Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Another brush stroke to the corruption canvas, House Oversight asks gallery owner about Hunter Biden art sales
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: House Oversight is now asking even more questions that the
- 0:04Speaker 1: White House is not gonna like. They're now connecting dots
- 0:09Speaker 1: financially between the White House and Hunter Biden, and the
- 0:13Speaker 1: House Oversight Committee is now asking the gallery owner who's
- 0:18Speaker 1: been selling a hell of a lot of Hunter Biden's
- 0:20Speaker 1: art for who they were selling them too. Now, one
- 0:23Speaker 1: of the way that people money launder is through artwork.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Because there is not records usually of who is buying
- 0:30Speaker 1: the art, you can do it anonymously. Republicans are calling
- 0:34Speaker 1: bs and now the Republicans on the House Oversight and
- 0:38Speaker 1: Accountability Committee have turned their focus to the foreign dollars
- 0:43Speaker 1: coming in to buy Hunter Biden's artwork and how much
- 0:46Speaker 1: of that money may be going to the big guy.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's art sales are now part of the panel's
- 0:53Speaker 1: larger probe into the First family's business dealings. The Oversight
- 0:59Speaker 1: chairman James Comer sent a letter on Wednesday to George Burgess.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Now he is the owner of the Burgess Gallery and
- 1:09Speaker 1: he is now seeking information about sales of Hunter Biden's
- 1:12Speaker 1: paintings and agreement crafted with the White House to keep
- 1:17Speaker 1: the buyers of the artwork confidential to be clear they
- 1:21Speaker 1: did a deal with the White House. That's another reason
- 1:23Speaker 1: why it's actually your business, our business, everyone's business. Why
- 1:28Speaker 1: is the White House involved in keeping the confidentiality of
- 1:32Speaker 1: people who are buying artwork? Some of this artwork we
- 1:36Speaker 1: now have been told has actually been hanging in the
- 1:38Speaker 1: White House, which will up the value of the artwork.
- 1:43Speaker 1: We have been told that Hunter Biden's artwork has been
- 1:45Speaker 1: in the residence possibly and in the First Lady's office
- 1:50Speaker 1: as well. On the East Wing quote, it's concerning the
- 1:54Speaker 1: President Biden's son is the recipient now of anonymous high
- 1:58Speaker 1: dollar transaction, potentially from foreign buyers with no accountability or
- 2:05Speaker 1: oversight other than you. Comer said in the letter to
- 2:09Speaker 1: the art dealer, the American people deserve transparency regarding certain
- 2:14Speaker 1: details about Hunter's expensive art transactions. Now. The gallery, which
- 2:21Speaker 1: is in New York and Soho, has shown Hunter Biden paintings,
- 2:24Speaker 1: including two solo exhibitions in twenty twenty one and twenty
- 2:31Speaker 1: twenty two. The gallery in New York SOHO has also
- 2:36Speaker 1: been a place where many foreign buyers have done transactions. Now.
- 2:40Speaker 1: The White House said in twenty twenty one that a
- 2:43Speaker 1: system quote had been established to guard against conflicts of interest,
- 2:49Speaker 1: with Burgess keeping the identities of the buyer's secret and
- 2:53Speaker 1: denying any offer above the sale price or deemed suspect
- 2:59Speaker 1: in order to prevent buyers from trying to gain access
- 3:02Speaker 1: to the White House through buying the Hunter Biden finger paintings.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I added the word finger paintings obviously. Now. Ethics experts
- 3:12Speaker 1: at the time criticize the policy for in fact not
- 3:17Speaker 1: being transparent while the White House was claiming transparency about
- 3:21Speaker 1: the buyers, and they also warned that the policy could
- 3:25Speaker 1: also backfire in a big way. In fact, the Treasury
- 3:29Speaker 1: Department had also warned that high value art transactions, which
- 3:34Speaker 1: involve a high degree of imminentity and confidentiality, could play
- 3:39Speaker 1: a role in foreign nationals circumventing US economic sanctions and
- 3:45Speaker 1: be used as a front to launder money quote unquote,
- 3:50Speaker 1: that warning again coming from Biden's own Treasury Department. Now,
- 3:56Speaker 1: Burgess said in two thousand and one that Hunter Biden
- 4:00Speaker 1: paintings could sell for seventy five thousand on the low end,
- 4:03Speaker 1: that's the least expensive piece to a half a million dollars.
- 4:09Speaker 1: That's hell of a lot of money for an amateur
- 4:13Speaker 1: in the art business. Who is still alive. Comer previously
- 4:17Speaker 1: sent a letter to Burgess requesting information about Hunter Biden's
- 4:21Speaker 1: art sales in twenty twenty one, but has now said
- 4:25Speaker 1: that Burgess never responded. The Oversight Chairman requested documents and
- 4:32Speaker 1: communications between the Art Gallery and the White House and
- 4:37Speaker 1: or Hunter Biden. Also documents and contracts relating to Biden's artwork,
- 4:44Speaker 1: any ethics guidelines created in conjunction with the White House,
- 4:49Speaker 1: as well as documents that showed who attended the Biden
- 4:54Speaker 1: art shows and documents showing who purchased Biden artwork. It
- 5:00Speaker 1: also requested a transcribed interview with Burgess by February the
- 5:07Speaker 1: fifteenth of twenty twenty three, So we're talking to just
- 5:11Speaker 1: a couple of weeks from now. The letter to Burgess
- 5:14Speaker 1: marks the second public development and the Oversight Committee's investigation
- 5:19Speaker 1: to the Biden crime family sense Republicans took control of
- 5:24Speaker 1: the House. We also know that James Comer sent a
- 5:27Speaker 1: letter earlier in January to the Treasury Department seeking information
- 5:33Speaker 1: about any and all suspicious activity reports generated by banks
- 5:39Speaker 1: in relation to Biden family business dealings. Now, before I
- 5:43Speaker 1: get into more of that, I want to tell you
- 5:44Speaker 1: about our friends over at Patriot Mobile real quick. If

- 7:03Speaker 1: Slash ben that's Patriot mobile dot com slash ben. Now
- 7:08Speaker 1: we know that there were suspicious activity reports, more than
- 7:12Speaker 1: a hundred of those reports that were flagged for Hunter
- 7:16Speaker 1: Biden transactions, meaning that they had suspicious activity the point
- 7:21Speaker 1: where they felt like they needed to give it to
- 7:24Speaker 1: the United States government for possible or potential review. Why
- 7:29Speaker 1: are we not seeing those suspicious activity reports because Democrats
- 7:33Speaker 1: have blocked all of us so far from seeing them.
- 7:37Speaker 1: That's also a problem now when Comer sent that leather
- 7:42Speaker 1: to the Treasury Department seeking information. The reports, by the way,
- 7:46Speaker 1: do not necessarily mean a legal activity occurred. In fact,
- 7:50Speaker 1: only a small percentage of the millions of such reports
- 7:52Speaker 1: from banks every year lead to law enforcement investigations. However,
- 7:57Speaker 1: there's a hell of a lot of them that deal
- 7:59Speaker 1: with Hunter by more than a hundred. He also sent
- 8:02Speaker 1: a series of letters to former top Twitter executives seeking
- 8:05Speaker 1: information about the company's handling of blocking the New York
- 8:09Speaker 1: Post story revealing information obtained from that hard drive that
- 8:13Speaker 1: Hunter Biden owned. We have not heard back yet from
- 8:17Speaker 1: how that will work with Twitter. What I can tell
- 8:21Speaker 1: you is this, this is a significant new development. This
- 8:25Speaker 1: comes on the heels of US Senator Ran Paul saying
- 8:30Speaker 1: not just because of this, but also because of other
- 8:33Speaker 1: information that we found out about the FBI, specifically that
- 8:37Speaker 1: one of the guys that was getting fis a warrants
- 8:39Speaker 1: against and framing the President United's America for colluding with
- 8:42Speaker 1: the Russians. We now note that top FBI guy has
- 8:46Speaker 1: actually been charged with crimes. Senator Ran Paul from Kentucky,
- 8:51Speaker 1: he went on Eric Bowling Show and had this to say,
- 8:54Speaker 1: take a listen. We end this because that come from
- 8:57Speaker 1: a time in a world where law enforcement, including the
- 9:00Speaker 1: intel agencies kind of leaned towards the law enforcement world
- 9:03Speaker 1: they were. They leaned conservative, they leaned pro American, they leaned,
- 9:07Speaker 1: you know, into protecting all Americans equally. Was there an
- 9:11Speaker 1: was there an event or an inflection point where Intel, CIA, FBI,
- 9:16Speaker 1: atf Department of Justice, I R Was there an inflection
- 9:21Speaker 1: point where all these agencies seemed to go from conservative
- 9:25Speaker 1: values to far left liberal I think it's swamp fever,
- 9:30Speaker 1: potomac fever. The ones closest to the swamp have become
- 9:35Speaker 1: infected with influence and power and politics. You know, I
- 9:38Speaker 1: play golf with the retired FBI agent. He's a conservative.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Most of the agents that I meet in the field
- 9:43Speaker 1: are conservative. They're typical law enforcement kind of people. But
- 9:47Speaker 1: then when you meet the politicians the FBI is that,
- 9:51Speaker 1: you know, Director Ray, you see political animals comy, you
- 9:54Speaker 1: see people involved in politics. God forbid, you talk about
- 9:57Speaker 1: Brennan or Clapper. Since they have left office, you've seen
- 10:01Speaker 1: how far left wing they are. We should have suspected
- 10:04Speaker 1: as much with you know, Brennan, since he supported the
- 10:07Speaker 1: communist candidate in nineteen seventy six. But really it's a
- 10:11Speaker 1: political class up here that is corruptible and become very
- 10:14Speaker 1: left wing. The Peter Strocks and his mistress, these are
- 10:17Speaker 1: the people infiltrating the FBI at the highest levels. We
- 10:20Speaker 1: need a thorough cleaning. It's only going to happen if
- 10:23Speaker 1: we get a president who gets rid of the top
- 10:26Speaker 1: ten percent and brings in some law enforcement people from
- 10:29Speaker 1: out in Kansas or Kentucky or someplace, people who truly
- 10:33Speaker 1: are law enforcement people, and let's repopulate the FBI at
- 10:35Speaker 1: the top with real law enforcement people, not politis. If
- 10:38Speaker 1: we get a president who reinforces law enforcement who may
- 10:42Speaker 1: come from Kentucky. Did you say, did you say Kentucky?
- 10:47Speaker 1: Are people are repopulating the top of the FBI may
- 10:51Speaker 1: want to people from Kentucky. I love how they they're
- 10:54Speaker 1: messing with Center Paul there on Hey are you running
- 10:56Speaker 1: for president? And he laughs and says, no, No, that's
- 10:59Speaker 1: not what I'm saying. What he is saying is the
- 11:01Speaker 1: FBI will only be reformed if we remove and replace
- 11:05Speaker 1: the top ten percent of the agency. Now you can
- 11:10Speaker 1: hear Senator Paul who is making it clear there's massive
- 11:14Speaker 1: problems within the FBI. And that's a theme now that
- 11:18Speaker 1: I think any American that's looking these stories would agree
- 11:22Speaker 1: is not an extreme conclusion based on what we have witnessed,
- 11:26Speaker 1: based on what we are seeing now. Centor Ted Cruz
- 11:30Speaker 1: actually forced the White House's hand. This was amazing by
- 11:34Speaker 1: making them answer a question about, Hey, why aren't you
- 11:37Speaker 1: guys rating other locations. There are other locations where there
- 11:42Speaker 1: are documents, including the University of Delaware, And there's a
- 11:46Speaker 1: lot of documents that your son may have had referring
- 11:50Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden as well as James Biden and others.
- 11:54Speaker 1: And Senator Ted Cruz on the podcast I do with him,
- 11:56Speaker 1: Verdict with Ted Cruz. Now you can listen to this
- 12:00Speaker 1: podcast its entirety by downloading Verdict with Ted Cruz. But
- 12:04Speaker 1: I want to play for you just a portion of
- 12:06Speaker 1: what the Senator had to say, which made major headlines
- 12:10Speaker 1: and a big headache for the White House when he
- 12:12Speaker 1: said this. Given the enormous evidence of corruption involving Hunter
- 12:20Speaker 1: Biden and Joe Biden, involving Hunter Biden's selling access to
- 12:25Speaker 1: Joe Biden when he was Vice president, involving Hunter Biden
- 12:30Speaker 1: being paid millions of dollars from Barisma, the Ukrainian natural
- 12:34Speaker 1: gas company, and millions of dollars from companies funded by
- 12:40Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist government at the same time that Hunter Biden,
- 12:46Speaker 1: we know, was in his father's corvette. He has pictures
- 12:51Speaker 1: out on the Internet of him driving his father's corvette
- 12:56Speaker 1: which was parked, we now know, and it is admitted
- 13:00Speaker 1: next to classified documents. The FBI needs to search and
- 13:06Speaker 1: investigate to determine whether there are any classified documents at
- 13:11Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's home or business. And by the way, the
- 13:15Speaker 1: next question someone might ask is, okay, well, what is
- 13:19Speaker 1: the probable cause to search Hunter Biden's home or business,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and there may or may not be probable cause. If
- 13:29Speaker 1: you had to go to a court and get a
- 13:31Speaker 1: warrant for that search, you'd have to lay out the case.
- 13:35Speaker 1: But the question that should be asked tomorrow to Karen
- 13:41Speaker 1: Jean Pierre is does Hunter Biden object to an FBI
- 13:48Speaker 1: search of his home and business? Because if there's no objection,
- 13:53Speaker 1: the FBI can do it. Now, if he objects, that
- 13:56Speaker 1: tells you something. If he objects, that tells you, I
- 13:59Speaker 1: think more than just something. It tells you a hell
- 14:01Speaker 1: of a lot that's going on here with the Biden
- 14:04Speaker 1: crime family. Now this all comes to the top FBI
- 14:08Speaker 1: official who actually helped launch the Trump Russia probe. One
- 14:13Speaker 1: of those that helped with the Steele dossier, one of
- 14:15Speaker 1: those that helped with the Paisa warrant on Carter Page
- 14:21Speaker 1: has actually now been charged with major crimes for working
- 14:26Speaker 1: with the Russians. Matt Gates, Jim Jordan talking about this
- 14:30Speaker 1: aspect of now the prom with the FBI with Hannity folks. Now, remember,
- 14:34Speaker 1: let's give a timeline here. We we know for a
- 14:37Speaker 1: fact that the FBI was warned in August by Bruce
- 14:42Speaker 1: Orr don't trust the dirty dossier. He said it was political.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Early October twenty sixteen, the FBI sends agents over to
- 14:51Speaker 1: meet with the author, Christopher Steele, off from a million
- 14:54Speaker 1: dollar bounty. He couldn't get the money because he had
- 14:56Speaker 1: no proof to corroborate this. By the end of October,
- 15:00Speaker 1: it becomes what Andrew McCabe, the Deputy FBI director, mentioned
- 15:04Speaker 1: was the bulk of information without the dirty dossier, no
- 15:08Speaker 1: FISA applications. And yet this guy working on this case
- 15:11Speaker 1: was the one actually involved in colluding with the Russians,
- 15:15Speaker 1: right son. The same FBI that spied on President Trump's campaign,
- 15:18Speaker 1: that aldered evidence in front of the FISA court, that
- 15:20Speaker 1: lied to the FISA court, now has an agent who
- 15:23Speaker 1: helped launch the Trump Russian investigation who's under indictment for
- 15:27Speaker 1: taking money from Russia. And understand, it's not just any agent.
- 15:31Speaker 1: This is this special agent in charge of counterintelligence in
- 15:35Speaker 1: the New York Division. And it's not just any Russian.
- 15:38Speaker 1: It's only Derri Posca, whose name comes up all the time.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Who was the guy Christopher Steele was working for. That
- 15:45Speaker 1: is the lay of the land here, and that is
- 15:47Speaker 1: why Matt and I have sent this letter we're going
- 15:48Speaker 1: to send this letter to get more answers on what
- 15:51Speaker 1: was this. This guy worked twenty some years at the FBI,
- 15:53Speaker 1: this McGonagall. So we want to know everything that's going
- 15:56Speaker 1: on here because this pattern that we've now seen and
- 15:59Speaker 1: the political name to that exists, based on what whistleblowers
- 16:02Speaker 1: have told us and based on what we have seen,
- 16:04Speaker 1: has to end. What are you discovery, what are the
- 16:06Speaker 1: whistleblowers saying, Matt Gates? And what will the American people
- 16:10Speaker 1: likely learn in these hearings. Well, there's two critical vectors
- 16:14Speaker 1: that we're investigating on the Judiciary Committee. First, the extent
- 16:17Speaker 1: to which our national security apparatus is corrupted by politics
- 16:22Speaker 1: here at home. That's where the missile whistleblowers have talked
- 16:24Speaker 1: about really degrading evidence that would otherwise implicate the Biden family.
- 16:30Speaker 1: But this story that is breaking now that is huge,
- 16:32Speaker 1: shows us that there is also a real coercion with
- 16:36Speaker 1: foreign cash that comes in and has an impact on
- 16:40Speaker 1: our FBI. What we now know is that the head
- 16:43Speaker 1: of counterintelligence at the New York Field Office was turned
- 16:46Speaker 1: by the Russians, and this is the very person who
- 16:49Speaker 1: helped do the intake on the initial Russia hoax. So
- 16:53Speaker 1: now we have to determine when that person was turned
- 16:57Speaker 1: and I'm very concerned that it may have been while
- 16:59Speaker 1: he was at the FBI. Even in this indictment, Sean
- 17:02Speaker 1: details show he was setting up business organizations in New
- 17:06Speaker 1: Jersey that later accepted corrupt cash from Russians while he
- 17:10Speaker 1: was leading counterintelligence efforts at the New York Field Office.
- 17:14Speaker 1: There could be real dangerous here to national security. That's
- 17:17Speaker 1: why mister Jordan and I want to know if they
- 17:18Speaker 1: are legislative proposals or oversight endeavors we have to engage
- 17:22Speaker 1: in to figure out how deep this rot goes. You
- 17:25Speaker 1: look at the rot twenty something years. This FBI agent
- 17:28Speaker 1: they're now saying, was that the FBI who now was
- 17:32Speaker 1: clearly working for the Russians. This is a guy that
- 17:36Speaker 1: tried to frame the President of the United States of America. Again,
- 17:40Speaker 1: that's a really big problem. We should all understand how
- 17:44Speaker 1: big of a problem that is. You have the President
- 17:48Speaker 1: who sang nothing about any of this. You have Senator
- 17:52Speaker 1: Cruz on Biden's classified documents saying the FBI needs to
- 17:56Speaker 1: search the residence of Hunter Biden. Again, he said it
- 18:00Speaker 1: this way on Fox earlier today is he continues to
- 18:03Speaker 1: reiterate the point. You cannot separate now the crimes that
- 18:07Speaker 1: were being committed on behalf of Hunter Biden from Joe Biden,
- 18:12Speaker 1: because they're in the same deals. I believe the FBI
- 18:16Speaker 1: needs to search the residences of Hunter Biden and any
- 18:20Speaker 1: business offices of Hunter Biden to determine if they're classified
- 18:23Speaker 1: materials there. Because if these classified materials in particular implicate
- 18:28Speaker 1: Barisma Ukraine, Communist China payments going to Hunter Biden, or
- 18:34Speaker 1: Joe Biden's brother or the Biden family, then this shifts
- 18:37Speaker 1: from a political problem to a very serious problem of
- 18:42Speaker 1: criminal liability and major crimes. And so the FBI needs
- 18:46Speaker 1: to search the University of Delaware archives, and they need
- 18:49Speaker 1: to search Hunter Biden's home and business addresses, home and
- 18:54Speaker 1: business addresses. This on top of now need to look
- 18:57Speaker 1: at all of the art dealing that has been done
- 19:00Speaker 1: and who has been buying all of these paintings. You
- 19:03Speaker 1: cannot separate any of this. The corruption here is just
- 19:09Speaker 1: so deep, and to put it in perspective, every news
- 19:13Speaker 1: channel should have told it to you this way. Peter
- 19:16Speaker 1: Doocey said it a couple days ago in front of
- 19:17Speaker 1: the White House. This this is the first time a
- 19:20Speaker 1: sitting president has had a home searched by the FBI,
- 19:23Speaker 1: and the Press secretary insists President Biden does still intend
- 19:27Speaker 1: to run for president run for reelection in twenty twenty four,
- 19:30Speaker 1: but they do concede there is no president for somebody
- 19:34Speaker 1: running for president after having the FBI search their most
- 19:39Speaker 1: private quarters and now it looks like they're looking at
- 19:44Speaker 1: other things. We also have a new report out about
- 19:47Speaker 1: the documents and where they were stored at Penn Biden Center.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Give you an example, The Penn Biden Center had a
- 19:55Speaker 1: June event. This is while those documents were still there,
- 19:58Speaker 1: and it allowed a indees to be unmonitored in the
- 20:03Speaker 1: building for access a conference. The Biden Pen Center in
- 20:08Speaker 1: June reportedly permitted attendees to be unmonitored and have access
- 20:12Speaker 1: to all the facility, where in November classified documents were
- 20:16Speaker 1: found in an office. Joe Biden maintained it was a
- 20:20Speaker 1: two day boot camp quote unquote held for congressional staffers
- 20:25Speaker 1: to promote a working relationship with China on issues such
- 20:29Speaker 1: as energy and academia. The Washington Free Beacon broke this story.
- 20:34Speaker 1: The University of Pennsylvania, which houses the Biden Pen Center,
- 20:38Speaker 1: had received millions and millions in anonymous Chinese donations and
- 20:44Speaker 1: facts and Spiden assumed office. University of penn has reportedly
- 20:48Speaker 1: received donations where fifty two million from anonymous sources, including
- 20:53Speaker 1: from China and Saudi Arabia, raising even more concerns of
- 21:01Speaker 1: national security at the highest levels the university appends. Close
- 21:06Speaker 1: ties to China appear not to cause an increase in
- 21:09Speaker 1: facility security for the June event either. According to Washington
- 21:13Speaker 1: Free Beacon, the two day conference had slack security that
- 21:17Speaker 1: permitted congressional staffers and other attendees to wander around the
- 21:22Speaker 1: building back in June. They had a conference where the
- 21:26Speaker 1: attendees they could pretty much do and see whatever the
- 21:29Speaker 1: hell they wanted to quote from the report, there were
- 21:34Speaker 1: no posted security officials at the Penn Biden Center during
- 21:37Speaker 1: the June conference, just regular staffers and attendees were able
- 21:43Speaker 1: to walk around the center center unmonitored and make use
- 21:47Speaker 1: of unused rooms for phone calls and other private work
- 21:51Speaker 1: during the conference. The lack of security at the event
- 21:55Speaker 1: raises questions of whether Biden's classified information at the center
- 21:58Speaker 1: was compromised. The Pennbiden Center's lack of security comes as
- 22:03Speaker 1: the Justice Department and lawmakers have said that they are
- 22:07Speaker 1: investigating Biden's classified documents scandal, which was first revealed to
- 22:11Speaker 1: the public on January the ninth, to a leak to
- 22:14Speaker 1: CBS News. The Department of Justice and the White House
- 22:18Speaker 1: had known about the scanal for weeks and weeks. In fact,
- 22:21Speaker 1: Biden's personal attorney found the documents, they claimed while they
- 22:24Speaker 1: were cleaning out the office packing it up on November
- 22:28Speaker 1: the second, just a few days before the midterm elections,
- 22:30Speaker 1: and they had to deal with the DOJ to make
- 22:32Speaker 1: sure that information did not reach the public. It's also
- 22:36Speaker 1: unclear why Biden's personal attorneys were initially circuit searching for
- 22:41Speaker 1: classified material. The White House and the dj have failed
- 22:44Speaker 1: to provide the initial reason or cause for the search.
- 22:48Speaker 1: But we do know is this the Pennbiden Center has
- 22:51Speaker 1: not complied with congressional inquiries into how classified documents were
- 22:57Speaker 1: stored at the facility. That's what we know for sure.
- 23:01Speaker 1: In fact, some of the classified documents that were stored
- 23:04Speaker 1: at the center were labeled top secret, the highest classification
- 23:08Speaker 1: of classified information. The materials reportedly pertain to Iran, United
- 23:13Speaker 1: Kingdom and Ukraine where the Biden family businesses had conducted
- 23:17Speaker 1: many foreign business deals. Again, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Iran.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Now when you look at all that put in perspective,
- 23:27Speaker 1: you understand now why this is such a big deal.
- 23:30Speaker 1: In fact, there's also multiple reports now that say the
- 23:33Speaker 1: White House hid classified documents scandal from you. Remember when
- 23:37Speaker 1: Joe Biden said that they were going to be the
- 23:39Speaker 1: most transparent administration and history. All right, let me just
- 23:44Speaker 1: take a quick pause here, and I do want to
- 23:46Speaker 1: tell you about our friends that have got the precious metals.
- 23:49Speaker 1: If you've been saving for a long time for retirement,
- 23:53Speaker 1: you know that you need to protect your money and
- 23:56Speaker 1: one way to do that is with a gold ira.
- 23:59Speaker 1: I'm excited about to telling you about a company that
- 24:01Speaker 1: I actually use. I have actually worked with, a Gust
- 24:04Speaker 1: of Precious Medals. They are different because they will even
- 24:08Speaker 1: tell you if a gold ira isn't your answer, they
- 24:12Speaker 1: give you just the facts. Now, a Gust of Precious
- 24:14Speaker 1: Metal is all about protecting your ira and your four
- 24:18Speaker 1: oh one k. They're great people, a great conservative company.
- 24:23Speaker 1: They're great people at a great conservative company. They understand
- 24:28Speaker 1: right now that it's crazy with our economy, and it's
- 24:31Speaker 1: extremely important, especially if you're close to retirement, to protect
- 24:35Speaker 1: your assets because there's no time to make up losses.
- 24:38Speaker 1: So if you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more,
- 24:41Speaker 1: then you should take a look at their free guide
- 24:43Speaker 1: and you should really sign up for something that I've done.

- 24:50Speaker 1: individual about gold iras and your four oh one k

- 24:56Speaker 1: you're protecting your hard earned assets when you get really
- 24:59Speaker 1: close to retirement. Eight seven seven four the number four
- 25:04Speaker 1: gold IRA eight seven seven four gold IRA, or visit
- 25:10Speaker 1: them online at Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Say I
- 25:13Speaker 1: sent you and they will pay your fees for up
- 25:15Speaker 1: to ten years. That's Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Eight
- 25:19Speaker 1: seven seven four gold IRA. Now multiple reports are corroborating
- 25:27Speaker 1: that day in fact did referring to the White House
- 25:30Speaker 1: and the Justice Department had an agreement to hide President
- 25:34Speaker 1: Joe Biden's classified documents scandal from the American public, despite
- 25:38Speaker 1: claims of transparency after it was leaked to the press
- 25:44Speaker 1: at least three times. The establishment media report that Biden
- 25:47Speaker 1: the DOJ agreed to hide the scandal from the public view,
- 25:53Speaker 1: with likely had they had no plan to disclose it
- 25:56Speaker 1: until the scandal was leaked by CBS News on January
- 25:59Speaker 1: the ninth. If they wouldn't have leaked it, you wouldn't
- 26:01Speaker 1: even know about any of this. This was weeks and
- 26:05Speaker 1: weeks after the initial trove was found by Biden's personal attorneys. Again,
- 26:10Speaker 1: they made a deal, don't say anything, We'll just make
- 26:13Speaker 1: this go away. White House officials are also reportedly suspicious
- 26:18Speaker 1: about how Biden's classified document scandal was leaked to the
- 26:21Speaker 1: press after only a group of White House and DJ
- 26:24Speaker 1: officials knew about the violation. So now they're furious about
- 26:28Speaker 1: the leaker and they're trying to find out who the
- 26:30Speaker 1: hell it is. Democratic allies are also increasingly frustrated by
- 26:35Speaker 1: the White House. We're now being told that they had
- 26:39Speaker 1: the discovery the secret documents from the public for two months,
- 26:43Speaker 1: and even once it was reported, provided only partial information,
- 26:47Speaker 1: then declared multiple times that the search was complete. The
- 26:50Speaker 1: search had been completed, the search was complete, quoting the
- 26:54Speaker 1: White House Press Secretary, only to have a significant portion
- 26:59Speaker 1: of documents. New documents appear. More documents turning up. They
- 27:06Speaker 1: promptly contacted the authorities the DJ after the documents were found.
- 27:10Speaker 1: It's not to work collaboratively to find any other stray papers,
- 27:15Speaker 1: is what the White House wants you to believe. That
- 27:19Speaker 1: cost them in the public sphere because they concluded that
- 27:21Speaker 1: it would be more advantageous not to publicly disclose the discovery,
- 27:29Speaker 1: and they didn't want to antagonize the Justice Department officials
- 27:34Speaker 1: examining the situation and ultimately persuade them that the incident
- 27:38Speaker 1: had nothing more that was nothing more than a good
- 27:41Speaker 1: faith mistake. Quote unquote, The Times reportedly said from the
- 27:46Speaker 1: people around this this morning. Now, Biden has made it
- 27:50Speaker 1: clear over and over again, right on hiding classified documents
- 27:53Speaker 1: as his house and garage for years, that he also
- 27:56Speaker 1: has no regrets over any of this. I think you're
- 27:59Speaker 1: going to find there's nothing there. I have no regrets.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I'm following what the lawyers have told me they want
- 28:05Speaker 1: me to do. It's exactly what we're doing. There's no
- 28:08Speaker 1: there there, thank you. There's no there there, thank you.
- 28:12Speaker 1: I have no regrets. Early on, Bodien's attorneys and the
- 28:17Speaker 1: Justice Department investigators, it's now being reported both thought they
- 28:21Speaker 1: had a shared understanding about keeping the matter quiet. The
- 28:25Speaker 1: Washington Post acknowledge, referencing the Bid administration's collaboration and to
- 28:31Speaker 1: conceal revelations of the second trove of stash documents. The
- 28:37Speaker 1: Times reported the Post account on January the twentieth, quote
- 28:42Speaker 1: The quiet cooperation continued for weeks between the AIDS and
- 28:45Speaker 1: the DOJ, and despite the efforts to conceal the scandal.
- 28:50Speaker 1: The Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed Monday his department had
- 28:53Speaker 1: not applied a double standard of justice to the scandal
- 28:57Speaker 1: when it's compared to Donald Trump. Quote. We do not
- 29:01Speaker 1: have different rules for Democrats or Republicans, different rules for
- 29:06Speaker 1: the powerful or the powerless, different rules for the rich
- 29:10Speaker 1: and for the poor. We apply the facts and the
- 29:14Speaker 1: law in each case is a neutral, nonpartisan matter, Meriic
- 29:20Speaker 1: Garland wants you to believe. It's also still very much
- 29:24Speaker 1: unclear why Biden's personal attorneys were initially searching for his
- 29:29Speaker 1: legals illegally stashed documents. The Biden Pen Center, the White House,
- 29:35Speaker 1: and the dj have failed to provide the initial reason
- 29:42Speaker 1: or cause for the search. Now, former President Donald Trump
- 29:51Speaker 1: believes a double standard of the justice has been apparent.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Regarding the documents found at Marlago. Trump has claimed he
- 30:00Speaker 1: declassified the documents before the materials arrived in Florida. A
- 30:06Speaker 1: power of vice president might not have Biden lie to
- 30:09Speaker 1: the American people and weaponize the Justice Department, or as
- 30:13Speaker 1: I call it, the Injustice Department, to go after me
- 30:17Speaker 1: for the very crime he actually committed. Trump said a
- 30:21Speaker 1: new statement. He said, the difference is that while I
- 30:25Speaker 1: did everything right, I did nothing wrong. Biden did everything
- 30:31Speaker 1: wrong because he, as the vice president, could not declassify
- 30:35Speaker 1: and should not have had any of these documents. Now,
- 30:41Speaker 1: if you're the White House right now, how do you
- 30:45Speaker 1: distract people from all of this. I'll tell you the
- 30:48Speaker 1: headline that it sums it up in one simple way.
- 30:53Speaker 1: There's a headline that is out there right now, and man,
- 30:58Speaker 1: does the media love this four hundred million usaid package.
- 31:03Speaker 1: Biden is announcing to the nation that we're going to
- 31:07Speaker 1: be giving that money to Ukraine. Because when you need
- 31:10Speaker 1: a distraction, war is the best way to accomplish it
- 31:13Speaker 1: in politics. Apparently, Biden announced thirty one Abram's main battle
- 31:19Speaker 1: tanks will be sent to Ukraine. He announced Wednesday afternoon
- 31:25Speaker 1: that he was approving sending thirty one Abrams in one
- 31:28Speaker 1: main battle tanks to Ukraine in an escalation of your
- 31:31Speaker 1: support for the war as it nears the one year mark.
- 31:34Speaker 1: With spring of approaching, Ukrainian forces are working to defend
- 31:38Speaker 1: the territory they hold and preparing for additional counter offenses
- 31:42Speaker 1: to liberate their land. They need to be able to
- 31:45Speaker 1: counter Russia's tactics and strategy on the battlefield in the
- 31:50Speaker 1: very near term. They need to improve their ability to
- 31:53Speaker 1: maneuver and open and open terrain, and they need an
- 31:56Speaker 1: enduring capability to turn defend against Russian aggression over the
- 32:00Speaker 1: long term. So what did the presidents say? Quote today,
- 32:04Speaker 1: I'm announcing that the United States will be sending thirty
- 32:06Speaker 1: one Abrams tanks to Ukraine, the equivalent of one Ukrainian battalion,
- 32:11Speaker 1: he said. Biden did not mention the cost, but shortly
- 32:15Speaker 1: after the remarks, the Department of Defense announce a package
- 32:18Speaker 1: of four hundred million under a Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative. Wow.
- 32:25Speaker 1: German tanks, by the way, also rolling east. Berlin has
- 32:29Speaker 1: approved Leopard two's for Ukraine as well as They're getting
- 32:35Speaker 1: in on the action. Now, this is going to cost
- 32:38Speaker 1: you four hundred million dollars if you're a taxpayer, four
- 32:42Speaker 1: hundred United States of America aid package represents the beginning
- 32:47Speaker 1: of a contracting process to provide quote, additional capabilities to Ukraine.
- 32:54Speaker 1: The Defense Department set in a press release. If you're
- 32:58Speaker 1: Joe Biden in this team, what a brilliant move get
- 33:02Speaker 1: us on the brink of war three? And does anybody
- 33:04Speaker 1: give a crap about classified documents or the FBI or
- 33:08Speaker 1: what's at your house. If you can distract by going
- 33:12Speaker 1: to war or having or starting World War three, it's
- 33:15Speaker 1: a pretty smart move. Make sure you share a podcast,
- 33:19Speaker 1: as we'll continue to keep you updating all of this.

- 33:24Speaker 1: we can reach more people. And I will see you
