speaker 1: to figure out the play here. I'm really trying to
- 18:05Speaker 1: figure out the play because CNN did this, you know,
- 18:10Speaker 1: fake interview with Kamwa Harrison and her babysitter Walls, and
- 18:14Speaker 1: it didn't give them the bump they were hoping for.
- 18:17Speaker 1: They actually took a lot of crap from American viewers,
- 18:21Speaker 1: not Fox viewers, not just conservatives, but like they're like, dude,
- 18:24Speaker 1: that wasn't an interview. They also got ridiculed for lying
- 18:29Speaker 1: to their audience when they put up that the interview was.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Live and it was taped.
- 18:34Speaker 1: It was daytime outside the windows you can see that
- 18:37Speaker 1: while it was nighttime when the interview was airing in primetime.
- 18:41Speaker 1: This was bad for CNN's brand and it hurt them,
- 18:45Speaker 1: I think more than they could have imagined, being a
- 18:48Speaker 1: mouthpiece for Harris, but also just them as a news
- 18:51Speaker 1: organization lying to their audience this way.
- 18:54Speaker 2: It didn't sit well.
- 18:56Speaker 1: That is one I bought this for why what I'm
- 18:59Speaker 1: going to play for you second may have happened at CNN.
- 19:02Speaker 2: But let me give you a second scenario.
- 19:06Speaker 1: They may be now hedging their bets a little bit
- 19:09Speaker 1: at CNN because of some new polling data that they're
- 19:12Speaker 1: seeing that makes it look more likely like Donald Trump
- 19:16Speaker 1: is going to still win this thing. Anything can happen,
- 19:20Speaker 1: all right, but we're we're real close to election now,
- 19:23Speaker 1: Like look at the date, we're eight weeks away from
- 19:25Speaker 1: election day. Early voting is about to start in some states.
- 19:29Speaker 1: That's like it's happening, folks. And so what CNN may
- 19:33Speaker 1: be doing is they may be hedging their bets a
- 19:35Speaker 1: little bit so they don't look like MSNBC, where they're
- 19:39Speaker 1: just and you know, they go down with a ship,
- 19:41Speaker 1: you know, you know, guns ablazing. Because CNN is also
- 19:45Speaker 1: in a very weird spot. They're not MSNBC, which gets
- 19:50Speaker 1: all the craziest of the crazy socialist Marxists and communists.
- 19:54Speaker 2: They're tier two to them. They're not.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Fox News News Max A n and they're never gonna
- 20:07Speaker 1: get that audience. But what when Fox let me rephrase that,
- 20:11Speaker 1: when CNN was doing really well the last time they're
- 20:13Speaker 1: doing well, it was when Donald Trump was president and
- 20:18Speaker 1: the new leadership over at CN and they may be saying, hey,
- 20:20Speaker 1: look comes not gonna win the to now.
- 20:22Speaker 2: The polls aren't looking good.
- 20:23Speaker 1: For this, So we got to fix this because maybe
- 20:26Speaker 1: Trump is good for our business because then we have
- 20:29Speaker 1: a guy for four years that we can hate on,
- 20:31Speaker 1: we can do fake stories. Hell, they just brought back
- 20:34Speaker 1: mister Potato had Brian Skelter to CNN after he was fired.
- 20:37Speaker 1: This's the same guy that told you that the Russian
- 20:39Speaker 1: collusion story was real in a fact and reported on
- 20:42Speaker 1: it for months on end Agnauseum and the guy, like
- 20:46Speaker 1: the number of videos that you can play of him
- 20:49Speaker 1: just lying to the audience are massive. But you got
- 20:52Speaker 1: to remember, Brian Skelter is led by people that hate
- 20:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump. That's why they brought him back. So it's
- 20:58Speaker 1: almost like they're preparing for a Trump presidency because they
- 21:03Speaker 1: went after Kamala Harris, and they went after on the border,
- 21:07Speaker 1: and they went after over Trump's wall.
- 21:12Speaker 2: Again.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I'm still trying to figure out the play here, but
- 21:14Speaker 1: I think it is one of those two plays that
- 21:17Speaker 1: I just mentioned, because not only did they talk about it,
- 21:20Speaker 1: they did it for like three and a half minutes.
- 21:24Speaker 1: They've never done this before at CNN. I want you
- 21:29Speaker 1: to listen to this segment on CNN. At the bottom
- 21:34Speaker 1: of the screen of what I'm about to play for you,
- 21:37Speaker 1: it says, K file investigation review finds fifty plus instances
- 21:43Speaker 1: of Hairs slamming Trump's useless border wall, now featured in
- 21:49Speaker 1: her campaign ads.
- 21:53Speaker 5: Tonight, K File investigates in a new report you'll see
- 21:56Speaker 5: first out front, the K File team scour Kamala har
- 22:00Speaker 5: Versus tweets and statements going all the way back to
- 22:02Speaker 5: twenty seventeen, and what they found was more than fifty
- 22:06Speaker 5: instances of Harris slamming Trump's border wall. But now new
- 22:11Speaker 5: Harris campaign ads actually showcase that very wall.
- 22:16Speaker 2: As a border state prosecutor, she took on drug cartels
- 22:20Speaker 2: and jail gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across
- 22:23Speaker 2: the border.
- 22:25Speaker 5: And on top of critical tweets, Harris also wrote in
- 22:29Speaker 5: her twenty nineteen book quote, there was a bigger reason
- 22:32Speaker 5: to oppose.
- 22:32Speaker 2: The border wall. A useless wall on.
- 22:34Speaker 5: The southern border would be nothing more than a symbol,
- 22:36Speaker 5: a monument, standing in opposition to not just everything I value,
- 22:39Speaker 5: but to the fundamental values upon which this country was built.
- 22:42Speaker 5: How could I vote to build what would be little
- 22:45Speaker 5: more than a monument designed to send the cold, hard
- 22:47Speaker 5: message keep out well k files Ander Kaczinski joins me. Now, so, Andrew,
- 22:52Speaker 5: I mean you and you all have gone through, I mean,
- 22:56Speaker 5: scoured an incredible amount of material. Tell me more about
- 22:59Speaker 5: what you found.
- 23:00Speaker 6: Yeah, that's right. We found more than fifty of those
- 23:02Speaker 6: those tweets criticizing the border wall before she used that
- 23:05Speaker 6: in her ad, and I want people to take a
- 23:07Speaker 6: look at just a few of what she said here.
- 23:10Speaker 6: She called it wasteful, useless, a waste of taxpayer money,
- 23:14Speaker 6: a vanity wall project, a wasteful border wall, a stupid wall,
- 23:18Speaker 6: a medieval vanity project, and an unnecessary wall. And those
- 23:23Speaker 6: are really just I mean, there were more of it
- 23:25Speaker 6: was just like ten or fifty, but there was. There
- 23:28Speaker 6: was really a lot of. This was the common refrain
- 23:30Speaker 6: during the campaign. You read that quote where she said
- 23:32Speaker 6: it was against everything that not only she stood for
- 23:35Speaker 6: everything America stood aboard, but and she brought this up
- 23:38Speaker 6: a lot. Take a listen to just one instance of that.
- 23:41Speaker 6: In twenty nineteen, it's.
- 23:44Speaker 7: The president's vanity project, his multi billion dollar vanity project
- 23:49Speaker 7: called a wall is nothing more than a distraction from
- 23:54Speaker 7: the fact that he actually has it focused on working
- 23:56Speaker 7: people in America. He contrived in national crisis around his
- 24:03Speaker 7: big distraction.
- 24:06Speaker 5: All right, so you go through all of that, You've
- 24:08Speaker 5: got all the tweets, and yet all of a sudden,
- 24:10Speaker 5: in the ads there's pictures of the wall. And then
- 24:13Speaker 5: you went through to look at that wall, like, what
- 24:15Speaker 5: is that specific wall that's in her campaign ads now?
- 24:18Speaker 5: And you found something very interesting about this specific portion
- 24:21Speaker 5: of a wall.
- 24:22Speaker 6: And what's I think what's also really remarkable at this is,
- 24:24Speaker 6: like I mean, you heard her talking about it. There
- 24:26Speaker 6: the Trump's wall in his campaign. During his presidency, there
- 24:29Speaker 6: was really no greater symbol of Trump's presidency than the
- 24:32Speaker 6: wall in the way that Democrats were attacking him over
- 24:34Speaker 6: the wall and his restrictive immigration policies. So we looked
- 24:37Speaker 6: in that ad and if you look at it, that
- 24:40Speaker 6: exact area of wall is in Sasabe or to be Arizona,
- 24:44Speaker 6: and that is a portion of wall that was actually
- 24:46Speaker 6: built by Donald Trump. It was built in an area
- 24:50Speaker 6: where there was not previous wall. It was actually pretty
- 24:52Speaker 6: controversial when they were building it at the time.
- 24:56Speaker 2: So just to see that.
- 24:57Speaker 6: And then there are others.
- 24:58Speaker 2: He's using his wall that he built. Look at what
- 25:00Speaker 2: I did and.
- 25:02Speaker 6: The other images of the wall. We weren't able to pinpoint,
- 25:05Speaker 6: but there's there's telltale signs that that was a Trump
- 25:08Speaker 6: wall because there's an anti climbing fleet on top that
- 25:10Speaker 6: became popularized during the Trump years.
- 25:13Speaker 5: It's really incredible reporting and important, right Andrew Kosinski and
- 25:17Speaker 5: K file, thank you very much.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Now, look, this is not normal reporting from Sinan. There's
- 25:24Speaker 1: a reason they're doing this reporting now, doing that much
- 25:28Speaker 1: of an exhaustive investigation with a K file, it doesn't
- 25:31Speaker 1: make any sense unless they're starting to hedge their bets
- 25:34Speaker 1: for their business that hey, maybe Donald Trump is better
- 25:38Speaker 1: for our business if he's in the White House and
- 25:42Speaker 1: then we get to hate on him every day and
- 25:44Speaker 1: then people watch us because their ratings right now are dismal.
- 25:48Speaker 1: It actually explains why they would bring back mister potato
- 25:51Speaker 1: head Brian's Skelter, because he wasn't liked by anybody except
- 25:55Speaker 1: for those that hate Donald Trump. It's like they're almost
- 25:57Speaker 1: putting their hate Donald Trump team back together.
- 26:00Speaker 2: I wouldn't be surprised at this point they're like, oh, Yeah.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Let's bring back Don Lemon while we're at it, or
- 26:05Speaker 1: let's bring back Chris Cuomo while we're at it, and
- 26:08Speaker 1: put the whole gang back together that we got rid
- 26:10Speaker 1: of who hate Trump because for four years we can
- 26:13Speaker 1: make a lot of money off.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Of this business plan.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Let's also talk about what is coming across the border
- 26:22Speaker 1: and also what CNN didn't do in their quote exhaustive
- 26:26Speaker 1: report the headlines that they still are not telling you
- 26:32Speaker 1: is the headlines about the issues with who is coming
- 26:35Speaker 1: across the border. In Louisiana, an illegal alien accused of
- 26:40Speaker 1: kidnapping and raping a thirteen year old girl at knife point.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Following a manhunt in Kenner, Louisiana, the Kinner Police Department
- 26:51Speaker 1: found a twenty three year old illegal alien, Diego Rodriguez Salvador.
- 26:57Speaker 1: He was arrested in East New Orleans this week in
- 27:01Speaker 1: charge with one count of second degree kidnapping and one
- 27:04Speaker 1: count of second degree rape of a juvenile. Police alleged
- 27:07Speaker 1: it on September third, just two days ago, the girl
- 27:11Speaker 1: was attacked by Rodriguez and the Veteran Heights neighborhood of Kinner,
- 27:16Speaker 1: which is just minutes from the New Orleans International airport.
- 27:20Speaker 1: The girl, police alleged, was taken to a trailer by
- 27:23Speaker 1: Rodriguez Salvador, where he allegedly raped her at knife point.
- 27:27Speaker 1: When the girl returned home to her residence, police say
- 27:29Speaker 1: she told her parents what happened. They immediately called the
- 27:32Speaker 1: police department. The police chief said, Rodriguez knew is the
- 27:36Speaker 1: girl's family. The Department of Homeland Security is quote working
- 27:40Speaker 1: now all of a sudden with the police on the case,
- 27:43Speaker 1: saying this this man is a coward.
- 27:46Speaker 2: He overpowered a thirteen year old girl.
- 27:47Speaker 1: As a father, I'm sadden, and as a police chief,
- 27:50Speaker 1: I'm furious. The girl is now in counseling. Rodriguez Salvador
- 27:56Speaker 1: remains in jail without bond. Why wouldn't they tell you
- 28:00Speaker 1: that story or here's another story that it's seen in
- 28:03Speaker 1: they're not going to tell you. Previously deported, a legal
- 28:07Speaker 1: alien arrested after two young boys found chained up in
- 28:13Speaker 1: an apartment. An illegal alien previously deported for the United
- 28:17Speaker 1: States and his girlfriend were arrested after police in Fairfax County, Virginia.
- 28:22Speaker 1: So this isn't next to the border, folks, this is
- 28:23Speaker 1: in every city in America. This is now happening found
- 28:27Speaker 1: not one, but two young buys chained up in their apartment.
- 28:31Speaker 2: Franklin was the man's name.
- 28:33Speaker 1: As a twenty nine year old illegal alien from El Salvador.
- 28:37Speaker 1: He was arrested along with his forty seven year old
- 28:39Speaker 1: girlfriend and charged with child neglect, child cruelty, child abduction
- 28:46Speaker 1: after the Fairfax County Police officers found the woman's two boys,
- 28:50Speaker 1: seven and nine years old, chained to the bed inside
- 28:54Speaker 1: the couple's apartment on August to fifteenth. Police officers were
- 28:59Speaker 1: called the apartment and when they arrived, they found the
- 29:01Speaker 1: two boys had their ankles chained to a post next
- 29:04Speaker 1: to a sleeping cot. One of the boys reportedly used
- 29:08Speaker 1: a cell phone to take a picture of his chained
- 29:10Speaker 1: ankle and send it to his sister, who then called
- 29:13Speaker 1: the police department. Police alleged that when the two adults
- 29:18Speaker 1: were questioned about the channing up the two boys, they
- 29:21Speaker 1: defended their actions, saying they only did it to scare
- 29:24Speaker 1: the boys so that they would not leave the apartment. Now,
- 29:27Speaker 1: this sick man in this story, you want to know
- 29:31Speaker 1: when we knew he was a problem. He was arrested
- 29:34Speaker 1: in November of twenty eighteen near McAllen, Texas, after legally
- 29:37Speaker 1: crossing the US Mexico border. By February of nineteen, the
- 29:42Speaker 1: man was deported to his native Al Salvador by immigration
- 29:45Speaker 1: and custom enforcement agents. Sometime after being deported, the man
- 29:51Speaker 1: illegally crossed the southern border again. It made his way
- 29:54Speaker 1: to Fairfax County, where he lived with Rodriguez at the apartment.
- 29:58Speaker 2: It's unclear, by the way, how long they've been living together.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Don't worry.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Rodriguez has been released on bond. Yeah, so we let
- 30:06Speaker 1: her out. The dude will be remain held at Fairfax
- 30:09Speaker 1: County Adult Detention Center without bond. Ice agents have now
- 30:14Speaker 1: been forced to lodge a detainer against him, requesting custody
- 30:19Speaker 1: if he is relief from jail at any time, something
- 30:22Speaker 1: they normally don't like to do, especially if you're in
- 30:26Speaker 1: a sanctuary city. This is the Biden Harris plan for
- 30:31Speaker 1: this country, and it will get worse that I guarantee you.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
- 30:40Speaker 1: your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
