Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Somali Terrorist Caught at the Border and Released into America
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There was a shocking news story that came out and
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm still trying to get my head around it. Terrists
- 0:06Speaker 1: that have been caught illegally crossing the border in this
- 0:09Speaker 1: country were released and allowed to roam free for nearly
- 0:13Speaker 1: a year because apparently we don't have time to check
- 0:16Speaker 1: backgrounds of terrorists that we are allowing to go free
- 0:20Speaker 1: in this country. And the Biden Administration's like, oh, yeah,
- 0:23Speaker 1: that happens. And oh, by the way, there's a hell
- 0:25Speaker 1: of a lot of terrorists on the terrorist watch list
- 0:28Speaker 1: that are being caught now every single month in this country.
- 0:32Speaker 1: That according to an internal federal memo was obtained by
- 0:37Speaker 1: the Daily Caller News Foundation and now has been confirmed
- 0:41Speaker 1: by the government to be true. The unnamed individual at
- 0:45Speaker 1: the time, I'll tell you his name in a moment,
- 0:48Speaker 1: who the memo only identified as a member of the
- 0:50Speaker 1: Somali terror group Al Shabab.
- 0:53Speaker 2: No big deal there, right.
- 0:55Speaker 1: He was released shortly after being caught illegally crossing the
- 0:58Speaker 1: southern border in Cala four in March the thirteenth of
- 1:01Speaker 1: twenty twenty three. Now you may ask yourself, why was
- 1:05Speaker 1: he released shortly after being caught coming to this country
- 1:09Speaker 1: legally I can answer that question for you because the
- 1:12Speaker 1: Biden administration was taking heat during that time for the
- 1:16Speaker 1: humanitarian crisis that was illegal immigrants piling up at the
- 1:21Speaker 1: southern border, and when they piled them up under bridges
- 1:25Speaker 1: in places like Texas and in Arizona, it made them
- 1:29Speaker 1: look bad. So what did they decide to do. They
- 1:33Speaker 1: decided to catch and release them as fast as possible.
- 1:38Speaker 1: You may not realize this, but now, if you are
- 1:40Speaker 1: caught coming across the southern border, your first court appearance
- 1:46Speaker 1: is set for many of these that are caught is
- 1:48Speaker 1: seven years from now. Seven years from now, and that
- 1:54Speaker 1: was based on a few weeks ago when I got
- 1:56Speaker 1: the data. Can you imagine being caught for a crime
- 1:59Speaker 1: and they tell you, all right, we'll see you in
- 2:01Speaker 1: almost a decade. And at the rate we're going now,
- 2:04Speaker 1: that number will hit a decade where you will come
- 2:06Speaker 1: into this country illegally, you will be caught, are gone through,
- 2:10Speaker 1: you'll turn yourself in right, and then they'll say to you,
- 2:13Speaker 1: all right, we'll see you literally in ten years at
- 2:16Speaker 1: your first court appearance. Now, there's two reasons why this
- 2:20Speaker 1: is happening, and I want you to also understand that.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Number one it's because they're trying to get rid of
- 2:25Speaker 1: you quickly. And number two, they know the longer that
- 2:28Speaker 1: you stay here, the more heartless you look like as
- 2:32Speaker 1: a nation. If you then kick someone out. I want
- 2:35Speaker 1: you to imagine what you've done and what you've accomplished
- 2:37Speaker 1: in the last seven years of your life. And when
- 2:39Speaker 1: you think about the last seven years of your kids'
- 2:41Speaker 1: lives and your grandkid's lives, especially if they were in school,
- 2:45Speaker 1: imagine if you were able to hang out for seven
- 2:48Speaker 1: years and another country and then all of a sudden
- 2:50Speaker 1: they're like, all right, you got to go.
- 2:52Speaker 2: They know that's not going to happen.
- 2:54Speaker 1: They're betting on the fact that they'll be able within
- 2:57Speaker 1: the next seven years to give them amnesty, which is
- 3:00Speaker 1: exactly why the court system is acting this way. Now,
- 3:04Speaker 1: I'm going to deal with that part and that I
- 3:06Speaker 1: just wanted you to have perspective on it more in
- 3:08Speaker 1: a moment. But this is why this Somali terrorists, A
- 3:12Speaker 1: member of Al Shabab was released shortly after being caught
- 3:16Speaker 1: because the Biden administration couldn't take the heat of the
- 3:20Speaker 1: humanitarian crisis of an actual open border. So you grab
- 3:23Speaker 1: them and you immediately release them into the interior of
- 3:25Speaker 1: America as quick as they come across now.
- 3:29Speaker 2: According to the memo, this memo says that.
- 3:33Speaker 1: The Terrorist Screening Center deemed him a mismatch after running
- 3:38Speaker 1: his name through the terror watch list. That according to
- 3:40Speaker 1: the memo, which was sent to Immigration and Customers Enforcement
- 3:43Speaker 1: officials also known as ICE, however, you ready for this. Randomly,
- 3:50Speaker 1: on January the eighteenth of this year, twenty twenty four,
- 3:56Speaker 1: almost a year after he had been released into this country,
- 3:59Speaker 1: the Terris Screening Center quote made a redetermination quote unquote
- 4:05Speaker 1: that the individual was quote a confirmed member of Al
- 4:09Speaker 1: Chebab terrorists organization. Not only that this individual was involved
- 4:14Speaker 1: in the use the manufacturer and the transport of explosives
- 4:19Speaker 1: or firearms. The memo states, two days later they thought
- 4:24Speaker 1: that he was such a threat for the last year
- 4:26Speaker 1: roaming in this country, hanging out with probably other terrists
- 4:29Speaker 1: in Minnesota. ICE then nabbed the Al Chabab member in Minneapolis, Minnesota,
- 4:35Speaker 1: which is a hotbed for terrorists. That's not the only
- 4:40Speaker 1: part of this story that should scare the hell out
- 4:42Speaker 1: of you.
- 4:42Speaker 2: And I'm not trying to fearmonger you.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I'm letting you know just how bad it is in
- 4:46Speaker 1: this country right now, and you better understand this. Border
- 4:51Speaker 1: patrol we now have been told caught one hundred and
- 4:54Speaker 1: seventy two tear watchless suspects attempting to enter the United
- 4:59Speaker 1: States America illegally during the fiscal year twenty twenty three.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Former Homeland security officials say the constant diluge of illegal
- 5:08Speaker 1: immigrant hitting the southern border is making it easier for terrorists,
- 5:13Speaker 1: bad actors to slip into this country. Now, let me
- 5:16Speaker 1: just stop and analyze that number. Border patrol says that
- 5:20Speaker 1: they have caught one hundred and seventy two terrorists on
- 5:23Speaker 1: the watch list trying to break into this country during
- 5:27Speaker 1: this fiscal year twenty twenty three. Let's compare that to
- 5:32Speaker 1: the number of terrorists on the terrorists watch list that
- 5:34Speaker 1: came across the southern border when Donald Trump was president.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Do you want to know how many it was? Let
- 5:42Speaker 1: me just tell you how many that it was.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Thirty over a four year period.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Now, if you wanted me to do the math for you,
- 5:50Speaker 1: especially if you're a liberal and you don't know how
- 5:52Speaker 1: to do math, that is, on average seven point five
- 5:57Speaker 1: terrorists that came across per year in the Trump administration
- 6:03Speaker 1: in those four years that we caught. If you want
- 6:05Speaker 1: to divide that by twelve, that's about a half a
- 6:09Speaker 1: terrace a month that was caught coming across the southern
- 6:12Speaker 1: border when Donald Trump was the president.
- 6:14Speaker 2: To be exactly accurate, zero point.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Six two five terrists per month was the average that
- 6:20Speaker 1: was coming across the southern border over the four year
- 6:23Speaker 1: period that Donald J. Trump was a president. This is
- 6:25Speaker 1: why he was such a badass as president. I can
- 6:27Speaker 1: say that, mister producer, right, just making sure. Okay, now
- 6:31Speaker 1: you go back to the number that I just told you.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump had let about a half a terrist a
- 6:38Speaker 1: month on average come across zero point six two five terrists.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Let's do the last year of the Biden administration doing
- 6:48Speaker 1: the same math. I'm doing this in real time. You
- 6:51Speaker 1: can check me. One hundred and seventy two terrats divided
- 6:55Speaker 1: by twelve is fourteen point three terrats on average a
- 6:58Speaker 1: month a month.
- 7:01Speaker 2: So in two months last.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Year, more terrorists came across the southern border in a
- 7:06Speaker 1: two month span than the entire four year span that
- 7:10Speaker 1: Donald J.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Trump was president. Quote. Many within the.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Biden administration, including Secretary of MAJORCIS who should be impeached.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Have repeatedly assured.
- 7:20Speaker 1: The American people that the vetting process of the border
- 7:22Speaker 1: is quote, comprehensive and complete.
- 7:25Speaker 2: That's a lot, It's a total lot.
- 7:28Speaker 1: A man by the name of John Frabacato, a retired
- 7:32Speaker 1: icefield director who now sits on the National Immigration Center
- 7:35Speaker 1: for Enforcement Board, told the Daily Caller quote, we continue
- 7:41Speaker 1: to witness alarming instances where terrists are able to freely
- 7:45Speaker 1: roam the United States for months after being released at
- 7:48Speaker 1: the border, before their criminal and terrorist histories come to light.
- 7:52Speaker 1: The re suspected terrorists caught trying to legally cross the
- 7:54Speaker 1: southern border continues to grow. Is the other warning from
- 7:58Speaker 1: the data that we just got border patrol agents apprehending
- 8:02Speaker 1: fifty illegal immigrants on the terrorist watch list in three
- 8:05Speaker 1: month period. That's more than almost double what Donald Trump
- 8:11Speaker 1: had come across the southern border in four years. In
- 8:14Speaker 1: four years, think about that number.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Quote. The situation is greatly endangering our nation.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It is clear that our safety is dependent on enforcing
- 8:24Speaker 1: our immigration laws and securing the border.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Now, let me just and.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Again I said, forget all the financial burdens that illegal
- 8:31Speaker 1: immigrants are in this country.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Forget all the jobs they steal from Americans.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Forget all the jobs they undercut, the pricing so Americans
- 8:37Speaker 1: can't afford to live the way that they should be
- 8:40Speaker 1: able to. Forget all the housing that they take and
- 8:43Speaker 1: all the price increases that you have. Forget all of
- 8:47Speaker 1: the government aid and the schooling that we have to
- 8:49Speaker 1: provide for their kids that is bankrupting this country. We're
- 8:53Speaker 1: having to borrow the money to give them their hotel
- 8:56Speaker 1: rooms and their plane.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Tickets and their bus tickets, and their Obama phones and
- 9:01Speaker 2: everything else. Forget all of that.
- 9:05Speaker 1: The fact of the matter is there are terrorists in
- 9:07Speaker 1: this country right now, and I feel comfortable saying this,
- 9:11Speaker 1: that are clearly in this country planning a terrorist attack
- 9:14Speaker 1: as we speak.
- 9:15Speaker 2: And they came.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Across a overburdened border, a border that was deliberately and
- 9:22Speaker 1: purposely opened up by a communist Marxist dictator in the
- 9:25Speaker 1: name of Joe Biden, overburdening on purpose the border patrol,
- 9:30Speaker 1: not giving the border patrol what they need to do
- 9:32Speaker 1: their job with an excessive amount of illegal immigrants coming
- 9:36Speaker 1: across our southern border, and forced to then process these
- 9:41Speaker 1: people so that it doesn't become a human backlog that
- 9:43Speaker 1: looks like a humanitarian crisis, which allows for virtually no
- 9:49Speaker 1: real initial investigation into.
- 9:51Speaker 2: The migrants coming across.
- 9:54Speaker 1: The background checks currently being run by the WAY only
- 9:57Speaker 1: initially search out criminal history in the United States of America,
- 10:00Speaker 1: does not run searches on outside of the US criminal histories.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Why because that would take days, sometimes even weeks or
- 10:09Speaker 1: months to connect the derogatory information coming from the other
- 10:14Speaker 1: databases to see if a foreigner, which would be more
- 10:18Speaker 1: likely to have a criminal history in another country because
- 10:23Speaker 1: hence they're a foreigner, that would be the information that
- 10:26Speaker 1: I would argue we would need to check first, not last,
- 10:29Speaker 1: after we let them go.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Let me say one other thing real quick.
- 10:35Speaker 1: There were eight hundred and sixty thousand, and it's hard
- 10:38Speaker 1: to get your head around that.
- 10:39Speaker 2: So I'll say it twice.
- 10:41Speaker 1: There were eight hundred and sixty thousand individuals who are
- 10:47Speaker 1: known to have snuck into this country illegally that were
- 10:51Speaker 1: not apprehended in twenty twenty three. So the question that
- 10:57Speaker 1: I'm asking myself right now is this. I know that
- 11:01Speaker 1: there was one hundred and seventy six terrafts that were caught.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Coming across the southern border.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I know that some of them that were caught were
- 11:11Speaker 1: actually released and they were actual terrorists, and now we're
- 11:14Speaker 1: having to go find them again, just like this Al
- 11:16Speaker 1: Shabab terraces in Minnesota. But if there were almost some
- 11:21Speaker 1: million individuals who are known to have sucking to this
- 11:25Speaker 1: country illegally without being apprehended in twenty twenty three, within
- 11:31Speaker 1: that eight hundred and sixty thousand, how many terrafts on
- 11:36Speaker 1: the terraffs watch lists were not caught when coming across
- 11:40Speaker 1: the southern border.
- 11:42Speaker 2: And if we know that there's.
- 11:43Speaker 1: A massive uptick of illegal immigrants who are terrorists on
- 11:47Speaker 1: the terrafts watch lists that are coming across the southern border,
- 11:50Speaker 1: then why wouldn't you shut down the border until you
- 11:53Speaker 1: figure it out? There are warning signs here, folks. There's
- 11:57Speaker 1: a warning from our intelligence agencies in the f Y
- 12:00Speaker 1: I sang to be on the lookout for Hamas style
- 12:02Speaker 1: attacks in America, the same type of attack that happened
- 12:05Speaker 1: in Israel. And during the same time when that attack
- 12:08Speaker 1: was going on, border patrol apprehended an unprecedented number of
- 12:12Speaker 1: fifty illegal immigrants on the tariffs watch list in a
- 12:16Speaker 1: three month period. And what is the Biden administration doing
- 12:19Speaker 1: not a damn thing to protect us. If you don't
- 12:23Speaker 1: think that they're planning attacks right now, you're an idiot.
- 12:28Speaker 3: All right.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I want to tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile.
- 12:31Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 12:35Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 12:39Speaker 1: they're literally the only one. Patriot Mobile offers dependable nationwide coverage,
- 12:44Speaker 1: giving you the ability to access all three major networks.
- 12:47Speaker 2: What does that mean to you? It means you get
- 12:48Speaker 2: the same.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Coverage that you're accustomed to, but you're doing it without funding.
- 12:53Speaker 2: The Left.
- 12:54Speaker 1: You may not know the Big Mobile gives massive donations
- 12:58Speaker 1: to Planned Parenthood, to the Democratic candidates, causes and organizations.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Why give your money to a group of people that
- 13:07Speaker 1: literally hate your values, hate what you stand for, hate
- 13:11Speaker 1: your family, traditional Christian values. That is why I switch
- 13:16Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. And when you switch, you're sending a
- 13:18Speaker 1: message that you support free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity
- 13:22Speaker 1: of life, the Second Amendment, as well as our military,
- 13:25Speaker 1: our veterans, and our first responder heroes. They make switching
- 13:29Speaker 1: easy one hundred percent US based customer service team. Plus
- 13:32Speaker 1: you can keep your same cell phone number, upgrade your
- 13:35Speaker 1: phone to a new phone or keep the one you've
- 13:37Speaker 1: got in your hand as well. And the most important part,
- 13:41Speaker 1: every time you pay your bill. They take a percentage
- 13:43Speaker 1: of your bill every month and give it back to
- 13:46Speaker 1: conservative causes that you help choose to support.
- 13:50Speaker 2: So check them out.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot mobile dot
- 13:56Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Get free activation when you use the offer code ferguson.
- 14:04Speaker 1: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven
- 14:08Speaker 1: to two Patriot. The number of suspected terrorists caught trying
- 14:14Speaker 1: to illegally cross the southern border is growing. Border patrol
- 14:18Speaker 1: agents are warning you we caught fifty on the terrorists
- 14:21Speaker 1: watch list between October and December, a massive influx. We
- 14:25Speaker 1: caught one hundred and seventy something plus one hundred and
- 14:27Speaker 1: seventy two terrafts and watch lists in the fiscal year.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Twenty twenty three. And that's not all. They say.
- 14:33Speaker 1: This is now a major danger because the mass release
- 14:37Speaker 1: of illegal immigrants under the Biden administration has placed immense
- 14:40Speaker 1: pressure on federal authorities to move people through the system quickly. Therefore,
- 14:44Speaker 1: we cannot do our job of doing real background and
- 14:48Speaker 1: complete records checks on these individuals before we release them
- 14:53Speaker 1: into this country. And that's the reason why we're seeing
- 14:56Speaker 1: now that known terrasts have been able to go free
- 14:59Speaker 1: in this country four basically a year.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Quote.
- 15:02Speaker 1: The overburning of the border patrol with the excessive amounts
- 15:05Speaker 1: of illegal border crosses is force faster processing times, which
- 15:09Speaker 1: doesn't allow for a more vigorous initial investigation into a migrants.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Background background checks currently being run only initially search out
- 15:16Speaker 1: criminal history in America, not outside of our borders. Okay,
- 15:21Speaker 1: So the US government has considered, and this is I
- 15:25Speaker 1: want to be clear, this is the Biden administration. The
- 15:27Speaker 1: US government under the Biden administration considers Al Shabab a
- 15:30Speaker 1: foreign terrorists organization and has since two thousand and eight
- 15:33Speaker 1: when Biden was when Obama.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Was in office and Biden was the vice president.
- 15:37Speaker 1: The terrorist group operates in Somalia and has also committed
- 15:41Speaker 1: a tax in Kenda, Kenya, excuse me, and Uganda. US
- 15:45Speaker 1: forces in fact, killed three Al Shabab terras and a
- 15:48Speaker 1: self defense air strike on January the twenty first, at
- 15:51Speaker 1: the requests of Somali government.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Al Shabab is.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Carried out major bombings. Okay, this is the guy that
- 15:58Speaker 1: we let go for a year in our country was
- 15:59Speaker 1: a member of this terrorist organization that we just picked
- 16:02Speaker 1: up again. Al Shabab has carried out bombings, including suicide attacks,
- 16:07Speaker 1: and the group has assassinate a Somali peace activists as
- 16:10Speaker 1: well as international aid workers as well as journalists, as
- 16:14Speaker 1: well as numerous civil society figures. According to the National
- 16:18Speaker 1: counter Terrorism Center, that's not all. The terror group carried
- 16:22Speaker 1: out that horrific twenty thirteen attack you may remember on
- 16:27Speaker 1: the Westgate Mall in Nairobi that was in Kenya. It
- 16:30Speaker 1: killed sixty seven people, and in twenty seventeen they killed
- 16:35Speaker 1: hundreds of civilians in Mogadishu through two massive suicide bombing attacks.
- 16:41Speaker 2: So what is the US government doing.
- 16:43Speaker 1: We're catching them and letting them go into America. Now
- 16:49Speaker 1: it's not just these terrorist attacks that worry me. I
- 16:52Speaker 1: also want to talk about what many of you have
- 16:54Speaker 1: seen that just happened in New York City. In New
- 16:58Speaker 1: York City, you may have seen the story. In New
- 17:02Speaker 1: York City you had illegal immigrants. For illegal immigrants who
- 17:07Speaker 1: assaulted I would argue, try to kill New York Police
- 17:09Speaker 1: Department officers near Times Square. We now are being told that, apparently,
- 17:14Speaker 1: after they've been released without bail, they're on the run
- 17:17Speaker 1: to California. According to The New York Post, cops believe
- 17:22Speaker 1: the group hopped on a bus bound for California on
- 17:25Speaker 1: Wednesday after giving phony names to a church affiliated nonprofit
- 17:29Speaker 1: group that helped migrants get rides out of the city.
- 17:33Speaker 1: The Post has now reported, when these I we've referred
- 17:36Speaker 1: to them as terrorists got out of the American prisons after.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Beating the hell out of our cops, what do they do?
- 17:44Speaker 1: They gave the media the middle finger, they walked out,
- 17:47Speaker 1: and they flicked off with both hands the cameras that
- 17:50Speaker 1: were there. So not only were they not deported back
- 17:53Speaker 1: to their countries that they came from after trying to
- 17:56Speaker 1: kill our American police officers, they were given a free
- 18:00Speaker 1: ticket through the charities. And this is why I say
- 18:04Speaker 1: you have to be careful about the Catholic charities, because
- 18:07Speaker 1: they're giving rides to these criminals. New York Governor, by
- 18:12Speaker 1: the way, suggests deporting the migrants who were allowed to
- 18:16Speaker 1: walk free on no bail after beating cops in New
- 18:18Speaker 1: York City's Times Square.
- 18:20Speaker 2: And I want to be clear, they didn't try to
- 18:22Speaker 2: beat these cops. They tried to kill them.
- 18:24Speaker 1: If you watch the video, they were trying to kill
- 18:26Speaker 1: these police officers.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And what does the President say about this? Not a
- 18:31Speaker 2: damn thing.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Does the media make him answer questions about this? Absolutely not.
- 18:36Speaker 1: What is the local media saying? The local media? What
- 18:41Speaker 1: are they saying in New York about this issue? Are
- 18:44Speaker 1: they outraged over this? Are they frustrated over this? The
- 18:49Speaker 1: local media there?
- 18:50Speaker 2: Nah? Why would we be outraged? Why would we be mad?
- 18:56Speaker 1: This is just another day in the welcoming city of
- 18:59Speaker 1: the Big app Well, because that's what we do in
- 19:02Speaker 1: the Big Apple.
- 19:03Speaker 2: We welcome all the terrorists here. We welcome all of
- 19:09Speaker 2: these people, these.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Aliens coming to New York, attacking New York police officers
- 19:15Speaker 1: with a gang of fellow illegals, arrested and released without bail.
- 19:20Speaker 1: And if you're an American that thinks these people should
- 19:22Speaker 1: not have been deported, you're stupid. I'm not trying to
- 19:28Speaker 1: be mean to you, but well, let me rephrase that.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you the truth.
- 19:32Speaker 2: You're stupid.
- 19:34Speaker 1: They should have been deported immediately after they serve time
- 19:38Speaker 1: in our jails, their.
- 19:40Speaker 4: Searches on tonight. For the men who attack two police
- 19:42Speaker 4: officers in Times Square, that happened about eight thirty Saturday night.
- 19:46Speaker 4: You can see those officers trying to disperse a group.
- 19:49Speaker 4: They then try to arrest someone in that group, and
- 19:52Speaker 4: that's when the mob attacks the officers, repeatedly punching, kicking,
- 19:56Speaker 4: and tackling the cops. Five people are already in custody,
- 19:59Speaker 4: but Louise are still rooking for seven more people tonight.
- 20:04Speaker 2: And where are they now? Changing their names?
- 20:06Speaker 1: They're good at this and heading to California so they can,
- 20:11Speaker 1: I guess beat up more police officers there.
- 20:15Speaker 2: That's not all, by the way.
- 20:17Speaker 1: In Congress today, illegal immigrants who are convicted, not accused,
- 20:23Speaker 1: but are convicted of DWI and they can, by the way,
- 20:28Speaker 1: kill people. Well, Democrats stood up for them today. And
- 20:32Speaker 1: that bill that was allowing for the deportation of illegals
- 20:36Speaker 1: convicted of DWI. What did one of the Democrats, jam
- 20:41Speaker 1: Pal say, stop referring.
- 20:43Speaker 2: To these people as illegals?
- 20:44Speaker 3: Are we really saying that we think the best use
- 20:48Speaker 3: of our very limited federal government resources is to work
- 20:52Speaker 3: on deporting a green card holder who decided to sleep
- 20:55Speaker 3: in their car rather than drive home drunk from a bar,
- 20:59Speaker 3: a green car, not trying to drive drunk, just trying
- 21:03Speaker 3: to stay warm. I certainly don't think that's a good
- 21:06Speaker 3: use of our resources. It's certainly not a good use
- 21:09Speaker 3: of our time on this floor. But my colleagues on
- 21:12Speaker 3: the other side of the aisle have made it clear
- 21:14Speaker 3: that they're not interested in sensible solutions, just in sensationalism.
- 21:19Speaker 3: This bill is another example of that, and I hope
- 21:22Speaker 3: my colleagues will stop referring to people as illegals. People
- 21:26Speaker 3: are human beings. They have different statuses. Some are undocumented,
- 21:31Speaker 3: if you want to say, some are illegal. But let's
- 21:33Speaker 3: not call human beings illegal. Tired of that language.
- 21:37Speaker 2: I'm tired of that language.
- 21:39Speaker 1: I'm so sorry that your snowflake ideals in life have
- 21:43Speaker 1: been offended by me calling a human being what they
- 21:45Speaker 1: actually are when they break in this country, an illegal immigrant.
- 21:49Speaker 2: By the way, I love how she acts like every.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Illegal immigrant that is going to get a ticket for
- 21:53Speaker 1: DWI with just trying to sleep in their car as
- 21:56Speaker 1: she described, Oh, they're just trying to sleep it off.
- 21:58Speaker 1: At least they didn't try to drive home implying that
- 22:01Speaker 1: no illegal immigrants have ever driven drunk anywhere, which is
- 22:04Speaker 1: also a lie. In fact, there's quite a few illegal
- 22:07Speaker 1: immigrants have taken the lives of innocent men, women, and
- 22:10Speaker 1: children driving drunk in this country.
- 22:12Speaker 2: And this bill said that if you.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Were in this country illegally and you are caught driving
- 22:18Speaker 1: under the influence, that you should then be deported. And Democrats,
- 22:22Speaker 1: do they defend the Americans in this country that are
- 22:25Speaker 1: the victims of these crimes? Know? Do they defend the
- 22:29Speaker 1: police officers when they're brutally beaten in New York City
- 22:32Speaker 1: by Times Square.
- 22:32Speaker 2: No, they defend them.
- 22:35Speaker 1: And the Catholic charities give them free rides to another
- 22:38Speaker 1: state so they can avoid having to deal with the.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Justice system in this country.
- 22:44Speaker 1: And none of what I just said even deals with
- 22:45Speaker 1: the actual terrorists on the terrorists watch lists coming across
- 22:48Speaker 1: the southern border. I think they want to bring in
- 22:51Speaker 1: as many illegals as they can so that there's so
- 22:54Speaker 1: many here that they and then they get in their
- 22:56Speaker 1: courtinates which are now seven years out, okay, for their
- 22:59Speaker 1: first appearance in court seven years from now, that then
- 23:03Speaker 1: they'll say it's inhumane and unhuman. It's an American to
- 23:07Speaker 1: kick them out of this country, so we have to
- 23:09Speaker 1: give them amnesty. This is all the play for amnesty
- 23:13Speaker 1: and anchoring babies here, because if you give someone seven
- 23:17Speaker 1: years before their first coordinate, the chances they're going to
- 23:21Speaker 1: have a child that then is an American citizen that's
- 23:24Speaker 1: born in America that then anchors in this country is
- 23:27Speaker 1: going to make it even easier for them to give
- 23:29Speaker 1: out amnesty.
- 23:31Speaker 2: This is all the.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Play to fundamentally change this country forever. Because the Democratic Party,
- 23:38Speaker 1: as I said in the first hour, they are no
- 23:41Speaker 1: longer Democrats. They are socialists. They are communists, they are Marxists.
- 23:47Speaker 1: That is who they are. Believe them when they tell
- 23:50Speaker 1: you that is who they are. They are not a
- 23:52Speaker 1: party of law and order. Look at New York City.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Look at these terrorists as I would call them, that
- 23:59Speaker 1: just beat the hell out these cops trying to kill
- 24:00Speaker 1: them in New York City.
- 24:02Speaker 2: They let them out.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Bel free people that do that are communists, They're Marxists,
- 24:06Speaker 1: They're socialists. The warnings are now the terrorists are coming
- 24:10Speaker 1: across the southern border and being released, even some of
- 24:12Speaker 1: those that are being caught. Why because we're not checking
- 24:15Speaker 1: their backgrounds we're just catching and releasing them, so there
- 24:18Speaker 1: isn't a big stack.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Up of illegal immigrants of the southern border.
- 24:23Speaker 1: The number of suspected terrorists caught trying to legally cross
- 24:26Speaker 1: the southern border continues to grow. Border patrol agents apprehended
- 24:30Speaker 1: a staggering fifty illegal immigrants on the tarror watch list
- 24:35Speaker 1: in a three month period between October and December of
- 24:37Speaker 1: last year. They are a total of thirty such encounters
- 24:42Speaker 1: when Donald Trump was president over a four year span,
- 24:46Speaker 1: and in three months they almost doubled the number. These terrorists,
- 24:51Speaker 1: by the way, are not coming to America because they
- 24:53Speaker 1: love America. These are the people that chant death to America.
- 24:57Speaker 1: And these are the people that hate America. And these
- 24:58Speaker 1: are people that want to destroy America. These are the
- 25:00Speaker 1: people that want to blow up America. If you're a
- 25:04Speaker 1: terrorist on the Terrorists watch List, you're not coming to
- 25:06Speaker 1: America because you've decided to settle.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Down and retire.
- 25:10Speaker 1: You're coming to America to either plan a terrorist attack
- 25:13Speaker 1: or make money to send back to the terrorists that
- 25:16Speaker 1: you work for. You're either coming here to plan and
- 25:19Speaker 1: orchestrate jihad, or you're coming here to fund jihad. These
- 25:25Speaker 1: terrorists don't come to America because they love They want.
- 25:28Speaker 2: A better opportunity.
- 25:30Speaker 1: People that are on the terrorists watch list aren't giving
- 25:32Speaker 1: it up and going. You know the great Satan that
- 25:35Speaker 1: I hated, you know, the big Satan America and the
- 25:38Speaker 1: little Satan Israel. Yeah, I've decided to just like forget
- 25:41Speaker 1: all that. I'm going to go to America. I'm going
- 25:43Speaker 1: to go to America. That's what I'm gonna do. I'm
- 25:45Speaker 1: gonna go to America. I'm gonna hang out in America.
- 25:47Speaker 1: That doesn't happen. And if you think that that is
- 25:50Speaker 1: what they're doing, you're an idiot. Make sure you share
