- 0:58Speaker 1: You gotta turn you, you gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn you haven't got to turn them out. Turn the
- 1:46Speaker 1: water the water go. Come come on your tha huh.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I shall well a good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the voice, Come on dig me now, one and only
- 2:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah, I'll do. Man,
- 2:12Speaker 1: God is good. Hey today, I just want to get
- 2:15Speaker 1: right to it because this has really been pressing me.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I woke up and this was on my mind and
- 2:21Speaker 1: I wanted to share it with you because I know
- 2:24Speaker 1: this for a fact. See I've lived this for a fact.
- 2:31Speaker 1: And you know the majority of things I talk about
- 2:35Speaker 1: in the morning before we get started with the regular show,
- 2:39Speaker 1: it's something that I've experienced. I can only tell you
- 2:42Speaker 1: what I know. And so I really really understood why
- 2:46Speaker 1: God has had my life go the way that is gone,
- 2:51Speaker 1: because if I didn't have all these tests in my life,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I didn't have all these tests that I passed all
- 2:58Speaker 1: these tests that I failed. If I didn't have all
- 3:03Speaker 1: of those, the good and the bad, what could I
- 3:07Speaker 1: share with you in the morning? What could I tell
- 3:11Speaker 1: you about hanging? What could I tell you about failing
- 3:17Speaker 1: and then winning? What could I tell you about hanging
- 3:20Speaker 1: in now when all hope was gone? How could I
- 3:24Speaker 1: share that with you? Unless I've had those moments myself.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I don't care what happens to you. I don't care
- 3:34Speaker 1: what you're going through. Don't you dare dare give up?
- 3:40Speaker 1: Under no circumstances. Don't you dare dare ever give up?
- 3:48Speaker 1: It is the biggest trick that the enemy has is
- 3:53Speaker 1: making us think we ain't gonna make it, to water
- 3:59Speaker 1: down the illusion that there is a possibility that you
- 4:05Speaker 1: might still have a chance to get over. The biggest
- 4:09Speaker 1: trick he uses is when you make a mistake and
- 4:12Speaker 1: you fall. He gets you to start to thinking it's final,
- 4:16Speaker 1: that there is no resurrection, there is no redemption, there
- 4:20Speaker 1: is no recovery. He just makes you think it's final.
- 4:25Speaker 1: He is the master deceiver. Don't you dare dare ever
- 4:30Speaker 1: give up? I don't care what besets you, befalls you,
- 4:34Speaker 1: trips you up, What circumstantial situations may arise. Don't you
- 4:40Speaker 1: dare dare ever give up? Because listen to me, these
- 4:45Speaker 1: are tests that you are going through. And these tests,
- 4:50Speaker 1: whether you pass the test or the appears that you've
- 4:53Speaker 1: failed the test, the test accomplishes the mission if you're
- 4:58Speaker 1: smart about it. If you pass the test. Let's say
- 5:04Speaker 1: you're going through a situation and you get over and
- 5:06Speaker 1: it goes the way you want it to do, then
- 5:09Speaker 1: what you've learned is if you hang in there, there's
- 5:14Speaker 1: a light at the end of the tunnel. Okay, mission accomplished.
- 5:19Speaker 1: If you fail the test and it doesn't go the
- 5:23Speaker 1: way you want it and it goes the opposite and
- 5:27Speaker 1: it turns out into a negative result, and in response
- 5:30Speaker 1: you were looking for is a no. That's not final.
- 5:36Speaker 1: That doesn't mean it's over, that doesn't mean it's time
- 5:40Speaker 1: to turn back. It simply means that now you have
- 5:45Speaker 1: learned a valuable experience, you have learned a valuable lesson.
- 5:51Speaker 1: You now know what not to do. You are now
- 5:56Speaker 1: because you know what not to do, another sta up
- 6:00Speaker 1: closer to getting it right. Listen to me, it has
- 6:05Speaker 1: to happen this way. You have to have the rain
- 6:10Speaker 1: in your life. To get the flowers in your life,
- 6:13Speaker 1: you got to have the darkness in your life to
- 6:17Speaker 1: appreciate the sunshine in your life. You got to have
- 6:22Speaker 1: woes and worries to appreciate the joys. It is merely
- 6:28Speaker 1: a test. So when you get through failing, and you
- 6:34Speaker 1: get through stumbling, and you get through messing it up,
- 6:39Speaker 1: all that's getting you one step closer to getting it right. Oh,
- 6:43Speaker 1: my relationship ended. I'll never be able to find another
- 6:47Speaker 1: person like that. Not only will you not be able
- 6:50Speaker 1: will not only will you be able to find a
- 6:53Speaker 1: person like that, you can find a person that far
- 6:58Speaker 1: better than that if you don't give up. But see,
- 7:02Speaker 1: sometimes you got to go through the bad ones to
- 7:05Speaker 1: get to the good ones. Don't you? Dare? Dare ever
- 7:10Speaker 1: give up? I don't care what happens to you if
- 7:13Speaker 1: you lose a love one. And Lord knows, I've lost
- 7:16Speaker 1: some people I've loved dearly with every inch in me.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I've lost my mother, my father, my brother, and my
- 7:27Speaker 1: best friend. I don't know. I know people who have
- 7:32Speaker 1: lost their children. Goodness, man, I can't even imagine that,
- 7:38Speaker 1: but they kept on going. What you're giving up for? Oh?
- 7:43Speaker 1: I got you miss them? And I got you grieving,
- 7:46Speaker 1: but I got news for you. Don't you let the
- 7:49Speaker 1: devil make you think it's over for you because somebody
- 7:51Speaker 1: else ain't still here. It was their time. Now. I'm
- 7:55Speaker 1: not trying to lessen to blow for you, but I'm
- 7:57Speaker 1: trying to get you up on your feet so you
- 8:00Speaker 1: can stop all this old woe is me because the
- 8:02Speaker 1: things is happening to you. You're not the first person
- 8:05Speaker 1: that's happened to Come on, now, let's get a grip.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Let's wrap your mind around this thing. You have got
- 8:11Speaker 1: to move forward, if it's just in memory of those people.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I was on one of the commercial breaks the other
- 8:17Speaker 1: day and somebody asked me something and I forgot the question,
- 8:21Speaker 1: but my answer was, I've always wanted my mother and
- 8:24Speaker 1: father to be proud of me, and in that absence
- 8:28Speaker 1: and their demise, I'm hoping just somehow man that they
- 8:33Speaker 1: watching me, that they see their boy, that I'm down here,
- 8:37Speaker 1: that I'm doing better, that I'm making something about myself,
- 8:42Speaker 1: that I'm loving my wife, that I'm taking care of
- 8:44Speaker 1: my kids. To at my old man to see that
- 8:47Speaker 1: about me. You know, I want my mother to see
- 8:50Speaker 1: I'm trying to give my life together over here. You
- 8:54Speaker 1: know I'm saying I'm trying to be a better person.
- 8:55Speaker 1: My mom was a Sunday school teacher for forty years.
- 8:58Speaker 1: She'd been praying for me for a long time. I
- 9:01Speaker 1: just hope, man, and that's all I'm doing. It's just
- 9:05Speaker 1: hoping that they see me so they ain't be proud
- 9:07Speaker 1: of me. See you, you you, you you. You got
- 9:11Speaker 1: to understand that when you make these mistakes, that when
- 9:16Speaker 1: you fall and stumble and you get it all so wrong,
- 9:19Speaker 1: it ain't over for you. Don't you dare dare dare ever?
- 9:23Speaker 1: Give up? Don't stop thinking, man, because it ain't happening
- 9:27Speaker 1: just the way you wanted to that it ain't meant
- 9:29Speaker 1: to be devil. He got so many tricks to deceive you.
- 9:33Speaker 1: You know why you're being tested right now, because there
- 9:36Speaker 1: is no testimony without the test. You got to go
- 9:41Speaker 1: through something. It's all good man telling you. I just
- 9:45Speaker 1: wanted to share that with you. Don't you give up
- 9:47Speaker 1: out there. I don't care what's happening. Don't don't, don't
- 9:50Speaker 1: don't get deceived. The victory's coming, but you ain't gonna
- 9:54Speaker 1: get it if you quit. Hang on, y'all, you're listening
- 9:57Speaker 1: to show, ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, please spread

- 13:58Speaker 1: seven years old and I've been married for three months. Recently,
- 14:02Speaker 1: my husband told me he has a family across town.
- 14:06Speaker 1: He arranged for me to meet his other woman and
- 14:08Speaker 1: her young son. She said they've been together for many
- 14:11Speaker 1: years and she does not believe in marriage, so she
- 14:14Speaker 1: gave him her blessing to marry me. He says he's
- 14:18Speaker 1: totally in love with me and wants me to be
- 14:21Speaker 1: okay with all of this, meaning I have to understand
- 14:24Speaker 1: he has other obligations. Do I throw my future away
- 14:28Speaker 1: with him? Or try to make this work out? What?
- 14:31Speaker 1: Wait a minute? What hold long, lady? Throw your future
- 14:36Speaker 1: away with him? You just got into You just got

- 14:51Speaker 1: Then he wants you to meet his entire family across town.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Now you saying, are you gonna throw your future away

- 15:07Speaker 1: I mean, I mean you, No, I understand she didn't know.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Put the deception alone. It's crazy, But then you're gonna
- 15:19Speaker 1: have to understand and go along with it. No, you
- 15:22Speaker 1: get presented that option before you say I do you
- 15:27Speaker 1: don't deceive me, marry me and then present me with
- 15:32Speaker 1: this option. Hold up, dog, you could that's crazy. You
- 15:37Speaker 1: know three months? You know you're in the realm of
- 15:40Speaker 1: a Norman territory. You ain't got to get a divorce.
- 15:42Speaker 1: This is a a Nouman Hello, Hello, never happened this marriage? No, seriously,
- 15:49Speaker 1: this is a Norman territory. You should get a lawyer, sister.

- 16:32Speaker 1: four girlfriends threw me a sleepover at a hotel. We
- 16:35Speaker 1: kicked off the party with massages in the room. We
- 16:39Speaker 1: had two young black male masseurs come to the room
- 16:42Speaker 1: and they told us to get naked and lie face
- 16:45Speaker 1: down in one bed. They got naked too. You can
- 16:48Speaker 1: only imagine what went down in that bed after they
- 16:52Speaker 1: rubbed us down. It was all good. This was two
- 16:56Speaker 1: weeks ago, and one of the girls called me and
- 16:58Speaker 1: said she feels bad about it and wants to tell
- 17:01Speaker 1: her husband. We're all married, by the way, but she's

- 17:24Speaker 1: girlfriends threw me a sleepover. Okay, So I thought it
- 17:27Speaker 1: was a dude named Male and he got four girlfriends. Okay, No,
- 17:32Speaker 1: that's what threw me off. I was looking at this like,
- 17:34Speaker 1: oh my god. Okay, so Mail is a girl. She
- 17:37Speaker 1: got four girlfriends. They had invited over for a sleepover.
- 17:42Speaker 1: They had two male massuits, told y'all get naked and
- 17:45Speaker 1: lay on your stomach, and then they got naked too.
- 17:48Speaker 1: That's five buttons, and you can only imagine what went
- 17:52Speaker 1: down in that bed after they rubbed us down. So,
- 17:55Speaker 1: now one of her girlfriends want to tell her husband.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Let me ask you a question. When she tell her husband,
- 18:05Speaker 1: what do she think't gonna happen? You think he gonna
- 18:10Speaker 1: go looking for the Masseuse? I doubt it? Or is
- 18:16Speaker 1: it your fear that she's gonna tell who all was
- 18:20Speaker 1: in there and he gonna tell all y'alls. Ye if
- 18:25Speaker 1: y'all girlfriends, maybe the dudes, maybe y'all do stuff together
- 18:29Speaker 1: as couples. Wants to know, how can they keep her quiet? Kidnapp,
- 18:35Speaker 1: you got to he up's gonna have to some do
- 18:40Speaker 1: with ask. That's all I show. Y'all got to do
- 18:49Speaker 1: an intervention. Y'all got to get her and set her
- 18:52Speaker 1: down and go, okay, help for listen to me? Have
- 18:56Speaker 1: you lost your ever loving mind? Do you understan saying
- 19:00Speaker 1: what this does to yours and everybody else's that gets
- 19:04Speaker 1: in jeopardy? Now, we all made a pact that we
- 19:06Speaker 1: was gonna do this, and what none of the conditions
- 19:09Speaker 1: was after we get through doing this less tale going
- 19:13Speaker 1: around the house acting crazy and making her husband suspicious.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Either close your damn mouth. All you got to do
- 19:22Speaker 1: is not participate no more. Just ain't the time to confess.
- 19:26Speaker 1: What if I told y'all about this thing called truth?
- 19:30Speaker 1: I didn't told y'all it's overrated. I got to tell
- 19:34Speaker 1: y'all quick trying to know the truth all the damn time.
- 19:38Speaker 1: It ain't no time for the truth. The truth is overrated.

- 20:12Speaker 1: seen at the gym. We exchange numbers and I hugged
- 20:16Speaker 1: her before we walked off. I called her later that
- 20:18Speaker 1: night and she said she was turned off by how
- 20:20Speaker 1: musty I was. Granted, I shouldn't have tried to hug,
- 20:24Speaker 1: but it was just a little sweat. She hasn't answered
- 20:27Speaker 1: any of my calls since then. Is there a way
- 20:29Speaker 1: to fix things with her? No? See, Favor, you left
- 20:32Speaker 1: her with the wrong flavor. Favor Flavor was nasty. You
- 20:42Speaker 1: stink too damn much. You need to go to hospital,

- 23:00Speaker 1: what I'm saying, at least for Lent is what I'm
- 23:02Speaker 1: trying to do. You feel me. Oh hey, I'm kind
- 23:05Speaker 1: of confused. But what they got to do with me, well, basically, man,
- 23:11Speaker 1: I'm I'm giving up for Lent. You know, I decided
- 23:14Speaker 1: to give up messing around with your wife, you know,
- 23:20Speaker 1: because because who hold on, Man, hold on, Man, I'm
- 23:25Speaker 1: at work. I don't know what you're talking about, but
- 23:28Speaker 1: back up, and rephrase everything you just said. Well, like
- 23:32Speaker 1: I say, Man, for Lent, I'm trying to I'm trying
- 23:34Speaker 1: to give up stuff that I'm that I'm addicted to,
- 23:37Speaker 1: you know. And I decided that with what they got
- 23:39Speaker 1: to do with me and my wife though, and you well,
- 23:41Speaker 1: that's what I'm trying to tell you. Man, I'm trying
- 23:43Speaker 1: to give up messing around with your wife for Lent.
- 23:46Speaker 1: I mean, that's what I help giving up. I'm giving
- 23:48Speaker 1: up messing around with your wife for Lynn. Man talking
- 23:52Speaker 1: about man messing around with my wife? Man, got no
- 23:54Speaker 1: time for no games? Right now? Who this man? Like?
- 23:58Speaker 1: What's your name again? This is Cliff Man. I actually
- 24:01Speaker 1: worked with her for the last ten twelve years. But
- 24:04Speaker 1: but what I wanted to really let you know is,
- 24:06Speaker 1: you know, her schedule probably gonna change because what we
- 24:08Speaker 1: used to be doing we ain't doing. So she's probably
- 24:10Speaker 1: gonna be coming home a little bit earlier, thing like that.
- 24:13Speaker 1: But I don't I don't want you getting addicted to it,
- 24:15Speaker 1: because you know, after Lena's over, then you know, we'll
- 24:19Speaker 1: be back what we used to do. Man, what is
- 24:21Speaker 1: you talking about? Man? Hold on it. My wife's going
- 24:25Speaker 1: to be home in a minute, we're gonna talk about
- 24:26Speaker 1: all the yep with me. Man, I'm about to hold on.
- 24:29Speaker 1: What what are you? Are you in the city right now?
- 24:32Speaker 1: Can I can I meet with you right now? Cliff? Right? Okay?
- 24:35Speaker 1: But what I'm what I'm trying to say, Well, like
- 24:37Speaker 1: I'm saying, I'm trying to do better, you know, I
- 24:39Speaker 1: gave up trying to do better. That sound like a
- 24:41Speaker 1: bunch of to me. I got something for you and
- 24:43Speaker 1: my wife? True? Okay, okay, okay, man, I mean, ain't
- 24:47Speaker 1: you feeling me? Don't trying to do better? Though? I
- 24:49Speaker 1: ain't feeling the thing you calling me telling me my wife? Fack.
- 24:53Speaker 1: We need to meet up and talk about this face
- 24:55Speaker 1: to face, Cliff or what you think? I mean? We
- 24:57Speaker 1: talked right now. If you want to have a conversation, na, Na, No,
- 25:00Speaker 1: you just tell me your address and me and my
- 25:03Speaker 1: wife's gonna just come on over there. How about that.
- 25:06Speaker 1: We all said, I down and have a little power.
- 25:09Speaker 1: I don't know who thank you is, man, but me
- 25:11Speaker 1: and my wife have been together over fifteen years and
- 25:14Speaker 1: we ain't never had no problems with no like this
- 25:17Speaker 1: like the you're telling me on this phone. It sounds
- 25:20Speaker 1: like a bunch of crazy to me, but somebody knick
- 25:23Speaker 1: gonna today if the true. So what you need to do?
- 25:27Speaker 1: You need to tell me your name, your number, and
- 25:30Speaker 1: I don't know why you came from this block phone number.
- 25:33Speaker 1: You hear me, man, I'm hearing you. Man, what I'm saying,
- 25:36Speaker 1: the reason for the call was to let you know,
- 25:38Speaker 1: you know, don't get used to her schedule because after Lint,
- 25:42Speaker 1: it's gonna be back to the way it used to beat.
- 25:44Speaker 1: That's all the phone can What the he's you talking about?
- 25:48Speaker 1: We'll getting nuh not? What what's your what's your what's

- 25:56Speaker 1: Like I say, I work at the CLIP and I
- 25:58Speaker 1: work at the post I was with. So okay, well,
- 26:00Speaker 1: how come you call from a block number? Cliff? What's
- 26:03Speaker 1: your phone number? Man? Hey, hey man, listen, I'm not
- 26:06Speaker 1: trying to have no confrontation with you. Man, it's already
- 26:09Speaker 1: a confrontation. You can call my phone from a block number.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I don't know you, you don't know me, and you're
- 26:15Speaker 1: telling me you be my wife, So you're serious? Did
- 26:19Speaker 1: you know she was married. I mean what you mean
- 26:22Speaker 1: did you know he was married? Yes? Or no? I
- 26:24Speaker 1: mean yeah, I know? I mean yeah, I knew she
- 26:26Speaker 1: was married. Okay, what that is? You knew that from
- 26:29Speaker 1: the jump, So that means you've been disrespecting me from
- 26:32Speaker 1: the jump. So now I got to getting your nw.

- 26:46Speaker 1: trying to have no confrontation. I just wanted you to
- 26:48Speaker 1: be aware of the schedule. Yeah, okay, I'm definitely aware.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Not Cliff. Who the hend is you? Man? Another thing? Man,

- 27:09Speaker 1: what you talk? Hold her lower back? Man? Right right
- 27:11Speaker 1: right right on above a telephone. Yeah, I've seen it. Dorsey,

- 27:19Speaker 1: What's your real name? Hey man? They calm down? Man?
- 27:22Speaker 1: Are you Are you cool with you call my phone?
- 27:26Speaker 1: Are you school with the schedule changing? This is what

- 27:36Speaker 1: gave up messing around with her for lyn, but not
- 27:38Speaker 1: for your man. I'm not cool with the thing. I'm
- 27:41Speaker 1: about to be cool in your face in a minute. Now,
- 27:44Speaker 1: tell me your name, tell me your number and your

- 28:43Speaker 1: tells yourself. I left. I just left the house, called
- 28:46Speaker 1: him na. That's why Saint asking the phone. It was
- 28:51Speaker 1: over for you. Man. Y'all come on, man, y'all wrong
- 28:54Speaker 1: for this man. This needs to be against the law. Man. Man,
- 28:59Speaker 1: I gotta ask you, baby, what's the baddest radio show
- 29:02Speaker 1: in the land? Man, Steve Harvey Morning. So all right,
- 29:10Speaker 1: thank you coming up at the top of the hour.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Entertainment and nephew, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well,
- 29:23Speaker 1: Happy Black History Month everyone, Yeah, Happy Black History Month.
- 29:28Speaker 1: We're still in it. We're still in it. It's not over.
- 29:30Speaker 1: We're still black. Yeah, we're still black. Three hundred and
- 29:33Speaker 1: sixty five days of the year of the year, I
- 29:36Speaker 1: got sixty four years of black history. Okay. Well, Stevie
- 29:42Speaker 1: Wonder says he's leaving America for good. Yeah. Apparently. Stevie
- 29:49Speaker 1: says he's tired of the racial injustice and he plans
- 29:52Speaker 1: to live out the rest of his days in Ghana.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Take a listen to Stevie wonder Toold Oprah about his decision.
- 29:59Speaker 1: I promise you, if you do the right thing, I'll
- 30:02Speaker 1: give you this song. I'll give it to you. You
- 30:05Speaker 1: can have it because I want to see this nation
- 30:09Speaker 1: smile again, and I want to see it before I
- 30:12Speaker 1: leave to travel to move to Ghana. Because I'm gonna
- 30:16Speaker 1: do that. You're gonna move permanently to Ghana. I am
- 30:20Speaker 1: you are Why because I don't want to see my
- 30:25Speaker 1: children's children's children have to say, Oh, please like me,
- 30:29Speaker 1: please please respect me, Please know that I'm important, Please
- 30:33Speaker 1: value me. What kind of is that? You know? On
- 30:40Speaker 1: a serious note, you know Ghana. The President of Ghana
- 30:43Speaker 1: has issued some special opportunities for African Americans who want
- 30:50Speaker 1: to move to Ghana. They make housing provisions, they have
- 30:54Speaker 1: tax allotments, they have a huge incentive package that they've
- 31:00Speaker 1: created for African Americans. I've been to the President of
- 31:03Speaker 1: Ghana's home. One of my good friends is very heavily
- 31:08Speaker 1: involved in Willie lives there. He's one of the top
- 31:11Speaker 1: businessmen over there, and it's something that it's definitely a
- 31:17Speaker 1: place that Marjorie and I have looked at a home
- 31:20Speaker 1: there and Botswana. Uh, those are the two places that
- 31:24Speaker 1: we thought about a home. She also looked at Joe
- 31:27Speaker 1: Bird and it's something that we're definitely going to do,
- 31:31Speaker 1: is to own property and land in Ghana. And that
- 31:35Speaker 1: that advantage of waking up in Africa for me and
- 31:41Speaker 1: I wish every African American could go see it is
- 31:44Speaker 1: to wake up and for the first time in your
- 31:46Speaker 1: life not be a minority. I'm talking about everywhere you
- 31:51Speaker 1: go you are the majority. And unless you've had that
- 31:57Speaker 1: refreshing feeling that when the police pull you over in Ghana,
- 32:02Speaker 1: it is to stop you from something you did and
- 32:04Speaker 1: they're not gonna shoot you and you can live your
- 32:07Speaker 1: life in peace. Now. I ain't saying this crime free,
- 32:10Speaker 1: because it's not. But man, they got some beautiful homes
- 32:14Speaker 1: over there, some beautiful land. It's amazing. It is not
- 32:19Speaker 1: the picture of the propaganda picture that America has painted
- 32:23Speaker 1: Africa to be. If you go to Joe Burgh, it's
- 32:26Speaker 1: like New York City, smaller, the food is exquisite, the
- 32:30Speaker 1: homes are amazing. And because of a partide a lot
- 32:36Speaker 1: of the whites built these homes in certain districts with
- 32:39Speaker 1: large walls and towers to keep the blacks out doing
- 32:44Speaker 1: the change over for a partid and it just keep
- 32:46Speaker 1: the blacks out period. Well, a huge number of blacks
- 32:50Speaker 1: on those homes, now, huge number. I mean they live
- 32:56Speaker 1: in their best life over there. Now, does the country
- 32:59Speaker 1: have some problems, yes, But ain't a man. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 33:04Speaker 1: I ain't ad Stevie. It's something yeah wow. Well yeah,
- 33:10Speaker 1: I'm definitely working with the Tourism Board of South Africa
- 33:14Speaker 1: to do a trip that I'm gonna do through this
- 33:18Speaker 1: radio station, this radio show, and I'm gonna take a
- 33:22Speaker 1: large constituencies of black contingents or whatever the word is,
- 33:27Speaker 1: a lot of people. You know. I was trying to
- 33:31Speaker 1: sound you know, you know writer, but you taking voters. Yeah, yeah,
- 33:43Speaker 1: be careful. I know the word was wrong. You know.
- 33:48Speaker 1: I didn't know if it was constituous or continue with sees,
- 33:52Speaker 1: you know, immigrants. I ain't know what to call it.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Just say people, man, That's what I said. But I'm
- 34:00Speaker 1: gonna do it, you know, And I'm gonna take a
- 34:05Speaker 1: lot of people over that so they can see because
- 34:07Speaker 1: it's amazing, man. So I ain't mad at Stephen. Congratulations.
- 34:11Speaker 1: All right, all right, Well, moving on in other entertainment
- 34:15Speaker 1: news Lionel Ritchie, who is seventy years old seventy one
- 34:20Speaker 1: years old Ish and his girlfriend, who was in her thirties.
- 34:26Speaker 1: She speaks four languages, including French, German, and English. Day
- 34:31Speaker 1: Bethday who had attracted him too. It all, we'll go ahead.
- 34:37Speaker 1: According to heavy dot Com, Lionel and Lisa are not
- 34:40Speaker 1: rushing to tie the knot, and she says she doesn't
- 34:42Speaker 1: need a piece of paper to validate her relationship. Some
- 34:46Speaker 1: of you'll remember back in the eighties during Lionel's first
- 34:49Speaker 1: marriage to Miss Brenda Ritchie. Remember when she caught Lionel
- 34:54Speaker 1: cheating that time, Yes, and she went to the woman's apartment,
- 34:58Speaker 1: busted them, kicked I mean she'd be drawing down. She
- 35:05Speaker 1: really did. She beat him down, she got rested, Yeah
- 35:10Speaker 1: she did. Yeah she did. Remember that. Wow, that was
- 35:14Speaker 1: all everywhere before social media. Okay, So what's the story
- 35:18Speaker 1: about though with new girl that he's marrying. I mean
- 35:22Speaker 1: that he's with a thirty year old woman and he's
- 35:24Speaker 1: seventy forty years younger, forty year age different, forty dancing
- 35:29Speaker 1: on the ceiling. He dancing on the ceiling all night.
- 35:34Speaker 1: I don't know about that. At seventy. But look good,
- 35:37Speaker 1: you know, yeah, it looks great. He does, he really does.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Look I guess if I guess, if I ain't gonna
- 35:42Speaker 1: get married, no more, I'm gonna go out swinging. But
- 35:44Speaker 1: I really, I really. First of all, I don't know,
- 35:47Speaker 1: no young woman won't me, So I got to stop.
- 35:50Speaker 1: All right, I got old Junior with another poem coming
- 35:56Speaker 1: out of all this old ass music. I like you.
- 36:02Speaker 1: At twenty minutes after the hour, we'll be right back.
- 36:05Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, ladies and gentlemen, get ready, our
- 36:10Speaker 1: resident poem Junior is here with another new poem. Is
- 36:15Speaker 1: this two days in two that poem? Whack? Yes, the
- 36:22Speaker 1: worst Tom Valentine's Belated Valentine's. Yeah, but we can't go
- 36:30Speaker 1: nowhere but up from here, So let's get okay, we're
- 36:33Speaker 1: here it is. See this poem is about a lot
- 36:36Speaker 1: of things that went on last week while we were
- 36:39Speaker 1: in Houston. Um, a lot of people. You know, we
- 36:42Speaker 1: was in Houston, you know, like the people in Houston.
- 36:44Speaker 1: We was in Houston and the city of Houston. We
- 36:46Speaker 1: were stuck with a lot of Okay, this ain't stuck
- 36:48Speaker 1: with a lot of sep saying stuck with a lot
- 36:51Speaker 1: of people like what she said. So you know, power out,
- 36:56Speaker 1: you know how that go? Family coming over? So now
- 36:58Speaker 1: you stuck with a lot of people in the house
- 37:00Speaker 1: that you don't like. So he is the poem. The
- 37:04Speaker 1: title of it is stuck in the house with folks
- 37:06Speaker 1: I don't like. No, yeah, here it is stuck in
- 37:12Speaker 1: the house when folks I don't like. My sister, my mama,
- 37:15Speaker 1: and my weird cousin Mike putting stuff in the fridge,
- 37:18Speaker 1: come back in. Its gone, nobody talking because they're all
- 37:21Speaker 1: on the phone, toilet paper disappearing right before my damn eyes.
- 37:25Speaker 1: I think my aunt Mildred because she's the biggest size
- 37:29Speaker 1: fighting one the TV and where we should watch. My
- 37:32Speaker 1: uncle Henry's constantly digging in his cross So maybe next
- 37:35Speaker 1: year to the So maybe next year to the fight
- 37:39Speaker 1: is snowed in. I'm gonna take my tickets to can
- 37:41Speaker 1: Koon like Ted Cruis them dead the m I just
- 37:47Speaker 1: gonna be in here with y'all, tied of going to
- 37:50Speaker 1: the fridge and in a way is my sandwich yourself? Yeah,
- 37:56Speaker 1: now you're in this. How we gotta argue what we're
- 37:58Speaker 1: gonna watch on TV? I can't watch twelve hours a
- 38:01Speaker 1: gun smoke. I don't know nobody on this damn show. Hey, Julia,
- 38:09Speaker 1: my father in law come to visit, and you know
- 38:12Speaker 1: he can't hear that good because Pop eighty six he
- 38:16Speaker 1: watched the Western Channel. Let me tell you something, Man,
- 38:19Speaker 1: did TV be up so loud? I thought, them damn
- 38:25Speaker 1: Indians was coming across the backyard up. What the cold
- 38:35Speaker 1: thing is? My father in law the whole time he
- 38:39Speaker 1: pulled for the Indian He just like my daddy. Man,
- 38:45Speaker 1: Why they used to pull for them Indians? Man? I said, Boy,
- 38:49Speaker 1: the dude, they mad about some stuff that happened to them.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Stuck a house with people you don't like, man, let's
- 38:57Speaker 1: tell them. Hey, man, I turned my father on to
- 39:00Speaker 1: the movie Shatkazulu. Huh when he was living. My daddy
- 39:04Speaker 1: watched about eight times one month. A boy he killed me.
- 39:10Speaker 1: He watches here they had behind the heel right there
- 39:17Speaker 1: they see there all right? Thank you, Junior. Coming up
- 39:19Speaker 1: in thirty four minutes after the hour, a high school
- 39:22Speaker 1: football player apologizes for trash talking Cam Newton in a
- 39:26Speaker 1: viral video. We'll talk about this right after this. You're
- 39:30Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. What is going
- 39:34Speaker 1: on now? Listen to this. A Pennsylvania high school football
- 39:37Speaker 1: player was seen on video trash talking Cam Newton, and
- 39:42Speaker 1: now he's apologized to Cam after the video went viral.
- 39:46Speaker 1: It happened at a charitable football camp when Cam was
- 39:49Speaker 1: coaching his team. The kid, whose name is Joseth Owens,
- 39:54Speaker 1: repeatedly kept saying to Cam that he was a free
- 39:58Speaker 1: agent about to be poor, but Cam responded, but I'm rich. Well.
- 40:03Speaker 1: The young high schooler posted a written apology to Cam
- 40:06Speaker 1: Newton after that and ask for forgiveness. He wrote, my
- 40:10Speaker 1: parents never taught me to be disrespectful as a football player.
- 40:14Speaker 1: I let my competitive side get the best of me.
- 40:17Speaker 1: So he made an apology that ain't no punk ass apology.
- 40:21Speaker 1: That was nice. It was written. I read it. Oh
- 40:24Speaker 1: it's more to it than that. Yeah, okay, that's the
- 40:27Speaker 1: little abbreviated version because that ain't no damn. He asked
- 40:31Speaker 1: for forgiveness and he said I'm sorry he did. Yeah, Okay,
- 40:38Speaker 1: you don't get to come to the camp no more.
- 40:41Speaker 1: I'm hard on. I'm hard on a a little bit because
- 40:43Speaker 1: because I have I had him at my camp. Yeah,
- 40:45Speaker 1: and man, sometimes man, I had to pull them boys
- 40:48Speaker 1: to the side and go, yo, man, listen to me. Yeah,
- 40:51Speaker 1: we're doing this to help you. Yeah, because you have
- 40:54Speaker 1: no fathers in the house. I want to hear all
- 40:56Speaker 1: these old ass men. Dog, he's grown ass men. Yeah,
- 41:00Speaker 1: they were you trying to get to old is the
- 41:02Speaker 1: gold pardner. Now respect the fact that they don't these
- 41:06Speaker 1: as volunteers. I don't pay these man. They in't here, man,
- 41:10Speaker 1: because they care about casts like you. Now you aren't
- 41:12Speaker 1: here talking shoff. Ain't listening to nobody. That's what's wrong.
- 41:16Speaker 1: You don't listen. Oh man, we spend more time just
- 41:23Speaker 1: employing young men. Just just respect and then oh yeah,
- 41:31Speaker 1: I talked to Cam today. I did it. I don't
- 41:33Speaker 1: mean yesterday. I did a show yesterday. He's gotta show.
- 41:38Speaker 1: You gotta sig our Lounes down and um Atlanta. You
- 41:41Speaker 1: know you go and they got COVID protocol. You gotta
- 41:43Speaker 1: take a rapid test. Sit in your car till it clears.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Didn't he let you in? And I sit down, man,
- 41:49Speaker 1: And I talked with him about a wide range of
- 41:51Speaker 1: subject It's one of the best interviews I've ever done
- 41:53Speaker 1: because he talked to me about stuff people don't normally
- 41:57Speaker 1: talk to me about. He talked to me about how
- 42:00Speaker 1: it is to be a father of children that's not
- 42:03Speaker 1: your biological children, and you know how you deal with
- 42:08Speaker 1: when you hear you ain't my daddy. Yeah, man, we
- 42:13Speaker 1: had that deep conversation. Then we talked about social media
- 42:17Speaker 1: as a father and how people judge you and your
- 42:20Speaker 1: parenting skills and all like that. We're we're at a
- 42:23Speaker 1: rich conversation, man, And I was able to say some
- 42:25Speaker 1: stuff that you know, nobody talked about. And we both
- 42:29Speaker 1: shared the same view about social media, you know, And
- 42:32Speaker 1: I think what people don't understand is you got to
- 42:35Speaker 1: be careful man, when you talking about somebody that somebody loves.
- 42:40Speaker 1: That that's a different thing because people not people are
- 42:43Speaker 1: not going to accept everything from you. You gotta walk
- 42:45Speaker 1: like because you're gonna say something about the wrong person.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's Sam new Yeah now now. Cam also
- 42:55Speaker 1: posted a positive message about being a professional athlete, and
- 42:58Speaker 1: he went on to say, people want to see me
- 43:00Speaker 1: arguing with another young man, But the truth is I
- 43:04Speaker 1: impact kids' lives in a positive way, make no mistake
- 43:08Speaker 1: about it. I allow kids to realize their way out
- 43:10Speaker 1: by using their football talents to get them to the
- 43:13Speaker 1: next level and out of the hood. And Cam Newton
- 43:16Speaker 1: also posted that he wanted to talk to the kid's father.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, and see and oh and that's the other thing.
- 43:23Speaker 1: I was talking to him about it, and and Cam
- 43:26Speaker 1: said yesterday he said, no, I wasn't talking to the
- 43:28Speaker 1: little dude, like where your daddy at? He got some
- 43:31Speaker 1: heat for saying that, right, No, but that ain't what
- 43:33Speaker 1: he meant. He was just saying where your daddy? Like,
- 43:36Speaker 1: let me talk to a grown up in this situation,
- 43:39Speaker 1: you know, since you coming at me, and because I
- 43:41Speaker 1: just said that a million times to young boys, you know,
- 43:46Speaker 1: oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, because I mean I snapped
- 43:50Speaker 1: back down, you're human, You ain't my daddy. Okay? Where
- 43:54Speaker 1: he at? Though? Okay, Steve, no tell me daddy apologize.
- 44:01Speaker 1: I'm glad. Where are my clothes? Were your daddy? Right?
- 44:06Speaker 1: You got a no problem? I might not be your daddy,
- 44:09Speaker 1: but can't point out. But that's why I believe the
- 44:14Speaker 1: kids act out like they do for that very reason,
- 44:16Speaker 1: because the dad is not there. But anyway, coming up next,
- 44:20Speaker 1: the nephew is here with prank phone call. That's coming
- 44:24Speaker 1: up right after this you're listening to show coming up
- 44:30Speaker 1: at the top of the hour right about four minutes after.
- 44:32Speaker 1: It's my Strawberry letter for today. The subject can get
- 44:36Speaker 1: a load of this, guys, I like big butts. I
- 44:40Speaker 1: cannot lie. Yes, yes, yeah, we'll get into that a
- 44:49Speaker 1: little later. Right now, the nephew is here with today's
- 44:51Speaker 1: prank phone call. What you got for us, NAF Well,
- 44:54Speaker 1: we're still in black history, so we're gonna shed a
- 44:56Speaker 1: little light on it. This right, here's Johnson's Freedom Johnson
- 45:03Speaker 1: Freedom Paper. Let's go. Okay, Hello, Hello, I'm trying to
- 45:10Speaker 1: reach Franklin Franklin Johnson's Leah, Yeah, this is him, Franklin.
- 45:15Speaker 1: How are you doing today? My name is My name
- 45:17Speaker 1: is Kyle Kyle Green. I'm with the Immigration Department of
- 45:21Speaker 1: the State of Tennessee. Uh yeah, how could I help you?
- 45:24Speaker 1: But you were you were born and raised in Tennessee?
- 45:27Speaker 1: Am I correct? Yeah? Born and raised in Tennessee? Okay? Now,
- 45:33Speaker 1: uh do you do you still live in in the
- 45:35Speaker 1: Tennessee area? Now are you in a different state? I'm
- 45:38Speaker 1: right in. That's still here. All my family only Johnsons,
- 45:42Speaker 1: He's still here, living good. Okay, all right, So here's
- 45:46Speaker 1: what's going on. Um, it's been brought to our attention
- 45:50Speaker 1: here at the Immigration that anyone in the state of
- 45:53Speaker 1: Tennessee who has the last name of Johnson. Um. And
- 45:58Speaker 1: I don't even know how to just to you telling
- 46:00Speaker 1: this to you, but it's it's been brought to our
- 46:03Speaker 1: attention here at the Immigration that anyone in the state
- 46:05Speaker 1: of Tennessee last named Johnson for some reason. And we're
- 46:09Speaker 1: gonna fix the problem. But for some reason they're saying
- 46:12Speaker 1: no Johnsons are free, you know, like there's claws or
- 46:17Speaker 1: something and some paperwork or whatever. But what we need
- 46:20Speaker 1: is we need all the Johnson's to come in by six,
- 46:23Speaker 1: by six o'clock today so we can try to take
- 46:26Speaker 1: care of the problem. If not, if all Johnson's that
- 46:30Speaker 1: are not reported in by six will have to get
- 46:32Speaker 1: picked up. I know this is a joke, like we
- 46:35Speaker 1: we've been. I know this is Joe Baby, I'm free.
- 46:38Speaker 1: What are you talking about? Like, well, you'll be talking
- 46:42Speaker 1: about you're talking about the Johnsons' free. What are you
- 46:46Speaker 1: what are you talking about? You saw Bumpy Johnson? God
- 46:49Speaker 1: for I don't have anybody to check it Johnson then
- 46:52Speaker 1: uh no, sorry, this is this is a real this
- 46:56Speaker 1: is all I know. This is crazy to get a
- 46:59Speaker 1: phone call like this, But like I said, we got
- 47:02Speaker 1: some paperwork here. Everybody's scramming around trying to get to
- 47:05Speaker 1: the bottom of this. But bottom line is, we need
- 47:08Speaker 1: all the Johnson's to come in because uh right, right now,
- 47:12Speaker 1: in the state of Tennessee, no person with the last
- 47:14Speaker 1: name of Johnson is free right now, get the fun
- 47:17Speaker 1: out in What are you talking about? What are you
- 47:19Speaker 1: talking about? Are you black? Yeah? I'm black, but yeah
- 47:23Speaker 1: I'm black. Are you free? Yeah? I'm free? So what
- 47:28Speaker 1: are you talking about? Coming to me talking about the
- 47:30Speaker 1: sins of my last name Johnsons? My family got to
- 47:32Speaker 1: come down to immigration because we ain't free. Who the
- 47:34Speaker 1: hell are you calling me talking about some crap like that? Man, Okay,
- 47:39Speaker 1: sure the problem. We're gonna fix the problem, but we
- 47:41Speaker 1: need all Johnson's to come in. We're gonna fix head
- 47:45Speaker 1: of the sensus or something. I'm sorry, are you the
- 47:50Speaker 1: head of the census? I know I'm not something like that, Like,
- 47:54Speaker 1: why are you probably talking about Johnsons? You are some uncle?
- 47:57Speaker 1: Time to asked pulling me talking about Johnsons that we
- 48:00Speaker 1: ain't free and we gotta come down and you you're
- 48:03Speaker 1: threatening my family, this guy, I'm not I'm sure I'm not.
- 48:06Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I'm not. I'm not threatening you all right.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Like I said, my name is Kyle Green, I'm with immigrations.
- 48:12Speaker 1: I'm just trying to fix the problem. You know to
- 48:15Speaker 1: me because your name is Green. So y'all sure, I'm
- 48:21Speaker 1: not saying I'm better than you because my last name
- 48:23Speaker 1: is Green. I'm saying we have you are so saying that, Kyle,
- 48:27Speaker 1: mister Green, my name is Johnson. We come from a
- 48:30Speaker 1: long line of Johnson's. And don't let me have to
- 48:32Speaker 1: bumpee Johnson all you because you saw how he was
- 48:34Speaker 1: cutting off, So don't play with me. Okay, sure then
- 48:41Speaker 1: we I want to help you and I want to
- 48:44Speaker 1: help all the jobs. Okay, you ain't helping nobody with yourself,
- 48:48Speaker 1: mister Green, Uncle Tom, I saw y'all life in Djano
- 48:54Speaker 1: the house fell. I bet you when them life get
- 48:57Speaker 1: green eyed terns howard looking, most think, but it was
- 49:00Speaker 1: a good head. I'm black, I'm huggany, I gotta wide
- 49:03Speaker 1: nose and I'm proud to be black. And they're gonna
- 49:05Speaker 1: have your life and ask for men bring my my
- 49:07Speaker 1: family down there. You got some guy with nerves. It's
- 49:11Speaker 1: all this tabolism amongst us. Okay, sir, can I expect
- 49:17Speaker 1: you to come down the immigration. That's except for Kyle
- 49:20Speaker 1: sound like a life's getting mole Kyle Gray. That sounds
- 49:23Speaker 1: like this, Sir, Can I get you to come down
- 49:28Speaker 1: the immigration by now? You cannot have me come there.
- 49:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna come down here with my god old hole
- 49:32Speaker 1: Bussie Johnsons. Are we gonna turn it up? Okay? So
- 49:37Speaker 1: is your wife last name is Johnson? Too? Worry about
- 49:41Speaker 1: what my wife's last name is. Don't try to set hub. Okay?

- 49:54Speaker 1: the line of life's getting bubble. Okay, Okay, sir. All
- 49:58Speaker 1: I know is that you know we got you. We

- 50:06Speaker 1: us to call you. Okay, Franklin, that's who told us
- 50:10Speaker 1: to call you. Oh, Tommy said, you probably want to
- 50:15Speaker 1: call Franklin Johnson and get him on the line. Because
- 50:18Speaker 1: he you know a lot of the other Johnson's, and
- 50:20Speaker 1: you can get him all to come in. That's what
- 50:21Speaker 1: I know. What you think you think I'm not? Mother's
- 50:24Speaker 1: gonna round the boardman Johnson. That's how they came over
- 50:27Speaker 1: from Africa. It was one black mothers. I think I

- 55:06Speaker 1: your nephew. Subjects I like big butts and I cannot
- 55:09Speaker 1: live Dear Stephen Shirley, I believe my wife is tripping
- 55:14Speaker 1: for no reason. The other day, we were in the
- 55:16Speaker 1: grocery store going down the aisle and there were two
- 55:19Speaker 1: women shopping together in front of us. They both had
- 55:23Speaker 1: carts full of groceries, so as we passed them, I
- 55:26Speaker 1: noticed all of the stuff in their baskets. We turned
- 55:29Speaker 1: unto the next aisle and my wife pinched me and
- 55:32Speaker 1: said she saw what I was staring at. I have
- 55:35Speaker 1: to admit that I noticed the women's huge butts, but
- 55:39Speaker 1: I zoomed in on all of the groceries that they
- 55:41Speaker 1: had piled up. These women were the typical sisters you
- 55:45Speaker 1: see now, with small waists and big butts, which I
- 55:49Speaker 1: see all day long in my line of work. In
- 55:53Speaker 1: my defense, the women had on leggings that were thin,
- 55:57Speaker 1: and I could see all of the indentions in their butts.
- 56:01Speaker 1: I love the naturalness of a lump or two. I
- 56:05Speaker 1: am a forty four year old man and I've seen
- 56:07Speaker 1: it all. I like big butts, and I cannot lie.
- 56:12Speaker 1: It is my wife's insecurity that I can't deal with.
- 56:15Speaker 1: She feels disrespected if I look at something in front
- 56:18Speaker 1: of me. I didn't look back at the women or anything.
- 56:21Speaker 1: The butts were in front of us. She has made
- 56:24Speaker 1: it such a big deal and has been ranting about
- 56:26Speaker 1: it for days. I told her that God gave me
- 56:29Speaker 1: two eyes, and I like to watch what's going on
- 56:32Speaker 1: around me. It didn't matter if the women were fine
- 56:36Speaker 1: as wine or mud dirt ugly. It's a manly instinct
- 56:40Speaker 1: to look at booties. My wife has her own, very
- 56:43Speaker 1: very nice booty, and I compliment her daily on her
- 56:47Speaker 1: figure her hair and her beauty or her beauty. We've
- 56:52Speaker 1: been married nine years and her insecurity has gotten worse.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I can't walk around with my head down when i'm
- 56:57Speaker 1: with her, so I need your advice. How can I
- 57:00Speaker 1: get her to stop this nonsense. You're the one with
- 57:04Speaker 1: the nonsense. Okay, let's be clear. You've got to be
- 57:09Speaker 1: kidding me right here. You have a wondering eye. You
- 57:12Speaker 1: like to look at other chicks butts. Okay, let's just
- 57:15Speaker 1: call it what it is when you're when you're with
- 57:17Speaker 1: your wife, and you blame this on your wife's insecurities. No,
- 57:21Speaker 1: keep your wife's insecurities out of this. Okay. This has
- 57:25Speaker 1: nothing to do what you're doing. Who you think has
- 57:29Speaker 1: made her insecure? Okay about stuff like this, I think
- 57:33Speaker 1: I've heard it all now I think I have it.
- 57:35Speaker 1: It's called disrespect, as you mentioned in your letter, it's
- 57:38Speaker 1: not called insecurity. You're being disrespectful. She's not being insecure.
- 57:42Speaker 1: The disrespect is definitely coming from you, husband, How dare?
- 57:46Speaker 1: I just can't believe you're blaming this on her, but
- 57:49Speaker 1: I know why you're doing it. I just think you're
- 57:53Speaker 1: out of line. She has every right to call you
- 57:56Speaker 1: out on your bad behavior. You're out of line here, sir.
- 57:59Speaker 1: You talked about the women's little ways, you know, and
- 58:02Speaker 1: they're big behind. You talked about the intentions in their
- 58:06Speaker 1: butts and how you like a little lump or two. Uh,
- 58:10Speaker 1: you're doing way too much. You're doing way too much,
- 58:14Speaker 1: and to justify yourself, you flip it on your wife
- 58:17Speaker 1: and call her insecure. Nope, we're not drinking the kool
- 58:21Speaker 1: aid on this one. This is all you. I say.
- 58:24Speaker 1: You better stop looking at these big butt women, especially
- 58:27Speaker 1: when you when your wife is around. Come on now, Uh,
- 58:31Speaker 1: you you appreciate her beauty now while she's still with you, Okay,
- 58:36Speaker 1: appreciate it every day like you do tell her every day. Uh,
- 58:40Speaker 1: you know, while she's still what you're crazy behind. Uh,
- 58:43Speaker 1: you never know, she might get wise and decide to
- 58:45Speaker 1: leave you if you keep up this behavior because you
- 58:47Speaker 1: can't stop looking at women's butts. Come on, stupid, come on, Steve, brother, brother, brother,
- 58:57Speaker 1: My man is so much wrong in this letter. Yea,
- 59:03Speaker 1: And I just want you to hear me. First of all,
- 59:05Speaker 1: Shirley's answer spot on Dad perfect everything she said on
- 59:11Speaker 1: the money on the Dot. I really can't improve on it.
- 59:14Speaker 1: The only thing I can do, though, is talk to
- 59:18Speaker 1: you from a male perspective, because maybe if I show
- 59:20Speaker 1: you some things in yourself, you can see the reason
- 59:25Speaker 1: why you're writing. This letter has a lot of air
- 59:28Speaker 1: holes in it. Now, you say, I believe my wife
- 59:33Speaker 1: is tripping for no reason? Right there? What do you mean?
- 59:37Speaker 1: You believe she's tripping for no reason? And then you
- 59:41Speaker 1: got a page full of reasons why she tripping? Damn dog?
- 59:46Speaker 1: What's wrong with you? Okay, y'all? Little groceries stole Going
- 59:51Speaker 1: down the aisle, two women shopping together in front of us.
- 59:54Speaker 1: They both had carts full of groceries. As we passed them,
- 59:59Speaker 1: I noticed all the stuff in their baskets. Now what
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: baskets you talk? Mom? Grocery basket? What groceries you talking? Mom?
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: Huh huh? See all that go both ways. You're stupid, man.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: I can't believe you I noticed all the stuff in
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: the basket. When we come back, I'm will break this
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: letter down and maybe you'll see what Shirley saw in
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: this letter. All right, See, we'll have part two of
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: I like big butts, and I cannot lie, there's the
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: subject who We'll be back right after this you're listening to?
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: All right, come on, see, let's recap today Strawberry letters.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Subjects I like, big butts I cannot lie. Well, not
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: much of a recap because I didn't get far. I'm
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: just can't believe this guy. He said. His opening line
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: was I believe my wife is tripping for no reason,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: and then he gives me a pain full of reasons
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: why she tripped. So I don't even know how you
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: wrote the letter, bro, but Shirley's answer was correct. So
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: now I'm gonna help you understand why Shirley gave you
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: her response. Maybe if I help you out this way.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: We're in the grocery store, going down the aisle. There
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: was two women shopping together in front of us. They
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: both had carts full of groceries. So as we passed them,
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: I noticed all the stuff in their baskets. First of all,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: once again, what basket you're talking about? And when you
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: say stuff, you're referring to the groceries. What groceries you
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: talking about? Because we know what basket mean and groceries
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: mean in the grocery store and in women's pants. We
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: both know what that is. Then you say, we turned
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: into the next aisle, and my wife pinched me and
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: says she saw what I was doing. I was staring
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: at I have to admit that I noticed the women's
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: huge butts. What I zoomed in on all the groceries
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: that they had piled up. Boy boy, So you're telling
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: me as a man that you noticed they had huge butts,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: but you zoomed in on the groceries they had piled up,
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: and you stopped looking at the groceries that was in
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: them pants. And that's what you want your wife to believe.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: Ain't nobody, stupid, bro Nobody everybody had a basket full
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: of groceries, weren't that's intriguing to you. We got the
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: cart to put stuff into. That's what the grocery cars
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: is for. Hall of a sudden, that's fascinating. You gotta
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: be out your rabbit ass of mind even tape this
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: mess to me? Man, these women were the typical sisters
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: you see now with small waisted, big butts, which I
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: see all day long in my line of work. What
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: line of work you're goyne of colleges? What what you do? Dog?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Where in your line of work. It forces you. You
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: got to see all these small wasting what line of work? What?
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: You mail man? They come to the dough what what? What?
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: In my defense, the women had on leggings that were thin,
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: and I could see all the indentations in their butt.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: So that's how hard you was looking. You notice how
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: thin they were, You notice indentations, and you're trying to
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: tell that you was focused on the groceries piled up
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: in the car. Boy, boy, I love the naturalness of
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: a lump or two poy you in this way too deep.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: I'm a forty for year old man and I've seen
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: it all. I like big butts, and I cannot lie.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: Is my wife's insecurity that I can't deal with? What? Brother?
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: Where you getting security from? When all you're doing is
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: talking about what you like? And then you get as
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: the letter go on, she feels disrespected. If if I
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: look at something in front of me, that's what disrespect is.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: You're not supposed to do that in front of your girl.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: That's disrespectful. I got you looking at women. Do I've
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: a girl watching my whole life. But you don't even
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: know how to do it. You don't turn it. You're stupid.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: You ain't got technique. You're supposed to look in the
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: direction they walking and let them walk into your eyesight.
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: You zoom in on it followed, you stupid. You pick
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: ten feet ahead of way they walking and look over
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: there and let them walk in here. As soon as
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: they walk in you look, and you turn your head
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: and do something else. Not choke, dumb ass. Though I
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: didn't look back at the women or anything, that's because
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: you've been staring at them. The butts were in front
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: of us. She has made such a big deal and
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: been ranting about it for days. Because, dog, you want
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: me to tell you why she's still ranting about it,
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you at the end of this letter
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: what's wrong with your whole thing. I told her that
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: God gave me two eyes, and I like to watch
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: what's going on around me. But what that's your explanation.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: That's why she's still ranting a round it, because you
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: gave her no reason to calm down. You don't even
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: know how to squash an argument. You're stupid. It didn't
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: matter if the women were find his wine or mud dirt. Ugly,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: it's a manly instinct to look at booties. Boy, you stupid, stupid.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: My wife has her own very very nice booty, and
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: I compliment her daily on her figure, her hair, all
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: her beauty. We've been married nine years and her insecurity
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: has gotten worse. Her insecurity has gotten worse because you're
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: looking at women has gotten worse. I can't walk around
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: with my head down when I'm with her, So I
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: need your advice. How can I get her stop this nonsense?
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: First of all, it's not her who needs to stop
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: the nonsense. It's her. I wandering booty, staring women, gawking
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: ass husband, you out of line, dog, You're stupid. Man.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, man, don't be sorry. He need apologize.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: Fix it, make her feel special and calm her and
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: security or else. Brother, you're gonna lose the best thing
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: ever happening right, and you can end up with one
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: of them stupid ass big booties. Thank you. Coming up,

- 1:07:36Speaker 1: reporter asked her if she was the new face of tennis,
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: and she looked at him and said no, not at all.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: So basically what she was saying is until Serena retires,
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Serena Williams is the face of tennis. That is a
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: true statement. Yeah, you know she she's you know, just

- 1:09:27Speaker 1: writing songs about it. Everybody bush bush whack, non quick
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: talking about the sixth Wall. Oh hey, we got nobody
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: man man. The Lord's coming up. At the top of
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: the hour special edition of Carla's Reality Update. We're gonna
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: talk about those Atlanta housewives right after this. You're listening,
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: all right, Tommy, special edition introduced the girl, ladies and gentlemen.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: She is here with a special edition. It is called
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: a Pharaoh with what reality Update? All right, nephew, we
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: had to do this special report. All right, here we
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: go Real Housewives of Atlanta. Child Child, Child, this episode
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: this past Sunday night. I mean, Cynthia Bailey's bachelorette party
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: was t much and I'm talking t e W two
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: much for me. She had a bachelorette party. Ain't she married? Cynthia?
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: This is before she got married. So this is on
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: the show. This is on the show. So all Kenya
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: wants to know is who has sex with the stripper?
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: That is what she wants to know. She owns some
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: inspected gadget. Miss Taking a line from one of your
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: prank calls, Tommy, she is trying to figure it out
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: who slept with the strippers. So now, according to Candy,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: Candy says, what happens in the dungeon stays in the dungeon.
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: So like Kenya needs to stop running herm off. You know,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: it's kind of like a girl cold, like what you
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: trying to do, but cold? Then had a cold with
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: your girlfriend. Yeah, slept with the stripper, yeah, especially at
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Bachelor that party. I don't even know why the hell
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: she bought the stripper up? Who can you? Yeah? Why
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: she even say? I know, I know sp on TV? Yes,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: the stripper was on TV. Oh yeah, yeah, So who
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: do you think slept? Who you think slept with the
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: scripp It's narrowed down to perhaps Portia. Perhaps that's what
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: everyone is. I don't know. It kind of leads you
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: to believe that. So, first of all, Candy was a
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: mistress in charge. Yes, So then Candy hired a stripper.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: His name is Bolo and Chi Bolo like like like
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: the sandwich in my life over that war. Anyway, he
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: was there, he did his thing, He entertained the women.
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: The ladies made the brain and so the ladies wanted
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: the camera crew to leave to leave, So they leave,
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: They cover up all the cameras except for one outside
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: on the porch. Next thing, I know, you kind of
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: kind of see Porscha and another girl, a friend of
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: the housewives, her name is LaToya. You see them kind
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: of granding and hugging and kissing on each other. What
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: is going on? It was really really going down, So
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: it was all night long. They were already in Portcha
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: asked the stripper if he wanted to come at party
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: with them. So Kenya says that in the middle of
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: the night or early in the morning, she heard moans
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: and groans going on and she wants to know what
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: was happening. She says that she recognized one of the
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: voices as being Porta, and she doesn't know who the
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: other voice is. Now. Now, the other lady on the show, Tanya.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: She is a friend of the show, and they say
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: that after taping this particular episode, a few episodes later,
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: she has left the show. Yeah. Yeah, she's been engaged
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: for a very, very long time. It's gonna be even
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: longer now. It was too much. It was just once
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: you stopped them camera, you're doing something partner, yes, yes,
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: but that camera out on the porch. Kennya was doing
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: the most too, though she was Cynthia was in a
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: sex swing at one point before Candy had one of
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: her sex swing props. It was she that's too much,
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: I can't swing swing through. That's hurt. Swing it back
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: to you, swing it back to fast. All right, thank you,
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: we go listen. We'll have twenty minutes after. Right after this,
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning show. Wellet Hennessee is
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: acquiring fifty seven percent steak in jay Z's Ace of
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: Spade champagne brand. This is all in an effort to
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: expand its distribution and it's, you know, to up its
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: cool factor. Let's put it that way. Jay Z says
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: this new partnership has felt familiar the entire time, and
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: jay Z was on CNBC he talked about the trend
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: setting that made christall that hip hop lifestyle champagne back
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: in the day. So congratulations to jay Z. Wow, say
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: how much you sold it for? They didn't say. No,
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: They didn't say at the time, when they don't say,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: it's big on yeah, man, And then you gotta look
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: at the percentage. I'm sorry, Shirley, I mistype that it
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: is fifty percent okay, fifty yes, yes, Oh so he
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: steal getting paid? Yeah, so they have half of it.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: It's fifty percent, yes, yes, fifty percent. They do deals
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: like that. They usually do fifty one or something. On
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: se NBC yesterday talking about it, Jay Z, he's a
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: bad boy. Jesus Shore, wish I could give me a look.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: I don't even drink though a woman. If right now,
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: I keep going getting old, it's gonna be pruned you.
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: All right, Look, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: Morning Show coming up at thirty three minutes after. Right
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: The Pennsylvania high school football player was seen on video
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: trash talking Cam Newton, and now he's apologized to Cam
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: after the video went viral. It happened at a charitable
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: football camp when Cam was coaching his team. The kid,
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: whose name is Joseth Owens, repeatedly kept saying to Cam
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: that he was a free agent about to be poor,
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: but Cam responded, but I'm rich. Well. The young high
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: schooler posted a written apology to Cam Newton after that
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: and ask for forgiveness. He wrote, my parents never taught
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: me to be disrespectful as a football player. I let
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: my competitive side get the best of me. So he
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: made an apology. There ain't no punk ass apology. That
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: was nice. It was written. I read it. Oh it's
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: more to it than that. Yeah, okay, that's a little
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: abbreviated verse because that ain't no damn. He asked for forgiveness,
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: and he said, I'm sorry. Yeah, okay, you don't get
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: to come to the camp no more. I'm hard on.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: I'm hard on a little bit because because I have
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: I had him at my camp. Yeah, and man, sometimes man,
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: I had to pull them boys to the side and go, yo, man,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: listen to me. Yeah, we're doing this to help you. Yeah,
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: because you have no fathers in the home. I want
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: to hear all these old ass men. Dog, he's grown
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: ass men. Yeah, they were you trying to get it
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: too old? Is the gold partner? Now, respect the fact
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: that they don't these as volunteers. I don't pay these men.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: They in here, man, because they care about casts like you. Now,
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: you aren't here talking shoff, ain't listening to nobody. That's
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: what's wrong. You don't listen. Oh man, we spend more
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: time just employing young men. Just just respect. And then
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: oh yeah, I talked to cam today. I did it.
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: I don't mean yesterday. I didn't show yesterday. He's got
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: to show. You gotta sit our lounges down and um Atlanta,
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: you know you go and they got COVID protocol. You
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: gotta take a rapid test. Sit in your car till
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: it clears. Didn't he let you in? And I sat down, man,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: and I talk with him about a wide range of
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: subject It's one of the best interviews I've ever done
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: because he talked to me about stuff people don't normally
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: talk to me about. He talked to me about how
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: it is to be a father of children that's not
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: your biological children, and you know, how you deal with
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: when you hear you ain't my daddy. Yeah, yeah, man.
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: We had that deep conversation. Then we talked about social
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: media as a father and how people judge you and
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: your parenting skills and all like that. We're in a
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: rich conversation, man, and I was able to say some
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: stuff that you know, nobody talked about. And we both
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: shared the same view about social media, you know, and
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: I think what people don't understand is you got to
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: be careful man, when you talking about somebody that somebody loved.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: That that's a different thing because people not people not
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: going to accept everything from you. You gotta walk late
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: because you're gonna say something about the wrong person. Oh yeah,
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: that's like your aka Cam Newton coming up. It is
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: our last break of the day and Steve Harvey will
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: have some closing remarks coming up at forty nine minutes after.
