- 1:59Speaker 2: You're thinking, Uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:04Speaker 2: You're listening to the voice, come on, dig me now
- 2:07Speaker 2: one and on it. Steve Harvey got a radio show man, Yeah,
- 2:13Speaker 2: I do. Man. God been good to me. Man, he
- 2:17Speaker 2: been so good to me. Wow. And and you know
- 2:23Speaker 2: why I say it like that. What makes it amazing
- 2:25Speaker 2: is because it's been in spite of myself. I mean,
- 2:29Speaker 2: you know what I mean by that. I mean I
- 2:32Speaker 2: mean that he's been good to me in spite of
- 2:36Speaker 2: all the craziness I've done, all the foolishness I've gotten
- 2:40Speaker 2: myself involved with, and not only got but knowingly got
- 2:45Speaker 2: myself involved with, all of the stupid decisions I've made.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Put all that to the side, and he's still been
- 2:56Speaker 2: good to me. Bring it all and put it on
- 2:58Speaker 2: the plate, and he's still being good to me. Man.
- 3:01Speaker 2: That's amazing man, And I'm sure there's a lot of
- 3:04Speaker 2: people that can say the exact same thing. I mean,
- 3:07Speaker 2: come on, man, I got you. Ain't famous, I got
- 3:10Speaker 2: ain't nobody, got no microphone in your face, I got nobody,
- 3:12Speaker 2: ain't got no spotlight on you. I got nobody, ain't
- 3:15Speaker 2: got no camera in your face. I got nobody. Probably
- 3:17Speaker 2: ain't nobody blogging about you. But let me tell you something.
- 3:20Speaker 2: If you break it down and be real about it,
- 3:22Speaker 2: Oh you done done something outside the box. You done
- 3:26Speaker 2: done something ladies included, you've done something out the box.
- 3:29Speaker 2: You woke up and went what did I do that for? Oh?
- 3:33Speaker 2: We've all done it. So with all that said and done,
- 3:38Speaker 2: God still loves you, man, God still loves you, still
- 3:42Speaker 2: wants the best for you, still considers you his child,
- 3:45Speaker 2: and its willing. It's willing man to show you your future.
- 3:50Speaker 2: He is willing to show you your life. He is
- 3:53Speaker 2: willing to let you take a peek at the blueprint. Man.
- 3:57Speaker 2: That's an amazing God right there. Because I know I
- 4:01Speaker 2: couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. I'm glad it's him,
- 4:05Speaker 2: you know. Today, Man, I want to encourage brothers out there.
- 4:08Speaker 2: And when I say brothers, I'm talking to everybody that's
- 4:10Speaker 2: of the male species. I don't care about your color.
- 4:13Speaker 2: I really really don't. I don't even have time for
- 4:15Speaker 2: that in my day. Matter of fact, sometimes when you
- 4:18Speaker 2: get to discuss and race, I just get tired of it.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Sometimes I just wish, you know, some days I just
- 4:23Speaker 2: want to wake up, just do me. You know, I
- 4:26Speaker 2: got what the skin tone is, I got that, But
- 4:30Speaker 2: I just want to wake up some days and just
- 4:32Speaker 2: going by my business and do me. I don't want
- 4:34Speaker 2: to have to deal with it somebody. I get tired
- 4:35Speaker 2: of talking about the issues. Ain't gonna make them go away,
- 4:37Speaker 2: But sometimes I get tired. So to day, I'm talking
- 4:39Speaker 2: to brothers, all the brothers of the male species. I'm
- 4:43Speaker 2: talking about men today. Man, if you ain't doing it all,
- 4:49Speaker 2: if you're feel an empty man, start today completing your
- 4:52Speaker 2: process and your journey. And you know what I'm saying
- 4:55Speaker 2: by that, if there's a part of you just missing
- 4:58Speaker 2: as a man, and now, man, I'm talking to you.
- 5:02Speaker 2: So you know, some ladies listening, but you know what
- 5:05Speaker 2: I'm talking about. It's some part of you that's missing
- 5:08Speaker 2: as a man. If you ain't really been in touch
- 5:11Speaker 2: with your kids like you're supposed to now for whatever
- 5:14Speaker 2: the reason is. And please know, I do understand how
- 5:19Speaker 2: sometimes women can use children as pawns. It happens all
- 5:24Speaker 2: the time. I've been through it. I've been through it, man,
- 5:27Speaker 2: I know what it feels like, man, to wanna do something.
- 5:31Speaker 2: But because you ain't got this or you ain't doing this,
- 5:33Speaker 2: then I ain't gonna let you have this. You gotta
- 5:36Speaker 2: fight through, fellas, you got to fight through. You got
- 5:41Speaker 2: to fulfill your end of the deal. And I got
- 5:45Speaker 2: how difficult they making it. I got how man, it's
- 5:48Speaker 2: gonna come with some drama, but you gotta fight through it.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Because man, we need fathers to be fathers. That's really
- 5:55Speaker 2: what we need. If you're a man out there and
- 5:57Speaker 2: you are a father of a child, we need you
- 6:00Speaker 2: do your job. I'm talking about our community, our situation,
- 6:07Speaker 2: us as a people, all of us. We need you
- 6:11Speaker 2: to be a father period. Hey man, I ain't coming
- 6:16Speaker 2: down on you. I'm just your boy. I'm your man.
- 6:19Speaker 2: And I've been in the same predicament, in the same
- 6:22Speaker 2: hole myself where I couldn't get to them, where they
- 6:26Speaker 2: would use as pawns where they were told things about
- 6:29Speaker 2: me that wasn't even true. I've been through it. You
- 6:33Speaker 2: can't see them, you don't come up. Okay, okay, I
- 6:35Speaker 2: got all that. You ain't sent this. You ain't okay,
- 6:37Speaker 2: Hey got all that. If you can call them sometimes,
- 6:43Speaker 2: tell them you're thinking about them, tell them you love them.
- 6:47Speaker 2: If you can get a letter to them, if you
- 6:49Speaker 2: can get a message to your children through one of
- 6:51Speaker 2: your relatives, start the process today. Be a father. It's
- 6:58Speaker 2: your job now. Because you ignoring him, or you acting
- 7:02Speaker 2: like they ain't over there, or you thee backed them
- 7:04Speaker 2: out of your mind because the situation got too difficult.
- 7:07Speaker 2: I got that. I got that. But you got to
- 7:10Speaker 2: step up and be fathers. You got to write a letter.
- 7:14Speaker 2: You gotta send the money. If she talking about it.
- 7:16Speaker 2: If you don't send all the money, you ain't gonna
- 7:17Speaker 2: seem send what you got if she if taking it
- 7:20Speaker 2: over there is too much drama, send it through a relative,
- 7:23Speaker 2: give it to a mama, give it to her sister,
- 7:25Speaker 2: ask her to take it over there and do something
- 7:27Speaker 2: for the baby. Because okay, okay, you can't deal with
- 7:29Speaker 2: the drama. I got that, and I know it's much
- 7:33Speaker 2: to pay. When you have to deal with that because
- 7:36Speaker 2: clearly I know hell have no fury like a woman's going.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Please know. I know that, Please know, And that's a
- 7:42Speaker 2: real statement. That ain't no saying, Steve got that's that's
- 7:46Speaker 2: the truth. But do what you gotta do. Sometimes you
- 7:51Speaker 2: have to apologize. Sometimes an apology goes a long way
- 7:55Speaker 2: to your children. Just say look, because I've made this
- 7:59Speaker 2: apolo before. Hey man, look I'm sorry I wasn't there
- 8:04Speaker 2: for you. I was out grinding and hustling and I
- 8:07Speaker 2: wasn't paying attention to you and I should have been.
- 8:11Speaker 2: And I apologize now. I imagine, man, there's days where
- 8:14Speaker 2: you was telling people I was your father up at
- 8:16Speaker 2: the school and they wasn't believing you. I apologize for
- 8:19Speaker 2: sending you through that. But now, ma'am, I tell you what.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I made some mistakes, and I got it together. I
- 8:26Speaker 2: want me and you to move forward as father and son.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I want me and you to move forward as father
- 8:31Speaker 2: and daughter. I want to be in your life now.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I ain't got a lot, but guess what, I know
- 8:36Speaker 2: a lot because if you a man and you a father,
- 8:38Speaker 2: please know, you know something that child don't know. You
- 8:41Speaker 2: have information, you have experience. That's all they need sometimes
- 8:45Speaker 2: to have somebody to talk to. That daughter yours just
- 8:49Speaker 2: needs to know from her daddy, how should a man
- 8:53Speaker 2: treat me? Dad? What should I look for in a man? See,
- 8:57Speaker 2: they'll take that information from you because they know it's
- 8:59Speaker 2: come from the right place. And then you know that
- 9:02Speaker 2: your son needs you because you know how difficult it
- 9:06Speaker 2: is if you're trying to be a man without your daddy.
- 9:09Speaker 2: You already know how funky that is, right there. So
- 9:13Speaker 2: come on, man and meet your mistakes and move forward.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Call your kids, write a letter, get a phone number
- 9:20Speaker 2: on them, send a text, drop a message, send a
- 9:23Speaker 2: note up to the school. Do something. Man. If those
- 9:27Speaker 2: of us that are fathers would just be fathers, I
- 9:31Speaker 2: could shut the minering camp down. Now. I will say,
- 9:37Speaker 2: I apologize because I don't want you to think I'm
- 9:39Speaker 2: coming down on you. But I've been through this myself.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I ain't really coming down. I'm just reminding you. This
- 9:44Speaker 2: is our job. These are our children, this is our responsibility.
- 9:49Speaker 2: We are men. There is no excuses. You don't get
- 9:53Speaker 2: you don't get cut a brake on that one.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Sorry, you're listening.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Show ladies and gentlemen without further. Ado, let me make
- 10:05Speaker 2: this announcement that it's morning again. He did it again.
- 10:11Speaker 2: It's morning again. Do you realize? Do you realize that
- 10:16Speaker 2: he has done it again? Nothing you can do about it.
- 10:19Speaker 2: You can't stop that sun from coming up. You can't
- 10:23Speaker 2: stop it from setting. You can't you can't stop time.
- 10:27Speaker 2: You can't affect the tide, time and tide weights on. No, man,
- 10:33Speaker 2: crystal clear, I don't understand how there are people who
- 10:38Speaker 2: are still questioning whether there's a god or not when
- 10:42Speaker 2: the evidence is everywhere, the wind that blows where it
- 10:46Speaker 2: comes from. But you're trying to tell me signs the
- 10:49Speaker 2: oceans that got created or that just came from science,
- 10:54Speaker 2: The mountains, the meadows, the valleys, the flowering, the seasons,
- 10:58Speaker 2: all of it. Polar bears anything, polar bears paying the
- 11:01Speaker 2: bad where they come from. If ain't no God, how
- 11:05Speaker 2: come all the bads ain't white? While you got brown bears,
- 11:09Speaker 2: black beds, black and white bed while you got grizzly bad,
- 11:15Speaker 2: while while you got that black bed what what? It's
- 11:19Speaker 2: just too much evidence? Man, Horizon, sunsets, cloud covering. You
- 11:24Speaker 2: ever seen the sunset look the same twice? Nope? Ever
- 11:28Speaker 2: seen cloud cover that was the exact same, Nope. Ever
- 11:32Speaker 2: seen two clouds shaped alike? Nope. Ever seen a body
- 11:37Speaker 2: of water that looked the same every single day? Nope,
- 11:41Speaker 2: It's just too much evidence. Man, Steve Harrey Morning Show,
- 11:44Speaker 2: Shirley Strawberry calling for real Mississippi Monica Junior and the
- 11:48Speaker 2: legend that is nephew Tommy Junior.
- 11:53Speaker 9: You know, voting right now, be voting everybody everything. But
- 11:58Speaker 9: I just I'm just curious on how you would do
- 11:59Speaker 9: this if you was If you was president, you could
- 12:03Speaker 9: pick your cabinet amongst us. What positions and rolls do
- 12:06Speaker 9: we have in your in your cabinet?
- 12:08Speaker 2: In president, Monica would be the minister of education because
- 12:13Speaker 2: she got the most degrees. Why she got the most degrees? Uh,
- 12:24Speaker 2: color would be in charge of h hood, h housing
- 12:32Speaker 2: and urban development. We're gonna keep her right in the hood, good,
- 12:37Speaker 2: right with my people.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Yes, Uh, I'd.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Put Thomas cheap Ass in charge of finance because he
- 12:44Speaker 2: stands his hell. We'll reduce the debt because he don't
- 12:48Speaker 2: buy you nothing unless it's on sale or the only
- 12:54Speaker 2: thing he bought news that damn house. I was surprised
- 12:57Speaker 2: when he bought that Shad told you that shock he
- 13:00Speaker 2: at war, Go buy a used cart heartbeat.

- 14:32Speaker 8: I'm gonna do the stuff that you don't want to do.
- 14:34Speaker 2: And knowing you, it's gonna be a lot that you
- 14:37Speaker 2: don't want to do as president.
- 14:39Speaker 8: And if it would behoove you to let me do
- 14:41Speaker 8: a lot so you can keep your presidents, because if

- 20:08Speaker 8: Hey, I gotta ask you one more thing, Miss Anthony.
- 20:11Speaker 8: What is the baddest radio show.
- 20:13Speaker 2: In the land? Man?
- 20:14Speaker 8: You know what it is?
- 20:19Speaker 10: All right?
- 20:20Speaker 7: Man?
- 20:22Speaker 2: And now you have it.
- 20:23Speaker 8: Drawled at the retirement home and I will be back
- 20:27Speaker 8: in another hour. I'll be more ignorant, most stupid, more crazy,
- 20:30Speaker 8: And the nephew is here holding my position down.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Thank you so kindly.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Trouble all right, nephew, Thank you. Coming up next, it
- 20:40Speaker 4: is asked the CLO with her Chief Love Officer, Steve
- 20:43Speaker 4: Harvey in the building. Right after this, You're listening Hard
- 20:48Speaker 4: Morning Show coming up at the top of the hour.
- 20:51Speaker 4: In entertainment news, former First Lady Michelle Obama will headline
- 20:55Speaker 4: a voter rally in Atlanta. Former President Jimmy Carter cast
- 20:59Speaker 4: his for Kamala Harris weeks after his one hundred birthday,
- 21:04Speaker 4: and Jay Z extends his deal with the NFL. Also,
- 21:07Speaker 4: the Victorious Secret Fashion Show returns with the one and
- 21:10Speaker 4: only Tyra Banks. We'll talk about all of these stories
- 21:14Speaker 4: at the top of the hour, but right now, it
- 21:16Speaker 4: is time to ask the CLO with the Chief Love Officer,
- 21:20Speaker 4: Steve Harvey. This one's from Gia and Norcross. Gea writes,
- 21:25Speaker 4: my husband and I are twenty five. He got caught
- 21:27Speaker 4: having sex with an older woman at work. He didn't
- 21:31Speaker 4: get fired, but she did. I believed him when he
- 21:35Speaker 4: said she forced herself on him. My friends say I'm
- 21:38Speaker 4: naive and he's a cheater. Should I stand by him
- 21:41Speaker 4: or not?
- 21:48Speaker 2: You can use that.
- 21:52Speaker 6: He did.
- 21:54Speaker 2: She had worked it herself. Boomwood, where where how you
- 22:04Speaker 2: know the part that's that. That's hard about that. But
- 22:08Speaker 2: young lady, look first of all, let me say this.
- 22:10Speaker 2: If you want your marriage to work, go ahead and
- 22:13Speaker 2: fight through it. H cheat, he did cheat. That's a
- 22:21Speaker 2: fact that that is a fact. He did cheat. I
- 22:26Speaker 2: didn't know you could use that one though. She forced
- 22:30Speaker 2: herself on me. I've never even tried that one because
- 22:34Speaker 2: I know what I have to feel and do to
- 22:37Speaker 2: actually be engaged. So right there, you got to be excited,
- 22:44Speaker 2: right how very But it's the consent though, So, young lady,
- 22:52Speaker 2: if you're trying to make your marriage work, then go
- 22:54Speaker 2: on stand line.
- 22:55Speaker 14: You know.
- 22:55Speaker 2: But and ain't no, ain't no older woman forced theyself
- 22:59Speaker 2: on you. He twenty five, Come on now, twenty five.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Force.
- 23:06Speaker 4: Moving on to Porsche in Huntsville, Porsche said, I had
- 23:10Speaker 4: a fling with a girl I met. I met at church.
- 23:15Speaker 4: It was an experimental time for me, and we're still
- 23:18Speaker 4: good friends. I'm about to get married. And she asked me,
- 23:22Speaker 4: if my husband knows about our history, is this something
- 23:25Speaker 4: he would hold against me if I told him.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Why would you tell him?
- 23:31Speaker 8: Stupid?
- 23:31Speaker 2: No, don't tell him. It's experimental stage. Stop running your mouth,
- 23:37Speaker 2: shut up, be quiet, God, du du du da, go
- 23:43Speaker 2: do the bell song, walk down that aisle, get your
- 23:45Speaker 2: little flower keys out there, get your ring bear, hon
- 23:48Speaker 2: go in there. Don't No, he don't know, and nor
- 23:51Speaker 2: will he. And why are you still talking to her?
- 23:55Speaker 2: Does he know how? History?
- 23:56Speaker 14: He got?
- 23:57Speaker 2: No history? You ain't here? Hold that against me? Yeah?
- 24:03Speaker 2: Probably probably? Why risky? M yeah?
- 24:09Speaker 1: Okay?
- 24:11Speaker 2: And if it ever come up?
- 24:13Speaker 6: Lie?
- 24:16Speaker 4: What starting off?
- 24:20Speaker 2: Excuse me? She had a fleeing with a girl she
- 24:24Speaker 2: met at church. You don't think it's time to lie
- 24:30Speaker 2: fling girl at church?
- 24:33Speaker 14: What?
- 24:34Speaker 2: So this is lie? How far the bounce is the
- 24:36Speaker 2: lie on me? Don't don't listen, Just do like uncle Steve,
- 24:42Speaker 2: to keep it to yourself. Don't run in there. Start
- 24:47Speaker 2: at your house with your man. Don't put no ideas
- 24:51Speaker 2: in his head that this is how you are. Oh,
- 24:54Speaker 2: this is what we're doing. No, no, don't do that.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Don't do that. Yeah, all right.
- 25:00Speaker 4: Moving on to Cassandra and new Haven. Cassandra says, my
- 25:03Speaker 4: husband and I went to his niece's wedding and his
- 25:06Speaker 4: toast to the newlyweds was so embarrassing. He talked as
- 25:10Speaker 4: if marriage was terrible, and I get on his last nerve.
- 25:14Speaker 4: Why would he do it there was he joking or
- 25:18Speaker 4: is that how he really feels?
- 25:20Speaker 2: Well, a great joke, and all of us would tell
- 25:23Speaker 2: you this is ninety percent truth. He was sitting there.
- 25:30Speaker 2: You know, you do get on his nerves though I
- 25:34Speaker 2: could tell you that flat out. Most men have jokes
- 25:37Speaker 2: about that. Though most men who are married have jokes
- 25:41Speaker 2: about that. The only person that don't joke about that
- 25:43Speaker 2: he is.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Joking because he's married.
- 25:48Speaker 2: He said, it was so embarrassing it should have been,
- 25:53Speaker 2: and he was trying to be funny, and it was
- 25:55Speaker 2: at your experience. You're still married, but you do get
- 26:01Speaker 2: on his damn marriage. Don't know that last? And it's true,
- 26:06Speaker 2: y'all that at the wedding, and well, I got it.
- 26:09Speaker 2: He thought about his way, he said, But he's selfish. Well,
- 26:13Speaker 2: don't ask me to toss. If you don't want my Yeah,
- 26:20Speaker 2: if you don't want this here right here, then ask
- 26:23Speaker 2: somebody in ask you.
- 26:26Speaker 14: You.
- 26:26Speaker 2: You probably give a nice toes, but you kind of
- 26:28Speaker 2: crazy too. So y'all need my gonna start with what
- 26:34Speaker 2: you do it for.
- 26:37Speaker 11: The wedding?
- 26:39Speaker 2: Don't ask me.
- 26:42Speaker 1: So y'all can't say nothing nice.
- 26:45Speaker 2: I'm gonna say something truthful, truth, one, it's wonderful, but
- 26:55Speaker 2: maybe you maybe you got to bite into the bad
- 26:57Speaker 2: a couple of times.
- 26:58Speaker 4: To the last one. This is or niece and herndon.
- 27:01Speaker 4: She writes, My husband is a pushover and I make
- 27:04Speaker 4: all of the decisions. I hate when our children talk
- 27:07Speaker 4: back to him, and I've told him that they don't
- 27:09Speaker 4: respect him. I refuse to be the bad guy all
- 27:12Speaker 4: of the time. How do I get him to be
- 27:14Speaker 4: more of a disciplinarian?
- 27:19Speaker 2: I'm the direct opposite. So I don't know.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 27:22Speaker 4: You're talking not a pushover?
- 27:25Speaker 10: No, no, no, no kids talking back?
- 27:29Speaker 8: No, no, no no.
- 27:31Speaker 2: I was talking my two gressons the other day, three
- 27:34Speaker 2: of them, had all three of them lined up. He
- 27:37Speaker 2: was BJ, Noah and Ezra had them all lined up
- 27:41Speaker 2: and howl are we talking now? BJ is U? So
- 27:46Speaker 2: BJ and Noah the same age A eight, uh huh?
- 27:50Speaker 2: And then Ezra's five and BJ just like you? So
- 27:56Speaker 2: how did that go out from Jason's kids that they
- 27:59Speaker 2: don't never get cussed at? That's what I found out
- 28:04Speaker 2: because introduce her nine said, now tell pop Pty, Mommy
- 28:11Speaker 2: and Daddy don't use bad language when they're talking to us, said,
- 28:17Speaker 2: your damn daddy.
- 28:18Speaker 4: Ain't here, so you kept it going.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I want to know what BJ said. BJ was
- 28:28Speaker 2: sitting there, tear it up back in his eyes. Boy,
- 28:31Speaker 2: you were bussing at them that what was yeah, because
- 28:34Speaker 2: they had done something wrong?
- 28:36Speaker 1: You were okay, yeah, so the.
- 28:40Speaker 2: What's fitting to happen? It was, you know, it was
- 28:41Speaker 2: kind of severe. Look little shocking for it, all right.
- 28:47Speaker 2: He started with I'm gonna beat your and then.
- 28:51Speaker 4: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 28:53Speaker 4: some for you right after this. You're listening.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Morning show.
- 29:01Speaker 4: Okay. So Bloomberg is reporting that the NFL has extended
- 29:06Speaker 4: its partnership with Rock Nation. This means, ladies and gentlemen,
- 29:10Speaker 4: that Jay Z's team will continue running the halftime show
- 29:14Speaker 4: and help coordinate the NFL's social justice efforts. NFL Commissioner
- 29:19Speaker 4: Roger Goodell gave a nod to Rock Nation at a
- 29:22Speaker 4: recent meeting in Atlanta, calling the relationship quote mutually positive.
- 29:27Speaker 4: The NFL and Rock Nation linked up back in twenty
- 29:30Speaker 4: nineteen with a twenty five million dollar deal, but it's
- 29:34Speaker 4: unclear what the new contract looks like.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Are you all upset? Are you all upset that at
- 29:40Speaker 2: this Super Bowl in New Orleans that he chose Kendrick
- 29:43Speaker 2: Lamar and I don't give a dan. Let's say that
- 29:47Speaker 2: Lil Wayne should have been on the show. Does that
- 29:50Speaker 2: y'all hip hop people?
- 29:52Speaker 11: Y'all hip hop people. I mean, it would be cool
- 29:55Speaker 11: to include Little Wayne in his hometown.
- 29:57Speaker 8: You know.
- 29:58Speaker 11: I'm not saying that Kendrick ca be there, and I
- 30:01Speaker 11: don't think it should restricted to wherever the artist is from.
- 30:05Speaker 11: That's the city where they have to perform in. But
- 30:07Speaker 11: it'd be cool to include them as well, because I mean,
- 30:10Speaker 11: we saw Prince I mean, Princeident Miami. He's from Miami,
- 30:14Speaker 11: you know what I'm saying, So it's it would be
- 30:16Speaker 11: nice setting selling Yeah, hothfully, they did a song together,
- 30:21Speaker 11: so maybe some I ain't losing no sleep on this
- 30:24Speaker 11: at all, be down there kicking it either way.
- 30:30Speaker 2: I just don't care. Can my team make it to
- 30:34Speaker 2: the super Bowl? Epe, you're worried about that. That's not
- 30:37Speaker 2: gonna happen. That's not going to wait hey wait, wait
- 30:40Speaker 2: wait wait with the Browns on that track, ain't nobody
- 30:43Speaker 2: getting over there with them? Damn brown y'all got issues.
- 30:48Speaker 5: All right.
- 30:49Speaker 4: In other news, former President Jimmy Carter, who said he
- 30:53Speaker 4: wanted to live long enough to vote for Kamala Harrison
- 30:57Speaker 4: this year's presidential election. Will that happened?
- 31:00Speaker 1: He did just that.
- 31:01Speaker 4: Mister Carter, who recently turned one hundred years old, voted
- 31:05Speaker 4: yesterday early by mail in his home state of Georgia.
- 31:09Speaker 4: Jimmy Carter's son Chip said that his father didn't care
- 31:13Speaker 4: about turning one hundred years old. He only cared about
- 31:16Speaker 4: voting for Kamala Okay, nice, all right, Miss President did that?
- 31:22Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 31:23Speaker 4: Speaking of Georgia, get ready. On October twenty ninth, former
- 31:26Speaker 4: First Lady Michelle Obama will appear at an Atlanta rally
- 31:30Speaker 4: hosted by When We All Vote, a group dedicated to
- 31:33Speaker 4: voter turnout that she founded back in twenty eighteen. The
- 31:37Speaker 4: October twenty ninth rally comes two weeks after early voting
- 31:41Speaker 4: began in Georgia, and after that there will only be
- 31:44Speaker 4: a week left until election day. Georgia has sixteen electoral
- 31:48Speaker 4: votes that Harris campaign is fighting for. Former President Barack
- 31:53Speaker 4: Obama went on the campaign trail on Vice President Harris's
- 31:57Speaker 4: behalf last week in Pennsylvania, and he will be in
- 32:00Speaker 4: Detroit next Tuesday, October twenty second.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Let's go out.
- 32:05Speaker 4: They're coming out Phil Clinton stumping for her, Republicans, everybody.
- 32:10Speaker 4: So we hopefully we'll do our work and get to
- 32:15Speaker 4: those polls and vote for her and not just all
- 32:18Speaker 4: the down ballots. Yeah, that's it. We gotta get out
- 32:23Speaker 4: and get get out to vote. That's Steve said. That's
- 32:26Speaker 4: all we have to do.
- 32:28Speaker 2: I mean, we have to vote, y'all. This is God
- 32:30Speaker 2: time now. Early voting is on and cracking absentee ballots
- 32:35Speaker 2: is out there. Look, man, it's it's go time. We
- 32:38Speaker 2: can make a difference in this election. Stop with all
- 32:42Speaker 2: this rhetoric about ain't nobody got no black agenda. Stop
- 32:46Speaker 2: with all that rhetoric. That's that ain't how this work.
- 32:49Speaker 2: This is politics now. Madame Vice President Kamala Harrison gave
- 32:56Speaker 2: an initiative that she's doing for black men, for small businesses,
- 33:00Speaker 2: UH to help with a debt relief and and loan relief.
- 33:05Speaker 2: All this. She came up with a whole program. She
- 33:07Speaker 2: on a she on breakfast club with Charlemagne. She's doing that.
- 33:12Speaker 2: She's doing everything she can in her power. Donald Trump
- 33:16Speaker 2: ain't doing a damn thing. He's just about himself. He
- 33:21Speaker 2: has no plan for us. You he has no plan
- 33:25Speaker 2: for the country, don't. I don't even know you know
- 33:30Speaker 2: how they do this one guy with these lies. I mean,
- 33:35Speaker 2: turn the whole Republican Party into what it is today.
- 33:39Speaker 2: And what what the Republicans need to do is just
- 33:42Speaker 2: gone and eat this one. Just going and eat this
- 33:47Speaker 2: one and just say, look, man, let's just so we
- 33:50Speaker 2: can rid ourselves of him once and for all, because
- 33:53Speaker 2: all the only reason he wants to be president is
- 33:57Speaker 2: so these indictments can go away, because you can't indict
- 34:00Speaker 2: a sitting president. I am telling you that was his
- 34:04Speaker 2: whole point in running again to protect himself. I am
- 34:10Speaker 2: that he tried to get this four years in so
- 34:14Speaker 2: he can excuse himself. Oh he gonna, oh, all this
- 34:18Speaker 2: gonna go away if he president. It ain't gonna take
- 34:22Speaker 2: no time for him to do that. Gonna pardon himself.
- 34:28Speaker 2: I got the begy people like this. Why do we
- 34:31Speaker 2: have to beg like this? It's that's the part that
- 34:33Speaker 2: turps me.
- 34:34Speaker 4: Out, Like the system works for them. They don't feel
- 34:39Speaker 4: like their vote matter matter, you know, they they bought
- 34:42Speaker 4: into that, that their vote doesn't matter and all of that.
- 34:45Speaker 2: That here's the danger. Here's the danger. If you don't vote.
- 34:51Speaker 2: You're not gonna believe it. What's gonna happen. You will
- 34:54Speaker 2: not believe this country. Grill sei before.
- 35:01Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right, all right? Coming up in twenty minutes
- 35:05Speaker 4: after the hour of Vice President Kamala Harris calls out
- 35:08Speaker 4: Fox News for diminishing Donald Trump's enemy within comments. We'll
- 35:12Speaker 4: talk about that right after this.
- 35:14Speaker 3: You're listening, Dave Harvey morning showed.
- 35:17Speaker 4: According to the Huffington Post, Vice President and Democratic nominee
- 35:22Speaker 4: at Kamala Harris was on Fox News yesterday and during
- 35:25Speaker 4: her interview with Brett Behar, she called out Fox News
- 35:28Speaker 4: for diminishing Donald Trump's recent comments about the enemy from within.
- 35:32Speaker 12: Take a listen, Sorry, and with all due respect, that
- 35:36Speaker 12: clip was not what he has been saying about the
- 35:39Speaker 12: enemy within that he is repeated when he's speaking about
- 35:42Speaker 12: the American people.
- 35:43Speaker 5: That's not what you just showed.
- 35:45Speaker 1: No, No, that's not what you just showed.
- 35:47Speaker 12: In all fairness and respect to you, the question that
- 35:50Speaker 12: we asked him, he didn't show that. And here's the
- 35:52Speaker 12: bottom line. He has repeated it many times, and you
- 35:55Speaker 12: and I both know that.
- 35:57Speaker 1: And you and I both know that he.
- 35:59Speaker 12: Has talked about turning the American military on the American people.
- 36:02Speaker 12: He has talked about going after people who are engaged
- 36:06Speaker 12: in peaceful protest. He has talked about locking people up
- 36:10Speaker 12: because they disagree with him. This is a democracy and
- 36:14Speaker 12: an inner democracy. The president of the United States, in
- 36:17Speaker 12: the United States of America should be willing to be
- 36:21Speaker 12: able to handle criticism without saying he'd lock people up
- 36:26Speaker 12: for doing it.
- 36:27Speaker 1: And this is what is at stake, which.
- 36:29Speaker 12: Is why you have someone like the former chairman of
- 36:31Speaker 12: the Joint Chiefs of Staff saying what Mark Milly has
- 36:35Speaker 12: said about Donald Trump being a threat to the United
- 36:39Speaker 12: States of America.
- 36:42Speaker 4: Yes, ma'am, she did, interrupting her.
- 36:50Speaker 2: That's not what we asked. You and I both know
- 36:54Speaker 2: that ain't what the hell he has said, and he
- 36:57Speaker 2: has repeated it. And I mean, you know what, man,
- 37:00Speaker 2: if you listen to this woman, you you could see
- 37:03Speaker 2: but his here's a deal. When you always say tell
- 37:08Speaker 2: somebody the truth and they don't believe you, it ain't
- 37:11Speaker 2: your fault. But here the problem with Fox though they
- 37:15Speaker 2: repeat false accusations. Yes, they do false claims. They repeat
- 37:22Speaker 2: it and they give it to the people and they
- 37:23Speaker 2: feed it to them in large doses. When you sit up,
- 37:26Speaker 2: and you are a Fox Network fan. You are not
- 37:30Speaker 2: hearing the truth period. Told that to Hannity when he
- 37:36Speaker 2: was doing that handed interview, and Hannity tried to tell
- 37:39Speaker 2: Ted Copple, I don't think you're giving people enough credit.
- 37:43Speaker 2: He said, with all due respects, stop and you're good
- 37:48Speaker 2: at what you do and you don't disperse the truth
- 37:53Speaker 2: and you know it. And Hannity sat down because this
- 37:56Speaker 2: is Ted Copper talking.
- 37:59Speaker 1: See what man, legend journalists with me.
- 38:02Speaker 2: And me and know who is, They know who each
- 38:06Speaker 2: other is, and they get real respectful when somebody grown
- 38:10Speaker 2: talking to the ass. And I'm telling you, man, when
- 38:16Speaker 2: you talk to real grown ass man and he gets
- 38:19Speaker 2: straight up on you, I'm telling you, man, go sit
- 38:22Speaker 2: your little young ass down somewhere. How this work?
- 38:27Speaker 4: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, We're
- 38:30Speaker 4: gonna check your voicemail Steve at eight seven seven twenty nine.
- 38:33Speaker 4: Steve coming up right after this.
- 38:36Speaker 3: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 38:40Speaker 4: It is time now to check your voicemail Steve eight
- 38:42Speaker 4: seven seven twenty nine. Steve. You can call and leave
- 38:45Speaker 4: a message for Steve. You might just hear your call
- 38:47Speaker 4: in the air. You ready, Steve, Yeah, here we go,
- 38:50Speaker 4: all right. You know you recently, Steve talked about your
- 38:53Speaker 4: struggle with praying for your enemies. I think that we
- 38:56Speaker 4: talked about that recently, maybe as early as yesterday's leave. Yesterday, well,
- 39:01Speaker 4: a lady left a message with some suggestions for you, good.
- 39:05Speaker 5: Mind, mister Harvey and the Steve Harvey Morning Crew. I
- 39:09Speaker 5: wanted to address what you were saying about praying for
- 39:14Speaker 5: your enemies. And I can't tell you what everyone does
- 39:18Speaker 5: when it comes to that prayer, but I've learned how
- 39:22Speaker 5: to do that and hopefully it works for me. And
- 39:26Speaker 5: maybe I can just give you some insightfulness. When I
- 39:30Speaker 5: do my prayer for my enemies, I ask God to
- 39:34Speaker 5: help guide them and to please bless them, because in
- 39:38Speaker 5: my mind, I'm thinking if they're blessed, and if they're
- 39:43Speaker 5: receiving the blessings that they want to receive, that that
- 39:47Speaker 5: takes away from them, you know, thinking about things that
- 39:50Speaker 5: they can do to me as far as an enemy. Now,
- 39:54Speaker 5: I could be wrong, but I'm just saying as at
- 39:57Speaker 5: this point in my life and I'm sixty five, that's
- 40:00Speaker 5: what I have learned to do, and that's what I'm
- 40:02Speaker 5: trying to teach my daughter.
- 40:03Speaker 2: To do so.
- 40:04Speaker 5: I hope this helps you in some kind of way.
- 40:07Speaker 5: Other people may pray differently, and maybe I'll learn that,
- 40:11Speaker 5: But for right now, that's what I wanted to you know.
- 40:14Speaker 5: Let you know that's how I pray for my enemies.
- 40:17Speaker 5: God bless all of you. You are so wonderful and
- 40:21Speaker 5: you bring me so much insightfulness you and your team,
- 40:24Speaker 5: and I listen to you every day. Have a blessed week.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Thank you well, ma'am, thank you so much. I think
- 40:30Speaker 2: those are very admirable and kind words. I appreciate what
- 40:34Speaker 2: you're saying about that. I ain't gonna be able to
- 40:39Speaker 2: do that though I knew that's why you was talking.
- 40:43Speaker 2: You know how you was praying for them that they
- 40:46Speaker 2: could get what they want in life, and then if
- 40:49Speaker 2: they got what they want, they wouldn't have to be
- 40:51Speaker 2: worried about you. Well, see that ain't hide can see it?
- 40:55Speaker 2: You know what, I really won't themlyutin you to do
- 41:00Speaker 2: it out because you know what you ain't gonna do
- 41:02Speaker 2: is try to take for me and then I give
- 41:04Speaker 2: you something like you know you just kind of haller me.
- 41:07Speaker 2: I don't like take hate and give love. That ain't
- 41:10Speaker 2: how it work. I don't know, because it's because the
- 41:12Speaker 2: Scripture clearly talking to me when it says do unto
- 41:16Speaker 2: others as you would have them do unto you. So
- 41:20Speaker 2: I'm assuming that when you start hating on me, that
- 41:25Speaker 2: must be what you won't unto you. I'm just on that. Yeah,
- 41:31Speaker 2: I'm figuring the Bible says do unto others as you
- 41:35Speaker 2: would have them do unto you, So if you come
- 41:38Speaker 2: at me with hate, I'm assuming that what you're here for.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Now.
- 41:45Speaker 2: I also know that the Bible could possibly mean that
- 41:49Speaker 2: if somebody hates on you, do unto them as you
- 41:53Speaker 2: would have them do unto you, and that is to
- 41:55Speaker 2: return give them love, because that's what I want somebody
- 41:59Speaker 2: to do to me. But if you won't love, then
- 42:02Speaker 2: give love. Stop all this hate. I don't know how
- 42:04Speaker 2: to fix hate us. I just don't see praying for
- 42:07Speaker 2: him as the key. If you mistreating me, that that
- 42:18Speaker 2: must be what you came over here for. And I
- 42:20Speaker 2: got it for you in buckets. In buckets, part that's
- 42:26Speaker 2: what you want, Junior.
- 42:28Speaker 9: I have about how long into where she was talking
- 42:31Speaker 9: did you quit listening?
- 42:32Speaker 1: How long did it take?
- 42:33Speaker 14: No?
- 42:33Speaker 2: No, I listened the entire time. She was very pleasant
- 42:36Speaker 2: and for her, I can understand how that would work.
- 42:39Speaker 2: I could see her point, I could see her point.
- 42:43Speaker 2: I think she was spot on and that works for her.
- 42:46Speaker 2: You got to find what works for you. Now, I'll
- 42:49Speaker 2: start praying for my enemies. If I could see something
- 42:53Speaker 2: happen to am first, that'll probably help. Like if I
- 42:57Speaker 2: could see something happened to her first, then I probably Okay,
- 43:00Speaker 2: that's what you get them up out the gutter, you know,
- 43:08Speaker 2: you know, picked them up out the gutter, dust them off,
- 43:12Speaker 2: you know. Anyway, go ahead, Lets thank you for that call, ma'am.
- 43:17Speaker 2: Very Just.
- 43:28Speaker 4: Coming up next, it is the nephew in today's prank
- 43:31Speaker 4: phone call. Right after this, you're listening.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Morning show.
- 43:36Speaker 4: Coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 43:39Speaker 4: four minutes after, it's my Strawberry letter for today, and
- 43:42Speaker 4: the subject is I was hiding the whole time. I
- 43:48Speaker 4: was the whole time.
- 43:52Speaker 8: Bed I.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Didn't. I didn't been in a pantry. He was over
- 44:03Speaker 2: that girl's house and you call me talking about her.
- 44:07Speaker 2: Man is in the driveway and they out there talking.
- 44:11Speaker 2: I said, what he in the drive and they talking.
- 44:17Speaker 2: I think he wouldn't come in. I said time, did
- 44:21Speaker 2: they have a back door? I think, so, what the
- 44:23Speaker 2: hell you mean? Think you need to start be looking
- 44:26Speaker 2: for this back door right now if he outside, because
- 44:29Speaker 2: if he come in the back, you knew out the front.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Whatever door he used, you need to use the opposite
- 44:34Speaker 2: door of furthest way from it. I jumped out the
- 44:39Speaker 2: window that day.
- 44:39Speaker 10: I remember that.
- 44:42Speaker 1: He's coming back to you.
- 44:48Speaker 2: I wasn't tell you two story house, wow, right out
- 44:55Speaker 2: that window.
- 44:57Speaker 8: I hadn't been in an addict with insulation on me,
- 44:59Speaker 8: that pink insolation, just itching, just itching.
- 45:05Speaker 4: Funny, you should say you hear the letter.
- 45:08Speaker 2: I ain't never seen nobody who.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Wrote this letter to a supposed to be.
- 45:13Speaker 2: He always somewhere he ain't supposed to be, though he
- 45:16Speaker 2: didn't have pantries. I have told him a hundred times.
- 45:22Speaker 2: Rule number one, don't go over nobody house. Though I
- 45:28Speaker 2: have been on the house with two dogs under the house,
- 45:33Speaker 2: under the house.
- 45:33Speaker 1: What kind of house?
- 45:35Speaker 2: Shotgun house sitting on brick country. You're in Louisiana, for sure,
- 45:41Speaker 2: Cleveland got something you can go up under the porch.
- 45:44Speaker 2: In Cleveland, too, we had the clubhouse under Butcher's porch,
- 45:49Speaker 2: a whole clubhouse, a whole clubhouse. Couldn't nobody stand up.
- 45:56Speaker 1: I'm trying to get a visual what happen.
- 45:58Speaker 2: Had to crawl in and be.
- 46:01Speaker 11: No.
- 46:04Speaker 2: Man, I tell you the funniest thing I saw, Manny
- 46:07Speaker 2: and Louis John got in a fight in the clubhouse
- 46:09Speaker 2: one turn. Couldn't nobody stand up? That was one of
- 46:14Speaker 2: the best fights I ever seen. Was some tussling going

- 53:19Speaker 4: Thank you, nephew. Subjects. I was hiding the whole time.
- 53:22Speaker 4: Dear Stephen Shirley. My husband and I were moving out
- 53:26Speaker 4: of a rental house and I went back to the
- 53:28Speaker 4: house to get some of my stuff. I told my
- 53:31Speaker 4: side dude to meet me there. We had just met
- 53:34Speaker 4: a few days before so before that, so I wanted
- 53:38Speaker 4: to spend some one on one time with him. He
- 53:41Speaker 4: rubbed every inch of my body and then he lifted
- 53:44Speaker 4: me onto the kitchen counter and was kissing me like crazy.
- 53:48Speaker 4: Just as we started taking our clothes off, I heard
- 53:51Speaker 4: a knock at the door, and I figured it was
- 53:54Speaker 4: my nosy neighbors, so I ignored her. I got back
- 53:58Speaker 4: to back calls from my husband, and I ignored those two.
- 54:02Speaker 4: I was trying to hurry up and have sex so
- 54:04Speaker 4: I could get home before my husband suspected anything. My
- 54:07Speaker 4: side dude had my toes curling, and then we heard
- 54:11Speaker 4: someone trying to get in the front door. It was
- 54:14Speaker 4: my husband and he was knocking really hard and calling
- 54:18Speaker 4: my name. I ran upstairs and hid in the attic.
- 54:23Speaker 4: My side dude went to the front door. I could
- 54:26Speaker 4: faintly hear my husband asking for me. My side dude
- 54:29Speaker 4: said he's the new tenant and he stopped by to
- 54:32Speaker 4: see the house, and he's the only and he's the
- 54:35Speaker 4: only one there. I didn't even tell him I'm married,
- 54:38Speaker 4: but he lied for me anyway. My husband said he
- 54:41Speaker 4: was sorry for bothering him. My heart was beating out
- 54:44Speaker 4: of my chest, but I wasn't leaving from my hiding place.
- 54:48Speaker 4: My side dude called my name many times and searched
- 54:51Speaker 4: all over for me. I sat in the attic until
- 54:54Speaker 4: he left. When I got home, my husband said he
- 54:57Speaker 4: thought he saw my car down the street from our
- 54:59Speaker 4: old house, so he stopped by and he met the
- 55:02Speaker 4: new tenant. I was holding my breath as he talked.
- 55:06Speaker 4: My husband is cool, but I feel bad for ghosting
- 55:09Speaker 4: my side dude. I want to finish what we started,
- 55:12Speaker 4: or at least explain what happened. Should I call him
- 55:15Speaker 4: and see if he's mad?
- 55:17Speaker 2: I'd be dad.
- 55:20Speaker 4: Wow, you get a gift handed to you and all
- 55:23Speaker 4: you could think of is jumping right back into the
- 55:26Speaker 4: fire with your side dude. How stupid can you be?
- 55:29Speaker 4: I mean, you got away with cheating free and clear.
- 55:32Speaker 4: Your husband could have walked in on you. You know that, right?
- 55:35Speaker 1: What are you doing?
- 55:36Speaker 4: I mean, I hope your husband finds out at this
- 55:39Speaker 4: point because you don't deserve him. And please don't get
- 55:42Speaker 4: comfortable because your husband could still find out when the
- 55:45Speaker 4: real tenant gets in there and your husband has to
- 55:48Speaker 4: go over to collect the rent or something. I don't know,
- 55:50Speaker 4: but all you care about is what your side dude
- 55:53Speaker 4: is thinking. Should you call him and see if he's mad?
- 55:57Speaker 4: Has he called you to see if you're okay? To
- 56:00Speaker 4: see what happened? I'm pretty sure the answer to that
- 56:03Speaker 4: is no. I think you're playing with fire. I say,
- 56:06Speaker 4: don't call that man. My advice to you is to
- 56:08Speaker 4: leave him alone and thank god that you made it
- 56:11Speaker 4: out of a crazy situation that could have cost you
- 56:14Speaker 4: your marriage. But you obviously don't care about your marriage,
- 56:17Speaker 4: or you wouldn't have been there in the first place.
- 56:19Speaker 2: Steve, it's crazy. It's a lot of crazy. The whole
- 56:26Speaker 2: time I'm reading this letter, I had a thought in
- 56:30Speaker 2: my head and I shared with you when I feel
- 56:32Speaker 2: up to it. Okay, her and this woman and her
- 56:36Speaker 2: husband moving out this rental house they had, right, So
- 56:39Speaker 2: she went back to the house to get some of
- 56:41Speaker 2: her stuff, and she said, I told my side dude
- 56:46Speaker 2: to meet me there. You know when people start letters
- 56:51Speaker 2: like this, just typed it just as normal, you know,
- 56:56Speaker 2: like this just you know, this is just when you
- 56:59Speaker 2: know that a fin to be crazy when you type
- 57:02Speaker 2: something that ain't normal, come out of nowhere, and you
- 57:06Speaker 2: just normalize it by just putting it in the letter.
- 57:09Speaker 2: My husband in the eye were moving out of a
- 57:12Speaker 2: rental house. I went back to the house to get
- 57:16Speaker 2: some of my stuff and I told my side dude
- 57:20Speaker 2: to meet me. That where that comes from. You just
- 57:23Speaker 2: it's just lady, This ain't how you tell stories, you know,
- 57:28Speaker 2: start off with, Hey, y'all, I'm writing y'all. I know
- 57:31Speaker 2: this gonna sound crazy, and I messed up, but here's
- 57:34Speaker 2: what happened. And to prepare us. Then we know there's
- 57:38Speaker 2: something ignorant fit happened in this letter, but you just
- 57:41Speaker 2: typed it. And just I called told my side that
- 57:43Speaker 2: told me meet me then, And we had just met
- 57:45Speaker 2: a few days before, so I wanted to spend some
- 57:48Speaker 2: one on one time with him. How is your side, dude,
- 57:51Speaker 2: y'all just met the other day?
- 57:54Speaker 10: True crazy?
- 57:55Speaker 2: Damn. He rubbed every inch of my body and then
- 58:00Speaker 2: lifted me up on the kitchen counter and was kissing
- 58:04Speaker 2: me like crazy. And just as we started taking our
- 58:07Speaker 2: clothes up, what ain't this house empty then, y'all? Then
- 58:12Speaker 2: y'all move out at no bed?
- 58:14Speaker 7: What?
- 58:15Speaker 2: Just as we started taking our clothes off in an
- 58:18Speaker 2: empty ass house, ain't you supposed to fall the clothes
- 58:24Speaker 2: up or hang them somewhere and throw them across a chair?
- 58:27Speaker 2: They just said, what? See how this letter is full
- 58:30Speaker 2: of craziness, But she's just talking normal. That's why I
- 58:34Speaker 2: noticed something wrong with her, because she then typed all
- 58:38Speaker 2: this crazy mess and I and want to spin some
- 58:42Speaker 2: one on one time when he rubbed there and enter
- 58:44Speaker 2: my body, lifted me up on the kitchen counter and
- 58:46Speaker 2: was kissing me like crazy. Well, dmn, just we started
- 58:50Speaker 2: taking our clothes off. Just don't even say I'm trying
- 58:53Speaker 2: to sound regular. I heard her knock at the door.
- 58:56Speaker 2: I figured it was my nosy neighbors, so I ignored her,
- 58:59Speaker 2: you know. And I got back to back calls from
- 59:02Speaker 2: my husband, and I ignored those two. You ain't think
- 59:05Speaker 2: them too, was the same. I was trying to hurry
- 59:09Speaker 2: up and have sex so I could get home before
- 59:12Speaker 2: my husband expected what. I was trying to hair up
- 59:15Speaker 2: and have sex and get back home for my husband
- 59:18Speaker 2: suspected anything. That's your damn statement. This ain't normal, man.
- 59:24Speaker 4: Bye's crazy. All right, Steve, just hang on, hang on, breathe,
- 59:33Speaker 4: hang on. I We'll have part two of your response
- 59:36Speaker 4: coming up a twenty three minutes after today's Strawberry letter,
- 59:39Speaker 4: subject I was hiding the whole time. We'll get back
- 59:42Speaker 4: into it right after this. You're listening hard morning show,
- 59:47Speaker 4: all right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 59:49Speaker 4: The subject I was hiding the whole time.
- 59:56Speaker 2: The letter starts off about this woman and her husband
- 59:59Speaker 2: moving on out to the rental house. She was going
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: back to the house get some other stuff, so she
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: told her side dude to meet her there. That's just
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: how the letter started, just as crazy, like it's normal.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: We had just met a few days before. I don't
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: know how they your side do. Y'all just met, and uh,
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: I wanted to spend some one on one time with him. Well,
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: how'd y'all meet? Anyway? He rubbed every inch of my
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: body and then he lifted me up on the kitchen
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: count and was kissing me like crazy. And just as
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: we started taking our clothes off, I thought, you said
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: you just wanted to spend some one on one time
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: with him. That's what you said. You had just met
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: him a couple of days ago. Now y'all naked any
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: kitchen up on the counter with no furniture in the house.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Just as we started taking our clothes off, I heard
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: a knock at the door, and I figured it was
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: my nosy neighbor, so I ignored her. I got back
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: to back calls from my husband. I ignored those two.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: You didn't you didn't put them two together. That knocking
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: them calls you ain't thank them too, was the same
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: you just okay, ignore it to them. I was trying
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: to heir up and have sex so I could get
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: home before my husband suspected anything. What you was trying
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: to hear up this one on one time? You was
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: trying to hear him have some sick Anyway, my side,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: dude had my toes curling. Well, we heard somebody trying
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: to get in the front door. Okay, now I'm assuming
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: the toes was curling because y'all had started in activity.
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: Then y'all heard somebody trying to get in the front door.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: It was my husband and he was knocking really hard
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: and calling my name.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: Fill us, set us.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: Feel it, se us. Okay, now we got a problem now,
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: because now your ass is up on the counter, damnar,
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: naked with your toes curling, and your husband outside beating
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: on this door and call your damn name. I ran upstairs.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Well the reason you ran, and the dude knew something
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: was up because that was your name. He had filled
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: us up on the counter and the dude outside was
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: hauling fill us, so he added that up. I ran
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: upstairs and hid in the attic. My side dude went
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: to the front door. I would have never done that.
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: I would have never done that, because ify here knock,
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: and I'll look out this winder, and I see it's
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: a dude out there that's calling the girl's name that
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: I'm in the house with. I'm not going to the
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: front door, but you side dude went up there and
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: said he was a new tenant and he stopped by
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: to see the house and he's the only one here. Well,
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: I didn't tell him I was married. But he lied
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: for me anyway. He didn't lie for you, No, no, no,
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: he was lying so his ass could get out that
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: front door. This ain't had nothing to do with you.
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: He knew you was in trouble because a man was
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: outside calling. He didn't lie for you. He lied for himself.
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: What he can't do is let this man know whoever
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: this girl is. You was outside beating on this door,
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: calling for and now you got a key and you
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: then came in here. I can't let you know. I
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: had her up on this counter half niked curly her toes,
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: so I didn't even tell him I was married. He
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: lied him anyway. My husband said he was sorry for
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: bothering him. My heart was beating out my chest and
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: I wasn't leaving from my hiding place, so my side
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: dude called my name many times and searched all over
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: for me. Feel us Phillis, Phillis, Phillis? He go because
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: he want to get back up on this kitchen dam
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: fell us, my heart beating. My side dude called the
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: name many times, searched all over for me. I sat
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: in the attic till after he left. When I got home,
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: my husband said he thought he saw my car down
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: the street from our old house, so he stopped by
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: and he met the new tenant. I was holding my
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: breath as he talked. My husband is cool, but I
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: feel bad for ghosts in my side. Dude. Well, if
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: you didn't ghost him, guess what both of y'all right
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: now would be ghosts. You understand what I'm saying. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: both of y'all be ghost right now. I want to
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: finish what we started, or at least explain what happened.
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: Should I call him and see if he's mad?
- 1:04:26Speaker 14: What?
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Well, let me tell you he got some questions. When
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: you do call him, your explanation gonna come in the
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: form of question, Hey, who was at at the door.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: Well that was my husband. Why you ain't tell me
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: you was married? You could have got me killed up
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: in him? And where was you when I was calling you?
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: I was upstairs laying in that pink insulation. Did you
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: hear me calling you? Yeah? But I couldn't come out. Now, lady,
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: I don't know what you First of all, I read
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: this letter. I'm thinking this a dude here. This is
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: a letter that a dude would write. Secondly, Lady, you're
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: not good at this. This ain't what you do. God
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: gives us all a warning shot. Now you done got yours.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: You got a warning earlier, this one. He took a
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: piece of your ear off because your husband came and
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: knocked on the door. So you didne done something shady before?
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: Because this ain't your first side. Dude, I don't think
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: and do you not have any women's intuition when you
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: heard that knock on the door and the phone calls?
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: Ain't nothing to tell you this my husband, because most
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: women will go hold the way, who whoa whoa whoa
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: who woa whoa whoa? I got knock on the door
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: and he called it that might be him. Let me stop.

- 1:06:09Speaker 4: It is time now for Junior and Sports Talk. What
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: you got, junior man?
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: The whole sports world is in New York.
- 1:06:15Speaker 9: Everything, the New York Liberty, they got the New York Mets,
- 1:06:18Speaker 9: the Yankees, everything just in New York. Man, What a
- 1:06:21Speaker 9: game last night in the WNBA Finals as the New
- 1:06:23Speaker 9: York Liberty take a two to one lead with the
- 1:06:26Speaker 9: last second shot by Sabrina iron Eskew to give them
- 1:06:29Speaker 9: the game winner, eighty to seventy seven, best of five series,
- 1:06:32Speaker 9: New York Liberty in the lead over there. Then you
- 1:06:35Speaker 9: got the Yankees, man, they lead the Guardians to nothing.
- 1:06:37Speaker 9: They got a game to night, Game three for the
- 1:06:39Speaker 9: New York Yankees and the Cleveland Guardian. Uh, that's good
- 1:06:43Speaker 9: news for y'all, Uncle Cleveland, the Guardians day in the
- 1:06:46Speaker 9: day in the ALCS day down there.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: That's that's good. Don't worry about all.
- 1:06:52Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, this is Championship series. Yeah, this is go
- 1:06:56Speaker 9: to the World Series. So they down to nothing right now.
- 1:06:59Speaker 9: But they got a game tonight, so we're gonna see
- 1:07:00Speaker 9: if they can pull that off.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: They be down to nothing. Yeah, they down to nothing.
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: Yeah you excited?
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: Yeah not not no more. You don't know. We go
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: down to anything. We're going pretty much. It's basketball baseball too,
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: we go down too. I just started to hope, just start.
- 1:07:24Speaker 9: Sorry, man, when we got the Dodgers up to one
- 1:07:26Speaker 9: over the Mets. They got game four tonight. They won
- 1:07:29Speaker 9: eight nothing over the Mets last night. But uh, you
- 1:07:31Speaker 9: know the Dodgers Mets. Gotta see how that goes two
- 1:07:34Speaker 9: one Dodgers. I know Cat is happy right now.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: Also, I had to tell you this, man. I had
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: to figure this out when looked it back up.
- 1:07:42Speaker 9: But Tom Brady owns ten percent of the Lost Vegas
- 1:07:46Speaker 9: Raiders ten. I know they own to be on ten percent.
- 1:07:50Speaker 9: But the Raiders are worth six point seven billion dollars.
- 1:07:53Speaker 9: That's six hundred and seventy.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: Million right there. That's what it's worth. He don't have
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: a can he sell it? And get that? I sell
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: anything I have for six hundred and seven Everybody got
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: a price.
- 1:08:10Speaker 6: That's it.
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: That's the time you sell it.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: Yeah, kids, grandkids come through here with this check.
- 1:08:20Speaker 9: Wait a minute, children, you're going they're not your kids,
- 1:08:24Speaker 9: your grandkids.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: You can't grand kids. Well, if somebody wants to buy
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: grandkids please. All right, let's look at this.
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:08:36Speaker 9: Tonight, we got the Broncos and the Saints. How do
- 1:08:38Speaker 9: you feel about this? For man, Broncos and the Saints.
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: I got a pull for the Saints because the College
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: house to be a just a complete mess as is man. Yeah,
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: it is a mess.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: It's a mess.
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: They keep losing. Come on, Saints, who that?
- 1:08:53Speaker 9: Yeah, because this is this is a They had four
- 1:08:56Speaker 9: straight loss They had two wins a row, then four
- 1:08:57Speaker 9: straight losses.
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: Yeah, well ye it's pretty bad. We ain't had two
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: wins in a row yet.
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: So all right, junor.
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 1:09:09Speaker 4: Coming up at the top of the hour, young man
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: needs some advice from social media. He says, I don't
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: want to be a roofer. I don't want to be
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: a roofer. We'll talk about that right after this.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:09:25Speaker 4: All right, So Steve, this is from Corey on Steve
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: Harvey FM. Corey says, I'm a senior in high school
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: and now looking at colleges in which to apply, and
- 1:09:35Speaker 4: that's something my pops is not the least bit happy with.
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: Thirty years ago, my dad started a roofing business, and
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: he's done very well with it. Over the last three years,
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: he's dropped multiple not so subtle hint that he would
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: love to retire and can't wait for me to take
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: over the business. The problem is I have zero interest
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: in roofing or running his business. I helped out a
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: little over the summer to earn some side cash and
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: found it boring, tedious, hot, and miserable. I don't want
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: to do that for the rest of my life. I
- 1:10:09Speaker 4: can't have that conversation with him, though, because when I
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: try to talk about about it, he acts like I'm
- 1:10:15Speaker 4: sugar honey iced, teating all over his legacy and disrespecting
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: the life he's trying to give me. Is there a
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: way to talk about this without him tripping on me
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: or the fact that I want to live my own
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: life not his good question.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a tough one. That's really really a tough one. Oh,
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: but this is really something that your father is going
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: to have to arrive at the conclusion of I think
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: you should probably set your father down. You're going to
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: have to tell him eventually because it's not what you
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: want to do. And it's unfair of your father to
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: impose his will or wishes of your life projections on
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: on you because this is what he sees for you.
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: But if you don't see it for yourself, it's gonna
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: be hard to live that life. And so I think
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: you're gonna have to sit your father down and say, Dad,
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: I'm really grateful man for all you've done for our family.
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: I'm really really grateful for the example you've been of
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: hard work and excellence, and I'm really appreciating what the
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: lifestyle you've given us. But Dad, this is my dream
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: and my vision. This is where I want my life
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: to go. I'm not a roofer. I'm not as good
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: as you. I don't have the gift you got, and
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: I don't even have the same desire you have. Dad.
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: I'm just a different person, and I really wish you'd
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: give me your blessings to pursue my life so I
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: can get on the path that's right for me. Now,
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: what I will do is go to college and take
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: up marketing and economics, and when you're ready to retire,
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: I'll help you with the buyout plan for your company
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: and we can sell it. And you could make far
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: more money in the buyout plan than you could by
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: ever having me continue to run it. So maybe we
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: sell your business and then you retire and in everything
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: you can get all the benefits from it. That's a
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: smarter play right there. But when you tell your father
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: that you don't want to do something, you have to
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: have an alternative. But you got to be a young man.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: I think you got to think this retirement plan out
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: to help your dad because he sees his son taking
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: over his business. I see my sons doing certain things too,
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: and they just they didn't have it lined up for
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: them all. They just have it. And I had to
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: understand that they have the right to pursue their own life.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: What I feel about my accomplishments and things that I
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: want to leave for you, if you don't want them,
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: what I'm leaving them for. That's why everybody after will
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: I'm not leaving nothing to nobody. We're gonna spend eighty
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: five percent of our money. We're not gonna have it
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: fifteen percent left when we pull up out of here,
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: that's all. Yeah, that was a good way to put
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: it though. For the young man, that was a great job.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: I like that.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: I like that because that was that was a tough question.
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: It is a tough question, man. It's a difficult situation
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: for the young man to be in, but it's the
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: toughest situation for your father to be in, because sometimes
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: as older people, we can be a little bit stubborn
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: with what we want and what we see, and we
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: expect because our children to see it our way. It's
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: just not the way it works. And I've had to
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: learn that because I have all have children who are
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: decision making ages, and they made some decisions I don't
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: agree with. But I did the same thing when I
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: was growing up, made a lot of decisions just going
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: into comedy. Was the only person thought I should it
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: was my father, brothers, sisters, friends x. Everybody thought it
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: was just a his poor decision, dumbest thing you could do.
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: I didn't have one friend that thought I should do
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: it except Russell mid Middlebrooks out of Cleaved. That's the
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: only dude.
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: Hopefully that young man will take that great advice. Yeah,
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up.
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: It's twenty minutes after right after this, you're listening Steve

- 1:19:14Speaker 4: nine minutes after we'll close out the show. It's our

- 1:19:19Speaker 4: the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:19:27Speaker 4: day and Steve, we have another call for you.
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:19:32Speaker 4: This is a guy who left a message about the election.
- 1:19:35Speaker 4: Check it out.
- 1:19:36Speaker 14: Hey, right, casey, so oh, I have two things on
- 1:19:40Speaker 14: my mind right now. Firstly, I want to start off
- 1:19:43Speaker 14: with these blacks for Trump, all these blacks for Trump
- 1:19:46Speaker 14: that think that Trump's gonna benefit We're gonna help benefit
- 1:19:50Speaker 14: the black person. Where they know good and will you
- 1:19:54Speaker 14: know he will never benefit he will never have all blacks.
- 1:19:58Speaker 14: He's benefiting off of them. He's never gonna help you
- 1:20:02Speaker 14: health these black folks.
- 1:20:03Speaker 7: And I'm just that was it.
- 1:20:07Speaker 14: He just.
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: I ain't got I'm thinking, you know, it's all I guess.
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: The frustration for me is the frustration for me is
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: I've been black longer than most people. I mean, at
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: sixty seven, I'm at an age where the people that's
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: older than me, that number is small. The people that's
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: younger than me, that number is massive, because we just say,
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: I'm at at the age where people just start checking out.
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: So I've been black for a long time, and it
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: has been an honor of mine. It has been one
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: of the true blessings now in every blessing that comes
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: with a price. And it has been challenging to be
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: black in this United States of America. It has been
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: more than a challenge, but has also been worth it
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: to me because as I look at my life and
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: all the grace and favor that God has shown me
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: and accomplishments He's allowed me to accomplish and receive and
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: honors and the way I live my life and the
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: respect I have and things of that nature. It also
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: says to me that I did this in spite of
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: the odds that were placed against me. And I know
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: a lot of people out there feel this exact way.
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: Those of you that have climbed the corporate letter, that
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: have strived in gotten yourself college educated, those of you
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: that are in the postal system, that reached a highlight
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: level of position, of people at FedEx of DHL or
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: the wherever you are at government agency, down at the bank,
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: in your law office, whatever you've done to climb yourself
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: up to the top. I know you know how difficult
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: it has been. And I know you have all looked
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: at some of your counterparts and how in the hell
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: did they get that position or get that job, and
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: you know why and you know how, And so for
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: us as well as myself, it has been an honor
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: to accomplish this. But as I've accomplished it, man, I
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: also look at the people who don't understand how difficult
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: it is and act like you get to just be
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: another way because you want to decide that, like you
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: just want to be a black for Trump because you
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: want to fit in. That's the only reason I can
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: think that a person will want to be a Trump
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: is because you want to be accepted. That's the only
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: thing I got for you. Because you cannot be serious.
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: You cannot factually tell me what Trump has done for blacks.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: I've been sitting here waiting to find out what that is.
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: So when I see blacks for Trump, I be wanting
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: to go what show me how Trump is for blacks?
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: See y'alls? So if the only thing I can figure
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: is you've got to be wanting to be accepted, I
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: keep telling y'all, man, that ain't how this thing work. Look,
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: you want to get accepted, just just get his hip
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: on the letter as you can get. Make your client
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: be steady and strong. Be an example to young people
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: that they can climb the corporate letter, that they can
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: go to college, that they can make it at home depot,
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: that they can make it at Lowe's, that they can
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: make it at the post office, that they can make
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: it at faired X. Be that example. Be the first
- 1:23:54Speaker 2: one in your family to start a be as it
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: be that type of person right here. Use some pride.
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: But if you think you can just voluntarily go over
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: there and cross that bridge to the other side, I
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: am here to tell you that ain't how at work
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: because that other side ain't committed to you crossing over.
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: Now you can go over there. But this is how
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: I did it. I built a bridge to the other side.
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: I got a game show that crossed over. I'd have
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: had TV shows that crossed over. I do speaking engagements
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: that cross over. I do motivational videos that crossover. I
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: got a radio show that crosses over. I got TV
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: shows that crossover. I've done a lot of crossing over.
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: But you know what I did. I build a bridge
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: so that the people on the other side could come
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: see me and feel okay about it. What I did
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: not do was build a bridge and then cross the bridge,
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: leave my people over here, and then go over there,
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: because I got news for you. When the bridge burned down,
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: How you come back ain't no way back home. Now
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: you got to stay over there and you're gonna find
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: out over that different. You could ask krschel Walker. This
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: is the best example I can give to you of
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: late how they went and got somebody and he put
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: his all in all into crossing over for Donald Trump.
- 1:25:15Speaker 2: He was crossing over to go and gonna run for
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: an office so they could get control of another control
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: of a seat in a red state when he lost
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: that election and was giving him ignorant ass speeches and
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: was saying all that stupid mess about a bull going
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: on the other side of the fence. When they found
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: out and he didn't win that election, did you see
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: what happened to him? He crossed over, but he left
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: us to go over there. He never really wanted to
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: be over here, No way now, but ain't no bridge
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: back to us, and now he's ostracized. They don't want
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: nothing to do with him. Stop this foolishness. You are
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: a black for Trump when Trump ain't ever been for
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: blacks or never will now. Damn it, Let's vote. That's
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: all I got to say. Have a good day, Holly.
