- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is verdict to a Senator Ted Cruz ben
- 0:04Speaker 1: Ferguson with you, Senator, it was an unbelievable moment for
- 0:09Speaker 1: you yesterday in the Senate as you were going back
- 0:13Speaker 1: and forth questioning the Department of howand Security secretary my orcists,
- 0:18Speaker 1: who really clearly after you went through this with him,
- 0:23Speaker 1: proved he doesn't know anything that's going on at this border.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Was he lying to you or do you actually believe
- 0:29Speaker 1: he really doesn't know what's going on. I think he
- 0:31Speaker 1: doesn't care. I think he's a political operative. I think
- 0:34Speaker 1: he's willing to follow the orders of the Biden White House.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I think he's perfectly fine with open borders. Not only
- 0:40Speaker 1: perfectly fine, I think he've used his job as expediting
- 0:44Speaker 1: and facilitating open borders, enabling illegal aliens to cross faster,
- 0:49Speaker 1: maximizing the number of illegal aliens coming into this country.
- 0:52Speaker 1: And I think he has no concern about the human tragedies,
- 0:57Speaker 1: about the suffering that is resulting from his manifest their
- 1:00Speaker 1: election of duty. I've never seen anything like it. I
- 1:05Speaker 1: want to play some of the highlights for this and
- 1:07Speaker 1: just some of the basic questions that you asked him
- 1:11Speaker 1: dealt with basic things that this man should be able
- 1:15Speaker 1: to answer. One of those was you ask him a
- 1:18Speaker 1: question of is there a crisis at the border? Take
- 1:21Speaker 1: a list and for everybody that missed it, this was incredible.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Is there a crisis that are Southern Border Centator? There
- 1:29Speaker 1: is a very that's a yes or no question. Is
- 1:32Speaker 1: there a crisis? Centator? There's a very significant challenge. I
- 1:36Speaker 1: think your microphone is not on. There is a very
- 1:40Speaker 1: significant challenge that we are face. Yes or no? Is
- 1:42Speaker 1: there a crisis? I believe I've addressed that question. So
- 1:45Speaker 1: you're refusing to answer, cent there is a very significant challenge,
- 1:49Speaker 1: and will you answer if there's a crisis? Therefore we
- 1:52Speaker 1: are dedicating the resource. Okay, so you're refusing to answer, Well,
- 1:55Speaker 1: Secretary may Orchis, I'll tell you someone who is willing
- 1:58Speaker 1: to answer, which is your and President Biden's Chief of
- 2:03Speaker 1: the Border Patrol. In a sworn deposition in July of
- 2:06Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, when asked, would you agree, Chief Forts
- 2:09Speaker 1: that the southern border is currently in crisis? Answer yes.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Notice none of those wiggle words, none of that equivocation.
- 2:16Speaker 1: One word, one syllable yes. Are you willing to speak
- 2:18Speaker 1: with the same clarity, as Chief Orts, as there a
- 2:20Speaker 1: crisis at our southern border? Yes or no? Senator, I'm
- 2:23Speaker 1: very proud to work alongside. So you refuse to answer,
- 2:25Speaker 1: let me ask you the next question. Has the crisis
- 2:29Speaker 1: at our southern border made Americans less safe? Yes? Or no? Senator?
- 2:35Speaker 1: We are dedicated to the safety. Has the crisis made
- 2:38Speaker 1: Americans less safe? I don't want a discourse. It's a
- 2:41Speaker 1: yes or no question. Senator, we have a challenge of
- 2:46Speaker 1: you refuse to answer the questions seconds. Secretary, let me
- 2:49Speaker 1: show you how someone doing his job answers a question
- 2:51Speaker 1: in a straightforward matter. Chief Orts, is the crisis that
- 2:56Speaker 1: is currently ongoing at the southern border making the border
- 2:58Speaker 1: less safe for Americans and aliens alike? Answer? Yes, one word,
- 3:03Speaker 1: one syllable, three letters. That's how someone answers a question
- 3:06Speaker 1: and does their job. You're being a politician, misleading the
- 3:09Speaker 1: American people. Let me give you a chance again. Will
- 3:12Speaker 1: you show the same integrity, Chief Ortiz shows, is the
- 3:15Speaker 1: crisis at the southern border making Americans less safe? Yes?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Or no? Senator, we have two hundred sixty thousand You
- 3:22Speaker 1: refuse to answer the question. Let's move on. You hear it?
- 3:26Speaker 1: And it's shocking, Centator, because when you hear this, this
- 3:31Speaker 1: is the guy in charge of the border and he
- 3:33Speaker 1: can't even answer this basic question. And his job is
- 3:36Speaker 1: not supposed to be a political operative job, right He's
- 3:38Speaker 1: not supposed to be like, I'm a Democrat who's in
- 3:41Speaker 1: charge of the Department of Home in Security right now,
- 3:44Speaker 1: That's exactly right. What's utterly maddening is Mayorcus is a witness.
- 3:49Speaker 1: He may be the worst witness I've ever seen. He
- 3:51Speaker 1: will not answer a single question, doesn't matter what you
- 3:54Speaker 1: ask him. You could ask him what day it is.
- 3:56Speaker 1: You could ask him what time of day it is,
- 3:58Speaker 1: and he will say, Senator, we want to protect America,
- 4:02Speaker 1: blah blah, blah blah. He just reads his talking points
- 4:04Speaker 1: and it doesn't I've never seen a witness. This was
- 4:09Speaker 1: true in all of my questions. Had a ten minute round.
- 4:12Speaker 1: He wouldn't answer a single question I asked the whole time.
- 4:15Speaker 1: That was true of every other Senator I saw. He
- 4:18Speaker 1: believes his job as a witness is stand up and
- 4:21Speaker 1: just read his political spin and look. One of the
- 4:25Speaker 1: things that shows is it shows a contempt not just
- 4:29Speaker 1: for Congress, but for the American people. The reason you
- 4:32Speaker 1: have an oversight hearing is under the Constitution, under Article one,
- 4:36Speaker 1: Congress has the legislative authority and has oversight authority over
- 4:40Speaker 1: the executive branch. And when Senators are asking those questions,
- 4:43Speaker 1: it's not just me sitting there like asking some questions
- 4:47Speaker 1: because I'm curious. I have a job to represent thirty
- 4:50Speaker 1: million Texans. So what I'm asking that question, I'm trying
- 4:52Speaker 1: to do my very best I can to represent what
- 4:56Speaker 1: those Texans are feeling, what they're facing. I could tell
- 4:59Speaker 1: you texts know the answer, is there crisis at our
- 5:02Speaker 1: southern border. Hell yes, Actually Texans, it would be two words,
- 5:05Speaker 1: not one, and I would forgive a hell yes instead
- 5:08Speaker 1: of a yes. But when he just shows contempt, he
- 5:15Speaker 1: will not answer because it's all political spin and he
- 5:22Speaker 1: is not willing to answer to the American people. It's
- 5:25Speaker 1: not just that he won't answer you in the oversight
- 5:29Speaker 1: or the American people. It's the fact that he's sitting
- 5:32Speaker 1: there almost like he thinks this is beneath him to
- 5:35Speaker 1: be questions yes. Arrogance that he showed, and I was watching,
- 5:40Speaker 1: By the way, Merritt Garland does the same thing. The
- 5:41Speaker 1: Attorney General. Merritt Garland likewise won't answer a question. This
- 5:45Speaker 1: Biden cabinet embodies hubris. They embody dripping contempt and arrogance.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Look the last podcast we talked about John Carey defending
- 5:57Speaker 1: billionaires flying private jets to Dobe, was saying, well, you know,
- 6:00Speaker 1: they work harder to save the world from climate change
- 6:03Speaker 1: than most people, so they ought to be sitting there
- 6:05Speaker 1: having gray poupon and champagne with their Corinthian leather fancy
- 6:09Speaker 1: private jets. I mean, is it is contempt that characterizes
- 6:16Speaker 1: the Biden cabinet. It also reminded me a little bit
- 6:20Speaker 1: of Faucia, the narcissistic attitude of this is my world.
- 6:26Speaker 1: I have to check a box and come deal with
- 6:29Speaker 1: you today, and I don't have to answer to you
- 6:32Speaker 1: or any of the American people. In other words, I'm
- 6:34Speaker 1: not working for the American people. That seems to be
- 6:37Speaker 1: what he thinks is that he gets to do what
- 6:39Speaker 1: he wants to do and he shouldn't have to answer
- 6:41Speaker 1: to anyone. He works for Joe Biden. He is a
- 6:45Speaker 1: political operative. Joe Biden has handed the immigration agenda over
- 6:50Speaker 1: to the radical open borders extreme left. They want as
- 6:54Speaker 1: many illegal aliens as possible in America. And the amazing
- 6:58Speaker 1: thing is they do not care. I have to tell
- 7:02Speaker 1: you you spend time on the Southern border. I spend
- 7:04Speaker 1: a lot of time on the Southern border. The suffering,
- 7:06Speaker 1: the deaths, the misery that comes from this, the fact that, look,
- 7:12Speaker 1: this official, Alejandro may Orcas is responsible for that suffering
- 7:17Speaker 1: in death. And I don't think he stays awake at
- 7:20Speaker 1: night thinking about it. I don't think he worries about
- 7:22Speaker 1: it at all. Even though Americans are dying, even though
- 7:26Speaker 1: illegal immigrants are dying, even though children's are suffering. He's
- 7:30Speaker 1: got a political, partisan agenda, and sadly that's all the
- 7:33Speaker 1: matters to him. Yeah, you mentioned that he doesn't seem
- 7:36Speaker 1: to care one of the questions you asked him. And
- 7:38Speaker 1: I want to play this for people where how many
- 7:40Speaker 1: migrants died under Joe Biden. But before we get to that,
- 7:44Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends over at Chalk.
- 7:46Speaker 1: If you're a guy and you're getting a little bit
- 7:48Speaker 1: older and you feel like you've lost a little bit
- 7:50Speaker 1: of that edge, there is an answer. The patriots at
- 7:54Speaker 1: Chalk are here to help real American men maximize their
- 7:57Speaker 1: masculinity by boosting saserum levels up to twenty percent over
- 8:02Speaker 1: ninety days. Now. I've been taking the Chalk Mail Vitality Stack,

- 8:31Speaker 1: Get back that edge, fight back against the Warren masculinity
- 8:35Speaker 1: in Today's Society dot com. Senator, you asked my Orcus
- 8:40Speaker 1: about a basic question that he I'm pretty sure knows
- 8:43Speaker 1: the answer to, and I think it goes to what
- 8:46Speaker 1: you just said. He doesn't care about how many people die. Listen,
- 8:49Speaker 1: mister Maiorcas. Has the crisis made aliens less safe? Yes?
- 8:54Speaker 1: Or no? Senator? We are seeking so you won't answer
- 8:58Speaker 1: that question either if you get it's a yes or no?
- 9:01Speaker 1: Has it made aliens less safe? Senator? Smugglers are exploiting.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Has the crisis made aliens? Yes? Less safe? Are you
- 9:09Speaker 1: willing to answer it? Senator? The smuggling organizations Okay, you're
- 9:14Speaker 1: you're filibustering again. Let me ask you this question, how
- 9:17Speaker 1: many migrants have died under President Biden? Senator, you're phrasing
- 9:22Speaker 1: of the question is actually quite mislead. How many migrants
- 9:26Speaker 1: died in twenty twenty two at our approaching our southern border? Yes,
- 9:32Speaker 1: precisely why we are seeking to do you know the answer?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Do you know how many died? I do not. You
- 9:38Speaker 1: do not, of course you don't. I know how many died?
- 9:41Speaker 1: Eight hundred and fifty three, eight hundred and fifty three.
- 9:44Speaker 1: And by the way, here are the numbers that have
- 9:46Speaker 1: died every year. You go back to nineteen ninety eight.
- 9:48Speaker 1: You see it's consistently between three hundred, four hundred, three
- 9:50Speaker 1: hundred four to three and four hundred. Suddenly twenty twenty one,
- 9:53Speaker 1: what happens you get in office and that red line
- 9:57Speaker 1: are dead bodies. I've been on the Rio Grand and
- 10:00Speaker 1: I've seen dead bodies floating there who drowned because of
- 10:04Speaker 1: your refusal to do your job. You don't even know
- 10:06Speaker 1: how many have died. What do you say to the
- 10:09Speaker 1: Texas farmers and ranchers who find pregnant ladies dead on
- 10:13Speaker 1: their property, who find toddlers dead on their property. What
- 10:16Speaker 1: do you say to them, I say, that is why
- 10:18Speaker 1: precisely we are taking it to the smuggling organiza. But
- 10:22Speaker 1: you are not. That is simply not true. Number two
- 10:24Speaker 1: is let me read from the Wall Street Journal. The
- 10:28Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal two weeks ago ran an article entitled
- 10:31Speaker 1: It's like a graveyard record numbers of migrants are dying
- 10:35Speaker 1: at the border. The story begins with this chilling line
- 10:38Speaker 1: quote Eagle Pass, Texas local officials keep a refrigerated truck
- 10:44Speaker 1: to hold the bodies of migrants who drown in the
- 10:47Speaker 1: currents of the Rio Grand while trying to cross the
- 10:50Speaker 1: border into the US. This Chairman, I asked you aunanimous
- 10:53Speaker 1: consent that this article will be entered into the record centator.
- 10:57Speaker 1: It is like he just doesn't care, which is so
- 11:00Speaker 1: shocking to sit there and watch its facial expressions. He's
- 11:03Speaker 1: numbed to these stats. It doesn't matter to him. I
- 11:07Speaker 1: don't know how a Secretary of Homeland Security could not
- 11:11Speaker 1: know the answer to that question, how many migrants died
- 11:13Speaker 1: last year? It's eight hundred and fifty three. It's the
- 11:15Speaker 1: highest in history. And he doesn't know. He doesn't care.
- 11:19Speaker 1: I don't know that he's ever asked I don't know
- 11:20Speaker 1: that anyone's bothered to tell him he feels no responsibility
- 11:23Speaker 1: for him. And I got to say, look, when you
- 11:26Speaker 1: go down to the Rio Grand Valley, when I'm down there,
- 11:30Speaker 1: I try to sit down with sheriffs. I try to
- 11:32Speaker 1: sit down with law enforcement. I always sit down with
- 11:34Speaker 1: border patrol. I sit down with farmers and ranchers. When
- 11:38Speaker 1: you look in the eyes of farmers and ranchers, I've
- 11:41Speaker 1: had them put photograph after photographed after photograph of dead bodies.
- 11:44Speaker 1: They find dead bodies one after the other. Imagine this,
- 11:48Speaker 1: I get them. They send me texts if I was
- 11:50Speaker 1: out of my ranch today, here two dead bodies I found,
- 11:53Speaker 1: just abandoned on the ranch. Because these human traffickers, they
- 11:56Speaker 1: are vicious criminals. They don't care if some in is week,
- 12:00Speaker 1: if someone's frail, if someone's sick, if a woman is
- 12:02Speaker 1: pregnant and she's not able to keep up. You know what,
- 12:05Speaker 1: They just abandoned them to die in the heat. And
- 12:09Speaker 1: Majorcas's view is, oh, well, tough luck. You can tell
- 12:14Speaker 1: he's not doing anything to stop it, and in fact
- 12:16Speaker 1: he intends to continue it. So next year that number
- 12:19Speaker 1: is going to be higher than eight hundred and fifty
- 12:21Speaker 1: three because when you open up the border to the
- 12:24Speaker 1: worst illegal immigration in the history of our country, you
- 12:28Speaker 1: make the drug cartels in human trafficking cartels into massive,
- 12:34Speaker 1: multibillion dollar global enterprises. The election of Joe Biden, Joe
- 12:38Speaker 1: Biden becoming president is the single best thing that has
- 12:41Speaker 1: ever happened to the Mexican drug cartels in their lives.
- 12:44Speaker 1: And Alejandro Mayorcas is the happy lackey, turning these vicious
- 12:51Speaker 1: criminals into billionaires and forcing the border patrol to essentially
- 12:57Speaker 1: be the travel agents, to be the last aisle of
- 13:00Speaker 1: the human trafficking network, facilitating this, this horrific oppression. Senator,
- 13:08Speaker 1: there was something else that was interesting as I was
- 13:10Speaker 1: watching this, and I want to get your take, and
- 13:12Speaker 1: that was it seemed that my Orcas came in not
- 13:17Speaker 1: necessarily ill prepared, just not caring. Most of the time
- 13:22Speaker 1: you get a briefing if you are going before Congress,
- 13:26Speaker 1: you would have the numbers that you just mentioned, you
- 13:29Speaker 1: would have some stats and data, you would prepare for this.
- 13:33Speaker 1: It was almost like he showed up and says, I
- 13:35Speaker 1: don't have to prepare for this because I know ultimately
- 13:39Speaker 1: what I'm doing now is going to keep happening regardless
- 13:42Speaker 1: of what you asked me today. Yeah, no, that's exactly right.
- 13:46Speaker 1: I mean it. Normally, a cabinet member preparing for a
- 13:50Speaker 1: Senate oversight hearing spends real time, spends several days, spends
- 13:55Speaker 1: maybe a week preparing, normally to have a briefing notebook
- 13:59Speaker 1: in front of them with all sorts of stats. And
- 14:00Speaker 1: so if you ask him a question how many migrants died,
- 14:04Speaker 1: they flipped to a tab. They may not know the
- 14:06Speaker 1: number off the top of their head, but they've got
- 14:07Speaker 1: a tab and they say, oh, well, in twenty twenty two,
- 14:09Speaker 1: the numbers eight hundred and fifty three. That that happens
- 14:13Speaker 1: in in Senate hearings every day. That that's what Actually
- 14:17Speaker 1: a witness, who is testifying, who's providing testimony, providing information,
- 14:22Speaker 1: that's what they do. May orchis just sat there as
- 14:24Speaker 1: a smug, content potentate with no sense. He owes nothing
- 14:33Speaker 1: he believes to the Senate, he owes nothing to the law,
- 14:36Speaker 1: he owes nothing to the American people. He is there
- 14:39Speaker 1: to be a political lackey of the president, and nothing
- 14:43Speaker 1: else matters to him. You talk about the border, the
- 14:46Speaker 1: borders are was supposed to be obviously the vice president
- 14:49Speaker 1: of the United's America Biden, you know who? Basically say
- 14:54Speaker 1: that again, who who? I'm sorry, who's that person? Oh? Yeah, right, exactly, yeah,
- 14:59Speaker 1: that the vice president, I said to America. Wouldn't she
- 15:01Speaker 1: supposed to be in charge of the borders? Are right?
- 15:03Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I don't know who that person is. She
- 15:06Speaker 1: she is not involved in the border. I mean, it's
- 15:11Speaker 1: sad that you're joking this way because it's so it's
- 15:14Speaker 1: so factually accurate. I'm satzing is I'm not joking. May
- 15:17Speaker 1: Orcus doesn't talk to Kamala Harris. Merrick Garland doesn't talk
- 15:20Speaker 1: to Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris doesn't go to the border.
- 15:23Speaker 1: She did, she made a brief little photostop in Opasso,
- 15:25Speaker 1: but she's never been to the Rio Grand Valley. She
- 15:28Speaker 1: has no idea what's going on. I mean it. The
- 15:31Speaker 1: only reason she was quote borders are is because Joe
- 15:33Speaker 1: Biden can't stand her. So he figures, okay, the borders
- 15:36Speaker 1: a mass, Let's give it to Kamala and make the
- 15:39Speaker 1: blame fall on her. But you know, she's not clever
- 15:43Speaker 1: enough to understand, Okay, they're screwing me. By making me
- 15:45Speaker 1: in charge of this. And she's not even if she
- 15:49Speaker 1: did figure that out, she's not good enough to say, Okay, well,
- 15:51Speaker 1: if they're going to stick it on me, why don't
- 15:53Speaker 1: I do something about it? Nope, you know what, she
- 15:55Speaker 1: has the same hubris as may Orchis, the same hubris
- 15:58Speaker 1: as Merrick Garland of I don't have to answer the
- 16:01Speaker 1: American people. It doesn't matter that I don't know anything
- 16:04Speaker 1: about the border, that I've never been to the border,
- 16:05Speaker 1: that i don't care about the border, that I'm doing
- 16:07Speaker 1: nothing to solve it. Oh well, no one will hold
- 16:10Speaker 1: me to account. And it's there's a consistent thread that
- 16:14Speaker 1: runs through this entire administration. It's not just a consistent thread,
- 16:19Speaker 1: it's a fact that this is their policy that as
- 16:22Speaker 1: we look at it as a failure, they're looking at
- 16:25Speaker 1: this as a success. And the success is for the
- 16:28Speaker 1: border to be able to run and to remake this country.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Is that your take on this? I mean, this was
- 16:33Speaker 1: done by design. This isn't by accident. This was a
- 16:36Speaker 1: deliberate decision they made to open the floodgates to this country.
- 16:41Speaker 1: The fetnol, the human trafficking, the sex trafficking, everything else,
- 16:45Speaker 1: that comes across the border. They knew it was going
- 16:48Speaker 1: to happen, they then saw it was happening, and have
- 16:51Speaker 1: not changed course one time since they got elected. Well,
- 16:54Speaker 1: I think that's right. I will say this. I do
- 16:57Speaker 1: think some Democrats are realizing that the utter disaster at
- 17:01Speaker 1: the southern border is a political liability. So what has
- 17:04Speaker 1: happened when we talk about this a lot on the pod,
- 17:07Speaker 1: This White House made a political decision on every issue,
- 17:10Speaker 1: let's give the agenda to the radical left. So on immigration,
- 17:14Speaker 1: it's the open border, radical left. On law enforcement, it's
- 17:18Speaker 1: the abolish the police and George Soros prosecutor's radical left.
- 17:22Speaker 1: On gender policy, it's the transgender mutilate children to change
- 17:29Speaker 1: their gender, radical left. These are all views that have
- 17:34Speaker 1: you know, a tiny percentage of support with the American people.
- 17:37Speaker 1: These are not center left views. These are not center views.
- 17:41Speaker 1: These are ten fifteen percent fringe views, and on every issue,
- 17:46Speaker 1: that's what they follow. What is interesting is I do
- 17:50Speaker 1: think a couple of White House aids and I think
- 17:53Speaker 1: some Senate Democrats are realizing, Wow, this border has gotten
- 17:57Speaker 1: so bad, we're vulnerable. And here's some of the evidence
- 18:01Speaker 1: of that. You know, Biden tweeted out this week, we
- 18:03Speaker 1: need to do more to fund securing the border, and
- 18:07Speaker 1: it's just it's a deranged tweet. And of course what
- 18:10Speaker 1: he tries to do is blame it on Republicans. It's
- 18:12Speaker 1: Republicans that don't want to secure the border, which is
- 18:15Speaker 1: it's the most bizarre loot. But the fact that he's
- 18:22Speaker 1: saying it shows vulnerability. I'll tell you one of the
- 18:25Speaker 1: things that I found very interesting in yesterday's hearing as
- 18:30Speaker 1: I was vigorously questioning may Orchis and he started to
- 18:36Speaker 1: get into real trouble and he started to panic, and
- 18:39Speaker 1: he looked over at Dick Durban, who's the chairman of
- 18:41Speaker 1: the committee, and he said, mister chairman, would you help me?
- 18:44Speaker 1: And he kind of looked helpless and plaintiff. And I've
- 18:47Speaker 1: served eleven years on judiciary with Durban. Durban and I
- 18:50Speaker 1: go round and round and round. Durban is I think
- 18:53Speaker 1: the smartest of the Democrats on the committee is the
- 18:55Speaker 1: most effective questioner on the committee. He and I have
- 18:58Speaker 1: battled a thousand times times in the Roman Coliseum arena.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Dick Durban is not remotely shy to come after me,
- 19:06Speaker 1: and I'm not remotely shy to come after him, and
- 19:07Speaker 1: so often at these hearings he and I go round
- 19:09Speaker 1: and round. I found it fascinating that when Majorcas pleaded
- 19:14Speaker 1: to Durban to come in and save him, Durban just
- 19:17Speaker 1: looked at him and didn't do anything. And what it
- 19:19Speaker 1: said to me is Durban was like, dude, you're on
- 19:22Speaker 1: your own on this one that I think Senate Democrats
- 19:25Speaker 1: are not eager to get in the mud pit with Mayorcas.
- 19:30Speaker 1: And I got to say, it kind of felt like
- 19:32Speaker 1: and by the way, it's the only time I can
- 19:33Speaker 1: think of it eleven years when Durban has refrained from
- 19:36Speaker 1: coming after me on that sort of questioning. Usually it
- 19:39Speaker 1: would feature Durban jumping in because he likes to do that.
- 19:43Speaker 1: And I actually took it as at least for some
- 19:45Speaker 1: Senate Democrats, they're getting fed up with Mayorcas and they're
- 19:49Speaker 1: looking at him saying, Okay, this guy needs to be
- 19:52Speaker 1: the sacrificial lamb. He needs to go down. Let's blame
- 19:56Speaker 1: this whole border disaster on him, have him fired, and
- 20:00Speaker 1: and focus on the midterms. I thought that was in
- 20:03Speaker 1: many ways the most revealing quiet moment of the hearing.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Nobody on the outside watching noticed it, but for sitting
- 20:11Speaker 1: on the committee. It screamed from a mountaintop. Yeah, there's
- 20:16Speaker 1: been talk about my arcas possibly being impeached for literally
- 20:20Speaker 1: not doing his job, and that goes back to the
- 20:24Speaker 1: most heated point of your back and forth, and I
- 20:26Speaker 1: want to play that for people because it was also
- 20:28Speaker 1: very telling when he got angry that you were coming
- 20:32Speaker 1: after him with the facts and he was losing with
- 20:35Speaker 1: those facts and then not being bailed out by Dick Durban.
- 20:37Speaker 1: I'm gonna play that in a second, but let me
- 20:39Speaker 1: tell you about our friends over to Gusta Precious medals.
- 20:41Speaker 1: If you've been saving a long time and working really
- 20:44Speaker 1: hard for your retirement, then you understand how important it
- 20:48Speaker 1: is to protect your hard earned money right now with
- 20:50Speaker 1: what's going on the economy. You've seen what's happening with
- 20:53Speaker 1: interest rates, You've seen what's been happening all over the
- 20:56Speaker 1: world with investments. Now it's a time for you to
- 20:59Speaker 1: take a look at your portfolio and make sure that
- 21:01Speaker 1: you are doing everything you can to preserve and protect
- 21:05Speaker 1: your hard earned dollars. That's where precious metals come in.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Gusts of precious metals, they're different. Why because they'll even
- 21:12Speaker 1: tell you if a gold ira isn't your answer, it's
- 21:16Speaker 1: just the facts with them now, gouts of Precious Metals
- 21:18Speaker 1: all about protecting iras and four O one ks in
- 21:22Speaker 1: this economy, and it's so important close to retirement because
- 21:26Speaker 1: there is no time to make up losses. So if
- 21:29Speaker 1: you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, talk to
- 21:32Speaker 1: my friends August of Precious Medals, take a look at
- 21:34Speaker 1: their free guide and you'll get that sent to you.
- 21:36Speaker 1: You'll also you can sign up for their web conference
- 21:39Speaker 1: where you meet one on one with somebody within August
- 21:42Speaker 1: of Precious Medals, and I've done that. I use them
- 21:45Speaker 1: call them eight seven seven four the number four gold
- 21:49Speaker 1: Ira eight seven seven the number four gold Ira or
- 21:54Speaker 1: online August of Precious Metals dot com. That's augusta Precious
- 21:59Speaker 1: Metals dot Com Center. One of the most contentious parts
- 22:02Speaker 1: of the back and forth with you and ma Orcas
- 22:05Speaker 1: was clearly after Durban wasn't going to bail them out,
- 22:08Speaker 1: and this was one of the most brilliant moments I've
- 22:11Speaker 1: seen in a long time. Take a listen the photograph
- 22:13Speaker 1: from just one day along the Rio Grand of hundreds
- 22:16Speaker 1: of thousands of people walking across the border. You have
- 22:20Speaker 1: allowed this to happen the photograph that was before. What
- 22:24Speaker 1: are these risk fans? I don't know what they are.
- 22:28Speaker 1: You don't know what they are, mister Secretary. You have
- 22:31Speaker 1: just testified to the American people you're incompetent at your job.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Because I've been to the southern border, and if you
- 22:36Speaker 1: go to the southern border. Along the southern border, you
- 22:39Speaker 1: see thousands of these wrist bands because the illegal immigrants
- 22:43Speaker 1: wear them the drug cartels. Every color corresponds to how
- 22:47Speaker 1: many thousands of dollars they owe the cartels. You've turned
- 22:50Speaker 1: these cartels into multi billion dollars criminal organizations, and these
- 22:54Speaker 1: are modern day leg irons because these are children being
- 22:59Speaker 1: sold into slavery and you don't even know what they are.
- 23:03Speaker 1: That is astonishing, mister Secretary. How many children have been
- 23:06Speaker 1: sold into sex slavery under your administration? Senator, we are
- 23:09Speaker 1: taking it to the cartown. How many children have been
- 23:11Speaker 1: sold into sex slavery? Do you know how many children
- 23:14Speaker 1: have been sold into sex slavery an unprecedented degree, Mister Secretary.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I want to say to you right now, your behavior
- 23:20Speaker 1: is disgraceful and the deaths the children assaulted, the children raped,
- 23:25Speaker 1: they are at your feet, and if you had integrity,
- 23:28Speaker 1: you would resign. And I will tell you the men
- 23:31Speaker 1: and women of the Border Patrol, they've never had a
- 23:33Speaker 1: political leader undermine them. They despise you, mister Secretary, because
- 23:37Speaker 1: you're willing to let children be raped to follow political orders.
- 23:42Speaker 1: This is a crisis. It's a disgrace, and you won't
- 23:44Speaker 1: even admit this human tragedy is a dis crisis, claiming
- 23:48Speaker 1: in one minute chairman time, mister secretary, would you like
- 23:51Speaker 1: to respond to any of those questions? What the senators
- 23:53Speaker 1: said it was revolting. I'm not going to address it.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Your refusal to do your job as revolting. I don't
- 23:59Speaker 1: think you could have ended that any better. Your refusal
- 24:02Speaker 1: to do your job is revolting. And all of the
- 24:06Speaker 1: carnage that you just mentioned and everything that this man
- 24:09Speaker 1: doesn't know, How does he not know about the wristbands?
- 24:12Speaker 1: And do you believe that he lied to you? Look,
- 24:14Speaker 1: I'm sitting here now, hours after that cross examination. I'm
- 24:19Speaker 1: still furious. I'm angry because I spend a lot of
- 24:23Speaker 1: time on the southern border. I've I've seen these kids.
- 24:27Speaker 1: I've seen little boys and little girls who've been raped
- 24:29Speaker 1: by the human traffickers. I've seen the tragedy. I've seen
- 24:32Speaker 1: little girls who are pregnant because they were raped by
- 24:36Speaker 1: the traffickers. I've seen. Let me tell you something horrific.
- 24:41Speaker 1: When I last brought a group of senators down to
- 24:43Speaker 1: the border, the border patrol agents told us about a phenomenon.
- 24:47Speaker 1: I'm sorry this is graphic, but a phenomenon they're seeing
- 24:51Speaker 1: that they call rape trees. And what happens is the
- 24:56Speaker 1: traffickers bring women over to the United States and on
- 24:59Speaker 1: uish soil, they rape those women. They then take their
- 25:03Speaker 1: underwear and they hang them in the trees. And border
- 25:07Speaker 1: patrol or sheriffs they encounter trees that'll have ten, fifteen,
- 25:11Speaker 1: twenty women's underwear hanging in the branches, and they do
- 25:15Speaker 1: it as a taunt, a taunt to the border patrol,
- 25:17Speaker 1: a taunt to the police. You can't stop us. And
- 25:24Speaker 1: so when I look at bay Orcus, that human suffering,
- 25:28Speaker 1: I've seen too much of it, and he doesn't care.
- 25:32Speaker 1: And the reason I know he doesn't care is if
- 25:35Speaker 1: he cared, he would act to stop it. It is
- 25:37Speaker 1: in his power to stop it. We had the year
- 25:40Speaker 1: before he got he became a Homeland Security Secretary of
- 25:43Speaker 1: the year before Biden became president. Twenty twenty, we had
- 25:46Speaker 1: the lowest illegal immigration in forty five years. We know
- 25:49Speaker 1: how to solve this problem, but majorcas and Biden made
- 25:53Speaker 1: a political decision. We want every illegal alien possible in
- 25:57Speaker 1: America and we don't care. We don't care about the suffering.
- 26:01Speaker 1: And I have to admit at the hearing the answer
- 26:06Speaker 1: he gave that surprised me the most is the one
- 26:08Speaker 1: you just played a minute ago when he said he
- 26:11Speaker 1: didn't know what the wristbands were. I was startled at that,
- 26:15Speaker 1: because I gotta tell you, when you stand on the
- 26:17Speaker 1: banks of the Rio grand As I've had that they
- 26:20Speaker 1: cover the grass. They're everywhere because it's look it's like
- 26:25Speaker 1: a QR code. The You gotta understand these cartels. In
- 26:31Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, the drug cartels made roughly five hundred million
- 26:34Speaker 1: dollars from human trafficking. That's in twenty eighteen. Last year
- 26:38Speaker 1: they made thirteen billion dollars. That's a two six hundred
- 26:42Speaker 1: percent increase the thirteen billion dollars they made. They have
- 26:46Speaker 1: these these wristbands and every person who comes over, they
- 26:49Speaker 1: collect the money. They send the boys to work for
- 26:51Speaker 1: gangs and cities all across America they send the girls
- 26:54Speaker 1: to work in four sex slavery. And I look at
- 26:59Speaker 1: these these I have a number of the wristbands. So
- 27:02Speaker 1: what you couldn't hear when I said how do you
- 27:04Speaker 1: not know? Is I had a Manila envelope full of
- 27:07Speaker 1: wristbands that I collected at the border that I just
- 27:10Speaker 1: dumped out on the dais and held them up because
- 27:13Speaker 1: I picked them up, and some of them are tiny.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Some of them obviously were on a little child four
- 27:19Speaker 1: or five, six year old. And as I said in
- 27:22Speaker 1: that questioning, I look at those wristbands as modern day
- 27:25Speaker 1: leg irons. I mean, we have today human slavery, just
- 27:30Speaker 1: like the horrors of human slavery in the first century
- 27:33Speaker 1: of our nation's history. We have human slavery today, except
- 27:36Speaker 1: today the people responsible for the slavery are Alejandrome Orcas
- 27:41Speaker 1: and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. And for him to
- 27:44Speaker 1: say I don't know what those are like, I was
- 27:49Speaker 1: genuinely I flabbergasted, speechless, like how do you do that
- 27:55Speaker 1: job and not go down to the border, not talk
- 27:58Speaker 1: to the border patrol agents, not got and by the
- 28:00Speaker 1: river and say, hey, what are these things? How do
- 28:02Speaker 1: you not listen to the men and women on the
- 28:04Speaker 1: front lines who tell you what's happening, and any person
- 28:09Speaker 1: with a hint of morality, Okay, fine, if the White
- 28:13Speaker 1: House gives you a political order, we want open borders.
- 28:15Speaker 1: We don't care what happens. You know what a person
- 28:17Speaker 1: with integrity does, says mister President. I can't do that.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I can't sit here and turned a blind eye while
- 28:25Speaker 1: people are brutalized. I'm not going to be responsible for that.
- 28:28Speaker 1: That's what someone with integrity in that cabinet position does.
- 28:33Speaker 1: And majorcas the idea hasn't even occurred to him. And
- 28:38Speaker 1: notice his response at the end when Durban said do
- 28:41Speaker 1: you want to respond to any of that? He didn't say, oh,
- 28:44Speaker 1: of course, I know what the wristbands are. He had
- 28:45Speaker 1: no idea what they were. He didn't say, oh, the
- 28:49Speaker 1: children being assaulted as tragic. He said, those questions are revolting.
- 28:54Speaker 1: It's that same contempt, that dripping arrogance that says, how
- 29:00Speaker 1: dare anyone question what I'm doing? And you know what,
- 29:04Speaker 1: if you're a mom of one of those children who've
- 29:06Speaker 1: been assaulted, I got to say, you watch this testimony today.
- 29:13Speaker 1: I don't know if you're filled with more grief and
- 29:16Speaker 1: tears or anger or both. But what's infuriating He intends
- 29:25Speaker 1: to change nothing, which means he intends to allow more
- 29:30Speaker 1: people to be killed, more people to be sexually assaulted,
- 29:33Speaker 1: more people to be brutalized, and more Americans to die
- 29:36Speaker 1: of fetenol overdoses as a result. Well, let's talk about
- 29:40Speaker 1: the fetnol for a second, because this has been an
- 29:43Speaker 1: issue that has affected so many families all over the country.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Is the oding and we know that the fetinol's coming
- 29:50Speaker 1: across our open border. We've seen it skyrocket. The number
- 29:53Speaker 1: one killer of young people in American today is now
- 29:55Speaker 1: fetnol overdoses. I know. I don't know a single family
- 30:00Speaker 1: now that doesn't know someone who's died from a fetnyl overdose.
- 30:04Speaker 1: In in my extended group of friends, It's happening now
- 30:09Speaker 1: on a more regular basis. A week ago, I got
- 30:11Speaker 1: a phone call of somebody who I worked with. He
- 30:16Speaker 1: was at an event and they thought they were smoking marijuana.
- 30:21Speaker 1: No intend to die. Three of the people collapsed right there.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Two of the three died. These are individuals that were
- 30:28Speaker 1: older they thought they were having a time, you know,
- 30:31Speaker 1: just smoking some weed. And and that's now how my
- 30:35Speaker 1: point is how much fentanyl's coming across It's in everything,
- 30:38Speaker 1: it's all. It's being shipped in massive quantities in this country,
- 30:42Speaker 1: enough to kill every man, woman and child. You and
- 30:45Speaker 1: I have talked about this before, But just from a
- 30:47Speaker 1: drug standpoint, does he seem to even care about that
- 30:50Speaker 1: at all? Either? No, he has empty talking points. And listen,
- 30:55Speaker 1: when it comes to fentonyl overdoses, they're not even overdose
- 30:58Speaker 1: doses at this point. I think poisonings because they're different.
- 31:02Speaker 1: You think of someone who has a heroin overdose. You
- 31:04Speaker 1: think of someone that says a heroin user, and it's tragic,
- 31:08Speaker 1: and they're injecting, and they injecting, they accidentally inject too much,
- 31:11Speaker 1: and that's a tragedy. But it's a tragedy based on
- 31:15Speaker 1: a really dangerous, slippery slope of conduct. What's happening with
- 31:20Speaker 1: fentanyl is a different beast. Last year, there were over
- 31:22Speaker 1: one hundred thousand people who died of overdoses, the majority
- 31:26Speaker 1: from Chinese fentanyl coming across our southern border. And what
- 31:28Speaker 1: happens as you describe your friend look as you know,
- 31:32Speaker 1: my sister, Miriam died of an overdose about twelve years ago.
- 31:36Speaker 1: It was not fentanyl, but it was painkillers, and she
- 31:38Speaker 1: took too many of them. We don't know if it
- 31:40Speaker 1: was on purpose or not, but she took a whole
- 31:43Speaker 1: bunch of pills at night and never woke up in
- 31:46Speaker 1: the morning. And I love my sister. My sister was
- 31:49Speaker 1: nine years older than me. She was an amazing person
- 31:52Speaker 1: who tragically made a lot of wrong decisions and ended
- 31:57Speaker 1: up paying for those decisions. The urge of drug use
- 32:01Speaker 1: has been massive, but with fentanyl now it's qualitatively different
- 32:06Speaker 1: because it's it's one guy at a party who smokes
- 32:10Speaker 1: one joint. And listen, when we were kids, when I
- 32:14Speaker 1: was a teenager, I smoke pot. I've admitted that I
- 32:17Speaker 1: smoke pot. I tried it as a teenager. I haven't
- 32:19Speaker 1: smoked pot, says I was a teenager. But as a teenager,
- 32:21Speaker 1: when I was in high school, in a little bit
- 32:23Speaker 1: in college, I smoke pot. At the time, you know,
- 32:27Speaker 1: you got you got high, you had fun, you wanted
- 32:31Speaker 1: some cheetos, and then you were done. There wasn't really
- 32:35Speaker 1: a risk of Okay, if I smoke this joint I'm
- 32:39Speaker 1: going to fall over dead. There is right now that
- 32:42Speaker 1: very real risk because they're lacing marijuana with fentanyl. You
- 32:47Speaker 1: look at parties where a kid, a teenage kid, will
- 32:51Speaker 1: will say, hey, take take a pill. Have have a
- 32:54Speaker 1: value of have a purpose at, have a riddling. And
- 33:00Speaker 1: you know, look, kids experiment, they do stupid things, and
- 33:04Speaker 1: so some kids says, oh, that sounds like fun, and
- 33:06Speaker 1: they take one pill. Now, it used to be if
- 33:08Speaker 1: a kid at a party took one pill, they might
- 33:10Speaker 1: get a buzz or something and it would be fine.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Now if they take one pillet and it has fetanol
- 33:15Speaker 1: in it and a little too much, the kid drops
- 33:17Speaker 1: over dead. And if that queer, what a little too
- 33:20Speaker 1: much is, it can be the size of the end
- 33:25Speaker 1: of a ballpoint pen granular. To put it in perspective
- 33:29Speaker 1: of what too much is what can kill you is.
- 33:32Speaker 1: So let me tell you an illustration that a D
- 33:34Speaker 1: agent told me. I was visiting with a DA agent
- 33:38Speaker 1: and a mom whose twenty two year old daughter was
- 33:41Speaker 1: at a party took one pill and fell over dead
- 33:44Speaker 1: from fetenol. And the illustration this d agent did as
- 33:47Speaker 1: he said. He brought with him some packs of sweet
- 33:49Speaker 1: and Low and he said open the pack of sweeten loan,
- 33:52Speaker 1: so we all did. They were like a half dozen
- 33:53Speaker 1: of us round the table. We all did. He said,
- 33:55Speaker 1: dump out all of the sweeten Low. So we dumped
- 33:57Speaker 1: it all out on the table. He said, okay, now,
- 34:00Speaker 1: stick you're pinky in the packet, the empty packet, and
- 34:04Speaker 1: we did. You pulled it out and there were a
- 34:07Speaker 1: handful of little flecks of sweet and Low on your finger. Tiny.
- 34:11Speaker 1: He said, that's enough fentenel to kill you. The residue
- 34:15Speaker 1: from the inside of the packet after you've emptied it out.
- 34:18Speaker 1: And I got to tell you. You know, my girls,
- 34:19Speaker 1: as you know, are are fourteen and twelve. I sat
- 34:23Speaker 1: down with both girls. I had them take a packet
- 34:25Speaker 1: of sweet and Low, open it up, dip their finger in.
- 34:28Speaker 1: And I'm trying to that they're reaching an age where
- 34:31Speaker 1: they may go to a party and some kids says, hey,
- 34:33Speaker 1: try this, and I hope their answer is no. But
- 34:37Speaker 1: it used to be if their answer wasn't no, the
- 34:40Speaker 1: consequences were one stupid night and we're not you die
- 34:45Speaker 1: right there. I mean, it is terrifying. And so the
- 34:50Speaker 1: Biden administration has a talking point. The Democrats have a
- 34:53Speaker 1: talking point. So much of this hearing, the Senate Democrats
- 34:55Speaker 1: were trying to say, we think the fentanyl is terrible
- 34:58Speaker 1: and we need to stop it, but it's not our fault.
- 35:01Speaker 1: You know. Corey Booker said in the hearing, this problem
- 35:04Speaker 1: was here long before Joe Biden. No, no, this the
- 35:10Speaker 1: explosion of illegal immigrants was not here before Joe Biden.
- 35:13Speaker 1: In twenty twenty, we had the lowest rate of illegal
- 35:15Speaker 1: immigrants in forty five years. Biden caused it. It's why
- 35:18Speaker 1: I had these charts that showed over and over again
- 35:21Speaker 1: the explosion, and here's what happened. So their other talking
- 35:25Speaker 1: point is they say the bulk of the fetenol and
- 35:28Speaker 1: drugs we find or at the ports of entry, not
- 35:30Speaker 1: crossing the border, outside the ports of entry. Now notice
- 35:33Speaker 1: the keywords we find. Yeah, they've got hundreds of agents
- 35:37Speaker 1: at the ports of entry, so they find drugs there.
- 35:40Speaker 1: They pulled most of their agents off of the border.
- 35:44Speaker 1: So you know, one of the things I questioned may
- 35:46Speaker 1: Orcus about in the last eighteen months, they've been over
- 35:49Speaker 1: one million gotaways. What's a gotaway? An illegal alien they
- 35:53Speaker 1: spot somewhere running? Who gets away? I asked Mayorcus. All Right,
- 35:57Speaker 1: of the gotaways. You don't know how many of them
- 35:59Speaker 1: are murderers? Of course, the answers, no, they got away.
- 36:01Speaker 1: He doesn't know anything about him. He refused to answer that,
- 36:03Speaker 1: of course, because he's Mayorcis. I asked how many of
- 36:05Speaker 1: them are rapist? He refused to say he didn't know.
- 36:08Speaker 1: Of course, he doesn't know how many or child molesters.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Of course, he doesn't know how many are terrorists. Of
- 36:13Speaker 1: course he doesn't know. But the one that's relevant to
- 36:17Speaker 1: this line of questioning, how many are drug dealers? How
- 36:21Speaker 1: many are carrying fentanyl? He has no idea, and he
- 36:25Speaker 1: doesn't care. He just says, no, no, no no, it's the
- 36:28Speaker 1: ports of entry. And here's what's happening. And i've when
- 36:32Speaker 1: I go out on midnight patrol with the Border Patrol,
- 36:34Speaker 1: here's what they tell me. They do. So, the cartels
- 36:37Speaker 1: will send several rafts across the river and their portions
- 36:40Speaker 1: of the river where the current runs pretty fast. Now,
- 36:44Speaker 1: the Border Patrol does not intercept the rafts in the river.
- 36:48Speaker 1: And some people say, oh, you should stop him. Well,
- 36:50Speaker 1: there's a reason they don't intercept the rafts in the river,
- 36:53Speaker 1: because if they do, the Border Patrol, the cartel members
- 36:57Speaker 1: will flip the rafts over, will deliberately capsize the rafts,
- 37:00Speaker 1: and the rafts have women and children, and suddenly you'll
- 37:03Speaker 1: have little kids. You'll have a four year old kid
- 37:06Speaker 1: getting swept away in the current and drowning. And what
- 37:09Speaker 1: happens when that happens is the border patrol agents dive
- 37:12Speaker 1: into the water and try to rescue the vulnerable immigrants
- 37:16Speaker 1: who are drowning. And the cartels do that because they
- 37:19Speaker 1: know that it consumes are all the border patrol resources
- 37:23Speaker 1: dealing with the humans being trafficked. And then a half
- 37:27Speaker 1: mile down the river they send another raft across loaded
- 37:30Speaker 1: with fetnah and so they draw all the resources over
- 37:33Speaker 1: there by tipping a raft over, by having and by
- 37:35Speaker 1: the way, we had border patrol agents. We had a
- 37:37Speaker 1: National guardsman drowned trying to save illegal immigrants who are
- 37:42Speaker 1: drowning in the river. It is incredibly perilous. But these
- 37:46Speaker 1: cartels don't care because they don't even view these people
- 37:50Speaker 1: as cattle. They are less than cattle. They are objects
- 37:53Speaker 1: to be discarded. They view them like garbage. But the
- 37:56Speaker 1: infuriating thing is, even though may Orcist gives professions, I care,
- 38:03Speaker 1: If you care, you would not continue to allow the
- 38:08Speaker 1: suffering to happen. And he does not intend to change
- 38:11Speaker 1: a damn thing, which means, at the end of the day,
- 38:15Speaker 1: doesn't care. Let's talk about impeachment quickly, and I want
- 38:18Speaker 1: to get your thoughts. There's been a lot of talk
- 38:20Speaker 1: about impeachment of my archist, that he is someone that
- 38:23Speaker 1: should be impeached for literally not doing his job. Before
- 38:27Speaker 1: we get that, let me tell you about our friends
- 38:28Speaker 1: of Patriot Mobile. Look, you've got a cell phone, you
- 38:32Speaker 1: listening have a cell phone. Majority of you are actually
- 38:34Speaker 1: probably listening to this podcast right now on your cell phone.
- 38:38Speaker 1: If you're going to have a cell phone, why not
- 38:41Speaker 1: have it with a company that actually stands up for
- 38:43Speaker 1: the values that you believe in. That's where Patriot Mobile,
- 38:46Speaker 1: the only conservative Christian cell phone coming the US, comes in.
- 38:50Speaker 1: They actually can save you money over what you're paying
- 38:53Speaker 1: right now. You get the same exact coverage you have
- 38:55Speaker 1: right now on the same towers that you're using right
- 38:58Speaker 1: now now. The big difference and so the reason why
- 39:00Speaker 1: you want to switch and why you should switch is this.
- 39:03Speaker 1: They take a portion of your bill every month when
- 39:06Speaker 1: you pay that bill, and they actually give it back
- 39:08Speaker 1: to conservative causes and organizations that you helped you to support.
- 39:13Speaker 1: I'm talking about standing up for the life of unborn children.
- 39:17Speaker 1: I'm talking about helping with adoptions. I'm talking about your
- 39:20Speaker 1: First and your Second Amendment rights. I'm talking about sending
- 39:23Speaker 1: up for parental rights in our schools. That's what they're
- 39:27Speaker 1: doing when you pay your bill. So when you make
- 39:30Speaker 1: a phone call, when you send a text, and you're
- 39:32Speaker 1: with Patriot Mobile, you're making a difference every day. Make
- 39:36Speaker 1: the switch to Patriot Mobile. Go to Patriotmobile dot com,
- 39:39Speaker 1: slash verdict, Patriot Mobile dot com, slash verdict, or call
- 39:45Speaker 1: them eight seven eight Patriot that's eight seven eight Patriot.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Use a promo code Verdict when you call them, and
- 39:52Speaker 1: you will get the best deals of the day. Patriot
- 39:55Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash verdict. Senate, there's been a lot
- 39:59Speaker 1: of talk about impeachment. Obviously, my orchist is carrying out
- 40:04Speaker 1: the wishes of the President of the United States of America.
- 40:07Speaker 1: The presidents whiches are clearly just fled the border. Let
- 40:11Speaker 1: everything in. Whether that's because he's compromised by the Chinese
- 40:16Speaker 1: or send the fetinol, or he's compromised by some of
- 40:18Speaker 1: the deals that his family has done with people in Mexico.
- 40:22Speaker 1: I don't know, but it does seem odd to be
- 40:25Speaker 1: going against Americans and protecting Americans. So when you look
- 40:29Speaker 1: at my orchists and the job he's doing, should the
- 40:31Speaker 1: Republicans move to impeach him in the House and see
- 40:34Speaker 1: what happens after that? So I have three answers for that, Yes, yes,
- 40:38Speaker 1: and hell yes. I believe they should impeach out one
- 40:42Speaker 1: hundred of may orchis. I think it should be one
- 40:43Speaker 1: of the very top priorities. I think they probably will.
- 40:48Speaker 1: The one impediment is they have a narrow four member majority,
- 40:52Speaker 1: so they can't lose. If they lose five Republicans, they're
- 40:55Speaker 1: in trouble because no Democrat will impeach, and the Democrats
- 40:58Speaker 1: don't care. It doesn't matter what facts you put forward.
- 41:01Speaker 1: But it's not just that majorcas is not doing his job.
- 41:06Speaker 1: He's actively an aggressively defying federal law. He's flouting federal law.
- 41:11Speaker 1: One of the other talking points Democrats had at the
- 41:12Speaker 1: hearings today is Congress has failed. We need to pass
- 41:16Speaker 1: new laws to fix this. What a load of crap.
- 41:20Speaker 1: We have laws, We have laws that make it illegal
- 41:22Speaker 1: to cross into this country illegally. We have laws that
- 41:24Speaker 1: mandate that you deport people who are apprehended. Those are
- 41:27Speaker 1: the existing laws that Congress has passed. What our Constitution
- 41:31Speaker 1: did not envision is a president and a cabinet secretary
- 41:36Speaker 1: who utterly ignore the law. They don't even pretend to
- 41:40Speaker 1: follow it, and in fact, they affirmatively aggressively frustrate the
- 41:44Speaker 1: law so that instead of deporting people who come here
- 41:49Speaker 1: illegally as the law requires, the Biden administration puts them
- 41:52Speaker 1: on planes and buses and ships them to every community
- 41:55Speaker 1: in America, pays for it themselves, and gives them essentially
- 42:01Speaker 1: fraudulent work authorizations, give them documents to go get jobs illegally.
- 42:06Speaker 1: Federal law says they can't work. The Biden administration is
- 42:10Speaker 1: essentially producing counterfeit work authorizations, and they're doing it at
- 42:16Speaker 1: the scale five and a half million people. That's bigger
- 42:19Speaker 1: than a lot of the states in America. And MAJORCA.
- 42:23Speaker 1: Should be impeached because he is utterly flouting and defying
- 42:29Speaker 1: and mocking federal law, and he is causing death and suffering.
- 42:35Speaker 1: He is a direct cause of the hundred thousand overdoses
- 42:38Speaker 1: we had last year. He is a direct cause of
- 42:41Speaker 1: the children who are abused. He is a direct cause
- 42:44Speaker 1: of the women who are sexually assaulted. He is a
- 42:46Speaker 1: direct cause of the murderers from murders from MS thirteen
- 42:50Speaker 1: and other gang members, the illegal aliens who come and
- 42:53Speaker 1: murder people here. Yes, he should be impeached, and you said,
- 42:57Speaker 1: see what happens. Listen, The reason to impeach Mayor Orcas
- 43:01Speaker 1: is not because we believe he will be convicted and
- 43:04Speaker 1: removed from office. He should be. I would vote in
- 43:06Speaker 1: an instant to do that. But impeachment and House takes
- 43:10Speaker 1: a majority. If Republicans hold together, we will have that
- 43:14Speaker 1: conviction in the Senate, which is what is needed to
- 43:17Speaker 1: remove someone from office. Takes two thirds of the Senate.
- 43:21Speaker 1: The chances that Senate Democrats will vote to convict are
- 43:24Speaker 1: zero because Senate Democrats do not care. Look, most of
- 43:28Speaker 1: the Senate Democrats in Judiciary skipped most of the hearing today.
- 43:33Speaker 1: They'd show up and throw some softball questions. They'd say, gosh,
- 43:37Speaker 1: shouldn't we get more H one B work visas. They
- 43:40Speaker 1: don't care the Democrats. There was not a single Democrats saying, hey,
- 43:44Speaker 1: wait a second, how many kids are being sexually assaulted.
- 43:48Speaker 1: How many children are sold into sex slavery. If the
- 43:52Speaker 1: Democrats were really the compassionate, humanitarian party they claim to be,
- 43:57Speaker 1: wouldn't you think at least one of them would be
- 43:59Speaker 1: worried about the modern day slavery that the Biden administration
- 44:05Speaker 1: is responsible for. None of them cared, not have am
- 44:07Speaker 1: asked about it, not have ever worried about it at all. Instead,
- 44:10Speaker 1: they had a political spend. Oh, this problem is here
- 44:12Speaker 1: before Biden. It's not his fault. The reason may Orcas
- 44:17Speaker 1: should be impeached, the reason we should have a trial
- 44:19Speaker 1: is to put these facts before the American people because
- 44:22Speaker 1: the press is complicit. The corporate media does not want
- 44:27Speaker 1: people to know these facts and bend the thing to understand.
- 44:31Speaker 1: No Democrat defends these There's a reason may Orcas won't
- 44:33Speaker 1: answer my questions. You can't defend what is happening. It
- 44:39Speaker 1: is crossed the point to being indefensible, and so their
- 44:43Speaker 1: only defense is hide. It is keep the American people
- 44:47Speaker 1: ignorant and in the dark. And the purpose of the
- 44:50Speaker 1: impeachment is to force the press to cover some of
- 44:54Speaker 1: these facts so people understand the horror that this administration
- 44:59Speaker 1: is produced. Well I'll say it because I think there's
- 45:01Speaker 1: a lot of people listening that are gonna agree with
- 45:03Speaker 1: me on this one. Thank you for your tough questioning
- 45:06Speaker 1: of Mayorkas today, coming in and challenging him being prepared
- 45:09Speaker 1: something that he clearly didn't have time to do because
- 45:13Speaker 1: it wasn't a priority to him. But these are real
- 45:15Speaker 1: questions that people want to get answers from Centator, so
- 45:18Speaker 1: I appreciate you leading on this issue. Don't forget we
