  John chapter 3 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named

  Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night

  and said to him, Rabbi, we know that you have come from God as a

  teacher, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is
• 0:14
  with him. Jesus answered and said to him,

  Truly, truly. I say to you, unless one is born
• 0:20
  again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.

  Nicodemus said to him, How can a man be born when he is old?
• 0:27
  He cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb and be
• 0:29
  born, can he? Jesus answered, Truly, truly.

  I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he
• 0:36
  cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.

  That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born
• 0:41
  of the Spirit is Spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to
• 0:44
  you, You must be born again. The wind blows where it wishes,
• 0:48
  and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes
• 0:52
  from and where it's going. So is everyone who is born of
• 0:55
  the Spirit. Nicodemus said to him, How can
• 0:58
  these things be? Jesus answered and said to him,

  Are you the teacher of Israel and do not understand these
• 1:04
  things? Truly, truly, I say to you, we
• 1:07
  speak of what we know and testify of what we have seen,
• 1:11
  and you do not accept our testimony.

  If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you
• 1:17
  believe if I tell you heavenly things?
• 1:19
  No one has ascended into heaven but he who descended from
• 1:22
  heaven, the Son of Man. As Jesus lifted up the serpent
• 1:25
  in the wilderness, Even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so
• 1:29
  that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life.
• 1:32
  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
• 1:35
  that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have
• 1:38
  eternal life. For God did not send the Son
• 1:41
  into the world to judge the world, but that the world might
• 1:44
  be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not
• 1:47
  judged. He who does not believe has been
• 1:49
  judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the
• 1:52
  only begotten Son of God. This is the judgment, that the
• 1:56
  light has come into the world, and men love the darkness rather
• 1:59
  than the light, for their deeds were evil.

  For everyone who does evil hates the light and does not come to
• 2:05
  the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
• 2:08
  But he who practices the truth comes to the light, so that his
• 2:11
  deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.

  After these things Jesus and his disciples came into the land of
• 2:18
  Judea, and there he was spending time with them and baptizing.

  John also was baptizing in Anon near Salem, because there was
• 2:26
  much water there and people were coming and were being baptized,
• 2:29
  for John had not yet been thrown into prison.
• 2:32
  Therefore there arose a discussion on the part of John's
• 2:34
  disciples with a Jew about purification.
• 2:37
  They came to John and said to him, Rabbi, he who was with you
• 2:40
  beyond the Jordan, to whom you have testified, behold, he is
• 2:43
  baptizing, and all are coming to him.
• 2:46
  John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, and let his
• 2:49
  unless it has been given him from heaven.
• 2:52
  You yourselves are my witnesses, that I said, I am not the
• 2:54
  Christ, but I have been sent ahead of him.
• 2:57
  He who has the bride is the bridegroom.
• 3:00
  But the friend of the bridegroom who stands and hears him,
• 3:03
  rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice.
• 3:06
  So this joy of mine has been made full.
• 3:08
  He must increase, but I must decrease.
• 3:11
  He who comes from above is above all.
• 3:14
  He who is of the earth is from the earth and speaks of the
• 3:16
  earth. He who comes from heaven is
• 3:18
  above all what he has seen and heard.
• 3:21
  Of that he testifies, and no one receives his testimony.
• 3:25
  He who has received his testimony has set his seal to
• 3:28
  this, that God is true. For he whom God has sent speaks
• 3:32
  the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.
• 3:36
  The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his
• 3:39
  hand. He who believes in the Son has
• 3:41
  eternal life, but he who does not obey the Son will not see
• 3:44
  life, but the wrath of God abides on him.
