The Lull
When anything exciting happens, a birth, promotion, wedding, salvation, victory, etc, we are on an amazing high! We are celebrating! We are excited! We are on fire! The problem we have is that after that amazing high comes a fall. We come back down to earth. We often experience a lull, which can be a calm time or lead into a downward spiral. After the excitement of Christmas, we need to make sure we keep that joy going into the new year and beyond!
