- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water the water go. Come come on your
- 1:59Speaker 1: tha h I shore will good morning everybody you are
- 2:05Speaker 1: listening to the voice, Come on dig me now, one
- 2:07Speaker 1: and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man, oh man,
- 2:13Speaker 1: oh man. You know what y'all? I mean, Really, the
- 2:17Speaker 1: goodness of God is overwhelming if you think about it,
- 2:22Speaker 1: I mean really really think about it, even when your
- 2:25Speaker 1: circumstance doesn't look so bright, even when you're going through
- 2:30Speaker 1: something that's causing you discomfort, pain, Even in that God's
- 2:38Speaker 1: goodness is actually overwhelming, because don't forget why you're going
- 2:44Speaker 1: through this moment. First of all, this too shall pass.
- 2:48Speaker 1: But also secondly, remember man, ain't everything else that you've
- 2:53Speaker 1: gone through that seems so insurmountable at the time, didn't
- 2:58Speaker 1: you get past that too. I mean, it's amazing if
- 3:02Speaker 1: you really think about it, you don't get stuck on
- 3:06Speaker 1: any one issue your whole life. The only people that
- 3:09Speaker 1: get stuck on an issue they whole life is people
- 3:13Speaker 1: who won't let it go. That's really all it is.
- 3:17Speaker 1: That are people who exist, and you may be one
- 3:20Speaker 1: of them. Oh please, No, I've been guilty of it
- 3:23Speaker 1: myself before. But I learned something that are things in
- 3:27Speaker 1: my past that I just would not let go of.
- 3:31Speaker 1: It was done, it was over with, I was past it,
- 3:34Speaker 1: but I would not let go of it. It was over.
- 3:39Speaker 1: The dude that did it to me didn't exist no more.
- 3:42Speaker 1: The problem that it created didn't exist no more. The
- 3:45Speaker 1: only problem that kept hanging on was I would not
- 3:49Speaker 1: let it go. And man, you can't go forward if
- 3:54Speaker 1: you're gonna keep looking in the past. It's an impossible thing.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's like driving a car. If you keep looking only
- 4:02Speaker 1: in the rearview mirror while you're driving, you're going to
- 4:05Speaker 1: crash pretty soon. And a lot of people just keep
- 4:08Speaker 1: crashing over and over and over and over because you
- 4:13Speaker 1: won't drive your car you keep looking in the rearview
- 4:16Speaker 1: mirror at to pass. Oh woe, is me? Oh you
- 4:20Speaker 1: know they did me like that. You know I ain't
- 4:23Speaker 1: been the same since he cheated on me. Oh man,
- 4:26Speaker 1: ever since she stole my money, I ain't been the
- 4:28Speaker 1: same man. She played me and every since that out
- 4:31Speaker 1: and treated women differently. You may have some deeper stuff
- 4:34Speaker 1: going on like but eventually, guess what, do you understand
- 4:38Speaker 1: that when you have relationship God with God, you can
- 4:42Speaker 1: take that to him too and drop it off and
- 4:45Speaker 1: leave it there. Do you know that he can fix
- 4:49Speaker 1: and heal that. Maybe it's something serious like that that
- 4:52Speaker 1: you need fixing or healing from a relationship with God
- 4:56Speaker 1: can fix and heal that. But man, come on, y'all,
- 5:01Speaker 1: whatever it is, and I'm not trying to downplay it
- 5:05Speaker 1: or make it act like it wasn't traumatic in your life,
- 5:07Speaker 1: because oh god, you don't want to you know, you
- 5:09Speaker 1: don't want nobody do that to you because you want
- 5:11Speaker 1: to be the you know, the post to child for misery.
- 5:15Speaker 1: So please don't let me take that from you. If
- 5:18Speaker 1: that's your position, that's your Hall of Fame card you
- 5:21Speaker 1: hanging on too. I'm the post to child for misery.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Oh no, one is more woe than me. Then please
- 5:29Speaker 1: don't let Steve, try to take that from you. You
- 5:32Speaker 1: go ahead and hang on to that. But let me
- 5:34Speaker 1: tell you something, though, If that's what you're gonna hang
- 5:36Speaker 1: on to, that's what you're gonna always be the post
- 5:39Speaker 1: to child for misery. At one point in time, you're
- 5:42Speaker 1: gonna have to get on the move past it. You
- 5:44Speaker 1: can sometimes, man, it's merely a simple thing of taking
- 5:48Speaker 1: it to God and leaving it there. You know, some
- 5:50Speaker 1: people don't have money for therapy. Some people don't even
- 5:54Speaker 1: know who to call for therapy. God is the best
- 5:57Speaker 1: psychologist in the world. He can fix it for you.
- 6:01Speaker 1: There is nothing too hard for God. You know, when
- 6:04Speaker 1: something seems impossible, y'all, God does the impossible all the
- 6:09Speaker 1: time every day. You don't know how I know. I
- 6:13Speaker 1: just look at a couple of basic things. Do you
- 6:15Speaker 1: know that that sun comes up every day in the morning.
- 6:17Speaker 1: It comes up in the east and it sets in
- 6:20Speaker 1: the west. You can't do nothing about that. All you
- 6:23Speaker 1: can wish because you plant your flowers on a certain
- 6:27Speaker 1: side of your house. You can wish, y'all all you want.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Then maybe one day he would bring it up out
- 6:31Speaker 1: the northwest so those flowers were nam Now it's gonna
- 6:34Speaker 1: come up out the east, and once the sun hits
- 6:38Speaker 1: the horizon. When you look in the water, like if
- 6:40Speaker 1: you ever out in La and you see the sun
- 6:43Speaker 1: going down. Once the sun once you can visually see
- 6:45Speaker 1: the sun touching the horizon, you have three minutes. You
- 6:50Speaker 1: have exactly three minutes. You can sit there with your watch.
- 6:53Speaker 1: You can time you're three minutes and it's gone. Three minutes,
- 6:57Speaker 1: it's gone. I read that somewhere and I went and
- 7:00Speaker 1: tried it. It's gone every day if if it's clear enough,
- 7:05Speaker 1: not cloudy, once the sun touches the horizon on water,
- 7:09Speaker 1: you got three minutes. When the wind blows, you can't
- 7:13Speaker 1: do nothing about it. He can bring it from the northeast,
- 7:16Speaker 1: he can bring it from the west, he can bring
- 7:17Speaker 1: from the south. He can bring it hard, he can
- 7:19Speaker 1: bring it cool, he can bring it hot. It's certain
- 7:22Speaker 1: things that God, God does the impossible all the time.
- 7:25Speaker 1: How those stars sitting up there, How how can you
- 7:29Speaker 1: find these constellations, the Big Dipper, the little dip of Ryan,
- 7:32Speaker 1: the Hunter. Oh, that's God. That's got nothing you can
- 7:35Speaker 1: do about it. You can't reach them stars, you can't
- 7:37Speaker 1: shoot at them, you can't move them out the way
- 7:40Speaker 1: or Ryan, the Hunter's belt is gonna beat them three
- 7:42Speaker 1: stars at the angle. You can, you can, you can
- 7:44Speaker 1: call it what you wanna call. It's still that's what
- 7:46Speaker 1: it is. See, He does the impossible all the time.
- 7:49Speaker 1: He created heaven and Earth. You're saying that God can't
- 7:53Speaker 1: get you through your pass. Somebody did just to me,
- 7:57Speaker 1: it's the worst thing I had, the worst childhood. If
- 8:00Speaker 1: anybody God can't get you pass that. He can move Heaven, mountains, Earth,
- 8:06Speaker 1: he can form the Grand Canyon, he can make the
- 8:08Speaker 1: water come over Niagara Falls twenty four seven. He can't
- 8:13Speaker 1: fix your little bitty pass yours. It's amazing how people
- 8:18Speaker 1: make their problems bigger than God. Somebody told me one time,
- 8:22Speaker 1: stop telling God how big your problems are, and start
- 8:28Speaker 1: telling your problems how big God is, and go on
- 8:32Speaker 1: with your life. Quit driving your car looking in the
- 8:36Speaker 1: rear view mirror. Ain't nothing back there but your pass.
- 8:39Speaker 1: And if it was hurtful or painful, or something you
- 8:42Speaker 1: just felt like you can't get over, take your problems
- 8:45Speaker 1: to God and leave them there. You hear the old
- 8:48Speaker 1: spiritual all you've heard it. Take your burdens to the Lord,
- 8:51Speaker 1: leave them d all time. But you think that applies
- 8:55Speaker 1: to everyone. But you come on, man, and a lot
- 8:58Speaker 1: of people out there through much worse than you have
- 9:01Speaker 1: and have overcome it all. Why won't you take the
- 9:05Speaker 1: step to overcome your pass so you can get on
- 9:07Speaker 1: with driving your car. See what God trying to take you.
- 9:10Speaker 1: But it's the trick of the enemy. The enemy tricks
- 9:13Speaker 1: you from seeing your future by having you constantly looking
- 9:17Speaker 1: in your pass. Man, it's a trick of the devil.
- 9:20Speaker 1: If the devil just lets you quit, if he would
- 9:23Speaker 1: just let you get to driving your car. Look out
- 9:26Speaker 1: into your future. Your future shows hopefulness. You have hope
- 9:31Speaker 1: when you see the future. But he can keep you
- 9:34Speaker 1: in misery if he keep you looking at your miserable pass.
- 9:38Speaker 1: God looking for you, Man, God would love to hear
- 9:41Speaker 1: from you. Let's spend some time talking to God today. Hey, God,
- 9:46Speaker 1: was happening. It's me. I know I ain't talked to
- 9:49Speaker 1: you in a while, but feel bad about that. But
- 9:52Speaker 1: I need you. He know that everybody should say that
- 9:55Speaker 1: prayer all the time. It's cool, all right, good morning show,
- 10:03Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, people from all around
- 10:07Speaker 1: the world. This is it. Ladies and gentlemen, this is
- 10:11Speaker 1: the baddest and I do mean the baddest morning show
- 10:14Speaker 1: in the land. Now you can argue it if you like,
- 10:18Speaker 1: but argon does not change the facts. Simply put, this is,
- 10:23Speaker 1: as stated, the by none greatest morning show on Earth
- 10:30Speaker 1: to date. I have heard, we have heard in other
- 10:42Speaker 1: parts of the universe that there are claims of also
- 10:46Speaker 1: some radio terrestrial planets out there claiming to have a
- 10:50Speaker 1: great radio show. We say, since your punk ass don't
- 10:55Speaker 1: speak English, non, lord the hell you're talking about, so
- 10:59Speaker 1: it's spokes. We are the real deal. Championship Championship champip. No,
- 11:09Speaker 1: it's not like that, y'all say it right. If you
- 11:11Speaker 1: don't say it, Champ it say it Championship Hip, Championship, No,
- 11:16Speaker 1: no emphasis, No, it's just one two together, Championship team,
- 11:22Speaker 1: Championship team one. But guess what, guys, we would be
- 11:26Speaker 1: nothing without our fearless lead. Yeah, champim Okay, what about
- 11:34Speaker 1: the cocare about the champions don't go ahead, go ahead,
- 11:43Speaker 1: CHAMPI champ chap here, okay, cocare go play a trap?
- 11:50Speaker 1: Go ahead, Champ Your champ in the world coming to me.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Don't let this did coming to Americas. What was looking
- 12:11Speaker 1: I'm looking at him? Or what's that feel? Was that?
- 12:20Speaker 1: Don't take nights with the champ damn it, do it
- 12:22Speaker 1: because I got the movie. Not even doing attitude because
- 12:28Speaker 1: you were wrong. Come on, every black man, Okay I'm wrong,
- 12:34Speaker 1: damn it, do it? What are you doing? I think
- 12:37Speaker 1: Steve is better than you in movies? The word the worst?
- 12:45Speaker 1: You got any movie trivia from me? Right? Quick? Timmy
- 12:48Speaker 1: moving trivia, moving trivia. Let's see. Uh okay, I got
- 12:53Speaker 1: a movie I know you have never seen. I ain't
- 12:57Speaker 1: seen none of them. He likes to give it. Give no.
- 13:00Speaker 1: If you were telling me to give him a line
- 13:02Speaker 1: and then he'll tell me ye, oh okay, that's a
- 13:06Speaker 1: die hard. Yeah I got one, Steave, I got one.
- 13:10Speaker 1: He got that. You got to have vision Wizard of Oz. No,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I I can't believe. No, I can't believe. I don't
- 13:21Speaker 1: even know this one? You never seen? Will it? Dynamite?
- 13:24Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? Oh my god? More famous lines
- 13:30Speaker 1: than that. You're listening right now. It's time for the
- 13:37Speaker 1: nephew to run that prank back Christmas decorations running kid loo,
- 13:45Speaker 1: I'm trying to read cecil. Yeah, this cecil's going on. Hey,
- 13:48Speaker 1: this manny Man, I live like about four five streets
- 13:51Speaker 1: over from you, this manny, How you doing, brother? I'm
- 13:54Speaker 1: doing good? Man? How you doing? I'm good? Hey? Uh
- 13:57Speaker 1: I see you. You You got your Christmas lights up right?
- 13:59Speaker 1: You know? Yeah? I got him up. I got my
- 14:01Speaker 1: whole of them. Many things set up. Man, it's just
- 14:03Speaker 1: looking rid. Okay, let me let me ask you something. Man.
- 14:05Speaker 1: The theme you got in your yard? Where you get
- 14:08Speaker 1: that idea from? What do you mean where I get
- 14:10Speaker 1: them from? The idea? Like you got a snow man,
- 14:12Speaker 1: you got Santa Claus, some reindeals, you got your whole
- 14:15Speaker 1: house decorated. Where did you get your idea from? I'm
- 14:19Speaker 1: lost what you're talking about. Man, You ask me where
- 14:21Speaker 1: I got a team from? I mean you try to
- 14:23Speaker 1: imply from him. I'm I'm asking you a question. Where
- 14:26Speaker 1: did you get the idea from? I made this up.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I made up Jesus, Jesus and the man you know
- 14:31Speaker 1: that represents Chrystals. Man, you go with a team that's
- 14:33Speaker 1: Chrystmas base man, and that's that's Chrystmas base Jesus. There Chrystmas,
- 14:37Speaker 1: Jesus and just in Jerusalem, and Beth Lamb and hey,
- 14:40Speaker 1: what's what's going on? Man? I? Who are you? Where
- 14:43Speaker 1: you get my number from? Any I'm I'm I'm manning. Man,
- 14:45Speaker 1: I'm manning. I got I got your number from one
- 14:47Speaker 1: of the people that live on your street. And I'm
- 14:49Speaker 1: just asking you on the reel where you get this
- 14:52Speaker 1: idea from? I made this idea? If I made this up? Man,
- 14:56Speaker 1: I made this up the second time you asked me
- 14:58Speaker 1: where I get this idea from? What you? Let's go
- 15:01Speaker 1: the real deal, dog, the same thing you got if
- 15:04Speaker 1: you come four streets over. I got the same thing
- 15:07Speaker 1: in my yard. And it looked like you to stole
- 15:09Speaker 1: my idea. And see what you ain't gonna do is
- 15:12Speaker 1: try to win Christmas Yard of the season. And you
- 15:16Speaker 1: don't stole my ideal. That's the problem I got with you. Now.
- 15:19Speaker 1: The problem you got is like to twisted. Okay, to
- 15:22Speaker 1: see I put this together without here, I never even
- 15:25Speaker 1: heard of you. Many begin with sickly, I've been doing
- 15:28Speaker 1: this particular theme in my yards as I've been standing over.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I've been stand over six years. You ain't had that.
- 15:33Speaker 1: You ain't had that theme last year, you ain't had that.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Lad this thing last year and to give THEO and
- 15:38Speaker 1: I put myself in the same place every damn time
- 15:40Speaker 1: I put it down. You did not have this last
- 15:42Speaker 1: talk about who are you to call me and tell
- 15:44Speaker 1: me about my theme and about my yard and what
- 15:46Speaker 1: you got going. I know you ain't copying there, man.
- 15:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you right now, and I ain't gonna
- 15:51Speaker 1: go no further. You need to rearrange your theme and
- 15:53Speaker 1: get a different thing, because you got the same theme
- 15:56Speaker 1: I got. No, you need to rearrange your okay, because
- 15:59Speaker 1: I ain't rearranging that over here. Hey, man, let me
- 16:01Speaker 1: tell you that I got to come over there tell
- 16:03Speaker 1: you something, man, And I'm being really as real as
- 16:05Speaker 1: I can be with you. If I got to come
- 16:07Speaker 1: over there and unplugged, if you got to come out,
- 16:11Speaker 1: if I got to come over to your house um
- 16:13Speaker 1: plugs some stuff, No, no, no, I think if that
- 16:16Speaker 1: thing my foot will be getting a plug from your
- 16:19Speaker 1: First of all, you ain't gonna come on my street,
- 16:21Speaker 1: in my house and just tech me at all about
- 16:23Speaker 1: anything that I got set up in my y'all say,
- 16:26Speaker 1: ain't that way. I'll tell you what. Then, I'm just
- 16:28Speaker 1: gonna do this ship. I'm gonna just come over there
- 16:30Speaker 1: and take Jesus and take them and take them wise. Man,
- 16:34Speaker 1: I tell yard, that's what I'm gonna do. Come over
- 16:36Speaker 1: this way. Call everybody messing with Jesus in the manger.
- 16:39Speaker 1: It's gonna be some real powers. Because football, that's like
- 16:41Speaker 1: thick with it. That's that's the center. Other thing. Now,
- 16:44Speaker 1: if you want to come over here and you want
- 16:45Speaker 1: to kind of do something like that, you're gonna need
- 16:47Speaker 1: Jesus to help you because it's gonna be some rollings
- 16:49Speaker 1: while going on like y'all, what's the bottom line is
- 16:52Speaker 1: just right here, you got the nerve to do the
- 16:55Speaker 1: same thing. My god, I'm full street sober. I'm driving
- 16:58Speaker 1: through looking at everybody here, man, looking at everybody only
- 17:03Speaker 1: one and commus, I've seen the same way, the same place.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Good a doubt. Long yere, Ain't nobody ever call on
- 17:09Speaker 1: me your stuff looking like man in from four five six?
- 17:12Speaker 1: Who the head is? Man in? Any Wait? Man, it
- 17:14Speaker 1: ain't got no right coming on my street because you
- 17:16Speaker 1: don't stay on this street. You're going around looking at people.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I'm trying to get your ideas. Man, you got a
- 17:21Speaker 1: rich No, No, I'm very original. I moved to this
- 17:23Speaker 1: neighborhood and folk you did. I've been here. I've been
- 17:26Speaker 1: here ten years. You've been here about six. I lone.
- 17:29Speaker 1: You've been living over here. I've been living over here
- 17:31Speaker 1: six years. This sub division was just coming up when
- 17:33Speaker 1: I came over here. How are you gonna tell me
- 17:35Speaker 1: you've been running your team long and not been running mine?
- 17:37Speaker 1: Who you clay? Hey? Man? And it ain't I ain't
- 17:39Speaker 1: got time to go back, man? You know what? I
- 17:40Speaker 1: got better things, so I still got some more lights
- 17:42Speaker 1: put up? Hey, I gotta wa go back and forth.
- 17:45Speaker 1: What I'm gonna tell you just right here, I'm gonna
- 17:47Speaker 1: come take Jesus off your yard. I'm gonna take Jesus
- 17:50Speaker 1: and then one to take Jesus out my yard. I
- 17:51Speaker 1: see now you're sounding like when I'm crazy, people became
- 17:53Speaker 1: about thinking Jesus out of my life. That's where he's
- 17:55Speaker 1: got life and mess up. Come on over. I got somebody, man,
- 17:58Speaker 1: and what you look here? Don't turn your lights on.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Light's gonna be on the night tomorrow night and every
- 18:02Speaker 1: other night. Tell about taking my Jesus in the manet.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I'm a riten as a written that can be Come

- 18:09Speaker 1: stole my ideal and we're talking about this selling idea.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Come on around here, let's see hey dog dog, let
- 18:15Speaker 1: me tell you something right now, Jesus and then wise

- 18:46Speaker 1: I come on the nights cook for yo? Anyway? Why
- 18:50Speaker 1: why are you? Why you can't come up with your

- 22:11Speaker 1: This is Rosie from South Haven, Mississippi. I would like
- 22:13Speaker 1: to wish my son Ricardo owed him and all of
- 22:16Speaker 1: my family was very happy Marry Christmas. He's in Chicago.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Thank you. Christmas is fast approaching. We all know that
- 22:23Speaker 1: time to get the toys together. However, the elves. I
- 22:27Speaker 1: didn't know this. The elves are on strife and you
- 22:30Speaker 1: got with some grievances. Uh, I got this, I got this.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Someone handling this one myself because it's something that I'm
- 22:39Speaker 1: I'm good at doing because I'm a former union man elves.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Elves have decided it came to me with a lot
- 22:48Speaker 1: of complaints and I'm being they representative. Now. We wanted
- 22:51Speaker 1: Timmy to stand up for him, but then he was
- 22:55Speaker 1: already standing up right there they were. When I'll be damned,
- 23:01Speaker 1: we need somebody that's standing for it, that look like
- 23:03Speaker 1: they actually standing. So I said I would do it.
- 23:06Speaker 1: The elves this year are going on strike. Well they
- 23:12Speaker 1: haven't gone on yet, but they're threatening to gonna strike.
- 23:15Speaker 1: The elves and wanting to sit out this year. Santa
- 23:19Speaker 1: Claus is having trouble because he's trying to talk to
- 23:21Speaker 1: these damn elves about their concern So I'm here with
- 23:27Speaker 1: their grievances and I want to start by saying these
- 23:31Speaker 1: are the elves grievouss and I will be preparing these
- 23:34Speaker 1: statements on behalf of the Elm Foundation. We the elves
- 23:40Speaker 1: who work at the North Pole, are requesting the following changes.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Please show your support through our website www dot help
- 23:51Speaker 1: elves dot com if you're gonna help the elves, help
- 23:57Speaker 1: elves dot com, Tommy don't actu. So you know, we
- 24:08Speaker 1: raise all the complaints that the elves have and here
- 24:12Speaker 1: we go. Number one problem that they have it We
- 24:16Speaker 1: the elves would like to stop making these damn wooden toys. No, no,
- 24:24Speaker 1: kid won't no damn woodn't toy. And we've been making
- 24:28Speaker 1: them for years. Okay, ain't nobody asks them now? When
- 24:33Speaker 1: he wouldn't wheels, these wouldn't page lock. They got real
- 24:38Speaker 1: toys now. Secondly, we the elves are requesting to have
- 24:43Speaker 1: a casual Friday, so when we ain't got to wear
- 24:46Speaker 1: these stupid ass uniform, tight ass pants with the pointed hats.
- 24:53Speaker 1: We want a casual frid voicing the concerns that elves
- 24:58Speaker 1: haveing to consider on going on strike, and they wanted
- 25:02Speaker 1: me to convey this to sent across and everybody. We
- 25:05Speaker 1: the elves would like to request a thirty minute smoke break.
- 25:12Speaker 1: They smoke, and then we want to be able to
- 25:18Speaker 1: go outside and smoke whatever we want as it's legal.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Try making these cards without it. Hells don't get high.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Here's the next complaint on behalf of the hells Elves.
- 25:36Speaker 1: We the Elves have voted to eliminate bring your kids
- 25:41Speaker 1: to work day. The truth of the matter is elves
- 25:48Speaker 1: really don't like kids. No, we don't damn that because
- 25:56Speaker 1: they think we kids too, just because we're short. It
- 26:00Speaker 1: showed damn hands off of me. I drove here in
- 26:08Speaker 1: a slave. Next complaint that they have we the Elves
- 26:15Speaker 1: are uncomfortable wearing knees. Dang funny told shoes that heard
- 26:22Speaker 1: that he didn't get We want Crocs to be the
- 26:27Speaker 1: new official el shop. Crocs and Gators to be the
- 26:34Speaker 1: new el shoe. Do the Elves I'm doing complain? You
- 26:39Speaker 1: don't act like you ain't with them. You're trying to
- 26:43Speaker 1: add a complaint. I don't like you. Ain't everyone two
- 26:47Speaker 1: elves and pilgrims have the same shoe. Do you know
- 26:52Speaker 1: that I'm not I'm not. Well, let's quit playing this.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Ain't next complaint we the elves. They're not like elves
- 27:06Speaker 1: shirts and pants. There ain't got no damn pockets. And
- 27:10Speaker 1: we want to start using fanny pack stuff. So when
- 27:18Speaker 1: we go outside to take our smoke break, we'll have
- 27:21Speaker 1: our stuff with it. Next complaint. We the elves understand
- 27:28Speaker 1: that we on the north pole, but some of the
- 27:31Speaker 1: younger elves wants to cut back on the heat being
- 27:35Speaker 1: so high all the time in the workshop. The older
- 27:40Speaker 1: elves is fine, but youngs, we swear people. We the
- 27:51Speaker 1: elves would like to assign ten elves each year to
- 27:56Speaker 1: ride around with Santa, because we think it's unfair that
- 27:59Speaker 1: we make our lead down toys and we don't ever
- 28:01Speaker 1: get fat ass just be packing up the sled with
- 28:07Speaker 1: the rain. Dude, damn it, we made the toy us
- 28:13Speaker 1: a couple more quickly. We the els. We still love
- 28:16Speaker 1: miss Claus and we know she's very nice and she's
- 28:19Speaker 1: never too busy to being down and give us a hook.
- 28:22Speaker 1: But we still would like to know exactly what do
- 28:27Speaker 1: she do up here? The cooks, the cooks for everybody.
- 28:33Speaker 1: We ain't had nothing from her. We gotta Keela at last,
- 28:39Speaker 1: were not LEAs we the ales support the me too
- 28:42Speaker 1: movement that's real strong up here, and some of the
- 28:46Speaker 1: female ales are requesting that Santa refrain from saying ho
- 28:52Speaker 1: ho ho ho. And on that note, we're gonna go down.
- 29:00Speaker 1: You're listening to the Step Morning Show, Well, guys, tis
- 29:04Speaker 1: the season for partying. You know, there's all kind of

- 32:21Speaker 1: said that, and then you Usophagle and Neil was and
- 32:29Speaker 1: then that's Quinn. The teacher had asked me that you
- 32:34Speaker 1: know what's for Shakespeare? And I said, to be listen
- 32:38Speaker 1: to me. He is too not to be ever the question.
- 32:45Speaker 1: I know what for me? Then now you know what? Alright,
- 32:53Speaker 1: alright to come to Jesus drunk. Come on, let me
- 32:58Speaker 1: head Father God, having in having we having this prayer,

- 33:44Speaker 1: And you better know that we're looking at me, because
- 33:48Speaker 1: the Bible says to look at the others, and you
- 33:51Speaker 1: would have him looking at you. We're not fitting me

- 35:37Speaker 1: an extraordinary mind. Hold on tight. I have no idea
- 35:40Speaker 1: how far we're gonna go in this mind. If we're
- 35:42Speaker 1: gonna go shallow, if you're gonna go deep, hold on tight.
- 35:45Speaker 1: You need to seep belt no matter what, ladies and gentlemen,
- 35:47Speaker 1: the mind of Jay Anthony Brown. What I'd like to

- 36:08Speaker 1: I like to introduce a song that I did. And
- 36:11Speaker 1: I try to write songs for people who are not
- 36:14Speaker 1: so jolly. You know, the jolly has their own They
- 36:17Speaker 1: got their own thing. I'm I'm I'm not going after
- 36:20Speaker 1: the jolly. I let let the jolly be jolly. I
- 36:23Speaker 1: don't go up to these people. Whenever I write a song,
- 36:26Speaker 1: I know that I'm speaking to somebody like this song
- 36:29Speaker 1: right here, hit it. No, no, no, all of them around.
- 36:35Speaker 1: We're doing that this year. Check this out, this study
- 36:43Speaker 1: hit the spot book. Christmas bitter. Been a bad week
- 36:49Speaker 1: in the new year. Don't be pressing. Can't another warring
- 36:54Speaker 1: teene or the dune will be locking me? Keep back
- 37:00Speaker 1: to my Please go that hole being manny, get that.
- 37:05Speaker 1: I don't like getting men anyway. I'm gonna block you
- 37:09Speaker 1: from my phone without with them beat gone. I don't
- 37:15Speaker 1: care what you do. I didn't want to stand small
- 37:20Speaker 1: without you. That's right without you. Let me get a
- 37:24Speaker 1: lot of gifts. Give me that much in them anyway
- 37:27Speaker 1: to box just too damn small pig, A raggedy treat
- 37:30Speaker 1: I am I kissing ane of the missile tone, I
- 37:32Speaker 1: am about kissing another missile. Note Bye, oh Andy, don't
- 37:39Speaker 1: slow my door. Yeah, you're riding in the car with
- 37:45Speaker 1: that person right now. You can't make eye contact. You
- 37:48Speaker 1: want to enjoy this song? Fun some time later on,
- 37:51Speaker 1: when you can sing it to yourself, you really want
- 37:53Speaker 1: them gone. Everybody with somebody right now, don't want to
- 37:56Speaker 1: be with that person come Christmas. That's what this song is.
- 37:59Speaker 1: I'm saying. It's a lot of that. I've been hearing
- 38:01Speaker 1: about a lot, a lot of that. I've heard none
- 38:04Speaker 1: of that. It's buying you a funk gift, cause that
- 38:08Speaker 1: you're looking at me, going, what the hell are you
- 38:10Speaker 1: smiling about? What's so damn funny? I've heard none of this.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Where who's talking about this? It's trendy. It's trendy. All
- 38:25Speaker 1: right now I'm depressed. You're listening to show. All right.
- 38:33Speaker 1: We promised to talk about holiday traditions, especially Christmas traditions,
- 38:36Speaker 1: and while time honored holiday traditions are important, they've also
- 38:41Speaker 1: evolved over the generations. Now. This is according to a survey,
- 38:44Speaker 1: family activities and writing to Santa are still among the
- 38:48Speaker 1: most popular holiday traditions. That is interesting, even though because
- 38:53Speaker 1: I've never written to Santa. Even though we live in
- 38:56Speaker 1: a tech savvy world, three out of four parents say
- 38:59Speaker 1: their children still handwrite letters to Santa, as opposed to
- 39:03Speaker 1: a more modern approach like email and really and what's
- 39:09Speaker 1: the most popular family activity in twenty seventeen. This year, well,
- 39:13Speaker 1: according to most households, it's decorating the Christmas tree as
- 39:17Speaker 1: a family. Now that I like, I can I can
- 39:19Speaker 1: relate to that. Do we do that? Yeah? Uh so
- 39:23Speaker 1: let's so, Steve, we got to start with you here.
- 39:26Speaker 1: What are what are the family traditions that your family
- 39:29Speaker 1: keeps that you definitely First of all, let me get
- 39:31Speaker 1: this straight, Boodlem. Your grandson Ale, Noah and Rose grandchildren.
- 39:44Speaker 1: I'm not telling you that Santa Claus's coming down the chimney. Okay, hey,
- 39:50Speaker 1: Mom and Daddy Mike. But if they come over Papaul's house,
- 39:55Speaker 1: Papa bought all this, Okay, they needs to. Let's be
- 40:00Speaker 1: straight about that tree down here, y'all. Papa paid for
- 40:04Speaker 1: all the tree, okay, all the little finger as snow.
- 40:08Speaker 1: I bought all that in hire. I had that tree
- 40:11Speaker 1: in the in the in the in the foyer that
- 40:13Speaker 1: Papa bought that. So that's a new tradition really, because
- 40:17Speaker 1: you weren't you brought up with thinking Santa Claus did
- 40:20Speaker 1: it for a while when you were a little Yeah, yeah,
- 40:23Speaker 1: so you're usually as young as your grandchildren are. Yeah,
- 40:26Speaker 1: well you know my kids take their kids to see
- 40:30Speaker 1: Santa Claus. Yeah, they're thinking it's a Senaca. I'm just
- 40:34Speaker 1: telling don't bring them over here. You gotta so real
- 40:38Speaker 1: with it right now. Well, no, a Papa house. All
- 40:41Speaker 1: is paid for by the big ball hard as you
- 40:43Speaker 1: work you want through credit. Yeah, the white man didn't
- 40:46Speaker 1: bought nothing up in here. The ball head black man
- 40:49Speaker 1: that's in that office down there at the front of
- 40:52Speaker 1: you're going that dad, Senate clause a matter of fact,
- 40:55Speaker 1: don't bring him up when you're coming here because he
- 40:59Speaker 1: had nothing to do. Ain't on this side of gate.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Santa Claus ain't had damn thing. Okay. So that's one.
- 41:05Speaker 1: That's one. That's that you burst wide open. Okay. Secondly, huh,
- 41:12Speaker 1: if you tap up your toy on Christmas, you get
- 41:16Speaker 1: your ass on Chris what man? That it's a tradition,
- 41:22Speaker 1: that tradition, many rations. Man. How I hadn't lay away
- 41:29Speaker 1: and you just saything broke it. It ain't even floked
- 41:32Speaker 1: at it. Yeah, opened it at five and it's broken. Man.
- 41:41Speaker 1: I had a nephew named Pogo. All Pogo did every
- 41:45Speaker 1: toy he got, he took it apart. Wow. But then
- 41:49Speaker 1: you know what he put it all back together. That's
- 41:52Speaker 1: all he wanted to bring. Well, yeah, that's like girls
- 41:55Speaker 1: we used to take our doll's clothes off here mckinnic, right,
- 42:01Speaker 1: that's what he's a mechanic right now because see, yeah,
- 42:05Speaker 1: so that was some good. But did he get in
- 42:07Speaker 1: trouble for doing it when he was a kid? Dog?
- 42:09Speaker 1: Because if my daddy saw the tard toe up, but
- 42:13Speaker 1: he would asked after the second year, is that poy
- 42:18Speaker 1: gonna put him back? Yeah? Oh, he wasn't too mad,
- 42:25Speaker 1: all right? What else? So? So, no Santa, but whippings
- 42:28Speaker 1: if you broke your toys? What else? Uh? These are
- 42:33Speaker 1: some traditions, Steve. I want to hear some of junior stuff.
- 42:36Speaker 1: I know it sounds like he got his but up.
- 42:40Speaker 1: Oh man. Absolutely. One tradition was you're going to bed
- 42:43Speaker 1: at seven on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, Christmas Eve. Oh.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I could never sleep on Christmas Eve. I could never
- 42:51Speaker 1: do that because Santa was come. But Santa don't show
- 42:56Speaker 1: up to the man in the morning. We gotta go
- 42:59Speaker 1: back to bed nine. Why I think nine? We're running
- 43:04Speaker 1: late at y'all go back and then go back to
- 43:07Speaker 1: beach name. He ain't made it here yet y'all going
- 43:14Speaker 1: there to go back to? Yeah, I'm next nephews praying
- 43:20Speaker 1: phone call right after this. I'm drinking all night. You're
- 43:24Speaker 1: listening Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top
- 43:29Speaker 1: of the hour, guys, well about four minutes after anyway,
- 43:31Speaker 1: it's today's Strawberry Letters. Subject listen. If you lost your underwear,
- 43:36Speaker 1: please call me? That is the sub. If you lost
- 43:39Speaker 1: your underwear, please call me. But I've been there, Nay,
- 43:45Speaker 1: But did you want to say that though? Right now?
- 43:52Speaker 1: What happened? But have you ever came home though with
- 43:55Speaker 1: just one league in your draw? Piled up? Zimple? You
- 44:02Speaker 1: didn't know how to explain you just got one? And
- 44:06Speaker 1: why you got pennies in your pocket? See you right?
- 44:13Speaker 1: All right? Right now, the nephew is here with the
- 44:15Speaker 1: prank phone call for today. Let's go. Now what you got?
- 44:19Speaker 1: We got a problem in this relationship that I'm about
- 44:22Speaker 1: to run Shirley. Oh yeah, yeah, that's a major problem
- 44:26Speaker 1: and it happens a lot in some relationships, especially before marriage.
- 44:31Speaker 1: The ring, Oh, the ring, like like the movie The Rain,
- 44:39Speaker 1: the Horrible. Yeah, that's how he's saying of the rings.
- 44:44Speaker 1: The Rain. I was looking for that rain. Yeah where
- 44:49Speaker 1: all right? Here is the rain that rang run a
- 44:55Speaker 1: cat dog. Let's go. Hello, hello, I'm trying to reach
- 44:59Speaker 1: a uh Denise please, yes, this is she, Hi Denise.
- 45:03Speaker 1: My name is Gavin. I'm actually the head jeweler here Diamonds.
- 45:07Speaker 1: Know how you doing? I'm good? You brought your ring
- 45:09Speaker 1: in what was it last week? I actually wasn't here,
- 45:12Speaker 1: but you gave it to one of my salespersons, and
- 45:15Speaker 1: yes you wanted to get it resized as well as
- 45:18Speaker 1: as get it a praise. Correct, yes, yes, yes, and
- 45:20Speaker 1: you don't have to tell him to be a bit
- 45:23Speaker 1: on my own. Okay, wow, okay, listen, I actually do
- 45:28Speaker 1: the resize of the ring. And first of all, let
- 45:30Speaker 1: me be the first to say, um, congratulations, when when
- 45:33Speaker 1: is your wedding? Thank you? I'm getting married and stuff
- 45:36Speaker 1: coming there. Well, congratulations to thank you. Listen. I don't
- 45:40Speaker 1: know how to tell you this now. As far as
- 45:41Speaker 1: the appraiser list concern, I've looked at your ring over
- 45:44Speaker 1: and over and this this ring is probably worth maybe
- 45:50Speaker 1: fifty dollars. Excuse me, I've I've been I've been in
- 45:54Speaker 1: this business for over twenty years. But you know what
- 45:56Speaker 1: I'm confused on what you just said. And I understand
- 45:59Speaker 1: that what I'm trying to is that I've been in
- 46:01Speaker 1: this business for for twenty years. I've seen so many
- 46:03Speaker 1: different pieces of jewelry and this is something that you
- 46:07Speaker 1: that you buy late night on an infomercial for nineteen
- 46:10Speaker 1: ninety nine. This is a Cubic Declonian stone and the
- 46:14Speaker 1: gold is not real at all. It's like, wait, you wait,
- 46:19Speaker 1: you lost me. You lost me as much money as
- 46:21Speaker 1: my friend make and as much money as my father
- 46:24Speaker 1: is putting down on his wedding or has put down.
- 46:26Speaker 1: And you're gonna understand everything you're saying. But Denise, honestly
- 46:30Speaker 1: don't know. What I need you to do is hold on.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Wait wait. I need you to hold on because we
- 46:35Speaker 1: need to convict us. Wait wait man. First of all,
- 46:38Speaker 1: I can't wait wait wait, wait, wait, wait, hold on
- 46:45Speaker 1: because we're trying to do you wait wait wait what
- 46:48Speaker 1: are you trying to what you're trying to do? Sir?
- 46:50Speaker 1: I need I need you to repeat what you just
- 46:53Speaker 1: said to me. Okay, I need little of personal stuff man,
- 46:57Speaker 1: you oh you hit it. It's personal. Now. I need
- 47:00Speaker 1: you to hold on. Okay, Oh, she calling her man Okay,
- 47:06Speaker 1: thank thank Hello, Victim, I can listen to this jeweler
- 47:11Speaker 1: that's on the front. I want you to hit it.
- 47:12Speaker 1: But he just told me, what's what's the problem? What
- 47:15Speaker 1: you mean, what's the problem. He's gonna tell you what
- 47:16Speaker 1: the problem is. Gonna hit on, sir, gonna hit on.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Who Hello, Yeah, who's this all right? My name is Gavin.
- 47:22Speaker 1: I'm from Diamonds. And actually your wife, I mean where
- 47:26Speaker 1: your fiance rather, she brought her ring in to actually
- 47:29Speaker 1: be resized. Yeah, and we we also did an appraisal
- 47:32Speaker 1: on the ring for her, and actually the ring is
- 47:36Speaker 1: estimated to be only, in the word of around fifty dollars.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Fifty dollars fifty that's what the man said, sir. Obviously
- 47:47Speaker 1: there's some sort of mistakes, sir. Yeah, what you got
- 47:49Speaker 1: to say about that fifty dollars? That's that's got to
- 47:53Speaker 1: be some kind of mistakes. And what'd you say your
- 47:54Speaker 1: name was, sir? My name is Gavin. I work here
- 47:57Speaker 1: at Diamonds. I'm the head jeweler here. I've been here
- 47:59Speaker 1: for twenty years. And there's there's no way that that
- 48:03Speaker 1: ring is worth fifty dollars. I know what I paid
- 48:05Speaker 1: for it. So obviously there's some sort of mistake it.
- 48:08Speaker 1: There's not a mistake. I've been dealing with jury. I've
- 48:10Speaker 1: seen it. I couldn't pretty much look at a ring,
- 48:13Speaker 1: but I actually went into detail on this one, as
- 48:15Speaker 1: I do all of them. And so I promise you
- 48:18Speaker 1: this is probably maybe between forty and fifty dollars for
- 48:21Speaker 1: his workers. Now absolutely not. That's that's impossible. How is
- 48:25Speaker 1: that impossible? He's a jeweler. You heard him say, he's
- 48:27Speaker 1: been doing it for twenty he's the highest. That impossible.
- 48:30Speaker 1: I don't understand all the money that my dad is
- 48:33Speaker 1: putting down on this wedding, and you're gonna pay fifty
- 48:35Speaker 1: dollars you bought a cheap ring? No, no, no, I
- 48:39Speaker 1: did not buy a team. This is this is this
- 48:42Speaker 1: is obviously some kind of mistake. You didn't got it?
- 48:44Speaker 1: You show got that right, You show got that right.
- 48:46Speaker 1: So what you got to say for yourself fifty dollar this?
- 48:50Speaker 1: You can't I believe that that's right, That this is
- 48:52Speaker 1: obviously some kind of mistakes. Oh, it is a mistake.
- 48:55Speaker 1: I'm mistake and thinking I'm gonna get marriage to the
- 48:57Speaker 1: man of my dream. I do have the engage a
- 49:00Speaker 1: ring that was purchased and bought for your wife. No,
- 49:03Speaker 1: I don't think you I would think you do. I
- 49:04Speaker 1: don't think you have my ring, because if you have
- 49:06Speaker 1: my ring, you wouldn't be telling me this is worth
- 49:07Speaker 1: fifty dollars. I have the ring that your wife, your
- 49:11Speaker 1: fiance brought his wife. Yet hold on, hold on, the
- 49:14Speaker 1: man trying to explain. I'm trying to get to the bot. Okay,
- 49:18Speaker 1: thank you, So you have I don't think you have
- 49:20Speaker 1: the right ring. I have the right ring. And what
- 49:22Speaker 1: I'm letting you know, sir, is that this is something
- 49:25Speaker 1: you buy on an infomercial in the two ocock the dude.
- 49:28Speaker 1: You know I ain't bottle damn ring on infomercial. I
- 49:33Speaker 1: bought the ring from a reputable establishment. I have the receipt,
- 49:37Speaker 1: I have the certificate. So obviously the mistake is on
- 49:40Speaker 1: your and where you're mistake is not here. So you
- 49:42Speaker 1: bought a piece of jump. He's been doing it all
- 49:45Speaker 1: these years. How hell he's gonna make a mistake. You
- 49:48Speaker 1: come off telling me I bought a piece of jump.
- 49:50Speaker 1: I know what I bought. If there's any mistakes that's
- 49:52Speaker 1: been made, it's on your end world. It's not on
- 49:55Speaker 1: my end. Yeah, don't you want things that my dad
- 50:01Speaker 1: is paying too much money for this wedding? So your
- 50:03Speaker 1: doll's gonna pay fifty dollars dollars? You wait till I
- 50:06Speaker 1: tell him this? Chill. Hold on. First of all, I
- 50:09Speaker 1: don't appreciate I want to tell you this. This is
- 50:11Speaker 1: a typical case of you trying to put it off
- 50:14Speaker 1: for us because you bought the PIF for fifty bucks.
- 50:17Speaker 1: The money did you make? And I get fifty dollars
- 50:19Speaker 1: worth of a ring? Then he's hold on, let me
- 50:21Speaker 1: talk to this. Where are you going gets? I never
- 50:25Speaker 1: heard of it. So your wife knows exactly where this.
- 50:29Speaker 1: She's the one that brought the ring. I tell you what,
- 50:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna come down there to see the ring that
- 50:34Speaker 1: you're talking about. If it's not the ring that I
- 50:36Speaker 1: gave my girl, I'm gonna take seventy six hundred dollars
- 50:38Speaker 1: out of your because that's so. Now you want to
- 50:42Speaker 1: jump on me because you bought your wife a piece.
- 50:45Speaker 1: Come on, and you want to put it on me.
- 50:47Speaker 1: You you don't tell me what the I'm know what
- 50:49Speaker 1: the I spin on the ring and you I don't
- 50:51Speaker 1: kind of trying to pull first of all, I don't
- 50:53Speaker 1: appreciate you coming in my household trying to mess my
- 50:56Speaker 1: and you want to come to me with this one.
- 50:57Speaker 1: I know the ring's gotta be real. Know that if
- 51:00Speaker 1: I were you, miss de Niece, I would not marry
- 51:02Speaker 1: somebody that's gonna be I'm coming there, I'm looking for
- 51:05Speaker 1: your pocket and you know what, you don't get the
- 51:08Speaker 1: ring A right, man, you're gonna go at it? Can
- 51:10Speaker 1: I say one more thing to both of you? Are better?
- 51:12Speaker 1: I tell you what if they did? I want to
- 51:14Speaker 1: hear me and you're gonna have some more problems. This
- 51:16Speaker 1: is nephew telling me from the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 51:19Speaker 1: y'all just got planked by the niece's sister that that's
- 51:28Speaker 1: why she ain't got no man to be Wow. That's wow.
- 51:36Speaker 1: That's how cool? Time are you about to start me? Wow?
- 51:39Speaker 1: I think I'm sorry, baby, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I
- 51:42Speaker 1: would make its ring. I gotta ask y'all something, what
- 51:48Speaker 1: is the baddest radio show in the wow but Steve
- 51:53Speaker 1: Harvey The Morning Now? Wow? Ring? Baby is always about

- 53:16Speaker 1: please call me. Dere's Stephen Shirley. Here we go. I
- 53:21Speaker 1: am a married man that drives part time as a
- 53:23Speaker 1: lift flash uber driver for extra income for my No
- 53:27Speaker 1: you ain't, no, no, you ain't both now wait minute, Yeah,
- 53:33Speaker 1: that's what you can do. Well, He's both okay, there,
- 53:38Speaker 1: you can do anyway. He's he part time drives for
- 53:43Speaker 1: Lift and Uber for extra income for his family. So
- 53:47Speaker 1: last week he got him late. I get Uber and
- 53:48Speaker 1: I don't like my drive, and I call Lifting. Hear
- 53:51Speaker 1: his ass come back around the corner one on both
- 53:54Speaker 1: would you get Let me get through this letter, honey,
- 53:58Speaker 1: all right? Last week I got home late one evening
- 54:00Speaker 1: after working my part time job, and I decided to
- 54:03Speaker 1: take my wife and two year old out to dinner.
- 54:06Speaker 1: As my wife was securing our child in the car seat,
- 54:09Speaker 1: she yelled out, what the heck is this? I immediately,
- 54:15Speaker 1: what the hell is this? That's what it says. I
- 54:18Speaker 1: immediately turned around in my seat and I see my
- 54:21Speaker 1: wife pinching a huge pair of ladies panties by the corners.
- 54:26Speaker 1: Not only were there some random panties on my back seat,
- 54:29Speaker 1: there were several sizes larger than what my wife wears.
- 54:33Speaker 1: My wife was yelling and screaming, accusing me of messing
- 54:36Speaker 1: around with the big girl in the back seat of
- 54:38Speaker 1: our car. First off, let me say that I don't
- 54:41Speaker 1: have anything against full figured women, but that's not my thing.
- 54:45Speaker 1: And secondly, by the size of those panties, there is
- 54:48Speaker 1: no way I could have been getting it on in
- 54:51Speaker 1: the back seat of my compact car with a girl
- 54:54Speaker 1: that size. My wife refuses to believe that a random
- 54:57Speaker 1: overlift passenger would mistake can leave her panties behind in
- 55:02Speaker 1: my car. And now, whenever I'm out working as a driver,
- 55:06Speaker 1: my wife keeps close tabs on me and it's wearing
- 55:11Speaker 1: me down. If there is a big girl missing some panties,
- 55:14Speaker 1: please come forth so my wife can get off my back.
- 55:17Speaker 1: What should I do? How can I get my wife
- 55:19Speaker 1: to chill? Please help? Well, first of all, if someone
- 55:22Speaker 1: left their panties in your back seat, they're not gonna
- 55:24Speaker 1: call you. They're not gonna do any of that, especially
- 55:29Speaker 1: you know, to get you out of trouble. If anything,
- 55:31Speaker 1: they left them to get you in some trouble, all right,
- 55:34Speaker 1: but not to get you out of trouble. And how
- 55:36Speaker 1: do you get your wife to chill? Well, that's a
- 55:38Speaker 1: big one. Please help, you say, I just gotta ask you,
- 55:41Speaker 1: are you for real with this letter? I can't even
- 55:43Speaker 1: believe that this really happened. And as a wife myself,
- 55:47Speaker 1: do you honestly know how hard this is for a
- 55:50Speaker 1: wife to believe she finds some panties on your back seat. Yeah,
- 55:53Speaker 1: she's going to react just like your wife did, Just
- 55:56Speaker 1: like your wife did, yelling, screaming, going in all of
- 55:59Speaker 1: that holler and everything. Forget taking them out to dinner
- 56:03Speaker 1: because she's probably not gonna want to go now, she's
- 56:05Speaker 1: so mad Penny's in the back seat. It's just too
- 56:09Speaker 1: hard to believe. You know. It's just wrong on so
- 56:13Speaker 1: many levels. So from now on you have to check
- 56:17Speaker 1: your seat every time a passenger gets out. That's for
- 56:20Speaker 1: the future, but you're in it now. You're gonna have
- 56:22Speaker 1: to bank on every good and wonderful thing you've ever
- 56:26Speaker 1: ever done for your wife as a husband. I mean,
- 56:30Speaker 1: you know, the fact that you're a good dad. You've
- 56:33Speaker 1: got to win her over again. You've got to make
- 56:35Speaker 1: her believe that you're telling the truth. How are you
- 56:37Speaker 1: gonna do that, I don't know, But she has to
- 56:41Speaker 1: know that there's some good in you, or else she
- 56:43Speaker 1: wouldn't still be married to you, and and you wouldn't
- 56:46Speaker 1: be you know, you got to tell her, for instance,
- 56:47Speaker 1: and remind her that she's that you're a good man.
- 56:50Speaker 1: That she's married to a good man. You're holding down
- 56:52Speaker 1: two jobs, all right, so you can take care of
- 56:55Speaker 1: your wife and child. You're making time for them even
- 56:58Speaker 1: after your job. You're taking them out to dinner, not
- 57:02Speaker 1: just your wife but your child. You're a family man.
- 57:04Speaker 1: You gotta remind her of all that stuff. And hopefully
- 57:07Speaker 1: maybe I don't know, that'll explain away or when some
- 57:12Speaker 1: of the trust back for those big panties that were
- 57:14Speaker 1: left in your back seat. But good luck, though, good luck,
- 57:17Speaker 1: because I don't know. It's gonna take a lot. It's
- 57:19Speaker 1: gonna take a lot. This is hard, and this is
- 57:21Speaker 1: not even your fault. You're a victim of circumstance. Here.
- 57:25Speaker 1: I feel for you, my brother, Steve. I don't know
- 57:27Speaker 1: how to approach this letter. Pole guy left uber driver
- 57:32Speaker 1: trying to hustle up extra money for his family, got
- 57:35Speaker 1: in late one evening from your job, and you're gonna
- 57:38Speaker 1: take your wife and your two and you're old out
- 57:40Speaker 1: to dinner. And your wife is back there putting the
- 57:42Speaker 1: baby in the car seat. She shared, what the hell
- 57:44Speaker 1: is this? Yeah, and what happened? I immediately turned around
- 57:49Speaker 1: in my seat and see my wife hinching a huge
- 57:52Speaker 1: pa A lady's pennies by the corners, not only wearing
- 57:57Speaker 1: some random panties in my back seat, they were several
- 58:01Speaker 1: sizes larger than what my wife were. All right, now
- 58:06Speaker 1: we got a problem. So now she's accusing you were
- 58:10Speaker 1: messing around with somebody in the back seat. Now he
- 58:14Speaker 1: wants to clarify that he don't have nothing against four
- 58:16Speaker 1: figured women, but that's not my thing. And secondly, by
- 58:19Speaker 1: the size of them draws, there's no way I could
- 58:21Speaker 1: have been getting it on in the back seat of
- 58:23Speaker 1: a compact car with a girl on that side. Let's
- 58:26Speaker 1: talk about the draws for a minute, because this could
- 58:28Speaker 1: be out. See, the thing that got you in, it's
- 58:31Speaker 1: the same thing that can get you out. See, you
- 58:35Speaker 1: let her bring a false accusation against you that you
- 58:39Speaker 1: had something to do with them draws. Now they were
- 58:42Speaker 1: draws when she was picking them up, But when you
- 58:46Speaker 1: turned around, your identification of them could have been anything
- 58:51Speaker 1: but draws. And had you went with what it looked
- 58:55Speaker 1: like as opposed to what they was, you could have
- 58:57Speaker 1: got your ass out this situation earlier. Then patties. That's
- 59:00Speaker 1: a car cover. Yes, you know what I'm saying. Baby,
- 59:04Speaker 1: They mate, they made patties I took your kids camping.
- 59:08Speaker 1: That's a pen. See what I'm saying. You got to
- 59:10Speaker 1: throw them off because if day that big, you got
- 59:13Speaker 1: to go with that. That's not baby. You don't see,
- 59:16Speaker 1: you don't recognize them. That's how confident you got to
- 59:19Speaker 1: come up with real big stuff because you need a minute.
- 59:22Speaker 1: King Kong jumped in the car and tried to hijack
- 59:25Speaker 1: you while you was driving, and King Kong had on
- 59:28Speaker 1: drawls and when he jumped out the car dammage, his
- 59:31Speaker 1: draws got caught on the seatbelt. All right, Look, we're
- 59:34Speaker 1: gonna have part two of Steve's response coming up at
- 59:36Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour, and hopefully that that's all
- 59:41Speaker 1: we got. You're listening, all right, Steve, Let's recap the
- 59:47Speaker 1: letters subject if you lost your underwear, please call me? Yeah,
- 59:52Speaker 1: his second party, which is really nothing we could do

- 1:19:23Speaker 1: remarks for Steve. Oh gotcha? Okay. In light of encouraging
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: people and getting people to understand the process that we
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: are all involved in when it comes to finding our
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: success in our happiness, we are all in the process.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: And you know, one of the things when you're trying
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: to become happy, or you're seeking out your success, your
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: position in life, what you're gonna do, how you're gonna
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: get it done. Maybe you start a big is this
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: maybe trying to get a promotion, maybe trying to finish school,
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: whatever it is, You're gonna run into some things. That
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: is just life. You are not the only one. But
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: when you get hit with one of them hardness, one
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: that kind of slows your roll a little bit, and
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: we all have them, one that kind of knocks you
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: down and you didn't see it coming. I mean, man,
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: it's life is difficult. Man, it really really is. And
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: all of us have to face some of these challenges
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: that are so heavy that it feels like it knocks
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: us out to game. And you can be thrown for
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: a moment. Don't get me wrong, it's human nature. You
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: can get tossed up pretty bad where you feel like
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: giving up. You can you can get tossed up pretty
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: bad where you feel like, well, this is the end.
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: But when you get knocked down, when you get ran over,
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: when you get pushed, when you're exhausted, you gotta get
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: back in the game. You have to get back in
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: the game. It's still no excuse for not getting back
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: in the game. Because life is ten percent what happens
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: to you, it's nine what you do about it. Everybody
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: has hardships, everybody has challenge moments. Everybody gets knocked down,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: everybody get ran over, everybody get blindside it. But you
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: have got to get back in the game. You don't
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: have the time. Time is too precious for you to
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: just sit on the sideline on the bench, not playing anymore.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: You can't do that. God is your coach, and when God,
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: all things are possible. I want to ask you something.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: When God is doing what he does when he's in
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: the background moving on your behalf, when he's back there
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: working out things that you don't know that's working on,
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: when he is working on your behalf just because he
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: knows you've been asking him to, if he'd been secretly
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: working on your behalf, because you his child, because you
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: honor him, love him, in respect him. If he's in
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: the background working on your behalf. Wouldn't you like to
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: be on the field for the end of the game.
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: Wouldn't you like to be on the field when the
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: results come in when God get through doing what he doing.
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: Wouldn't you love to be there when He puts his
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: stamp of approval on it. Wouldn't you like to be
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: on the field in the game when the package that
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: you've been praying for finally arrives. Wouldn't you like to
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: be in the field in the game when He finally
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: answered that prayer. Wouldn't you like to be there standing
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: on the field when it all turns around and all
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: your haters got to sit there and become your footstools.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: Wouldn't you like to be on the field for that?
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: I know I would. I want to be on the
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: field when God starts packing out victories. I want to
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: take a victory left when God starts blessing you when
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: everybody said was over. I love it when God proved
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: people wrong. I absolutely love it. I love it when
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: God say there's nothing you can do to my child
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: that he can't handle. And when you get through starting
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: these fires around him, when you get through messing with him,
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: look at him. He gonna be stronger and bigger and
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: brighter and better than ever when you was laughing at
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: and when you thought he folded and I came to
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: his rescue, who laughing. Now all the people in the
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: stands will see it. You won't have to shove it
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: in nobody's face. Oh they're gonna see it. They're gonna
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: be sicker, they're gonna try something else. But at the
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: end of the day, I want to be on the
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: field when it's over, when God comes through, when he
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: show up like he always does. I don't care if
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: it's the last second field goal. As long as I
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: win the game. What difference doing me. I got hurt
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: while I was playing, but I won't I'll take that.
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: God got a great life for you, but you got
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: to stay in the game to get it. God got
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: a great life for you, but you gotta get up
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: when you get ran over. God got a great life
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: for you, but you got to hang on when you
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: feel like sitting down. God got a great life for you,
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: but you will never know how great it is until
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: you get the end results. You'll never know how great
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: it is until you hanging out and see what God
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: finally had worked out for you. Stay on the field,
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: get back in the game. It's critical. It's critical. I
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: want to be on the field when they're doing the
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: victory lab. Those are my closing remarks. Wow, drop that
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: mic baby, drop it. Yeah, y'all have a great man
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: like he broke it. He did. Drop it like it's broke.
