- 0:01Speaker 1: House Speaker Mike Johnson revealing that Congress in fact may
- 0:07Speaker 1: issue a subpoena to former President Barack Obama over allegations
- 0:12Speaker 1: of a coordinated plot against President Donald Trump involving Russia
- 0:18Speaker 1: during the twenty sixteen presidential election. Now Johnson confirmed during
- 0:23Speaker 1: an interview with reporter David Brody that he is considering
- 0:28Speaker 1: the move amid concerns about the integrity of the nation's
- 0:31Speaker 1: intelligence processes and the alleged misuse of federal power. Johnson
- 0:39Speaker 1: making it clear that he is not going to be
- 0:41Speaker 1: intimidated by the fact that we're referring to Barack Obama,
- 0:45Speaker 1: a former president who could have done something so egregious.
- 0:49Speaker 1: And yes, we now have a response from Barack Obama,
- 0:53Speaker 1: which I'm going to have for you in a moment.
- 0:55Speaker 1: But before we get to that, they're going to ask
- 0:58Speaker 1: you a question. Are you one of the that is
- 1:00Speaker 1: just so tired of giving your money to radical left
- 1:03Speaker 1: woke companies that actually are fighting against your values every day? Well,
- 1:08Speaker 1: there are certain bills that you pay every month that
- 1:11Speaker 1: if you can go with a conservative company, why not
- 1:14Speaker 1: do it? In fact, why not go with a conservative
- 1:17Speaker 1: company that actually takes part of your bill every month
- 1:19Speaker 1: that you're going to pay to somebody, and they give
- 1:21Speaker 1: it back to organizations that support your First and your
- 1:25Speaker 1: Second Amendment rights, that support the rights of unborn children,
- 1:29Speaker 1: that stand with our military, are first responders, and so
- 1:34Speaker 1: many wounded warriors that need help. Well, that bill I'm
- 1:37Speaker 1: talking about is your cell phone bill. And I've been
- 1:41Speaker 1: telling you for a long time about Patriot Mobile, but
- 1:44Speaker 1: there's no better time to switch than right now. Not
- 1:47Speaker 1: only does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major networks
- 1:51Speaker 1: in this country, yeah, all three. That means you get
- 1:53Speaker 1: the same great coverage you're used to right now, but
- 1:56Speaker 1: you also make a difference with every call you make
- 1:58Speaker 1: and every text you make. And why would you want
- 2:00Speaker 1: to give your mind a big mobile? Big Mobile has
- 2:03Speaker 1: been giving big donations to democratic causes, democratic candidates, and
- 2:08Speaker 1: radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations that actually support abortion.
- 2:15Speaker 1: That is why I want you to switch right now
- 2:17Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and make the switch, and
- 2:21Speaker 1: it's so easy. All you have to do is simply
- 2:24Speaker 1: call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based team from
- 2:28Speaker 1: the comfort of your home or your office, and they'll
- 2:30Speaker 1: have you activated in minutes. And if you're still locked
- 2:33Speaker 1: in a contract. Not a problem. Patriots Mobile contract buyout
- 2:37Speaker 1: program covers up to five hundred dollars per device. Keep
- 2:40Speaker 1: your same number, keep your phone, or upgrade do a
- 2:43Speaker 1: new one. So back to my point, what are you
- 2:45Speaker 1: waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and make a difference
- 2:49Speaker 1: every single day with every call you make. Patriot Mobile
- 2:52Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 2:58Speaker 1: ferguson or nine to seven to patriot. And if you
- 3:01Speaker 1: use the promo code ferguson, you're going to get a
- 3:03Speaker 1: free month of service on top of that. Patriotmobile dot
- 3:07Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot.
- 3:11Speaker 1: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, ninety seven to two Patriot.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I want to play for you this interview that he
- 3:19Speaker 1: had and the lead up coming from CBN Christian Broadcasting Network.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Take a listen to what they have in their exclusive
- 3:27Speaker 1: reporting on.
- 3:28Speaker 2: This Director of National Intelligence claim she has proof that
- 3:34Speaker 2: the Obama administration manufactured evidence in an effort to discredit
- 3:40Speaker 2: and weaken President Trump in his first term.
- 3:43Speaker 3: House Speaker Mike Johnson TELLSCBA News that Tulsa. Gabbert's revelation
- 3:48Speaker 3: is quote deeply problematic. He spoke about that issue as
- 3:52Speaker 3: well as the Epstein files in this exclusive interview with
- 3:55Speaker 3: our chief political analyst David Brody.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Although news during Donald Trump's second term has been coming
- 4:03Speaker 4: fast and furious, this latest bombshell is downright startling. Director
- 4:08Speaker 4: of National Intelligence Tulsea Gabbard declassifying documents showing what she
- 4:13Speaker 4: labels overwhelming evidence a former President Barack Obama and his
- 4:17Speaker 4: national security team basically creating intelligence about Russia attempting to
- 4:23Speaker 4: influence the twenty sixteen election.
- 4:25Speaker 5: There's no question in my mind that this intelligence community
- 4:29Speaker 5: assessment that President Obama ordered be published, which contained a
- 4:35Speaker 5: manufactured intelligence document. It's worse than even politicization of intelligence.
- 4:40Speaker 5: It was manufactured intelligence that sought to achieve President Obama
- 4:45Speaker 5: and his team's objective, which was undermining President Trump's presidency
- 4:49Speaker 5: and subverting the will of the American people's.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Gabbard called the actreasonous conspiracy. Speaker of the House Mike
- 4:55Speaker 4: Johnson is troubled too well.
- 4:58Speaker 6: I don't know how to summarize it and by way
- 5:00Speaker 6: of description and a snappy phrase, but I will tell
- 5:03Speaker 6: you it as deeply problematic. We recognize that the people
- 5:06Speaker 6: who are being called out now were involved in a scheme.
- 5:08Speaker 6: We knew that it was a shameless, false set of accusations,
- 5:13Speaker 6: and yet they perpetuated the lie on the American people,
- 5:16Speaker 6: and they looked right into the camera and just lined clearly,
- 5:21Speaker 6: and they knew what.
- 5:21Speaker 7: They were up to the whole time. So there must
- 5:23Speaker 7: be accountability for that. You say, there must be accountability.
- 5:26Speaker 7: The dog will work on the criminal aspect of this.
- 5:29Speaker 7: What's the role of the House here specifically?
- 5:31Speaker 8: I mean people want to see subpoenas, they want to
- 5:34Speaker 8: see depositions, they want to see whether it be Brennan Clapper,
- 5:37Speaker 8: potentially the president of the former president of the United States.
- 5:40Speaker 8: Are you willing to go down that route because a
- 5:42Speaker 8: lot of people want to see some of these folks
- 5:45Speaker 8: questioned under oath?
- 5:46Speaker 6: Of course. Look, I think we have a responsibility to
- 5:49Speaker 6: follow the truth where it leads, and I do expect
- 5:51Speaker 6: that whether there's a special council appointed which some are suggesting,
- 5:56Speaker 6: and or in conjunction with the House investigations, that we
- 5:58Speaker 6: will get the answers. There will be accountability to the
- 6:01Speaker 6: extent that we're able to do that referring people to
- 6:03Speaker 6: the DOJ for prosecution in any other measure that is appropriate.
- 6:07Speaker 6: As we begin to uncover more of the facts.
- 6:09Speaker 8: Does it get tricky at all with the former president
- 6:11Speaker 8: President Obama looking at what his role in this is
- 6:14Speaker 8: and bringing him in for some sort of deposition.
- 6:16Speaker 6: Potential superurity, Well, listen, I mean I can't. We have
- 6:18Speaker 6: no concern about that. If it's uncomfortable for him, he
- 6:20Speaker 6: shouldn't have been involved in overseeing this, which is what
- 6:23Speaker 6: it appears to us has happened.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Now, this goes back to the initial point that has
- 6:29Speaker 1: been made official documents revealing that Obama fabricated the Russian
- 6:34Speaker 1: hoax plot to sabotage Donald Trump's presidency. And this is
- 6:39Speaker 1: what you need to understand. This was not just political drama.
- 6:44Speaker 1: It was a coordinated setup. They told Obama the Russia
- 6:49Speaker 1: link was just a hoax, and he still created a
- 6:52Speaker 1: plan to tie Trump to Russia, knowing it was a
- 6:57Speaker 1: lie that it was false. Director of National Intelligence Tolcy
- 7:02Speaker 1: Gabber saying, quote, their goal was to plot against Trump,
- 7:07Speaker 1: President Trump and subvert the will of the American people,
- 7:11Speaker 1: and they almost got away with it for years. By
- 7:14Speaker 1: the way they lied to our nation. They said that
- 7:18Speaker 1: Donald Trump was quote, a foreign agent. That was a
- 7:21Speaker 1: lie and they knew it. They said the twenty sixteen
- 7:25Speaker 1: election was stolen. That was also a lie and they
- 7:29Speaker 1: knew it. They said that there was not only collusion,
- 7:34Speaker 1: but there was also going to be problems with a
- 7:38Speaker 1: compromised president. That was also a lie and they knew it.
- 7:43Speaker 1: It was all fake. It was all media backed. The
- 7:47Speaker 1: media were the ones that had to sell the story,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and they were happy to sell a story that many
- 7:53Speaker 1: in the media also knew was a hoax, and they
- 7:56Speaker 1: said it was the truth. They said it was the facts.
- 8:01Speaker 1: And why did they do this? Because they hated Donald
- 8:04Speaker 1: Trump as much as the Democrats did, so they worked together.
- 8:09Speaker 1: You want to know who colluded, the media with the
- 8:11Speaker 1: Democratic Party, and it was all designed to stop one
- 8:15Speaker 1: man and the people who voted for him, Donald Trump.
- 8:19Speaker 1: It was happening to stop him before it even began.
- 8:24Speaker 1: But that was only the start. Not only did they
- 8:28Speaker 1: manufacture this, but then when they were asked questions about it,
- 8:32Speaker 1: they then lied to you. You want to know what
- 8:35Speaker 1: else they lied to you about as well. Let's go
- 8:37Speaker 1: through the list. The media and the Democratic Party lied
- 8:41Speaker 1: to you about COVID. The media and the Democratic Party
- 8:45Speaker 1: lied to you about Ukraine. The media and the Democratic
- 8:50Speaker 1: Party lied to you about censorship online and social media.
- 8:55Speaker 1: The media and the Democratic Party lied to you about Bidenflation,
- 9:00Speaker 1: saying it wasn't real and that things were better than
- 9:03Speaker 1: they actually were. They lied to you about jobs reports
- 9:07Speaker 1: adding hundreds of thousands of jobs that never existed right
- 9:10Speaker 1: before the election, and they even lied to you about
- 9:14Speaker 1: the elections. The list keeps growing and growing, and yet
- 9:20Speaker 1: you're now still being told to quote, trust the process,
- 9:24Speaker 1: to obey, to comply, to sit there and be quiet,
- 9:30Speaker 1: to not question people in power. In the Democratic Party.
- 9:34Speaker 1: They also lied to you about the health of Joe Biden.
- 9:37Speaker 1: They lied to you about his cognitive decline, They lied
- 9:40Speaker 1: to you about the auto pen, and now they're lying
- 9:43Speaker 1: to you about what they did at the very beginning.
- 9:48Speaker 1: So the question we should all be asking is this,
- 9:52Speaker 1: how bad is the truth? Well we ever really know,
- 9:56Speaker 1: well it is real and what's manufactured by the media
- 10:00Speaker 1: and by the Democratic Party. I doubt we'll ever know
- 10:03Speaker 1: that in politics. I doubt we'll ever know it in media.
- 10:06Speaker 1: In fact, I doubt we'll even know about it. The
- 10:09Speaker 1: honest truth when it comes to public policy. But one
- 10:13Speaker 1: thing that I am certain about is this the system
- 10:18Speaker 1: our government and what the Democrats have set up, is
- 10:21Speaker 1: not designed to help you or protect you. It is
- 10:24Speaker 1: designed to control you. And it's clear you cannot rely
- 10:29Speaker 1: on the media to uncover the lies of the Democratic Party.
- 10:34Speaker 1: That is another big wake up call in all of this. Now.
- 10:38Speaker 1: As for the President of the United States of America,
- 10:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump, while all this is going on, he's still
- 10:44Speaker 1: fighting for the American people. He's still going out there
- 10:49Speaker 1: and doing what he promised he was going to do
- 10:51Speaker 1: in the election. And that's exactly why we need more
- 10:55Speaker 1: people like Speaker Johnson who are willing to hold those
- 10:58Speaker 1: accountable that use the power the way the Obama and
- 11:03Speaker 1: the Bidens did it. It was a bombshell press conference
- 11:08Speaker 1: at the White House, Toulsi Gabbard coming out and talking
- 11:12Speaker 1: about this possible criminal referral to the Department of Justice
- 11:18Speaker 1: for an investigation, and it all revolves around Russia collusion,
- 11:22Speaker 1: and now it involves a former president by the name
- 11:25Speaker 1: of Barack Obama. I want you to take a listen
- 11:29Speaker 1: to what Tulsi Gabbard had to say at the White
- 11:32Speaker 1: House press briefing room. She's the Director of National Intelligence,
- 11:36Speaker 1: and she is now officially hinted that former President Barack
- 11:40Speaker 1: Obama has in fact been referred to the Department of
- 11:43Speaker 1: Justice for a criminal investigation. Now, she did not address
- 11:48Speaker 1: the constitutional obstacles or a prosecution, but what she did
- 11:53Speaker 1: do is lay out the facts. Here. She is, in
- 11:56Speaker 1: her own words at the White House podium.
- 11:59Speaker 5: Thank you much good afternoon. At President Trump's direction and
- 12:03Speaker 5: with a support and coordination with the House Intelligence Committee
- 12:06Speaker 5: Chairman Rick Crawford, today we've released a declassified oversight Majority
- 12:11Speaker 5: staff report that was produced in September of twenty twenty.
- 12:16Speaker 5: The stunning revelations that we are releasing today should be
- 12:20Speaker 5: of concern to every American. This is not about Democrats Republicans.
- 12:23Speaker 5: This has to do with the integrity of our Democratic
- 12:26Speaker 5: republic and American voters having faith that the votes cast
- 12:30Speaker 5: will count. There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President
- 12:35Speaker 5: Obama and his national security team directed the creation of
- 12:39Speaker 5: an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false. They
- 12:44Speaker 5: knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered
- 12:48Speaker 5: in the twenty sixteen election to help President Trump win
- 12:51Speaker 5: selling it to the American people as though it were true.
- 12:55Speaker 5: It wasn't. The report that we released today shows in
- 12:58Speaker 5: great detail how they carried this out. They manufactured findings
- 13:03Speaker 5: from shoddy sources, They suppressed evidence and credible intelligence that
- 13:08Speaker 5: disproved their false claims. They disobeyed traditional trade craft intelligence
- 13:14Speaker 5: community standards, and withheld the truth from the American people.
- 13:19Speaker 5: In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of
- 13:22Speaker 5: the American people who elected Donald Trump in that election
- 13:25Speaker 5: in November of twenty sixteen. They worked with their partners
- 13:28Speaker 5: in the media to promote this lie, ultimately to undermine
- 13:31Speaker 5: the legitimacy of President Trump and launching what would be
- 13:35Speaker 5: a year's long coup against him and his administration. We're
- 13:40Speaker 5: here today because the American people deserve the truth, they
- 13:43Speaker 5: deserve accountability, and they deserve justice. The records that we
- 13:48Speaker 5: released on Friday that were ODE and I records Senator
- 13:52Speaker 5: Chuck Grassley's release on Monday of what is known as
- 13:56Speaker 5: the Clinton Annex, which was an appendix to the Department
- 13:58Speaker 5: of Justice Office of an Inspector General's twenty eighteen report,
- 14:02Speaker 5: as well as the House Intelligence Committee's Oversight Majority Oversight
- 14:06Speaker 5: report that we're releasing today all come back to and
- 14:09Speaker 5: confirm the same report. There was a gross politicization manipulation
- 14:15Speaker 5: of intelligence by the Obama administration intended to delegitimize President
- 14:20Speaker 5: Trump even before he was inaugurated, ultimately usurping the will
- 14:24Speaker 5: of the American people. I'm going to go over the
- 14:27Speaker 5: key findings from the House Intelligence Report, which investigated the
- 14:32Speaker 5: claims that were made by an intelligence community assessment ordered
- 14:35Speaker 5: by President Obama and published in January of twenty seventeen. First,
- 14:41Speaker 5: Putin's principal interests relating to the twenty sixteen election were
- 14:44Speaker 5: to undermine faith in the US democratic process, not show
- 14:48Speaker 5: any preference of a certain candidate. In fact, this report
- 14:53Speaker 5: shows Putin held back leaking, held back from leaking compromising
- 14:58Speaker 5: material on Hillary Clinton prior to the election, instead planning
- 15:02Speaker 5: to release it after the election to weaken what Moscow
- 15:05Speaker 5: viewed as an inevitable Clinton presidency. In the January twenty
- 15:10Speaker 5: seventeen intelligence Community assessment that President Obama ordered, John Brennan,
- 15:14Speaker 5: whose CIA director at the time, and the intelligence community
- 15:18Speaker 5: intentionally suppressed intelligence that showed Putin was saving the most
- 15:23Speaker 5: damaging material that he had in his possession about Hillary
- 15:26Speaker 5: Clinton until after her potential and likely victory. The report
- 15:32Speaker 5: goes into great detail about the information that Russia and
- 15:36Speaker 5: Putin had which on Hillary Clinton, which included possible criminal
- 15:39Speaker 5: acts like secret meetings with multiple named US religious organizations
- 15:45Speaker 5: in which State Department officials offered, in exchange for supporting
- 15:49Speaker 5: Secretary Clinton's campaign for the presidency, significant increases in financing
- 15:54Speaker 5: from the State Department. They also had documents that showed
- 15:59Speaker 5: the patron of the State Department to State Department employees
- 16:03Speaker 5: who would go and support Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. There
- 16:08Speaker 5: were high level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary's
- 16:11Speaker 5: quote psycho emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness,
- 16:18Speaker 5: and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily
- 16:21Speaker 5: regiment of heavy tranquilizers. Then CIA Director Brennan and the
- 16:26Speaker 5: intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious, substandard sources
- 16:32Speaker 5: to create a contrived, false narrative that Putin developed a
- 16:34Speaker 5: quote unquote clear preference for Trump. Brennan and the ICEE
- 16:39Speaker 5: misled lawmakers by referencing the debunked Steele dossier to assess
- 16:43Speaker 5: quote unquote Russia's plans and intentions, falsely suggesting that this
- 16:48Speaker 5: dossier had intelligence value when he knew that it was discredited.
- 16:53Speaker 5: The intelligence community excluded significant intelligence and ignored or selectively
- 16:57Speaker 5: quoted reliable intelligence that contray addicted the Intelligence community assessment's
- 17:02Speaker 5: key findings on Putin's alleged support for Trump. Including this
- 17:07Speaker 5: intelligence reporting would have exposed the ICA's claim as implausible,
- 17:13Speaker 5: if not ridiculous. The Intelligence community assessment omitted reliably sourced information,
- 17:19Speaker 5: such as how some Russian intelligence officials were quote unquote
- 17:22Speaker 5: planning for candidate Hillary Clinton's victory, while others assessed neither
- 17:27Speaker 5: Trump nor Clinton would respect Russia's interests, as was reflected
- 17:31Speaker 5: in the ODE and I documents that we released on Friday,
- 17:33Speaker 5: Multiple intelligence community assessments released in the months leading up
- 17:37Speaker 5: to the November twenty sixteen election concluded that Russia had
- 17:41Speaker 5: neither the intent nor capability to impact the outcome of
- 17:44Speaker 5: the US election. On December fifth of twenty sixteen, the
- 17:48Speaker 5: FBI and ODE and I gave the House Intelligence Committee
- 17:51Speaker 5: its first post election classified briefing, in which there was
- 17:55Speaker 5: no mention of Putin aspiring to elect Trump by either agency.
- 18:00Speaker 5: The Presidential Daily Brief drafted on December eighth of twenty sixteen,
- 18:05Speaker 5: stated that no Russian or criminal actors impacted vote counts.
- 18:09Speaker 5: This document was pulled just hours before it was to
- 18:12Speaker 5: be published due to quote unquote new guidance. If it
- 18:16Speaker 5: had been published, it would have been briefed to both
- 18:19Speaker 5: President Obama and President elect Donald Trump. On December ninth,
- 18:24Speaker 5: twenty sixteen, a National Security Council meeting was called to
- 18:26Speaker 5: gather President Obama's senior national security officials, which included CIA
- 18:30Speaker 5: Director Brennan then Obama, dn I, James Clapper, Susan Rice,
- 18:35Speaker 5: and others. Following that secret meeting, DNI, Clapper's assistant sent
- 18:39Speaker 5: an email to the intelligence community with the subject line
- 18:43Speaker 5: potus tasking on Russia election medaling, tasking OD and I
- 18:47Speaker 5: leaders to create a new assessment per the President's request.
- 18:52Speaker 5: The House Intelligence Committee oversite report that we released today
- 18:55Speaker 5: reveals that quote unlike routine intelligence community analysis, the Intelligence
- 19:00Speaker 5: Community assessment was a high profile product ordered by the
- 19:04Speaker 5: President President Obama. It directed senior intelligence community agency heads
- 19:10Speaker 5: and created an intelligence community assessment limited to just five
- 19:15Speaker 5: analysts using one principal drafter. This is not something that
- 19:20Speaker 5: occurs in the normal path of producing an intelligence community
- 19:25Speaker 5: assessment that reflects the views across the intelligence community. The
- 19:30Speaker 5: production of this intelligence community assessment was subject to unusual
- 19:33Speaker 5: directives directly from the President and senior political appointees, especially
- 19:39Speaker 5: the former Director of the CIA, John Brennan. The House
- 19:42Speaker 5: Intelligence Committee oversight report also shows how later that same day,
- 19:46Speaker 5: on December ninth, Brennan ordered the publication of quote unquote
- 19:49Speaker 5: substandard reporting on Russian activities.
- 19:53Speaker 1: A bombshell at the White House Press briefing room today
- 19:56Speaker 1: is Tulsi Gabber, the Director of National Intelligence, out evidence
- 20:01Speaker 1: of the conspiracy that was against Donald Trump, that was
- 20:05Speaker 1: put out there by none other than President Barack Obama,
- 20:09Speaker 1: and the evidence that has been found related to this
- 20:12Speaker 1: directly points to President Obama. Here is more of what
- 20:16Speaker 1: she had to say at the White House Press briefing Room.
- 20:19Speaker 5: Had previously been withheld from publication of prior assessments because
- 20:23Speaker 5: the information was judged quote to have not met long
- 20:26Speaker 5: standing publication standards. Some of the information later used in
- 20:31Speaker 5: the Obama ordered assessment over the objections of veteran CIA
- 20:35Speaker 5: officers was quote unquote unclear or from unknown sources. The
- 20:41Speaker 5: Intelligence Committee's oversight report reveals that CIA Director Brennan overruled
- 20:46Speaker 5: senior CIA officers who challenged the Obama ordered intelligence assessment,
- 20:52Speaker 5: stating quote, we don't have direct information that Putin wanted
- 20:55Speaker 5: to get Trump elected. Yet the Obama directed assessment was
- 21:00Speaker 5: published on January sixth, twenty seventeen, which explicitly stated, quote,
- 21:04Speaker 5: we assess Putin and the Russian government aspired to help
- 21:07Speaker 5: President elect Trump's election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary
- 21:12Speaker 5: Clinton and publicly contrasting her unfavorably to him, end of quote.
- 21:18Speaker 5: The CIA and FBI, then led by John Brennan and
- 21:23Speaker 5: James Comy, expressed high confidence in this judgment, while the
- 21:27Speaker 5: NSA expressed moderate confidence. Yet, as the report we released
- 21:32Speaker 5: today shows, the ICA the Intelligence Community assessment did not
- 21:36Speaker 5: cite any report where Putin indicated helping Trump win was
- 21:41Speaker 5: an objective. The opposite is true with regards to the
- 21:46Speaker 5: Steele dossier. We now know that one of the source
- 21:49Speaker 5: documents that the Obama administration used in the creation of
- 21:52Speaker 5: this intelligence assessment in January of twenty seventeen was none
- 21:56Speaker 5: other than the discredited, unverified Steele dossier. The House Intel
- 22:01Speaker 5: report states, quote, contradicting public claims by then CIA Director
- 22:05Speaker 5: Brennan that the dossier was not in any way incorporated
- 22:09Speaker 5: into this intelligence assessment. The dossier was referenced in the
- 22:13Speaker 5: intelligence assessment's main body text and further detailed in a
- 22:16Speaker 5: two page assessment annex. John Brennan lied, and he denied
- 22:21Speaker 5: using this dossier in this intelligence assessment that President Obama
- 22:25Speaker 5: ordered because he knew it was discredited. It was a
- 22:28Speaker 5: politically motivated, manufactured document. He directed senior CIA officials to
- 22:34Speaker 5: use it anyway. CIA officer told the House Intelligence Committee
- 22:41Speaker 5: staff as they investigated this quote, the Director of the CIA,
- 22:45Speaker 5: John Brennan, refused to remove it, and, when confronted with
- 22:49Speaker 5: the dossier's many flaws, responded, quote, yes, but doesn't it
- 22:54Speaker 5: ring true. Even the bipartisan Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
- 22:59Speaker 5: report published in twenty twenty, criticized the FBI's handling of
- 23:02Speaker 5: the Steele dossier, noting its completely unverified nature and purposeful
- 23:07Speaker 5: side stepping of intelligence community procedures in its use. Now
- 23:12Speaker 5: President Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Coby,
- 23:16Speaker 5: and others, including their mouthpieces in the media, knowingly lied
- 23:20Speaker 5: as they repeated the contrived narrative that was created in
- 23:24Speaker 5: this January twenty seventeen Intelligence Community assessment with high confidence
- 23:29Speaker 5: as though it were fact. John Brennan, as CIA Director,
- 23:33Speaker 5: stated in a memo to his agency staff in December
- 23:36Speaker 5: of twenty sixteen, saying, quote, there is strong consensus among
- 23:40Speaker 5: us on the scope, nature, and intent of Russian interference
- 23:45Speaker 5: in our presidential elected election. This was reported by NBC
- 23:50Speaker 5: News confirming that Brennan, along with James Clapper and James Comey,
- 23:53Speaker 5: agreed with the CIA's assessment that Russia intervened to help
- 23:57Speaker 5: Trump win the presidency. As Obama's Director of National Intelligence,
- 24:01Speaker 5: James Clapper was tasked with overseeing the creation of this
- 24:04Speaker 5: assessment in January of twenty seventeen by President Obama, and
- 24:09Speaker 5: he expressed confidence in its findings. In a twenty eighteen
- 24:13Speaker 5: interview with the Harvard Gazette, he talked about how he
- 24:17Speaker 5: provided Trump with the same classified assessment that President Obama received,
- 24:21Speaker 5: which included the high confidence judgment that putin directly ordered
- 24:25Speaker 5: the hacking and election interference. Clapper then went on to add,
- 24:29Speaker 5: I think they, the Russians, actually influenced the outcome. This
- 24:35Speaker 5: is a brief summary of the details that you'll find
- 24:37Speaker 5: within the House Majority Staff's report in their investigation into
- 24:43Speaker 5: the Obama directed January twenty seventeen Intelligence community assessment that
- 24:48Speaker 5: leads us to the very same conclusion that we announced
- 24:50Speaker 5: in the release of our documents on Friday. The implications
- 24:54Speaker 5: of this are far reaching and have to do with
- 24:57Speaker 5: the integrity of our democratic republic. It has to do
- 25:01Speaker 5: with an outgoing president taking action to manufacture intelligence to
- 25:07Speaker 5: undermine and usurp the will of the American people in
- 25:10Speaker 5: that election and launch what would be a year's long
- 25:13Speaker 5: coup against the incoming President United Donald Trump. Thank you.
- 25:19Speaker 1: This is shocking but also not surprising based on what
- 25:24Speaker 1: we know about what the left has done to try
- 25:27Speaker 1: to take out Donald Trump. But we are hearing the
- 25:30Speaker 1: name of Barack Obama and exactly what he was trying
- 25:34Speaker 1: to do. And if you look at the shocking main
- 25:38Speaker 1: points here, the Director of National Intelligence is accusing the
- 25:42Speaker 1: former president Barack Obama and his team of a treasonous conspiracy,
- 25:49Speaker 1: saying that they clearly manufactured intelligence assessments, accusing Russia of
- 25:55Speaker 1: aiding Donald Trump in twenty sixteen, and intentionally, as she
- 26:00Speaker 1: described it, intentionally was the word that she used to
- 26:06Speaker 1: mislead the American people. All right, I want to take

- 28:25Speaker 1: Investing starts with them. Not only did Tulsi claim that
- 28:29Speaker 1: Obama administration knowingly lied to the American people and fabricated
- 28:35Speaker 1: all of the intel on Russia, but this is the
- 28:38Speaker 1: first time we've seen through evidence, real accusations that Barack
- 28:43Speaker 1: Obama and his entire national security team directed a false
- 28:49Speaker 1: intelligent assessment. She is now using the word treasonous to
- 28:54Speaker 1: describe it. Now they're backing this up with actual documents
- 28:59Speaker 1: and a referral, apparently to the DOJ and the FBI.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Gabbart said she referred the newly declassified documents the Justice
- 29:08Speaker 1: Department and the FBI for possible criminal investigation into the
- 29:12Speaker 1: Obama era officials. She also used the word irrefutable evidence,
- 29:18Speaker 1: asserting that the documents prove and provide irrefutable evidence that
- 29:24Speaker 1: Barack Obama ordered the fabrication and that is something that
- 29:30Speaker 1: all of us need to get our head around. A
- 29:33Speaker 1: former president of the United States of America while he's president,
- 29:36Speaker 1: wanting to overthrow the will of the people, ordering the
- 29:40Speaker 1: fabrication of evidence to then have a coup attempt against
- 29:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Now, I want to be clear, I think
- 29:50Speaker 1: there's people that we believed were in the deep state
- 29:52Speaker 1: that we're doing this. This is the first time we're
- 29:55Speaker 1: seeing this come down as a directive at the highest
- 29:57Speaker 1: level of the United States government. Now Obama's office is
- 30:01Speaker 1: pushing back. Obama's spokesman dismissed these allegations as quote bizarre
- 30:06Speaker 1: and weak and quote a distraction from other issues. Like
- 30:10Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein file. Not to be clear, if that
- 30:13Speaker 1: is your best talking point, if you're the Obama team
- 30:16Speaker 1: right now, you have very big issues. Now. There's also
- 30:22Speaker 1: critics that are coming out and they're circling the wagon.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Senate Intelligence Vice Chair Mark Werner called the move a
- 30:28Speaker 1: reckless effort quote to a peace Trump risking exposure of
- 30:32Speaker 1: sensitive sources and methods. So the deep state is fighting
- 30:35Speaker 1: back right now. Now. Trump's strong support is coming from
- 30:39Speaker 1: people around him who experience everything that happened to him
- 30:43Speaker 1: in his first administration and also when he was out
- 30:45Speaker 1: of office. Let's not forget the rating of mar Lago.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Let's not forget the indictments of President Donald Trump. Let's
- 30:53Speaker 1: not forget they went after his family and his businesses,
- 30:56Speaker 1: and they lied about multiple things to try to take
- 30:59Speaker 1: him out of the race so that he could not
- 31:02Speaker 1: be the president of the United States of America. You
- 31:05Speaker 1: look at all of this, and what Gabber delivered was
- 31:09Speaker 1: a sweeping expose on the Obama team and their intelligence narrative.
- 31:16Speaker 1: She made it clear through the evidence that she put
- 31:19Speaker 1: out there, that this was nothing but a politically motivated
- 31:23Speaker 1: attack orchestrated at the highest levels of our government. That
- 31:29Speaker 1: is why she used the word treasonists, and passing all
- 31:32Speaker 1: of this material to law enforcement for investigation is also
- 31:36Speaker 1: a very very big moment. The question now is how
- 31:41Speaker 1: will Democrats respond and what will they do to fight back.
