Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: We've got major news that includes Joe Biden granting a
- 0:05Speaker 1: record thirty nine presidential pardons, and then on top of that,
- 0:13Speaker 1: he commutes one thousand, five hundred sentences. If you want
- 0:19Speaker 1: to know why the Biden crime family should be investigated,
- 0:24Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you the reasons in a moment.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Because people on this list include Chinese spies and how
- 0:32Speaker 1: much money came into the Biden crime family from China.
- 0:36Speaker 1: The list might be the most disgusting list I have
- 0:39Speaker 1: ever seen. Now this is not involving directly his family
- 0:43Speaker 1: members yet, and more pardons are expecting to come forward,
- 0:46Speaker 1: but I'm going to have that for you in a second.
- 0:48Speaker 1: But there's also another story that I want to put
- 0:51Speaker 1: on your radar screen as well, and that is the.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Department of Justice has officially.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Admitted and I hope every one of you will share
- 0:59Speaker 1: the podcasts of this show because this needs to be
- 1:04Speaker 1: known by.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Everyone in the country.
- 1:06Speaker 1: The Department of Justice has now officially and revealed that
- 1:12Speaker 1: there were, in fact a number of FBI confidential sources
- 1:18Speaker 1: on the ground during January the sixth. This is the
- 1:23Speaker 1: first time they have actually admitted to it that yes,
- 1:27Speaker 1: we did the highly anticipated report said. There were more
- 1:31Speaker 1: than two dozen confidential human sources in the crowd on
- 1:36Speaker 1: January the sixth of twenty twenty one, they said, quote,
- 1:40Speaker 1: but only three were assigned by the FBI to be present. Now,
- 1:44Speaker 1: I'm going to explain more of the details on that
- 1:46Speaker 1: coming up after we deal with the presidential pardons. Now,
- 1:51Speaker 1: this is the part that I want you to understand
- 1:53Speaker 1: about these presidential pardons is many of these seem to
- 1:57Speaker 1: be nothing more than payback, saying thank you to some
- 2:02Speaker 1: of the most corrupt people in the world who have
- 2:04Speaker 1: friends that have been convicted of crimes in the United
- 2:08Speaker 1: States of America. The days are counting down until US
- 2:13Speaker 1: President Joe Biden exit.
- 2:14Speaker 2: The White House.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Before he goes, he is doing some major housekeeping. When
- 2:22Speaker 1: he delivered these presidential pardons to thirty nine Americans convicted
- 2:27Speaker 1: of what the White House described as non violent crimes,
- 2:31Speaker 1: and then commuting the sentences of nearly one five hundred
- 2:34Speaker 1: other people in the largest single day of clemency in
- 2:38Speaker 1: modern history. The White House has not given the names
- 2:42Speaker 1: of people involved in the mass commutations. The Associated Press
- 2:46Speaker 1: is reporting. Now, let's be clear. The US Constitution decrees
- 2:50Speaker 1: a present has the quote broad power to grant reprieves
- 2:55Speaker 1: and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in
- 2:58Speaker 1: cases of impeachment. Now, earlier this month, Biden issued that
- 3:04Speaker 1: obviously not shocking but extremely controversial mass pardon to his
- 3:10Speaker 1: son Hunter Biden, and now it looks like he's moving
- 3:13Speaker 1: on to even bigger pardons. What's the most shocking thing
- 3:18Speaker 1: about this list, and the part that makes me extremely
- 3:21Speaker 1: angry is the White House says that these individuals and
- 3:27Speaker 1: they had convictions of a quote non violent set of crimes.
- 3:33Speaker 1: So they're trying to tell you that this isn't a
- 3:35Speaker 1: big deal. Well, you want to know who's on the list.
- 3:38Speaker 1: They included Chinese spies and even an individual convicted of
- 3:44Speaker 1: possessing child pornography, which the White House is now describing
- 3:49Speaker 1: as well, we're just giving out this to individuals convicted
- 3:53Speaker 1: of quote unquote nonviolent crimes. Child pornography is a violent
- 3:58Speaker 1: crime against children. Being a spy, a Chinese spy, where
- 4:05Speaker 1: you're either taking out humans marking them. Maybe people are
- 4:12Speaker 1: dying in your country, maybe people are dying in this country,
- 4:16Speaker 1: this level of espionage. Saying it's a non violent individual,
- 4:23Speaker 1: give me a break. This might be the worst I've
- 4:27Speaker 1: ever seen of just how corrupt the Biden crime family is,
- 4:31Speaker 1: where they're having to now pay off basically people that
- 4:34Speaker 1: gave them millions of dollars hooking them up with these
- 4:38Speaker 1: types of pardons. Now, before I tell you specifically the
- 4:42Speaker 1: names about these people and what their offenses were and
- 4:45Speaker 1: how they got these pardons, I want to tell you
- 4:47Speaker 1: real quick about my friends over at Patriot Mobile. If
- 4:50Speaker 1: you are sick and tired of having your money go
- 4:52Speaker 1: to companies that actually are fighting against your conservative Christian values.
- 4:56Speaker 2: While in the cell phone industry, they're one of the worst.
- 4:59Speaker 1: The big mobile providers out there give big donations to
- 5:03Speaker 1: democratic causes, candidates and organizations. And that is exactly why
- 5:10Speaker 1: I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile like I've
- 5:12Speaker 1: done in twenty twenty four. It's so easy to switch,
- 5:15Speaker 1: and when you do, you're going to be making a
- 5:16Speaker 1: difference every time you pay your bill, every time you
- 5:18Speaker 1: make a phone call, every time you send a text.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Because of Patriot Mobile, they actually give about five percent
- 5:24Speaker 1: of your bill back to conservative causes, candidates and organizations.
- 5:30Speaker 1: It is incredible what they do. Every time you pay
- 5:33Speaker 1: your bill. You also are fighting for the rights of
- 5:36Speaker 1: unborn children. When you're with Patriot Mobile, because they give
- 5:39Speaker 1: money to those organizations. They are making sure that your
- 5:43Speaker 1: dollars are spent to support everything that we believe in. Now,
- 5:46Speaker 1: Big Mobile they're fighting against you. They give big donations
- 5:49Speaker 1: to the hardcore liberal causes and candidates, including organizations to
- 5:52Speaker 1: pay for abortions on demand. I don't want my money
- 5:55Speaker 1: going there, and that's why I switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I want to give you a free month of service
- 6:00Speaker 1: and you're also gonna get their coverage guarantee. They are
- 6:03Speaker 1: not worried about coverage because in twenty twenty four, everybody
- 6:06Speaker 1: now is using the same networks in the same towers.
- 6:08Speaker 1: You'll get the same coverage you have now without the
- 6:10Speaker 1: radical left agenda that you would be funding with Big Mobile.
- 6:14Speaker 2: So check out Patriot Mobile.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Go online to Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's
- 6:20Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Or you can call them
- 6:24Speaker 1: nine to seven to two Patriot that's nine to seven

- 6:32Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson. You'll get one month of free service.
- 6:37Speaker 1: All right, So let me tell you about a couple
- 6:39Speaker 1: of the different people that were pardoned. Because this information
- 6:42Speaker 1: we now know for a fact, and I want you
- 6:45Speaker 1: to understand just how evil Joe Biden is and just
- 6:50Speaker 1: how compromise he has been as president, and how compromised
- 6:54Speaker 1: his family has been. Let me tell you first about
- 6:58Speaker 1: a guy by the name of jan John Jue. This
- 7:02Speaker 1: is an individual in the Southern District of Ohio that
- 7:07Speaker 1: has been convicted on November sixteenth of twenty twenty two.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Look at the.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Time right now, this was just a couple of years ago.
- 7:18Speaker 1: He was in prison for two hundred and forty months.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Do you know how long two hundred and forty months is.
- 7:27Speaker 1: It's a long time. It is twenty years. So this
- 7:32Speaker 1: guy went to jail for twenty years. What did he do?
- 7:36Speaker 1: Here is his offense on the official Whiteouse dot gov website.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Conspiracy to commit espionage, economic espionage, conspiracy to commit trade
- 7:47Speaker 1: secret theft, Attempted economic espionage by theft or fraud, attempted
- 7:55Speaker 1: theft of trade secrets by taking or deception. This individual
- 8:02Speaker 1: clearly with direct ties to China.
- 8:04Speaker 2: He is a Chinese spy.
- 8:07Speaker 1: And it was so clear that he was a Chinese
- 8:09Speaker 1: spy that they decided that he was such a threat
- 8:11Speaker 1: to this country for what he was doing that they
- 8:13Speaker 1: put him in jail for twenty years. That is who
- 8:18Speaker 1: Joe Biden just set free with the stroke of his pen. Now,
- 8:24Speaker 1: the question you have to ask yourself is how important
- 8:28Speaker 1: was this person the Chinese Communist government or to those
- 8:33Speaker 1: that were paying Joe Biden and the Biden crime family.
- 8:38Speaker 1: This isn't some random guy that you would pardon out
- 8:40Speaker 1: of nowhere. This is a guy that in twenty twenty
- 8:43Speaker 1: two in the Southern district of Ohio where we spent
- 8:47Speaker 1: I'm sure millions of tax dollars, following gaining evidence, then
- 8:52Speaker 1: finally arresting, then trying, and then putting.
- 8:55Speaker 2: In jail for twenty years.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And Joe Biden said, I don't know, and I'm still
- 9:02Speaker 1: trying to figure out the connection. We know it's a
- 9:04Speaker 1: Chinese spy. We know that the Biden crime family's been
- 9:08Speaker 1: taking tens of millions of dollars from China. But somebody said,
- 9:14Speaker 1: sign your name on a piece of paper and let
- 9:16Speaker 1: this guy come home to China because he was working
- 9:18Speaker 1: for the Chinese government. When you are a spy from China,
- 9:24Speaker 1: the chances that you are a non violent individual or
- 9:27Speaker 1: have people involved in around you that aren't involved in
- 9:30Speaker 1: violence is about zero percent. And the White House wants
- 9:34Speaker 1: you to believe that a guy that was put into
- 9:37Speaker 1: jail for twenty years, that's how much of a threat
- 9:39Speaker 1: to this country he was was somehow this is a
- 9:42Speaker 1: nonviolent person, so therefore it's not a threat to you.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Are you kidding? Now?
- 9:46Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you more about this person in
- 9:48Speaker 1: a moment, but I want to move on to someone
- 9:50Speaker 1: else that was also pardoned, and I want you to
- 9:53Speaker 1: I go back to what I said, follow the money.
- 9:56Speaker 1: This was not in the Southern District of Ohio. The
- 9:58Speaker 1: next case I'm going to tell you about this was
- 10:00Speaker 1: in the Northern District of Illinois.
- 10:03Speaker 2: A guy by the name of g Chai Chong.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Ninety six months imprisonment.
- 10:10Speaker 2: When did he go into prison?
- 10:11Speaker 1: You ready for the state January the twenty fifth of
- 10:16Speaker 1: twenty twenty three. Just went into jail about a year ago.
- 10:22Speaker 1: A little over a year ago. This guy was going
- 10:24Speaker 1: to jail g for eight years. What was he convicted
- 10:29Speaker 1: of and why the hell would it be in the
- 10:31Speaker 1: interest of the President of the United States America to
- 10:33Speaker 1: pardon him? Here are the charges conspiracy to defraud the
- 10:38Speaker 1: United States seems pretty serious. Impersonating agents of foreign governments
- 10:46Speaker 1: seems pretty serious. Statements or entries generally that deal with espionage.
- 10:53Speaker 1: This is another individual, another individual that Joe Biden clearly
- 10:59Speaker 1: somebody in China's said, make this happen.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Let's do it.
- 11:03Speaker 1: It gets even worse. There's another guy by the name
- 11:06Speaker 1: of shan Lyn Jen. This is a case out of
- 11:11Speaker 1: the Eastern District of Texas. Now this gets even more
- 11:14Speaker 1: complicated because apparently this was actually a part of a
- 11:17Speaker 1: prison swap with China. So this is part of Again
- 11:23Speaker 1: the this is complicated, and I think it was made
- 11:27Speaker 1: complicated so you and I wouldn't know about this. So
- 11:29Speaker 1: from what I'm being told now, this is not technically
- 11:33Speaker 1: a part of this the part in comeancy handed out
- 11:35Speaker 1: by Biden on Thursday. This happened in November, and we're
- 11:40Speaker 1: now just finding out about it. All right, So let
- 11:43Speaker 1: me explain this to you. Shanling Jen, who was not
- 11:49Speaker 1: included in Biden's latest comeancy roundup, had pled guilty and
- 11:53Speaker 1: possession of child porn after forty seven thousand images child
- 12:01Speaker 1: pornography were found in his computer and was included in
- 12:05Speaker 1: a quote November prisoner swap to go back to China.
- 12:11Speaker 1: So some of what we're now seeing, and I'm also
- 12:14Speaker 1: being told now that some of these these other two
- 12:17Speaker 1: individuals may have technically been a part of this quote
- 12:21Speaker 1: prisoner swap to give Joe Biden cover that we're now
- 12:25Speaker 1: just now finding out about who they are and what
- 12:29Speaker 1: they actually did. So to recap and again, this is
- 12:33Speaker 1: why I love doing this, because this is bring news.
- 12:36Speaker 1: You have all these people that have been given clemency
- 12:39Speaker 1: and all these people that they say are nonviolent, and
- 12:41Speaker 1: then we find out, oh and by the way, there
- 12:43Speaker 1: were some spies that we, you know, let out, and
- 12:46Speaker 1: we did it in the name of a quote prisoner swap.
- 12:50Speaker 1: It doesn't change the premise of their crimes. It doesn't
- 12:54Speaker 1: change what I said to you earlier. What it does
- 12:56Speaker 1: mean is that President Joe Biden decided today to use
- 12:59Speaker 1: this moment moment just to reiterate and again, this is
- 13:03Speaker 1: breaking as I'm talking and as I'm recording this, that
- 13:06Speaker 1: he's like, Hey, here's a bunch of people I'm gonna
- 13:07Speaker 1: give clemency too.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Here's a bunch of people I'm going to pardon, and oh,
- 13:10Speaker 2: By the way, we.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Also had a shadiest hell deal we did to get
- 13:13Speaker 1: some prisoners out of China, and I gave them back
- 13:16Speaker 1: some of their worst people that were committing espionage in
- 13:19Speaker 1: the United States of America and some of them that
- 13:21Speaker 1: had a bunch of child pornography on them, that were
- 13:23Speaker 1: also you know, abusing children. But don't worry, well, I'm
- 13:26Speaker 1: going to go out there and say they're all non violent.
- 13:30Speaker 1: This sweeping act of abusive power. Joe Biden would just say, oh,
- 13:35Speaker 1: it's clemency. It's just clemency. It's not a big deal.
- 13:39Speaker 1: This is an individual that has been bought and paid
- 13:41Speaker 1: for by the highest bidder, and now he is handing
- 13:43Speaker 1: out favors to the worst people among us. The White
- 13:46Speaker 1: House announcing the one thousand, five hundred individuals convicted of quote,
- 13:50Speaker 1: nonviolent crimes would be gramming clemency a reduction of a
- 13:54Speaker 1: criminal penalty, is how the White House described it. Many
- 13:57Speaker 1: of the individuals on the list were convicted of drug
- 14:00Speaker 1: possession or distribution charges that were not associated.
- 14:03Speaker 2: With violence in any way.
- 14:05Speaker 1: So again here's where I disagree with the premise of this,
- 14:09Speaker 1: and I want to make it clear, Whine, what you
- 14:13Speaker 1: have And what is being said now is that if
- 14:17Speaker 1: you are a drug dealer and we didn't actually catch
- 14:20Speaker 1: you like popping a cap in somebody, we consider you
- 14:24Speaker 1: to be nonviolent. Okay, what if your drugs killed somebody?
- 14:28Speaker 1: What if your drugs were laced with fetanyl? What if
- 14:30Speaker 1: you were selling fetanyl? What if people overdose? Is that
- 14:34Speaker 1: not a violent crime? Now they lost track of your
- 14:38Speaker 1: drugs and who may have died at the hands of
- 14:40Speaker 1: your drugs? But we know you're a drug dealer. In
- 14:42Speaker 1: the white I was like, no, no, no, that's non violent.
- 14:45Speaker 1: There's no violence there. Can we also just for a second,
- 14:49Speaker 1: backup and talk about the violence is involved in drug trade.
- 14:53Speaker 1: How many people die every year from drug deals gone bad?
- 14:57Speaker 1: How many people die every year at the hands of
- 15:00Speaker 1: violence around turf wars, around drugs. How many people die
- 15:05Speaker 1: in Mexico or around the world that are involved in
- 15:08Speaker 1: the drug trade and the cartels. How many people that
- 15:12Speaker 1: he has just said are nonviolent are actually involved in
- 15:16Speaker 1: some of the worst violence. You know, there's beheadings that
- 15:19Speaker 1: are involved in the drug trade. There is torture involved
- 15:23Speaker 1: in the drug trade. There is executions involved in the
- 15:26Speaker 1: drug trade. There is the dismembering of bodies involved in
- 15:30Speaker 1: the drug trade. There is dragging of people behind cars
- 15:35Speaker 1: until they die in the drug trade. You ever watched Narcos.
- 15:40Speaker 1: If you've never watched it, go watch it. The entire
- 15:44Speaker 1: series about the cartels is solely based around influencing but
- 15:51Speaker 1: through violence. And they say the White House, like, wow,
- 15:55Speaker 1: there's nothing violent about these people.
- 15:57Speaker 2: They were just drug dealers.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Many of the individuals on the lists we're convicted of
- 16:02Speaker 1: drug possession or distribution charges. They were not associated with
- 16:04Speaker 1: violence in any way. The massive clemency action, tout as
- 16:08Speaker 1: the most ever in a single day, comes on the
- 16:10Speaker 1: heels of the pardon Biden provided to a son.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Hunter Biden earlier in the week.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Members of the Progressive Squad pushed the present to quote
- 16:17Speaker 1: act and House Republicans say, that's why it's not a
- 16:21Speaker 1: good look for Biden.
- 16:23Speaker 2: He doesn't care. He doesn't care at all.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Joe Biden is cranting the largest act of clemency ever
- 16:29Speaker 1: while giving his son Hunter his own pardon on a
- 16:32Speaker 1: separate day.
- 16:34Speaker 2: That's what this is all about.
- 16:36Speaker 1: And who's he giving out these favors to people that
- 16:39Speaker 1: clearly had connections to him? And I would argue there's
- 16:42Speaker 1: a very good chances because the Biden crime family activities
- 16:47Speaker 1: and by the way, they're not done. Not only they
- 16:51Speaker 1: lie about Hunter Biden. I just want to be clear
- 16:54Speaker 1: about that, like, they're not done. Hunter Biden's the tip
- 16:59Speaker 1: of the ice.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Folks.
- 17:01Speaker 1: We are being told there's a lot more that's coming
- 17:03Speaker 1: for Biden crime family members.
- 17:06Speaker 2: We're being told.
- 17:07Speaker 1: That there is significant number of individuals that are in
- 17:13Speaker 1: around the Biden crime family that are going to get
- 17:15Speaker 1: pardons next. So what you do is you normalize pardons
- 17:19Speaker 1: by giving out so many of them. This is the
- 17:21Speaker 1: same White House right now that can't explain and I
- 17:24Speaker 1: this is what they're focused on right now instead of
- 17:27Speaker 1: national security issues. Have any of you seen like this,
- 17:29Speaker 1: the mystery drones that are happening right now over New
- 17:34Speaker 1: Jersey and we have no idea where they're from the
- 17:38Speaker 1: White House saying it's not the US military and they
- 17:40Speaker 1: don't think it's Ford and controlled. So we've just got
- 17:42Speaker 1: random drones flying around New Jersey over sensitive sites and
- 17:46Speaker 1: we don't know who they are and we're not shooting
- 17:48Speaker 1: them down. Sounds like the Chinese by balloon, right. Well,
- 17:51Speaker 1: if you're China and you got a payday coming from
- 17:53Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. Fly balloon and make sure you
- 17:56Speaker 1: don't shoot it down until after it leaves. All the
- 17:58Speaker 1: areas that's hovering around, that's trying to get intel. That
- 18:02Speaker 1: is exactly what has happened here. It is disgusting, and this,
- 18:05Speaker 1: I have a feeling is actually the beginning, not the
- 18:07Speaker 1: end of this. Now, look, I want to get to
- 18:11Speaker 1: this other important issue that I mentioned at the beginning,
- 18:14Speaker 1: and that is, for the first time, the Department of
- 18:18Speaker 1: Justice is having to admit that there were twenty six
- 18:25Speaker 1: FBI informants that were present on January the sixth. Now
- 18:30Speaker 1: they say the FBI only directed three confidential human sources
- 18:36Speaker 1: to attend the events of January the sixth, twenty twenty one.
- 18:39Speaker 2: That is what they are now claiming.
- 18:42Speaker 1: This is I really have to go back to this
- 18:45Speaker 1: and talk about how shocking this is. But what we
- 18:48Speaker 1: are hearing right now is that this is the report
- 18:52Speaker 1: from the Department of Justice Inspector General, who is being
- 18:56Speaker 1: forced to answer questions about whether there were federal confidential
- 18:59Speaker 1: humans in the January sixth crowd, and this is what
- 19:03Speaker 1: they have found out. This came from Fox News from
- 19:06Speaker 1: Brett Baer, Take a listen.
- 19:08Speaker 3: High ranking officer in the Justice Department is suggesting something
- 19:12Speaker 3: some Trump supporters have been saying for years, that there
- 19:14Speaker 3: was more to the twenty twenty one Capital riot the
- 19:17Speaker 3: security around it than we have been told. Republican accusations
- 19:21Speaker 3: that the Biden Harris administration has weaponized the federal government.
- 19:24Speaker 3: With the subject of a House subcommittee hearing today and
- 19:27Speaker 3: One Question and Answer is now getting a lot of scrutiny.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Senior Congressional correspondent Chad Program shows us what happened live
- 19:36Speaker 3: from Capitol Hill. Get even Jed.
- 19:38Speaker 4: Brett Good Evening, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz did not
- 19:42Speaker 4: deny an assertion from Republican Thomas Massey that there may
- 19:46Speaker 4: have been federal confidential sources in the crowd at the
- 19:49Speaker 4: Capitol riot. This is the closest any DOJ official has
- 19:54Speaker 4: come to confirming the allegation.
- 19:57Speaker 5: Do you have evidence of the number of confidential human
- 20:02Speaker 5: sources that were operating on the Capital grounds on January sixth?
- 20:05Speaker 2: Our report will include the information in that regard.
- 20:09Speaker 5: Can you tell us today how many there were? Were
- 20:12Speaker 5: there more than one hundred.
- 20:13Speaker 2: I'm not in a position to say that.
- 20:16Speaker 4: As he left the hearing of Horowitz ignored a follow
- 20:18Speaker 4: up about potential Feds in the crowd at the Capitol.
- 20:22Speaker 5: Mister Horowitz, is impossible that confidence of human sources made
- 20:26Speaker 5: things worse on January sixth.
- 20:32Speaker 4: Democrats dismissed suggestions the Feds may have been secretly at
- 20:36Speaker 4: the Capitol on January sixth.
- 20:38Speaker 3: As far as I know, there's no evidence of that,
- 20:41Speaker 3: no evidence of federal informants.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Why would they be federal.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Informants in Trump's crowd when Trump was trying to overturn
- 20:49Speaker 3: the election and committing grievous crimes in doing so.
- 20:54Speaker 4: The House panel investigating Weaponization of Government probe claims that
- 20:58Speaker 4: the FBI retaliated again Conservatives and its ranks their allegations
- 21:03Speaker 4: that the FBI punished whistleblower Marcus Allen, who raised questions
- 21:07Speaker 4: about January sixth, calling him a quote insider threat.
- 21:11Speaker 5: The FBI accused me of promoting conspiratorial views and unreliable information.
- 21:16Speaker 2: The FBI questioned my allegiance to the United States.
- 21:19Speaker 4: Horowitz signaled his report about the riot will come out
- 21:22Speaker 4: between the election and inauguration. House Speaker Mike Johnson called
- 21:27Speaker 4: information about the fed's quote alarming, he wants classified briefings.
- 21:32Speaker 1: There were so many people that were screaming about this,
- 21:35Speaker 1: and of course, because the Biden and the DOJ and
- 21:38Speaker 1: the FBI had to save their own a blesses, they
- 21:42Speaker 1: couldn't admit until Joe.
- 21:44Speaker 2: Biden and then Kamala Harris lost that.
- 21:48Speaker 1: All right, we'll give you what you all knew was real,
- 21:50Speaker 1: which yes, there was in fact more than two dozen
- 21:53Speaker 1: confidence of human sources in the crowd on January the
- 21:57Speaker 1: sixth the Capitol, and yes, three of them were assigned
- 22:01Speaker 1: by the FBI to be present at the event, something
- 22:03Speaker 1: that they'd lied about for a long time. Stressing that
- 22:07Speaker 1: none of the sources sources was authorized or directed by
- 22:10Speaker 1: the bureau to quote break the law quote unquote. That's
- 22:13Speaker 1: a very interesting way of putting that. Hey, we think
- 22:16Speaker 1: people broke the law right in and around them to
- 22:20Speaker 1: break the law or encourage others to commit illegal acts.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Horowitz also released this report on the FPI's handling of
- 22:29Speaker 1: its confidential human sources and intelligence collection efforts in the
- 22:33Speaker 1: lead up to the January sixth election certification.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Quote.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Today's report also details our fundings regarding FBI confidential human
- 22:42Speaker 1: sources who were in Washington, DC on January sixth. The
- 22:45Speaker 1: report states are review determined that none of these FI
- 22:49Speaker 1: confidential human sources was authorized by the FBI. Notice the
- 22:53Speaker 1: word authorized, Okay, well, was it off the record? Like, Hey,
- 22:56Speaker 1: guys go in there and get people riled up and
- 22:58Speaker 1: try to get them to store in the Capitol and
- 23:00Speaker 1: then we can arrest a bunch of them and blame
- 23:01Speaker 1: it all on Trump.
- 23:02Speaker 2: But hey, that's off the record.
- 23:04Speaker 1: I mean, I doubt they put it in writing, because
- 23:06Speaker 1: if something's authorized, I'm assuming it's in writing. I doubt
- 23:09Speaker 1: someone's gonna be stupid enough to put in writing, like
- 23:12Speaker 1: in actual writing what he just said there. Like, I really, really,
- 23:17Speaker 1: really really doubt it. I doubt that the FBI director
- 23:21Speaker 1: in that moment or some of the FBI's like put
- 23:23Speaker 1: it in writing that we're authorizing FBI agents to actually
- 23:26Speaker 1: break the law.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Okay, Like they're not stupid, They're not gonna do that. Now.
- 23:32Speaker 1: The report reveals that the FBI had a minor supporting
- 23:35Speaker 1: role is what they're calling it, minor supporting role and
- 23:39Speaker 1: respond to January six largely because the event was not
- 23:42Speaker 1: deemed the highest security level by the Department of Home insecurity.
- 23:45Speaker 1: By the way, that is such a smoke screen and
- 23:47Speaker 1: it doesn't matter, Okay, Like that's that's another way, like, oh,
- 23:51Speaker 1: we really weren't involved. Well, if you're undercover and you're
- 23:54Speaker 1: putting confidential human sources in the crowd in and before
- 23:59Speaker 1: January the six to infiltrate the crowd and maybe get
- 24:02Speaker 1: the crowd fired up to maybe go in to commit crimes,
- 24:05Speaker 1: They're like, well, they weren't authorized to do that.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Okay.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Then the question I have now is since and again
- 24:11Speaker 1: I'm not a lawyer, but I've been around a hell
- 24:13Speaker 1: of a lot of lawyers in politics, and I know
- 24:15Speaker 1: how they say things when they're trying to cover their
- 24:17Speaker 1: a dobles or when they're trying to not answer the question.
- 24:19Speaker 2: So here's my question. I want somebody in Congress.
- 24:22Speaker 1: To ask, were they told not to instigate and not
- 24:28Speaker 1: to agitate? Did you direct them to just only observe
- 24:33Speaker 1: or did you direct them to get involved? And they're like, well,
- 24:37Speaker 1: we didn't tell them to get violent. Did you tell
- 24:39Speaker 1: them to not get violent? Did you tell them the
- 24:42Speaker 1: rules of engagement? Like that's the question I want to know,
- 24:47Speaker 1: and that they said, well, we didn't authorize them to
- 24:49Speaker 1: break the law. Right, we didn't authorize them to break
- 24:56Speaker 1: the law or to do illegal acts. Right, So okay,
- 25:02Speaker 1: you didn't authorize them, but did you tell them they
- 25:04Speaker 1: couldn't do it?
- 25:05Speaker 2: Because I go back to the statement.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Our review determines that none of these FBI confident of
- 25:10Speaker 1: human sources was authorized by the FAID and their capital. Okay, Well,
- 25:14Speaker 1: then my question is did they enter the capitol? And
- 25:17Speaker 1: if they did, why didn't you charge them with insurrection?
- 25:21Speaker 1: Did they not get charged with insurrection because they could
- 25:26Speaker 1: probably have the goods.
- 25:28Speaker 2: On you guys? Is that it? I mean, that's a
- 25:30Speaker 2: question that they should ask. Quote.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Our review determined that none of these FBI confident of
- 25:35Speaker 1: human sources was authorized by the FBID and end of
- 25:38Speaker 1: the capitol. Well, how many of them did? I'm gonna
- 25:40Speaker 1: bet all of them did. I'm gonna go out and
- 25:43Speaker 1: a limb and say all of them went? So why
- 25:45Speaker 1: were they not held accountable if they were disobeying the
- 25:50Speaker 1: orders of the FBI they also then write this or
- 25:54Speaker 1: a restricted area or to otherwise break the law? Okay,
- 25:58Speaker 1: how many of them broke the law, but you didn't
- 26:00Speaker 1: charge them with crimes because they were your human sources.
- 26:04Speaker 1: How many of them did break into the capitol, How
- 26:06Speaker 1: many of them did go into restricted areas?
- 26:09Speaker 2: How many of your confidential human sources.
- 26:11Speaker 1: We know none of them were charge of crimes, but
- 26:13Speaker 1: how many of them actually did in fact commit crimes
- 26:15Speaker 1: and you guys covered their ass That's the question that
- 26:20Speaker 1: should be asked now by Congress. And then when they
- 26:24Speaker 1: say we had a minor role, Dude, we've got that
- 26:27Speaker 1: one guy on video.
- 26:30Speaker 2: That is inspiring a.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Lot of people to break the law, break down the barriers,
- 26:37Speaker 1: chanting and encouraging. It only takes one coach of a
- 26:40Speaker 1: team to make it. To have a success or a victory.
- 26:44Speaker 1: You don't have to have fifty of you. You're gonna
- 26:47Speaker 1: have one that's in the group going let's get in there. Oh,
- 26:49Speaker 1: let's get in there. And then they'll be like, yeah,
- 26:50Speaker 1: let's get in there. And we saw it happen on tape.
- 26:53Speaker 1: According to report, there were a total of twenty six
- 26:56Speaker 1: confidential human sources in the crowd that day. And then
- 27:00Speaker 1: they use this but only three of them were signed
- 27:03Speaker 1: by the bureau to be there. Okay, well, then who
- 27:06Speaker 1: who assigned the others? Were they working off the books
- 27:09Speaker 1: that day? Because I doubt a bunch of confidence human
- 27:12Speaker 1: sources just randomly are like, Hey, let's go rogue on
- 27:15Speaker 1: January the sixth and go up in there and start
- 27:17Speaker 1: problems and start trouble. Somebody told them, Hey, wink wink,
- 27:22Speaker 1: nod nod, we need you to be involved in this.
- 27:25Speaker 1: One of the three confidential human sources tasked by the
- 27:28Speaker 1: FBI to attend the rally enter the Capitol building. Oh well,
- 27:31Speaker 1: that's interesting information. Well, the other two entered the restricted
- 27:34Speaker 1: areas around the Capitol. So you're telling me that basically
- 27:37Speaker 1: all three of the FBI human sources that you're admitting
- 27:41Speaker 1: you put there on purpose broke.
- 27:43Speaker 2: The law that day.
- 27:45Speaker 1: If a confidential human source is directed to be at
- 27:48Speaker 1: a certain event, they are paid by the FBI for
- 27:50Speaker 1: their time. So did we pay? Did the FBI pay
- 27:56Speaker 1: for insurrectionists to commit insurrection? Another question I one answered.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I'm not gonna let this one go. I can promise
- 28:04Speaker 1: you that we're gonna keep covering it. I'm gonna keep
- 28:08Speaker 1: telling you what happens. Make sure you share this podcast
- 28:11Speaker 1: with your family and your friends. I'll see you back
- 28:13Speaker 1: here tomorrow.
