- 0:00Speaker 1: Lockdowns, cancel Christmas, stay home. The world is ending, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: you should be for freaking out right now, we got
- 0:08Speaker 1: a new report out that Joe Biden is so concerned
- 0:11Speaker 1: he's going to push biweekly coronavirus tests for children amid
- 0:18Speaker 1: school closures and omicron fears. This as offices are shuddering
- 0:23Speaker 1: right now because of omicron. So let me tell you
- 0:27Speaker 1: the latest present. Joe Biden has announced a new idea,
- 0:32Speaker 1: bi weekly coronavirus tests for school children amid school districts
- 0:36Speaker 1: shutting down over omicron variant fears. Despite Joe Biden's promise
- 0:42Speaker 1: in twenty twenty to shut down the virus, not schools.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Schools around the nation are closing early for Christmas break.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Biden perhaps worries his unfulfilled promise will be further delayed
- 0:56Speaker 1: by school districts not returning to order after these scheduled
- 1:02Speaker 1: break That is bad for the ratings, right, That's bad
- 1:07Speaker 1: for the poll numbers because parents are sick and tire
- 1:10Speaker 1: their kids not being in school. So here you go.
- 1:13Speaker 1: As a result, Biden, we're being told, is looking at
- 1:17Speaker 1: rolling out a new scheme to likely pacify teachers, unions
- 1:22Speaker 1: and those the Department of education. The plan is reportedly
- 1:28Speaker 1: being called tests to stay instead of mandatory quarantine for
- 1:33Speaker 1: students identified at close contact of a COVID positive peer.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Those students could remain in school if they test negative
- 1:42Speaker 1: for the virus at least twice during the week after
- 1:45Speaker 1: an exposure. NBC News is now reporting exclusively that's how
- 1:51Speaker 1: you know it's good information, because you know they got
- 1:53Speaker 1: it directly from the White House, leaking this to NBC News.
- 1:57Speaker 1: The New York City Public School District has already closed
- 2:00Speaker 1: about eight hundred and seventy five classrooms early earlier than
- 2:04Speaker 1: they normally do before Christmas. Many of the children are
- 2:07Speaker 1: being forced to learn at home by teaching themselves via
- 2:10Speaker 1: e learning as they call it, which we know is
- 2:12Speaker 1: pretty much worthless. The test scorers show it. Kids have
- 2:16Speaker 1: fallen behind over the last two years when they were
- 2:18Speaker 1: having to do distance learning. Former acting director of the
- 2:22Speaker 1: Sentisters Disease Control and Prevention, doctor Besser told NBC News
- 2:27Speaker 1: that children should be protected at all costs, despite the
- 2:30Speaker 1: death and hospitalization rate among children remaining extremely low. Quote,
- 2:36Speaker 1: it's clear that the best place for children is in
- 2:38Speaker 1: school learning and if it can be done safely for
- 2:42Speaker 1: a child who may have been exposed to COVID, then
- 2:45Speaker 1: we need to do that. Doctor Fauci warn Americans as
- 2:50Speaker 1: well this week that the next weeks and months could
- 2:53Speaker 1: see a massive spike in hospitalizations and deaths due to
- 2:56Speaker 1: coronavirus and the variance besides the toll of suffering and death,
- 3:02Speaker 1: which will inevitably go up. If in fact, we have
- 3:07Speaker 1: that convergence in the winter months of flu and omicron
- 3:11Speaker 1: and delta, we could get our hospital system overwhelmed significantly.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Fauci said, Now let's move on to that. To this
- 3:20Speaker 1: other point, doctor Fauci has new COVID guidelines that he
- 3:25Speaker 1: says are extremely important and more than likely they need
- 3:30Speaker 1: to become more restrictive. He was speaking this morning on CNBC,
- 3:36Speaker 1: and the markets did not like what they heard from
- 3:40Speaker 1: doctor Fauci. They were terrified by what they heard, and
- 3:44Speaker 1: the markets reacted because when you have doctor Fauci talking
- 3:47Speaker 1: doom and gloom on the vaccine guidance, well then you
- 3:52Speaker 1: know what Wall Street does. Favor the mRNA. As you know,
- 3:57Speaker 1: we are in holiday season and they're a holiday parties.
- 4:00Speaker 1: You've talked about getting together with your family during the holidays,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and you recommended testing and the like. At what point
- 4:08Speaker 1: would you reassess that and how would you think about
- 4:12Speaker 1: holiday parties even those with tested in environments and areas.
- 4:17Speaker 1: As I said, by next week if you if you
- 4:19Speaker 1: do the math lagorithmically, New York could be in a
- 4:23Speaker 1: place where where the positivity rate could cross twenty five. Well,
- 4:28Speaker 1: you've got to just take things one step at a
- 4:31Speaker 1: time and take a look at how things evolve. I mean, obviously,
- 4:35Speaker 1: if you have vaccinated, your family's vaccinated, you have friends
- 4:39Speaker 1: who have vaccinated and hopefully also boosted, you could still
- 4:43Speaker 1: enjoy a social gathering, generally in a home. You've got
- 4:46Speaker 1: to be careful when you go into large public indoor space.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I love you got you got to have this large
- 4:54Speaker 1: indoor space, right, So spread out with your family and friends.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Because you might think you feel right, but you don't right.
- 5:02Speaker 1: You might think that you feel okay, but you don't.
- 5:05Speaker 1: You might think that you are healthy, but you could
- 5:09Speaker 1: kill grandma. That's what we think. We think that you
- 5:14Speaker 1: probably just need to stay home. I'm having deja vu.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Isn't this exactly what they told us about canceling Christmas
- 5:21Speaker 1: last year? In fact, I think I could probably find
- 5:24Speaker 1: you a tape of doctor Fauci from last year, and
- 5:27Speaker 1: I bet you it's not exactly like the tape from
- 5:29Speaker 1: this year. Well, you know, he might not want to
- 5:32Speaker 1: go see grandma, you might not want to go travel,
- 5:34Speaker 1: you might want to stay home. You might want to
- 5:36Speaker 1: lock down, you might want to shut down the office.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that's what he said last year, except
- 5:41Speaker 1: this year he's saying it in a different way by
- 5:44Speaker 1: using different words that mean the same thing. He says
- 5:47Speaker 1: where there are a lot of people there, and that's
- 5:49Speaker 1: the reason why you should be wearing a mask under
- 5:51Speaker 1: those circumstances. But you've got to follow what's going on.
- 5:55Speaker 1: If the counts keep going up and the test positivity
- 5:58Speaker 1: keeps going up, we may need to be more restrictive.
- 6:01Speaker 1: But for right now, people who have vaccinated and boosted
- 6:05Speaker 1: should feel reasonably comfortable. The risk is never zero, that's
- 6:08Speaker 1: for sure. Now. By the way, just so you know,
- 6:10Speaker 1: when Faucci said this Friday morning, the Dow's implied open
- 6:15Speaker 1: was up sixty five points. After Faucci said this on CNBC,
- 6:21Speaker 1: the Dow went down by the end of the day
- 6:23Speaker 1: five hundred and thirty two points. This guy's like the
- 6:29Speaker 1: Scrooge that stole two years of my life. You think
- 6:32Speaker 1: that's all he had to say? Oh no, he had more,
- 6:35Speaker 1: jere But any what's the number wins? What's the number
- 6:38Speaker 1: you reassess that you just suggested. I think perhaps for
- 6:41Speaker 1: the first time that you would be forced to reassess
- 6:43Speaker 1: if the numbers go up at what level? Meaning you know,
- 6:47Speaker 1: if you hear that it's in the vity rate, is
- 6:49Speaker 1: twenty five percent in particularly or thirty percent? Does that
- 6:53Speaker 1: change you know? I'm not going to give you a number.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I think you just have to look at all the
- 6:57Speaker 1: different factors. You've got to look at people in who
- 7:00Speaker 1: getting infected. You got to look at the seriousness of
- 7:02Speaker 1: the infection, the rate of hospitalizations, all of those things
- 7:06Speaker 1: you look at when you make a determination about how
- 7:09Speaker 1: restrictive you are going to be. Now, those things just
- 7:13Speaker 1: roll out in real time and you take a step
- 7:15Speaker 1: by step. So here's the word. We may need to
- 7:17Speaker 1: be more restrictive. That's the theme here. What is more restrictive? Mean? Wow,
- 7:22Speaker 1: you probably won't be able to travel without showing proof
- 7:26Speaker 1: of vaccination. Maybe we should make it where you can't
- 7:29Speaker 1: get on a plane moving forward without showing proof of vaccination.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Maybe we need to start swabbing your kids up their
- 7:37Speaker 1: nose twice a week, and you, if you're not vaccinated,
- 7:41Speaker 1: when you go to work, you must be vaccinated. Maybe
- 7:44Speaker 1: we should encourage more companies to start firing employees that
- 7:48Speaker 1: refuse vaccinations. Maybe we should raise the price of healthcare
- 7:53Speaker 1: for those that decide not to be vaccinated. Maybe we
- 7:57Speaker 1: should start canceling healthcare people that refuse to get vaccine.
- 8:01Speaker 1: You see the trend here, right I want to make
- 8:03Speaker 1: sure you guys are really seeing the trend because you
- 8:06Speaker 1: notice they're coming after your rights right now. None of
- 8:09Speaker 1: what they're talking about is respecting any of your rights,
- 8:12Speaker 1: your kid's rights, or anybody else's rights, which is going
- 8:16Speaker 1: back to exactly what Joe Biden is now saying. Joe
- 8:19Speaker 1: Biden is about to harass your kids and push bi
- 8:22Speaker 1: weekly coronavirus test for children amid the school closures and
- 8:26Speaker 1: the omicron fears. You don't have rights over your children.
- 8:29Speaker 1: And the faster you learn that and understand that, the
- 8:33Speaker 1: better off you will all be. That is the message
- 8:35Speaker 1: coming from this White House. By the way, if you're
- 8:37Speaker 1: an adult and you don't do what we take to
- 8:40Speaker 1: do with vaccinations, and if you don't do what we
- 8:43Speaker 1: tell you to do with booster shots, you're probably going
- 8:47Speaker 1: to lose your job. Prominent COVID nineteen researcher was called
- 8:52Speaker 1: a race trader for investigating the lab leak theory. That's
- 8:58Speaker 1: how they treat these people that stay end up. Even
- 9:00Speaker 1: in this area of expertise. You had a researcher, a
- 9:06Speaker 1: post doctor researcher at MIT and Harvard University, said she
- 9:09Speaker 1: was accused of racism for investigating the possibility of COVID
- 9:13Speaker 1: nineteen leaking from the Wuhan, China lab. Alina Chan is
- 9:18Speaker 1: the name of the new whistleblower. Alina Chan, by the way,
- 9:22Speaker 1: is Asian. I'm sure no one cares whether screaming that
- 9:27Speaker 1: she's a racist. Chan began asking simple questions about the
- 9:31Speaker 1: origin of the virus and challenge the wet market theory
- 9:33Speaker 1: in March of twenty twenty. You want to know what
- 9:37Speaker 1: they turned her into a racist? So let me just
- 9:40Speaker 1: recap for you quickly. Where we are. We have doctor
- 9:44Speaker 1: Fauci that is saying we're gonna have to take away
- 9:47Speaker 1: some of your rights. We may need to be more restrictive.
- 9:50Speaker 1: We have businesses that are going after your rights, and
- 9:53Speaker 1: you have the White House Joe Biden now pushing bi
- 9:55Speaker 1: weekly coronavirus tests children so that we don't close schools. Now,
- 10:01Speaker 1: let's talk about this whistleblower, by the way, who has
- 10:05Speaker 1: now been attacked. They say she's a racist. Alina Chan,
- 10:10Speaker 1: a post doctor researcher at MIT and Harvard University, said
- 10:14Speaker 1: she was accused of racism for investigating the possibility of
- 10:18Speaker 1: COVID nineteen leaking from a Wuhan, China lab. Chan began
- 10:23Speaker 1: asking questions about the origins of the virus and challenging
- 10:26Speaker 1: the wet market theory in March of twenty twenty, voicing
- 10:31Speaker 1: her concerns on Twitter to an often hostile scientific community,
- 10:35Speaker 1: Chan who is ethnically Chinese, said she was called a
- 10:40Speaker 1: race trader for suggesting the virus could have been caused
- 10:44Speaker 1: by a lab accident in Wuhan. Even other scientists were
- 10:49Speaker 1: calling me anti scientific or racist or a race trader,
- 10:55Speaker 1: and so a scientific problem became corrupted, Chan explanned at
- 10:59Speaker 1: a Hudson Institute event this week. She said scientists struggle
- 11:04Speaker 1: to gather evidence and discuss their analysis amid accusations that
- 11:08Speaker 1: anyone who suspected a lab leak in Asia must be racist.
- 11:15Speaker 1: This is what happens when you allow the tyrants of
- 11:18Speaker 1: the left to always scream racism anytime they don't like
- 11:24Speaker 1: what you're saying. And the point that this researcher is
- 11:28Speaker 1: making is it's the fact that she was asking questions
- 11:32Speaker 1: from a scientific perspective and people didn't like the questions
- 11:35Speaker 1: she was asking, so they said that she's either a
- 11:38Speaker 1: racist even though she's ethnically Chinese, or they say she's
- 11:41Speaker 1: a race traitor for asking the questions. Sounds a lot
- 11:47Speaker 1: like the Democratic Party, doesn't it, Because guess what the
- 11:50Speaker 1: Democratic Party does exactly what the Chinese Communist government does
- 11:54Speaker 1: in China. We could possibly have a future where only
- 11:58Speaker 1: lab outbreaks and white people countries can be investigated. She
- 12:02Speaker 1: went on to say, whereas anything that comes from parts
- 12:05Speaker 1: of Asia, Africa or South America cannot be investigated because
- 12:10Speaker 1: it would be racist or anti scientific. That's crazy. She
- 12:15Speaker 1: went on to say, as you know, doctor Anthony Founci
- 12:19Speaker 1: publicly downplayed the possibility of COVID nineteen having escaped from
- 12:23Speaker 1: the American funded Woudhun Institute of Virology in April of
- 12:27Speaker 1: twenty twenty. In fact, people said that Donald Trump was
- 12:30Speaker 1: a racist for implying that it could have come from
- 12:32Speaker 1: the Lab, and so the wet market. Remember that the
- 12:36Speaker 1: mainstream media only began reporting on the Lab week theory
- 12:39Speaker 1: as a real possibility a year later, actually a year
- 12:43Speaker 1: and one month later, twenty one, after over a year
- 12:46Speaker 1: of decrying it as unscientific. And yes there were they
- 12:51Speaker 1: love to use racist when The Wall Street Journal reported
- 12:55Speaker 1: that I likely COVID nineteen outbreak occurred at the Wuhan
- 12:58Speaker 1: Lab in late two thou and nineteen. But again, you're
- 13:02Speaker 1: a racist if you bring this up, even if you're
- 13:05Speaker 1: ethnically Chinese. You can't do this without people attacking you.
- 13:10Speaker 1: New York Times COVID nineteen reporter now expresses regret after
- 13:13Speaker 1: doubling down on claim that the lab leak theory had
- 13:17Speaker 1: quote racist roots. This New York Times reporter, who often
- 13:22Speaker 1: covers COVID nineteen for the outlet, doubled down on claims
- 13:27Speaker 1: that the LAB week theory has racist roots. The reporter
- 13:30Speaker 1: later deleted the tweets express regrets for sending them, but hey,
- 13:33Speaker 1: who cares because it was all connected to Donald Trump
- 13:37Speaker 1: at the time, right, this reporter said, tweeted her hope
- 13:43Speaker 1: that someday we will stop talking about the lab week
- 13:45Speaker 1: theory and maybe even admit it's racist roots. Her exact
- 13:50Speaker 1: tweet was, someday we will stop talking about the lab
- 13:52Speaker 1: week theory and maybe even admit the racist roots. But
- 13:54Speaker 1: a loss the day is not here yet. She deleted
- 13:58Speaker 1: the tweet, later doubled down on the claim after people
- 14:00Speaker 1: start calling her out for it, saying, quota theory can't
- 14:03Speaker 1: have racist roots and still gather reasonable supporters along the
- 14:06Speaker 1: way doesn't make the roots any less racist or the
- 14:10Speaker 1: theory anymore convincing. Though. That was her response after people
- 14:14Speaker 1: started mocking her for deleting her earlier tweet about the
- 14:17Speaker 1: origins of the pandemic. She then had to defend herself
- 14:21Speaker 1: even more by saying, I deleted only my earlier tweets
- 14:26Speaker 1: about the origins of the pandemic because they were badly phrase.
- 14:29Speaker 1: The origins of the pandemic is an important line of
- 14:31Speaker 1: reporting that my colleagues are covering aggressively. This is remember
- 14:35Speaker 1: the New York Times. The lab Weik theory is something
- 14:39Speaker 1: that the White House also doesn't want to talk about.
- 14:42Speaker 1: And doctor Fauci, especially because he's the one that gave
- 14:46Speaker 1: money and lied to Congress about us actually giving money
- 14:50Speaker 1: to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for gain of function research.
- 14:54Speaker 1: But don't tell him that because he'll get really mad
- 14:56Speaker 1: at you. And then there's the newest freak out moment
- 15:00Speaker 1: that is coming. This is noticed, how fast this is
- 15:02Speaker 1: all coming? Right? This is coming very fast, isn't it.
- 15:04Speaker 1: I mean, it's a lot to just cover in a
- 15:06Speaker 1: matter of the last twelve hours. Doctor Fauci has now
- 15:10Speaker 1: come out and he wants to freak you out again,
- 15:13Speaker 1: saying there is quote virtually no degree of neutralization protection
- 15:18Speaker 1: against the omicron variant without the booster. Now, this is
- 15:22Speaker 1: where I am confused, Doctor Fauci. If I yesterday got
- 15:27Speaker 1: my first shot, or maybe yesterday I got my second shot,
- 15:31Speaker 1: are you telling me that the first two shots are
- 15:33Speaker 1: worthless against the omicron variant and I don't have protection
- 15:39Speaker 1: or any type of good protection until I get the
- 15:41Speaker 1: third shot. Because that's what it sounds like to me.
- 15:45Speaker 1: It sounds like a lot of propaganda, doesn't it, to
- 15:48Speaker 1: hurry up and make you get the vaccine. Talking about
- 15:52Speaker 1: the importance of COVID nineteen booster shots both in the
- 15:56Speaker 1: current delta surge and in the inevitable upcoming omicron surge.
- 16:01Speaker 1: So if I could have the next slide, let's take
- 16:04Speaker 1: a look at some of the data that fortifies what
- 16:06Speaker 1: I just said. This is a recently published study in
- 16:10Speaker 1: the New Yengland Journal looking at individuals fifty years of
- 16:13Speaker 1: Agaroba who received the booster about five months after a
- 16:17Speaker 1: second dose of the fiser Biowanec. There was a ninety
- 16:21Speaker 1: percent low immortality due to COVID nineteen than participants who
- 16:25Speaker 1: did not receive a boost. Now willbeit the mortality is
- 16:29Speaker 1: low in people who have vaccinated anyway, However, it goes
- 16:33Speaker 1: down to practically nejigable values if you look at the
- 16:37Speaker 1: blue line compared to the pink line. Next slide. Now,
- 16:41Speaker 1: let's take a look at omicron specific situations. In this study,
- 16:47Speaker 1: one looked at three separate vaccines, the mRNA of Mardenna,
- 16:53Speaker 1: the fiser and then the add twenty six JAY and
- 16:57Speaker 1: J followed by an mRNA boost. In if you look
- 17:01Speaker 1: at the times two which means a standard vaccination, and
- 17:06Speaker 1: then take a look at the suit of IRUs neutralization
- 17:09Speaker 1: following the boost, the increment of that is really rather
- 17:14Speaker 1: profound nineteen times for the one on the left twenty
- 17:18Speaker 1: seven times for the one in the middle, and four
- 17:21Speaker 1: times for the one on the right. Next slide. By
- 17:24Speaker 1: the way, I love, We've now gotten to PowerPoint presentations, right,
- 17:28Speaker 1: so we're going to give you a bunch of complicated
- 17:30Speaker 1: data to let you know that basically you're not going
- 17:33Speaker 1: to have any convertection unless you get the booster shot.
- 17:36Speaker 1: So hurry up and get out and get that booster shot. Fouc,
- 17:39Speaker 1: you just said ninety percent lower mortality for boosted people
- 17:42Speaker 1: aged fifty and over. My question is how can you
- 17:46Speaker 1: figure that out so quickly when the omicron variant just started.
- 17:50Speaker 1: That's the part that everybody's kind of scratching their head over.
- 17:54Speaker 1: So I'm not protected with two shots, but somehow I'm
- 17:57Speaker 1: protected with three even if I just got the two shots. Well,
- 18:01Speaker 1: he's got slides in a power point presentation to shut
- 18:04Speaker 1: me up. If your head hurts right now, it should
- 18:08Speaker 1: because this is nothing but tyrant propaganda. There is none
- 18:12Speaker 1: of these people at this point that I trust, and
- 18:15Speaker 1: the reason why is because they keep making crap up. So,
- 18:19Speaker 1: speaking of making crap up, here's another example. New York
- 18:25Speaker 1: Times is now demanding demanding it. It's not even open
- 18:30Speaker 1: for debate that every single sports team stopped gathering because
- 18:34Speaker 1: you're gonna kill everybody if you don't any reason to
- 18:38Speaker 1: believe this is actually gonna happen. No, no reason to believe.
- 18:41Speaker 1: But it doesn't matter. New York Times now demanding all
- 18:44Speaker 1: sports leagues shut down for public health nationwide. Yeah, and
- 18:49Speaker 1: the recent OpEd The New York Times demanded that all
- 18:51Speaker 1: sports leagues shut down for public health for the rest
- 18:53Speaker 1: of the year over the fear of the omicron variant
- 18:55Speaker 1: of the coronavirus. Quote, it's time to press pause on games,
- 18:59Speaker 1: matches and me. Times exclaimed in their editorial. This is
- 19:05Speaker 1: what tyrant government propaganda sounds like when it's written in
- 19:12Speaker 1: a newspaper. This is no different. This is no degree
- 19:15Speaker 1: of separation between the New York Times and the federal government.
- 19:20Speaker 1: This is state sponsored government propaganda that is making it
- 19:25Speaker 1: into all of these newspapers and newscasts around the country. Quote.
- 19:30Speaker 1: If we're genuinely interested in public health, genuinely invested in
- 19:34Speaker 1: slowing the virus and saving lives, we need to look
- 19:37Speaker 1: at the storm that has gathered and take shelter from it. Now, Oh,
- 19:43Speaker 1: doom and gloom, folks, it's back. Come back in February
- 19:46Speaker 1: or later, the so called paper of Record Advice at
- 19:49Speaker 1: Times went on to suggest new policies for all sports league,
- 19:53Speaker 1: including a long break following the mask wearing. It's time
- 19:56Speaker 1: for sports leagues to mandate vaccinations for every play, no shot,
- 20:01Speaker 1: no games or practices or hanging at team headquarters, the
- 20:06Speaker 1: paper demands. The left wing at Nanny's continued recommending, saying
- 20:11Speaker 1: this time that all teams require proof of vaccination from fans,
- 20:16Speaker 1: and yes, the wearing of masks. On top of that,
- 20:20Speaker 1: when we see a hundred thousand fans packed shoulders shoulder
- 20:22Speaker 1: at the biggest stadiums, we see a sea of unmasked multitudes,
- 20:26Speaker 1: everyone screaming at the top of their lungs. What message
- 20:29Speaker 1: does that send? Oh? Yeah, Most of the nation's biggest
- 20:37Speaker 1: pro sports leads claim wide league wide vaccination rates of
- 20:41Speaker 1: ninety are higher. The NHL even claims it is ten
- 20:45Speaker 1: percent vaccinated. And yet they are still throwing players into
- 20:52Speaker 1: isolation and canceling and rescheduling games because of positive test
- 20:57Speaker 1: results among players and coaching staff. Okay, so let's just
- 21:00Speaker 1: out of this in for just a second here, all right,
- 21:03Speaker 1: If all these teams are ninety five percent or higher
- 21:06Speaker 1: vaccinations and they're still having the outbreaks. Doesn't that bring
- 21:09Speaker 1: up the bigger question about the effectiveness of vaccines. I mean,
- 21:15Speaker 1: doesn't that tell you why so many people are hesitant
- 21:17Speaker 1: to get the vaccine, much less a booster. Oh, we're
- 21:22Speaker 1: going to demand it. You're gonna get fired from your jobs.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Don't worry. We're going to force you in a submission.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen. You think we're not going to force
- 21:30Speaker 1: you in a submission. You've seen nothing yet. We are
- 21:34Speaker 1: going to force you into submission. You just don't know
- 21:37Speaker 1: it yet. We're gonna make sure. We are going to
- 21:41Speaker 1: make sure, no matter what, Okay, we are going to
- 21:45Speaker 1: make sure, no matter what, that you do what we
- 21:48Speaker 1: tell you to do, and that includes being vaccinated and
- 21:52Speaker 1: your kids. And if you don't, we're gonna make you
- 21:55Speaker 1: be swabbed in. That's what we're gonna do, right, We're
- 21:58Speaker 1: gonna make sure that you get swabbed twice it. We're
- 22:02Speaker 1: gonna harass your kids. We're gonna harass you. Now. The
- 22:06Speaker 1: New York Times, why would they give a crap if
- 22:10Speaker 1: sports teams okay cancel or not. Why do they think
- 22:16Speaker 1: they should have the right to tell us what we
- 22:18Speaker 1: can and cannot do. Why is the New York Times
- 22:20Speaker 1: think they should be able to dictate what we do
- 22:22Speaker 1: in our lives everywhere around the country with their damn
- 22:25Speaker 1: op ed. When did they become so powerful? Oh wait,
- 22:28Speaker 1: they are that powerful because they are state sponsored media.
- 22:33Speaker 1: That's what they are. They are state sponsored media. The
- 22:39Speaker 1: evidence seems obvious. The op ed says that vaccinations do
- 22:43Speaker 1: not in any way prevent people from contracting the coronavirus,
- 22:46Speaker 1: or at least finding the virus present in their system,
- 22:49Speaker 1: resulting in asymptomatic infection. The Times rights testing and mass
- 22:53Speaker 1: clear they have not stopped the virus. If these huge
- 22:56Speaker 1: leagues continue to cancel reach scheduled games during outbreaks of
- 22:59Speaker 1: positive tests. It should also be noted that few members
- 23:02Speaker 1: of any of these leagues have fallen severely ill, much
- 23:05Speaker 1: less have been hospitalized with a virus. That doesn't matter,
- 23:09Speaker 1: we must cancel everything. There has also never been any
- 23:12Speaker 1: proof that large number fans gathered together for games have
- 23:15Speaker 1: become quote super spreader events which we were all conditioned
- 23:19Speaker 1: to freak out over just about a year ago. Remember,
- 23:22Speaker 1: everything was a super spreader except for Black Lives Matter
- 23:25Speaker 1: rallies and Black Lives Matter riots. I should say college
- 23:29Speaker 1: football has been filling stadiums for a year now, and
- 23:31Speaker 1: there there has been no great outbreak of the virus
- 23:34Speaker 1: among fans because of a college football games. The Times concluded, however,
- 23:42Speaker 1: that we are quote at war with a coronavirus. But
- 23:45Speaker 1: reality seems to prove that the paper is actually at
- 23:48Speaker 1: war with the facts, that what they're demanding right now
- 23:52Speaker 1: is not going to have any impact or change anything.
- 23:57Speaker 1: If there's anything I know right now, if you want
- 23:58Speaker 1: to wear a mask, wear a mask. If you don't
- 24:00Speaker 1: want to wear a mask, don't wear it. When I
- 24:01Speaker 1: go out last night, we had a dinner event. It's
- 24:05Speaker 1: a two hour await at the restaurant. The restaurant was packed.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I decided to wear a mask. I decided to wear
- 24:13Speaker 1: a mask, and I decided to wear that mask to
- 24:17Speaker 1: the table because inside there were so many people that
- 24:21Speaker 1: were crammed in. Make fun of me if you want,
- 24:25Speaker 1: I'm cool with it. I don't care. Don't make fun
- 24:28Speaker 1: of me. If you don't want to make fun of me.
- 24:30Speaker 1: My point is we know enough now that I think
- 24:31Speaker 1: people can actually make a real conscientious decision, and they
- 24:35Speaker 1: can decide for themselves what they want to do. I
- 24:40Speaker 1: have family members that didn't wear the mask, by the way,
- 24:42Speaker 1: going to dinner. That's okay. Did I tell them to
- 24:45Speaker 1: put their masks on? Not? Because it's none of my business.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Now you may say, well, Ben, that mask is worthless again.
- 24:52Speaker 1: If you think it's worthless, that's your decision. I don't care.
- 24:56Speaker 1: My point is this, we're two years in right now.
- 24:59Speaker 1: No one should be telling anybody else what they can
- 25:01Speaker 1: and cannot do. We all should be able to make
- 25:03Speaker 1: our own decisions at this point. That's number one. That
- 25:06Speaker 1: to me is the most important aspect of freedom. If
- 25:12Speaker 1: you decide to make to do things that are higher risk,
- 25:15Speaker 1: quote unquote, like go to a football game, more power
- 25:19Speaker 1: to you. But this psychotic nature that everything must be
- 25:23Speaker 1: controlled by the government and everything must be dictated to
- 25:28Speaker 1: us by the government is tyranny. And when Faucci comes
- 25:32Speaker 1: out telling you that he's going to come after you.
- 25:34Speaker 1: How even Ted Cruz went after the United Airline CEO
- 25:39Speaker 1: Scott Kirby for his deeply disturbing treatment of unvaccinated employees.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Senator Ted Cruz slammed United Airline CEO Scott Kirby on
- 25:51Speaker 1: Wednesday for his deeply disturbing treatment of unvaccinated employees. Cruse
- 25:58Speaker 1: question Kirby during a hearing for the US Senate Committee
- 26:01Speaker 1: on Commerce, Science, and Transportation regarding oversight of the airline industry.
- 26:06Speaker 1: The hearing included several CEOs from US airlines and broach
- 26:12Speaker 1: topics ranging from the success of the payrolls Support program
- 26:18Speaker 1: to pilot shortages. Now Crew specifically called on the CEO
- 26:24Speaker 1: Kirby and asked him to explain his company's vaccine mandate,
- 26:29Speaker 1: which is currently the subject of a lawsuit. A United
- 26:33Speaker 1: mandate has resulted in at least two thousand employees who
- 26:36Speaker 1: sought religious and medical exemptions being placed on unpaid leave
- 26:40Speaker 1: and stripped of their benefits indefinitely. That means their health insurance.
- 26:45Speaker 1: The senator asked why Kirby and why United Airlines vaccine
- 26:49Speaker 1: policy is harsher than those of his competitors, as a carrier,
- 26:54Speaker 1: is the only one dismissing employees who choose to forgo
- 26:57Speaker 1: the coronavirus vaccine. It got pretty heated and personal. Take
- 27:02Speaker 1: a listeners have observed last year what Congress did with
- 27:06Speaker 1: regard to the aviation industry was critical and it was unprecedented.
- 27:11Speaker 1: We allocated over fifty four billion dollars to keep the
- 27:15Speaker 1: American aviation industry strong and healthy. I was the chairman
- 27:20Speaker 1: of the Aviation Subcommittee at the time. Each of the
- 27:22Speaker 1: CEOs on this panel, and Miss Nelson, I've spoken to
- 27:24Speaker 1: all of you many times. Each of you went on
- 27:27Speaker 1: great length making the case that maintaining our pilots, maintaining
- 27:32Speaker 1: our flight attendants, maintaining our personnel and aviation was critically important.
- 27:39Speaker 1: We fast forward to where we are today, and we
- 27:41Speaker 1: find ourselves in a different circumstance and the behavior of
- 27:44Speaker 1: airlines has not been uniform. I'm proud to say the
- 27:48Speaker 1: two airlines based in Texas, mister Kelly's Airline to mister
- 27:52Speaker 1: Parker's Airline, I think had been exemplary, particularly concerning vaccine mandates.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Both of you have made public commitments well be firing
- 28:00Speaker 1: your employees because of failure to comply with a vaccine mandate.
- 28:03Speaker 1: I thank you for that. Mister Bastian has likewise made
- 28:07Speaker 1: that commitment of Delta. The outlier here is United and
- 28:12Speaker 1: mister Kirby. United's behavior on this issue, I have to say,
- 28:16Speaker 1: has been deeply disturbing. I'm a frequent customer of United.
- 28:20Speaker 1: I live in Houston. I've got over a million miles
- 28:22Speaker 1: on United. There are over fourteen thousand United employees in
- 28:27Speaker 1: the state of Texas. The way United has treated its
- 28:30Speaker 1: employees as in market contrast to your competitors sitting here.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Your competitors have said they will stand with their employees.
- 28:38Speaker 1: United has not made that same commitment. How many pilots
- 28:43Speaker 1: has United fired because of failure to comply with a
- 28:45Speaker 1: vaccine mandate? Well, Senator, I'm happy to talk all about
- 28:50Speaker 1: the rationale for while. We did it. We did it
- 28:51Speaker 1: for safety. I've lived in times. So my question is
- 28:54Speaker 1: how many pilots have you fired? I believe it is
- 28:57Speaker 1: six out of thirteen. How many pilots have you played
- 29:00Speaker 1: on unpaid leave? I think it's about eighty. Okay, how
- 29:05Speaker 1: many flight attendants have you fired? I don't know the
- 29:08Speaker 1: number total, it's about two hundred employees. Well, I will
- 29:12Speaker 1: tell you. I spoke this morning to the Airline Employees
- 29:15Speaker 1: for Health Freedom that said they had over two thousand
- 29:18Speaker 1: United employees who had been placed on unpaid lead because
- 29:22Speaker 1: they sought exemptions from the vaccine mandate. That said that
- 29:25Speaker 1: included three hundred and thirty one pilots. I will also
- 29:29Speaker 1: note that I have been literally inundated with United employees
- 29:33Speaker 1: complaining about United's callous disregard for the rights of the pilots.
- 29:38Speaker 1: One of the messages was for a pilot who flew
- 29:40Speaker 1: for United for more than two decades, who applied for
- 29:43Speaker 1: and received an exemption from your vaccine mandate on religious grounds,
- 29:47Speaker 1: and it was subsequently placed on lead with no pay
- 29:50Speaker 1: and no benefital insurance. Now his wife, who relies on
- 29:54Speaker 1: her husband's insurance, has had to postpone a necessary surgery
- 29:59Speaker 1: with no idea when she'll be able to reschedule because
- 30:02Speaker 1: she has no idea what her husband able to fly again.
- 30:04Speaker 1: And you're simultaneously enforcing a non compete, so this pilot
- 30:08Speaker 1: can't even go work for your competitors. Another message I
- 30:12Speaker 1: received from another pilot, a constituent, self described proud Texans,
- 30:16Speaker 1: flew for the Air Force for almost three decades, including
- 30:19Speaker 1: missions in Asia, now founds himself on indefinite unpaid lead,
- 30:25Speaker 1: with a denial of all benefits to include medical, dental, vision, insurance,
- 30:29Speaker 1: disability travel privileges, crew member access to jump seats, denied
- 30:33Speaker 1: access to his retirement savings. This morning, I spoke with
- 30:38Speaker 1: a ten year flight attendant for United, a woman name
- 30:43Speaker 1: is Adriana Yubali, who is a single mom and Hispanic
- 30:46Speaker 1: single mom from Texas, who you fired. She received her
- 30:51Speaker 1: termination notice tied in a trash can to her front gate.
- 30:56Speaker 1: I have a letter here, Madame Chairman, from Missubali describing
- 31:01Speaker 1: the disgraceful treatment she received at the hands of United,
- 31:04Speaker 1: asking animus consent this record to be entered. This letter
- 31:07Speaker 1: be entered in the record. Just recently, you're being sued
- 31:12Speaker 1: by your employees for mistreating them, for violating their terms
- 31:17Speaker 1: of employment. Just recently, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
- 31:20Speaker 1: Judge James Hoe, someone I know very well, an exemplary jurist,
- 31:23Speaker 1: wrote an opinion in which she described the likelihood of
- 31:26Speaker 1: your employees succeeding on the merits as the claims against
- 31:32Speaker 1: you quote appear compelling and convincing at this stage. And
- 31:36Speaker 1: I want to read what Judge Hoe wrote about United.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Title seven forbids employers from retaliating against employees who attempt
- 31:44Speaker 1: to exercise their statutory rights. Yet United CEO Scott Kirby
- 31:49Speaker 1: told employees in a company town hall meeting that quote
- 31:53Speaker 1: very few religious exemptions to the vaccine mandate would be granted,
- 31:57Speaker 1: and that anyone who even attempted to request one would
- 32:01Speaker 1: be quote putting their job on the line. I saw
- 32:04Speaker 1: that video, and it's a disturbing video. He went on
- 32:07Speaker 1: to note. This is again Judge Hoe writing. The District
- 32:10Speaker 1: Court thus concluded that United's mandate reflects an apathy, if
- 32:15Speaker 1: not antipathy, for many of its employees concerns, and a
- 32:19Speaker 1: dearth of toleration for those expressing a diversity of thought.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Through both its policy and its official statements to employees,
- 32:28Speaker 1: United has demonstrated a quote calloused approach to and apparent
- 32:32Speaker 1: disdain for people of faith. Why is United's conduct disregarding
- 32:38Speaker 1: the rights of your employees so different from the conduct
- 32:42Speaker 1: of your competitor airlines, which are protecting the rights of
- 32:45Speaker 1: their pilots and flight attendants and not firing them or
- 32:48Speaker 1: putting them on unpaid leave for exercising their religious liberty rights. Well,
- 32:52Speaker 1: Senator Cruz, again, we did this for safety. We believe
- 32:57Speaker 1: it saved lives. I think that's my number one obligation
- 32:59Speaker 1: is safety, particularly running an airline and your customers. My
- 33:04Speaker 1: number one obligation is safety, including to our are your
- 33:07Speaker 1: competitors unsafe. I think that the world is safe for us.
- 33:12Speaker 1: I made the decision for United. I'll let my competitors
- 33:15Speaker 1: speak for themselves. I made the decision for United that
- 33:19Speaker 1: getting everyone vaccinated would save lives and fired. But I
- 33:24Speaker 1: will tell you this, I fly a United flight almost
- 33:26Speaker 1: every week, almost without exception. When I'm on one of
- 33:30Speaker 1: your flights, I get stopped by a pilot or a
- 33:32Speaker 1: flight attendant, often multiple pilots or multiple flight attendants, who
- 33:36Speaker 1: say thank you for fighting for us. Your employees are
- 33:41Speaker 1: being mistreated and it's disappointing. Your company is better than this,
- 33:45Speaker 1: and what you're doing is wrong. Amen to that, especially
- 33:50Speaker 1: the fact that they're holding a pilot who they've fired
- 33:53Speaker 1: to a non compete so his wife can't have a
- 33:56Speaker 1: surgery because he can't go get better health insurance or
- 33:59Speaker 1: get insurance by working at another airline after they put
- 34:03Speaker 1: him on lead because he wouldn't get the vaccine, threatening
- 34:07Speaker 1: people saying go ahead, we dare you use a religious
- 34:11Speaker 1: exemption and watch what happens, because it's gonna put your
- 34:14Speaker 1: job in danger. Tyrant airline, that United, that's what it is.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Buy accordingly is what I'll tell you. With your airline tickets.
